- 0:00Speaker 1: So the Hunter Biden leagues are coming fast and furious,
- 0:04Speaker 1: and I want to caution you not to get too
- 0:07Speaker 1: excited when it comes to the Hunter Biden leagues. Yes,
- 0:11Speaker 1: the headlines sound great, but it may be that they're
- 0:13Speaker 1: gonna let them get away with it. And I'm gonna
- 0:15Speaker 1: explain why CBS News is now reporting you ready for this,
- 0:21Speaker 1: that the FBI has sent Hunter Biden tax as well
- 0:27Speaker 1: as Hunter Biden gun purchase evidence to the US Attorney's office.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Now they want you to believe that that's the big deal.
- 0:35Speaker 1: The problem is, there are so many more crimes, other
- 0:39Speaker 1: crimes that need to be looked at, and these may
- 0:42Speaker 1: be the crimes that get them the least amount of
- 0:44Speaker 1: time in jail. This is something, obviously that they don't
- 0:49Speaker 1: want you to think about as a negative. This is
- 0:51Speaker 1: a big deal. CBS this Morning broke the news by
- 0:55Speaker 1: saying this. Hunter Biden sources tell CBS News the FBI
- 1:01Speaker 1: and IRS believe there's enough evidence to charge the younger
- 1:04Speaker 1: Biden with crimes, although not in connection with his business
- 1:07Speaker 1: dealings overseas. Senior investigative correspondent Katherine Herrits is in Washington. Katherine,
- 1:12Speaker 1: good morning, it can we just stop there for a second.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I really want to back this up. You notice how
- 1:18Speaker 1: he said although none of this is actually in connection
- 1:22Speaker 1: to his business dealings overseas. But before I get to
- 1:26Speaker 1: that part of the story, I want to tell you
- 1:28Speaker 1: a little bit about my good friends over at Patriot Mobile.
- 1:31Speaker 1: If you are ready to have an impact every time
- 1:34Speaker 1: that you use your phone, and I'm talking about have
- 1:36Speaker 1: an impact by supporting First and Second Amendment rights, supporting
- 1:40Speaker 1: the rights of the unborn, and fighting back every time
- 1:43Speaker 1: you make a phone call, you need to know about
- 1:45Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is America's only conservative Christian mobile
- 1:52Speaker 1: phone provider, and they are using your phone bill when
- 1:55Speaker 1: you paid every month, to actually fight for conservative causes
- 1:59Speaker 1: while saving you money. Now this isn't any extra at
- 2:02Speaker 1: onto your bill. They take a portion of your bill
- 2:04Speaker 1: every month and they give it back to fund conservative
- 2:08Speaker 1: causes in Canada to believe in the sanctity of life,
- 2:11Speaker 1: freedom of speech, and the Second Amendment, and they are winning.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile has now been attacked by the big media.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Big tech is now coming after them, and that's why
- 2:23Speaker 1: I want you to support them. If you want an

- 3:03Speaker 1: Check them out. All right, let's get back to this
- 3:05Speaker 1: other part of the Hunter Biden story CBS News. I
- 3:09Speaker 1: gotta give them credit. They're literally telling you, America, you're
- 3:12Speaker 1: about to get screwed. You may think this is a
- 3:15Speaker 1: big deal, it's not. You may think that Hunter Biden
- 3:19Speaker 1: has done think corrupting its foreign business dealings, But don't worry,
- 3:21Speaker 1: we're not looking at that. These are the bare minimum
- 3:26Speaker 1: charges that we're going to check boxes to give you
- 3:29Speaker 1: a little something on Hunter Biden and then move on
- 3:32Speaker 1: so that we don't have to connect the dots between
- 3:35Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, James Biden, and the present Joe Biden. If
- 3:39Speaker 1: you don't charge them with crimes connect to those business dealings,
- 3:42Speaker 1: then you don't have to look into all the money
- 3:45Speaker 1: in the business dealings, because if you look at these
- 3:48Speaker 1: two issues, the taxes, and you look at the gun purchase,
- 3:52Speaker 1: that would absolve Joe Biden of ever having to answer
- 3:56Speaker 1: question on anything because Joe Biden one involved in the
- 3:58Speaker 1: gun purchase, and Joe Biden and wasn't involved in filing
- 4:01Speaker 1: his son's taxes. These are literally the only two crimes
- 4:07Speaker 1: that they can probably charge Hunter Biden with where there
- 4:11Speaker 1: is no linkage to the business dealings and the corruption
- 4:15Speaker 1: and the compromise with Russia and Ukraine and Barisma and
- 4:19Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist government and all of his other business
- 4:22Speaker 1: dealings that Tony bob Olenski and others have documented, on
- 4:25Speaker 1: top of the fact that you can document them as
- 4:27Speaker 1: well as verify them from the Hunter Biden laptop. In fact,
- 4:32Speaker 1: the real honest headline from CBS this morning would have
- 4:35Speaker 1: been Hunter Biden may be charged with two crimes. It
- 4:38Speaker 1: will absolutely protect his father from any investigation into any
- 4:42Speaker 1: of the corrupt business dealings of the Biden family. But
- 4:44Speaker 1: of course that's not how they're going to say that, right.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Learning more about the federal investigation of the president's son,
- 4:49Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, sources tell CBS News the FBI and IRS
- 4:53Speaker 1: believe there's enough evidence to charge the younger Biden with crimes,
- 4:57Speaker 1: although not in connection with his business dealings oversea. Although
- 5:00Speaker 1: not connected with his business dealings overseas. What a great
- 5:05Speaker 1: headline if you're the president of the United States of America,
- 5:08Speaker 1: and I mean this sincerely, what an incredible headline for him.
- 5:12Speaker 1: It's like, Hey, we're the deep state, right, We're the FBI,
- 5:15Speaker 1: where the DOJ, and we've decided, mister President, that we're
- 5:19Speaker 1: gonna have to charge your son with some crimes. But
- 5:22Speaker 1: don't worry. There won't be any of the crimes that
- 5:25Speaker 1: you're worried about. We won't charge him with any crimes
- 5:29Speaker 1: that may connect you to any of the criminal activity
- 5:32Speaker 1: of your son's foreign business dealings. This is exactly why
- 5:35Speaker 1: I said you shouldn't get that excited over this, because
- 5:38Speaker 1: this is actually not necessarily good news. This is bad news.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Keep listening. Senior investigative correspondent Katherine Harrits is in Washington Katherine,
- 5:48Speaker 1: Good morning, Good morning. Nate, a lawyer for the president's son,
- 5:52Speaker 1: slammed the allegations as an accurate and claimed Hunter Biden
- 5:56Speaker 1: is a target simply because of his family name, Hunter Biden's.
- 6:00Speaker 1: You're also called on the Justice Department to investigate how
- 6:03Speaker 1: information apparently leaked from within the the FBI, multiple sources
- 6:08Speaker 1: tell CBS News the FBI is believed for months there
- 6:12Speaker 1: is enough evidence to prosecute the president's son with tax
- 6:15Speaker 1: crimes and making false statements on a gun purchase. That's
- 6:18Speaker 1: it again, that's it. That's the whole list now. So so,
- 6:23Speaker 1: mister President, we'd like to talk to you about Barisma.
- 6:26Speaker 1: My son didn't do anything wrong. He wasn't charging any crimes.
- 6:28Speaker 1: We'd like to talk to you about the Chinese Communist
- 6:30Speaker 1: Party and the deals that you guys made for oil
- 6:32Speaker 1: and gas and giving up our natural resources and the
- 6:35Speaker 1: corruption there. Again, my son wasn't charged with any crimes.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I don't have to answer any questions about that America.
- 6:41Speaker 1: All right, mister President, Let's talk about Barisma and what
- 6:44Speaker 1: happened with Barisma and the prosecutor that you had fired
- 6:48Speaker 1: and with held American taxtars. Again, my son was not
- 6:50Speaker 1: charging any crimes with anything to do with Burisma, So
- 6:53Speaker 1: therefore I don't have to answer your questions. Well, mister President,
- 6:56Speaker 1: we want to talk to you about the man that
- 6:59Speaker 1: has wanted for murder, that's on the run from Russia
- 7:02Speaker 1: and the millions of dollars that came in from Russian
- 7:05Speaker 1: oligarchs who are best friends with Vladimir Putin answer from
- 7:08Speaker 1: the White House, I don't have to answer those questions. Why,
- 7:10Speaker 1: because my son was never charging any of those crimes. Well,
- 7:13Speaker 1: we'd also like to talk to you about the corruption
- 7:16Speaker 1: with Tony bob Olenski and all that he has exposed,
- 7:19Speaker 1: mister President, because he is saying now that you are
- 7:22Speaker 1: the big guy and that you financially we're making millions
- 7:27Speaker 1: of dollars being the big guy on the Biden crime family. Again,
- 7:30Speaker 1: he's never been charging these crimes. I don't have to
- 7:33Speaker 1: answer any of these questions. And this is how you
- 7:37Speaker 1: cover up the Biden crime family, right, you charge Hunter
- 7:40Speaker 1: Biden with a couple of crimes that have no linkage
- 7:43Speaker 1: to his father. The gun has no linkage to the father.
- 7:48Speaker 1: His taxes basically have no linkage to his father. Because
- 7:52Speaker 1: if he was lying on his taxes right, that involves
- 7:55Speaker 1: him not necessarily as that. Hell, he could even be
- 7:58Speaker 1: lying about the money that went to his dad and
- 8:00Speaker 1: it still wouldn't necessarily Lincoln's father. These are the two.
- 8:04Speaker 1: If you could cherry pick, is Joe Biden's lawyers, which
- 8:09Speaker 1: crimes that you wanted the son to be charged with
- 8:12Speaker 1: to insulate you, These would be the two that you
- 8:16Speaker 1: would want him to be charged with, because it doesn't
- 8:20Speaker 1: affect you at all, The sources said the FBI sentence
- 8:24Speaker 1: findings earlier this year to the US Attorney in Delaware,
- 8:27Speaker 1: David Weiss, was appointed by President Trump and as yet
- 8:30Speaker 1: to bring charges. He's got to make that final call
- 8:34Speaker 1: under the principles of federal prosecution, not the initial call
- 8:38Speaker 1: that the FBI has made in gathering evidence. A lawyer
- 8:41Speaker 1: for Hunter Biden called the apparent leak inherently biased, one sided,
- 8:45Speaker 1: and inaccurate, adding their team beliefs prosecutors should not be pressured, rushed,
- 8:51Speaker 1: or criticized for doing their job. The year's long federal
- 8:54Speaker 1: investigation into Hunter Biden's business practices began before Joe Biden
- 8:58Speaker 1: was president. Mister Biden has consistently denied knowledge of his
- 9:02Speaker 1: son's work as he did here on the presidential campaign trail.
- 9:08Speaker 1: The federal criminal probe explored whether the younger Biden, his
- 9:12Speaker 1: uncle James, and other business associates violated tax, money laundering,
- 9:16Speaker 1: and foreign lobbying laws. Earlier this year, the probe narrowed,
- 9:20Speaker 1: focusing on delinquent tax payments, including income Hunter Biden earned
- 9:24Speaker 1: as a board member for a Ukrainian energy company. A
- 9:27Speaker 1: source close to the president's son said he repaid more
- 9:30Speaker 1: than a million dollars in past due taxes. In an
- 9:33Speaker 1: interview last year was CBS News's Anthony Mason, Hunter Biden
- 9:37Speaker 1: downplayed potential charges. There's a federal tax investigation. Intell you
- 9:42Speaker 1: where does that sand Now, by the way, can we
- 9:44Speaker 1: just pause here for a second and talk about the
- 9:46Speaker 1: length of this This is several minutes long. And you
- 9:51Speaker 1: notice that PHOBS News is not attacking Joe Biden. They're
- 9:55Speaker 1: just telling you about the charges, which Hunter Biden was
- 9:58Speaker 1: absolute love for his son to be charged with, because
- 10:01Speaker 1: then it would have no bearing on him at all.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I want to go back to CBS right this is
- 10:08Speaker 1: the longest they've ever reported in any scenario over the
- 10:11Speaker 1: last two three years on Hunter Biden. The laptop or anything.
- 10:15Speaker 1: They do this sit down Big CBS Morning News deep
- 10:19Speaker 1: dive into the possible charges that of course have been
- 10:21Speaker 1: leaked by the FBI. And now they're like, oh, we're
- 10:26Speaker 1: giving you everything, America. No, you're literally covering up all
- 10:29Speaker 1: the other crimes on behalf of the Biden family they're investigating.
- 10:33Speaker 1: I can't really talk about other than to say is
- 10:36Speaker 1: that I'm fully cooperative and I'm fully confident that at
- 10:39Speaker 1: the end of the day it's all going to be fine.
- 10:42Speaker 1: The time in coming four weeks before the midterm elections
- 10:44Speaker 1: seems to raise the political stakes, even though President Biden
- 10:48Speaker 1: is not on the ballot. Senior Republicans say they will
- 10:50Speaker 1: investigate the Biden family businesses if they take control of
- 10:54Speaker 1: key committees in January. Tony, there it is. We'll spend
- 10:58Speaker 1: two and a half and it's telling you about Hunter Biden.
- 11:02Speaker 1: And you're gonna love this, right, Like, this is gonna
- 11:05Speaker 1: be amazing. Let me go to another liberal website for you,
- 11:09Speaker 1: CNN dot com. They got three different insiders, Evan Perez,
- 11:15Speaker 1: Kara Scannelli, and Paul LeBlanc. That's how deep they're reporting
- 11:23Speaker 1: is going on Hunter Biden. Now their headline Federal prosecutors
- 11:26Speaker 1: weighing charges on two fronts and the Hunter Biden investigation.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors believe they could charge Hunter Biden with tax
- 11:33Speaker 1: crimes again that would happen, nothing to his father, and
- 11:35Speaker 1: a false statement about a gun, but a final decision
- 11:39Speaker 1: still has not yet been made by the US attorney
- 11:41Speaker 1: in Delaware. According to the sources familiar with the matter,
- 11:45Speaker 1: the case against Biden narrowed earlier this year. It was
- 11:48Speaker 1: a matter of discussion in early summer between the FBI
- 11:51Speaker 1: and the IRS investigators as well as prosecutors in Delaware
- 11:54Speaker 1: in the Justice Department. Hold on, let's let's go back
- 11:58Speaker 1: to that headline. Let's go let me let me rephrase that.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Let me go back to the sentence I just read.
- 12:04Speaker 1: The case against Biden narrowed earlier this year. That's not
- 12:07Speaker 1: good news, folks. That's that's bad news because we have
- 12:11Speaker 1: all of this stuff on his laptop and they just
- 12:14Speaker 1: basically said, oh, we're gonna narrow it. We're just gonna
- 12:17Speaker 1: straight up narrow it. We're gonna narrow the whole thing, right,
- 12:22Speaker 1: totally fine, We're just gonna we're just gonna narrow it.
- 12:26Speaker 1: And you may ask why would you narrow this because
- 12:31Speaker 1: you can't do a deep dive and not nail the
- 12:33Speaker 1: president for it. Right, That's the clear part here, Like,
- 12:37Speaker 1: that's what we know. We know that, right, you can't
- 12:41Speaker 1: narrow this down and actually ask real and or tough questions.
- 12:47Speaker 1: So this is exciting, folks. This is a big deal.
- 12:52Speaker 1: They're excited about it. And the reason why the media
- 12:54Speaker 1: is excited about is because they realize we're gonna be
- 12:56Speaker 1: able to save this dude again. We're gonna be able
- 13:00Speaker 1: to save him and there's gonna be nothing that you
- 13:02Speaker 1: can do to stop him, and we're gonna fix this
- 13:05Speaker 1: and make it go away. And that's exactly what CNN
- 13:08Speaker 1: is telling you. You just don't realize it unless you
- 13:10Speaker 1: connect the dots back to their article, The discussions include
- 13:13Speaker 1: assessing the strength of a case and questioning whether more
- 13:17Speaker 1: work was needed before deciding on charges. A coordinates a
- 13:21Speaker 1: source who spoke to CNN. Prosecutors have not yet made
- 13:25Speaker 1: any charging decisions on the case and have not met
- 13:29Speaker 1: since early summer discussed the federal investigation. A decision and
- 13:34Speaker 1: not expected, by the way, is not expected before the
- 13:36Speaker 1: midterm elections. Now, why are they putting it out there
- 13:41Speaker 1: before the elections. Why are the leaks happening now? This
- 13:43Speaker 1: is on purpose to make it not look that bad.
- 13:47Speaker 1: That's what this is about. This is about making it
- 13:51Speaker 1: not look like it's a big deal. That's it. This
- 13:57Speaker 1: is about making it look normal. This is about making
- 14:00Speaker 1: it seem normal. That's what this is. It's about making
- 14:05Speaker 1: it just seem like everything is fine, right, It's about
- 14:10Speaker 1: making it seem like there's nothing weird here. There's nothing
- 14:13Speaker 1: strange here, there's nothing odd here. That's what this is
- 14:17Speaker 1: all about. So you downplay it before the election. You
- 14:22Speaker 1: act like it's just some tax stuff and a gun charge,
- 14:27Speaker 1: and then people go, Okay, so I'm that big of
- 14:29Speaker 1: a deal. There's nothing wrong, there's nothing corrupt with the
- 14:32Speaker 1: Biden White House. Like, if you're the Biden white House,
- 14:36Speaker 1: you want these articles to come out right now. You
- 14:40Speaker 1: genuinely want these articles to come out as fast as
- 14:42Speaker 1: you can, right before the midturns, because this will actually
- 14:46Speaker 1: make things better, not worse. These will make things much better,
- 14:52Speaker 1: not worse. This will make it where you go, all right,
- 14:56Speaker 1: not too bad? Right, Like, this isn't that bad of
- 14:58Speaker 1: a deal. This is pretty awesome. We like this, This
- 15:06Speaker 1: is a distraction. Give you another headline here. Actually, no,
- 15:10Speaker 1: let me go back to this article for a second,
- 15:12Speaker 1: because this again tells you they're selling you this is
- 15:16Speaker 1: bad news, when actually it's amazing news. A source familiar
- 15:20Speaker 1: with the matter told CNN that talks between Biden's team
- 15:23Speaker 1: and the Justice Department have been ongoing for several months,
- 15:26Speaker 1: but nothing has changed in a couple of months on
- 15:28Speaker 1: that front. The Wall Street Journal report that Biden's legal
- 15:31Speaker 1: team met in recent weeks with Justice Department prosecutors to
- 15:34Speaker 1: argue against the potential case quote as is proper and
- 15:38Speaker 1: legally required. We believe the prosecutors in this case are
- 15:42Speaker 1: diligently and thoroughly weighing not just evidence provided by agents,
- 15:46Speaker 1: but also all the other witnesses in the case, including
- 15:48Speaker 1: witnesses for the defense, Biden's attorney, Chris Clark, said in
- 15:52Speaker 1: a written statement to The Wall Street Journal. The Washington
- 15:56Speaker 1: Post getting in on the action, reporting on Thursday that
- 16:00Speaker 1: obsecuars believe they have quote sufficient evidence quote unquote to
- 16:03Speaker 1: charge Biden, son of President Joe Biden, in two areas,
- 16:07Speaker 1: tax crimes and false statements regarding a gun purchase. The
- 16:11Speaker 1: same crime scene and report in July were also focused
- 16:14Speaker 1: on the investigator's discussions with the Justice Department. Investigators have
- 16:20Speaker 1: at various times inquired about multiple facets of Hunter Biden's life,
- 16:25Speaker 1: initially focusing on tax issues and money transfers related to
- 16:29Speaker 1: business activities in China, multiple people familiar with the pro
- 16:32Speaker 1: previously said, but prosecutors have also examined a twenty eighteen
- 16:36Speaker 1: indictment in which, or excuse me, I should say, a
- 16:41Speaker 1: twenty eighteen incident which they may look to indict in
- 16:44Speaker 1: which a firearm owned by Biden ended up tossed by
- 16:47Speaker 1: his inn girlfriend into a dumpster in Wilmington. Biden described
- 16:51Speaker 1: in media interviews last year that he was addicted to drugs,
- 16:54Speaker 1: which raised the possibility he broke federal law when he
- 16:57Speaker 1: bought the firearm. Federal law, it's firearm purchases by anyone
- 17:01Speaker 1: who uses or is addicted to illegal drugs. That's it, folks.
- 17:07Speaker 1: They're winning. This is exactly how you win it. They're
- 17:13Speaker 1: loving this because this is what it looks like when
- 17:15Speaker 1: you get out of jail free. This is the get
- 17:19Speaker 1: out of jail free card. And you know what the
- 17:20Speaker 1: alibi is going to be, Exactly what I told you
- 17:22Speaker 1: it was going to be it's gonna be, well, I'm
- 17:24Speaker 1: a drug addict, so you can't go hard on me
- 17:26Speaker 1: because I'm a drug addict, and you need to understand
- 17:29Speaker 1: that since I'm a drug addict, that you should be
- 17:32Speaker 1: kind to me. And I was an addict and I
- 17:34Speaker 1: didn't know I was doing. Did I tell you I'm
- 17:36Speaker 1: a drug addict? That's what the alibi is for Hunter Biden.
- 17:40Speaker 1: If there's anything we've seen through all this, it is
- 17:42Speaker 1: that it's drugs. Every time I'm an addict, okay, and
- 17:46Speaker 1: I'm an addict. He tell you I'm an addict to say,
- 17:48Speaker 1: you know I'm an addict. Yeah, I want you to
- 17:50Speaker 1: understand I'm an addict. It's over and over and over
- 17:52Speaker 1: and over again, every single time, it's I'm an addict.
- 17:59Speaker 1: That's the alhe bye. Where are all the connections of China?
- 18:04Speaker 1: Where are all the connections to Russia? Where all the
- 18:07Speaker 1: connections to Barisma? Where all the connections the money coming
- 18:11Speaker 1: in and then deals being made and help deals being made? Right?
- 18:16Speaker 1: Where all the connections of all the emails about play
- 18:19Speaker 1: to pay schemes. None of it's there? Why? And I
- 18:22Speaker 1: think you know why? I think you know exactly why
- 18:27Speaker 1: it's not there because they don't want to look into
- 18:31Speaker 1: those crimes because if they do, they all connect the
- 18:33Speaker 1: Biden family to the criminal activities that their son was
- 18:38Speaker 1: orchestrating and the father was dictating on. That's the truth,
- 18:45Speaker 1: all right. But first let me tell you real quick
- 18:47Speaker 1: about my good friends ever at Legacy Precious Metals. You've
- 18:49Speaker 1: seen what's going on the economy and the stock market
- 18:52Speaker 1: and inflation. It's just ridiculous now what's going on? So
- 18:56Speaker 1: the question is are you diversified? Are you prepared to
- 19:00Speaker 1: weather this storm? Well? Do you have any investments in

- 20:05Speaker 1: this podcast every day for free. Just take a look
- 20:10Speaker 1: at the Washington Post. The same Washington Post that refused
- 20:14Speaker 1: for more than a year to admit that the Laptop
- 20:18Speaker 1: from Hell was actually Hunter Biden now has put up
- 20:21Speaker 1: an exclusive article and it says Washington Post exclusive quote
- 20:28Speaker 1: federal agents see chargeable tax gun purchase case against Hunter Biden.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Now you've got to think about the Washington Post. The
- 20:35Speaker 1: Washington Post is certainly a part of the swamp. Right
- 20:38Speaker 1: that they are, Okay, they are a part of the swamp.
- 20:42Speaker 1: They are as swampy as it gets. And the reason
- 20:46Speaker 1: why they are putting this article out there like it
- 20:49Speaker 1: is an exclusive is because they're selling the propaganda. The
- 20:57Speaker 1: propaganda is very simple. The propaganda is, hey, we got
- 21:04Speaker 1: this right, We know you need some help. Will help
- 21:07Speaker 1: sell the story that this is somehow justice, when in
- 21:10Speaker 1: reality it's not justice at all. We're gonna help you
- 21:14Speaker 1: sell it. It's gonna be amazing. Their headline, Delaware US
- 21:22Speaker 1: Attorney David Why it's a Trump appointee must decide whether
- 21:25Speaker 1: to charge the son of the current president. Federal agents
- 21:29Speaker 1: investigating President Biden's son Hunter have gathered what they believe
- 21:33Speaker 1: is sufficient evidence of charging with tax crimes and a
- 21:36Speaker 1: false statement related to a gun purchase. According to people
- 21:40Speaker 1: familiar with the case, the next step is for the
- 21:42Speaker 1: US attorney in Delaware, a Trump administration holdover, to decide
- 21:47Speaker 1: on whether to file such charges, these sources set The
- 21:52Speaker 1: Washington Post goes on to write the investigation into the
- 21:55Speaker 1: Hunter Biden began all the way back in twenty eighteen
- 22:00Speaker 1: came a central focus for then President Donald Trump during
- 22:03Speaker 1: his unsuccessful reelection campaign effort in twenty twenty. I love
- 22:08Speaker 1: how the Watch Him Post puts it, and they're like,
- 22:09Speaker 1: no one knew that. Initially, the investigation centered around Hunter
- 22:13Speaker 1: Biden's finances related to overseas business ties and consulting work.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Over time listen carefully. Investigators with multiple agencies decided to
- 22:23Speaker 1: focus closely on whether he did not report all of
- 22:26Speaker 1: his income and whether he lied on a gun purchased
- 22:29Speaker 1: paperwork in twenty eighteen that, according to peal familiar with
- 22:32Speaker 1: the situation, who spoke, of course, on the condition of
- 22:36Speaker 1: you not knowing who they are. Agents determined months ago
- 22:41Speaker 1: they had assembled a viable criminal case against the younger Biden.
- 22:45Speaker 1: But it's ultimately up to the prosecutors at the Justice Department,
- 22:49Speaker 1: not agents, decide whether to file charges in the cases
- 22:53Speaker 1: where prosecutors believe the evidence is strong enough to lead
- 22:55Speaker 1: to a likely conviction at trial given the intent it's
- 23:00Speaker 1: political interest in a criminal probe involving the son of
- 23:02Speaker 1: a sitting president. The Attorney General Merrick Garland has made
- 23:06Speaker 1: clear that the US Attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, who
- 23:08Speaker 1: is nominated by Trump in late twenty seventeen, is supervising
- 23:12Speaker 1: the case. Garland is vowed that there will be quote
- 23:16Speaker 1: no political or otherwise improper interference in the Hunter Biden
- 23:19Speaker 1: case and is not moved to push Weiss to make
- 23:23Speaker 1: a decision. People familiar with the matter have confirmed it
- 23:27Speaker 1: is not uncommon for the Justice Department investigations to take
- 23:30Speaker 1: years to finish. Just Department policy would require any criminal
- 23:35Speaker 1: charges to be approved by the department's Tax division. Spokesman
- 23:40Speaker 1: for WISS to kind a comment as it spokespeople for
- 23:43Speaker 1: the Justice Department, the f behind the RS two primary
- 23:46Speaker 1: investigative agencies asked about the case. Chris Clark, a lawyer
- 23:50Speaker 1: for Hunter Biden, accused investigators of leaking information. See this
- 23:54Speaker 1: is what you do, right. The media is all about leaks, right.
- 23:58Speaker 1: They want leaks all the time. They love leaks, right,
- 24:01Speaker 1: that's what they do. And right now they're taking what
- 24:06Speaker 1: I would refer to is literally a fake leak, all right,
- 24:11Speaker 1: That's what it is. It's fake, it's not real. This
- 24:14Speaker 1: is a coordinated political move by the White House and
- 24:18Speaker 1: the Democratic Party ahead of the midterm elections to make
- 24:21Speaker 1: it look like there's a nothing burger with Hunter Biden, basically,
- 24:27Speaker 1: to make it look at best like he's get He
- 24:30Speaker 1: deserves to be charged with a crime, and the only
- 24:35Speaker 1: crime he deserves to be charged with is a crime
- 24:39Speaker 1: related to him being an addict. That's it. A drug addict,
- 24:44Speaker 1: that's all it is. This poor guy messed up on
- 24:47Speaker 1: his taxes because he was high. This poor guy, you know,
- 24:50Speaker 1: bought a gun and lied on a form because he
- 24:53Speaker 1: was a drug addict. That's all it is. It's not
- 24:56Speaker 1: a big deal. It's just that this takes the wind
- 25:01Speaker 1: out of the sale right of conservatives, So it's not
- 25:03Speaker 1: a big deal. It makes you feel like the presence
- 25:06Speaker 1: a better guy than he actually is. Okay, maybe he's
- 25:09Speaker 1: not that bad, Maybe he's not that corrupt, because these
- 25:11Speaker 1: are the only two crimes, the only two crimes that
- 25:18Speaker 1: they can charge him with that we know of, that
- 25:20Speaker 1: would directly not link the president of the United States
- 25:23Speaker 1: America and the business dealings. The foreign business dealings aren't
- 25:27Speaker 1: even being touched. Do not tell me the system isn't rigged.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Back to the Washington Post, here Right asked about the
- 25:35Speaker 1: case not only the Quark's lawyer, you know, for Hunter,
- 25:38Speaker 1: Biden accused investigators of leaking information. He went on to
- 25:41Speaker 1: say this, It is a federal felony for a federal
- 25:44Speaker 1: agent to leak information about a gran jury investigation such
- 25:47Speaker 1: as this one. Any agent you cite as a source
- 25:51Speaker 1: in your article apparently has committed such a felony. We
- 25:54Speaker 1: expect the Department of Justice to diligently investigate and prosecute
- 25:57Speaker 1: such bad actors as proper and legally required. We believe
- 26:02Speaker 1: the prosecutors in this case are diligently and thoroughly weighing
- 26:06Speaker 1: not just evidence provided by agents, but also all the
- 26:09Speaker 1: other witnesses in the case, including witnesses for the defense.
- 26:13Speaker 1: This is the job of the prosecutors. Biden's attorneys say
- 26:16Speaker 1: they should not be pressured, rushed, or criticized for doing
- 26:21Speaker 1: their job. If you don't think this is all a
- 26:25Speaker 1: smoke screen at king a Re Court, you're an idiot.
- 26:28Speaker 1: That's the only way I know how to put this.
- 26:29Speaker 1: You're an idiot. They're doing all this together. They're doing
- 26:35Speaker 1: every single bit of this together. And the reason why
- 26:39Speaker 1: they're doing it the way that they're doing it is
- 26:41Speaker 1: because it's just flat out brilliant. It's a brilliant move, y'all.
- 26:48Speaker 1: It makes total sense. It's one of the smartest decisions
- 26:52Speaker 1: I've ever seen. The media comes along, they play it
- 26:56Speaker 1: up like it's exclusive. You tell people that those that leaked,
- 26:59Speaker 1: like the system is somehow rigged against Hunter Biden should
- 27:02Speaker 1: be prosecuted for federal crimes, right, And that's true. It's accurate.
- 27:06Speaker 1: If there's a league from a federal agent in the government,
- 27:09Speaker 1: they should be They should absolutely be charged of crimes.
- 27:11Speaker 1: But we know that it's not going to happen, and
- 27:13Speaker 1: we know that doesn't happen, but it's a way to
- 27:15Speaker 1: make people feel like there should be sympathy for you
- 27:18Speaker 1: and what it is that you are doing. There should
- 27:21Speaker 1: be sympathy for your cause, basically for your side, and
- 27:28Speaker 1: that's how they're rolling with this Hunter Biden story. Also,
- 27:33Speaker 1: you go back to the other part of this, and
- 27:37Speaker 1: the Washington Post says, quote any charges charging decisions involving
- 27:41Speaker 1: the Biden cases especially fraught because Trump and his allies
- 27:45Speaker 1: have made accusations of corruption and the Hunter Biden business
- 27:50Speaker 1: dealings a key line of attack against the Democrats both
- 27:55Speaker 1: before and after the twenty twenty presidential race. At the
- 27:58Speaker 1: high of the election, Trump ballets revealed that a Delaware
- 28:01Speaker 1: computer shop owner had turned over to the FBI a
- 28:04Speaker 1: laptop that apparently belongs to Hunter Biden. I love how
- 28:07Speaker 1: they say apparently, even though the Washington Post has already
- 28:12Speaker 1: authenticated the laptop, but now they're acting like there's somehow
- 28:16Speaker 1: not totally sure it's his. Trump and others argue the
- 28:20Speaker 1: data on the laptop show evidence of unethical and possible
- 28:23Speaker 1: illegal business deals. Joe Biden's supporters to denounce the efforts
- 28:27Speaker 1: as a smear. In March, the Washington Post report that
- 28:31Speaker 1: two computer security experts have reviewed thousands of emails from
- 28:34Speaker 1: a hunter Biden's computer and found they were authentic communication.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Why didn't you say that in the paragraph before? I'm
- 28:41Speaker 1: just saying based on they say cryptographic signatures from Google
- 28:46Speaker 1: and other technology companies they said cannot be determined for
- 28:50Speaker 1: this article. Whether the laptop and its content were useful
- 28:53Speaker 1: in the Justice Department's investigation. The Biden probe has proceeded
- 29:00Speaker 1: with relatively little fanfare in recent months, amid the much larger,
- 29:04Speaker 1: more public Justice Department and the FBI's investigation. Listen to
- 29:09Speaker 1: this and to whether Trump mishandled classified materials at mar Lago,
- 29:13Speaker 1: a separate federal investigation, to efforts to overturn the twenty
- 29:16Speaker 1: twenty election results. Trump and his allies have sharply criticized
- 29:20Speaker 1: federal law enforcement over both cases. I love how that.
- 29:23Speaker 1: I love how they do that. Right, They're like, Oh,
- 29:25Speaker 1: by the way, if you really want to know where
- 29:27Speaker 1: you should be, look look over there Donald Trump and
- 29:29Speaker 1: all his supporters. Because they're the worst people in the world.
- 29:32Speaker 1: We told you so, right, They're the worst people in
- 29:36Speaker 1: the world. We told you they were. We told you
- 29:39Speaker 1: they were spawn of Satan. We told you so. It's amazing,
- 29:44Speaker 1: isn't it. It truly is amazing. Please share this podcast
