- 0:00Speaker 1: Last minute changes that are happening right now, and at
- 0:05Speaker 1: the White House, we're doing everything they can to hurry
- 0:08Speaker 1: out before they lose control of the House to do
- 0:11Speaker 1: what they want to do. And I'm referring to the
- 0:13Speaker 1: Democratic Party. Not only do we have forty House Democrats
- 0:18Speaker 1: joined legislation to bar Trump from all public offices. I mean,
- 0:22Speaker 1: he couldn't run for president. But we also now know
- 0:25Speaker 1: that Democrats are doing whatever they can to mislead the
- 0:32Speaker 1: American people about what's going on at the border. White
- 0:36Speaker 1: House Press Secretary Jean Pierre has been ripped for claiming
- 0:40Speaker 1: that Biden has worked to secure the border. Most egregious
- 0:44Speaker 1: lie I've heard. Yeah, I love this right. The White
- 0:49Speaker 1: House Press Secretary yesterday was asked a question it didn't
- 0:52Speaker 1: go well about what's happening at the border. When I
- 0:57Speaker 1: say it didn't go well, well, it was. It was
- 1:00Speaker 1: a disaster. I want you to hear what the White
- 1:03Speaker 1: House Press Secretary had to say. Look, we also need
- 1:06Speaker 1: Congress to act. It is important that they deliver the
- 1:09Speaker 1: resources we requested for the border security and management. They
- 1:13Speaker 1: need to pass the comprehensive immigration reform that we have
- 1:17Speaker 1: put forth. On day one, the President put forth a
- 1:19Speaker 1: comprehensive reform plan that dealt with protecting for protecting for dreamers,
- 1:25Speaker 1: cutting down the asylum the asylum build up that we
- 1:29Speaker 1: have been seeing, especially because of what the last administration did,
- 1:33Speaker 1: and they completely gutted the system. And we know that
- 1:36Speaker 1: this has been a multidecade long problem. We need to
- 1:40Speaker 1: modernize the system and this is something that the President
- 1:43Speaker 1: has put forth and we are looking for Congress to act.
- 1:46Speaker 1: We are asking Congress to act. But again, we have
- 1:50Speaker 1: done the work from this administration by securing record record
- 1:54Speaker 1: funding and we are asking Congress for Congress to act.
- 1:57Speaker 1: We are we are not asking for political stuff. We
- 2:00Speaker 1: continue to see political stunts from many Republicans out there,
- 2:04Speaker 1: and that's not how we're going to fix this issue.
- 2:06Speaker 1: They want to they want to secure the border. We've
- 2:09Speaker 1: been doing that work on our own, and we ask
- 2:13Speaker 1: we're asking them to, Hey, you know what, there's an
- 2:15Speaker 1: immigration reform plan that the President put out on the
- 2:17Speaker 1: first day. They should work with us and do this
- 2:19Speaker 1: in a bipartisan way. What does that mean. It means
- 2:22Speaker 1: give amnescy to every illegal immigrant who is in this country.
- 2:25Speaker 1: White House Press Secretary Jean Pierre defended the Biden administration's
- 2:29Speaker 1: response to the border crisis during this press briefing. When
- 2:34Speaker 1: asked about the border, she said, what Americans should know
- 2:36Speaker 1: is that the President has done the work to deal
- 2:39Speaker 1: with what we're seeing at the border since day one.
- 2:41Speaker 1: That's a lie, It's an absolute lie. She then said
- 2:44Speaker 1: Republicans are, as you heard there, just doing political stunts. Now,
- 2:49Speaker 1: many have criticized the White House Press secretary on Twitter
- 2:52Speaker 1: for defending President Biden's record on the border. To spot
- 2:55Speaker 1: a record influx of illegal immigrants under his watch, Republican
- 3:00Speaker 1: National Committee Rapid Response Stafford said this might be the
- 3:04Speaker 1: most egregious lie I've heard from this pathetic administration. Anyone
- 3:09Speaker 1: with eyeballs can see Democrats haven't done jack to secure
- 3:12Speaker 1: the border. Steve Gas, special Advisor for Communications as Senator
- 3:17Speaker 1: Ted Cruz, described John Pierre's assessment as laughable and tweeted
- 3:22Speaker 1: an image from a reporter of over a thousand illegal
- 3:26Speaker 1: immigrants crossing in Al Paso, Texas at the same time
- 3:30Speaker 1: this came out. It was a migrant caravan. More than
- 3:34Speaker 1: a thousand people illegally crossed into El Paso, Texas last night,
- 3:39Speaker 1: making it the largest single group that we've ever seen.
- 3:42Speaker 1: The city of El Paso reports border patrol now has
- 3:45Speaker 1: over five thousand and custody and it has released hundreds
- 3:48Speaker 1: and hundreds into the streets of America. John Pierre said
- 3:53Speaker 1: that it Republicans, if they want to secure the border,
- 3:56Speaker 1: we've been doing the work on our own. Saying yes,
- 3:59Speaker 1: we've actually tried to do this. That's also a lie.
- 4:02Speaker 1: It's a huge lie, and they know it. We continue
- 4:06Speaker 1: to see political stunts from many Republicans out there, and
- 4:09Speaker 1: that's not how we're going to fix this issue. They
- 4:12Speaker 1: want to they want to secure the border. We've been
- 4:15Speaker 1: doing that work on our own, and we ask we're
- 4:18Speaker 1: asking them to, Hey, you know what, there's an immigration
- 4:21Speaker 1: reform plan that the president will I mean, it's absurd.
- 4:24Speaker 1: We've been securing the border. That's the White House Press
- 4:27Speaker 1: secretary says, we've been securing the border. The border right
- 4:31Speaker 1: now is wide open. In fact, the border are the government.
- 4:35Speaker 1: US government is now suing local governments in the state
- 4:39Speaker 1: who use shipping containers to secure the border. Does that
- 4:44Speaker 1: sound like putting it up as a bear using shipping
- 4:46Speaker 1: containers to say no, no no, you can't do that. They
- 4:48Speaker 1: want wide open borders. We know they want wide open
- 4:51Speaker 1: borders because they want every illegal immigrant to hurry up
- 4:53Speaker 1: and get here, and then they plan on giving them
- 4:55Speaker 1: amnesty because they know that once they're here, there's no
- 4:59Speaker 1: way to stop it. This is all about that issue. Now,
- 5:04Speaker 1: before I get into more of that, I want to
- 5:06Speaker 1: tell you about our friends over at Turtlebox. It is
- 5:08Speaker 1: the loudest, truly portable Bluetooth speaker on the market. And

- 6:11Speaker 1: Ben the White House Press secretary, saying we're trying to
- 6:15Speaker 1: secure the border. When is the and this is when
- 6:17Speaker 1: you know the media is not real. Okay, they're not
- 6:20Speaker 1: actually doing their job, because if they did, they would
- 6:24Speaker 1: know exactly what to ask her, saying, well, that's not true,
- 6:27Speaker 1: and here's why, give five million reasons right. In response
- 6:31Speaker 1: to John Pierre's argument that the Biden administration has been
- 6:34Speaker 1: securing the border, Representive Cliff Ben's, a Republican from Oregon,
- 6:38Speaker 1: tweeted out, what, how, where and when? Couldn't agree with
- 6:42Speaker 1: him more on that simple question. Tony Pinott, rapid response
- 6:46Speaker 1: director for the RNC, tweeted Biden on the border last week, quote,
- 6:51Speaker 1: there's more important things going on. If Biden actually went
- 6:55Speaker 1: to the border, he would know his administration's lying when
- 6:58Speaker 1: they say the border is secure. Now they know the
- 7:02Speaker 1: border is not secure. They designed it not to be secure.
- 7:07Speaker 1: They made sure that it wasn't secure. They understood when
- 7:13Speaker 1: they were doing this that this was a strategic decision.
- 7:17Speaker 1: This isn't by accident. I do want to keep saying
- 7:20Speaker 1: that because it's an important that you understand. Everything that's happening.
- 7:23Speaker 1: The border is being done not by accident, not by ignorance,
- 7:27Speaker 1: not by incompetency, not by stupidity. This is being done
- 7:31Speaker 1: on purpose. There's a reason why they said the vice
- 7:33Speaker 1: president is in charge of the border issue, border crisis issue,
- 7:36Speaker 1: and she's never gone to the border. There's a reason
- 7:38Speaker 1: why the president is not going to the border because
- 7:41Speaker 1: they created a border. They created a crisis on purpose.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Every interview they've done, they act like things are oh,
- 7:52Speaker 1: you know, you know, this is you know, so important.
- 7:54Speaker 1: And by the way, yesterday they blamed Donald Trump for
- 7:57Speaker 1: the border crisis. You do understand that, right, listen, especially
- 8:00Speaker 1: because of what the last administration did, and they completely
- 8:04Speaker 1: gutted the system. And we know that this has been
- 8:07Speaker 1: a multidecade long problem. We need to modernize the system
- 8:11Speaker 1: and this is something that the President has put forth
- 8:14Speaker 1: and we are looking for a Congress to act. We
- 8:16Speaker 1: are asking Congress to act. Again, that's a lie. The
- 8:21Speaker 1: last administration didn't get anything. The last administration was building wall,
- 8:25Speaker 1: The last administration was fighting you guys to make sure
- 8:28Speaker 1: that we could build a wall. But the White House
- 8:30Speaker 1: is now blaming the border crisis. Blaming the border crisis
- 8:37Speaker 1: on the Trump administration, Representative Escobar said, I'm afraid that
- 8:41Speaker 1: a catastrophe will happen, that there will be homeless migrants
- 8:45Speaker 1: in the streets. That was what she said yesterday. So
- 8:48Speaker 1: now we're supposed to build them houses. What makes what
- 8:51Speaker 1: breaks through the politics of this? I mean, the politics
- 8:54Speaker 1: of this is tricky. I mean, or if this would
- 8:56Speaker 1: not we would not be where we are and there
- 8:58Speaker 1: would have been some more immigration reform than in the
- 9:02Speaker 1: last three decades since the last time we saw it.
- 9:05Speaker 1: What do you think can make the politics less tricky.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Nothing's going to happen unless an absolute catastrophe and then
- 9:11Speaker 1: has to be responded to or the politics around this changes.
- 9:16Speaker 1: You are one hundred percent right, Kate. I am afraid
- 9:20Speaker 1: that a catastrophe will happen. That you know that there
- 9:24Speaker 1: will be homeless migrants on the streets and freezing temperatures
- 9:28Speaker 1: and people will die. I'm worried about that, um and
- 9:31Speaker 1: and will that break through the log gym in Congress?
- 9:35Speaker 1: I don't know if even that will change things. So politically,
- 9:38Speaker 1: what do we need to do to break through. And
- 9:40Speaker 1: that's been the big challenge for me because to be
- 9:44Speaker 1: perfectly Candidum, you know, with such narrow majorities in the
- 9:49Speaker 1: even in the House, even with a Democratic majority, you know,
- 9:52Speaker 1: there are a number of House Democrats who are concerned that, um,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you know, if they sound if they support immigration reform,
- 10:02Speaker 1: that you know that will harm them at home. And
- 10:05Speaker 1: here's the reality. Here's the reality around that political issue.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Poll after poll shows that Americans want us to pass
- 10:13Speaker 1: immigration reform. We have the business community, I hear by
- 10:17Speaker 1: the way there it is they want us to pass amnesty.
- 10:20Speaker 1: That's what she's saying. She's afraid of a bunch of
- 10:24Speaker 1: homeless illegal immigrants on the streets freezing to death while
- 10:27Speaker 1: we have an open border not stopping them. And therefore
- 10:30Speaker 1: that's why she says we need to pass amnesty. You
- 10:35Speaker 1: may see a lot of bait and switch offers for
- 10:37Speaker 1: free phones, free iPhones. Well they're usually too good to
- 10:40Speaker 1: be true. Just like freedom itself, nothing is free. Mobile
- 10:44Speaker 1: phone companies not only lock you into long term contracts,
- 10:48Speaker 1: but they also build the price the phone into your
- 10:50Speaker 1: bill with hidden fees. With Patriot Mobile, they can show
- 10:54Speaker 1: you how to get that same iPhone interest free without
- 10:58Speaker 1: the games and no contract At Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobiles

- 11:09Speaker 1: on the best four G and five G networks because
- 11:12Speaker 1: they use the same towers as the major carrier that
- 11:15Speaker 1: you're probably on right now. So if you want to
- 11:18Speaker 1: get great service and you want to know you're working
- 11:21Speaker 1: with a company that supports conservative causes that every month
- 11:24Speaker 1: when you pay your bill, they actually take a portion
- 11:27Speaker 1: of your bill and they give it back to causes
- 11:29Speaker 1: like First and Second Amendment issues and the right to life,
- 11:33Speaker 1: as well as adoptions, then you need to check out

- 11:58Speaker 1: nine seven to Patriot. So the media is really focused
- 12:03Speaker 1: right now on bringing down Twitter, something that they are
- 12:08Speaker 1: obsessed with. They understand that freedom of speech and the
- 12:13Speaker 1: Twitter files are so damning. They're now starting to write
- 12:16Speaker 1: the obituary of Twitter, trying to make it seem like
- 12:19Speaker 1: it is a platform that doesn't deserve your time. It's
- 12:25Speaker 1: a pretty brilliant move, right. You can't control it anymore.
- 12:28Speaker 1: You can't silence news stories, you can't suppress conservatives, you
- 12:32Speaker 1: can't shadow band people, you can't make you can't make
- 12:35Speaker 1: it anymore where or any tweet you don't like, you
- 12:37Speaker 1: can get the person banned from Twitter by sending an
- 12:39Speaker 1: email through the back channels of Twitter. With the liberals,
- 12:42Speaker 1: you can't rig the system against you anymore, right or
- 12:46Speaker 1: in your favor anymore against conservatives, and Elon must buys it.
- 12:50Speaker 1: So what do you do now? You say it's a
- 12:53Speaker 1: worthless piece of junk Twitter? Right, They're all now coming
- 12:59Speaker 1: after mus Take a listen to this. I think, first
- 13:02Speaker 1: of all, let's all be grateful that Walter Augins is
- 13:04Speaker 1: going to write a fantastic book about Elon Musk underway
- 13:07Speaker 1: right now. But you're right, he has certainly achieved remarkable
- 13:10Speaker 1: things with Tesla and with the space program. But this
- 13:13Speaker 1: is off the rails. And someone said recently, and it's
- 13:15Speaker 1: apropos that you could take almost any headline right now
- 13:18Speaker 1: that has Musk's name in it and swap out Musk
- 13:20Speaker 1: for Trump, but it would still feel apropos the chaos,
- 13:23Speaker 1: the ego, the insults, and the fact that he is
- 13:27Speaker 1: bringing down an institution and the Twitter is not the
- 13:29Speaker 1: Republican Party. But it certainly feels like we're in the
- 13:32Speaker 1: dying days of this platform unless something changes quickly, and
- 13:35Speaker 1: then that's what this is, and that's a shame. So
- 13:37Speaker 1: Caddy's point, I use it too. It is a great
- 13:39Speaker 1: way to catch up on the headlines, it's a great
- 13:41Speaker 1: way to talk about things that you're working on, but
- 13:44Speaker 1: it is it feels corrupt in toxic. The number of
- 13:46Speaker 1: the hate speech has dramatically risen in recent days, and
- 13:51Speaker 1: yesterday Steve Herman one of the reporters who has been
- 13:53Speaker 1: suspended from Voice of America. All he did his offense
- 13:56Speaker 1: was simply tweaked the link to the public, publicly available
- 14:00Speaker 1: website where you can track planes. He doesn't even write
- 14:02Speaker 1: about Musk, but simply tweeting that link was enough to
- 14:06Speaker 1: get him suspended off Twitter for at least a week.
- 14:09Speaker 1: And I love this for at least a week. Okay,
- 14:12Speaker 1: so they're complaining that a guy got kicked off Twitter,
- 14:15Speaker 1: for a week for sending out info on Elon must
- 14:19Speaker 1: plane and where he was traveling if and again, notice
- 14:25Speaker 1: how they're now all using this one moment to lose
- 14:27Speaker 1: their mind. You notice they didn't mention what the old
- 14:30Speaker 1: Twitter was doing, silencing it for a current president of
- 14:33Speaker 1: United States of America at the time, Donald Trump, silencing
- 14:35Speaker 1: people around him, silencing conservatives, Banning people that were doctors
- 14:39Speaker 1: who were giving a different perspective on COVID lockdowns, Silencing
- 14:43Speaker 1: anybody who was a conservative that said anything they didn't
- 14:47Speaker 1: agree with, shadow banning conservatives like myself for years on
- 14:50Speaker 1: in taking people that were small who had a tweet
- 14:53Speaker 1: the win viral and shutting them down. Notice how they're
- 14:56Speaker 1: not talking about any of that. MSNBC Joe Scarborough going
- 15:01Speaker 1: all in saying this, well, and you know, Jonathan Lemire,
- 15:07Speaker 1: he's been told how brilliant he is for the past
- 15:12Speaker 1: ten fifteen years. We had renowned guests on here, and
- 15:18Speaker 1: I would say, wait, wait a second, Elon shouldn't jump
- 15:23Speaker 1: into Twitter. Does he not realize how difficult this is?
- 15:27Speaker 1: Are there no lawyers around him trying to get him
- 15:30Speaker 1: to stop this? Are there no people? And it was like, oh,
- 15:33Speaker 1: Elon that's what Elon wants to do. Elon's but I'd say,
- 15:36Speaker 1: if it doesn't he realize what a mess this is
- 15:38Speaker 1: and how it's going to distract Oh Elon, and again,
- 15:41Speaker 1: these are supposed to be some of the most vaunted
- 15:44Speaker 1: reporters in Silicon Valley. Their answer to everything was, Oh,
- 15:49Speaker 1: it's Elon. Elon can do whatever Elon wants to do.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Elon's great, we love Elon. Elon's what this is what
- 15:57Speaker 1: the toughest Silicon value of quarters we're saying about Elon Musk, right,
- 16:04Speaker 1: and so it's no wonder Elon Musk finds himself where
- 16:09Speaker 1: he is right now because everybody's told him he was
- 16:12Speaker 1: by the way. By the way, when Katty said being
- 16:17Speaker 1: called the richest man in the world might actually impact
- 16:21Speaker 1: your worldview day after day after day, Alex Scorson said,
- 16:24Speaker 1: in my ear, he said, I'm willing to take that
- 16:27Speaker 1: experiment on it. So if Elon wants to give Alex
- 16:30Speaker 1: Corson again, you can hear them. They're obsessed with bringing
- 16:33Speaker 1: down Twitter now, acting like it's a row of and
- 16:35Speaker 1: acting like Elon Musk is a crazy man. Right, Kathy Ka,
- 16:39Speaker 1: Kaddy k I should say, had this to say about
- 16:43Speaker 1: bringing Elon Musk. Grinding Elon Musk into the ground. Let's
- 16:50Speaker 1: talk about Elon Musk and Twitter. The Twitter accounts of
- 16:52Speaker 1: several journalists who have been covering Elon Musk are suspended
- 16:57Speaker 1: this morning, hours after the accounts went offline. Musk claimed
- 17:00Speaker 1: it a tweet the journalists had been involved in doxing
- 17:03Speaker 1: his location and placed his family in danger. Musk later
- 17:07Speaker 1: tweeted his suspensions would last for seven days. In other tweets,
- 17:10Speaker 1: he claimed the journalists posted his exact real time location,
- 17:14Speaker 1: which he called assassination coordinates, in a violation of Twitter's
- 17:19Speaker 1: terms of services. NBC News was unable to verify the
- 17:23Speaker 1: allegation that his real time location was in fact posted online.
- 17:26Speaker 1: It's the same justification he used on Wednesday for suspending
- 17:30Speaker 1: the account that used publicly available information to post the
- 17:33Speaker 1: movements of Musk Private Jet. All this goes against the
- 17:37Speaker 1: promise Musk made to run the site as a free
- 17:39Speaker 1: speech absolutist, which has led to the reinstatement of hundreds
- 17:43Speaker 1: of accounts associated with QAnon and other far right groups. Again,
- 17:47Speaker 1: you can hear the narrative Elon Musk has got twenty
- 17:51Speaker 1: four seven security Elon Musk since he's bought Twitter has
- 17:55Speaker 1: had an unbelievable amount of death threats and stalkers. He
- 18:00Speaker 1: has said that he is afraid for his life because
- 18:02Speaker 1: there's been so many death threats against him. These journalists
- 18:06Speaker 1: knew exactly what they were doing when they shared the
- 18:10Speaker 1: locations of Elon Musk. Now, notice he didn't suspend them
- 18:15Speaker 1: for political reasons. He suspended them for sharing his real
- 18:18Speaker 1: time location of him and his family, putting his family
- 18:21Speaker 1: at risk. I don't have a problem with this. I
- 18:24Speaker 1: want to make that clear. And these journalists are being
- 18:27Speaker 1: toolbags knowing that they're putting his life at risk just
- 18:30Speaker 1: to try to get famous by being suspended. When he said,
- 18:33Speaker 1: if you do this, we are going to suspend you,
- 18:38Speaker 1: and they did it on purpose to get famous, to
- 18:41Speaker 1: get suspended. And then you know the Today's Show. You
- 18:44Speaker 1: can hear it there MSNBC, Oh, this is big news. CNN.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Don Lemon jumping on the bandwagon this morning saying where
- 18:52Speaker 1: is Elon Musk? Where are you? Why won't you come
- 18:54Speaker 1: on our show? I want to know what you think
- 18:56Speaker 1: about that phone call last night? Was he just let's report?
- 18:59Speaker 1: Is he just being a big baby because it has
- 19:02Speaker 1: happened before when he doesn't like the questioning, he just
- 19:05Speaker 1: runs away, right, So he engaged in what is a
- 19:08Speaker 1: Twitter space, which is this kind of live audio discussion
- 19:10Speaker 1: on Twitter last night, even with some of the other
- 19:12Speaker 1: journalists who are banned, and when one of them put
- 19:15Speaker 1: them they said, well, look, if you really look at
- 19:17Speaker 1: your rules here, we didn't break them. Um, and he,
- 19:20Speaker 1: you know, he came up with some kind of nonsense
- 19:22Speaker 1: that that you guys played there a minute ago, and
- 19:25Speaker 1: then he just dropped off the call. Well I emailed
- 19:28Speaker 1: him two weeks ago for an interview. Well maybe I've
- 19:31Speaker 1: turned back, So yeah, that's good right now. Officially, what
- 19:38Speaker 1: I've been told on my Twitter is that it is
- 19:40Speaker 1: a permanent suspension. Last night I did a poll. He
- 19:42Speaker 1: did a little pole. It looks like he might be
- 19:45Speaker 1: backtracking a bit, and it's possible to do another pole
- 19:47Speaker 1: because he didn't like that poll show that you guys
- 19:49Speaker 1: should be reinstated. The first pole was rigged, so so
- 19:55Speaker 1: possibly we'll be back in seven days. But look, popping
- 19:57Speaker 1: to your earlier question, I mean, I do think this
- 20:00Speaker 1: has me personally, and I think some these organizations were
- 20:03Speaker 1: evaluating why do we rely so much service. By the way,
- 20:07Speaker 1: I love this. These guys get a seven day suspension
- 20:11Speaker 1: and now they're like, oh, this is the end of Twitter,
- 20:13Speaker 1: we're shutting it down. We now know that. Well there,
- 20:17Speaker 1: I guess you could argue they're now actually feeling what
- 20:19Speaker 1: we feel every day as conservatives. Except we felt it
- 20:21Speaker 1: for years, right, for years, We felt this for years.
- 20:28Speaker 1: We were the ones that were silenced for years. We
- 20:32Speaker 1: were the ones that were shut down for years. We
- 20:36Speaker 1: were the ones that they were attacking for years, were
- 20:39Speaker 1: the one shadow bank. Do they ever have any comments
- 20:41Speaker 1: like this, of course not. So why are they doing
- 20:44Speaker 1: it now. They're doing it now for only one reason
- 20:46Speaker 1: because they hate They hate the fact they can't control
- 20:51Speaker 1: the platform. CNN O'Sullivan said, Elon must banning me will
- 20:56Speaker 1: have a chilling effect on freelance journalists around the world, Right,
- 21:02Speaker 1: a chilling effect. Well, I don't I don't know if
- 21:05Speaker 1: it's a chilling effect. You were being a tool. You're
- 21:09Speaker 1: putting the guy's location out there in real time. You
- 21:12Speaker 1: got seven days until you get back on. He hasn't
- 21:16Speaker 1: shadow banned you, right, he hasn't done what you guys
- 21:20Speaker 1: were doing at CNN sending emails apparently over to Twitter,
- 21:24Speaker 1: going hey what about this person? Hey should this person
- 21:26Speaker 1: be banned for this? Hey, we're just acting like we're
- 21:28Speaker 1: joining us wanting an official you know, you know response
- 21:31Speaker 1: from Twitter on this. You guys are doing this for years.
- 21:36Speaker 1: You guys were doing this for years. You had political
- 21:42Speaker 1: hit lists for years. Now, all of a sudden, you
- 21:47Speaker 1: can't control the platform, and you're saying, oh, well, this
- 21:50Speaker 1: is the demise. It's the end of Elon must It's
- 21:52Speaker 1: the end of Twitter. We are now reevaluating if we'll
- 21:56Speaker 1: even use Twitter more. Please leave, Please, every scumbag over
- 22:01Speaker 1: at CNN, leave, every journalist leave. I don't care, because
- 22:07Speaker 1: what's gonna happen is is people are gonna still use
- 22:09Speaker 1: Twitter because now they understand there's actual freedom involved in it.
- 22:13Speaker 1: It's a pretty brilliant move right. You can't control it anymore.
- 22:17Speaker 1: You can't silence news stories, you can't suppress conservatives, you
- 22:20Speaker 1: can't shadow band people, you can't make you can't make
- 22:23Speaker 1: it anymore where or any tweet you don't like. You
- 22:25Speaker 1: can get the person banned from Twitter by sending an
- 22:27Speaker 1: email through the back channels of Twitter. With the liberals,
- 22:31Speaker 1: you can't rig the system against you anymore right or
- 22:34Speaker 1: in your favor anymore against conservatives, and Elon must buys it.
- 22:38Speaker 1: So what do you do now? You say it's a
- 22:41Speaker 1: worthless piece of junk, So I beg of you leave, please,
- 22:47Speaker 1: please leave, all right quickly. I also want to say
- 22:52Speaker 1: thank you to our sponsor. Without them, this podcast wouldn't exist.

- 24:15Speaker 1: White House they know what you care about, folks. They
- 24:20Speaker 1: understand what you stay awake at night thinking about. I'm
- 24:26Speaker 1: not joking, they understand you. The White House has made
- 24:30Speaker 1: it now a quote top priority to push for new
- 24:34Speaker 1: speed restrictions on boats. They say too in protect endangered
- 24:40Speaker 1: species worldwide. That's right. The Biden administration is now working
- 24:46Speaker 1: and has the proposed boat speed restriction that could cause
- 24:50Speaker 1: unintended consequences to the economy. You think they care, of
- 24:54Speaker 1: course not taking a Listen to this from Fox News
- 24:58Speaker 1: oats that the clans will protect it critically endangered species.
- 25:02Speaker 1: The experts say the economic fallout could be dire. This
- 25:05Speaker 1: Kennedy has been on the water for a lick at
- 25:07Speaker 1: this what you find out. Yeah, Bell, it's a speed
- 25:10Speaker 1: restriction that will change the way many Americans use their boats.
- 25:14Speaker 1: And some are predicting rough waters ahead. So if you
- 25:18Speaker 1: can only go ten knot, this boat and other boats
- 25:22Speaker 1: will be unstable. Definitely. This crew will be thrown around,
- 25:27Speaker 1: tossed round, entered. As a harbor pilot, Trey Thompson helps
- 25:31Speaker 1: commercial vessels navigate the Indian Waterways from the port and Savannah,
- 25:36Speaker 1: Georgia to twenty miles out at sea. So what the
- 25:40Speaker 1: federal government is now proposing is not only dangerous, but
- 25:43Speaker 1: will cripple port commerce for hundreds of miles. Absolutely. Yeah,
- 25:47Speaker 1: the port will be closed any day it's rough windy,
- 25:51Speaker 1: not just this port, all the ports on the East coast.
- 25:53Speaker 1: The proposal by the Biden White House, under the auspices
- 25:57Speaker 1: of Noah, We'll put a speed restriction of ten knots
- 26:00Speaker 1: or eleven miles an hour on all motor boats over
- 26:03Speaker 1: thirty five feet from Florida to Massachusetts for up to
- 26:07Speaker 1: seven months out of the year and as far out
- 26:10Speaker 1: as one hundred miles from the coastline. The purpose to
- 26:14Speaker 1: protect the endangered right whale from a potential boat strike.
- 26:18Speaker 1: It's less than a one in a million chance that
- 26:21Speaker 1: a boater or fisherman has had an impact on the
- 26:23Speaker 1: right whales. Glen Hughes is from the American Sport Fishing Association.
- 26:28Speaker 1: He says the rule will devastate marinas and boating communities
- 26:32Speaker 1: all along the East Coast. He also says many Americans
- 26:36Speaker 1: can say goodbye to deep sea fishing. So ten knots
- 26:41Speaker 1: is not going to get you to where the fish are. No,
- 26:44Speaker 1: there's twelve million anglers about nine million fish the East Coast,
- 26:47Speaker 1: and they're just not going to go. It's going to
- 26:49Speaker 1: take too long, and therefore they're not going to buy tackle,
- 26:51Speaker 1: They're not going to buy fuel, They're not going to
- 26:53Speaker 1: stay in hotels, buy food at restaurants. It's going to
- 26:55Speaker 1: hurt the local economies. He can't even think what it
- 26:58Speaker 1: will do to America's boat manufactures. But Pat Healy from
- 27:02Speaker 1: Viking Yachts in New Jersey knows exactly. Is there anybody
- 27:06Speaker 1: going to want to buy a thirty five foot boat
- 27:09Speaker 1: they can only drive eleven miles an hour. No, it's
- 27:12Speaker 1: going to devastate the industry. It's going to have a
- 27:14Speaker 1: tremendous impact on our employment here at the Viking Outcompany,
- 27:18Speaker 1: all these boat filders, sixteen hundred boat builders. It's going
- 27:21Speaker 1: to put it it's gonna wipe them out. No one
- 27:24Speaker 1: from Noah would come on camera to explain the proposal,
- 27:27Speaker 1: but in an emailed statement, a spokesman pointed out there
- 27:30Speaker 1: are only three hundred and fifty right whales left. The
- 27:33Speaker 1: rule is designed to reduce the risk of mortalities from
- 27:36Speaker 1: vessel strikes and afford the species of greater opportunity to recover. Still,
- 27:42Speaker 1: the statement admitted there have only been four actual right
- 27:46Speaker 1: whale strikes in the past two and a half years.
- 27:49Speaker 1: So to you and many others, this is the definition
- 27:52Speaker 1: of regulation overreach. Yes, we're standing on a brand new
- 27:56Speaker 1: file boat cycle went under construction, thirteen million dollars worth,
- 27:59Speaker 1: a file of boats that are be unusable. That just
- 28:01Speaker 1: crickles down through all the economy. Unusable boats and a
- 28:04Speaker 1: shutdown economy. Unintended consequences of this far reaching restriction on
- 28:11Speaker 1: boat speed. Yeah, Bellendana, this is going to affect everybody
- 28:15Speaker 1: on the water for much of the year, and it's
- 28:18Speaker 1: going to have unintended consequences that we can't even imagine. Well,
- 28:22Speaker 1: you look at this story and it shows you just
- 28:25Speaker 1: how psycho the left is gone. Right, this would be
- 28:29Speaker 1: literally the greatest regulatory overreach an American maritime law. That's
- 28:36Speaker 1: the truth of this. They want to limit the speed
- 28:40Speaker 1: of all motor boats over thirty five feet from Florida
- 28:44Speaker 1: to Massachusetts. No one else in the world's going to
- 28:48Speaker 1: have to deal with this, right, And not only are
- 28:49Speaker 1: they creating a serious safety issue for these boats, they're
- 28:53Speaker 1: also creating a massive negative economic impact. You think the
- 28:58Speaker 1: White House cares no how many of these whales have
- 29:01Speaker 1: been hit that we know of four four of them.
- 29:05Speaker 1: This regulation, again would restrict speeds to ten knots. It's
- 29:10Speaker 1: about eleven and a a half miles per hour. Just so
- 29:11Speaker 1: you understand, I'm a boat guy, I'm a big boat
- 29:13Speaker 1: or I love boating, and they're absolutely right a boat
- 29:18Speaker 1: over thirty five feet they're designed to go faster, just
- 29:21Speaker 1: so you know, than ten knots. They're designed to plane
- 29:25Speaker 1: at higher than ten knots. Where you get up on plane,
- 29:28Speaker 1: which saves, by the way, the environment because you're saving
- 29:30Speaker 1: tons of gas. You can't plane at ten knots. Folks,
- 29:34Speaker 1: in a boat this big, you're gonna be sucking gas,
- 29:37Speaker 1: hurting and polluting the environment. I want to be very
- 29:40Speaker 1: clear about that. Getting a boat on plane is vitally important,
- 29:44Speaker 1: and the White House is saying, look, we have to
- 29:47Speaker 1: prevent boats from hitting this endangered whale. Now they say
- 29:53Speaker 1: there's only three hundred and fifty of these right whales
- 29:55Speaker 1: left in the ocean, and the US government under the
- 30:00Speaker 1: Biden administration says this rule is designed to reduce their
- 30:03Speaker 1: risk immortalities from vessel strikes and afford the species a
- 30:08Speaker 1: great opportunity to recover. Is anyone else the world going
- 30:11Speaker 1: along with the snow they're not, So we're gonna just
- 30:16Speaker 1: stifle our economy and the rest of the world's going
- 30:19Speaker 1: to keep doing whatever the hell it is they want
- 30:21Speaker 1: to do. Since these species are literally all over the world.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Is this going to have an impact? Probably not now Again,
- 30:27Speaker 1: the statement even admitted from the federal government. They've only
- 30:30Speaker 1: been five deadly well strikes by boats between thirty five
- 30:35Speaker 1: and sixty five feet and over in the last fifteen years.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Because remember boats over sixty five feet are already subject
- 30:43Speaker 1: to a speed restriction, So thirty five to sixty five
- 30:46Speaker 1: feet in length over the last fifteen years, there have
- 30:50Speaker 1: only been five deadly well strikes by boats. Think about
- 30:54Speaker 1: how many boats are in the world, how big the
- 30:55Speaker 1: ocean is five and fifteen years. Quite ridiculous. That's what
- 31:02Speaker 1: the fishermen say. There's less than a one in a
- 31:05Speaker 1: million chance of a fishing boat hitting a whale in general.
- 31:09Speaker 1: And that's just a whale in general. That isn't that's
- 31:12Speaker 1: not like this whale. Okay, that's whales in general. President
- 31:17Speaker 1: Biden now has this new woke controversy, this regulation of
- 31:22Speaker 1: the boating industry that will destroy it, and they're happy
- 31:26Speaker 1: about it. Sean Hannity said this about it last night.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Take a listen. We begin tonight with this giant seafaring
- 31:34Speaker 1: mammal as you can see in front of you, the
- 31:36Speaker 1: North Atlantic right whale. Never heard of it before, but
- 31:40Speaker 1: there it is. Anyway. Apparently Joe Biden cares so deeply
- 31:43Speaker 1: about these majestic beasts that he's now prepared to wreck
- 31:48Speaker 1: the maritime industry from Florida to Massachusetts in order to
- 31:52Speaker 1: protect the whale. Now he has a new regulation from
- 31:55Speaker 1: the White House. It's designed to prevent boats from accidentally
- 31:59Speaker 1: hit the North Atlantic right whales. That would restrict the
- 32:04Speaker 1: speed of all boats over thirty five feet to ten knots,
- 32:09Speaker 1: or the equivalent of eleven miles per hour up to
- 32:12Speaker 1: one hundred miles from the coast. Now, keep in mind,
- 32:16Speaker 1: there have only been five deadly whale strikes by boats
- 32:19Speaker 1: in the past fifteen years. Five. That's it. There's never
- 32:23Speaker 1: been a confirmed whale strike in a federal channel, if
- 32:27Speaker 1: you will. Now, if this new regulation goes into effect, well,
- 32:31Speaker 1: experts are warning that port traffic will be crippled, the
- 32:35Speaker 1: fishing industry will be destroyed, human lives will be put
- 32:38Speaker 1: in danger, and many boats can operate safely in the
- 32:42Speaker 1: open ocean at ten knots now. Of course, between the
- 32:45Speaker 1: border crisis Afghanistan, the crime crisis, and now this effort
- 32:49Speaker 1: to protect a few whales will human life always seems
- 32:52Speaker 1: to now take a back seat in the Biden administration,
- 32:56Speaker 1: Doesn't it seem like they do this as often as
- 32:58Speaker 1: they can seem I think and screw they are purposely
- 33:02Speaker 1: trying to screw these things up as much as they can.
- 33:05Speaker 1: That's what it seems like for me. It's like some crazy,
- 33:08Speaker 1: woke person went in the White House like, hey, we
- 33:10Speaker 1: gotta save the way, and they're like, do it? Did
- 33:12Speaker 1: they ask any questions? No, right, why would we ask
- 33:16Speaker 1: a question? Just do it? Just got to do it.
- 33:18Speaker 1: Just go do it, do it all right. Make sure
- 33:22Speaker 1: you share this podcast with your family and your friends.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Please write it's a five star review. See it back
- 33:27Speaker 1: here tomorrow
