- 0:00Speaker 1: New problems that are coming out when it comes to
- 0:03Speaker 1: what's happening at the border. We're now being told that
- 0:05Speaker 1: it looks like a war zone at the US Mexico border,
- 0:09Speaker 1: and many an hour describing it worse than what you
- 0:13Speaker 1: see at the Poland Ukraine border. Senator Roger Marshall, a
- 0:17Speaker 1: Republican from Kansas, was one of only eleven US senators
- 0:20Speaker 1: who voted against a forty billion dollars eight packets to Ukraine.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Says the war zone the United States Mexico border is
- 0:27Speaker 1: quote much worse than what he witnessed when he was
- 0:30Speaker 1: at the Poland Ukraine border. All right, but first, let
- 0:33Speaker 1: me tell you real quick about my good friends ever

- 0:48Speaker 1: it was this bad. You may be looking at your
- 0:51Speaker 1: financial portfolio in your sick to year stomach. You're not alone.
- 0:55Speaker 1: The question is if you are not diversified in precious
- 0:59Speaker 1: medals as part of your financial portfolio, then what would
- 1:03Speaker 1: it look like now? Maybe if you would have been.
- 1:05Speaker 1: It's not too late, by the way, to take advantage
- 1:07Speaker 1: of gold and silver. It is a hedge against inflation,
- 1:11Speaker 1: and it's a way for you to diversify your IRA,
- 1:13Speaker 1: your four oh one K, your investment portfolio. If you've
- 1:17Speaker 1: never looked at gold and silver, there's actually no better
- 1:19Speaker 1: time than right now now. I've been investing golden silver
- 1:22Speaker 1: for gosh almost twenty years. I've used it as a
- 1:26Speaker 1: percentage of my strategy to protect myself. So on the

- 2:10Speaker 1: border over the last few days, Marshall said in an
- 2:13Speaker 1: interview that the human tragedy that he has seen, from
- 2:17Speaker 1: human smuggling to drug trafficking, is the most threatening situation
- 2:20Speaker 1: facing America, not the war in Ukraine. We've already done
- 2:24Speaker 1: more than all the rest of the world has done,
- 2:26Speaker 1: Marshall said at his vote against spending another forty billion
- 2:30Speaker 1: in American tax dollars on the war in Ukraine. We
- 2:33Speaker 1: have one hundred and seven thousand American troops on the
- 2:35Speaker 1: front NATO line. Meanwhile, the biggest, the most threatening situation
- 2:40Speaker 1: right now from a national security standpoint, is a southern border,
- 2:43Speaker 1: he continued. We need to spend twenty five billion right
- 2:47Speaker 1: now to fix this border. I'm calling on Joe Biden
- 2:50Speaker 1: to come down and see for himself what's really going on.
- 2:53Speaker 1: It's a human tragedy. This place turns into a war
- 2:56Speaker 1: zone every night, every night, folks. In the fiscal year
- 3:02Speaker 1: twenty twenty two, if you want to know where your
- 3:04Speaker 1: money is being spent, which began October the first of
- 3:08Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, that's how we run our budget in America.
- 3:12Speaker 1: About five thousand, three hundred pounds of fetnol have been
- 3:15Speaker 1: cs at the border last year alone. The US Drug
- 3:18Speaker 1: enforce Administration, the dacs nine point six million, nine point
- 3:24Speaker 1: six million counterfeit pills laced with fetnol. This is more
- 3:29Speaker 1: than the number of counterfeit pills cs in twenty nineteen
- 3:32Speaker 1: and twenty twenty combined. And that's how much we've sees
- 3:36Speaker 1: just so far through this year. The DA official last
- 3:42Speaker 1: month said that there was enough fetnel tracking traffic to
- 3:46Speaker 1: excuse me into American communities to kill every American citizen.
- 3:51Speaker 1: The war is the fetnyl That's the real war here,
- 3:55Speaker 1: Marshall said, along with just the gang members and the
- 3:58Speaker 1: terrorists coming across the border. Meanwhile, legal immigration has hit
- 4:02Speaker 1: record breaking levels under President Joe Biden. Since taking office,
- 4:05Speaker 1: the Biden administration has released more than nine one hundred
- 4:08Speaker 1: and fifty four thousand border crossers and illegal aliens into
- 4:12Speaker 1: the US interior, a foreign population larger than five US
- 4:16Speaker 1: states and twice the size of Miami. Let me just
- 4:20Speaker 1: I need to really make sure I say that again.
- 4:22Speaker 1: The Biden administration is released more than nine hundred and
- 4:25Speaker 1: fifty four thousand illegal immigrants into the US interior. That
- 4:30Speaker 1: a foreign population larger than five US states and twice
- 4:35Speaker 1: the size of Miami, Florida. Is how many illegal immigrants
- 4:38Speaker 1: are now in America this year. Marshall said that compared
- 4:42Speaker 1: to the scenes at the Poland Ukraine border, which we
- 4:44Speaker 1: saw first hand weeks ago, the crisis of the US
- 4:47Speaker 1: Mexico border is much worse. So I was just at
- 4:50Speaker 1: the Poland Ukraine border three weeks ago, and the sea
- 4:53Speaker 1: of humanity I'm seeing here at the US Mexico border
- 4:56Speaker 1: is much much worse than I saw there, just a
- 4:59Speaker 1: volume of pe people, the crisis going on. I'm a physician,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I've done humanitarian work all across the world. I shouldn't
- 5:05Speaker 1: be emotionally disturbed by what I'm seeing and what I've
- 5:08Speaker 1: seen these past four days. The US Mexico border just
- 5:10Speaker 1: literally makes me want to vomit. It is so horrifying.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Marshall also said that four nationals have continued to pile
- 5:18Speaker 1: up on the Mexico side in preparation for the rush
- 5:21Speaker 1: the border, as they believe Biden is ending the Title
- 5:23Speaker 1: forty two, public health authority that has stem waves of
- 5:27Speaker 1: legal immigration over the last two years. In April, Trump
- 5:31Speaker 1: appointed judge announced he would block the Biden administration from
- 5:34Speaker 1: ending Title forty two. Late last week, they issued a
- 5:38Speaker 1: preliminary injunction against Biden's effort to end Title forty two,
- 5:41Speaker 1: blocking the policy from being eliminated. He said this has
- 5:45Speaker 1: been like the gold Rush. People waiting on the other
- 5:47Speaker 1: side for May twenty third. They don't know that the
- 5:50Speaker 1: courts settled anything. They got the fast signal from Joe
- 5:54Speaker 1: Biden for everyone to come across the border. You're going
- 5:56Speaker 1: to get free food, free healthcare ambassy and come on
- 5:59Speaker 1: every day for weeks. They've been told to come on
- 6:04Speaker 1: May twenty three, and they're going to rush the border
- 6:06Speaker 1: here and overwhelm the border officers. They're going to rush
- 6:09Speaker 1: the border this week to tie up the border patrol officers.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Then meanwhile, two miles down the river, the drugs are
- 6:14Speaker 1: coming across. The drug people know how to do this,
- 6:19Speaker 1: They went on to say, they understand how important it
- 6:22Speaker 1: is to have a rush of people so you'll be distracted,
- 6:25Speaker 1: so then they can bring more fetnel across the border
- 6:27Speaker 1: than we've ever seen before. I hope you people are
- 6:30Speaker 1: really paying attention to this, and I hope you're angry
- 6:32Speaker 1: about it. I hope you're upset about it. I hope
- 6:34Speaker 1: you're frustrated by it. I hope that you look at
- 6:38Speaker 1: this and realize how ridiculous all of this is. I
- 6:41Speaker 1: hope you see it for what it is. They understand it, folks,
- 6:47Speaker 1: they get it, Okay, they realize what's happening here. They're
- 6:54Speaker 1: very smart, these drug cartel members. If they can rush
- 6:57Speaker 1: the border and it turn into a humanity crisis while
- 7:01Speaker 1: you're looking at the human beings, which, by the way,
- 7:03Speaker 1: they're making money off of moving them across the border.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Excuse me, then guess what you can do. You can
- 7:11Speaker 1: go down river a mile or two and you can
- 7:13Speaker 1: bring unlimited amounts of fetenol across the border, and you
- 7:17Speaker 1: can kill countless Americans. That's what you get to do.
- 7:25Speaker 1: When people say they don't understand the policy of this president,
- 7:33Speaker 1: you should. It's actually not a hard policy to understand.
- 7:37Speaker 1: The policy is clear. It is a policy of changing
- 7:41Speaker 1: and altering the way America functions, away the America operates.
- 7:46Speaker 1: They're trying to change the fabric of America. Let more
- 7:51Speaker 1: legal immigrants into the interior of the United States of
- 7:53Speaker 1: America this year than twice the population of Miami. There
- 7:57Speaker 1: are five states in America the population than illegal immigrants
- 8:02Speaker 1: just sent across the border. Wake up, if you don't
- 8:07Speaker 1: think the Democratic Party is fundamentally trying to change this country,
- 8:11Speaker 1: you're stupid. If you don't think that they're trying to
- 8:16Speaker 1: change how this country operates, you're an idiot. This has
- 8:22Speaker 1: been their goals since the moment they started all of this,
- 8:26Speaker 1: and you should understand that the gold rush for get
- 8:31Speaker 1: to America and at free food, free healthcare, amnesty, Come on, everybody,
- 8:36Speaker 1: that's what's being sold to the illegal immigrants. And they're
- 8:39Speaker 1: not wrong. For weeks and weeks they've been told. In
- 8:42Speaker 1: May the twenty third is the day two miles down
- 8:46Speaker 1: the river the drug cartels are coming across and record
- 8:48Speaker 1: numbers with fetnol, and that's their gold rush. So not
- 8:51Speaker 1: only are they making money from the human trafficking, but
- 8:53Speaker 1: then on the back end they're making they're making ten
- 8:56Speaker 1: ax on that opportunity because then they get their hands
- 8:59Speaker 1: on what's happening with the distraction at the border. It's
- 9:05Speaker 1: all about a distraction the border. Now, why is this
- 9:12Speaker 1: being allowed to happen. How is it possible that this
- 9:17Speaker 1: is being allowed to happen. It's all part of the
- 9:19Speaker 1: Democrats plan, that's what this is. It's all a part
- 9:25Speaker 1: of the plan. GOP Representative Mario Diaz. Ballard blasted Biden
- 9:32Speaker 1: for the deadly handling of the southern border, talking about
- 9:35Speaker 1: just how bad it is. Listen to that one hundred
- 9:37Speaker 1: thousand migrants were released in the United States just in
- 9:41Speaker 1: April alone. So I wanted to find out from you,
- 9:44Speaker 1: as a leader in the Republican Party, what do you
- 9:46Speaker 1: think needs to be done in terms of if you
- 9:50Speaker 1: guys take over the House, because a lot of these
- 9:52Speaker 1: changes Biden put in place, we're done administratively. What do
- 9:54Speaker 1: you think, Well, look, a couple of things. You're absolutely right,
- 10:00Speaker 1: you know it's it's how to fix the southern border.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Go back to what was working, Go back to the
- 10:04Speaker 1: policies I think that the administration was including, by the way,
- 10:09Speaker 1: the border security border wall. Um, it's not Rocket times.
- 10:12Speaker 1: This is this administration seems to be in love with
- 10:16Speaker 1: just changing policy in a way that continues, continues to
- 10:20Speaker 1: hurt the national security interests in the United States. The economy. Uh,
- 10:24Speaker 1: for good's sake, if if, if, if you know, the
- 10:26Speaker 1: fact that we have shortages in grocery stores the United
- 10:29Speaker 1: States is something that we've never I've never seen in
- 10:31Speaker 1: my lifetime. It's it's a direct result of the Biden policy.
- 10:34Speaker 1: So what what needs to happen reverse these irresponsible Biden policies.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Doing that would actually secure the border, would get the
- 10:42Speaker 1: economy going, would we could become once again energy independent.
- 10:45Speaker 1: So it's really kind of just reversing the insanity of
- 10:49Speaker 1: this president. When we can, hopefully, if God willingly, take
- 10:52Speaker 1: control of the House and hopefully the Senate, we'll be
- 10:54Speaker 1: able to bring folks in front you know, public, in
- 10:57Speaker 1: front of the American people, to explain what they're doing,
- 11:00Speaker 1: why they're doing it, and hopefully get them to understand
- 11:04Speaker 1: that the American people do not accept it. First thing, however,
- 11:08Speaker 1: is we got to win the majority. And that's key.
- 11:10Speaker 1: You know, the radical left is not going to just
- 11:12Speaker 1: give up. The socialist I'm going to say, oh, we
- 11:14Speaker 1: lost the elections already. They're going to fight tooth and nail. Uh,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and we gotta fight harder. Is there something that you
- 11:20Speaker 1: think could be done in the courts in terms of
- 11:22Speaker 1: challenging the Biden administrations handling of the Yeah, look, we
- 11:25Speaker 1: gotta we gotta look look at and and find every
- 11:29Speaker 1: avenue possible. You have one hundred thousand Americans dyning because
- 11:32Speaker 1: of right. It's become the largest killer for young Americans
- 11:36Speaker 1: in the country. So the consequences of this presence administration
- 11:40Speaker 1: are not only bad for the economy, they've become deadly.
- 11:43Speaker 1: So we have to we have to use every possible
- 11:47Speaker 1: avenue to reverse the sin. Saturday and your opponents, as
- 11:51Speaker 1: you've heard many times, when you guys talk about strong
- 11:54Speaker 1: border security, including physical barriers, they say that it's race
- 11:57Speaker 1: is to have these strict border enforcement policies. Do you
- 12:02Speaker 1: view it as a race issue or a national security
- 12:04Speaker 1: issue when it comes to the migrants that are coming
- 12:08Speaker 1: across and not having as much background information as you
- 12:12Speaker 1: need before making a call whether they should be released
- 12:15Speaker 1: through you know, look, I fought, I have fought discrimination
- 12:17Speaker 1: in my entire life, but I will not permit the
- 12:18Speaker 1: discrimination against United States of America. The United States of
- 12:21Speaker 1: America cannot be the only country that's not allowed to
- 12:23Speaker 1: determine who comes in. And we're seeing the results again
- 12:26Speaker 1: a hundred thousand dead, right, one hundred thousand American instead
- 12:29Speaker 1: because of female and so you know, the administration said
- 12:32Speaker 1: that they're going to pursue a humane policy. Is it humane?
- 12:35Speaker 1: Is what they're doing today humane? The number of deaths
- 12:39Speaker 1: of people trying to come over. Is that humane? The
- 12:42Speaker 1: fact that the vast majority of girls and young women
- 12:46Speaker 1: are raped on the way here, you know, is that humane.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Is the fact that this administration has turned over the
- 12:53Speaker 1: southern border to the cartels. Is that humane? No, that
- 12:57Speaker 1: is inhuman. That is a violation of the rule of law.
- 13:00Speaker 1: That is immoral. There's nothing good that has come from
- 13:03Speaker 1: this presence, posses nothing good. Forget saying we're racist because
- 13:11Speaker 1: we want to have a secure border. How does a country,
- 13:14Speaker 1: by the way, function, if you're letting in a hundred
- 13:17Speaker 1: thousand people a month, how does it function? I want
- 13:20Speaker 1: to know. I want to know how does it function?
- 13:25Speaker 1: You cannot function as a nation if that happens. You
- 13:30Speaker 1: cannot allow for a safe and secure country. And all
- 13:35Speaker 1: of this is being done as China is laughing at
- 13:37Speaker 1: us because they're the one sending in the fetnyl. Okay,
- 13:41Speaker 1: China is the one that's sending the fetannyl over and
- 13:44Speaker 1: the drug cartels are laughing at us. They're laughing because
- 13:49Speaker 1: we're so distracted. Okay, they are so distracted. It is
- 13:56Speaker 1: incredible how distracted they actually are. They think it's hysterical.
- 14:02Speaker 1: American kids are dying, getting addicted to this crap, and
- 14:04Speaker 1: they think it's funny because they're making more money than
- 14:08Speaker 1: they've ever made off of any drug they're sitting into
- 14:10Speaker 1: this country, including cocaine and heroin. Because fetnol is so
- 14:15Speaker 1: much more potent, you can get so much more for
- 14:19Speaker 1: it without it being a mass quantity. Right, the amount
- 14:23Speaker 1: of weed you used to have to get into America,
- 14:25Speaker 1: it really makes some money. Oho, not anymore, not anymore.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Now you can get these little fake pills. Who cares
- 14:34Speaker 1: of people od and died? Does it really matter? That's
- 14:37Speaker 1: their argument. No, it really doesn't matter. We don't have
- 14:41Speaker 1: to really worry, We don't have to really be nervous
- 14:47Speaker 1: about what's happening. We got this, send it in. People die,
- 14:51Speaker 1: that's their fault for taking drugs. They have no souls.
- 14:54Speaker 1: They don't care about the sex trafficking, the human trafficking,
- 14:57Speaker 1: the child trafficking, the smuggling, and everything else that comes.
- 15:00Speaker 1: They don't care. So what makes you think they'd care
- 15:04Speaker 1: about this one. They don't care, folks, they don't care.
- 15:09Speaker 1: And you have an administration right now that also is
- 15:12Speaker 1: in on all of this. You have an administration right
- 15:16Speaker 1: now that understands that this can fundamently change the country
- 15:22Speaker 1: and that the ideas that we have in this country
- 15:24Speaker 1: right now will never ever, ever, ever be the same.
- 15:27Speaker 1: If you can bring in millions of new people every year,
- 15:32Speaker 1: you can turn us into a socialist country. You gotta
- 15:34Speaker 1: understand the people that are coming across the border. Okay,
- 15:39Speaker 1: they are not afraid of socialism. Okay, they're not afraid
- 15:45Speaker 1: of socialist ideals. They're not afraid of any of this
- 15:52Speaker 1: because for them, it's anything in America is better than
- 15:55Speaker 1: where they came from. And if that means that the
- 15:58Speaker 1: government gives you everything for at a higher level of
- 16:01Speaker 1: living than than what they were used to in Mexico,
- 16:03Speaker 1: that's a victory and that's how they look at this.
- 16:08Speaker 1: GOP representative Marie Diaz blasted Biden for the deadly handling
- 16:12Speaker 1: at the southern border, saying it's more than a humanitarian crisis. Tucson,
- 16:18Speaker 1: Arizona Democratic mayor now claims that Biden the dh plan
- 16:22Speaker 1: to deal with the border crisis. Say, I don't know,
- 16:24Speaker 1: we got we got a plan. What is the plan? Well,
- 16:27Speaker 1: we can't really tell you what the plan is, but
- 16:28Speaker 1: we have a plan. This is not a joke. Listen
- 16:30Speaker 1: to Tucson Arizona Democratic mayor. Do you feel that they
- 16:34Speaker 1: have a plan to deal with what happened if and
- 16:38Speaker 1: when Title forty two is lifted. Absolutely. I have been
- 16:43Speaker 1: in communication with the White House and the Department of
- 16:46Speaker 1: Homeland Security. I was the White House shared the plan,
- 16:52Speaker 1: Department of Security shared the plan that they have in
- 16:55Speaker 1: front of us. And it's more than just more security
- 16:59Speaker 1: on the board. It's about having about having staff that
- 17:04Speaker 1: will help with the administrative pieces of it as well. Right,
- 17:09Speaker 1: this is not our first rodeo for Tucson. We have
- 17:13Speaker 1: been on the front lines of receiving asylum seekers and immigrants.
- 17:17Speaker 1: We have a system in place with nonprofits and Pima
- 17:20Speaker 1: County government. We know how to do this. What I
- 17:24Speaker 1: did say to the administration is that we need to
- 17:26Speaker 1: make sure that we have the resources necessary. I who
- 17:29Speaker 1: love it. Right, there's our plan. What's the plan? We
- 17:31Speaker 1: don't know. We really don't know what the plan is.
- 17:34Speaker 1: We just know it's happening, right, like we don't really
- 17:37Speaker 1: know former border patrol sief. So the cartel now controls
- 17:42Speaker 1: every piece of the southern border. He was talking with
- 17:46Speaker 1: Dan Bongino on Fox about this and again it's a
- 17:49Speaker 1: former border patrol chief. He said, Look, the cartel owns
- 17:51Speaker 1: every piece of southern border, and they in the synthetic
- 17:55Speaker 1: opiard deaths in twenty twenty one, we're seventy one thousand
- 17:58Speaker 1: plus and it's getting worse. And what is this administration
- 18:03Speaker 1: doing nothing to stop it? There are twenty five million
- 18:06Speaker 1: dollars worth of drugs just busting from a massive drug
- 18:09Speaker 1: tunnel that stretches a third of a mile in between
- 18:12Speaker 1: Mexico and San Diego. For the first time, more than
- 18:15Speaker 1: one hundred thousand Americans died of druggo for doses last year.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Think of that number. Seventy one thousand of those are
- 18:22Speaker 1: from synthetic opioids like fennel. This thing's a plague. Rodney
- 18:26Speaker 1: Scott was a Border patrol chief under President Trump, he
- 18:29Speaker 1: joins me live from San Diego, right outside the building
- 18:32Speaker 1: where that tunnel was found. Chief, thanks, as always for
- 18:35Speaker 1: your time. This drug crisis, chiefs out of control. The
- 18:39Speaker 1: bodies are piling up. Clearly, these cartels have the assets
- 18:42Speaker 1: to build these tunnels. Is the Biden administration taken this
- 18:45Speaker 1: seriously right now? You know, that's a great question, and
- 18:48Speaker 1: thanks for having me on Dan, I don't know what
- 18:50Speaker 1: the Biden administration is taken seriously, but it's not border security.
- 18:53Speaker 1: And you can't separate what's going on right here and
- 18:56Speaker 1: O time mesa this warehouse behind me, this drug tunnel,
- 18:59Speaker 1: from the illegal imigration crisis that's going on because the
- 19:02Speaker 1: cartels use those people to deflect or to draw away
- 19:06Speaker 1: border patrol resources, law enforcement resources so that they can
- 19:09Speaker 1: smuggle stuff across, and so they can do stuff like
- 19:11Speaker 1: this and dig these tunnels. And Chief I was going
- 19:15Speaker 1: to ask you I was actually my next question. So
- 19:17Speaker 1: you teed it up perfectly. Some of the border officials
- 19:20Speaker 1: that have reached out to me have said exactly what
- 19:23Speaker 1: you just said, that this is strategic flood a section
- 19:26Speaker 1: of the border with a massive number of illegal migrants
- 19:29Speaker 1: entering the country, suck up all the assets and then
- 19:31Speaker 1: move the drugs. This isn't by accident. This is all
- 19:35Speaker 1: tied together. It's all tied together. And this administration wants
- 19:39Speaker 1: to compartmentalize and talk about these border issues like they're separate,
- 19:43Speaker 1: but they're not. The cartel controls every piece of this border,
- 19:47Speaker 1: and they control when those people cross here in San Diego.
- 19:50Speaker 1: They have significantly more border wall, and they have to
- 19:53Speaker 1: resort to these tunnels to try to get the narcotics across,
- 19:56Speaker 1: and we were trying to replicate that across the southwest
- 19:58Speaker 1: border before we built this infrastructure here. All those narcotics
- 20:02Speaker 1: trying to come across would have been coming through the
- 20:03Speaker 1: port of entry, or they would have been in heis
- 20:06Speaker 1: and vehicles at high speed pursuits and endangering all of
- 20:08Speaker 1: San Diego. These tunnels are a threat, but they're manageable.
- 20:12Speaker 1: If we had border patrol agents, ice officers, law enforcement
- 20:15Speaker 1: agents doing this instead of process in illegal aliens. Yeah, amen, Chief,
- 20:20Speaker 1: we let them do their job, this wouldn't be as
- 20:22Speaker 1: big of an issue. All last question, All, We appreciate
- 20:24Speaker 1: your time here, but Title forty two there's been some
- 20:28Speaker 1: or a court reprieve from this going away immediately gives
- 20:30Speaker 1: us the ability to turn people around at the border
- 20:33Speaker 1: due to the pandemic. If this thing goes away anytime
- 20:36Speaker 1: in the future, Chief, how bad is this problem going
- 20:38Speaker 1: to get? Even though we've reached catastrophic levels now, can
- 20:41Speaker 1: it get even worse without Title forty two? I hate
- 20:45Speaker 1: to say it can, but yes it can. Right now
- 20:47Speaker 1: today there's at least a few border patrol agents still
- 20:49Speaker 1: out in the field, very few, but at least there's
- 20:52Speaker 1: a few. When Title forty two goes away, that adds
- 20:55Speaker 1: an hour and a half processing for every single additional
- 20:57Speaker 1: person they catch that they can't use the title forty too.
- 21:00Speaker 1: That means all borderchial agents are going to be inside
- 21:03Speaker 1: processing today, less than thirty from maybe forty percent. The
- 21:06Speaker 1: most start out in the field and by the end
- 21:09Speaker 1: of shift most of them are done. They're not even
- 21:11Speaker 1: going to deploy when Title forty two goes away. And
- 21:13Speaker 1: it's not just Title forty two, it's the fact that
- 21:16Speaker 1: the Biden administration intentionally and willingly shut down all the
- 21:19Speaker 1: other programs that we're securing the border as well. Title
- 21:21Speaker 1: forty two is just the final one. Title forty two
- 21:25Speaker 1: is just the final one, just the final one. That's it.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Title forty two is just the last straw. It's just
- 21:34Speaker 1: the final one. Democratic Representative Normaterrez was on c a
- 21:42Speaker 1: MSNBC I should say yesterday and this is what she
- 21:45Speaker 1: had to say about our open borders. She says, no, no,
- 21:48Speaker 1: they don't exist. We don't have an open border bill,
- 21:50Speaker 1: thank you very much, and with us now to continue
- 21:53Speaker 1: our conversation as California Congressman Normatoris, who was a member
- 21:56Speaker 1: of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, Carson, when thank you so
- 21:59Speaker 1: much for for being with us. You know, I just
- 22:01Speaker 1: keep thinking about all those people that you and I
- 22:05Speaker 1: just heard from Edgar. I was in the Eagle Pass
- 22:09Speaker 1: area last week on Friday. I spoke to two elected
- 22:12Speaker 1: officials there, both Democrats who don't want Title forty two
- 22:16Speaker 1: lifted because they're not, they say, prepared to deal with
- 22:19Speaker 1: what could be a historic influx of migrants. What do
- 22:24Speaker 1: you see happening? Well, thank you for inviting me to
- 22:29Speaker 1: speak on this really important issue. We have to remember
- 22:32Speaker 1: that Title forty two was a very biased policy instituted
- 22:39Speaker 1: by former President Trump. This is a president that incarcerated
- 22:46Speaker 1: and put families in children in cages. If Republicans want
- 22:53Speaker 1: um Title forty two uh lifted and they don't want
- 22:58Speaker 1: to allowed US asylum seekers into our country, which our
- 23:03Speaker 1: country has a very strict asylum laws on the books already,
- 23:09Speaker 1: then they should work on those issues. But utilizing this
- 23:13Speaker 1: very mean spirited policy to turn away women and children
- 23:19Speaker 1: that are seeking help from our country is absolutely inhumane
- 23:23Speaker 1: and wrong. I understand we cannot help every single person
- 23:28Speaker 1: at our southern border. And I have spent the last
- 23:32Speaker 1: seven and a half years in Congress working on addressing
- 23:36Speaker 1: the root causes of migrations. This is not a single issue.
- 23:40Speaker 1: This is not just a border issue. We have to
- 23:42Speaker 1: be very very clear. Our borders are not opened. They
- 23:46Speaker 1: have never been opened. But rather than working with Democrats
- 23:50Speaker 1: to focus on policies to assist people in their own country,
- 23:56Speaker 1: they continue day in and day out to work against
- 24:00Speaker 1: every single effort that I have looked forward. Let's talk
- 24:03Speaker 1: about that, because the whole root causes of migration is
- 24:06Speaker 1: such an important issue that I think is so we
- 24:10Speaker 1: don't have an open border. That's what she wants you
- 24:13Speaker 1: to believe, right, I mean, that's what they're saying, that
- 24:21Speaker 1: so this many people can come across the border illegally,
- 24:26Speaker 1: and you want me to believe that there isn't an
- 24:29Speaker 1: open border, right, that's I mean, that's that's what you're
- 24:34Speaker 1: telling me. No, no open border here, none whatsoever. Zero,
- 24:40Speaker 1: there's not an open border. I mean, I don't I
- 24:46Speaker 1: don't even know how to describe in like how stupid
- 24:49Speaker 1: this is. And the media, you notice doesn't push back.
- 24:54Speaker 1: The media didn't say anything, right, They just listen to
- 24:58Speaker 1: her in this propaganda. They don't point out any of
- 25:02Speaker 1: the facts. They don't point out how this is wrong,
- 25:04Speaker 1: they don't point out how this is completely inaccurate. Why
- 25:13Speaker 1: do they not do that, It's pretty simple. They don't
- 25:17Speaker 1: want you to know the truth. They don't want you
- 25:20Speaker 1: to know what's actually happening. So if you keep allowing
- 25:24Speaker 1: this type of propagate on TV, people will believe it right.
- 25:28Speaker 1: People will just say, oh, I believe this, this makes sense.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I believe it right, Like this totally makes sense. That's
- 25:37Speaker 1: what they're gonna tell you. They're gonna make you believe
- 25:41Speaker 1: that this is somehow real, inaccurate, so that you will
- 25:45Speaker 1: in fact look the other way, all right. Lastly, please
