Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / NEW YORK PROPOSES LAW TO HOLD YOU FOR 60 DAYS WITHOUT DUE PROCESS IF THEY BELIEVE YOU MIGHT HAVE COVID! !
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Something very creepy is happening in this country, and that
- 0:03Speaker 1: is Democrats trying to make laws that they know that
- 0:06Speaker 1: people would be outraged over by doing it in secret,
- 0:10Speaker 1: doing it very quickly, hoping that you are not paying attention.
- 0:14Speaker 1: An example of this is what is now going on
- 0:17Speaker 1: in New York. A bill has been introduced there that
- 0:19Speaker 1: would give the governor ultimate power, ultimate power to remove
- 0:24Speaker 1: human beings you that have diseases, not just coronavirus. In fact,
- 0:31Speaker 1: in the bill it mentions not a single time COVID
- 0:33Speaker 1: nineteen and or coronavirus. Now, this bill was supposed to
- 0:37Speaker 1: be done very quickly and in secret. It was not
- 0:39Speaker 1: supposed to get publicity. There is actually apparently a Democrat
- 0:43Speaker 1: who outed other Democrats who were in favor of this
- 0:46Speaker 1: bill because he believes that it actually is total psychotic socialism,
- 0:51Speaker 1: and he leaked it to the press. Nevertheless, Democrats still
- 0:56Speaker 1: say that this bill is needed, warranted, and that everybody
- 0:59Speaker 1: should be behind it and in favor of it. So
- 1:03Speaker 1: let me tell you what is actually in this bill.
- 1:06Speaker 1: This bill that is currently working its way through the
- 1:08Speaker 1: New York State Assembly that you weren't supposed to know about,
- 1:12Speaker 1: would give the Governor New York the total authority to
- 1:14Speaker 1: order quote, and I'm reading directly from the bill, now,
- 1:19Speaker 1: removal and attention of cases, contacts, and carriers who are
- 1:28Speaker 1: or maybe a danger, as they put it, to public health. Oh,
- 1:33Speaker 1: it gets worse. It gets a lot worse. You think
- 1:39Speaker 1: that's all. No, they're doing even more than that. Introduced
- 1:46Speaker 1: this bill by Democratic Assemblyman Noah Nicholas Perry, Bill A
- 1:50Speaker 1: four one six gives the governor the authority to declare
- 1:55Speaker 1: you as an individual a threat to public health and
- 1:59Speaker 1: then get the person or group of persons shall be
- 2:05Speaker 1: detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises. Now,
- 2:10Speaker 1: when they say another other appropriate facility or premises, that
- 2:14Speaker 1: is a translation for jail. Now you may say, all right,
- 2:18Speaker 1: I don't care because this is happening in New York City. No,
- 2:21Speaker 1: if you visit New York City, this absolutely could affect
- 2:24Speaker 1: you because you could be obtained without due process for
- 2:27Speaker 1: a minimum of sixty days before even a judge would
- 2:31Speaker 1: take a look at you and your case. Because this
- 2:34Speaker 1: bill would give the governor sixty days to do whatever
- 2:36Speaker 1: the hell he wants to do with you. This, by
- 2:38Speaker 1: the way, is what they do in socialists and communists
- 2:40Speaker 1: and dictatorship countries, they pick somebody off the street, they
- 2:45Speaker 1: hold them indefinitely. You have no recourse to stop it
- 2:50Speaker 1: from happening. There's no way for you to stop it
- 2:53Speaker 1: from happening, and there's no legal system that allows you
- 2:57Speaker 1: the ability to even fight back from this happening. This
- 3:03Speaker 1: is exactly what the left is now advocating for, not
- 3:06Speaker 1: just advocating for, they're actually doing it. In New York City,
- 3:11Speaker 1: you could be picked up visiting New York if you
- 3:13Speaker 1: get sick and it doesn't mention COVID. This is they
- 3:16Speaker 1: say a communal disease. That could be an STD that
- 3:19Speaker 1: could be the flu. I guess it could technically be
- 3:23Speaker 1: the common cold, and they could then say that you
- 3:27Speaker 1: are a threat to public health. Now, imagine if you're
- 3:29Speaker 1: running for office and they decide that your opponent decides
- 3:33Speaker 1: that you are a threat to public health, and they
- 3:35Speaker 1: decide to detain you for sixty days during your campaign. Now,
- 3:38Speaker 1: of course you're gonna say, Ben, that's extreme. What's extreme
- 3:43Speaker 1: is introducing a bill like this. What is extreme is
- 3:46Speaker 1: not only introducing a bill. I'll even take a step further,
- 3:50Speaker 1: introducing a bill like this and not having the words
- 3:52Speaker 1: COVID in it, So you cannot tell me that this
- 3:55Speaker 1: is about COVID because it's not. This is, however, about
- 3:59Speaker 1: powering control. It's not about COVID. It's about power and control,
- 4:04Speaker 1: total control over you and your life. It gets worse
- 4:10Speaker 1: in this bill that you weren't supposed to know about all.
- 4:16Speaker 1: The governor or his assigned subordinate, so the people beneath
- 4:20Speaker 1: him have to do to lock you up, has come
- 4:22Speaker 1: up with quote clear and convincing evidence that the quote
- 4:27Speaker 1: health of others is or may be endangered by a
- 4:30Speaker 1: case a contact or carrier or keyword suspected case. You
- 4:38Speaker 1: don't even have to have it. They can just assume
- 4:41Speaker 1: that you have it, suspect that you have it, and
- 4:44Speaker 1: believe that you're around someone that did have it, and
- 4:46Speaker 1: then that is all they then need for you to
- 4:49Speaker 1: be shut down. That's it. That's all you got to
- 4:56Speaker 1: do to be shut down. That's the only thing you
- 5:00Speaker 1: have to do to be shut down. They will come
- 5:04Speaker 1: out and they will tell you that you must silence yourself,
- 5:08Speaker 1: you must shut down. They will come out and tell
- 5:11Speaker 1: you that you are under detention indefinitely for sixty days.
- 5:15Speaker 1: You cannot go to court. No one around you can
- 5:18Speaker 1: go to a court. There is nothing that you could
- 5:21Speaker 1: do until the sixty day number is up. Even if
- 5:24Speaker 1: you're not sick, if you're around someone they believe is sick.
- 5:28Speaker 1: There you're around someone that they suspect has it, that
- 5:32Speaker 1: has been in contact with you, they can then round
- 5:35Speaker 1: you and your family up. That's not all. Not only
- 5:42Speaker 1: does the governor have the power, anyone beneath them who
- 5:45Speaker 1: he gives the power to to lock you up can
- 5:48Speaker 1: also do this without the governor governor's signature. And what is,
- 5:53Speaker 1: by the way, the legal threshold to imprison someone against
- 5:56Speaker 1: their will? You may ask, well, this bill would then
- 6:00Speaker 1: give all of that opinion, that opinion up to the governor.
- 6:04Speaker 1: The governor gets to decide who gets arrested who doesn't,
- 6:07Speaker 1: not based on any legal definition, because you're giving the
- 6:10Speaker 1: governor absolute power, which is exactly what happens in socialist countries. Now.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Of course they say there is they check some balance here,
- 6:17Speaker 1: because he consults with the commissioners translation the person or
- 6:22Speaker 1: persons that he has decided or under him to do
- 6:25Speaker 1: what he wants to do. All they have to do
- 6:29Speaker 1: is believe, not proved they just have to believe that
- 6:32Speaker 1: you may pose an eminent and or a significant threat
- 6:37Speaker 1: to public health, even if you haven't actually come down
- 6:41Speaker 1: with anything, because you've been around somebody that they believe
- 6:46Speaker 1: was posing an eminent or significant threat to public health.
- 6:49Speaker 1: You could be healthy and they could lock you up
- 6:51Speaker 1: because you saw somebody that they say they believe is
- 6:54Speaker 1: not healthy. So not only would the governor have the
- 6:58Speaker 1: power to violate your privacy see by announcing your public
- 7:01Speaker 1: health risk, because now this is public knowledge, right ben
- 7:04Speaker 1: Ferguson is a public health risk. That's what they could say,
- 7:09Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson is a threat to society. Therefore, we have
- 7:12Speaker 1: detained him for up to sixty days, and there's no
- 7:16Speaker 1: recourse for them to stop detaining me. There's no legal
- 7:19Speaker 1: ramifications of how I can go before a judge and
- 7:21Speaker 1: plead my case. I could be screaming I don't have
- 7:25Speaker 1: a communal disease, but they could say, well, we know
- 7:29Speaker 1: that you were in contact with someone that had a
- 7:31Speaker 1: communal disease, so we're gonna hold you for the sixty
- 7:34Speaker 1: days just in case, just in case, just in case.
- 7:40Speaker 1: This is an actual bill being looked at right now,
- 7:42Speaker 1: and it gets even worse. But first, if you want
- 7:46Speaker 1: to help the people in Georgia with what's going on
- 7:49Speaker 1: there with a Senate election, then you need to join
- 7:52Speaker 1: aim Act, the number one conservative organization in the country
- 7:55Speaker 1: for free. Right now. I'm going to give you a
- 7:57Speaker 1: free membership because it's important that we now stand with
- 8:00Speaker 1: the people of Georgia and that we fight to make
- 8:03Speaker 1: sure that they have a free and fair election. Whatever
- 8:06Speaker 1: happens in Georgia's what's going to be, what's going to
- 8:09Speaker 1: happen with the country. What's gonna happen in Georgia is
- 8:15Speaker 1: going to decide the fate of an unbelievable amount of legislation.
- 8:19Speaker 1: If they're able to win in Georgia, it is over.
- 8:23Speaker 1: The Democrats control the House, the Senate, and the White House.
- 8:27Speaker 1: So if you are ready to get in on all
- 8:31Speaker 1: this action and to fight back and to stand with
- 8:34Speaker 1: other conservatives to protect the Senate, join the number one
- 8:38Speaker 1: conservative organization in the country right now. It is called
- 8:42Speaker 1: AMAC for free. That's right for free. Call them, use
- 8:47Speaker 1: my name Ben when you call them, or you can

- 9:05Speaker 1: conservative organization in the country, been free online dot Com.
- 9:10Speaker 1: That's been free online dot com and join the number
- 9:15Speaker 1: one conservative organization in the country. The government has the
- 9:20Speaker 1: ability to finger you as a threat to public health.
- 9:24Speaker 1: The government has the ability in New York if this passes,
- 9:28Speaker 1: to scoop you off the streets, regardless of regardless of
- 9:30Speaker 1: you're a New York citizen or not. Right, it doesn't
- 9:33Speaker 1: You could be visiting anywhere in New York. Can you
- 9:35Speaker 1: come in contact with someone they believe is a public
- 9:37Speaker 1: health risk or a threat and then they come after
- 9:39Speaker 1: you and your entire family and they can put you
- 9:41Speaker 1: in jail or in a hospital facility for sixty days
- 9:47Speaker 1: because the governor said so. The governor has the power
- 9:51Speaker 1: to violate your privacy by announcing you by name that
- 9:55Speaker 1: you're a public health risk. Who cares if you actually
- 9:58Speaker 1: have a disease? Who cares? A there's a violation. When
- 10:02Speaker 1: it comes to like a hep of violation, it doesn't matter.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Not only would the governor have the power to violate
- 10:08Speaker 1: your privacy by announcing your public health risk, we're talking
- 10:12Speaker 1: about you being detained and imprisoned for up to sixty
- 10:14Speaker 1: days about any type of due process. In fact, the
- 10:18Speaker 1: bill is very clear about this. It's only after sixty
- 10:21Speaker 1: days that this law would require court authorization to continue
- 10:26Speaker 1: to imprison you. Quote and no events shall any person
- 10:32Speaker 1: be detained for more than sixty days without a court
- 10:37Speaker 1: order authorizing such attention. They're acting like they're protecting you
- 10:42Speaker 1: without wording. Right, Oh, don't worry, We're only going to
- 10:44Speaker 1: be able to hold you for sixty days because after
- 10:47Speaker 1: the sixty days, we can't hold you anymore. And we
- 10:49Speaker 1: know that. Let's be reasonable here, we're not going to
- 10:54Speaker 1: hold you for longer than two months. How do you
- 10:58Speaker 1: make a living? What if you have a store, What
- 11:01Speaker 1: if you have a family member you take care of.
- 11:05Speaker 1: What if you just need to work to provide? What
- 11:07Speaker 1: about taking your kids to school? Because remember, they could
- 11:10Speaker 1: knock on your door or forcibly, I would assume, based
- 11:15Speaker 1: on what this law says, legally come into your home,
- 11:19Speaker 1: arrest you, and take you to a appropriate detention facility,
- 11:24Speaker 1: which is a nice word for jail. This is what
- 11:27Speaker 1: they say they can do to you because they're the
- 11:31Speaker 1: government and this has absolute power in the name of COVID,
- 11:34Speaker 1: except I go back to the most insane part about
- 11:36Speaker 1: this bill. The word COVID is never mentioned. Not one
- 11:44Speaker 1: time in this bill does the word COVID appear, Wuhan virus,
- 11:51Speaker 1: Chinese virus. Nothing. This is a generic bill for any
- 11:55Speaker 1: communal disease that includes the flu and STDs because CDs
- 12:00Speaker 1: in the flu or communal diseases, and a long list
- 12:03Speaker 1: of other diseases. By the way, this isn't a bill
- 12:06Speaker 1: that only relates to COVID nineteen because it's not about
- 12:10Speaker 1: COVID nineteen, which is what I've been saying to you
- 12:11Speaker 1: guys for months now. This is a power grab in
- 12:14Speaker 1: the name of COVID nineteen. This is not about protecting
- 12:17Speaker 1: you from COVID. This is about seizing absolute power. You
- 12:22Speaker 1: don't like a business, Say that business owner has been
- 12:26Speaker 1: exposed to someone that came to that business that has
- 12:28Speaker 1: a disease, and you can lock him up for sixty
- 12:31Speaker 1: days without having the ability to go to court and
- 12:33Speaker 1: say I can't have this happen. How do you pay
- 12:36Speaker 1: bills if you're locked up for sixty days? Someone answered
- 12:39Speaker 1: me that question real quick. How do you provide for
- 12:42Speaker 1: your family? Who's gonna open your business tomorrow? If you're
- 12:46Speaker 1: in prison for sixty days your small business, right, Like,
- 12:50Speaker 1: what are you gonna do? They don't care because now
- 12:54Speaker 1: they own you. And there's not a single court that
- 12:58Speaker 1: could stop this from happening, because it's a law in
- 13:00Speaker 1: the land. Right in New York at least no legal
- 13:03Speaker 1: threshold to imprison someone against their will. This is what
- 13:06Speaker 1: happens in Venezuela, in Cuba and Russia. In China, you're
- 13:15Speaker 1: giving a government official the absolute power to violate your privacy,
- 13:20Speaker 1: exposing you and naming you as a public health or
- 13:22Speaker 1: as public shaming, having you detained an imprisoned for up
- 13:26Speaker 1: to sixty days about any kind of due process, and
- 13:29Speaker 1: then only after the sixth day period do you have
- 13:32Speaker 1: the right to even put your hand up and say,
- 13:34Speaker 1: excuse me, court, I don't I need to be let out.
- 13:38Speaker 1: You don't even have to be sick. You can just
- 13:40Speaker 1: be exposed to someone they believe is sick, and that
- 13:42Speaker 1: person doesn't even have to be sick. It just has
- 13:44Speaker 1: to be the belief that the government thinks that they're sick.
- 13:49Speaker 1: All because the government fingers you as a public health threat,
- 13:54Speaker 1: a threat to the public health, so we can scoop
- 13:57Speaker 1: you off the street or out of your home or
- 13:59Speaker 1: out of your play of business, and off you go
- 14:01Speaker 1: to some public health facility or premises their words, not mine,
- 14:05Speaker 1: which is just a fancy term for prison, or a
- 14:08Speaker 1: place where you might not be able to earn a
- 14:10Speaker 1: living or pay your bills, or be with your friends
- 14:12Speaker 1: or your family or your children. And this is allowed
- 14:15Speaker 1: for two whole months before any sort of due process
- 14:19Speaker 1: is required. And they're doing this in New York. Let's
- 14:26Speaker 1: talk about this two month period so you understand what
- 14:29Speaker 1: is actually at risk here during those two months. Think
- 14:32Speaker 1: about what's been taken away from you In those two months.
- 14:37Speaker 1: You can't live your life as you choose, which the
- 14:41Speaker 1: constitution says you're supposed to be able to do. It's
- 14:45Speaker 1: your god given right in this country. For those two months,
- 14:50Speaker 1: you can't see your family, your friends, they can't be
- 14:53Speaker 1: in contact with you, which is your god given right.
- 14:58Speaker 1: You haven't been charged with any i'm yet during this
- 15:00Speaker 1: period of time either, because they're doing this in the
- 15:04Speaker 1: name of a public health crisis, an emergency, they say,
- 15:10Speaker 1: which then gives them the ability to do whatever they
- 15:12Speaker 1: want to do, the same way they did it with
- 15:14Speaker 1: our elections. Oh we have a public health crisis. We're
- 15:17Speaker 1: going to change the way we run elections. Yes, we
- 15:21Speaker 1: elected officials are given the power to non elected officials
- 15:26Speaker 1: to take away your right to earn a living, which
- 15:28Speaker 1: is what they've done during this entire pandemic. These public
- 15:31Speaker 1: health officials that were elected by no one right, These
- 15:35Speaker 1: public health officials that have been elected by no one
- 15:38Speaker 1: have the right now to go out and take away
- 15:41Speaker 1: all of your rights when it comes to the business world,
- 15:48Speaker 1: because they're a public health official who's been given more
- 15:53Speaker 1: power than even the elected officials because they say, oh,
- 15:57Speaker 1: it's in your best interests. Here's the other thing about
- 16:02Speaker 1: this bill. It doesn't mention the coronavirus. They're using coronavirus
- 16:11Speaker 1: for this reason. Doesn't mention it. It broadens the governor's
- 16:21Speaker 1: police powers to any communal disease, and all the governor
- 16:27Speaker 1: has to do is to clear a state of health emergency,
- 16:29Speaker 1: and you can round up anybody you want to. Now,
- 16:32Speaker 1: I don't know if Bill Deblasio would ever do this
- 16:34Speaker 1: an extreme way, Okay, I want to make that clear.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know if he would just
- 16:40Speaker 1: start rounding up political enemies in the name of public
- 16:42Speaker 1: health what I do know is once this is law,
- 16:46Speaker 1: I can guarantee you that down the road there's going
- 16:48Speaker 1: to be somebody that will do it. It maybe five
- 16:51Speaker 1: or ten or fifteen or twenty years from now. That's,
- 16:56Speaker 1: by the way, the reason why this bill specifically does
- 16:58Speaker 1: not mention coronavirus because they know eventually we're gonna get
- 17:01Speaker 1: coronavirus under control. They want the bill to not disappear
- 17:05Speaker 1: when coronavirus disappears. When you have heard immunity or whatever
- 17:11Speaker 1: happens with coronavirus, they want to make sure that this
- 17:14Speaker 1: governor's police powers to come after you and to lock
- 17:17Speaker 1: you up, and to shut you up, and to put
- 17:19Speaker 1: you in a prison for sixty days without any due
- 17:22Speaker 1: process doesn't disappear when coronavirus disappears. And that's exactly why
- 17:26Speaker 1: the bill does not specifically mention the coronavirus, because if
- 17:29Speaker 1: it did, then the bill would go away when coronavirus
- 17:32Speaker 1: goes away, and they still want the power. What's even
- 17:39Speaker 1: worse is the bill also doesn't mention any kind of
- 17:42Speaker 1: criminal or antisocial behavior or someone who's knowingly transmitting the
- 17:48Speaker 1: disease by doing something like deliberately coughing in someone's face. Hell,
- 17:53Speaker 1: you don't even have to be sick to be picked
- 17:55Speaker 1: up and imprisoned by the health Nazis in New York.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Remember the removal quote and detention of cases, contacts and carriers,
- 18:04Speaker 1: or merely keyword a suspected case. You don't even have
- 18:09Speaker 1: to be sick to be picked up or imprisoned by
- 18:11Speaker 1: the health Nazis in New York under this bill. So
- 18:14Speaker 1: if you've merely been in contact with someone they believe
- 18:19Speaker 1: is sick, they don't even have to be sick someone
- 18:21Speaker 1: who's suspected of being sick. That is enough, and you
- 18:25Speaker 1: will and you will only be allowed to leave after
- 18:28Speaker 1: the department determines their words that the person is not
- 18:33Speaker 1: infected with a disease or that such contact no longer
- 18:36Speaker 1: presents a potential danger to the health of others. Now,
- 18:42Speaker 1: the real question you have to ask with all this
- 18:44Speaker 1: new information is does this mean that the government can
- 18:47Speaker 1: do tests on you against your will if you are
- 18:51Speaker 1: picked up or suspected of being sick and imprison you
- 18:55Speaker 1: for up to sixty days without due process. Can also
- 18:58Speaker 1: be another issue. What if the government comes you and
- 19:01Speaker 1: says you must be tested for something, and you say no.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Based on what this law says, then they could do
- 19:09Speaker 1: exactly what they want to do, which is to arrest you.
- 19:14Speaker 1: The government could come to you and say, hey, we
- 19:17Speaker 1: believe that you're a public health risk, or we believe
- 19:19Speaker 1: you're around someone that's a public health risk. We need
- 19:22Speaker 1: you to be tested for COVID or an STD or
- 19:27Speaker 1: the flu or whatever it may be, anything on their
- 19:30Speaker 1: list that they decide to make up today or tomorrow
- 19:32Speaker 1: the next day. If you refuse to be tested, right
- 19:39Speaker 1: you say no. Based on how this law is written,
- 19:44Speaker 1: they could then decide that you are a public health
- 19:46Speaker 1: risk for that reason alone, which means you are then detained. Yeah,
- 19:56Speaker 1: it's screwed up. Imagine a phone call or someone knocking
- 20:01Speaker 1: out the door saying we need to take you and
- 20:03Speaker 1: test you for something, and you say no, and then
- 20:08Speaker 1: they say in response, you're under detention for sixty days
- 20:14Speaker 1: and we drag you out, and then your family because
- 20:17Speaker 1: your family has been around you too, or the people
- 20:20Speaker 1: you work with. Let's talk about the threat this is
- 20:24Speaker 1: to businesses if they come into your business and they
- 20:27Speaker 1: say we need to test you, or they just say
- 20:29Speaker 1: that we believe you're a threat to society as a business,
- 20:33Speaker 1: right you as a person, I could it would not
- 20:37Speaker 1: be a stretch to say that everyone that works in
- 20:40Speaker 1: your store is also a threat. And if everyone that
- 20:43Speaker 1: works in your store is also a threat, what does
- 20:45Speaker 1: that mean? That means that your entire businesses shut down
- 20:47Speaker 1: because there's no one left for those sixty days to
- 20:50Speaker 1: even open your business while you're in jail or in
- 20:53Speaker 1: their detention facility, of course that they call it. Now,
- 21:01Speaker 1: let's talk about paranoia for a second. I know there
- 21:05Speaker 1: are gonna be people they're listening to say, Ben, you're
- 21:07Speaker 1: just paranoid, you're overreacting, you're stretching here. Okay. If that
- 21:11Speaker 1: is true, then why do they not use the words
- 21:13Speaker 1: COVID nineteen in this bill? If this isn't a power grab,
- 21:20Speaker 1: which is what I truly believe it is, then why
- 21:24Speaker 1: is this bill not directly tied to COVID nineteen. Someone
- 21:29Speaker 1: answer me that, please? Why wouldn't this bill expire? If
- 21:34Speaker 1: it's just about COVID nineteen when we get rid of
- 21:36Speaker 1: COVID nineteen, wouldn't you do this and have this immediately expire?
- 21:48Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, I mean seriously, wouldn't you immediately
- 21:51Speaker 1: have this expire? Immediately have this expire. If this was
- 21:58Speaker 1: actually about COVID news slash, it's not. It's not about COVID,
- 22:06Speaker 1: never been about COVID. It has nothing to do with COVID, folks.
- 22:12Speaker 1: This has everything to do with total power. This has
- 22:17Speaker 1: everything to do with shutting you down. This has everything
- 22:21Speaker 1: to do with silencing you, threatening you, keeping you locked up.
- 22:27Speaker 1: If you don't do what they tell you, you have
- 22:29Speaker 1: to do what you must do. That is what this is.
- 22:36Speaker 1: That's why they deliberately left out COVID nineteen. It's why
- 22:39Speaker 1: they said nothing about COVID nineteen. This has nothing to
- 22:44Speaker 1: do with COVID. This is an opportunity to use COVID
- 22:48Speaker 1: to grab power from you, and then there's nothing that
- 22:50Speaker 1: you can do, nothing at all. The entire premise, by
- 22:57Speaker 1: the way around the constitution this country is ensure the
- 23:00Speaker 1: government cannot do exactly what this Democratic Party is looking
- 23:04Speaker 1: to enshrine in their state law. The brilliance of the
- 23:09Speaker 1: Constitution is that it gives Americans natural rights that come
- 23:13Speaker 1: from our creator, not from the government. The reason behind
- 23:18Speaker 1: the idea is a simple one. If you give the
- 23:19Speaker 1: government the power to give people rights, you give the
- 23:22Speaker 1: government the power to take away those rights. So no,
- 23:26Speaker 1: our rights come from God is what our founding father said,
- 23:31Speaker 1: not the government, which means that in order to strip
- 23:34Speaker 1: us of those rights, the government must prove it's case
- 23:38Speaker 1: for doing so. The burden is solely on the government
- 23:41Speaker 1: if you read the constitution. But in New York, this
- 23:43Speaker 1: bill removes all of that Pasky constitutional nonsense right and
- 23:50Speaker 1: nowhere does even mention or put limits on its constitutional earsees,
- 23:56Speaker 1: not even lip service. It's simply this. You can pick
- 24:01Speaker 1: up and lock up anyone for anything for up to
- 24:04Speaker 1: sixty days because Andrew Cuomo, the governor, says so. And
- 24:08Speaker 1: it has nothing to do with COVID. This is totalitarianism,
- 24:16Speaker 1: and if you don't know what it is, you need
- 24:18Speaker 1: to start studying it because this is what the Democratic
- 24:20Speaker 1: Party is doing. And totalitarianism, just so you know, it's
- 24:23Speaker 1: literally a system of government that is centralized and dictorial.
- 24:28Speaker 1: It requires the people to have complete submissiveness to the state.
- 24:37Speaker 1: In fact, democratic nations are actually set up to fight
- 24:42Speaker 1: against totalitarianism. What New York has just done is they
- 24:47Speaker 1: put into effect the concept for a form of government
- 24:52Speaker 1: a system that prohibits you from having rights, your individual rights,
- 25:00Speaker 1: no longer exist in New York if this goes into law.
- 25:04Speaker 1: In fact, it totally suffocates individual rights. The state can
- 25:09Speaker 1: exercise an extremely high degree of control over you and
- 25:13Speaker 1: your private life, which is why they can now publicly
- 25:15Speaker 1: shame you. That's what New York is offering here. That's
- 25:21Speaker 1: not what they're doing. That's what that's what this is.
- 25:29Speaker 1: And that's exactly why they made sure it wasn't tied
- 25:34Speaker 1: to COVID. That's why this isn't connected to COVID in
- 25:39Speaker 1: any capacity. This is not about keeping you safe, and
- 25:46Speaker 1: people need to wake up and realize this. This is
- 25:50Speaker 1: about total totalitarianism and control. This is about dictatorship. Remember
- 25:57Speaker 1: this bill is specific about one suspect of the bill.
- 26:01Speaker 1: I'm not having to read into it or say I'm
- 26:03Speaker 1: concerned about it the hell. They wrote it down. What
- 26:08Speaker 1: they said, and what they wrote down was if you
- 26:11Speaker 1: are suspected of having a disease, not actually needing, not
- 26:19Speaker 1: actually having the disease. In fact, they went a step further.
- 26:23Speaker 1: It isn't even you that has to be suspected of
- 26:25Speaker 1: having the disease. They could suspect someone else has the disease,
- 26:29Speaker 1: and then you've been around that person while they have
- 26:32Speaker 1: the disease and they have the disease, or they suspect
- 26:37Speaker 1: they have of the disease or the health issue they
- 26:40Speaker 1: believe has a disease. They believe that you have the disease.
- 26:49Speaker 1: They believe that there is a disease there. Lord help us, seriously,
- 26:58Speaker 1: help us all if this actually becomes law, because if
- 27:04Speaker 1: they can do it there, they can do it anywhere.
- 27:09Speaker 1: If they can do it there, they can do it anywhere.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Our podcast is looking at these issues. We talk about
- 27:19Speaker 1: the rights being taken away from people in Georgia. We
- 27:22Speaker 1: talk about the rights that are being taken away of
- 27:24Speaker 1: Americans in Congress. We talk about these mass mandates nationwide
- 27:28Speaker 1: that will becoming if Piden gets control of the Senate.
- 27:33Speaker 1: If you missed any of those episodes, you can go
- 27:36Speaker 1: backwards in our podcasts. Wherever you get your podcasts, make
- 27:39Speaker 1: sure you download them. And we're gonna keep looking at
- 27:42Speaker 1: this stuff because the media is not reporting on this. Okay,
- 27:46Speaker 1: the media is not reporting on this at all. And
- 27:55Speaker 1: I'll leave it at that.
