It was the worst of days ... and yet it was the best of days. The worst of days for the innocent Jesus Christ as he was crucified and had to bear the wrath of God Almighty. The best of days for every guilty human who is trusting him for rescue from the pain, suffering and condemnation that he suffered in their place.
