- 1:22Speaker 3: Welcome to is Verdict with center, Ted Kruz, Ben Ferguson
- 1:26Speaker 3: with you. We are live at Turning Point in Florida
- 1:29Speaker 3: with an audience.
- 1:34Speaker 2: I like it. That's a rowdy crowd.
- 1:39Speaker 4: We've got a room full of three thousand young people
- 1:43Speaker 4: who are ready to transform America and take this country back.
- 1:47Speaker 3: It's it's nice to see a rowdy crowd that's ready
- 1:49Speaker 3: to take back America.
- 1:50Speaker 2: I love this, you know that.
- 1:51Speaker 4: And this is a very different gathering from say a
- 1:55Speaker 4: Joe Biden political speech. What we can underst that was
- 2:00Speaker 4: being said, Well, there is that, and there are more
- 2:03Speaker 4: than six people here, and they're not sitting in little
- 2:06Speaker 4: circles really far away.
- 2:07Speaker 2: From each other. They're not staffers.
- 2:10Speaker 4: And I feel relatively confident that neither one of us
- 2:12Speaker 4: is going to wander off the stage looking for the
- 2:14Speaker 4: easter bunny.
- 2:15Speaker 2: That's true, or finding cocaine. More for that matter, let's
- 2:20Speaker 2: just talk for a second.
- 2:21Speaker 4: What the hell was Biden doing, like biting that little kid.
- 2:29Speaker 2: That's just weird. Yeah, it was weird.
- 2:34Speaker 3: This is a week center and it's gonna be a
- 2:36Speaker 3: really fun week, especially for I think this country to
- 2:40Speaker 3: see what's happening on the issue. You mentioned the Bidens
- 2:43Speaker 3: yep of Joe Biden, the Biden family corruption, and we're
- 2:46Speaker 3: gonna be sitting down with a man that knows a
- 2:49Speaker 3: lot about this, James Comer, for a two part series
- 2:52Speaker 3: this week. You were not gonna want to miss that
- 2:54Speaker 3: on Verdict the podcast.
- 2:56Speaker 2: It is a.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Phenomenal moment I think for this history of the week
- 3:00Speaker 3: to kind of hear from these whistleblowers. But let's talk
- 3:04Speaker 3: about where we are going into this week, because these
- 3:06Speaker 3: whistleblowers have risked everything, and I don't think people understand
- 3:10Speaker 3: they're risking not just their lives, they're risking their careers.
- 3:13Speaker 3: They're going to be ruined if the Bidens have their way,
- 3:16Speaker 3: And they're coming to Congress this week to say here's
- 3:19Speaker 3: what we saw, here's what we know, and here's what.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Was covered up.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Yeah, no, that's exactly right. This is a big week,
- 3:25Speaker 4: as everyone here knows. Because the folks here at Turning Point,
- 3:27Speaker 4: y'all are engage. You're following what's happened, You're informed, But
- 3:36Speaker 4: I gotta say the evidence that is coming out of
- 3:39Speaker 4: Biden family corruption, it keeps growing and growing and growing.
- 3:44Speaker 4: In this podcast, we do it three days a week.
- 3:46Speaker 4: We do it Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and it is
- 3:50Speaker 4: every month. We're getting just under a million unique listeners.
- 3:55Speaker 4: We're beating CNN every single week.
- 3:58Speaker 2: You can clap for that one.
- 4:03Speaker 4: And what's powerful about is we try to walk people
- 4:06Speaker 4: through and give them the information that doesn't get covered
- 4:09Speaker 4: on TV, that doesn't get covered in the ordinary meeting. So,
- 4:13Speaker 4: for example, the Biden family corruption evidence.
- 4:16Speaker 2: This week, we're gonna have.
- 4:19Speaker 4: Hopefully both IRS whistleblowers on Wednesday testifying before the House
- 4:24Speaker 4: of Representatives. Immediately after that happens that night, Wednesday night,
- 4:33Speaker 4: we're gonna have James Comber, the chairman of the committee
- 4:36Speaker 4: that is going to be having both IRS whistleblowers, is
- 4:39Speaker 4: going to be a guest on Verdict. We're gonna do
- 4:41Speaker 4: two episodes, record them Wednesday night and put them out
- 4:43Speaker 4: Thursday morning and Friday morning. If you look at what's
- 4:50Speaker 4: come out now, you've got two senior career employees at
- 4:54Speaker 4: the IRS who've come forward and said, we are seeing
- 4:58Speaker 4: a pattern of corruption. We're seeing a pattern of corruption
- 5:02Speaker 4: number one of Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Listen.
- 5:05Speaker 4: The important thing to keep in mind this is not
- 5:09Speaker 4: about whether Hunter Biden is running around on crack with
- 5:13Speaker 4: guns and prostitutes. He is, but if it were just that,
- 5:20Speaker 4: it would not be an issue of national concern. The
- 5:23Speaker 4: issue is did Hunter sell access to Daddy then the
- 5:30Speaker 4: Vice president of the United States now the President of
- 5:33Speaker 4: the United States, And was Daddy corrupt? And the answer,
- 5:37Speaker 4: the evidence at this point is overwhelming. Look, you look
- 5:40Speaker 4: at the WhatsApp text that Hunter Biden sent, and I
- 5:44Speaker 4: want to revisit it because this is as close to
- 5:46Speaker 4: a smoking gun about corruption from the president as you're
- 5:49Speaker 4: ever going to see. Here's what Hunter Biden texted to
- 5:52Speaker 4: a senior Chinese communist official quote, I am sitting here
- 5:57Speaker 4: with my father. By the way, count how many times
- 6:00Speaker 4: you hear references to Joe Biden, not Hunter Joe. I
- 6:04Speaker 4: am sitting here with my father, and we would like
- 6:11Speaker 4: to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Tell the director that I would like to resolve this
- 6:18Speaker 4: now before it gets out of hand, and now means
- 6:21Speaker 4: tonight and ze. If I get a caller text from
- 6:24Speaker 4: anyone involved in this other than you, Zang or the chairman,
- 6:29Speaker 4: I will make certain that between the man sitting next
- 6:33Speaker 4: to me that's three and every person he knows that's four,
- 6:39Speaker 4: and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you
- 6:43Speaker 4: will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here
- 6:47Speaker 4: waiting for the call with my father five. Now, I
- 6:56Speaker 4: gotta say last week, Chris Ray, the director of the FBI,
- 6:59Speaker 4: was asked in a congressional hearing was that a shakedown?
- 7:04Speaker 2: And he refused to answer the question.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Look, that is as transparently a shakedown as you will
- 7:11Speaker 4: ever see.
- 7:13Speaker 2: And it's not just the shakedown.
- 7:17Speaker 3: It's the fact that we have evidence after the shakedown
- 7:20Speaker 3: that it worked. You had five plus million dollars center
- 7:24Speaker 3: come into a bank account connected directly to the Biden.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Buy for Hunter and.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Five for Joel right, but a week after that was sent.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Within a week the money came in the bank account.
- 7:33Speaker 3: And these are all the suspicious activity reports, all the LLCs,
- 7:36Speaker 3: and we even know that the Bidens at one point
- 7:38Speaker 3: said there's so many LLCs that we've set up shell companies, they'll.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Never be able to figure it out.
- 7:43Speaker 4: And by the way, let's be clear that there are
- 7:45Speaker 4: potentially defenses to this text. You could say it's fraudulent. Well,
- 7:48Speaker 4: Hunter hadn't said that, he doesn't deny that this is
- 7:50Speaker 4: a real WhatsApp message he sent. You could also say
- 7:53Speaker 4: Hunter was lying that he wasn't in fact sitting next
- 7:55Speaker 4: to Joe Biden.
- 7:56Speaker 2: But he hadn't said that. The White House hasn't said that.
- 7:59Speaker 4: They haven't denied that Joe Biden was sitting right next
- 8:01Speaker 4: to them while he was shaking down a communist Chinese
- 8:07Speaker 4: and trying to extort ten million dollars from him. And
- 8:10Speaker 4: now we have new breaking news, so you're looking into
- 8:14Speaker 4: So I got to say, Hunter and Joe had a
- 8:16Speaker 4: great business. They shook down just about every rotten, corrupt
- 8:21Speaker 4: enemy of America they could find. So they went to
- 8:25Speaker 4: the Chinese. That was very profitable. But they also went
- 8:28Speaker 4: to Bisma, the natural gas company in Ukraine. And what
- 8:31Speaker 4: broke this week, So the Ukrainian oligarch who owns Barisma,
- 8:37Speaker 4: michaelaz Lotchevsky, not.
- 8:40Speaker 2: A good guy.
- 8:42Speaker 5: Ah.
- 8:44Speaker 2: What we have seen now.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Is an email that went on November two, twenty fifteen,
- 8:53Speaker 4: from an executive at Borisma a guy named Vadim Pojharski
- 8:57Speaker 4: who emailed Hunter, Biden, Devion Archer and Eric Schwerin about
- 9:01Speaker 4: a revised proposal. And here's what the email says. My
- 9:04Speaker 4: only concern is for us to be on the same page.
- 9:07Speaker 4: We our final goals. With this in mind, I would
- 9:09Speaker 4: like to formulate a list of deliverables, including, but not
- 9:12Speaker 4: limited to, a concrete course of actions, including meeting communications
- 9:16Speaker 4: resulting in high ranking US officials in Ukraine, US Ambassador
- 9:19Speaker 4: any US publicly or in private communications expressing their positive
- 9:23Speaker 4: opinion and support of Nikolai, who's the oligarch barisma at
- 9:29Speaker 4: the highest level of decision makers. Mind you, we've talked
- 9:33Speaker 4: on Verdict before about what expertise did Hunter have an
- 9:37Speaker 4: oil and gas in natural gas? He didn't speak Ukrainian,
- 9:39Speaker 4: he probably couldn't find Ukraine on a map. Well, we
- 9:42Speaker 4: now know what his expertise was. His expertise was daddy.
- 9:46Speaker 4: His expertise was his last name. And just to show
- 9:49Speaker 4: there was no subtlety here, this is the sentence that
- 9:53Speaker 4: is most important, which is the ultimate purpose to close
- 10:04Speaker 4: down for any cases pursuits against Nikolai in Ukraine. Now
- 10:13Speaker 4: that is in writing from Barisma. The ultimate purpose why
- 10:17Speaker 4: did they pay Hunter Biden eighty three thousand dollars a month?
- 10:20Speaker 4: The ultimate purpose is to close down any cases pursuits
- 10:24Speaker 4: against Nikolai in Ukraine. Well, you know what, three months later,
- 10:28Speaker 4: Joe Biden traveled to Ukraine. Three months later, Joe Biden
- 10:33Speaker 4: sat down with leaders in Ukraine and he engaged in
- 10:36Speaker 4: a quid pro quo. Remember quit pro quot. Yeah, he
- 10:39Speaker 4: made a very.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Explicit quid pro quo.
- 10:41Speaker 4: He said, we're going to hold up over a billion
- 10:43Speaker 4: dollars in USAID unless you fire the prosecutor who's investigating
- 10:51Speaker 4: the Ukrainian oligarch. And Joe Biden, who's on film saying it,
- 10:55Speaker 4: his response was, well, son of a itch, they fired him.
- 11:00Speaker 4: Now what this email is really significant, And this is
- 11:04Speaker 4: why the podcast matters because it takes you into the substance.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Why is this email significant because the ridiculous Democrat talking
- 11:13Speaker 4: point that they're cheering squad in the corporate media repeats
- 11:18Speaker 4: as they say, no, no, no, no, that prosecutor was fired
- 11:22Speaker 4: because he wasn't vigorous enough in prosecuting corruption. It really
- 11:28Speaker 4: is a ludicrous point, but that's their talking point. Well,
- 11:32Speaker 4: you know what, we now have in writing three months
- 11:34Speaker 4: before Joe Biden got on the plane. The ultimate purpose
- 11:38Speaker 4: is get that guy fired. And I got to say,
- 11:42Speaker 4: the oligarch got what he paid for. He purchased a
- 11:45Speaker 4: vice president, he got a vice president, and the vice
- 11:47Speaker 4: president got the prosecutor fired in Ukraine.
- 11:52Speaker 2: I want to ask you can cheer for that.
- 11:55Speaker 3: I want to ask you this question about these whistleblowers
- 11:58Speaker 3: and just how brave they are this week they're coming forward.
- 12:01Speaker 2: We mentioned this a moment ago. They're risking everything.
- 12:04Speaker 3: They're risking their careers, They're risking, I would argue, their lives.
- 12:09Speaker 3: They are risking retaliation from a DOJ and an FBI
- 12:13Speaker 3: and the Biden administration if they come forward with what
- 12:16Speaker 3: we expect him to come forward with. How damning is
- 12:20Speaker 3: this to Joe Biden specifically? And does this put his
- 12:23Speaker 3: presidency at risk?
- 12:24Speaker 2: Now?
- 12:25Speaker 4: It absolutely does. This testimony. Look, it's important to understand
- 12:31Speaker 4: this testimony is not from right wing Republicans. It's not
- 12:35Speaker 4: from people that have an ax to grind against Joe Biden.
- 12:38Speaker 2: These are career IRS employees.
- 12:40Speaker 4: One of them, Gary Shapley, has testified as a senior
- 12:43Speaker 4: supervisor and agent. Another one who we only know is
- 12:46Speaker 4: mister X, but we also know he is a gay
- 12:50Speaker 4: Democrat married to a man, and he's a career IRS employee. Now,
- 12:55Speaker 4: on the face of that, that self identified information does
- 12:58Speaker 4: not suggest some right wing activists who hates Joe Biden.
- 13:02Speaker 4: What it suggests is someone who looked at this and
- 13:04Speaker 4: said this is fundamentally corrupt because but what those whistleblowers
- 13:07Speaker 4: have testified to is that Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, lied,
- 13:13Speaker 4: and he lied under oath to Congress. In response to
- 13:16Speaker 4: questioning that, I asked him.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Let's say that again.
- 13:21Speaker 4: That's big, So I asked him in the Senate Judiciary Committee,
- 13:25Speaker 4: and Merrick Garland said, under oath there is zero political
- 13:28Speaker 4: interference in the investigation in the Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
- 13:32Speaker 4: The whistleblower said he was lying. Not only that, the
- 13:35Speaker 4: whistleblowers said that he conducted conduct that is obstruction of justice.
- 13:40Speaker 4: And let me be clear, what should happen. Number one,
- 13:43Speaker 4: I've called for this already. The Department of Justice needs
- 13:46Speaker 4: to appoint a special counsel to investigate and prosecute Merrick
- 13:50Speaker 4: Garland for lying under oath and obstruction of justice.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Amen to that.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Number two, the House of Representatives should impeach Merrick Garlands
- 14:08Speaker 4: and number three, if the evidence confirms what that text
- 14:13Speaker 4: says and what the whistleblowers are saying, that the President
- 14:16Speaker 4: of the United States took bribes from foreign nationals, then
- 14:20Speaker 4: the House of Representative should impeach Joe Biden. And let
- 14:36Speaker 4: me be clear that impeachment, that impeachment is not for
- 14:42Speaker 4: high crimes and misdemeanors. Remember all the discussions about high
- 14:45Speaker 4: crimes and misdemeanors. The Constitution provides for impeachment for treason, bribery,
- 14:50Speaker 4: or other high crimes or misdemeanors. Well, bribery is explicitly listed.
- 14:55Speaker 4: And if the big guy, and by the way, the
- 14:57Speaker 4: irs whistleblowers say they were prevented from investigating the big guy,
- 15:02Speaker 4: Merrick Garland said no questions about Joe Biden, including you
- 15:06Speaker 4: know one thing they weren't allowed to ask. All right,
- 15:08Speaker 4: Hunter Biden says this text, I'm sitting next to my father.
- 15:12Speaker 4: The investigator said, hey, can we look at GPS to
- 15:14Speaker 4: see if Joe Biden was sitting next to Hunter Biden
- 15:17Speaker 4: and dooj according the whistleblower said, nope, nope, don't want
- 15:21Speaker 4: to know that.
- 15:21Speaker 2: No, no, no, that would be a problem. Don't look
- 15:23Speaker 2: at that at all.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Is it because maybe they know that they were actually
- 15:26Speaker 3: sitting next to each other.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Is there a good chance, Senner? Okay, that might be
- 15:30Speaker 2: the reason why.
- 15:31Speaker 4: So what I'm wondering is when he was sitting next
- 15:33Speaker 4: to him, which one was holding.
- 15:34Speaker 2: The bag of cocaine? Yeah? Well, the text was well written,
- 15:41Speaker 2: by the way.
- 15:41Speaker 4: You go into one of the most secure buildings in
- 15:43Speaker 4: the world, with cameras everywhere, with Secret Service agents everywhere,
- 15:46Speaker 4: and really, who can figure out whose cocaine is right
- 15:50Speaker 4: next to the oval? Who hasn't taken a schedule one
- 15:53Speaker 4: drug into the White House, left it right there? And
- 15:55Speaker 4: suddenly the Secret Service, Oh no, can't figure it out.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Don't want to know. What's even more shocking is, did
- 16:00Speaker 2: you guys see this story? And this is amazing you
- 16:01Speaker 2: and I talked about this on Verdict the other day.
- 16:04Speaker 3: When the Secret Services were asked by Congress about.
- 16:07Speaker 2: The cocaine, they're like, oh, we found other drugs there too.
- 16:10Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, we found about tim Let me look,
- 16:12Speaker 4: these are democrats, we're you know, we're surprised when they're
- 16:15Speaker 4: not stones.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Let me tell you about our good friends over at

- 17:51Speaker 4: a couple of things. One, we're gonna do Q and
- 17:52Speaker 4: A with you guys now, so you guys are gonna
- 17:54Speaker 4: get a chance to be on Verdict.
- 17:57Speaker 2: I have no idea what.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Y'all are gonna ask, but that's okay, no idea.
- 18:00Speaker 2: What we're gonna say in response. So we're gonna do that.
- 18:03Speaker 4: Microphones are where, microphone right there, microphone right there?
- 18:08Speaker 2: All right, So come on up.
- 18:10Speaker 4: We're gonna ask you because this is that this is
- 18:12Speaker 4: going out live. If you have a question, ask it briefly.
- 18:17Speaker 4: We do this, by the way, on lefty college campuses,
- 18:20Speaker 4: and our rule on a college campus we say, if
- 18:22Speaker 4: you have a hostile question, if you have a mean
- 18:26Speaker 4: and antagonistic question, come to the front.
- 18:30Speaker 2: So all right, let's start. Who's first in line.
- 18:33Speaker 5: I'm unny, Hello Ted, my name is Caden Smith. I'm
- 18:36Speaker 5: from the great state of Nebraska, and my question for
- 18:39Speaker 5: you is, how do we control the narrative here with
- 18:45Speaker 5: the Democrats, Like, how do we get them out of
- 18:48Speaker 5: our schools? How do we just like totally shut down
- 18:52Speaker 5: leftist ideology.
- 18:54Speaker 4: It is a fabulous question. So let me say thank
- 18:57Speaker 4: you for being here. A big part of it is
- 18:59Speaker 4: what you're doing right here. A big part of it
- 19:02Speaker 4: is being here, being smart, being engaged, being educated, knowing
- 19:06Speaker 4: the facts, and understand what you're dealing with. Understand that
- 19:10Speaker 4: you're dealing with. Number One, a corporate media that lies.
- 19:14Speaker 4: They are not journalists, they are not trying to inform.
- 19:17Speaker 4: They are propagandists. They are the left wing of the
- 19:19Speaker 4: Democrat Party. Number two for young people, the Democrats socialist
- 19:24Speaker 4: agenda is to control every aspect of your lives, to
- 19:27Speaker 4: control what you think, what you believe, how.
- 19:29Speaker 2: You worship, how you act everything.
- 19:31Speaker 4: These are the same idiots that shut the country down,
- 19:34Speaker 4: that shuts schools down, and that shut skate parks down.
- 19:37Speaker 4: They literally brought bulldozer and sandy to stop people from skating,
- 19:42Speaker 4: because you.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Know that's where you get COVID.
- 19:45Speaker 4: You get COVID by skating outside, by the way, I
- 19:49Speaker 4: got to say a joke that I tell that my
- 19:52Speaker 4: wife Heidi hates when I tell but you ever notice
- 19:57Speaker 4: a guide driving down the road a loan in a
- 20:00Speaker 4: car wearing a mask, And I got to say, every
- 20:06Speaker 4: time I see that, that's kind of like a guy
- 20:08Speaker 4: laying alone in a bed wearing a condom. Like, what
- 20:15Speaker 4: exactly is the point here? What are you trying to accomplish?
- 20:20Speaker 2: I'm not sure I want to know.
- 20:23Speaker 4: You definitely don't want to know, But look, I want
- 20:25Speaker 4: to say what y'all are doing. Young people are getting
- 20:30Speaker 4: screwed by the agenda of the radical left, and every
- 20:35Speaker 4: one of you. You have a platform in your high
- 20:37Speaker 4: schools and your colleges, with your friends, with your family.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Use your platform. Listen. How do we communicate and win
- 20:44Speaker 2: the narrative?
- 20:45Speaker 4: We started this podcast now nearly four years ago to
- 20:48Speaker 4: do that. So I want to ask everyone here to
- 20:50Speaker 4: do something to help control the narrative, which is, pull
- 20:53Speaker 4: out your cell phone right now and text the word
- 20:57Speaker 4: verdict v er dict. Text the word verdict to the
- 21:01Speaker 4: number two four zero zero five. Let me give you
- 21:05Speaker 4: that number again, two four zero zero five. Text the
- 21:09Speaker 4: word verdict. What you will get as a link to
- 21:12Speaker 4: subscribe to Verdict, And the reason we put this out
- 21:17Speaker 4: is to give you the information. Look discussing the email
- 21:20Speaker 4: that just came out saying the ultimate purpose of Bisma
- 21:23Speaker 4: was to get the prosecutor fired. You know where you
- 21:26Speaker 4: won't find that CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and sometimes Fox
- 21:33Speaker 4: that look and look to be honest. On the networks,
- 21:37Speaker 4: they don't have the time. I go on Fox all
- 21:39Speaker 4: the time, I go on Newsmax, I go on an
- 21:42Speaker 4: You will go to a five to six minute interview.
- 21:43Speaker 2: You can get into a little bit of this, but when.
- 21:46Speaker 4: It's complicated, what a podcast like Verdict lets you do
- 21:50Speaker 4: is go through the substance and get into the meat.
- 21:53Speaker 2: All right. Next question Mike from Arizona. I am so
- 21:58Speaker 2: tired of here. We're going to hold them responsible.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I want to know why after six months we can't
- 22:12Speaker 1: put anybody in jail.
- 22:18Speaker 2: The Great Question Center. So Mike, thank you for that question.
- 22:31Speaker 4: You are exactly right, and it is infuriating and frustrating.
- 22:35Speaker 2: And I'll tell you.
- 22:36Speaker 4: Let me tell you why people haven't gone to jail
- 22:39Speaker 4: because under our constitution and the federal government, the only
- 22:44Speaker 4: people who can bring a prosecution is the executive branch
- 22:48Speaker 4: of the government and in particular the United States Department
- 22:51Speaker 4: of Justice. That means no member of the legislature can
- 22:55Speaker 4: bring an indictment, no member of the legislature can convene
- 22:57Speaker 4: a grand jury, no member of the legislature can prosecute
- 23:01Speaker 4: a case. Likewise, no member of the court, no judge
- 23:05Speaker 4: can say I'm going to prosecute someone. It is only
- 23:09Speaker 4: the executive branch. And it is why it is such
- 23:11Speaker 4: a tragic disaster that we have a Biden administration led
- 23:16Speaker 4: by Merrick Garland, the most political attorney general in history,
- 23:20Speaker 4: who refuses to enforce the law. And so the chances
- 23:25Speaker 4: that Merrick Garland will prosecute Joe Biden or Hunter Biden
- 23:30Speaker 4: or anyone else, And to be clear, the deal with
- 23:33Speaker 4: Hunter Biden is not a prosecution, It is a sweetheart
- 23:36Speaker 4: deal meant to insulate Hunter and protect Joe Biden, the
- 23:39Speaker 4: big guy, The chances that Merrick Garland will prosecute them
- 23:42Speaker 4: or zero, Which means here's what we need to do
- 23:45Speaker 4: in Congress. The House can impeach, and I believe the
- 23:49Speaker 4: House should impeach Alejandro Majorcas should impeach Merrick Garland, and
- 23:53Speaker 4: should impeach Joe Biden that we can do constitutional.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Now.
- 24:01Speaker 4: To be clear, when all three of them are impeached,
- 24:04Speaker 4: the chances that the Senate will convict are zero because
- 24:09Speaker 4: Senate Democrats don't care. They could have videotape of Joe
- 24:14Speaker 4: Biden taking bribes from foreign officials, they wouldn't They don't care,
- 24:18Speaker 4: they wouldn't vote to convict. I joke that you could
- 24:21Speaker 4: have videotape of Joe Biden's strangling children under a full
- 24:26Speaker 4: moon while listening to Pat Benattar, and no Democrat would
- 24:31Speaker 4: vote to convict.
- 24:32Speaker 2: And you know what, the media lost their minds about
- 24:34Speaker 2: po Pat Benatar. They're like, what does he got against
- 24:37Speaker 2: Pat Benatar? Like, guys, you're missing the point here. Stay focused.
- 24:42Speaker 4: So what I will say in state attorneys general, you're
- 24:45Speaker 4: right that local prosecutors, if there have been local crimes,
- 24:48Speaker 4: can bring cases. But let me say what we can
- 24:51Speaker 4: do is every person here can educate and inform and
- 24:57Speaker 4: help people know about the corruption and illegality, and we
- 25:02Speaker 4: can hold people into account politically. And then we got
- 25:07Speaker 4: to throw the bums out of the executive branch and
- 25:10Speaker 4: get a new administration that will enforce the law and
- 25:13Speaker 4: prosecute the criminals.
- 25:14Speaker 2: All right, last question.
- 25:17Speaker 6: Denise Nistrom from Benita Springs, Florida. First of all, Senator Cruz,
- 25:21Speaker 6: I just want to thank you for your leadership. You
- 25:23Speaker 6: have integrity.
- 25:24Speaker 2: We love you. Thank you. So.
- 25:28Speaker 6: I am a grass grows conservative candidate who ran for
- 25:32Speaker 6: school board. But like many people, we get up against
- 25:35Speaker 6: the machine and they have more money than they know
- 25:37Speaker 6: what to do with.
- 25:38Speaker 2: How do we win?
- 25:40Speaker 4: Fantastic question. First of all, thank you for running for
- 25:43Speaker 4: school board. That is a big, big deal. And let
- 25:48Speaker 4: me encourage everyone here get involved in elections and get
- 25:52Speaker 4: involved in elections at the presidential level, at the Senate level,
- 25:54Speaker 4: at the house level, but also at school boards. We
- 25:57Speaker 4: are winning school board races all over the cot. You
- 26:00Speaker 4: want to know the power of what y'all are doing,
- 26:03Speaker 4: take a look at Virginia, Virginia. In twenty twenty, Biden
- 26:08Speaker 4: won Virginia by ten points. A year later, Glenn Youngkin,
- 26:11Speaker 4: a Republican, won Virginia and it was over the issue
- 26:14Speaker 4: of schools and critical race theory and the radicals in
- 26:19Speaker 4: those schools who were covering up sexual assaults by a
- 26:22Speaker 4: boy dressed as a girl in a skirt who assaulted
- 26:25Speaker 4: a teenage girl in a bathroom. And I got to
- 26:28Speaker 4: tell you, the moms in Virginia were so upset that
- 26:32Speaker 4: that a whole bunch of moms who had voted for
- 26:34Speaker 4: Joe Biden said enough is enough is enough, and they
- 26:37Speaker 4: flipped over and voted Republican. That's the power of what
- 26:40Speaker 4: y'all are doing. And Miami Dade is an example. We've
- 26:44Speaker 4: seen school board races throughout Texas where this has happened.
- 26:48Speaker 4: And let me make this this final point. You want
- 26:50Speaker 4: to understand how insane it is. There's a story that
- 26:53Speaker 4: broke just a couple of days ago. New York is
- 26:57Speaker 4: paying teachers who funked the proficiency exam to be a teacher,
- 27:04Speaker 4: paying them one point eight billion dollars because when they
- 27:10Speaker 4: flunked the proficiency exam, they lost their job and they
- 27:13Speaker 4: brought a lawsuit and New York just settled. Mayor Bildeblazi
- 27:17Speaker 4: in his final weeks going out, he's giving teachers who
- 27:20Speaker 4: flunked basic proficiency. They're getting checks of a million two
- 27:25Speaker 4: million dollars apiece.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Now, New York spends.
- 27:30Speaker 4: About thirty eight thousand dollars per student in its public schools.
- 27:34Speaker 4: It has terrible results. Many of the kids come out
- 27:37Speaker 4: not being able to read. And now you want to
- 27:40Speaker 4: know what happens when Democrats are in charge. They write
- 27:43Speaker 4: a two billion dollars worth of checks and they ensure
- 27:47Speaker 4: you can't actually have qualified teachers teach your kids. You
- 27:51Speaker 4: can't expect teachers to know how to do reading, or
- 27:53Speaker 4: writing or arithmetic. And that is hurting low income kids
- 27:58Speaker 4: throughout this country.
- 27:59Speaker 2: In New York, if you're a low.
- 28:01Speaker 4: Income kid, if you're an African American kid, if you're
- 28:03Speaker 4: an Hispanic kid, the Democrats say, you don't have a
- 28:06Speaker 4: right to an education. What we care about is the
- 28:09Speaker 4: teacher that can't pass the test, and we're gonna give
- 28:13Speaker 4: them a million bucks and let them keep teaching you
- 28:15Speaker 4: when they don't know what it is they're teaching you.
- 28:17Speaker 2: That is idiotic.
- 28:19Speaker 4: And So what I want to say to everyone on
- 28:21Speaker 4: turning point, everyone watching this on YouTube, everyone listening to
- 28:24Speaker 4: it and downloading the podcast at home, share this with
- 28:27Speaker 4: your friends, say is it a good idea for kids
- 28:31Speaker 4: and especially our most vulnerable. Is it a good idea
- 28:34Speaker 4: to have them taught by teachers that don't have basic
- 28:38Speaker 4: proficiency and that flunk the test? Because that's what New
- 28:42Speaker 4: York Democrats are doing. And those are the kind of
- 28:44Speaker 4: issues that turn suburban moms who voted Democrat previously into
- 28:49Speaker 4: saying this doesn't make any sense. I'm gonna stand with
- 28:53Speaker 4: our kids, and I'll tell you the high school and
- 28:55Speaker 4: college kids here, y'all have a better platform and a
- 28:58Speaker 4: better pace to speak the truth than anyone else. So
- 29:02Speaker 4: thank you, turning point psank you to the men and women,
- 29:05Speaker 4: God bless you.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Let me tell you about chalk.
