- 0:12Speaker 1: Biden's ridiculous open border policy, which has hurt our country
- 0:16Speaker 1: so badly acts of terrorism whill we prosecuted to the
- 0:19Speaker 1: fullest extent of the log My heart goes out to
- 0:21Speaker 1: the victims and the great people of Border Colorado.

- 0:44Speaker 3: or auto download button so you do not miss an episode.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Story number one is going to shock you, and it's
- 0:50Speaker 3: one that the media is not wanting you to know about.
- 0:53Speaker 3: It is the evidence now that we have that Barack
- 0:56Speaker 3: Obama ordered the FBI and the DOJAY to not charge
- 1:02Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton with any crimes when it came to her
- 1:05Speaker 3: email server or massive amounts of classified information that she
- 1:10Speaker 3: mishandled In fact, the Clinton team knew there was no
- 1:13Speaker 3: way she'd ever be charged with any crime, and James Comey,
- 1:17Speaker 3: the FBI director, was in on it as well. I'll
- 1:20Speaker 3: have all those details for you in just a moment.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Speaking of the media line, we also are going to
- 1:27Speaker 3: cover what's going on in Colorado, and more information about
- 1:30Speaker 3: a radical terrorist and his plan to kill Jewish, innocent
- 1:35Speaker 3: elderly people. And finally, one of the biggest frauds in
- 1:39Speaker 3: American government history, this time dealing with food stamps, has
- 1:44Speaker 3: been uncovered, and you'll be angry to find out just
- 1:47Speaker 3: how much of your tax money was stolen. It's the
- 1:50Speaker 3: forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 1:55Speaker 3: There are shocking new allegations that the FBI and the
- 1:59Speaker 3: Depot Department of Justice were ordered by Barack Obama not
- 2:04Speaker 3: to arrest Hillary Clinton for espionage and violation of eighteen
- 2:09Speaker 3: US Code seven ninety three. In fact, Barack Obama effectively
- 2:15Speaker 3: served as Hillary Clinton's personal lawyer. And there's a reason
- 2:19Speaker 3: why this story I'm telling you right now is not
- 2:22Speaker 3: going viral. In fact, there's silence in the media on
- 2:25Speaker 3: this issue, and that's exactly why I want you to
- 2:28Speaker 3: share this podcast wherever you can so that we can
- 2:32Speaker 3: get these details out. Here's what we know. Former FBI
- 2:36Speaker 3: lawyer at least A Page testified before Congress that the
- 2:41Speaker 3: DOJ advise the FBI not to pursue charges against Clinton
- 2:46Speaker 3: for gross negligence in handling classified information. Page stated that
- 2:51Speaker 3: the DOJ considered the term quote gross negligent to be
- 2:55Speaker 3: constitutionally vague, influencing the decision not to proceed with this
- 2:59Speaker 3: specific charge. The FBI Director James Commey, in a twenty
- 3:04Speaker 3: sixteen press conference, described Clinton's actions as quote extremely careless,
- 3:09Speaker 3: but concluded that quote no reasonable prosecutor would bring such
- 3:14Speaker 3: a case, recommending that no charges be filed. Why did
- 3:18Speaker 3: he say that, because he was also protecting the Clinton family.
- 3:22Speaker 3: President Barack Obama publicly stated that he guaranteed there would
- 3:27Speaker 3: be no political influence in the FBI investigation of the
- 3:31Speaker 3: Clinton emails, emphasizing that evidence, not politics, would dictate the outcome.
- 3:37Speaker 3: But behind closed doors, he did the complete opposite of
- 3:41Speaker 3: that with the new allegations that are coming forward. In fact,
- 3:44Speaker 3: I want you to hear this report from Fox News
- 3:47Speaker 3: and Brett Baer.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Right about what the Obama Justice Department ordered federal lawyers
- 3:52Speaker 4: to do and not to do concerning the Hillary Clinton
- 3:55Speaker 4: email investigation. Chief Intelligence correspondent Katherine Harris tells us in
- 3:59Speaker 4: sworn to testimony on Capitol Hill, one of the insiders
- 4:02Speaker 4: told lawmakers what she was told.
- 4:05Speaker 5: During closed door testimony last summer. Former FBI lawyer Lisa
- 4:09Speaker 5: Paige said the Obama administration's Justice Department advised the FBI
- 4:14Speaker 5: not to pursue the gross negligent statute for Hillary Clinton
- 4:17Speaker 5: in the mishandling of classified information. Former US attorney and
- 4:20Speaker 5: House Republican John Radcliffe led the line of questioning about
- 4:24Speaker 5: the statute, known as eighteen USC. Seven ninety three. Ratcliffe,
- 4:28Speaker 5: you're making it sound like it was the department that
- 4:30Speaker 5: told you you're not going to charge gross negligence because
- 4:33Speaker 5: we're the prosecutors, Paige interrupted, that is correct. Page's testimony
- 4:37Speaker 5: appears to conflict with then FBI Director James Comey's recommendation
- 4:41Speaker 5: in July twenty sixteen against criminal charges for Clinton.
- 4:45Speaker 6: What I can assure the American people is that this
- 4:47Speaker 6: investigation was done honestly, confidently, and independently. No outside influence
- 4:53Speaker 6: of any kind was brought to bear.
- 4:55Speaker 5: The Republican Ledhouse Oversight and Judiciary Committee investigation and didn't. January,
- 5:00Speaker 5: with Democrats now in control, the committee's new ranking Republican
- 5:04Speaker 5: made the page transcript public.
- 5:06Speaker 7: The transcript releases show an inherent two tier system, one
- 5:09Speaker 7: in which Hillary Clinton gets the treatment that she got
- 5:12Speaker 7: where they was actually at first concern that they were
- 5:14Speaker 7: going to charge her, and then with Loretta Lynch in
- 5:16Speaker 7: charge before she recused herself, made it very clear that
- 5:19Speaker 7: that was not going to happen.
- 5:20Speaker 5: The tip off came from a chart drawn up by
- 5:22Speaker 5: federal investigators assigned to the Clinton case, known as Meteor Exam.
- 5:26Speaker 5: Fox News has confirmed that the chart listed possible federal
- 5:29Speaker 5: statutes for prosecution. Next to gross negligence was a notation
- 5:33Speaker 5: quote DOJ not willing to charge this. Only known cases
- 5:36Speaker 5: are military cases when accused lost the information. In response
- 5:40Speaker 5: to the page revelations, the President tweeted the transcripts quote
- 5:44Speaker 5: make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was
- 5:47Speaker 5: a broken and corrupt machine. The page transcript also confirms
- 5:51Speaker 5: Fox's earlier reporting. The page testified Russia collusion was still
- 5:55Speaker 5: unproven when Special Counsel Robert Muller was appointed.
- 5:58Speaker 3: So let's just recap the as we know them now.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Number One, the FBI and the DOJ were ordered by
- 6:05Speaker 3: Barack Obama to not arrest Hillary Clinton. Why because they
- 6:09Speaker 3: were protecting her at all costs. Number Two, James Comey
- 6:13Speaker 3: deliberately lied to the American people days before the election
- 6:17Speaker 3: in twenty sixteen, and yes, he was also protecting the
- 6:21Speaker 3: Clinton family at Barack Obama's orders. The CIA, John Radcliffe
- 6:27Speaker 3: sang quote Lisa Page confirmed to me under oath that
- 6:31Speaker 3: the FBI was ordered by the Obama DOJ not to
- 6:36Speaker 3: consider charging Hillary Clinton. In other words, no matter what
- 6:39Speaker 3: crime she committed, no matter what she did with her emails,
- 6:43Speaker 3: no matter what she didn't destroying them, no matter what
- 6:45Speaker 3: servers they were on, and no matter how much classified
- 6:49Speaker 3: information she had in her possession that she was not
- 6:52Speaker 3: supposed to have in a laptop or in emails or
- 6:57Speaker 3: on a private server, it didn't matter. The FBI, under
- 7:02Speaker 3: Barack Obama's orders, was never going to charge Hillary Clinton
- 7:06Speaker 3: with anything, whether it was gross negligence or the mishandling
- 7:11Speaker 3: of classified information. All of this goes back to the
- 7:16Speaker 3: single issue how much were we lied to in this
- 7:19Speaker 3: country by a corrupt deep state that was led by
- 7:22Speaker 3: Barack Obama. Well, now we know just how bad it
- 7:26Speaker 3: actually was. Next story number two, there's one thing that
- 7:30Speaker 3: we know for sure. The media lied to us about
- 7:33Speaker 3: the Egyptian illegal who let innocent people on fire in Boulder, Colorado.
- 7:37Speaker 3: We also know that the police chief in Boulder, Colorado
- 7:40Speaker 3: played politics and didn't want to tell you the truth
- 7:44Speaker 3: about this being a terrorist act. Well, that's not all
- 7:47Speaker 3: they're covering up, and that's part of the reason why
- 7:49Speaker 3: we do this show so you know exactly what is
- 7:52Speaker 3: happening in this investigation. One thing is for sure is
- 7:56Speaker 3: the Egyptian illegal immigrant who was led into this country
- 7:59Speaker 3: during the Biden administration said he quote wanted to kill
- 8:03Speaker 3: all Zionis people and had planned the attack for at
- 8:07Speaker 3: least a year. Mohammed Soliman has just been charged with
- 8:12Speaker 3: a federal hate crime. Here is more of what we've
- 8:14Speaker 3: learned from my good friends at Fox and Kaylee Mcanany.
- 8:18Speaker 8: We have some new details federal authorities releasing the charges
- 8:21Speaker 8: for the man accused of setting eight people on fire
- 8:24Speaker 8: and that targeted terror attack in Boulder, Colorado. Officials say
- 8:27Speaker 8: he's now being charged with a hate crime. That's federally
- 8:30Speaker 8: and this is what they found. They found at least
- 8:32Speaker 8: fourteen unlit molotov cocktails on his person, along with that
- 8:37Speaker 8: makeshift flamethrower. The molotovs comprised of glass wine caraff bottles
- 8:42Speaker 8: or ball jars containing clear liquid and red rags hanging
- 8:45Speaker 8: out of the bottles. He made these himself. In fact,
- 8:48Speaker 8: it says that he researched on YouTube how to do this,
- 8:51Speaker 8: and later during an interview with the officials, the suspects stated, outright,
- 8:55Speaker 8: and he's talking. He stated he wanted to quote kill
- 8:58Speaker 8: all Zionist people and wished they were all dead. He
- 9:02Speaker 8: also stated that he would do it again emily. He
- 9:05Speaker 8: also said during the Center Mean he specifically targeted the
- 9:08Speaker 8: Zionist group that had gathered in Boulder. He knew they
- 9:11Speaker 8: planned to meet that day, Sunday at one pm. He
- 9:14Speaker 8: arrived at twelve fifty five and waited for them.
- 9:16Speaker 9: I love that. He also said that he's been planning
- 9:18Speaker 9: this attack for over a year, but he wanted to
- 9:20Speaker 9: wait until his daughter graduated because he gets to make
- 9:23Speaker 9: that choice. But what about the choice of the Jewish
- 9:26Speaker 9: victims who don't get to make a choice when they
- 9:28Speaker 9: are attacked, or don't get to make a choice if
- 9:30Speaker 9: they die, which, by the way, there with an attempt
- 9:33Speaker 9: to murder them. The hate crime charge brings a life
- 9:35Speaker 9: imprisoned sentence, which I hope he gets. This is so foul.
- 9:38Speaker 9: And he also said that he learned on YouTube how
- 9:40Speaker 9: to make a molotov cocktail. This is what is being
- 9:43Speaker 9: fomented right now that someone has the audacity, the ability,
- 9:47Speaker 9: and the actionable information to molotov cocktail and then flamethrow
- 9:52Speaker 9: against peaceful Jewish citizens and gets the luxury of doing
- 9:56Speaker 9: so after his daughter graduates, after he drives across the
- 9:58Speaker 9: country and builds his molotov with gas at the gas station.
- 10:01Speaker 9: This is absolutely unacceptable. We know that there are questions
- 10:04Speaker 9: surrounding his identity, given that he's for some reason twenty
- 10:07Speaker 9: one on his identification, he shouldn't have been in this country,
- 10:10Speaker 9: and now people are suffering for it horrifically, including a
- 10:13Speaker 9: Holocaust survivor. As you pointed out earlier.
- 10:15Speaker 3: A Holocaust survivor is one of the victims of this individual.
- 10:20Speaker 3: So the question you have to ask yourself is this,
- 10:23Speaker 3: why is the media still covering up this story? Why
- 10:27Speaker 3: are they not wanting to tell you that the terrorist
- 10:30Speaker 3: suspect said quote he would do it again and showed
- 10:34Speaker 3: no remorse to those as he was speaking in law enforcement.
- 10:38Speaker 3: This also brings up another big story. We also have
- 10:41Speaker 3: the largest ICE ray that's just been conducted, resulting in
- 10:45Speaker 3: over fourteen hundred illegals being arrested in Massachusetts, and the
- 10:49Speaker 3: question is how many more terrorists are out there that
- 10:52Speaker 3: came to this country illegally, just like Mohammed Soliman, the
- 10:56Speaker 3: man who came from Egypt. Well, take a listen to
- 11:00Speaker 3: what the ICE director had to say when talking about
- 11:03Speaker 3: why they were forced to go into Massachusetts and do
- 11:07Speaker 3: a massive cleanup.
- 11:08Speaker 10: In the meantime, in Massachusetts, you had I think the
- 11:10Speaker 10: largest ever raid or at least a netting of arrests
- 11:14Speaker 10: of one thy four hundred and sixty one people. That's
- 11:17Speaker 10: the largest so far. And those that were arrested, seven
- 11:20Speaker 10: hundred and ninety of them had criminal convictions and two
- 11:23Speaker 10: hundred and seventy seven had what we were just talking about,
- 11:26Speaker 10: final orders of removal or deportation.
- 11:28Speaker 8: Tell us Mark and Dana.
- 11:30Speaker 11: It was a great operation and the fact that it
- 11:31Speaker 11: was over the course of a month really shows the
- 11:33Speaker 11: commitment of the men and women of vice here in
- 11:35Speaker 11: Massachusetts and all over New England, and we took a
- 11:37Speaker 11: whole government approach.
- 11:38Speaker 7: We used all of our partners.
- 11:40Speaker 11: To include diplomatic security, the US Marshall Service atf FBI
- 11:44Speaker 11: DEA to really locate and arrest these criminal aliens. One
- 11:48Speaker 11: highlight for this operation is the fact that it was
- 11:50Speaker 11: successful because we worked with our joint partners in a
- 11:54Speaker 11: sanctuary state like Massachusetts, where it's extremely difficult. Where we
- 11:57Speaker 11: had operations Tidal Wave last month in Florida, there was
- 12:00Speaker 11: a week long operation working with our state partners. That's
- 12:02Speaker 11: a state that cooperates with us. Here in Massachusetts, we
- 12:05Speaker 11: don't have any cooperations from local departments or from the state,
- 12:09Speaker 11: which makes it extremely difficult for ICE to get out
- 12:11Speaker 11: there and find these bad guys.
- 12:13Speaker 3: You think about how many prospective terrorists are among us
- 12:16Speaker 3: that came across the border, and we're given, in essence,
- 12:19Speaker 3: the ability to stay here and protection from the Biden
- 12:22Speaker 3: Harrish regime. When you look at what's happening in Massachusetts
- 12:25Speaker 3: where the state and local authorities are refusing to take
- 12:29Speaker 3: out the bad guys, it tells you just how dangerous
- 12:32Speaker 3: it is for every America, no matter where you live.
- 12:36Speaker 2: And here is story number three.
- 12:38Speaker 3: It is a story that is shocking but becoming all
- 12:41Speaker 3: too normal. Six people, including a USDA employee, have been
- 12:46Speaker 3: busted and what is being described as a sixty six
- 12:50Speaker 3: million dollar food stamp fraud scheme. A USDA employee responsible
- 12:56Speaker 3: for identifying SNAP fraud allegedly sold hundreds of EBT numbers,
- 13:02Speaker 3: enabling over thirty six million in fraudulent SNAP redemptions at
- 13:08Speaker 3: unauthorized stores. Michael Keyo reportedly orchestrated network that supplied the
- 13:15Speaker 3: approximately one hundred and sixty unauthorized EBT terminals to stores
- 13:20Speaker 3: across the New York area to illegally process more than
- 13:24Speaker 3: thirty million in EBT transactions. This is now going down
- 13:29Speaker 3: in history as one of the largest food stamp frauds ever.
- 13:33Speaker 3: The USDA employee and five others that have been now
- 13:37Speaker 3: charged in the multimillion dollar food stamp fraud and bribery
- 13:40Speaker 3: scheme are being looked at for exactly what they are
- 13:43Speaker 3: con artists that had access within our government to pull
- 13:48Speaker 3: this off. The question now is where else could this
- 13:52Speaker 3: be done around the country and how much of your
- 13:55Speaker 3: tax dollars are being stolen by fraudulent terminals and fake
- 14:00Speaker 3: people and fake food stamps that are actually just going
- 14:03Speaker 3: to let people get extremely rich. There is one good thing.
- 14:08Speaker 3: It's very clear now that the Trump administration is going
- 14:11Speaker 3: all in to find this type of waste, fraud and abuse.
- 14:16Speaker 3: And yes, Elon Musk may have moved on from what
- 14:19Speaker 3: was always going to be a temporary role with DOGE,
- 14:23Speaker 3: but it doesn't mean that the work is stopping anytime soon,
- 14:28Speaker 3: and this is a perfect example of it.
