- 2:01Speaker 9: Uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You're listening
- 2:06Speaker 9: to the voice? Come on dig me now one it
- 2:09Speaker 9: only Steve Harvey got a radio show today?
- 2:12Speaker 7: Is it? Everybody? On a real positive note? Today? Is it? Today?
- 2:17Speaker 7: Is the day?
- 2:18Speaker 9: You know, when I was in high school, you know,
- 2:21Speaker 9: my mother was a Sunday school teaching until she passed.
- 2:24Speaker 9: I would walk out the door every morning on my
- 2:27Speaker 9: way to school, and my mother used to say, listen
- 2:30Speaker 9: to me, sund hey, don't forget today is the day
- 2:32Speaker 9: that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be
- 2:35Speaker 9: glad in it. And you know, I ain't think much
- 2:37Speaker 9: of it. You know, it's just my mama being religious.
- 2:40Speaker 9: You know, Mom's spiritual woman. So you know, I just
- 2:42Speaker 9: took it as that. But as I've gotten older, man,
- 2:45Speaker 9: you know that's registered more and more with me. Today
- 2:48Speaker 9: is the date that the Lord has made. Let us
- 2:50Speaker 9: rejoice and be glad in it. That's pretty cool, man.
- 2:54Speaker 9: What better blessing will you get throughout the day than
- 2:58Speaker 9: the fact that he allowed you to live and see
- 3:00Speaker 9: another day? See sometimes, man, when you're young, you don't
- 3:04Speaker 9: pay no attention to that. But all you got to
- 3:06Speaker 9: do is keep living, keep watching some people that you
- 3:09Speaker 9: know not be here anymore, go to class reunions and
- 3:13Speaker 9: they smaller, see people that you really loved. It meant
- 3:16Speaker 9: a lot till you leave this world, and all of
- 3:18Speaker 9: a sudden, man, immortality starts to matter a great deal
- 3:23Speaker 9: to you. Some of us learn this lesson sooner than others.
- 3:27Speaker 9: But I know when you're young, man, you know you
- 3:29Speaker 9: think you're gonna be here for a while. You think
- 3:30Speaker 9: you got time to play around, You think you got
- 3:32Speaker 9: time to get it together, you got time to make
- 3:35Speaker 9: the mistakes. But man, oh man, I almost every full
- 3:38Speaker 9: blown adult that I know will tell you, and have
- 3:41Speaker 9: said these words right here many times. And I would
- 3:44Speaker 9: see the reason I'm saying is because I want you
- 3:46Speaker 9: to hear them, because you're gonna use them. If I
- 3:48Speaker 9: only knew then what I know now. Do you know
- 3:51Speaker 9: how many people have said those words right there? Because
- 3:55Speaker 9: in time, man, you gain so much wisdom. Oh but
- 3:58Speaker 9: it ain't like nobody didn't tell you. Though somebody told
- 4:01Speaker 9: you back then. Hey man, it's best to buckle down now,
- 4:04Speaker 9: he say, Hey man, you better quit wasting time. Hey look,
- 4:07Speaker 9: do your best at all the times. You know, stop
- 4:10Speaker 9: stop worrying about that. I'm telling you, son, in a minute,
- 4:12Speaker 9: them clubs ain't gonna mean nothing to you. In a minute,
- 4:15Speaker 9: that going out all the time ain't gonna mean nothing
- 4:17Speaker 9: to you. I can't tell you how many times I
- 4:19Speaker 9: repeat it to my kids. But man, today is a
- 4:22Speaker 9: different day, because today is the day that the Lord
- 4:25Speaker 9: is made.
- 4:26Speaker 7: So he gave you a shot today.
- 4:28Speaker 9: If you woke up this morning, or if you're finishing
- 4:30Speaker 9: your day on your shift, he gave you a new day.
- 4:34Speaker 9: Nothing bigger than the fact that he woke you up today. Now,
- 4:39Speaker 9: why don't you do something about that? Why don't you
- 4:41Speaker 9: take advantage of it? How About if you start today?
- 4:44Speaker 9: How About if you stop hesitating today. How about if
- 4:46Speaker 9: you stop delaying it today? How about if you stop
- 4:49Speaker 9: procrastinating today. How About if you make today to day
- 4:52Speaker 9: that you.
- 4:52Speaker 7: Go for it.
- 4:53Speaker 9: I mean, man, let's all just decide today. Let's go
- 4:56Speaker 9: for it. Let's put forth a maximum effort today. I mean, really, man,
- 5:01Speaker 9: what you're doing. Look, man, take advantage of this blessing
- 5:04Speaker 9: of waking up, do something today. If you would just
- 5:08Speaker 9: start the process, man, start that business you always dreamed of.
- 5:12Speaker 9: Go look into that other job you always yearn for.
- 5:14Speaker 9: Go get the training you need to get the promotion. Man,
- 5:17Speaker 9: go back to school, man, go see what you need
- 5:20Speaker 9: to do to lift yourself to the next level. Stop
- 5:23Speaker 9: waking up every day seeing how it's gonna go, and
- 5:26Speaker 9: start waking up and do something about how it goes.
- 5:29Speaker 9: If you make one step, he'll make two. But you
- 5:32Speaker 9: could people talk about all the time, Man, it seemed
- 5:34Speaker 9: like you're always getting a blessing. How man, when you
- 5:37Speaker 9: talking to a person, listen to this. If you talking
- 5:39Speaker 9: to a person and it seems like there's always a
- 5:43Speaker 9: blessing coming his way, let me tell you what that
- 5:45Speaker 9: person doing. That person is putting one foot in front
- 5:48Speaker 9: of the next. That person is putting forth some efforts
- 5:51Speaker 9: out there. And that's the only way God can bless you.
- 5:54Speaker 9: God can only bless you with your efforts He can
- 5:57Speaker 9: only put his finger on the thing that you are.
- 6:01Speaker 7: Doing or attempting. That's all he can help you with.
- 6:05Speaker 9: He there are no jobs walking up to your door,
- 6:08Speaker 9: knocking on your door.
- 6:09Speaker 7: But if you beating the pavement, if.
- 6:11Speaker 9: You're sending in the apps, if you online scolaring somewhere
- 6:14Speaker 9: to work, somewhere to get a job, then God can
- 6:16Speaker 9: touch somebody's.
- 6:17Speaker 7: Heart to hire you.
- 6:18Speaker 9: But if you sitting at the house every day, smoke
- 6:21Speaker 9: every day, drinking, but you wonder why.
- 6:24Speaker 7: You just can't get a job.
- 6:25Speaker 9: The couple times you're the one out there, you got
- 6:27Speaker 9: to if you ain't got a job, you got to
- 6:29Speaker 9: look go get one every day. You got to go
- 6:31Speaker 9: look for one every single day. You can't take no
- 6:34Speaker 9: days off. How about today? How about today? If we
- 6:37Speaker 9: decide today is the day that we're gonna make the move.
- 6:41Speaker 9: Today is the day that we stop delaying, hesitating, procrastinating.
- 6:45Speaker 7: Today is the day that we take a step in
- 6:47Speaker 7: the direction to.
- 6:47Speaker 9: Do something for ourselves, for our lives, for our family,
- 6:50Speaker 9: for our wives, for our children, for our community, for
- 6:54Speaker 9: our school. Do something today, for crying out loud man,
- 6:58Speaker 9: stop sitting in your own life in just a stew
- 7:02Speaker 9: of misery.
- 7:04Speaker 7: In your own life. I'm gonna tell you something.
- 7:06Speaker 9: If you are in a state of confusion, if you
- 7:08Speaker 9: are troubling, if you're stuck on what to do next,
- 7:12Speaker 9: you let me tell you what's happening.
- 7:14Speaker 1: You're not doing enough. That's what it is.
- 7:16Speaker 7: Man.
- 7:17Speaker 9: See what I get in a place man, where I
- 7:21Speaker 9: don't know what the next move is. It's because i'd
- 7:24Speaker 9: un usually stalled out. See, this is the way God works.
- 7:27Speaker 9: This is the way He's worked for me. Every time
- 7:30Speaker 9: I'm busy and I'm about the business of always trying
- 7:34Speaker 9: to live my creed, which is ABC.
- 7:36Speaker 7: My model is ABC. Always be closing.
- 7:39Speaker 9: I'm always working on something, something to close something. When
- 7:44Speaker 9: you're so busy with the business of improving yourself and
- 7:48Speaker 9: doing with yourself and becoming the best you you can be,
- 7:51Speaker 9: God is always working on your behalf, behind some scene
- 7:56Speaker 9: of something that you're in the process of tempting to close.
- 8:01Speaker 9: But because you're not doing all you can do, you're
- 8:04Speaker 9: limiting you. You are because of your decision not to
- 8:08Speaker 9: give you all and all, you're limiting the opportunities for
- 8:11Speaker 9: God to put his finger on things that touch them
- 8:13Speaker 9: on your behalf. I don't know if the average person
- 8:18Speaker 9: really understands or knows what it takes to truly be
- 8:23Speaker 9: successful on whatever level you're talking about.
- 8:26Speaker 7: But whatever that level is, I.
- 8:28Speaker 9: Don't care what a dollar amount you've got attached to it,
- 8:30Speaker 9: what level you got if you have made the decision
- 8:33Speaker 9: that you're going to be successful. I think that a
- 8:36Speaker 9: lot of people, the average person does not know what
- 8:38Speaker 9: that means. Whatever level you've decided to be successful on.
- 8:43Speaker 9: See that's your level of faith, that's where you see
- 8:45Speaker 9: your life at. Well, guess what you got to maximize
- 8:50Speaker 9: your efforts to even get to that level.
- 8:53Speaker 7: So listen to me.
- 8:54Speaker 9: If you want to be successful at your church, if
- 8:56Speaker 9: you want to be successful in your relationship, if you
- 8:59Speaker 9: want to be successful down at the day cassing, if
- 9:01Speaker 9: you want to be successful at your college, if you
- 9:04Speaker 9: want to be successful on your job, guess what it's
- 9:07Speaker 9: gonna take all you got in that world.
- 9:11Speaker 7: To become a success.
- 9:13Speaker 9: I don't know why people think that if you don't
- 9:16Speaker 9: want to be what somebody else said, you ain't got to.
- 9:18Speaker 8: Put forth that effort.
- 9:19Speaker 7: Now, naw, I ain't wrong.
- 9:21Speaker 9: You've got to put forth your maximum effort at whatever
- 9:24Speaker 9: role you trying to accomplish, Lord, have mercy.
- 9:27Speaker 8: Man.
- 9:28Speaker 9: How about today, though, y'all? How about today? Today is
- 9:31Speaker 9: a good one. Let's make today today. Let's get out
- 9:34Speaker 9: of that. Let's get on with it. Stop hesitating, stop delaying,
- 9:37Speaker 9: stop procrastinating, start today. Watch God have something to put
- 9:43Speaker 9: his finger on there. And that's all you're trying to do, man,
- 9:46Speaker 9: to line yourself up with God's grace. You got to
- 9:49Speaker 9: put out a lot of effort so God can put
- 9:52Speaker 9: his finger on something. You feel me today, I shall
- 9:54Speaker 9: hope you do because I'm all on today.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Let's go here listening to Steve harveymore show.

- 12:42Speaker 7: have the trees up at Thanksgiving, but I just think
- 12:44Speaker 7: it's too early. I think it's like, you know, we
- 12:46Speaker 7: don't even give Thanksgiving.

- 14:32Speaker 7: window do y'all like? Do y'all like that first window
- 14:35Speaker 7: in the morning when they I'm talking about delivering, when
- 14:37Speaker 7: they deliver something to you, you like that, you know
- 14:40Speaker 7: eight eight, between eight and twelve, or when they get
- 14:44Speaker 7: to that twelve to four, twelve to three. It don't
- 14:47Speaker 7: never quite work out right right? Then you get rescheduled.
- 14:51Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you want to be first.
- 14:55Speaker 1: No delays.
- 14:56Speaker 7: I think stand here right because of everybody that once
- 14:58Speaker 7: I get rescheduled.
- 14:59Speaker 8: But anyway, it is my refrigerator.
- 15:01Speaker 7: Let's go get doctor. Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach
- 15:05Speaker 7: out miss please miss miss and Jackson. I'm the driver, man,
- 15:09Speaker 7: I'm actually the delivery guy that's bringing your refrigerator over
- 15:11Speaker 7: the day.
- 15:12Speaker 11: Okay, what's going on?
- 15:14Speaker 7: Okay, listen, I know we had a window that was
- 15:16Speaker 7: from eight to twelve this morning's see it's eleven thirty now,
- 15:21Speaker 7: so we're running a little bit behind schedule. Man, we
- 15:24Speaker 7: have some problems at the yard getting everything loaded up.
- 15:26Speaker 11: Man, come on, Man, you killing me.
- 15:28Speaker 12: I can't.
- 15:29Speaker 11: Y'all y'all running behind, well, a little.
- 15:31Speaker 7: Bit behind schedule. Man, we're gonna have will be there
- 15:33Speaker 7: somewhere between twelve and four.
- 15:35Speaker 13: Come on, man, y'all have to do better than that, now, man.
- 15:38Speaker 7: Man, job, I understand, sir, I understand that actually.
- 15:42Speaker 13: Is actually I got a man.
- 15:44Speaker 11: I got all the food in here and the coolers
- 15:47Speaker 11: and stuff.
- 15:47Speaker 14: Man, I got ice e different.
- 15:48Speaker 11: Well, I mean, I mean, what's what's what's going on?
- 15:53Speaker 11: Y'all ain't got the refrigerator. I'm trying to figure out.
- 15:55Speaker 7: No, No, we loaded up. You know, we just have
- 15:58Speaker 7: some problems. I think one of the fourth lift went out,
- 16:00Speaker 7: and you know, it kind of pushed us back. So
- 16:02Speaker 7: that four hour win that we had from eight to twelve, man,
- 16:04Speaker 7: just got ruined. And now we're pushing things from our
- 16:07Speaker 7: twelve to four. So between twelve and four, man, we
- 16:09Speaker 7: would definitely be there.
- 16:10Speaker 11: And I have to be brothers than that.
- 16:12Speaker 14: Of course, it's all I supposed to yesterday.
- 16:16Speaker 7: Actually, the warehouse supervisor he's actually out today.
- 16:19Speaker 11: He's not here, so he's not in. So yeah, man, yeah,
- 16:24Speaker 11: I'm supposed to be working one car. You said you're
- 16:26Speaker 11: gonna be until in between twelve and four. I'm supposed
- 16:28Speaker 11: to be worked at one o'clock.
- 16:30Speaker 7: I understand it, man, I greatly apologize. Man, this rarely happens,
- 16:34Speaker 7: and it just so happened this morning. The fork left
- 16:36Speaker 7: was down, and we had a lot of stuff to
- 16:37Speaker 7: load up. You know, we got I got ten refrigerators
- 16:40Speaker 7: on this truck, man, and one of them is definitely yours, sir.
- 16:42Speaker 7: So I'm definitely gonna be getting to tell you as
- 16:44Speaker 7: soon as I can.
- 16:45Speaker 11: Yeah, So, so IM pushing it because I'm supposed to
- 16:47Speaker 11: be at work and then I scheduled everything else around
- 16:51Speaker 11: this because I'm supposed to like got to haverciated to
- 16:53Speaker 11: turn out, I'm a foolish suff in there in the
- 16:55Speaker 11: kitchen and whatnot.
- 16:57Speaker 7: You're the refrigerator went out? Did to go?
- 17:00Speaker 13: You?
- 17:00Speaker 7: Refrigerator went out? Is that what happened?
- 17:01Speaker 14: He is very so did man? I had it for
- 17:03Speaker 14: quite some times, you know. So it's just amount of
- 17:06Speaker 14: time for we will go out. So I try to
- 17:08Speaker 14: go ahead and get a new one, you know, right,
- 17:10Speaker 14: So that's why we'll schedule.

- 22:33Speaker 3: Riddlelo stands for ready to love Officer and Junior. This
- 22:36Speaker 3: is from Felicia in Camden. Alicia says, my husband calls
- 22:40Speaker 3: my male best friend and asked him if we've ever
- 22:42Speaker 3: had sex. My friend wouldn't answer, and now my husband
- 22:47Speaker 3: thinks we're hiding something. My friend is mad that my
- 22:50Speaker 3: husband called him. Why did my friend just say no?
- 22:55Speaker 7: I think he was probably shocked at first to get
- 22:58Speaker 7: this kind of phone calls. And then if once a
- 23:01Speaker 7: man got another man on the rope, you know that,
- 23:03Speaker 7: pauls that not saying nothing, we already know that's gonna
- 23:06Speaker 7: make you a little bit more mad. I'm mad that
- 23:08Speaker 7: you called me with this mess first. So now I'm
- 23:11Speaker 7: I'm gonna flip the script and put it on. I'm
- 23:13Speaker 7: just not gonna say nothing, which we gonna make you
- 23:15Speaker 7: think something did happen. Even if it didn't happen, I'm
- 23:17Speaker 7: make you think it did because you got a nerve
- 23:20Speaker 7: calling my phone with this man, and if we did
- 23:24Speaker 7: do it, I'm not Finn to tell you.
- 23:29Speaker 8: I'm not going to tell you that you're nothing. To
- 23:31Speaker 8: get that out of me.
- 23:32Speaker 3: I mean, you wouldn't tell it, you wouldn't call it.
- 23:37Speaker 7: She might come back, she might want one more time.
- 23:39Speaker 7: I mean you can't do that. What you gotta leave
- 23:43Speaker 7: a dough open for one more? You know what I'm saying?
- 23:47Speaker 7: He might have won one more? How many feel I'm
- 23:49Speaker 7: the only one that had one more?
- 23:51Speaker 8: Stop? You're a man.
- 23:54Speaker 10: You make him think that something happened some good. What
- 23:57Speaker 10: I'm missing is the sound. The sounds is missing. Make
- 24:00Speaker 10: a sound when he asked you that question.
- 24:01Speaker 7: You see my mouth. You need to make a noise
- 24:03Speaker 7: for right then you need.
- 24:04Speaker 1: To do something. What asked me to ask me?
- 24:08Speaker 7: The question? Chare uh? Junior?
- 24:11Speaker 3: Did you and my best?
- 24:20Speaker 7: You can't answer this question?
- 24:22Speaker 15: Uh?
- 24:23Speaker 1: Make a no ask? Okay? I got it.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Moving on to San Antonio and San Antonio says, before
- 24:32Speaker 3: I got married, I had sex with an ex one
- 24:34Speaker 3: last time.

- 24:36Speaker 3: Uh. She made a video and I didn't know about it.
- 24:41Speaker 3: She sent me the video on my wedding anniversary and
- 24:44Speaker 3: said happy anniversary, and she brought me Should I call
- 24:49Speaker 3: this woman or not? What?
- 24:55Speaker 7: What would you.
- 24:56Speaker 1: What would you say if you called your ex?

- 25:12Speaker 8: Now. You got to say friends with her regardless.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Yeah, whatever she needs morning, I got it.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Whatever she needs, well, she might need you, what about that.
- 25:22Speaker 8: I'm gonna give her whatever she wants.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Okay, all right, that's how you do.
- 25:29Speaker 7: I can't say nothing, but no tapes I called, Well,
- 25:33Speaker 7: I was gonna say he could.
- 25:34Speaker 3: He could basically lie to his wife and not say
- 25:37Speaker 3: it was right more the wedding.
- 25:39Speaker 5: You see what I'm saying.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Said no when enlisted JA, it's.
- 25:42Speaker 7: A date on the tape, myself.
- 25:46Speaker 3: Less, it's a date on the video. Dude, up there,
- 25:49Speaker 3: you have a problem.
- 25:50Speaker 8: Okay, okay, I say that correction.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Come on, you know this out.
- 25:54Speaker 10: You know too much about this tape because it's a
- 25:56Speaker 10: date on my tape, and we also know it's from
- 25:58Speaker 10: Jose in.
- 25:59Speaker 1: San Antonio prettymuch near to that.
- 26:02Speaker 7: We pretty much know who the hell this is. It's

- 26:12Speaker 10: If it was me, I would just be admiring my
- 26:14Speaker 10: performance on the tape that but I wouldn't say nothing.

- 26:22Speaker 7: Look at me.
- 26:22Speaker 6: He rewinding, rewinding this pull up right there, right yeah,
- 26:32Speaker 6: right there.
- 26:34Speaker 7: But we know who the hell said it though in
- 26:36Speaker 7: San Antonio a lot of Jose and San Antonio with
- 26:39Speaker 7: the date. Everybody know who this is. Stop writing in
- 26:42Speaker 7: the public shows.
- 26:43Speaker 8: That's all.

- 36:51Speaker 3: in twenty minutes after the hour. This is no big surprise.
- 36:53Speaker 3: Donald Trump's upcoming sentencing hearing was canceled. Of course, what
- 37:00Speaker 3: you gotta be kidding me. You're listening to the Harvey
- 37:06Speaker 3: Morning Show. You know, I've been in this radio game
- 37:11Speaker 3: quite a while, so I've had an FM studio. Of course,
- 37:14Speaker 3: I've had an office all of that. There are so
- 37:17Speaker 3: many types of offices, and choosing the right candidate for
- 37:21Speaker 3: any office is very difficult. If you're hiring and you
- 37:24Speaker 3: want the best candidates for your office, you need to go.

- 37:47Speaker 1: This is no big surprise to us.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Listen yesterday, New York Judge Juan Mshan postponed Donald Trump's
- 37:54Speaker 3: then thing hearing in his hush money case, which was
- 37:56Speaker 3: scheduled for next Tuesday, November twenty six. In a letter
- 38:00Speaker 3: to Judge Marshan, the DA's office acknowledged that Trump probably
- 38:04Speaker 3: will not be sentenced until after the end of his
- 38:06Speaker 3: presidential term, what which is. Of course, in twenty twenty nine.
- 38:11Speaker 3: Trump's felony conviction will stand and there is a December
- 38:15Speaker 3: ninth deadline for Judge Marshan to decide on how to proceed.
- 38:19Speaker 3: Marshan has a wide set of options for Trump if
- 38:22Speaker 3: and when he is sentenced. He cannot impose a sentence.
- 38:26Speaker 3: He can sentence him to community service or a sentence
- 38:29Speaker 3: president elect Donald Trump to serve time in prison. So
- 38:32Speaker 3: there you go, and you're right, this is no surprise, no, no, no,
- 38:36Speaker 3: That's why he ran so hard so he wouldn't have
- 38:39Speaker 3: to go to jail and so the things like this
- 38:41Speaker 3: could happen.
- 38:42Speaker 7: Yeah, this was the.
- 38:43Speaker 8: Reason for being trying to be president.
- 38:45Speaker 1: This is good, exactly, we.
- 38:47Speaker 7: Get before we face the before we face it all.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Yeah, and the Supreme Court, you know, they ruled that
- 38:55Speaker 3: community so to speak, that presidents can enjoy.
- 38:59Speaker 7: So, like you said, this is it.
- 39:00Speaker 1: So he's good, I mean Preme Court.
- 39:03Speaker 3: It would be cool if they claes now yeah, Claire,
- 39:09Speaker 3: so yeah. And this is why you have to vote,
- 39:13Speaker 3: because the president has the power to put in their
- 39:17Speaker 3: judge friends and justices that believe the same thing that
- 39:21Speaker 3: they believe.
- 39:22Speaker 1: He was begging y'all to vote.
- 39:23Speaker 8: Beg.
- 39:24Speaker 1: We voted, We voted.
- 39:27Speaker 7: I'm not just. I'll vote again and again and again.
- 39:32Speaker 1: I will always vote. It's not that's our right and
- 39:34Speaker 1: our privilege to vote.
- 39:36Speaker 3: I wonder if the if this judge in New York,
- 39:40Speaker 3: I wonder if they can sentence him after his term
- 39:43Speaker 3: is over. Yeah, because he's already convicted, right, so we're
- 39:47Speaker 3: just waiting on the sentencing. Yep, his term is over
- 39:54Speaker 3: eighty two eighty two years ago. Wow, it's over.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Nothing, gonna be let's move on. I have yeah, you
- 40:05Speaker 1: got life post.
- 40:07Speaker 7: I do not watch the news though, y'all nationally. I
- 40:09Speaker 7: just refuse like seeing it. I'm done with you. I
- 40:12Speaker 7: just I'm out. I'm not going to do that for
- 40:14Speaker 7: four years and just you have to. I don't want
- 40:17Speaker 7: to watch a soap opera every single day. I just
- 40:20Speaker 7: don't want to do that.
- 40:21Speaker 3: Right, and you have to decompress, you really, really do,
- 40:24Speaker 3: or you'll get burned out from all of this. Because
- 40:26Speaker 3: it was every single day, every year. I was I
- 40:29Speaker 3: was watching the news in my sleep.
- 40:31Speaker 1: I was watching it so hard.
- 40:32Speaker 7: Huh.
- 40:33Speaker 3: Well, the president has appointed the WWE Lady, it's the
- 40:37Speaker 3: department over the Department of Education.
- 40:39Speaker 7: What's right here?
- 40:40Speaker 1: Our kids deserve much medicines.

- 40:50Speaker 3: his friends putting them in. Plenty of people who love
- 40:52Speaker 3: him and support him. That's who he's putting is all right?
- 40:56Speaker 3: Coming up in thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll
- 40:58Speaker 3: find out what side dish everyone wants for Thanksgiving.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Hard Morning Show.
- 41:09Speaker 3: When it comes to Thanksgiving dinner, the turkey might be
- 41:12Speaker 3: the main attraction, but some people are more interested in
- 41:15Speaker 3: the side dishes. Hampbell's released the State of the Sides
- 41:19Speaker 3: Report for twenty twenty four, and over half of the
- 41:22Speaker 3: people surveyed it's like fifty five percent that they would
- 41:26Speaker 3: rather fill up on side dishes instead of turkey, and
- 41:30Speaker 3: they ranked their favorite side dishes for Thanksgiving dinner. All right,
- 41:33Speaker 3: so you guys, we're gonna go from bottom to top.
- 41:36Speaker 3: All right, what do you think? What do you think
- 41:38Speaker 3: came in in number five? Yeah, came in number five

- 43:44Speaker 3: But we call it dressing. They call it that thing. Yeah, yeah,

- 56:28Speaker 1: Thank you nephew. Subject all of the children look like me.
- 56:33Speaker 3: Dear Stephen Shirley I'm a twenty nine year old married
- 56:37Speaker 3: black mail and I got married and started a family
- 56:40Speaker 3: when I was only twenty one years old. I am
- 56:44Speaker 3: six four, and I was a star football player in college.
- 56:47Speaker 3: My wife and I were young, and by age twenty six,
- 56:51Speaker 3: we had three children. Her mom was a big help.
- 56:54Speaker 3: She helped us get an apartment and she'd babysit for us.
- 56:58Speaker 3: My wife's eighteen year old sister was a big help too.
- 57:01Speaker 3: Four years ago, I was home alone, watching porn and
- 57:04Speaker 3: pleasuring myself. My wife's mom barged in on me without knocking.
- 57:10Speaker 3: She saw what she saw what was going on, and
- 57:13Speaker 3: she joined me and took matters into her own hands.
- 57:16Speaker 1: We had sex a lot after that, and she showed
- 57:19Speaker 1: me how to make love.
- 57:21Speaker 3: I was also sleeping with my wife's sister, and she's
- 57:24Speaker 3: a lot more wild in bed than my wife. She
- 57:27Speaker 3: started it one day when I was making a bottle
- 57:29Speaker 3: for the baby. She got on the floor in front
- 57:31Speaker 3: of me and I could not move. Now, my sister
- 57:35Speaker 3: in law has two boys that looked like me.
- 57:40Speaker 7: Five.
- 57:41Speaker 3: Yeah, I have five children, and no one in my
- 57:43Speaker 3: wife's family has said a word about them looking like me.
- 57:47Speaker 3: Comma yet, Okay? I wonder if my wife even knows
- 57:51Speaker 3: what's going on. Recently, my mother in law met a
- 57:54Speaker 3: man and she cut me off. She used to pay
- 57:57Speaker 3: me for sex, so I'm going to miss that money.
- 58:00Speaker 3: I think it's time to end the affair with my
- 58:02Speaker 3: sister in law too. I don't want any more children,
- 58:05Speaker 3: and these sisters are very fertile. But my real problem
- 58:09Speaker 3: is the big Thanksgiving dinner for the family that my
- 58:12Speaker 3: mother in law is planning. My wife's grandparents have a
- 58:15Speaker 3: lot of money and status, and they've never accepted me
- 58:19Speaker 3: in the family. I'm sure they will notice that all
- 58:22Speaker 3: of the mixed children look like me. Should I go
- 58:25Speaker 3: celebrate Thanksgiving with my own family this year? Okay, there
- 58:30Speaker 3: are a lot of hidden clues in this letter.
- 58:33Speaker 1: You see that right.
- 58:34Speaker 3: I'm a twenty nine year old married blackmail. I got
- 58:38Speaker 3: married and started a family when I was young. I'm
- 58:40Speaker 3: a star football player, I was in college. I'm six
- 58:44Speaker 3: or four?
- 58:45Speaker 7: Yeah I was.
- 58:46Speaker 3: Yeah, two of the boys look like me. Those are
- 58:48Speaker 3: all clues. Should I celebrate Thanksgiving with my own family
- 58:52Speaker 3: this year? But I gotta say this one right here?
- 58:56Speaker 3: This letter, it moves all the way up the letter
- 58:59Speaker 3: on the crazy theiest of all strawberry letters for.
- 59:02Speaker 8: Me, this is it.
- 59:03Speaker 3: This young man is sleeping with three family members at
- 59:06Speaker 3: the same time, his wife, his mother in law, and
- 59:09Speaker 3: his sister in law. And now this young man has
- 59:12Speaker 3: children by the sister in law. Why what is going
- 59:17Speaker 3: on here? I mean just because they yeah, I mean
- 59:22Speaker 3: just because they come after you. You could say no,
- 59:24Speaker 3: you know you are married into the same family. You're
- 59:29Speaker 3: sleeping with everybody. And I don't just blame you though,
- 59:31Speaker 3: I blame the mom. I blame the sister too. You
- 59:34Speaker 3: guys use no protection. So the family lineage, now, lineage
- 59:38Speaker 3: is all messed up. Brothers and sisters are each other's
- 59:43Speaker 3: cousins and aunts and uncles to you and your children.
- 59:47Speaker 3: You're your children's father, and they're your nieces and nephews too.
- 59:51Speaker 3: I mean, see how crazy that sounds when you.
- 59:54Speaker 1: Say it out loud. You all just need help, You
- 59:57Speaker 1: all need a lesson and right and wrong.
- 59:59Speaker 3: And I pray the kids will be all right and
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: never find out what's going on with the grown folks
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: in this family. This is just crazy and nasty. And yes,
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: maybe you do need to go spend time with your
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: own family, but who is that you I mean, don't
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: sleep with them if you do. That's all I gotta
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: say to Tommy.
- 1:00:17Speaker 8: All Right, I know a.
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: Good white folk story when I hear one. Okay, I
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: know a good white folks story when I hear one.
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: You black six four played football, you quarterback in college?
- 1:00:33Speaker 8: Got that part? Now you got what?
- 1:00:36Speaker 7: You got three kids by let's say Amy and you
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: and Amy got three kids. That's white one. You got
- 1:00:41Speaker 7: three kids by Aim. Okay, now here go will kill
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: me her mama. Blanche bust up in the dough. Okay,
- 1:00:51Speaker 7: Blanston busted up in the dough. Not now blast bust
- 1:00:54Speaker 7: up in the door.
- 1:00:54Speaker 8: This way.
- 1:00:54Speaker 7: I know it was white folks through blads busting the
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: dough and join. You don't know black mom in laws
- 1:01:01Speaker 7: do that. Black mom and laws gonna still gonna stop
- 1:01:03Speaker 7: your little nest behind what you're doing, A gonna get
- 1:01:06Speaker 7: you straight. You're not gonna do this up in this house,
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: act like this. Hell all right, we already know that's
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: Blanche busted up in this door. Now, not Blanche. Not
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: Blanche paying you for whatever y'all do. Black mom in
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: laws don't do that. They're not going to pay you.
- 1:01:18Speaker 7: They gonna they getting paid for babysiting. That's what black
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: mother in laws do, Okay, they want they payper for
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: taking Caddy's kids. So now you're messing with Blanche. You
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: and Amy got three kids. Then Jill, here'll come Jill.
- 1:01:31Speaker 7: Jill comes in and gets on the floor and for
- 1:01:33Speaker 7: some reason, oh she just had you. It's just on
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: and popping. Now you got two kids by the baby
- 1:01:39Speaker 7: sister Jill. All right, so now you got five kids.
- 1:01:42Speaker 7: You ain't go pro in football when you sue you
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: the major whole damn basketball team. You got five kids now,
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: and now you got all these beautiful children. I'm gonna
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: say that, all right, but he'll come to grand pants,
- 1:01:53Speaker 7: all right. They ain't never like your black behind, no
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: dog on way. They never did like you. But everybody
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: thought you was gonna go pro dogs you did, you didn't,
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: So now you a big turn off. Now everybody hip,
- 1:02:04Speaker 7: everybody coming to Thanksgiving, and now you got the nerve
- 1:02:06Speaker 7: to say, what am I supposed to do? Is somebody
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: gonna realize what's going on? Surely, surely these folks know
- 1:02:12Speaker 7: that these kids all is the same from you. That
- 1:02:15Speaker 7: makes no sense to me. We ain't seen no boyfriend
- 1:02:18Speaker 7: from jail. The little baby sister. We ain't seen she
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: ain't got no, no, ain't nobody been coming over there
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: to holland at uh. It's you Blanch, No, it's you.
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: Blanch's been been left you. Blant's been got through with you.
- 1:02:29Speaker 7: So now it's thanksgiffing and you trying to ask us
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: should you take your behalf but home? Hang? Why you
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: going home? And you got five kids right here you
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: got to deal with all right, lady, this is yours.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: We'll have part two of today's Strawberry Letter coming up
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: at twenty three minutes.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: After the hour.
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: The subject all of the children look like me. We'll
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: hear from Junior right after this.
- 1:02:49Speaker 8: Better eat that castle roll they got over there in

- 1:03:29Speaker 3: All right, guys, we got to recap today's strawberry letter,
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: which has moved up on my list as the craziest
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: strawberry letter we've ever received. Okay, this is from a
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: twenty nine year old married blackmail. He got married, started
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: family when he was just twenty one years old. Years old,
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: he's six four. He was a star football player in college.
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: That's vital information right there. He and his wife were young.
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: By age twenty six, they had three children, so he's
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: in the high house. Her mom is a big help.
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: She helped them get an apartment. She babysat for them
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: all of that. His wife has an eighteen year blanch
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: toy called her Blanche. His wife has an eighteen year
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: old sister. The sister was a big help too. Four
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: years ago, he was just at home, just watching porn
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: and pleasuring himself like I guess everybody does. When the
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: mom busted in, she started sleeping with.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean right, he said it, like it's.
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: Such a normal occurrence, you know. So the mom busted
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: in the mom started having sex with him. His wife's mother,
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: his mother in law started having sex with him. She
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: used to pay him for sex. Then the sister in
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: law started having sex with him. He has two kids
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: by the sister in law that looked just like him.
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: So his dilemma is, Oh, and by the way, the
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: mother in law met a man and she cut him off.
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: So his dilemma is now should he spend Thanksgiving with
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: his family? Because sooner or later some body's gonna know
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: that these makes children look like him? All right, So
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: he wants to know should he go celebrate Thanksgiving with
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: his own family this year?
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: Junior, I don't this is crazy.
- 1:05:14Speaker 10: This is absolutely crazy. This, this is this is not
- 1:05:18Speaker 10: something I'm familiar with. I'm crazy. I don't know how
- 1:05:21Speaker 10: to even start this. But let me just say this though.
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: Where's he from? And when they having Thanksgiving? What time
- 1:05:27Speaker 7: they start? Two o'clock?
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: Because I want to go.
- 1:05:31Speaker 10: And the reason why I want to go is I
- 1:05:32Speaker 10: want to be in the circle when the family holding
- 1:05:34Speaker 10: hands and we got to pray be cause it's gonna
- 1:05:36Speaker 10: be this, This prayer gonna be long, because I know
- 1:05:40Speaker 10: this is too much and this whoever lead. We gotta
- 1:05:43Speaker 10: find out where everybody at. We got the kids in here,
- 1:05:46Speaker 10: we got the sister, we got the mama. So if
- 1:05:48Speaker 10: the prayer probably gonna go something like this, Lord, we

- 1:24:45Speaker 9: I even got a waste for all time trying to
- 1:24:48Speaker 9: get off. These are my closing remarks today. Here's the subject.
- 1:24:53Speaker 9: There is no winning in giving up.
- 1:24:59Speaker 7: None.
- 1:25:00Speaker 9: There is no winning in giving up. You have got
- 1:25:07Speaker 9: to see it through. You have got to stick to it.
- 1:25:11Speaker 9: You have got to finish. That is the only option
- 1:25:16Speaker 9: you have when it gets dark and tough for you,
- 1:25:19Speaker 9: you have got to see it through. You have got
- 1:25:24Speaker 9: to survive it. You've got to finish. There is no
- 1:25:27Speaker 9: other option. There is no winning in giving up nothing.
- 1:25:34Speaker 9: Let me explain something to you. In order to get
- 1:25:38Speaker 9: to it, you must go through it. That's a fact.
- 1:25:44Speaker 9: Anything you want in life is on the other side
- 1:25:49Speaker 9: of something you have to go through.
- 1:25:52Speaker 7: In order to get to it, you have to go
- 1:25:56Speaker 7: through it.
- 1:25:58Speaker 9: Stop complaining about I'm going through it part of your life,
- 1:26:04Speaker 9: because everybody got that. You're not the only one that's
- 1:26:09Speaker 9: going through it. Stop complaining. Look, I know sometimes you
- 1:26:13Speaker 9: want to stop and go man, I'm sick of this.
- 1:26:16Speaker 7: I get it. I do too.
- 1:26:18Speaker 9: I know there are times you want to go, man,
- 1:26:22Speaker 9: this is hard, and you are absolutely right, it is hard.
- 1:26:28Speaker 9: I know there are days where you go, man, I
- 1:26:31Speaker 9: just I ain't feeling this today.
- 1:26:33Speaker 7: I got it.
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: But in order to get to it, you got to
- 1:26:38Speaker 8: go through it.
- 1:26:41Speaker 9: I name something you want that's just sitting right there,
- 1:26:46Speaker 9: and you can just reach over this yours.
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: Name it.
- 1:26:51Speaker 12: Name what what.
- 1:26:55Speaker 9: Now I'm talking about something that's really worth having. I'm
- 1:26:59Speaker 9: talking about something you dream about. I'm talking about that
- 1:27:03Speaker 9: thing that keeps you up at night. I'm talking about
- 1:27:06Speaker 9: that thing that burns on the inside of you, that
- 1:27:09Speaker 9: deaths won't let it go. Those things right there are
- 1:27:14Speaker 9: on the other side of something you got to go through.
- 1:27:17Speaker 9: If you are unwilling to go through, you are not
- 1:27:20Speaker 9: going to get to You Gotta get this in your head.
- 1:27:25Speaker 13: Now.
- 1:27:25Speaker 9: I know when I say stop complaining about what you're
- 1:27:28Speaker 9: going through, I know that's hard.
- 1:27:31Speaker 7: But let me what does the complaining accomplish? Nothing? It
- 1:27:35Speaker 7: accomplishes nothing.
- 1:27:39Speaker 9: Every time I complain about how tired I am, I'm
- 1:27:43Speaker 9: still tired. Every time I complain about I'm sicker than
- 1:27:48Speaker 9: people talking about me, they gonna still be talking about you.
- 1:27:52Speaker 9: Ain't gonna talk about you some more. I'm tired of
- 1:27:57Speaker 9: people talking about me that don't know me. What difference
- 1:28:02Speaker 9: do it make what they say? I mean, really, y'all,
- 1:28:06Speaker 9: if you think about people who are talking about you
- 1:28:09Speaker 9: behind your back, do you really understand that they don't matter?
- 1:28:14Speaker 8: I said it earlier today.
- 1:28:17Speaker 9: People that talk about you behind your back is because
- 1:28:21Speaker 9: they behind you.
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: Who in front of you talks about you behind your back?
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: Name the person?
- 1:28:29Speaker 9: No man everybody that talks about you behind your back
- 1:28:33Speaker 9: is behind you. You've passed them. That's what they mad about.
- 1:28:40Speaker 9: Everything you want is on the other side of something
- 1:28:45Speaker 9: you got to go through. In order to get to it,
- 1:28:49Speaker 9: you got to go through it. This is the way
- 1:28:52Speaker 9: life is set up for every living one of us.
- 1:28:58Speaker 9: None of us are exempt from this. Quit trying to
- 1:29:01Speaker 9: figure out how you can get around.
- 1:29:03Speaker 7: That part of it. It ain't happening. Man.
- 1:29:07Speaker 9: I can't tell you the situation I'm in right now,
- 1:29:11Speaker 9: and all of it's predicated on some other people doing
- 1:29:14Speaker 9: what they supposed to do.
- 1:29:16Speaker 7: But you know what I did.
- 1:29:17Speaker 9: I prayed about it. I turned it over to God
- 1:29:20Speaker 9: because it was out of my hands. But see, the
- 1:29:24Speaker 9: majority of what I want.
- 1:29:25Speaker 7: Is out of my hands.
- 1:29:28Speaker 9: My dreams are so big and so illustrious that in
- 1:29:33Speaker 9: order for me to attain them, I absolutely have to
- 1:29:37Speaker 9: have God's help. I don't want nothing I can accomplish
- 1:29:43Speaker 9: on my own. I'm in the I need my Heavenly
- 1:29:47Speaker 9: Father business. I'm in the I need You Lord business.
- 1:29:51Speaker 9: So what I'm going through right now is solely God
- 1:29:56Speaker 9: moving a lot of pieces into place to fix the
- 1:30:00Speaker 9: prayer request that I put in and you know what
- 1:30:04Speaker 9: it's causing me to do, is causing me.
- 1:30:07Speaker 7: To go through something.
- 1:30:10Speaker 9: But I've learned that God is always working on my
- 1:30:13Speaker 9: behalf because I'm a believer, I'm a child of his.
- 1:30:18Speaker 7: I honor him, I give him the glory, the credit,
- 1:30:22Speaker 7: and the praise. So he's working on my behalf.
- 1:30:27Speaker 9: So as I sit here and try to practice the
- 1:30:30Speaker 9: patience that I need to allow him to move the
- 1:30:32Speaker 9: pieces into place.
- 1:30:34Speaker 7: It's causing me to go through something. But guess what.
- 1:30:39Speaker 9: If I want to get to it, I got to
- 1:30:41Speaker 9: go through it. And I believe with everything in me
- 1:30:46Speaker 9: he's working it out. For tripping y'all, it's happening to everybody,
- 1:30:53Speaker 9: including you. Talk to God. He loved to hear from you.
- 1:31:00Speaker 9: He's in the blessing business. He's in the forgiving business.
- 1:31:04Speaker 9: He's in to get your life together business. He's in
- 1:31:08Speaker 9: the fixed business. Those are my closing remarks. Have a
- 1:31:13Speaker 9: great day. Talk to God. He'd love to hear from you.
- 1:31:16Speaker 9: See you tomorrow.
- 1:31:18Speaker 7: God will it for all.
