- 2:04Speaker 3: Well, I'm just let everybody make me feel good. How
- 2:07Speaker 3: important you are. You're calling from where right now? I'm
- 2:10Speaker 3: talking to you in? What country are you're in right now,
- 2:12Speaker 3: Miss Carson.
- 2:14Speaker 4: I'm in Paris friends tonight, and.
- 2:17Speaker 3: So it's midnight right there, right midnight in Paris. Well,
- 2:23Speaker 3: thank you for staying up late to get this interview in.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Uh again, it's important for me to talk to that.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I know we missed on several occasions trying to talk
- 2:30Speaker 3: about rewiring. You know, I always talk about in this show,
- 2:33Speaker 3: mon Making Conversations, Master Class, Miss Cars, and about fear.
- 2:37Speaker 3: A lot of people allow fear to stop their decision making.
- 2:41Speaker 3: And I always tell people fear can stop you a
- 2:43Speaker 3: lot with stopping a relationship, can stop you in the job, opportunity,
- 2:47Speaker 3: can stop you from just stepping out of the house,
- 2:49Speaker 3: can stop how you deal with your kids. Let's talk
- 2:53Speaker 3: about that before we start talking about happiness, Let's talk
- 2:56Speaker 3: about fear.
- 2:59Speaker 4: I'm so I'm glad you brought this up, because you know,
- 3:01Speaker 4: I mean, it really is the missing piece. I think
- 3:04Speaker 4: people talk about mindset, and people talk about moving beyond,
- 3:07Speaker 4: but there's a piece of so many people don't understand
- 3:09Speaker 4: and that we are five percent conscious mind ninety five
- 3:13Speaker 4: percent subconscious. And what that means is our subconscious as
- 3:17Speaker 4: main directive is to keep us safe in its survival base.
- 3:21Speaker 4: So we are actually wired for survival. And sometimes that
- 3:26Speaker 4: wiring can interfere with our goals towards happiness and success.
- 3:31Speaker 4: And so we think we're trying to work through fear,
- 3:34Speaker 4: but we don't really know where it's coming from. It's
- 3:38Speaker 4: good in this book and in this methodology, which is
- 3:41Speaker 4: a rewire mindset system to teach people the tool to
- 3:44Speaker 4: move beyond fear is to actually figure out where the
- 3:48Speaker 4: source of stress and anxiety and fear is coming from
- 3:51Speaker 4: and to be able to recognize which particular subconscious patterns
- 3:55Speaker 4: are operating within them. Because the thing about a pattern
- 3:59Speaker 4: is once you you can't unseee it. And that's the beauty.
- 4:04Speaker 3: And so so you say, once you fear, you cannot unfeared.
- 4:09Speaker 3: That's what you just say it.
- 4:10Speaker 4: Sorry, my apologies. Once you see your patterns, once you
- 4:14Speaker 4: can actually name and notice what your patterns are, right,
- 4:20Speaker 4: you can't unknow them. You've seen them show up and
- 4:24Speaker 4: you can recognize them and say, oh my god, I'm
- 4:27Speaker 4: doing that thing again that I do in my relationships.
- 4:30Speaker 4: I'm pushing people away because why because it's survival based.
- 4:35Speaker 4: So what we do is we have five main limiting
- 4:38Speaker 4: beliefs that live in your unconscious, subconscious wiring, and they
- 4:43Speaker 4: are common to all human beings. I have worked with teenagers,
- 4:47Speaker 4: I have worked all the way up to sea level
- 4:50Speaker 4: executives and global entrepreneurs, and I can promise you even
- 4:54Speaker 4: those global entrepreneurs that are running multimillion dollar companies, they
- 4:58Speaker 4: all have a couple of these same five fears. And
- 5:02Speaker 4: we all have them, and we all know the top one,
- 5:04Speaker 4: the most common one is that I'm not good enough,
- 5:06Speaker 4: or I'm not as smart enough, or I'm not educated enough.
- 5:10Speaker 4: It takes many many.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Basically I'm not good. Just basically I'm not good.
- 5:14Speaker 4: I'm not good, or I'm not enough right, those are
- 5:18Speaker 4: the main permutations of that. Then there's I'm not deserving
- 5:22Speaker 4: of love. Until we believe that we are subconsciously. It's
- 5:25Speaker 4: not something we consciously think. There's something running in our
- 5:28Speaker 4: background that says I'm never going to find the love
- 5:31Speaker 4: I deserve, maybe because I don't look the way I'm
- 5:34Speaker 4: supposed to look, or I'm not as successful as I
- 5:36Speaker 4: want to be, but we make up some sort of
- 5:38Speaker 4: story to explain why it's running in our background without
- 5:41Speaker 4: realizing it's run now.
- 5:42Speaker 3: So basically they're destroying their opportunities based on their internal
- 5:47Speaker 3: I guess self conscious would would you say that they
- 5:51Speaker 3: are self conscious about their their potential flaws that they
- 5:55Speaker 3: only are recognize What is that?
- 5:58Speaker 4: Yes, it's not self conscious. I would say self conscious
- 6:01Speaker 4: is when you have an awareness when you're operating in
- 6:03Speaker 4: that five percent of the conscious mind. The self conscious
- 6:07Speaker 4: requires for you to be conscious or aware of it.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Unconscious is everything else, all learning, behavior and change that
- 6:16Speaker 4: you really want to access, operates in the ninety five
- 6:19Speaker 4: percent that you are not even aware of and therefore
- 6:22Speaker 4: not conscious of. So that's why we use the term
- 6:25Speaker 4: subconscious unconscious. It sort of happens as automatically as blinking
- 6:29Speaker 4: or walking. When we're walking down the street, we don't
- 6:32Speaker 4: think about which foot we're putting in front of the other.
- 6:35Speaker 4: We don't think about how to transfer our weight into
- 6:38Speaker 4: that leg. As we take a step, it just happens.
- 6:40Speaker 4: We just think I'm moving forward, or our moving sideways,
- 6:43Speaker 4: or now I'm going to turn, and it happens. So
- 6:46Speaker 4: that's kind of how it operates. So I'll give you
- 6:48Speaker 4: an example. You wake up first thing in the morning.
- 6:51Speaker 4: Most people don't wake up rested and full of joy
- 6:54Speaker 4: and fully excited. Most people, even me, we wake up exhausted, right,
- 6:59Speaker 4: get a fleet. So the pattern starts right from the
- 7:03Speaker 4: second we wake up. Then you start thinking about your day.
- 7:06Speaker 4: So whatever your morning routine is, you go for that coffee,
- 7:09Speaker 4: you hit the shower, You're getting ready for your work day,
- 7:11Speaker 4: and all of a sudden, you start thinking those same
- 7:14Speaker 4: sets of thoughts and the same feelings start to go
- 7:17Speaker 4: with it. Oh my gosh, what do I have on
- 7:19Speaker 4: the table today? What's on my schedule today? Do I
- 7:22Speaker 4: have to get the kids? Said? I'm ready for school?
- 7:25Speaker 4: You know what meetings do I have? How am I
- 7:27Speaker 4: going to get to everything? And you start to wonder
- 7:30Speaker 4: do I have all the energy? Do I have all
- 7:32Speaker 4: of the resources to get everything done? And then all
- 7:35Speaker 4: of the feelings go with it. Oh my god, you
- 7:37Speaker 4: start feeling the stress and the anxiety and the nervousness,
- 7:40Speaker 4: and you already start feeling irritated and worried, and so
- 7:44Speaker 4: those over time, those thoughts and feelings get bundled together.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Think of like think of your brain like a series of.
- 7:53Speaker 3: When you're talking like this, it's also it can be
- 7:57Speaker 3: tied to the environment you walk into, like if you
- 7:59Speaker 3: walk in if you know, if you're being bullied at
- 8:01Speaker 3: school okay teenagers, or at a job that you don't
- 8:06Speaker 3: like your coworkers, your co workers don't make you feel comfortable.
- 8:10Speaker 3: So so you know, because I'm a big person that
- 8:13Speaker 3: always talk about because I get up at four thirty
- 8:15Speaker 3: Monday through Friday, get up in the morning, and I
- 8:16Speaker 3: always tell people I don't I'm not happy to get up,
- 8:19Speaker 3: but my goal is to get up, you know. Like
- 8:21Speaker 3: that's why I laugh when you say that's true. When
- 8:23Speaker 3: you get up, You're not exactly whoo I'm up? Man,
- 8:26Speaker 3: what I'm gonna do? You get up because that's part
- 8:29Speaker 3: of the process. You have to get up to accomplish
- 8:31Speaker 3: your task. And so when I'm hearing you talk like
- 8:35Speaker 3: I always know that. I tell people when I get
- 8:38Speaker 3: up at four thirty, I get up because there's a
- 8:40Speaker 3: window where it's Rushaun McDonald's time where I can do
- 8:45Speaker 3: whatever I want. I don't have to worry about anybody
- 8:47Speaker 3: because at that time, at the time of the day
- 8:49Speaker 3: that I'm up, the morning, I'm up, nobody else is up.
- 8:52Speaker 3: So if I want to watch TV, I want to
- 8:53Speaker 3: watch ESPO Layer. If I want to go back to
- 8:56Speaker 3: bed and nap another fifteen minutes, I have that option,
- 8:59Speaker 3: but most people do. I've found, and as you want
- 9:02Speaker 3: your thoughts on this, is that they get up and
- 9:05Speaker 3: they'll pinned against their time, the clock. If they get
- 9:09Speaker 3: up at six, they got to be somewhere at eight,
- 9:12Speaker 3: I'll be somewhere at seven. So there are their mindset
- 9:15Speaker 3: is never relaxed. They wake up to me, yeah, at
- 9:19Speaker 3: at a hyper speed. And I think that's a problem.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Correct that it's exactly right. You're describing it in a
- 9:26Speaker 4: slightly different way what I was describing as the pattern
- 9:29Speaker 4: when somebody is in their routine, their automatic, automatic way
- 9:32Speaker 4: of being. They wake up and they're already in their
- 9:34Speaker 4: routine and I, oh, I gotta get up. I gotta
- 9:36Speaker 4: do these right, so I got to get to my job.
- 9:38Speaker 4: And it's an uninspired way of living. You have chosen
- 9:42Speaker 4: a different mindset where you wake up and you say
- 9:44Speaker 4: you're being intentional with how you spend your time, and
- 9:47Speaker 4: you're saying, I'm going to make this a productive day.
- 9:50Speaker 4: I'm going to create and achieve whatever goal of that
- 9:53Speaker 4: I set out to achieve. And it's a very different mindset,
- 9:56Speaker 4: and it's the mindset of entrepreneurs. They wake up and
- 9:59Speaker 4: they have a very clear, intentional morning routine. I've met
- 10:02Speaker 4: some entrepreneurs that wake up and meditate. I've met others
- 10:06Speaker 4: that meet other entrepreneurs and go for long walks and
- 10:09Speaker 4: have interesting discussions on what's going on in the global economy,
- 10:14Speaker 4: what's going on in their businesses, what amazing books have
- 10:17Speaker 4: they read. So they're inspiring and learning from each other.
- 10:19Speaker 4: And it's an incredible way to start the day, because
- 10:22Speaker 4: when you start your day off on the foot of greatness,
- 10:25Speaker 4: the rest of your day can't fly down so fast
- 10:28Speaker 4: from there.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Well, I can't start my day off you know a
- 10:34Speaker 3: Dion Sanders was doing in the football game. You know,
- 10:36Speaker 3: I got it. I gotta. I got to get in
- 10:38Speaker 3: a metaphysical conversation to really get my mind right, that's
- 10:41Speaker 3: what you're telling me.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Well, I think all it starts with is if you
- 10:46Speaker 4: just take ten minutes to start your day right and
- 10:49Speaker 4: just ask yourself this one simple question, how do I
- 10:53Speaker 4: want to feel today? And most people wouldn't choose to
- 10:57Speaker 4: feel stressed and tired and worried about money or time
- 11:01Speaker 4: or energy. Most people would say, I would love to
- 11:05Speaker 4: feel certain and capable or peaceful and calm and happy
- 11:12Speaker 4: and knowing that everything is just going to go incredibly
- 11:15Speaker 4: well today. And then you take that set of feelings
- 11:18Speaker 4: and you start to visualize your day, which is what
- 11:21Speaker 4: Olympic athletes do, It's what top entrepreneurs do. They see
- 11:24Speaker 4: the end game, see what their goals look like once
- 11:28Speaker 4: they've already achieved them. And once you get into that mindset,
- 11:32Speaker 4: it starts to rewire your brain because the same set
- 11:35Speaker 4: of thoughts and feelings I described earlier, when you're in
- 11:38Speaker 4: your automatic, usual way of being, your old routine, is
- 11:42Speaker 4: that's a very deflating and uninspired way to live because
- 11:45Speaker 4: you just keep It's like Groundhog Day. You wake up
- 11:48Speaker 4: and you're just going to keep running the same day
- 11:50Speaker 4: over and over. It's exhausting. If you want to wake
- 11:53Speaker 4: up and have a life you really love, you have
- 11:55Speaker 4: to be intentional. So even taking an extra ten minutes. Listen,
- 11:59Speaker 4: I'm not going to wake up before thirty in the
- 12:00Speaker 4: morning like you do.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Come on, come on, come on, join me.
- 12:06Speaker 4: No, I will not do it. I will wake up
- 12:09Speaker 4: at seven, right if I need you, I'll wake up really,
- 12:11Speaker 4: But if I will wake up at seven, and I
- 12:14Speaker 4: will take that ten to twenty minutes per day to
- 12:16Speaker 4: start my day on the right place.
- 12:18Speaker 3: And I think that's the key right there, what you're saying,
- 12:20Speaker 3: you are taking time for you, whether it's at four
- 12:24Speaker 3: point thirty or seven o'clock. Don't just wake up and
- 12:27Speaker 3: just go. And that's what so many people. They wake
- 12:30Speaker 3: up and go, they hit this news button, suddenly they
- 12:33Speaker 3: up against the clock and things like that. So that's
- 12:35Speaker 3: the part that I think that from a standpoint of
- 12:40Speaker 3: why I'm so excited about talking FIRSTU, for you have
- 12:42Speaker 3: a fantastic relaxing voice. I feel like I need to
- 12:44Speaker 3: be on some couches. You know, tell me more, doc,
- 12:47Speaker 3: tell me more. What am I doing wrong? And when
- 12:49Speaker 3: you look at your background, I'm talking to Zara Carson.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Our backgrounds degree in psychology, a degree in Applied Positive
- 12:56Speaker 3: Psychology neuroscience, certified as a Master in LP practitioner. If
- 13:02Speaker 3: you don't know what that is, Sharpened main senses and
- 13:04Speaker 3: develop your intuition, which she does or she talks to
- 13:07Speaker 3: you now and life coach and Master hypnotherapists. Yes, you
- 13:13Speaker 3: got it all covered, because you know. The thing about
- 13:19Speaker 3: it is that I don't know if I live in
- 13:22Speaker 3: an intense life, but I do know multitasking enables me
- 13:27Speaker 3: to do a lot, and I don't know if that's
- 13:29Speaker 3: a good thing a bad thing, because it's just another
- 13:32Speaker 3: layer of pressure. And when I when I when I
- 13:34Speaker 3: read your book and about in six weeks, I love
- 13:38Speaker 3: things that put me in a timeline six weeks to happy,
- 13:41Speaker 3: the ultimate road map to retrain your brain for better health,
- 13:44Speaker 3: greater abundance and long lasting peace and happiness. Let's start
- 13:48Speaker 3: with better health.
- 13:49Speaker 4: Why is it?
- 13:50Speaker 3: How does in your book do you get to better health?
- 13:53Speaker 3: And then we let's ask that part when we come
- 13:55Speaker 3: back from break then we get to other breakdown areas
- 13:57Speaker 3: of the book, because I think it's important that people
- 13:59Speaker 3: don't under stress can determine how you live your life
- 14:04Speaker 3: from a healthy perspective.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Correct, Oh my gosh, it's everything. If you know stress.
- 14:09Speaker 4: Our bodies are like think of a wear and tear
- 14:11Speaker 4: on your car. So over time you need to get
- 14:13Speaker 4: an oil change, you need to get a service for
- 14:15Speaker 4: it to run well. Well. What we don't realize going
- 14:18Speaker 4: through the same day in day out routine is we're
- 14:21Speaker 4: putting so much stress on our bodies because we're not
- 14:24Speaker 4: handling ourselves well mentally and emotionally in terms of our
- 14:27Speaker 4: mental emotional health. And so your physical body is not
- 14:31Speaker 4: just in terms of what you need in terms of nutrition, exercise,
- 14:34Speaker 4: and sleep. Your physical body then starts acting like an
- 14:37Speaker 4: alarm belt for when things are not being handled in
- 14:41Speaker 4: other aspects of your life. And so when you can
- 14:43Speaker 4: get in control, like being you know, like starting your
- 14:47Speaker 4: day with intentions, by choosing how you want to think
- 14:50Speaker 4: and feel, choosing to be calm, choosing to feel peaceful,
- 14:54Speaker 4: versus just waking up and automatically stepping into your stress mode.
- 14:59Speaker 4: What it does is it allows you to reprogram your brain,
- 15:03Speaker 4: your central nervous system, back to its other state of
- 15:06Speaker 4: calm might say, other state. It's because we are always
- 15:09Speaker 4: in a stressful state. We are always in that fighter
- 15:12Speaker 4: plight mode. We're always on the go in today's busy
- 15:16Speaker 4: day and age, and so we've forgotten that we actually
- 15:19Speaker 4: have a natural ability to be calm. And so part
- 15:21Speaker 4: of what I teach in this book is to teach
- 15:24Speaker 4: people what stress does to the body and how to
- 15:26Speaker 4: retrain your brain and your central nervous system back to calm.
- 15:29Speaker 4: And the amazing thing is when you start looking after
- 15:33Speaker 4: your mental and emotional health, when you can quiet the
- 15:36Speaker 4: mind and you have the tools to be mindful, to
- 15:39Speaker 4: be able to stop and pause and just slow the
- 15:42Speaker 4: roll and calm yourself down, get yourself back to retraining
- 15:46Speaker 4: your brain back to calm. Your physical health also improves
- 15:50Speaker 4: all of a sudden. Chronic fatigue disappears, chronic inflammation disappears,
- 15:56Speaker 4: health issues, high blood pressure, heart risk, autoimmune disorders. They're
- 16:01Speaker 4: all stress related. So if you get in control of
- 16:04Speaker 4: your mental and emotional health by understanding how stress impacts
- 16:07Speaker 4: you and how to choose healthier ways of living mentally
- 16:11Speaker 4: and emotionally, all of a sudden, your physical health is
- 16:14Speaker 4: also going to improve. It's profound. I promise you we
- 16:18Speaker 4: have seen unbelievable shifts in health when people just start
- 16:22Speaker 4: looking after their stress levels and make smarter choice.
- 16:24Speaker 3: The book is Six Weeks to Happy. I'm talking to
- 16:27Speaker 3: Zara Carson. When we come back, we can continue this
- 16:30Speaker 3: conversation because six weeks can change your life. You're listening
- 16:32Speaker 3: to Money Making Conversations Masterclass.

- 17:45Speaker 2: Keep winning now, Let's return to Money Making Conversations Masterclass
- 17:52Speaker 2: with Rashawn McDonald.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Hi, you doing this is Rashawn McDonald. I'm interviewing Zara Carson.
- 17:57Speaker 3: She owns a degree in psychology Applied positive Psychology. Neuroscience
- 18:02Speaker 3: and it is certified as a Master NLP practitioner, which means
- 18:05Speaker 3: he sharpens in your main senses and develop your intuition
- 18:09Speaker 3: and life coach as well as a master hypnotherapist. Welcome
- 18:12Speaker 3: back to the show, Zara. When you talk about we
- 18:15Speaker 3: talked about fear, would like I said, it's important to
- 18:18Speaker 3: leave with fear because a lot of people ignore that
- 18:21Speaker 3: it can stop them from getting to happiness. What does
- 18:24Speaker 3: happiness mean to you?
- 18:28Speaker 4: It's an interesting definition because it really is a unique formula.
- 18:32Speaker 4: I think if you want to incorporate everything in happiness,
- 18:35Speaker 4: it needs to include optimal physical wellbeing, because if you
- 18:38Speaker 4: don't have your health, you have nothing. And it include
- 18:42Speaker 4: being really intentional with your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, so
- 18:47Speaker 4: really being in a state of flow where you are
- 18:50Speaker 4: in control of your life, in control of your choices,
- 18:54Speaker 4: able to choose how to navigate your emotions, and being
- 18:57Speaker 4: an optimal energized house so you can live an exciting
- 19:01Speaker 4: and vital life. So, you know, it's a long way
- 19:05Speaker 4: to describe it, but I think it needs all of
- 19:08Speaker 4: those things. I think you can be successful and not
- 19:12Speaker 4: you know, I think you can be happy and you
- 19:14Speaker 4: can be successful, but I don't think real success comes
- 19:17Speaker 4: unless you are healthy and happy at the same time.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Because you know, it's really interesting because so many people
- 19:23Speaker 3: try to achieve happiness with different ways. A lot of
- 19:25Speaker 3: people use alcohols, some people use drugs. Some people feel
- 19:29Speaker 3: they have to be in a relationship to be happy.
- 19:32Speaker 3: You know, a lot of people fear loneliness, which stops
- 19:36Speaker 3: them from being happy because they never get to understand themselves.
- 19:39Speaker 3: So when you look at those different and listening and
- 19:41Speaker 3: that reason I list your degrees because that means that
- 19:43Speaker 3: you're a learned person, So it means you encountered a
- 19:46Speaker 3: lot of not only real life situations, but book information
- 19:50Speaker 3: allows people to understand what the true measure of happiness is.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Does it start at a certain age that you should
- 19:56Speaker 3: really look in the mirror and say it's all about
- 19:58Speaker 3: you and defining your happiness?
- 20:01Speaker 4: You know, I think I was in search for that answer.
- 20:06Speaker 4: So it's a great question. And it took me thirty
- 20:08Speaker 4: years of self analysis, study and so many different fields
- 20:13Speaker 4: just to kind of understand what is the signs of happiness,
- 20:16Speaker 4: Like if we could give people a formula, what does
- 20:19Speaker 4: that look like? And it was so interesting because I
- 20:22Speaker 4: was coaching so many people from so many different walks
- 20:25Speaker 4: of life, and as a coach, you learn how to
- 20:27Speaker 4: help people achieve their goals. And this is what we
- 20:30Speaker 4: think happiness is. Right, we come into this life with
- 20:33Speaker 4: very few instructions. You're told to do well in school,
- 20:36Speaker 4: then pick a career, pick a job, and decide to
- 20:38Speaker 4: do that. Then get the house, get the kid, get
- 20:40Speaker 4: the car, get the you know, and all of a sudden,
- 20:43Speaker 4: happiness will show up. But that's not how it works,
- 20:46Speaker 4: and so we don't really we're never asked what makes
- 20:49Speaker 4: you happy? What are the things that really bring you joy?
- 20:52Speaker 4: What makes you feel alive, what makes you feel peaceful?
- 20:55Speaker 4: And so what I came to understand and working with
- 20:58Speaker 4: all of my clients is I was trying to help
- 21:00Speaker 4: visualize their goals is very few people could actually tell
- 21:04Speaker 4: me that they would be any happier once they achieved them.
- 21:06Speaker 4: So I said, oh, my goodness, what is missing here?
- 21:09Speaker 4: This is profound. This is a major gap in what
- 21:13Speaker 4: I thought we were all doing. We were all doing
- 21:15Speaker 4: life wrong in a way, right, And I said, what
- 21:17Speaker 4: is this missing piece? And I said, Oh, my gosh,
- 21:20Speaker 4: we don't even know ourselves well enough to know what
- 21:24Speaker 4: is that magic formula for us? Because it's unique. Your diet,
- 21:28Speaker 4: Rashaan and your morning routine is going to be different
- 21:31Speaker 4: than your partner, your kids, your business partner, your friends,
- 21:36Speaker 4: the way I eat, even the meals we choose, it's
- 21:39Speaker 4: going to be completely different. So it is unique to
- 21:42Speaker 4: you as it is unique to me and everyone else.
- 21:45Speaker 4: So it really is a magic formula just for you.
- 21:49Speaker 4: And so what I came to do is I broke
- 21:51Speaker 4: down all of the areas of your life financial, emotional.
- 21:55Speaker 4: What do you need in terms of love, affections and sex?
- 21:58Speaker 4: What do you need in terms of financial stability slash freedom.
- 22:02Speaker 4: I like to use freedom because everyone wants financial stability,
- 22:06Speaker 4: but I want freedom. I want to be excited about
- 22:08Speaker 4: my life. You know, what are the things you need
- 22:10Speaker 4: in terms of intellectual mental stimulation, What are the things
- 22:13Speaker 4: you need in terms of physical stimulation in your physical environment?
- 22:17Speaker 4: What do you need socially? So I've given people a
- 22:20Speaker 4: free tool that they can download from our website called
- 22:23Speaker 4: the Happiness Planner, and they can figure out what is
- 22:27Speaker 4: it that really makes them feel so alive and so
- 22:31Speaker 4: optimized in terms of their mental health, emotional health, and
- 22:35Speaker 4: really gives them energy like what would be a life
- 22:38Speaker 4: that really excites them? And what that does is it
- 22:40Speaker 4: gives them a really clear guide for who they are
- 22:44Speaker 4: now and how they're living their life and what they
- 22:47Speaker 4: actually would like if they could choose everything they wanted,
- 22:51Speaker 4: and they can then see the gaps and from there
- 22:53Speaker 4: we have somewhere to work with. And so the other
- 22:57Speaker 4: thing I did was I also created something to help
- 23:00Speaker 4: people understand. You talked about fear at the start of
- 23:02Speaker 4: this some thing to help people understand a quick and
- 23:06Speaker 4: playful way for them to understand what their fear patterns are.
- 23:11Speaker 4: And it's called the Life Block Quiz, And they can
- 23:14Speaker 4: take this quiz for free in seven to ten minutes,
- 23:17Speaker 4: and they can figure out what's their major life block
- 23:20Speaker 4: in terms of love, in terms of creating wealth, in
- 23:23Speaker 4: terms of feeling safe, in terms of feeling loved and supported,
- 23:27Speaker 4: in terms of being able to create a life that
- 23:29Speaker 4: they really and truly are excited by. And so we
- 23:33Speaker 4: have a couple of tools that are available for your audience,
- 23:36Speaker 4: so they can just go and at.
- 23:38Speaker 3: Least start should they go, Do you have a website
- 23:40Speaker 3: they they can you can mention on the air right
- 23:42Speaker 3: now to tell them.
- 23:43Speaker 4: To go absolutely absolutely, they can go to six weeks
- 23:46Speaker 4: to happy dot com.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Is that the number six or just to spell it out.
- 23:53Speaker 4: It's both. Okay, we have both, so just go to
- 23:56Speaker 4: six weeks to happy dot com and just click the
- 23:58Speaker 4: link take the quiz. That's the very first step to
- 24:01Speaker 4: figure out what are your fear patterns and what it
- 24:04Speaker 4: shows you is of the five limiting beliefs, there are
- 24:08Speaker 4: ten animal archetypes, so you actually get to see your
- 24:12Speaker 4: personality mapped out in terms of different values. What are
- 24:17Speaker 4: the things that are important to you? What are your
- 24:19Speaker 4: behavioral patterns in terms of money, wealth and success. What
- 24:23Speaker 4: are your behavioral patterns in terms of how you interact
- 24:26Speaker 4: with others when you're in relationship. What happens to you
- 24:29Speaker 4: when this fear pattern gets triggered. What do you do
- 24:33Speaker 4: to push people away? What do you do to interact
- 24:37Speaker 4: with that survival mechanism that's operating within you, and how
- 24:41Speaker 4: to know when it's not serving you, when it's preventing
- 24:44Speaker 4: you from achieving your life goals. And that's the first step.
- 24:47Speaker 4: So it's really a fun and playful way for people
- 24:50Speaker 4: to get to know themselves better and really get to
- 24:52Speaker 4: see what is stopping them in their lives.
- 24:55Speaker 3: We know because we don't know. We really don't know.
- 24:58Speaker 3: We talk to people that don't mean that we know
- 25:00Speaker 3: that person knows you. You can be married to somebody
- 25:03Speaker 3: for a long time doesn't mean that person knows you.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Because we all hide stuff from each other, we hide
- 25:09Speaker 3: it out of fear. We hide because it makes us
- 25:11Speaker 3: feel weak. It might make us feel that we don't know,
- 25:15Speaker 3: we're ignorant, or we are a lot a lot of
- 25:17Speaker 3: We open a lot of doors that but failed to
- 25:20Speaker 3: close them because as long as they say open, you know,
- 25:24Speaker 3: bad information keep coming in. Sometimes we need to close
- 25:26Speaker 3: these doors off. And it's really important that when I
- 25:29Speaker 3: brought I'll be honest with you. You are in our guests.
- 25:33Speaker 3: I've done this show a lot in five years, and
- 25:37Speaker 3: a half hour is disserviced to you. I need to
- 25:41Speaker 3: just really let you know that. Unfortunately I have to
- 25:45Speaker 3: wrap this up and like in a minute, and you are.
- 25:49Speaker 3: What you're saying to me allows me to have an
- 25:52Speaker 3: honest conversation. I think that that's important and I hope
- 25:55Speaker 3: my listeners who are listening to this realize this is
- 25:58Speaker 3: an interview by the honesty, Honesty about yourself and what
- 26:01Speaker 3: you're trying to accomplish and stop denying your truths. And
- 26:06Speaker 3: it's tied to fears, it's tied to relationship, is tied
- 26:09Speaker 3: to wait, it's tied to jobs. It is so many
- 26:13Speaker 3: different things that can stop you to happiness. And I
- 26:16Speaker 3: can assure you the path, the path to happiness is
- 26:20Speaker 3: not tied to drugs, is not tied to alcohol. It's
- 26:23Speaker 3: not tied to anything that you have to inject in
- 26:26Speaker 3: your system to get you motivated to feel good, you
- 26:29Speaker 3: have to dig deep. And that is what your book
- 26:32Speaker 3: is all about.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Correct, Yes, correct. I think the piece that's missing in
- 26:37Speaker 4: it though, over sean is I want to say, you know,
- 26:39Speaker 4: most people don't. It's not that they're choosing not to
- 26:43Speaker 4: face their fears, it's that they really don't know. We're
- 26:46Speaker 4: not aware of them. And the reason is is because
- 26:49Speaker 4: we think we're the only ones getting it wrong. We're
- 26:52Speaker 4: the only ones that's this feeling of I'm not enough,
- 26:54Speaker 4: I'm not smart enough, I'm not deserving or capable of
- 26:57Speaker 4: wealth and success, and we look around us and we
- 27:00Speaker 4: think everybody else seems to know the secret to life
- 27:03Speaker 4: but us. And so this lifeblock quiz actually helps you
- 27:06Speaker 4: tap in, and I promise you it is related to
- 27:09Speaker 4: one hundred percent of human beings. If you are a
- 27:11Speaker 4: human being, you have at least two of these patterns
- 27:14Speaker 4: operating within you. Nobody gets to escape this. It's part
- 27:18Speaker 4: of the human journey, and it's part of your soul's
- 27:20Speaker 4: journey to go through all of these changes to be
- 27:23Speaker 4: able to learn how to become the best version of yourself.
- 27:27Speaker 4: So it's a lot of what you said, but there's
- 27:29Speaker 4: a piece of it that was missing. And I just
- 27:31Speaker 4: want to impose on people that it's something that we're
- 27:34Speaker 4: not aware of. And it's my job or my choice
- 27:37Speaker 4: to want to help people to bring this to the
- 27:39Speaker 4: surface so we can all heal, so we can all
- 27:42Speaker 4: move past fear and come to a place of love, health,
- 27:46Speaker 4: wealth and success because we are all deserving in it. Wow.
- 27:49Speaker 3: My name is Zara Carson. Degrees of many Psychology apply

- 28:00Speaker 3: into a better game plan of life again. As we go,
- 28:02Speaker 3: can you give us that website one more time as
- 28:04Speaker 3: we close out the interview?
