- 2:16Speaker 9: What you're doing with it? Trying to do the very
- 2:18Speaker 9: very best I can with it? I really am. You know,
- 2:21Speaker 9: I get tired sometimes on my journey. I'm not gonna
- 2:25Speaker 9: kid you. Trying to make something about yourself is a task.
- 2:33Speaker 9: If you want to attempt to do something and and
- 2:37Speaker 9: and understand going in that that the if the thing
- 2:42Speaker 9: you're trying to do is to improve yourself, to better
- 2:46Speaker 9: your position, to better your relationship, your family, anything, You're
- 2:52Speaker 9: trying to be a better you. You're trying to make
- 2:55Speaker 9: more money, You're trying to get it together.
- 2:59Speaker 3: You're trying to.
- 3:01Speaker 9: If any of those things are in your hopes and dreams,
- 3:06Speaker 9: know this right here.
- 3:08Speaker 3: You are about to face some challenges.
- 3:12Speaker 9: But you might as well go ahead anyway and face
- 3:16Speaker 9: those challenges, because if you don't, you.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Have a whole other set of challenges to face.
- 3:22Speaker 6: You know.
- 3:22Speaker 9: It's it's an amazing thing, man, how people sit around
- 3:27Speaker 9: and they watch other people strike out to become successful.
- 3:30Speaker 9: They sit in the stands watching these people play out
- 3:34Speaker 9: these games, and they and they and they criticize, They boo,
- 3:38Speaker 9: they laugh at their efforts and everything, and they talk
- 3:42Speaker 9: about the failse he missed that game when he shop boy,
- 3:45Speaker 9: he sunk, man, he did this.
- 3:47Speaker 3: He ain't worth that. I hear people.
- 3:50Speaker 9: Who sit in stands who criticize people who are out
- 3:55Speaker 9: there on the playing field. Now, when you're on the
- 4:00Speaker 9: playing field, you have a set of challenges in front
- 4:03Speaker 9: of you. You're going to be open to criticism. You're
- 4:07Speaker 9: going to be open to ridicule. You're going to be
- 4:10Speaker 9: talked about when you don't know the people who are
- 4:13Speaker 9: talking about you. Now, here's the upside to being the
- 4:21Speaker 9: player on the field that's facing all the challenges, to criticisms,
- 4:26Speaker 9: the laughing, the joke, to being talked about. He has
- 4:31Speaker 9: something going for him. This person, boy, woman, child, girl,
- 4:37Speaker 9: man has an opportunity to win. They have an opportunity
- 4:44Speaker 9: to win. And in the game of life, just because
- 4:49Speaker 9: you lose one of the games or you lose one
- 4:52Speaker 9: of the matches, it don't mean you've lost. You don't
- 4:56Speaker 9: get put out. You keep playing. And when you're playing,
- 5:02Speaker 9: here's the upside. You have the opportunity to win. But
- 5:06Speaker 9: guess what, You're gonna win some of the matches. You're
- 5:08Speaker 9: gonna win some of the points. You're gonna make some
- 5:10Speaker 9: of the dunks. You're gonna hit some of them over
- 5:12Speaker 9: the wall. You're gonna hit some out the park. You're
- 5:15Speaker 9: gonna score some goals. You will if you're playing the game.
- 5:21Speaker 9: Here's the problem with the people who don't face criticism,
- 5:26Speaker 9: who nobody boos or cheers for, who sits in the
- 5:30Speaker 9: stands and knows neither victory nor defeat. Those people, without
- 5:38Speaker 9: realizing it, are facing a set of challenges also. And
- 5:43Speaker 9: the challenges they're facing is how I'm gonna live with myself?
- 5:49Speaker 2: What I'm gonna do?
- 5:50Speaker 3: Now?
- 5:53Speaker 9: What direction am I going in? Where am I gonna live?
- 6:00Speaker 9: Wonder what y'all will hire me? Wonder if I can
- 6:06Speaker 9: get paid for criticizing.
- 6:09Speaker 6: All?
- 6:10Speaker 3: Woe is me?
- 6:12Speaker 9: I can't find the purpose in my life, and man,
- 6:17Speaker 9: I'm just waking up in a state of confusion.
- 6:19Speaker 2: I don't know what to do.
- 6:21Speaker 9: Now, let me ask you something, which one of them
- 6:24Speaker 9: set the challenges you'd rather be faced with? Because if
- 6:28Speaker 9: I'm on the flow playing, if I'm on the field playing,
- 6:31Speaker 9: if I'm out on the court playing, then guess what
- 6:35Speaker 9: I got a chance at winning? But guess what I'm
- 6:38Speaker 9: doing every day while I'm playing. I'm strategizing. I'm waking
- 6:42Speaker 9: up with the purpose. I'm waking up trying to come
- 6:45Speaker 9: up with another angle. I'm in pursuit of a goal
- 6:50Speaker 9: every single day versus the people in the stands who
- 6:59Speaker 9: know neither victory nor a defeat. Get in the game,
- 7:06Speaker 9: face the challenges. Better yourself, better your wife, better your children,
- 7:10Speaker 9: better your condition, better your employment status, better your job,
- 7:13Speaker 9: better your career. Take a shot. Come on, man, what
- 7:17Speaker 9: you waiting on? Because the alternative is to watch other
- 7:21Speaker 9: people play the game?
- 7:24Speaker 3: You know what I just do?
- 7:25Speaker 9: Sometimes Sometimes I just I get Forbes magazine or Money magazine,
- 7:30Speaker 9: or sometimes I still grab a copy of the rob Report.
- 7:34Speaker 9: I just flip through it just to see. I used
- 7:37Speaker 9: to get this book called Unique Homes. Unique Homes is
- 7:41Speaker 9: a magazine that just has a lot of extravagant houses
- 7:44Speaker 9: that's on sale across the country, across the world.
- 7:47Speaker 2: I used to just flip through.
- 7:48Speaker 9: Man, let me just see, man, what the people that's
- 7:52Speaker 9: playing the game out there doing. Stop watching other people
- 7:56Speaker 9: become successful when you could very easily be you if
- 8:00Speaker 9: you make the decision. But when you make the decision
- 8:03Speaker 9: to become successful, get ready for a series of challenges.
- 8:07Speaker 9: I think it's more difficult not to accept the challenge.
- 8:12Speaker 9: I think it's for me. This is just for me.
- 8:14Speaker 9: It may not be the case for you. For me,
- 8:16Speaker 9: I think it's far more difficult to wake up and
- 8:19Speaker 9: just see how life gonna go today, because man, it
- 8:21Speaker 9: could just deal you any kind of hand today.
- 8:25Speaker 3: You understand, I don't like you know, spades.
- 8:30Speaker 9: Let's talk a card game for example, the game of spades. Really, man,
- 8:34Speaker 9: it ain't a whole lot you can do if you
- 8:36Speaker 9: don't get no spades. Really, it's a little couple of
- 8:39Speaker 9: little strategies you're gonna do. But you can have all
- 8:42Speaker 9: this age, king, queen, diamond all you want. But man,
- 8:44Speaker 9: you ain't got no spades. They cutting them. You're in trouble.
- 8:48Speaker 9: Be it with different game you can create what's in
- 8:52Speaker 9: your hand. You got dealt a hand too, But you
- 8:55Speaker 9: can create a hand you can call a trump. You
- 8:58Speaker 9: can make diamonds your spades. You can make hard to
- 9:02Speaker 9: clubs your spades. That's what I'm saying. You can do
- 9:05Speaker 9: something with it. It's a different game, man. You can strategize.
- 9:09Speaker 9: I would rather have a say so in my life
- 9:11Speaker 9: than to wake up every day and just see how
- 9:13Speaker 9: it's going. I think it's more difficult to not accept
- 9:16Speaker 9: the challenge to be something than it is to accept
- 9:19Speaker 9: the challenge to be something. I think it's more difficult
- 9:22Speaker 9: to sit around and not be nothing. I think it's
- 9:25Speaker 9: harder to watch everybody life going somewhere but mine. I
- 9:28Speaker 9: think it would be very difficult for me to sit
- 9:30Speaker 9: here and hear them talking about other people that never
- 9:33Speaker 9: mentioned my name.
- 9:34Speaker 3: That would be difficult for me.
- 9:36Speaker 9: To see everybody rising getting promotions accept me. That would
- 9:40Speaker 9: be difficult for me. It may not be for you,
- 9:42Speaker 9: but for me it would be quite challenging. I would
- 9:45Speaker 9: rather accept the challenge of making something out of my
- 9:48Speaker 9: life than to sit there and criticize those and then
- 9:52Speaker 9: watch and see how my life just may go.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Okay, just a thought.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Today you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 12:26Speaker 13: Yeah you swim, but now you just gotta stay it.
- 12:31Speaker 1: But then, oh that was the most fun. Yeah.
- 12:34Speaker 10: You used to have to have your little pool tag
- 12:38Speaker 10: on your swimming trunk.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Okay, what I'm like? Pool tags? What you get?
- 12:50Speaker 10: You would get them every summer they would give they
- 12:52Speaker 10: would send them out every summer and you you pin
- 12:55Speaker 10: them on your This was a suburb in my bad.
- 13:00Speaker 11: Nobody had no tag in Chicago were inter city kids.

- 37:32Speaker 9: introduce it the Hondai Ionic nine, a three row electric
- 37:37Speaker 9: suv with over three hundred miles of range, ultra fast
- 37:41Speaker 9: charging capability, and lots of space.
- 37:43Speaker 10: The all new Hondai Ionic nine face in an EV.
- 37:46Speaker 10: Visit Hondai USA dot com for more details. EPA estimated
- 37:50Speaker 10: rings for owning nine based on fully charged batteries for
- 37:52Speaker 10: comparison purpose only. Actual range will vary based on several factors.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Well, guys. According to Yahoo dot com, Rihan is set
- 37:59Speaker 1: to close a major oil shipping route in retaliation for
- 38:02Speaker 1: the devastating US strikes on three of its nuclear sites.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Tehran's lawmakers voted to cut off the Strait of for Meuse,
- 38:10Speaker 1: a trade route that sees one fifth of the world's
- 38:13Speaker 1: oil and gas passed through it. The decision comes after
- 38:17Speaker 1: seven US stealth bombers dropped bombs on Iran's nuclear facilities
- 38:21Speaker 1: in an operation called Midnight Hammer. Iran could deny access
- 38:26Speaker 1: to the giant tankers that ferry oil and gas to China,
- 38:29Speaker 1: Europe and other major energy consuming regions. That's according to Bloomberg.
- 38:34Speaker 1: If this happened, oil prices would surge and potentially destabilize
- 38:39Speaker 1: the global economy. Wow. Wow, what do you guys think?
- 38:44Speaker 12: Yeah, yesh, I think I'm gonna go nowhere.
- 38:47Speaker 1: You're not gonna drive anyway.
- 38:50Speaker 13: All my comed show is gonna be online. Got and
- 38:54Speaker 13: log in eight o'clock. I'm not cat aford to go
- 38:59Speaker 13: do show to get there.
- 39:02Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Yeah, this is major. The effect that's going to have
- 39:06Speaker 1: effects everything. Yeah, it's going up.
- 39:08Speaker 2: I mean, I mean, airline is gonna go up. Everything,
- 39:11Speaker 2: just yeah.
- 39:12Speaker 1: Yeah, everything that uses gas and oil for sure. Junior,
- 39:15Speaker 1: we got to see you online now.
- 39:18Speaker 12: Yeah, I'm all online. Sure, let me see if Greathound
- 39:20Speaker 12: got some specials.
- 39:24Speaker 1: This is sad. Yeah, it really is. I mean, it
- 39:27Speaker 1: really is. I just hope we don't go to war.
- 39:31Speaker 10: I think it's already started, That's what I think. I
- 39:33Speaker 10: hate to say that, but I think it's already started.
- 39:36Speaker 2: Buckalon.
- 39:36Speaker 11: You know, you know wars can last a very long time. Yeah,
- 39:40Speaker 11: especially foreign wars. It's a scary situation with what's going on.
- 39:46Speaker 11: Like you said, the global economy will be affected by
- 39:49Speaker 11: the oil and gas prices because that particular area they
- 39:53Speaker 11: say a lot of the oil and gas.
- 39:54Speaker 1: I was reading online at CNN dot com while you're
- 39:58Speaker 1: trying to get tickets for junior shows.
- 40:00Speaker 11: Yeah, I was a whole ticket mass but for junior show.
- 40:04Speaker 11: But a lot of that oil supply goes through China
- 40:08Speaker 11: that part of the world. So it just everything affects
- 40:13Speaker 11: something in this world. We're all together as one, and
- 40:17Speaker 11: this will have serious consequences with the global economy. So
- 40:21Speaker 11: we were already complaining about grocery prices and all this.
- 40:25Speaker 11: Now we're back to oil and gas prices possibly going up,
- 40:29Speaker 11: and that's gonna affect what the travel industry.
- 40:32Speaker 1: That's an effect to see. It's like you can't just
- 40:37Speaker 1: make these kind of decisions without checking in with Congress.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Without okay, but here's what I want to know too.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Who named it midnight hammer?
- 40:48Speaker 2: I have no strike. I don't sound like a.
- 40:55Speaker 1: Midnight hammer comes up better than that?
- 40:59Speaker 4: Come in?
- 41:00Speaker 1: She No, I don't get that name. I don't. I
- 41:04Speaker 1: gotta do some research on that. All right, guys, coming
- 41:08Speaker 1: up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we're gonna
- 41:10Speaker 1: switch gears and ask a crew some fun random questions,

- 41:40Speaker 1: they just gasp when they see your life on the screen? Lord?
- 41:44Speaker 10: Probably right at eighteen nineteen years old, They're gonna stay
- 41:47Speaker 10: who it's black fool?
- 41:49Speaker 2: What what you do?
- 41:51Speaker 11: Did?
- 41:53Speaker 2: What did not do?

- 42:08Speaker 10: say I'm gonna just wait a minute before I go back.
- 42:10Speaker 11: To Oh yeah, you take a day like you on Netflix.
- 42:15Speaker 2: We can stop this, got the pause?
- 42:19Speaker 1: Okay, okay, all right.
- 42:22Speaker 13: We probably probably I'm like telling me when I was
- 42:25Speaker 13: about about twenty something years old when I got caught
- 42:27Speaker 13: on the on the exit gate trying to go see
- 42:29Speaker 13: if my girlfriend was cheating on me, and then somebody
- 42:31Speaker 13: pulled out and the gate opened.
- 42:33Speaker 12: I'm just hung on it by my shirt. You caught
- 42:37Speaker 12: my head light. You wanted some headlights, and I'm stuck
- 42:40Speaker 12: on the shirt.
- 42:41Speaker 13: I tried to jump the fence, got caught on the
- 42:43Speaker 13: exit gate as a call leaving.

- 43:14Speaker 1: look back on it?
- 43:15Speaker 2: Now?
- 43:18Speaker 1: Uh?
- 43:18Speaker 15: You know what?
- 43:19Speaker 2: Making me eat everything on my plate?
- 43:21Speaker 1: That right, that's a good one. Yeah, we all had
- 43:24Speaker 1: to do that.
- 43:25Speaker 10: I couldn't stand squashed, and my mama cook that like
- 43:28Speaker 10: every other week.
- 43:29Speaker 1: Oh, I hated beef and green peas. I think making
- 43:34Speaker 1: you did.
- 43:34Speaker 11: Your parents used to do this, especially my grandmother. She
- 43:37Speaker 11: used to do this, not letting you drink while you
- 43:40Speaker 11: eat your food. Do you remember that you couldn't have
- 43:43Speaker 11: anything to drink because they didn't want you to get
- 43:44Speaker 11: full just on liquid and you'd be hungry later, so
- 43:47Speaker 11: you had to eat all your food you.
- 43:50Speaker 1: Buy to do that. Yeah, really, yeah, I do that now,
- 43:55Speaker 1: but I didn't have to do it when I was

- 56:43Speaker 1: All right, nephew, thank you. My husband and my sister
- 56:46Speaker 1: are getting too close. Dear Stephen Shirley, I think my
- 56:49Speaker 1: husband is trying to be with my sister. They're the
- 56:52Speaker 1: same age and they were in school together. My husband
- 56:55Speaker 1: told me that he and my sister didn't get along
- 56:57Speaker 1: in school, and she agreed with him. Her side of
- 57:00Speaker 1: the story was a bit different because she said my
- 57:03Speaker 1: husband didn't like her because she would not sleep with him.
- 57:06Speaker 1: I never considered it funny, and I told my sister
- 57:09Speaker 1: years ago that she needs to stop saying that. Recently,
- 57:12Speaker 1: we all had a staycation and we rented cabins by
- 57:15Speaker 1: the lake. Four couples went, including my husband and I.
- 57:18Speaker 1: I invited my sister and her boyfriend, and two single
- 57:22Speaker 1: women came. My sister and her boyfriend got into a
- 57:25Speaker 1: big argument on the first day and he left. The
- 57:28Speaker 1: next morning, my husband went to my sister's cabin to
- 57:31Speaker 1: talk to her, and I felt like it was my
- 57:33Speaker 1: place to comfort my sister, but he insisted that he
- 57:37Speaker 1: handle it. He came back with smudges of eye make
- 57:40Speaker 1: up on the shoulder of his shirt and he had
- 57:42Speaker 1: been drinking. It was eleven am, so I had questions.
- 57:47Speaker 1: I believed him when he said that he got my
- 57:49Speaker 1: sister's mascara on his shirt when he hugged her. She
- 57:52Speaker 1: had been crying, so he comforted her and they had
- 57:55Speaker 1: a couple of shots to ease her pain. I let
- 57:58Speaker 1: it go, and by the end of the day her
- 58:00Speaker 1: boyfriend came back. My husband was very upset with my
- 58:04Speaker 1: sister's boyfriend, and he told him to do better. I'm
- 58:08Speaker 1: sitting there watching the show because he's never shown an
- 58:11Speaker 1: interest in my sister like that. Since we got back
- 58:13Speaker 1: home last week, he's asked me several times if I've
- 58:17Speaker 1: talked to my sister. He said he is worried about her.
- 58:20Speaker 1: I think he's more worried about her, telling me what's
- 58:23Speaker 1: up with them? Why is he so concerned about her?
- 58:27Speaker 16: Oh?
- 58:28Speaker 1: Okay, No, nothing about this letter is right, and your
- 58:32Speaker 1: husband is dead wrong. That's your sister. He's acting like
- 58:37Speaker 1: she's his blood or his woman or something. Nope, he
- 58:41Speaker 1: should not have gone to console her. I can't even
- 58:43Speaker 1: believe you're standing by and let all of this go down.
- 58:47Speaker 1: You're not trying to stop him. This is crazy and
- 58:50Speaker 1: very sussed the two of them, because once he's so
- 58:54Speaker 1: worried about her, for isn't he concerned about your feelings
- 58:57Speaker 1: at all? You feel about this? How the the fact
- 59:00Speaker 1: that he's going over there checking on your sister and
- 59:03Speaker 1: not you. How that looks. You know, that's her man's job,
- 59:08Speaker 1: I got to say, And she does have a man.
- 59:11Speaker 1: What's he doing? I'd say, trust your instincts about something
- 59:14Speaker 1: going on between them. They are too close and not
- 59:17Speaker 1: to mention just so disrespectful of you. Could your husband
- 59:23Speaker 1: be more obvious with what he's doing right now? I
- 59:26Speaker 1: mean could he? He's giving himself away okay about how
- 59:32Speaker 1: he feels about your sister, and he doesn't even seem
- 59:34Speaker 1: to care that.
- 59:35Speaker 15: You know it.
- 59:36Speaker 1: You gotta do something now, Tommy, maybe you.
- 59:40Speaker 2: Talked to Rabel.
- 59:43Speaker 1: That's the husband hi rabah doing?
- 59:45Speaker 2: Baby. I just don't like how kenn had been treating Rabel.
- 59:49Speaker 2: I don't like that. I don't like how that went down. Baby.
- 59:52Speaker 2: Have you has Rabel called?
- 59:55Speaker 6: He happened?
- 59:57Speaker 2: We probably need to get on the phone and see
- 59:59Speaker 2: how Rabel doing. Babe. Do you want me to go
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: by ravel house and check on him?
- 1:00:04Speaker 15: No?
- 1:00:06Speaker 10: I just feel like I need to go out there
- 1:00:07Speaker 10: and see how Ravel doing. I just don't like Rabel
- 1:00:10Speaker 10: going through this kind of stuff. That's all I'm asking.
- 1:00:15Speaker 10: What is Rape's your address at the job and let
- 1:00:18Speaker 10: me go by there and check on her.
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: Oh, you concerned, very concerned, way too concerned, And I
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: think you need to be kind of you.
- 1:00:27Speaker 10: You know, you might want to start checking and see
- 1:00:29Speaker 10: if if he had some masscar of somewhere else, because
- 1:00:32Speaker 10: you were a masscarer it was. I'm just trying to
- 1:00:35Speaker 10: say nothing. It's easy to look for that mass scare
- 1:00:38Speaker 10: of the rub out. So was that mass scare of
- 1:00:40Speaker 10: other than just that shirt? It could have been somewhere else.
- 1:00:43Speaker 10: You need to get to check in. I'm just saying,
- 1:00:45Speaker 10: because your husband, your husband is in love or very
- 1:00:49Speaker 10: infatuated with your sister. Okay, he likes so and and
- 1:00:55Speaker 10: there's an listen, listen. I hate to say this to you,
- 1:01:00Speaker 10: say it. They're gonna do it. What they're gonna do it.
- 1:01:07Speaker 10: It didn't happen all through high school, and she already
- 1:01:10Speaker 10: know what ain't happened.
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: They're gonna do it. What did she say, because I
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: would because he didn't.
- 1:01:15Speaker 16: What did he say?
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: What they said him? Yes, because because she never agreed
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: to sleep with him. Yes, she would not sleep with him.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: That's what she said. That's why they didn't get together
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: back in high school when they were.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: Being wont be wanting Ravel all these years.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: Rast sister.
- 1:01:34Speaker 10: He married Ravel's sister to get closer to Rave. But yes, wow,
- 1:01:39Speaker 10: and now it's time. Now it's time for Ravel. And
- 1:01:44Speaker 10: guess what is going down. It's gonna happen, and uh horrible,
- 1:01:50Speaker 10: but I mean it's you know, it's not the end
- 1:01:52Speaker 10: of the world.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Okay, No, I mean no, they're not gonna die. But still.
- 1:02:01Speaker 10: Be a little be a little open man toy. It's
- 1:02:04Speaker 10: gonna happen, and we're gonna get past. We're gonna stay together.
- 1:02:07Speaker 10: And I say, what what y'all ain't never wanted somebody
- 1:02:13Speaker 10: brother or something. Y'all ain't never no wanting.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: It is one thing. Acting on it is something entirely
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: different Tommy.
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: And you know this.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: But you're saying they're going to act on it. That's
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: what you're saying. They're gonna go do it.
- 1:02:28Speaker 10: Yes, they're gonna do it. The objective is to do it.
- 1:02:32Speaker 10: Everybody wants to do it. It's gonna happen.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: I think, who do more? She's too laid back. All right,
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: we're gonna have part two of our response to the
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Strawberry letter at twenty three minutes after the hour. The
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: subject today is my husband and my sister are getting
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: way too close.
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: We've heard is that right at the front door?
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Littery baby are getting too close? My husband and my
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: sister are getting too close. We'll get back into it
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: and hear from Junior right after this. You're listening Steve
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:15Speaker 13: Everybody, that's your favorite plate cousin junr you know what.
- 1:03:17Speaker 13: I love having cookouts in the summertime, but it is

- 1:03:47Speaker 1: All right, guys, it's time to recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: The subject is my husband and my sister are getting
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: too close. This was written by a woman who thinks
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: her husband is trying to be with her sister. They're
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: the same age. They were in school together. Her husband
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: told her that he and his sister did not get along,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: and the sister agreed with him. But the sister said
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: they didn't get along because she would not sleep with him.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: That's why they didn't get along. The wife says she
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: never considered it funny. She told her sister years ago
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: to stop telling that story. Stopped saying that, and okay.
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: Moved to the present, and they recently had a staycation
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: and they rented cabins by the lake. She invited her sister,
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: and her sister now has a man. She invited them
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: to the lake to the cabins with them. Her sister
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: and her man got into a big argument. Her man left,
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: and so her husband went over to console his sister
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: in law, and then he came back about eleven kind
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: of you know. She could tell he was tipsy because
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: they'd been drinking and he had this mascara all over
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: his shirt. He explained the mascara way by saying his
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: sister needed consoling and comforting because she was crying. She
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: was upset that her man left. She the wife just
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: let that go. She didn't do anything about that. The
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: boyfriend came back later, so she's sitting here watching the show.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: This is what the wife said, Why are you just
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: watching the show and not participating in this show anyway?
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: Since they got back off the staycation, the husband has
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: been asking her constantly about how the sister in law
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: is doing and all of this. So she's asking the
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: wife is why is he so concerned about her sister junior?
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: What do you have to say about it?
- 1:05:31Speaker 13: Let's just go ahead and put this out here in
- 1:05:33Speaker 13: the beginning. Her sister fine, And when five women cry,
- 1:05:38Speaker 13: it has to be immediate comfort.
- 1:05:40Speaker 12: You have to go see about this situation. Sister is
- 1:05:43Speaker 12: so fine. I'll tell you what it is.
- 1:05:45Speaker 15: Though.
- 1:05:46Speaker 12: Just think about it like this though, ma'am.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: So you have to worry.
- 1:05:48Speaker 12: Okay, you're gonna lose a husband, but you about to
- 1:05:50Speaker 12: gain her brother in law.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: Oh, you're gonna lose a husband.
- 1:05:55Speaker 12: But you're about to gain her brother in law because
- 1:05:57Speaker 12: he is. He don't even care about what you need.
- 1:06:00Speaker 13: He was over there and lemn Am hugging with mass
- 1:06:02Speaker 13: Carroll on his shirt, walk right paston even asked you
- 1:06:05Speaker 13: you wanted a cup of coffee?
- 1:06:06Speaker 12: He hadver gone because she fine. He had to go
- 1:06:09Speaker 12: comfort her.
- 1:06:09Speaker 13: Right now, you might get used to saying bron law,
- 1:06:12Speaker 13: bron law, because that's no longer your husband on the
- 1:06:16Speaker 13: way back if he tell you to get the back seat,
- 1:06:18Speaker 13: come on up here, Conde, come on, get up here.
- 1:06:22Speaker 12: Gas and everything you was out the picture. This is
- 1:06:24Speaker 12: the new wife. He's showing you. You didn't even care. Yeah,
- 1:06:29Speaker 12: he didn't care. Every day as Hey, you talked to Hey,
- 1:06:31Speaker 12: you talk makes you Connie? All right, he's not even
- 1:06:34Speaker 12: concerned by Jim.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: You heard from Connie. Future mean they're.
- 1:06:37Speaker 13: Too close, they already closed. Yeah, this is already he
- 1:06:42Speaker 13: getting make up on his shirt. You know most men
- 1:06:43Speaker 13: when he get made on the shirt, they at least
- 1:06:45Speaker 13: try to hide the make up. You past you with
- 1:06:47Speaker 13: messkre was just flowing on his shirt. Didn't care next
- 1:06:50Speaker 13: eye line, basse, he got everything.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: But why is the wife writing us and not handling
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: her situation at home?
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: She is there?
- 1:07:00Speaker 12: Is she about to be the sister in law? That's it.
- 1:07:03Speaker 12: I don't know why he wrote us. I can see
- 1:07:06Speaker 12: this come a mile away.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: Yeah we all see it.
- 1:07:09Speaker 12: And guess what, no need even worried. Everybody already know
- 1:07:13Speaker 12: everybody y'all wanted to gotta change. Everybody's still gonna be
- 1:07:18Speaker 12: the cousin of law, everybody. Everybody's still gonna be had
- 1:07:20Speaker 12: the same position. Because he is concerned. He is way
- 1:07:24Speaker 12: too concerned.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: So he's going from what is he going from husband
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: to brother in law? Oh yeah, she's going from wife
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: to his sister in law.
- 1:07:33Speaker 13: Yeah wow, wow, what he said, he told her getting
- 1:07:36Speaker 13: back He sins getting the back of you, because that
- 1:07:40Speaker 13: is it. She is right when they stopped gas uh sis,
- 1:07:43Speaker 13: go ahead, pop that gast. I gotta console she hurt.
- 1:07:47Speaker 13: You're gotter be working for them.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: So so he's just gonna act like he was never
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: married to the because she's fine.
- 1:07:53Speaker 12: You forget you forget, you forget you was married her.
- 1:07:58Speaker 12: She's so fine, you're concerned.
- 1:08:01Speaker 13: That's her name right there, Shirley Conson name, baby.
- 1:08:05Speaker 12: Girl, baby girl.
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: They gotta look alike. Yeah yeah, that I still look alike.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: Don't you think their sister?
- 1:08:12Speaker 16: No?
- 1:08:13Speaker 12: No, no, because the sister find you not as fine
- 1:08:15Speaker 12: as his sister. Because he is concerned.
- 1:08:16Speaker 13: He's not even asking you what you ain't nothing. Matter
- 1:08:20Speaker 13: of fact, when you see all your stuff in the
- 1:08:21Speaker 13: guess room, that it is over. You have They moved
- 1:08:27Speaker 13: up to they move, move all her stuff to the
- 1:08:29Speaker 13: guest room.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: She is out, but she's still in the same house
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: with them.
- 1:08:33Speaker 12: Sister lock of state. Sister lock of state, about like family, guy,
- 1:08:39Speaker 12: baby girl, baby girl, go ahead and get Connie your plate.
- 1:08:44Speaker 12: You ain't got this girl to finally be cooking. She hurt.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: She was fine to be cooking.
- 1:08:49Speaker 8: She hurts.
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: So so he finally got what he wanted all these years.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: He really want absolutely the sister, is that what you're saying?
- 1:08:58Speaker 12: There cooking, they taking that's all they do. Clean girl,
- 1:09:04Speaker 12: be girl, fished them greens. But have me that give
- 1:09:06Speaker 12: me that.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: They take care.
- 1:09:08Speaker 12: They over there, they in love. They hurt. He got
- 1:09:11Speaker 12: to sew. Yeah, they lime lin so throw it back.
- 1:09:16Speaker 12: They are agi. It's okay, yes, you concern. I don't
- 1:09:19Speaker 12: even know how you have time to write us. I
- 1:09:21Speaker 12: don't even know how. You see, it's too late. They
- 1:09:24Speaker 12: died there. Get the marriage license right.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: There, guys. All right, that's I think that's the first
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: time we've all agreed on a letter. I think it
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: is the first time.
