- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things in the stubbing me through good it.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve listening to the movie Together for st Please, I
- 0:38Speaker 1: don't join joining me. You gotta use that turn you
- 1:24Speaker 1: You gotta turn to turn them out. Turn. You got
- 1:44Speaker 1: to turn them out to turn turn the water the
- 1:47Speaker 1: water go. Come come on your back now, huh. I
- 2:02Speaker 1: show will a good morning everybody. You'll listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 1: come on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey
- 2:10Speaker 1: got a radio show. Y'all do took of me what
- 2:14Speaker 1: I said? But I do like I say always. It
- 2:18Speaker 1: just is a constant reminder of how good God has been.
- 2:22Speaker 1: So my question to you is what's stopping you from
- 2:26Speaker 1: having the life that you want? What's stopping you from
- 2:30Speaker 1: having the life that you want? I know a lot
- 2:34Speaker 1: of people who have given up on achieving the life
- 2:39Speaker 1: of their dreams, but I know they'd still want them
- 2:43Speaker 1: if they could get to them. But they just allowed
- 2:46Speaker 1: to settle for so many reasons. So who I'm talking
- 2:51Speaker 1: to is you today? What's really at the core of
- 2:55Speaker 1: stopping you? What is that is it your friends or
- 2:59Speaker 1: your associate. Is it the fear of what you think
- 3:02Speaker 1: somebody else will think of you if you decide to change.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Is it what I used to call the call of
- 3:08Speaker 1: the while? Is it the fact that you keep thinking
- 3:12Speaker 1: that the thing that you're doing that's providing you these
- 3:15Speaker 1: momentary moments of pleasure that really ain't really good or
- 3:20Speaker 1: healthy for you. You don't want to stop doing that
- 3:23Speaker 1: because you've got just a little bit more something else
- 3:25Speaker 1: you want to do. I call that the call at
- 3:27Speaker 1: a while. You know, it's just out there. Them streets
- 3:30Speaker 1: is calling you, Them lights is calling you. You know,
- 3:32Speaker 1: them girls is calling you. Them guys that's on the
- 3:35Speaker 1: wrong side keep calling you. You can't seem to make
- 3:38Speaker 1: a decision by the right guy. You keep picking the
- 3:41Speaker 1: wrong guy all the time. What is it that's stopping
- 3:44Speaker 1: you from having the life that you really want to have?
- 3:48Speaker 1: So whatever the reason you're choosing, that's the reason that's
- 3:52Speaker 1: stopping you from having the life that you want to have,
- 3:55Speaker 1: it's no good because at the end of the day,
- 3:58Speaker 1: here's the real deal. See, God is available, and God
- 4:03Speaker 1: is available for all of us, and God has a
- 4:05Speaker 1: plan for all of us, and God wants to vary
- 4:08Speaker 1: best for all of us. That's the truth of the matter.
- 4:11Speaker 1: So now what we're gonna do to get started having
- 4:14Speaker 1: that life? First of all, if it's your friends, I
- 4:18Speaker 1: want you to understand something. Your friends can't save you.
- 4:22Speaker 1: A lot of your friends offer no real help for you.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Most of your friends don't have the answer themselves. I mean,
- 4:29Speaker 1: it's just a wide range of reasons and misery love company.
- 4:33Speaker 1: So usually when your friends are in a bad position,
- 4:36Speaker 1: they kind of like company in that bad position. Your
- 4:40Speaker 1: friends ain't going to church, You're gonna be their friend.
- 4:43Speaker 1: They don't really want you to go to church. You know,
- 4:46Speaker 1: your friends don't pray, so why would they offer up
- 4:49Speaker 1: prayer as a solution to you. You know, your friends
- 4:53Speaker 1: don't really really get the fact that if you treat
- 4:57Speaker 1: people better, people would treat you better. So what's that?
- 5:01Speaker 1: So your friends are a lot of times the reasons,
- 5:05Speaker 1: you know, to peer pressure of what and then the
- 5:08Speaker 1: thought in your mind of what they're gonna think once
- 5:10Speaker 1: they find out I don't do what they do anymore.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Who cares what they think other than you? I mean, really,
- 5:18Speaker 1: you can't let what somebody thinks if you stop you
- 5:22Speaker 1: from having the best life you wanted to have. If
- 5:25Speaker 1: I went by that theory right there, I wouldn't I
- 5:27Speaker 1: wouldn't even be on this mic this morning. I would
- 5:30Speaker 1: have never become a stand up I would have had
- 5:32Speaker 1: I listened to the people around me who clearly told
- 5:36Speaker 1: me when I quit my job to pursue this, boy,
- 5:39Speaker 1: don't you quit your job? You got a family, Boy,
- 5:42Speaker 1: don't you do this. You ain't got no bit dad,
- 5:44Speaker 1: ain't ain't no security in that. Get yourself a job,
- 5:48Speaker 1: Go down here and whet your brother go to work
- 5:50Speaker 1: over here. I heard all of that. I didn't let
- 5:54Speaker 1: that stop me from pursuing this. Why would you allow
- 5:57Speaker 1: that to stop you from pursuing your relationship with God
- 6:00Speaker 1: so you can have the best life you could possibly have.
- 6:03Speaker 1: You gang bang because they've convinced you that this is
- 6:07Speaker 1: the family situation and love that you don't have, and
- 6:10Speaker 1: they've convinced you that this is your only way, your
- 6:14Speaker 1: only source of getting over And then you drum up
- 6:18Speaker 1: these ignorant reasons man for staying with it. But they
- 6:22Speaker 1: sound so good when you're listening to everybody else you're
- 6:26Speaker 1: surrounded by telling you why we gang banging, why we're
- 6:29Speaker 1: holding this blockdown? Why we slanging this thing here right here?
- 6:33Speaker 1: Why we're letting it go like this here? You keep
- 6:36Speaker 1: listening to them when all in your heart of hearts,
- 6:39Speaker 1: you know this ain't right, you already know, but you
- 6:43Speaker 1: allow that form of the call of the wile that
- 6:47Speaker 1: wanting to be accepted by a group of people who
- 6:50Speaker 1: trying to get you to accept the way so you
- 6:53Speaker 1: can further they progress. To even prove that you worthy
- 6:56Speaker 1: to be around them, you got to commit some type
- 6:59Speaker 1: of crime to even prove that you're worthy to be
- 7:02Speaker 1: around them. Then when you get busted on the crime,
- 7:05Speaker 1: what happens to that where your familyad Now they don't
- 7:08Speaker 1: come down there to see you, because guess what, they
- 7:11Speaker 1: can't turn in their idea to death at a law
- 7:13Speaker 1: enforcement center. So now your homies can't come visit you.
- 7:17Speaker 1: And then you know your family back out here, they
- 7:19Speaker 1: ain't taking care of your family because it's all about them.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Then you learn that what is it that stopping you
- 7:25Speaker 1: from having a life that you always wanted to have?
- 7:29Speaker 1: What is it? Why are you a repeat offender? Why
- 7:33Speaker 1: do you keep checking yourself back into that institution? Why? Man,
- 7:39Speaker 1: why won't you get it together? Why won't you give
- 7:41Speaker 1: God a try? Why won't you disassociate yourself? Why would
- 7:45Speaker 1: you continue to be a part of a revolving door
- 7:48Speaker 1: system and becoming the farm system for these institutions that
- 7:52Speaker 1: ain't got nothing for you? But you keep going back
- 7:55Speaker 1: in there, and then every time you go in there,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and then your little homies or your gang banging, little
- 8:00Speaker 1: little silly little friends try to make you think that's
- 8:02Speaker 1: a badge of honor. There ain't no badge of honor. Man,
- 8:05Speaker 1: that's one mode. What's one more scratch on that record,
- 8:08Speaker 1: That's one mold, That's one more nail in that coffin.
- 8:12Speaker 1: That's one step closer to that third strike where you
- 8:15Speaker 1: ain't gonna ever get out. It's one step closer to
- 8:18Speaker 1: that graveyard. You keep on. Why would you not give
- 8:22Speaker 1: God a try? Why would you not go and see
- 8:24Speaker 1: what your life could really be? What is it that's
- 8:27Speaker 1: stopping you? Because see, I got news for you. There's
- 8:31Speaker 1: nothing like waking up free. I don't care who you are.
- 8:35Speaker 1: There's nothing like waking up with the joy in your heart. Now,
- 8:39Speaker 1: if you ain't gonna be free, get the joy in
- 8:42Speaker 1: your heart, the satisfaction of knowing that you accomplishing something
- 8:45Speaker 1: with your life. Help somebody behind them bars, get in
- 8:49Speaker 1: the program, show these young cats when they come in
- 8:51Speaker 1: a better way. But don't you dare sit there man
- 8:54Speaker 1: and just ride it out, and man, just go and
- 8:58Speaker 1: get the fullest life that you can have. What you
- 9:02Speaker 1: know what it feels like to wake up and be
- 9:04Speaker 1: on your way somewhere knowing that you have something to accomplish,
- 9:08Speaker 1: that you can change somebody, that you can stop somebody
- 9:11Speaker 1: from going down the roads you went down. It's a
- 9:13Speaker 1: whole lot of ways to make your life better. But
- 9:15Speaker 1: why would you not go and have the best life
- 9:17Speaker 1: you can have? What is it that's stopping you? Really? Really?
- 9:23Speaker 1: So you think that Satan really has your best interests
- 9:26Speaker 1: at heart. That Dela thing your mama kept telling you
- 9:29Speaker 1: about praying, you wasn't listening. It was you. But you know,
- 9:32Speaker 1: it ain't ever too late to get back to that.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It ain't ever too late to turn around, It ain't
- 9:37Speaker 1: ever too late to get your life together, it ain't
- 9:40Speaker 1: ever too late to seek God, and it ain't ever
- 9:43Speaker 1: too late to pray. Don't forget to pray, don't be
- 9:46Speaker 1: ashamed to pray, and don't be too proud to pray
- 9:50Speaker 1: because prayer changes things. Prayer change people too. I'm a
- 9:54Speaker 1: witness to that. Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the Steve
- 10:02Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. It is about to begin. We are
- 10:06Speaker 1: missing a member of this morning show by the name
- 10:09Speaker 1: of Shirley Strawberry. Don't ask me where she at. I
- 10:13Speaker 1: don't know, but she takes off so few days that
- 10:18Speaker 1: we never question her when she's missing. Her loyalty and
- 10:23Speaker 1: dedication for twenty years has been remarkable. Unlike who have
- 10:32Speaker 1: been on this show two in particular, they will be
- 10:36Speaker 1: backing each other the end time on it. Before we
- 10:42Speaker 1: get to them. Ladies and gentlemen, caller forever. Good morning, Steve.
- 10:47Speaker 1: I'm also not referring to the next one. Kill spakes
- 10:50Speaker 1: better than on this junior morning everybody and they support
- 10:59Speaker 1: one another. They are there for one another. Frightfulls. So
- 11:05Speaker 1: you saw the movie Dumb and Dumber. Oh, that's how
- 11:10Speaker 1: you're gonna do everything. I'm just talking about movie. I
- 11:14Speaker 1: like the movie bad boys. Saw the movie Dumb and Dumber.
- 11:22Speaker 1: This is egg and nut, Ladies and gentlemen, eg Jan,
- 11:33Speaker 1: every youth in the mom in the North, everything with
- 11:36Speaker 1: an episode, every nut, what's up? Everybody, not Nephew, Tommies,
- 11:42Speaker 1: Good morning everyone. I'm not gonna entertain it's just this
- 11:46Speaker 1: man this morning, my uncle, I'm not I'm not buying
- 11:49Speaker 1: into all of that. Good Nash too. I made a
- 11:51Speaker 1: couple of statements. People agree, they don't agree. Ah, yeah, up,
- 12:00Speaker 1: it's Friday. But let's get it. It's been a crazy week,
- 12:09Speaker 1: crazy debate, debate. Yeah, that's what it was. Every since
- 12:14Speaker 1: wasn't Tuesday, Yes, Tuesday night. Every since Tuesday, it ain't
- 12:18Speaker 1: been the same. I'm telling you because I realized this
- 12:25Speaker 1: country is in trouble. Yeah, I realize that this guy,
- 12:33Speaker 1: it's really not a fit person to be the president
- 12:36Speaker 1: of the United States, not at all. What's scaring me
- 12:41Speaker 1: is twelve percent of the voting of this population, twelve
- 12:49Speaker 1: percent of this population, about forty low forties millions it's
- 12:53Speaker 1: gonna vote for. That's unbelievable. Didn't change their mind one bit,
- 12:59Speaker 1: a little less son. He won He want the debate, man,
- 13:08Speaker 1: he feels that way. Trump feels that he did good. No, no, no,
- 13:12Speaker 1: he really doesn't. But he knows he just said enough
- 13:16Speaker 1: times and tweeted then it's a fact. Yeah, he'll believe it. Well,
- 13:26Speaker 1: this Friday so we could party for the weekend because
- 13:29Speaker 1: this week and we're back to having weekends again, because
- 13:32Speaker 1: we're back to work. All right to him, We're coming
- 13:35Speaker 1: up at thirty two after the hour, asked the clo.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Right after this we've asked. You're listening. We're back. It's
- 13:47Speaker 1: time for ask the cello. And one of the egg
- 13:50Speaker 1: got a question for your uncle. I don't even know
- 13:53Speaker 1: it because not Egg, it's Jay. And you're gonna put
- 13:56Speaker 1: some spec on Jay. No, no, don't don't let drag
- 13:59Speaker 1: you into this going through that first, you know. But
- 14:05Speaker 1: but Junior and out a writing partners, we're sick but
- 14:09Speaker 1: it and this treat me, Oh my god. Okay, anyway,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I do have a question for the CLA. We're all
- 14:18Speaker 1: stranded on a desert island. You have saved the women.
- 14:22Speaker 1: You have saved the women, Junior, you have saved women?
- 14:27Speaker 1: Finished my question? I'm not finished my question. You have
- 14:31Speaker 1: saved the women. You have saved Junior. It's just me
- 14:36Speaker 1: and Tommy. Who do you come back to get? Are
- 14:40Speaker 1: you not coming back? Jay? Remember if if it's no
- 14:48Speaker 1: you on a deserted island, why are you in the water? Listen? Well,
- 14:52Speaker 1: you know what I mean to say. You know who
- 14:54Speaker 1: you gonna come back and say with ship with shipwrights ship,
- 14:58Speaker 1: you just gotta save one of us. I got you
- 15:01Speaker 1: save me. Now we are we shipwreck you on the island.
- 15:04Speaker 1: And I didn't got everybody, all ship everybody shipwreck. I
- 15:08Speaker 1: didn't go and I got Junior, took Junior all. I
- 15:12Speaker 1: know you. I know Junior might go first. Yeah, I see,
- 15:19Speaker 1: I save all the ladies first, Shirley Carler and everybody good.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Remember the rest of you losers go ahead, and I
- 15:29Speaker 1: probably have to say Monica first because she's gonna be
- 15:32Speaker 1: talking to most. I can't do over there because I
- 15:37Speaker 1: gotta I gotta hear this the two trips. So Monica
- 15:40Speaker 1: probably go first so I can get her hands on
- 15:42Speaker 1: the boat so she can talk to the other rescue people.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Get whatever you do, don't leave her with me and Timmy,
- 15:49Speaker 1: because then we got it. That's so I didn't got
- 15:56Speaker 1: everybody at all. Huh, you got anybody I got to
- 16:00Speaker 1: come back and get. I have to come back. You
- 16:04Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. I'm saying today, I'm already rubbing
- 16:07Speaker 1: two rocks together because I know we ain't coming. That's
- 16:10Speaker 1: no answer right there. I've been the bill of fire
- 16:15Speaker 1: and go ahead call it. I mean, look, I mean,
- 16:20Speaker 1: we got enough old pranks to run the show. We
- 16:25Speaker 1: gotta love murdered, hit stocked up. We canna make it.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Thank you, Clo, love you. What's the questions? Calling here? Corretta?
- 16:33Speaker 1: She is an online listener. You asked Jay, You got
- 16:36Speaker 1: your answer anyway. This one is from Corretta. I am
- 16:39Speaker 1: twenty six and I'm engaged to the man I've been
- 16:42Speaker 1: dating since tenth grade. He was my first sexual experience
- 16:46Speaker 1: and my only one until recently. My closest girlfriends took
- 16:50Speaker 1: me to Miami on a girl's trip and one of
- 16:53Speaker 1: our male classmates lived there, so he was our tour guide.
- 16:58Speaker 1: He's a big flirt and has always wanted me. My
- 17:02Speaker 1: best friend told me I should have sex with at
- 17:05Speaker 1: least one other man before I get married. Well I did.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I did it with the guy, and he was so
- 17:13Speaker 1: much better in bed than my fiance. Now I fantasize
- 17:18Speaker 1: about him when I'm with my fiance. Will these feelings
- 17:22Speaker 1: go away? No, girl, I mean ever, you you ain't
- 17:37Speaker 1: gonna be get rid of this girl. I'm trying to
- 17:39Speaker 1: tell you right now, unless you start using myth math.
- 17:46Speaker 1: You know, I'm just saying and burn out. Your brain says,
- 17:49Speaker 1: you're gonna remember this from now on. Now, if you
- 17:52Speaker 1: ain't gonna get on math and mission teeth up at all,
- 17:55Speaker 1: that girl, you're gonna be thinking about this man. Oh see,
- 18:00Speaker 1: and then you had one, so you thought this high win.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Oh yeah, he turned up. You knew he always wanted
- 18:10Speaker 1: you any shoulder. So look, you're not married. I understand
- 18:14Speaker 1: what you're saying. I think you know. I don't know what.
- 18:18Speaker 1: It's not gonna go away, and I'm not saying, but
- 18:20Speaker 1: I do think you need to follow the women have
- 18:23Speaker 1: to follow the same advice that fathers give their sons.
- 18:28Speaker 1: What's that get it out of your sisters, or you're
- 18:33Speaker 1: open and get it all out. So if you're not
- 18:36Speaker 1: ready to get married, you want to experience a few
- 18:38Speaker 1: other things in Miami, then just don't don't get married.
- 18:44Speaker 1: I push that date back another two years. This one
- 18:49Speaker 1: is from cool Jay in Charlotte. Let me get to
- 18:52Speaker 1: this one. I'm a newly married man, but I've also
- 18:54Speaker 1: been a kept man for years. I've been having sex
- 18:58Speaker 1: yep with an older one for four years. And I
- 19:01Speaker 1: get a paycheck monthly from her. My wife thinks I
- 19:05Speaker 1: get a I get bonuses on my job when I
- 19:08Speaker 1: sell houses. She's very organized and has us on a budget,
- 19:13Speaker 1: so she's been asking for all of my bank statements
- 19:16Speaker 1: and account information. I've been saving up to surprise her
- 19:20Speaker 1: by doing some upgrades to our home. But I'm afraid
- 19:23Speaker 1: she's gonna find my big stash of money. So how
- 19:27Speaker 1: can I explain this to my wife? Wait, boy, listen
- 19:31Speaker 1: to me. This is nothing you can explain. Let okay,
- 19:35Speaker 1: this on Steve talking. Now, get the money out that
- 19:39Speaker 1: damn house. That's first, Take your stupid little behind you
- 19:47Speaker 1: dumb down to a bank and get yourself a safe
- 19:50Speaker 1: deposit box, put some fake jewelry on top of it,
- 19:55Speaker 1: and put that cash in. Now, you can't run this
- 19:58Speaker 1: money through the bank because she won't on your bankers,
- 20:01Speaker 1: state statements and stuff. Now you're trying to try to
- 20:04Speaker 1: try to fool me. What you're doing this to save
- 20:07Speaker 1: up money for the damn or remodel at the house.
- 20:10Speaker 1: If you don't quit, line and boy, it don't sound
- 20:14Speaker 1: good to me. It ain't gonna sound good to your wife.
- 20:16Speaker 1: You ain't gonna explain nothing to her. You're gonna stop this.
- 20:20Speaker 1: You're gonna cut this being kept out and you're gonna
- 20:23Speaker 1: take this money and put it in in a safe depositive
- 20:26Speaker 1: and shut your damn mouth and take your dumb ass home.
- 20:31Speaker 1: You can go over this old ass ladies house. You're
- 20:33Speaker 1: gonna get caught to stupid ass. Wow, I'm trying to
- 20:40Speaker 1: save up enough money to remodel the house. Shut up
- 20:43Speaker 1: line money, screw this moment. You run that breakback. Def
- 20:50Speaker 1: you talp me, fool back and keep talking to you
- 20:55Speaker 1: never should have wrote me. You're listening, all right, everybody
- 21:00Speaker 1: coming up. At the top of the hour, Miss Anne
- 21:02Speaker 1: is standing by with today's national news and entertainment news
- 21:06Speaker 1: Jay Z and Meek Mills Reform Alliance scores a big
- 21:09Speaker 1: win with improving California's probation program. We'll talk about at
- 21:12Speaker 1: the top of the hour, but right now, Nephew Thomas
- 21:14Speaker 1: here with today. A's running that prank back. What you
- 21:16Speaker 1: got nip my hip, my tip. We're gonna have a
- 21:21Speaker 1: conversation about my tip. Let's have this conversation. Let's go down. Hello, Hello,
- 21:27Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach mister mister Kenney's Yeah, this is
- 21:32Speaker 1: how you doing. I'm actually calling you from the seafood house.
- 21:36Speaker 1: You you came and had I waited on you. You
- 21:39Speaker 1: came and had dinner over here the other night. Yeah,
- 21:42Speaker 1: I'm about two nights ago. Yeah, I was your food.
- 21:46Speaker 1: I was a service. Um, everything was good. Um, I don't.
- 21:51Speaker 1: I don't have any complaints. I always enjoy when I
- 21:54Speaker 1: come there. Um, I don't. I never got a phone
- 21:57Speaker 1: call from you. Guys. Everything all right, everything, So I'm
- 22:00Speaker 1: actually uh, I don't know if you remember me waiting

- 29:12Speaker 1: about to cut it off right here, because coming at
- 29:13Speaker 1: the top of that, we got national news and entertainment news.
- 29:15Speaker 1: That's what I'm doing right there. You're listening, all right,
- 29:22Speaker 1: carl Us. So what we got an entertainment news. What's
- 29:24Speaker 1: going on today? All right? Junior. Wow, this is such
- 29:27Speaker 1: a sad story and it's still trending, probably because you
- 29:31Speaker 1: know so many couples have gone through this and miscarriage.
- 29:34Speaker 1: We're sending our sincere condolences out to Chrissy Teaguing and
- 29:39Speaker 1: John Legend. After weeks of bed rest and other complications,
- 29:44Speaker 1: Chrissie announced that they lost their third child. She shared
- 29:48Speaker 1: the tragic news on Instagram. So sad. She apologized to
- 29:52Speaker 1: the child they called Jack, and Chrissy also thanked everyone
- 29:56Speaker 1: for their positive thoughts and prayers. So again and our
- 30:00Speaker 1: sincere condolences. You know, John Legend has been a guest
- 30:03Speaker 1: on our show. He's like fam he comes on this show. Yeah,
- 30:07Speaker 1: I saw that post, man, I was heartbroken. Finished. I
- 30:10Speaker 1: know that's that's a whole I can't imagine what that is. Man.
- 30:15Speaker 1: I've been up close to it with a friend of mine.
- 30:18Speaker 1: But that's a horrible feeling. Our prayers go out to him.
- 30:22Speaker 1: That's that's a tough heal. It is that. It is
- 30:27Speaker 1: very tough. I've had I had a miscarriage before I
- 30:31Speaker 1: was married. Tasha and I we were expecting, and I
- 30:35Speaker 1: wasn't as far along as Chrissy was, but it is
- 30:40Speaker 1: it's heartbreaking to lose a baby, and I think a
- 30:42Speaker 1: lot of couples go through this and a lot of families,
- 30:45Speaker 1: so for her to have been so far along, I
- 30:47Speaker 1: just I can't even imagine that. So again, our prayers
- 30:51Speaker 1: are condolences because Chrissy and John are very open and
- 30:54Speaker 1: they share a lot of their family business on social media,
- 30:58Speaker 1: and so it's just to see that picture like that,
- 31:01Speaker 1: it was just heartbreaking. So again we were lifting you
- 31:04Speaker 1: up in prayer, prayer, healing for you, Chrissy. Yea. So
- 31:09Speaker 1: let's switch gears time now for tell me something good.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Here is some good news. Jay Z and Meek Mills

- 31:33Speaker 1: i should say, residents of the state a better shot
- 31:36Speaker 1: at exiting the criminal justice system for good. Reform Alliance
- 31:42Speaker 1: campaign very hard for this bill. They sent three thousand
- 31:45Speaker 1: emails to the governor. So the Reform Alliance is co
- 31:49Speaker 1: founded by Jay Z New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft
- 31:53Speaker 1: Rick Rubin and CEO of the organization is Van Jones
- 31:58Speaker 1: from cn That that's that's that's that's the business. That's

- 32:07Speaker 1: time in like that, Yeah, that's good work. That's good work.
- 32:11Speaker 1: And also we want to give a shout out trending
- 32:13Speaker 1: viral news on social media. Did anybody see comedian Godfrey
- 32:18Speaker 1: and his man Steve Harvey with the coffee? Did you
- 32:27Speaker 1: see that was funny? That was funny? Did you see Steve?
- 32:33Speaker 1: Have I seen it? Everybody I know sent it to
- 32:35Speaker 1: me as soon as I got it work this morning.
- 32:40Speaker 1: I mean as soon as I got it work yesterday morning.
- 32:44Speaker 1: They everybody has sent it to me. Man, you've seen this?
- 32:47Speaker 1: My boys in Africa sent it to me. Wow. What
- 32:50Speaker 1: do you think though? I text him on his post.
- 32:55Speaker 1: I said, hey, man, that that that's so funny when
- 32:58Speaker 1: I see you almost slapped the coffee beans out your aid. Okay, guys,
- 33:05Speaker 1: we gotta get serious. Miss Anne is standing by. We
- 33:08Speaker 1: got hey, breaking news, Watchington DC from the White House.
- 33:12Speaker 1: This serious, This is serious. So come on, Steve, look,
- 33:16Speaker 1: you know what y'all in light of everything that's going on,
- 33:18Speaker 1: you know, we try to keep your breast, but the
- 33:20Speaker 1: best way to do it is really to give you
- 33:22Speaker 1: the facts. And here with the facts and bring us
- 33:25Speaker 1: all up to speed. Is our very own miss Anne.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Thank you very much, Steve. Thanks everybody. This is Andrew
- 33:30Speaker 1: with the news, and yes, the big news. Starting out
- 33:32Speaker 1: right away. President Trump and First Lady Milania have both
- 33:37Speaker 1: tested positive for the coronavirus. Just getting up just what
- 33:40Speaker 1: you need to know. President Trump and First Lady Milania
- 33:43Speaker 1: Trump have both tested positive for the coronavirus. They're quarantining
- 33:46Speaker 1: at the White House. Apparently that information came from the
- 33:49Speaker 1: President by Twitter early this morning. Both are asymptomatic. Now,
- 33:54Speaker 1: the President has been definantly holding huge campaign rallies. You know,
- 33:57Speaker 1: neither he nor most of his supporters wearing masks, but nevertheless,
- 34:01Speaker 1: Trump's aid Hope Hicks was testified tested positive yesterday, and
- 34:05Speaker 1: Trump spoke to Fox News about how hard it is
- 34:07Speaker 1: to stay away from people. You know, it's very hard
- 34:09Speaker 1: when you're with soldiers, when you're with airman. We're with
- 34:14Speaker 1: the Marines and the police officers with them so much,
- 34:18Speaker 1: and when they come over, it's very hard to say,
- 34:20Speaker 1: stay back, stay back. You know. It's it's a tough
- 34:23Speaker 1: kind of a situation. It's a terrible thing. But again,
- 34:25Speaker 1: to repeat, President Trump and First Lady Milania Trump both
- 34:29Speaker 1: testing positive for the coronavirus quarantining at the White House.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Their doctor says they are asymptomatic, they have no symptoms,
- 34:35Speaker 1: although Hope Hicks, the Trump's age, she apparently does, at
- 34:38Speaker 1: least to a report this morning, have a symptom or so.
- 34:41Speaker 1: And she's been very close to both of them. The
- 34:43Speaker 1: President again definantly holding huge campaign rallies, actually making fun
- 34:46Speaker 1: of Joe Biden recently because he was, you know, holding
- 34:49Speaker 1: these virtual meetings. So the President was supposed to go
- 34:52Speaker 1: to Wisconsin and to Florida later on today for big,
- 34:55Speaker 1: big campaign rallies. His public schedule has been canceled ever
- 34:59Speaker 1: since debate. The President Trump seemed allergic to condemning the
- 35:02Speaker 1: white supremacy, in fact, allergy to even the words white supremacy.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Members of the far right wing groups of Proud Boys
- 35:08Speaker 1: have been celebrating ever since then, Feeling supported by the
- 35:11Speaker 1: words stand back and stand down. The Proud Boys have
- 35:14Speaker 1: been even selling T shirts and other items with those
- 35:16Speaker 1: words on them on the internet, where White House Press
- 35:19Speaker 1: Secretary Kaylee McInerney told reporters yesterday President Trump met what
- 35:22Speaker 1: he said. The President did denounce them. He was asked,
- 35:25Speaker 1: will you tell them to stand down? He said sure,
- 35:27Speaker 1: And then just yesterday when he was asked, he said
- 35:30Speaker 1: specifically stand down, a synonym would stand back, and the
- 35:34Speaker 1: President said sure when asked by the moderator whether they
- 35:36Speaker 1: should stand down. Meanwhile, Amazon and other online retails have
- 35:40Speaker 1: been pulling all that Proud Boy merchandise from their sites.
- 35:42Speaker 1: A circuit judge has ordered in Battle, Kentucky Attorney General
- 35:45Speaker 1: David Cameron to turn over all the recordings of what
- 35:48Speaker 1: went on behind the closed doors in the Grand europe
- 35:51Speaker 1: Is seeings them the Brionna Taylor case by noon today
- 35:53Speaker 1: we'll see who that happens. And today, as National Guardian
- 35:56Speaker 1: Angels Day, yes I need someone on my side. Now
- 36:00Speaker 1: back to the Steve Harvey Warning Show. You're listening Steyn Show.
- 36:06Speaker 1: All right, it's time to take a look into the
- 36:07Speaker 1: mind of Jay Anthony Brown. Don't know. We're gonna finally
- 36:10Speaker 1: ever uncle, you introduced the man and gentlemen, the dementive
- 36:14Speaker 1: side of the show, Junior, the dog side. Well, once again,
- 36:21Speaker 1: once again with my partner in crime, we have decided
- 36:24Speaker 1: to get serious and do some good. I'm gonna say
- 36:28Speaker 1: what's on every body's mind. That's what I'm gonna say. No, no, no, no, no,
- 36:33Speaker 1: no, no no, listen, what's that on everybody's mind? Wayne said
- 36:37Speaker 1: nothing about it all morning? Miss talked about it in
- 36:41Speaker 1: the news. Miss Anne talked of it. But the big
- 36:44Speaker 1: thing is the big thing. Thirty two days before the election,
- 36:49Speaker 1: all of us a sudden. Now. I just hope, I
- 36:52Speaker 1: hope it's okay. I hope you know there's nothing wrong.
- 36:56Speaker 1: But like old folks say, mated funny you old folkus man,
- 37:01Speaker 1: my grandmother still say that man man funny, man of funny,
- 37:06Speaker 1: here he come. And Uh. The question that everybody asking
- 37:11Speaker 1: is this right here? Fake news? Is this fake news?
- 37:19Speaker 1: Everything been fake new, fake new taxes, fake news, the virus,
- 37:24Speaker 1: fake news, fake news. So the question, I know a
- 37:28Speaker 1: lot of people are asking, I hope, we don't want
- 37:31Speaker 1: nothing bad to happen to nobody, but we want to
- 37:35Speaker 1: know is this fake news? Because everything else been fake news?
- 37:38Speaker 1: And what are you talking about? I'm talking about the
- 37:41Speaker 1: President of the United States and his wife all of
- 37:45Speaker 1: a sudden got COVID nineteen yes, okay, Oh nah, I'm
- 38:01Speaker 1: not making fun because I don't want to go down
- 38:03Speaker 1: that road. I'm not done. And the Hope Hicks all
- 38:05Speaker 1: of a sudden come back Now, I know what Milani
- 38:08Speaker 1: has said, Why she got to come back here for what?
- 38:12Speaker 1: Why is she coming back? Not what any wife would say? Why? Why?
- 38:16Speaker 1: Why she's back? Donald? Why is she back? So I'm
- 38:20Speaker 1: just going with the old folks, mighty funny, mind and funny,
- 38:25Speaker 1: mighty funny. All of a sudden he not is do
- 38:29Speaker 1: you want your mask? Now? Is he come back with
- 38:31Speaker 1: a mask? Yeah? Sixty? Yeah? Is it six feet? Do
- 38:35Speaker 1: you had rallies? Do it still having rallies? Because Steve
- 38:39Speaker 1: what you want? But no, he wants probably he probably
- 38:43Speaker 1: wants to get in on this, on this investment. Mighty funny,
- 38:47Speaker 1: that this is serious funny Joe in the basement made
- 38:52Speaker 1: fun of Joe's mask. Yes, at the debate Joe's crowd.
- 38:56Speaker 1: So I'm just saying, is this fake news? That's all
- 38:59Speaker 1: I want to know. I can't say, man, you know,
- 39:02Speaker 1: but this does question though, how do you move forward
- 39:05Speaker 1: from here? Now? Yeah? Wow? Yeah? How you or or
- 39:11Speaker 1: is he doing this to get out to debate? Then
- 39:14Speaker 1: there's that now you got that. I don't know, moving
- 39:19Speaker 1: back with more than the Steve Hurry Morning Show and
- 39:22Speaker 1: thirty four minutes after the hour, right as it is,
- 39:25Speaker 1: you're listening, okay, Carlos, So what's going on with the
- 39:31Speaker 1: Brianna Taylor case? What happointed into the Black Information Network?
- 39:35Speaker 1: When addressing the grand jury, Kentucky Eternal General Daniel Cameron
- 39:41Speaker 1: did not recommend murder chargers for any of the officers
- 39:47Speaker 1: involved in the death of Brianna Taylor. Now. This was
- 39:50Speaker 1: during an interview with a w d r B TV.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Cameron said that murder charges were not appropriate. Ag Ameron
- 40:00Speaker 1: had previously explained that the officers Jonathan Mattling and Miles
- 40:05Speaker 1: Cosgrove were justified in firing shots at Brianna Taylor and
- 40:10Speaker 1: her boyfriend Kenneth Walker because Walker had fired at the
- 40:14Speaker 1: officers first. However, this is something that Steve Harvey has
- 40:19Speaker 1: been saying from day one. The ballistics report found no
- 40:24Speaker 1: conclusive evidence that the bullet that Officer Mattling was hit
- 40:30Speaker 1: with he was shot in a thigh came from Kenneth
- 40:33Speaker 1: Walker's gun. Now, all of this comes after one of
- 40:37Speaker 1: the grand jurors filed a lawsuit we talked about that,
- 40:40Speaker 1: demanding the recorded proceedings be made public. The grand jury
- 40:45Speaker 1: audio recordings are expected to be released today, you guys
- 40:50Speaker 1: at twelve noon. By twelve noon, they have until time.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Let me say something here, Yes, if you have an inconclusive, oh,
- 41:00Speaker 1: ballistics report saying that this brother's gun, they can't tell
- 41:06Speaker 1: if his gun is one to shot the officer, it's
- 41:09Speaker 1: cause he didn't shoot the officer. They're not gonna be
- 41:12Speaker 1: inconclusive about this. See they inconclusive. That's an open statement.
- 41:18Speaker 1: It's inconclusive if this bullet came from the brother's gun,
- 41:23Speaker 1: it's because they know it didn't. So I'm telling you ballistics,
- 41:30Speaker 1: forensic science is exact. People get convicted on that, Okay.
- 41:36Speaker 1: So if it's not conclusive that it came from Kenneth
- 41:40Speaker 1: Walker's gun. Then where the bullet come from? Y'all shot
- 41:44Speaker 1: each other? Question? Y'all shot each other and you can't
- 41:49Speaker 1: and you don't want to come to terms with that?
- 41:53Speaker 1: Can I say this? The prosecutor in this case can
- 41:57Speaker 1: prosecute anybody he wants, to anybody he wants. But the
- 42:02Speaker 1: Attorney General didn't recommend it. He didn't recommend it because
- 42:08Speaker 1: he's the puppet for the system. This brother man, it's
- 42:13Speaker 1: trying to move up in the system. Daniel Cameron. Yeah.
- 42:17Speaker 1: President Trump called him a rising star of the Republican Party.
- 42:20Speaker 1: He spoke at the Republican National Convention. You guys remember
- 42:24Speaker 1: that he spoke at the Republican National Convention and sold
- 42:27Speaker 1: it the white couple that brandished him all rifles and
- 42:31Speaker 1: stuff when the protests walking past. Yea, they spoke at
- 42:35Speaker 1: the How how can you do that? Man? But this
- 42:38Speaker 1: is the same guy who said this, find people on
- 42:41Speaker 1: both sides, and the exact same dude that would not
- 42:45Speaker 1: denounce white supremacy because he will denounce he will. President
- 42:49Speaker 1: Trump will not denounce anyone who likes him, right right,
- 42:55Speaker 1: He won't condemn whitecy at all. How could you not
- 43:00Speaker 1: and be the president? That's part of this crowd. That's
- 43:04Speaker 1: why he wanted people. He loves them as a people.
- 43:09Speaker 1: If more of would say they vote for him, but
- 43:12Speaker 1: they don't. So he ain't got nothing for black people. No,
- 43:15Speaker 1: he has nothing, know how. Just go down, Marl of
- 43:18Speaker 1: the King. That's why you and quit telling us that
- 43:23Speaker 1: your prison reformed builders for us. Let me explain something
- 43:27Speaker 1: to you, sir. The majority of people I know are
- 43:29Speaker 1: not in prison, nor have they ever been. Hyeah. So
- 43:34Speaker 1: this is what you're doing for black people. Yeah, you
- 43:37Speaker 1: did it, and it did and it does affect some
- 43:41Speaker 1: black people that's locked up. Got it, Appreciate it. Dad
- 43:46Speaker 1: ain't for more more friends, you know, and man, and
- 43:55Speaker 1: you're getting all of them out right if everybody you
- 43:59Speaker 1: rubber it right check l five of my friends go
- 44:06Speaker 1: to jail. I'm pretty much nervous, right right. That's your crew.
- 44:11Speaker 1: That is your crew. That is it? Coming up next, man,
- 44:14Speaker 1: we're gonna switch gears and a nephew, Timmy, gonna be
- 44:17Speaker 1: here to with today's prank phone call. Right after this,
- 44:20Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harby Morning Show. All right, everybody,
- 44:24Speaker 1: we're back listen. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 44:26Speaker 1: right about four minutes after today's strawberry letter, the subject
- 44:31Speaker 1: he left my sister for my girlfriend. He left my
- 44:35Speaker 1: stif for my girlfriend. It's gonna be a good winner.
- 44:40Speaker 1: But a nephew, Tims. He's here with today's prank phone call.

- 49:43Speaker 1: it or whatever, but it says paid him. What you
- 49:46Speaker 1: said it was paid in full? So you mean to
- 49:48Speaker 1: kill me this fool that bought a car for his
- 49:51Speaker 1: ex wife and paid in full of his ninety thousand?
- 49:54Speaker 1: Now was that? I mean? I really want you to
- 49:56Speaker 1: try to explain that to me? Is that what you're saying? Man?
- 49:58Speaker 1: Im you you asking me to explain some stuff that
- 50:01Speaker 1: seems like he needs to be explaining to you. Have
- 50:06Speaker 1: had information that I need to know. I'm trying to

- 54:50Speaker 1: That's too much. Buckle up, hold on tight here it
- 54:56Speaker 1: is Strawberry letter. Man, you ain't proper. Let's subject He
- 55:02Speaker 1: left my sister for my girlfriend? Did Stephen Shirley. I'm
- 55:11Speaker 1: a twenty eight year old man, and I need your
- 55:14Speaker 1: advice because the only way I know how to solve
- 55:16Speaker 1: a problem like mine is with my fist. My best
- 55:21Speaker 1: friend since college started dating my sister year ago. I
- 55:25Speaker 1: wasn't cool with it at first, but he came to
- 55:27Speaker 1: me first and promised me he'd take good care of
- 55:30Speaker 1: her because he knows I don't play about my sister.
- 55:34Speaker 1: My sister was happy, so I was happy. Well. I'd
- 55:39Speaker 1: all changed. Two weeks ago, when a small group of
- 55:44Speaker 1: my college buddies came to my house for my girlfriend's birthday.
- 55:51Speaker 1: We had a lot to drink, we smoked a little weed.
- 55:54Speaker 1: I was feeling good and laid back, so I didn't
- 55:57Speaker 1: notice at first that my girlfriend and best friend were missing. Now,
- 56:05Speaker 1: my sister was drunk and asleep in my room. I
- 56:10Speaker 1: thought maybe my best friend left, so I went outside
- 56:13Speaker 1: to see if his car was gone. I noticed he
- 56:16Speaker 1: was sitting in his car and it looked like he
- 56:19Speaker 1: was passed out drunk. So I walked up to the
- 56:23Speaker 1: car and I saw a girl's head in his lap. God,
- 56:28Speaker 1: I hit the window. The girl popped up and I
- 56:32Speaker 1: saw it was my girlfriend. She jumped out the car
- 56:38Speaker 1: ran down the street. My best friend spared off, stopped
- 56:43Speaker 1: near the corner to pick my girlfriend up. I called
- 56:48Speaker 1: her all night until I finally passed out. I got
- 56:53Speaker 1: a call the next morning from my girlfriend, and my
- 56:57Speaker 1: best friend was on the phone too. They apologize for
- 57:04Speaker 1: how I found out that they had been messing around,
- 57:07Speaker 1: and they told me they wanted to be together. Then
- 57:14Speaker 1: he asked me if I could talk to my sister
- 57:17Speaker 1: for him. I cursed him out and hung up. I
- 57:24Speaker 1: woke my little sister up and told her what was
- 57:26Speaker 1: going on. She was devastated. Should I move on and
- 57:31Speaker 1: let this go or trust my street instincts and beat
- 57:36Speaker 1: his ass from my little sister? Yea, all right, Steve.
- 57:42Speaker 1: I mean, you know your best friend David your little
- 57:44Speaker 1: sister in college. You didn't like it. She was happy,
- 57:46Speaker 1: things were good. You had a party for your girlfriend.
- 57:50Speaker 1: Later on, you busted your best friend and your girlfriend
- 57:54Speaker 1: sleeping in the car with her head on his lap.
- 57:57Speaker 1: They took off, she went ning down the street. You
- 58:01Speaker 1: broke the news to your little sister. She was heartbroken.
- 58:04Speaker 1: So they finally called you and admitted they were together,
- 58:09Speaker 1: but apologize to you about how you found out. So
- 58:13Speaker 1: you want to know if you should go and kick
- 58:15Speaker 1: your best friends behind for your little sister. Listen, it's
- 58:22Speaker 1: just a waste of time. It really will be a
- 58:25Speaker 1: waste of time. They didn't have the decency to let
- 58:28Speaker 1: you know things up front. You had to find out,
- 58:31Speaker 1: like like you were on an episode of Cheaters. Your
- 58:35Speaker 1: girlfriend she ran away down the street. She was totally
- 58:40Speaker 1: totally wrong for that. And please don't get into that.
- 58:43Speaker 1: Don't fight, as you know, it's just not good. Violence
- 58:47Speaker 1: is not good in this situation. You're fighting for somebody
- 58:50Speaker 1: who doesn't want you, for somebody who doesn't want your
- 58:53Speaker 1: little sister. Move on, find someone who loves you. Tell
- 58:57Speaker 1: your little sister to do the same thing. It'll take time,
- 59:01Speaker 1: but it's your ex best friend, your ex best friend,
- 59:05Speaker 1: and your ex girlfriend. They aren't worth it. Move on.
- 59:10Speaker 1: This is he a car caller. He called caller saying
- 59:14Speaker 1: this is not you're fighting for somebody that don't want you. Steve,
- 59:22Speaker 1: that's a nice response you gave caller. But there's a
- 59:26Speaker 1: line in this show. They're line in this letter that
- 59:30Speaker 1: I I so am attracted to what he said. The
- 59:36Speaker 1: only way I know how to solve a problem like
- 59:37Speaker 1: this is with my fish. I knew you was gonna
- 59:41Speaker 1: pick up on that. I happen to see no other
- 59:45Speaker 1: way to resolve this at all. I can't see avoiding
- 59:52Speaker 1: this ass whoroping under no circumstance. Now, I ain't gonna
- 59:57Speaker 1: tell it to you right now, but when we come back,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna help you understand why completely mm hmm. To
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: justify why I'm gonna say or have said what I said.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: It's just as simple as that. It's very It's all
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: in the letter. Justification is in the letter, and as
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: I read it, I'm gonna show you how this ass
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: wipe was building up throughout the letter. Okay, don't tell
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: them no motive. We gonna have part two of this asshi.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: I mean this letter coming up at three minute after
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: the hour. I'm sorry you're listening to Okay, let's up.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Let's gonna get to it. Man, just tell them to
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: go in. I'm gonna recap it, but listen to me. Huh.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna read this letter, and I don't need to
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: recap it because of where I'm gonna read this letter. Yeah, oh,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: I won't. Uh, Jay, Anthony Brown, Tommy and Kill. As
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: I read to letter. When I pause, I want y'all
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: to say the words Saul, Saul, Saul, and I'm gonna
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: show you how Saul. I'm gonna show you how this
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: letter builds up to what I'm suggesting he do. All Right,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: here we go, this twenty eight year old man, and
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: I need advice. And only way I know how to
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: solve a problem like mine is with my fists. My
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: best friend since college started dating my sister a year ago. Now,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: I wasn't cool with it at first, but he came
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: to me and promised me he take good care of
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: her because he knows I don't play about my sister,
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: save I tell it to you in the future so
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: you can get into it. First. My sister was happy,
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: so I was happy that all changed two weeks ago,
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: sah See, this is building Another when a group of
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: my college buddies came to my house for my girlfriend's birthday,
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: we had a lot to drink, we smoked a little way,
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: and I was feeling good and laid back, so I
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: didn't notice at first that my girlfriend and best friend
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: were missing. Now, just so I can want you to
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: understand what's Saul. Saul is an acronym caller. We're building
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: up to the sau saul stands for severe and squiping.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: This we saw it. We saw wood. He saw in
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: the wood. This story is a chop of wood. We
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: saw it. My sister was drunk and asleep in my room.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Saw so I thought maybe my best friend left. So
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: I went outside to see if his car was gone.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: So I noticed he was sitting in his car and
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: it looked like it just looked like to me, he
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: was passed out drunk. You know, the seat was reclined,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: his head was back, and his mouth was widled. So,
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: see that's passed out. He wasn't his head killed to
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: His head was back, mouth wide open. I walked up
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: to the girl and I saw a girl's head it
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: his lap. So my day. Oh so now I'm first
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: I'm thinking to myself, my boy dog out hill putting
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: Neil work. You know that my dog love dogging. I
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: wasn't sure if he was passed out or not. So
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: I hit the window. The girl popped up, and I'll
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: be damned. So the girl that popped up was my
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: damn girl. Now at this point in the letter, my
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: best friend sped off, stopped near the corner to pick
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: my girlfriend up. Let's back up for a minute when
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: I'm not on the window, and the girl popped up
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: and I saw it was my girlfriend. Ain't nobody going
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: no damn dam an, nobody jumping out the car. Ain't
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: nobody speeding off. You ain't dropping it in gil, you
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: ain't putting it in reverse, You ain't running down no
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: damn street. Oh that's fitting to happen right in the driveway.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: So let me get back to the saut letter. The
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: girl popped up and I saw it was my girlfriend.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: She jumped out, the car ran down the street. My
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: best friend spared off and stopped near the corner to
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: pick my girlfriend up quick, calling her your girlfriend. I
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: called her all night until I finally passed out. I
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: got a call the next morning for my girlfriend and
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: my best friend was on the phone too. So way
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: they apologize for how I find out, and they have
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: been messing around, and they told me they wanted to
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: be together. South. Oh give this pack ass gonna ask me?
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: Can I talk to my sister fund him South South?
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: I custom out and hung up. Then I go in here.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: I gotta wake up my little sister and tell her
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: what's going on. She devastated. Should I move on and
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: let it go or trust my street and his team
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: and beat his ass from my little sister. You can
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: whip his ass for your little sister, and we call
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: it himself your damn Fred for being over your house,
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: for drinking you all your liquor, smoking up your weed.

- 1:21:12Speaker 1: saying it all week. We were saying it today today,
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: thirty three days until election day, November third. Earlier this week, Tuesday,
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: we watched the debate. We all watched it. We were exhausted.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: It was unbelievable. We were in shock to see the
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: president at the level that he was. It was embarrassing. Actually,
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: But I want you to go to vote dot org
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: and register to vote. Listen. We've been telling y'all vote
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: dot org. Steve. Last week on National Voter Registration Day,
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: one point five million new voters registered at vote dot org.
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: One point five million new voters. Outstanding job. But we
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: need something now that's right there listening to this show
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: right now, to join them, join your friends, join your
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: family members. Is not too late. Go to vote dot
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: org and register to vote. It's not too late. Some
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: states still allow you to do it. Okay, now, all right, listen, everybody,
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: We are in a position here to make a difference
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: for those of my listeners who have relatives are making
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: the statement that my vote don't count. Your vote doesn't
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: count only when you don't cast it. They count, every
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: last one of them, and the more of us to
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: take the attitude that we're gonna honor our ancestors and
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: forefathers for dying to give us this right to vote,
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: to be a part of the decision making process in
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: this country. We have to vote. Now, I'm talking to
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: that person. Now, I want to talk to the person
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: that's out there protesting for Black Lives Matter. I want
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: to say thank you. I want to commend you for
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: your efforts. I want to commend you for your peaceful protests.
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: I understand anger, I really really do. I have had
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: many bouts of that in my lifetime. But these peaceful
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: protesters are moving the needle in the right direction in
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: order to get what you have been marching about, in
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: order to get what we have been complaining about, in
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: order to bring about what we have known since we
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: got here over four hundred years old, that there is
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: racism in this country, and that we have been a participant,
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: at a victim of it the entire time we've been here.
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: None of us are immune to this, none of us.
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: I've yet to see the vaccine for racism. We are
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: all affected by. I don't care how much money you get.
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: That will come a time when you will be faced
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: with it. Now in light of this right here, if
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: you are angry about the way things have gone. The
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: only way to get black lives to really matter, the
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: only way to get them to really really respect us.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: The only way to bring about all the changes that
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: we've been marching for is to vote. Marching draws attentions
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: and raises the issue and shows the power at be
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: that we are aware of this and we are sick
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: of this. But nothing sends the message clearer than when
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: we vote. Because I'm telling you, everybody touts the African
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: American vote. We got to start controlling it. Everybody wants it.
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: Biden's campaign was dead and to Claybourn brought it back
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: to life in the Carolinas. It was dead in the water. Man.
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: We are very very powerful voting block. People of color
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: can determine what happens in this country. If you are
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: sick and tired of what you've been watching, of what
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: you've had to witness, of what you've been hearing, of
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: the way that this president behaves, that he won't denounce
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: white supremacy, He won't. He didn't do it. They gave
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: him a chance. He pays less taxes than you do,
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: and he keeps saying because he's smart. Set me tell
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: you something, man, That's why the Democrats are always talking
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: about we're gonna make rich people pay their fair share
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: because they know that the super rich have a bought
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: a lot of loopholes as they can jump through. But
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: all of the loopholes that you jump through are not
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: clearly legal. I'm just gonna share that with you, because
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: if you claim to be a billionaire and you make
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: all this money, but you're telling me you pay seven
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: hundred and fifteen because you took losses, how do you
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: explain your own plane, your condos, your high rises, your
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: state down in Florida. Are y'all kidding me? Come on
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: your own. We're gonna make a difference. We all can
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: make a difference. We have got to vote. I'm proud
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: of the basketball players at NBA to the NFL. I've
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: never seen these many athletes involved. I've never seen these
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: many performers involved. I've never seen these many non African
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: Americans evolved for a cause that affects people of color.
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: But we have a chance to make the real difference
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: at the polls. Let's get to the polls and vote.
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: He has to go. I don't want another full years
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: of cutting on CNN. See what he did today. I'm
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: tired of his tweets. You can't tweet from jail oh Man.
