- 0:01Speaker 1: I've learned that cole me was actually very much involved
- 0:05Speaker 1: in the Russia investigation in a very negative way. And
- 0:08Speaker 1: chances are this DOJ has every single email, every text message,
- 0:13Speaker 1: every communication. I believe likely he will be found guilty.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Wait what what I believe likely committed?
- 0:20Speaker 2: If you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
- 0:23Speaker 2: Ben ferguson.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Good Monday morning, nice have you with us on the
- 0:26Speaker 3: forty seven Morning Update, and we've got two big stories
- 0:29Speaker 3: for you. First up, Democrats going after Donald Trump now
- 0:33Speaker 3: saying that this is vengeance prosecutions going after James Comy. Well,
- 0:39Speaker 3: we have new information showing that is absolutely not true,
- 0:43Speaker 3: and I'll explain that to you coming up in just
- 0:45Speaker 3: a moment. Also, Googling YouTube are now claiming they're letting
- 0:49Speaker 3: conservatives back online even though they were silencing in censoring
- 0:55Speaker 3: them in the past. So what does this really mean
- 0:57Speaker 3: for free speech and conservatives. I'll explain that to you
- 1:00Speaker 3: as well. But first I want to talk to you
- 1:02Speaker 3: about my friends over at Patriot Mobile. You've got a
- 1:05Speaker 3: lot of choices for cell phone service, with new ones
- 1:08Speaker 3: popping up all the time, But if you want to
- 1:11Speaker 3: make a difference and you want to stop giving your
- 1:13Speaker 3: money to liberal companies. Well, one way you can do
- 1:16Speaker 3: that is by getting rid of Liberal mobile you probably
- 1:20Speaker 3: have right now. That is where hundreds of thousands of
- 1:23Speaker 3: Americans are now coming together and have made Patriot Mobile
- 1:26Speaker 3: what they are today. They've been in service now for
- 1:29Speaker 3: thirteen years and right now is the best time ever
- 1:34Speaker 3: to switch because it's never been easier. Now, before I
- 1:37Speaker 3: tell you about that, I want you to know why
- 1:39Speaker 3: switching is so important because every time you make a call,
- 1:42Speaker 3: every time you send a text, and every time that
- 1:44Speaker 3: you pay your bill, you're actually standing up for the
- 1:46Speaker 3: values you believe in, your First and your Second Amendment rights,
- 1:50Speaker 3: the rights of unborn children, and you stand with our military,
- 1:53Speaker 3: our veterans, are wounded warriors, and our fallen soldier families.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Because Patriot Mobile takes about five percent of your bill
- 2:00Speaker 3: every month at no extra cost to you, and they
- 2:03Speaker 3: give it back to these organizations that fight for our values. Now,
- 2:07Speaker 3: let's talk about switching. It has never been easier. You
- 2:10Speaker 3: can keep your same number, keep your same phone, or upgrade.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Patriot Mobile's got a one hundred percent US based customer
- 2:17Speaker 3: service team and literally they can now with technology get
- 2:20Speaker 3: you activated in minutes from the comforty your home or
- 2:23Speaker 3: your office. You're second a contract or owe money on
- 2:26Speaker 3: your phones, no worries. Patriot Mobile has a contract buyout
- 2:30Speaker 3: program and this is how we win, folks by aligning
- 2:33Speaker 3: our spending with our values. Every dollar we spend matters. Now,
- 2:38Speaker 3: let me also give you a free month of service.

- 3:04Speaker 3: patriotma dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to
- 3:07Speaker 3: two Patriot. It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Right now story number one.
- 3:13Speaker 3: As you know, James Comy has been indicted. The question
- 3:17Speaker 3: is what happens next? Well, how did we get to
- 3:21Speaker 3: where we are now is also a question that many
- 3:24Speaker 3: are asking, And I want to take you back to
- 3:27Speaker 3: two thousand and eighteen. Catherine Heritage, who has done extensive
- 3:32Speaker 3: reporting on James Comy had this to say back then,
- 3:37Speaker 3: listen carefully to the word she chooses.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Amazing.
- 3:41Speaker 5: Exchange to me is when you had Director Comy confirmed
- 3:45Speaker 5: that he shared those memos documenting conversations with the president
- 3:48Speaker 5: with three other people, so the Columbia professor, that's what
- 3:52Speaker 5: he testified to. Also, he describes his personal attorineing Patrick Fitzgerald,
- 3:57Speaker 5: and then this other attorney. What's key here is that
- 3:59Speaker 5: he told you, Brett, that those memos were returned to
- 4:02Speaker 5: the FBI after they've found classified information. He can call
- 4:06Speaker 5: it whatever he wants. That is a classified spill of information.
- 4:10Speaker 5: Doesn't matter whether they have clearances, they didn't have the
- 4:13Speaker 5: ability to secure that information.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Sure, you listen to that, and you go back at
- 4:18Speaker 3: the timeline, and now you understand a lot of where
- 4:21Speaker 3: we're going with this case. You also have this post
- 4:25Speaker 3: from Catherine Rriage based on my two decades covering the
- 4:29Speaker 3: FBI and the Justice Department. A thin indictment suggests a
- 4:33Speaker 3: holding charge with the potential of a more complex superseding
- 4:38Speaker 3: indictment that adds more charges. As you know, the media
- 4:43Speaker 3: has been claiming that this is a nothing burger that
- 4:46Speaker 3: there's nothing there, that this is a weak indictment, which
- 4:49Speaker 3: is exactly why I am bringing this up for you now.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Heritage went on to say this is not only possible,
- 4:56Speaker 3: but plausible in Comy's case, based on the recently declassified
- 5:01Speaker 3: FBI leak investigation caspitel code name Arctic Hayes. The Arctic
- 5:09Speaker 3: Hayes records reveal several FBI senior leaders and Columbia law
- 5:14Speaker 3: professor Daniel Richmond said they coordinated media leaks at Comy's direction.
- 5:21Speaker 3: The former FBI Chief of Staff James Baker, former FBI
- 5:26Speaker 3: General Counsel Andrew McCain, the former deputy director Daniel Richmond,
- 5:31Speaker 3: and a Columbia law professor August fourteenth. I was among
- 5:35Speaker 3: the first to report on Arctic Hayes, she says, and
- 5:38Speaker 3: she's absolutely right. Now. Democrats have no desire for you
- 5:43Speaker 3: to know any of the background that I just gave you.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Why because they are afraid that this is going to
- 5:49Speaker 3: become an even bigger issue, and that's why they're trying
- 5:53Speaker 3: to act as if this is something that is quickly
- 5:56Speaker 3: going to disappear, that there is actually nothing there, that
- 6:00Speaker 3: there is nothing that you should be worried about and
- 6:04Speaker 3: that this is somehow just vengeful law enforcement. In fact,
- 6:08Speaker 3: that's the Democratic talking points. Senator Amy Klobachar putting it
- 6:13Speaker 3: this way on face the nation, as Democrats are trying
- 6:16Speaker 3: to spend their way out of this disaster.
- 6:19Speaker 6: You sit on the Judiciary Committee, so I want to
- 6:21Speaker 6: ask you about what's happening right now. Earlier this month,
- 6:24Speaker 6: the US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia, Eric Sebert,
- 6:27Speaker 6: resigned after failing to bring a case against New York
- 6:31Speaker 6: Attorney General Letitia James. We just spoke about her with
- 6:35Speaker 6: Robert Costa. Monday, Lindsay Halligan was sworn in as the
- 6:39Speaker 6: interim US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. She
- 6:42Speaker 6: has never prosecuted a case before. Three days into this
- 6:46Speaker 6: new job, she moved forward with the indictment of former
- 6:49Speaker 6: FBI Director James Comy on two counts. Have you spoken
- 6:53Speaker 6: to your fellow Republicans on the Judiciary Committee. Do they
- 6:56Speaker 6: have concerns about what's happening in Virginia?
- 6:59Speaker 7: Well, I plan I'm doing that this week. And what
- 7:02Speaker 7: I see this as a former prosecutor myself, this is
- 7:06Speaker 7: weaponizing the Justice Department basically taking a career prosecutor who
- 7:12Speaker 7: was recommended by the Republican governor of the state of Virginia,
- 7:16Speaker 7: clearly has Republican roots, who made a decision based on
- 7:21Speaker 7: the evidence over a period of months, made a decision.
- 7:25Speaker 7: Then he's pushed out, forced out so that the president
- 7:28Speaker 7: can install his own aid into the job. When I
- 7:32Speaker 7: questioned Attorney General Bondi during her confirmation hearing, she assured
- 7:37Speaker 7: me that politics would not play a role, that they
- 7:40Speaker 7: would make independent decisions. That is not what this is.
- 7:44Speaker 7: This is a vengeance prosecution. It is not about the law.
- 7:49Speaker 3: That is a spend that you're going to be receiving
- 7:51Speaker 3: for weeks and probably months. That this is a vengeful prosecution. Now,
- 7:57Speaker 3: to be clear, that is what Democrats did year after
- 8:01Speaker 3: year after year after year. They went after their political opponents,
- 8:06Speaker 3: their political enemies. They lied, They decided to try to
- 8:09Speaker 3: put people in jail, and to even go after the
- 8:12Speaker 3: president of the United States of America to the point
- 8:15Speaker 3: where he had how many different mug shots and how
- 8:17Speaker 3: many different indictments against him over and over again. But
- 8:22Speaker 3: now we're finding out about all the corruption with proof
- 8:25Speaker 3: of just how bad it's actually gotten. We also know
- 8:29Speaker 3: the Democrats are trying to move now to shut down
- 8:32Speaker 3: the government, so maybe you won't be paying attention to
- 8:36Speaker 3: James Comy. And as they're trying to shut down the government,
- 8:41Speaker 3: they're saying, somehow this is Donald Trump's fault. Hakeem Jeffries
- 8:46Speaker 3: saying this about a possible government shut down and saying
- 8:50Speaker 3: it's all Donald Trump's fault.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Oh, you haven't had any formal meetings with President Trump.
- 8:55Speaker 4: You're around him during inauguration of obviously met him. What
- 8:59Speaker 4: are your ex expectations from this meeting and can you compromise?
- 9:03Speaker 8: Well, Donald Trump has taken a go at a loan
- 9:05Speaker 8: approach from the very beginning of this Congress, and unfortunately,
- 9:09Speaker 8: my colleagues on the Republican side of the aisle have
- 9:11Speaker 8: behaved not as a separate and co equal branch of
- 9:14Speaker 8: government and a check in balance on an out of
- 9:16Speaker 8: control executive branch, but as a consistent rubber stant for
- 9:20Speaker 8: Donald Trump's extreme agenda. Our view going into the meeting
- 9:23Speaker 8: is that we want to find bipartisan common ground, to
- 9:26Speaker 8: find a spending agreement that avoids a government shutdown and
- 9:30Speaker 8: actually meets the needs of the American people in terms
- 9:33Speaker 8: of their health, their safety, and their economic will be if.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I had this is the Democratic Party's new agenda. It's
- 9:40Speaker 3: an extreme agenda. I agree with Hakeem Jeffries. The only
- 9:43Speaker 3: difference is he's saying that Donald Trump's extreme, when what
- 9:46Speaker 3: Democrats are now trying to do is say, Okay, maybe
- 9:49Speaker 3: we'll have a government shutdown so you won't pay attention
- 9:51Speaker 3: to everything else that's actually going on. You even hear
- 9:55Speaker 3: the hosts there saying that this is well kind of
- 9:58Speaker 3: shocking that they're designed the going to move this way.
- 10:01Speaker 3: And what does Jeffery say. He doubled down on it
- 10:04Speaker 3: and says, well, they're just a rubber stamp for the Republicans.
- 10:08Speaker 3: So if you want to know how big of a
- 10:10Speaker 3: deal the James Comby indictment is, I believe it's such
- 10:14Speaker 3: a big deal. The Democrats are now doing anything they
- 10:17Speaker 3: can to try to change the subject. They are terrified
- 10:22Speaker 3: that this is going to turn into a big black
- 10:25Speaker 3: eye for them. They are terrified that there's a chance
- 10:28Speaker 3: there could be more to this indictment than this the
- 10:31Speaker 3: simplistic aspect that they're trying to describe it. They're also
- 10:36Speaker 3: terrified that if he does go to prison, that there
- 10:39Speaker 3: could be others that could come down around James Comy,
- 10:43Speaker 3: that would be other democratic operatives. So just know, as
- 10:47Speaker 3: this story continues to grow, and as the former FBI
- 10:53Speaker 3: director goes to a trial, as he describes it, that
- 10:56Speaker 3: there is a very good chance the Democrat will do
- 11:00Speaker 3: anything they can to try to bait and switch you
- 11:03Speaker 3: into caring about something else. So pay attention to this
- 11:07Speaker 3: as it continues to happen. We're certainly going to keep
- 11:10Speaker 3: you updated on it here because it is maybe one
- 11:14Speaker 3: of the most important stories of this entire administration and
- 11:18Speaker 3: the corruption of the last administration. Now story number two,
- 11:23Speaker 3: there is a story the media is not talking about,
- 11:26Speaker 3: and that is exactly why we're going to expose it
- 11:28Speaker 3: right now. And the fact is this, Google is now
- 11:33Speaker 3: confirming that the Biden administration pressured it to censor Donald
- 11:41Speaker 3: Trump and other conservatives on a multitude of issues. Google
- 11:46Speaker 3: now confessing that the Biden administration pressed their words not mine,
- 11:52Speaker 3: the tech giant as well as you two, to censor
- 11:55Speaker 3: content the government felt was COVID nineteen miss information that,
- 12:01Speaker 3: according to a letter released by Jim Jordan, the parent
- 12:05Speaker 3: company of Google and YouTube, known as Alphabet, is now
- 12:10Speaker 3: urging those counterculture voices to quote rejoin if they were
- 12:16Speaker 3: kicked off the platform for violating the now abandoned rules
- 12:20Speaker 3: on what content creators could say about COVID nineteen and
- 12:25Speaker 3: election integrity. Alphabet attorney Daniel Donovan shared the shocking admission
- 12:31Speaker 3: Tuesday while speaking to the House Judiciary Committee. The Biden administration,
- 12:36Speaker 3: Donovan wrote created a political atmosphere that sought to influence
- 12:41Speaker 3: the actions of platforms based on their concerns regarding their
- 12:47Speaker 3: decision to describe things as quote misinformation. They went on
- 12:51Speaker 3: to also admit this it is unacceptable and wrong when
- 12:56Speaker 3: any government, including the Biden administration, attempts to dictate how
- 13:00Speaker 3: the company moderates content, and the company has consistently fought
- 13:04Speaker 3: against those efforts on First Amendment grounds. Senior Biden officials,
- 13:09Speaker 3: including the White House officials, conducted, repeated, they said, and
- 13:14Speaker 3: sustained outreach to Alphabet, the company that owns Google and YouTube.
- 13:20Speaker 3: They consistently reached out and pressed the company regarding certain
- 13:25Speaker 3: user generated content related to COVID nineteen pandemic that did
- 13:30Speaker 3: not violate its policies, while the company continued to develop
- 13:34Speaker 3: and enforce its policies, independently. The Biden administration officials continued
- 13:39Speaker 3: to press the company to remove non violated user generated content. Now,
- 13:45Speaker 3: let's be clear, these companies could have stood up to
- 13:48Speaker 3: the Biden administration. They chose not to, and now they're
- 13:52Speaker 3: acting like they had no choice but to fall to
- 13:55Speaker 3: the government pressure of the Biden regime. Now, several members
- 13:59Speaker 3: of the current Trump administration had videos pulled on topics
- 14:03Speaker 3: that covered COVID nineteen and the twenty twenty election, including
- 14:07Speaker 3: current FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino and also White House
- 14:12Speaker 3: counter Terrorism Chief Sebastian Gorka. YouTube takes seriously. The company
- 14:17Speaker 3: now claims the importance of protecting free expression and access
- 14:22Speaker 3: to a range of viewpoints. YouTube values conservative voices on
- 14:27Speaker 3: its platform and recognizes that these creators have extensive reach
- 14:31Speaker 3: and play an important role in civic discourse. They're now claiming. Now,
- 14:36Speaker 3: let's also be clear. If you want to know just
- 14:39Speaker 3: how much the media is involved in silencing and censoring people,
- 14:43Speaker 3: let me just remind you of what the late night
- 14:46Speaker 3: hosts we're saying and celebrating Silicon Valley censoring Donald Trump.
- 14:52Speaker 3: This is a montage of the Big Six that were
- 14:54Speaker 3: on Late Night television, the same six that are crying
- 14:58Speaker 3: when Jimmy Kimmel got a a vacation suspension and are
- 15:02Speaker 3: now saying that they're in favor of free speech no
- 15:05Speaker 3: matter what. Well, we've got the tape and that's a lie.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Take a listen.
- 15:09Speaker 9: It's been suspended from Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and even Snapchat.
- 15:13Speaker 9: But for this president, sill plenty of apps you do
- 15:17Speaker 9: have access to. You still have Spotify to drown out
- 15:20Speaker 9: the sound of millions of people cheering as you leave. Google,
- 15:23Speaker 9: Apple and Amazon removed the Parlor app from their platforms.
- 15:27Speaker 9: Parlor is where all the right wingers gather to post
- 15:31Speaker 9: qann sense and misspel the word Parlor. Trumpers are complaining
- 15:35Speaker 9: bitterly that they're being silenced. They, in fact, they won't
- 15:37Speaker 9: shut up about being silenced.
- 15:39Speaker 6: I love having Donald Trump off Twitter, not to mention
- 15:41Speaker 6: all the other toxic racists and conspiracy theorists that have
- 15:44Speaker 6: been booted off.
- 15:45Speaker 10: Oo damn a lifetime Twitter ban has got a sting.
- 15:50Speaker 10: They took away his precious Twitter isn't the only social
- 15:53Speaker 10: media site that wants nothing to do with our president.
- 15:55Speaker 10: He's also been banned or restricted from a bevy of
- 15:57Speaker 10: other platforms. Including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Reddit, and even Twitch.
- 16:03Speaker 10: What are you waiting for? Porn Hub? It's not a coincidence,
- 16:06Speaker 10: it's a consequence. I know it's hard for you to
- 16:09Speaker 10: recognize it because you've never faced one before.
- 16:12Speaker 11: Lifetime ban Trump's basically the Pete Rose of social media.
- 16:22Speaker 11: Right now, Trump's phone is stuffed into a pile of
- 16:25Speaker 11: rice after being drenched with tears. In addition to Twitter,
- 16:28Speaker 11: Trump has been banned or restricted from Apple, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, Stripe, Discord,
- 16:40Speaker 11: and Shopify. Trump started this year thinking he should be
- 16:43Speaker 11: on Mount Rushmore. Now he can't even get on Instagram.
- 16:45Speaker 12: However, our lives changed since Trump has been banned from Twitter. Well,
- 16:51Speaker 12: I thought we'd take a quick look outside and see
- 16:55Speaker 12: has the world changed since our president has been banned
- 16:59Speaker 12: from Twitter. Let's just look outside and see what's going on.
- 17:14Speaker 4: I like it.
- 17:15Speaker 13: Elon Musk is in the middle of purchasing Twitter Well today,
- 17:18Speaker 13: Musk said that one of the first things he would
- 17:20Speaker 13: do after the acquisition goes through is lift the permanent
- 17:24Speaker 13: Twitter ban on Donald Trump. So you are banning Trump?
- 17:28Speaker 7: Was like one of the.
- 17:29Speaker 13: Few clicked almost good things Twitter has done in like
- 17:32Speaker 13: a decade is that Donald Trump is a scam account.
- 17:36Speaker 13: It's all a scam.
- 17:39Speaker 3: All It's a scam that is late night demanding and
- 17:44Speaker 3: celebrating the silencing of people they disagreed with, the same
- 17:48Speaker 3: thing they were crying about this past week when someone
- 17:52Speaker 3: actually lied on TV about the shooter that took out
- 17:56Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk. So always remember, whatever ever it is they're
- 18:00Speaker 3: saying is happening to them, is probably exactly what they've
- 18:04Speaker 3: been advocating for for years.
