Tonight, my special guest is investigator and author William Ramsey who's here to discuss the very chilling phenomena of The Smiley Face Murders.During a night out with friends on January 25, 2017, 23-year-old Dakota James left his friends at a bar on Liberty Avenuein downtown Pittsburgh. James was presumably going home to the north side of Pittsburgh. Surveillance camera footage from the Cultural District caught James walking through Katz Plaza as well as down an alley toward Fort Duquesne Boulevard.
