Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Major Hostage Deal: 50 Israeli Women & Children to be Freed, but Hamas Given Time and Fuel to Rebuild, plus Biden's Woke War on 'Racist Roads'
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict of Center Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you. Obviously,
- 0:05Speaker 2: many of you are going to be on the road
- 0:07Speaker 2: as you're listening to this. Be safe with your family
- 0:10Speaker 2: over Thanksgiving. And there is some good news. There are
- 0:14Speaker 2: is a ceasefire that has been announced. Israel has approved
- 0:18Speaker 2: a ceasefire with Hamas. We're being told that fifty hostages
- 0:23Speaker 2: are set to be released. Senator, this is obviously a
- 0:28Speaker 2: significant movement. They're saying it would be a five day ceasefire.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Tell us everything that you know.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Well, the Israeli cabinet announced this yesterday and it is
- 0:37Speaker 3: a deal that they have negotiated with Hamas that Hamas
- 0:40Speaker 3: has committed to releasing fifty hostages, women and children. Israelis
- 0:46Speaker 3: that they captured and that's reason to celebrate. I have
- 0:51Speaker 3: to tell you I have sat down with multiple family
- 0:54Speaker 3: members of hostages who were taken in Israel, and it
- 0:57Speaker 3: is truly horrific. Over two hundred hostages were taken and
- 1:01Speaker 3: every one of them right now is praying that their
- 1:04Speaker 3: loved ones, that their wives, their mothers, their daughters, their
- 1:08Speaker 3: children are among the fifty.
- 1:11Speaker 1: That are set to be released. That is a big deal.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Now, the Israeli war cabinet debated for five hours about
- 1:19Speaker 3: whether to do this, and the reason they debated for
- 1:21Speaker 3: five hours is any time that you are negotiating in
- 1:26Speaker 3: exchange for hostages, you are giving up significant things, and
- 1:29Speaker 3: that there are serious downsides to this deal. But the
- 1:37Speaker 3: Israeli government has decided it's in their interest to make
- 1:40Speaker 3: this deal. The downsides are as follows number one, and
- 1:43Speaker 3: in exchange for the fifty hostages being released, Israel has
- 1:50Speaker 3: apparently committed to releasing one hundred and fifty Palestinians that
- 1:54Speaker 3: are in jail, and according to the terms of the agreement,
- 1:58Speaker 3: the Palestinians being least are also women and children. Now,
- 2:03Speaker 3: on the face of it, Israel doesn't take hostages, so
- 2:06Speaker 3: these are not civilians that were taken as hostages, but
- 2:08Speaker 3: rather they are criminals who were arrested for committing crimes,
- 2:14Speaker 3: and presumably crimes directly related to terrorism. And so even
- 2:18Speaker 3: though they are described as children, we have not as
- 2:23Speaker 3: have yet seen the list of the one hundred and
- 2:25Speaker 3: fifty Palestinians to be released, and Hamas with regularity, uses
- 2:31Speaker 3: teenagers uses sixteen seventeen year olds to commit acts of terrorism,
- 2:35Speaker 3: so it is entirely possible that among those one hundred
- 2:38Speaker 3: and fifty being released are a number of people who
- 2:42Speaker 3: have been terrorist and who, upon being released, will return
- 2:46Speaker 3: to being terrorist fighting with Hamas. We don't know that
- 2:49Speaker 3: for sure, but that is a very likely risk. In addition,
- 2:57Speaker 3: under the terms of the agreement, Israel is engaging in
- 3:00Speaker 3: a four day pause in fighting in Gaza, and so
- 3:04Speaker 3: it is stopping. Israel has been making major advances in
- 3:08Speaker 3: Gaza working to eliminate Hamas. The four day pause is
- 3:13Speaker 3: going to give Hamas time to restock, time to rebuild,
- 3:17Speaker 3: time to get stronger. And as a component of this deal,
- 3:21Speaker 3: Israel agreed to allow roughly three hundred AID trucks per
- 3:26Speaker 3: day into Gaza from Egypt. Now included in those AID
- 3:32Speaker 3: trucks will be fuel trucks, and that fuel will be
- 3:35Speaker 3: a significant benefit for Hamas. Hamas. Right now, many of
- 3:38Speaker 3: the Hamas terrorists are are hiding in tunnels in Gaza,
- 3:43Speaker 3: and those tunnels are are kept lighted and kept ventilated
- 3:49Speaker 3: using generators, and so they need the fuel to stay
- 3:52Speaker 3: in the tunnels to evade capture, to an evade being
- 3:56Speaker 3: taken out by the Israeli military, and so allowing that
- 4:00Speaker 3: much fuel to flow into Gaza enables Hamas to be stronger,
- 4:04Speaker 3: and so the consequence of this is it is going
- 4:07Speaker 3: to be more difficult to follow through on Israel's stated commitment,
- 4:11Speaker 3: a commitment that I believe is critical that they follow
- 4:13Speaker 3: through on to utterly eliminate Hamas because Hamas will become stronger.
- 4:18Speaker 3: But that being said, fifty hostages coming home is a big,
- 4:22Speaker 3: big deal, and so we should celebrate fifty hostages coming home.
- 4:28Speaker 2: When you talk about what this means for the future,
- 4:31Speaker 2: there's going to be some people that are going to
- 4:32Speaker 2: be very concerned over Okay, does this incentivize terrorist organizations,
- 4:37Speaker 2: not just Hamas but others to start taking hostages because
- 4:41Speaker 2: then you can use them to your advantage in the future.
- 4:43Speaker 2: When you know we've had a quote unquote policy if
- 4:46Speaker 2: we do not negotiate with hostages and with terrorists. Yet
- 4:50Speaker 2: clearly this administration and Biden administration has done that. We
- 4:53Speaker 2: saw it with Iran. We've also seen it with what
- 4:55Speaker 2: happened in Russia. For example, when we decided that we
- 4:59Speaker 2: would get back a NBA player but leave another man
- 5:02Speaker 2: over in Russia in that trade for the merchant of death.
- 5:05Speaker 2: This concerns me obviously from that perspective, from a national
- 5:10Speaker 2: security standpoint, for Americans, your reaction from that perspective.
- 5:15Speaker 3: So, look, of course, it incentivizes the taking of hostages.
- 5:18Speaker 3: And one of the tragedies this is what happens when
- 5:22Speaker 3: terrorists take hostages, is that it forces individuals and families.
- 5:26Speaker 3: It forces countries to make bad decisions and to make
- 5:30Speaker 3: sometimes terrible deals. Now, sometimes the deals are really terrible,
- 5:35Speaker 3: such as the Biden administration giving six billion dollars for
- 5:40Speaker 3: five American hostages, basically setting a bounty of one point
- 5:44Speaker 3: two billion dollars per American you take hostage. We don't
- 5:47Speaker 3: know if among these these fifty hostages being released, if
- 5:51Speaker 3: any of them are Americans. We do know that Hamas
- 5:54Speaker 3: on October seventh, and in the aftermath of it, murdered
- 5:57Speaker 3: thirty one Americans. We know roughly a dozen Americans are
- 6:01Speaker 3: held hostage. We don't know if any of these hostages
- 6:04Speaker 3: being released are Americans. But yes, and and and I
- 6:08Speaker 3: will say, look, Israel has has been in this situation before.
- 6:13Speaker 3: When you when you're fighting terrorists and they're taking hostages,
- 6:16Speaker 3: Israel is engaged in hostage negotiations. Israel is engaged in
- 6:21Speaker 3: prisoner exchanges before and then that's part of being a
- 6:24Speaker 3: nation at war. But I'm sure it is why the
- 6:27Speaker 3: Israeli War Cabinet debated and debated for five hours and
- 6:32Speaker 3: and and I'm sure this was not an easy decision,
- 6:36Speaker 3: uh And and it was not an easy decision because
- 6:39Speaker 3: because it does incentivize it does incentivize the taking of hostages.
- 6:45Speaker 3: In terms of the war cabinet, only three members of
- 6:49Speaker 3: the War Cabinet voted no. They were all ministers of
- 6:52Speaker 3: the Jewish Power Party, which is which is in Israeli
- 6:56Speaker 3: politics on the far right. There were another three ministers
- 7:02Speaker 3: of the religious Religious Zionist Party who before the meeting
- 7:07Speaker 3: said they were going to vote no, and they changed
- 7:10Speaker 3: their position after hearing from the heads of the security
- 7:13Speaker 3: services who recommended approving the deal. And and and I
- 7:17Speaker 3: know everyone in the Israeli government wrestled with this because,
- 7:22Speaker 3: as I said, this will may come as stronger. That
- 7:25Speaker 3: is a bad thing. But when fifty women and children
- 7:29Speaker 3: come home and hug their moms and dads, and hug
- 7:32Speaker 3: their brothers and sisters and and and hug their their
- 7:36Speaker 3: their husbands, that is an incredible thing. And that that
- 7:41Speaker 3: that is worth celebrating now. At the same time, while
- 7:47Speaker 3: we are celebrating the return of fifty hostages, we need
- 7:50Speaker 3: to remember that there are between one hundred and fifty
- 7:53Speaker 3: and two hundred additional hostages that are still being held.
- 7:57Speaker 3: And Prime Minister net Yahoo has said that if Hamas
- 8:02Speaker 3: continues releasing hostages that he will extend the pause in
- 8:08Speaker 3: the invasion of Gaza, and he will extend it at
- 8:12Speaker 3: a rate of ten hostages per day. So Hamas can
- 8:17Speaker 3: buy additional time by releasing hostages, and there's a trade off.
- 8:21Speaker 3: That's a horrible trade off, but it's worth remembering. Ben
- 8:26Speaker 3: Israel laid out two objectives in the days immediately following
- 8:31Speaker 3: October seventh. Number one was get the hostages back, get
- 8:34Speaker 3: them home, and this accomplishes a significant step towards that
- 8:39Speaker 3: there are still far too many hostages, but fifty hostages
- 8:42Speaker 3: coming home is a major step forward. But secondly, Israel
- 8:48Speaker 3: pledged to utterly and completely eliminate Hamas. That was the
- 8:52Speaker 3: right thing to do, and I will say I very
- 8:55Speaker 3: much hope that as this deal goes into effect that
- 9:01Speaker 3: we know we will see the global community and all
- 9:04Speaker 3: of the left and all of the global press and
- 9:06Speaker 3: all of the the woke press leaning on Israel not
- 9:11Speaker 3: to resume the invasion of Gaza, not to resume trying
- 9:16Speaker 3: to take out Hamas. And I very much fear the
- 9:20Speaker 3: Biden White House will will be the loudest among those
- 9:23Speaker 3: voices saying okay, enough, don't go after Hamas anymore. And
- 9:28Speaker 3: I think it will be incumbent on all of us
- 9:30Speaker 3: to say, once the four day agreed period is over,
- 9:34Speaker 3: once Amasa is stopped releasing hostages, Israel needs to finish
- 9:38Speaker 3: the taskt set out of eliminating Hamas.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I tell you what, man, the holidays are here. And
- 9:44Speaker 2: if you're like me, and you're already tired and you're
- 9:46Speaker 2: fatigued because of the holidays, shopping, the Black Friday shopping,

- 11:24Speaker 2: levels up to twenty percent over ninety days. How did
- 11:28Speaker 2: they come up with the fifty people that would be selected?
- 11:32Speaker 1: Was that coming from the Israeli side? Do we know that?
- 11:36Speaker 2: And then what is the total number of American hostages
- 11:39Speaker 2: at this point, what is that number count that we
- 11:42Speaker 2: have so far that are still waiting.
- 11:45Speaker 3: So on the second point, we don't have a firm number.
- 11:48Speaker 3: We know thirty one Americans were killed. We believe roughly
- 11:51Speaker 3: a dozen Americans were taken hostage. To date, four hostages
- 11:56Speaker 3: have been released, two of them were Americans, two of
- 11:58Speaker 3: them were Israelis. So we assume there are about ten
- 12:04Speaker 3: American hostages still in captivity. Some of them may be killed.
- 12:08Speaker 3: We don't know the status of them, and we don't
- 12:10Speaker 3: have an exact count, but it is in It is
- 12:14Speaker 3: in the range of ten American hostages and two who
- 12:18Speaker 3: have already been released and thirty one who were murdered
- 12:21Speaker 3: on October seventh.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Well, I want to ask you also about some of
- 12:25Speaker 2: the videos that have been coming out, and I think
- 12:28Speaker 2: it's really important that we highlight this because so many
- 12:31Speaker 2: center in the media have been refusing to talk about this.
- 12:35Speaker 2: And that is the extensive tunnel system that now clearly
- 12:39Speaker 2: is under the hospital in Gaza. And also now we
- 12:45Speaker 2: know that some of these hostages were taken to that
- 12:49Speaker 2: hospital after they were taken hostage. It is very clear,
- 12:53Speaker 2: it's obvious that this hospital in Gaza that everyone had
- 12:59Speaker 2: heard about the apparently Israel bomb which didn't actually happen,
- 13:04Speaker 2: has clearly been used in essence like a base for
- 13:07Speaker 2: hamas a human shield for Hamas. And the tunnel system
- 13:11Speaker 2: which they have now been able to find that is
- 13:13Speaker 2: going in and out that hospital is incredibly an intensive
- 13:18Speaker 2: underground network, and some of this fuel, like you mentioned,
- 13:21Speaker 2: goes directly to turning those lights on in the ventilation
- 13:24Speaker 2: of that tunnel system which Israel has found and is
- 13:27Speaker 2: obviously trying to get rid of.
- 13:29Speaker 3: That is exactly right. And listen, this has been a
- 13:32Speaker 3: point that has been true for a long time. In fact,
- 13:35Speaker 3: nine years ago in twenty fourteen, I wrote an op
- 13:38Speaker 3: ed that was entitled a Tale of two hospitals, one
- 13:42Speaker 3: in Israel, one in Gaza, and I'll read you the
- 13:45Speaker 3: beginning of that op ed I wrote on July thirtieth,
- 13:48Speaker 3: or twenty fourteen. If you want to judge a nation,
- 13:52Speaker 3: look at how it treats its most vulnerable civilians. Hospitals
- 13:57Speaker 3: are a good place to Startah the largest hospital in
- 14:02Speaker 3: Gaza is housed in a converted British Army barracks, some
- 14:07Speaker 3: one hundred and twenty six miles north is Israel's Ziv
- 14:11Speaker 3: Medical Center in Zafat. Hamas, which controls Gaza, is using
- 14:18Speaker 3: the civilian population as human shields. The terrorist group has
- 14:22Speaker 3: placed its missiles in schools and mosques, and even more
- 14:26Speaker 3: deplorably burrowed its command center underneath the Al Shifa hospital.
- 14:32Speaker 3: Hamas's activities are taking place in plain sight. Just two
- 14:37Speaker 3: weeks ago, and mind you, this was back in twenty fourteen,
- 14:40Speaker 3: the Washington Post described Al Shifa as a quote de
- 14:44Speaker 3: facto headquarters for Hamas leaders. These terrorist facilities are of
- 14:49Speaker 3: course well known not only to the foreign journalists who
- 14:52Speaker 3: interview Hamas fighters there, but also to the Israelis, who
- 14:57Speaker 3: would by necessity consider such a location a legitimate target
- 15:01Speaker 3: for any action against Hamas. However, the terrorist group has
- 15:06Speaker 3: tried to immunize their headquarters by digging it under a hospital,
- 15:11Speaker 3: leaving Israel no option but to target Al Shifa if
- 15:15Speaker 3: they want to get rid of the Hamas terrorist leadership. Now,
- 15:18Speaker 3: as you noted, we've seen those videos. Now it's that
- 15:20Speaker 3: same hospital Al Shifa, and we've now seen the videos
- 15:24Speaker 3: of the tunnels going under that hospital. And they do
- 15:27Speaker 3: it deliberately because they're trying to place the IDF in
- 15:30Speaker 3: an impossible choice. Either you don't target the headquarters, in
- 15:38Speaker 3: which case the terrorists continue to flourish and wage war
- 15:42Speaker 3: and plot murder of civilians, or the IDF does target
- 15:48Speaker 3: the headquarters, and if they did it using bombs, the
- 15:50Speaker 3: result would be hundreds of dead Palestinians, the women and
- 15:55Speaker 3: children who are patients in the hospital that Hamas is
- 15:58Speaker 3: using as human shields. What happened Israel did not bomb
- 16:02Speaker 3: the hospital, but the IDF forces have gone in the
- 16:05Speaker 3: ground forces and they've exposed the headquarters that was there.
- 16:09Speaker 3: And that's precisely how Hamas uses Palestinians, hoping that they
- 16:16Speaker 3: will be casualties of war, because they then know that
- 16:20Speaker 3: the useful idiots in the media will use those casualties
- 16:24Speaker 3: of war to demonize and undermine the state of Israel.
- 16:29Speaker 2: When you look at moving forward with this war, it
- 16:32Speaker 2: seems to me, and I may be wrong, but it
- 16:34Speaker 2: seems like we are far from the end of this
- 16:37Speaker 2: and that's because of Israel's stated objective and that doesn't
- 16:41Speaker 2: seem to be changing because of this hostage negotiation. This
- 16:47Speaker 2: ceased fire for four days, and again you mentioned earlier,
- 16:51Speaker 2: you can extend that by releasing ten more hostages each
- 16:54Speaker 2: day if Hamas wants to do that. Obviously, Hamas is
- 16:58Speaker 2: going to use this time, as you say, to basically
- 17:00Speaker 2: replenish their supplies and reorganize. And that's bad for Israel,
- 17:05Speaker 2: that's bad for anyone that agreees that terrorism is wrong
- 17:08Speaker 2: and evil. But you look at the reality of this,
- 17:12Speaker 2: there is still a lot that has to be accomplished
- 17:14Speaker 2: to get rid of Hamas, and the words of Netanyahu,
- 17:18Speaker 2: they're not going to stop until this is over. I
- 17:21Speaker 2: think people need to kind of have a mentality of
- 17:23Speaker 2: this isn't a week away from finishing or two weeks away.
- 17:27Speaker 2: This is still going to take some time. This is
- 17:29Speaker 2: dismantling a massive terrorist organization.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Yeah, in all likelihood, this war is going to take
- 17:35Speaker 3: a matter of months. It's going to be an extended operation,
- 17:39Speaker 3: in particular because Hamas is burrowed in. It's burrowed in
- 17:42Speaker 3: in the midst of civilian targets. They deliberately are in hospitals,
- 17:46Speaker 3: they deliberately are in schools, they are deliberately in the tunnels.
- 17:49Speaker 3: And as a result of three hundred trucks a day
- 17:51Speaker 3: coming in, including fuel trucks, they're going to replenish their
- 17:54Speaker 3: fuel supplies, which means they can stay in the underground tunnel.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Some of the tunnels the Israelis have discovered, others they
- 18:00Speaker 3: have not. It's very hard to locate a tunnel that
- 18:03Speaker 3: is buried underneath a dense urban environment. We also know
- 18:09Speaker 3: that in the coming days and weeks, we're going to
- 18:11Speaker 3: see continued propaganda. You know, one episode we did of
- 18:14Speaker 3: Verdict last week, we show this was one of the
- 18:18Speaker 3: video episodes that we did on YouTube, and we showed
- 18:21Speaker 3: video of an individual that appears to be a crisis actor,
- 18:25Speaker 3: and there are multiple instances of him essentially working for
- 18:28Speaker 3: Hamas and pretending to be all sorts of different characters
- 18:31Speaker 3: in Gaza, from hospital workers to an injured person to
- 18:35Speaker 3: a dead person. And he's put out multiple videos where
- 18:37Speaker 3: he miraculously is pushing forward the Hamas propaganda in every instance.
- 18:42Speaker 3: And he put out the raw footage that was designed
- 18:47Speaker 3: to show the horrible atrocities carried out by the Israelis.
- 18:52Speaker 3: And as we pointed out, multiple news entities including CBS
- 18:57Speaker 3: picked up his footage and ran at his news and
- 19:00Speaker 3: they just identified the source as quote social media. It's
- 19:04Speaker 3: not difficult to find out that this guy is widely
- 19:06Speaker 3: considered a fraud online. But yet the narrative fit the
- 19:11Speaker 3: story that CBS and and the fake media wanted to tell.
- 19:16Speaker 3: And one of the astonishing aftermaths of that is after
- 19:21Speaker 3: we put out our verdict, YouTube censored our podcast. And
- 19:27Speaker 3: in particular, if you want to watch that episode, if
- 19:30Speaker 3: you just try to click on YouTube and you're not
- 19:32Speaker 3: logged in, it will not let you watch that episode.
- 19:35Speaker 3: It said you must sign in and you must give
- 19:38Speaker 3: your age, so if you're under eighteen, you're not allowed
- 19:40Speaker 3: to give it to watch that episode, and it gives
- 19:42Speaker 3: a warning of graphic content and listen. The result of
- 19:46Speaker 3: that is substantially throttling the number of people who can
- 19:51Speaker 3: see that episode. And it is an instance, it is
- 19:54Speaker 3: a powerful instance of what I talk about in my
- 19:58Speaker 3: new book that just came out on Woke, how to
- 20:00Speaker 3: defeat the cultural Marxism in America, where you have big
- 20:04Speaker 3: tech shilling for the corporate media, because neither big tech
- 20:11Speaker 3: nor the corporate media wants you to know that they
- 20:14Speaker 3: are disseminating false propaganda. And this is an example of
- 20:19Speaker 3: the corruption we see. By the way YouTube to date
- 20:21Speaker 3: still hasn't fixed it, so it is right now age
- 20:24Speaker 3: gated on YouTube. The irony is they claim it's violent content.
- 20:29Speaker 3: We're literally showing a CBS News broadcast. I don't think
- 20:32Speaker 3: they agegate CBS News. And in fact, the content, by
- 20:38Speaker 3: all appearances, appears to be fake. So it is fake
- 20:41Speaker 3: violence that happen to be shown on CBS News that
- 20:44Speaker 3: CBS News won't admit is likely fake. And yet YouTube
- 20:48Speaker 3: says we're going to live with the number of people
- 20:50Speaker 3: who can see this.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it's amazing.
- 20:52Speaker 2: When this happened, you and I were texting each other
- 20:54Speaker 2: and honestly in shock.
- 20:55Speaker 1: It was like, are you kidding me?
- 20:57Speaker 2: We're exposing this and now they want to just silence,
- 21:00Speaker 2: shut it down and act like it never happened. You
- 21:02Speaker 2: can grab that episode on YouTube and share it. Make
- 21:06Speaker 2: sure you share it and log in and so you
- 21:08Speaker 2: can see what we expose and just how much the
- 21:11Speaker 2: left will throttle things if they don't want to get
- 21:14Speaker 2: out there.
- 21:14Speaker 1: This is a perfect example of it.
- 21:16Speaker 3: And Ben, you know, it's striking. We've been doing Verdict
- 21:19Speaker 3: now for several years. This is the first instance that
- 21:23Speaker 3: YouTube has stepped forward and blocked our content. So we've
- 21:26Speaker 3: talked about COVID. At the early parts of COVID, we
- 21:30Speaker 3: laid out in Verdict in this podcast evidence that the
- 21:33Speaker 3: COVID virus escaped from a Chinese lab from the Wuhan
- 21:38Speaker 3: Institute for Virology. This was the same time that Twitter
- 21:41Speaker 3: and Facebook were suppressing anyone making that point. For whatever reason,
- 21:46Speaker 3: YouTube did not block our early podcast even though we
- 21:50Speaker 3: were getting a lot of viewers that were watching it.
- 21:53Speaker 3: And we've talked a lot about taking on the corruption
- 21:58Speaker 3: of Washington, and every every episode we've done it says
- 22:02Speaker 3: something that this is the first one they blocked. And
- 22:05Speaker 3: I think it's the combination that big tech is all
- 22:09Speaker 3: in with the corporate media in driving their cultural Marxist
- 22:13Speaker 3: narrative that Israel are the bad guys and the Hamas
- 22:17Speaker 3: terrorists are the oppressed victims, and anything that gets away
- 22:21Speaker 3: in the way of that narrative, they're more than willing
- 22:24Speaker 3: to abuse their power. It relates to, you know, the
- 22:27Speaker 3: same episode we talked about TikTok and the trending videos
- 22:34Speaker 3: on tik tac of young people praising Osama bin Laden,
- 22:38Speaker 3: which sadly the CCP is aggressively pushing. On one level,
- 22:42Speaker 3: you can understand why the Chinese communists are doing that.
- 22:45Speaker 3: How harmful that is. But YouTube is ostensibly an American
- 22:50Speaker 3: country company. Why is YouTube doing that?
- 22:54Speaker 2: Yeah, And the question you have to ask is is
- 22:56Speaker 2: it just because they want to silence and censor respeech
- 23:00Speaker 2: and specifically do they want to censor views they disagree with.
- 23:06Speaker 2: That's my takeaway from this because I don't believe that
- 23:09Speaker 2: this was an accident at all. This was us taking
- 23:11Speaker 2: a stand, showing people what's happening and letting people know
- 23:16Speaker 2: that there are these crisis actors on the side of
- 23:18Speaker 2: the terraces that are working for hamas and they can't
- 23:21Speaker 2: stand for that narrative to get out there.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Well, if it was an accident, it is possible that
- 23:28Speaker 3: their algorithms flagged it because it is images that are purported,
- 23:33Speaker 3: although we believe these are fake images purported to be
- 23:36Speaker 3: of people with what appears to be blood on them,
- 23:40Speaker 3: screaming after a rocket attack. Now, as I said, CBS
- 23:44Speaker 3: News aired it, and and oddly enough, YouTube doesn't block
- 23:48Speaker 3: CBS News. But I could envision an algorithm that captured
- 23:53Speaker 3: someone's screaming covered with blood and blocks it initially. But
- 23:57Speaker 3: this is at the point. Now it's been some time,
- 23:59Speaker 3: there been multiple news stories on this, and if it
- 24:03Speaker 3: were caught initially by the algorithm, a human being could
- 24:06Speaker 3: correct it. And so whether a human being decided at
- 24:09Speaker 3: the outset nope, I don't want this to be seen,
- 24:12Speaker 3: or whether the algorithm decided at the outset and a
- 24:16Speaker 3: human being just said nope, we're not going to correct it.
- 24:19Speaker 3: Either way, YouTube and Google which owns YouTube, have culpability
- 24:25Speaker 3: for it.
- 24:26Speaker 2: For the holidays, a lot of you are probably thinking
- 24:29Speaker 2: about Black Friday deals and you're thinking about ways to
- 24:32Speaker 2: get maybe a new cell phone. Well, how would you
- 24:34Speaker 2: like to get that new cell phone and every time
- 24:37Speaker 2: you use it, stand up for the values you believe in,
- 24:40Speaker 2: getting rid of the woke propaganda of Big Mobile. You
- 24:44Speaker 2: may not realize this, but Big Mobile gives big donations
- 24:48Speaker 2: to hardcore lefties running for office at the local, state,
- 24:52Speaker 2: and national level. They also give massive donations to plan Parenthood. Well,
- 24:58Speaker 2: that's why I want you to know and make to
- 25:00Speaker 2: switch with your cell phone to Patriot Mobile. For more
- 25:03Speaker 2: than a decade now, Patriot Mobile has been America's only
- 25:06Speaker 2: Christian conservative wireless provider. And when I say only trust me,
- 25:11Speaker 2: they are the only one. My friends at Patriot Mobile
- 25:14Speaker 2: had one mission in mind, and it's a mission that
- 25:17Speaker 2: immediately made me want to work with them. It was
- 25:20Speaker 2: to give people dependable nationwide cell phone coverage. And they
- 25:24Speaker 2: do that by giving you the ability to access all
- 25:27Speaker 2: three major networks, which means you get the same coverage
- 25:30Speaker 2: that you've been accustomed to without funding the left. Now,
- 25:33Speaker 2: when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're also sending a
- 25:36Speaker 2: very career message that you support free speech, religious freedom,
- 25:40Speaker 2: the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, as well as
- 25:43Speaker 2: supporting our military, our veterans, and our first responder heroes.
- 25:47Speaker 2: They have one hundred percent US based customer service team
- 25:51Speaker 2: that makes switching easy and you can keep your same
- 25:53Speaker 2: cell phone number, keep your phone, or upgrade to that
- 25:57Speaker 2: new phone you've been wanting. Now here's the part I
- 25:59Speaker 2: will of the most. Every time you pay your bill,
- 26:03Speaker 2: they take a percentage of that bill at no cost
- 26:05Speaker 2: to you and give it back to conservative causes and
- 26:08Speaker 2: organizations that fight for our values. So don't wait any longer,
- 26:13Speaker 2: make the switch and get rid of that woke company
- 26:16Speaker 2: that you're on right now. Nine seven to two Patriot
- 26:20Speaker 2: is their number. That's nine to seven to two Patriot
- 26:24Speaker 2: use the promo code Verdict. Not only do we get
- 26:26Speaker 2: the best deals of the year, but you'll also get
- 26:28Speaker 2: free activation. That's nine seven to two Patriot or Patriot
- 26:33Speaker 2: Mobile dot Com slash verdict. That's Patriot Mobile dot Com
- 26:39Speaker 2: slash verdict or nine seven to two Patriot. I want
- 26:43Speaker 2: to move to another issue. A lot of Americans are
- 26:45Speaker 2: going to be on the road listening to this episode,
- 26:49Speaker 2: going to spend time with their family over Thanksgiving. And
- 26:52Speaker 2: there is something that happened this week that people I'm
- 26:55Speaker 2: sure missed, and that is Biden's infrastructure spending has now
- 27:00Speaker 2: gone woke. It's a great moment to pause and remind people.
- 27:04Speaker 2: If you're Black Friday shopping, grab the Center's new book, Unwoke.
- 27:08Speaker 1: You can grab it. It's a best seller.
- 27:10Speaker 2: You can get on Amazon or wherever you get your books,
- 27:12Speaker 2: unless you're a bookstore in California. Apparently they don't like
- 27:15Speaker 2: it very much out there in California in the bookstores.
- 27:17Speaker 2: But you can grab it wherever you get your books.
- 27:20Speaker 2: I love this part of censorship. By the way Center.
- 27:23Speaker 2: There are quite a few bookstores. I've actually talked to
- 27:26Speaker 2: friends who have gone into bookstores. Your book's a bestseller,
- 27:30Speaker 2: and if you're in the wrong part of the country,
- 27:31Speaker 2: in a more liberal, woke part of the country, there's
- 27:33Speaker 2: a very good chance you cannot find a hard copy
- 27:35Speaker 2: of your book in a bookstore, which is maddening to me,
- 27:38Speaker 2: especially since it is a bestseller.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Well, it is one of the many examples how corporate
- 27:44Speaker 3: America is woke.
- 27:45Speaker 1: As you know.
- 27:47Speaker 3: Two weeks ago, I was in LA to shoot Bill
- 27:49Speaker 3: Maher and talk about the book, and I actually met
- 27:53Speaker 3: some friends in LA who went to try to buy
- 27:55Speaker 3: the book. And they went to a Barnes and Noble
- 27:57Speaker 3: in LA and they didn't have a single copy of
- 27:59Speaker 3: the book there, and they asked them, okay, search the system,
- 28:02Speaker 3: and they it turned out there was not one copy
- 28:06Speaker 3: of my book. This is what they were told in
- 28:09Speaker 3: any Barnes and Noble in the entire city of Los Angeles.
- 28:13Speaker 3: And they had to actually drive the Long Beach, which
- 28:16Speaker 3: they did to get several copies of the books, because
- 28:19Speaker 3: it was only the Barnes and Noble and Long Beach
- 28:21Speaker 3: that had the copies, and throughout LA they weren't there. Sadly,
- 28:25Speaker 3: we're hearing we're hearing reports of that. There was also
- 28:28Speaker 3: a letter to the editor this past week in the
- 28:31Speaker 3: Dallas Morning News, complaining that the big box stores which
- 28:35Speaker 3: have lots and lots of books of other books that
- 28:39Speaker 3: you can't find unwoke, even though, as you noted, is
- 28:42Speaker 3: it is a best seller. It was at the top
- 28:44Speaker 3: of the best seller list. And yet the major bricks
- 28:47Speaker 3: and mortar retail outlets are very reluctant to carry it.
- 28:50Speaker 3: And when they do carry it, they certainly don't put
- 28:52Speaker 3: it out on the table in front. They put it
- 28:54Speaker 3: off in the back. The good news is you can
- 28:56Speaker 3: order it online, so I would encourage you go online
- 28:59Speaker 3: and order it. And you mentioned what came out this
- 29:03Speaker 3: past week, and what came out this past week also
- 29:07Speaker 3: is is racist roads and woke infrastructure, which may sound absurd,
- 29:13Speaker 3: but it's something I discuss at considerable length in the
- 29:16Speaker 3: book on Woke and In June, Transportation Secretary Pete bootage
- 29:23Speaker 3: Edge announced that the Department of Transportation it started accepting
- 29:26Speaker 3: applications for the National Infrastructure Project Assistance, Infrastructure for Rebuilding America,
- 29:34Speaker 3: and the Rural Surface Transportation Grant Programs. These three programs
- 29:39Speaker 3: together received five point six billion dollars under the so
- 29:46Speaker 3: called Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Department of
- 29:51Speaker 3: Transportation under bodhage Edge said the grants that would be
- 29:54Speaker 3: awarded would support quote transformational infrastructure projects across the nation.
- 30:01Speaker 3: But the Notice of funding opportunity issued states that recipients
- 30:06Speaker 3: must broadly address quote equity and climate concerns. And further,
- 30:14Speaker 3: it says, quote projects that have not sufficiently considered the
- 30:18Speaker 3: equity and barriers to opportunity in their planning as determined
- 30:22Speaker 3: by the Department, will be required to do so before
- 30:25Speaker 3: receiving funds for construction. Quote. Projects that have not sufficiently
- 30:30Speaker 3: considered climate change and environmental justice in their planning, as
- 30:34Speaker 3: determined by the Department, will be required to do so
- 30:37Speaker 3: before receiving funds for construction. Now, mind you, what they're
- 30:41Speaker 3: saying is if you're actually building roads, if you're actually
- 30:45Speaker 3: building freeways, then that is not sufficient. And in fact,
- 30:50Speaker 3: Pete buddhage Edge made news in twenty twenty one when
- 30:54Speaker 3: he said, quote there is racism physically built into some
- 30:59Speaker 3: of our high way ways. Now. Now, now that is idiotic.
- 31:03Speaker 3: And and I would note that that that the DOT
- 31:07Speaker 3: grants also additionally target so DOT policies frame road building.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Here's what they call roadbuilding quote increasing automobile dependence, and
- 31:21Speaker 3: so they condemn highway expansion projects that don't involve electric
- 31:25Speaker 3: vehicle charging stations or bike lane. So it is Remember
- 31:29Speaker 3: there was a lot of hooplah over all the money
- 31:31Speaker 3: to be spent on infrastructure and roads and bridges. Oh yeah, Well,
- 31:35Speaker 3: it turns out Joe Biden and Kamala Harrison, Pete Budah
- 31:38Speaker 3: Jedge don't actually want roads and bridges. Instead, they have
- 31:41Speaker 3: a woke agenda. No, here's the good news, which is
- 31:44Speaker 3: that that I sent I sent a request for a
- 31:50Speaker 3: determination as to whether this this announcement constitutes a rule. Uh,
- 31:59Speaker 3: and receive that determination, which means that it is subject
- 32:05Speaker 3: to being overturned by Congress by a simple majority vote.
- 32:10Speaker 3: And so I intend to introduce that resolution of disapproval
- 32:15Speaker 3: to force a vote in the Senate. Now Biden can
- 32:18Speaker 3: veto that vote. But in the Senate, we're going to
- 32:21Speaker 3: see if all the people who trumpeted the infrastructure programs
- 32:25Speaker 3: support blocking them from going to roads and bridges unless
- 32:30Speaker 3: they are sufficiently woke and fighting racist roads, whatever the
- 32:35Speaker 3: hell that is.
- 32:37Speaker 2: When people hear this and they hear racist roads as
- 32:40Speaker 2: you just described it there, and you talk about billions
- 32:42Speaker 2: upon billions of taxpayers dollars that's meant for these infrastructure
- 32:46Speaker 2: projects that are now just being turned in these woken
- 32:50Speaker 2: agenda items. How many members of Congress are behind this
- 32:55Speaker 2: as well? Because yes, it's a Biden administration initiative, but
- 32:59Speaker 2: you're still got to have some Congress people behind you.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Is this just the part of now where we are
- 33:04Speaker 2: in politics, where they look at you, they'll say this
- 33:07Speaker 2: is for infrastructure, straight up, wye to you, and then
- 33:09Speaker 2: waste billions of your dollars on woke agenda items like this.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Well, listen, a lot of the left wing Democrats in
- 33:16Speaker 3: Congress are emphatically behind this, so that Bernie Sanders, the
- 33:19Speaker 3: Elizabeth Warrens, theoc's are cheering this on because this is
- 33:23Speaker 3: the agenda they want. I will say there are a
- 33:26Speaker 3: number of Republicans who you know, are a little bit
- 33:30Speaker 3: like Charlie Brown with Lucy and the football. They listen
- 33:33Speaker 3: to Democrats who say, okay, let's work together on something
- 33:36Speaker 3: like roads and bridges, and the Republicans are like, oh
- 33:38Speaker 3: yea yeah, roads and bridges. Those sound really good, and
- 33:41Speaker 3: they right into law funding for roads and bridges. Now,
- 33:46Speaker 3: the left wing Democrats they're negotiating with know fully well,
- 33:49Speaker 3: they're pulling the football away and Charlie Brown is landing
- 33:52Speaker 3: on his ass. They know that, but these Republicans are
- 33:55Speaker 3: just gullible and they fall into it over and over
- 33:58Speaker 3: and over again. And if they weren't going, they would
- 34:01Speaker 3: have written into the statute prohibitions on the Biden administration
- 34:05Speaker 3: doing this, because you and I knew the Biden administration
- 34:08Speaker 3: was going to do this, because that's who they are.
- 34:11Speaker 3: They are cultural Marxist. It's why I wrote the book
- 34:15Speaker 3: Unwoke to lay out what it means the radicals who
- 34:19Speaker 3: have taken over our government. And we have too many
- 34:22Speaker 3: Republicans in Congress who are fundamentally naive, and they just
- 34:26Speaker 3: keep running and trying to kick that football, and the
- 34:29Speaker 3: problem keeps getting worse and worse.
- 34:32Speaker 2: Have you seen the headlines lately? The third highest deficit
- 34:35Speaker 2: in history. The digital dollar has sparked uncertainty, Israel declares war.
- 34:40Speaker 2: We're living in an unpredictable world. But gold is still gold.
- 34:45Speaker 2: It's whethered, many many storms. My gold gives me peace.
- 34:50Speaker 2: Why Because it's tangible, it's real, and it helps me
- 34:53Speaker 2: sleep well at night, knowing no matter what happens or
- 34:55Speaker 2: what headline hits tomorrow. I am protected now, I'm affirm
- 34:59Speaker 2: believe for in gold iras. Listen, if you have an

- 35:39Speaker 2: ninety two again the word ben to six eight five
- 35:43Speaker 2: nine to two, or visit Augusta Precious Metals dot com. Senator,
- 35:49Speaker 2: I know you wanted to make sure you got a
- 35:51Speaker 2: moment to just wish everybody a very very happy Thanksgiving
- 35:54Speaker 2: to to you and your family. Obviously, for me, I
- 35:57Speaker 2: say happy Thanksgiving to all you. I hope you're safe
- 36:00Speaker 2: the roads as well. But I want to take a
- 36:01Speaker 2: moment and just let you say to everybody listening, thank
- 36:04Speaker 2: you for listening. This has been a historic year. You
- 36:07Speaker 2: and I got started a little over a year go together.
- 36:09Speaker 2: It's been a blast, but we have really seen significant
- 36:12Speaker 2: growth from this audience who has just gotten behind this
- 36:15Speaker 2: show and is helping spread the word of what we
- 36:18Speaker 2: say and putting this on social media.
- 36:21Speaker 1: I mean this sincerely.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Without the audience, neither of us would be spending as
- 36:25Speaker 2: much time in as many late nights as we are
- 36:26Speaker 2: doing this. This is add on to the incredible job
- 36:29Speaker 2: you're doing as a US center. This is a year
- 36:32Speaker 2: that's going to be so important with this election cycle
- 36:35Speaker 2: coming up as well. And I am very thankful for
- 36:38Speaker 2: the vertic listeners that have just been amazing ambassadors for
- 36:43Speaker 2: the show and bringing other people so that we can
- 36:45Speaker 2: reach more each and every show we do.
- 36:47Speaker 3: Now, look, that's exactly right. The Verdict listeners are an amazing, engaged, informed,
- 36:53Speaker 3: powerful group of men and women and group of young people.
- 36:56Speaker 3: And you are regular listeners to this podcast because you
- 37:02Speaker 3: want to know what's really going on. You want to understand.
- 37:05Speaker 3: You know that if you turn on the six o'clock news,
- 37:08Speaker 3: if you turn on CNN, if you turn on MSNBC,
- 37:11Speaker 3: you're not going to really hear the truth you're going
- 37:14Speaker 3: to hear the narrative they want to tell. And even
- 37:16Speaker 3: Fox News or NEWSMACS or OAAN, which which do terrific jobs,
- 37:21Speaker 3: but it's very difficult in a six or eight minute
- 37:25Speaker 3: snippet to understand the substance of complex issues. And it's
- 37:29Speaker 3: I go on, I go on those shows all the time,
- 37:32Speaker 3: but what you can discuss in a few minutes is
- 37:35Speaker 3: fundamentally different from what you can talk about in a podcast,
- 37:38Speaker 3: where you pick issues that really matter and you try
- 37:41Speaker 3: to bring your listeners behind the scenes to understand what's
- 37:43Speaker 3: really going on. And so I'll say it's right now,
- 37:47Speaker 3: it's ten fifteen at night on Tuesday of Thanksgiving week,
- 37:51Speaker 3: and we're both away from our families recording this podcast
- 37:54Speaker 3: right now. Many of you are listening to it on Wednesday.
- 37:57Speaker 3: Many of you are on the road. You're driving to
- 37:59Speaker 3: see your family somewhere in Texas, somewhere across the country,
- 38:02Speaker 3: or you're on an airplane and you're flying. You've downloaded
- 38:05Speaker 3: this podcast, and I want to first of all say
- 38:08Speaker 3: wish you traveling mercies and hope that you travel safely.
- 38:11Speaker 3: I want to thank you for being part of the
- 38:15Speaker 3: Verdict community, because the listeners who engage y'all have an impact.
- 38:20Speaker 3: There is a reason this podcast has repeatedly forced the
- 38:25Speaker 3: White House to respond to it from the White House
- 38:28Speaker 3: podium at White House briefings. There's a reason we are
- 38:31Speaker 3: able to change administration policy. There's a reason we are
- 38:35Speaker 3: able to drive the truth even when the corporate media
- 38:38Speaker 3: is trying to cover it up. And it's because of
- 38:40Speaker 3: all of you. It's because we have roughly a million
- 38:43Speaker 3: unique listeners. We're beating CNN every week. And so I
- 38:47Speaker 3: am thankful for you. But I hope on this Thanksgiving
- 38:51Speaker 3: tomorrow you take time to give thanks. Give thanks for
- 38:55Speaker 3: your family, give thanks for your health, give thanks for
- 38:59Speaker 3: your children especially, and give thanks for your country. Your country,
- 39:07Speaker 3: America is facing enormous challenges, but we are still blessed
- 39:11Speaker 3: beyond words. We live in the greatest country on the
- 39:14Speaker 3: face of the earth, and it is a blessing. It
- 39:16Speaker 3: is a blessing to fight for America at a time
- 39:19Speaker 3: of great peril, and that's where we are. And so,
- 39:21Speaker 3: and you know, I am thankful for each of you.
- 39:25Speaker 3: I'm thankful for your courage. I'm thankful for your love
- 39:29Speaker 3: of America, because it's that love of America that I
- 39:32Speaker 3: believe will save our nation.
- 39:34Speaker 2: Aymen too, that happy Thanksgiving center to you and your family,
- 39:37Speaker 2: To each and every one of you that's listening right now,
- 39:40Speaker 2: Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at Verdict. Will
- 39:42Speaker 2: see you back here on Saturday for a weekend recap.
- 39:46Speaker 2: Don't forget to hit that follow subscriber auto download button
- 39:50Speaker 2: wherever you get this podcast so that you don't miss
- 39:53Speaker 2: a single episode. And as we said earlier, pray for
- 39:57Speaker 2: the people in Israel. Pray for these hostages. Uh, there
- 40:01Speaker 2: is gonna be great news with these these fifty that
- 40:03Speaker 2: are going to be released, but there are many others
- 40:05Speaker 2: that are going to be in anguish because their loved
- 40:08Speaker 2: ones were not released by these terrasts. So make sure
- 40:10Speaker 2: you say a special prayer for them and the Senator
- 40:12Speaker 2: and I will see you back here in a couple
- 40:14Speaker 2: of days
