- 0:08Speaker 2: I'm going to give you the latest on that.
- 0:10Speaker 1: As the former CIA director went on TV today, I
- 0:13Speaker 1: don't know if this is a very smart move, saying
- 0:15Speaker 1: I don't know what they're investigating me about.
- 0:17Speaker 2: I'm going to have that for you in a moment.
- 0:19Speaker 1: We're also going to deal with the sanctuary cities, and
- 0:23Speaker 1: they are piling up now. This is clearly part of
- 0:25Speaker 1: the Democrats plan to stand up to Donald Trump and
- 0:28Speaker 1: the actual law.
- 0:29Speaker 2: And they're saying we're sanctuary city.
- 0:32Speaker 1: ICE agents aren't welcome this after there were agents that
- 0:36Speaker 1: were actually attacked. I'm going to give you that story
- 0:38Speaker 1: also in just a minute. Well, I mean also reminds

- 0:48Speaker 1: new ones popping up all the time.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Here's the truth.
- 0:51Speaker 1: There's only one that boldly stands the gap for every
- 0:54Speaker 1: America that believes that freedom is actually worth fighting for,
- 0:57Speaker 1: and that's Patrion Mobile.

- 1:14Speaker 2: So don't just take my word for it.
- 1:15Speaker 1: You can ask literally the hundreds of thousands Americans who
- 1:18Speaker 1: made the switch and are now supporting causes they believe
- 1:21Speaker 1: in with every phone call they made. Because Patriot Mobile,
- 1:24Speaker 1: they take it out five percent of your bill every
- 1:28Speaker 1: single month, no.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Extra cost to you.
- 1:30Speaker 1: They give it back to organizations at supporter first or
- 1:32Speaker 1: Second Amendment rights that also stand with our wounded warriors
- 1:36Speaker 1: and those that have fallen serving our country.
- 1:39Speaker 2: That is why I want you to switch Patriot Mobile.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Switching's never been easier, activating minutes from the comfort of
- 1:45Speaker 1: your home or office. Keep your same number, keep your
- 1:47Speaker 1: same phone, or upgrade to a new one. So go
- 1:49Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ferguson. That's my last name,
- 1:54Speaker 1: he's promo code Ferguson. You're gonna have to get a
- 1:56Speaker 1: free month of service. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash
- 1:59Speaker 1: Ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot and you can
- 2:01Speaker 1: make the switch today. All right, So let me give
- 2:04Speaker 1: you the background on this first big story. John Brennan,
- 2:07Speaker 1: former CIA director, he went out on TV today and
- 2:12Speaker 1: he responded to the FBI launching this investigation into John
- 2:16Speaker 1: Brennan and James Comy over the Trump Russia probe. Now,
- 2:20Speaker 1: the FBI launching this investigation into the former CIA director
- 2:24Speaker 1: and the FBI director with their roles surrounding President Donald
- 2:28Speaker 1: Trump and the Russian alleged collusion.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Now, the reality is this is a coup attempt.
- 2:33Speaker 1: The deep state said, we don't like Donald Trump, can't
- 2:35Speaker 1: believe the American people voted for him. We thought we'd
- 2:37Speaker 1: gotten this thing rigged Hillary Clinton loss, why she sucked
- 2:40Speaker 1: as a candidate. We all know that Donald Trump wins.
- 2:43Speaker 1: And they're like, all right, well, here's what we're gonna do.
- 2:45Speaker 1: We're just gonna get rid of Donald Trump, and we're
- 2:46Speaker 1: gonna impeach him, and we're gonna say that he was
- 2:48Speaker 1: doing all these terrible.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Things, and then we'll put some of his friends in jail.
- 2:52Speaker 2: They'll give us.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Something illegal that he did, and then bam, it's a
- 2:55Speaker 1: coup attempt, and now we get to do exactly what
- 2:56Speaker 1: we want. That didn't work out the way they thought
- 3:00Speaker 1: it was going too clearly, now they've raided his house,
- 3:02Speaker 1: they went to mar A Lago, they try to lock
- 3:04Speaker 1: up his family. They'll never stop because they're the deep State.
- 3:07Speaker 1: But John Brennan is now going out on national TV
- 3:11Speaker 1: and he's saying a.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Bunch of things. Now, let me also be clear.
- 3:14Speaker 1: The President at the at a meeting today at the
- 3:16Speaker 1: White House. He was asked by the press about this,
- 3:19Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what he had to
- 3:21Speaker 1: say in his own words. Listen carefully as the press says, Hey,
- 3:24Speaker 1: what about this investigation.
- 3:27Speaker 2: President Trump?
- 3:28Speaker 3: James Comy, and John Brennan now under criminal investigation.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Related to the Trump Rush of probe? Do you want
- 3:34Speaker 2: to see these two guys behind bars?
- 3:38Speaker 4: Well, I know nothing about it other than what I
- 3:40Speaker 4: read today, but I will tell you I think they're
- 3:44Speaker 4: very dishonest people. I think they're crooked as hell, and
- 3:49Speaker 4: maybe they have to pay a price for that. I
- 3:52Speaker 4: believe they are truly bad people and dishonest people. So
- 3:57Speaker 4: whatever happens happens.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I love his response. Whatever happens happens, right, President Trump reacting, Well,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I don't really know here. I'm not saying they should
- 4:05Speaker 1: be in jail. I think they're very dishonest people. I
- 4:07Speaker 1: think they're very cricket people. And you know, I think
- 4:10Speaker 1: they're a crooked as hell, and maybe they have to
- 4:11Speaker 1: pay a price for that, he said. I believe they
- 4:14Speaker 1: are truly bad people and dishonest people. So whatever happens
- 4:17Speaker 1: happens now. This is like the ultimate game of chess,
- 4:21Speaker 1: right Others are playing checkers. Others are playing checkers, and
- 4:26Speaker 1: he's playing chess right now.
- 4:28Speaker 2: And there's people that are.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Trying to like distract him from the real issues here.
- 4:32Speaker 1: And the reality is the president is going to be
- 4:36Speaker 1: able to pull this off and sit back and see
- 4:39Speaker 1: what actually happens.
- 4:41Speaker 2: There's also something else I want to play for you.
- 4:43Speaker 1: John Brennan, he was asked about this investigation. Here's what
- 4:47Speaker 1: he had to say on MSNBC about it, acting like
- 4:50Speaker 1: he knows nothing about it all, Like I don't know anything.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I don't know anything that's going on. I'm just John Brennan,
- 4:56Speaker 1: former CIA director. I'm just sitting in my house, just
- 4:58Speaker 1: doing an interview on US.
- 5:00Speaker 5: Now is our guest John Brennan here for his first
- 5:03Speaker 5: public comments on this news.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Director Brennan, thank you.
- 5:06Speaker 3: For being here.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Good to see Nicole, tell me if I have.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Left anything out of the fact pattern, if you go
- 5:15Speaker 5: back to your role in government and the way the
- 5:19Speaker 5: assessment was put together about Russia's role in the twenty
- 5:23Speaker 5: sixteen presidential election.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Yeah, well, as Jogi Berra has famously said, as stajaboo
- 5:29Speaker 3: all over again, it is hard to believe that here
- 5:32Speaker 3: you are, eight and a half years afterward, we're still
- 5:34Speaker 3: going over at this ground that has been I think
- 5:36Speaker 3: fairly well and exhaustively plowed. First of all, I should
- 5:39Speaker 3: say I know nothing about this reported investigation or referral
- 5:43Speaker 3: to the dj other than what I've read in these
- 5:46Speaker 3: press reports, these leaks which are not really supposed to
- 5:49Speaker 3: happen if there is an investigation going on. Secondly, nobody
- 5:52Speaker 3: from the FBI or Department of Justice for CIA has
- 5:55Speaker 3: reached out to me at all. So I am just
- 5:58Speaker 3: waiting to hear more about what this might be. And
- 6:01Speaker 3: so again I appreciate the opportunity to.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Talk to you today.
- 6:05Speaker 3: I'm very proud of the work that the women and
- 6:07Speaker 3: men of the CIA and of other elements the intellis
- 6:10Speaker 3: community did eight and a half years ago when they
- 6:12Speaker 3: put together this Intelligence Community assessment. We went to great
- 6:15Speaker 3: lens to protect the integrity of the process, the integrity
- 6:19Speaker 3: and the sensitivity of the intelligence involved, as well as
- 6:21Speaker 3: to protect the identities of individuals that may have been
- 6:24Speaker 3: implicated in some of this intelligence, including from the Trump administration.
- 6:28Speaker 3: And so we went to whatever lens we needed to
- 6:31Speaker 3: do to go to in order to make sure that
- 6:34Speaker 3: we're able to follow through with the President Obama's request
- 6:37Speaker 3: that a comprehensive and exhaustive review be done of Russian
- 6:41Speaker 3: interference in twenty sixteen election, because he and others realized
- 6:45Speaker 3: that the Russians were going to continue to do this
- 6:47Speaker 3: in subsequent elections, and he wanted to make sure that
- 6:49Speaker 3: we were going to have the collection of information and
- 6:53Speaker 3: intelligence that we then could hand over to our successors.
- 6:58Speaker 3: And as you pointed out, it had been US reviews
- 7:01Speaker 3: of this intelscreeny assessment, and the process went through the
- 7:04Speaker 3: bipartisans and in tells US to good report, to the
- 7:06Speaker 3: Dorm investigation, other types of things which validated it. And indeed,
- 7:10Speaker 3: as you pointed out, the CI note this tradecraft review,
- 7:13Speaker 3: and I will point out there was a serious violation
- 7:15Speaker 3: in terms of what they did. They never interviewed me
- 7:18Speaker 3: or Jim Clapper, two of the people involved in this
- 7:21Speaker 3: before putting this thing out, But it says in there
- 7:24Speaker 3: that the rigor of the analysis in that intel screen
- 7:28Speaker 3: assessment exceeded that of most other Intelscomuny assessments. So again,
- 7:32Speaker 3: I think this is unfortunately a very sad and tragic
- 7:37Speaker 3: example of the continued politization of the intelli's community, of
- 7:41Speaker 3: the nascrity process, And quite frankly, I'm really shocked that
- 7:45Speaker 3: individuals who are willing to sacrifice their reputations, their credibility,
- 7:49Speaker 3: their decency to continue to do Donald Trump's bidding on
- 7:53Speaker 3: something that clearly is just politically based.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Jeff, politically based. So let me get this straight.
- 8:00Speaker 1: The same guy that pushed Russia collusion to try to
- 8:04Speaker 1: overthrow the will of the people is now claiming that
- 8:08Speaker 1: when we're investigating him for knowingly perpetrating a lie on
- 8:13Speaker 1: the American people and trying to overthrow the will of
- 8:15Speaker 1: the people in a free and fair election, it is
- 8:18Speaker 1: just partisan and political. Now, Now, I also go back
- 8:22Speaker 1: to the point that he made, which is, I don't
- 8:25Speaker 1: believe that John Brennan, the Formacy director, is this dumb
- 8:28Speaker 1: at all. I think he knows exactly what he's doing,
- 8:32Speaker 1: and he said in the interview quote, I'm clueless about
- 8:34Speaker 1: what it is exactly.
- 8:35Speaker 2: That they are investigating me for.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Really, you don't know that it's for exactly what I
- 8:42Speaker 1: just told you it's for, Like you're this dumb. I
- 8:45Speaker 1: don't believe you. I think the American people, by the way,
- 8:48Speaker 1: do not believe you. And I think this is a
- 8:52Speaker 1: moment in time. You're going to remember this for a
- 8:55Speaker 1: long time. John Brennan now on the other end of it,
- 8:59Speaker 1: what he used to do to other people is now
- 9:00Speaker 1: happening to him. But the difference is he went after
- 9:03Speaker 1: innocent people and John Brennan very well could be guilty
- 9:06Speaker 1: as hell. In fact, let me just play for you
- 9:10Speaker 1: this back and forth MSNBC John Brennan in him acting
- 9:14Speaker 1: like the dumbest CIA director in the world, like I
- 9:16Speaker 1: don't know what they're doing. I don't know why they'd
- 9:18Speaker 1: be investigating me.
- 9:20Speaker 5: My colleague Kendelanian is reporting that TJ has essentially confirmed
- 9:27Speaker 5: a criminal investigation has been opened or a referral has
- 9:31Speaker 5: been made. Do you believe that to be true? And
- 9:35Speaker 5: if that's the case, what would the process be for
- 9:39Speaker 5: you to be aware of that, made aware of that.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Quite factly, I don't know what is true.
- 9:46Speaker 3: You know, there's so many things that get out into
- 9:48Speaker 3: the media bloodstream, and it's interesting that it was I
- 9:51Speaker 3: think Fox News and your posts or reporting things like this.
- 9:55Speaker 3: So I don't know whether or not there's any validity
- 9:58Speaker 3: to it. If there is, it was referral is an investigation.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Presumably if there is an investigation, that people will be questioned.
- 10:05Speaker 3: I would be questioned about it. But again I've had
- 10:07Speaker 3: no contact from them. But again I testified in front
- 10:11Speaker 3: of many many congressional committees in the House and the
- 10:13Speaker 3: Senate over the years, and I continue to explain exactly
- 10:17Speaker 3: what we did during this process, why we tried to
- 10:20Speaker 3: make sure we stay true to our intelligence responsibilities and
- 10:24Speaker 3: that we were not going to do anything at all
- 10:26Speaker 3: to try to interfere in that election. And again it
- 10:29Speaker 3: was a challenging time, but also one I think that
- 10:33Speaker 3: the people who actually worked this, both in terms of
- 10:36Speaker 3: trying to collect intelligence prior to the election and then
- 10:38Speaker 3: the ones who put together intell assessment, they really I
- 10:41Speaker 3: think showed the best of what the intelligence community and
- 10:44Speaker 3: what CIA is made of. So again I am clueless
- 10:48Speaker 3: about what it is exactly that they may be investigating
- 10:51Speaker 3: me for cluus.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I'm just clueus about exactly what they may be investigating me.
- 10:57Speaker 1: For you the CI director, former CIED direct come on
- 11:01Speaker 1: really like for real. He also, by the way, wasn't
- 11:04Speaker 1: done there. He wanted to go after Donald Trump as well.
- 11:07Speaker 1: And he's trying to say to all parsonship, that's the
- 11:09Speaker 1: same guy that weaponized the CIA to try to overthrow
- 11:13Speaker 1: the will of the people, knowing that what he was
- 11:16Speaker 1: pushing was a lie, knowing that there was no collusion
- 11:19Speaker 1: between Donald Trump and Russia, and now he's using the
- 11:23Speaker 1: same type of line to like flip it and be like, oh, well,
- 11:26Speaker 1: we're just we're just you know, Donald Trump's gone rogue here.
- 11:31Speaker 5: What do you think will happen next? If Ratcliffe's note
- 11:37Speaker 5: has been sent along to dj AS has been reported
- 11:41Speaker 5: as some sort of predicate to investigate you criminally.
- 11:46Speaker 3: I don't know. It's so said and tragic, and you know,
- 11:49Speaker 3: I keep thinking, Okay, this is the authoritarian playbook. We've
- 11:51Speaker 3: seen this play out so many times, and unfortunately, I
- 11:54Speaker 3: think we're seeing it play out. And a number of
- 11:57Speaker 3: academics and writers have pointed out that Carl Schmidt, who
- 12:00Speaker 3: was a German jurist, political philosopher and writer in the
- 12:04Speaker 3: nineteen thirties. His thesis, which Nazi Germany and you know
- 12:08Speaker 3: basically took up, was don't worry about doing something that
- 12:12Speaker 3: is ethical or principled or good or right. Do whatever
- 12:16Speaker 3: you can to win. Vanquish your adversaries, vanquish your enemies.
- 12:20Speaker 3: And unfortunately, we have seen that happening overseas. We've seen
- 12:23Speaker 3: it in victor orban and Hungary, We've seen it with
- 12:25Speaker 3: blablak Putin, we see it in China. The places we
- 12:28Speaker 3: see it also in terms of you know, some of
- 12:30Speaker 3: the foreign policies of being implemented, including you know, in
- 12:33Speaker 3: the Middle East right now. So I really am very
- 12:36Speaker 3: worried that what we're seeing now in this chapter of
- 12:39Speaker 3: American history is a sad deterioration of I think, the
- 12:43Speaker 3: respect for the rule of law and for our system
- 12:46Speaker 3: of government. And if a president of the United States
- 12:50Speaker 3: is willing to weaponize intelligence and justice, and you know,
- 12:54Speaker 3: law enforcement investigators and the people who headed these departments
- 12:58Speaker 3: and agencies are willing to bow to it, we really
- 13:02Speaker 3: are in deep, deep trouble, which was why I think
- 13:06Speaker 3: so many people are worried about the direction this country
- 13:08Speaker 3: is taken. So this whole thing about the CI note
- 13:10Speaker 3: and this possible referral of me and criminal investigation, I
- 13:14Speaker 3: think is just symptomatic of a much broader disease that
- 13:18Speaker 3: we are confronting right now in terms of how our
- 13:21Speaker 3: democratic principles are being eroded and corroded as a result
- 13:25Speaker 3: of this authoritarian march that we are witnessing every day.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I love how they go back this every time he
- 13:32Speaker 1: realizes now he's been busted, he realizes how much trouble
- 13:36Speaker 1: he's in, he's playing dumb, and then he goes back to, well,
- 13:40Speaker 1: Donald Trump is going to be a dictator and a
- 13:42Speaker 1: tyrant and he's no different than Vladimir Putin. And I'll
- 13:45Speaker 1: just slander him and say how terrible he is, even
- 13:48Speaker 1: of the American people chose him again, right, Like, the
- 13:51Speaker 1: American people chose him again. And he's like, and this
- 13:55Speaker 1: is just what dictators and tyrants do. And they run
- 13:58Speaker 1: down this road and they're just psycho and they're and
- 14:00Speaker 1: you know, and I don't even know what they're investigating
- 14:02Speaker 1: me for.
- 14:02Speaker 2: And this is just.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Another one of those examples, Like I'm sorry, it makes
- 14:06Speaker 1: me laugh. It makes me laugh because everything that he
- 14:11Speaker 1: is accusing Donald Trump of doing is exactly what the
- 14:15Speaker 1: former FBI director James Comy and the CIA director FORMERCYIA
- 14:19Speaker 1: director John Brennan did, Like every single thing that they say.
- 14:23Speaker 1: They weaponized the government. They went after his family, they
- 14:27Speaker 1: went after his friends, they went after the people that
- 14:29Speaker 1: worked with him. Why did they do that. They did
- 14:32Speaker 1: it for one reason, leverage. They were trying to overthrow
- 14:37Speaker 1: the will of the people. It was a coup attempt.
- 14:40Speaker 1: That is what it was, plain and simple. It was
- 14:43Speaker 1: a coup attempt.
- 14:45Speaker 2: And so now that it's being investigated.
- 14:48Speaker 1: For literally what it was, it's like there's this moment
- 14:52Speaker 1: where they're like, all right, what do I go back
- 14:54Speaker 1: to it?
- 14:54Speaker 2: Let's just go back to work.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Last time, We'll just say Donald Trump is you know,
- 14:57Speaker 1: orange Man, evil, orange Man, bad, Orange Man is the dictator.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Orange Man's a tyrant. Orange Man's the worst person in
- 15:03Speaker 1: the world, right, Donald Trump's worse, worse, worse, worse, worse person.
- 15:07Speaker 2: In the world.
- 15:08Speaker 1: And we just say that over and over and over
- 15:11Speaker 1: and over and over again. And if we just keep
- 15:15Speaker 1: saying that, then at some point maybe somebody will believe
- 15:20Speaker 1: and somehow believe that I'm the victim, that I'm that
- 15:24Speaker 1: somehow I'm the bad guy, that I that you know,
- 15:28Speaker 1: or that I'm the victim and.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Trump's the bad guy, is the best, the better way
- 15:31Speaker 2: of saying it.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I don't want anybody, by the way, to go to
- 15:35Speaker 1: jail because they're a Democrat. I don't want anybody to
- 15:38Speaker 1: go to jail because they're a partisanship. I want law
- 15:41Speaker 1: and order. If John Brennan or James Comey actually broke
- 15:46Speaker 1: the law, they should be held accountable for it. When
- 15:47Speaker 1: they to abuse your position of power, like the CIA
- 15:51Speaker 1: director can basically do and see and has unlimited funds
- 15:54Speaker 1: to do and whatever they want to do. But when
- 15:56Speaker 1: they when they push propaganda on the American people the
- 15:59Speaker 1: way they did to interfere with an election, and then
- 16:02Speaker 1: when that didn't work, they're still like.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Eh, you know, like let's just let's just start.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Entrapping people, just like General Flynn. They entrapped General Flynn.
- 16:15Speaker 1: We all know it.
- 16:16Speaker 2: And so when that happens, you have to look at.
- 16:18Speaker 1: This and you have to think to yourself, is there
- 16:21Speaker 1: anything that these people who are the leaders of the
- 16:24Speaker 1: Democratic Party. By the way, I'll say it again, the
- 16:25Speaker 1: democratic parce dead is filled with Marxist socialists and communist
- 16:29Speaker 1: dictators and tyrants. John Brennan's a dictator and tyrant, no
- 16:33Speaker 1: doubt about it. James Comey, same thing. They didn't get
- 16:36Speaker 1: their way, right. They couldn't alter and change an election. Okay,
- 16:40Speaker 1: they couldn't do it. They couldn't alter and they couldn't
- 16:43Speaker 1: change an election. So what do they do. They try
- 16:47Speaker 1: to just overthrow the will of the people. By the way,
- 16:49Speaker 1: they were trying to alter and change it, and they
- 16:51Speaker 1: failed at it, and they still said, don't worry, we've
- 16:53Speaker 1: got this.
- 16:54Speaker 2: We'll come back.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Don't worry, We'll still do it. Don't don't like, don't
- 17:00Speaker 1: don't worry, we will still do it. We got this.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Remember Peter Struck and Lisa Page I think that was
- 17:07Speaker 1: their names. Uh remember remember when they were like, hey,
- 17:10Speaker 1: we're gonna stop him. Don't worry, we're gonna stop him,
- 17:12Speaker 1: referring to Trump after he got elected. And by the way,
- 17:15Speaker 1: that's exactly what they tried to do.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Like they did. They tried to stop him. They tried
- 17:19Speaker 2: to stop.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Like, believe them when they when they tell you what
- 17:22Speaker 1: they're thinking. When those text messages came out. I'm like, yeah,
- 17:25Speaker 1: there's a deep state. There is a deep state where
- 17:28Speaker 1: this is actually what they believe, and they believe that
- 17:33Speaker 1: they get to play above the rules of law that
- 17:35Speaker 1: you and I have to play by. Anybody else does
- 17:37Speaker 1: what these guys are doing, we'd be in prison, I
- 17:39Speaker 1: have no doubt about it. But they think, well, I'm
- 17:41Speaker 1: in charge, so I can do whatever the hell I
- 17:43Speaker 1: want to do, I can overthrow our own government.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Go back to Joe Biden last point on this.
- 17:52Speaker 1: You have people in our government that knew he was
- 17:53Speaker 1: incapacity and they said, we don't care, just weaken at
- 17:56Speaker 1: Bernie's him, and we'll run the country even though we're
- 17:59Speaker 1: elected by knowing that is also a coup attempt in
- 18:02Speaker 1: a very different way.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Never ever, ever forget that.
- 18:09Speaker 1: All right, I want to move to another subject real quick.
- 18:11Speaker 1: That is also one that goes back to Democrats. Make
- 18:14Speaker 1: it clear they don't respect our laws in this country.
- 18:17Speaker 1: It's very much what I was just talking about with
- 18:19Speaker 1: the FBI, A former FBI and former CIA director, like,
- 18:22Speaker 1: they do not respect our laws. We are now saying,
- 18:27Speaker 1: and I guess this is like the Democrats mayors unionizing
- 18:30Speaker 1: around the country. Uh, Chicago mayor coming out saying the
- 18:35Speaker 1: city police won't cooperate with ICE. Now, you got to
- 18:40Speaker 1: ask yourself the question why would they not cooperate with ICE?
- 18:45Speaker 1: It is because they love illegal immigrants. They do not
- 18:48Speaker 1: care about their own citizens at all. The Chicago Mayor,
- 18:53Speaker 1: Brandon Johnson getting in with the La mayor now and
- 18:57Speaker 1: said today that again, this is another example of how
- 19:01Speaker 1: psycho the left has become, that the Wendy City Police
- 19:04Speaker 1: will not ever cooperate with immigration comstoms enforcement ICE authorities.
- 19:10Speaker 1: You know, again, it's uncomfortable at a time in which
- 19:13Speaker 1: so many working people and poor people need government to
- 19:17Speaker 1: show up for them, that this administration, the Trump administration,
- 19:21Speaker 1: has caused so much consternation division, is what Johnson said
- 19:24Speaker 1: at a press conference. He was responding, by the way,
- 19:28Speaker 1: to a question about whether the city would use the
- 19:30Speaker 1: police department to shield students from federal agents conducting immigration
- 19:34Speaker 1: raids without warrants, saying, quote, look, we are a welcoming
- 19:38Speaker 1: city ordinance, so you are clearly saying come here and.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Break the law.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Our local police department will never, ever, will not cooperate
- 19:46Speaker 1: with ICE, whatever their concertitional authority is. That is obviously
- 19:51Speaker 1: relegated to the Trump administration of our sister agency. City
- 19:55Speaker 1: departments have been thoroughly briefed by a corporate council and
- 20:00Speaker 1: I'll pass it over to her in a second about
- 20:02Speaker 1: what they can and cannot do.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Now.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Look, Johnson is a Democrat, a hardcore Democrat, and the
- 20:09Speaker 1: murder capital of the country. He's been a fierce critic
- 20:12Speaker 1: of the Republican administration and the use of ICE to
- 20:16Speaker 1: carry out immigration enforcement activities, which he says, we don't
- 20:19Speaker 1: do that in Chicago. In June, by the way, the
- 20:22Speaker 1: Chicago Sometimes reported that he that he urged city residents
- 20:26Speaker 1: to rise up in this moment against ICE, saying, quote,
- 20:32Speaker 1: this is a necessary fight for all of us to
- 20:35Speaker 1: be able to push back. Johnson said, quote whether we
- 20:39Speaker 1: use the courts or whether we continue to protest and
- 20:41Speaker 1: raise our voices to scent matters in this moment. It's
- 20:45Speaker 1: a war on our culture. So again, we don't have
- 20:48Speaker 1: American culture. We're not a nation. We are some kumbaya,
- 20:52Speaker 1: some culture of lawbreakers, right, that's what he's saying we
- 20:56Speaker 1: are in this country. I couldn't disagree with them more.
- 20:58Speaker 1: He goes on to say it's a war we are
- 21:00Speaker 1: on our democracy. Well, hold on, democracy is about the
- 21:03Speaker 1: rule of law. You guys are saying, we refuse to
- 21:05Speaker 1: respect the rule of law, and you refuse to respect
- 21:09Speaker 1: constitutional law, you refuse to respect the president of the
- 21:12Speaker 1: United States of America. You're making up your own rules
- 21:16Speaker 1: as you go. That's not a democracy, is it. He
- 21:19Speaker 1: goes on to say, it's a war on our humanity.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Tell that to the victims of illegal immigrants who have
- 21:26Speaker 1: committed crimes. Tell that to the Americans that were under
- 21:29Speaker 1: employed because of.
- 21:30Speaker 2: The legal immigrant labor.
- 21:31Speaker 1: By the way, we're witnessing a massive change right now
- 21:34Speaker 1: and the number of Americans you are being hired because
- 21:37Speaker 1: there are legal immigrants that are leaving this country on
- 21:40Speaker 1: their own accordance, having a huge impact for American workers.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Another great example of what they don't want to tell you.
- 21:48Speaker 1: He said, it's a war on our humanity. I'm counting
- 21:51Speaker 1: on all of Chicago to resist in this moment because
- 21:56Speaker 1: whatever particularly vulnerable group is being target today, another group
- 22:01Speaker 1: will be next. None of us are immune from this disease. Okay,
- 22:06Speaker 1: so if I want law and order, I am now
- 22:09Speaker 1: being referred to as a disease. Now, why would he
- 22:12Speaker 1: do that? Well, because he when you have a disease, right,
- 22:15Speaker 1: what do you do? You get rid of it? You
- 22:16Speaker 1: exterminate it. That's very much how Adolf Hitler was talking
- 22:20Speaker 1: back in the day about the Jews. Never forget right,
- 22:22Speaker 1: they were a disease that must be we must get
- 22:25Speaker 1: rid of.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Well, now the Chicago mayor.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Is referring to Trump supporters the same way that Adolf
- 22:31Speaker 1: Hitler referred to the Jews. It's pretty impressive for the
- 22:34Speaker 1: Chicago mayor. Chicago Mayor is also now called on the
- 22:37Speaker 1: House Speaker Mike Johnson to quote speak up about ICE
- 22:40Speaker 1: mass deportation operations, which he is also describing ready for
- 22:45Speaker 1: this as terrorism. So he's defending the people in the
- 22:51Speaker 1: MS thirteen gangs and the gang bangers and the drug dealers,
- 22:57Speaker 1: the MS thirteen guys, And he's saying, because we want
- 23:01Speaker 1: law and order, and because ICE is coming in and
- 23:04Speaker 1: trying to restore law and order and get rid of
- 23:06Speaker 1: the worst among us, especially in the legal immigrant community,
- 23:11Speaker 1: we are now terrists. And if you're in favor of this,
- 23:15Speaker 1: you are a terrorist. This is terrorism. According to the
- 23:19Speaker 1: New York Post. By the way, more than fifty one
- 23:21Speaker 1: thousand legal immigrants have made their way to Chicago from
- 23:24Speaker 1: the southern border since August thirty first of last year.
- 23:29Speaker 1: So just to put it in perspective, how many people
- 23:31Speaker 1: are going to Chicago and last week Trump's borders are
- 23:35Speaker 1: Tom Homan appeared on Fox News where he slammed the
- 23:39Speaker 1: new app called ice Block that is reportedly being used
- 23:43Speaker 1: to alert people of sightings of ICE agents. Homan said,
- 23:48Speaker 1: quote assault ICE against ICE agents that were five hundred percent.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Now you've got an app that's going to tell where
- 23:55Speaker 1: the ICE operations are going, to tell me amount of
- 23:57Speaker 1: time before the ICE agents are ambush by some nut
- 24:02Speaker 1: like what happened in La throwing them out, these molotov cocktails,
- 24:07Speaker 1: throwing bricks at these officers. This is just disgusting at
- 24:11Speaker 1: every level. Now, the scary part about what I just
- 24:14Speaker 1: read for you is what he had to say, and
- 24:17Speaker 1: he did predict the future.
- 24:19Speaker 2: How do we know this?
- 24:20Speaker 1: There has been a rise in threats which now being
- 24:24Speaker 1: reported against federal law enforcement. A shooter decided to ambush
- 24:28Speaker 1: the Texas Border Patrol agents. An active shooter killed in
- 24:32Speaker 1: an attempt to ambush Border patrol agents in Texas. We
- 24:37Speaker 1: also know from another headline that eleven were arrested for
- 24:41Speaker 1: plotting an ambush to kill ice corrections officers. Now let
- 24:45Speaker 1: me go back to the story about the ambush and
- 24:48Speaker 1: the Border patrol agents in Texas. I want you to
- 24:50Speaker 1: take a listen to Center Mullen praising the border wall
- 24:54Speaker 1: funding in Trump's big beautiful bill, talking about how important
- 24:58Speaker 1: it is.
- 24:59Speaker 2: That we get it's border security.
- 25:01Speaker 1: And then I want you to know about this shooter
- 25:04Speaker 1: that was armed with tactical gear and a rifle opened
- 25:08Speaker 1: fire on Border patrol agents.
- 25:09Speaker 2: They arrived at the Border Patrol.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Annex facility in McAllen, Texas and the Rio Gram Valley
- 25:14Speaker 1: on Monday. Agents and local police, thank goodness, returned fire
- 25:19Speaker 1: and killed the gunman. No federal agents, by the way,
- 25:22Speaker 1: were hit, but one McCallan police officer was struck. Law
- 25:26Speaker 1: enforcement sources said the officers in stable condition think the lord.
- 25:30Speaker 1: The official comment was this this morning, an individual opened
- 25:34Speaker 1: fire at the entrance to the United States Border Patrol
- 25:36Speaker 1: Sector Annex and McCallen, Texas. Both Border Patrol agents and
- 25:40Speaker 1: local police helped neutralize the shooter. The Department of Homeland
- 25:43Speaker 1: Security said and statement quote, this is an ongoing investigation
- 25:47Speaker 1: led by the FBI, and more information will be shared
- 25:50Speaker 1: as it becomes available.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Now.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Law enforcement believes the attack was a purposeful quote ambush
- 25:57Speaker 1: targeting border patrol officials. Local police said they will hold
- 26:00Speaker 1: the news conference and they would tell more when they could.
- 26:04Speaker 2: I want you to hear part of what well.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Tom Homan also had to say about interior enforcement, he
- 26:10Speaker 1: says is key to border security.
- 26:13Speaker 6: Several suspects are now in custody after a Texas police
- 26:16Speaker 6: officer was shot in the neck while responding to a
- 26:18Speaker 6: call outside of an ice facility. So it happened in Alvareto,
- 26:22Speaker 6: which is near Fort Worth. This was over the holiday
- 26:25Speaker 6: weekend and Jonathan Hunt is following this story for us
- 26:27Speaker 6: HI Jonathan.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Good morning Dana.
- 26:29Speaker 7: This all played out in the late evening of July
- 26:32Speaker 7: fourth outside the Prairie Land Detention Center in Alvarado. Police
- 26:37Speaker 7: officers responded to a call about a suspicious person outside
- 26:41Speaker 7: the center. When they arrived, they saw someone who appeared
- 26:44Speaker 7: to have a gun. One of the Alvarado officers tried
- 26:48Speaker 7: to talk to that person, and at that point several
- 26:50Speaker 7: other people opened fire on the officer, who was hit
- 26:53Speaker 7: in the neck. He was treated at a local hospital
- 26:56Speaker 7: and has since been released. Officers arrested a number of
- 26:59Speaker 7: peace people at the scene. A motive for the attack
- 27:03Speaker 7: is still being investigated, but the Department of Homeland Security
- 27:07Speaker 7: said a group of more than a dozen people had
- 27:10Speaker 7: slashed tires of federal vehicles and damaged security cameras at
- 27:14Speaker 7: the ICE facility. There was also another attack on an
- 27:18Speaker 7: ICE facility in Portland, Oregon, Friday night, a facility that
- 27:22Speaker 7: has been the site of an ongoing protest for several weeks.
- 27:26Speaker 7: Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche wrote on x Saturday morning, quote,
- 27:31Speaker 7: we are closely monitoring the attacks on DHS detention facilities
- 27:36Speaker 7: in Praerriland, Texas and Portland, Oregon, and are coordinating with
- 27:40Speaker 7: the USAOs and.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Our law enforcement partners.
- 27:43Speaker 7: The Department has zero tolerance for assaults on federal officers
- 27:48Speaker 7: or property and will bring the full weight of the
- 27:51Speaker 7: law against those responsible now both at tax Daina happened
- 27:55Speaker 7: on the day President Trump signed his domestic policy bill
- 28:00Speaker 7: into law, a bill of colls that includes some forty
- 28:02Speaker 7: five billion dollars to expand the capacity of immigration detention
- 28:07Speaker 7: centers and thirty one billion for ICE operations.
- 28:11Speaker 2: Dana, all right, Jonathan Hunt.
- 28:14Speaker 1: By the way, let's just stop there with that report
- 28:17Speaker 1: for a second. You look at that report and you
- 28:21Speaker 1: listen to it, I think it's pretty clear this is
- 28:24Speaker 1: a coordinated effort nationwide by the radical left to go
- 28:28Speaker 1: after ICE agents to make them feel unsafe.
- 28:31Speaker 2: This is happening on a regular basis.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Now we are seeing more and more headlines of these
- 28:37Speaker 1: ICE agents that are being targeted and attacked. And I
- 28:41Speaker 1: think this is another example of how the left is
- 28:45Speaker 1: willing to use violence at all costs to try to
- 28:49Speaker 1: stop things they don't like. They're used to this type
- 28:52Speaker 1: of violence. They got used to it with the Summer
- 28:54Speaker 1: of Rage. They got used to it, and now it's
- 28:57Speaker 1: like their go to like, Hey we don't like something,
- 28:59Speaker 1: let's burn a city down. Hey we don't like what's
- 29:02Speaker 1: happening with icelests, go and attack the facilities where the
- 29:05Speaker 1: ICE agents go. Let's make people be afraid to do
- 29:09Speaker 1: their jobs. And by the way, Democratic leadership, I'm going
- 29:12Speaker 1: to leave you with this thought. Notice how quiet they
- 29:16Speaker 1: are on this. The leadership of the Democratic Party is
- 29:19Speaker 1: not out there condemning these attacks.
- 29:21Speaker 2: They're saying nothing. Why because coming from within their own party.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Don't forget Share this podcast please with your family, and
- 29:30Speaker 1: your friends wherever they are, and I will see you
- 29:34Speaker 1: back here tomorrow
