- 0:59Speaker 5: You don't you turn?
- 1:06Speaker 6: Love, turn, you gotta turn.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I got to turn the mouth.
- 1:42Speaker 5: Turn.
- 1:43Speaker 3: You probably got to turn the mouth, turn out.
- 1:46Speaker 2: A word the money.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 7: Come on, you'll think that, Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 7: Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, Oh
- 2:07Speaker 7: come on, dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey.
- 2:11Speaker 8: Man got a radio show, borl bor Oh boy, I
- 2:16Speaker 8: can't even tell you.
- 2:17Speaker 5: Man.
- 2:18Speaker 8: I've been doing some thinking and and one of the
- 2:23Speaker 8: things that I wanted to mention today to you as
- 2:26Speaker 8: one of the principles of success, being grateful at all
- 2:33Speaker 8: times is difficult to do. Being grateful at all times
- 2:42Speaker 8: is very difficult to do. I find that to be
- 2:45Speaker 8: true with myself. Now there are others that might be
- 2:48Speaker 8: able to do it, but just from talking and listening
- 2:52Speaker 8: and living and learning, being grateful at all times is
- 2:57Speaker 8: difficult to do. But it's not necessary because it's such
- 3:03Speaker 8: an act of faith in knowing that no matter what's
- 3:07Speaker 8: going on, it's going to be alright, And it's hard
- 3:12Speaker 8: to see that when things are not going in your favor,
- 3:17Speaker 8: when things have turned so dramatically the other way, and
- 3:22Speaker 8: it seems as though you're the only one in the
- 3:25Speaker 8: situation where you're involved with other people, or someone got
- 3:29Speaker 8: an accusation against you falsely, or somebody trying to do
- 3:32Speaker 8: something to you unjustifiably, whatever the case may be. When
- 3:37Speaker 8: it's happening to you, it does appear to you that, oh,
- 3:41Speaker 8: my goodness, man, this is horribly one sided.
- 3:46Speaker 2: So it is difficult.
- 3:48Speaker 8: It's hard to do to be grateful at all times,
- 3:52Speaker 8: but it's so necessary. And I just want to point
- 3:56Speaker 8: out a couple of things to you. First of all,
- 4:00Speaker 8: the difficulty in being grateful in hard times is that
- 4:05Speaker 8: number one, the present circumstances. Oftentimes it's just so pressing
- 4:11Speaker 8: and so overwhelming that a lot of your energy is
- 4:14Speaker 8: devoted to trying to come up with the solution for that,
- 4:18Speaker 8: or trying to muster the strength to whether the storm,
- 4:21Speaker 8: or trying to just brace yourself to try to get
- 4:24Speaker 8: through it, and in doing that, you don't It's hard
- 4:28Speaker 8: to be grateful. It's hard to be grateful in pain,
- 4:33Speaker 8: and I know it is, but here is the trick
- 4:36Speaker 8: for me. This is what I've had to learn how
- 4:41Speaker 8: to do, and I guess it takes practice to get here.
- 4:45Speaker 8: It's not nothing you just start doing right away. You
- 4:47Speaker 8: got to practice it in small increments to really get it.
- 4:51Speaker 8: What I've always had to say to myself and what
- 4:53Speaker 8: I've learned to say to myself is this is happening
- 4:57Speaker 8: to me because God is working me through something. This
- 5:02Speaker 8: is happening to me because it's some form of tests
- 5:06Speaker 8: that I have to pass in order to graduate to
- 5:09Speaker 8: the next grade, and that in order to be allowed
- 5:12Speaker 8: to move to the next level. This is happening to
- 5:16Speaker 8: me because there's something I need to purge my life,
- 5:21Speaker 8: of my body, of my spirit, of something's purging in me.
- 5:26Speaker 8: And when you purge something, it's it's painful, you know,
- 5:30Speaker 8: It's like a person getting off drugs. The withdrawal is agonizing.
- 5:35Speaker 8: I've been told and every documentary I've ever watched it
- 5:39Speaker 8: it's an agonizing process to go cold turkey, to withdraw,
- 5:44Speaker 8: to pull away after you've been doing something so long.
- 5:48Speaker 8: And so I know that this process is tough when
- 5:54Speaker 8: you're going through some pain, But when you're purging your system,
- 5:59Speaker 8: when you when you're having to pass a test, when
- 6:02Speaker 8: you're about to make when you're being made ready for
- 6:07Speaker 8: the next level. That moment right in there, in realizing
- 6:12Speaker 8: that that's what's happening, that's where you find the gratitude.
- 6:15Speaker 8: That's where I found the gratitude. I hope I'm explaining
- 6:19Speaker 8: this correctly. I'm gonna keep trying until I get it.
- 6:21Speaker 8: But that's where you find the gratitude. The second part
- 6:27Speaker 8: of it is is that God has never left me
- 6:32Speaker 8: in all the things I've done, in all the mistakes
- 6:36Speaker 8: I've made, all the lies I've told, all the situations
- 6:40Speaker 8: I've gotten myself into, from being greedy and wanting too
- 6:44Speaker 8: much for me at the expense sometimes of other people,
- 6:52Speaker 8: not doing it deliberately or in a vindictive way, because
- 6:57Speaker 8: I've never had that spirit. I'm not a vendicive or
- 7:00Speaker 8: a mean person, but sometimes in my life, in wanting
- 7:05Speaker 8: to do what I wanted to do, I didn't totally
- 7:08Speaker 8: weigh out the cause and effect of the other person.
- 7:12Speaker 8: I mean, can I just be real with you with that?
- 7:15Speaker 8: I mean, how many times we'dn all done that? Look,
- 7:17Speaker 8: it doesn't it don't make you a bad person, you know,
- 7:21Speaker 8: good people do bad things all the time. I just
- 7:24Speaker 8: happened to have come to the realization that unknowingly and
- 7:30Speaker 8: and not and not with malice intent towards a person,
- 7:36Speaker 8: I've hurt people looking at something I wanted to do
- 7:41Speaker 8: without really looking at what the cause and effect would
- 7:45Speaker 8: be on the other person. So in doing some of
- 7:49Speaker 8: these things, I've created situations for myself. But God, through
- 7:53Speaker 8: his grace and mercy, has allowed me to even get
- 7:57Speaker 8: beyond that. So when I'm saying that God has never
- 8:00Speaker 8: left me in spite of myself, He's always gotten me through.
- 8:05Speaker 8: So that's the other part of it too. See that
- 8:08Speaker 8: no matter what you're going through, you've got to understand
- 8:11Speaker 8: that God has always gotten you through it now has
- 8:14Speaker 8: any Now that may not be the way you want
- 8:16Speaker 8: it or the way you liked, but guess what, you
- 8:19Speaker 8: can't do wrong and not pay for that. Now that
- 8:22Speaker 8: that's not how this works, That's never going to be
- 8:24Speaker 8: the case. But the great thing about God is he
- 8:27Speaker 8: fires warning shots at us all the time. He gives
- 8:30Speaker 8: us an opportunity to stop. You know, he don't fully
- 8:33Speaker 8: punish us right away every time we do something wrong.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Now does it? You know?
- 8:38Speaker 8: Eventually you're going to get caught doing whatever it is
- 8:41Speaker 8: you're doing. You do understand that, don't you. But the
- 8:45Speaker 8: first time, that close call, that was a warning shot
- 8:48Speaker 8: for you to stop. Look, I know you're not perfect.
- 8:51Speaker 8: I know we all sinners down here, so I know
- 8:53Speaker 8: you're gonna make mistakes. One time, I know you was
- 8:55Speaker 8: looking at her when you weren't supposed to. I know
- 8:57Speaker 8: you said something to him when you wasn't supposed to.
- 9:00Speaker 8: I know you got with her when you know you
- 9:03Speaker 8: wasn't supposed to. And I know you got with him
- 9:05Speaker 8: when you know you wasn't supposed to. So I tell
- 9:07Speaker 8: you what I'm gonna do. I'm a fire warning shot,
- 9:10Speaker 8: and maybe you'll slow your roll this time. But we
- 9:12Speaker 8: keep on though. See see see that's what happens. See
- 9:15Speaker 8: we just keep on and then the next thing, you know,
- 9:19Speaker 8: we get caught. Now, Oh Lord, have mercy, I won't
- 9:22Speaker 8: out of this.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:23Speaker 8: Well see, you done dug this hole pretty deep and
- 9:26Speaker 8: he gonna get you out. But it's some things that's
- 9:29Speaker 8: got to go down now because you didn't pay attention
- 9:32Speaker 8: to the warning shot. See, had you stopped the first time,
- 9:34Speaker 8: you felt bad about it and said you wasn't gonna
- 9:37Speaker 8: do it no more, the situation wouldn't be as critical.
- 9:40Speaker 2: But because we don't stop and we go again. But
- 9:43Speaker 2: God always.
- 9:44Speaker 8: Forgives, He always allows us to get back up again.
- 9:50Speaker 8: He always gives us a mercy, He always gives.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Us his grace. He always does that.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Shot.
- 10:01Speaker 8: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, boys and girls, boys
- 10:07Speaker 8: and girls, rabbit trainers, gorilla tamers, you know, and somebody
- 10:11Speaker 8: never heard of a gorilla tamer. I've never heard a
- 10:14Speaker 8: person that tames gorilla. You just can't go get a
- 10:18Speaker 8: gorilla out the while and him make him do what
- 10:21Speaker 8: you want to do.
- 10:21Speaker 2: You ever thought about it at the circus?
- 10:25Speaker 8: Gorilla ain't at the circus, but no looking at you
- 10:30Speaker 8: like okay, yeah, anyway, hey, y'all. You know what, Yeah,
- 10:36Speaker 8: ladies and gentlemen, this is how we're gonna do it today.
- 10:39Speaker 8: We're gonna say thank you for this opportunity for another
- 10:42Speaker 8: day in the land of the living, for another day
- 10:45Speaker 8: of prosperity and promise, hope and faith. Now it might
- 10:50Speaker 8: be some challenges, but I'm counting on the fact that
- 10:53Speaker 8: you've gotten me through all others.
- 10:55Speaker 2: I'm expecting you to get me.
- 10:56Speaker 8: Through this one. I'm expecting some great things from God today.
- 11:00Speaker 8: You do the same, and He has never failed me yet.
- 11:02Speaker 8: And don't forget God ain't ever too late. I'm talking
- 11:05Speaker 8: to myself right now because I'm still waiting on something.
- 11:07Speaker 8: Ladies and gentlemen, Steve Harvey, Morty Show, Shelton Strawberry College, Reil, Mississippi,
- 11:11Speaker 8: Monica Junior and the legend that is nephew Tommy Junior
- 11:15Speaker 8: got on the shirt to say barbel.
- 11:17Speaker 9: Oh yeah, barbell a bully, Yeah, go ahead?
- 11:24Speaker 2: What's on your mind?
- 11:25Speaker 10: So?
- 11:25Speaker 3: Uh, you know what, man?
- 11:26Speaker 11: You said challenges man, But you know what I knows
- 11:28Speaker 11: about you, Uncle Steven, since working with you. You motivate yourself.
- 11:31Speaker 11: You ain't nobody motivating you. You ain't looking for it.
- 11:34Speaker 11: You get up, you stay motivated. So how do you
- 11:38Speaker 11: deal with your challenges? And what keeps you motivated? How
- 11:40Speaker 11: you stay motivated? You don't even for nobody else.
- 11:43Speaker 8: The question often arises who motivates the motivator? And all
- 11:49Speaker 8: I can tell you, man, is I have a track
- 11:51Speaker 8: record of proving success in the face of all adversity
- 11:59Speaker 8: and failures. I have a proven track record, and I
- 12:03Speaker 8: have to go back to that often when I'm going
- 12:05Speaker 8: through something like right now, I'm gona give you an example.
- 12:08Speaker 8: I'm going through something, man, and if the average person
- 12:11Speaker 8: was going through this, it.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Be a real situation.
- 12:16Speaker 8: But because I have a track record of times that
- 12:19Speaker 8: he's bought me through in the past, I oftentimes, as
- 12:23Speaker 8: a motivator myself, have to go back and review the
- 12:26Speaker 8: track record and realize there's a couple of things that
- 12:30Speaker 8: come into play. We've all heard this. I don't believe
- 12:34Speaker 8: he bought me this far.
- 12:36Speaker 2: To leave me.
- 12:37Speaker 8: That's a true statement, man, because he's shown it to
- 12:40Speaker 8: me time and time again. So right there, I just
- 12:44Speaker 8: don't believe God bought me this far to leave me.
- 12:47Speaker 8: It may look cloudy, it may look dark, it might
- 12:49Speaker 8: even look like it ain't gonna happen, and it might
- 12:52Speaker 8: not happen the way.
- 12:54Speaker 2: I want it.
- 12:55Speaker 8: But whatever he got in mind so far has been
- 12:59Speaker 8: pretty good. And I'm just gonna wait, trust in his
- 13:03Speaker 8: timing and go on to get through it.
- 13:05Speaker 3: Now.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Is it uncomfortable? Yes, it is.
- 13:10Speaker 8: The Stanzas says, Yay, though I walk through the valley
- 13:14Speaker 8: and the shadow of death, I will fear no, eth,
- 13:19Speaker 8: That don't mean you ain't scared. It's just you gonna
- 13:23Speaker 8: face the field. All right, I'm gonna walk through the
- 13:28Speaker 8: fire and not be burned. You ain't saying one I'm
- 13:30Speaker 8: gonna get hot in now. It just said you ain't
- 13:32Speaker 8: gonna get burned. It's gonna get hot though.
- 13:36Speaker 12: Two minutes after the hour, we'll hear from a nephew
- 13:39Speaker 12: as he runs that brank back.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Harvey morning.

- 14:29Speaker 1: Nephew, what you got for us this morning?
- 14:31Speaker 13: We're gonna run it back Scherty. We're going were going
- 14:33Speaker 13: to the cemetery. Now, what you do when you get
- 14:35Speaker 13: in the cemetery and Charley, you go down there, you
- 14:37Speaker 13: get you this big old tree and you make it left.
- 14:39Speaker 13: You make a left right there, and then you go
- 14:40Speaker 13: down to mister Williams Barry and when you see that,
- 14:46Speaker 13: tearing right up the side of that and make it
- 14:48Speaker 13: right and then go down about five six bodies.
- 14:52Speaker 2: What did you do with tom? The problem is you
- 14:55Speaker 2: gave the wrong directions to my sister's grave.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Okay, I know what mister Williams.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Great is if I don't know exactly. You got to
- 15:03Speaker 2: go to that tree. When you get to that tree,
- 15:05Speaker 2: you making the left. I got it.
- 15:08Speaker 13: Okay, you're gonna see that big oak tree. Everybody, everybody
- 15:11Speaker 13: don't get to be under the big oak tree. Okay,
- 15:13Speaker 13: since some people out there in the daylight, our way
- 15:15Speaker 13: out there in the heat. But when you get to
- 15:17Speaker 13: the oak tree, hear and left.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Go out.
- 15:20Speaker 13: Now, when you get to the next curve, make it
- 15:23Speaker 13: right now. You got to start counting the plots. Okay,
- 15:28Speaker 13: that means one plot, two plot, going by six something,
- 15:30Speaker 13: no matter of fact. Stop at the sixth spot and
- 15:33Speaker 13: speak to miss Georgia. Okay, you got to do that.
- 15:36Speaker 13: Everybody always pay their respect, George. Now keep going, keep going.
- 15:40Speaker 13: We're trying to get to my sister plots to.
- 15:46Speaker 2: It's too much. Now you will see.
- 15:50Speaker 13: Miss Darrs and mister Daniel they right there together. They
- 15:53Speaker 13: had else together. They was fortunate. Okay, but now my
- 15:57Speaker 13: sister it really ain't no uh, it ain't no plot.
- 16:01Speaker 13: It's just a flat thing on that. We ain't have
- 16:03Speaker 13: a whole lot of money for that anyway, Heredo, you
- 16:05Speaker 13: gave wrong directions to my sister's plot.
- 16:10Speaker 2: We don't prayed over the wrong thing.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Let's go care now, thank you for calling.
- 16:19Speaker 9: My name is Fredric Stammers. Down there, Tamera, let.
- 16:23Speaker 10: Me see she's in the office.
- 16:24Speaker 1: One moment, see Patia.
- 16:25Speaker 14: Just don't you don't make sense for all to go
- 16:28Speaker 14: out there like we did it and they're running into
- 16:30Speaker 14: these type of problems that Hello, hello, listen, my name
- 16:35Speaker 14: is Fredrick Stimmens. Okay, now my sister's system is buried
- 16:40Speaker 14: out there, okay, And we come out there last.
- 16:43Speaker 9: Week on Monday to come out there and pray over
- 16:46Speaker 9: the space. Watching you.
- 16:48Speaker 14: Now, you as the one that told us that it
- 16:51Speaker 14: was a few spaces away from the masoleum.
- 16:54Speaker 15: Now we got out there and prayed over my sister
- 16:57Speaker 15: friends of this barrel and find out that we was
- 17:00Speaker 15: in the wrong space.
- 17:02Speaker 9: Then they say, you was the one that told it
- 17:04Speaker 9: to us.
- 17:05Speaker 16: I don't even know what you're talking about.
- 17:06Speaker 9: You was the one that told us that my sister
- 17:09Speaker 9: I don't.
- 17:10Speaker 16: Give out spaces. I'm in the administrative office.
- 17:12Speaker 9: I don't know why you're working out. I don't know.
- 17:14Speaker 9: You was the one that told us this, No I did. Yes,
- 17:18Speaker 9: you're dead.
- 17:19Speaker 14: You are the one that my grandbaby said that she
- 17:21Speaker 14: talked to the woman named Tampa, and you had us
- 17:24Speaker 14: out there stand it over some white man's about it
- 17:27Speaker 14: and what I'm.
- 17:28Speaker 16: Not a counceror, so I can't tell you where space is.
- 17:30Speaker 16: So your granddor to lie to you.
- 17:33Speaker 9: Ain't nobody knowed men, you had us out there in
- 17:35Speaker 9: the wrong space.
- 17:36Speaker 16: I couldn't have had you in the wrong space because
- 17:38Speaker 16: I don't even know the semeterary.
- 17:40Speaker 9: You know what I'm gonna send my grand baby up there.
- 17:43Speaker 2: To talk to you.
- 17:44Speaker 16: Okay, I'll be here to five.
- 17:45Speaker 9: You're very mischievous, you know that i'll.
- 17:47Speaker 16: Be here at five o'clock. You have a good day, No,
- 17:50Speaker 16: you don't.
- 17:51Speaker 9: You hang up this phone on me.
- 17:53Speaker 16: You have a good day.
- 17:54Speaker 9: No, I'm not gonna have.
- 17:55Speaker 10: A good day.
- 17:55Speaker 15: You had me praying over the president's about it. That
- 17:59Speaker 15: was the wrong and we're sitting there praying over this
- 18:02Speaker 15: white man's body.
- 18:06Speaker 9: That what right?
- 18:07Speaker 16: Hello, I'm listening to you. You don't have an apology
- 18:10Speaker 16: or nothing, because I know I didn't tell your granddaughter
- 18:13Speaker 16: where a faith was.
- 18:15Speaker 9: Then what did you tell him?
- 18:16Speaker 16: I don't even know who your granddaughter is.
- 18:18Speaker 9: What you mean the Stamens family.
- 18:21Speaker 14: Were, I don't know who the Simons family is now Simon,
- 18:24Speaker 14: that's Demons, Demons.
- 18:26Speaker 16: I don't know a Simon's family. That's what I'm telling you.
- 18:29Speaker 16: I'm not a counselor. I don't even deal with family.
- 18:32Speaker 9: Here's what I need you to do. Can you go
- 18:35Speaker 9: out there and pray over myself about it?
- 18:37Speaker 16: I don't know where your sister is.
- 18:38Speaker 14: Very it's supposed to have been six faiths away from
- 18:42Speaker 14: the mother limb.
- 18:43Speaker 16: I don't are there any faces, yet, where is it?
- 18:46Speaker 16: Where is it at section two?
- 18:49Speaker 9: We was in section two, but there was some white man.
- 18:52Speaker 2: We wasn't that.
- 18:52Speaker 9: That wasn't my suter fence.
- 18:55Speaker 16: Okay, I don't even know who your sister Francis is.
- 18:59Speaker 16: I do not even know where section two is. Whoever
- 19:03Speaker 16: came into the cemetery and said that they spoke to me.
- 19:06Speaker 16: They probably did speak to me, and I probably got
- 19:09Speaker 16: the information from a counselor, but I never told them
- 19:12Speaker 16: exactly where the spot was. So if they were out
- 19:14Speaker 16: there praying over your sister and they were in the
- 19:17Speaker 16: wrong spot, that's not my problem. Pray some white man,
- 19:21Speaker 16: that's not my problem, sir, if the wrong spot.
- 19:25Speaker 9: If you gave the wrong information, that is.
- 19:29Speaker 16: I don't give the wrong information. Tell them yet, she's
- 19:32Speaker 16: in section two. I did not physically go out there
- 19:35Speaker 16: and point to the spot to tell them to pray
- 19:37Speaker 16: over that spot.
- 19:37Speaker 9: Let me explain what I'm trying to stop from happening.
- 19:41Speaker 14: If my people come out there, there's gonna be some
- 19:43Speaker 14: mobody getting married, and I don't want nobody to get hurt.
- 19:46Speaker 16: I mean, your family can come up here. It's not
- 19:48Speaker 16: gonna be no more body being buried that what they
- 19:51Speaker 16: can do is come up here right and we can
- 19:52Speaker 16: conversate about this. But it's not going to be an
- 19:55Speaker 16: ug world here.
- 19:56Speaker 9: I want you to go out there and you pray
- 19:58Speaker 9: over friends of I'm not.
- 20:00Speaker 16: Going out to pray over nobody's body. It's not your
- 20:04Speaker 16: family member. I didn't tell them the wrong information. Do
- 20:10Speaker 16: you love the Lord I dearly do?
- 20:12Speaker 9: Then you ought to have some sympathy. I want you
- 20:15Speaker 9: to bow your head right now.
- 20:17Speaker 16: No, I'm going to end this conversation because for the
- 20:21Speaker 16: work to do now, they won't come.
- 20:23Speaker 8: In and talk to me.
- 20:24Speaker 16: I will be hearing till five o'clock.
- 20:25Speaker 9: Can I say one more thing for you?
- 20:27Speaker 16: Go said one more thing and I'm the car.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Okay, This nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 20:49Speaker 13: just got it baby from nephew Tommy. Why you was
- 20:55Speaker 13: standing in your ground? This guys, she wasn't praying over
- 20:58Speaker 13: the wrong body. That don't mean nothing. All right, check
- 21:06Speaker 13: it out. You got to tell me one thing, what's

- 22:03Speaker 12: In entertainment news, Snoop Dogg addresses a backlash from his
- 22:06Speaker 12: Trump performance.
- 22:07Speaker 1: And says, quote, I'm still a black man.
- 22:10Speaker 12: Plus we'll hear from him, plus Carlo's Grammy Music News
- 22:14Speaker 12: and Google Maps to make change to Gulf of America.
- 22:17Speaker 12: We'll talk about all of these stories at the top
- 22:19Speaker 12: of the hour. Yeah, but right it's happening. It's happening.
- 22:23Speaker 12: But right now it is time to ask the CLO
- 22:26Speaker 12: our chief love Officer Steve Harvey in the building. This
- 22:30Speaker 12: is from Chevon Clo Chavn in Indianapolis. Chavon writes, my
- 22:35Speaker 12: husband coaches an AAU softball team. He has a whistle
- 22:40Speaker 12: that hangs from the rear view mirror in his car.
- 22:43Speaker 12: The whistle had lipstick on it, and he claims it
- 22:46Speaker 12: was chapstick. Why did he lie right away when it's
- 22:49Speaker 12: obviously a woman's lipstick.
- 22:52Speaker 8: Listen to me, chapstick come in, cherry flavor. M hm,
- 22:57Speaker 8: they got that out now, cherry flavor, chapstick protect him? Stick,
- 23:02Speaker 8: thank you?
- 23:02Speaker 2: That's what That's what I'm just saying. That is Is
- 23:06Speaker 2: that not true?
- 23:07Speaker 8: Is chapstick come cherry play? The problem he got is chapstick.
- 23:13Speaker 8: Don't go on red.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the problem he got. And seeings how she
- 23:21Speaker 2: uses lipstick. She know that it's lipstick.
- 23:26Speaker 8: Now, why did he lie right away? What in him
- 23:30Speaker 8: would make him say that's lipstick and she knows she
- 23:36Speaker 8: ain't put it on there. Well, now, the reason it's
- 23:41Speaker 8: got lipstick on it is cause I had it around
- 23:45Speaker 8: my neck and I was coaching and one of the parents,
- 23:47Speaker 8: this lady come up here and saying you just letting
- 23:49Speaker 8: them do what they want to do to my son.
- 23:51Speaker 2: You don't know how to work this? What this how
- 23:53Speaker 2: to whistle work? And then blew it and I took
- 23:56Speaker 2: it off because I ain't want to put my mouth
- 23:58Speaker 2: on it right there because it had something on it.
- 23:59Speaker 2: And I would go take this to the house and
- 24:01Speaker 2: bought it.
- 24:04Speaker 17: M Okay, So that's a better lie in your opinion, that's.
- 24:07Speaker 2: A great one.
- 24:08Speaker 8: Well, we're gonna go through a series of them before
- 24:10Speaker 8: I tell you that. And then I got a answer
- 24:14Speaker 8: like like this here, yell yeah, drop the mic. We're
- 24:23Speaker 8: not going to do is go yeah, snipstick.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Teresa.
- 24:29Speaker 8: We was going to get some ice cream after the practice.
- 24:32Speaker 8: She said, can I blow your whistle?
- 24:34Speaker 1: And I said, yeah, go ahead, blow the whistle.
- 24:37Speaker 2: Moving on.
- 24:40Speaker 1: A series of them, all right, Norris and Saginaw.
- 24:44Speaker 10: Right.
- 24:44Speaker 12: An old friend went home with me after a party
- 24:47Speaker 12: and I told her to get comfortable while I cleaned
- 24:49Speaker 12: my room. She got naked and had her booty smoothed
- 24:54Speaker 12: on my couch. She ruined the mood.
- 24:57Speaker 1: That was so nasty to me. Why does she think
- 24:59Speaker 1: that would sexy?
- 25:03Speaker 8: Yeah, I see what's happening. There's not an attraction here. Oh,
- 25:10Speaker 8: booty smoothed on the couch. I ain't know whatever that's
- 25:14Speaker 8: been a problem. Yeah, unless it's more booty than you
- 25:18Speaker 8: had seen on the couch before. And she know this
- 25:25Speaker 8: is her shot and she took it. I'm finna take
- 25:27Speaker 8: this out the friends on and I'm finn to put
- 25:29Speaker 8: it somewhere else.
- 25:32Speaker 1: She told her to get comfortable. That was comfortable to her.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, she's not attractive and he's not attracted.
- 25:40Speaker 12: Yeah, an old friend went home with me after a
- 25:44Speaker 12: party and I told her to get comfortable.
- 25:48Speaker 8: She said, that's exactly what I've been waiting here. I'm
- 25:52Speaker 8: finna get so damn comfort. Ain't nothing gonna be on me.
- 25:55Speaker 8: And you came out that room and went, I be damn.
- 26:00Speaker 1: She ruined the booty, said yeah, all right, moving on now.
- 26:09Speaker 2: No, I'm gonna let I'm gonna let that go go ahead.
- 26:11Speaker 17: Because what were you gonna say, unless for unless.
- 26:14Speaker 8: He was in there to clean up his room, because
- 26:15Speaker 8: they was gonna stay in there and he's a germaphobic freak.
- 26:19Speaker 8: And came out and the booty was smoothed on the couch.
- 26:22Speaker 8: Then that right there, because he did say it ruined
- 26:26Speaker 8: the move. So maybe he was playing on doing something
- 26:29Speaker 8: with her because they more than old friends. They friends
- 26:32Speaker 8: with benefits. And then he's, you know, jeremo phobic. You know,
- 26:35Speaker 8: we have one of them on the show, you know,
- 26:37Speaker 8: get the ruin and something, some dirt on something, you know,
- 26:42Speaker 8: but going on. I'm gonna tell you right now, I
- 26:44Speaker 8: ain't fitna ruin. We don't worry about that, damn couch.
- 26:50Speaker 8: I'm not fitna let the fact that you naked to
- 26:52Speaker 8: ruin the move what cleaning the room up for? Okay,
- 26:57Speaker 8: I want to straighten that part.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Out, all right, thank you, Siello.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Got glad you got that one together, all right?
- 27:03Speaker 12: Uh Michelle and fort Worth says, my man wrote me
- 27:06Speaker 12: a song and he sang it acapella at my birthday party.
- 27:10Speaker 12: My twelve year old twins laughed the entire time and
- 27:13Speaker 12: some of my family members left the room. It didn't
- 27:16Speaker 12: even phase him. How do I tell him he sucks
- 27:19Speaker 12: without hurting him?
- 27:20Speaker 10: No?
- 27:20Speaker 8: No, no, no, he ain't see them people leaving cause
- 27:25Speaker 8: let me tell you something, because I'm twelve year old people.
- 27:28Speaker 8: They didn't have nothing fun at They was over that Holliday.
- 27:33Speaker 8: And it's an original song.
- 27:35Speaker 17: Yes, he wrote it and sang it.
- 27:37Speaker 2: When I first saw.
- 27:39Speaker 8: You at the Baskin Robbins, and you had on up
- 27:45Speaker 8: purple dread. I was seeing there, want to buy your

- 28:23Speaker 2: I love your baby. Happy birthday. He lucky I wasn't there.
- 28:28Speaker 1: How would you have done, Steve.
- 28:30Speaker 8: I'd have been knocking stuff off that. I'd have been
- 28:32Speaker 8: raking stuff off the table now because I like people
- 28:36Speaker 8: to know.
- 28:36Speaker 1: I'm on the floor.
- 28:38Speaker 8: Oh, just raking condiments out on the floor. Ain't no silver,
- 28:42Speaker 8: no nothing, no mine, ain't nothing no miney.
- 28:44Speaker 12: I'd have cleared my tape, all right, this is the
- 28:50Speaker 12: last one, Celestine and Pensacola. Celestine writes, My brother in
- 28:56Speaker 12: law texts me often to ask about commercial properties, because
- 29:00Speaker 12: that's what I specialize in. I always mention the correspondence
- 29:04Speaker 12: to my husband because he gets jealous easily.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Why doesn't he trust me with his brother?
- 29:13Speaker 8: You know your husband could be just insecure. Insecure man,
- 29:17Speaker 8: ain't got no boundaries. Insecure it's insecure. My brother, your brother,
- 29:21Speaker 8: brother in law. It don't matter. You don't want nobody
- 29:26Speaker 8: talking to he insecure. He can't believe he got you.
- 29:31Speaker 8: He can't believe you ain't left yet.
- 29:35Speaker 17: He can't believe she's still there.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Yeah, so he ain'tybody talking to you as a damn
- 29:40Speaker 2: potential threat.
- 29:43Speaker 5: It's a.
- 29:45Speaker 8: Man, it's a bunch of She gonna compare me to
- 29:49Speaker 8: somebody and I'm gonna be Yeah, that's what it is.
- 29:52Speaker 10: Man.
- 29:53Speaker 17: So what does he say in the morning when he
- 29:56Speaker 17: looked over there at her, God.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Wow, thank you Jesus. I just said thank you Jesus.
- 30:08Speaker 2: By keep saying the notes every morning.
- 30:13Speaker 12: Spot coming up at the top of the hour, We'll
- 30:17Speaker 12: have some entertainment news for you right after this.
- 30:21Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:26Speaker 12: Well Snoop Dogg had previously been a vocal critic of Trump,
- 30:29Speaker 12: but appeared to switch sides and said he had quote
- 30:32Speaker 12: nothing but love and respect for Trump after his pardoning
- 30:35Speaker 12: of Michael Harry o'harris, the founder of Death Row Records
- 30:38Speaker 12: who was in prison for drug offenses. In the wake
- 30:41Speaker 12: of the controversy of his performance at Trump's Crypto Ball,
- 30:44Speaker 12: Snoop shared a video to Instagram in which he was
- 30:47Speaker 12: seen smoking and enjoying ain't no need to worry by
- 30:51Speaker 12: the Whinings and Stairway to Heaven by the ojays. Snoop said, quote,
- 30:55Speaker 12: y'all can can't hate enough. I love too much, he said,
- 30:59Speaker 12: get your life right, stop worrying about mine. I'm cool,
- 31:02Speaker 12: I'm together, Still a black man, still one hundred percent black,
- 31:07Speaker 12: all out till you ball out or till you fall out.
- 31:10Speaker 1: He added, I ain't going nowhere. I'm right here.
- 31:14Speaker 2: I got that. But you did flip the script dog.
- 31:17Speaker 8: You did that.
- 31:19Speaker 17: You flipped what he said in twenty seventeen.
- 31:21Speaker 13: You said back then what you did. I guess everybody
- 31:24Speaker 13: would just want to know why what happened?
- 31:26Speaker 1: You flip script change?
- 31:28Speaker 2: People Bill love you, but you flipped script dog. You did.
- 31:33Speaker 2: I was watching any explanation and you know, I mean, yeah,
- 31:38Speaker 2: I saw the video.
- 31:40Speaker 8: I excuse me for sounding, you know, a square or whatever,
- 31:46Speaker 8: but you can't be smoking weed. Why you explaining what
- 31:50Speaker 8: you did to me? Because I thought what you did
- 31:53Speaker 8: was cause you had smoked some weed. That what you're
- 31:57Speaker 8: just showing me that weed smoking makes you very unreasonable.
- 32:02Speaker 8: That's that's my takeaway with you, that's your takeaway. Yeah,
- 32:06Speaker 8: weed smoking made you go down there to the crypto ball.
- 32:09Speaker 8: Weed smoking made you forget what you said in twenty seventeen.
- 32:13Speaker 8: And then we smoking had you making this analogy. I
- 32:16Speaker 8: love Snoop. I'm gonna keep on loving you too. Yeah,
- 32:19Speaker 8: I do too, man, Yeah, because Snoop is a good dude.
- 32:23Speaker 8: But good dudes, good dudes make mistakes. Yeah, yeah, they do, man,
- 32:30Speaker 8: they make mistakes. That was a little bit of a mistake, now,
- 32:33Speaker 8: you know, if he said, hey, man, look he let
- 32:35Speaker 8: Harry go out, I felt like I owed him, yeah,
- 32:38Speaker 8: you know, because I had asked him what he pardoned
- 32:40Speaker 8: and he did that.
- 32:41Speaker 2: So I did this that right there. I walked down
- 32:44Speaker 2: the road with you. I walked down the road with you.
- 32:49Speaker 2: And you know, to explain that because he owes us that, right,
- 32:57Speaker 2: he don't. He don't owe us that. He really don't.
- 33:00Speaker 8: But you know this social media, man, social media got
- 33:03Speaker 8: everybody and everybody business that don't even belong now.
- 33:06Speaker 2: But you know, like he said, I'm gonna just keep
- 33:08Speaker 2: on loving you.
- 33:08Speaker 8: And you know the only way that he'll hate us
- 33:10Speaker 8: would love And I'm still a black man and which
- 33:13Speaker 8: is true.
- 33:14Speaker 2: He's still a black man. Yeah, you know.
- 33:17Speaker 3: Ye.
- 33:18Speaker 8: Now at one point in time today, though, I have
- 33:22Speaker 8: some facts about DEEI that I'd like to share with everything.

- 37:44Speaker 12: There are almost no words such sad news for the
- 37:49Speaker 12: families of the victims of the American Airlines flight fifty
- 37:52Speaker 12: three forty two last night in Washington. In case you
- 37:55Speaker 12: haven't heard, in Washington, DC, a mid air collision near
- 37:58Speaker 12: Ronald Reagan Nationally Airport forced the closure of all flights
- 38:03Speaker 12: until late this morning. An American Airlines flight from Wichita,
- 38:08Speaker 12: Kansas was on approach to the airport when it collided
- 38:12Speaker 12: with an Army Blackhawk helicopter. The Defense Department said three
- 38:17Speaker 12: soldiers were aboard. American Airlines stated a crew of four
- 38:21Speaker 12: with sixty passengers were on flight fifty three forty two.
- 38:25Speaker 12: The US Figure Skatings Communications director said several athletes, coaches,
- 38:29Speaker 12: and family members were aboard.
- 38:31Speaker 1: The debris field spread across the it was cold.
- 38:37Speaker 12: The Potomac River first responders and dive teams are still
- 38:42Speaker 12: in active search and rescue effort. Now, yeah, this is
- 38:47Speaker 12: just so sad. It really really is. Overnight several bodies
- 38:50Speaker 12: were pulled from the river. A large debt toll is expected.
- 38:55Speaker 12: The White House quickly released a statement saying, thank you
- 38:58Speaker 12: for the incredible work being done our first responders. Defense
- 39:02Speaker 12: Secretary Knew. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth confirmed that his department
- 39:08Speaker 12: and the Army have launched that investigation, and of course,
- 39:12Speaker 12: our deepest, deepest condolences go out to the families.
- 39:15Speaker 17: There is a vigil later to be held in Wichita today.
- 39:19Speaker 2: This plane was almost landing.
- 39:20Speaker 1: It was almost yeah, yeah.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Yeah, the plane.
- 39:25Speaker 1: It's just really really sad because you know, this just
- 39:27Speaker 1: happened last night.
- 39:28Speaker 18: So there are just multiple reports and speculations, and according
- 39:33Speaker 18: to ABC News, the air traffic controller warned the helicopter.
- 39:38Speaker 18: Have you spotted the CRJ is what they call the
- 39:41Speaker 18: particular aircraft.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Why is the helicopter there? I don't know.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Training.
- 39:46Speaker 8: Look, of course, our condolences go out to everybody lost,
- 39:50Speaker 8: and you know we can thank the first responders. I'm
- 39:53Speaker 8: not even sure at the rate they're talking that this
- 39:57Speaker 8: is a life saving mission anymore as more as opposed
- 40:00Speaker 8: to a recovery mission. So but with that being said,
- 40:04Speaker 8: you better believe that are going to be a lot
- 40:08Speaker 8: of questions asked because of all the things I've seen,
- 40:13Speaker 8: air traffic control did their job. That's the way I'm
- 40:17Speaker 8: from all reports. I'm hearing aircraft air traffic control did
- 40:20Speaker 8: their job, but there's a lot of holes in the
- 40:24Speaker 8: communication between them and the helicopter pilot. That's really sad.
- 40:30Speaker 18: Yeah, it's really necessari they're investigating. You got people on
- 40:34Speaker 18: social media with all kinds of theories, and then people
- 40:36Speaker 18: that used to be pilots and they're saying too, that's
- 40:39Speaker 18: the air traffic controllers are not experienced like they.
- 40:43Speaker 1: Used to be.
- 40:43Speaker 18: There needs to be constant communication, so they're saying it could.
- 40:47Speaker 18: It's just like you said, a thorough investigation needs to
- 40:51Speaker 18: happen to see why this fatal crash.
- 40:55Speaker 12: And again, our condolence is going out to everyone involved.
- 40:59Speaker 12: All right, we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 41:02Speaker 12: Show right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Okay, guys,

- 41:55Speaker 11: in there, and then leave and go back in there
- 41:57Speaker 11: and still don't know why I'm in there.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Steve like that, I think I'll have.
- 42:03Speaker 2: To say one morning, when he put his head said so.
- 42:08Speaker 5: I do it. I knew it.
- 42:12Speaker 3: Would.
- 42:15Speaker 8: I'm gonna tell you when I had one. I was
- 42:17Speaker 8: hosting NFL Honors out in La at Sofi Arena the
- 42:22Speaker 8: Fro when the when the stadium was first fitting to open,
- 42:25Speaker 8: and I got through and I was done with my segment,
- 42:28Speaker 8: and I had on a leopard jacket, I had a
- 42:30Speaker 8: zebra jacket something, and I had on some boots and
- 42:33Speaker 8: I was on that field and I said, wow, man,
- 42:36Speaker 8: and I said, I'm a run to the fifty yard line.
- 42:41Speaker 2: I took about eight steps.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Every muscle in my.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Leg cramped up. I pulled hamstring, calf muscles. I said,
- 42:51Speaker 2: whoa whoa, You can't just break out running no more.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Now you got to lay down on the table and
- 43:00Speaker 2: have a whole stretch session. I would you know.
- 43:04Speaker 8: That wasn't the first time, But that's when I really realized, Hey,
- 43:07Speaker 8: hey dog, you know it can't just break out start trotting.
- 43:10Speaker 2: No, damn where.
- 43:12Speaker 1: Twenty five anymore?
- 43:13Speaker 8: All right?
- 43:14Speaker 12: What do you hate most about your neighbor? What do
- 43:17Speaker 12: you hate most about your neighbor? These are random questions.
- 43:22Speaker 1: It's fun random.
- 43:23Speaker 2: I don't hate my naghbor.
- 43:24Speaker 1: My neighbor cool.
- 43:26Speaker 2: You got to have a cool ass neighbor. You ain't
- 43:28Speaker 2: got no fish.
- 43:32Speaker 8: To get along with your damn neighboring issue with your neighbor.
- 43:37Speaker 2: Steve, No, I ain't never seen my neighbor.
- 43:41Speaker 1: You don't know who your neighbors are.
- 43:45Speaker 2: Let me tell you something.
- 43:46Speaker 8: If if my neighbors were standing at the fence, it'll
- 43:51Speaker 8: be the first time I seen them.
- 43:54Speaker 1: I thought you had some issues with your female neighbor something.
- 43:57Speaker 8: Oh no, that's been my other house when I'm lived
- 44:00Speaker 8: over there. Oh yeah, yeah, that one right there. I
- 44:04Speaker 8: couldn't stand her. She was German and racist. Oh yeah wow,
- 44:10Speaker 8: but look with her hitler acting ass I couldn't stand
- 44:13Speaker 8: that woman.
- 44:13Speaker 10: Man.
- 44:14Speaker 8: She was evil to a whole nother level. Man, I
- 44:16Speaker 8: mean just evil, racist, old You know, I should have
- 44:20Speaker 8: left on that hill. You know, we live on a
- 44:21Speaker 8: steep hill. And her husband, her and her husband was
- 44:24Speaker 8: going down the hill one time, and her husband fell
- 44:28Speaker 8: so he couldn't help her get back up the hill.
- 44:31Speaker 2: So he got up the hill, and they had a
- 44:33Speaker 2: rope that they had tied to some trees.
- 44:35Speaker 8: That would help their old ass get back up, and
- 44:38Speaker 8: she couldn't make it up even with the rope.
- 44:40Speaker 2: I went over there and helped her. I should have
- 44:42Speaker 2: left her ass.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Down after you did the right thing.
- 44:46Speaker 2: Yes, you just should have left her old ass down.
- 44:51Speaker 2: That damn chatter, Hoochie River.

- 56:26Speaker 12: Thank you, nephew. Subject Do I need to choose the
- 56:29Speaker 12: sure thing? Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm thirty years old and
- 56:33Speaker 12: pregnant with my first child. The father of my child
- 56:36Speaker 12: cheated on me, so I broke up with him five
- 56:39Speaker 12: days before I found out that I was pregnant. I
- 56:42Speaker 12: was so angry with him that I didn't even tell
- 56:44Speaker 12: him I was pregnant until last month. I've been dating
- 56:47Speaker 12: a man that's thirty seven and he has a daughter
- 56:50Speaker 12: from a previous relationship. I told him that I'm pregnant
- 56:54Speaker 12: the first day we met, and he said he loves
- 56:57Speaker 12: kids and he hopes it's a boy because he wants
- 57:00Speaker 12: a boy. He's but everything my child needs, from the
- 57:03Speaker 12: crib to all of the diapers, and we've only been
- 57:06Speaker 12: dating four months. He was the one that encouraged me
- 57:08Speaker 12: to call the father of my child and tell him
- 57:10Speaker 12: that I'm pregnant. He drove me to my ex's job
- 57:13Speaker 12: and sat in the car. When my ex saw my
- 57:15Speaker 12: little belly, he broke down and cried. He apologized over
- 57:19Speaker 12: and over for cheating on me and missing out on
- 57:21Speaker 12: my pregnancy. He was low key mad that I didn't
- 57:24Speaker 12: tell him months ago, but I told him that's on
- 57:27Speaker 12: him for being a cheater. I told him that I
- 57:29Speaker 12: have a boyfriend and my boyfriend is prepared to be
- 57:33Speaker 12: the daddy. That's when he tends up and told me
- 57:35Speaker 12: that my boyfriend won't be raising our baby. Then he
- 57:39Speaker 12: begged me to take him back and marry him before
- 57:41Speaker 12: the baby is born. I told him that wasn't going
- 57:44Speaker 12: to happen, and I left. He's been blowing up my
- 57:47Speaker 12: phone since I unblocked him. My boyfriend is getting annoyed
- 57:50Speaker 12: with my exes calls, so he told me to decide
- 57:53Speaker 12: what I want to do. He said he will understand
- 57:56Speaker 12: if I want to be with my ex, but I'd
- 57:58Speaker 12: lose him and he really cares about me. Do I
- 58:00Speaker 12: stay with my boyfriend or should I give my ex
- 58:04Speaker 12: another chance? Of course, only you. Yeah, I can answer that,
- 58:09Speaker 12: of course. But here's some questions you might want to
- 58:13Speaker 12: ask yourself. Why would you want to go back to
- 58:15Speaker 12: a cheater. This man cheated on you. If you give
- 58:17Speaker 12: him another chance, who's to say he won't cheat on
- 58:20Speaker 12: you again?
- 58:22Speaker 3: Can he change?
- 58:23Speaker 17: Sure, people change all the time, but have you seen
- 58:25Speaker 17: any changes in him?
- 58:27Speaker 1: Because you didn't mention it in this letter.
- 58:30Speaker 12: Meanwhile, this new guy is stepping up in every way possible.
- 58:34Speaker 12: Every way possible. He's even prepared to be a dad
- 58:37Speaker 12: to your unborn child. I mean, that's big for any
- 58:40Speaker 12: man to do for a baby that's not his biologically.
- 58:43Speaker 2: That is big.
- 58:45Speaker 12: As a matter of fact, he's the one who encourage
- 58:47Speaker 12: you to tell your ex about the baby. I mean,
- 58:50Speaker 12: that's another man move. I agree he had a right
- 58:54Speaker 12: to know the baby. The father of your child and
- 58:57Speaker 12: so you should have told him. I do agree with that,
- 59:01Speaker 12: But so now what Now he wants to rush and
- 59:03Speaker 12: marry you. Did you go with the man who cheated?
- 59:09Speaker 12: These are your questions. Do you go with the man
- 59:10Speaker 12: who cheated and is now trying to get back with
- 59:13Speaker 12: you or the one who stepped up for you and
- 59:15Speaker 12: your unborn child in every way since day one, and
- 59:18Speaker 12: who's willing to help you raise a child?
- 59:20Speaker 1: Those are your questions. I get it.
- 59:22Speaker 12: I say, bet on the sure thing, the man who
- 59:24Speaker 12: has shown you who he is. That man, the biological dad,
- 59:29Speaker 12: can co parent with you. He can get court assigned
- 59:31Speaker 12: visitation and pay child support based on his income.
- 59:35Speaker 17: That's my answer to you. Go with the sure thing, Steve.
- 59:38Speaker 8: This letter really is a little challenging. This letter is deep, man,
- 59:43Speaker 8: this is crazy. I mean, if you look at this man,
- 59:46Speaker 8: this letter got some twisting angles. And I wasn't really
- 59:48Speaker 8: ready for this. You're thirty years old, pregnant with your
- 59:54Speaker 8: first child. Father, your child cheated on me. So I
- 59:57Speaker 8: broke up with him five days before I found out
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: I was pregnant, But I was so angry with him
- 1:00:04Speaker 8: that I didn't even tell him I was pregnant until
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: last month.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: Okay, Now, you wrong for that.
- 1:00:10Speaker 10: You wrong for that.
- 1:00:11Speaker 8: And the only reason you told him you was pregnant
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: last month at a month ago was because we'll find out, lady,
- 1:00:17Speaker 8: in that letter, that this man told you to tell me.
- 1:00:20Speaker 8: I've been dating a man. He's thirty seven, he's got
- 1:00:23Speaker 8: a daughter. I told him I'm pregnant the first day
- 1:00:26Speaker 8: we met. He said he loves kids and he hopes
- 1:00:29Speaker 8: it's a boy because he wants a boy. Wow, this
- 1:00:33Speaker 8: dude's special, Lady, this dude's special. He bought everything my.
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: Child needs from the crib, all the diapers. We only
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: been dating for months.
- 1:00:44Speaker 8: He was the one that encouraged me to call the
- 1:00:47Speaker 8: father of my child and tell him that I'm pregnant
- 1:00:50Speaker 8: because he a man's man.
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: That's the right thing you should have done. He drove
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: me to my ex's job and set in the car.
- 1:00:57Speaker 8: When my ex saw my little belly, broke down and cried. Okay,
- 1:01:03Speaker 8: he regretted what he did. He apologized over and over
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: for cheating on me and missing out on my pregnancy. Now,
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: what I'm asking is when she said she saw his
- 1:01:14Speaker 8: little belly, she had had the baby.
- 1:01:16Speaker 17: Already no, no, no, he saw like her pooch.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: You know she was okay, I thought, okay. He broke
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: down it.
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: He apologized over and over and for missing out on
- 1:01:28Speaker 8: my pregnancy. That's what made me think, did.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: She have it already? That's what made me wonder that. Yeah.
- 1:01:37Speaker 8: Anyway, he was low key mad that I didn't tell
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: him months ago. But I told him that's on him
- 1:01:44Speaker 8: for being a cheater. That's not the penalty for cheating. Lady,
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: you should have had another punishment. You broke up with him,
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: but keeping the fact that this is his baby away
- 1:01:53Speaker 8: from him dad was not cool at all at all.
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: You didn't have it right there. I told him I
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: have a boyfriend, and my boyfriend is prepared to be
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: the daddy. That's when he tests up and told me,
- 1:02:06Speaker 8: my boyfriend won't be raising our baby.
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: Well, uh, that ain't how.
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: That work, though, That ain't how that work. I don't
- 1:02:16Speaker 8: want to tell you that, but you know that you
- 1:02:19Speaker 8: can't make that decision. Then he begged me to take
- 1:02:23Speaker 8: him back and marry him.
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: Oh I see now.
- 1:02:26Speaker 8: Then he begged me to take him back and marry
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: him before the baby is born. Lord, have mercy A
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: shotgun wedding without the shotgun.
- 1:02:37Speaker 12: All the mighty Hang on, Steve, we'll have part two
- 1:02:41Speaker 12: of your response coming up at twenty three minutes after
- 1:02:44Speaker 12: the hour. Today's strawberry letter subject, do I need to
- 1:02:47Speaker 12: choose the sure thing? We'll get back into it right
- 1:02:51Speaker 12: after this.

- 1:02:57Speaker 8: the same place where you order yoga mats, toothbrush and

- 1:03:19Speaker 13: Limited availability pick up through participating Hondai dealers and select markets.
- 1:03:24Speaker 12: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:27Speaker 12: Like you said, very deep, the subject is do I
- 1:03:31Speaker 12: need to choose the sure thing?
- 1:03:33Speaker 8: This is hard when this is thirty year old lady
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: that got pregnant, and before she found out she was pregnant,
- 1:03:39Speaker 8: her boyfriend who was the father of the baby, cheated
- 1:03:41Speaker 8: on her. She didn't find out until after she broke
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: up with him five days later that she pregnant, so
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: she ghosted it.
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: And then.
- 1:03:49Speaker 8: She met a man that's thirty seven, and she's dating
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: a man who's thirty seven who has a daughter from
- 1:03:56Speaker 8: a previous relationship. She told him the first day I'm
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: pregnant the first day we met, and he said he
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: loves kids and he hopes it's a boy because he
- 1:04:04Speaker 8: wants a boy.
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: Okay, he bought everything my child needs, crib dippers, everything.
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: We only been dating four months. This is a heck
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: of a guy right here. He then he encouraged you
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: to call the father of your child and tell him
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: that I'm pregnant because he already know there's gonna be
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: some drama with this. Let's get this out the way now.
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: He drove you to your ex's job and waited in
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: the car. When you exaw your little belly, he broke
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: down and cried. He apologized for cheating on you and
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: for missing out on your pregnancy. Then he was mad
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: because you didn't tell him months before, but I told
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: him that's on him for being a cheater.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: Well as not.
- 1:04:47Speaker 8: You should have still told him it because being a
- 1:04:49Speaker 8: father has nothing to do with him cheating. He's still
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: the father of the baby. And you know he's the
- 1:04:54Speaker 8: father of the baby. I told him that I have
- 1:04:56Speaker 8: boyfriend and my boyfriend is prepared to beat the dad.
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: That's when he tensed up. Told me my boyfriend won't
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: be raising our baby. Then he begged me to take
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: him back and marry him before the baby is born.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: Now this is where we left off at.
- 1:05:15Speaker 8: And I said, a shotgun with without this shotgun, that's
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: some old school stuff. You got her pregnant, you're gonna
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: marry her. Now he wants to marry you before the
- 1:05:27Speaker 8: baby is born. That would give the baby his name,
- 1:05:31Speaker 8: that would make him responsible.
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: Blah blah blah, blah blah blah.
- 1:05:36Speaker 8: Then he begged me to take him back and mary
- 1:05:38Speaker 8: before the baby's going I told him that wasn't gonna
- 1:05:40Speaker 8: happen and I left. He been blowing my phone up
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: since I unblocked him. My boyfriend is getting annoyed with
- 1:05:46Speaker 8: my exes called. So he told me, you decide what
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: you want to do. He said he would understand if
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: I wanted to be with my ex but I would
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: lose him. And he really is about me, he does,
- 1:06:02Speaker 8: and he's done nothing but prove that do I stay
- 1:06:06Speaker 8: with my boyfriend.
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: Or should I.
- 1:06:09Speaker 8: Give my ex another chance? Well, we need to ask
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: a very important question. What about your ex is different?
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: That's the starting question. What's different other than the fact
- 1:06:24Speaker 8: that he has the news that he's about to be
- 1:06:26Speaker 8: a father? What about him is different? What's his views
- 1:06:30Speaker 8: on cheating? Who is he seeing right now? Because lady,
- 1:06:35Speaker 8: he can't just up and ask you to marry? Who
- 1:06:37Speaker 8: is he seeing right now? Cause ain't no man, he
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: ain't doing nothing. You need some background on this man.
- 1:06:45Speaker 8: What is he doing right now? Who is he seeing?
- 1:06:47Speaker 8: How much time is he spending with her? What's the
- 1:06:50Speaker 8: relationship like to see that? This is happening so fast?
- 1:06:55Speaker 8: You need some information. I don't know if you should
- 1:07:00Speaker 8: leave this guy for your ex not. X is making
- 1:07:04Speaker 8: a pretty big offer. Let's get married right now. Let's
- 1:07:08Speaker 8: get married before the baby born. I hate this is happening.
- 1:07:11Speaker 8: He could be fixed itself up now. Maybe this could
- 1:07:14Speaker 8: be the thing that clicks the switch for him. But
- 1:07:16Speaker 8: your boardfriend switch is already clicked now. He said he
- 1:07:20Speaker 8: really cares about me. But is he in love with you?
- 1:07:24Speaker 8: Because you're gonna need that to survive in marriage. But
- 1:07:29Speaker 8: has he told you he's in love with you. That's
- 1:07:33Speaker 8: what you need to find out.
- 1:07:35Speaker 9: Is he in love with you?
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: Can he not live without you?
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: Because he said, understand if I want to be with
- 1:07:42Speaker 8: my ex, he'll understand. That's the father of your child.
- 1:07:45Speaker 8: Maybe that's you will see a better mute. But you're
- 1:07:47Speaker 8: gonna lose me. And I really care about you, but
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: I'm gonna be gone now. You can keep the crib
- 1:07:54Speaker 8: and the diaples all that that.
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: I'm out, So I.
- 1:08:01Speaker 8: Don't I can't answer that question for you because I
- 1:08:04Speaker 8: don't know either guy except what you put in this letter.
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: And according to Shirley, one.
- 1:08:10Speaker 8: Guy is a cheater and the other guy stepped up
- 1:08:14Speaker 8: and filled out the all the criteria and that's all
- 1:08:18Speaker 8: we know. Your first guy is the cheatah, which is
- 1:08:22Speaker 8: why you stop seeing it. Now he saw you pregnant,
- 1:08:25Speaker 8: Now he want to marry you. You go from I'm
- 1:08:28Speaker 8: a cheatah till we broke up to I ain't said
- 1:08:31Speaker 8: nothing to you till I saw.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: You now I want to marry you. A lot of
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: information missing in essence.
- 1:08:38Speaker 8: I think what you need to do is put everything
- 1:08:40Speaker 8: on pause, pray about it, get yourself some clarity Shirley said,
- 1:08:47Speaker 8: it looks like this new guy is a safer and
- 1:08:50Speaker 8: better beat. I must admit she's right. I must admit that,
- 1:08:57Speaker 8: and I very rarely say that that is so not
- 1:09:01Speaker 8: true because standon letter wouldn't be good if we just
- 1:09:04Speaker 8: agreed on every day everything. What the hell are you
- 1:09:07Speaker 8: listening for? But she may be one hundred percent correct
- 1:09:12Speaker 8: in this right here. I don't see the upside to
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: going back to the X.
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: I don't see it. Oh, then he's going to marry you? Now?
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:09:21Speaker 17: If he changed, how has he changed? She never gave
- 1:09:24Speaker 17: us any examples of that.
- 1:09:26Speaker 12: All right, post your comments, Thank you Steve on Today's

- 1:12:13Speaker 2: Now, I don't.
- 1:12:14Speaker 8: Understand these young players attitude. Look, man, I don't know
- 1:12:18Speaker 8: if you've watched the movie before. Butler Le'Veon Bell, complained

- 1:12:41Speaker 8: have played showed his value and.

- 1:12:54Speaker 8: I think you're hurting your value because who wants you
- 1:12:56Speaker 8: to go? Get Jimmy now? Because if this is how
- 1:12:58Speaker 8: you act when you don't get your way, what happened
- 1:13:01Speaker 8: if you come over he and you don't get your

- 1:13:21Speaker 1: on social media.
- 1:13:22Speaker 12: Needs your advice Steve about a co worker who won't

- 1:13:27Speaker 1: We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: That used to be you, sir.
- 1:13:34Speaker 12: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. This is
- 1:13:37Speaker 12: from Bailey on Steve Harvey FM. Bailey says, I have
- 1:13:40Speaker 12: one coworker who thinks she is a singing star and
- 1:13:43Speaker 12: is constantly singing around the office. I have to remind
- 1:13:47Speaker 12: her several times a day to keep it down so
- 1:13:49Speaker 12: I can concentrate or take client calls. But she doesn't
- 1:13:52Speaker 12: seem to be getting the message. To add to the annoyance,
- 1:13:55Speaker 12: she really can't sing. She walks around singing Whitney, Houston,
- 1:14:00Speaker 12: Many Ripperton, Jil Scott and shot A songs. I don't
- 1:14:03Speaker 12: want to get management involved if I can help it,
- 1:14:06Speaker 12: but she just won't take a hint and stop it already.
- 1:14:09Speaker 12: How can I handle this without getting our boss involved?
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: Stopped with the hints, Just say it?
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: What should she say?
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: Gwen, Gwen, your ass k sing?
- 1:14:22Speaker 8: Just come right out with it, because her name Gwen,

- 1:14:39Speaker 3: You off?
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: You are?
- 1:14:42Speaker 8: You ain't you flat? You ain't on key? Stop with
- 1:14:48Speaker 8: these hints. We had to do it to Shirley, and
- 1:14:51Speaker 8: it worked and she don't.
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: Sing no more. Eventually, eventually it works.
- 1:14:56Speaker 8: Because you know, after a while, you know, Shirley k
- 1:14:58Speaker 8: takes a lot of criticism.
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: But Shirley was singing Whitney too.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: Just going to the top of the food chain, Whitney.
- 1:15:08Speaker 12: It sounded good to me. Though it sounded so good
- 1:15:10Speaker 12: to me, I didn't understand, are you.
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: Before?

- 1:15:39Speaker 8: You're not gonna make it as no single. Get your
- 1:15:44Speaker 8: ass some jokes and go about your business.
- 1:15:48Speaker 12: So how should she handle it? She doesn't want to
- 1:15:50Speaker 12: get her boss involved. Just tell her you said, I
- 1:15:52Speaker 12: don't told you? Yeah, all right, Gwen, Gwenn, let me
- 1:15:56Speaker 12: talk to you now. You walk around the office and
- 1:15:58Speaker 12: you sing a lot and a lie. Do people feel
- 1:16:00Speaker 12: that you can't sing? And I'm one of them, And
- 1:16:03Speaker 12: I don't want you to get your feelings hurt by
- 1:16:05Speaker 12: these other people. But they talk about you behind your back.

- 1:16:37Speaker 2: I don't want do this here. It ain't what you do.
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: Now that you draw good, let's do that.

- 1:17:29Speaker 12: I've been seeing for a couple of months doesn't see
- 1:17:32Speaker 12: it that way. When we first started dating, I was
- 1:17:34Speaker 12: happy to pay for dinner, shows and the like. Now However,
- 1:17:37Speaker 12: it's become clear that it's expected. She'll even asked me
- 1:17:41Speaker 12: if I want to go grocery shopping with her, and
- 1:17:43Speaker 12: when it comes time to check out, she'll stare at
- 1:17:45Speaker 12: me as if to say, well, what are you waiting

- 1:24:39Speaker 12: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 1:24:41Speaker 12: the day on this Thursday. And boy, oh boy, one
- 1:24:47Speaker 12: week one week with the new president.
- 1:24:51Speaker 8: You know something, These are my clothes remarks. It's about
- 1:24:55Speaker 8: something I looked up online under the US Department of
- 1:24:59Speaker 8: Labor because I was curious as to who benefits from DEI,
- 1:25:07Speaker 8: because you know, it's I couldn't believe that d I
- 1:25:11Speaker 8: was just for black people. So I looked up in
- 1:25:14Speaker 8: the Department of the US Department of Labor, and in
- 1:25:21Speaker 8: the order of participation, in the order of significance, the
- 1:25:29Speaker 8: number one recipient of DI the number one benefactor of
- 1:25:37Speaker 8: DEI or white women. White women benefit disproportionately more than
- 1:25:46Speaker 8: anybody else because you got to remember what dei's diversity,
- 1:25:52Speaker 8: equity and equity and inclusion, which was a big deal
- 1:25:56Speaker 8: for women too. Now who benefited the most was because
- 1:26:02Speaker 8: you could if you hire a white woman, you get
- 1:26:07Speaker 8: to have a white and a woman, but you check
- 1:26:10Speaker 8: off the DEI block. The number two recipient is the
- 1:26:18Speaker 8: Hispanic and Latino population.
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: This is in order of relevance within the DEI department.
- 1:26:27Speaker 8: Next on the list was Asian Americans, and after that
- 1:26:32Speaker 8: the most participated person was Native Americans. After that was
- 1:26:38Speaker 8: people with disabilities. So now when you get rid of DEI, y'all,
- 1:26:44Speaker 8: you're getting rid of things that helped people with disabilities. Also,
- 1:26:50Speaker 8: the next benefactor after that was veterans. DEI veterans because
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: veterans fall under all the color rackets, veterans fall under women,
- 1:27:03Speaker 8: and veterans fall under disability. To that getting rid of
- 1:27:08Speaker 8: they're getting rid of that. People who served our country
