- 0:15Speaker 1: million buck things in it to be true. Good together
- 0:27Speaker 1: for st Please, I don't join joining you turn you're

- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn them out the water the water go.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your thing. Uh huh, I show will
- 2:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, come on
- 2:06Speaker 1: dig me now. I wanted only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:09Speaker 1: radio show. Yeah, I'll do, man, God is good. Hey today,
- 2:14Speaker 1: I just want to get right to it because this
- 2:16Speaker 1: has really been pressing me. I woke up and this
- 2:20Speaker 1: was on my mind, and I wanted to share it
- 2:22Speaker 1: with you because I know this for a fact. See
- 2:26Speaker 1: I've lived this for a fact, and you know the
- 2:32Speaker 1: majority of things I talk about in the morning before
- 2:36Speaker 1: we get started with the regular show. It's something that
- 2:40Speaker 1: I've experienced. I can only tell you what I know.
- 2:43Speaker 1: And so I really really understood why God has had
- 2:48Speaker 1: my life go the way that is gone, because if
- 2:52Speaker 1: I didn't have all these tests in my life, I
- 2:54Speaker 1: didn't have all these tests that I passed, all these
- 2:58Speaker 1: tests that I failed. If I didn't have all of those,
- 3:04Speaker 1: the good and the bad, What could I share with
- 3:07Speaker 1: you in the morning? What could I tell you about hanging?
- 3:14Speaker 1: What could I tell you about failing and then winning?
- 3:17Speaker 1: What could I tell you about hanging in now when
- 3:21Speaker 1: all hope was gone? How could I share that with you?
- 3:25Speaker 1: Unless I've had those moments myself. I don't care what
- 3:30Speaker 1: happens to you. I don't care what you're going through.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Don't you dare dare give up? Under no circumstances. Don't
- 3:43Speaker 1: you dare dare ever give up? It is the biggest
- 3:49Speaker 1: trick that the enemy has is making us think we
- 3:55Speaker 1: ain't gonna make it, to water down the illusion that
- 4:01Speaker 1: there is a possibility that you might still have a
- 4:06Speaker 1: chance to get over. The biggest trick he uses is
- 4:10Speaker 1: when you make a mistake and you fall. He gets
- 4:13Speaker 1: you to start to thinking it's final, that there is
- 4:17Speaker 1: no resurrection, there is no redemption, there is no recovery.
- 4:22Speaker 1: He just makes you think it's final. He is the
- 4:26Speaker 1: master deceiver. Don't you dare dare ever give up? I
- 4:31Speaker 1: don't care what besets you, befalls you, trips you up,
- 4:36Speaker 1: What circumstantial situations may arise. Don't you dare, dare ever
- 4:41Speaker 1: give up? Because listen to me, these are tests that
- 4:46Speaker 1: you are going through. And these tests, whether you pass
- 4:51Speaker 1: the test or appears that you failed the test, the
- 4:55Speaker 1: test accomplishes the mission if you're smart about it. If
- 5:01Speaker 1: you pass the test, Let's say you're going through a
- 5:04Speaker 1: situation and you get over and it goes the way
- 5:07Speaker 1: you want it to do, then what you've learned is
- 5:11Speaker 1: if you hang in there, there's a light at the
- 5:15Speaker 1: end of the tunnel. Okay, mission accomplished. If you fail
- 5:20Speaker 1: the test and it doesn't go the way you want
- 5:23Speaker 1: it and it goes there will opposite and it turns
- 5:27Speaker 1: out into a negative result. And in response you were
- 5:30Speaker 1: looking for is a no. That's not final. That doesn't
- 5:36Speaker 1: mean it's over. That doesn't mean it's time to turn back.
- 5:41Speaker 1: It simply means that now you have learned a valuable experience,
- 5:48Speaker 1: you have learned a valuable lesson. You now know what
- 5:53Speaker 1: not to do. You are now because you know what
- 5:57Speaker 1: not to do, another step closer to getting it right.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Listen to me. It has to happen this way. You
- 6:07Speaker 1: have to have the rain in your life to get
- 6:11Speaker 1: the flowers in your life. You got to have the
- 6:14Speaker 1: darkness in your life to appreciate the sunshine in your life.
- 6:21Speaker 1: You got to have woes and worries to appreciate the joys.
- 6:27Speaker 1: It is merely a test. So when you get through failing,
- 6:33Speaker 1: and you get through stumbling, and you get through messing
- 6:37Speaker 1: it up, all that's getting you one step closer to
- 6:41Speaker 1: getting it right. Oh, my relationship ended. I'll never be
- 6:46Speaker 1: able to find another person like that. Not only will
- 6:49Speaker 1: you not be able will not only will you be
- 6:51Speaker 1: able to find a person like that, You can find
- 6:56Speaker 1: a person that far better than that if you don't
- 7:00Speaker 1: give up. But see, sometimes you got to go through
- 7:04Speaker 1: the bad ones to get to the good ones. Don't you? Dare?
- 7:08Speaker 1: Dare ever give up? I don't care what happens to
- 7:12Speaker 1: you if you lose a love one. And Lord knows,
- 7:15Speaker 1: I've lost some people I've loved dearly, with every inch
- 7:21Speaker 1: in me. I've lost my mother, my father, my brother,
- 7:27Speaker 1: and my best friend. I don't know. I know people
- 7:31Speaker 1: who have lost their children. Goodness, man, I can't even
- 7:35Speaker 1: imagine that, but they kept on going. What you're giving
- 7:41Speaker 1: up for? Oh? I got you miss them, and I
- 7:44Speaker 1: got you grieving. But I got news for you. Don't
- 7:48Speaker 1: you let the devil make you think it's over for
- 7:50Speaker 1: you because somebody else ain't still here. It was their time. Now.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I'm not trying to lessen to blow for you, but
- 7:57Speaker 1: I'm trying to get you up on your feet so
- 8:00Speaker 1: you can stop all this old woe is me because
- 8:02Speaker 1: the things is happening to you. You're not the first
- 8:04Speaker 1: person that's happened to Come on, now, let's get a grip.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Let's wrap your mind around this thing. You have got
- 8:11Speaker 1: to move forward, if it's just in memory of those people.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I was on one of the commercial breaks the other
- 8:17Speaker 1: day and somebody asked me something, and I forgot the question,
- 8:21Speaker 1: but my answer was, I always wanted my mother and
- 8:24Speaker 1: father to be proud of me, and in that absence
- 8:28Speaker 1: and their demise, I'm hoping, just somehow, man, that they
- 8:33Speaker 1: watching me, that they see their boy, that I'm down here,
- 8:37Speaker 1: that I'm doing better, that I'm making something about myself,
- 8:42Speaker 1: that I'm loving my wife, that I'm taking care of
- 8:44Speaker 1: my kids. Just at my old man to see that
- 8:47Speaker 1: about me. You know, I want my mother to see
- 8:50Speaker 1: I'm trying to give my life together over here, you know,
- 8:54Speaker 1: saying I'm trying to be a better person. My mom
- 8:56Speaker 1: was a Sunday school teacher for forty years. She'd been
- 8:58Speaker 1: praying for me for a long time. I just hope, man,
- 9:02Speaker 1: and that's all I'm doing. It's just hoping that they
- 9:05Speaker 1: see me so they ain't be proud of me. See you, you, you,
- 9:09Speaker 1: you you. You got to understand that when you make
- 9:13Speaker 1: these mistakes, that when you fall and stumble and you
- 9:17Speaker 1: get it all so wrong, it ain't over for you.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Don't you dare dare dare ever? Give up? Don't stop thinking, man,
- 9:25Speaker 1: because it ain't happening just the way you wanted to
- 9:28Speaker 1: that it ain't meant to be devil. He got so
- 9:30Speaker 1: many tricks to deceive you. You know why you're being
- 9:34Speaker 1: tested right now, because there is no testimony without the test.
- 9:40Speaker 1: You got to go through something. It's all good man
- 9:44Speaker 1: telling you. I just wanted to share that with you.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Don't you give up out there. I don't care what's happening.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Don't don't, don't don't get deceived. The victory's coming, but
- 9:53Speaker 1: you ain't gonna get it if you quit. Hang on, y'all,
- 9:56Speaker 1: you're listening, ladies, and gentleman, we are here it is
- 10:03Speaker 1: upon us a new day. Feel with nothing but gratitude.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I'm grateful for so many things today. I'm grateful for
- 10:10Speaker 1: my life, for all he's ever done for me, for
- 10:13Speaker 1: everything he's bought me through, for everything he's given me,
- 10:18Speaker 1: shown me, taught me, tested me. I'm grateful for it all.
- 10:24Speaker 1: I got gratitude, man, Pete hit the flow this morning.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I start thanking God for my health and everything. I
- 10:31Speaker 1: invite you to do the same. Get your two together.
- 10:33Speaker 1: You get your gratitude together. It affects your attitude and
- 10:36Speaker 1: direct correlation with you' attitude. Shirley Strawberry calling for real
- 10:40Speaker 1: Mouth of the South Junior and me, Hey, what's uping man?
- 10:45Speaker 1: What's on your mind? Junior? What's going out up? Listen?
- 10:50Speaker 1: Let's talking about pushing through, man. Pushing through is so
- 10:55Speaker 1: important in our careers, man, because you taught me how
- 10:57Speaker 1: to push through when everything ain'tn't even line up. Who
- 11:01Speaker 1: taught you how to push through? Well, I mean I
- 11:05Speaker 1: have to attribute that to my father. I had one
- 11:08Speaker 1: of the greatest fathers for forty three years that you
- 11:13Speaker 1: could ever have. Really funny thing though about me and
- 11:16Speaker 1: my dad's relationship. It was not about faith It was
- 11:22Speaker 1: not about you know, I really only remember hearing my
- 11:26Speaker 1: father tell me love me once, really really yeah, but
- 11:32Speaker 1: he showed it to me every single day. Man. He
- 11:37Speaker 1: just wasn't that guy. You know. It changed me, though.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I tell my sons I love him all the time.
- 11:45Speaker 1: You know. You know, man, when we when we walk
- 11:48Speaker 1: away from each other that they said, I love you Dad,
- 11:51Speaker 1: I said, I love you son. We changed that because
- 11:53Speaker 1: I thought that was a cool thing to do. But
- 11:56Speaker 1: he was an exceptional man, and his dim deministration of
- 12:00Speaker 1: how to be was important to me. The push through
- 12:04Speaker 1: factor came from Jesse slick Man Harvey. Ain't no doubt
- 12:10Speaker 1: about it. Kolish pushed through artists I've ever seen. I
- 12:14Speaker 1: tell you one thing. Man would really click with me.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I was working with him on the construction site. I
- 12:18Speaker 1: was in high school and then the summer I worked
- 12:22Speaker 1: this construction job with him. I was real tired. One
- 12:25Speaker 1: day I had done it all. I was done, and
- 12:29Speaker 1: I told my father, I said, man, He said, how
- 12:31Speaker 1: are you feeling over there? Man? I said, Man, Dad,
- 12:35Speaker 1: I'm through. He said, yeah, it's pretty hot out here,
- 12:39Speaker 1: and it got bad. You look bad too. I'll sit
- 12:42Speaker 1: down for a minute. I sit down for a minute.
- 12:45Speaker 1: He came over there. He said, let's go. I said. Here,
- 12:47Speaker 1: I said, Dad, I ain't got no more. He said,
- 12:51Speaker 1: what I said, I ain't got no more. He said,
- 12:55Speaker 1: but the job is over at five, So I said,
- 13:00Speaker 1: but I ain't. I ain't got no mo. He said, Okay,
- 13:05Speaker 1: didn't you know what I said? What now? I was
- 13:07Speaker 1: waiting something real prolific. He said, So when you can't
- 13:11Speaker 1: do no mo, do some mode. I looked at him
- 13:17Speaker 1: like he had lost his mind. I just told you
- 13:19Speaker 1: I ain't got no more. He said, Well, when you
- 13:21Speaker 1: ain't got no mo, do some mote. Yeah, now let's go. Yeah,
- 13:28Speaker 1: I'll be damned all right, he pushed through that thing
- 13:34Speaker 1: you got up? Huh yeah, coming up at thirty two
- 13:38Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. We'll run that prank back with
- 13:40Speaker 1: Junior in for the nephew right after this. You're listening,
- 13:46Speaker 1: all right, It is time now to run that prank
- 13:49Speaker 1: back with Junior in for the nephew, which you got Junior. Okay, Shirley.
- 13:53Speaker 1: It is called wedding and funeral. Wedding and yeah, waiting
- 13:59Speaker 1: in funeral. Find out what this is. Go yeah, hello, Ryan, Hi,
- 14:04Speaker 1: I'm trying to go, Ryan, Ryan, how you doing, Hey,
- 14:07Speaker 1: I'm good. A second, This is Josh. Josh was over
- 14:10Speaker 1: at the I want to be officials at the church
- 14:12Speaker 1: where you guys are getting married tomorrow. Yeah, yeah, how
- 14:15Speaker 1: are you doing? Man? They want to thank y'all for
- 14:17Speaker 1: that too, Man, we'll appreciate it. Sure. Yeah. Well, we
- 14:20Speaker 1: definitely hope to make you a member here soon or
- 14:22Speaker 1: later since you guys are getting married. You know, hey, man,
- 14:25Speaker 1: you know I'm trying to get this work schedule to
- 14:27Speaker 1: change up. You know what I'm saying. They got me
- 14:28Speaker 1: working on Sundays now, man, So soon as I tweaked
- 14:31Speaker 1: at the mood that around a little bit, I'll be there. Okay, listen,
- 14:34Speaker 1: we have a bit of a situation that's come up.
- 14:37Speaker 1: We had some problems and miscommunication and it's definitely been
- 14:41Speaker 1: on the outside. They had your name, Ryan down here
- 14:44Speaker 1: with your phone number as well as you're soon to
- 14:47Speaker 1: be wife Sonya. They had her name here, but we
- 14:49Speaker 1: didn't want to call her with this. We wanted to
- 14:51Speaker 1: just reach out and talk to you and see if
- 14:54Speaker 1: it just make you ware of what's going on, okay,
- 14:56Speaker 1: or what's what's going on? Man? There's been a mix
- 14:59Speaker 1: up on schedule. And I don't know if you know
- 15:01Speaker 1: such the older make she passed away a week ago,
- 15:05Speaker 1: and you're not you're not a member of the church,
- 15:07Speaker 1: so you wouldn't know it. But she's one of the
- 15:08Speaker 1: one of the oldest members here at the church. Just
- 15:11Speaker 1: the older maid passed away. And what's going on? Is
- 15:15Speaker 1: you all's wedding is tomorrow at twelve o'clock, right, but
- 15:19Speaker 1: the actual funeral is at three o'clock here at the church. Okay,
- 15:25Speaker 1: uh shame begin brother Wood, Josh, Josh, Okay, look here,
- 15:30Speaker 1: brother Josh. Um hey man, we we we already got
- 15:34Speaker 1: this thing. Emotion. Man, we didn't say now they have
- 15:37Speaker 1: we have two hundred invitations. Man, I mean blessed old man,
- 15:41Speaker 1: and and and I understand that, but but but I mean,
- 15:44Speaker 1: you know, she's there's no way we could have moved
- 15:46Speaker 1: it around down the figures problem. The funeral home is
- 15:49Speaker 1: bringing the casket first thing in the morning. So what
- 15:52Speaker 1: I want, what I wanted to make you aware of.
- 15:54Speaker 1: And I didn't want you to tell your wife this,
- 15:56Speaker 1: but the actual casket will be in the saintuary, but
- 15:59Speaker 1: we will have the hold hold on, man, are you serious?
- 16:03Speaker 1: I look at the man, y'all need to move this round.
- 16:05Speaker 1: I don't know what y'all gonna do. Y'all have a
- 16:07Speaker 1: fellowship hall in the back or something like that. We
- 16:11Speaker 1: ryan the only place we can actually put the casket.
- 16:14Speaker 1: And if we didn't put it there is in the
- 16:15Speaker 1: actual room that you'll, you'll, a soon to be wife
- 16:18Speaker 1: would be changing in. That's the only place. Did you
- 16:22Speaker 1: wife could have changed the room when the dead body?
- 16:24Speaker 1: But you can't even what and you know what, I
- 16:27Speaker 1: understood that. That's the first thing I thought of. I thought.
- 16:29Speaker 1: I said, let's still put the casket the way it
- 16:31Speaker 1: goes for the people, and we're gonna cover it up
- 16:34Speaker 1: and see basically you actually get it. But I can't
- 16:38Speaker 1: even believe you call on me with did a man
- 16:40Speaker 1: look at and excuse my french man? Yeah, I know
- 16:43Speaker 1: I need to get back in the church. I really do.
- 16:45Speaker 1: But right now, duck, this ain't going down like this man.
- 16:48Speaker 1: We didn't already paid the money when it first. First.
- 16:50Speaker 1: First of all, first of all, you know she I
- 16:53Speaker 1: don't even feel like she man had to pay, you know,
- 16:56Speaker 1: to hold no winding over at hut church where she
- 16:59Speaker 1: paid ties at. That's that's the first thing, you know,
- 17:01Speaker 1: I ain't like that from the jumping, but I wouldn't
- 17:03Speaker 1: here to when women because you won't her pasta to
- 17:05Speaker 1: marry us. And now you got the nerd to tell
- 17:08Speaker 1: me that y'all will arrange something. That funeral gonna happen
- 17:11Speaker 1: the same day as my wedding, and my wife's got
- 17:12Speaker 1: to get dressed in the room with a dead body. Well,
- 17:16Speaker 1: we're not gonna put her in that room. I was like,
- 17:17Speaker 1: I say, I'm putting that body first thing in the morning.
- 17:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna put that body in the right there in
- 17:23Speaker 1: front of the fullfit, and we're gonna cover it. Now,
- 17:26Speaker 1: what you're getting out of is you get more flowers,
- 17:29Speaker 1: because there's gonna be flowers from the funeral. So I'm
- 17:31Speaker 1: thinking that's probably gonna be a little bit of a
- 17:33Speaker 1: first point. I just wanted you to be on. It's
- 17:36Speaker 1: probably gonna be more people than you think because some
- 17:39Speaker 1: of the people that's gonna be at your wedding it's
- 17:41Speaker 1: really for the funeral. He who hold of man? Are
- 17:44Speaker 1: you serious? Frightened out? I mean, look at doctor, I
- 17:47Speaker 1: didn't paid for the wedding happened at this church. Man, Okay,
- 17:51Speaker 1: ain't in no disrespect to the lady that is passed.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Called bless her family. I ain't planning to not putting
- 17:57Speaker 1: no dead body having a funeral as my head. And man,
- 18:00Speaker 1: that's crazy. Down on the church too, sir. She's a
- 18:05Speaker 1: member of the church too. I don't give a I
- 18:07Speaker 1: don't been no member of the church. Man. I've been
- 18:09Speaker 1: paid for this wind and it's gonna happen tomorrow. Man,
- 18:12Speaker 1: you bout six and of putting the dead body at
- 18:15Speaker 1: my wedding run I mean no distance. But the woman
- 18:23Speaker 1: has passed. She is not gonna get up. I mean,
- 18:26Speaker 1: what is the powlem? The problem is YO called me
- 18:29Speaker 1: with this man the day before my wind and we
- 18:31Speaker 1: didn't schedule there six months ago. I got to spend
- 18:33Speaker 1: twenty five thirty thousand dollars on this wid okay, and
- 18:36Speaker 1: you're gonna tell me that we got to share. I
- 18:38Speaker 1: will win with a funeral, but the Hillers won't with you. Man,
- 18:42Speaker 1: do you want to have your wedding at this church?
- 18:44Speaker 1: I paid for them, and which we want? I'm having
- 18:47Speaker 1: the winding? Okay. I tell you what. Lift the boy
- 18:49Speaker 1: the BP in the morning, I wrote in the right
- 18:51Speaker 1: out to the street playing y'all just got things the
- 18:53Speaker 1: front and and and and throw flowers like throwing rice.
- 18:56Speaker 1: But we're gonna have a wind inside the same tier tomorrow.
- 18:59Speaker 1: I promise you that I can't. I can't assure you
- 19:02Speaker 1: that it won't be I have no other place to
- 19:05Speaker 1: put the body. Okay, well, i'll bet you'll find someone
- 19:07Speaker 1: to put it if I get that a march. It's
- 19:09Speaker 1: about it there. It's gonna be a couple of about
- 19:11Speaker 1: it in there. I ain't you got two choices to
- 19:14Speaker 1: move that funeral or to reimburse me back to thirty
- 19:17Speaker 1: thousand dollars out an hour to spend those only two choices,
- 19:19Speaker 1: I want to hear about it. Meet me at the
- 19:21Speaker 1: front door to night with a thirty thousand dollars cash
- 19:23Speaker 1: shar check. All we say to have his winning up
- 19:25Speaker 1: in that to marrow morning. You heard me. I ain't playing.
- 19:28Speaker 1: I ain't playing at all, no jokes. It's wrong with y'all. Man.
- 19:32Speaker 1: You can do something else. I understand that. I don't
- 19:35Speaker 1: want to from you. Man. No, all I'm saying is
- 19:38Speaker 1: it's gonna be a winning at this church more without
- 19:41Speaker 1: saying dead about it. That's all I'm saying. Push it
- 19:44Speaker 1: to the band man, there's there's one more a bit
- 19:47Speaker 1: of an issue that I need to tell you. Also,
- 19:49Speaker 1: what can be worse than a dead about it? What
- 19:51Speaker 1: issue can be worse dead? By that way? To man
- 19:54Speaker 1: the issue, sir, that it's worse than the dead body? Iss.
- 19:57Speaker 1: This is Nephew timing from the Steve Harvey More show
- 20:00Speaker 1: your best man, Jeff got me the prank fall? Call
- 20:04Speaker 1: you what what about? You know what made the bitch
- 20:13Speaker 1: man about to get the big bloop and he can
- 20:15Speaker 1: possibly get? Man playing you then, guy lead the day
- 20:23Speaker 1: it is to get the bis beat down possible. Band.
- 20:26Speaker 1: I'll tell you, hey, one more question. What's the baddest
- 20:30Speaker 1: radio show in the land? Right the Steve Hark the
- 20:33Speaker 1: Morning Show? Baby for any interesting right there? You gotta
- 20:38Speaker 1: win and a few the same time. Yeah, yeah, I
- 20:40Speaker 1: was got in the same size. I don't even know
- 20:44Speaker 1: because that's how it's all. It is, just running front
- 20:48Speaker 1: all right, all right, junior, thank you coming up next
- 20:51Speaker 1: to us, ask the clo with the Chief Love Officer
- 20:54Speaker 1: Steve Harvey and the building ready for your love questions.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to Morning Show coming up
- 21:03Speaker 1: at the top of the hour and Entertainment News seventeen
- 21:07Speaker 1: year old gymnast Connor McClain, Steve, get this. Connor McClain
- 21:11Speaker 1: has fulfilled a promise she made to you when she
- 21:14Speaker 1: was just eleven years old. We'll talk about that. Also,
- 21:18Speaker 1: doctor Fauci plans to resign, not retire in December. And
- 21:24Speaker 1: American Airlines has made history with an all black Did
- 21:27Speaker 1: you hear what I said, all black female crew? I
- 21:32Speaker 1: love hearing that, and we'll talk about it at the top,
- 21:35Speaker 1: But right now it is time to ask the CLO
- 21:39Speaker 1: chief Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building ready for you,
- 21:44Speaker 1: all right, Jarvis right there. Jarvis in Detroit says, I'm
- 21:49Speaker 1: a newly wed and my wife and I live streamed
- 21:52Speaker 1: our wedding for our family because of COVID. I want
- 21:56Speaker 1: to have a big party for our second anniversary since
- 21:59Speaker 1: we didn't have a real wedding or reception. My wife
- 22:03Speaker 1: hates the idea and shut it down. I really want
- 22:06Speaker 1: a celebration with friends and family. Am I asking for
- 22:10Speaker 1: too much? Yeah, it's not your day. The wedding day
- 22:14Speaker 1: is her day. If she don't want to do the
- 22:16Speaker 1: celebration of the wedding the anniversary, that's her. She don't
- 22:20Speaker 1: want to do it. She don't won't show family over there.
- 22:26Speaker 1: That's really what it is. That's why y'all's zoom wasn't
- 22:30Speaker 1: just COVID. She said, cool. I can marry him without
- 22:34Speaker 1: all these people over here in his family. And now
- 22:38Speaker 1: she not having the anniversity part. Yeah, we're not doing that.
- 22:42Speaker 1: It's all right, dog, save yourself some money. Yeah, get
- 22:46Speaker 1: over it. M'm not gonna do some elibration part. You
- 22:50Speaker 1: go ahead, do some wait till your birthday or something.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Michel Christmas. Yeah, to see him at Christmas Thanksgiving. She's
- 23:02Speaker 1: not been to ruin her anniversary with Jim. Yes, and
- 23:06Speaker 1: her family too. She knows things about her family you
- 23:08Speaker 1: don't know. Huh. All right, Moving on to Amber in Greenville.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Amber says, my boyfriend and I've been dating for four years.
- 23:18Speaker 1: My daddy loves him, and he's made it his mission
- 23:21Speaker 1: to turn my boyfriend into a man. My boyfriend gets
- 23:25Speaker 1: irritated with my dad because he's twenty seven and thinks
- 23:27Speaker 1: he has life figured out. My dad means, well, so
- 23:31Speaker 1: how do I get my boyfriend to be more patient
- 23:33Speaker 1: with him? Well, you might want to look at this
- 23:40Speaker 1: a little closely, because see when young people, especially boys,
- 23:47Speaker 1: don't want mentoring or don't want counseling or guiding a guidance,
- 23:56Speaker 1: that's a bit of a red flag. He don't have
- 23:59Speaker 1: it figured out, He don't have it together. Your father
- 24:02Speaker 1: has seen and done some things he may never see
- 24:05Speaker 1: or dude, if he heat going at this point right here,
- 24:08Speaker 1: So now I want you to think about it for
- 24:10Speaker 1: a minute. I got your dad loves him and is
- 24:13Speaker 1: trying to turn him into a man. But why is
- 24:15Speaker 1: that his mission? Maybe it's because he recognizes that the
- 24:19Speaker 1: young man has some really, really great qualities in him
- 24:22Speaker 1: and if he would just tweak a few things, he
- 24:24Speaker 1: would make a great son in law. So he trying
- 24:27Speaker 1: really hard to get him tweaked. You may want to
- 24:32Speaker 1: end up marrying a person that won't make a great
- 24:35Speaker 1: son in law. So how do you get your boyfriend
- 24:40Speaker 1: to be more patient? If you really need to find
- 24:43Speaker 1: out what your daddy trying to teach him and what
- 24:45Speaker 1: is he rebelling again? Because there may be some clues
- 24:48Speaker 1: in there. I don't know what the conversation is going.
- 24:51Speaker 1: If the young man thinks that your father's overstepping his
- 24:54Speaker 1: bounds or I don't need that, or I gotta daddy.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I don't know what the conversation is, but with that
- 25:01Speaker 1: type of behavior, I can assure you he doesn't have
- 25:04Speaker 1: an active fall in his life because the respect level
- 25:08Speaker 1: would be different. Yeah. Yeah, and they've been together four years,
- 25:12Speaker 1: but at twenty seven, I think everybody thought they had
- 25:15Speaker 1: life figured out until they found out otherwise. I clearly
- 25:19Speaker 1: knew I didn't. Yeah, oh you knew you didn't hell enough. Yeah,
- 25:24Speaker 1: you don't have enough money. I didn't have enough money.
- 25:27Speaker 1: I know everything. I need to keep thinking. I thought
- 25:32Speaker 1: I knew everything, all right. Moving on to Stephanie and Toledo.
- 25:37Speaker 1: I'm single and I have friends with benefits. I have
- 25:39Speaker 1: a friends with benefits relationship with a long time male friend.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Were thirty seven, and he wants a baby with me.
- 25:46Speaker 1: He told me he loves me, and I was shocked
- 25:48Speaker 1: since I thought it was just sex. What's more important
- 25:51Speaker 1: in a relationship being in love or being best friends
- 25:54Speaker 1: first and then fall in love. I mean, you're asking
- 25:58Speaker 1: a question with the air so rap. I mean, you've
- 26:02Speaker 1: been best friends, but you think it's best friends. Y'all
- 26:06Speaker 1: really been having sex? Yeah, you know that's friends with
- 26:10Speaker 1: benefits is a different friendship? You know it's sexual. Friends
- 26:19Speaker 1: with benefits is a different type of friendship. If you
- 26:22Speaker 1: take out the benefits, how long would y'all still be friends?
- 26:28Speaker 1: Y'all y'all need it? Now, listen to this other part. Okay,
- 26:34Speaker 1: Now he says he loves you. That's real for him,
- 26:39Speaker 1: because for him it turned into more than that. You
- 26:42Speaker 1: thought it was just sex. Now he won't to have
- 26:44Speaker 1: a baby with you. You need to consider it because
- 26:49Speaker 1: you already know you have a friendship that will benefits.
- 26:53Speaker 1: Friendship with benefits type of relationship. Now, can you be
- 26:57Speaker 1: in love with him? But I'm gonna tell you something, love,
- 26:59Speaker 1: it's absolutely critical. Yeah, you're not gonna survive this without
- 27:06Speaker 1: genuine love for another person. It's impossible to survive marriage
- 27:10Speaker 1: without being in love with a person. It's way too
- 27:15Speaker 1: much gonna come up the role. You got to be
- 27:17Speaker 1: in love every day, sir, Yes, sir, the same person. Yes,
- 27:23Speaker 1: look at your face every day till death, till death,
- 27:30Speaker 1: that's what it is him. Yeah, yeah, he ain't no
- 27:36Speaker 1: more ride or die. Girl. I can't tell you how
- 27:42Speaker 1: much love you're gonna have to be in because even
- 27:44Speaker 1: then that ain't gonna be enough. So Steve, why didn't
- 27:50Speaker 1: he ask her to marry him? Why did he say
- 27:52Speaker 1: I want to have a baby. Baby? I mean, you
- 27:58Speaker 1: know what did I tell y'all before about me? What
- 28:02Speaker 1: the wedding day is? Never our dream? Our dream is
- 28:05Speaker 1: the chick of our dreams, not the wedding day. So
- 28:09Speaker 1: he got the chicken his dreams in his mind. All
- 28:13Speaker 1: we need now is a baby. You ain't saying nothing
- 28:16Speaker 1: about getting married? Why would I? Okay, because she didn't
- 28:21Speaker 1: pressure him, you know what I'm hearing, So now she
- 28:23Speaker 1: all came about no marriage. I just want a baby
- 28:26Speaker 1: with you, to be a father. I got a lot
- 28:29Speaker 1: to think about you it. Yeah, but I've told you
- 28:34Speaker 1: all a million times. If a woman's dream is the
- 28:37Speaker 1: day of her dreams, that ain't the man's dreams. No, man, No,
- 28:40Speaker 1: we're dreaming about his wedding day. What are you gonna wear?
- 28:44Speaker 1: How many candles? Kind of trying to gonna be on
- 28:48Speaker 1: the table at the reception? At one time? Had that dream? RBS,
- 28:55Speaker 1: Thank you cello. Good great advice is always coming up
- 28:59Speaker 1: at his um top of the hour, and we'll have
- 29:01Speaker 1: some entertainment news. Who are you right after this? You're
- 29:04Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. It is Wellness Wednesday,
- 29:10Speaker 1: and at twenty minutes after the hour, we'll tell you
- 29:13Speaker 1: how to lose all of your unwanted pounds, you know,
- 29:15Speaker 1: the ones you gained over the summer. We'll talk about
- 29:17Speaker 1: it and entertainment news Now gymnast Connor McClain. Steve was
- 29:22Speaker 1: destined to become the best gymnast in the country, especially
- 29:26Speaker 1: after she was a special guest on your show, The
- 29:29Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Show, when she was only eleven years old,
- 29:34Speaker 1: and she made her goals very clear. Take a listen.
- 29:37Speaker 1: My next guest definitely has some skills here. In fact,
- 29:41Speaker 1: she's known as the best eleven year old gymnast in
- 29:45Speaker 1: the country. Thladies and gentlemen, please welcome Connor. Hi, Connor,
- 29:52Speaker 1: how are you ben? So? How long have you been
- 29:54Speaker 1: doing gymnastics? I was born in Vegas and I started
- 29:57Speaker 1: when I was eighteen months old in Wanting Me Class.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Eighteen months old. Yeah, they were just trying to get
- 30:05Speaker 1: me potty trained at eighteen, so I'm pretty sure I
- 30:09Speaker 1: didn't have any recognizable skill at eighteen. Also, I think
- 30:12Speaker 1: I understand that you are preparing for a big opportunity.
- 30:16Speaker 1: What is that? Yes, the win the all around gold medal. Really, yes, Connor,
- 30:24Speaker 1: the all around gold medal. Yes, there you have it.
- 30:29Speaker 1: That's amazing. Yeah, look at that. That aired back in
- 30:35Speaker 1: two thousand and sixteen, that episode and Connor McClean began
- 30:39Speaker 1: winning medals in elementary school. Now on Sunday Night, McClean
- 30:44Speaker 1: fulfilled her promise to you, Steve and the world by
- 30:47Speaker 1: winning the United States All Around Gymnastics Scholarship title at
- 30:52Speaker 1: age seventeen. McClean came back from stress fractures and champion persons,
- 30:58Speaker 1: concussion and the flu just two weeks ago to win
- 31:02Speaker 1: on Sunday Night. So congratulations. Yes, that's you know, that's it.
- 31:08Speaker 1: She's a hard worker, a lot of faith, and obviously
- 31:11Speaker 1: she's had some encouragement in her life. Unlike the damn
- 31:16Speaker 1: teacher that I had when I said I was gonna
- 31:20Speaker 1: be on TV, she said, if you don't go, sit
- 31:24Speaker 1: your studying ass down, so ain't Nobody got no time
- 31:29Speaker 1: to wait on you to say your lines. Wow, Okay,
- 31:35Speaker 1: Well that just goes to show you what encouragement will do. Right.
- 31:41Speaker 1: That's right with a confident little girl at eleven years old.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Congratulations Connor McClane. Spreading that black Girl, Magic Girl. Now
- 31:51Speaker 1: moving on to American Airlines. American Airlines celebrated black excellence
- 31:56Speaker 1: earlier this month by putting together a special flight flight
- 31:59Speaker 1: crew for a historic flight from Dallas Fort Worth to Phoenix, Arizona.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Now get this, everyone that was involved with the with
- 32:07Speaker 1: the flight. I'm talking about the pilots, the flight attendants,
- 32:12Speaker 1: the gate agents, and the technicians. They were all black women.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Don't you love that? Yes? American organized the flight as
- 32:22Speaker 1: a tribute to Bessie Coleman. Bessie Coleman was the first
- 32:25Speaker 1: black woman to receive a pilot's license. This happened back
- 32:28Speaker 1: in nineteen twenty one. American Airlines issued a press release
- 32:31Speaker 1: stating that they are intentionally trying to boost efforts to
- 32:35Speaker 1: include more women of color among its flight decks. So, um,
- 32:40Speaker 1: you know, congratulations, Thank you, salute to American Airlines and
- 32:46Speaker 1: the amazing flight crew. That's the subsystems in every industry
- 32:53Speaker 1: every day. I would I would have loved have been
- 32:55Speaker 1: on that flight. It's always been intriguing to me when
- 32:58Speaker 1: I have a black piling always shake their hand held
- 33:02Speaker 1: over sacial with him. Thank them, Yeah, shade them. You know.
- 33:07Speaker 1: I make my children go up and meet him, you know,
- 33:10Speaker 1: shake their hands, because it's just something to see. It's
- 33:14Speaker 1: it's I mean, as long as I've been it's been
- 33:18Speaker 1: such a rarity. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, I've had one
- 33:25Speaker 1: black pilot, one female pilot. Like you're saying, all your trips, yeah,
- 33:32Speaker 1: just one and other news. Moving on to doctor Anthony
- 33:36Speaker 1: Faulci um He's resigned from his job as head of
- 33:39Speaker 1: the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the
- 33:42Speaker 1: CDC at age eighty one and after over fifty years
- 33:46Speaker 1: in public service. Doctor Fauci plans to leave this position
- 33:51Speaker 1: in December, but he does not plan to retire Steve.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Doctor Fauci stated that he will pursue the next phase
- 33:58Speaker 1: of his career. He's he's advised seven year as presidents,
- 34:02Speaker 1: dating back to Ronald Reagan. So there you go, so Fouchi, Yeah,
- 34:07Speaker 1: we'll miss him. He's exhausted. Yeah yeah, four years of Trump. Yeah,
- 34:18Speaker 1: that would be crazy relationship right there. Yeah yeah, but
- 34:22Speaker 1: he gave us the information we need we needed at
- 34:25Speaker 1: the time, you know, yeah, even mad because Trump came
- 34:29Speaker 1: to and said, you know, you could just take some
- 34:30Speaker 1: bleach bleach work. Remember, remember the whole Bleach. My god. Yeah, hey,
- 34:39Speaker 1: you know what man, I was thinking yesterday. Yeah, I
- 34:42Speaker 1: just don't understand. You know, all Republicans aren't bad people.
- 34:48Speaker 1: That's a kind of statement. Some fine, fine two people
- 34:55Speaker 1: in the conservative Republican part. What is troubling to me
- 35:00Speaker 1: is the quiet racist that reside on that side, because
- 35:06Speaker 1: they're very popular, and there's a lot of them, because
- 35:09Speaker 1: a lot of them voted for Trump. Not everybody that
- 35:13Speaker 1: votes for Trump is racist, That's not the statement I'm making.
- 35:16Speaker 1: But there are some who are openly and glatantly racist
- 35:20Speaker 1: and are big supporters of him, and in Trump we trust,
- 35:25Speaker 1: you know, no matter what he does, when he lies,
- 35:28Speaker 1: when his house get invaded, I don't care what is
- 35:32Speaker 1: He's correct. Now, that's a scary thing. And he got
- 35:35Speaker 1: over seventy million votes. That's scary, man. Yeah, it is.
- 35:41Speaker 1: You're right about that. Um coming up at twenty minutes
- 35:44Speaker 1: after the hour, it is our Wellness Wednesday segment, and
- 35:47Speaker 1: we'll talk to Ady Dolphin right after this. You're listening, everybody, listen.
- 35:55Speaker 1: It's that time, you know, Summer's over kids, when we're
- 35:58Speaker 1: back to school, time get back to business. We gain
- 36:01Speaker 1: weight over the Sammon. It's usually want to get rid
- 36:05Speaker 1: of this, went to wait till you can get ready
- 36:07Speaker 1: for summer. Well, it's time to get back finding healthy y'all,
- 36:10Speaker 1: and we're gonna tell you how to do that. It's
- 36:12Speaker 1: the only way we do. It's a D Earth's full
- 36:14Speaker 1: body cleans man. You're doing us now to see you
- 36:17Speaker 1: all d Earths with all the info you need to
- 36:19Speaker 1: get started, ladies and gentlemen, family member, my man, my dog,
- 36:23Speaker 1: mister a D. Dolphins. Hey you got doing this morning?
- 36:27Speaker 1: Morning a D. I love they love it. Hey a D.
- 36:33Speaker 1: Good morning to you. Thank you and Steve, you forgot
- 36:36Speaker 1: to mention ice cream when you're talking about barbecue and potatoes.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Get the ice cream because it's been hot all summer.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Lots of snacks, all of that we haven't mean. Admittedly,
- 36:49Speaker 1: we packed on a few pounds, so you a D.
- 36:53Speaker 1: How can the d Earb's cleans help us lose these
- 36:56Speaker 1: extra pounds? Well, the reason why he can help you
- 37:01Speaker 1: lose that weight is because we have the best plan.
- 37:04Speaker 1: If you really want to be successful with weight loss,
- 37:06Speaker 1: you need a plan. And if people do have a
- 37:08Speaker 1: plan in place, they usually think they just have to
- 37:11Speaker 1: work out. But working out only represents about twenty percent
- 37:15Speaker 1: of weight loss. The bulk of weight loss has to
- 37:17Speaker 1: do with what you put into your body, and that's
- 37:20Speaker 1: where the DearS full body Clans truly comes into place,
- 37:24Speaker 1: is because if you follow that eating regiment and take
- 37:28Speaker 1: those castles, the results that people tend to see are
- 37:31Speaker 1: weight loss between ten to thirty pounds, a huge boot, energy,
- 37:35Speaker 1: stronger immune system, clearer skin. You'll be able to focus
- 37:38Speaker 1: and concentrate a lot better. All you have to do
- 37:41Speaker 1: is follow that plan to a team and you will
- 37:44Speaker 1: be successful. Yeah. Have you talked to anyone ad recently
- 37:48Speaker 1: that has really made losing weight and getting healthy a priority? Absolutely.
- 37:53Speaker 1: I always love to tell this one story. It was
- 37:55Speaker 1: actually about a preacher. He was three hundred and fifty
- 38:00Speaker 1: pounds and his wife needed to kidney and when you're
- 38:03Speaker 1: three hundred and fifty pounds, they won't even let you
- 38:06Speaker 1: test to see if you're a match for his wife.
- 38:09Speaker 1: And he wanted to be the hero for his wife,
- 38:13Speaker 1: so therefore he had to lose the weight. So he
- 38:15Speaker 1: asked us to put a plan in place for him.
- 38:18Speaker 1: So we put about a seven month plan in place,
- 38:20Speaker 1: and during that time he had he did to do
- 38:24Speaker 1: five cleanses. We gave him a workout plan and he
- 38:27Speaker 1: lost a hundred and thirty pounds and it was a
- 38:30Speaker 1: beautiful thing. It was so beautiful, and we actually went
- 38:33Speaker 1: on the Steve Harvey Show TV show and talked about it,
- 38:37Speaker 1: and it was a dry eye in the building. It
- 38:40Speaker 1: was a beautiful story. But that the story within the
- 38:43Speaker 1: story is he was trying to save his wife's life,
- 38:47Speaker 1: but he actually end up saving his own because when
- 38:50Speaker 1: he was three hundred and fifty pounds on the doorstep
- 38:54Speaker 1: with diabetes was around the corner, high blood pressure was
- 38:58Speaker 1: already being affect he was already being affected by that.
- 39:01Speaker 1: So all these elements were on his way, and by
- 39:04Speaker 1: him losing that weight, he was able to rid his
- 39:07Speaker 1: body of those things and get for your play. Yeah,
- 39:10Speaker 1: hold that thought right there, man, We got a good story.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Let's take a break, right cook, We'll be back with
- 39:15Speaker 1: more from a d Dolphin right after this. You're listening, hey,
- 39:22Speaker 1: We're back in our special guest this morning is a
- 39:25Speaker 1: d Dolphin, the CEO and owner of a Darned Full
- 39:29Speaker 1: Body Clans, and we're telling a great story. When we
- 39:34Speaker 1: left about this man who needed to lose weight to
- 39:39Speaker 1: save his wife to save his wife, and he ended
- 39:42Speaker 1: up wrote the donor. He wanted to be a match,
- 39:46Speaker 1: but he had to lose a lot of weighting. He did.
- 39:48Speaker 1: He came on my show, he lost one hundred and
- 39:50Speaker 1: thirty five pounds. He became a hero. He's no longer
- 39:55Speaker 1: sitting at the doorstep of diabetes heart disease, because that's
- 40:00Speaker 1: dra all problems. So the d RBS, I'm telling y'all.
- 40:04Speaker 1: You know, I did it earlier this year and it
- 40:06Speaker 1: worked out wonderfully. I was going at the rate of
- 40:10Speaker 1: a pounded day, right, and then I had to stop
- 40:13Speaker 1: because I had to leave the country or something happened.
- 40:16Speaker 1: I had to stop, But I was going just fine.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Oh but I'm back in the game again and ready
- 40:21Speaker 1: to go again. And you know it's trim up, get
- 40:24Speaker 1: fine time, you know, so you can wear this winter

- 44:54Speaker 1: He could find somebody else, right, You can go down
- 44:57Speaker 1: here at the bank mess people, but you can't be
- 44:59Speaker 1: missing with these people at these churches. Today's prank phone
- 45:02Speaker 1: call is me and my Jesus. Okay, my Jesus. My
- 45:10Speaker 1: mother used to say, the same thing. Is Tommy messing
- 45:14Speaker 1: with these church probables man all the time? Let's go
- 45:18Speaker 1: cat Me and my Jesus. Hello, I'm trying to reach
- 45:23Speaker 1: your sister. How you doing. I'm giving you a call
- 45:28Speaker 1: on behalf of Baptist Church. You are a member there,
- 45:31Speaker 1: am I right? Yes? I am? Okay, listen, I'm calling you.
- 45:36Speaker 1: They some of the members have gotten together and had
- 45:39Speaker 1: a meeting and wanted me to give you a call.
- 45:44Speaker 1: It seems that a lot of them are complaining about
- 45:48Speaker 1: Sunday services that go on and wanted for me to
- 45:52Speaker 1: give you a call on their behalf so that we
- 45:54Speaker 1: can see if we can address the problem and talk
- 45:57Speaker 1: to you diligently as possible and try to get the problem,
- 46:00Speaker 1: rectify what's going on. Well, it seems like that a
- 46:06Speaker 1: lot of members are complaining. I'm sorry, and what is
- 46:10Speaker 1: your name again? My name is Man. I'm not actually
- 46:14Speaker 1: a member of the church. I've just been the one
- 46:16Speaker 1: that they've been asked to give you a call and
- 46:18Speaker 1: try to talk on the members behalf, so maybe we
- 46:20Speaker 1: can get this problem. Rectify that you that they have Uh,
- 46:24Speaker 1: as far as you are concerned, now, okay, go ahead.
- 46:27Speaker 1: What I'm just trying to see what this is in
- 46:28Speaker 1: regards to go ahead, Well, it seems like the members
- 46:31Speaker 1: of the church are complaining about that you're doing too
- 46:35Speaker 1: much shouting at church on Sunday, and it seems to
- 46:39Speaker 1: be going on every Sunday. You're running up and down
- 46:41Speaker 1: the aisle and you're shouting all over the place, and
- 46:43Speaker 1: it's me. I've been singled out about my shouting. Well, ever, THENDY.
- 46:50Speaker 1: It's distracting, man, You're distracting everyone from me getting the
- 46:53Speaker 1: word and listening to the word and being involved in
- 46:55Speaker 1: the service. And that's the purpose of the call, that's
- 46:58Speaker 1: to see if we can get you the tone it
- 47:00Speaker 1: down some Okay, So the whole church is complaining about
- 47:03Speaker 1: me shouting the way people run up and down them
- 47:05Speaker 1: off every Sunday and almost playing cart wheels and flips,
- 47:09Speaker 1: and they singling me out, complained about me. Well, man,
- 47:13Speaker 1: I don't know how it is that you can see
- 47:15Speaker 1: everybody else doing cart wheels when you're the ones that
- 47:17Speaker 1: they say is the one that's doing them. You don't
- 47:20Speaker 1: how am I being singled out? Man? All I'm saying
- 47:23Speaker 1: is that they're saying that you're doing too much shouting
- 47:25Speaker 1: and too much running at this church. Now I'm just
- 47:28Speaker 1: the message say, well, they can't tell me how to shout.
- 47:30Speaker 1: They don't. They can't tell me what's going on in
- 47:33Speaker 1: my life. What's gonna keep me from praising God? And
- 47:35Speaker 1: they I mean, they could just they could go somewhere
- 47:38Speaker 1: else with that, but they're not gonna tell me that
- 47:40Speaker 1: I can't praise my God. They don't know how good
- 47:42Speaker 1: God it's being to me. And you know what, I
- 47:44Speaker 1: understand that I agree with you wholeheartedly, but it's becoming
- 47:48Speaker 1: a distraction. I mean, they was at the point last
- 47:51Speaker 1: night talking about should we put some seatbelts on the
- 47:53Speaker 1: pews so so you can stay down, stay to put
- 47:56Speaker 1: some seat. But how they're gonna tell people they can't
- 47:58Speaker 1: shout in church and brace is God? What do we
- 48:01Speaker 1: call the church? Far? Well, you do come to We
- 48:03Speaker 1: need to be trying to place God and get they
- 48:05Speaker 1: all shout on and stop looking at me and whatever
- 48:07Speaker 1: about what I'm doing. We're gonna need you to quit
- 48:09Speaker 1: running up and down these aisles and doing what you go.
- 48:12Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you know, I'm trying to stay calm. I'm
- 48:15Speaker 1: trying my best. Who Jesus chief sir that that's not happy?
- 48:20Speaker 1: You can't tell me I gotta stop shouting. Okay, man,
- 48:23Speaker 1: but let me ask you. Are you running now? Aren't
- 48:25Speaker 1: you just standing still talking? Because I don't have to
- 48:27Speaker 1: run right now? Okay, what I'm trying to get you
- 48:30Speaker 1: to do? If I want to run up and down
- 48:32Speaker 1: this street right now, I can run up and down
- 48:34Speaker 1: the street and place God. But they're not gonna tell
- 48:36Speaker 1: me to stop shouting at church. Can we get you
- 48:38Speaker 1: to be a little bit more reserved as what we see? Man,
- 48:40Speaker 1: let me let me go ahead and go further on
- 48:42Speaker 1: what they do. The spirit moves. Okay, well, let me
- 48:46Speaker 1: move and tell you what they've told me. Now, if
- 48:51Speaker 1: we can't get to the point where you can, you know,
- 48:53Speaker 1: tone it down, then we may have to ask you
- 48:55Speaker 1: to leave running them ask me, who jez Jesus Jesus,
- 49:02Speaker 1: you let them ask me? Why don't they want me
- 49:04Speaker 1: to leave a church? Listen, I've been at that church
- 49:06Speaker 1: for fifteen years. I'm not leaving the church. I'm gonna
- 49:09Speaker 1: run up and down. I'm not gonna run on the church.
- 49:12Speaker 1: I ain't even turn me some flips where I feel
- 49:15Speaker 1: like it. Not. No, no, listen, that's all. I'm okay,
- 49:19Speaker 1: go ahead, I'm gonna be there. I'm going to I
- 49:22Speaker 1: am going to be there on Sunday. Man, and I
- 49:24Speaker 1: have been the person that's been appointed to make sure
- 49:27Speaker 1: that you're not running up and down these house and
- 49:29Speaker 1: shotting like this. You're got to keep yourself reserved so
- 49:32Speaker 1: people can hear the word of God. You are standing
- 49:35Speaker 1: in people's word. That's what you're doing. You're in the whale.
- 49:37Speaker 1: If they come trying to send me down, I'm gonna
- 49:39Speaker 1: get them a word and it ain't gonna be your God.
- 49:41Speaker 1: So I let you put that hands upon me here now, listen,
- 49:44Speaker 1: I'm trying to get that. Now you get that I
- 49:46Speaker 1: haven't been in that church fifteen years. If I want
- 49:49Speaker 1: to run, dance, shout, jump, quitting, whatever I want to do,
- 49:52Speaker 1: I'm gonna doing it. Ain't nobody gonna stop me. You're
- 49:55Speaker 1: gonna have to stop this. This past Sunday was your
- 49:58Speaker 1: last Sunday doing it, and you're not to do with
- 50:00Speaker 1: this done? Like I said, just why let and I'm
- 50:03Speaker 1: telling you could tell the unsues, the deacon boyd, the
- 50:06Speaker 1: deacon as the minister's wives or who all asked you
- 50:08Speaker 1: want to tell let him put their hands on me
- 50:10Speaker 1: and see if I don't swing on them, I'm gonna
- 50:11Speaker 1: come run about the spirit and swing on it. I'm
- 50:14Speaker 1: telling that now because he sells you to really push
- 50:16Speaker 1: me there on and tried, I tried. Let me ask
- 50:19Speaker 1: you this here where you trying to show that I'm
- 50:21Speaker 1: saved and never but you make it you if you're
- 50:24Speaker 1: making me revert back to my own ways and you
- 50:26Speaker 1: you really for me off, that's what you're gonna do. Okay, Well,
- 50:29Speaker 1: let me ask you this, what is the God at
- 50:31Speaker 1: right now? And you where is the one that say
- 50:33Speaker 1: yeah it was the God was telling me when I
- 50:36Speaker 1: was trying to be called with you at first to
- 50:37Speaker 1: tell you on me, calling me with this foolishness, but
- 50:40Speaker 1: now you have to make the other sign of me
- 50:42Speaker 1: rose up. Well, you wouldn't raised it up, and now
- 50:44Speaker 1: you wouldn't raised it up in me too. Guess what come? Signing,
- 50:46Speaker 1: You're gonna set y'all in that pew and you ain't
- 50:49Speaker 1: gonna you know when you call yourself an the pew. Okay,
- 50:55Speaker 1: all right, all right, we gonna see how well I'm
- 50:57Speaker 1: sitting at people matter fact, first day signing. I'm going

- 52:07Speaker 1: What is the baddest I'm talking about the baddest radio
- 52:10Speaker 1: show in the landing. How you gonna call this woman
- 52:18Speaker 1: and say she's doing too much at the church all
- 52:21Speaker 1: this shaft of the Lord and running? You doing cartwheel? Yeah,
- 52:27Speaker 1: she do that. Fact, that is a bit much. But
- 52:31Speaker 1: who are we do judge right between her and her?
- 52:34Speaker 1: Gus tell how to praise the Lord that you played
- 52:39Speaker 1: way too much all he's done for us. I can't
- 52:42Speaker 1: hear a cart wheel from my man. Amen. Amen again,
- 52:47Speaker 1: I've been to a church for the first time. I
- 52:48Speaker 1: probably saw somebody running in church about ten. I jumped
- 52:53Speaker 1: up on the pew and started rooting forward. God, you're
- 52:56Speaker 1: a track game. Track me her fall was good, fall
- 53:01Speaker 1: was outstanding. Sister Jenkins a technique and mcinn everything. Yeah,
- 53:07Speaker 1: she was relaxed in the face, didn't hit trip on
- 53:12Speaker 1: nothing that baton j go relaxed in the face, Junior
- 53:22Speaker 1: like that? All right, thank you Junior. Coming up next
- 53:25Speaker 1: in is the Strawberry Letter. The subject is he is
- 53:28Speaker 1: a totally different man at night. All right, we'll get
- 53:32Speaker 1: into that right after this. You're listening to show. It

- 53:55Speaker 1: just like we're gonna read this one right here, right now, yeah,
- 54:00Speaker 1: right here. Never know, it could be yours. Yeah, let
- 54:03Speaker 1: me tell you know, some people, it's that time. It's
- 54:05Speaker 1: that it's time for the Strawberry Letter. My good friend,
- 54:07Speaker 1: Shirley Strawberry, Thank you, my good friend, Junior. Subjects He's
- 54:12Speaker 1: a totally different man at night. He's a totally different
- 54:16Speaker 1: man at night. The letter reads, Dear Stephen, Shirley, I'm
- 54:20Speaker 1: a fifty two year old female and I'm dating a
- 54:22Speaker 1: sixty year old young man. We clicked instantly and we've
- 54:27Speaker 1: been together for two months. I may have been too
- 54:29Speaker 1: forward with him after the first few dates because I
- 54:32Speaker 1: wanted to rub and feel on him to see what
- 54:35Speaker 1: he was working with. I hugged him tightly one day
- 54:38Speaker 1: and it felt like he was wearing a back brace.
- 54:41Speaker 1: I decided not to ask him him about it right then.
- 54:44Speaker 1: He also wouldn't let me touch his face or play
- 54:47Speaker 1: in his hair. I learned to keep my hands to myself.
- 54:51Speaker 1: A few nights ago, I asked him to stay over
- 54:54Speaker 1: and he was caught off guard, but I insisted. We
- 54:59Speaker 1: started to get for bed and I noticed he was
- 55:01Speaker 1: wearing a spanks type of girdle under his shirt. I've
- 55:05Speaker 1: never seen one on a man, so I asked if
- 55:08Speaker 1: it was a back brace, and he said no, it
- 55:10Speaker 1: was awkward. I've then noticed there were makeup wipes in
- 55:15Speaker 1: my garbage. I asked him about them, and he said
- 55:17Speaker 1: he needed it to wipe off his tenant moisturizer. I
- 55:21Speaker 1: was a bit irritated because he went through my things
- 55:24Speaker 1: and and shocked because he wears tenant moisturizer. After I
- 55:28Speaker 1: took my shower, he was lying in my bed in
- 55:32Speaker 1: his underwear and I had to make him go take
- 55:34Speaker 1: a shower. It was the quickest shower I had ever seen,
- 55:37Speaker 1: and when he got up, his hair dye or whatever
- 55:40Speaker 1: he had in his hair was all over the pillow case.
- 55:43Speaker 1: After he showered, he came out naked and his man
- 55:47Speaker 1: boobs were swinging freely. They were as big as mine.
- 55:50Speaker 1: I had to visualize sex with my ex to get
- 55:53Speaker 1: in the mood. The sex was pretty good after I
- 55:56Speaker 1: finally got into it. I enjoyed this man's company, but
- 56:00Speaker 1: I am not sexually attracted to him. Now. I'm not perfect,
- 56:04Speaker 1: and I wear wigs and push up bras. But he
- 56:07Speaker 1: turned into a whole different man right in front of me.
- 56:10Speaker 1: Shouldn't he have told me about this beforehand? What do
- 56:14Speaker 1: I do? All right? This is one thing I can
- 56:19Speaker 1: tell you. When you rush a situation to get what
- 56:22Speaker 1: you you know want, then you get what you get. Sis,
- 56:26Speaker 1: you get what you get. I mean, clearly he wasn't ready,
- 56:30Speaker 1: but you said after a few dates you wanted to
- 56:33Speaker 1: rub and feel on him to see what he was
- 56:34Speaker 1: working with. I think it was a bit too much,
- 56:37Speaker 1: too fast. He also didn't want you to touch his hair.
- 56:41Speaker 1: He didn't want you to touch his face. Later you
- 56:43Speaker 1: learned he dyes his hair and wear his Tenant facial moisturizer.
- 56:46Speaker 1: I know they make moisturizer for men, Tenant moisturizer and spanks,
- 56:50Speaker 1: but I don't know any men who wear them. You
- 56:53Speaker 1: were shocked by that, but again, I don't think this
- 56:56Speaker 1: man was ready for it. He said that wasn't ready.
- 57:02Speaker 1: You were taking him fast. His ego got involved that
- 57:05Speaker 1: at that time, because you know, he had to give
- 57:08Speaker 1: you what you wanted. Okay, ready or not? Here I come.
- 57:13Speaker 1: And that's basically what it is. I mean, no need
- 57:15Speaker 1: to being shocked or irritated. Now, you woke the man
- 57:18Speaker 1: all the way up, he had to perform. Then afterwards
- 57:22Speaker 1: you said the sex was pretty good, but you're not
- 57:24Speaker 1: sexually attracted to him. Now you mentioned about his man
- 57:27Speaker 1: boobs and all that, but you also said you do
- 57:31Speaker 1: enjoy his company. Well why not do just that right now?
- 57:36Speaker 1: Enjoy his company? I think you're rushing things. I mean,
- 57:41Speaker 1: what do you want Steve and I to do? What
- 57:43Speaker 1: do you want us to say now? Because I can
- 57:46Speaker 1: tell you if you just want sex, then leave him alone,
- 57:50Speaker 1: you know, just leave him alone because you're not sexually
- 57:52Speaker 1: attracted to him. Just go your separate ways. If you
- 57:55Speaker 1: want companionship, because you say you do like his company,
- 57:58Speaker 1: then you could give a relationship a chance. If you choose,
- 58:01Speaker 1: it's only been two months that you've been dating this guy,
- 58:04Speaker 1: take it a bit slower, you know, so you guys
- 58:07Speaker 1: can get to know each other. I think you should
- 58:09Speaker 1: go on more dates. I mean, you know, really though,
- 58:11Speaker 1: don't most people look better in their clothes than they
- 58:14Speaker 1: do naked. I mean, when you get down to it,
- 58:17Speaker 1: I mean, I bet you look different without your wig
- 58:20Speaker 1: and you're push up broad. You know, you change to
- 58:22Speaker 1: a different person too, if you take that out. I think,
- 58:25Speaker 1: if he's a good man, eventually you can work out together,
- 58:27Speaker 1: you can eat healthier foods and so on. I mean,
- 58:30Speaker 1: I do know a couple of guys who wear just
- 58:33Speaker 1: for men hair color, and you know, I happen to
- 58:35Speaker 1: light gray hair on men. If he wants to stop that,
- 58:39Speaker 1: but you know, don't go trying to change him and
- 58:41Speaker 1: doing all that right now, there are worse things in life.
- 58:44Speaker 1: I think you should pick your battles and get to
- 58:46Speaker 1: know this man. You know, before you make any rash decisions, Steve. Yeah, Well,
- 58:52Speaker 1: we got a difference of opinion on this letter. Great response, Shirley, wonderful.
- 58:57Speaker 1: I think it was a very politically correct way for
- 59:00Speaker 1: you to approach this letter. I commend you because your
- 59:05Speaker 1: advice was really, really well done. And I will say
- 59:09Speaker 1: that as a Christian, I thought your answer wasn't wonderful.
- 59:16Speaker 1: And you're trying to make the relationship work between the
- 59:20Speaker 1: two people, Well, if you know it can, it can?
- 59:23Speaker 1: It could absolutely And I agree with you. I agree
- 59:26Speaker 1: with everything you said. I just don't see it this
- 59:29Speaker 1: And let's see what you're gonna say. Yeah, let's go.
- 59:33Speaker 1: I'm a fifty two year old female and I'm dating
- 59:36Speaker 1: a sixty year young man. Oh so you think, oh,
- 59:42Speaker 1: you see, you're trying to fly fast with the sixty
- 59:46Speaker 1: year young man. Oh, we find to find out why
- 59:51Speaker 1: you think he's sixty years young? Okay, you know you
- 59:56Speaker 1: wanted to go forward with him, so you started feeling
- 59:58Speaker 1: on rub and see what he was working with. I
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: hugged him one day and it felt like he was
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: wearing a back brace. You thought he worked at home depot,
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: didn't you? But oh, oh no, we're gonna find out
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: in this letter that that back brace feeling was male
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: spanks for the stomach. Hang on. Part two of Steve's
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: response is coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry Letters subject He's a Totally different man at night.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter. He's a
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: totally different man at night is the subject. First of all,
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: I want to say once again how much I agreed
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: with Shirley Strawberry's response. I thought it was perfect. If
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: he was trying to keep people together. I thought it
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: was a wonderful view to take. I'm not here for
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: that today. I'm not here to keep you together. I'm
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: here to talk about his hand because you tried to
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: tell up that you fifty two and he is sixty
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: year young man. Where are we about to find out
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: why you think he's so young? It started when you
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: started rubbing on him, trying to see what he was
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: working with, and you hugged him real tight, and it
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: felt like he was wearing a back brace. You had
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: then taught her was for work, because you thought maybe
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: he was loading boxes and ups all down at home
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: deep on. We were later to find out that he
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: had on male spakes. We'll get to that in a minute.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: I decided not to ask him about it right then.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: But he wouldn't let me touch his face all play
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: in his hand. Didn't you just say he was sixty
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: year young man? You just said that? Where are we
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: about to find out? Why? I asked him to stay
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: over one day. He couldn't. She couldn't play in his
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: face and head he would go. Now I learned to
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: keep my hands to myself. A few nights ago I
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: asked him to stay over, and he was caught off God.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: He wasn't read at him stay over hill. I ain't
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: got my stuff, So now he was caught off God,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: but I insisted. We started to get ready for bad.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: I noticed he was wearing a spanks type of girdle
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: under his shirt. When we were in Atlanta at the office.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: That was a lady that came in there that had
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: a company. She wanted me to invest it. I tried
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: on one of these spanked shirts for me. I had
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: to go into kitchen and cut it off. I couldn't
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: get it back over my damn head. Yeah, I didn't
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: have enough dexterity. You know how normally pull a T
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: shirt on your head with both hands grabbed the bottom.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: I couldn't get that thing up. I got to sweating
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: minute and it was stuck to me, so I had
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: to cut it out. I've never seen one on the
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: man well day out there they called male spinks and
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: then to reduced the look of your stomach and chest area.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: So I asked if it was a black brace. He said, no,
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: ain't no damn black brace. She knew that. Yeah. I
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: then noticed that was makeup wipes in my garbage. I
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: asked him about them, and he said he needed to
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: wipe off his tent moisterized. Oh here, who you thought
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: he was? Okay? So now he landed them in there.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: He had to wipe off his tented moisturizer. I'm assuming
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: that's moisturizer with colored Yeah. So now he trying to
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: look tanned and glowy. That's why he looked sixty years young.
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: Because of that damn moisterizer got his ass looking like
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: he actually a lie because he know if he wiped
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: it off, he looked like death because he held but
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: you know that darkness cover a lot of stuff. That's
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: why black is so beautiful, the black of the bear,
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: the sweeter of the Jews. M Black don't crack, but
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: pale do. I was a bit irritated because he went
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: through my things and shocked because he wears tenant Marshal rod.
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: When you made him stay, he wasn't ready you cut
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: him off. God, he ain't got his Marshal Rode. He
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: ain't got his makeup white with it. Now. He didn't
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: had to go through your things to find some makeup white.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: After I took my shower, he was laying in the
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: bed in his underwear. I had to make him go
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: take a shower. Well, he still had that back brace on,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: slash girdles, slash man's face. It was a quicker shot
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: I'd ever seen. And when he got up, his hand
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: die or whatever he had in his head was all
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: over the pillar cake. That's that damn Beijing. That's that
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: damn Beijing. And that half color. That's a spray. You
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: can spray friends on dudes now and all that. He
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: need a woman in his life, somebody can tighten him up.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: After he showered, he came out necking and his man
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: boobs was swinging freely, jess. Chest full of breath. That's
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: what that top was fall a chest chest full of breath.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: I want to say the T word, but we on
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: radio and there wasn't anybody either. They was big as mine.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: I'll be damned. I had to visualize having sexual my
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: ex to getting the moved. So now let's go over there. Okay,
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: he got breast, he got on spank, he got to
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: wear tenant. Marsterized. He used your wet white you man,
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: because he went to your stuff to find it. You
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: assisted still there, and he got the wrong die. He
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: ought to get some damn just for men and color
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: his hat. But if he had a woman of woman
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: could tell him some of these tricks. Now he don't know.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: He just used in temporary stuff because he's trying to
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: pull it together and look sixty years young ass. Actually,
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: when he took off all that stuff, he looked a
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: bitter eighty two. Yeah, so you fitted too, You dat
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: the man that look eighty two trying to fool you,
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: wouldn't make you think he's sick. I wear wigs and
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: push your brawls, and you should. It's okay for a
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: woman to wear a wig and to push your brawl,
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: but him though he got too much going on. Should
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: I have told me about this beforehand? Haird No, I
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: shouldn't told you. He didn't know what was gonna go
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: that far? All right? Let him. He gonna put all
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: that stuff back on the malla. Please leave your comments
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: on Today's washing Machine on Instagram and Steve Harvey f them.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Please check out the Strawberry Letter podcast One to Man
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: coming up next to the Sports Talk with Junior right
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: it is time now for Junior and Sports Talk. What
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: you got Junior? Alright, Shirley tom Brady has returned back
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: to camp. He has been missing since August eleven. He
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: took some time off to spend time with his family
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: at the exclusive resort over into Bahamas. Todd Bowles said
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: the time was already scheduled. So they have questions like, well,
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: how come he get the time off. Well, here's a
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: few reasons why tom Brady to get the time off.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: He forty five, he'd know the playbook, and he got
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: seven Super Bowls. Okay, why y'all ask just got here?
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: You don't be a questions what time? Don't ye y'all
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: need practice. He don't you under right, rock the ball
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: gonna be there. He already know what he's doing. You
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: just got there. You've been in camp two weeks. I'm
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: a why Tom Brady don't ask no more question? You
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: gonna get off the team or Tom? Here about it.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: If Tom Brady heard you ask question about time, Brady,
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: you're gonna be off that team. You don't shut your
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: mouth and let the man take the time off. He
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: forty five. He can't be out in the heat that long.
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: So he go out to the Bahamas and chilled margarite.
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: You know all that. That's all it was. So yeah,
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: behind my mom, he just chilling with his family. Man,
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: that's all he's doing. He got he got it. You
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: know what he's doing. Also, I gotta tell you that man,
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: y'all path for this. This is awsome the news man.
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: Herschell Walker's back in the news, Lord ha mercy man.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: He turned out an opportunity to debate Raphael Warnock in
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: making Now. Debate is scheduled for October thirteenth. Now here
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: the reason why my birthday? Oh yeah, watching Hers said
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: it would not be a good debate because that no
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: one would be watching because he would interfere with Sunday
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: Night football. Now October thirteenth, he's on a Thursday. Yeah.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: Have you seen that commercial which boy he tells the
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: people that he's the FBI agent. Yeah, I wasn't call y'all.
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: That was. They issued a statement they have no record
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: of him. Ever, the FBI came out and said he's
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: never been an FBI aiden. You know, he talked about
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: Chronicle and all this hit this dude. Yeah, man, he
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: herschel Walker is a liar. The Republican Party sickens me, now, yea.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: They just want to get a black person to go
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: up against Warnock, another black person to split the black vote.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: They'll do anything they want to split the black vote.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: So and man, herschel Walker is not qualified to beat anything. No,
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: but then neither was Donald Trump. So I debate herschell
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: Walker and I don't even know no issue. And up, dog,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: I'm talking about come out of all right, Thank you, ju,
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: and you're coming up at the top of the hour.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: Will Smith's back on Instagram, but he just did a
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: test run first. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: You're listening string show. Will Smith jokingly tested the waters
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: to see if it's okay for him to return to
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: social media. He hasn't been posting his usual fun and
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: funny posts since the incident at this year's Oscar. You know,
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: the one where he slapped Chris rock Well over the weekend.
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: We'll post it a video of a small monkey tapping
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: a gorilla's back and the gorillas swiped the small monkey
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: away without Eden turning around. Will add at the text
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: me trying to get back on social He got almost
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: two million likes in over fifty five thousand comments on
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: the post, with overwhelming support and messages like welcome back.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: So he tested the waters and that's what he got. People,
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: you know, said welcome back. You know we're we're in
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: a different society. I'm okay with Will Smith now because
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: of his apology. You know, the man apologized. You know,
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: Chris rock ain't ready to hear it right now, but
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: he apologized. So you know, you gotta let a man
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: get up and kick people film. That's what I'm people
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: still talking about Chris Brown. Chris Brown has fought his
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: way back. Man, fine, young dude, man getting a lot
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: of things right. So I don't care. I can't come
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: on to social media home. Yeah, m way too much
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: to do to be worried about posting today. That's a
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: funny post anyway. Yeah yeah, yeah, well, you know, welcome back,
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: that's what the people said. I mean, two million likes.
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: That's pretty impressive. You know that lets you know that
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: there are people out there that missed you. Will Smith,
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: so come back, I mean public opinion. Yeah, oh they're
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: gonna oh but now I notice now because you didn't
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: been through the court in public. Oh they're waiting. Oh
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: they're gonna light as I ask something. It's not gonna
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: be easy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, everybody. Yeah, it's it's people
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: still holding stuff against me that happened years ago. It's
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: Steve people still bringing it up. That are people who
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: want to keep you in the place where they had
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: justification in their mind to hate you, and whether you
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: moved on progress or grown up, they want to hold
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: you in that space so they could, in their own
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: small ass mind, continue the way they feel because it's
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: something wrong with them. Yeah, their life isn't going exactly
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: the way they want their life to go. Yeah. Every
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: time somebody miss up, they brings up miss universe. I
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: mean every time, every time I'll be everywhere. Man, you
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: know your boss messed up on Miss Universe. Now forever
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: go man, one of those twenty fifteen I don't give
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: a damn right. You know what I could years ago, Steve,
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: you said twenty fifteen, Yeah, I don't flex. But see,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: I'm part owner of miss Universe, now didn't. You can
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: say what you want to say. You know, I'm a
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: partner in Miss Universe, so I'm what Yeah, yes, caller,
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: I have a question. So what is it about us
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: today in society that when you make a mistake, you
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: try to earn forgiveness, earn it back, but people just
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: want you to be done. Because it's just many sad
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: people who now have found a way to have a voice,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: and they think social media is it, but they don't
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: realize that their posts are meaningless. They have no power.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: They're not shakers and movers and they're not decision makers.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: But in their small little world that ain't going right,
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: they think that they can make powerful statements about somebody
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: else and go nanna, nanna, like it should have like
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: a shaking a finger in their faith, and they yeah,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: why say something? He thanking all that, But there's a
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: lot of hurt people on social media and hurt people,
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: hurt hurt people, loving people, love people, and that's what
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: it is. And it's just a it's just a playground
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: for haters of hurt people, and they try to hurt
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: you no matter what you do, and they not go.
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: Let you be happy, man. You can post a picture
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: of the cutest little baby. Somebody gonna talk about the
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: features on the baby. Yeah, yeah, it's crazy. Baby was fine.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I didn't know you're going there with it.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: I didn't even mean I don't even know how to
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: talk about the baby. All right, coming up in twenty
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, we'll have more of the Steve
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. You know what, I hate to
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: even say this because we had our Wellness Wednesday segment
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: earlier today. But now we have a good excuse to
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: have ice cream for breakfast. Okay, but yeah, I've been
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: doing this. Let me get out off the bike, yes, immediate.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: This is wonderful news. Right. A new study found that
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: ice cream may be healthier than a multi grain bagel.
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: Certain foods were ranked on a scale of one to
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: one hundred in terms of nutrition. The higher the number,
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: the healthier the food. Now listen to this. The chocolate
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: ice cream cone with nuts ranked at number thirty seven,
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: while a multi grain bagel with raisins got a low
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: score of nineteen. That's what I got, all right, Well,
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: bagels is healthier than a bagel. Bagels, according to this

- 1:20:17Speaker 1: to continue into the week, so we encourage everyone in

- 1:20:36Speaker 1: necessary risk. Be smart. Listen to the news. Anybody say evacuate,

- 1:20:43Speaker 1: get a new you. Yeah, that's right. Fast. The water
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: comes fast, so be safe. Yeah, yeah, all right, guys.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: So what y'all got Give me some questions while we
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: close out. Well, let's see Steve Um. Okay, I have UM.
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: So as we transition from summer into fall, what are
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: your plans because I know you do your vision board,
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: I know you do your goals, your goal oriented. I
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: know you switch even your closets out, claws it out,
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: get it ready. But it's sort of crazy because I'm
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: gonna travel a lot this fall too, so oh you are. Yeah,
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna be out the country quite a bit this fall.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: Once I finished taping the Jude Show, I'm off for
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: the Judge Show this week because I have COVID. Oh yeah, okay,
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: you just dropped a bomb. But you know I don't
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: because I don't. I use my no and I'm not
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: gonna act like it because I'm a person of faith.
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: Always claim victory. I thank God for healing so far.
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: I'm asymptomatic, So it's what it is. But when you
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: test positive, we had to shut the TV show down.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: We cannot. Oh yeah, you know that's just smart. You
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: know the way to do it, to contain it. So
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: we shut the TV show down for the rest of
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: the week. So I have to quarantine for five days.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: I'm on the meds that I got the prescription meds
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: for COVID that's out there available, and I feel wonderful.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: I will continue to feel wonderful. Praise God. And this
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: is your first time. Yeah, I was really counting on
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: them chitlings to come through from it. That's why I
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: was really thinking that. But that's that's why I don't
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: have any symptoms, because that that residue chidling juice that
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: I ate. I'm just telling what I'm doing. I ain't
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: suggesting nobody go out and get I'm just saying what
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: I've done to remain COVID free so far. It's not
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: only do I take the vaccines and the boosters, but
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: I ate chillings for thirty eight years. And therefore, even
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: though I have COVID COVID don't have met my chidling
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: juice is down there annih latent dividus in beating. And
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: I just wanted to make that or now I wasn't
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: gonna say nothing, but I'm just throwing it out there,
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: and I choose to think positive. I came on the
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: end to work today because I'm quarantined, so you know,
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: I'm on the zoom. Came to my studio here in
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: my house and doing my thing, and you know, checked
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: on my wife, and my wife ass COVID checked on
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: her this morning. We're quarantining away from each other. She's fine,
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: and so you know, I came on over here and
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: did with my work, and then I'm gonna I'm gonna go.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna go and just continue to act as though
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: everything is normal. I'm not gonna give it no space
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: in my head, you know. Okay, all right, and you're
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: taking your meds and you know, and uh, quarantining, so
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: so you know that's what I'm getting ready to do.
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: It ain't really And then far as your question goes,
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: just change wardrobe, do some trapp you know, okay, oh yeah,
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: I forgot over was like what happened? Now? What you know?
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: I ain't want to make a big deal. I appreciate
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: y'all not mentioning it. And on the at day, of course,
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: I told my team, but you know, touchtold the radio people.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: That's all right, it's all good. Yeah, we're family. Don't know.
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: I came to work. What you got you Now, when
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: you say you switch out wardrobe, I know you how
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: much did that cost? Because I can't switch. Don't cost nothing,
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: you know, it don't cost no, you just move stuff around. See,
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: I got another closet where the winter fabrics is in
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: the flannels, the wolves and all like that. And I
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: take all the linen like silky stuff out the closet
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: and I rotated, and I bring all the wools, the jackets,
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: the coach, the sweaters, scars, gloves, bring all that up
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: front addressing. Because it gets a little cool in the
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: winter time in Atlanta. Yeah, yeah, it does, it really does.
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: It gets cold old. Actually, well, I'm going out the country.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: Ain't none of that. So Steve, what are you gonna
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: be rocking? Uh? This this this fall? Anyway? I mean
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: I remember, probably go straight pimp this fall. You know
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: what that means? A lot of coats, big hacke scarf,
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: you know. But I don't really rock hats too much,
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: no more every note. And I gave that up because
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: I had my my my head got a good shape
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: to it. And you know, soph you ain't got no
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: good with a shape. You need to make it where
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: I had, where I had. Your here got a big
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: dip in it. You might want to go hat because
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: real long in the back might want to go hat
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: if you got that low slope and the forehead which
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: is a sign of unintelligence. Are that low sloping floehead?
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: That neanderthal? If you look like a caveman, might want
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: to get a hat. It's time. Lord, the Lord God
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: is fools. You have a low sloping forehead, get ahead,
