- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to go back to twenty sixteen. The Democrats
- 0:05Speaker 1: said then about Donald Trump that he was going to get.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Us into WORL war. Iie.
- 0:08Speaker 1: The reality is, in my lifetime he was the only
- 0:11Speaker 1: president that actually didn't get us.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Into a war.
- 0:15Speaker 1: He was a president that said we must have like
- 0:18Speaker 1: peace through strength, something that Ronald Reagan also understood. And
- 0:22Speaker 1: the President has been very clear that if he was elected,
- 0:27Speaker 1: he was going to immediately get involved with Vladimir Putin
- 0:30Speaker 1: and Zolensky and end this war. He called it a
- 0:34Speaker 1: senseless war that we have been funding, a war that
- 0:37Speaker 1: would not have continued to the point where we are
- 0:39Speaker 1: right now if it wasn't for the US financial involvement
- 0:44Speaker 1: and the military aid that we've been giving to Zolensky
- 0:48Speaker 1: and Ukraine. Well, I want to go back to what
- 0:52Speaker 1: President elect Trump said when he was getting ready to
- 0:55Speaker 1: come into the White House. He said he had a
- 0:57Speaker 1: strong interest in meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and
- 1:01Speaker 1: discussed the ending of this ongoing war, saying this, look,
- 1:05Speaker 1: I know that Putin wants to meet, and the arrangements
- 1:09Speaker 1: are being made for this meeting. That was reported by
- 1:11Speaker 1: The Hill newspaper, The Kremlin, by the way, responded positively
- 1:17Speaker 1: with a spokesperson acknowledging quote a mutual desire quote unquote
- 1:21Speaker 1: to set up a meeting. Those specific details had not
- 1:25Speaker 1: been confirmed that coming from Sky News. Well, in his
- 1:28Speaker 1: recent speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Trump
- 1:32Speaker 1: emphasized his intentions three to one. Well, in his recent
- 1:38Speaker 1: speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Donald Trump
- 1:42Speaker 1: doubled down emphasizing his intentions to involve China as well
- 1:47Speaker 1: in the peace process, stating that China has quote a
- 1:49Speaker 1: great deal of power over the situation. He also warned
- 1:54Speaker 1: Vladimir Putin to end the war promptly, or as he
- 1:58Speaker 1: said yesterday, you will severe economic consequences, including high taxes, tariffs,
- 2:04Speaker 1: and sanctions on Russian goods. Well, that seems to change
- 2:10Speaker 1: everything in the calculations of Ladimir Putin over the last
- 2:14Speaker 1: twenty four hours. Moments ago on Fox this was the
- 2:19Speaker 1: reporting based on what I just told you from yesterday
- 2:23Speaker 1: and Vladimir Putin's response that.
- 2:25Speaker 3: President Trump wants to meet immediately with Vladimir Putin and
- 2:31Speaker 3: that President Zelenski has told President Trump that he is
- 2:36Speaker 3: ready to make.
- 2:36Speaker 2: A deal to end the war.
- 2:38Speaker 3: So obviously a very big development on that front, and
- 2:42Speaker 3: we'll play it out for you as soon as we
- 2:44Speaker 3: get it. A number of other items crossing the wires
- 2:47Speaker 3: and making news that we're going to bring you when
- 2:49Speaker 3: we get that playback in just a moment to stick
- 2:50Speaker 3: around for that.
- 2:51Speaker 2: So that's how they initially broke the news.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Then Donald Trump and I go back to what he
- 2:57Speaker 1: had to say a few days ago. He said this
- 2:59Speaker 1: on the nine as he was asked a question about
- 3:03Speaker 1: this meeting and what he expects. And this is again
- 3:05Speaker 1: laying that groundwork for diplomacy and power and strength bringing peace.
- 3:11Speaker 4: President Putin wants to meet. He's said that even publicly,
- 3:16Speaker 4: and we have to get that war over with. That's
- 3:17Speaker 4: a bloody mess. Soldiers are being killed by the millions.
- 3:23Speaker 4: I looked at some very graphic pictures yesterday, the soldiers
- 3:28Speaker 4: that are being killed.
- 3:29Speaker 2: You know, it's a flat field.
- 3:31Speaker 4: The only thing that stops the bullet is a body.
- 3:34Speaker 4: These are It's a very very flat land, and the
- 3:38Speaker 4: soldiers are fighting and they are dying by the hundreds
- 3:41Speaker 4: of thousands.
- 3:44Speaker 2: You listen to how we got here so quickly.
- 3:47Speaker 1: How is it that we have a president that has
- 3:49Speaker 1: come in and this quickly is now saying we're going
- 3:52Speaker 1: to meet. We are now being told that Vladimir Putin
- 3:55Speaker 1: is willing to meet. Zelensky is saying he's willing to meet.
- 3:58Speaker 1: And they understand that this whole game that they've been playing,
- 4:02Speaker 1: and all the money that has been coming in to
- 4:04Speaker 1: Zelensky through foreign aid is ending specifically from the United
- 4:09Speaker 1: States of America because of Donald Trump. And so the
- 4:13Speaker 1: idea in this headline that President Trump wants to meet
- 4:15Speaker 1: immediately with Putin and Zelensky and they're ready to make
- 4:19Speaker 1: a deal to end this war tells you how much
- 4:23Speaker 1: of America's foreign policy was feeding this war. Because Zolensky
- 4:27Speaker 1: understands something here. He understands that he can't keep doing
- 4:31Speaker 1: what he's doing if he's not getting hundreds of billions
- 4:34Speaker 1: of dollars from the United States of America. Vladimir Putin
- 4:38Speaker 1: also understands that Donald Trump's threat that we can either
- 4:42Speaker 1: do this the easy way or the hard way through
- 4:45Speaker 1: sanctions and US coming after you economically right is going
- 4:50Speaker 1: to have major consequences on him.
- 4:53Speaker 5: Now.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Vladimir Putin said on his state TV channels that he
- 4:59Speaker 1: is ready to to discuss peace in Ukraine with President Trump.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Isn't it weird that we were told that Trump would
- 5:06Speaker 1: start World War three?
- 5:07Speaker 2: He said that back in sixteen seventeen, eighteen nineteen.
- 5:10Speaker 1: They've been saying that recently, and all of a sudden,
- 5:12Speaker 1: Donald Trump now plans to meet immediately with a Lenskimputiny
- 5:16Speaker 1: to negotiate the end of the war. This is the
- 5:19Speaker 1: difference between these two styles of political rhetoric and policies
- 5:24Speaker 1: of the US government, Trump is saying. And we now
- 5:28Speaker 1: have some more audio that's come in, and I was
- 5:30Speaker 1: doing this live, so I'm going to hear this for
- 5:33Speaker 1: the first time.
- 5:34Speaker 2: This is President Trump and Davos. Take a listen.
- 5:38Speaker 4: We'd like to see de nuclearization. In fact, with President
- 5:42Speaker 4: Putin prior to an election result, which was frankly ridiculous,
- 5:47Speaker 4: we were talking about the nuclearization of our two countries
- 5:52Speaker 4: and China would have come along. China has a much
- 5:55Speaker 4: smaller right now nuclear armament than us. Who feel the
- 6:00Speaker 4: US but they're going to be catching it at some
- 6:02Speaker 4: point over the next four or five years. And I
- 6:06Speaker 4: will tell you that President Putin really liked the idea
- 6:09Speaker 4: of cutting way back on nuclear and I think the
- 6:13Speaker 4: rest of the world. We would have gotten them to follow,
- 6:16Speaker 4: and China would have come along too. China also liked it.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Tremendous amounts of money of being spent on nuclear and
- 6:23Speaker 4: the destructive capability is something that we don't even want
- 6:26Speaker 4: to talk about today because you don't want to hear
- 6:29Speaker 4: it's too depressing. So we want to see if we
- 6:32Speaker 4: can denuclearize. And I think that's very possible. And I
- 6:37Speaker 4: can tell you that President Putin wanted to do it.
- 6:39Speaker 4: He and I wanted to do it. We had a
- 6:43Speaker 4: good conversation with China. They would have been involved, and
- 6:46Speaker 4: that would have been an unbelievable thing for the planet.
- 6:49Speaker 2: By the way, does that sound like a guy that's
- 6:51Speaker 2: going to take us into World War three? No, of course,
- 6:53Speaker 2: on it doesn't sound like that at all.
- 6:55Speaker 1: But what Donald Trump is saying is that not only
- 6:57Speaker 1: are we going to end this war, but President Putin
- 7:01Speaker 1: and I in China are going to begin the denuclearization
- 7:04Speaker 1: of our countries. He says, that is again great for
- 7:09Speaker 1: the world. So let's go back and listen again to
- 7:12Speaker 1: that news It just broke from Fox. The President Trump
- 7:15Speaker 1: as he was signing executive orders after everything that you
- 7:18Speaker 1: just heard him say, there is now reporting that they
- 7:21Speaker 1: are going to have an immediate like immediately, I want
- 7:25Speaker 1: to meet.
- 7:25Speaker 2: This is what world leaders do.
- 7:27Speaker 3: That President Trump wants to meet immediately with Vladimir Putin,
- 7:32Speaker 3: and that President Zelenski has told President Trump that he
- 7:38Speaker 3: is ready to make a deal to end the war.
- 7:40Speaker 3: So obviously a very big development on that front. And
- 7:44Speaker 3: we'll play it out for you as soon as we
- 7:46Speaker 3: get it. A number of other items, Uh, let.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Me just stop it there, like this is what leaders
- 7:51Speaker 1: sound like when they lead, right, like this is it?
- 7:54Speaker 2: Okay?
- 7:55Speaker 1: Trump says that we are we want to meet with
- 7:58Speaker 1: the Russian president soon, and he said millions of lives
- 8:03Speaker 1: are being wasted, millions of lives. And then it's like
- 8:08Speaker 1: after that, got tractions like screw it, like not soon,
- 8:10Speaker 1: Let's just do it immediately.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Very important.
- 8:12Speaker 4: I really would like to be able to meet with
- 8:15Speaker 4: President Putin soon and get that war. And that's not
- 8:19Speaker 4: from the standpoint of economy or anything else. That's from
- 8:22Speaker 4: the standpoint of millions of lives are being wasted. Beautiful
- 8:26Speaker 4: young people are being shot in the battlefield. You know,
- 8:30Speaker 4: the bullet very flat land, as I said, and the
- 8:33Speaker 4: bullet goes No, there's no hiding and a bullet. The
- 8:37Speaker 4: only thing is to stop the bullet is a human body.
- 8:40Speaker 4: And you have to see I've seen pictures of what's
- 8:43Speaker 4: taken place. It's a carnage and we really have to
- 8:46Speaker 4: stop that war. That war is horrible.
- 8:48Speaker 2: And I'm not talking to economy.
- 8:49Speaker 4: I'm not talking economics, I'm not talking about natural resource.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I'm just talking about there's so.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Many young people being killed in this war, and that's
- 8:59Speaker 4: not including the people that have been killed as the
- 9:02Speaker 4: cities are being knocked down, building by building, So we
- 9:06Speaker 4: really should get that stuff.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Likewise, in the Middle East.
- 9:10Speaker 1: I mean, I love the way that he is saying this,
- 9:13Speaker 1: stop doing this. And the only thing that change is
- 9:15Speaker 1: Donald Trump turned off the military funding Spicott and as
- 9:20Speaker 1: soon as the money stopped flowing, now they're ready to negotiate.
- 9:24Speaker 1: As soon as he threatened putin we in this war
- 9:27Speaker 1: now or else. You can do it the easy way
- 9:29Speaker 1: or the hard way, and it's going to hurt your country.
- 9:31Speaker 1: And Zelenski's in trouble as well, and the Moneys stopping
- 9:34Speaker 1: the flow is going to end with me.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Now they're going, yeah, let's meet in this thing.
- 9:40Speaker 1: How much blood does the Biden administration have on their
- 9:42Speaker 1: hands in Ukraine. That's the question the media should be
- 9:46Speaker 1: asking right now because clearly they were the ones funding
- 9:48Speaker 1: the damn war. As I'm also having this conversation with
- 9:53Speaker 1: you about Putin right now, I want you to know
- 9:55Speaker 1: that we're getting unconfirmed reports that Vladimir Putin was rushed to.
- 10:01Speaker 2: The Kremlin in Moscow.
- 10:03Speaker 4: Now.
- 10:03Speaker 1: The reports are coming from Russian telegram channels that are
- 10:07Speaker 1: posting videos of the motorcade and him being rushed to
- 10:10Speaker 1: the Kremlin. Why would this be happening, because it's very
- 10:13Speaker 1: clear I think Donald Trump's not screwing around Donald Trump,
- 10:18Speaker 1: and I want to go back and read the statement
- 10:20Speaker 1: that he put out on True Social and this is
- 10:23Speaker 1: again goes back to leadership quote.
- 10:25Speaker 2: I'm not looking to hurt Russia.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I love the Russian people and always had a very
- 10:30Speaker 1: good relationship with President Putin.
- 10:32Speaker 2: And this despite the.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Radical lefts Russia Russia Russia hoax, we must never forget
- 10:37Speaker 1: that Russia helped us win the Second World War, losing
- 10:40Speaker 1: almost sixty million lives in the process. All of that
- 10:43Speaker 1: being said, I'm going to do Russia, whose economy is
- 10:46Speaker 1: failing and President Putin a very big favor.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Settle now and stop this ridiculous war.
- 10:53Speaker 1: It's only going to get worse if we don't make
- 10:57Speaker 1: a deal soon. I have no other choice but to
- 10:59Speaker 1: put high levels of taxes, tariffs, and sanctions on anything
- 11:03Speaker 1: being sold by Russia to the United States and various
- 11:06Speaker 1: other participating countries. Let's get this war which never should
- 11:10Speaker 1: have started if I were president, which never would have
- 11:14Speaker 1: started if I were president, I should say over with.
- 11:17Speaker 1: We can do it the easy way or the hard way,
- 11:21Speaker 1: and the easy way is always better.
- 11:22Speaker 2: It's time to make a deal. No more lives should
- 11:25Speaker 2: be lost.
- 11:26Speaker 1: You know, for a guy that they said was going
- 11:28Speaker 1: to start World War three, that's one hell of a
- 11:30Speaker 1: way does not start World War three. A reporter also
- 11:34Speaker 1: asking the president another question about this, and here is
- 11:37Speaker 1: what the President said.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Moments ago, you pull for a ceasefire.
- 11:41Speaker 4: In Ukraine, the labor group doesn't come to the table
- 11:44Speaker 4: to negotiate with you. Will you put additional sanctions on Russia?
- 11:48Speaker 2: It sounds likely.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Do you think that the war should be frozen currently alone?
- 11:52Speaker 4: The war should have never started if you had a
- 11:54Speaker 4: competent president, which you did, and the war wouldn't have happened.
- 11:58Speaker 4: The war in Ukraine would have never happened I president.
- 12:01Speaker 4: But that couldn't happen because the election was rigged.
- 12:04Speaker 1: So let's just recap this twenty four to forty eight
- 12:08Speaker 1: hours of massive movement.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Trump becomes president. He shuts down the funding.
- 12:13Speaker 1: He says, you ain't getting it from US, Ukraine and
- 12:16Speaker 1: Russia if you don't stop this damn war. I'm going
- 12:18Speaker 1: to make sure that you suffer and your economy suffers
- 12:21Speaker 1: massive consequences that we both know you can't afford. So
- 12:25Speaker 1: the moment that Trump was horn in, Russia changed their policy.
- 12:30Speaker 1: The President Putin declared on state TV that he was
- 12:33Speaker 1: ready for a long term peace with Ukraine and says
- 12:37Speaker 1: Russia's open for dialogue with President Trump. This goes back
- 12:43Speaker 1: to what Donald Trump said if he was elected.
- 12:46Speaker 2: I'm going to have peace through strength.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I'm going to have the same policy, and I'm going
- 12:52Speaker 1: to use these sanctions in a hardcore way. And the
- 12:56Speaker 1: threat clearly seems to have worked, because I think Vadimir
- 12:59Speaker 1: Putin understand he's not blinking. It's not a threat if
- 13:03Speaker 1: you're going to do it, it's a reality, and he's
- 13:06Speaker 1: reading the room and he understands that Donald Trump is
- 13:09Speaker 1: going to do what he says he's going to do
- 13:11Speaker 1: to do and Zelenski understands he didn't have the money
- 13:15Speaker 1: to do what he's doing right now without American dollars
- 13:19Speaker 1: paying for it, subsidizing this death and destruction. Donald Trump
- 13:24Speaker 1: also said, I have a very good relationship with Putin's Zlensky.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I hope we can get more relations with us. Donald
- 13:31Speaker 1: Trump said, then, well, it takes two to tango.
- 13:34Speaker 2: How do we know this was said, Well, the video
- 13:36Speaker 2: has been released.
- 13:37Speaker 1: The president making clear is Elynski like, hey, dude, you're
- 13:39Speaker 1: not my friend.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Okay, you're not my guy.
- 13:42Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and treat you like
- 13:44Speaker 1: America has been treating you with just with open arms,
- 13:46Speaker 1: unlimited funds.
- 13:48Speaker 4: So we have a very good relationship, and I also
- 13:51Speaker 4: have a very good relationship, as you know, with President Putin.
- 13:54Speaker 2: And I think if we win, I think we're going
- 13:56Speaker 2: to get it resolved very quickly.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Word.
- 13:59Speaker 4: I really think to get.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Normal.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Yeah, but you know, it takes two.
- 14:07Speaker 2: To tench takes two to tango.
- 14:09Speaker 1: President Trump's like, screw you man, Like you're the guy
- 14:11Speaker 1: out there hoarding all this money coming in from America.
- 14:14Speaker 2: The amount of corruption. And this is what it really
- 14:17Speaker 2: boils down to.
- 14:18Speaker 1: And I think part of the reason why Donald Trump
- 14:19Speaker 1: there was not real friendly with with with Zelenski is
- 14:22Speaker 1: he knows what he's dealing with.
- 14:23Speaker 2: He's dealing with a thug. He's dealing with a con artist.
- 14:26Speaker 2: He's dealing with a.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Fake, you know, military general looking guy whears his fatigues
- 14:31Speaker 1: on the front, you know, but has people doing hair
- 14:33Speaker 1: and makeup for Vanny Fair when there's a quote war
- 14:35Speaker 1: going on. This is a guy and the oligarchs in
- 14:39Speaker 1: Ukraine that are getting rich off American dollars flowing into
- 14:42Speaker 1: that country to quote stand up to Vladimir Putin. And
- 14:46Speaker 1: so now the gig is up. I'm sure he's sitting
- 14:49Speaker 1: on billions. I'm sure his oligarks, his family members have
- 14:52Speaker 1: funneled billions into their pockets. They will never want or
- 14:56Speaker 1: need for the rest of their lives and their kids' lives.
- 14:59Speaker 2: And they're grandkids lies.
- 15:01Speaker 1: They are oligarchs now because of American dollars that they
- 15:04Speaker 1: have stolen.
- 15:05Speaker 2: So what Trump understood was.
- 15:07Speaker 1: All right, I need to find the pain point to
- 15:10Speaker 1: get both men to the table. The pain point for
- 15:13Speaker 1: Zelensky as you're out of money, and the pain point
- 15:16Speaker 1: for Vladimir Putin was massive sanctions and going after the
- 15:20Speaker 1: oligarchs in Russia. That's the pain point here. It's actually
- 15:26Speaker 1: very simple. Is it is not hard to figure out
- 15:29Speaker 1: the math here. And so when Trump tells Putin to
- 15:33Speaker 1: end the Ukraine War now or else we can do
- 15:35Speaker 1: it the easy way of the hard way, he's not flinching.
- 15:38Speaker 2: He actually means it.
- 15:40Speaker 1: You want to know who else, by the way, is
- 15:42Speaker 1: calling for an immediate end of the war after Trump
- 15:44Speaker 1: won the election, Hamas Donald Trump has been the president
- 15:49Speaker 1: now for a couple of days, and what we know
- 15:53Speaker 1: is that everyone is responding to the things that he
- 15:56Speaker 1: has said. Hamas is calling for the end to the
- 15:58Speaker 1: war in the Middle East because they don't want to
- 16:00Speaker 1: screw with Trump. The Iran back Huthis announced the ceasefire,
- 16:04Speaker 1: and Putin said he's ready to work towards peace. What
- 16:08Speaker 1: else do you need to know here? Donald Trump is
- 16:11Speaker 1: not a bs politician. He always backs up his words
- 16:14Speaker 1: with real actions, and only actions matter to these men.
- 16:19Speaker 1: And unfortunately Zelenski knew that President Biden and the EU
- 16:24Speaker 1: did not have proper strategy or action to win against Putin.
- 16:28Speaker 1: They knew that the money would flow in and they
- 16:31Speaker 1: would get risk they would get rich, and they knew
- 16:33Speaker 1: that there was going to be a lot of people
- 16:34Speaker 1: that were going to die while they were getting.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Rich, and they were totally fine with it.
- 16:39Speaker 1: There's one other thing I think you need to know,
- 16:41Speaker 1: and this is also very very very interesting. Russian President
- 16:46Speaker 1: Vladimir Putin not only did he say he's ready to
- 16:49Speaker 1: come to the table, but he also congratulated Donald Trump
- 16:52Speaker 1: on his inauguration and says that Russia is ready for
- 16:56Speaker 1: quote peaceful relations with the US.
- 17:00Speaker 2: I think it's very clear that.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Vladimir Putin is spooked a little bit by Donald Trump
- 17:07Speaker 1: and they know.
- 17:07Speaker 2: That he's not messing around.
- 17:09Speaker 1: You look at just these late night moves where Putin
- 17:12Speaker 1: arrived at the Kremlin unusually late, and it comes, as
- 17:15Speaker 1: Reuters reports, Trump is calling for an immediate meeting. I mean,
- 17:19Speaker 1: this is midnight diplomacy or even something bigger brewing where
- 17:23Speaker 1: it's like wake his blank up and get him on
- 17:25Speaker 1: the phone. And what happened, Well, apparently Vladimir Putin got
- 17:29Speaker 1: in the car and went to the Kremlin.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Because he's now in this scenario.
- 17:36Speaker 1: It's amazing, this is happening, and it's happening this fast. Now,
- 17:42Speaker 1: I go back to what I said at the very beginning.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Does this sound like a guy that is trying to
- 17:48Speaker 1: start World War three? No, this is a guy that
- 17:52Speaker 1: is clearly going to use the economic mechanisms at his
- 17:57Speaker 1: disposal to get what he wants from people because he
- 18:01Speaker 1: doesn't want to go to war. And he's not listening
- 18:04Speaker 1: to the warmongers in Congress, are the people that are
- 18:07Speaker 1: begging for wars to break out so they can sell
- 18:09Speaker 1: you ammunition and rockets and missiles. Like, that's not what
- 18:13Speaker 1: Trump's going to allow to happen here. This is a
- 18:16Speaker 1: guy that doesn't want wars to break out. That's not
- 18:18Speaker 1: good for the industrial complex. Military industrial complex. They love war,
- 18:22Speaker 1: they love Look the people.
- 18:24Speaker 2: In Washington that are making money off this war between
- 18:27Speaker 2: Ukraine and Russia, and the amount of money they're making
- 18:30Speaker 2: is astronomical. Like, make no mistake.
- 18:35Speaker 1: How much money these contractors and these lobbyists are making
- 18:41Speaker 1: because there's war and the amount of money these company,
- 18:44Speaker 1: these military contracts and these are making off of this war.
- 18:48Speaker 1: They don't want it to end, they want it to expand.
- 18:53Speaker 1: And what Donald Trump is said, I don't give a
- 18:54Speaker 1: crap about you making money off of war. I care
- 18:57Speaker 1: about how many people are dying, and I want there
- 18:59Speaker 1: to be peace, and that, apparently, by the way, is
- 19:01Speaker 1: what we're about to get.
- 19:02Speaker 2: And it looks like very quickly, all right.
- 19:06Speaker 1: I want to shift also to another story that we
- 19:09Speaker 1: actually talked about yesterday, and that was in that sit
- 19:12Speaker 1: down interview that President Trump did from the Oval Office,
- 19:16Speaker 1: his first interview in the Oval Office, he gave to
- 19:18Speaker 1: Sean Hannity, and in that interview and I played it
- 19:20Speaker 1: for yesterday in the long version I have in the
- 19:22Speaker 1: yesterday show. So go back listen to that podcast if
- 19:25Speaker 1: you want to hear it all. But what I want
- 19:27Speaker 1: you to hear, okay, is something specifically that Donald Trump said,
- 19:34Speaker 1: and there has been some fallout from this. Trump was
- 19:37Speaker 1: asked about, you know, why didn't you pardon yourself and
- 19:40Speaker 1: he was like, look, I was told that I should
- 19:42Speaker 1: do this, I could do this.
- 19:43Speaker 2: I didn't do it because we didn't do anything wrong.
- 19:46Speaker 1: And so that's why I didn't pardon myself and others
- 19:48Speaker 1: around me preemptively. And then he goes into Joe Biden's
- 19:52Speaker 1: pardons and he also says, Joe Biden may have screwed
- 19:55Speaker 1: up by not pardoning himself.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 19:59Speaker 4: He heard that I going to do I didn't want
- 20:00Speaker 4: to do it. I was given the option. They said, sir,
- 20:04Speaker 4: would you like to pardon everybody, including yourself? I said,
- 20:07Speaker 4: I'm not going to pardon anybody. We didn't do anything wrong,
- 20:11Speaker 4: and we had people that suffered, their incredible patriots. We
- 20:14Speaker 4: had people that suffered. You had Bannon put in jail,
- 20:19Speaker 4: you had Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people
- 20:23Speaker 4: that suffered, and far worse than that. They've lost their fortunes,
- 20:28Speaker 4: they've lost their whatever, their nest egg, paying it to
- 20:32Speaker 4: lawyers and those people. And people said to you, and
- 20:36Speaker 4: they don't even They wouldn't have even taken most of
- 20:39Speaker 4: those people, they wouldn't have even taken a parton. This
- 20:42Speaker 4: guy went around giving everybody pardons, And you know that
- 20:45Speaker 4: the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is he didn't
- 20:49Speaker 4: give himself a part.
- 20:52Speaker 2: He didn't give himself a pardon.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Now I learned something today and I'm going to play
- 20:57Speaker 1: it for you because as I was doing the podcast
- 21:00Speaker 1: I do with Sentertach Cruz, I asked him about this audio.
- 21:03Speaker 1: And you're gonna hear his response to it. But he
- 21:06Speaker 1: also broke some news and I didn't know this. He said,
- 21:10Speaker 1: you know those that got all those pardons, well, guess what,
- 21:14Speaker 1: including Fauci, We can call them back to Congress to
- 21:18Speaker 1: answer questions, and they cannot plead the fifth.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Let me say that again.
- 21:23Speaker 1: They cannot plead the fifth Why because there is no
- 21:29Speaker 1: threat of actually self incrimination because they can't be charged
- 21:33Speaker 1: with crimes because they've been given a pardon, which means
- 21:38Speaker 1: they would then have to answer questions, and if they
- 21:41Speaker 1: chose not to answer questions, they could be inheld in
- 21:43Speaker 1: contempt of Congress, which then they would vote on in Congress,
- 21:47Speaker 1: which would then go to the Department of Justice, which
- 21:50Speaker 1: is no longer run by the Democrats. It is run
- 21:54Speaker 1: by Donald Trump's administration. You see where I'm going with this.
- 22:02Speaker 1: This was just mind blowing to me. Take a listen
- 22:06Speaker 1: to what Center Cruz had to say. I want to
- 22:09Speaker 1: get your thoughts on something that was said in Trump's
- 22:11Speaker 1: first sit down interview that he did in the Oval office.
- 22:17Speaker 1: He did it with our good friend John Hannity, and
- 22:20Speaker 1: he was asked about the pardons that Joe Biden gave
- 22:24Speaker 1: out and he made a comment, and I want to
- 22:26Speaker 1: get your reaction to it about, Hey, he may have
- 22:29Speaker 1: messed up because he didn't pardon himself.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 22:32Speaker 4: He heard that I was going to do I didn't
- 22:34Speaker 4: want to do it. I was given the option. They said, sure,
- 22:37Speaker 4: would you like to pardon everybody, including yourself. I said,
- 22:41Speaker 4: I'm not going to pardon anybody. We didn't do anything wrong,
- 22:44Speaker 4: and we had people that suffered, their incredible patriots. We
- 22:47Speaker 4: had people that suffered. You had Bennon put in jail,
- 22:52Speaker 4: you had Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people
- 22:56Speaker 4: that suffered, and far worse than that. They've lost their fortunes,
- 23:02Speaker 4: they've lost their whatever, their nest egg, paying it to
- 23:05Speaker 4: lawyers and those people and people said to you, and
- 23:09Speaker 4: they don't even they wouldn't have even taken most of
- 23:12Speaker 4: those people. They wouldn't have even taken a part. This
- 23:15Speaker 4: guy went around giving everybody pardons, and you know that
- 23:18Speaker 4: the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is he didn't
- 23:23Speaker 4: give himself a parton.
- 23:25Speaker 2: He didn't give himself a pardon.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Senator, I gotta I gotta ask you your take on
- 23:30Speaker 1: that is that is that a foreshadowing comment coming from
- 23:34Speaker 1: from Donald Trump.
- 23:35Speaker 5: There, well, listen, it may well be. And we've been
- 23:41Speaker 5: been very clear. We've talked a lot on on on
- 23:43Speaker 5: Verdict about how the scandal with with Hunter Biden and
- 23:48Speaker 5: the Biden crime family was never about Hunter being a
- 23:53Speaker 5: you know, guy who abuses drugs and and and has
- 23:56Speaker 5: made a lot of wrong choices in life. The scandal
- 23:59Speaker 5: was always that the entire Biden family made millions of
- 24:03Speaker 5: dollars selling favors from the big guy, selling favors from
- 24:07Speaker 5: Joe Biden. It was always about Joe Biden's corruption. And
- 24:10Speaker 5: we talked a lot about how the Biden doj that
- 24:13Speaker 5: the tell in terms of whether they were being politicized
- 24:17Speaker 5: on protecting Biden would be if they fought in the
- 24:20Speaker 5: Hunter Biden investigation to protect Joe himself and to prevent
- 24:27Speaker 5: any inquiry into his corruption. If they kept it focused
- 24:30Speaker 5: on the drug crime or the gun crime, or even
- 24:33Speaker 5: the the the income tax crimes that were personal to
- 24:36Speaker 5: Hunter rather than examining the corruption, That's exactly what they did.
- 24:41Speaker 5: And so I think that corruption needs to be investigated.
- 24:45Speaker 5: I think we need to enforce the law fairly regardless
- 24:50Speaker 5: of party. And I got to say, by the way
- 24:53Speaker 5: we predicted on this podcast when when the we number
- 24:56Speaker 5: one predicted the Hunter Biden pardon, and in fact I
- 24:59Speaker 5: put the odds of the hunder b and pardon at
- 25:00Speaker 5: one hundred percent. We even predicted the date. I said
- 25:03Speaker 5: it would be December of twenty twenty four. It happened
- 25:05Speaker 5: on December first of twenty twenty four. But second when
- 25:09Speaker 5: that happened, we went on this podcast and predicted said
- 25:13Speaker 5: he's going to pardon the rest of his family. Well
- 25:14Speaker 5: he did that on the very last day, moments before
- 25:18Speaker 5: he left office. He pardoned the rest of his family
- 25:20Speaker 5: because they were all involved in the corruption. They were
- 25:22Speaker 5: all involved in selling favors. And so right now the
- 25:25Speaker 5: only one with potential liability is Joe Biden himself. And
- 25:29Speaker 5: you know, Trump's right that it's interesting he didn't pardon himself. Well,
- 25:33Speaker 5: we'll see if that has real consequences. By the way,
- 25:36Speaker 5: one of the results of all these pardons is that
- 25:39Speaker 5: Congress can now subpoena the members of the Biden family
- 25:42Speaker 5: and force them to answer questions under oath, and they
- 25:45Speaker 5: don't have a Fifth Amendment right to decline to answer.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Really, okay, so a lot of people to know that
- 25:50Speaker 1: including me. So explain that.
- 25:52Speaker 2: A little bit for everybody, because that is that is
- 25:54Speaker 2: big news.
- 25:55Speaker 5: So the Fifth Amendment says that you can't be forced
- 25:58Speaker 5: to testify against yourself. Now, that only applies if you
- 26:02Speaker 5: have criminal jeopardy. If you can be prosecuted. Once you've
- 26:05Speaker 5: been pardoned, you have no criminal jeopardy, which means you
- 26:09Speaker 5: don't have the right to say, I'm not going to
- 26:11Speaker 5: answer that because I might incriminate myself in a crime.
- 26:13Speaker 5: Because if it's a federal crime, you can't be prosecuted
- 26:17Speaker 5: for it, which means if you refuse to answer, you
- 26:21Speaker 5: can be held in contempt and put in jail. And
- 26:24Speaker 5: so it h it has changed.
- 26:27Speaker 1: I will be there's a very there's a very real
- 26:30Speaker 1: chance that members of the Biden crime family that were
- 26:34Speaker 1: pardon could be asked to come and testify in Congress
- 26:38Speaker 1: and they would be forced to answer the questions for
- 26:40Speaker 1: the reasons you just stated, yep.
- 26:42Speaker 5: And if they don't, by the way, same is true
- 26:45Speaker 5: about Fauci that you know, you know, Biden pardon Fauci.
- 26:49Speaker 5: That means Fauci doesn't have a Fifth Amendment right to
- 26:52Speaker 5: refuse to answer questions under oath. I certainly hope that
- 26:55Speaker 5: he's forced to answer those questions.
- 26:57Speaker 1: And I got to say, so a hypotheticl You get
- 27:00Speaker 1: Fauci in front of you, you start asking him questions
- 27:02Speaker 1: and he just refuses to answer those questions.
- 27:05Speaker 2: Is that in contempt of Congress at that point.
- 27:08Speaker 5: Well, Congress has to vote to hold him in contempt
- 27:10Speaker 5: for refusing to answer those questions, and then the Department
- 27:12Speaker 5: of Justice has to prosecute him. I got to say,
- 27:15Speaker 5: I think if Congress voted to hold him in contempt,
- 27:17Speaker 5: I think DOJ would prosecute him. And by the way,
- 27:20Speaker 5: to be clear, the Biden Department of Justice Trump mentioned
- 27:23Speaker 5: putting Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro in prison. They did
- 27:26Speaker 5: that because they held them in contempt to Congress. And
- 27:28Speaker 5: that was even aside from from pleading the fifth there
- 27:33Speaker 5: they just refused to testify, they argued, they asserted executive privilege,
- 27:38Speaker 5: and DOJ prosecuted them after Congress, after the House voter
- 27:42Speaker 5: to hold him in contempt of Congress.
