- 0:20Speaker 1: true good Steve to mother for st joy. You gotta
- 0:59Speaker 1: use that turn ar. You gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn got to turn them out. Then turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 1: the water, y'all come, come on your thing. Uh huh,
- 2:01Speaker 1: I shall will. Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice,
- 2:06Speaker 1: Come on dig me now one it only Steve Harvey
- 2:08Speaker 1: Man got a radio show. Real glad about it too,
- 2:14Speaker 1: you know. Um, I hope that God always keeps me
- 2:19Speaker 1: in the frame of frame of mind to try to
- 2:22Speaker 1: be sharing and try to be motivational, and even when
- 2:27Speaker 1: it's not felt or wanted by some people. I have
- 2:31Speaker 1: people around me who seem to not benefited off anything,
- 2:37Speaker 1: and I can sit with them and talk to them
- 2:40Speaker 1: or take meetings with them to try to encourage them,
- 2:42Speaker 1: and for whatever reason, you know, they want to just
- 2:45Speaker 1: keep going the way they're going. When you run into
- 2:47Speaker 1: people like that, you have to pray for them. You
- 2:49Speaker 1: have to just hope that one day that they release
- 2:53Speaker 1: the chains on their mind and open up your mind
- 2:55Speaker 1: to a new way of thinking. A couple of things
- 2:58Speaker 1: I wanted to go over with it. I want you
- 2:59Speaker 1: to today in terms of motivation, I want you to
- 3:05Speaker 1: be aware of statements or old sayings that have been
- 3:10Speaker 1: created that you hear over the course of time, and
- 3:14Speaker 1: you may be applying them to your life. And I
- 3:17Speaker 1: want you to be careful of some of them because
- 3:20Speaker 1: some of these old sayings, man, are not designed for
- 3:25Speaker 1: people who are dreamers, are not designed for people who
- 3:30Speaker 1: have any aspirations of being extraordinary. These are not designs
- 3:36Speaker 1: or sayings that people who want to be extremely successful
- 3:40Speaker 1: at anything or have high aspirations to put these sayings
- 3:45Speaker 1: into your life. Let me give you an example. Statistics
- 3:51Speaker 1: say that's it. That's the one who want you to
- 3:55Speaker 1: be careful about statistics, say be very careful of stats.
- 4:03Speaker 1: When a person says, you know statistics, say one out
- 4:07Speaker 1: of every what see, listen to me. These are things
- 4:12Speaker 1: that sound like they're good, sound solid advice, but they're
- 4:16Speaker 1: setting you up for failure. And you can't adhere yourself
- 4:21Speaker 1: to a lot of these sayings that's been passed down
- 4:24Speaker 1: from generations, and it's not scripture, it ain't in the
- 4:28Speaker 1: scripture nowhere that statistics say. It's just some people and
- 4:34Speaker 1: a lot of people who have lost have come up
- 4:37Speaker 1: with these sayings to justify why they keep losing or
- 4:41Speaker 1: why they lost. When I was arst got started in
- 4:45Speaker 1: the business, there were more stand ups around now than
- 4:50Speaker 1: it is today because the comedy boom in eighty four
- 4:54Speaker 1: eighty five was it was gaining a lot of momentums,
- 4:59Speaker 1: comedy clubs, many nights everywhere. The statistic that a guy
- 5:03Speaker 1: told me, I told him I wanted to be on
- 5:08Speaker 1: the Johnny Carson Show, the Tonight Show. The guy said,
- 5:14Speaker 1: one out of every two thousand comedians ever make it
- 5:20Speaker 1: to the Tonight Show. Okay, Now, when he told us that,
- 5:27Speaker 1: some of the comedians in the room went, well, wow,
- 5:30Speaker 1: man's oh that's rough. Because a guy had also said
- 5:34Speaker 1: that there was approximately six thousand comedians in the country
- 5:39Speaker 1: at that time. I don't know if it was true.
- 5:41Speaker 1: I'm just telling you guy, without the sputing numbers, I
- 5:44Speaker 1: have no idea how many it was. But he said
- 5:47Speaker 1: one in every two thousand will make it to the
- 5:50Speaker 1: Tonight Show. And he let the air out of everybody
- 5:52Speaker 1: in the room. Button be so every night before I
- 5:57Speaker 1: went on stage. I used to do this right here,
- 5:59Speaker 1: but Bada bada la la la da Bad bad Bada
- 6:06Speaker 1: la la la da. That was the tonight theme song.
- 6:10Speaker 1: I was young opening act know where near Hollywood, didn't.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I was in Cleveland telling jokes at one night us.
- 6:16Speaker 1: But that was my thing because I was bent and
- 6:20Speaker 1: determined that if it's one in two thousand, okay, why
- 6:23Speaker 1: don't I just be the one? Be careful when people
- 6:27Speaker 1: say statistics say because they are set up to ful failure.
- 6:31Speaker 1: If you're gonna adhere to him, see that one in
- 6:33Speaker 1: so many it was wasn't so many people win the lottery,
- 6:36Speaker 1: But if you don't play the lottery, you ain't gonna
- 6:38Speaker 1: be the one to hit. Now when the dude hit
- 6:39Speaker 1: you go while he was lucky, but he played. Here's
- 6:42Speaker 1: another one. Maybe it's not meant to be a right
- 6:47Speaker 1: Let's go one step further. I guess it wasn't the
- 6:51Speaker 1: Lord's will. Don't you dare blame God for something you
- 6:56Speaker 1: may have not done yourself because you didn't get the
- 7:01Speaker 1: proper education, because you didn't do the things you were
- 7:04Speaker 1: supposed to do, because you didn't stay to the task,
- 7:08Speaker 1: because you quit turned around and went the other way. Now,
- 7:11Speaker 1: maybe it's not. It wasn't the Lord's will. These are
- 7:14Speaker 1: all statements that sound like sound advice, but they ain't
- 7:20Speaker 1: all the time, got nothing to do with you. Stop
- 7:24Speaker 1: letting these old fogy sayings get in your way of
- 7:28Speaker 1: what can happen in your life. Don't put all your
- 7:33Speaker 1: eggs in one basket? Wow? Who came up with this?
- 7:39Speaker 1: Who came up with the If you don't pour all
- 7:41Speaker 1: your efforts into one thing, how are you gonna be
- 7:44Speaker 1: great at that one thing? If Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordans,
- 7:50Speaker 1: Magic Johnson, Larry Bird had not played basketball sun up
- 7:54Speaker 1: to sundown. Magic Johnson didn't go to Michigan to get
- 7:59Speaker 1: an education. Land Burry didn't go to Indiana to get
- 8:02Speaker 1: an education. These casts was bawling. Michael Jordan didn't go
- 8:07Speaker 1: to North Carolina get an education. They went to play ball.
- 8:11Speaker 1: They went to do one thing. Tiger Woods didn't go
- 8:15Speaker 1: to Stanford to get an education. He went to play golf.
- 8:19Speaker 1: As soon as he got good enough, he'd gone. These
- 8:22Speaker 1: are guys that put all their eggs in one basket.
- 8:26Speaker 1: See what's cool with putting all your eggs in one basket?
- 8:30Speaker 1: Is you now can maximize your effort and laser beam
- 8:33Speaker 1: what you're doing. Your problem is all you gotta do
- 8:38Speaker 1: is make sure what is your basket made out of.
- 8:42Speaker 1: If your basket is made out of faith, hope, hard work,
- 8:47Speaker 1: and belief, then guess what, that's a good basket. I'm
- 8:50Speaker 1: dumping all mine in it. Because ever since I was
- 8:53Speaker 1: a young dude, I've been telling jokes. One thing, one
- 8:56Speaker 1: thing only. Even when he got ugly and I was
- 8:59Speaker 1: living in a car, I never quit telling them jokes. Man.
- 9:02Speaker 1: I just kept believing that them jokes was gonna pay
- 9:04Speaker 1: me one day, and I'll be dog gone if it didn't.
- 9:08Speaker 1: I ain't take no time off. Go work at to Walmart,
- 9:11Speaker 1: give me a job, go back to Forward and beg
- 9:13Speaker 1: for my job back. Hey man, put all your eggs
- 9:16Speaker 1: in a basket. Just make sure that your basket is
- 9:19Speaker 1: made up of faith, hope, belief, hard work. Your basket
- 9:25Speaker 1: woven by God. What you're tripping for, You're defeating yourself.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Where is your faith? Where is your belief? Where is
- 9:33Speaker 1: your trust? At one point in time, you got to
- 9:36Speaker 1: believe that God could do what he say gonna do
- 9:38Speaker 1: because he didn't done it for others. He'll most certainly
- 9:41Speaker 1: do it for you. Be careful of these sayings that's
- 9:44Speaker 1: out here, that's aligned by losers and people to justify
- 9:48Speaker 1: why they are not succeeded. Don't apply this stuff to
- 9:51Speaker 1: your life, and it ain't got nothing to do with you.
- 9:53Speaker 1: You're gonna mess yourself up, all right, Okay, you're listening
- 9:57Speaker 1: to show. Ladies and gentlemen, the time has a ride
- 10:06Speaker 1: for all great minds to think alike. Here is the
- 10:10Speaker 1: thought of great minds. I made it. I've arrived at
- 10:14Speaker 1: a new day and opportunity, a chance. It has been
- 10:18Speaker 1: given to me. I promise to do my best to
- 10:21Speaker 1: take full advantage of it. I'm up for it. Man.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Thank you, Heavenly Father forgiving me this opportunity, in this chance,
- 10:28Speaker 1: I would do everything in my power not to let
- 10:30Speaker 1: you down today. And if I happen to stumble a fall,
- 10:34Speaker 1: please forgive me. I'm only human. You design me this way,
- 10:39Speaker 1: but you also design me for greatness, and that I
- 10:43Speaker 1: accept the challenge of today's duties. Ladies and gentlemen, let
- 10:48Speaker 1: us begin to day on our way to greatness. Let
- 10:51Speaker 1: the church say a man, Amen, Amen, Amen again. Shirley Strawberry,
- 10:57Speaker 1: good morning, Good morning, Steve, it be Monday, wonderful calin
- 11:04Speaker 1: for real. Good morning Steve Bonja Darling. Oh we we
- 11:11Speaker 1: we we junior, Um, listen to these words. I'm about
- 11:16Speaker 1: to kill it. Okay, that's profound boy one more time,
- 11:24Speaker 1: said Angie, I'm about to kill it. Who I'm touched.
- 11:28Speaker 1: I'm deeply moved. But j Anthony Brown, what's going on?
- 11:33Speaker 1: It's happening with you today? Ain't nothing? Man? Just so
- 11:40Speaker 1: trying to trying to be better than the wars yesterday. Yeah,
- 11:44Speaker 1: that's that's that's what we shoot for. Whatever we did yesterday,
- 11:47Speaker 1: let's do that better topic. I like it. How he
- 11:52Speaker 1: gave us another day. Yeah, how's it going? Yeah, well,
- 11:55Speaker 1: everything's going good. You know. Um, are you better today? Oh?
- 12:02Speaker 1: So far, so far better today. I've got to a
- 12:06Speaker 1: lot of things I got to get done. You know,
- 12:11Speaker 1: I'm just responsible for a lot. And you know, the
- 12:15Speaker 1: people they never stopped. You know, have you ever noticed
- 12:17Speaker 1: that people, you know, when they ask you how you doing,
- 12:20Speaker 1: they really ain't concerned because they're trying to do. Yeah,
- 12:27Speaker 1: how you doing today? I'm doing pretty good? Well? I
- 12:32Speaker 1: should wish I was kill it with it, try to
- 12:40Speaker 1: kill it with must be nice. Like if you're doing
- 12:42Speaker 1: something really or have you ever just vaguely mentioned that
- 12:54Speaker 1: something's wrong and then they topped it. Well, my day
- 13:01Speaker 1: got off to a little rough start, you know. I
- 13:04Speaker 1: seemed like I got up on the road side of
- 13:06Speaker 1: the bed. Well, a leash, you got a bed where
- 13:13Speaker 1: we're going with this? Where we're going? Try to out
- 13:16Speaker 1: misery me leash you got legs at least you got
- 13:22Speaker 1: legs a walk Yeah, man, I just wow. All right, guys, Yeah,
- 13:34Speaker 1: coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, we're
- 13:36Speaker 1: gonna talk. We're really gonna ask the CLO, the Chief
- 13:40Speaker 1: Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building. Right after this,
- 13:44Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys,
- 13:48Speaker 1: it is time for ask the CLO Chief Love Officer
- 13:52Speaker 1: Steve Harvey in the building to solve your problems, to
- 13:55Speaker 1: answer your questions. This one is from Denisia in Milwaukee.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Denisia writes, I am thirty six years old and I
- 14:02Speaker 1: have five children from a previous marriage. I'm currently dating
- 14:06Speaker 1: a thirty four year old man that doesn't have children.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I told him up front that I did not want
- 14:12Speaker 1: any more children, and he accepted it. Now two and
- 14:16Speaker 1: a half years later, he's got baby fever. I love
- 14:20Speaker 1: him dearly, but when he proposed recently, I didn't say
- 14:24Speaker 1: yes because he deserves to have his own children. He's
- 14:27Speaker 1: very upset and embarrassed. Did I do the right thing
- 14:31Speaker 1: or not? Well? I mean, I think you're being a
- 14:36Speaker 1: forthright and honest and I think he has to understand
- 14:39Speaker 1: your seriousness about this issue. You already have five children,
- 14:43Speaker 1: you don't want any The only one that can make
- 14:46Speaker 1: a baby in this relationship is you, and if you've
- 14:49Speaker 1: had your feel of it, then he has to respect that.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Him having baby fever does nothing for your desire not
- 14:57Speaker 1: to have any more children. So I would say you
- 15:00Speaker 1: did the right thing. He's embarrassed, but you also have
- 15:04Speaker 1: to tell him. Look, I would love to marry you,
- 15:07Speaker 1: but if children is a deal breaker, then a deal
- 15:10Speaker 1: breaker we have. Yeah, sounds like it is. I'm so sorry.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I love you, but I'm not having any more children.
- 15:18Speaker 1: And I am the machine that manufactures him. So we're
- 15:21Speaker 1: gonna and this machine is closed for production. Similar line
- 15:25Speaker 1: is out out of order. It's not out of order,
- 15:28Speaker 1: it's just I've closed it. Yeah, understandably, So she's got fine.
- 15:33Speaker 1: You don't even have it no more. But she's done time,
- 15:38Speaker 1: actually says to me, Yeah, I think so it is
- 15:41Speaker 1: a deal breaker, all right. Moving on, Sandy in the
- 15:44Speaker 1: Valley says, I'm a twenty nine year old account executive
- 15:46Speaker 1: and I'm having an affair with a married man and
- 15:49Speaker 1: a married woman. We've all hooked up before, and now
- 15:52Speaker 1: I think that my married man and my married woman
- 15:55Speaker 1: are sneaking around behind my back. There is no honor
- 15:58Speaker 1: in what we're doing. I don't put it past them.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I will never trust another female. Why can't she just
- 16:05Speaker 1: be honest about this? Because you're not m there's no
- 16:12Speaker 1: You can't give what you never had. Hello, come on,
- 16:22Speaker 1: you won't real love. You got to give real love.
- 16:25Speaker 1: You won't trust, you must give trust. You won't respect.
- 16:28Speaker 1: You have to give respect. You're cheating on another woman's
- 16:32Speaker 1: uh with another woman's husband. You have no problem with that.
- 16:36Speaker 1: But now you're mad because you're saying you will never
- 16:38Speaker 1: trust another woman. I don't know no woman that should
- 16:41Speaker 1: should trust you. I don't. I don't. I don't know
- 16:45Speaker 1: how you don't work this. It's amazing, And you know,
- 16:47Speaker 1: people know the difference between right and wrong. She said,
- 16:50Speaker 1: there's no honor in any of this. She said that,
- 16:53Speaker 1: yeah her words, Yeah, so you you don't think that
- 16:57Speaker 1: applies if you're in you all the relationship with no honor,
- 17:01Speaker 1: When do you expect the relationship to develop the honor
- 17:05Speaker 1: since you went into it with none. I ain't knocking
- 17:08Speaker 1: what you're doing either way, but when you start off wrong,
- 17:11Speaker 1: I mean, two wrongs don't make a right. You're having
- 17:16Speaker 1: an affair with a married man. Everybody's cheating on everybody,
- 17:22Speaker 1: including you, including yes, all right, what made you think
- 17:26Speaker 1: he wouldn't see the other woman when he you the
- 17:28Speaker 1: other woman? I'm very confused. How you think he won't
- 17:37Speaker 1: see another woman when you the other woman. I'm just
- 17:44Speaker 1: it's her other woman. Yeah, married woman is her other woman.
- 17:48Speaker 1: This is a mass, is what it is? All right?
- 17:53Speaker 1: Moving on, Brianna and a Queen says, I'm a divorced
- 17:56Speaker 1: woman in my mid sixth in my mid thirties, and
- 17:59Speaker 1: my ex hus is in jail for burning my car up.
- 18:03Speaker 1: He found out I had an affair in the car,
- 18:05Speaker 1: so he torched it right before he went to jail.
- 18:09Speaker 1: He divorced me and I moved in with my mom.
- 18:11Speaker 1: I'm ready to move out and get my own place
- 18:14Speaker 1: so my ex husband will have a place to live
- 18:16Speaker 1: when he gets out. He's refusing to give me a
- 18:19Speaker 1: second chance. And I want to prove to him that
- 18:21Speaker 1: I've changed. How can I convince him? Are you crazy?
- 18:27Speaker 1: Are you crazy? Before he went to jail, he sent
- 18:33Speaker 1: five to your car. Oh, what you had in a
- 18:37Speaker 1: fair which means you'll never sleep with another man in him.
- 18:44Speaker 1: It means you'll never sleep with another man in him.
- 18:47Speaker 1: So now you he divorces you, which means not only
- 18:52Speaker 1: will you sleep with another man in this hill car,
- 18:54Speaker 1: you ain't gonna sleep with another man on me. Now
- 18:57Speaker 1: you to move in with your mama. Now you ready
- 18:59Speaker 1: to move out? Get your own place so your divorced
- 19:02Speaker 1: husband will have a place to live when he get out.
- 19:05Speaker 1: He don't want you. He's doing time to prove that fact,
- 19:12Speaker 1: oh man. And I'm not sure if you were saying
- 19:15Speaker 1: that he went to jail because he torched the car,
- 19:19Speaker 1: or he was going to jail before something else. And
- 19:22Speaker 1: on the way in he told me my husband is
- 19:25Speaker 1: in jail for burning my car up. Yeah. Yeah, And
- 19:29Speaker 1: he mad about you about that too, because if you
- 19:33Speaker 1: hadn't slept round on him, he wouldn't have had to
- 19:35Speaker 1: set your car on fire, and he wouldn't be sitting there.
- 19:37Speaker 1: And don't none of that lead to forgiving you? None
- 19:40Speaker 1: of that. I'm telling you that right now, little girl,
- 19:48Speaker 1: I need a place so he'd have a place. How
- 19:50Speaker 1: can I prove to him? Prove to him what? And
- 19:54Speaker 1: you think, Wait, you were cheating the man when he
- 19:57Speaker 1: was free. You don't think he's sitting there every night
- 19:59Speaker 1: and knowing you cheating on him. Why he locked up?
- 20:01Speaker 1: But he didn't divorced you, so he threw Yeah he's done. Yeah,
- 20:04Speaker 1: it's crazy. Well she thinks she can convince them all right,
- 20:12Speaker 1: Well you broke down them down though. Yeah. Well, I
- 20:16Speaker 1: mean it just seems to me, Yeah, some common sense
- 20:20Speaker 1: in him. Yeah, but common sense ain't that common? No,
- 20:24Speaker 1: it's not what she does. She has sex with another
- 20:27Speaker 1: man in her car, which is why the new Steve
- 20:30Speaker 1: Harvey Judge Show will be outstanding. Judge Steve, All right,
- 20:38Speaker 1: coming up next, we'll have church complaints with Reverend Motown
- 20:41Speaker 1: and Reverend Adnoid. Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey
- 20:47Speaker 1: Morning Show. Coming up at the top of the hour.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Miss Anna is standing by with today's national news. And
- 20:53Speaker 1: today is Indigenous People's Day, we honor the cultures and
- 20:57Speaker 1: histories of the Native American people. Also in trending entertainment news,
- 21:02Speaker 1: did you see Kim Kardashian host Saturday Night Live? Yes? Yes,
- 21:08Speaker 1: she was good, good, Yeah she did that. Family and
- 21:17Speaker 1: other entertainment news. Ray J's at it again. While he's
- 21:20Speaker 1: in the hospital trying to recover from pneumonia. He's filed
- 21:25Speaker 1: for divorce again from Princess Love the third times. Yes,
- 21:31Speaker 1: this ain't a good time to do it, ray J.
- 21:35Speaker 1: You might need her. Hello. We'll talk about all of
- 21:38Speaker 1: these stories at the top of the hour. But right
- 21:40Speaker 1: now it is Monday. You know what time. It is.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Time for church complaints with Reverend Adnoid and Reverend Motown.
- 21:48Speaker 1: They are here right now. He uh copatulate about this
- 21:57Speaker 1: situation and revibratetly make referential deferences to my deacon Lord
- 22:07Speaker 1: he as we go forward with church complaints, Iri into
- 22:13Speaker 1: five that we are hell to go ahead and indemnify
- 22:21Speaker 1: the words are the righteous. In other words, for those
- 22:24Speaker 1: of you did not well versed in red dziest church complaints,
- 22:28Speaker 1: come on here we go. Good mooted, everybody. It is
- 22:32Speaker 1: not nice to start about it. What I'm saying, good
- 22:36Speaker 1: mooted everybody. Before we start, I need to ask you
- 22:39Speaker 1: a question. Where the hell is the other reverend? That's
- 22:42Speaker 1: what I'd like to know. If you do. How we
- 22:44Speaker 1: just he just don't show up for this? Well we
- 22:48Speaker 1: heard I'm just just but he had to carry his
- 22:55Speaker 1: granddaughter uh huh to a wrap concert uh and he
- 23:03Speaker 1: prolonged his life expectancy. So I'm asking you that's more
- 23:09Speaker 1: important than doing this? Is that what you're saying that's way? Well, well,
- 23:13Speaker 1: I don't know if it's more important, but I don't
- 23:15Speaker 1: think than any condition to come to do it, okay,
- 23:19Speaker 1: wombo right alonge. We actually thought that the instructions was
- 23:22Speaker 1: to him with your hands in the air, like you
- 23:28Speaker 1: just don't just don't care. And somebody screamed he did
- 23:37Speaker 1: all that as a deacon while the young kids was
- 23:39Speaker 1: putting him on chit chat. I saw him sometimes and
- 23:44Speaker 1: that reason why he's not hit or talk to one
- 23:48Speaker 1: of them. Zoom zam whatever, xam. He's on zam or whatever.
- 23:53Speaker 1: I don't know what he's on, but he's like, all right,
- 23:56Speaker 1: if you if you can make it to the piggling
- 23:59Speaker 1: wiggly this weekend. This weekend they'll be giving free samples
- 24:03Speaker 1: of Tussey Red. We asked that all church members go out,
- 24:08Speaker 1: especially some choime members, go get that Tussi red because
- 24:11Speaker 1: they're giving it away free. What say you, reverend, what
- 24:14Speaker 1: say you about it? You're not referring famous deodorant pushing.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I don't believe you. One of them are not pronouncing correct?
- 24:29Speaker 1: What is the name of it? I thought, as I
- 24:36Speaker 1: ever had a child, Well, my mother overheard me in
- 24:42Speaker 1: the bathroom one time sanging the song about Tussie. She
- 24:49Speaker 1: don't hear that good? She she thought I was saying
- 24:54Speaker 1: something else. She bought that hot water battler down off
- 25:00Speaker 1: the back of that dough make the skin off of
- 25:04Speaker 1: my back. I couldn't stop cost the stock or that
- 25:08Speaker 1: rubber holes it gives my back. Yeah, lord him mercy, Yeah,
- 25:16Speaker 1: I was feeling the scene when Denzil was in glory
- 25:23Speaker 1: tied to a wagon. Let's go ahead on because did
- 25:28Speaker 1: you take me back down? Since since we would lock
- 25:33Speaker 1: down in covid and a church church giving his gone
- 25:37Speaker 1: down a lot, do you suggest that the ushers go
- 25:42Speaker 1: by the members house and strong arm there ask for
- 25:45Speaker 1: the money that we need for this church. What do
- 25:48Speaker 1: you suggest that I think that's wonderful, no fun answer.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I think that's our standing. Let's get some of the
- 25:55Speaker 1: bigger usher board members to carry out or sister or
- 26:01Speaker 1: Cheryld Dean Witherspoon, who collected money for the mob a
- 26:09Speaker 1: long shop payments could be a goodness she got saved.
- 26:16Speaker 1: And and what should they say when they knock on
- 26:18Speaker 1: the door. What should be the speech that they give
- 26:21Speaker 1: these people? Because we're not playing around, we sis by
- 26:24Speaker 1: that we are hell because you weren't. Now now give
- 26:27Speaker 1: it up or ghost somewhere? You could you say that
- 26:33Speaker 1: again one more time? We are hell because you weren't there,
- 26:40Speaker 1: give it up or ghost somewhere? All right? That that'll
- 26:45Speaker 1: take care of that, all right? Right now, to hell
- 26:48Speaker 1: if you don't to Hell, if you don't give, if
- 26:51Speaker 1: you don't give, all right. There'll be a demonstration right
- 26:58Speaker 1: after serving by the Chicago Five one Legged Steppers. They'll
- 27:03Speaker 1: be having a step off service and if if you
- 27:07Speaker 1: like to participate, they're also taking donations to raise five
- 27:12Speaker 1: legs for the five members. What say you, Reverend, what
- 27:15Speaker 1: say you? Well, I don't know if you've seen it
- 27:18Speaker 1: or not, but it's one of the most spectacular dancers
- 27:21Speaker 1: I've ever seen, because those they match up. She wondered,
- 27:26Speaker 1: whoever lost their right leg they dance would live it.
- 27:32Speaker 1: And the moves they do, good lord, good lord, almost
- 27:38Speaker 1: looked like they were born. So in other words, two
- 27:44Speaker 1: people with one leg hooked together, which we don't have.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Two dancers, and then one dancer waiting to go in
- 27:52Speaker 1: after the other dancer gets tie tag team And is
- 27:55Speaker 1: that what you're talking about? Yeah, it's amazing. You have
- 27:58Speaker 1: got to see you got it. They actually some of
- 28:01Speaker 1: these people have been dancing together since they lost in me. Oh,
- 28:08Speaker 1: they have joined us a sugar club they call it. Oh, okay, okay, okay,
- 28:15Speaker 1: moving on, okay, all right, this is a church announcement.

- 28:31Speaker 1: on now, let's get with it. The little people up
- 28:36Speaker 1: the church are ready to be rented out as munchkins

- 39:31Speaker 1: Jay coming up at through thirty four minutes after the hour,
- 39:36Speaker 1: we'll talk about black love, Jay and you can contribute
- 39:38Speaker 1: to that conversation. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well,
- 39:48Speaker 1: we talk about a lot on this show. We love
- 39:51Speaker 1: us some black love. And there are pictures of some
- 39:54Speaker 1: of our favorite celebrity couples trending on social media. We
- 39:57Speaker 1: got Beyonce and jay Z looking que jay Z has
- 40:02Speaker 1: Beyonce's head in his lap or on her should, on
- 40:05Speaker 1: his shoulder. That's a cute pick. Sierra and Russell Wilson.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Sara in the hospital by her husband's side after his
- 40:12Speaker 1: recent surgery from his NFL injury on his hand. Alicia
- 40:16Speaker 1: Keys with Beats posted sexy dancing video from recent date nights.
- 40:21Speaker 1: And then, Steve, you and your beautiful wife Marjorie are
- 40:25Speaker 1: trending right now. You guys are in Paris celebrating her
- 40:28Speaker 1: birthday and it's just really sweet. So our question Steve
- 40:34Speaker 1: and Jay please chime in. Please don't ask when you can,
- 40:40Speaker 1: why is it so important to promote black love and
- 40:43Speaker 1: just to see you know, positive black love couple alone? Yes,
- 40:49Speaker 1: please don't rank him into this. I don't know if
- 40:54Speaker 1: you've heard his bitter night, but a bitter man. Well
- 40:59Speaker 1: you know what I mean. It's it's you know, like
- 41:01Speaker 1: it's really like cool to see J and B. You know,
- 41:04Speaker 1: two major major superstars you know who who are who
- 41:09Speaker 1: are who are working really hard on their family and forging,
- 41:13Speaker 1: forging a way to stay together and promote love. And
- 41:17Speaker 1: you know, you see a football player and an actress.
- 41:20Speaker 1: You know, these are these are professions that normally don't
- 41:24Speaker 1: promote or do well in marriage. You know, Hollywood marriages,
- 41:29Speaker 1: entertainment marriages were very very short lived marriages hard. I
- 41:33Speaker 1: don't care who you are. It just gives a lot
- 41:36Speaker 1: of inspiration to young people like you know, you know, look,
- 41:40Speaker 1: especially however you're going to decide to go about it
- 41:43Speaker 1: in life. You know that love is worth fighting for
- 41:47Speaker 1: and and having, and it is it can make you
- 41:50Speaker 1: better and and it really really does. And that's that's
- 41:53Speaker 1: what I hope. It sends the message to young guys
- 41:56Speaker 1: out there that putting somebody's daughter up on a pedal
- 42:00Speaker 1: and treating her like a queen is actually admirable. It
- 42:04Speaker 1: don't make you flate, jive slow, you know what They
- 42:09Speaker 1: call it all a simple you know what I'm saying
- 42:14Speaker 1: tell you no, man, You're not none of that real ahead.
- 42:19Speaker 1: I was just gonna say say something now now ay
- 42:26Speaker 1: from my side, listen from from will am. I've put
- 42:29Speaker 1: people on pedestal, Steve. I've done it all, and each
- 42:34Speaker 1: time I went to court, I lost the damn pedalstal.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Every damn time I go to court, the judge orders
- 42:42Speaker 1: me to give her the pedalstal. And all I'm saying
- 42:46Speaker 1: is I just can't. I can't afford another pedestal at
- 42:50Speaker 1: this age, Steve. That's all I'm saying. If I'm when
- 42:53Speaker 1: I see you and your wife, that is lovely. I
- 42:56Speaker 1: love seeing love. I love seeing love. I love I
- 43:00Speaker 1: love love. I oh man, I love black. Love is
- 43:06Speaker 1: beautiful thing and black. If you married white or white,
- 43:09Speaker 1: if you whatever love you got, I'm hey be happy.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Just don't put me. Oh, I can't even. I woke up.
- 43:18Speaker 1: I was dreaming one night I was married, and I old, man.
- 43:21Speaker 1: I woke up. I was just nervous because I was
- 43:24Speaker 1: like I woking. I was soaking, like I had been
- 43:29Speaker 1: running the whole damn queens, Steve. I pee on myself
- 43:34Speaker 1: in the bed. I peed on myself, and I'm like,
- 43:37Speaker 1: oh no, don't put me through this. Oh my god,
- 43:42Speaker 1: you had ankles on your from running so cheets. Oh, Steve, Steve,
- 43:50Speaker 1: I had shackles on my neck and my wrist. And
- 43:53Speaker 1: what I'm like, I can't, I can't And I plugged
- 43:57Speaker 1: people who can't do it. You can't come Brandon married
- 44:00Speaker 1: in twelve years of slave. It's not that it's not
- 44:05Speaker 1: that deep, it's not that heavier. You're combining. You're combining dreams.
- 44:09Speaker 1: Now you do you know? Do you know the song
- 44:20Speaker 1: taps and the wedding song in the same damn key?
- 44:24Speaker 1: Now you figure that out, y'all weren't on that way?
- 44:27Speaker 1: It's done? Wow? All right, well art take of black
- 44:34Speaker 1: Love coming up that Junior in for the nephew with
- 44:38Speaker 1: today's prank phone call. Right after this, you're listening to

- 45:36Speaker 1: am doing there? How you doing, sir? I went there
- 45:39Speaker 1: to your church a bottom about two and a half
- 45:42Speaker 1: years ago. I went there and me, yeah, we got
- 45:45Speaker 1: our kids baptized there. Joe, are you coming back to
- 45:49Speaker 1: us or are you? Uh uh? What's your current church?
- 45:54Speaker 1: Holl well, we we haven't been in a minute, you know.
- 45:56Speaker 1: For you you you baptized my my son and my daughter.
- 46:00Speaker 1: Kareem right? You baptize them. I don't I don't think you.
- 46:04Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sure you do a lot of people.
- 46:06Speaker 1: But yeah, I was about to say I do a lot.
- 46:08Speaker 1: I can't really pinpoint a name like that. You said
- 46:10Speaker 1: it was about a couple of years ago, two three
- 46:12Speaker 1: years By showing up between two and between two and
- 46:15Speaker 1: three years ago, you you bout to have my little
- 46:17Speaker 1: girl and my son. O, God bless on that. I'm
- 46:20Speaker 1: glad I was able to do that service for you.
- 46:22Speaker 1: I was wondering, how did you get my number? Usually
- 46:25Speaker 1: anything like this you usually get handled with the church.
- 46:28Speaker 1: You know, one of my deacons or my secretary. But
- 46:31Speaker 1: uh uh you um call the church and they gave
- 46:35Speaker 1: you my number. Um. This this guy at the church,
- 46:39Speaker 1: let me see. His name is oh Dobs, brother, brother Dobs. Brother,
- 46:45Speaker 1: brother Dob gave you my phone number, my information, Brother Dobs.
- 46:48Speaker 1: I got this from brother Dobs that I you I
- 46:52Speaker 1: could reach you. Now you you know him right, he's
- 46:54Speaker 1: one of your deacons brothers. I tried. That's a good
- 46:57Speaker 1: man right there. I know him many years because in
- 47:00Speaker 1: my rooson for wanting to talk to you directly. Okay,
- 47:03Speaker 1: like I said, you baptized my little girl Taylor and
- 47:06Speaker 1: my son Kareem. What a baptizing exposed to be? You
- 47:11Speaker 1: cleansing them, and you're watching them because you're probably hear
- 47:15Speaker 1: my problems. You baptize my kids. But there ain't nothing shame.
- 47:19Speaker 1: They grade still bad. He still didn't cobeeding it. I
- 47:23Speaker 1: don't see where you're back dat. Look, but if you
- 47:29Speaker 1: don't funds him, if you just let me spit it,
- 47:31Speaker 1: I don't see where your baptize has done anything that
- 47:36Speaker 1: I spent when I was there. I want that money
- 47:38Speaker 1: back now now, oh, now you confuse me. I'm not sure.
- 47:42Speaker 1: I think you know we need to stop this madness
- 47:45Speaker 1: right now because you're talking about you money back baptime.
- 47:50Speaker 1: I would like with baptis your kids. I've been at
- 47:52Speaker 1: this church up for many years, so I won't doubt
- 47:55Speaker 1: that I'm probably the pastor you're looking for. But I
- 48:00Speaker 1: just don't understand what you're trying to get at here.
- 48:02Speaker 1: But the baptism did I'm saying you're supposed to when
- 48:06Speaker 1: when when people get baptized, they're supposed to change them cleansing. Okay,
- 48:11Speaker 1: I see, yeah, it's cleans them. But well, if my
- 48:14Speaker 1: kids are, let me let me ask you. I'm just
- 48:17Speaker 1: trying to brother, I'm just just trying to get to
- 48:19Speaker 1: the bottom of this, you know what I mean, because
- 48:20Speaker 1: you're like when we get idn't understand how you got
- 48:24Speaker 1: my numbers. The bottom of it is, yo, yo, Baptizing
- 48:29Speaker 1: ain't doing nothing. My kids were still grade bad, they
- 48:33Speaker 1: still this over. Well, why they haven't been come to church?
- 48:37Speaker 1: You said you're not going to any congregation. Maybe you
- 48:39Speaker 1: guys need to come on back to church sitting or
- 48:42Speaker 1: some sermons. You know, I even work with your one
- 48:44Speaker 1: on one. But um, I can't. I can't do nothing
- 48:48Speaker 1: about the grades in school. I mean and and and
- 48:51Speaker 1: and overall. When you when you have them, I should
- 48:56Speaker 1: see a change in them. And I don't see a change.
- 48:59Speaker 1: But as I was going to your church, I'm paying
- 49:02Speaker 1: for these ties. Well I'm not getting any hey man,
- 49:05Speaker 1: all at the end of the day past here. I
- 49:07Speaker 1: want my money back. That's what That's what we have.
- 49:10Speaker 1: That's brother David. That's not how it worked. Brother, you
- 49:13Speaker 1: hit you understand I'm not I'm not trying to raise
- 49:16Speaker 1: my voice at you. But you y'a all over the
- 49:17Speaker 1: y'all over the place you went. Money back. I don't understand.
- 49:21Speaker 1: What what can I do for you? I can tell
- 49:22Speaker 1: you now, know you what you can do my kids.
- 49:24Speaker 1: I have got a baptized over there with you. All
- 49:27Speaker 1: that time I was going to your church, I'm paying
- 49:29Speaker 1: knee tis, playing knee tis playing knee time and I
- 49:32Speaker 1: getting my kids baptized. And but the time is gonna
- 49:35Speaker 1: have nothing to do with the baptism. The time I
- 49:38Speaker 1: had something to do with all the path I spit
- 49:41Speaker 1: over there and I'm not gating anything. And that's what
- 49:44Speaker 1: you call in the world. Am I gonna figure out
- 49:47Speaker 1: how much cod you came? I know you think about that.
- 49:51Speaker 1: I know exactly. No, no, no, no, you're hauling my
- 49:54Speaker 1: own with this nonsense. You're not even a number of congregation,
- 49:58Speaker 1: and I just don't like it. So who do you
- 50:01Speaker 1: think your boy? Just because you gotta don't go you're
- 50:04Speaker 1: a man of the club. Don't mean that's because I'm
- 50:07Speaker 1: a man razed God. Don't mean I can't cut your out.
- 50:09Speaker 1: You understand that. Brothers, If it's something you need to
- 50:12Speaker 1: deal with, you need to talk to people at the church.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Why do I need to talk for brother dogs when
- 50:16Speaker 1: I'm talking not to the problem right now? You're the problem, bash,
- 50:21Speaker 1: I'm a problem. I just put a bunch of tide
- 50:23Speaker 1: money and I won't I know exactly how much I
- 50:26Speaker 1: spent over there, and I want my money back, brother,
- 50:29Speaker 1: about that? That's what I care about. Your time? So
- 50:32Speaker 1: that I said your time? Want me to spell it out? Oh, well,
- 50:37Speaker 1: here come kids or spell out. I bet they know
- 50:41Speaker 1: how to spell it. Okay, don't be calling me about
- 50:43Speaker 1: no damn behave your issues with your kids. You're back, tid.
- 50:46Speaker 1: That's the question you need to be asking. Is you
- 50:48Speaker 1: living your life? Think to five? Huh? You know what?
- 50:53Speaker 1: You know what, Brothers, I didn't got out beside myself,
- 50:56Speaker 1: and I'm sorry, brothers. I should not be using fire
- 50:58Speaker 1: linguis since I what's going on. We need to We

- 51:04Speaker 1: on down the service on Sunday. I will sit with
- 51:06Speaker 1: you as long as I can. I truly, I truly
- 51:08Speaker 1: think counseling and talk is the only way out of it.
- 51:12Speaker 1: We should not be fighting on this phone now. Once again,
- 51:16Speaker 1: I hope you accept my apology from my language. Now,
- 51:20Speaker 1: can I ask you something? Go ahead, son, I can
- 51:23Speaker 1: hear you, Okay. Brother Dobbs tells me that you and
- 51:26Speaker 1: him are together, y'all together some mornings having coffee. You
- 51:30Speaker 1: and brother dogs are every morning that that I'm not
- 51:34Speaker 1: there either function or doing something for the building maintenance
- 51:37Speaker 1: with the church. Yeah, he definitely he's a good brother.
- 51:40Speaker 1: Like I told you, I know him for many years,
- 51:42Speaker 1: right right, And he's saying that when y'all having coffee,
- 51:46Speaker 1: that y'all y'all listening to the radio, Is that right? Yeah? Well,
- 51:50Speaker 1: I suppose y'all be listening to Steve Harvy Morning Show. Yeah,
- 51:54Speaker 1: it's always on the radio, fast, so fun. This is

- 52:03Speaker 1: Brother Dog just got me to break phone call. You
- 52:06Speaker 1: know now quick the Brother Dogs knew about this. He
- 52:15Speaker 1: won game in your number. I'm too scared to cuss
- 52:21Speaker 1: another word, lets thing out of my character. I didn't
- 52:24Speaker 1: think I didn't did enough for a lifetop of that.
- 52:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you right now. I'm probably these really
- 52:31Speaker 1: didn't come. And I tell my congression all the time.
- 52:34Speaker 1: I even slip up, So I think it would only
- 52:37Speaker 1: be ready to let me ask you something, man, what

- 53:06Speaker 1: It ain't. But he pressing. He was pressing the dude
- 53:09Speaker 1: a little bit too far. He what he was not
- 53:12Speaker 1: having told I ain't do say to cut your assi

- 54:18Speaker 1: just like we're gonna read this one right here here
- 54:20Speaker 1: that right now, it could be yours. You never know,
- 54:24Speaker 1: You never know these letters. All right, ladies and Gentlemen's
- 54:26Speaker 1: time for the Strawberry Letter with my good friends Shirley Strawsberry.
- 54:30Speaker 1: All right, thank you, junior in for Tommy subject. He
- 54:34Speaker 1: left the restaurant with his wife. Okay, Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 54:40Speaker 1: I was dating mister Wright for almost one year, and
- 54:43Speaker 1: we got a condo together and looked at rings together.
- 54:47Speaker 1: He's a physician and his practice is about an hour
- 54:50Speaker 1: from where our condo is. We dated publicly and I
- 54:53Speaker 1: met all his friends and his sister. He never gave
- 54:57Speaker 1: me any reason to suspect that he was married. He
- 55:00Speaker 1: is an avid golfer in his spare time, and he
- 55:02Speaker 1: usually stays at the resort where he golfs on the weekend. Again,
- 55:07Speaker 1: I had no idea that he was married, since he
- 55:10Speaker 1: spends most nights with me and a few nights in
- 55:13Speaker 1: the city where his medical practice is. Two weeks ago,
- 55:16Speaker 1: he decided we'd go to the wharf and have a
- 55:19Speaker 1: nice dinner with another couple. I got excited because I
- 55:22Speaker 1: thought he might be ready to propose. We'd never been
- 55:26Speaker 1: to this restaurant before, but when we got there, all
- 55:29Speaker 1: the waiters and staff there greeted him and called him
- 55:32Speaker 1: by name. We sat in a private room, and my
- 55:35Speaker 1: stomach was in notts the whole time because I thought
- 55:39Speaker 1: tonight was the night. As we got to dessert and
- 55:43Speaker 1: had a few cocktails. The door opened and a woman
- 55:47Speaker 1: walked in wearing sweats and a bonnet. She said thanks
- 55:53Speaker 1: to the waiter, and she walked toward us. She came
- 55:57Speaker 1: to our table and asked my man to get up
- 56:00Speaker 1: and come with her. My man smiled at me and
- 56:03Speaker 1: squeezed my hand under the table. Before he got up,
- 56:06Speaker 1: he asked the other guy to handle the check and
- 56:09Speaker 1: make sure I got home safely. I jumped up and
- 56:12Speaker 1: asked what was going on. The woman advised me to
- 56:16Speaker 1: sit back down and enjoy the rest of my evening.
- 56:20Speaker 1: My man didn't even look my way. I sat down,
- 56:24Speaker 1: and the woman at the table told me that that
- 56:26Speaker 1: was Jim's wife. Well, Jim and I have created a
- 56:29Speaker 1: life together and he hasn't reached out to me in
- 56:32Speaker 1: almost two weeks. What do I do now? Okay, I
- 56:37Speaker 1: think you already know the answer to this. You don't
- 56:40Speaker 1: have many choices here, you really don't. But the one
- 56:44Speaker 1: thing you have to do is pick up the pieces
- 56:46Speaker 1: and try to get your life back on track. You
- 56:49Speaker 1: got to move on, you have to. I mean, this
- 56:52Speaker 1: man is married, plain and simple. His friends know it. Obviously.
- 56:56Speaker 1: The waiters at the restaurant knows it, know it. He
- 56:59Speaker 1: knows it, didn't tell you you were the only one
- 57:01Speaker 1: in the dark. And for almost a year he was
- 57:04Speaker 1: able to keep this going. How did you guys get
- 57:06Speaker 1: a condo together without you knowing this? You looked at rings.
- 57:11Speaker 1: He didn't buy your ring, but you looked at rings together.
- 57:15Speaker 1: You know, obviously he has money. He's a doctor. So
- 57:18Speaker 1: what he's doing is staying with you. And you know
- 57:22Speaker 1: some of those nights when he stays with you, but
- 57:24Speaker 1: the other nights he's with his wife. Obviously, I guess
- 57:27Speaker 1: they're still together because she certainly thought they did. They
- 57:31Speaker 1: were all the waiters knew her as well. So what
- 57:34Speaker 1: do you do now? Like I said, pick up those pieces,
- 57:37Speaker 1: start to move on with your life. This man has
- 57:39Speaker 1: not reached out to you in almost two weeks. The
- 57:42Speaker 1: last thing you heard from him is when he squeezed
- 57:44Speaker 1: your hand under the table and told his friend to
- 57:48Speaker 1: make sure you got home safely. Well, his friend did that.
- 57:51Speaker 1: It's no use in trying to chase after this guy.
- 57:53Speaker 1: It really isn't. He's got a wife. You don't need.
- 57:56Speaker 1: All that you need to figure out about the situation
- 58:00Speaker 1: with this condo is his name on it is your
- 58:02Speaker 1: name on it. Can you stay there? Can you sell
- 58:05Speaker 1: it and get something else? That's what you need to
- 58:07Speaker 1: be concentrating on right now, Steve. All right, lord, lord lord,
- 58:16Speaker 1: this main right here, now, y'all what I'm about to
- 58:19Speaker 1: share with y'all. I know exactly what happened, is listening.
- 58:24Speaker 1: I know all the inside. I know what he said,
- 58:29Speaker 1: I know he said how he said it up. I
- 58:31Speaker 1: play golf. I know I know how he designed this
- 58:34Speaker 1: whole thing. What I'm going to reveal to you, I
- 58:38Speaker 1: ain't gonna do it right now when we come back.
- 58:41Speaker 1: I just want to set y'all up. Now. I want
- 58:43Speaker 1: to apologize to the men this listening, Oh all right,
- 58:49Speaker 1: because I'm going to expose the intricacies of how this
- 58:56Speaker 1: is all set up. Turn mic, because this is a
- 59:01Speaker 1: set up, and I know every move in here. Now. See, Shirley,
- 59:07Speaker 1: you you don't understand, No, see you thinking he's a
- 59:12Speaker 1: liar and a cheater, but you don't know how the
- 59:15Speaker 1: setup has happened. Because in his mind, his friend's mind
- 59:21Speaker 1: and her mind, all this is going down based on
- 59:27Speaker 1: the setup. See, it's the set up you keep from getting.
- 59:32Speaker 1: Remember that when we get to the park where they
- 59:34Speaker 1: were in a private room at a restaurant where they
- 59:37Speaker 1: knew his name. There's a reason for that. And the
- 59:42Speaker 1: reason his friends were there with other women is because
- 59:48Speaker 1: they know, because they're all liars and cheaters. You don't know.
- 59:58Speaker 1: Why did the woman so calmly say to her that's
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: Jim's wife. Because the women are in on it too, right,
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: I get that, but the chief, no, No, they're in
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: on the setup. See you, y'all keep looking at this too.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Damn basic, more complicated than not? Is it really? Oh?
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: Through it? Surely? Okay, you don't know the game. Okay,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: but when we come back, I know a liar. I'm
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: gonna tell it to you. No hold of your response
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: coming up between. You're gonna of my response. This is
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: a mess. Subject left the restaurant with his wife. We'll
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: get back into it right after this. You're listening to show,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: all right? Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: The subject he left the restaurant with his wife. He
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: left the restaurant with his wife? Yeah, who else he
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: posted to a restaurant with? We read this letter. Now,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: let me tell you why dis Steven Shirley I was
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: dating mister Wright for almost a year. We got a
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: condo together and look for rings together. The reason you
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: got a condo together is the following line. He's a
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: physician and his practice is about an hour from where
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: our condo is. So now his practice is also in
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: the same area that his wife and family lives in.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: He got the condo because he's telling you it's an
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: hour away from his practice, which you've never been to,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: by the way, which may not really be an hour away.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: See you've never been there. Now, he's a physician, he's
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: practiced about an hour away from what our condus. We
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: dated publicly and I met all of his friends and sister.
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: The reason you dated publicly is because he has told
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: his friends and his family that he and his wife
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: are having difficulties. They are struggling, and he told him
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: that that's why his friends and sisters has been looped in.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: He never gave me any reason to suspect that he
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: was married. Now. He didn't tell you he was married
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: because he was planning on it all going away eventually.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: He is an avid golfer in his spare time, and
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: he usually stays at the resort where he golfs on
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: the weekend. What boy, let me tell you some First
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: of all, you get a golf membership within the city
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: confines of where you stay. So if you're a doctor
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: within the city confines of where you say, you can
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: get to your practice and you can get to your
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: love of golf by just driving from your house. Don't
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: nobody stay at the damn golf resort while they play golf. No,
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: And once again, you've never been to the golf resort
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: because he focuses on his game, because he's an advoct golfer.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: He is not at the golf course spending the night.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: He is at home with the wife that he's having
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: trouble with. So now again I had no idea. Again,
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: I had no idea that he was married. Since he
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: spends most nights with me. He spends the night with
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: you because he told his wife that he gets calls
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: in the middle of the night and he rather be
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: closer to the hospital than to be at home. And
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: since they have in trouble, they're okay with that. She
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: knows about another place. She just don't know you in it.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: See y'all listen to my setup, ladies. Two weeks ago,
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: we decided to go to the war the wharf. Didn't
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: have a nice dinner with another couple, another couple, just one.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: I got excited because I thought he might be ready
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: to propose. We've never been to this restaurant before. But
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: when we got there, all the way that in staff
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: there greeted him and called him by name. You know,
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: doctors got stuff like that, you know. Famously, we sat
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: in the private room and my stomach was in knots
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: the whole time. Yeah, because you don't know what health
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: and happen. Your stomach was in knots because what you
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: thought was gonna happen. Your staff and your stomach were
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: really a nas in a minute though, because I thought
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: the night was a night. As we got deserted and
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: had had a few cocktails, the door opened and a
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: woman walked then, wearing sweats and a bonnet. She said
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: thanks to the waiter, and she walked towards us. She
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: came to our table. Now you're in a private room.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: Now out you No, no, don't no private room. All
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: this is exciting for you. She came to our table
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: and asked my man to get up and come with her.
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: My man smiled at me, squeeze my hand under the table.
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: Before he got up. He asked the other guy to
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: handle the check which is his boy, who knows what
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: the deal is. Had to make sure I got home
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: safe because he doctored a position. They're gonna make no
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: food out theirselfs in here now. The wife ain't gonna
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: have a restaurant up because she's she They know them now,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: they come that off. But she got a bonnet on.
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: She just came up out of the house that Moni
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: Monique the comedians and told her about coming out like
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: that and told y'all don't be coming up here like
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: this hill. But that's just a fly not to handle
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: this business. Said it with love. But now when you
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: come out to dough Man, you're gonna tell you. Now
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: you forgot what Monique said. Well, anyway, he is got
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: a bonnet on and attract suit and the bottom don't
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: match the top. She got dressed right quick. My man
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: smiled at me, squeezed my hand on the table before
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: he got up. He asked the other guy to handle
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: the check man a check many she can't hold him, saying.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: I jumped up and asked what was going on. The
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: woman advised me to sit back down. See this is
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: a physician's wife. Hey, to your ass, back down. She
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: didn't advise you, she said sit down, so you get
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: put down. All right. We'll be back with part three
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: of the Strawberry Letter for time. He left the restaurant
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: with his wife. He's a liar, he's a cheater. Yes,
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: it's simple. We'll be back with more of the Steve
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: Morning Show. Here we go with part three of today's
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. The subject is he left the restaurant with
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: his wife. It really should just be he's a liar
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: and a cheater. Steve, I don't get it to set up.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: Man left an important piece of information out of this setup,
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: and I will show you why the whole fiasco has
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: crumbled around him because of one gaping mistake. He got
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: a condo with this woman because he didn't told his
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: wife he needs to be closer to the hospital. His
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: wife and I they've been aging having some troubles. They
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: do have some problems in the marriage, but that's common
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: a lot of marriages do. That's no reason to cheat
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: and get another place. But he got the placement, decided
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: to get the place with a girl, so he got
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: the place where the girl never told his wife where
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: it was just a closer and then they dated publicly,
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: met all his friends and his sister because he didn't
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: told family and friends. They on the outs, he's tired
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: of her, she's demanding. There on the outs, he's looking.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: He wants to be happy, So all of them is
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: okay because he's the physician. He's been providing for the
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: family for a number of years, so they ain't and
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: the dog him out, and then his friends just believe
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: whatever he's saying. U to his boy, he's an affad
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: golfer in his spare time, and he usually stays at
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: the resort where he golfs on the weekend. That's not true.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: No one gets a golf membership in the town way
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: away from where they stay, or they got gonna spend
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: the night. You go play golf, your drinks at the
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: nineteenth Hold with you buddys, you take your hands home.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: So every weekend he's at home with his wife because
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: she knows he doesn't have practice doing the weekend. So
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: now his wife thinks he's just coming home and doing
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: the week when he's spending the night at his condolets,
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: going can be closer to the hospital. I had no
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: idea he was married, since you spend most of the
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: nights where he's in. The medical practice is Two weeks ago,
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: he decided to go to the wharf and I have
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: a nice dinner with another couple. Got excited because he
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: thought he was gonna married. They sitting there having dinner.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: A woman walks in with a bonnet and the track
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: suit tells him to get up and come with her.
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: He squeezed her hand under the table, smiles at her
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: tailor due, hey, man, make sure she get home safe
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: and pay the check. I got up and saying, hey,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: what's going on? She advised me to sit back down.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: She said, if you don't sit your black ass back down,
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: you ain't gonna see tomorrow. Garden two. That's what she said.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: I sat back down, and the woman at the table
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: told me that was Jim's wife. Well, Jim and I
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: have created life together and he hasn't reached out to
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: me in almost two weeks. What do I do now?
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: The roost is over. The fiasco has fallen apart, and
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: the only reason it fell apart That night was called
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: the dumb ass physician. Took you to a restaurant that
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: he frequents often, and everybody know him and know his wife,
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: and one of the waiters and the waitresses called his
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: wife and saying, your damn husband, down him with another woman.
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: She got dressed right quick, came down now, and you're
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: lucky she didn't whoop you. The only reason you like
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: this letters because it's about golf too. I had a
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: lot of LEAs. We'll be back with more of the
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show at the top of the hour.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: Junior is here with sports talk and fight talk. What's happening? Yeah,
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: before you start, can I just say how sad I am?
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: Who I am? They don't show nothing but soccer, so
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: go ahead. So you missed me the whole thing. Man,
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: I ain't seen a football game or fight nothing. They
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: don't give you updates about what's happened Twitter. Twitter won't
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: even let you look at the fight on Twitter. You
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: can't even see the clips over nothing. Go ahead and Balmus, Junior.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: Oh Saturday night Man in Las Vegas and T Mobile Arena.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: It was the third and probably I would bet probably
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: the last time you see Deante Wilder and Tyson Fury
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: and the ring together because it ended. It ended in
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: the eleventh round knockout of Deante Wilder. Man Tyson Fury,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: that Gypsy king came through again. And I don't know
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: if anybody in Wilder camp has not seen the same fist.
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: Somebody need to tell him he gonna throw this fist
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: at you and he keep hitting you with the same
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: right glove. Can we talk to him? Somebody help him? How?
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: I don't did you see it? Did you see the fight?
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: I saw the fight. Let me ask you this, junior,
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: how do you keep getting rappers? Who are these rappers
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: that will come out? Hey? Man, he's got to be
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: out of rappers now, he got to be out. I
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: don't know who the rapper world that walked in the
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: ring with him say. But I'm not putting my single
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: in the ring with you're as because it keeps going down.
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: Every time I dropped a song with you, it go
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: down to r I mean, really it was it was it?
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: I mean man, I mean he was put down on
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: the cavs three times in the fight, three times. Water
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: fail Tyson Fury went down one time, but but the
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: other went down three times. Did Dante Wilder go down first? Yeah?
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: Then yeah down? Then he put Wilder down, He went
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: down twice after that, after the time put Tyson down,
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: it was like the third early Yeah. So after that
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: he just went downhill. Man, you know you getting your
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: ass when you when you fighting somebody and you grabbing
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: their shorts your ass. I know that. I don't have
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: the box to know that. I just know when you
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: grabbing the person's shorts that you're fighting, you is losing.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: He know the way to look at that, Steve. He
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: hit Tights so hard, he hit Wilder so hard the
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: station chains. I was watching the fight, and then the
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: next thing I know, I'm watching the weather. I'm like,
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: what the hell happened? Man? And man, I just I
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: just believe man that I really saw that. He just
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: got outboxed again. You know this is the third time
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: he didn't got an outboxed. How does that work? Well?
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: All I know is here's what I've always said. I
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: think Dante Wilder has the tools. I think him fighting
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: a soft paw. He's not being trained by a guy
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: that knows how to fight a soft pall. When you
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: fight a soft power it's a certain way you gotta
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: be because you always step on each other's foot. Because
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: if you're an orthodox fighter, you're left foot leads. If
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: you're a soft paw fighter, you're right foot leads. Now,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: if y'all facing each other, those two toes are touching,
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: you got to get your toe on the outside out
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: of this guy on the outside. Are you here for
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: long as night? And until you taught how to do
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: that and how to cut the ring off and shorten
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: his because both of his punchers can't be power punchers.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: So he needs a trainer. He needs a trainer that
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: can train him how to fight South Park and how
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: to fight and how to fight big white dude. Because
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: I don't think he has a trainer for that either.
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: He even that can help him fight. But see, here's
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: the other problem. If you look at Tyson Fury, he
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: does not know he's white. M hm for such your
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: shirts on. He's straight, he's straight hood though he didn't
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: he didn't had a hood life. Yeah yeah, but I
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: love Dante man, I just wish he had a different
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: trainer because the white guy in corner just is not
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: a qualified guy, not the one to him in much respect,
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: man to anybody getting will they fight again? You think
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: now that's over all right? Thank you junior, Thank you guys.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: up for twenty minutes after. Right after this, you're listening
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: to Harvey Morning Show. All right. So, mister blue Cheese,
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: US seems like you're trending on the social media platforms

- 1:16:38Speaker 1: do have a new stylist because one of my things
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: was what I wanted to do was to do what
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: I used to do when I was with the Kings.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: I wore more colors. That was the only thing I
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: told him, And after that he took over and came
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: up with the different ranges. Alright, look out, the morning
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: show coming up. I got this. You're listening to day show.
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: In today's entertainment news, Kim Kardashian West did her thing
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: and hosted Saturday Night Live this past Saturday. Kim's mom,
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: Chris Jenner was there along with her sister Chloe, Kim's
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: soon to be x X. What is going on over
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: there with their relationship. Kanye West was also in New
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: York to give Kim some much needed support, gives give
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: her some advice in everything. Kim said she felt a
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: lot of pressure. She wanted to wile the audience. She
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: looked fantastic. We all know, of course, Kanye has a
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: complicated history with Saturday Night Live and m Back in
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: twenty sixteen, you guys remember this when audio leaked of
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Kanye with his behind the scenes melt down. He had
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: this right before performing on the show, remember the yea yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: So I don't know really what how much help he
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: could give Kim actually, but anyway, maybe he's grown, Yeah,
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: maybe grown really then at all. Yeah, Kim was good, Steve. Yeah,
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: she she was a little fast. She did her monologue
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: a little fast, really good. She's deprivately good. And she looked,
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: of course, beautiful, gorgeous, and the skits were cute, you know.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: She did her thing. Yeah, she did the Bachelorette Chris
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: Rock and that was good too. Yeah, so she was
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: she was good. I think she did very well. Yeah,
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: and they had a skit on there with Chris and Chloe,
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: her mom and sister. So yeah, that was good. Yeah,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: it was It was good. And other entertainment news, ray J, Lord,
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: ray J, we just want you to get well from pneumonia. Okay.
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: Ray J's in the hospital dealing with pneumonia. He's tested
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: negative of thank god for COVID. He thought he had
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: that at first. Um. They gave him multiple tests, at
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: least five of them, and he's tested negative now. According
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: to People magazine, ray Jay's health isn't the only hurdle
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: he had to get over. He has filed for divorce
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: from his wife, Princess Love one more time. This makes
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: number three, number three? Who does that? You don't left
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: that damn pneumonia get the best of you. You ain't
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: the best in my sets to be making life altering
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: decision unless you thought you would leave it. The only
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: reason you try, you think you're leaving you trying to
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: sick people don't file for divorce. That makes no damn
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: since all different nod I getting filed on more times
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: for you, Jake, He's sick going up to our last
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: break of the day. It is also the last fight
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: that you. Let's see what right, And of course, in
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: forty nine minutes after we'll have some inspiring, enlightening closing
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: remarks from the one and only a green Hornet, blue cheese,
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: whatever you want to call him. He's fly in Paris,
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Right after this, you're listening to the Steve
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, time for your closing
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: remarks Before we get to that, Carlo, you wanted to
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: shout out someone, Yes, we gotta shout out everybody in
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: Chicago v. One oh three. This past Saturday, Sister struck
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: at the Crocs Center in Chicago. They showed out raising
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: awareness breast cancer awareness. So shout out to Chicago next
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: up this weekend, d True, Thank you everybody. Hey, y'all,
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: I just want to remind you something in my closing
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: remarks today, and it's this, count your blessings. Count them.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: You know, I know what happens to a lot of us,
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: because sometimes it happens to me. Sometimes in our life,
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: we are so focused on the things we're trying to
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: acquire and the things that we're lacking, that we forget
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: to count the blessings. See, when you fail to count
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: the blessings, you deter your happiness. And this is what
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: I mean by that. Some people say, I'll be happy
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: when I get married, I'll be happy when I'm in
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: a great relationship. I'll be happy when I get a
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: new home. I'll be happy when I change my career.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: I'll be happy when I open up this business. I'll
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: be happy when my kids graduate. I'll be happy when
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: i'm making more money. Well, when you say that, or
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: when you look at things like that, you're delaying your happiness,
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: because that should be some joy in the process. Now,
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: and the only way to get joy in the process,
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: I think is you have to count your blessings. You
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: have to take inventory on the things you have. See,
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: when your focus is on what you don't have, you
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: overlook the things that you do have, and that produces
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: a lack of gratitude. And that's a dangerous place to
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: be in, folks. Because God has blessed us all. I
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: don't care who you are, You're being blessed some kind
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: of way. Look, man, I know you're probably going through something.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: I don't know nobody who's not, But why are you're
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: going through this? Can you remind yourself of all the
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: other things you've gone through? And you can. You can't
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: name one single thing that He hasn't gotten you through.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: And if he hasn't gotten you through it, he's currently
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: pulling you through it right now. That's a blessing. The
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: blessing is that you have a survival rate to this point,
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: right here, you have You've survived everything right now, no
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: matter what the consequences were, you've survived at all up
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: to right now. You're still here. You're a survivor. You've
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: gotten over and over and over, time and time and
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: time again. You got to start counting your blessings. Man,
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: you got to start being grateful for some of the
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: things that's happening in your life. Hey, man, get rid
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: of the old woe is me, old woe is you? Well,
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: I got you going through some things, But can I
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: tell you something? Can I tell you something? You could
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: be going through something else too, Because whatever you're going through,
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: if you know, if you know enough people, somebody got
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: it worse than you got it. It's just amazing. Man.
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: My author writers getting me the people who don't have legs,
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: and you steady complaining about your auth writers. You steady
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: complaining about I don't want the way these glasses. There
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: are people who can't see. You're steady complaining about the

- 1:24:42Speaker 1: A to B. You're just complaining, complaining, complaining, Stop complaining, man,
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: Start counting your blessings. You have something to be grateful for.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: One of the biggest tricks in the Devil's arsenal is
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: to fool you into thinking God don't care nothing about you.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: God is always there he's all, well, Steve, I'm going
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: through somewhere God at now. WHOA, Let's back that up
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: for a second. Let's just talk about you for a second.
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: When the last time you really went to him, When
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: the last time you asked him for anything, When the
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: last time you listened, When the last time you really
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: waited on what his response was instead of taking matters
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: into your own hands. I'm just asking man, Folks, don't
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: let another day go by without counting your blessings. Because
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: when you count your blessings, you show gratitude, and once
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: you're sow gratitude, you open up yourself for more things
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: to be grateful for. Counting your blessings is optimal. Counting
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: your blessings is a blessing. Counting your blessings is one
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: of the best ways to attract more blessings, because that
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: is the part of the law of attraction. You attract
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: the signal that you put out. So what are you saying, Steve.
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: I'm saying, the more you complain, the more complaints you
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: will attract to yourself. The more you're grateful, the more
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: gratitude you will attract to yourself. It works just like that, man,
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: It's not a magic trick. Y'all, Stop tricking yourself and
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: stop allowing the devil to trick you. All right, those
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: are my clothing remarks. That's it for me today. I've
