- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, come in is the Ben Ferguson Show. It is
- 0:03Speaker 1: nice to have you with us. I was planning on
- 0:05Speaker 1: being on family vacation and just taking some time off
- 0:09Speaker 1: for the next week, but with so many things happening
- 0:12Speaker 1: in the world, we're deciding we're not going to be
- 0:14Speaker 1: doing that. So what we're going to be doing instead
- 0:17Speaker 1: is I'm going to be doing a hybrid with this
- 0:19Speaker 1: show and the forty seven Morning Update. It's that show
- 0:22Speaker 1: that I do every morning that's about ten to twelve
- 0:24Speaker 1: minutes long, three biggest stories of the day coming out
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the White House or that affect the White House.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So for the next few days, that is what you're
- 0:32Speaker 1: going to be hearing here, and I just want to
- 0:33Speaker 1: make sure that you knew that on the front end.
- 0:36Speaker 1: But first I got to ask you a question. Are
- 0:38Speaker 1: you one of those that's just so tired of giving
- 0:41Speaker 1: your money to radical, left woke companies that actually are
- 0:44Speaker 1: fighting against your values every day? Well, there are certain
- 0:48Speaker 1: bills that you pay every month that if you can
- 0:51Speaker 1: go with a conservative company, why not do it? In fact,
- 0:55Speaker 1: why not go with a conservative company actually takes part
- 0:58Speaker 1: of your bill every month that you're going to pay
- 0:59Speaker 1: to some and they give it back to organizations that
- 1:02Speaker 1: support your First and your Second Amendment rights, that support
- 1:06Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, that stand with our military,
- 1:10Speaker 1: are first responders and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well,
- 1:16Speaker 1: that bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill.
- 1:20Speaker 1: And I've been telling you for a long time about
- 1:22Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile, but there's no better time to switch than
- 1:25Speaker 1: right now. Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all
- 1:29Speaker 1: three major networks in this country, yeah, all three. That
- 1:32Speaker 1: means you get the same great coverage you're used to
- 1:34Speaker 1: right now, but you also make a difference with every
- 1:37Speaker 1: call you make and every text you make. And why
- 1:39Speaker 1: would you want to give your money to Big Mobile?
- 1:41Speaker 1: Big Mobile has been giving big donations to democratic causes,
- 1:46Speaker 1: democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations
- 1:50Speaker 1: that actually support abortion. That is why I want you
- 1:55Speaker 1: to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and
- 2:00Speaker 1: make the switch, and it's so easy. All you have
- 2:03Speaker 1: to do is simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent
- 2:06Speaker 1: US based team from the comfort of your home or
- 2:09Speaker 1: your office, and they'll have you activated in minutes. And
- 2:12Speaker 1: if you're still locked in a contract, not a problem.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Patriots Mobile contract buyout program covers up to five hundred
- 2:18Speaker 1: dollars per device. Keep your same number, keep your phone,
- 2:22Speaker 1: or upgrade do a new one. So back to my point,
- 2:24Speaker 1: what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and
- 2:27Speaker 1: make a difference every single day with every call you make.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 2:36Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And
- 2:40Speaker 1: if you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get
- 2:43Speaker 1: a free month of service on top of that. Patriot
- 2:46Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
- 2:50Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson, ninety seven.
- 2:53Speaker 2: To two Patriot.
- 2:55Speaker 1: This is the forty seven Morning Update, the new show.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I do hit subscribe all to download two as well.
- 3:00Speaker 1: And yeah, take a listen to the big stories of
- 3:02Speaker 1: the day.
- 3:03Speaker 3: We're ruling with common sense. You know, whether you're a
- 3:06Speaker 3: conservative or liberal, or as they like to say, progressive.
- 3:09Speaker 3: They don't like the word liberal anymore. Progressive I think
- 3:12Speaker 3: it's a beautiful word too. That's why I call him liberal.
- 3:14Speaker 3: It's too nice a word. I don't know how you
- 3:17Speaker 3: can be progressive when you're turning the country backwards.
- 3:20Speaker 4: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Good Friday morning. So nice to have you with us
- 3:26Speaker 1: on the forty seven Morning Update. And here are the
- 3:28Speaker 1: big stories we're talking about today. First up, classified report
- 3:32Speaker 1: is now out suggesting that Iran's nuclear program still intact,
- 3:36Speaker 1: was likely well all faulty info and where to come from,
- 3:41Speaker 1: directly from the Iranian government. Yet the media went with it. Well,
- 3:45Speaker 1: the DoD chief Pete Headseth, He's coming out and having
- 3:49Speaker 1: a lot to say about the media telling this story
- 3:52Speaker 1: that is Iranian propaganda. Also, a former Biden official has
- 3:57Speaker 1: now come out on TV saying that IRA's nuclear program
- 4:01Speaker 1: was in fact set back significantly, again the complete opposite
- 4:05Speaker 1: of what the media has been trying to sell you on.
- 4:08Speaker 1: We have the receipts and we'll play it for you.
- 4:10Speaker 1: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Story number one.
- 4:14Speaker 1: In a scathing report, the CIA director John Radcliffe ripping
- 4:20Speaker 1: Democrats during a closed door briefing of senators on Thursday
- 4:24Speaker 1: by comparing President Donald Trump's successful airstrikes eliminating Rand's nuclear
- 4:30Speaker 1: program to former President Barack Obama's failures with his rand
- 4:34Speaker 1: nuclear deal. A source in the room saying that Radcliffe
- 4:38Speaker 1: and the Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and the Secretary's
- 4:41Speaker 1: Defense Pete Headseth had all the senators there for a
- 4:44Speaker 1: closed door briefing on Thursday. They said that the Democratic
- 4:47Speaker 1: senators repeatedly pressed them about the effectiveness of the strike,
- 4:51Speaker 1: pushing for more proof than they had been offered on
- 4:54Speaker 1: the matter. In response, Radcliffe told them, per the source
- 4:58Speaker 1: president in the room, the way he knows how effective
- 5:02Speaker 1: they were was how quickly they folded to Trump versus
- 5:05Speaker 1: how long they dragged out negotiations with Obama. You know
- 5:10Speaker 1: how you know the strikes were devastatingly effective, Radcliffe told
- 5:14Speaker 1: the Senate Democrats and the briefing, per one source quote,
- 5:18Speaker 1: Iran has been fighting Israel for decades. They strung along
- 5:23Speaker 1: the Obama administration for twenty months while negotiating the JCPOA,
- 5:29Speaker 1: but Trump made them accept the ceasefire with their mortal
- 5:32Speaker 1: enemy in twenty minutes. Radcliffe wasn't done there. He also
- 5:37Speaker 1: said during the briefing that the contents of a statement
- 5:40Speaker 1: he previously released publicly in which he said the CIA
- 5:44Speaker 1: can confirm that Auran's nuclear program had been severely damaged
- 5:47Speaker 1: by the strikes Trump ordered last weekend, saying, quote, this
- 5:51Speaker 1: includes new intelligence now from an historically reliable and accurate
- 5:56Speaker 1: source and method, that several ki Iranian nuclear facilities were
- 6:00Speaker 1: destroyed and would have to be rebuilt over the course
- 6:03Speaker 1: of years. Now, Radcliffe was obviously speaking to the centers
- 6:08Speaker 1: in a private room, but that didn't stop the DoD
- 6:11Speaker 1: Secretary Pete Hedseth from telling the world exactly what happened
- 6:15Speaker 1: in these attacks and just how wrong the media actually was.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Take a listen to his statement at the Pentagon, specifically
- 6:23Speaker 1: speaking to the media that's been lawing about the effectiveness
- 6:27Speaker 1: of the attack, some of.
- 6:28Speaker 5: The assessments that have been provided, because whether it's fake news, CNN,
- 6:33Speaker 5: MSNBC or The New York Times, there's been fawning coverage
- 6:37Speaker 5: of a preliminary assessment.
- 6:39Speaker 2: I've had a chance to read it.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Every outlet has breathlessly reported on a preliminary assessment from
- 6:45Speaker 5: DA I'm looking at it right now again. It was
- 6:48Speaker 5: preliminary a day and a half after the actual strike.
- 6:51Speaker 5: When it admits itself in writing that it requires weeks
- 6:54Speaker 5: to accumulate the necessary.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Data to make such an assessments preliminary.
- 6:57Speaker 5: It points out that it's not been coordinated with the
- 7:00Speaker 5: elligence community at all.
- 7:01Speaker 2: There's low confidence in this particular report, it says in
- 7:05Speaker 2: the report. There are gaps in the information.
- 7:07Speaker 5: It says in the report, multiple lynchpin assumptions are what
- 7:11Speaker 5: this assessment a lynchpin assumption?
- 7:13Speaker 2: You know what that is. It means your entire premis
- 7:15Speaker 2: is predicated on a lynch pin. If you're wrong, everything
- 7:18Speaker 2: else is wrong.
- 7:18Speaker 5: And yet still this report acknowledges it's likely severe damage. Again,
- 7:24Speaker 5: this is preliminary, but leaked because someone had an agenda
- 7:27Speaker 5: to try to muddy the waters and make it look
- 7:29Speaker 5: like this historic strike I wasn't successful. I'm gonna get
- 7:32Speaker 5: to the chairman in a moment, because he's going to
- 7:33Speaker 5: lay out the particulars for you based.
- 7:36Speaker 2: On his professional military experience. But here's what other folks
- 7:39Speaker 2: are saying.
- 7:39Speaker 5: The DiiA that put that report out says that this
- 7:42Speaker 5: is a preliminary, low confidence report and will continue to
- 7:45Speaker 5: be refined as additional intelligence becomes available. How about the
- 7:50Speaker 5: Israeli Atomic Energy Commission. The devastating US strikes on Fourdeaux
- 7:54Speaker 5: destroyed the site's critical infrastructure and rendered the enrichment facility
- 7:59Speaker 5: inoperab Have any of these quotes made their way into
- 8:01Speaker 5: The New York Times, with The Washington Post, MSNBC, CNN
- 8:05Speaker 5: any of these quotes?
- 8:06Speaker 2: How about this one? This is a new one from
- 8:07Speaker 2: the UN, the United Nations. No friend in the United
- 8:10Speaker 2: States or certainly Israel. Often.
- 8:12Speaker 5: Here's the head of the UN Atomic Energy Agency this morning,
- 8:16Speaker 5: Rafael Grossi, US and Israeli strikes caused enormous damage to
- 8:21Speaker 5: Iran's nuclear sites.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Don't take my word for it. How about the IDF's
- 8:25Speaker 2: chief of staff.
- 8:26Speaker 5: I can say here that the assessment is that we've
- 8:29Speaker 5: significantly damaged the nuclear program, setting.
- 8:31Speaker 2: It back by years. I repeat years.
- 8:34Speaker 5: The Iranian foreign minister, the spokesman, our nuclear instrations have
- 8:38Speaker 5: been badly damaged.
- 8:39Speaker 2: That's for sure. I'm sure that's an understatement.
- 8:42Speaker 5: John Radcliffe, the director of the CIA, putting out a
- 8:45Speaker 5: statement just last night, CIA can confirm that a body
- 8:48Speaker 5: of credible intelligence indicates Iran's nuclear program has been severely
- 8:53Speaker 5: damaged by recent targeted strikes.
- 8:55Speaker 2: This includes new intelligence from.
- 8:57Speaker 5: A historically reliable very different than preliminary assessment with low confidence.
- 9:03Speaker 5: He's saying historically reliable and accurate source of method that
- 9:07Speaker 5: several key Iranian nuclear facilities were destroyed and would have
- 9:11Speaker 5: to be rebuilt over the course of years. CIA continues
- 9:15Speaker 5: to collect additional reliably sourced information to keep appropriate decision
- 9:21Speaker 5: makers fully informed. How about DNA Telsea Gabbard Yesterday, she writes,
- 9:27Speaker 5: and I quote new intelligence confirms what POTUS has stated
- 9:29Speaker 5: numerous times. Iran's nuclear facilities have been destroyed. Institute for
- 9:36Speaker 5: Science and International Security President David Albright. Overall Israel and
- 9:40Speaker 5: US attacks have effectively destroyed un Iran's centrifuge enrichment program
- 9:47Speaker 5: time and time again. I can go down the list
- 9:50Speaker 5: those that understand, those that see, those that do proper
- 9:55Speaker 5: assessments recognize that what the United States military did was historic.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Isn't it nice to know that President Donald Trump has
- 10:02Speaker 1: put people like Pete Headset in positions of power to
- 10:05Speaker 1: call out the liars and the leakers and the media
- 10:08Speaker 1: when they try to pull these bs shenanigans lying about
- 10:11Speaker 1: what's happening in reality, especially when it comes to foreign
- 10:15Speaker 1: policy and the issue of our national security.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Now story number two, there is a new.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Classified report that is suggesting that Iran's nuclear program still intact,
- 10:28Speaker 1: likely relied on faulty info Iranian propaganda from Iranian sources.
- 10:35Speaker 1: This is when the media decided to run with the story,
- 10:38Speaker 1: knowing that their propaganda was literally coming from Iran. The
- 10:42Speaker 1: top secret Defense intelligence agency known as the DIA assessment
- 10:47Speaker 1: that claimed Iran's nuclear site suffered only moderate damage likely
- 10:51Speaker 1: relied on faulty information from deceitful Iranian sources that according
- 10:56Speaker 1: to several former US intelligence officers, one of whom described
- 11:00Speaker 1: the documents as so unreliable you can wipe your aas
- 11:05Speaker 1: with it. The classified DIA report ignite a media firestorm
- 11:09Speaker 1: in the days after President Donald Trump authorized those precision
- 11:13Speaker 1: strikes on Iran's top three nuclear sites. The findings, of course,
- 11:16Speaker 1: werein the league to CNN and The New York Times,
- 11:19Speaker 1: which you heard about a moment ago. Then they presented
- 11:22Speaker 1: them as facts, as bombshell evidence that the US bombing
- 11:26Speaker 1: run only set back Tehran's nuclear ambitions by you know,
- 11:31Speaker 1: a couple of months. The US intelligence community deemed that
- 11:34Speaker 1: initial assessment with quote low confidence, a fact CNN purposely
- 11:40Speaker 1: admitted from its original story and based it solely on
- 11:44Speaker 1: satellite imagery and intercepted communications known as signal intelligence from
- 11:50Speaker 1: Iranian officials. Again, think about this. You have the Iranian
- 11:55Speaker 1: government putting out propaganda and media companies in this country
- 12:00Speaker 1: putting it out there as fact. Shortly after the assessment leaked,
- 12:05Speaker 1: Axios reported that communications intercepted by Israel suggested that Iran's
- 12:11Speaker 1: military officials have been giving false situation reports to the
- 12:15Speaker 1: country's political leadership, downplaying the extent of the damage. Such
- 12:20Speaker 1: communications likely made their way into the da report. According
- 12:24Speaker 1: to three former US intelligence operatives, including a current US
- 12:29Speaker 1: official and other veteran national security insiders, who spoke to
- 12:33Speaker 1: The Washington Free Beacon both on and off the record,
- 12:36Speaker 1: some of them referred to the DIA as the discount
- 12:40Speaker 1: intelligence agency. It's basically messaging by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard,
- 12:46Speaker 1: messaging by Tehran. That is what a former intelligence officer
- 12:51Speaker 1: with the US Central Command who operated in the Middle
- 12:53Speaker 1: East for nearly thirty years said. In fact, CNN actually
- 12:57Speaker 1: had to report on this, and here's what it sounded
- 13:00Speaker 1: like when a former Biden official had this to say
- 13:04Speaker 1: about Iran's nuclear program.
- 13:06Speaker 6: Usteine, a longtime diplomat who served as President Biden's senior
- 13:09Speaker 6: advisor for Energy and Investment. And I think one question
- 13:13Speaker 6: that regular people will have, you know, listening to what
- 13:15Speaker 6: came out of that briefing today on Capitol Hill from
- 13:18Speaker 6: Republicans from Democrats, is what should they take away when
- 13:21Speaker 6: there is such a divide between the politicians over what
- 13:24Speaker 6: is the fate of Iran's nuclear capacity and where that
- 13:27Speaker 6: stands tonight? What do you think?
- 13:29Speaker 7: Well, first, Caitlin, it's good to be with you. Look,
- 13:31Speaker 7: I think the most important thing is to separate out
- 13:33Speaker 7: what's politics and what is happening on the ground over
- 13:37Speaker 7: the last year a year and a quarter. Last April,
- 13:41Speaker 7: Iran launched a missile attack against Israel, which was one
- 13:44Speaker 7: hundred ballistic missiles company by two hundred or so UAVs.
- 13:48Speaker 7: The United States military coordinated a response and defeated that attack.
- 13:53Speaker 7: But that was really the first time that Iran and
- 13:55Speaker 7: used its own territory to attack Israel. They did it
- 13:58Speaker 7: again in October and again in the United States supported
- 14:01Speaker 7: Israel and with regional partners as well as European countries
- 14:06Speaker 7: to defeat it. And now since then, Iran has lost
- 14:09Speaker 7: most of its deterrence power. They had three things going
- 14:13Speaker 7: for them. They had proxies, meaning terrorist organizations in Lebanon,
- 14:17Speaker 7: in Syria and Iraq and Yemen that supported them. The
- 14:20Speaker 7: second was the missiles, and the third was the thread
- 14:22Speaker 7: of a nuclear weaponization. Of their nuclear capabilities, most of
- 14:27Speaker 7: their proxies are either weakened to the point they can't
- 14:30Speaker 7: respond or are choosing now to distance themselves from Iran.
- 14:34Speaker 7: Their missile capability has been proven to be less effective
- 14:37Speaker 7: because of the United States ability to defend the region,
- 14:41Speaker 7: and now their nuclear capability is likely at least set back.
- 14:47Speaker 7: Now the whole idea of obliterated or destroyed. These are
- 14:51Speaker 7: political terms that are not really relevant, and I would
- 14:54Speaker 7: urge Americans not to really pay attention to those words.
- 14:57Speaker 7: What we do know, we know that as a result
- 15:00Speaker 7: of the both the Israeli the American strikes, the nuclear
- 15:03Speaker 7: program was set back significantly. How much we don't really know.
- 15:06Speaker 7: Most Israeli military analysts and generals that I've spoken to
- 15:10Speaker 7: over the last twenty four to forty eight hours, I
- 15:13Speaker 7: think this has gone from a six months breakout to
- 15:16Speaker 7: timeframe to two years, so an eighteen month or two
- 15:18Speaker 7: year delay in their program. But here's the thing. They
- 15:22Speaker 7: have also lost other capabilities they've lost their command of control,
- 15:27Speaker 7: they've lost military leaders, they've lost scientists, and they lost
- 15:30Speaker 7: their conversion so they're clearly weakened. And lastly, Israel has
- 15:34Speaker 7: proven that they have an intelligence givability inside Iran that
- 15:37Speaker 7: if they tried to reconstitute will we the United States, Israel,
- 15:42Speaker 7: other European allies will know about it.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Yet again, more proof of the propaganda coming from the
- 15:48Speaker 1: media trying to convince you that somehow one of the
- 15:51Speaker 1: most successful missions in modern military history was a failure,
- 15:56Speaker 1: all because Donald Trump is the one that's said to
- 15:59Speaker 1: do it.
