- 1:31Speaker 5: I can't.
- 1:41Speaker 1: To turn the mouth the turn you probably got to
- 1:44Speaker 1: turn mouth mouth the mojo loo. Come come on, you'll.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Think, uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 2: You all listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 2: one and only Steve Harvey oh Man got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Man got a radio show and a whole lot mold too, Man.
- 2:16Speaker 2: God is good to me. I have no other explanation,
- 2:19Speaker 2: if I have no other explanation of my existence and
- 2:23Speaker 2: where I stand in this thing called life, except if
- 2:26Speaker 2: it was not for the goodness of God Almighty. If
- 2:30Speaker 2: it was not for His grace and his mercy, There's
- 2:33Speaker 2: no way I could exist the way that I do.
- 2:37Speaker 2: I will not be who I am or where I am.
- 2:39Speaker 2: I am who I am and where I am simply
- 2:43Speaker 2: because God is who he is. If it was not
- 2:48Speaker 2: for God, I would have no testimony for you, because
- 2:52Speaker 2: I would have failed every single test plain, pure and simple.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I can see here today and tell you flat out
- 3:03Speaker 2: that it is purely because of God's grace and mercy
- 3:08Speaker 2: that I exist today because of His favor. See now
- 3:12Speaker 2: He shows us favor in life because of a combination
- 3:17Speaker 2: of things I've discovered. And this is not the whole
- 3:20Speaker 2: answer to life, I can assure you as not. But
- 3:23Speaker 2: this is a combination that I've grown to understand better
- 3:27Speaker 2: and better, and I wish I had gotten it earlier
- 3:30Speaker 2: in my life.
- 3:31Speaker 4: But here it is.
- 3:34Speaker 2: If you take faith and you combine it with an
- 3:41Speaker 2: incredible work ethic, then God has the greatest opportunities to
- 3:52Speaker 2: show you favor. That's the best way I can explain
- 3:56Speaker 2: success to you from my standpoint. It is the combination
- 4:01Speaker 2: of faith and work that produces the most opportunities for
- 4:07Speaker 2: God to show you favor. See a lot of times
- 4:10Speaker 2: we want God to bless us, but we ain't doing
- 4:12Speaker 2: nothing for him to bless So now we sideways in
- 4:16Speaker 2: the equation a little bit. But see, if you had
- 4:19Speaker 2: the faith in God that God can do anything but fail,
- 4:24Speaker 2: that God will get you through, that God will see
- 4:27Speaker 2: you through, that the God is the God you serve,
- 4:30Speaker 2: is the greatest giver of all good things. If you
- 4:33Speaker 2: kept that faith intact through it all, and you produced
- 4:39Speaker 2: an incredible work ethic that allows the most opportunities for
- 4:44Speaker 2: God to show you favor. See without that what you
- 4:49Speaker 2: want God to do? See, you can have faith and
- 4:53Speaker 2: be sitting at the house watching TV. There's nothing being produced,
- 4:58Speaker 2: no opportunities for God to show you favor. And you
- 5:02Speaker 2: got to do some things man, that you are uncomfortable
- 5:06Speaker 2: doing or don't feel like doing, or something that don't
- 5:10Speaker 2: have the right payoff right in front of your face,
- 5:13Speaker 2: with the faith that it'll pay off later on. See,
- 5:17Speaker 2: too many people are working for the right now reward,
- 5:20Speaker 2: and the right now reward is not how it works.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Sometimes the reward is coming later on up the road.
- 5:27Speaker 2: But the only way you can know that is if
- 5:29Speaker 2: you got to You got to apply the faith and
- 5:32Speaker 2: see the reason you don't know that that it's coming
- 5:36Speaker 2: like that, or you have to have faith to believe
- 5:38Speaker 2: that it's coming. Because faith is the belief in things
- 5:43Speaker 2: that you cannot see.
- 5:45Speaker 4: That's what faith is.
- 5:47Speaker 2: You know you standing at Let me give you exam.
- 5:49Speaker 2: You standing at the crosswalk with a walk sign on
- 5:52Speaker 2: it and the sign flashing on the corner. Don't walk
- 5:56Speaker 2: then that the signs say walk. What do you think
- 6:01Speaker 2: your chances are making it across that street?
- 6:04Speaker 4: Is what? Pretty good?
- 6:06Speaker 2: Because guess what the signs say walk? You can see
- 6:09Speaker 2: the other side. There's other people in the cross walk walking,
- 6:13Speaker 2: So guess what you strike out blindly? It don't take
- 6:16Speaker 2: a lot of faith to get across that streets. That's
- 6:21Speaker 2: not what I'm talking to you about. I'm talking about
- 6:24Speaker 2: the faith, the belief in things that you cannot see,
- 6:27Speaker 2: the faith that what I'm doing today, I believe in
- 6:33Speaker 2: my heart of heart that God wouldn't bring me this
- 6:35Speaker 2: far to leave me. That God is a true and
- 6:38Speaker 2: living God, that he keeps his promises, that later on,
- 6:41Speaker 2: there's things that I'm working towards right now gonna pay
- 6:44Speaker 2: off later on. See, too many people want the reward
- 6:47Speaker 2: right now. See, that's not the exhibition of faith. If
- 6:51Speaker 2: it's the right thing to do, if it's if it's
- 6:55Speaker 2: a good thing to do, if it's a just thing
- 6:58Speaker 2: to do. See if it's sein it it ain't God.
- 7:02Speaker 2: You can just clear it on up right there. You
- 7:04Speaker 2: can stop all the wondering. If that's His voice talking
- 7:07Speaker 2: to you, if it's the right thing to do, if
- 7:09Speaker 2: it's sin in it, it's not God talking to you.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Kill it. You can shut it down. You ain't got
- 7:18Speaker 2: to wonder about it. Go down there in secret venge.
- 7:20Speaker 2: That ain't God. Go tell them off when you see him.
- 7:23Speaker 4: That ain't God.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Anything that's got seining in it is not God's voice
- 7:27Speaker 2: telling you to do it. So you can kill that
- 7:29Speaker 2: conversation today. That's how you know. But if you are
- 7:33Speaker 2: aligning yourself up man and you and what you're doing
- 7:36Speaker 2: is just and right and correct and pleasing in the
- 7:39Speaker 2: sight of God, it'll pay off for you later on.
- 7:43Speaker 2: And see, here's the best way I can tell to you.
- 7:48Speaker 2: His Another one when you're going somewhere, when you're on
- 7:53Speaker 2: the road to going somewhere, and you know the somewhere
- 7:57Speaker 2: that you're trying to get to. Let's say you've set
- 7:59Speaker 2: a goal a vision for yourself. You know where you
- 8:01Speaker 2: want to get to, You got a good idea, and
- 8:05Speaker 2: you own your way to going there. Listen to me.
- 8:08Speaker 2: When it gets hard, and it is going to get hard,
- 8:12Speaker 2: when it gets difficult, and it is going to get difficult,
- 8:15Speaker 2: when it becomes challenging, and it is going to become
- 8:19Speaker 2: challenging when it becomes all three of those things. When
- 8:22Speaker 2: it don't look like it's gonna happen. Don't stop and
- 8:26Speaker 2: complain so much. But see, I know he don't bless me.
- 8:30Speaker 2: But in the middle of it, man, I felt a
- 8:33Speaker 2: little heavy. And you got to be careful when it
- 8:35Speaker 2: gets hard for you, because you'll find yourself complaining. And
- 8:39Speaker 2: when you complain and see, what you can't do is
- 8:42Speaker 2: you can't complain so much that you forget that the
- 8:47Speaker 2: place that you're trying to go to, you actually own
- 8:50Speaker 2: your way there still. See, don't get caught up into
- 8:54Speaker 2: complaining and then lose sight of your blessing that's actually
- 8:57Speaker 2: happening to you. What man, of all the times to
- 9:02Speaker 2: register a complaint to God to sit up and go, hey, man,
- 9:06Speaker 2: I didn't I wanted to ease back into this thing.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Ease back in, man, you in it's it's a tornado
- 9:13Speaker 2: whirling around you. You ain't got time to ease back in.
- 9:15Speaker 2: You gots to go on and jump back in it.
- 9:17Speaker 2: It is what it is to whom much is given,
- 9:20Speaker 2: much is required. Always appreciate the blessings. Don't get so
- 9:23Speaker 2: caught up in the complaints that you lose sight of
- 9:25Speaker 2: the blessings. Man, God got a lot for you. In
- 9:28Speaker 2: your life, man, But you got to have them two things, y'all.
- 9:31Speaker 2: You got to take that faith and you got to
- 9:34Speaker 2: ply a crazy work ethic to it. And that creates
- 9:38Speaker 2: the most opportunities for God to show you favor. And
- 9:42Speaker 2: when God starts showing your favor, man, all them seeds
- 9:45Speaker 2: you planted, all of that, all of that wheat you've
- 9:48Speaker 2: been sowing, all of that hard work you've been put in.
- 9:51Speaker 2: God to pay it off, and He'll pay it off
- 9:54Speaker 2: in ways that you don't even see coming. Okay, cool,
- 9:57Speaker 2: you're listening.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Show. Good morning.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Everybody's Steve Hardy Morning Show. I don't have the right
- 10:06Speaker 2: sound effect, but you know that sound where they go
- 10:10Speaker 2: them hoes like that? Yeah, That's what I'm hearing in
- 10:14Speaker 2: my head right now. So just even though I've never
- 10:16Speaker 2: been able to do that sound, this is the sound again.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Another day, he'd have done it again. That God just
- 10:25Speaker 2: keeps showing up as only he can. And I'm so
- 10:29Speaker 2: grateful to be a participant and along for the ride. God,
- 10:33Speaker 2: thank you today for letting me see another one.
- 10:36Speaker 4: You didn't have to. Grace and Mercy will.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Follow me all the days of my life because I
- 10:42Speaker 2: dwell in the house of the Lord. There's some moti
- 10:46Speaker 2: to that. I don't know what it is, but I
- 10:48Speaker 2: got the basic sps forever. Yeah, you know, it's or
- 10:55Speaker 2: like you know all most of the time. That's why
- 10:57Speaker 2: I try to be gross. You know that hard to
- 11:03Speaker 2: stay on this line. I'm gonna just tell you that
- 11:04Speaker 2: right there. Some mornings I don't not even on the line.
- 11:07Speaker 2: I know, I'm just gonna walk next to it today Show,
- 11:09Speaker 2: hope you don't run up into me on that day
- 11:11Speaker 2: because you know, I'm just I'm just lying. I ain't
- 11:14Speaker 2: really lying walking that day, just don't feel like it.
- 11:18Speaker 2: And hopefully you don't run up into me on that
- 11:20Speaker 2: day anyway. Steve Harvey, Marty Show, Shirley Strawberry calling for
- 11:24Speaker 2: real Mississippi Monica Junior and the legend that is Nephew
- 11:27Speaker 2: Thommas Jr. Know, whenever you got your hat on backers
- 11:32Speaker 2: like that, Yeah, got a little bouncing, y'all know it's
- 11:34Speaker 2: some good news.
- 11:35Speaker 6: Well, it's just the fact that you you just said
- 11:37Speaker 6: I'm lying walker, but you get all the blessings everything,
- 11:40Speaker 6: and you said I'm still lying walking.
- 11:42Speaker 2: That's yeah, because there's nothing perfect, no, not one.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Right d man, Okay, you better say it then, so it.
- 11:49Speaker 4: Ain't no need of you.
- 11:50Speaker 2: You you can lie if you want to. They say
- 11:54Speaker 2: you you do right all day. It's some days I
- 11:57Speaker 2: know I'm not doing it right. I know it really
- 11:59Speaker 2: ain't got no plans on. Yes, it's just gonna be
- 12:02Speaker 2: one of the day. I can feel it.
- 12:04Speaker 6: So you have bad days like everybody else. Even with everything,
- 12:08Speaker 6: you still have bad days like everybody else.
- 12:10Speaker 4: That's all you say.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Of course I have bad days just like everybody else.
- 12:14Speaker 2: No one is exempt from that. But the thing I
- 12:18Speaker 2: have understood, though, is number one, this too shall pass,
- 12:23Speaker 2: and number two this is what I really had to
- 12:26Speaker 2: come to turn with. You gotta get offline to understand this.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Everything happened to you. Ain't calmer stop, Okay. Some of
- 12:35Speaker 2: this stuff is called life. It's your turn.
- 12:38Speaker 4: That's all it is.
- 12:39Speaker 2: That life has a deck of cards, and sometimes you
- 12:42Speaker 2: gonna get the joker. Sometimes you're gonna get to do
- 12:46Speaker 2: a heart, do some heart, don't hollyween, no book, you
- 12:54Speaker 2: got to do some hardest spade. But I don't know
- 12:56Speaker 2: what tell you they ain't. First of all, I thought
- 12:57Speaker 2: they both think mound, But now that is completely working.
- 13:01Speaker 2: So if you got deuce of hardness.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Babe.
- 13:03Speaker 2: You already know something wrong, you already and it's just
- 13:09Speaker 2: sometimes you get the deuce. Yeah, and then sometimes you
- 13:12Speaker 2: don't get no spades in your hand, you know. Sometimes
- 13:18Speaker 2: you know, and that's it. Everything ain't come man, Stop
- 13:21Speaker 2: letting people put that on you. God punishing him? No, man,
- 13:25Speaker 2: some of this stuff is a test. Everything ain't a punishment.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Once you understand that, you quit beating yourself up and
- 13:31Speaker 2: quit living in your past. Man, please quit living in
- 13:35Speaker 2: your past.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Advice coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:40Speaker 1: we will hear from a nephew as he runs that
- 13:42Speaker 1: prank back. Right after this.
- 13:44Speaker 7: You're listening hard Morning Show.
- 13:47Speaker 1: It is time now for the nephew to run that
- 13:50Speaker 1: prank back. Nephew, what you got?
- 13:53Speaker 4: Uh?
- 13:53Speaker 5: You know we're trying to send this out there to
- 13:55Speaker 5: all the shoplifters across the country, all the shoplifters. We go,
- 14:00Speaker 5: you got something for you just right here is shoplifter
- 14:03Speaker 5: shop lift.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Let's go.
- 14:09Speaker 5: Yes, I'm trying to reach a Tanya. Please, Hi, Tanya.
- 14:14Speaker 5: My name is Daniel. I'm the head of store security
- 14:17Speaker 5: here at your job. Yeah, listen, I'm trying to see
- 14:23Speaker 5: I'm gonna have to I know, to day's your day off.
- 14:25Speaker 5: I'm looking at the schedule here. It seems that you
- 14:27Speaker 5: don't come back in until Saturday. I'm trying to see
- 14:30Speaker 5: if it's possible I can get you to come to
- 14:32Speaker 5: the store. There's a bit of a situation I want
- 14:34Speaker 5: to discuss with you. There's about eighteen hundred dollars worth
- 14:37Speaker 5: of merchandise missing from the store. Yeah, it's about eighteen
- 14:43Speaker 5: hundred dollars worth of merchandise. And we definitely know that
- 14:45Speaker 5: this is a in house situation. This is not someone
- 14:49Speaker 5: walking in shoplifting. This is definitely an in house situation
- 14:53Speaker 5: with employees who have evidently been shoplifting from the store,
- 14:57Speaker 5: taking things, and we want to get down to the.
- 15:00Speaker 4: To the roots of the problem. Okay, so what you
- 15:02Speaker 4: call the me for, Well, ma'am, it's uh.
- 15:06Speaker 5: It's been brought to my attention that there's a possibility
- 15:08Speaker 5: that you may be part of this situation.
- 15:13Speaker 8: And I'm a situation.
- 15:15Speaker 2: I ain't no thief.
- 15:17Speaker 8: I don't steal. You don't call my house accusing me
- 15:20Speaker 8: of stilling. I ain't stole nothing from nobody.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Okay, Well, my hang on, man, what I'm trying to
- 15:25Speaker 2: do is just trying to.
- 15:27Speaker 8: You, trying to say I instill something and I ain't
- 15:29Speaker 8: stole them.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Okay, wait just a second. Now, do you have a
- 15:33Speaker 2: sister named Cynthia.
- 15:35Speaker 4: Yeah, what about it? Well, now it seems that.
- 15:39Speaker 5: Here on some of the footage that we have on
- 15:41Speaker 5: camera that uh, it's a possibility that it seems like
- 15:44Speaker 5: your sister's actually wearing some of the merchandise that we
- 15:48Speaker 5: sell here in the store.
- 15:50Speaker 8: Okay, just because she wears something that we sell in
- 15:52Speaker 8: the store, don't mean that I stole it.
- 15:55Speaker 5: Well, we don't see where she's at. I've backed the
- 15:59Speaker 5: footage up as far as I could. I don't see
- 16:01Speaker 5: any footage of where she purchased this particular merchandise.
- 16:04Speaker 2: And my assumption is maybe you gave it to her.
- 16:08Speaker 8: I ain't gave her And just because you don't see
- 16:11Speaker 8: where somebody purchased it, don't mean that it's been stolen.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Okay, here's what I'm gonna get. I'm gonna just get
- 16:16Speaker 2: to the chase of this, Tanya.
- 16:18Speaker 5: What I'm gonna have to do is this, if I
- 16:20Speaker 5: can't get you to come to the store, man, And
- 16:23Speaker 5: matter of fact, here's another question for you before I
- 16:25Speaker 5: go any further.
- 16:26Speaker 2: You have children at al Tanya?
- 16:28Speaker 8: Yeah, I got children?
- 16:29Speaker 6: Why do you?
- 16:31Speaker 5: Is it possible? Because I'm missing a lot of baby
- 16:34Speaker 5: merchandise as well, and you know.
- 16:37Speaker 8: What, you know what you really cruising for this morning? Okay,
- 16:42Speaker 8: because you don't call somebody on a off day accusing
- 16:46Speaker 8: them of stealing.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Okay, here's what I gotta do. Are you coming into
- 16:50Speaker 2: the office so I can talk with you?
- 16:51Speaker 8: I'm not coming nowhere on my off day.
- 16:54Speaker 5: Well, then what's gonna happen, Miss Tanya, is I'm gonna
- 16:58Speaker 5: have to actually come to your home the check your closets.
- 17:01Speaker 5: I'm gonna have to check your kids and see if
- 17:03Speaker 5: they will do what check and see if they're wearing
- 17:05Speaker 5: merchandise that that comes from this.
- 17:07Speaker 8: Come to my house if you want to, and they
- 17:09Speaker 8: gonna take your somebody here in the body back.
- 17:12Speaker 4: Excuse me.
- 17:13Speaker 8: You heard what I said. You heard what I said.
- 17:16Speaker 8: You don't call nobody.
- 17:17Speaker 4: I bust my store.
- 17:19Speaker 8: I bust my store. You understand me. I work hard
- 17:23Speaker 8: for y'all. Okay, you've been busting.
- 17:25Speaker 4: You've been busting car.
- 17:26Speaker 8: Here excusing me of stealing. I ain't so from nobody.
- 17:30Speaker 8: I don't have to steal. That's why I work all day.
- 17:33Speaker 8: You understand me.
- 17:34Speaker 5: I think you've been busting your butt. Taking stuff is
- 17:37Speaker 5: what you've been doing.
- 17:38Speaker 8: You've been from nobody. You understand me. I do not steal.
- 17:43Speaker 4: I'm gonna come over there. I'm checking your closets, but.
- 17:46Speaker 8: It ain't no seat, you understand.
- 17:48Speaker 4: And I'm checking your babies as well.
- 17:50Speaker 8: And I'm making check my baby and see what happened.
- 17:53Speaker 8: You put your hands on any damn thing in here
- 17:55Speaker 8: and see what happens. Okay, I don't have to drag
- 17:58Speaker 8: your butt here. Oh you're gonna drag somebody?
- 18:01Speaker 4: Oh?
- 18:01Speaker 8: Now, you threatening me? I don't want to drag out
- 18:04Speaker 8: of your house security guard. You security guard?
- 18:07Speaker 4: You like your job that much you're willing to die
- 18:09Speaker 4: for the who said anything about me?
- 18:12Speaker 8: Dan, I did come over here, and that's what's gonna happen.
- 18:15Speaker 8: That's what happens when you put people on the off.
- 18:18Speaker 4: Day, you get hurt.
- 18:19Speaker 8: Okay, I get a couple of damn days off, and
- 18:22Speaker 8: y'all gonna call me with this book?
- 18:24Speaker 4: So are you threatening me?
- 18:25Speaker 9: Now?
- 18:26Speaker 8: I'm threatening you? Then you just call and say you
- 18:28Speaker 8: was coming over here?
- 18:29Speaker 4: Yes, I did here bring here.
- 18:32Speaker 8: I'm don't bring your security guards.
- 18:35Speaker 4: I'm on my Let me tell you something.
- 18:37Speaker 8: It's okay, I get you.
- 18:39Speaker 4: I can have you brought up on charges.
- 18:41Speaker 6: You know that.
- 18:42Speaker 8: Bring me up on charges and see what happens up
- 18:45Speaker 8: on charge. See if you get that far.
- 18:47Speaker 4: I'm on my way over there now to check you
- 18:49Speaker 4: and your kids. You understand me.
- 18:51Speaker 8: I'm over here to check me and my kids and

- 19:09Speaker 8: sound like a damn food. Why don't you tell me

- 19:57Speaker 4: You thought you couldn't be God, that's all.
- 20:00Speaker 8: Right, love you new I.
- 20:09Speaker 10: Got some bo.
- 20:12Speaker 1: All right.
- 20:12Speaker 4: Let me ask you one more thing. What is the
- 20:14Speaker 4: baddest radio show in the land.
- 20:18Speaker 8: The Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Dedication about to go down to the shop?
- 20:32Speaker 3: Terrible.
- 20:34Speaker 5: I hope you're not taking anything. We really hope, you know,
- 20:37Speaker 5: we really do. I was in college, man, I went
- 20:40Speaker 5: the dress room. Was three pair of jeans.
- 20:42Speaker 4: I think.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Okay, thank you, nephew.
- 20:46Speaker 7: You're listening.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top of the hour.
- 20:51Speaker 1: In Entertainment News, we'll talk about some of the highlights
- 20:54Speaker 1: from the Urban One Honors. Billy J. Williams says he's
- 20:57Speaker 1: unbothered by the ongoing the ongoing rumors surrounding his sexuality.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Baseball great a rod Alex Rodriguez chimes in on his
- 21:06Speaker 1: skin complexion conversation, and in Celebrity divorce News, here goes
- 21:11Speaker 1: ray j and Prince's love. They have filed for divorce again.
- 21:16Speaker 1: I think this is like the fourth time. We'll talk
- 21:19Speaker 1: about all of these stories at the top of the hour,
- 21:22Speaker 1: but right now it is time to ask the CLO.
- 21:26Speaker 1: This is from Caesar and Lexington. Caesar writes, I found
- 21:29Speaker 1: out that my wife is thirty thousand dollars in debt
- 21:32Speaker 1: and her credit score has dropped considerably. She's paying minimum
- 21:36Speaker 1: payments and doesn't understand how interest rates work. Would I
- 21:39Speaker 1: be wrong to close the accounts without telling her? Please help?
- 21:44Speaker 4: If it's in her name, how you going to close
- 21:46Speaker 4: the account?
- 21:47Speaker 2: That's the only problem. If you're not a signer and
- 21:51Speaker 2: you just found out, I don't know how you can
- 21:53Speaker 2: close the account, but I think you have to go
- 21:57Speaker 2: about it. I would suggest you go about it another
- 21:59Speaker 2: one way. Sit her down and say, baby, let me
- 22:02Speaker 2: help you understand this right here, this is the path
- 22:04Speaker 2: we had in on that if we do this, we
- 22:06Speaker 2: can correct it. But don't just close the account, because
- 22:10Speaker 2: then you're gonna have some form of rebellion on that.
- 22:15Speaker 2: I think you could run up into a little head
- 22:18Speaker 2: win with that one done, Can you say yes? With
- 22:23Speaker 2: the li bit of credit limit. She got left on
- 22:26Speaker 2: that car. She might have been playing as some of
- 22:28Speaker 2: you can cut that card off.
- 22:31Speaker 4: They do. Yeah, yeah, yeah, if your.
- 22:36Speaker 2: Wife is just thirty thousand dollars a day, could I
- 22:38Speaker 2: switch hands with you?
- 22:41Speaker 4: Really?
- 22:45Speaker 2: Take that?
- 22:46Speaker 1: Moving on to Maryland in Savannah, Marylyn says, I'm in
- 22:49Speaker 1: a long distance relationship and I've been spending a lot
- 22:52Speaker 1: of time at my boyfriend's home. I asked if it
- 22:55Speaker 1: would be easier if I moved, and he says, he
- 22:58Speaker 1: likes things just as they are for now. Uh, it's
- 23:02Speaker 1: convenient for him, not me. Why can't he see that?
- 23:07Speaker 4: No, he do see it.
- 23:09Speaker 2: He sees exactly that it's more convenient for you. He
- 23:12Speaker 2: don't care about that. He ain't ready to make that move.
- 23:16Speaker 4: You are?
- 23:18Speaker 2: You do you understand he's not ready to make that move?
- 23:21Speaker 1: You are?
- 23:22Speaker 7: Why not?
- 23:23Speaker 4: He said?
- 23:24Speaker 2: I like things just the way they are, So listen
- 23:27Speaker 2: to what he's saying. Now, I like it when you
- 23:29Speaker 2: get dressed and go back home.
- 23:32Speaker 3: Oh yes, What he's not gonna like is.
- 23:36Speaker 2: You getting dressed and you stay there and now all
- 23:39Speaker 2: your clothes is here. He likes it when you get
- 23:42Speaker 2: dressed and you go home. That's what he likes now
- 23:46Speaker 2: and for now, that's what it's gonna be. You're not
- 23:48Speaker 2: moving it straight forward it Why can't he see my
- 23:54Speaker 2: side of it? Ain't got to see your side? Well,
- 23:57Speaker 2: you need to see his side. You need to help
- 23:59Speaker 2: and look at it. You said, I ain't in this house.
- 24:02Speaker 4: That's what it ain't. Ain't.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Can't you stay there?
- 24:07Speaker 2: She can't stay there surely because it ain't late. He
- 24:10Speaker 2: don't want her to stay there. Clear you want her
- 24:13Speaker 2: to come over, But it's time for you to go.
- 24:16Speaker 2: And he might have learned some stuff in these visits too.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Do they need to break up for what?
- 24:23Speaker 2: No?
- 24:24Speaker 4: Just go home?
- 24:25Speaker 2: Here we go, here we go? What the relationship you're
- 24:31Speaker 2: starting on? The cellos?
- 24:32Speaker 4: Just letter?
- 24:35Speaker 2: Surely what he and your as.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Done with him? Yeah?
- 24:38Speaker 2: I think they need to be break up, be done
- 24:40Speaker 2: with him. He's not ready for the commitment. But everybody
- 24:46Speaker 2: want to move in. Why don't you wait till the
- 24:48Speaker 2: man ask you to marry him?
- 24:50Speaker 4: Thank you? I love good idea. You gotta go, gotta go.
- 24:54Speaker 9: I want you to say, move along distance with your boyfriend,
- 25:00Speaker 9: golf for him, Come get this golf.
- 25:03Speaker 3: The savannah got good seafood, Get you some gone back down.
- 25:10Speaker 2: We're leaving stuff over here. That's not your drawer?
- 25:15Speaker 1: Is he talking to her like that?
- 25:17Speaker 9: Though?
- 25:19Speaker 7: He doesn't like her?
- 25:20Speaker 2: Once you get a drawer though, Yeah, Peter went down
- 25:24Speaker 2: to Target and bought a tougher were set and got
- 25:26Speaker 2: all her little stuff in it. So you put the
- 25:29Speaker 2: stuff in these clothes in draw your stuff in this
- 25:32Speaker 2: tough way. Take when you go out to the card
- 25:34Speaker 2: stuff in your back seat.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Next month, che Davia and DMV says, for our first anniversary,
- 25:42Speaker 1: my husband's scheduled a couple's massage. Everyone in the spa

- 25:49Speaker 1: to the spot. I'm looking at him side eyed because
- 25:52Speaker 1: he gets more massages than me. Is this normal?
- 25:57Speaker 4: Not to me?
- 25:57Speaker 2: It's not, you know, to me, it's nothing.
- 26:03Speaker 4: I'm not.
- 26:04Speaker 2: I'm not you know, it's nothing wrong with a massage
- 26:06Speaker 2: that all people get them all. But let's just you know,

- 32:23Speaker 1: so for dark now, he said. He decided to explain
- 32:26Speaker 1: his change in appearance. He posted a video with the
- 32:29Speaker 1: caption quote, everybody calm down, It's just a tan. It's
- 32:33Speaker 1: just a tan. I know that I'm dark, but I

- 33:07Speaker 2: Oh that's all not just just a different profession, you know. Yeah.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Oh but a Rod fell asleep said.
- 33:19Speaker 4: That's that's cloox he got.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, he didn't get around his eyes. Good
- 33:31Speaker 2: spot that's lying.
- 33:32Speaker 4: Around his eye. You gotta getting none on them.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Why are people mad that a Rod is darker?
- 33:45Speaker 4: Though? What is that about? I don't know Kelsey because
- 33:50Speaker 4: he got a fade.
- 33:52Speaker 2: Kelsey didn't start the faide and they talking about he
- 33:55Speaker 2: never he knew he didn't start to fade. The brothers
- 33:58Speaker 2: got phades.
- 33:59Speaker 4: Man, Oh that's ours.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Yeah, that doesn't bother me.
- 34:03Speaker 4: Oh yeah, that ain't. Ain't mad at that.
- 34:04Speaker 5: Now you go to that Sammy though, that's Samy something else,
- 34:07Speaker 5: cause that's two different looks.
- 34:09Speaker 4: Said is SoCal? Why did he.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Bleach his skin though? Why did he use those products?
- 34:14Speaker 4: I wonder?
- 34:14Speaker 1: I don't know. Shame, shame, he didn't want to be
- 34:21Speaker 1: his dark skin.
- 34:22Speaker 2: No, yeah, why would you bleach yourself?
- 34:26Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 34:28Speaker 4: He trying to pass. That's what that's for you, A
- 34:31Speaker 4: little bit la.
- 34:33Speaker 3: Past.
- 34:36Speaker 4: Yeah, look at his eyes.
- 34:39Speaker 1: We're looking at him, saying, Sammy Solcer, right now.
- 34:43Speaker 2: I'm talking about man. He just been from a black
- 34:45Speaker 2: dude to just yeah he damned there. I'll bineo. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 34:51Speaker 2: that's that's that's that's he got too strong a bleach.
- 34:53Speaker 2: I don't know if you're down at the bleach though.
- 34:55Speaker 2: They got levels.
- 34:56Speaker 1: That's what Tommy said. He used florox and stuff.
- 35:01Speaker 4: No florof when I'll see it. Oh yeah, that's nice.
- 35:05Speaker 1: I mean, it's such a marked difference from when he
- 35:07Speaker 1: was on the baseball field until when he started using
- 35:11Speaker 1: the bleaching cream.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Excuse me, Sad, give me a give me cracker.
- 35:20Speaker 4: I'll get that.
- 35:27Speaker 1: He was Sammy, So think I mean with a rod
- 35:31Speaker 1: and get a tan.
- 35:33Speaker 4: All right?
- 35:34Speaker 1: Coming up at twenty minutes after the hour, do you
- 35:36Speaker 1: consider lying by omission the same thing as lying? Oh,
- 35:41Speaker 1: this is a great question for you, Steve. We'll talk
- 35:43Speaker 1: about it right after this.
- 35:45Speaker 7: You're listening morning show.
- 35:48Speaker 1: All right, So do you consider lying by omission the
- 35:51Speaker 1: same thing is lying? That's the question. Lying by omission,
- 35:54Speaker 1: of course, is when someone leaves out a crucial, crucial
- 35:57Speaker 1: piece of information or fails to correct an existing misconception
- 36:02Speaker 1: in order to hide the truth that your name all
- 36:10Speaker 1: over it.
- 36:11Speaker 2: That is not the same thing. Omission is not lined.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Omission is omission. Line is changing or deliberately telling a
- 36:23Speaker 2: false statement.
- 36:24Speaker 4: All right.
- 36:25Speaker 1: For example, Steve, you tell your new romantic partner that
- 36:28Speaker 1: you've never cheated on anyone by having sex outside the relationship,
- 36:33Speaker 1: but you somehow neglect to mention your prior relationship ended
- 36:38Speaker 1: because you had an emotional affair with a co worker.
- 36:41Speaker 1: So do you consider it.
- 36:44Speaker 2: Hold up, now, let me show you how this work.
- 36:46Speaker 4: Read it? Read it?
- 36:46Speaker 1: Okay, Uh, you tell your new romantic partner that you've
- 36:49Speaker 1: never cheated on anyone by having sex outside the relationship.
- 36:53Speaker 4: I stopped right there.
- 36:55Speaker 2: I did not have sex outside the relationship, had it
- 37:00Speaker 2: while I was in the relationship. You see, ye, that
- 37:08Speaker 2: right there? You see that loophole you could drop in.
- 37:12Speaker 2: So absolutely, I didn't have sex outside of the relationship.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Go ahead, But you neglect to mention your prior relationship
- 37:20Speaker 1: ended because you had an emotional affair with a co worker.
- 37:25Speaker 2: Emotional You didn't ask me about no prior relationship.
- 37:30Speaker 1: So that's the whole point. Lying by missions. So just
- 37:35Speaker 1: because somebody didn't ask you that you're still leaving.
- 37:38Speaker 2: You have to ask the right questions.
- 37:41Speaker 1: When you ask to volunteer something. Volunteer.
- 37:49Speaker 2: Hey, I answer all the questions you asked me.
- 37:52Speaker 4: That's it. Now.
- 37:53Speaker 2: If you don't ask, as Tommy, say the right question,
- 37:56Speaker 2: that's not my fault. See, you can't ask me a question,
- 38:00Speaker 2: and then I had there's a loophole in the way
- 38:02Speaker 2: you can question. Have you ever cheated on me?
- 38:05Speaker 4: Honey?
- 38:05Speaker 2: Cheated on your No, you wasn't even that How could
- 38:10Speaker 2: I cheat on you?
- 38:12Speaker 4: What we were in a relation? She wasn't even that.
- 38:15Speaker 2: How could I cheat?
- 38:17Speaker 1: And you you were.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Being y'all could have woke me up. Y'all just gonna
- 38:26Speaker 2: on me? No, no, no, you was not that?
- 38:30Speaker 4: What what?
- 38:31Speaker 2: What else you need to know about this is no.
- 38:33Speaker 2: A line by omission is very very different from just
- 38:36Speaker 2: flat out line on mission.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Line is not think the same thing. Line is long.
- 38:43Speaker 4: Line to give that not against Lyne. I'm sorry, I'm
- 38:47Speaker 4: just not again.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, Reverend
- 38:51Speaker 1: Sharpton said this to black Trump voters, have you no shame?
- 38:56Speaker 1: We'll talk about it after this.
- 38:59Speaker 7: You're hardy morning show.
- 39:03Speaker 1: You know. Donald Trump claimed that black voters like him
- 39:07Speaker 1: because of his many indictments and his Fulton County mugshot.
- 39:11Speaker 1: He said this during a speech at the Black Conservative
- 39:14Speaker 1: Foundation gala this past Friday in South Carolina, YEP. Trump said,
- 39:18Speaker 1: in part quote the mug shot. We've all seen the
- 39:21Speaker 1: mug shot. You know who embraced it more than anybody else?
- 39:25Speaker 1: The black population. Wow, I can't even believe, Well, yes
- 39:30Speaker 1: I can. It's Trump. The former president is currently facing
- 39:33Speaker 1: ninety one charges across several cases against him, and Reverend
- 39:38Speaker 1: Sharpton asked the black Trump voters, quote, have you no shame?
- 39:42Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 39:43Speaker 3: He had a mug shot, like all of us are criminals?
- 39:47Speaker 12: Or to say that because he has four indictments, one
- 39:51Speaker 12: of which are really two of which both Georgia and
- 39:55Speaker 12: the Federal around him trying to rob votings when we
- 39:58Speaker 12: had to fight, people were bloody, beating and killed to
- 40:02Speaker 12: get us the right to vote. And one person, one
- 40:05Speaker 12: of his supporters, got on Fox News saying Black's loving
- 40:09Speaker 12: because of the sneakers.
- 40:11Speaker 4: So let me get this right.
- 40:12Speaker 3: He didn't support George Ford, Justine and Policing Act.
- 40:14Speaker 1: Biden did and sign.
- 40:16Speaker 12: An executive He didn't support the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.
- 40:20Speaker 12: But we're supposed to go for sneakers and a mugshot,
- 40:24Speaker 12: and those blacks that are standing there with him, have
- 40:27Speaker 12: you no shame?
- 40:33Speaker 1: You know?
- 40:33Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 40:34Speaker 2: Black people that support Trump? No, man, you're a whole
- 40:38Speaker 2: other kind of hateful because you hate yourself. You're going
- 40:41Speaker 2: along with everything they say about us and everything he
- 40:45Speaker 2: talks about. Is so you cool with mugshots and tennis shoes.
- 40:48Speaker 1: With the stereotype. Yes, it's terrible.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Yes, and you but you're okay with that. But you're
- 40:55Speaker 2: saying you saying yourself up there, and you stand behind
- 40:58Speaker 2: me and support him. Why why what has Trump done
- 41:03Speaker 2: for Black America? What y'all want to sit up and
- 41:07Speaker 2: slam the Biden administration? But we had that man on
- 41:10Speaker 2: the show and what Biden has actually done, and the
- 41:13Speaker 2: Democrats are doing a more than he poor job of
- 41:17Speaker 2: pointing out what the Biden administration has done when they've
- 41:20Speaker 2: done some great things for black people who turn health
- 41:23Speaker 2: care in terms of debt relief, where colleges, all this
- 41:26Speaker 2: stuff really helps us and affects us housing, things like that,
- 41:31Speaker 2: bank loans. But Trump did none of what he said
- 41:34Speaker 2: he gonna do. He didn't be on no wall, he
- 41:36Speaker 2: didn't pass one infrastructure bill. Everything Trump did was for
- 41:41Speaker 2: him and his croonies. And now y'all sitting up here
- 41:44Speaker 2: acting like you one of them because you're not man,
- 41:47Speaker 2: You're not. They don't even like you, but even like you.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Because of a mugshot and his many indictments.
- 41:56Speaker 4: And then some ugly ass sneakers. Let me just go
- 41:59Speaker 4: ahead and say that, put that on the record.
- 42:02Speaker 1: You don't like to go to goals, not working for you.
- 42:05Speaker 9: No, but we did, like you said, Steve, last week,
- 42:08Speaker 9: we did have the head of the Democratic Nationals mentioned
- 42:13Speaker 9: the chair, Jamie Harrison, and he broke down a lot
- 42:18Speaker 9: of points and a lot of things that the Biden
- 42:20Speaker 9: administration has been doing and informing voters to get ready
- 42:25Speaker 9: to vote.
- 42:26Speaker 3: This right here with.
- 42:27Speaker 9: Reverend oud Sharpton and saying have you no shame? I
- 42:30Speaker 9: agree one hundred percent with what he's saying. That that
- 42:34Speaker 9: is the most Trump is saying the most racist things
- 42:37Speaker 9: you can say.
- 42:40Speaker 2: And you know what, here's the bottom line. Just give
- 42:42Speaker 2: me the list of stuff Trump has done for black people.
- 42:46Speaker 2: Quite at list that because they not doing anything well, you.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Know his attitude, they don't feel like they have to do.
- 42:54Speaker 1: All they have to do to relate to us is
- 42:57Speaker 1: do illegal stuff like what he's charged with.
- 43:00Speaker 2: But listen to me, there are black people who are
- 43:04Speaker 2: so wanting to be accepted into that mainstream culture that
- 43:09Speaker 2: they will do anything to say, hey, I'm like y'all too,
- 43:13Speaker 2: including vote for Trump. And what our Sharpton is saying
- 43:17Speaker 2: is have you no shame? And the answer to that
- 43:20Speaker 2: is no, no, use me, do me, abuse me, mess
- 43:26Speaker 2: over me. And but please just say I'm one of y'all.
- 43:30Speaker 2: If I stand next to y'all and vote please, and
- 43:33Speaker 2: you're not, you never will be. When your black ass
- 43:36Speaker 2: get pulled over by the police, you gonna find out
- 43:37Speaker 2: how much they care about you being a Trump supporter.
- 43:40Speaker 1: He said this in their faces too at the Black
- 43:42Speaker 1: Conservative Foundation.
- 43:43Speaker 2: Yes, he said he ain't trying to hide it.
- 43:47Speaker 10: Uh uh.
- 43:48Speaker 1: Coming up next, coming up next, it is a nephew
- 43:51Speaker 1: and today's frank phone call. Right after this you're listening
- 43:56Speaker 1: morning show coming up at the top of the our
- 44:00Speaker 1: write about four minutes after. It's my strawberry letter for
- 44:03Speaker 1: today and the subject is he caught me in his backyard.
- 44:07Speaker 1: But right now the nephew is here with today's frank
- 44:10Speaker 1: phone call.
- 44:11Speaker 5: Were going to the graveyard, all right, get ready to
- 44:14Speaker 5: get ready, to get ready to get ready. You gave
- 44:16Speaker 5: wrong directions to my sister's grave. You gave wrong directions
- 44:23Speaker 5: to my sister's grave.

- 45:08Speaker 11: out there and prayed over my sister friends and this
- 45:11Speaker 11: barrel and find out that we was in the wrong space.
- 45:15Speaker 4: And they say, you was the one that told it
- 45:17Speaker 4: to us.
- 45:18Speaker 10: So I don't even know what you're talking about. You
- 45:20Speaker 10: was the one that told us that my sister I
- 45:22Speaker 10: don't give out spaces. I'm in the administrative office.
- 45:25Speaker 4: I don't know why you worked out. I don't know
- 45:27Speaker 4: as you was the one that told us this. No
- 45:30Speaker 4: I did, Yes, you did.
- 45:32Speaker 11: You are the one that my grandbaby said that she
- 45:35Speaker 11: talked to the woman named Tampa and you had us
- 45:37Speaker 11: out there stand it over some white man's boy that
- 45:40Speaker 11: it was.
- 45:40Speaker 10: So I'm not a counselor, so I can't tell you
- 45:42Speaker 10: where space is. So your granddor to lie to you.
- 45:46Speaker 4: Ain't nobody knowed?
- 45:47Speaker 1: Men?
- 45:47Speaker 4: Now you had us out there in the wrong space.
- 45:49Speaker 10: I couldn't have had you in the wrong space because
- 45:51Speaker 10: I don't even know the Simes here.
- 45:53Speaker 4: You know what, I'm gonna send my grand baby up
- 45:55Speaker 4: there to talk to you.
- 45:57Speaker 10: Okay, I'll be here to find You're very mischick.
- 46:00Speaker 1: You know that.

- 46:11Speaker 4: That was the wrong What and we're sitting there praying
- 46:15Speaker 4: over this white man's body? What? Right?
- 46:20Speaker 10: Hello, I'm listening to you.
- 46:22Speaker 4: You don't have an apology or nothing.
- 46:24Speaker 10: Because I know I didn't tell your granddaughter where a
- 46:27Speaker 10: faith was.
- 46:28Speaker 4: Then what did you tell him?
- 46:29Speaker 10: I don't even know who your granddaughter is.
- 46:31Speaker 4: What you mean the Stamens family, we were not that.
- 46:34Speaker 11: I don't know who the Sinon family is now Simon,
- 46:37Speaker 11: that's demens demons.

- 47:05Speaker 4: Wasn't that?
- 47:06Speaker 10: That wasn't my sus Okay. I don't even know who
- 47:10Speaker 10: your sister Francis is. I do not even know where
- 47:14Speaker 10: section two is. Whoever came into the cemetery and said
- 47:18Speaker 10: that they spoke to me. They probably did speak to me,
- 47:21Speaker 10: and I probably got the information from a counselor, but
- 47:24Speaker 10: I never told them exactly where the spot was. So
- 47:27Speaker 10: if they were out there praying over your sister and
- 47:29Speaker 10: they were in the wrong spot, that's not my problem.
- 47:32Speaker 10: That praying over some white man, that's not my problem, sir,
- 47:37Speaker 10: the wrong spot.
- 47:38Speaker 4: If you gave the wrong information, that is, I don't.
- 47:42Speaker 10: Give the wrong information. I told them, yes, she's in
- 47:45Speaker 10: section two. I did not physically go out there and
- 47:48Speaker 10: point to the spot to tell them to pray over
- 47:50Speaker 10: that spot.
- 47:50Speaker 4: Let me explain what I'm trying to stop from happening.
- 47:54Speaker 11: If my people come out there, there's gonna be some
- 47:56Speaker 11: mobody getting married, and I don't want nobody to get hurt.
- 48:00Speaker 10: Your family can come up here. It's not gonna be
- 48:02Speaker 10: no more bodies being buried that. What they can do
- 48:04Speaker 10: is come up here, write and we can conversate about this.
- 48:07Speaker 10: But it's not going to be an ug world here.
- 48:09Speaker 4: I want you to go out there and you pray
- 48:11Speaker 4: over friends in the body.
- 48:13Speaker 10: I'm not going on to pray over nobody's body. It's
- 48:16Speaker 10: not Remember I didn't tell them the wrong information and
- 48:23Speaker 10: the law I dearly do.
- 48:25Speaker 4: Then you ought to have some sympathy. I want you
- 48:28Speaker 4: to bow your head right now.
- 48:30Speaker 10: No, I'm going to end this conversation because all the
- 48:34Speaker 10: work to do. Now they come in and talk to me.
- 48:37Speaker 10: I will be here until five o'clock.
- 48:38Speaker 4: Can I say one more thingful?
- 48:40Speaker 10: You go say one more Thingking, I'm in the car.

- 52:31Speaker 4: We guide it for you. Here. It is Strawberry Letter,
- 52:34Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 52:34Speaker 1: Nephew's subject he caught me in his backyard. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 52:40Speaker 1: I got busted and I don't know what to do
- 52:42Speaker 1: to get my man back. I will admit that I
- 52:45Speaker 1: search his phone and I look for makeup on his clothes,
- 52:48Speaker 1: but other than that, I trust him. He has had
- 52:52Speaker 1: a few slipups makeup on his shoulder of a shirt,
- 52:56Speaker 1: but he said he likes to hug people instead of
- 52:58Speaker 1: shaking hands. Right before his birthday, he planned a party
- 53:02Speaker 1: for his boys at his house. He just rented a
- 53:04Speaker 1: nice house and it has a huge deck with a
- 53:07Speaker 1: built in bench and rope lights. I asked if I
- 53:10Speaker 1: could come over and host the party for him and
- 53:12Speaker 1: his friends, and he said that it wasn't that kind
- 53:15Speaker 1: of party. He said it was going to be strippers
- 53:17Speaker 1: and everything, and I didn't need to be around all
- 53:20Speaker 1: of that. He plays a lot, so I didn't take
- 53:22Speaker 1: him seriously. My co worker's boyfriend and my boyfriend are
- 53:26Speaker 1: good friends, and that's how we met. So my coworkers
- 53:30Speaker 1: started talking about how my man is happy to have
- 53:32Speaker 1: his house and I'm going to have to keep my
- 53:34Speaker 1: eyes on him because he's a cutie. That didn't help
- 53:38Speaker 1: my crazy brain at all, and I made plans to
- 53:40Speaker 1: go to the party secretly. It was cold that evening,
- 53:45Speaker 1: so I got a blanket, some hot tea, and a
- 53:48Speaker 1: skull cap to brace against the cold. I posted up
- 53:52Speaker 1: on the bench on his deck and I had a
- 53:54Speaker 1: good view of the kitchen because he didn't have any
- 53:56Speaker 1: blinds yet. I saw a few girls come in, but
- 54:00Speaker 1: they were not cute. Then someone turned on the patio
- 54:03Speaker 1: light and yelled. I was busted. My boyfriend came out
- 54:08Speaker 1: and I told him I was back there measuring his
- 54:10Speaker 1: patio because I was buying him a gas grill for
- 54:13Speaker 1: his birthday. He said, I'm crazy and he is done
- 54:17Speaker 1: with me. I feel terrible. What can I do to
- 54:20Speaker 1: get my man back? Well, you should feel terrible, and
- 54:23Speaker 1: I don't know what you could do to get your
- 54:25Speaker 1: man back, because that was crazy what you did. And
- 54:28Speaker 1: if he ever needed an excuse to leave you, you
- 54:31Speaker 1: just gave it to him. I can't believe that after
- 54:33Speaker 1: all that planning, you know, you had the skull cap,
- 54:36Speaker 1: you had the hot tea, the blanket, all that planning,
- 54:38Speaker 1: you still got caught sitting on the deck.
- 54:41Speaker 4: Clearly, this is not what you do.
- 54:44Speaker 1: Plus, even though you said you do, you don't trust him.
- 54:48Speaker 1: You do not trust him period. You've been going through
- 54:50Speaker 1: his phone, You've been checking for makeup on his clothes
- 54:53Speaker 1: for a while why date someone if you have to
- 54:56Speaker 1: do all of this? You never once said you caught
- 54:59Speaker 1: him cheating or even suspected him of being with other women.
- 55:02Speaker 1: Nothing like that is in this letter. He was honest
- 55:05Speaker 1: with you about you not coming because there were going
- 55:08Speaker 1: to be strippers there at his birthday party.
- 55:10Speaker 4: He told you that.
- 55:12Speaker 1: How many men would even tell you that? So my
- 55:14Speaker 1: question is, when do you ever just relax and enjoy
- 55:18Speaker 1: this relationship. I don't think you do because you're too
- 55:20Speaker 1: worried about what's going on. You're not good. You're gonna
- 55:24Speaker 1: really have to work on your trust issues and your
- 55:26Speaker 1: insecurity issues.
- 55:28Speaker 2: Steve, you thought you was gonna be able to hide
- 55:32Speaker 2: out in his back yard. He didn't catch you across
- 55:37Speaker 2: the parkt lot looking, He didn't catch you at work
- 55:43Speaker 2: looking through the window. He didn't catch you.
- 55:46Speaker 4: At the drive through. Nope, your dumb ass was.
- 55:50Speaker 2: Sitting on his back deck with a scug cap on.
- 55:55Speaker 4: Girl. That's a good one.
- 55:57Speaker 2: You get that blanket in that scug cap. He'll never
- 56:00Speaker 2: know isu this woman right here, man, y'all, y'all, is
- 56:07Speaker 2: something wrong with her?
- 56:08Speaker 5: Man?
- 56:10Speaker 4: I got busted.
- 56:11Speaker 2: I don't know what to do to get my man
- 56:13Speaker 2: back now, I will admit that I search his phone
- 56:16Speaker 2: and I look for makeup on his clothes. But other
- 56:19Speaker 2: than that, I trust him. You check his clothes and
- 56:29Speaker 2: his phone. It's pretty much that's half what the own.
- 56:32Speaker 2: He just rented the house.
- 56:33Speaker 4: He just got that.
- 56:35Speaker 2: You ain't been over there opening drawers or nothing yet,
- 56:37Speaker 2: but that phone in them clothes, you check it now.
- 56:40Speaker 2: He'dne had a few slip ups makeup on his shoulder,
- 56:43Speaker 2: on his shirt, but he said he likes to hug
- 56:45Speaker 2: people instead of shaking hand. That's a good one, dog,
- 56:48Speaker 2: that's a good one. That always worked. That hug right there.
- 56:52Speaker 2: You know. It's what you cannot is lipstick on that collar.
- 56:56Speaker 2: That'sh the one that's gonna get you jammed up, but
- 56:59Speaker 2: on shit. Old to make up all the time.
- 57:03Speaker 4: Good one.
- 57:05Speaker 2: Right before his birthday, he planned a party for his
- 57:07Speaker 2: boys at his house. This is like a pre birthday.
- 57:11Speaker 2: He rid of a nice house that that got a
- 57:13Speaker 2: huge deck with a building in benching rope lights.
- 57:16Speaker 4: I asked if I.
- 57:17Speaker 2: Could come over and host a party for him and
- 57:18Speaker 2: his friends, and he said it wasn't that kind of party.
- 57:21Speaker 2: He said, it's gonna be strippers and everything. And I
- 57:23Speaker 2: ain't need to be around all that. You ain't here,
- 57:26Speaker 2: he told you, don't come over here. Don't need you
- 57:30Speaker 2: hosting no party. It ain't that kind of party. We
- 57:32Speaker 2: know where to be at. Subway is hosting it. All
- 57:37Speaker 2: the subways has already cut. All this subway is in
- 57:45Speaker 2: here for is to absorb some of this alcohol. We
- 57:48Speaker 2: know where all the drinks is at. Everybody make their
- 57:52Speaker 2: own drink, and we're gonna have strippers. This is not
- 57:55Speaker 2: a sit down, This is not a tasting. This ain't
- 57:58Speaker 2: what y'all do. This ain't trumpets and tea were in
- 58:01Speaker 2: here drinking, and the subway sandwich is gonna try to
- 58:04Speaker 2: absorb some of this alcohol so we can get back
- 58:06Speaker 2: to the house without tear up the car. But we
- 58:10Speaker 2: need these trippers at the house. He plays a lot,
- 58:14Speaker 2: so I ain't take him seriously. That sounds like playing
- 58:17Speaker 2: to you? How hell that sound like playing to you?
- 58:22Speaker 2: What's wrong with this woman right here? But notice though,
- 58:26Speaker 2: just the same woman gonna be on that back deck
- 58:28Speaker 2: with that scull cap on in that blanket, And I
- 58:31Speaker 2: don't know how she figured she gonna sit there the
- 58:32Speaker 2: whole night looking through that damn window And ain't nobody
- 58:34Speaker 2: gonna see her, dumb an. We'll find out mode he
- 58:37Speaker 2: come back.
- 58:39Speaker 1: This window. Oh no girl, All right, Steve, hang on.
- 58:47Speaker 1: We'll have part two of your response coming up at
- 58:49Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour. Subject is of today's
- 58:53Speaker 1: strawberry letter, he caught me in his backyard. We'll get
- 58:57Speaker 1: back into it right after this listening.
- 59:01Speaker 7: Morning show.
- 59:02Speaker 1: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 59:06Speaker 1: The subject he caught me in his backyard.
- 59:10Speaker 2: This woman right here has a problem. She got a
- 59:13Speaker 2: man that she's dating, and she go through his phone.
- 59:15Speaker 2: She searched his phone, and she uh uh looks for
- 59:20Speaker 2: makeup on his clothes. But other than that, she trusted
- 59:26Speaker 2: because he had a few slip level with makeup on
- 59:28Speaker 2: his shoulder and he said he's a hug instead of
- 59:31Speaker 2: shaking hands. All right, pimped like that one that can
- 59:34Speaker 2: happen you clean. Right before his birthday, planning a party
- 59:37Speaker 2: for his boys at his house, rented a nice house
- 59:40Speaker 2: with a back deck with rope lights on it. This
- 59:42Speaker 2: is key information for later. On a back deck with
- 59:45Speaker 2: rope lights on it, I asked vo could come over
- 59:49Speaker 2: and hold it, and had a built in bitch, and
- 59:51Speaker 2: I asked V I could come over and host a
- 59:53Speaker 2: party for him and his friend. He said it wasn't
- 59:55Speaker 2: that kind of party. He said, it gonna be strippers
- 59:57Speaker 2: and everything. And you ain't need to be around all that.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: He told you, you ain't this type of woman. You
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: don't need to be here. He play a lot, so
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: I ain't take him sinous, How that.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: Calm down?
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: Can I come over and hold your party? You don't
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: need to be over here. We're gonna have strippers over here.
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: I'm telling you, all right, you play too much.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: You play a lot. Anybody gonna have no strippers. Okay.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: My coworker's boyfriend, uh my, my coworker's boyfriend and my
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: boyfriend are good friends, and that's how we met. So
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: the coworkers started talking about how my man is happy
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: to have his house and I'm gonna have to keep
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: my eye on him because he's a cutie.
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Right after that, she said, that didn't help my crazy
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: brain at all, and I made plans to go to
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: the party secretly. Crazy see crazy brain gonna come back again.
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: That didn't help my crazy brain. I made a plan
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: to go to the party secretly. Okay, well, let's see
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: how what you're planning on doing. It was cold that evening.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: Oh so I got a blanket, some hot tea, and
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: a scug cap to brace against the cold. This sounded
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: like a novel. Yeah, this is somebody you know about
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: to climb out everyth or soth. I posted up on
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: the bench on his back deck and had a good
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: view of the kitchen because he don't have blinds yet.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: What you went outside in the cold with this hot tea,
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: this blanket, to scug cap and posted up on the
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: bench so I could get a view of the kitchen
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: because he don't have blinds yet. I saw a few
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: girls come in, but they were not cute. They strippers.
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: These is howse strippers. House strippers is different from club strippers.
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: Oh they are.
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: Club strippers is in a control environment. They're gonna be
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: a little bit fine because they got to get interviewed
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: to get the job, and it's a selection process. How
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: strippers just show up This is what I'm doing tonight.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: I didn't know that.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: Yeah they don't. They don't normally come from the club.
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: That's a whole nother price.
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: Jesus.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: House strippers they ain't coming from the Purple Onion and
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: Pink Pony and Magic City. There's too much money down there.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: See they throwing thousands of dollars, tens of thousands on
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: that stage, hundred at night. That ain't finna happen at
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: the house. How strippers is different.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: How strippers versus club strippers.
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: They don't even have names. They use their real name.
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: This Diane, this kid.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Glitter didn't come.
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: They don't even have stripper name because they house stripped.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: They use their real name. They name is on their
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: driver's license. I saw a few girls come here, but
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: they not. Then somebody turned on the patio light and yelled,
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: I was busted.
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: What do you mean? You were busted?
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: You didn't get caught. They saw you. You the only
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: person asked out there on the bench with the rope
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: lights in the cold, with a brinklet, with some hot
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: teeth and a scug cap, and somebody cut the light on.
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: I was busted. No, they saw you. You didn't secretly
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: at tea in the party.
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: You weren't even in the damn party. And then my
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: boyfriend came out and told me, and he busted you.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: My boyfriend came out. I told him I was back
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: at measuring his patio because I was buying him a
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: gas grill for his birthday. Why are you a measuring
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: the tape while you out here at night? What's the
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: scug cap and the blanket folk? While you out here?
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: And why you look nervous? He said I'm crazy? He
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: said you're crazy. You said early in the letter that
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: didn't help my crazy brain at all. Now everybody know
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: you crazy. He is done with me. You just set
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: your dumb ass on the deck thinking it was his secret.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: Now you come talking about he caught me in his backyard.
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: He didn't catch you. They saw you.
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: Catch you were sitting on the bench looking in that
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: kitchen wonder like you were watching Netflix. They didn't catch you.
- 1:04:26Speaker 4: They saw you. This is real simple. You ain't busted.
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: They saw you.
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: And then you said you was back there measuring his
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: deck for a gas grill.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: That was a bad line.
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: You got the worst line skill. What is his skull
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: care for in this big ass blanket? Why are you shaking?
- 1:04:49Speaker 4: How long you been out?
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: Here's what can I do to get my man back?
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: First of all, listen to me. That's not your man.

- 1:08:49Speaker 1: and all my homies say she is out of my
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: league so much so that I can't help but think,
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: why is this fine woman with me? Is this all
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: some sort of big joke to her? I mean, she
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: comes from a wealthy family and it's gorgeous and intelligent,
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: and I'm an average looking guy from a middle class
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: family who's never done that well in school. Should I
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: just be grateful? Or is something wrong here?
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: Well?
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: Bro, you're looking at three men on this show that
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: couldn't wrote that letter, So you know, I know one

- 1:09:36Speaker 2: Aaron, It's a good for you because it's a good
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: start you admitting that you're not attracted. It's so hard
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: to watch people go through life and not know that
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: they ain't attractive. We have that on this show. Yeah, boy,
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: troubles us, you know, it just troubles us that we
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: have to deal with this right here. But you know, man,
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: look just enjoy it. You know it ain't gonna last
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: because last No, it's not gonna last because he gonna
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: destroy it. Because at one point in time, you're gonna
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: have to think you worthy of it. Yeah, you know
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: you're gonna You're gonna do it what you got. You're
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: gonna look look at this, man, Could it be though, dog?
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: You looking at how how how you look? Could it
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: be though? The way you talk to her, the way
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: you treat her, the way you listen to her, the
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: way you handle her, the way you support her. Could
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: it be that? And that's what you want to do.
- 1:10:41Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: You want to outpunch your coverage. And that's what you did.
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: You in the big leagues, and you your girls should
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: be finding in you. If she's not this whole nother letter. Yeah,
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: he ugly, she's.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: An average looking guy.
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: Now, see when you say you average, can you pretty much?
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: You closed it looking like you've been injured and you
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: have facial injury. Yeah, they had some type of facial trauma.
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: A bat something something got you, Yeah, you know, a
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: bag of quarters, something, something got your ass.
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: And.
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: You know, and you just gotta admit it. And then
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: I dealt with that for a long time in my life. Man,
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: I've always had to deal with that. Now and you
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: just got to come to terms with it. It's okay, man,
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: it's really okay. My strong suggestion for you don't get
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: your hustle game on and up, get out there and
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: make as much money as you can. And that way, man,
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: you being to hold on.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, okay, that was yeah, okay, that's the best
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: piece of all right.
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: I mean just look at this.
- 1:11:57Speaker 3: Sure, look at.
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: Us Tommy doing. He had to me.
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: Tommy had here get radio shows, stand up TV, had
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: hare and he did it.
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: All right, we have another one. This one's from Tommy.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: This one's for Tommy. This question, uh, this is from
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: BJ and Steve Harvey FM. BJ says, over the weekend,
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: my homeboy thought it would be funny to play a
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: prank on me by putting a piece of grocery store
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: of fish underneath the seat of my car. I didn't
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: drive anywhere yesterday, so my car has been stinking for
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: two days. I can't take it. The smell is truly
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: off the chain and unbearable. So Tommy, how do you
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: unstink a car? I need to do that first, and
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: then what kind of prank can I do to pay
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: him back? He wants to know all that.
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: We gotta get this clothox in his cart if we
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: want to get that fish smail out of there.
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: We got fabulosa and clox. Let that see it.
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: That's strong, that's wrong.
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: And then he let me let me think about the
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: prank though, let me that's gonna take me a minute.
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: Oh okay, all right, all right, by gonna.
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: Come back hard.
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: They put this fish in his Damn, we don't come
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: it hard.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: All right. We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: Show coming up at about twenty minutes after the hour.
- 1:13:21Speaker 4: Right after this.
- 1:13:23Speaker 7: You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: Before we went to break you guys, we talked about
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: bj who wrote to Tommy over the weekend how he
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: was pranked by his boys who put a piece of
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: grocery store fish underneath the seat of his car. He
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: didn't drive anywhere, so his car had been stinking for
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: like two days, and he said he can't take it.
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: The smell is truly off the chain and unbearable. So
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: he wants to know from you, Tommy, how do you
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: unstink a car? You told him we get some bleach
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: in five ulos.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: So almost step in here. Because Tommy is Tommy's a
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: prank master. So Tommy got to think of how to
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: prank you were talking about, just vintage.
- 1:14:07Speaker 4: Just here.
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: What you got under each one of his head rests
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: in his car? Put a nice little, nice little cap
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: of fresh dog doodo. Put it under each head rest
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: and push them head rest back down.
- 1:14:29Speaker 4: Put that in his car.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: You ain't even got to worry about it. And put
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: it under the head rest. He'll never look under there.
- 1:14:40Speaker 4: The can't get that out of there either, that's not
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: you're gonna be get that out of there. You have
- 1:14:44Speaker 4: his permanent If you can't hang that.
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: Little Christmas tree on the rear view mirror, you can stop.
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: You get all them cotton swabs out the air fresh.
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: You're quite the pranks to yourself, mister Harvey.
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: That ain't age.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: Coming up next? Uh at thirty three minutes after the hour,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: we'll play around it. Would you rather? Right after this
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: you're listening.
- 1:15:13Speaker 7: Morning show?
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: It is time now, fellas for a round of would
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: you rather? Here's the first one? Would you rather give
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: up sex? Or give up watching sports? Forever?
- 1:15:25Speaker 4: Be the sports? The football and basketball at baseball? Really
- 1:15:35Speaker 4: all that good golf? Man?
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: The hell with all that basketball?
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: Junior basketball? B he's got it.
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: I wouldn't even know who playing who there? I wouldn't
- 1:15:46Speaker 3: the whole the team.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: I don't care no sex, all right, Steve, what you
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: got ill?
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: I'd be so unconcerned with sports, okay, to be watching stuff,
- 1:16:01Speaker 2: I don't even be watching all the half wife shows.
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: I do stuff I would never do. I'd be sitting
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: watching cooking shows. That's competition, I'll be. I'll be all
- 1:16:11Speaker 2: down there in it and all the pit master competition.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: Barbecue, all right? Would you rather hit your baby toe
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: every time you walk through the door or always get
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: something in your eye every time you go outside?
- 1:16:28Speaker 5: A ready, get some of my We're gonna we're gonna
- 1:16:30Speaker 5: break that toe off we keep hitting it. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:16:34Speaker 5: we're gonna be black. It ain't gonna look good.
- 1:16:39Speaker 6: Nottain wear sandals, no more, no flops.
- 1:16:44Speaker 4: Nothing wrong with his toe? All right?
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: Would you rather sweat all the time or smell bad
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: every day? Would you rather sweat all the time or
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: smell bad every day?
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: I don't want to smell bad.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: Don't be fun though, I guess that depends.
- 1:17:04Speaker 4: Buy me a whole bunch of black clothes going out there,
- 1:17:11Speaker 4: all right?
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: Would you rather be reincarnated as a rat or a skunk?
- 1:17:19Speaker 9: Uh?
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: I'm coming on him.
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: It's good to load.
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: Yeah what Oh no, skunk, skunk a bad you? You
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: you can get them off you? Yeah?
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: All right, all right.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: Guys, yeah, okay, dog.
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: Turned around and range what this whole?
- 1:17:46Speaker 11: What?
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: I shut the park down today, y'all. I'll kill all
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: this picnicking.
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: Okay, So skunk, it is.
- 1:18:00Speaker 4: All right?
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: Would you rather have casual sex every day or only
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: have sex with someone you love once a year?
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: Casua to you, nothing happened on my bird.
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: That's today's round. Would you rather coming up? At forty
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: nine minutes after the hour, it's our last break of
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: the day, and we'll close out the show with one
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:18:26Speaker 7: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: day on this Tuesday.
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: Hey, you know something I want to say something? What
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: about black Trump supporters? Uh? This is very simple for me.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: I'm okay with blacks being Republicans. You know, when I
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: actually look at my life in this totality, I have
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: some conservative views on certain things. I guess I would
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: because consider to think conservatively, you know, you know, I
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: guess I am.
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: I don't share all their views.
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: I don't share all liberal views.
- 1:19:18Speaker 4: I just don't.
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: Some of the liberal views I happen to think are
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: a little bit too liberal. And there are some conservative
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: views that I think is entirely too conservative. So I
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: guess I'm somewhere in the middle. I don't really have
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: a problem with black people being Republicans. That's your right
- 1:19:38Speaker 2: to have conservative views. That's your right, and I'm okay
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: with that. The problem I have with you is not
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: your views. It's your choice of candidate to carry your
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: views as the torch bearer. That's the problem I have. See,
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: I have a problem with some Democrats. Just because you're
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: a Democrat. Don't make you my guy. You know if
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: you do some things that's not right as a Democrat. Now,
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: I'm not really gonna vote for you. I don't understand
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: how you all have collectively come to the point of
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: deciding as a Republican party that this is the candidate
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: unless unless, and this is where I think the problem
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: really lies. You like people, and you choose to vote
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: for people who are like you. Now that's the scary part.
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: That you as a black person, you as an African American,
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: can have the same views as Donald Trump, do you
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: even understand who this man really is? Do you understand
- 1:20:55Speaker 2: his background? Do you understand the reason he doesn't make
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: a great leaders because he's never been a great servant.
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: What made Barack Obama so great was he was a
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: servant first. What makes a lot of people great is
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: there are certain most great leaders have been great servants before,
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: because you understand the needs of the people. Donald Trump
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: has never had a poor day in his life. He's
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: never had a day where he's ever had to understand
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: the down trodden. He's never had to understand a day
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: of what it's like not to have equal rights. He
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: has never spent a day being oppressed. We as black
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: people live that existence every single day, and then you
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: turn around and will cast your vote for a person
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: who knows nothing of that and is not even sensitive
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: to your issues. Listen to me, there are a lot
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: of people who don't know who don't have the life
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: I just described, but you're not sensitive to it. You
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: don't have a policy that understands that. You don't understand. Okay, look, okay,
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: listen to me. I got you on some border control.
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: I got what you're saying. But then you know what
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: The truth of the matter is you really don't, because
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: let me explain something to you. You know good and well,
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: as a Republican who owns restaurants, as a Republican who's
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: in the construction and building business, as a Republican who
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: is in the food industry, you know who works those fields,
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: you know who builds those buildings. You know who the
- 1:22:31Speaker 2: general laborers are, and you know who works in these restaurants.
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: You know exactly who that is. And you have to
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: have them to make it work for you.
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: But you know what you do.
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: You underpay them all. You fight minimum wage. A farm
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: worker don't make minimum wage? You think does a farm
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: work out there making how many dollars an hour? Are
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: you serious? No, all these lands keepers crews that you
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: see on golf courses, Trump's golf courses. I've been on
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: the cup level. I'm talking about man looking. There's nothing
- 1:23:07Speaker 2: wrong with that. But don't speak a word of English.
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: I know, goodwill. Everybody over there ain't legal, but see
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: you use the ones you won't over here. But then
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: you try to act like and then he said he's
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: gonna build a wall, He's gonna Mexic Mexico pay for it.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: He ain't do none of that. He said it was
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: gonna come up with the largest infrastructure build that this
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: nation has ever known. He ain't build a road, a highway,
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: or airport, a terminal, nothing, nothing. He don't care nothing
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: about your life, your causes. He tells it to you.
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: He got black jokes for you, and these are the
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: one he's saying out loud. You don't hear the ones
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: at his country club. You don't hit the one in
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: that office in the back room. You don't hear the
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: one at the boardroom. You don't hear the jokes on
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: the nights out with the boys. I'm privy to a
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: lot of that because I sit in them country clubs
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: with them. I know who they are. I know exactly
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: who they are. But you're sitting up here thinking like
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: if you act like one of them, that you will
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: be one of them. You will never be one of them. Ever,
- 1:24:09Speaker 2: I don't care what you do, because your skin walks
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: in the room long before you open your mouth, long
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: before you get to exude your conservative views. Your skin
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: speaks volumes. I was watching a podcast the other day
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: of Trump podcast, and two black girls got on there
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: because they wanted to join in, they ask them to
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: leave the podcast because we don't want y'all. That's who
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: Trump really is, and how you don't see that.
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: Is beyond me.
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: But like Revendule Sharpton said, of all the black people
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: that lost their lives for us to vote, who were
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: killed and denied the process, now you turn around to
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: take your vote and give it to the one man
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: who tried to destroy the election. Who's behind the January
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: sixth uprising?
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: Are you kidding me? Yeah?
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: Okay, that's my message to y'all. But if he get in,
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: you're gonna pay for it because you're gonna find out
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: you ain't wanted them at all. Y'all, have a nice
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: day today, vote like you're supposed to you, hear me?
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: All right, that's it, see y'all among half y'all ain't
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: coming back with his coach book.
