Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / MAGA Targeted Though Financial Institutions, Sen Ted Cruz Weighs In
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: We now know the federal government flagged terms. Okay, the
- 0:05Speaker 1: federal government flagged terms like MAGA and trump. Who do
- 0:09Speaker 1: they flagged them for? To financial institutions? If Americans completed
- 0:16Speaker 1: transactions using those terms, that's not all that was flagged.
- 0:22Speaker 2: You want to know what else they flagged?
- 0:24Speaker 1: If you bought a religious text like a Bible, or
- 0:30Speaker 1: even shopped at bass pro shops. The Committee on the
- 0:35Speaker 1: Judiciary and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the
- 0:38Speaker 1: Federal Government are conducting oversight a federal law enforcement receipt
- 0:43Speaker 1: of information about American citizens without legal process and its
- 0:50Speaker 1: engagement with the private sector. Based upon documents obtained by
- 0:56Speaker 1: the Committee and the Select Committee, we believe that you,
- 1:00Speaker 1: as the former director of the Office of Stakeholder Integration
- 1:05Speaker 1: and Engagement in the Strategic Operations Division of the Financial
- 1:11Speaker 1: Crimes Enforcement Network also known as fin ce IN, possesses
- 1:18Speaker 1: information necessary for our oversight. We asked that you appear
- 1:22Speaker 1: for a transcribed interview. The Committee and the Select Committee
- 1:26Speaker 1: have obtained documents, and this is what you need to share, folks,
- 1:30Speaker 1: because if you don't do it, no one will know
- 1:31Speaker 1: this happened. The Committee and Select Committee have obtained documents
- 1:35Speaker 1: indicating that following January sixth, twenty twenty one, FENCEND distributed
- 1:41Speaker 1: materials to financial institutions that, among other things, outlined the
- 1:48Speaker 1: typologies of various persons of interest and provided financial institutions
- 1:55Speaker 1: with suggested search terms and merchant category codes own as
- 2:00Speaker 1: MCCs for identifying transactions on behalf of federal law enforcement.
- 2:06Speaker 1: These materials included a document recommending the use of generic
- 2:10Speaker 1: terms like trump and MAGA to search Zell payment messages,
- 2:17Speaker 1: as well as prior fence and analysis of loan actors
- 2:21Speaker 1: SLASH homegrown violent extremism indicators. According to this analysis, Fence
- 2:27Speaker 1: and Warren financial institutions of extremism indicators that included transportation
- 2:32Speaker 1: charges such as a bus ticket, then you're treated like
- 2:35Speaker 1: a terrorist rental cars around DC during that time that
- 2:39Speaker 1: would now you're like a terrorist. Or a plane ticket
- 2:42Speaker 1: to go anywhere around Washington, d C. You would be
- 2:44Speaker 1: treated like a you guessed it terrorist for travel to
- 2:48Speaker 1: areas with no apparent purpose or the document says, the
- 2:52Speaker 1: purchase of books, including religious texts that would be the Bible,
- 2:57Speaker 1: and subscriptions to other media containers extremist views. In other words,
- 3:02Speaker 1: FENCEN urged large financial institutions to comb through the private
- 3:06Speaker 1: transactions of their customers for suspicious charges on the basis
- 3:12Speaker 1: of protected political and religious expression. We then found out
- 3:16Speaker 1: this as Jim Jordan put it out there. In addition,
- 3:20Speaker 1: the Committee and Select Subcommittee have obtained documents showing that
- 3:25Speaker 1: Fence and distributed slides prepared by a financial institution explaining
- 3:29Speaker 1: how other financial institutions can use MCC codes to detect
- 3:33Speaker 1: customers whose transactions may reflect potential active shooters and who
- 3:38Speaker 1: may include dangerous international terrorists, domestic terrorists, homegrown violent extremists,
- 3:42Speaker 1: lone wolves. For example, the slides instruct financial institutions to
- 3:46Speaker 1: query for transactions using certain MCC codes such as thirty
- 3:50Speaker 1: four eighty four that would be small arms, fifty ninety one,
- 3:54Speaker 1: sporting and recreational goods and supplies, and keywords listen carefully, Cabe,
- 4:01Speaker 1: Dick Sporting Goods, among several others. You go out and
- 4:05Speaker 1: buy a Bible or go to Dick Sporting Goods or
- 4:07Speaker 1: Cabela's or Bass Pro, and they were saying, treat them
- 4:11Speaker 1: like they are a possible domestic terrorist. Earlier today, I
- 4:15Speaker 1: sat down with sender Ted Cruz to talk about this
- 4:18Speaker 1: exact issue of what Congress can do with real oversight
- 4:24Speaker 1: of how this abuse of power took place with these
- 4:28Speaker 1: financial institutions. And I want you to hear what he
- 4:31Speaker 1: had to say. I want to move Senator also to
- 4:33Speaker 1: this other really shocking story and it just shows you
- 4:38Speaker 1: how bad our government has become. And I'm talking about
- 4:42Speaker 1: the deep state here with the FEDS targeting conservatives with
- 4:47Speaker 1: alarming new surveillance. The FEDS asked banking institutions to search
- 4:52Speaker 1: private transactions without any type of warrants for terms like
- 4:59Speaker 1: Maga Trump or other words that dealt with things that
- 5:04Speaker 1: were biblical purchases that can include a Bible. Also, keywords
- 5:10Speaker 1: that they said that they suggested that banks look for
- 5:13Speaker 1: in transactions would be things like sporting goods stores like
- 5:17Speaker 1: Dick's Sporting Goods, Kabbella's Bass Pro Shop in more. This
- 5:22Speaker 1: is such an abuse of power and a weaponization of
- 5:25Speaker 1: the federal government on the American people. When I hear this,
- 5:30Speaker 1: I want to know, how is this not breaking the
- 5:32Speaker 1: law to be able to do this without there being
- 5:34Speaker 1: any probable cause or search warrants where they can just
- 5:37Speaker 1: go to my bank and say, hey, if any of
- 5:39Speaker 1: these things are there.
- 5:40Speaker 2: We want to know about it.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Look, this is an enormous abuse of power. It is
- 5:44Speaker 3: an enormous violation of the privacy of Americans. This happened
- 5:48Speaker 3: the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan released the documents that
- 5:52Speaker 3: they got from the Treasury Department. And this all happened
- 5:56Speaker 3: after January sixth, twenty twenty one. So after January sixth,
- 6:00Speaker 3: you had Joe Biden in power, and these zealots said,
- 6:03Speaker 3: we are going to target our political enemies. We have
- 6:06Speaker 3: the entire federal government as a weapon. We are going
- 6:09Speaker 3: to go after them. And this was driven by the
- 6:12Speaker 3: Treasury Department's Office of Stakeholder Integration and Engagement in the
- 6:18Speaker 3: Strategic Operations of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, And it's
- 6:24Speaker 3: called Finnsen is the acronym, and it distributed materials to
- 6:29Speaker 3: financial institutions that outlined quote typologies of quote various persons
- 6:36Speaker 3: of interest. Now, those typologies included anyone using the term Trump,
- 6:45Speaker 3: anyone using the term MAGA. And they said, these are
- 6:49Speaker 3: people more likely to be quote loan actor, homegrown violent extremists.
- 6:56Speaker 3: But they and according to the Judiciary Committee's analysis, finn
- 7:00Speaker 3: Send wanted this is a quote Finnsend wanted financial institutions
- 7:06Speaker 3: of extremism indicators that include transportation charges such as bus tickets,
- 7:13Speaker 3: rental cars, plane tickets for travel areas with noparent purpose,
- 7:19Speaker 3: or the purchase of books, including religious texts and subscriptions
- 7:25Speaker 3: to other media containing extremist views. Now what kind of
- 7:29Speaker 3: religious books. Well, among them was the Bible. If you
- 7:33Speaker 3: went and bought the Bible, the Biden Treasury Department was
- 7:37Speaker 3: reporting that, Okay, we think you're in danger of being
- 7:42Speaker 3: a terrorist because you purchased the Bible. So if you
- 7:46Speaker 3: had any financial transaction that included the word Trump or maga,
- 7:50Speaker 3: they thought you were in danger of being a terrorist.
- 7:52Speaker 3: If you bought the Bible, you were in danger being
- 7:54Speaker 3: the terrorist. And they also instructed financial institution to query
- 8:00Speaker 3: transactions using certain codes like small arms and that that
- 8:07Speaker 3: is an MCC code of three four eight four, or
- 8:11Speaker 3: sporting and recreational goods in supply that's an MCC code
- 8:14Speaker 3: of five zero nine to one, and the keywords and
- 8:18Speaker 3: this is what Treasury specified Cabbella's, Dick Sporting's Goods, and
- 8:24Speaker 3: Bass Pro Shop. And I'll point out Dick Sporting good
- 8:28Speaker 3: in the middle of all the Democrat efforts to engage
- 8:30Speaker 3: in gun control came out rather loudly against the Second Amendment.
- 8:34Speaker 3: So as for me, I don't go to dick Sportings Goods,
- 8:38Speaker 3: but bass Pro shops and Cabela's are both fantastic institutions,
- 8:42Speaker 3: and if you shop there, the Biden administration wanted to
- 8:46Speaker 3: know because if you go to bass Pro shops, they
- 8:50Speaker 3: think you're a likely terrorist. It's it's outrageous.
- 8:53Speaker 1: It's also I think shocking how easily people were giving
- 8:57Speaker 1: up this information. Why is it that we now find
- 9:01Speaker 1: out that so many businesses are willing to just say
- 9:03Speaker 1: here's everything when they're asked, not say hey, we'd get
- 9:07Speaker 1: a warrant for this or show me some actual paperwork.
- 9:11Speaker 1: It seems that almost all of these companies are complicit,
- 9:15Speaker 1: saying we're more than happy to help you invade on
- 9:18Speaker 1: the privacy of our customers. From a standpoint you just
- 9:20Speaker 1: mentioned of Dick's Sporting Goods. When I look at companies
- 9:24Speaker 1: that do this, I say I'm never wanting to go
- 9:26Speaker 1: there again, certainly not with a credit card, yeap.
- 9:30Speaker 3: So it's not clear that the retailers were engaged in
- 9:34Speaker 3: this process. So it's not clear that Cabela's, are Dick
- 9:37Speaker 3: Sporting Good or Best Pro shops were participating. This was
- 9:40Speaker 3: directed at banks, and listen, banks. Banks are massively regulated
- 9:46Speaker 3: by the federal government. They are dealing literally every day
- 9:49Speaker 3: with their federal regulators. The federal government has enormous power
- 9:53Speaker 3: over banks, and so I understand from a bank's perspective
- 9:57Speaker 3: is Treasury is leaning on them and saying we want
- 9:59Speaker 3: this information. The federal government has the ability to shut
- 10:03Speaker 3: down a bank, to destroy a bank's business if they
- 10:06Speaker 3: disagree with you, and so it is an area where
- 10:10Speaker 3: for big state leftists that want to know everything about
- 10:16Speaker 3: your personal life. Banks are a real vulnerability because every
- 10:19Speaker 3: one of us, if you're dealing with modern life, if
- 10:22Speaker 3: you're depositing a paycheck in your bank account, if you're
- 10:25Speaker 3: paying your bills with a bank account, if you have
- 10:27Speaker 3: a credit card, your financial records detail what you're spending
- 10:32Speaker 3: money on. And by the way, the left, just like
- 10:35Speaker 3: communist China, wants to know every single thing you spend
- 10:41Speaker 3: money on. You know, one of the very first versions
- 10:43Speaker 3: of the Build Back Broke bill, they called it Build
- 10:45Speaker 3: back Better, but I think build Back Broke defined it
- 10:48Speaker 3: more accurately. One of the earliest versions required banks to
- 10:53Speaker 3: report to the federal government. So if you're making a
- 10:56Speaker 3: car payment, if you're making a rent payment, you know,
- 10:58Speaker 3: we're not quite there, but we're not far away from.
- 11:01Speaker 3: If you're filling up your tank with gas, you had
- 11:04Speaker 3: to report to the federal government. And for leftist Elizabeth
- 11:08Speaker 3: Warren and President she and China both want to know
- 11:13Speaker 3: every single thing you spend a penny on. And this
- 11:16Speaker 3: is an example of the Treasury Department. Janet Yellen, you
- 11:20Speaker 3: know George Orwell's nineteen eighty four talked about big brother.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Janet Yellen is perfectly happy to be big sister and
- 11:28Speaker 3: try to gather as much information about your personal financial
- 11:33Speaker 3: transactions as humanly possible.
- 11:36Speaker 1: What will the outcome be of this, I guess you
- 11:38Speaker 1: could say new investigation. And is there any way to
- 11:41Speaker 1: stop this from happening in the future or as long
- 11:44Speaker 1: as the Biden administration's in power, can they continue to
- 11:47Speaker 1: get away with this abuse of power?
- 11:49Speaker 3: Well, look, we can have congressional oversight, and we will
- 11:53Speaker 3: and the House will engage in it because the House
- 11:56Speaker 3: has a majority, and so they can hold hearings in
- 11:58Speaker 3: the Senate. No doubt Democrat cares so in the Senate,
- 12:01Speaker 3: we will not have a single hearing on this. Why
- 12:04Speaker 3: because the consequence of having a majority in the Senate
- 12:08Speaker 3: is whoever as the majority has the committee chairman. So
- 12:10Speaker 3: I am the ranking member on the Senate Commerce Committee.
- 12:13Speaker 3: That means I'm the senior Republican on the Senate Committee
- 12:16Speaker 3: on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. That's a committee that has
- 12:20Speaker 3: jurisdiction over forty percent of the US economy. It's an
- 12:23Speaker 3: enormously consequential committee. As the ranking member, I have the
- 12:27Speaker 3: ability to fight hard for jobs and economic growth in
- 12:31Speaker 3: the state of Texas, and I do that and across
- 12:33Speaker 3: the country, and I do that every day. But what
- 12:36Speaker 3: I don't have the ability to do is I can't
- 12:38Speaker 3: convene a hearing. Only the chairman can convene a hearing.
- 12:41Speaker 3: So in the Senate, there is literally not a single
- 12:44Speaker 3: Democrat that gives a dam that the Biden administration is
- 12:48Speaker 3: violating your privacy by engaging in the searches. Because they
- 12:52Speaker 3: all of them, they hate Donald Trump so much that
- 12:56Speaker 3: they've been radicalized and they believe it's perfectly justify viable
- 13:00Speaker 3: to weaponize the federal government. So you ask, what can
- 13:03Speaker 3: Congress do? Look, if we had control of both bodies,
- 13:06Speaker 3: we could pass legislation to stop this. Under a Chuck
- 13:09Speaker 3: Schumer Democrat Senate, They're not going to pass legislation to
- 13:12Speaker 3: stop it. No Democrat will support it. So that means
- 13:15Speaker 3: we can do oversight. I can write letters, I can
- 13:18Speaker 3: give speeches, I can shine a light on it. I
- 13:21Speaker 3: can do this podcast. But I can't convene a hearing
- 13:24Speaker 3: of the Judiciary Committee because Dick Durbin, the chairman, won't
- 13:28Speaker 3: do it. I can't pass legislation because no Democrat will
- 13:33Speaker 3: support it. And so at this point, elections have consequences,
- 13:38Speaker 3: and as long as we're in the minority, what I'm
- 13:41Speaker 3: limited to be able to do on something like this
- 13:43Speaker 3: an abuse of power of the Biden administration is shine
- 13:46Speaker 3: a light and do everything I can to encourage the
- 13:50Speaker 3: American people to be outraged at this and hold their
- 13:53Speaker 3: elected officials accountable for violating their privacy.
- 13:57Speaker 1: New documents obtained by the Selection Committee on the Weaponization
- 14:01Speaker 1: of the Federal Government confirm that the federal government, your government,
- 14:07Speaker 1: was spying on you if you were using terms like
- 14:11Speaker 1: maga or trump, that's right, those two words could then
- 14:15Speaker 1: get you monitored by your government. They use those words
- 14:20Speaker 1: and sent them to financial institutions in America to spy
- 14:24Speaker 1: on Americans, saying if people were using those phrases when
- 14:29Speaker 1: completing transactions that dealt with finances like Venmo or zell
- 14:35Speaker 1: or anything like that, Individuals who shopped at stores also
- 14:39Speaker 1: like Cabellas or Dick Sporting Goods, or purchased religious texts,
- 14:45Speaker 1: including the Bible, may also have had their transactions flagged
- 14:51Speaker 1: by those financial institutions and then given to the United
- 14:54Speaker 1: States of America's government to then look at you as
- 14:58Speaker 1: a possible domestic tarant Yes, this kind of financial surveillance
- 15:04Speaker 1: carried out in coordination with and at the requests of
- 15:08Speaker 1: federal law enforcement into Americans' private transactions is also raising
- 15:14Speaker 1: alarms and serious concerns about the FBI's respect for fundamental
- 15:20Speaker 1: civil liberties in this country.
- 15:23Speaker 2: How did all this even happen?
- 15:26Speaker 1: This now coming from the House of Representative Judiciary Committee
- 15:29Speaker 1: Chairman Jim Jordan, who is blowing the whistle on this, saying,
- 15:33Speaker 1: in light of these revelations, Jim Jordan has now officially
- 15:37Speaker 1: requested transcribed interviews with Peter Sullivan. He's the senior private
- 15:42Speaker 1: sector partner for Outreach and the Strategic Partner Engagement Section
- 15:47Speaker 1: of the FBI, and Noah Bissoff, former Director of the
- 15:52Speaker 1: Office of Stakeholder Integration and Engagement in the Strategic Operations
- 15:57Speaker 1: Division of the Financial Crimes and Enforcement Network. The Committee
- 16:02Speaker 1: and the Select Subcommittee have obtained documents, he says, indicating
- 16:07Speaker 1: that following January sixth, twenty twenty one, there was distributed
- 16:12Speaker 1: materials to financial institutions that, among other things, outline these
- 16:18Speaker 1: types of various people of interests and provide financial institutions
- 16:23Speaker 1: with suggested search terms and merchant category codes. I want
- 16:29Speaker 1: you to hear exactly what Jim Jordan had to say
- 16:32Speaker 1: to Sean Hannity about this spye on you the American people.
- 16:37Speaker 4: All right, turning down to a very disturbing report from
- 16:39Speaker 4: Jim Jordan. Now get this, Apparently, federal investigators, we're asking
- 16:44Speaker 4: banks to search the personal transactions of individual Americans for.
- 16:49Speaker 5: Terms like trump and MAGA.
- 16:52Speaker 4: Thanks for also asking to use merchant category codes to
- 16:58Speaker 4: identify potentially suspicious transactions. And what transactions did Treasury think
- 17:05Speaker 4: were so suspicious? Small arms sporting recreational goods. In other words,
- 17:11Speaker 4: if you go to stores like Dick's Sporting Goods and
- 17:14Speaker 4: Bass pro shops. By the way, I got my boots
- 17:16Speaker 4: for Iowa at Dick's Sporting Goods.
- 17:19Speaker 5: Thank god for instacart.
- 17:21Speaker 4: If you are a law abiding American who legally purchased
- 17:23Speaker 4: a gun after twenty twenty one, your government thought you
- 17:27Speaker 4: needed to be monitored. Now sources are telling Fox News
- 17:30Speaker 4: Digital tonight that the impetus for this very serious invasion
- 17:34Speaker 4: of privacy was, of.
- 17:36Speaker 5: Course, none other than January sixth.
- 17:38Speaker 4: These revelations should scare every single American. You want to
- 17:42Speaker 4: talk about privacy, constitutional rights or do you want to
- 17:45Speaker 4: live in an Orwellian knightwear nightmare with big Brother? Here
- 17:50Speaker 4: was the latest on all of this. House Judiciary Committee
- 17:53Speaker 4: Chairman Jim Jordan. I want to understand this. Tell me
- 17:55Speaker 4: what they did here, because do we not have privacy
- 17:59Speaker 4: and more in America? Is this not a constitutional violation?
- 18:04Speaker 4: Unreasonable search and seizure?
- 18:07Speaker 6: Yeah. Now, in the last year's song, we've exposed the
- 18:09Speaker 6: censorship where you had big government, big tech, big media,
- 18:12Speaker 6: big academia working to censor Americans. Now we have financial
- 18:15Speaker 6: surveillance where it's big government working with big banks, big
- 18:19Speaker 6: corporations to surveil, to spile on Americans.
- 18:22Speaker 5: And so it was big banks looking.
- 18:24Speaker 6: And searching private transactions using key terms at the suggestion
- 18:29Speaker 6: of the federal government to find out what you're buying,
- 18:32Speaker 6: what you're spending your money on. Scary stuff. All it
- 18:35Speaker 6: looks like, without any warrant, without any legal process, they
- 18:40Speaker 6: undertook this as a way to identify domestic violent extremists.
- 18:44Speaker 5: And here here's here's what it sounds a lot like.
- 18:46Speaker 6: Remember that memorandum in Richmond about pro life Catholics are
- 18:51Speaker 6: extremists because they go to church and their pro life
- 18:54Speaker 6: when they talk about, you know, protecting humans. That's exactly
- 18:57Speaker 6: what these documents sound like. We're right on the on
- 19:00Speaker 6: the front edge of this. We'll see how it all progresses.
- 19:02Speaker 6: But it's scary stuff. It's financial surveillance of the American people.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Now, let's really just take a moment and dissect what
- 19:09Speaker 1: Jim Jordan just said. Not only did the federal government
- 19:13Speaker 1: give to financial institutions a hit list of people that
- 19:17Speaker 1: they wanted to go after, they gave them the exact
- 19:21Speaker 1: words that they think make you a threat to our democracy.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Because this list was about being a threat to our democracy.
- 19:29Speaker 1: And the words that they use the ones that we
- 19:31Speaker 1: obviously could see at the beginning like maga, right and Trump,
- 19:35Speaker 1: those are words that are associate you, associating you with
- 19:38Speaker 1: conservative values. Right, you are public enemy number one to
- 19:43Speaker 1: the left if you voted for Donald Trump, if you
- 19:45Speaker 1: are a make America great Again conservative, and those actually
- 19:51Speaker 1: make a little more sense to me. I would expect
- 19:53Speaker 1: them to use those types of words to then discriminate
- 19:58Speaker 1: and take away our heights and our protections from our constitution.
- 20:04Speaker 1: They believe that if you voted for Donald Trump, that
- 20:06Speaker 1: you should be treated like a terrorist, a domestic terrorist specifically.
- 20:10Speaker 1: How do we know this because they've said that. Remember
- 20:13Speaker 1: this is the same group of people that believe that
- 20:16Speaker 1: you should be unprogrammed, right, you should go to a
- 20:21Speaker 1: deprogramming camp. That was their words. In fact, that was
- 20:27Speaker 1: something that was talked about by so many in the media.
- 20:31Speaker 1: It was something that was said a lot, in fact,
- 20:34Speaker 1: to the point where we were able to put together
- 20:36Speaker 1: an entire montage about why Trump's supporters should in fact
- 20:42Speaker 1: be d programmed.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Take a listen to this.
- 20:46Speaker 7: Sadly, so many of those extremists, those mega extremists, take.
- 20:52Speaker 8: Their marching orders from Donald Trump, and.
- 20:54Speaker 2: When do they break with him?
- 20:56Speaker 7: You know, because at some point, you know.
- 20:59Speaker 4: Maybe they're to be a formal deprogramming of the cult members.
- 21:03Speaker 4: Terms being tossed around like deprogramming Trump followers.
- 21:07Speaker 9: All of America needs deprogramming because we've all been negatively
- 21:11Speaker 9: influenced by Donald Trump.
- 21:13Speaker 7: Can't sit down with people that don't recognize there was
- 21:16Speaker 7: an insurrection or theygan alluded the other day to the
- 21:18Speaker 7: deprogramming that Katie Kirk talked about.
- 21:21Speaker 10: Deprogramming that might work in other cases. It's obviously proven
- 21:27Speaker 10: to be difficult.
- 21:28Speaker 8: But many of them have allowed the lies really to
- 21:31Speaker 8: seep into their soul and it's beginning to rot their minds.
- 21:34Speaker 11: Taking it even a step further, Raskin told The New
- 21:36Speaker 11: York Times that he's ordered books about Culton deprogramming to
- 21:40Speaker 11: try to understand his Republican colleagues.
- 21:43Speaker 10: There are a couple accounts lives of TikTok, a few
- 21:46Speaker 10: really prominent anti transit sort of far right activists who
- 21:49Speaker 10: started to essentially make the argument that any exposure to
- 21:54Speaker 10: children about LGBT people is automatically grooming.
- 21:58Speaker 12: It seems to be invol Anti ga trolls explain how.
- 22:02Speaker 10: Just lives of TikTok with this guy James lindsay. They
- 22:05Speaker 10: would say, Hey, there's going to be something at this library.
- 22:08Speaker 5: You know that they're going to read books.
- 22:09Speaker 2: You know a dragon is going to come and read books.
- 22:11Speaker 2: How do you fix it?
- 22:12Speaker 5: How do you want to do it?
- 22:14Speaker 2: Well, at this point, you know it's deprogramming.
- 22:16Speaker 8: That's what we're being fed. People of other races are
- 22:20Speaker 8: out to get you. We accept that. We get fed that,
- 22:22Speaker 8: and so when that doorbell rings or the basketball comes
- 22:25Speaker 8: into your yard, your first response is to pull that gun.
- 22:29Speaker 8: It's a programming that's occurring. The deprogramming question is much
- 22:33Speaker 8: tougher to answer.
- 22:34Speaker 7: People have literally been brainwashed, and it's scary by the
- 22:38Speaker 7: myths and disinformation that is online that is being the
- 22:41Speaker 7: propaganda on Fox News. It is another epidemic that our
- 22:46Speaker 7: country is facing. And until we really hold platforms accountable,
- 22:49Speaker 7: until we really do some deprogramming.
- 22:52Speaker 9: And anyone like him that says the presses the enemy
- 22:56Speaker 9: of the people, that's what Harbard would say, That's what
- 22:59Speaker 9: Moon said.
- 23:00Speaker 8: If you say this as a cult, what's the first
- 23:02Speaker 8: step of deprogramming?
- 23:03Speaker 9: The first step with anyone who's a true believer is
- 23:06Speaker 9: contact with people that are outside the bubble.
- 23:09Speaker 8: I mean, I was just trying to engage in a
- 23:11Speaker 8: little deprogramming with all of these myths about COVID nineteen.
- 23:16Speaker 12: Is there any convincing those people that they're not living
- 23:21Speaker 12: in a world of reality or fact?
- 23:23Speaker 13: Now, listen, if there was a deprogramming pill that I
- 23:26Speaker 13: could put in everybody stocking for Christmas, I would do.
- 23:29Speaker 13: It's because of Facebook. It's gotten out into wine moms
- 23:32Speaker 13: and yoga groups and some maybe that's something that started
- 23:35Speaker 13: as innocuous online that turns into something completely different, Brian,
- 23:39Speaker 13: And that's part of the challenges you write of deprogramming it.
- 23:43Speaker 11: We have issues that are going to take a long
- 23:46Speaker 11: time to root out, and it's really about deprogramming. People
- 23:49Speaker 11: have been listening to stuff coming from Marjorie Taylor Green
- 23:51Speaker 11: and other big social influencers, and that includes the President.
- 23:54Speaker 8: I hope deprogramming some people, one person at a time.
- 23:58Speaker 6: They just need a little bit of app You know,
- 24:00Speaker 6: I spent a lot of time reading.
- 24:01Speaker 12: That deprogramming, deprogramming, deprogram you're reading my mind. Yeah, I
- 24:06Speaker 12: see a lot of that happeningly.
- 24:07Speaker 5: No, you don't need to be deprogrammed.
- 24:09Speaker 12: You look pretty No, no, no, I'm not talking about me.
- 24:12Speaker 1: But this is what they think of you. And not
- 24:15Speaker 1: only do they think you need to be deprogrammed, but
- 24:17Speaker 1: they also think that your financial transactions must be investigated
- 24:22Speaker 1: if you use words like maga and trump. And we
- 24:25Speaker 1: know this for a fact. Now it's not just the
- 24:29Speaker 1: terms maga in trump that we're getting flagged by the
- 24:33Speaker 1: government and financial institutions were turning in Americans obviously that
- 24:37Speaker 1: use the words maga and trump. But what else was flagged?
- 24:41Speaker 1: Religious texts And this is even outside of maga and
- 24:45Speaker 1: trump world.
- 24:47Speaker 2: If you bought a religious text.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Or a Bible, yes, a Bible or a Bible study book,
- 24:54Speaker 1: and you use the word Bible, that would flag you
- 24:59Speaker 1: in the these category codes identifying transactions on behalf of
- 25:05Speaker 1: the federal government by banking institutions. And they said these
- 25:10Speaker 1: are terms that they wanted to search in Zell payments.
- 25:13Speaker 1: For example, they wanted to see if anybody that bought
- 25:18Speaker 1: a Bible or a Bible study book or anything like
- 25:21Speaker 1: that and had that term in the payment would then
- 25:25Speaker 1: be looked at as a homegrown violent extremist indicator. So
- 25:30Speaker 1: buying a book or reimburse somebody for Bible study, right,
- 25:35Speaker 1: and let's say you were in a Bible study or
- 25:38Speaker 1: and somebody bought all the Bible study books and you
- 25:40Speaker 1: reimbursed somebody and had that in the ZELL and the
- 25:43Speaker 1: word Bible appeared. Bam, You're now in the government's watch list.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Not only that, but it wasn't just words like the Bible,
- 25:52Speaker 1: it was also where you shopped. You heard Jim Jordan
- 25:55Speaker 1: mention earlier in that audio I played to Sean Hannity
- 25:59Speaker 1: about what word could get you busted, like bass pro
- 26:03Speaker 1: or Cabella's.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Imagine you go hunting.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Imagine you have a friend that picks up for you
- 26:10Speaker 1: something at academy sports and then you have a transaction
- 26:14Speaker 1: in there. I've had this happen many times where I'd
- 26:17Speaker 1: have a friend that would be going there. But yeah,
- 26:19Speaker 1: grab me this right, you're doing a weekend guys trip,
- 26:22Speaker 1: or maybe you've got your kid that's on a team
- 26:25Speaker 1: that you know with other kids. And so it would
- 26:27Speaker 1: be a Christian school, right, so it may be reimbursement
- 26:30Speaker 1: for ZELL that would say my son's school name basketball,
- 26:35Speaker 1: but it would have Dick's Sporting Goods in there, and
- 26:37Speaker 1: it would have the name of the school, the religious school,
- 26:40Speaker 1: which would have a religious name in at BAM. Now
- 26:42Speaker 1: you're on a list. This is not just an invasion
- 26:46Speaker 1: of privacy. I want to be very clear about that.
- 26:49Speaker 1: This is a shocking abuse of power to spy on you.
- 26:57Speaker 1: This should not I want to be clear, be okay,
- 27:01Speaker 1: this should not be something that we say, Wow, I've
- 27:04Speaker 1: got nothing to hide, so therefore I'm not worried about
- 27:08Speaker 1: it moment. This should be a moment that should enrage you.
- 27:13Speaker 1: And the reason why I say that is because this
- 27:15Speaker 1: is what happens in socialists and communist countries. In the
- 27:19Speaker 1: United States of America, our constitution says you're not supposed
- 27:23Speaker 1: to be able to do that. I'm gonna say that again.
- 27:27Speaker 1: In our country. You're not supposed to be able to
- 27:30Speaker 1: monitor the financial transactions of a person because they bought
- 27:35Speaker 1: a Bible or went shopping at a sporting goods store,
- 27:40Speaker 1: or they use a word like maga. That is not
- 27:44Speaker 1: something that you're supposed to be able to do. And
- 27:48Speaker 1: yet that's exactly what the government was doing without a warrant.
- 27:53Speaker 1: There was no judge involved here, There was no probable cause.
- 28:00Speaker 1: This was a straight up fishing expedition to turn you
- 28:06Speaker 1: into an extremist domestic terrorist and That is exactly what
- 28:12Speaker 1: the left is trying to do here. They're trying to
- 28:16Speaker 1: create a narrative in this country that if you vote
- 28:18Speaker 1: for Donald Trump, you're a threat to society. If you
- 28:22Speaker 1: vote for Donald Trump this go around, you need to
- 28:25Speaker 1: be deprogrammed, and your financial transactions need to be looked
- 28:29Speaker 1: at by the way. I know people that went to
- 28:32Speaker 1: January the sixth. I know people that were there that
- 28:36Speaker 1: did not go into the Capitol. I know people that
- 28:39Speaker 1: were there that went there peacefully. I know people that
- 28:42Speaker 1: went there that absolutely did not break any laws. Should
- 28:46Speaker 1: they be treated like a domestic terrorist? Should they be
- 28:49Speaker 1: treated like they are some sort of threat to the
- 28:51Speaker 1: United States of America.
- 28:52Speaker 2: And let's be also clear about this.
- 28:55Speaker 1: They do not believe And when I say they, I'm
- 28:58Speaker 1: talking about the Biden administration, the FBI and these scumbags
- 29:02Speaker 1: that went down this road and did this. They Okay,
- 29:06Speaker 1: I want to say, I'll say it again. They don't
- 29:09Speaker 1: believe you're actually a threat. They want to lock you
- 29:11Speaker 1: up because you are a threat to their power. They
- 29:14Speaker 1: don't believe you're a threat to this country. You are
- 29:16Speaker 1: a threat to their power. That's why they're treating you
- 29:20Speaker 1: like you're a terrorist. That's why they want to put
- 29:22Speaker 1: you on a list. They're not actually worried about you
- 29:25Speaker 1: doing something wrong. They're worried about you doing something right.
- 29:29Speaker 1: They're worried about you getting involved in the process. They're
- 29:31Speaker 1: worried about you voting. They're worried about you exposing their corruption.
- 29:37Speaker 1: Let me remind you about parents, parents who went to
- 29:40Speaker 1: school board meetings. Do you remember what happened to parents
- 29:44Speaker 1: that went to school board meetings? The FBI put them
- 29:47Speaker 1: on a list and then they lied about it to
- 29:50Speaker 1: try to cover it up. And that list was if
- 29:52Speaker 1: you were a parent that went to a school board
- 29:55Speaker 1: meeting to voice your frustrations about the indoctrination of your children,
- 30:00Speaker 1: things that had nothing to do with an education, had
- 30:02Speaker 1: nothing to do with the reading, writing, and arithmetic, to
- 30:04Speaker 1: voice your concerns about transgender bathrooms and the assault of
- 30:09Speaker 1: young girls in those bathrooms of the hands of men.
- 30:12Speaker 1: You are to be treated like a domestic terrorist. You
- 30:15Speaker 1: are to be put on a list like you are
- 30:17Speaker 1: a domestic terrorist. This is the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party.
- 30:25Speaker 1: And I will also say this, and I've said this before,
- 30:27Speaker 1: and I hope you're understanding now just how accurate.
- 30:30Speaker 2: It is is dead.
- 30:32Speaker 1: For all intents and purposes, The Democratic Party is dead.
- 30:37Speaker 1: They are masquerading like they are Democrats, when in reality
- 30:41Speaker 1: what they actually are are socialists, communists, and Marxists. The
- 30:49Speaker 1: Democratic Party of Bill Clinton's years is over. It is gone, folks,
- 30:55Speaker 1: It does not exist. I'll be honest with you, Bill Clinton,
- 30:59Speaker 1: he would have never done this. And the reason why
- 31:01Speaker 1: is because I think even Bill Clinton, when he was
- 31:03Speaker 1: the president of nineteen nineties, knew you couldn't get away
- 31:06Speaker 1: with this and it was against the United States of
- 31:08Speaker 1: America's constitution and against the rights of the people.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Notice I didn't say Hillary Clinton wouldn't do this.
- 31:13Speaker 1: I absolutely believe Hillary Clinton would do this and go
- 31:16Speaker 1: much further than this.
- 31:17Speaker 2: She's just like Barack Obama. She's just like Joe Biden.
- 31:21Speaker 1: But there are many other Democrats back in the day
- 31:23Speaker 1: that would have never even tried this because they would
- 31:25Speaker 1: have said this is wrong. You don't lock up your
- 31:28Speaker 1: political opponents this way. And if you think things aren't
- 31:32Speaker 1: coming unhinged, look at just another example that happened in
- 31:37Speaker 1: the last forty eight hours. There was an elected official
- 31:41Speaker 1: that was arrested by the police because she was criticizing
- 31:44Speaker 1: the sheriff in the town, and she said, what are
- 31:46Speaker 1: you doing? And they arrested her. They arrested her because
- 31:50Speaker 1: she is an elected official was holding the sheriff accountable
- 31:54Speaker 1: and criticizing the sheriff, and the sheriff said, no, no, you
- 31:56Speaker 1: can't do that. You can't criticize me. I'm going to
- 31:59Speaker 1: arrest you. At this meeting. There are people right now
- 32:02Speaker 1: that are so power hungry and drunk, and they're realizing
- 32:07Speaker 1: now that you can pretty much get away with whatever
- 32:09Speaker 1: the hell you want to get away with if you're
- 32:11Speaker 1: willing to just break the law and the other questions,
- 32:15Speaker 1: who's going to stop you? Not this Department of Justice.
- 32:18Speaker 1: If you're on their team. Make sure you share this
- 32:20Speaker 1: podcast with your family and friends, please, and I'll see
- 32:23Speaker 1: you back here tomorrow.
