- 2:46Speaker 4: Slash ben forty seven or nine seven to two Patriot
- 2:51Speaker 4: and make the switch today. It's the forty seven Morning
- 2:54Speaker 4: Update and it starts right now.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Story number one. It is official.
- 2:59Speaker 4: US House representatives voted four hundred and twenty seven to
- 3:02Speaker 4: one to release the Epstein files and then moved to
- 3:06Speaker 4: the Senate where they voted in favor of giving it
- 3:08Speaker 4: to the President of the United States of America. And
- 3:11Speaker 4: now the President has signed it, releasing what documents we
- 3:16Speaker 4: have that many have called the Epstein files. Really they
- 3:19Speaker 4: should be called the Epstein Papers. Now this all goes
- 3:23Speaker 4: back to when the Democrats decided to actually give a
- 3:26Speaker 4: damn about Jeffrey Epstein. They didn't care about the victims,
- 3:30Speaker 4: but what they did care about was trying to hurt
- 3:32Speaker 4: President Donald Trump with the Epstein files. Why because in
- 3:36Speaker 4: July of this year, the US Department of Justice and
- 3:39Speaker 4: the FBI issued a memo stating that they found no
- 3:42Speaker 4: credible evidence that Epstein had a so called client list. Yes,
- 3:47Speaker 4: there were a lot of names, and there was a
- 3:49Speaker 4: lot of paperwork, but there was no actual client list.
- 3:52Speaker 4: And they also said there was no reason for an
- 3:55Speaker 4: investigation against uncharged individuals that would be supported. And that
- 4:00Speaker 4: is when Democrats decided to actually act like they cared
- 4:04Speaker 4: about Jeffrey Epstein. Again, it wasn't to actually protect victims
- 4:08Speaker 4: or get to the bottom of anything. It was to
- 4:10Speaker 4: try to imply that Donald Trump was covering up to
- 4:14Speaker 4: protect himself. We all know that is a lie, and
- 4:17Speaker 4: it's official now because you can read it all you.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Fast forward to September of this year and the push
- 4:23Speaker 4: in Congress began to gain traction among Democrats via discharge
- 4:27Speaker 4: petition the House to force a vote on releasing Epstein
- 4:31Speaker 4: related documents. Notice it wasn't a client list. Then in November,
- 4:36Speaker 4: the House passed the bill, the Epstein Filed Transparency Act,
- 4:40Speaker 4: by a vote of four hundred and twenty seven to one.
- 4:42Speaker 4: The very next day, November nineteenth, they Senate passed the
- 4:46Speaker 4: bill by unanimous consent and they sent it to the
- 4:49Speaker 4: President's desk. That is where we are now. President Donald
- 4:52Speaker 4: Trump has signed the bill into law. Now, under the law,
- 4:56Speaker 4: once signed by the President, the DOJ must release two
- 4:59Speaker 4: co and publicly in a searchable, downloadable format, the unclassified records,
- 5:06Speaker 4: the communications and investigative materials related to Jeffrey Epstein, and
- 5:11Speaker 4: to the extent possible declassify and release classified materials within
- 5:17Speaker 4: thirty days. Now, what President Trump and the White House
- 5:20Speaker 4: have said publicly is this. Trump posted on his platform
- 5:23Speaker 4: True Social upon signings saying this, I have just signed
- 5:27Speaker 4: the bill to release the Epstein files. He also claimed
- 5:31Speaker 4: it encouraged the House Speaker Mike Johnson and the Senate
- 5:33Speaker 4: Majority Leader John Thune to move the bill, leading to
- 5:36Speaker 4: the near unanimous vote, and the White House had also
- 5:39Speaker 4: made it clear they expected the President to sign the bill,
- 5:42Speaker 4: which he has done, even saying to reporters earlier in
- 5:45Speaker 4: the day quote, this will be signed. The bill will
- 5:48Speaker 4: be signed whenever it gets to the White House. There's
- 5:51Speaker 4: also the question of victim protection. The White House and
- 5:54Speaker 4: GOP leaders expressed major concerns about protecting victim identities and
- 5:59Speaker 4: on going investigations. For instance, Speaker Johnson, while ultimately supporting
- 6:04Speaker 4: the bill, said he had hoped for amendments to better
- 6:06Speaker 4: protect the victims. Now. President Trump also made it clear
- 6:10Speaker 4: about the politics behind all of this. He referred to
- 6:14Speaker 4: prior criticism as a democratic hoax, insisting that his administration
- 6:19Speaker 4: has nothing to hide and link the matter politically, claiming, quote,
- 6:23Speaker 4: all of the friends of Epstein's were Democrats. Now, there's
- 6:27Speaker 4: other important issues that you need to understand. There's a
- 6:30Speaker 4: scope and limitations. Even though the bill mandates broad disclosure,
- 6:35Speaker 4: it still allows for reactions or withholding a material that
- 6:38Speaker 4: would identify victims, reveal ongoing investigations, or compromise national security
- 6:43Speaker 4: or classified information. Now the other question is this, is
- 6:47Speaker 4: this maybe one of the biggest political backfire in modern
- 6:51Speaker 4: political history for the Democrats who were demanding all of this.
- 6:55Speaker 4: The answer seems to be yes at this moment. We
- 6:59Speaker 4: also know that newly released campaign finance records are now
- 7:03Speaker 4: showing that from nineteen ninety to twenty eighteen, Jeffrey Epstein
- 7:09Speaker 4: directed about eighty nine percent of his political donations to
- 7:14Speaker 4: democratic and progressive causes, with notable individual recipients including Bill Clinton,
- 7:21Speaker 4: Hillary Clinton, and Chuck Schumer. Now this also should be,
- 7:25Speaker 4: I believe the number one fight for Republicans moving forward.
- 7:29Speaker 4: We don't need to move on from this. Let me
- 7:31Speaker 4: explain why you literally had Democrats in bed politically with
- 7:35Speaker 4: Jeffrey Epstein at every corner. For example, we had a
- 7:39Speaker 4: Democratic member of Congress who was caught texting Jeffrey Epstein
- 7:43Speaker 4: during hearings, and Republicans voted against censoring her. That is
- 7:47Speaker 4: insane and the Democrats should have learned from this mistake.
- 7:51Speaker 4: This is a cycle, by the way, that keeps happening.
- 7:53Speaker 4: It's a reason why Republicans keep losing elections because when
- 7:57Speaker 4: they have the opportunity to stand up to the radical left,
- 7:59Speaker 4: many times they don't really do it. And until Republicans
- 8:02Speaker 4: grow a backbone and demand more transparency from the Epstein
- 8:07Speaker 4: files about what the Democrats are doing, nothing will change.
- 8:10Speaker 4: And I say it again, this is why so many
- 8:13Speaker 4: times Republicans keep losing.
- 8:15Speaker 1: We don't fight.
- 8:16Speaker 4: They've never demanded the release of all of Epstein files,
- 8:20Speaker 4: even though every shred of evidence points directly I believe
- 8:23Speaker 4: to mostly Democrats. You have massive Democratic names that were
- 8:28Speaker 4: in bed with Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Clinton, Larry Summers, Reed Hoffman,
- 8:33Speaker 4: Stacy Plaskett, Bill Richardson, George Mitchell, Hakeem Jeffries was even
- 8:39Speaker 4: asking Jeffrey Epstein for money after he was convicted of
- 8:44Speaker 4: sexual crimes Michael Wolfe is another name. All of these
- 8:48Speaker 4: names should be what Republicans should now be talking about,
- 8:52Speaker 4: which brings me the two biggest names that we know
- 8:54Speaker 4: about so far that clearly don't want you to know
- 8:58Speaker 4: about what they were doing with Jeffrey Eppstein, and that
- 9:00Speaker 4: was Bill and Hillary Clinton. Now we know that there's
- 9:04Speaker 4: a good chance that Bill and Hillary Clinton are a
- 9:06Speaker 4: literally risking prison time over Epstein's silence.
- 9:11Speaker 1: How do we know that?
- 9:12Speaker 4: It's coming from the House Oversight Committee chairman James Comber.
- 9:15Speaker 4: And Comber said that former President Bill Clinton and former
- 9:19Speaker 4: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could face criminal exposure related
- 9:23Speaker 4: to newly's surface Jeffrey Epstein documents, saying this, we expect
- 9:28Speaker 4: to hear from Bill and Hillary Clinton. Comber said Donald
- 9:30Speaker 4: Trump answered questions for years about Jeffrey Epstein. Every day
- 9:34Speaker 4: he gets asked questions about Epstein and he answers them
- 9:37Speaker 4: in front of the American people. We've subpoenaed Republicans and Democrats.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Comber's comments underscore how the looming release of these records
- 9:45Speaker 4: related to Epstein, the disgraced financier who died by suicide
- 9:49Speaker 4: in jail awaiting sex travecking charges is becoming a flashpoint
- 9:53Speaker 4: in national politics, with the Democratic Party now bracing for
- 9:57Speaker 4: real fallout. Many in the Democratic Party didn't believe that
- 10:00Speaker 4: these documents would ever be made public, and that's why
- 10:03Speaker 4: they weaponized him to try to hurt Donald Trump. Now,
- 10:06Speaker 4: although there's no direct evidence that the Clintons committed any
- 10:10Speaker 4: crimes at this point, suggestions of possible legal exposure inject
- 10:15Speaker 4: new tension into an already charged debate over transparency and
- 10:19Speaker 4: accountability and the political weaponization of the Epstein files. The
- 10:25Speaker 4: Justice Department said on Friday that it is now examining
- 10:28Speaker 4: Epstein's purported connections to high profile Democrats, among them the
- 10:34Speaker 4: former President United States of America Bill Clinton, who has
- 10:37Speaker 4: repeatedly insisted that he was unaware of Epstein's criminal conduct. Now,
- 10:42Speaker 4: as part of the investigation, James Comber issued the subpoenas
- 10:45Speaker 4: to the Clintons and eight other individuals that followed the
- 10:49Speaker 4: release by Congress last week of more than twenty thousand
- 10:52Speaker 4: pages of documents connected to Epstein.
- 10:54Speaker 1: And now we have a whole lot more now.
- 10:57Speaker 4: That batch of newly released correspondence included messages involving Bill Clinton,
- 11:03Speaker 4: Hillary Clinton, and the question now is what will be
- 11:06Speaker 4: done with this moving forward. We also know that no
- 11:09Speaker 4: survivor or associate has ever accused Clinton a misconduct tied
- 11:13Speaker 4: to Epstein, though Trump has for years suggested Clinton's travel
- 11:17Speaker 4: on Epstein's jets was suspect. The Clinton Foundation has dismissed
- 11:21Speaker 4: the renewed attention, saying the emails that have been released
- 11:24Speaker 4: proved that Bill Clinton did nothing and knew nothing, and
- 11:27Speaker 4: argue the controversy is being used as a political distraction.
- 11:31Speaker 4: But here's what we do know. Flight records tell a
- 11:34Speaker 4: little bit different story. The flight records disclosed in earlier
- 11:38Speaker 4: civil litigation showed that Clinton took several trips on Epstein's
- 11:43Speaker 4: plane in two thousand and two and two thousand and three,
- 11:46Speaker 4: traveling with staff to destinations across Africa, Asia, and Europe.
- 11:51Speaker 4: James Comer argued that while some Democrats have formally stated
- 11:55Speaker 4: they had no knowledge of Epstein, the Clintons have never
- 11:58Speaker 4: responded to Congress inquiries are taken questions from reporters or
- 12:03Speaker 4: investigators about their ties to Jeffrey Epstein. We also know
- 12:07Speaker 4: that other Democrats have sent letters saying they knew nothing
- 12:10Speaker 4: about Epstein, which would hold in court if something ever
- 12:13Speaker 4: comes out that they did know something Comer said, and
- 12:16Speaker 4: he said this, and then they've committed perjury here. But
- 12:19Speaker 4: the Clintons have never responded. They're the one group in
- 12:22Speaker 4: this investigation that's never had to answer questions in front
- 12:26Speaker 4: of a credible reporter, and they've never certainly answered questions
- 12:30Speaker 4: from attorneys or members of Congress. So we expect the
- 12:33Speaker 4: Clintons to come in or I expect the Clintons to
- 12:35Speaker 4: be met with the same fate that Steve Bannon and
- 12:38Speaker 4: Peter Navarro were met with when the Democrats were in control.
- 12:42Speaker 1: House.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Democrats sought criminal charges you may remember against Steve Bannon
- 12:47Speaker 4: and former Trump White House strategists after he refused to
- 12:50Speaker 4: appear before the House committee investigating the January sixth attacks
- 12:53Speaker 4: on the US Capitol. A federal jury ultimately found him
- 12:56Speaker 4: guilty of two counts of contempt of Congress and received
- 12:59Speaker 4: a four month jail Terman twenty twenty two. Navarro, a
- 13:02Speaker 4: senior trade advisor during Trump's first administration, face a similar outcome.
- 13:06Speaker 4: He too, given a four month federal prison sentence after
- 13:09Speaker 4: being found guilty of defying a subpoena from Congress issued
- 13:12Speaker 4: by the same January sixth Investigation.
- 13:15Speaker 1: So here we are.
- 13:16Speaker 4: As James Comer said, the Democrats have Trump derangement syndrome.
- 13:19Speaker 4: They're just hoping and praying that there's something in these
- 13:22Speaker 4: documents somewhere that they don't know where, but somewhere that
- 13:26Speaker 4: would implicate Trump.
- 13:27Speaker 1: In reality, now that the files.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Are open, there's a very good chance that people like
- 13:32Speaker 4: Bill and Hillary Clinton are going to be in a
- 13:34Speaker 4: lot more trouble than they ever could have imagined.
