- 0:01Speaker 1: Senaer Chuck Grassley, the Republican from Iowa, has now released
- 0:05Speaker 1: one hundred and ninety seven subpoenas that the Biden administration's
- 0:11Speaker 1: FBI used to seek testimony and documents related to hundreds
- 0:17Speaker 1: of Republicans and GOP entities as part of the bureau's
- 0:23Speaker 1: Arctic Frost probe. The prosecutor to former Special Council Jack
- 0:27Speaker 1: Smith's election investigation, which now is in essence a hit list,
- 0:33Speaker 1: a target list, a black book of influential conservatives and
- 0:39Speaker 1: members of Congress who they wanted to target. Arctic Frost
- 0:44Speaker 1: was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents, Chuck Grassley said,
- 0:49Speaker 1: and DOJ prosecutors could improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.
- 0:58Speaker 1: I want you to hear Execs exactly what Chuck Grause
- 1:01Speaker 1: had to say at.
- 1:02Speaker 2: This press conference.
- 1:03Speaker 1: It is shocking, and now we know just how corrupt
- 1:07Speaker 1: the Democratic Party was under the Biden administration.
- 1:11Speaker 3: A little bit of history before I get to what
- 1:13Speaker 3: we're releasing today. I started the investigation into Arctic Frost
- 1:22Speaker 3: July twenty twenty two based.
- 1:25Speaker 4: On whistleblower disclosures.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Based on these disclosures, we know that weaponized taxpayer funded
- 1:34Speaker 3: agents and prosecutors advanced the investigation. As Arctic Frost advanced,
- 1:43Speaker 3: ninety two Republican organizations or individuals were targeted, not just Trump,
- 1:52Speaker 3: and they were added to its scope. And author of
- 1:57Speaker 3: that targeting list was Special Agent wash and Walter Jaredino.
- 2:05Speaker 3: He's the same weaponized agent who was involved in other
- 2:11Speaker 3: cases against Republicans, including Peter Navarro. We've learned Jack Smith
- 2:19Speaker 3: secretly obtained phone record data from at least eight senators
- 2:26Speaker 3: and one Congressman. I've recently been informed by Verizon that
- 2:31Speaker 3: at least eleven members with Verizon accounts were affected. That
- 2:38Speaker 3: includes a hardline for Senator Cruz's office and a staffer
- 2:44Speaker 3: sell phone for former Senator Leffler At and T inform me.
- 2:51Speaker 3: They challenged the legal basis for Jack Smith's efforts and
- 2:58Speaker 3: Smith back down. So today we're making public new records
- 3:06Speaker 3: that I've attained through legally protected whistleblower disclosures. One hundred
- 3:12Speaker 3: and ninety seven subpoenas were issued by Jack Smith and
- 3:18Speaker 3: his team. These subpoenas were issued to thirty four individuals
- 3:26Speaker 3: and one hundred and sixty three businesses, including financial institutions
- 3:32Speaker 3: and One of the points of contact on many of
- 3:36Speaker 3: these subpoenas was that person I previously named Special Agent
- 3:41Speaker 3: Walter Geardino. The subpoena requested records and communications related to
- 3:49Speaker 3: over four hundred and thirty individual and organizations, all of
- 3:54Speaker 3: them appear to be aimed at Republicans. A subpoena to
- 4:01Speaker 3: Event Strategies requested records relating to Turning Point USA and
- 4:08Speaker 3: the Republican Attorney General's Association. One subpoena to Apple sought
- 4:16Speaker 3: records relating to Trump and the January sixth prison choir.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Earlier this year, I obtained emails between and among JP Cooney,
- 4:28Speaker 3: one of Jack Smith's prosecutors. That email exchange was March
- 4:34Speaker 3: twenty twenty three about a partisan news article on January
- 4:39Speaker 3: six and this is what Cooney said in the email.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Can we do some work to nail down Trump's role
- 4:49Speaker 3: in this, perhaps with the same process on Ed Henry's LLCT.
- 4:57Speaker 1: You look at what Chuck Grassley is talking about here,
- 5:01Speaker 1: and it's truly incredible. What he's describing is the Democratic
- 5:05Speaker 1: Party saying we are going to use our DOJ, the FBI,
- 5:09Speaker 1: thisa whoever, we need to open up investigations and then
- 5:14Speaker 1: go out and attack our political enemies. Now, this is
- 5:17Speaker 1: a direct contradictory statement of facts to what Smith had
- 5:23Speaker 1: said publicly. This was clearly a phishing expedition. Grassley went
- 5:29Speaker 1: on to say, standing alongside Grassley center Ron Johnson, he
- 5:34Speaker 1: called the subpoenas nothing short of a Biden administration enemies list.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Take a listen to Johnson in his own.
- 5:41Speaker 5: Words, I think it's important to note that the records
- 5:45Speaker 5: that we are now making public in the personal Transparency
- 5:49Speaker 5: were not obtained from the agency. They were obtained through
- 5:54Speaker 5: a whistleblower. So our first point is we need more whistleblowers.
- 6:00Speaker 5: We need people men and women inside these agencies who
- 6:03Speaker 5: have integrity, who want to see the integrity incredibility of
- 6:06Speaker 5: the Department Justice of the FBI restored. Come forward because
- 6:11Speaker 5: right now I think cash for tail Pam BONDI are
- 6:13Speaker 5: overwhelmed by all the messages they're trying to clean up.
- 6:18Speaker 5: The agencies have been lost a lot of personnel. People
- 6:21Speaker 5: simply couldn't serve the Trump administration. It's hard to hire
- 6:25Speaker 5: people because of all the lawfare, and they're still partisan
- 6:28Speaker 5: actors burrowed in trying to sabotage their efforts.
- 6:32Speaker 4: So we need whistleblowers.
- 6:34Speaker 5: The reason they come forward to Chairman Grassley is because
- 6:36Speaker 5: he's been such a champion of whistleblowers, So again I
- 6:39Speaker 5: thank him for that. What is revealed in those seventeen
- 6:43Speaker 5: hundred pages of documents, in those one hundred and ninety
- 6:46Speaker 5: seven subpoenas, is nothing short of a Biden administration enemies list.
- 6:53Speaker 5: You know, I'm old enough to understand how toxic a
- 6:55Speaker 5: term that was under Richard Nixon. This is far worse,
- 7:00Speaker 5: far worse orders the magnitude worse. People need to understand
- 7:04Speaker 5: how politicized the Biden ministration turned all these agencies. And again,
- 7:10Speaker 5: the best way to describe President Biden's attitude his exact quotes.
- 7:15Speaker 5: He thought, basically half America were domestic terrorists. In September
- 7:19Speaker 5: twenty twenty two, in front of Indpenn's Hall, he said
- 7:21Speaker 5: Donald Trump and the Magan Republicans represent an extremism that
- 7:25Speaker 5: threatens the very foundation of our republic. A year later,
- 7:29Speaker 5: in New York City, Donald Trump is mega Republicans are
- 7:31Speaker 5: determined to destroy American democracy. Now, nothing could be further
- 7:36Speaker 5: from the truth. That is a level of paranoia that's
- 7:41Speaker 5: actually astonishing, but the fact that thirty eight Wisconsinites are
- 7:48Speaker 5: on that enemy's list.
- 7:50Speaker 4: I know most of those individuals.
- 7:52Speaker 5: They are god fearing, country loving law law, law enforcement
- 7:57Speaker 5: supporting people who want to see America succeed. The fact
- 8:02Speaker 5: that they are on a Biden administration enemies list, we're
- 8:06Speaker 5: targeted by that administration is outrageous. It should shock every
- 8:12Speaker 5: American and so I am calling on and I appreciate
- 8:16Speaker 5: all the members of the Jitiary Committee. We need to
- 8:18Speaker 5: get to the bottom of this.
- 8:20Speaker 4: We need to do everything we can.
- 8:21Speaker 5: To assist Director Patel and ag Bondi in making sure
- 8:28Speaker 5: that they have the staff to take control of these agencies,
- 8:32Speaker 5: that they're the heads of them. I don't think they
- 8:34Speaker 5: have the control. I think they're being sabotaged within. But
- 8:38Speaker 5: the American people need to understand exactly what happened. And
- 8:41Speaker 5: again I'm calling on members of the Juiciary Committee to
- 8:44Speaker 5: help send a grass in myself get to the bottom
- 8:46Speaker 5: of this, so we can expose this so this doesn't
- 8:50Speaker 5: happen again in America.
- 8:51Speaker 4: This has to end.
- 8:53Speaker 1: You can hear Johnson there obviously very angry about what
- 8:57Speaker 1: he has witnessed and now the data that he has uncovered.
- 9:01Speaker 1: This is a massive abuse of power by the Biden administration,
- 9:06Speaker 1: and it attacked anyone they thought was their political enemy.
- 9:10Speaker 1: He's not the only one that's frustrated. Senator Cruz talked
- 9:13Speaker 1: about his phone being tapped.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Did you see that gold.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Just hit an all time new high of over four
- 9:20Speaker 1: thousand dollars an ounce? And if you hear that and
- 9:23Speaker 1: you're like, are you kidding me? And you're thinking, gosh,
- 9:26Speaker 1: I missed my opportunity. Well, I don't know if you
- 9:28Speaker 1: missed your opportunity, But my friends at Kurt Elliott Precious
- 9:31Speaker 1: Medals they can answer that question for you.
- 9:34Speaker 4: You also may not.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Be paying attention to the incredible gains with silver that
- 9:39Speaker 1: are happening right now as well. And that's why I
- 9:42Speaker 1: trust the guidance of the team at kirk Elliott. In fact,
- 9:46Speaker 1: I literally just got a hundred ounce bar of silver
- 9:50Speaker 1: the other day. And the reason why is because after
- 9:52Speaker 1: I talked to the team at kirk Elliott Precious Medals,
- 9:56Speaker 1: they let me understand exactly where I could have a
- 9:58Speaker 1: big upside in investing in silver.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Now.
- 10:01Speaker 1: The other part that I love about them is this
- 10:04Speaker 1: they have transparent pricing. There are a lot of gold
- 10:07Speaker 1: companies that you'll hear about if you listen to talk
- 10:10Speaker 1: radio or podcasts or watch TV, But do they tell
- 10:13Speaker 1: you how the pricing actually works well. At kirk Elliott
- 10:18Speaker 1: they're real simple, just eight percent when you buy and
- 10:22Speaker 1: zero commissions when you sell, with no hidden fees. Ever,
- 10:27Speaker 1: that is the other reason why I recommend them to
- 10:29Speaker 1: all of you. They also don't sell you quote rare
- 10:32Speaker 1: coins or precious coins that you pay insane markups on
- 10:36Speaker 1: and then when you go to sell them you find
- 10:38Speaker 1: out they're really not worth that much. They are a
- 10:41Speaker 1: bullyon only approach. They focus on investment grade metals, no
- 10:46Speaker 1: overpriced collectibles, no gimmicks.
- 10:49Speaker 2: That means you get more gold or silver for your.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Money at fair value when it's time for you to sell.
- 10:56Speaker 1: So if you're ready to find out if gold and
- 10:59Speaker 1: silver is right for you and your portfolio, then call
- 11:02Speaker 1: them and get a plan. You can visit them at

- 11:26Speaker 1: at k e PM dot com Johnson is not the
- 11:32Speaker 1: only one that is furious about what they are uncovering.
- 11:35Speaker 1: There's also other members of Congress who were spied upon
- 11:40Speaker 1: sitting members of Congress. One of them was Senator Ted Cruz.
- 11:44Speaker 1: And I want you to hear what Senator Cruz said
- 11:46Speaker 1: after he found out that his office phone in his
- 11:50Speaker 1: actual office in the United States Senate building was tapped.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Why because he was a Conservative? That was the crime.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 12:03Speaker 6: Arctic Frost is Joe Biden's Watergate Merrick Garland was a
- 12:08Speaker 6: fundamentally corrupt Attorney General. Jack Smith was a fundamentally corrupt prosecutor.
- 12:17Speaker 6: This was a political enemies list from the beginning, one
- 12:22Speaker 6: hundred and ninety seven subpoenas for four hundred and thirty
- 12:27Speaker 6: Republican entities and individuals. That is an absolute and egregious
- 12:34Speaker 6: abuse of power. The Biden Justice Department signed off on
- 12:40Speaker 6: issuing subpoenas for the phone records of at least nine
- 12:45Speaker 6: US senators, twenty percent of the Republicans in the United
- 12:52Speaker 6: States Senate where the target of this fishing expedition. They
- 12:57Speaker 6: did so in complete prevention of the Constitution of separation
- 13:04Speaker 6: of powers of the speech and debate clause of free
- 13:09Speaker 6: speech of basic rights of privacy. This is an executive
- 13:14Speaker 6: who believes it is justified spying on their opponents in
- 13:18Speaker 6: the legislature because they convinced themselves the ends justify the means.
- 13:25Speaker 6: I want to talk to you about one of those subpoenas.
- 13:28Speaker 6: One of those subpoenas went from Jack Smith to AT
- 13:30Speaker 6: and T seeking my cell phone communications. It went to
- 13:35Speaker 6: AT and T, and I actually want to commend AT
- 13:37Speaker 6: and T for doing the right thing.
- 13:39Speaker 4: AT and T is based in Texas.
- 13:41Speaker 6: AT and T looked at that subpoena, and they went
- 13:45Speaker 6: to their legal council and they said, what should we
- 13:48Speaker 6: do with that subpoena? And their legal council said, you
- 13:52Speaker 6: cannot comply because this is protected by the speech and
- 13:54Speaker 6: debate clause of the US Constitution. And so AT and
- 13:59Speaker 6: T declined to comply. Did not hand over my cell
- 14:04Speaker 6: phone records. Now, one might ask, ordinarily a phone company
- 14:10Speaker 6: being asked to hand over the phone records of a
- 14:14Speaker 6: sitting senator would notify that senator. Well, there was a
- 14:19Speaker 6: reason AT and T did not do so. Accompanying the
- 14:23Speaker 6: subpoena was an order which I have in my hand
- 14:27Speaker 6: right here. An order that was signed by Judge James E.
- 14:33Speaker 4: Bosberg. Now, who is Boseburg.
- 14:35Speaker 6: Boseburg is that radical leftist judge who is out of control,
- 14:40Speaker 6: who has been issuing nationwide injunctions one after the other,
- 14:45Speaker 6: trying to stop President Trump from carrying out his mandate
- 14:48Speaker 6: from the voters. Judge Bosburg issued an order to the
- 14:51Speaker 6: US to AT and T and sign that order prohibiting
- 14:55Speaker 6: AT and T from informing me of this subpoena for
- 14:59Speaker 6: at least one year. And Judge Bosburg gave the basis
- 15:04Speaker 6: for that order. And I'm going to quote from the
- 15:06Speaker 6: order Judge Boseburg signed. The Court finds reasonable grounds to
- 15:12Speaker 6: believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of or
- 15:19Speaker 6: tampering with evidence, intimidation of potential witnesses, and serious jeopardy
- 15:26Speaker 6: to the investigation.
- 15:28Speaker 4: That's an order a judge sign.
- 15:29Speaker 6: Now, I can tell you right now there is precisely
- 15:33Speaker 6: zero evidence to conclude that I am likely to destroy
- 15:39Speaker 6: or tamper with evidence, or to intimidate potential witnesses, zero
- 15:46Speaker 6: evidentiary basis for that. This order is an abusive power.
- 15:50Speaker 6: This order is a weaponized legal system. My assumption we
- 15:56Speaker 6: don't have the subpoenas that were issued for the other senators.
- 15:58Speaker 6: But my assumption is Judge Boseburg printed these things out
- 16:04Speaker 6: like the placemats at Denny's, one after the other. We
- 16:09Speaker 6: don't know that for a fact, but I feel confident
- 16:12Speaker 6: that he concluded it's likely that Lindsey Graham would destroy evidence,
- 16:15Speaker 6: and Marsha Blackburn would destroy evidence, and Eric Schmidt would
- 16:18Speaker 6: destroy evidence, and Chuck Grassley would destroy evidence. If a
- 16:22Speaker 6: litigant makes a claim for which there is no factual basis,
- 16:25Speaker 6: that litigant is subject to sanctions in federal court. And
- 16:30Speaker 6: if a judge signs an order reaching a factual conclusion
- 16:34Speaker 6: for which there is zero evidence whatsoever, that judge is
- 16:38Speaker 6: abusing his power. I am right now calling on the
- 16:40Speaker 6: House of Representatives to impeach Judge Boseburg. Judge Boseburg put
- 16:46Speaker 6: his robe down, stood up, and said, sign me up
- 16:50Speaker 6: to be part of the partisan vendetta against twenty percent
- 16:55Speaker 6: of the Republicans in the Senate. That is a dereliction
- 16:59Speaker 6: of duty and a vibe of the judicial oath.
- 17:02Speaker 4: And I want to.
- 17:02Speaker 6: Thank Chairman Grassley and Chairman Johnson for pursuing this tenaciously like.
- 17:08Speaker 4: A dog on a bone.
- 17:09Speaker 6: We are going to get the answers of every person
- 17:12Speaker 6: who signed off on this abuse of power, and mark
- 17:15Speaker 6: my words, there will be accountability for these zelots who
- 17:20Speaker 6: wanted to corrupt the Department of Justice and corrupt the
- 17:24Speaker 6: judiciary in order to try to attack their enemy's list.
- 17:29Speaker 6: That is unconstitutional, it is ibmoral, and it is wrong.
- 17:34Speaker 1: This is Biden's Watergate. I could not agree more with
- 17:37Speaker 1: Senator Cruz when he said that earlier. I couldn't agree
- 17:39Speaker 1: more with Senator Ron Johnson when he called the subpoenas
- 17:42Speaker 1: nothing short of Biden's administration's enemies list. These subpoenas were
- 17:49Speaker 1: non public for a reason. These subpoenas were confidential grand
- 17:53Speaker 1: jury material the Grassy said he obtained through whistleblower disclosures.
- 17:58Speaker 1: They were trying to hide this from the current administration.
- 18:03Speaker 1: The subpoena sought certain communications with media companies as well.
- 18:07Speaker 1: We've now learned that those media companies included Fox News Channel, CBS, Sinclair, Newsmax,
- 18:15Speaker 1: and with members of aids in Congress also being put
- 18:20Speaker 1: under the well phishing expedition, we also know they sought
- 18:25Speaker 1: sweeping financial information from conservative entities as well. Those conservative entities.
- 18:33Speaker 1: They wanted to use the federal governments to silence them,
- 18:37Speaker 1: to shut them down. This was literally an enemy's list,
- 18:42Speaker 1: and it was all disguised by the Democratic Party in quiet,
- 18:48Speaker 1: privately to make sure that you and I never found it.
- 18:52Speaker 1: It was also designed to make sure that people like
- 18:55Speaker 1: Senator Cruz could not stop it when it was happening.
- 19:00Speaker 1: And why did they not want them to know about it?
- 19:03Speaker 1: Why did they lie and say that, well, these senators
- 19:06Speaker 1: who they were spying on could not be trusted, that
- 19:09Speaker 1: they might try to intimidate witnesses with no evidence to
- 19:13Speaker 1: back that up. Because they knew if these senators found
- 19:16Speaker 1: out about this, they would have the legal grounds to
- 19:19Speaker 1: stop the Biden administration immediately. And that is exactly why
- 19:25Speaker 1: they said, Okay, we are done. We will do it
- 19:29Speaker 1: in silence, we will do it quietly. And they were
- 19:32Speaker 1: betting on winning the next election so they'd never be
- 19:35Speaker 1: held accountable for what they just did. And the massive
- 19:38Speaker 1: abuse of power that they were in charge of. This
- 19:42Speaker 1: was not legal in any way. This was corruption in
- 19:47Speaker 1: every way, and now Donald Trump's administration has exposed it
- 19:52Speaker 1: because of great men and women who have risked their
- 19:56Speaker 1: careers as whistle blowers trusting the system. One of the
- 20:01Speaker 1: things you heard there at the very beginning was Senator
- 20:04Speaker 1: Grassley and Johnson talking about we need more whistleblowers to
- 20:08Speaker 1: come forward, and whistleblowers that are witnessing now the protections
- 20:13Speaker 1: they're receiving from the Trump administration are probably a thousand
- 20:18Speaker 1: times more likely to come forward than they would have
- 20:21Speaker 1: during the Biden era when they could clearly see just
- 20:24Speaker 1: how corrupt they were as a administration. One final thing
- 20:31Speaker 1: about this, I expect there is going to be even
- 20:34Speaker 1: more bombshells to come forward, more corruption that will be unearthed.
- 20:40Speaker 1: And as all of this corruption continues to be exposed,
- 20:45Speaker 1: the question now is who will be held accountable for it.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Will keep you updated on that, I can promise you.
- 20:53Speaker 1: I want to get you an update on the government's
- 20:55Speaker 1: shutdown because it's important. This shutdown that began at twelve
- 20:59Speaker 1: oh one eight on October the first, is now over
- 21:02Speaker 1: a month long. And there were different moments where there
- 21:06Speaker 1: were well saying people that thought the shutdown would end.
- 21:09Speaker 1: There were many that believe Democrats are holding out until
- 21:13Speaker 1: last week's No King's rally to then open the government.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Their psychological behavior is well unhinged, and no one really
- 21:22Speaker 1: knows what's going to happen moving forward, even in the
- 21:24Speaker 1: Democratic Party. But we are now on track to become
- 21:28Speaker 1: the longest government shutdown in US history if it continues
- 21:33Speaker 1: pass November fourth. Now, the Senate has voted to reopen
- 21:38Speaker 1: the government and Democrats continue to block them. According to reporting,
- 21:43Speaker 1: the Senate has rejected a bill to reopen the government,
- 21:45Speaker 1: a stop gap continuing resolution, a clean cr that has
- 21:50Speaker 1: now happened yet again, the procedural vote failing fifty one
- 21:56Speaker 1: to forty five to advance the bill, which needs sixty votes.
- 22:00Speaker 1: That means Democrats have to come along to overcome the filibuster.
- 22:05Speaker 1: We have also seen Democrats now celebrating an essence Americans hurting.
- 22:11Speaker 1: There have even been some Democrats and Republicans that have
- 22:14Speaker 1: agreed on allowing for snap benefits to continue. Yet Democrats
- 22:20Speaker 1: want this to be painful. Why because they're hoping the
- 22:24Speaker 1: majority of Americans will be ignorant and just blame Donald
- 22:27Speaker 1: Trump for everything.
- 22:29Speaker 2: Well, that brings us to the data.
- 22:32Speaker 1: CNN's data guru, a guy by the name of Harry Hitten,
- 22:37Speaker 1: was caught off guard to find what he described as
- 22:40Speaker 1: a rare bright spot for Republicans during the government's shutdown.
- 22:44Speaker 1: In fact, the polling numbers have improved for Donald Trump
- 22:49Speaker 1: because the American people are not as stupid as the
- 22:52Speaker 1: Democrats were hoping. Take a listen to what they had
- 22:55Speaker 1: to say with their new poll that has come out
- 22:58Speaker 1: and the shock that actually Trump's numbers have improved and
- 23:02Speaker 1: not gone down during the shutdown.
- 23:05Speaker 7: One thing that might end a shutdown is political pain,
- 23:08Speaker 7: if parties start to feel that it's hurting them. So
- 23:11Speaker 7: let's talk about that. Starting with Republicans. How is the
- 23:14Speaker 7: shutdown seem to have affected their political standing?
- 23:17Speaker 8: Yeah, you might think, given that the Republicans are in
- 23:19Speaker 8: charge of both the House and the Senate, that a
- 23:21Speaker 8: government shutdown might actually hurt the Republican brand, but.
- 23:24Speaker 2: In fact it hasn't.
- 23:26Speaker 8: If anything, it's been helped a little bit. Take a
- 23:28Speaker 8: look here the shift in net popularity versus pre shutdown
- 23:31Speaker 8: among the g When we're looking at the Republican Party overall,
- 23:34Speaker 8: that brand actually up two points. That's within the margin verraa.
- 23:36Speaker 8: But clearly it hasn't dropped. Come over this side of
- 23:39Speaker 8: the screen. Look at the net approval ratings for Republicans
- 23:41Speaker 8: in Congress it's actually up five.
- 23:44Speaker 4: Points since pre shutdown. So what we're seeing.
- 23:46Speaker 8: Here is the Republican brand in Congress has actually improved
- 23:50Speaker 8: somewhat compared to where we were pre shutdown, despite the
- 23:52Speaker 8: fact the Republicans control. And that's the mat that John
- 23:55Speaker 8: Thune and Mike Johnson are looking at, is Hey, why
- 23:57Speaker 8: should we give an electorally speaking when our brand has
- 24:00Speaker 8: actually improved a little bit?
- 24:02Speaker 7: Now we say their position is getting better with whom.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, with whom?
- 24:06Speaker 8: So I think it's two groups that it's so important
- 24:08Speaker 8: to keep them an eye out on. All right, change
- 24:10Speaker 8: in the Republican Congresses and net approval rating versus pre shutdown.
- 24:13Speaker 2: It's rallying the base for sure.
- 24:15Speaker 8: Look at this, the net approval rating up twelve points
- 24:17Speaker 8: versus pre shutdown. But it's not just with the base,
- 24:20Speaker 8: it's also with the middle of the electorate. Look at
- 24:22Speaker 8: this among independents it's up eight points as well. So
- 24:25Speaker 8: we've got a situation here where Republicans with this shutdown
- 24:28Speaker 8: are actually rallying their base. But it's also something that's
- 24:31Speaker 8: not hurting them with the folks in the middle of anything.
- 24:33Speaker 8: It's helping them with folks in the mill And this
- 24:35Speaker 8: is the type of math that if you're Republicans you
- 24:37Speaker 8: like to see, right, because something could rally the base
- 24:39Speaker 8: but alienate those in the middle, or something could rally
- 24:42Speaker 8: those in the middle but alienate the base.
- 24:44Speaker 2: But the truth is we're not seeing that.
- 24:45Speaker 8: What we're seeing is the Republican brand has actually gotten
- 24:48Speaker 8: better among independents, and it's also gotten better among Republicans
- 24:52Speaker 8: as well, that Republican brand when it comes to those
- 24:54Speaker 8: in Congress. So again, what's the electoral reason that Republicans
- 24:58Speaker 8: were given at this point in Democrats?
- 24:59Speaker 7: Of course, they have their eyes on the midterm elections. Yeah,
- 25:02Speaker 7: we have elections one week from today, but what Democrats
- 25:05Speaker 7: in Congress are mostly focused on or one year in
- 25:07Speaker 7: one week from today from the midterms. So how do
- 25:09Speaker 7: Democrats how are they positioned right now?
- 25:11Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 25:12Speaker 8: So, I mean, look the general congressional ballot, which traditionally
- 25:15Speaker 8: Democrats have done really well on. And if you look
- 25:17Speaker 8: at this point back when Trump was present the first
- 25:19Speaker 8: time around, Democrats are up eleven points.
- 25:20Speaker 4: Look at where it is now.
- 25:21Speaker 8: Democrats are head but they're actually only up three points.
- 25:25Speaker 8: This is, in fact, the worst position Democrats have been
- 25:27Speaker 8: on in a generic ballot at this point in midterm
- 25:29Speaker 8: when there was a Republican president in the last twenty years,
- 25:32Speaker 8: And this is no different from pre shutdown. So Republicans
- 25:35Speaker 8: aren't losing on this metric either. They become more popular
- 25:37Speaker 8: and they're actually in a pretty good position for them
- 25:39Speaker 8: historically when it comes to the generic congressional ballot.
- 25:41Speaker 7: This is a concerning number for Democrats, if you're saying, this.
- 25:43Speaker 8: Is a concerning number for Democrats because it's considerably worse
- 25:46Speaker 8: than they traditionally do in midterm elections when there's a
- 25:49Speaker 8: Republican president.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Now, if Democrats were sane, they would hear these numbers
- 25:55Speaker 1: from CNN and say, Okay, it's time to end the shutdown.
- 25:58Speaker 1: It's not going in our face. But you have to
- 26:01Speaker 1: understand that they want this shutdown to hurt They want
- 26:04Speaker 1: small businesses to be destroyed. In fact, Small Business Administrator
- 26:08Speaker 1: Kelly Lefler just said this on Fox Business with Larry
- 26:12Speaker 1: Kavlow about what the intended effects of the government shutdown
- 26:15Speaker 1: for the Democrats may actually be, and it's to put
- 26:19Speaker 1: you out of business.
- 26:21Speaker 9: Straight, you're here to tell me, I think that the
- 26:23Speaker 9: shutdowns killing small business. But Pardoner, this whole show is
- 26:28Speaker 9: very bullished. The stock market is booming, the economy is
- 26:31Speaker 9: growing close to four percent. How bad can it be
- 26:34Speaker 9: for small business? I mean the shutdown thing, you know whatever,
- 26:39Speaker 9: We should be pulling the trigger on those two point
- 26:41Speaker 9: zero and reduced spending. But really, you intind small business
- 26:45Speaker 9: is really hurting now.
- 26:47Speaker 10: Well, look, Larry, prior to this shutdown. As of September,
- 26:50Speaker 10: small business confidence hit a seven year high. Not since
- 26:54Speaker 10: President Trump's first term had small business felt so confident
- 26:57Speaker 10: in the economy. And that's all things to President Trump's
- 27:00Speaker 10: economic agenda, which by the way, is a supply side
- 27:03Speaker 10: agenda that I know you support. It's free and fair trade,
- 27:05Speaker 10: it's low taxes, it's deregulation, it's access to capital. And
- 27:09Speaker 10: because of their confidence in twenty twenty five, the fiscal
- 27:12Speaker 10: year we just wrapped up twenty seven days ago, the
- 27:15Speaker 10: SBA broke through a seventy two year lending record, surpassing
- 27:19Speaker 10: forty five billion to eighty five thousand small businesses across
- 27:24Speaker 10: this country because they believe in President Trump's economic agenda
- 27:27Speaker 10: of drill baby drill, making sure that we have the
- 27:30Speaker 10: supply chains we need in restoring American manufacturing they were
- 27:34Speaker 10: quite bullish heading into this shutdown. But look, this shutdown
- 27:38Speaker 10: is having the intended effect by the Democrats. They want
- 27:40Speaker 10: to hurt Main Street and that's what they're trying to
- 27:42Speaker 10: do right now.
- 27:43Speaker 9: Well, you make a the National Federation of the Independent
- 27:47Speaker 9: Business Survey, that may be what you're talking about. It
- 27:51Speaker 9: did drop. I mean it was one hundred point eight
- 27:54Speaker 9: in August. The last reading is ninety eight point eight
- 27:57Speaker 9: in September. Year ago was only ninety one point five.
- 28:01Speaker 9: But really, I mean with all the things in the
- 28:04Speaker 9: one big beautiful bill, and you're seeing a fabulous stock market.
- 28:08Speaker 9: Now these are small businesses, they're not necessarily publicly owned businesses,
- 28:12Speaker 9: but I you know, I think the future is very,
- 28:15Speaker 9: very bright. You have tremendous tax incentives in that bill.
- 28:21Speaker 9: Kelly Leffler, I mean, I want to shut down the
- 28:24Speaker 9: end two and I think the Democrats are all wrong,
- 28:26Speaker 9: and we're going to make fun of it in the
- 28:27Speaker 9: next segment. But the fact of the matter is the
- 28:30Speaker 9: ecomomy's booming and the stock market is telling us that,
- 28:33Speaker 9: and I you know, I want you to You've been
- 28:36Speaker 9: growing at four percent, three point nine percent in the
- 28:39Speaker 9: second and third quarters of going into the Atlanta FED.
- 28:42Speaker 9: That's pretty good, don't you think.
- 28:44Speaker 1: You listen to Kudler there and what he's saying, as
- 28:47Speaker 1: the government shut down drags into a month and it
- 28:50Speaker 1: could go to the longest shutdown in history, and yes,
- 28:53Speaker 1: the government shutdown is having the intended effects by Democrats.
- 28:56Speaker 1: They want to shut down and hurt small business owners.
- 29:00Speaker 1: They want you to not be able to pay for
- 29:02Speaker 1: food if you're on food stamps.
- 29:04Speaker 2: They want you to suffer.
- 29:06Speaker 1: So that then maybe you'll decide that somehow this shutdown,
- 29:09Speaker 1: which is clearly the Democrat's fault and their plan, will
- 29:13Speaker 1: then somehow turn to you blaming the Republicans for it.
- 29:18Speaker 1: That is the key here for them. This is what
- 29:21Speaker 1: they want to happen. They want you to just get
- 29:25Speaker 1: so angry that you finally just say to Republicans, all right,
- 29:28Speaker 1: screw it. Give the hostages the Democratic Party what they
- 29:33Speaker 1: demand so that I get whatever relief I want right now.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Now.
- 29:38Speaker 1: One other thing about this government shutdown that I also
- 29:41Speaker 1: think is an important point to make. The Republicans seem
- 29:45Speaker 1: to be doing a much better job of explaining this shutdown,
- 29:51Speaker 1: why it's happening, and who's behind it than they have
- 29:55Speaker 1: done in the past. They seem to be much more
- 29:57Speaker 1: focused on explaining it, and the Erican people seem to
- 30:01Speaker 1: understand it now better than they ever have before. A
- 30:05Speaker 1: lot of this goes back to what's happening this country.
- 30:07Speaker 1: On another issue, law and order, the Republican Party has
- 30:11Speaker 1: an incredible job explaining why law and order is important,
- 30:17Speaker 1: why we should make sure that the men and women
- 30:20Speaker 1: who are in this country illegally should be found and deported,
- 30:24Speaker 1: and how many criminal aliens there are. This subject right
- 30:28Speaker 1: now is literally no different than that. This subject is
- 30:34Speaker 1: the same thing. You have a Democratic party that is
- 30:38Speaker 1: holding Americans hostage because they lost their power, and when
- 30:42Speaker 1: they lost their power, they decided this was the game
- 30:45Speaker 1: plan it is to hurt Americans and try to make
- 30:49Speaker 1: you just beg for some sort of relief, even if
- 30:53Speaker 1: that means a terrible deal overall for the future of
- 30:56Speaker 1: this country and the American people, Which bring us to
- 31:01Speaker 1: looking forward, how long will the shutdown last? Honestly, when
- 31:06Speaker 1: you're dealing with these types of people that are holding
- 31:08Speaker 1: you hostage, there's no way to tell, there's no way
- 31:11Speaker 1: to know, there's no way to know what they're going
- 31:15Speaker 1: to do next. And if they're going to listen to you.
- 31:19Speaker 1: The one thing I can tell you is it's time
- 31:21Speaker 1: to start getting on the phone, calling your congressman, calling
- 31:25Speaker 1: your senators and explaining to them, if they're Republicans, you
- 31:29Speaker 1: stand with them, and if they're Democrats voting against reopening
- 31:33Speaker 1: the government, that you're going to hold them accountable in
- 31:36Speaker 1: the future. I do think the American people are understanding
- 31:40Speaker 1: one thing right now. The Democratic Party is not listening
- 31:43Speaker 1: to the American voters at all, and when they don't
- 31:46Speaker 1: get their way, their goal and objective is to go
- 31:50Speaker 1: rogue because they don't respect the laws or the will
- 31:53Speaker 1: of the American people.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Don't forget to share
