- 0:01Speaker 1: Nine to zero.
- 0:03Speaker 2: I'm trying to remember the last time a major ruling
- 0:05Speaker 2: came down from a very divided Supreme Court where it
- 0:09Speaker 2: was a nine to nothing decision. The media having a
- 0:13Speaker 2: hard time dealing with the fact that the US Supreme
- 0:16Speaker 2: Court says former President Donald Trump is eligible to be
- 0:21Speaker 2: on the ballot everywhere and states cannot take away your
- 0:26Speaker 2: right to decide who you want to be the president of
- 0:28Speaker 2: the United States. Is only apparently Congress can do that,
- 0:33Speaker 2: ABC News when the news broke this is what they said.
- 0:37Speaker 3: A rare moment of unanimity on a usually divided court.
- 0:40Speaker 3: All nine justices of the Supreme Court agree that states
- 0:45Speaker 3: cannot kick candidates off the ballot under the fourteenth Amendment.
- 0:48Speaker 3: That clause which you mentioned, which passed after the Civil War,
- 0:52Speaker 3: held that people who had sworn an oath to uphold
- 0:54Speaker 3: the Constitution and then engaged in insurrection are banned from
- 0:59Speaker 3: hold in federal office.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Further, and what.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Supreme Court said is that states can't enforce that that
- 1:05Speaker 3: it requires Congress to pass a law to it outline
- 1:09Speaker 3: how that clause should be enforced, concluding very simply that
- 1:14Speaker 3: responsibility for enforcing that part of the Constitution rests with
- 1:18Speaker 3: Congress and not with the states.
- 1:20Speaker 1: The Supreme Court expressing.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Real concern that states could go different ways. Some states
- 1:25Speaker 3: would perhaps ban one candidates, some states perhaps ban another candidate,
- 1:29Speaker 3: other states keep them both on the ballot, and they
- 1:31Speaker 3: express concern about the disruption that that would work.
- 1:35Speaker 2: There by the way, the disruption would be that we
- 1:38Speaker 2: would basically not have a democracy anymore in this country.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Also NBC News breaking into their coverage. Here's what it
- 1:46Speaker 2: sounded like on NBC.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Again, the Court, you're saying, because the Constitution makes Congress
- 1:51Speaker 4: rather than the states, responsible for enforcing Section three against
- 1:55Speaker 4: federal officeholders and candidates, we reverse. So again a clear
- 1:58Speaker 4: win for the Republican front runner. The Colorado case was
- 2:01Speaker 4: the one that was in front of them right now,
- 2:03Speaker 4: but other states had tried to ban him from the ballot,
- 2:06Speaker 4: including Maine and Illinois.
- 2:08Speaker 1: With the Court doing.
- 2:09Speaker 4: This right now, those essentially will also be wiped.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Away, wiped away.
- 2:14Speaker 2: So what this means is the communist Marxist Socialist Party
- 2:17Speaker 2: masquerading as Democrats just got slapped hard by.
- 2:22Speaker 1: A Supreme Court with liberal justices.
- 2:24Speaker 2: It said, this is the United States of America, This
- 2:27Speaker 2: is not Russia. This is not China, this is not Venezuela,
- 2:31Speaker 2: this is not Cuba. You cannot take candidates that you
- 2:35Speaker 2: don't like off the ballot. Now, what does this mean
- 2:38Speaker 2: moving forward? It means Democrats in the Senate are going
- 2:41Speaker 2: to move with the House to try to figure out
- 2:44Speaker 2: a way to get rid of Donald Trump. In fact,
- 2:46Speaker 2: they're already trying to do it. And I'm going to
- 2:49Speaker 2: play that for you in just a moment. But first,
- 2:51Speaker 2: let me tell you about my friends at Ammo Squared.
- 2:53Speaker 2: If you're like me and you want to make sure
- 2:56Speaker 2: that you have enough Ammo stocked up that if there's
- 3:01Speaker 2: ever another moment where all the Amo disappears, We've seen it.
- 3:05Speaker 2: We saw it during COVID, We've seen it in Wars,
- 3:08Speaker 2: We've seen it multiple times in my lifetime, where the
- 3:11Speaker 2: price of Ammo will double, triple, quadruple. You don't have
- 3:14Speaker 2: to deal with that if you do what I do
- 3:17Speaker 2: with Ammo Squared. Ammo is delivered on demand and automatically
- 3:21Speaker 2: when you need it, or stored for free when you don't.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Ammo Square is customizable to your budget. You can buy

- 3:30Speaker 2: and then let it grow over time, or you can
- 3:32Speaker 2: buy a bunch all at once and you have it
- 3:34Speaker 2: when you need it.
- 3:35Speaker 1: It's truly automated.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Set it and forget it Ammo purchasing, and you can

- 3:48Speaker 2: up over time, and it's delivered automatically when you say
- 3:51Speaker 2: I want it now. In twenty twenty, when the store
- 3:54Speaker 2: shelves were empty and everyone was having trouble finding Ammo,
- 3:57Speaker 2: trust me, I know I owned a gun store at
- 3:59Speaker 2: the time, and and it was impossible to find Ammo.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Well Amo Squared customers. All they had to do was
- 4:05Speaker 2: ship their Ammo store to Amo Square and guess what
- 4:08Speaker 2: they didn't have to pay four or five, six times
- 4:10Speaker 2: what it was actually worth the day before everything happened.
- 4:14Speaker 2: With COVID, you get it immediately delivered with just the
- 4:17Speaker 2: click of a button. Plus, you can forget about dealing
- 4:20Speaker 2: with moving heavy case of.

- 4:23Speaker 2: You can literally exchange your amoscrit inventory for one caliber
- 4:27Speaker 2: to another and seconds with just a few clicks, or
- 4:30Speaker 2: close your account and you can even sell all your
- 4:33Speaker 2: AMMO back if you need the money.
- 4:35Speaker 1: It's effortless ammunition management.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Go to amosquare dot com slash ben to sign up
- 4:41Speaker 2: and get some free AMO in your account right now
- 4:44Speaker 2: ammosquared dot com slash ben. That's amosquared dot com slash ben.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Democrats now are immediately taking this Supreme Court SmackDown, and
- 4:55Speaker 2: they're saying, all right, screw you, Supreme Court.
- 4:57Speaker 1: We hate you.
- 4:58Speaker 2: We want to pack the court because you guys don't
- 5:00Speaker 2: do what we think you should do. They're furious with
- 5:03Speaker 2: the liberal justices that obviously cited clearly on the side
- 5:07Speaker 2: of the Constitution in this insane abuse of power by
- 5:10Speaker 2: these Marxists and communists and socialists at masqueraders is Democrats.
- 5:14Speaker 2: But I want you to hear how fast? All right,
- 5:17Speaker 2: I want you to hear how fast. Democrats came out
- 5:19Speaker 2: and said, okay, fine, if you're going to do this,
- 5:23Speaker 2: then we're going to come back and we're going to
- 5:26Speaker 2: hit you, and we're going to hit you hard. We're
- 5:29Speaker 2: going to come out and we're going to go to
- 5:31Speaker 2: Congress and we're going to try to change the rules
- 5:34Speaker 2: as fast as we possibly can, because we believe the
- 5:38Speaker 2: American people do not, in fact have a right to
- 5:42Speaker 2: decide who they're president of the United States of America
- 5:46Speaker 2: should be. Representative hardcore liberal Jamie Raskin, he's a Democrat
- 5:51Speaker 2: ranking member of Oversight and Accountability Committee. This is what
- 5:54Speaker 2: he said on CNN about it.
- 5:57Speaker 5: I am working with a number of my colleagues, including W.
- 6:01Speaker 5: Wasserman Schultz and Eric Swalwell, to revive legislation that we
- 6:05Speaker 5: had to set up a process by which we could
- 6:08Speaker 5: determine that someone who committed insurrection is disqualified by section
- 6:13Speaker 5: three the fourteenth Amendment. And the House of Representatives already
- 6:16Speaker 5: impeached Donald Trump for participating in insurrection by inciting it,
- 6:21Speaker 5: so the House is already pronounced upon that.
- 6:24Speaker 2: So this is on CNN right after the ruling comes down.
- 6:28Speaker 2: They're like they're locked and loaded, all right, Raskin, Who
- 6:31Speaker 2: you working with? I'm working with Eric Swalwell, who literally
- 6:34Speaker 2: slept for years with the Chinese communist enemy that was
- 6:36Speaker 2: spying on us. That's to who we're working with, and
- 6:39Speaker 2: we're going to figure out a way to disqualify Donald Trump.
- 6:41Speaker 2: I believe, by the way, that's exactly what they are
- 6:44Speaker 2: going to try to do. They are going to try
- 6:46Speaker 2: to do this and look representative. Raskin also said that
- 6:49Speaker 2: Scotus has an opportunity to quote rehabilitate its very tarnished image. Now,
- 6:55Speaker 2: to be clear, this is election interference. This is intimidation
- 7:01Speaker 2: of judges supposed to be against the law, but apparently
- 7:03Speaker 2: it's not. Because the Supreme Court rejected the Fourteenth Amendment.
- 7:08Speaker 2: The most liberal justices that the leftist put on there
- 7:11Speaker 2: said no to this. They said Trump is on the ballot.
- 7:15Speaker 2: You can't do this in a democracy. And the Democrats
- 7:18Speaker 2: come out the leadership they're like, oh, yes we can, Yes.
- 7:21Speaker 1: We can. Listen.
- 7:23Speaker 6: Finally, Congressman, I want to look ahead to another case
- 7:28Speaker 6: the Supreme Court is going to hear. They're going to
- 7:30Speaker 6: hear arguments next month in April about the question of
- 7:34Speaker 6: whether or not the former president can claim absolute immunity
- 7:39Speaker 6: in criminal charges against him. Does today's decision give you
- 7:42Speaker 6: any indication on how they will navigate that issue?
- 7:47Speaker 5: Well, of course, the treatment of one case on a
- 7:52Speaker 5: discrete legal issue does not theoretically affect the treatment of
- 7:56Speaker 5: another case dealing with a different theoretical issue. On the
- 8:00Speaker 5: other hand, a lot of people have suggested that because
- 8:02Speaker 5: this was a unanimous decision that the Court wanted to
- 8:06Speaker 5: do enter into some kind of gram constitutional bargain that
- 8:11Speaker 5: would restore some of the lost legitimacy of the Court,
- 8:14Speaker 5: and they would say, therefore, nine to zero, this can't.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Be up to the states.
- 8:18Speaker 5: They can control only access to the state ballot, not
- 8:21Speaker 5: the federal ballot. It's up to Congress. And then in
- 8:24Speaker 5: the presidential community case, stick with the unanimous bipartisan ruling
- 8:29Speaker 5: from the DC Circuit, saying, of course, we don't have
- 8:32Speaker 5: any kings here, we don't have dictators. No, a president
- 8:35Speaker 5: cannot assassinate his political opponents and escape any kind of
- 8:40Speaker 5: criminal consequences unless he's impeached in the House and convicted
- 8:45Speaker 5: in the Senate, which was the argument that Trump's lawyers
- 8:48Speaker 5: actually made before the DC Circuit. So I would hope
- 8:51Speaker 5: that would happen. Unfortunately, there are at least three justices
- 8:56Speaker 5: who were appointed or nominated to the Court by Donald
- 8:59Speaker 5: Trump who appear not to be veering very far from
- 9:04Speaker 5: what the mega element wants them to do. But let's
- 9:08Speaker 5: hope that this is the case where they can vindicate
- 9:10Speaker 5: themselves and also rehabilitate the very tarnished image of the
- 9:14Speaker 5: Supreme Court at this point.
- 9:16Speaker 2: You listen to just CNN's coverage that I played for you,
- 9:20Speaker 2: and it's clear they knew that a bad ruling was
- 9:24Speaker 2: coming down. And when I say bad, I want to
- 9:26Speaker 2: be clear what I mean by that. They believe Donald
- 9:28Speaker 2: Trump should be in prison right now. They want to
- 9:30Speaker 2: lock up their political opponents. They hate Donald Trump, They've
- 9:33Speaker 2: hated him from the very beginning. This the same communist
- 9:35Speaker 2: network that spread lies and never apologized. The lies they
- 9:40Speaker 2: spread were that there was Russian collusion and they knew
- 9:42Speaker 2: that there wasn't. But they are now just full blown
- 9:46Speaker 2: communists propagandists, and you see this in their coverage, are like, well,
- 9:51Speaker 2: there's also other rulings, and they're now attacking Amy Komy
- 9:54Speaker 2: Barrett and she's implying that she shouldn't even be on
- 9:57Speaker 2: the Supreme Court and that she's kind of making her
- 9:59Speaker 2: own way and under trying to undermine her.
- 10:01Speaker 1: I mean, you can hear it in their disdain.
- 10:04Speaker 2: But they're also mad at these other liberal judges for
- 10:07Speaker 2: doing this because I think they believed the left believe
- 10:10Speaker 2: when they put these side of my orders and others
- 10:13Speaker 2: on the Supreme Court, that they would be activists for them,
- 10:18Speaker 2: and I want to give real credit here to the
- 10:20Speaker 2: Supreme Court liberal justices they side my are Rar, Kagan, etc.
- 10:26Speaker 2: They deserve this. They deserve for all of us to
- 10:29Speaker 2: applaud them. Not because they sided in favor of Donald Trump.
- 10:34Speaker 2: They cited the way that legally you're supposed to with
- 10:37Speaker 2: the Constitution. That's why they deserve to be applauded, because
- 10:42Speaker 2: we should always want the justices to decide on behalf
- 10:47Speaker 2: of the of the democracy of what the Constitution actually says.
- 10:54Speaker 2: And so whether this is a Republican or a Democrat here,
- 10:58Speaker 2: because remember there's Republicans that could have done this to
- 11:01Speaker 2: democrats too. If this is the new standard that hey,
- 11:04Speaker 2: we don't like a candate, we'll figure out a way
- 11:05Speaker 2: to take them off the ballot in some state, and
- 11:07Speaker 2: therefore will he can't run or she can't run like
- 11:10Speaker 2: this is what happens in their world countries. I'm not
- 11:13Speaker 2: in favor of today's ruling because it helps Trump. I'm
- 11:15Speaker 2: in favor of today's ruling because it was the right
- 11:18Speaker 2: thing to do based on our constitution, and these liberal
- 11:21Speaker 2: justices did the right thing today unanimously ruling that states
- 11:24Speaker 2: cannot disqualify Trump or any other candate because you don't
- 11:29Speaker 2: like them politically from the ballot.
- 11:32Speaker 1: We can't have that in America.
- 11:34Speaker 2: We should all be extremely excited about this. This is
- 11:39Speaker 2: a good day for freedom and democracy. Now, before I
- 11:42Speaker 2: give you all those details, inflation is heavily eroding your
- 11:45Speaker 2: purchasing power, putting your savings, retirement accounts, and future legacy
- 11:49Speaker 2: at risk. With more taxes, the continuous threat of war,
- 11:52Speaker 2: a national debt now exceeding thirty four trillion, and the
- 11:55Speaker 2: push for central bank digital currencies, our financial freedom.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Is at stake.
- 11:59Speaker 2: You have fifty thousand dollars or more in retirement savings,

- 12:45Speaker 2: real quick so you can understand just how psycho and
- 12:48Speaker 2: how evil they are over at MSNBC. MSNBC right after
- 12:52Speaker 2: this happens, they went full bore, all out to give
- 12:58Speaker 2: a microphone to this psycho woman activists in Colorado who
- 13:05Speaker 2: brought this case, and they went to the Colorado Secretary
- 13:08Speaker 2: of State, Griswold, and they're like, Oh my gosh, I
- 13:11Speaker 2: can't believe this actually happened.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Tell us what you think.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Now, let me remind you this Colorado Secretary of State
- 13:18Speaker 2: just found out that they were so far outside of
- 13:22Speaker 2: the law that the Supreme Court said, you guys are
- 13:26Speaker 2: crazy Nino decision, and you guys are basically a threat
- 13:30Speaker 2: to democracy and free and fair elections and what is
- 13:33Speaker 2: MSNBC though, they're like, oh, let's give them a platform.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Let's give them a platform, and let's hear from that
- 13:39Speaker 2: side that just got obliterated by the Supreme Court, including
- 13:43Speaker 2: the liberal justice. Listen to this communist propaganda.
- 13:46Speaker 7: Given how you see this case, given how a number
- 13:49Speaker 7: of independent and some Republican voters in your state, the
- 13:53Speaker 7: ones who brought this case see Donald Trump, as you said,
- 13:57Speaker 7: notes breaking insurrectionist. You make of the voters in your
- 14:03Speaker 7: state across the country that still believed that he should
- 14:05Speaker 7: be president and that he's still qualified to be president.
- 14:09Speaker 8: Ultimately that will be a voter's decision. I think there
- 14:13Speaker 8: is a lot of reason for voters to look really
- 14:17Speaker 8: hard at this upcoming election.
- 14:18Speaker 2: And by the way, I love the pretext there right,
- 14:21Speaker 2: the totally loaded question here. And then notice what the
- 14:25Speaker 2: Secretary of States as well, this is what you know,
- 14:27Speaker 2: the voter's going to have to decide exactly. It shouldn't
- 14:31Speaker 2: be up to any state or any crazy secretary of
- 14:33Speaker 2: State like Griswell or anyone else to decide who you
- 14:36Speaker 2: can and who you can't vote for. And she just
- 14:42Speaker 2: undermined her own case by saying, well, ultimately this is
- 14:44Speaker 2: going to be at the voters socide.
- 14:45Speaker 1: That's what it should be.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Voters should go into a voting booth and decide who
- 14:49Speaker 2: they want to be president of the United States of
- 14:50Speaker 2: America or governor or whatever it may be that they're
- 14:54Speaker 2: running for. It should not be disqualifying candidates based on
- 14:58Speaker 2: the fact that you don't like a candidate. That's not
- 15:01Speaker 2: how this country is supposed to work. It's not supposed
- 15:06Speaker 2: to be run that way. And that is the part
- 15:10Speaker 2: that people really truly need to understand. And she just
- 15:13Speaker 2: made the argument for why her case is totally and
- 15:18Speaker 2: utterly insane. She just said it the voters should decide. Well, then,
- 15:23Speaker 2: why did you take away the right of the voters
- 15:26Speaker 2: to decide.
- 15:26Speaker 1: I think we can all answer that question.
- 15:29Speaker 2: We can answer that question by saying very clearly she
- 15:32Speaker 2: didn't trust the voters to pick the right candidate. The
- 15:36Speaker 2: left and these communists and these socialists in these Marxists,
- 15:39Speaker 2: they're not Democrats.
- 15:40Speaker 1: The Democratic Party is dead.
- 15:42Speaker 2: They don't believe that any of us have the right
- 15:44Speaker 2: to decide who our candidate is. They believe they should
- 15:46Speaker 2: be able to dictate to you, and they should be
- 15:48Speaker 2: able to take off the table anybody they don't like.
- 15:50Speaker 2: This is no different than what they did to Donald
- 15:52Speaker 2: Trump in sixteen.
- 15:53Speaker 5: Right.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Remember Russia collusion.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Over and over again, they were talking about Russia collusion,
- 15:57Speaker 2: Russian collusion, Russian collusion.
- 15:59Speaker 1: They knew a lie. They knew it never happened.
- 16:02Speaker 2: They knew that Russian collusion was a fake story.
- 16:06Speaker 1: It was literally fake news. But they did anyway.
- 16:10Speaker 2: And then the Democrats, right, they're dead, they're communists and Marxists,
- 16:14Speaker 2: and Congress what do they do?
- 16:15Speaker 1: They ran with a story they knew was a lie.
- 16:18Speaker 2: They knew the Still dossier was paid for by the
- 16:20Speaker 2: Democratic National Committee and by Hillary Clinton for President's campaign.
- 16:25Speaker 2: The FBI, by the way, knew that it was user
- 16:29Speaker 2: generated material, and they classified it as user generated material,
- 16:35Speaker 2: meaning it was created by the person that brought it
- 16:38Speaker 2: to our attention.
- 16:39Speaker 1: It's not authentic.
- 16:40Speaker 2: The FBI even offered Chris were Still a million dollars
- 16:44Speaker 2: if he could corroborate any of the intel in the dossier,
- 16:48Speaker 2: which he could not do. And he never collected the
- 16:50Speaker 2: million dollars. Why because it was made up, was fabricated.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Barack Obama knew it was a lie and still allowed
- 16:57Speaker 2: for them to go on a witch hunt and spy
- 16:59Speaker 2: on the Trump campaign. Never forget that, and then Congress
- 17:03Speaker 2: impeached him over something. The entire time the Democratic Party
- 17:07Speaker 2: knew was alie. They tried to overthrow the will of
- 17:10Speaker 2: the people. They tried to overthrow you and I who
- 17:14Speaker 2: elected Donald Trump as president.
- 17:16Speaker 1: You want to know what insurrection looks like.
- 17:18Speaker 2: That's what it looks like when you take away the
- 17:20Speaker 2: will of the people, when you take away the people's
- 17:23Speaker 2: right to vote, when you change their vote, when you
- 17:26Speaker 2: say we don't like who you voted for, so therefore
- 17:29Speaker 2: we are going to come after you and say you
- 17:32Speaker 2: got it wrong, so you no longer your guy that
- 17:35Speaker 2: you voted for is actually in office. That is insurrection,
- 17:39Speaker 2: that is overthrowing the government. And the Supreme Court, by
- 17:44Speaker 2: the way, agrees with me now. And these communists, they're angry,
- 17:48Speaker 2: and that's why MSNBC throws her out. There's like, tell
- 17:51Speaker 2: us everything, Secretary of State Griswel and she then challenges voters, Listen, what.
- 17:56Speaker 8: We have seen in swing states stricts that in twenty eighteen,
- 18:02Speaker 8: twenty twenty, and twenty twenty two American voters have stepped
- 18:06Speaker 8: up to safeguard American democracy. Look, this upcoming election has
- 18:11Speaker 8: will have a big impact on our fundamental freedoms, the
- 18:15Speaker 8: idea that women should have control over our own bodies,
- 18:18Speaker 8: the idea that our democracy should remain intact and some
- 18:22Speaker 8: really basic.
- 18:23Speaker 2: By the way, this is the Secretary of State of
- 18:26Speaker 2: Colorado who's now talking like a political campaign operative against
- 18:31Speaker 2: Donald Trump. If you want to know what their motive was,
- 18:34Speaker 2: this was the motive.
- 18:37Speaker 1: It's very transparent. This is it.
- 18:40Speaker 2: There's also two worlds here that are colliding.
- 18:44Speaker 1: There's this like sane world and it's very small.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Where news organizations are having to admit that they thought
- 18:53Speaker 2: this was going to happen, but then they immediately turned
- 18:56Speaker 2: into propagandists when they're like, all right, let's have on
- 18:59Speaker 2: the guests who are going to tell you why Donald
- 19:00Speaker 2: Trump should not be the president, why it should be
- 19:02Speaker 2: in jail. CBS News when this Supreme Court ruling came
- 19:06Speaker 2: out that Trump cannot be disqualified from the twenty twenty
- 19:09Speaker 2: four Colorado ballot under the fourteenth Amendment, no state can
- 19:12Speaker 2: do it. In a nine zero decision, with all the
- 19:13Speaker 2: liberals doing the right thing here for our democracy, even
- 19:18Speaker 2: CBS when they came out, this is what they said.
- 19:21Speaker 9: The bottom line is they all agreed that Trump's arguments
- 19:25Speaker 9: would carry the day in this case. I don't think
- 19:27Speaker 9: that is a surprising result after the arguments, where I
- 19:30Speaker 9: think they all signaled they were highly skeptical of state
- 19:33Speaker 9: efforts to disqualify presidential candidate. The Chief Justice, for example,
- 19:38Speaker 9: saying that essentially you would let one state dictate or
- 19:42Speaker 9: a handful of states dictate the outcome of the election.
- 19:45Speaker 9: So I don't think this is a surprise that Colorado
- 19:48Speaker 9: Supreme Court was kind of off on a trip of
- 19:49Speaker 9: their own with this ruling. Other state courts that had
- 19:52Speaker 9: decided it had went a different outcome. So here we are,
- 19:56Speaker 9: the decision now unanimous in agreement that Trump's arguments will
- 20:00Speaker 9: carry the day. He cannot be disqualified from state ballots.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Forty four seconds of truth from CBS News. And then
- 20:07Speaker 1: what do they do.
- 20:08Speaker 2: They immediately go to all right, well, let's tell you
- 20:11Speaker 2: how Democrats are going to try to figure out a
- 20:12Speaker 2: way to get rid of him again on the House
- 20:14Speaker 2: side and ban him from being the president. And they're
- 20:17Speaker 2: going to try to do this in the future. That's
- 20:20Speaker 2: the whole ballgame here. You look at what they've tried
- 20:24Speaker 2: to do to this president and how they've tried to
- 20:29Speaker 2: lock him up. They've tried to bankrupt him, they've tried
- 20:31Speaker 2: to lock up his family banker. Then they've tried to
- 20:35Speaker 2: lock up associates, some of them they have they've tried
- 20:39Speaker 2: to raid people's houses that work for him and will
- 20:42Speaker 2: not tried. They did it in the middle of the night.
- 20:45Speaker 2: People that were around him. They don't like, like the
- 20:48Speaker 2: deep state is doing everything they can to alter America
- 20:52Speaker 2: while allowing for an open border that absolutely will alter
- 20:55Speaker 2: America if we allow twenty plus million illegal immigrants to
- 21:00Speaker 2: be able to vote, that's how you change a nation
- 21:02Speaker 2: and you destroy our democracy. And this is all happening
- 21:05Speaker 2: while they're defending Joe Biden, an incompetent president that it
- 21:08Speaker 2: clearly is on a massive cognitive decline.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Let me just say this real quick before I play Trump.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Okay, Biden's Monday schedule includes absolutely nothing. The White House
- 21:20Speaker 2: put it out for immediately immediate release on Sunday for
- 21:24Speaker 2: the next day. Right March third, they put out Monday's
- 21:27Speaker 2: schedule since daily guidance and press schedule for Monday, March fourth,
- 21:30Speaker 2: twenty twenty four. In the morning, the President will receive
- 21:33Speaker 2: the President's Daily Brief. This meeting will be closed press,
- 21:38Speaker 2: no pool calls, meaning for the press, and that's it.
- 21:42Speaker 2: That's the entire day today, Monday, for the President of
- 21:45Speaker 2: the United States of America is actually nothing. It's nothing.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Our president is doing nothing today. They'll let that go
- 21:55Speaker 2: though we know he's a guy and decline. They don't
- 21:58Speaker 2: care because it's all about power and winning. Now, let
- 22:02Speaker 2: me let you hear from Donald Trump and what Trump
- 22:04Speaker 2: had to say about the Supreme Court ruling to keep
- 22:07Speaker 2: him on the ballot unanimously.
- 22:09Speaker 10: They worked long, they worked hard, and frankly, they worked
- 22:13Speaker 10: very quickly on something that will be spoken about one
- 22:18Speaker 10: hundred years from now and two hundred years from now
- 22:20Speaker 10: extremely important. Essentially, you cannot take somebody out of a
- 22:24Speaker 10: race because an opponent would like to have it that way,
- 22:28Speaker 10: and it has nothing to do with the fact that
- 22:30Speaker 10: it's the leading candidate, whether it was the leading candidate
- 22:33Speaker 10: or a candidate that was well down on the totem pole,
- 22:37Speaker 10: you cannot take somebody out of a race. The voters
- 22:40Speaker 10: can take the person out of the race very quickly,
- 22:43Speaker 10: but a court shouldn't be doing that. And the Supreme
- 22:46Speaker 10: Court saw that very well. And I really do believe
- 22:49Speaker 10: that will be a unifying factor because while most states
- 22:54Speaker 10: were thrilled to have me, there were some that didn't
- 22:58Speaker 10: and they didn't want that for political reasons. They didn't
- 23:01Speaker 10: want that because the poll numbers, Because the poll numbers
- 23:03Speaker 10: are very good. We're beating President Biden in almost every poll.
- 23:09Speaker 10: New York Times came out yesterday with a very big
- 23:12Speaker 10: poll for us. So they didn't like that, and you
- 23:16Speaker 10: can't do that. You can't do what they tried to do.
- 23:19Speaker 10: And hopefully Colorado is an example will unify.
- 23:22Speaker 11: I know there's tremendous support.
- 23:24Speaker 10: They brought our support up very strong in Colorado because
- 23:27Speaker 10: people thought people in Colorado thought that was a.
- 23:29Speaker 11: Terrible thing that they did. And while we're on the subject, and.
- 23:34Speaker 10: Another thing that will be coming up very soon will
- 23:36Speaker 10: be immunity for a president, and not immunity for me,
- 23:39Speaker 10: but for any president. If a president doesn't have full immunity,
- 23:45Speaker 10: you really don't have a president because nobody that is
- 23:48Speaker 10: serving in that office will have the courage to make,
- 23:53Speaker 10: in many cases, what would be the right decision, or
- 23:55Speaker 10: it could be the wrong decision. It could be in
- 23:57Speaker 10: some cases the wrong decision. But they have to make decisions,
- 24:01Speaker 10: and they have to make them free of all terror
- 24:05Speaker 10: that can be rained upon them when they leave office
- 24:07Speaker 10: or even before they leave office.
- 24:09Speaker 11: And some decisions are very tough.
- 24:10Speaker 10: I can tell you that as a president that some
- 24:12Speaker 10: decisions to make are very tough.
- 24:14Speaker 11: I took out Isis.
- 24:17Speaker 10: And I took out some very big people from the
- 24:22Speaker 10: standpoint of a different part of the world, two of
- 24:25Speaker 10: the leading terrors, probably the two leading terrors ever that
- 24:29Speaker 10: we've ever seen in this world. And those are big decisions.
- 24:34Speaker 10: I don't want to be prosecuted for it. Another president
- 24:38Speaker 10: wouldn't want to be prosecuted for it. It had a
- 24:41Speaker 10: tremendously positive impact. It stopped everything called and sometimes you
- 24:46Speaker 10: have to make they were tough decisions.
- 24:48Speaker 11: Sometimes you have to make decisions like that.
- 24:50Speaker 10: When you make a decision, you don't want to have
- 24:52Speaker 10: your opposing party or opponent, or even somebody that just
- 24:56Speaker 10: thinks you're wrong bring a criminal suit against you or
- 25:00Speaker 10: any kind of a suit when you leave office. I
- 25:02Speaker 10: have that right now at a level that nobody's ever
- 25:04Speaker 10: seen before. I have rogue prosecutors, and I have rogue judges.
- 25:09Speaker 10: I have judges that are out of control, and it's
- 25:12Speaker 10: a very unfair thing for me, but serving perhaps as
- 25:16Speaker 10: a sample to others of what should not be happening
- 25:21Speaker 10: when you make good decisions, and in my case, the
- 25:23Speaker 10: economy was great. We didn't go into any wars. We
- 25:26Speaker 10: totally defeated ISIS. We provided the largest tax cuts in history.
- 25:32Speaker 11: We provided the largest regulation cuts in history. But think
- 25:35Speaker 11: of it, no wars.
- 25:37Speaker 10: We beat ISIS one hundred percent of the caliphe there
- 25:42Speaker 10: were no wars. We did a job that was great.
- 25:44Speaker 10: But maybe I wouldn't have done that the caliphate. Defeating
- 25:48Speaker 10: them was very powerful. It was going to take four years.
- 25:51Speaker 10: It took me four months, but it was a very
- 25:54Speaker 10: strong dictum that I gave. I said, get them to
- 26:00Speaker 10: feed him. Ended we were fighting for twenty years against ISIS,
- 26:05Speaker 10: and we.
- 26:05Speaker 11: Did it very quickly.
- 26:06Speaker 10: I don't want to be prosecuted in that case.
- 26:08Speaker 11: It worked out very well. There will be some things.
- 26:10Speaker 10: That perhaps don't work out so well. But I don't
- 26:14Speaker 10: want to be prosecuted. Prosecuted because I decided.
- 26:18Speaker 11: To do something that is very much for the good
- 26:21Speaker 11: of the country and actually for the good of the world.
- 26:23Speaker 10: The president shouldn't have that on his mind, and he
- 26:26Speaker 10: has to have a free and clear mind when he
- 26:30Speaker 10: makes very big decisions, or it's going to be nothing
- 26:33Speaker 10: more than a ceremonial post. You'll be president, that'll be
- 26:36Speaker 10: wonderful thing. And you won't do anything because you don't
- 26:38Speaker 10: want to be hit by your opponent or hit by
- 26:41Speaker 10: somebody else, because who wants to leave office and go
- 26:44Speaker 10: through what I've gone through. I'm being prosecuted by Biden,
- 26:49Speaker 10: my opponent. Because every one of these things, whether it's Fanny.
- 26:52Speaker 11: Willis or Bragg, these are local.
- 26:55Speaker 10: And state, but they're in total coordination with the White House.
- 27:00Speaker 11: You can't do that. It shouldn't be done done. I
- 27:03Speaker 11: mean a thing like that.
- 27:05Speaker 10: In the case of the DA's office, they put one
- 27:08Speaker 10: of the top people, maybe the second person in the
- 27:12Speaker 10: Manhattan DA's office to get Trump. They had a Hillary
- 27:17Speaker 10: Clinton lawyer leave the law firm, very prestigious, big law firm.
- 27:21Speaker 11: Leave the law.
- 27:21Speaker 10: Firm to go into the DA's office to get Trump.
- 27:27Speaker 11: Pomarants. It's to Pomerants.
- 27:30Speaker 10: So he goes in to become a prosecutor, worked for
- 27:33Speaker 10: the Democrat Party. And Hillary Clinton goes into prosecute Donald
- 27:37Speaker 10: Trump at a local level in total coordination with the
- 27:40Speaker 10: Department of Justice, meaning Biden. And then you have the
- 27:44Speaker 10: Fanny Willis, as she would say, Fannie, Fannie fa and
- 27:48Speaker 10: I but Fannie and she hired somebody knew the person
- 27:52Speaker 10: long before this horrible prosecution took place, and she went
- 27:57Speaker 10: out and she paid him an unbelievable amount of money,
- 28:02Speaker 10: more money than he ever dreampt possible, much more money
- 28:05Speaker 10: than other people that are.
- 28:07Speaker 11: That do that for a living.
- 28:08Speaker 10: He never did it at all, had no experience at all,
- 28:12Speaker 10: and they had obviously a conflict.
- 28:15Speaker 11: We don't have to go into that.
- 28:16Speaker 10: But they were able to get a lot of money
- 28:18Speaker 10: because it was a high profile person. Me I'm a
- 28:20Speaker 10: very high profile person, So they were able to pay
- 28:23Speaker 10: him close to a million dollars when he was not
- 28:27Speaker 10: equipped to do the job and she's not equipped to
- 28:29Speaker 10: do the job.
- 28:29Speaker 11: And that case should end immediately.
- 28:31Speaker 10: That case is so conflicted, nobody's ever seen anything like it.
- 28:35Speaker 10: And then you have deranged Jack Smith, who's a Trump
- 28:38Speaker 10: paiter and represents all the Trump paiters, and he's going wild.
- 28:43Speaker 11: He's just a wild man.
- 28:44Speaker 10: He's been overturned unanimously by the Supreme Court when after
- 28:48Speaker 10: other people over the years, he said, great failure.
- 28:51Speaker 2: By the way, let's just end with this because you
- 28:53Speaker 2: can hear I wanted you to hear just the reminder
- 28:56Speaker 2: of like what all he's gone through since he left office.
- 29:00Speaker 2: That doesn't even include the two impeachments while he was
- 29:03Speaker 2: in office. That doesn't include the FBI coming the situation
- 29:08Speaker 2: room trying to get people to flip on a General
- 29:10Speaker 2: Flynn and entrap them.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Does include the raids on.
- 29:14Speaker 2: People's homes in and around him and people that work
- 29:16Speaker 2: for him because they were trying to get him to
- 29:19Speaker 2: give them something that he did wrong or illegals. They
- 29:22Speaker 2: could nail him to the wall, right like they've never stopped.
- 29:26Speaker 2: They've never stopped, and they clearly won't, and they are
- 29:31Speaker 2: trying to intimidate. There's a lot of good people. They're saying,
- 29:34Speaker 2: I'm not getting this game anymore. There's no way I'm
- 29:37Speaker 2: not getting in this game. Why would I get in
- 29:39Speaker 2: this game with all this going on? Why would I
- 29:42Speaker 2: do it? It's not worth it. Make sure you share this
- 29:47Speaker 2: podcast with your family and friends wherever you are on
- 29:50Speaker 2: social media.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Please, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
