- 1:22Speaker 5: You gotta turn? Well I can't.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I got to turn the mouth.
- 1:42Speaker 6: Turn.
- 1:43Speaker 3: You probably got to turn the mouth.
- 1:45Speaker 1: The mount the water, the water up.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Look me, come come out.
- 1:59Speaker 2: You think that I sure way off?
- 2:03Speaker 7: Good marning everybody y're listening to the voice, Come on,
- 2:07Speaker 7: dig me now, one and only, Steve Harvey.
- 2:10Speaker 2: I got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 7: Somebody sent me an email one day that, you know,
- 2:16Speaker 7: kind of a nasty little email.
- 2:19Speaker 2: You know.
- 2:19Speaker 7: I think I said it once before, Steve Harvey trying
- 2:21Speaker 7: to be a preacher. Man, I'm so far from being
- 2:24Speaker 7: a preacher. Man, I can't even tell you. But what
- 2:28Speaker 7: I am trying to do is share information.
- 2:30Speaker 6: Now.
- 2:30Speaker 7: I understand how haters work, and I understand how the
- 2:33Speaker 7: devil work. Believe me, I do you know sometimes even
- 2:40Speaker 7: he the devil surprises me at the level and the
- 2:45Speaker 7: angles of attack they use, you know, which, I go, wow, man,
- 2:49Speaker 7: I didn't see that one.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Ooh, that was pretty slick. Gotta get hit credit on that.
- 2:53Speaker 7: We try to get me, but every time you try
- 2:55Speaker 7: to get me, I get saved. I get saved every
- 2:59Speaker 7: time because because God got me, God got some angels
- 3:06Speaker 7: camped around me. That's what my mama used to always
- 3:09Speaker 7: say as Sunday school teacher. Never really understood it, but
- 3:12Speaker 7: you know when I was growing up as a kid,
- 3:13Speaker 7: but I got it. Now, he got some angels around me.
- 3:16Speaker 7: And angels come in to form sometimes of people, people
- 3:21Speaker 7: who pull your coat to this, or introduce you to that,
- 3:24Speaker 7: or reveal some information to you like this.
- 3:27Speaker 2: He got them all around me.
- 3:29Speaker 7: So see, having a relationship with God has been beneficial
- 3:33Speaker 7: to me, y'all. It's not just that what he gives
- 3:38Speaker 7: to me, but what he protects me from. And you know,
- 3:45Speaker 7: some some people wonder, well, if you were God, why
- 3:48Speaker 7: he let them people do that to you. Now, that's
- 3:51Speaker 7: not how it works. See, there's two forces in this world,
- 3:53Speaker 7: as good and as evil. And if you succumb to good,
- 3:57Speaker 7: that's what you become, that's what you do. But everybody
- 4:00Speaker 7: don't succumb to good. Some people succumb to evil. Some
- 4:03Speaker 7: people's mission is to hate, to destroy, to tear down,
- 4:08Speaker 7: and so that force is at work in this world too.
- 4:11Speaker 7: And when that force comes up against me, what God
- 4:15Speaker 7: never promised me that I wouldn't see none of that,
- 4:18Speaker 7: that I wouldn't see the attacks, that I would not
- 4:21Speaker 7: come under fire, that I would not be falsely accused.
- 4:24Speaker 7: He didn't say that. Matter of fact, he forewarned me
- 4:26Speaker 7: that it would happen. Or what he does give me
- 4:30Speaker 7: in those moments are moments of comfort and peace, knowing
- 4:35Speaker 7: that He's with me, and no matter what my enemy
- 4:38Speaker 7: does to bring me down, it ain't gonna work.
- 4:41Speaker 2: It ain't gonna work.
- 4:42Speaker 7: So come if you want to fight, if you will,
- 4:45Speaker 7: I have a man that has been attacking me since
- 4:51Speaker 7: I owned the comedy club in Dallas. He has been
- 4:54Speaker 7: on a mission and that if I don't give him
- 4:59Speaker 7: five million dollars, he gonna do it. He didn't done everything, man,
- 5:03Speaker 7: he has done everything. Now you've a mess around and
- 5:08Speaker 7: got hisself now claiming in his letters physically ill and
- 5:13Speaker 7: his illnesses and what's befalling his family.
- 5:17Speaker 2: He's blaming that on me too.
- 5:19Speaker 7: Had Steve Harvey not stressed me out and paid me
- 5:22Speaker 7: this money he owe me, well, where are you coming
- 5:25Speaker 7: with this? He just has kept on and on and on,
- 5:28Speaker 7: and you know what, he a mess around God hisself sick.
- 5:33Speaker 7: He'd messed around man, got himself in some situation. And
- 5:36Speaker 7: can I tell you something that's been going on since
- 5:39Speaker 7: nine teen, maybe ninety seven. He started the attack when
- 5:50Speaker 7: I first went on, No before that, probably ninety five.
- 5:56Speaker 7: He started the attacks in ninety five. Every now and
- 5:59Speaker 7: then he didn't got six lawyers. All the lawyers don't
- 6:03Speaker 7: drop the case after they come in and they discover
- 6:05Speaker 7: the fact. But he steadied trying. But it's to ma
- 6:09Speaker 7: angels that's around me. And I forewarned him several times. Man,
- 6:13Speaker 7: and man, if I was you, I'd go ahead on
- 6:15Speaker 7: because what I'm not gonna do is being because see,
- 6:18Speaker 7: you cannot break me because I happen to be a
- 6:21Speaker 7: soldier for Christ. I happen to be an imperfect soldier
- 6:27Speaker 7: for Christ as nothing, man as nothing. And oh it
- 6:32Speaker 7: ain't like a bunch of people and tried. Now, Oh
- 6:34Speaker 7: y'all been on YouTube, y'all been on the internet. Oh
- 6:37Speaker 7: they done try. Oh they don't put some dirt on me. Man,
- 6:40Speaker 7: that ain't true. But if you keep looking at me though,
- 6:45Speaker 7: and I am not the prized, but if you put
- 6:47Speaker 7: your eyes on God, it's where you go. But if
- 6:49Speaker 7: you look at me, He's covering me through it all.
- 6:52Speaker 7: And that's been the importance of the relationship I form
- 6:55Speaker 7: with God, is that I know that I'm under his wings,
- 6:59Speaker 7: that I'm ever under his ever loving protection, that he
- 7:03Speaker 7: got me. And I just wanted to share that with
- 7:06Speaker 7: you that if you got If you're looking for some protection,
- 7:11Speaker 7: if you're looking for a way to have the strength
- 7:13Speaker 7: to get through what you're going through, get some God man.
- 7:18Speaker 7: If you want a weigh out, get some god man.
- 7:22Speaker 7: If you've been gang banging and you're sick of gang banging,
- 7:25Speaker 7: get you some god man. If you tired of being
- 7:28Speaker 7: on drugs and you tied of drinking, get you some
- 7:30Speaker 7: god man. If you're tired of being if you're sick
- 7:34Speaker 7: and tired of being sick and tired, get you some
- 7:36Speaker 7: God man. I'm just telling you now. If you're trying
- 7:39Speaker 7: to make your dreams come true and it looked like
- 7:42Speaker 7: you ain't gonna make it, and you still believe that
- 7:44Speaker 7: that's for you, get you some god man. If you're
- 7:47Speaker 7: setting a new gold dream of aspiration and you're trying
- 7:50Speaker 7: to get there and you're gonna start out today. Get
- 7:53Speaker 7: you some God, man. I'm just telling you. I'm just
- 7:56Speaker 7: telling you. See it's real what I'm saying now. I
- 7:59Speaker 7: ain't no fake do with it. You understand, I'm just
- 8:01Speaker 7: telling you real. Get you some God, man, and be patient,
- 8:06Speaker 7: have faith, believe, don't doubt, but Lord have mercy.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Get ready to work your tail off. Did you hear me?
- 8:16Speaker 7: Get you some faith, Believe, don't doubt, and get ready
- 8:21Speaker 7: to work your tail off.
- 8:24Speaker 2: God can't bless it.
- 8:25Speaker 7: You see a lot of times we go to God
- 8:27Speaker 7: asking for prayers and stuff, but we go to him
- 8:30Speaker 7: and we don't give nothing God nothing to bless. We
- 8:33Speaker 7: won't blessing this, but we don't give him nothing to bless.
- 8:35Speaker 7: You make one step, he'll make two. You start, he'll
- 8:42Speaker 7: finish you come, He'll go. You dream it, He'll build you,
- 8:53Speaker 7: start it, He'll finish. See you trying everything your way.
- 8:58Speaker 7: I'm gonna go to Corderica some sations with a man
- 9:01Speaker 7: yesterday just sitting and just call me man and was
- 9:04Speaker 7: just talking about but Steve. You know, man, I've this
- 9:09Speaker 7: dude been on me twenty three hundred dollars for four years.
- 9:14Speaker 2: I just asked him, have you survived the folk without
- 9:17Speaker 2: the twenty three hundred?
- 9:19Speaker 7: Yeah, man, how much you think you just spent trying
- 9:22Speaker 7: to get to twenty three hundred?
- 9:24Speaker 2: Just a few hundred. Now, let me ask you something.
- 9:26Speaker 7: Do you have a few hundred mold to try to
- 9:28Speaker 7: get this twenty three hundred that you've been trying to
- 9:30Speaker 7: get for four years?
- 9:32Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 9:32Speaker 2: I could do that, But do you want to? Man?
- 9:35Speaker 7: Do you have the time to dedicate fou mo of
- 9:39Speaker 7: your years to try to get twenty three hundred? But
- 9:41Speaker 7: Steve am out of work right now and fell on
- 9:43Speaker 7: some hard times. I could use that money, and I've
- 9:46Speaker 7: been praying to God to help me. Yeah, you've been
- 9:48Speaker 7: praying to God to help you. God probably got something
- 9:51Speaker 7: way greater for you. But you gotta let go of
- 9:53Speaker 7: your own thinking and let God have his way. You understand,
- 9:56Speaker 7: you feel me.
- 9:57Speaker 9: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:05Speaker 7: A new day, a new shot, a new chance, a
- 10:09Speaker 7: new gift, a new present.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Man.
- 10:11Speaker 2: It's all of that and so much more.
- 10:14Speaker 7: I cannot express upon you how critical it is to
- 10:18Speaker 7: start your day with gratitude. It gives you a chance,
- 10:21Speaker 7: It resets your mindset, it puts you in the right
- 10:25Speaker 7: frame of mind to prepare yourself for the day to come.
- 10:29Speaker 7: I don't care what's going on or what is to come.
- 10:33Speaker 7: I don't care if you got up what you claim
- 10:35Speaker 7: on the wrong side of the bed. I don't care.
- 10:37Speaker 2: I wish you quit claiming not to be a morning person.
- 10:39Speaker 7: I feel so sorry for people who say that I'm
- 10:42Speaker 7: just not a morning person. Well, seeing as how the
- 10:46Speaker 7: goal seems to be to wake up every day, why
- 10:49Speaker 7: would you not be a morning person. You know you
- 10:51Speaker 7: can fix that by simply stop saying you're not. I
- 10:56Speaker 7: am a morning person. I am grateful to be alive.
- 10:59Speaker 7: I'm so glad he woke me up. I appreciate this opportunity.
- 11:03Speaker 7: I'm grateful for the measure of health that I have today.
- 11:07Speaker 2: I'm fine. I may not be where I want to be,
- 11:09Speaker 2: but I'm on my weight. Man. Thank you.
- 11:12Speaker 7: Gratitude resets the attitude, which determines your altitude.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Please understand that.
- 11:19Speaker 7: Let's be grateful today and start the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 11:23Speaker 7: Shirty Strawberry College, Mississippi, Monica Junior, the Legend of Nephew
- 11:26Speaker 7: Tummy Junior.
- 11:28Speaker 2: That's dash. What's going on with you?
- 11:31Speaker 3: Ain't nothing?
- 11:32Speaker 10: Let's talk about this man.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Pressure.
- 11:35Speaker 10: Pressure do you do?
- 11:36Speaker 11: You put the pressure on yourself to be successful every
- 11:39Speaker 11: single day and all the people that depend upon you
- 11:41Speaker 11: because there's a lot of people waiting on you, there's
- 11:43Speaker 11: a lot of people tend on you to get up
- 11:44Speaker 11: and do what you have to do.
- 11:46Speaker 1: It's got to be.
- 11:47Speaker 7: Pressure is actually you have to look at it like this,
- 11:50Speaker 7: pressure is actually a gift. See, if you're under pressure,
- 11:55Speaker 7: that means there's some type of deadline, some type of gold,
- 12:00Speaker 7: some type of achievement you're trying to to to reach.
- 12:07Speaker 7: You've gotten to a point where there's a certain level
- 12:10Speaker 7: of dependency on you.
- 12:11Speaker 2: So pressure is really a gift.
- 12:14Speaker 7: It's a gift, you know, to actually be the one,
- 12:19Speaker 7: to actually be the one that is the determining factor.
- 12:23Speaker 7: I would rather it be on me than me be
- 12:26Speaker 7: dependent on it being on somebody else.
- 12:28Speaker 2: I would much rather it be on me man.
- 12:31Speaker 7: I would be a sad, sad man if I was
- 12:35Speaker 7: sitting around waiting on another man to give me something,
- 12:39Speaker 7: provide me something, or offer me something. When I have
- 12:43Speaker 7: the ability to get out there and get it myself.
- 12:47Speaker 7: I don't rely on the government to fix this for me.
- 12:50Speaker 7: I don't rely on no programs to fix this for me.
- 12:55Speaker 7: I'm totally reliant on God all my alone. It's just
- 13:01Speaker 7: me and him. It's just me and him now He
- 13:05Speaker 7: has sent me a great help me and I shore
- 13:08Speaker 7: do appreciate that. Lord havell mercy. But I got all
- 13:12Speaker 7: mind riding on God. Man, My whole shot is on him,
- 13:17Speaker 7: and God ain't gonna put them on you than you
- 13:18Speaker 7: can bear. And it may be difficult, but you can still.
- 13:21Speaker 7: You can bear it. Everything you've gone through, you've gotten
- 13:25Speaker 7: through because you could get through it, because He knew
- 13:28Speaker 7: you could bear it.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Now, all you got to do is learn the lessons
- 13:31Speaker 2: of it. That's all pressure is a present, and I
- 13:35Speaker 2: appreciate the gift.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Yes, all right, thank you.
- 13:39Speaker 9: Coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, we'll
- 13:41Speaker 9: run that brank back with the nephew. Right after this,
- 13:45Speaker 9: you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 13:53Speaker 7: You can't let the urge to sing your favorite songs
- 13:55Speaker 7: while you're driving distract you from that truck drifting toward
- 13:59Speaker 7: your lane, that lane splitting biker creeping up. Besides, fortunately,

- 57:02Speaker 9: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a thirty eight year old married
- 57:06Speaker 9: man and I met a thirty six year old beautiful
- 57:09Speaker 9: woman on Super Bowld weekend. She told me that she
- 57:12Speaker 9: was going through a crazy divorce and her husband was
- 57:14Speaker 9: making her feel like crap. I ended up talking to
- 57:18Speaker 9: her for hours and gave her a shoulder to cry on.
- 57:21Speaker 9: We hooked up that night at her condo. This was
- 57:24Speaker 9: my first time cheating on my wife after six years
- 57:29Speaker 9: of marriage, so I felt really badly the next day.
- 57:32Speaker 9: I thought that cheating sex was going to be better
- 57:35Speaker 9: than married sex, but it came with a lot of
- 57:38Speaker 9: guilt and a lot of pain. I was crazy enough
- 57:41Speaker 9: to continue seeing this woman and I went back to
- 57:44Speaker 9: her condo to have sex again. She left me in
- 57:48Speaker 9: the condo that evening and never came back, so I
- 57:51Speaker 9: slept on the sofa waiting. The next morning, I heard
- 57:55Speaker 9: someone coming in, so I got up. There was a
- 57:58Speaker 9: tall white man stand there looking at me. He said
- 58:02Speaker 9: I was in his condo and he asked if I
- 58:04Speaker 9: was homeless or something. I told him that I was
- 58:07Speaker 9: a guest of the woman that I'm having an affair with.
- 58:10Speaker 9: He realized that I was talking about his wife and
- 58:13Speaker 9: he hit me with something. I woke up in the
- 58:17Speaker 9: hospital with two broken ribs. I allowed the hospital to
- 58:21Speaker 9: call my brother and he came to get me. The
- 58:24Speaker 9: doctor explained to me that the husband thought I was
- 58:26Speaker 9: an intruder, and he paid for my hospital bill because
- 58:29Speaker 9: he felt so bad.
- 58:31Speaker 1: That was a lie. The doctor said.
- 58:33Speaker 9: The guy and his wife were well known in the
- 58:35Speaker 9: city and they owned several properties. The white man found
- 58:39Speaker 9: my wife and told her everything. My wife believed him.
- 58:43Speaker 9: I feel so stupid still after two months. I can't
- 58:47Speaker 9: believe believe that I got fooled into cheating. How do
- 58:51Speaker 9: I keep my wife and family after this big mistake?
- 58:54Speaker 9: Hold into cheating? You just cheated, Okay, you just cheat it.
- 59:01Speaker 9: That's it, that's all.
- 59:02Speaker 2: You just cheat it.
- 59:03Speaker 1: How do you keep your wife and family after this
- 59:05Speaker 1: big mistake?
- 59:06Speaker 2: I don't know that you can.
- 59:08Speaker 1: Quite frankly, it's up to It's up to them, it
- 59:12Speaker 1: really is.
- 59:13Speaker 2: And what you do.
- 59:15Speaker 9: You did so much stupid stuff in this letter, so
- 59:19Speaker 9: much stupid stuff. It's amazing that you're still alive and
- 59:22Speaker 9: you were able to write us. Why did you stay
- 59:25Speaker 9: there after the woman left the condo? Why didn't you
- 59:28Speaker 9: lead when you realized she wasn't coming back?
- 59:31Speaker 1: Why is the question here?
- 59:33Speaker 6: Oh?
- 59:33Speaker 9: Oh, oh, wait a minute, I know because she was beautiful,
- 59:37Speaker 9: that's right.
- 59:38Speaker 1: You cheat it because she was beautiful.
- 59:41Speaker 9: Oh and she made you feel needed, didn't she when
- 59:43Speaker 9: she told you about her crazy divorce that she was
- 59:47Speaker 9: going through.
- 59:48Speaker 1: Now, is that all it takes?
- 59:49Speaker 18: For you to cheat.
- 59:51Speaker 2: I guess, I guess.
- 59:52Speaker 9: So the answer is yes, because you did. You're not
- 59:55Speaker 9: the first man who cheated. You definitely won't be the last.
- 59:58Speaker 9: The problem is when you gam, that's the choice, and
- 1:00:02Speaker 9: that's the chance you take. You could lose everything. I
- 1:00:05Speaker 9: would hate that for you, but you brought it on yourself,
- 1:00:08Speaker 9: and you only have to blame yourself if things don't
- 1:00:12Speaker 9: work out for you with your wife. Some marriages can
- 1:00:15Speaker 9: survive cheating if it stops and the people do the
- 1:00:18Speaker 9: work that it takes to get the marriage back on track.
- 1:00:21Speaker 9: If there's that possibility, that means rebuilding trust. Of course,
- 1:00:24Speaker 9: you betrayed your wife. Can she forgive you and take
- 1:00:27Speaker 9: you back? Only she and God know?
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: Steve Shellie, I'm so glad you threw with this letter
- 1:00:33Speaker 7: because Lord have mercy. You don't know nothing about this
- 1:00:36Speaker 7: here you, Shelly. I got to walk you through the
- 1:00:40Speaker 7: male perspective because that's what this letter is totally coming from. Now,
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: you got something right. He's stupid, Lord, this man is stupid.
- 1:00:50Speaker 7: Matter of fact, this is one of the dumber letters
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: I've gotten in a while. The subject is don't get
- 1:00:56Speaker 7: fooled in the cheat. Now what I'm gonna have to
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: do is I'm gonna have to read this letter so
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: I can show you line by line the mistakes because
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: he don't know, he clueless. I'm a thirty eight year
- 1:01:07Speaker 7: old married man. I met a thirty six year old
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: beautiful woman on Super Bowl weekend. Okay, first of all,
- 1:01:12Speaker 7: how well, how see he's leaving out this is important information,
- 1:01:18Speaker 7: but this would further show you how stupid he is.
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: She told me she was going through a crazy divorce
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: that her husband was making her feel like crap. I
- 1:01:26Speaker 7: ended up talking to her for hours and gave her
- 1:01:29Speaker 7: a shoulder the crown. We hook up that night at
- 1:01:32Speaker 7: her condo. Boy boy, See, the subject of this letter
- 1:01:37Speaker 7: is do not get food into cheap. To hook up
- 1:01:41Speaker 7: at her condo, you had to go there. You have
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: to get in that dress, and you went there with
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: an understanding because if you had been talking.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: For hours, you went to the condo not to talk.
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: There had to be some conversation and understand it because
- 1:02:00Speaker 7: if you don't already talked to her. This is my
- 1:02:02Speaker 7: first time cheating on my wife after six years of marriage,
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: so I felt really bad. The next day, I thought
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: cheating sex was gonna be better than marriage sex, but
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: it came with a lot of guilt and a lot
- 1:02:12Speaker 7: of pain. I was crazy enough to continue seeing this woman,
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: and I went back to a condo to have six again.
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: Blu.
- 1:02:22Speaker 7: The subject is, don't get fooled in the cheating? Who
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: fooling who? Who's fooling who?
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: Doug, You didn't get fooled, You're just cheating, dog in.
- 1:02:31Speaker 7: I wanted to solve this problem you have. You're gonna
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: admit what you did. You didn't get fooled. You went
- 1:02:38Speaker 7: there again and again and again. Now what happened after
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: you with the next time? You say, she left me
- 1:02:44Speaker 7: in the condo that evening and never came back. First
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: of all, bruh, let me hit you to some rules.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: To this thing right here. Hang on, hang don't gold
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: to nobody house.
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: Hang on before you go there.
- 1:03:02Speaker 9: All right, we'll have part two of your response coming
- 1:03:05Speaker 9: up Steve at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 1:03:08Speaker 9: subject of this strawberry letter do not get fooled into cheating.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: That's what it is.
- 1:03:13Speaker 9: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:03:17Speaker 9: Steve Harvey Morning Show. You've heard us talk about the
- 1:03:24Speaker 9: benefits of Globe Life Insurance. Globe Life has been protecting
- 1:03:28Speaker 9: families for generations. Globe Life is easy to buy, with
- 1:03:31Speaker 9: rates starting as low as three dollars and forty nine
- 1:03:35Speaker 9: cents a month. There is no medical exam, just a
- 1:03:37Speaker 9: simple application. Call Globe Life today at one eight hundred
- 1:03:41Speaker 9: two five one fifty four hundred, or visit Globelife radio
- 1:03:44Speaker 9: dot com. Again, that's one eight hundred two five one
- 1:03:48Speaker 9: fifty four hundred or globelifradio dot com. All right, come on, Steve,
- 1:03:52Speaker 9: let's recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject is do not
- 1:03:55Speaker 9: get fooled into cheating.
- 1:03:58Speaker 7: Sureley got just completely right, and he's done so many
- 1:04:01Speaker 7: stupid things in this letter. This man right here, bruh.
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: First of all, you didn't. You didn't get food into cheating.
- 1:04:10Speaker 7: You met this beautiful woman on Super Bowl weekend that
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: you won't tell us how she was going through a
- 1:04:15Speaker 7: crazy divorce. You ended up talking to her for a hour.
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: Where how how do you just end up talking to
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: a beautiful woman for hours?
- 1:04:22Speaker 20: Where?
- 1:04:23Speaker 7: How like this just fell into your lap bra? This
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: don't happen every day. It was some effort made to
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: go somewhere to talk. You gave a shoulder the crown,
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: and then you said, we hooked up that night in
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: her condo. You went over somebody house. Bruh, you just
- 1:04:40Speaker 7: met this woman and you went over somebody's house. That's
- 1:04:45Speaker 7: like I was watching Chris Hansen on TV the other day.
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: You know how you do them alved, Well, they'll catch
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: those predators who are actually talking to the police, but
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: they think they talking to some underage person and they
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: go to their house. These grown men go to the
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: these children's house to do ungodly deeds with these kids,
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: and they get busted. You went to somebody's house. I
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: just don't understand that, man that you don't know.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: And then you said, this was my first time cheating
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: on my wife after six years of marriage, so I
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: felt really bad. The next day, I thought cheating sex
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: was gonna be better than married sex.
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: Well, bruh, listen, what happens from the male perspective is
- 1:05:31Speaker 7: is that the cheating sex comes with no strains. But
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: your dumb behind didn't know that, so now you just
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: got strains all over this one.
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: So now here you go.
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: I was crazy enough to continue to see this woman.
- 1:05:48Speaker 7: I went back to a condo to hassex again. She
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: left me in the condo that evening. It never came back.
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: Wait a minute, hold up, what I'd have told you
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: don't go over nobody house. Now they leave you in
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: the house and they don't come back here? What it
- 1:06:03Speaker 7: really got?
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: Sleip? So I slept on the sofa.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: What bruh?
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: Waiting?
- 1:06:11Speaker 7: I slept on the sofa waiting The next morning? I
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: heard morning dog. Let me ask you something when you
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: slept on the sofa and woke up the next morning.
- 1:06:24Speaker 7: What was the plan to tell your wife? What was
- 1:06:29Speaker 7: you gonna say to her? That you slept on the
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: sofa waiting and you woke up the next morning. I
- 1:06:36Speaker 7: ain't never slept that all, but bruh. I heard someone
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: coming in, so I got up. There was a tall
- 1:06:44Speaker 7: white man standing there looking at me. He said I
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: was in his condo, and he asked if I was
- 1:06:50Speaker 7: homeless or soth. Then you said, I'm a guest of
- 1:06:56Speaker 7: the woman I'm having an affair with. You ain't, brother,
- 1:07:01Speaker 7: You ain't. Your mind didn't go one and one as two.
- 1:07:04Speaker 7: Your mind ain't going. Why would you tell that to
- 1:07:08Speaker 7: somebody you don't know. I'm waiting on this woman that
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: I'm having an affair with and you don't even know
- 1:07:13Speaker 7: the tall white man that's your suit.
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: How stupid. You know what I would have did? He
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: just said, are you homeless or something? I'd have said, yes,
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: I am, and I'm sorry. I'm gonna leave.
- 1:07:26Speaker 7: Now he realized that I was talking about his wife
- 1:07:30Speaker 7: and he hit me with something. I walk up in
- 1:07:34Speaker 7: the hospital. What this man that knocked you out be
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: cause you told him I'm having a fair with the
- 1:07:44Speaker 7: woman that owned the condo. He owned the condo. I
- 1:07:48Speaker 7: walk up in the hospital with two broken ribs. I
- 1:07:50Speaker 7: allowed the hospital call my brother.
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: He came.
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: I asked you was he called my brother? He came
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: to get me.
- 1:07:58Speaker 7: The doctor explained to me that the husband thought I
- 1:08:01Speaker 7: was an intruder and he paid for my hospital bill
- 1:08:05Speaker 7: because he felt so bad.
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: That was a lie. Well, ain't you lucky? Though?
- 1:08:13Speaker 7: See here and bruh, Now you don't even understand the
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: gift that you were giving. Why did you spend the
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: night because you was in the hospital with two broken wheels?
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: That's what you gonna tell your wife? But oh no,
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: the doctor said.
- 1:08:31Speaker 7: The god and his wife are well known in the
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: city and they own several properties.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: The white man found my wife and told her everything.

- 1:11:05Speaker 7: I saw the whole thing. I was pulling for Roy.
- 1:11:08Speaker 7: I wanted the other guy to win. Because he had
- 1:11:10Speaker 7: been closed so many times. But I had met Rory
- 1:11:14Speaker 7: out of the country one time at a golf course
- 1:11:17Speaker 7: and I walked up to him to introduce myself and
- 1:11:20Speaker 7: he said, hey, Steve Harvey, Hey man, we got the
- 1:11:23Speaker 7: same watch.
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: That's the first thing he said to me.
- 1:11:28Speaker 7: So we started talking about watches, and then I became
- 1:11:31Speaker 7: a super fan of Roy.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: So I met Roy. That's why I was pulling for it.
- 1:11:35Speaker 10: But when he something put on eighteen, what was that emotion?
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: Likely?
- 1:11:39Speaker 10: Did you see how hard no man.
- 1:11:40Speaker 7: Becomes brother brother, and you know, man, for people that
- 1:11:44Speaker 7: don't get it, that's people who've never wanted something so
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: bad and tried to get something and finally get it.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: And that's what hey man, bro, bro bro. When people
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: if you've ever tried.
- 1:11:56Speaker 7: To accomplish something and it took you so long to
- 1:11:59Speaker 7: get it, finally get it, it's emotional.
- 1:12:02Speaker 12: Yeah yeah, yeah yeah, but not only not on you
- 1:12:06Speaker 12: when you thought you was about to get it and
- 1:12:08Speaker 12: had to play a whole nother hole in the playoffs.
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:12:15Speaker 10: Man, So he's one of them all, Man, he's one
- 1:12:17Speaker 10: of them all. He's won every major, He's.
- 1:12:20Speaker 11: Won, the US Open, the British Open, he's won the
- 1:12:23Speaker 11: PJ Championship and now.
- 1:12:25Speaker 10: He got the Masters, and only five until they.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: Had done it. What is the Grand Slam? Exactly?
- 1:12:31Speaker 11: The Grand Slam is the Masters, the PJ Championship, the
- 1:12:34Speaker 11: US Open and the British Open.
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: That is the Grand Slam. That is all four Grand Slam,
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: and that's what they call it Grand Slam. And that
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: was twenty five years ago.
- 1:12:44Speaker 10: But let me ask you, is it hard putting on
- 1:12:47Speaker 10: the Masters greens?
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: You were talking brothers.
- 1:12:49Speaker 7: They have a thing, they have a thing online where
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: they're asking golfers. If you, as a regular golfer, were
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: placed at the Masters tournament and your boss you started
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: from the furthest point on the green, from the hole
- 1:13:05Speaker 7: on every putting surface, could you beat a pro? And
- 1:13:09Speaker 7: I'm telling you flat out you will not win that
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: because you going six putt every time. Did you see
- 1:13:17Speaker 7: how hard it is for them guys to make a
- 1:13:19Speaker 7: two foot of a three foot of a four foot
- 1:13:21Speaker 7: of what you think your chances are? And you gotta
- 1:13:26Speaker 7: start from the furthest point on the on the putting surface,
- 1:13:30Speaker 7: so you could be seventy feet away. You think you
- 1:13:33Speaker 7: can three putt from seventy feet away? At the Masters. No, well,
- 1:13:38Speaker 7: I got news for them. Boys gonna hit from the
- 1:13:40Speaker 7: t's and they gonna be there in four.
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: I'm going to Top Golf.
- 1:13:46Speaker 10: Yeah, I look good at top golf car.
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: That is not the same thing as any golf course.
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: Oh you.
- 1:13:57Speaker 9: Coming up at the top of the hour. A man
- 1:13:59Speaker 9: until media. Steve needs some advice. He says, my girlfriend
- 1:14:02Speaker 9: is tracking my phone. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:14:06Speaker 9: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: Steve.
- 1:14:13Speaker 9: This is from DK on Steve BARBFM. He says, my
- 1:14:16Speaker 9: girlfriend has been real familiar with my day to day locations.
- 1:14:21Speaker 9: She'll ask me how lunch was at a certain place.
- 1:14:23Speaker 9: She'll ask me what I bought at a certain store.
- 1:14:26Speaker 9: She'll ask me who I am, who I know in
- 1:14:28Speaker 9: a certain part of town. After a while, I thought
- 1:14:31Speaker 9: she may be following me around. But then I checked
- 1:14:34Speaker 9: my phone. I've found at least three different apps that
- 1:14:38Speaker 9: I know I didn't install. They're there just to keep
- 1:14:41Speaker 9: tabs on me. Is she that insecure that she needs
- 1:14:44Speaker 9: to track my movements? How do I approach her with this?
- 1:14:49Speaker 7: What you do is take them off your phone, m
- 1:14:53Speaker 7: and you got to disconnect your phone locate Okay, got
- 1:14:57Speaker 7: get the maps.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: You gotta do that, So delete that act if that's
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: what he so tense, I'm deleting ALP.
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: But I'm turning off my phone located all that's fitting.
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: Col what's wrong with your nephew?
- 1:15:10Speaker 6: You know?
- 1:15:10Speaker 15: Every single place he going? How was the gym? What
- 1:15:15Speaker 15: are you doing way over there at that grocery stuff?
- 1:15:17Speaker 15: That's a lot?
- 1:15:18Speaker 13: Come on.
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: That, am, delete the ball away.
- 1:15:24Speaker 15: Let's just get rid of the fall the entire phone.
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: Oh so that's what's wrong with your nep is right though.
- 1:15:39Speaker 7: I keep the phone, but I'm gonna leave it places. Okay,
- 1:15:44Speaker 7: I'm gonna leave it at the job. He's gonna be
- 1:15:46Speaker 7: there all night.
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: Okay, all right? So how does what does he say
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: to her? He wants to know, how does he approach her?
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: I don't know, man, I don't I've never had that.
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't I don't know.
- 1:16:00Speaker 7: I mean, she is insecure, for sure, and she's tracking me,
- 1:16:05Speaker 7: that's for sure. So brother, do you do you want
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: to marry her? Do you want this relationship to go
- 1:16:11Speaker 7: any further?
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: Well? Are y'all having some problems?
- 1:16:15Speaker 7: As has something happened to make her feel this way
- 1:16:18Speaker 7: or is she carrying baggage from the old relationship. It
- 1:16:21Speaker 7: sounds like baggage, So I don't. I don't know that
- 1:16:24Speaker 7: I'm gonna deal.
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: With this married I wouldn't. All right, Yeah, let's.
- 1:16:31Speaker 15: Leave it at that room and met What are you
- 1:16:33Speaker 15: going in the bathroom?
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: Dog?
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: You know, leave me alone? Stop asking me all these questions.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: All right? Moving on?
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: We have another one, Steve. This is from Andre.
- 1:16:47Speaker 9: Andre says, I've been with my girlfriend for two years
- 1:16:50Speaker 9: and we're talking seriously about marriage, but she wants me
- 1:16:54Speaker 9: to adopt her sixteen year old son. The thing is,
- 1:16:57Speaker 9: her son barely likes me. We get along fine on
- 1:17:00Speaker 9: the surface, but there's no real connection. I don't know
- 1:17:03Speaker 9: why she wants this, and I'm like ninety nine percent
- 1:17:06Speaker 9: sure he doesn't. I love her deeply, but I don't
- 1:17:10Speaker 9: know if I can take on the title of dad
- 1:17:13Speaker 9: for someone who clearly doesn't see me that way.
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: Is this a deal breaker?
- 1:17:18Speaker 7: Well, I don't know if it's a deal breaker. I
- 1:17:21Speaker 7: don't think it's more than a discussion. I think maybe
- 1:17:26Speaker 7: you and him should have some conversation about how he
- 1:17:29Speaker 7: really feels. He's old enough to talk to about this
- 1:17:32Speaker 7: and then the three of you need to have discussions. Well,
- 1:17:36Speaker 7: I think if he understands your genuine love for his mother,
- 1:17:39Speaker 7: that might help him. But if he's not understanding a
- 1:17:43Speaker 7: lot of times, the sixteen year old dude don't see
- 1:17:45Speaker 7: how he fit into this thing.
- 1:17:48Speaker 9: And obviously his dad isn't involved, right, Steve, because she
- 1:17:52Speaker 9: went on asking him to adopt well done.
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: You don't know that. You don't know that the boy
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: and the dad are not talking somewha somehow.
- 1:18:01Speaker 7: That's why you got to get an understanding because a
- 1:18:03Speaker 7: sixteen year old is trying, is struggling with where he
- 1:18:06Speaker 7: fit into all this act.
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: And the guy saying that they don't have a connection.
- 1:18:12Speaker 7: You can connect with a sixteen year old boy, especially
- 1:18:15Speaker 7: if he don't have a relationship with the.
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: Day opening line to connect, I mean, what does he
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: say to the.
- 1:18:21Speaker 7: Kid to hey, mo man, let's sit down and talk
- 1:18:23Speaker 7: and let me tell you something. I love your mom,
- 1:18:26Speaker 7: and this is what I'd like to do. I'd like
- 1:18:28Speaker 7: for me and you to have a genuine connection. I
- 1:18:30Speaker 7: can teach you everything I know. I can help you
- 1:18:33Speaker 7: answer all the questions you got, and I can get
- 1:18:35Speaker 7: you the manhood A lie faster and you can get
- 1:18:37Speaker 7: that by yourself.
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: Now. If that's something you won't, that's something I'm willing
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: to give. Now. You let me know, man, what you'd
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: like to do, but give it some thought, because I'd
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: like to be there for you.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: All right, all right, thank you.
- 1:18:50Speaker 9: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming

- 1:25:05Speaker 7: to potential dangers.

- 1:25:20Speaker 12: to twenty twenty five.
- 1:25:22Speaker 9: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:25:24Speaker 9: day on this Tuesday, and Steve, you have some closing with.
- 1:25:30Speaker 7: You know, I just want to remind people or encourage people, don't.
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: I don't know what I'm gonna be doing depends on
- 1:25:40Speaker 7: who I'm talking to. But right now I'm just talking
- 1:25:43Speaker 7: about your dreams. Dreams are important. I've said this hundreds
- 1:25:51Speaker 7: of times on this show. The Bible says a man
- 1:25:54Speaker 7: without a dream or vision shall perish. Well, you know
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: they're talking about everybody.
- 1:26:02Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:26:03Speaker 7: I'm gonna tell you what this meant to me, because
- 1:26:07Speaker 7: that was a time that I wasn't pursuing my dreams.
- 1:26:11Speaker 7: And I'm gonna tell you what I felt like. I
- 1:26:14Speaker 7: felt like I was dying. I really really did. When
- 1:26:19Speaker 7: I wasn't doing the thing that I was born to do.
- 1:26:24Speaker 7: I was constantly searching for what it was to do.
- 1:26:29Speaker 7: And I mean I tried everything. I've worked at engine plants,
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: auto industry, I've been in the insurance industry. I've had
- 1:26:39Speaker 7: my own business. I've tried selling Amway Shackley products. Did
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: Gregory Bohemian diet I did though Al Williams Insurance I
- 1:26:51Speaker 7: did amway. It wasn't nothing. I was not willing to
- 1:26:56Speaker 7: try to try to accomplish my goals. My goals were
- 1:27:00Speaker 7: to be free and to be well off. Those were
- 1:27:04Speaker 7: my goals. To be free and to be well off.
- 1:27:09Speaker 7: Now those were my goals. That doesn't have to be
- 1:27:12Speaker 7: your goals. See, everybody's different. Your goal may be to
- 1:27:17Speaker 7: climb the corporate letter.
- 1:27:19Speaker 6: Do that.
- 1:27:20Speaker 7: I applaud that your goal may be to own a business,
- 1:27:24Speaker 7: being an entrepreneur.
- 1:27:25Speaker 8: Do that.
- 1:27:26Speaker 7: I applaud that your goal may be to become a teacher.
- 1:27:29Speaker 7: Do that, a nurse, a police officer, a fireman. I
- 1:27:33Speaker 7: applaud that that's your goal. It takes all of these
- 1:27:37Speaker 7: people to make this world go round. But you know
- 1:27:41Speaker 7: what you've got to do. You've got to pursue that dream.
- 1:27:46Speaker 7: Anything else, man, is going to leave you unfulfilled. It's
- 1:27:51Speaker 7: going to leave you lacking. Man, What a horrible existence
- 1:27:58Speaker 7: that will be if you do that for the rest
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: of your life, If you settle for not being what
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: you could have been, by settling for just being what
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: you are. Now, I know that being what you are,
- 1:28:11Speaker 7: being what you want to be is going to require
- 1:28:13Speaker 7: more of an effort. But ain't that what it's about?
- 1:28:18Speaker 7: Why would you settle for being less than your maximum?
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: Why would you just kick back and go, well, oh well,
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: this is it for me when it don't have to
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: be it can be so much more. I would wake
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: I would rather wake up with the anticipation of trying
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: to accomplish what it is I wanted to become. I
- 1:28:43Speaker 7: would rather just wake up that way instead of waking
- 1:28:47Speaker 7: up miserable every morning, dreading to go down to this
- 1:28:52Speaker 7: job that I care nothing about. Now, look well, Steve,
- 1:28:59Speaker 7: I can't just quit my job, Okay, okay, So what's
- 1:29:04Speaker 7: the alternative? So you just gonna keep going down there
- 1:29:10Speaker 7: and not and not do what you were born to do.
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: I understand it. I understand that you have responsibilities. I
- 1:29:19Speaker 7: understand that there's people counting on you. I understand you
- 1:29:22Speaker 7: got overhead house, no car, note bills, groceries. I understand that.
- 1:29:28Speaker 7: But I also understand you gonna have that anyway. I
- 1:29:32Speaker 7: understand that. What I'm trying to get you to understand
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: is is it worth the chance of being what you
- 1:29:42Speaker 7: could be?
- 1:29:44Speaker 2: I think it is. I think it is.
- 1:29:48Speaker 7: I think it's worth a shot to go and do
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: the thing that you were born to do. I think
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: it's worth a shot to go and see how you
- 1:29:57Speaker 7: can maximize your potential as a person. I think it's
- 1:30:01Speaker 7: worth a shot to wake up every day and pursue
- 1:30:04Speaker 7: a gold in a dream that you admire and hope
- 1:30:07Speaker 7: and aspire to become. I think it's worth a shot.
- 1:30:11Speaker 7: I do, and I'm just here to encourage those of
- 1:30:16Speaker 7: you that may be on the fence about it. Look,
- 1:30:19Speaker 7: this ain't gonna touch everybody. Oh, I understand that. I
- 1:30:23Speaker 7: understand that fully, and I guess I'm not talking to everybody.
- 1:30:28Speaker 7: I'm just talking to the ones that this can hit
- 1:30:32Speaker 7: with that If you know, if you are sitting up
- 1:30:36Speaker 7: and you've ever wondered, if you've ever had this thought, Man,
- 1:30:40Speaker 7: it's got to be more to life than this right here.
- 1:30:43Speaker 2: I promise you. That's cause it is. And that's God
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: telling you.
- 1:30:47Speaker 10: Over and over and over.
- 1:30:49Speaker 7: If you are getting tired of settling for who you are,
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: then it's time for you to flip the script and
- 1:30:54Speaker 7: becomes something else. It's nothing wrong with reinventing yourself. I
- 1:31:00Speaker 7: was talking to my girl last night, she said, Steve,
- 1:31:03Speaker 7: I can't tell you how many times I to watch
- 1:31:05Speaker 7: you reinvent yourself. Just her appreciation, just her appreciating that
- 1:31:11Speaker 7: means the world to me. But you can do it, man,
- 1:31:14Speaker 7: It's never too late to reinvent yourself. Listen to me, y'all.
- 1:31:19Speaker 7: Change is inevitable. You have two choices. You can react
- 1:31:25Speaker 7: to the change, or you can participate in the change.
- 1:31:28Speaker 7: Because it's coming. It's inevitable. Now which one you're gonna do.
- 1:31:33Speaker 7: If you react to it, you're gonna be behind the
- 1:31:36Speaker 7: eight ball. If you participate in it, you have a say.
- 1:31:39Speaker 7: Soul is your life. God gave us the power of choice.
- 1:31:43Speaker 7: You have a say soul, folks, Come on, man, make
- 1:31:47Speaker 7: the choice to maximize your life. Be all that you
- 1:31:52Speaker 7: can be. Those are my closing remarks. Man, I'm just
- 1:31:55Speaker 7: trying to hit it where it hit. If it hits you, cool,
- 1:31:58Speaker 7: if it didn't or all.
