- 1:49Speaker 4: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Come on, you'll think, huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody,
- 2:05Speaker 2: y'all listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 2: one and only Steve Harvey Man got a radio show.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Wow man, how good has God been to me?
- 2:14Speaker 5: You know?
- 2:14Speaker 2: Today? Let me get right to it because I'm kind
- 2:18Speaker 2: of feeling this today, and I'm pretty sure there's quite
- 2:21Speaker 2: a few of you who go through the same things today.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Today was just a little tough mourning for me because
- 2:29Speaker 2: I didn't want to leave home yesterday. You know, I
- 2:32Speaker 2: wanted to stay home a little. I had just gotten home,
- 2:35Speaker 2: you know, I gotta go again. And sometimes, you know,
- 2:38Speaker 2: just the weight of all that you have to do
- 2:41Speaker 2: just gets on you sometimes and sometimes you don't feel
- 2:44Speaker 2: like doing it today. Huh. You know, I'm just talking
- 2:49Speaker 2: to those who feel this way every now and then,
- 2:52Speaker 2: and I'm assuming that would be everybody, because I don't
- 2:54Speaker 2: know nobody who can just plow through this thing without
- 2:58Speaker 2: having those days. Well, what do you do when it
- 3:02Speaker 2: gets hard to stay up? What do you do when
- 3:06Speaker 2: it gets hard to be positive? What do you do
- 3:10Speaker 2: when it seems like things aren't happening for you fast
- 3:14Speaker 2: enough or in the timeframe that you thought it was
- 3:16Speaker 2: going What do you do? And the reason that I
- 3:20Speaker 2: guess I chose to speak about this this morning is
- 3:23Speaker 2: because I'm having one of those days. Because I had
- 3:25Speaker 2: one of those days yesterday. It's just a tough day.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I really can't explain it. It's nothing really in particular
- 3:32Speaker 2: bad happened. It's just I think the weight of all
- 3:40Speaker 2: that's going on started to feel heavy to me. And
- 3:47Speaker 2: so what do you do when you when you have
- 3:49Speaker 2: days like that, when it's hard to be positive, when
- 3:51Speaker 2: it's hard to stay up? Okay, here's what I had
- 3:54Speaker 2: to start doing this morning. Now I haven't completed it.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Can I just be real with you. I haven't completed it,
- 4:01Speaker 2: but I am processing it out because I know what
- 4:05Speaker 2: to do. You know, been there, done that, I done,
- 4:08Speaker 2: had that pain before. I know what to do. You know,
- 4:10Speaker 2: if I sprang my finger. I know what to do now.
- 4:12Speaker 2: You know the first spring I had, Oh Lord, I
- 4:14Speaker 2: thought it was broke. I thought i'd go me handcalf.
- 4:17Speaker 2: But now if I spray my finger, I know what
- 4:19Speaker 2: to do. So since I've been in this position, in
- 4:22Speaker 2: this hole so many times before, and God has always
- 4:25Speaker 2: gotten me through it, I decided I've got to start
- 4:28Speaker 2: the process today. Want to here are some things. Now,
- 4:33Speaker 2: I'm going to get to the big one last. And
- 4:35Speaker 2: one of the things I do is I remember the plan,
- 4:41Speaker 2: sit down, and I consciously think about the goals I've set.
- 4:46Speaker 2: I go over them. See, I've gotten mine down on
- 4:48Speaker 2: an iPad so I can pull them out anywhere I
- 4:51Speaker 2: am and pull them up. And I've got two lists
- 4:53Speaker 2: that I've made. I've got a list of things that
- 4:56Speaker 2: I know I can accomplish if I just keep working hard,
- 5:00Speaker 2: and if it's some couple of things just fall into
- 5:03Speaker 2: place that I can see. Then I got a list
- 5:06Speaker 2: of things that I'm planning on accomplishing. And then I
- 5:09Speaker 2: have a second list. And the heading of this list
- 5:13Speaker 2: is called only God can help me now. And on
- 5:16Speaker 2: this list it's things that I'm aspiring for or things
- 5:21Speaker 2: that I'm hoping to that in order for them to happen,
- 5:24Speaker 2: I absolutely have to have God's help. That's my favorite list.
- 5:32Speaker 2: It's the list that I have of the things that
- 5:35Speaker 2: I don't see no way it can happen. I'm just
- 5:39Speaker 2: operating on faith and the hope that God hear me,
- 5:43Speaker 2: and so sometimes, man, when you got to when I
- 5:47Speaker 2: have this list of what only God can help me, now,
- 5:51Speaker 2: that list is stuff that I cannot see. I'm just
- 5:55Speaker 2: operating on faith that God is so much bigger than me,
- 5:59Speaker 2: that he's so much more capable than I am, that
- 6:02Speaker 2: I can actually acquire some things in my life, as
- 6:05Speaker 2: He's proven to me time and time again up to
- 6:07Speaker 2: this point, that He's willing to do for me. If
- 6:10Speaker 2: I'm willing to just give him some of my life.
- 6:13Speaker 2: That's only why I can explain my existence today. You know,
- 6:17Speaker 2: I began the conversation with my wife, how do I
- 6:20Speaker 2: write a book that becomes so wildly successful? That would
- 6:24Speaker 2: be God. That's only God, Because if you can plan
- 6:28Speaker 2: to sit down and write a wildly successful book, I'd
- 6:31Speaker 2: have been done, set down and did it, and so
- 6:33Speaker 2: would you, So that would be God. How it got
- 6:38Speaker 2: purchased to become a movie when that was not my
- 6:41Speaker 2: intent when I wrote the book at all. Again, that
- 6:45Speaker 2: would be God right there. It has to be, because
- 6:49Speaker 2: if I can't explain it and it is by no
- 6:51Speaker 2: doing of my own, then who did it? So when
- 6:54Speaker 2: I get down in days like this, I remember the goal.
- 6:58Speaker 2: I remember the plan. I remember the journey. I think
- 7:02Speaker 2: about all the things God has brought me to. How
- 7:04Speaker 2: did I even get to this point?
- 7:06Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 7:06Speaker 2: I might be having a little Bama of a day.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Yeah I was a little down yesterday. Yeah, my bio
- 7:11Speaker 2: rhythms is off, whatever they want to call it. Yeah,
- 7:14Speaker 2: I'm just having one of those days. I feel a
- 7:15Speaker 2: little bit heavy. I need a vacation real bad. I
- 7:19Speaker 2: need some time off to just go and regenerate. But
- 7:22Speaker 2: right now, man, I ain't got that. So guess what
- 7:24Speaker 2: I do. I gotta start remembering the plan. I gotta
- 7:28Speaker 2: start remembering the goals. I gotta start thinking about all
- 7:31Speaker 2: the things that God has done for me and how
- 7:33Speaker 2: He's brought me this far and the blessings that I
- 7:36Speaker 2: have instead of what I don't have. And that's what
- 7:38Speaker 2: I'm in the process of doing this morning, and on
- 7:40Speaker 2: the commercial breaks, I'm gonna pull out my iPad, and
- 7:43Speaker 2: I'm gonna go over my two lists, and I'm gonna
- 7:45Speaker 2: read my little list of what I think I can accomplish,
- 7:48Speaker 2: and I'm gonna really read that only God can Help
- 7:51Speaker 2: Me Now list, because that's the list that's big. That's
- 7:53Speaker 2: the part where I've been telling y'all, I say, quit
- 7:56Speaker 2: telling God how big your problems are, and start telling
- 8:00Speaker 2: your problems how big your God is. See. And that's
- 8:03Speaker 2: what I got to sit down and do this morning.
- 8:05Speaker 2: And then sometimes, man, you got to stay still. That's
- 8:10Speaker 2: the other part. You got to stay still. You gotta
- 8:14Speaker 2: quit moving for a second, because sometimes it feels like
- 8:17Speaker 2: you're running on a treadmill and you really ain't you
- 8:20Speaker 2: going somewhere, but it feel like you're running on a treadmill. Well,
- 8:24Speaker 2: when you get that feeling, sometimes you got to stay still.
- 8:28Speaker 2: And then when you stay still, sometimes you gotta fight
- 8:31Speaker 2: to stay positive. Sometimes you gotta fight not to let
- 8:34Speaker 2: the devil win. You're in a fight, mam. I told
- 8:36Speaker 2: you this. Now you're in a fight now. So he
- 8:38Speaker 2: trying to get you to get on that positive train
- 8:41Speaker 2: so he can get you off the faith train. So
- 8:43Speaker 2: God's delivery package that's coming to you built on your faith.
- 8:46Speaker 2: That you can shake your faith and get you to
- 8:48Speaker 2: thinking negative and then he wins. See, so when you
- 8:51Speaker 2: start feeling negative, just know that that's the other force
- 8:55Speaker 2: trying to throw you off track. And when you get
- 8:57Speaker 2: through it all that he is the key to big one.
- 8:59Speaker 2: You want me to tell it to you. You got
- 9:00Speaker 2: to pray, man, You got to pray. You got to
- 9:03Speaker 2: take it to God. You got to say, God, look,
- 9:06Speaker 2: I'm having one of these days. I need your help.
- 9:08Speaker 2: I got business to take care of. You got blessings
- 9:11Speaker 2: in front of me. You got stuff you don ship
- 9:13Speaker 2: to me. You got blessings and packages that's on the way.
- 9:16Speaker 2: I need to be sitting on Faith streets so I
- 9:17Speaker 2: can receive the delivery when it gets there. What I
- 9:20Speaker 2: don't want to do is be it on be undoubted
- 9:22Speaker 2: way or or lack of understanding parkway, or Pity parkway
- 9:29Speaker 2: or some street like that, and the package keep going by.
- 9:33Speaker 2: I need to be standing and sitting on Faith street,
- 9:36Speaker 2: so when you drop that package down to me, I
- 9:38Speaker 2: can go on and get it. You feel me. You
- 9:40Speaker 2: got to pray. You got to stay still, You gotta
- 9:43Speaker 2: fight to stay positive. You gotta remember the plan. You
- 9:46Speaker 2: got to go over the goals. Come on, man, God
- 9:49Speaker 2: and brought you too far. Come on, pick yourself up today.
- 9:52Speaker 2: I'm talking to Steve Varvy this morning. I hope y'all
- 9:55Speaker 2: didn't mind you're listening show, Ladies and gentlemen. The time
- 10:03Speaker 2: has come. He's back, rested, tested, blessed, favored, motivated, encouraged,
- 10:16Speaker 2: over the moon, overjoyed, and over gratitude. As matter of fact,
- 10:20Speaker 2: I'm not over grated. I can't thank him enough. I
- 10:23Speaker 2: can't say enough good things about God. I just can't
- 10:26Speaker 2: man hear all that everything. There are no words. There
- 10:29Speaker 2: are no words, try as we may, there are no
- 10:32Speaker 2: words to suffice how good God is not to me? Ladies,
- 10:37Speaker 2: General Steve Harvey, Marty Show back in full regalia, Shirley
- 10:42Speaker 2: Strawberry calling for real Mississippi, Monica Junior and the legend
- 10:46Speaker 2: that is Nephew Tommy and yours truly back in love,
- 10:50Speaker 2: O kid. I'm lt I'm ltd. I'm all that.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Good morning, morning, welcome back the lag man.
- 11:02Speaker 2: That is so much happened. You know, when you're out
- 11:05Speaker 2: the country, let me tell you, just walk somewhere and
- 11:08Speaker 2: someone go your president is leaving. What has happened to you?
- 11:13Speaker 2: And then what then you got to go get your
- 11:17Speaker 2: computer out because they don't come none of that on
- 11:20Speaker 2: TV they could care less. But across the country, I
- 11:25Speaker 2: will say this though, across the world that I've run into,
- 11:28Speaker 2: there is huge Kamala Harris support.
- 11:32Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, gotta turn into votes. That's the
- 11:36Speaker 6: most important thing here here.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Would say, Junior, what's on your mind? But yeah, you know,
- 11:44Speaker 2: I'm scared Without me, I don't know, you know, you
- 11:51Speaker 2: know what you can do?
- 11:52Speaker 7: Though, you can really thank Tommy. I mean, he really
- 11:55Speaker 7: did a fantastic job. And I can't live I'm saying.
- 11:58Speaker 8: I have heard.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Let me tell you, I have heard from people to
- 12:03Speaker 2: the show who are friends of mine, who text me
- 12:06Speaker 2: he said, Man, the show good, he said. The biggest
- 12:09Speaker 2: compliment was Tommy has levels. They didn't know he had. True. Well,
- 12:19Speaker 2: I mean, you know, when I'm here, you don't need
- 12:21Speaker 2: to have all the levels, you know what I mean,
- 12:23Speaker 2: you just be ignorant.
- 12:25Speaker 8: Yeah, oh he was that now please yeah.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Don't no, No, they didn't say he wasn't ignorant. They
- 12:34Speaker 2: said he had levels they didn't know he had. That's differ,
- 12:40Speaker 2: you know, ignorant people can't really, you can't really eradicate that.
- 12:43Speaker 2: You just can't wipe that out, that, not after fifty
- 12:46Speaker 2: something years of you can't get rid of that in week.
- 12:50Speaker 1: You can't. Uncle Steve.
- 12:53Speaker 2: I've been igniti so long. If somebody said, you know,
- 12:57Speaker 2: you're not ignorant anymore, I would I would have to
- 13:00Speaker 2: go check in somewhere, see what's wrong. Yeah, let me
- 13:08Speaker 2: ask you all this. The upcoming election is the electricity
- 13:12Speaker 2: for Kamala Harris the way I think it is.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Yes, it is sure, Yeah, for sure.
- 13:18Speaker 6: First we were depressed, then we're surprised, Then we were
- 13:21Speaker 6: elated and overjoyed.
- 13:23Speaker 2: We went you're depressed.
- 13:29Speaker 6: Yeah, coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:32Speaker 6: Steve is back from vacations.

- 14:05Speaker 2: here we out here or steal or on a way
- 14:14Speaker 2: yeah yeah, or post mysteriously wondering what it is now
- 14:26Speaker 2: time for church complain I haven't heard or complaint in
- 14:30Speaker 2: so long. I see no reasons why we are continuing on,
- 14:36Speaker 2: But somehow Deacon has found the way. Go ahead, Deacon.
- 14:43Speaker 9: Yeah, these today are more like work complaints since you
- 14:49Speaker 9: have been gone. These are work complaints from uh this
- 14:55Speaker 9: conquer Yeah, yeah, no, let me see how to stop.
- 15:00Speaker 9: Let's see. Uh, let's see. We have an issue with
- 15:05Speaker 9: Shirley Strawberry. She had a half a glass of champagne
- 15:10Speaker 9: during her monumental birthday with tipsy for two days. I
- 15:17Speaker 9: needed you to know that day are complaining about that.
- 15:21Speaker 2: I've seen Shirley before, long term ago had a full drake. Yeah,
- 15:29Speaker 2: had Oh Lord, when them eyes is at half mass oh,
- 15:37Speaker 2: slobbling and speech slur ain't nothing worse than a proper
- 15:42Speaker 2: person with slurredge speech. Lord, Lord Lord. Now, I hate
- 15:48Speaker 2: to say it, but.
- 15:51Speaker 9: Junior's hairline has moved to sentiments of.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Lord God, if you have been it has moved twelve
- 16:01Speaker 2: usy No, where is it now? Hop far bad it going? Yeah? Lord,
- 16:14Speaker 2: it's so far back.
- 16:18Speaker 10: He don't need No, he don't need, he don't need no.
- 16:26Speaker 10: Con yes, yes, yes, God Lord. Let's see.
- 16:31Speaker 2: He got on the hat this morning too.
- 16:33Speaker 9: Well we'd ask him to wear that until you get back.
- 16:37Speaker 9: We didn't want we didn't want to see it no
- 16:39Speaker 9: more till you got here. So we was worried about that.
- 16:43Speaker 9: Let me continue here.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Now to your hairline going back like he's running a
- 16:47Speaker 2: hundred in the Olympics. What else here?
- 16:59Speaker 9: It looks like Carla had a uh she wants to
- 17:03Speaker 9: be crowned as the uh head cheer mom and they
- 17:08Speaker 9: uh uh. I think she's up against about three or
- 17:11Speaker 9: four chier moms and she's trying to get.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Us to get behind her in march on that and
- 17:15Speaker 2: we don't. I don't think that's really that. Now you march?
- 17:18Speaker 2: Are you wanting wife O going for that? You might
- 17:24Speaker 2: deserve Yeah, yeah, yeah, you might deserve. But they had
- 17:27Speaker 2: the white cheer moment. I'm right now, you're gonna be
- 17:32Speaker 2: the head or head cheer mam. You had to pick
- 17:35Speaker 2: up some weight. You ain't got no weight on you.
- 17:37Speaker 2: You had to get more weight on you. Call it. Yeah,
- 17:41Speaker 2: you you ain't gonna wait. You're gonna have to dye
- 17:43Speaker 2: your hair to the platinum. I'm almost there, okay, all right, These.
- 17:49Speaker 9: Are these are just things that have transpired tim she's
- 17:51Speaker 9: been gone past and now listen.
- 17:53Speaker 2: We have another issue. Uh.
- 17:55Speaker 9: Our producer Monica is doing a go fund me paid
- 18:00Speaker 9: because she wants a dog and she's asking if together, Yes,
- 18:06Speaker 9: she's trying to get I don't know the name of
- 18:08Speaker 9: the dog or what type of dog it is, but
- 18:10Speaker 9: she's trying.
- 18:11Speaker 5: To do that.
- 18:12Speaker 2: So I want you to why I gotta go form
- 18:14Speaker 2: and paid for a dog? The dog she has somebody
- 18:17Speaker 2: gave that to him, by your own damn dog. Yeah,
- 18:26Speaker 2: why don't you go down there to the shelter, or
- 18:29Speaker 2: sister money, go down there to the shelter. They give
- 18:32Speaker 2: them away dogs right before they put them to sleep.
- 18:35Speaker 2: They'll give them away. You're going with this, sister, Well,
- 18:39Speaker 2: these are just facts. Ain't no need of getting mad
- 18:41Speaker 2: at me. Yeah, that's the one thing white folks don't
- 18:45Speaker 2: want you to know. They'll put a dog sleep now,
- 18:48Speaker 2: but they don't call it sleep. They call it euphanizing. Euphanizing. Yeah,
- 18:52Speaker 2: the ain't finna get young. I can tell you that.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Now, Tell on yourself, nephew, Tell on yourself.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Wait a minute, Yeah, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not, nephew.
- 19:02Speaker 2: I don't know how you get this. You are, okay,
- 19:05Speaker 2: but let me go ahead and say that it's still
- 19:07Speaker 2: that Champagne is still working on.
- 19:09Speaker 9: That's how that's all. Uh, here's another on past. It
- 19:15Speaker 9: seems like it's brewing again. It is brewing again. It
- 19:19Speaker 9: looks like Junior and Timmy are talking about racing again.
- 19:24Speaker 9: That's what it sounds like past. I don't know, but
- 19:27Speaker 9: I seem like I don't know if it's all this running.
- 19:30Speaker 9: Both of them think they got it again. I don't know,
- 19:32Speaker 9: but it looks like that. I'm just telling you that
- 19:34Speaker 9: the stuff that has been brewing since you have been gone,
- 19:37Speaker 9: that's all I'm saying.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Well, once again, let me say this about a foot
- 19:42Speaker 2: race between the two of them. I would recommend because
- 19:48Speaker 2: how many years has it been since the last real
- 19:51Speaker 2: It's been a minute? Good sap at six. Yeah, that's
- 19:56Speaker 2: why I think, please let this goal because novel one
- 20:01Speaker 2: of y'all is what you was back then. Yeah, yeah,
- 20:06Speaker 2: in a whole lot of mold. See it'd be like
- 20:09Speaker 2: me running. See, but you pull a ham string when
- 20:13Speaker 2: you was running, I blow my whole butt out if
- 20:16Speaker 2: I try to run at a fast pace, skip pull
- 20:20Speaker 2: a muscle. It's called a Buddhist snatch. I feel like
- 20:24Speaker 2: somebody just snatched the whole center part out, throw it
- 20:29Speaker 2: on the floor.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I'm running year major point.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Okay, well I've been gone, so I'm trying to be
- 20:36Speaker 2: extra making us at lost time. Don't run up.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Next, it is time to ask the CLO. He is
- 20:47Speaker 1: back in the building. You're listening.
- 20:50Speaker 6: Morning show coming up at the top of the hour,
- 20:53Speaker 6: and entertainment news.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Our Pheles's leader is back and we can't wait to
- 20:57Speaker 1: hear about his big vacation. All of that come.
- 21:00Speaker 6: Ellah Harris is officially the Democratic nominee for president and
- 21:03Speaker 6: we are eagerly waiting to see who she will select
- 21:07Speaker 6: as her running mate for vice president today.
- 21:09Speaker 1: That is all coming up at the top of the hour.
- 21:11Speaker 1: But right now it is time to ask the CLO.
- 21:15Speaker 6: Steve Harvey is back in the building as a Chief
- 21:18Speaker 6: Love Officer.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Here we go with Andrea and White Plains.
- 21:21Speaker 6: Andrea writes, overheard my husband on a call telling one
- 21:24Speaker 6: of his exes that he's very happily married now. He
- 21:28Speaker 6: laughed a lot and told her that it could have
- 21:30Speaker 6: been her, but she was playing. Am I his second choice?
- 21:34Speaker 6: Is it okay to ask him what he meant by that?
- 21:37Speaker 2: Well? I think he said what he meant? He told
- 21:40Speaker 2: this woman he's very happily married. Yeah, it is now
- 21:46Speaker 2: a rub in your face? Was it could have been you? Now?
- 21:50Speaker 2: She was playing? Yeah? Now, please know she's sick about
- 21:55Speaker 2: that because she probably good and single. And the fact
- 21:59Speaker 2: that you heard him speaking positively about you.
- 22:03Speaker 8: I would leave it alone, ask him anything you say.
- 22:08Speaker 2: But you ain't gonna do that. No, you don't know
- 22:11Speaker 2: how to leave it? Well? Was you talking to her? Fall?
- 22:15Speaker 2: How long am I your second choice?
- 22:18Speaker 5: You know?
- 22:18Speaker 1: Who were about all that?
- 22:23Speaker 5: You know?
- 22:23Speaker 9: Dog?
- 22:24Speaker 2: So I already know Clo and gave you his advice.
- 22:28Speaker 2: You ain't finna take it? So do you all right?
- 22:31Speaker 1: Charles?
- 22:32Speaker 6: And Selma says my neighbor's wife left him for another man.
- 22:35Speaker 6: I have seen her come by the house and check
- 22:37Speaker 6: his mail at least four times. I make sure she
- 22:40Speaker 6: sees me watching her. Should I mention it to my.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Neighbor or let him handle his own mess? Please? Advice?
- 22:46Speaker 5: Now?
- 22:47Speaker 1: Why are you in that handle his own man?
- 22:50Speaker 2: She'd have left him for another man? How much more
- 22:53Speaker 2: messy can it be? So she over there checking the mail?
- 22:59Speaker 2: She left him for another man. She forgot to take
- 23:03Speaker 2: the mail check? Yeah, like so yeah, yeah, yeah, you know,
- 23:13Speaker 2: make sure she see you. That's fine. I don't know
- 23:15Speaker 2: what they're supposed to do. That ain't stopping her. She
- 23:17Speaker 2: still comes. You better not go over there and say nothing.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Let him handle his own mess, all right.
- 23:22Speaker 6: Moving on to Oneka and Henderson, Onneka writes, I was
- 23:25Speaker 6: supposed to meet a co worker at a hotel last
- 23:28Speaker 6: week and he didn't show up. He hasn't answered any
- 23:31Speaker 6: of my calls or texts, and he's been off since Wednesday.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Our boss is not telling us anything. I'm so worried.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Should I go by his house?
- 23:42Speaker 2: Kill me? You mean, should you go by they house?
- 23:47Speaker 2: Come on, clo, Yes, should you go by the house?
- 23:52Speaker 2: He ain't show up at the hotel, he ain't been
- 23:55Speaker 2: worked for a week. I'm so worried. Somebody found out
- 23:58Speaker 2: about this rendezvous. He may not be at the house,
- 24:02Speaker 2: but I can tell you what he is doing. He
- 24:04Speaker 2: is somewhere, probably recovery, is recovering somebody found out by
- 24:12Speaker 2: this randivu, and it ain't been the same at his house. Since.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Don't go by that.
- 24:15Speaker 6: House, please don't, all right? Last one, Last one Estella
- 24:22Speaker 6: and Las Colinas. Estella says I had sex with a guy,
- 24:25Speaker 6: and he stayed over all night. My sister called to
- 24:28Speaker 6: see how the sex was, and I told her it
- 24:31Speaker 6: was terrible. I was speaking in Spanish and I didn't
- 24:34Speaker 6: know that the guy speaks Spanish too.
- 24:37Speaker 1: I feel bad for what I said. How do I
- 24:41Speaker 1: fix it?
- 24:43Speaker 2: I don't care if you can't speak Spanish. You know,
- 24:46Speaker 2: when somebody telling you you ain't got good sex? No
- 24:50Speaker 2: no s no, no you be. I don't care. No
- 24:55Speaker 2: eye ble noel only not only no, no doude do you? Oh?
- 25:02Speaker 2: No doors thress one two three? That's all because you
- 25:09Speaker 2: know we're talking about you. Oh poquito me son me
- 25:15Speaker 2: see what he Saydo you know you ain't even gotta

- 25:22Speaker 2: I know they talking. Oh la honest, oh complaint the
- 25:28Speaker 2: oh so local? You know, local city said said local.
- 25:36Speaker 2: It's so slow, you know me know me appreciating no
- 25:46Speaker 2: more wanted? You know, don't know to shotoh all that
- 25:59Speaker 2: trail slate span. I don't care if you don't speak Spanish.
- 26:02Speaker 2: When you done gave a woman some bad sex, you
- 26:05Speaker 2: know it. I don't care. She gonna say something A negro, yeah, illegal,
- 26:23Speaker 2: we know what I want to turn him. I want
- 26:26Speaker 2: to deport that bad.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Huh, that's pretty bad.
- 26:33Speaker 2: He know he know gorand and all? No single, no.
- 26:41Speaker 1: No dogs.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Three? Well you mean like the mint? No, I mean
- 26:56Speaker 2: like minutes. No mentos is a mint?
- 27:00Speaker 5: Yes?
- 27:02Speaker 2: Wow? Yeah, you ain't got to speak spanishy yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 27:10Speaker 2: he knew he was talking about here. What difference do
- 27:12Speaker 2: it make? And he stayed over the seat. Listen to me, fellas,
- 27:16Speaker 2: if you don't have a good reputation in bed when
- 27:21Speaker 2: you get to go home?
- 27:23Speaker 8: The question, though, question, how do you know?
- 27:27Speaker 1: How would he know that he's not good at that?
- 27:29Speaker 1: But what if he thinks he is?
- 27:31Speaker 2: You can see look it up. Is she staying at
- 27:38Speaker 2: you like what she picked up? Yeah, if both of
- 27:47Speaker 2: y'all get through. If she sit up when you sit up,
- 27:57Speaker 2: If she sit up when you sit.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Up, it was bad.
- 28:04Speaker 2: If you get up to go to the bathroom and
- 28:06Speaker 2: she run passion, your.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Bad pretty bad. That's pretty bad.
- 28:16Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, okay, anymore, she can't fix it though, right anymore?
- 28:22Speaker 2: If you tell her to bring you a hot time
- 28:26Speaker 2: out the bathroom and she hollered back in there what
- 28:28Speaker 2: you needed for.
- 28:31Speaker 9: It was bad.
- 28:32Speaker 2: I'm just gonna tell you though, I'm just gonna tell
- 28:35Speaker 2: you that hey may have a hot time when you
- 28:37Speaker 2: come out there. What you need it for, put your
- 28:43Speaker 2: clothes on and go in your cop came out the
- 28:46Speaker 2: nice dance.
- 28:48Speaker 1: All right, Thank you, Cela.
- 28:51Speaker 6: Welcome back, Chief Love Officer. Coming up at the top
- 28:54Speaker 6: of the hour, we'll have some entertainment news.
- 28:56Speaker 2: This if all the covers still look the same when
- 28:59Speaker 2: you get you ain't hitting a dog. Just don't get.
- 29:05Speaker 8: You're listening hard morning show.
- 29:10Speaker 6: All right, So, Steve, you know, we're so happy to
- 29:12Speaker 6: have you back and everything, but so much going on,
- 29:16Speaker 6: So much has been going on with this year's presidential
- 29:19Speaker 6: election election since you left. Well, President Biden with drew
- 29:23Speaker 6: from the race. You know that he endorsed Kamala Harris,
- 29:26Speaker 6: our VP for president.
- 29:28Speaker 2: Now.
- 29:28Speaker 6: So so did former President Obama Clinton and most recently
- 29:32Speaker 6: former President Jimmy Carter, who said he hopes to live
- 29:36Speaker 6: long enough to vote for Kamala. That's deep right there,
- 29:40Speaker 6: that's deep.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what it was like. It was pretty
- 29:44Speaker 2: interesting because from my standpoint, you know, I was out
- 29:47Speaker 2: the country when the news came down, and everywhere I went,
- 29:53Speaker 2: people go, your president is quitting what is wrong? You know,
- 29:57Speaker 2: like I know, But I thought it was really really
- 30:00Speaker 2: good for him to step down at this time because
- 30:05Speaker 2: it just wasn't a good look, and it wasn't wasn't
- 30:10Speaker 2: it wasn't making his supporters feel reassured with his performance
- 30:14Speaker 2: in the debate. I thought that Van Jones' assessment of
- 30:19Speaker 2: it was a bit harsh when I heard it on
- 30:21Speaker 2: CNN right after debate. Van Jones was the first one
- 30:25Speaker 2: who came out and said he should step down, And
- 30:28Speaker 2: I thought that was a bit harsh. But he was
- 30:30Speaker 2: so correct because I didn't think he would step down.
- 30:34Speaker 2: But you know, in his condition and being I think
- 30:38Speaker 2: his main concern should be to just take care of
- 30:40Speaker 2: his health and rest and preserve his life because if
- 30:45Speaker 2: he is in this condition right now, where we're going
- 30:48Speaker 2: to be in two years, let loan four. So I
- 30:51Speaker 2: thought it was great of him to step down. He's
- 30:54Speaker 2: done a great job, but he doesn't have the energy
- 30:58Speaker 2: to continue. Kamala Harris, let me tell you something. When
- 31:03Speaker 2: I was in Atlanta and I interviewed her, Monica was
- 31:07Speaker 2: down there with me, and when I went down there
- 31:10Speaker 2: to interview her at the one hundred Black Men Conference,
- 31:13Speaker 2: and I sat on stage with her, and I was
- 31:16Speaker 2: hurt the interview the selected person to interview her. When
- 31:20Speaker 2: she got through with that, I said that I had
- 31:24Speaker 2: never seen that version of Vice President Kamala Harris because
- 31:30Speaker 2: I hadn't talked to her in a while. She was
- 31:33Speaker 2: making so many strong, valid points and she was so assertive.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Not at the time, I had no idea that she
- 31:41Speaker 2: was going to be the nominee, but I felt really
- 31:44Speaker 2: good and she got a standing ovation from that crowd,
- 31:47Speaker 2: and I just think that the energy that she put
- 31:50Speaker 2: into this election has been just what was needed. I
- 31:54Speaker 2: was so happy because all I can get to stuff
- 31:56Speaker 2: is on the internet because they don't care nothing about
- 31:58Speaker 2: that on TV.
- 31:59Speaker 6: Can I ask you this, did you hear about the
- 32:01Speaker 6: black women or Kamala the zoom calls, the black men,
- 32:05Speaker 6: the white dudes for Kamala.
- 32:07Speaker 2: The black men, all of that support. It's just been
- 32:12Speaker 2: it's what's needed and out the gate. And it's also
- 32:18Speaker 2: going to expose our voting power again. Yes, again, this
- 32:24Speaker 2: election will expose our power at the polls. So for
- 32:29Speaker 2: everybody who has been wanting to say, I ain't voting
- 32:34Speaker 2: for nobody unless they have an agenda for Black people,
- 32:37Speaker 2: please listen to me. Nobody can go with an agenda
- 32:41Speaker 2: for black people, no more than a person can stand
- 32:44Speaker 2: up and say, here's an agenda for white people. You
- 32:47Speaker 2: already know when they included. You just have to see
- 32:49Speaker 2: where you fit in. Now, there are things that the
- 32:52Speaker 2: Biden administration has done that has greatly benefited the black community.
- 32:57Speaker 2: But you can't go in there with just a black
- 32:59Speaker 2: issue because you got to pass it by too many
- 33:01Speaker 2: white people in the city, in the House. They're not
- 33:03Speaker 2: fin to do that. They're already trying to get rid
- 33:05Speaker 2: of black history in schools, they trying to get rid
- 33:09Speaker 2: of diversity issues. They've already gotten rid of affirmative action.
- 33:14Speaker 2: So hey, look, man, we got to continue to show
- 33:17Speaker 2: our strength at the polls and then put the people
- 33:20Speaker 2: of our choice in office. And this again is a
- 33:24Speaker 2: great opportunity for us to show This is a great
- 33:28Speaker 2: opportunity for us to show our voting power. And Kamala
- 33:31Speaker 2: Harris is the right person to get behind it. I
- 33:35Speaker 2: just want I want to see a debate.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Good luck we do too. But Trump is running.
- 33:46Speaker 9: A good vice president pick. That's the I think that's
- 33:48Speaker 9: the key as well. The rights.
- 33:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know who are they talking about a
- 33:54Speaker 2: front runner?
- 33:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean they have Josh Shapiro out of Pennsylvania.
- 33:59Speaker 8: They have.
- 34:02Speaker 6: Mark Kelly out of Arizona. They have some good people.
- 34:06Speaker 6: And Waltz, Tim Waltz out of Minnesota.
- 34:09Speaker 1: I think those are the top three.
- 34:12Speaker 2: There's a lot of there's a lot of Republicans coming
- 34:15Speaker 2: out in support Kamala has to Republicans for Kamala. Yeah,
- 34:22Speaker 2: and we've just got to be smart as a voting
- 34:25Speaker 2: block to not get distracted by the noise. You know
- 34:31Speaker 2: this man, you know, Donald Trump keeps saying I've done
- 34:35Speaker 2: more for black people since President Lincoln. Okay, what what
- 34:41Speaker 2: what you know? Man? Y'all, y'all got to quit letting
- 34:44Speaker 2: people just say anything to you. If you've done so
- 34:48Speaker 2: much for black people, then just show me what if
- 34:52Speaker 2: you are black for Trump, show me how Trump is
- 34:55Speaker 2: for blacks. I just show me that. Or are you
- 34:59Speaker 2: running your mouth? And y'all stop being don't worry about
- 35:02Speaker 2: the Amber Roses and the Candace Parkers.
- 35:08Speaker 1: Owens nobody.
- 35:09Speaker 2: Yeah, Candace Owens, I'm sorry, Candas park At the basketball player.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Candace Owens can't. Candas park are probably going, what the
- 35:19Speaker 2: hell he talking about?
- 35:21Speaker 5: What I do.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, man, Stop Amber rolls you when you look
- 35:28Speaker 2: at her and she talks what it don't make no
- 35:31Speaker 2: damn sense. Daddy, ain't no blacks for Trump.
- 35:35Speaker 6: We just gotta get to the Posu're right, Steve, coming
- 35:37Speaker 6: up at twenty minutes after the hour. Hurricane season is
- 35:41Speaker 6: upon us. It's been very active and now Southern States
- 35:43Speaker 6: embracing for Hurricane Debbie, and the weather in Paris is
- 35:47Speaker 6: affecting the summer games as well. We'll talk about it
- 35:49Speaker 6: right after this. You're listening Harvey Morning Show. The National
- 35:55Speaker 6: Hurricane Center is closely monitoring Hurricane Debbie. After Puerto Rico
- 36:00Speaker 6: and the Virgin Island's got a lot of heavy rain
- 36:02Speaker 6: this weekend. Debbie is fast moving through Florida and the
- 36:05Speaker 6: Gulf of Mexico, where she is expected to intensify. Residents
- 36:10Speaker 6: along the Gulf coast from Louisiana to Florida are all
- 36:13Speaker 6: encouraged to be prepared for the likelihood of heavy rain
- 36:17Speaker 6: and flooding. Debbie is projected to intensify quickly, with top
- 36:22Speaker 6: end winds around thirty five miles per hour.
- 36:25Speaker 1: That's fast, so.
- 36:27Speaker 9: If it's lightning, start packing up now. What is y'all
- 36:30Speaker 9: waiting on. If you're see lightning, pack up, load the cab,
- 36:35Speaker 9: get out of there. Do what you got to do
- 36:37Speaker 9: once it started lightning. I gets the movie. I don't
- 36:39Speaker 9: know what's wrong with y'all.
- 36:40Speaker 2: Man in the mart.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Hey, it's just about lightning. It's about the wind.
- 36:44Speaker 2: But lightning is a sign. It's a sign.
- 36:47Speaker 3: When you see a lightning, that's your thing, the lightning thing.
- 36:50Speaker 3: It's wind, flooding, it's all of that.
- 36:53Speaker 9: But when the lightning come first, once you see the lightning,
- 36:57Speaker 9: get your behind lightened on.
- 37:03Speaker 2: You know, just the way he extends this fear onto
- 37:05Speaker 2: everybody else. Now he wants the whole Olympics shut down
- 37:10Speaker 2: because he's scared of lightning. All practice, throwing.
- 37:16Speaker 9: These javelins and shot putting in all this, these clicks
- 37:20Speaker 9: on the bottom of these shoes. Y'all got all this
- 37:22Speaker 9: metal on? What did y'all you need to get? Y'all
- 37:24Speaker 9: as set down, walk up to just leave the games?
- 37:28Speaker 2: Just leave. They can play in another four years.
- 37:35Speaker 1: They need to delay the League Golf National. They did
- 37:39Speaker 1: delay that because of lightning and rain.
- 37:41Speaker 2: So there you think with this metal run in your hand,
- 37:44Speaker 2: you think you think.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Will be tripping about some lightning.
- 37:49Speaker 2: Man, if he see lightning on TV, we will not
- 37:56Speaker 2: be ready to love no more out.
- 38:01Speaker 8: This is terrible.
- 38:03Speaker 6: Yeah, you know they don't have any air conditioning over there,
- 38:05Speaker 6: so the hurricane did affect the summer games.
- 38:09Speaker 1: You know it was like one hundred and five degrees
- 38:12Speaker 1: in parts of France.
- 38:13Speaker 2: That don't make no sense. You knew them people was
- 38:16Speaker 2: coming and you didn't go down to Walmart and get
- 38:18Speaker 2: some window air conditioning units. Walmart in France. We'll go
- 38:24Speaker 2: down there three two hundred dollars. You can put a
- 38:27Speaker 2: little any people room. That's a damn shame.
- 38:30Speaker 1: How do you say Walmart in French?
- 38:32Speaker 2: Steve gill Mall, You're just saying William Mall, and it
- 38:41Speaker 2: makes it sound like it's expensive too over there.
- 38:44Speaker 1: Sexy.
- 38:46Speaker 2: Oh man, that's a nice shirt. Where you get that
- 38:48Speaker 2: ship with my.

- 40:54Speaker 2: out of these polls. You know, let me tell y'all something.
- 40:57Speaker 2: We're gonna stop all this here. We're gonna prove who
- 40:59Speaker 2: we quit listening to these ignorant children out here running.
- 41:05Speaker 2: They damn amperos need to go somewhere and sit over
- 41:09Speaker 2: here down. Why would you listen to somebody that wrote
- 41:12Speaker 2: a note on their forehead? What would you do that for.
- 41:20Speaker 5: You?
- 41:20Speaker 2: If you make an ignorant enough decision to write a
- 41:25Speaker 2: to write a message on your forehead, you couldn't remember that.
- 41:29Speaker 2: You couldn't have put it on the paper. You couldn't
- 41:31Speaker 2: have saved it in your phone. You couldn't have told
- 41:35Speaker 2: somebody to tell your best friend so they can remind
- 41:37Speaker 2: you what you put it on your forehead phone. Yes, ma'am,
- 41:42Speaker 2: I gotta quit listening to it.
- 41:44Speaker 6: Uh huh?
- 41:45Speaker 2: What you need at?
- 41:46Speaker 3: So, sis Ardelle, are you going to Chicago to the
- 41:49Speaker 3: Democratic National Convention? You gotta get the souls to the polls.
- 41:53Speaker 3: You're gonna be there, talk to the delegates. What's the plane?

- 44:46Speaker 9: baby got my baby name. We're gonna have to call
- 44:49Speaker 9: your baby something.
- 44:50Speaker 8: We don't we know we can have the same name.
- 44:54Speaker 2: Let's go catch dog. Your baby got my baby name
- 44:57Speaker 2: cat dog. If you would.
- 45:00Speaker 5: Hello, I'm trying to reach a Patricia. Patricia, who is this?
- 45:05Speaker 5: How you doing? Listen? My name is Floyd Floyd. I
- 45:09Speaker 5: want to give you a call. Your your daughter, she
- 45:11Speaker 5: attends middle school. Right, what's your name again, Floyd Floyd?
- 45:15Speaker 4: Okay, what can I just.
- 45:17Speaker 5: Uh, Well, like I said, your your daughter, she goes
- 45:19Speaker 5: she do go to middle school, right, yeah, okay, Now
- 45:22Speaker 5: her name, her name is Derek.
- 45:24Speaker 2: Why you need to know that?
- 45:25Speaker 5: Okay, Well, ain't something wrong or something No, no, no, no,
- 45:29Speaker 5: nothing wrong. I mean, I don't mean the alarm, You're
- 45:31Speaker 5: nothing like that. But let me see what you call. Well,
- 45:35Speaker 5: here here's the situation. My daughter actually goes to middle
- 45:39Speaker 5: school along along with with your daughter. Okay, and and
- 45:44Speaker 5: it's it's a bit of a problem that that that
- 45:46Speaker 5: has arisen that me and my wife just found out about.
- 45:49Speaker 11: Okay, what they have is some issues. Derek and your
- 45:51Speaker 11: baby in in some kind of like trouble or something.
- 45:55Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, nothing like that.
- 45:58Speaker 11: But I said, you food with nobody at the school.
- 46:00Speaker 11: She don't mess with nobody. She own the honor row
- 46:03Speaker 11: and everything. I don't have no problems out of Derreka, right.
- 46:06Speaker 5: Okay, let me know. Let me tell you, miss miss Patricia,
- 46:11Speaker 5: what the problem is. See, my daughter name is Dereka. Okay, so,
- 46:17Speaker 5: and and it just blew me and my wife away
- 46:19Speaker 5: that it was another Dereka that went to the school.
- 46:23Speaker 11: Okay, all right, So I don't know too many Dereka's.
- 46:25Speaker 4: That's the unique name.
- 46:26Speaker 5: That's hute, okay, right right, Well, here's the problem me
- 46:31Speaker 5: and my wife. Actually, you know, when it was time
- 46:33Speaker 5: to name my child, we thought we was really picking
- 46:35Speaker 5: the name that nobody uh would have pick out for
- 46:39Speaker 5: their daughter. And to have another Dereka in the school
- 46:41Speaker 5: that blew us away. And I guess the real reason
- 46:45Speaker 5: why I'm trying to call you, miss Patricia c is
- 46:47Speaker 5: if if there's something maybe we can work out, you know,
- 46:50Speaker 5: maybe like your Dereka doesn't middle name or nickname, she
- 46:56Speaker 5: can be called by in opposed to both of them,
- 46:59Speaker 5: be in Derek. You you don't want to our child
- 47:02Speaker 5: to be the only one with this name.
- 47:03Speaker 11: Okay, wait wait, wait, wait for now you calling me
- 47:07Speaker 11: and you asking me to change my baby's name.
- 47:10Speaker 5: Well, I mean you. You ain't really got to legally
- 47:12Speaker 5: change I mean, but just start calling us something else.
- 47:14Speaker 2: You know?
- 47:15Speaker 11: No, No, wait a minute, say what you name in
- 47:18Speaker 11: police or something. Do you know how many ants and
- 47:21Speaker 11: lewis this and Patricia's out there? What if I asked
- 47:24Speaker 11: everything in the United States to change their name from Patricia?
- 47:27Speaker 11: You know how crazy that is?
- 47:29Speaker 5: And I understand that you must.
- 47:30Speaker 4: Be on drugs.
- 47:32Speaker 5: What I'm trying to say is, you know this, this
- 47:34Speaker 5: is something that we really have. Our baby girl was
- 47:36Speaker 5: this name and we didn't want nobody else to have this.
- 47:39Speaker 5: So does your deger have a middle name she can use? No,
- 47:42Speaker 5: we're gonna call her Dereka like we've been calling you.
- 47:45Speaker 4: Name your baby d d. Let's call your baby DD.
- 47:48Speaker 4: Is you change y'all?
- 47:49Speaker 11: Y'all change y'all baby name at the school.
- 47:51Speaker 5: I'm not calling I'm not calling.
- 47:53Speaker 11: No, I don't give what you call him, but I'm
- 47:55Speaker 11: not changing my baby name.
- 47:56Speaker 5: Hey listen, okay, look, I'm trying to call you and
- 47:59Speaker 5: haven a little adults, you know, but you're seeing the
- 48:02Speaker 5: sit You're gonna push my butt and they take me
- 48:03Speaker 5: to another level.
- 48:04Speaker 11: You ain't calling me trying to have no, just ask
- 48:07Speaker 11: me to change my baby name, call my baby something
- 48:10Speaker 11: else at the school because y'all want y'all baby name
- 48:12Speaker 11: to be Derek and the only Derek in the school.
- 48:14Speaker 11: Can you know how many other kids at the damn
- 48:16Speaker 11: school got the same name.
- 48:18Speaker 5: I understand that, but for my baby girl, it ain't
- 48:20Speaker 5: supposed to be like that. Huh. I'm sorry.
- 48:23Speaker 4: I'm thorwing for that baby girl and your wife, but
- 48:26Speaker 4: you know I'm not changing my body damn name, y'all

- 48:52Speaker 5: what can we start calling your daughter d like.
- 48:55Speaker 4: She been doing. Call you and your wife. Y'all need
- 48:58Speaker 4: to go down to the statistics offense and good time.

- 53:57Speaker 6: All right, nephew, thank you. Subject he's angry because I
- 54:01Speaker 6: like his side piece. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a forty
- 54:04Speaker 6: eight year old single mother of a twenty eight year
- 54:07Speaker 6: old grown man.
- 54:08Speaker 5: Like me.
- 54:09Speaker 1: My son started having children at an early age. I
- 54:12Speaker 1: encouraged him to.
- 54:13Speaker 6: Marry the mother of his three children. So they went
- 54:16Speaker 6: to the courthouse in twenty twenty two and got married.
- 54:19Speaker 6: His wife has done a complete three point sixty. She
- 54:22Speaker 6: means one eighty, but she said three sixties. She means
- 54:24Speaker 6: one eighty. Now that she's married, or now that they're
- 54:28Speaker 6: living together and we can see who she really is.
- 54:31Speaker 6: He has tried to overlook her weed smoking, drinking, and
- 54:34Speaker 6: hanging out with hoochies. He's told me that he's trying
- 54:37Speaker 6: to make it work. That was before last month. He
- 54:41Speaker 6: went to the grocery store with me and we ran
- 54:43Speaker 6: into one of my friends and her daughter. The girl
- 54:45Speaker 6: just bought a house and she runs her alterations business
- 54:48Speaker 6: from home. My son could not take his eyes off
- 54:52Speaker 6: of her. They exchanged phone numbers just in case his
- 54:55Speaker 6: wife needed her alteration services. He called her as soon
- 54:58Speaker 6: as he got back to my house and they've been
- 55:00Speaker 6: talking since then. He has been to her house before,
- 55:03Speaker 6: but he won't tell me what happened. He has invited
- 55:06Speaker 6: her to my house before to have dinner with us.
- 55:09Speaker 6: I love this woman for him, and I feel bad
- 55:12Speaker 6: that I forced him to marry the mother of his kids.
- 55:15Speaker 6: I told him that I'm sorry that he's in a
- 55:18Speaker 6: bad marriage, but I was only thinking of his children
- 55:21Speaker 6: when I told him to get married. He went off
- 55:23Speaker 6: on me and called me a meddler, and he said,
- 55:26Speaker 6: I'm wrong for liking the new girl so much. He
- 55:28Speaker 6: should be mad at her for putting that thing on
- 55:31Speaker 6: him and confusing him. Should I take the blame for
- 55:34Speaker 6: what's going on in his life? Or was this bound
- 55:36Speaker 6: to happen? Why is all of this anger.
- 55:38Speaker 1: Directed at me?
- 55:40Speaker 6: Well, yeah, a lot of it is directed at you, mom, because,
- 55:44Speaker 6: like you say, you forced him to marry this woman.
- 55:46Speaker 1: I mean, he's mad at you.
- 55:48Speaker 6: He's mad at himself because he's in a crazy situation
- 55:51Speaker 6: with a crazy baby Mama. He loves his kid, so
- 55:54Speaker 6: that's why it wasn't hard for him to go ahead
- 55:56Speaker 6: and marry the girl. But he probably wouldn't have done
- 56:00Speaker 6: it if you hadn't talked him into.
- 56:02Speaker 1: It or forced him.
- 56:03Speaker 6: As you say, that's why you're getting it from him.
- 56:06Speaker 6: But Mom, you are way way, way too much into
- 56:10Speaker 6: this business. I mean, he already has called you a medler.
- 56:13Speaker 6: Get you some business. He's an adult. You got to
- 56:16Speaker 6: stay out of this or he will always be mad
- 56:18Speaker 6: at you for something. You got to stop giving him
- 56:21Speaker 6: your opinion about who you like and dislike all of that.
- 56:24Speaker 6: You got to stop disliking the side piece. You have
- 56:27Speaker 6: no opinion at all. Don't bring the subject up. Don't
- 56:30Speaker 6: talk to him about it. If he brings it up,
- 56:32Speaker 6: just listen. Basically, just mind your business, okay, and help
- 56:36Speaker 6: with the grandkids, which I assume you're doing anyway. The
- 56:39Speaker 6: question is can you do that?
- 56:41Speaker 1: Messy mama? Can you?
- 56:43Speaker 2: Steve?
- 56:45Speaker 5: Well?
- 56:46Speaker 2: What a letter to come back to? Not a subject?
- 56:53Speaker 2: Is he angry because I like his side piece? Now
- 56:56Speaker 2: let's get into this. It's so much wrong with this
- 56:59Speaker 2: letter from the get go Den, Shirley, and Steve. I'm
- 57:03Speaker 2: a forty eight year old single mother of a twenty
- 57:07Speaker 2: eight year old grown man. Let's stop right there. At
- 57:09Speaker 2: one point, you got to quit calling yourself a single mother.
- 57:15Speaker 2: You've got to just stop. I mean, if he twenty eight,
- 57:19Speaker 2: you just said he was a grown man, that's what
- 57:22Speaker 2: you said, and he twenty eight, you can stop calling
- 57:27Speaker 2: yourself a single mother because you ain't got to keep
- 57:31Speaker 2: mother he twenty eight he a grown man. Is we
- 57:36Speaker 2: got to get a cutoff point where you quit using
- 57:40Speaker 2: single mother. Now. It's hard to be a single mother.
- 57:44Speaker 2: I got it. It's a thankless job. I got it.
- 57:48Speaker 2: Some of the greatest men that came from homes were
- 57:51Speaker 2: headed by single mothers. I got it. But we don't
- 57:55Speaker 2: need that any strawberry letters. That's all I'm saying. We
- 57:58Speaker 2: just don't need it, not in the strawberry letter. And
- 58:03Speaker 2: then you say, like me, my son was having kids
- 58:06Speaker 2: at an early age, and then you told him that
- 58:08Speaker 2: he ought have gone and married them. Mother of his
- 58:10Speaker 2: three children had three children by this girl and the man.
- 58:13Speaker 2: So they went to the courthouse in twenty twenty two
- 58:15Speaker 2: and got married. Now, the wife didn't change now that
- 58:19Speaker 2: they've been living together, he's tried to overlook who she
- 58:23Speaker 2: really is. Now, she's tried to overlook her weed smoking.
- 58:27Speaker 2: She ain't just started smoking weed. You overlooked that weed
- 58:33Speaker 2: smoking when you were making them three babies too. Don't don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't.
- 58:38Speaker 2: Don't try to blame this on the weed. Now you
- 58:43Speaker 2: knew she smoked weed before y'all had the first baby.
- 58:49Speaker 2: Drinking and hanging out with the hoochies. You met this
- 58:55Speaker 2: woman hanging out somewhere and you probably send a drink
- 59:00Speaker 2: over to her. So now let's get all that out
- 59:04Speaker 2: the way now. Now you went to you and him
- 59:08Speaker 2: went to the grocery store. See here we go, this
- 59:10Speaker 2: single mother taking her twenty eight year old. How many
- 59:13Speaker 2: single mothers still go to the grocery store with they
- 59:15Speaker 2: twenty eight year old boy. I just want you to
- 59:19Speaker 2: now you have took you twenty eight year old boy
- 59:21Speaker 2: down to the grocery store, ran up into one of
- 59:23Speaker 2: your friends and her daughter was with him. The girl
- 59:27Speaker 2: had just bought a house. She runs an alteration business
- 59:30Speaker 2: from her home. And my son, your son, couldn't take
- 59:33Speaker 2: his eyes off of him. She bought a house and
- 59:37Speaker 2: she runs an alteration's business from her home. This girl
- 59:43Speaker 2: can sew.
- 59:44Speaker 8: Yeah, I need her, Lord, have mercy.
- 59:47Speaker 2: I wouldn't have been able to take my eyes off
- 59:49Speaker 2: of her either. I'm looking at her and a new wardrobe.
- 59:55Speaker 2: I'm just looking. Oh, I see more than a woman.
- 59:59Speaker 2: I see a woman with house and the ability to
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: increase my wardrobe. Well, he couldn't take his eyes off
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: of us. So when we'll get back, we're gonna find
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: out what happened after that.
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: All right, we'll have part two of Steve's response coming
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: Letters subject He's angry because I like his side piece.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening Steve.
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: Hard Morning Show.
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: He's angry because I like his side piece.
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: So this mother's who's forty eight years old and got
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: a twenty eight year old grown man. Sons still want
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: to be called a single mother. You were a single mother.
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: You're just a mother now. Okay, you're just a mother
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: now because you don't have to raise him no more. So,
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: you just a mother. You did a great job. Thank you, sister,
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: and thank you to all the single mothers out there
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: to do a wonderful job. This ain't about you. We
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: just don't want to hear about that. Didn't need to
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: let us know more they because now we're not talking
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: about parenting anymore. He's a twenty eight year old man
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: and he making grown man decisions. He got three babies
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: of his own. You told him to go in and
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: marry the girl for the sake of the kids. He
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: did it. Now they don't like each other. The girl
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: smoked weed, she drank, and she hang out with hoochies.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: He knew that when they was making them three babies.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: That's why he hadn't married her yet, because of her weeds, smoking, drinking,
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: and hanging out with hoochies. So he would just make
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: a baby. That's why he hadn't asked her to marry
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: her yet, because of those three things right there. Now
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: they married. She don't like He don't like it no more.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: So you take your twenty eight year old down to
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: the grocery store. I don't know what woman is still
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: taking the twenty eight year old grown man down to
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: the grocery store. Oh what he needed help? Foe down
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: at the day a grocery store. He don't know how
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: to pick out bread?
- 1:01:51Speaker 10: What what he is?
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: What?
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: What is you down there teaching him at the grocery
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: store that he shouldn't already know. Every time I say
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: you down there and he bring back a bad watermelon,
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: we gonna learn how to pick a watermelon to day now,
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: lady stuff Anyway, she ran up into a friend of hers,
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: and a friend had a daughter with him. That a
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: daughter has her own business, just bought a house and
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: her businesses. She does alterations out of her house. Well,
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: your sir couldn't take his eyes off of her cause
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: she fined. Now he got the girl's number, and guess
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: what he say? He say he got the girl's number
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: just in case his wife needed her alteration service.
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: What what you think?
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: The twenty eight year old man got that fine Chicks
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: number for his wife that he don't like, in case
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: she needs some alteration service.
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: That's what you think?
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: He got the number four girl? By the hell you
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: getting her number for your wife? You don't even like
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: her wife. You don't care what the wife got on
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: the smoking weed okay, so now he called her as
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: soon as he got back to your house. He called
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: her right away. Ain't mentioned his wife dressed that need
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: letting out because all her clothes need letting out right now.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: The wife clothes, well, you know, you don't know how
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: older children are, and God bless women, but women do
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: have to suffer a little bit when they have children.
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: That babyweight be on them. So you got to let
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: some of the clothes out right now. And he didn't
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: mention them clothes. Yeah, he called her. Now, she do alteration,
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: that's all she do. She do alteration from her house.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: He didn't mention his wife needing her clothes let out.
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: That's why the mama called her huchi because she dressed
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: all them tight air clothes. She had three babies, and
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: clothes gonna be fit a little bit different. And the
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: dresses automatically gets shorter because if you get more but duncle,
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: that dress gonna get shorter because because you gotta go
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: over the heater in you gotta get over that hill. Now, oh,
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: blessed to hell, blessed to hell. So now you they
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: been talking since they met. He's been to her house before,
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: and he won't tell me what happened, lady. Most men
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: that go over girls house don't call their mama and
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: tell her, Mama, you have seen me last night. Girl,
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: you'd have been proud of me. I put something on her, Mama,
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: I was in that girl. Whoa You remember when you
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: were single, Mama, when you were back at making me.
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: Ain't nobody had that conversation with him, mama. Man, No, no,
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: Now she mad because because because he ain't told her
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: about the well, you know what that happened. Anyway they been,
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: he'd have been over the house before and and and
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: they obviously in some type of relationship. He won't tell
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: you what happened. He's invited you, he's invited the girl
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: to his mother's house before to have dinner with us. Still,
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: ain't call the wife about this alteration. She yet, But
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: they're over your house eating, but you fixing plates for
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: him though, that's what you're doing. I told him, and
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: I feel bad that I forced him to marry the
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: mother's kids. I told him, I'm sorry he's in a
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: bad marriage, but I was only thinking that the children.
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: He went off on me and called me a meddler
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: and said I'm wrong for liking the new girl so much.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: Now he blaming you for that. Y'all relationship is damaged.
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: Y'all need to quit talking to each other about each other,
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: bes it? But to hell you like her so much? Folk?
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: Well you bought over that for dinner. What she gonna do? Look,
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: I ain't got no advice from neither one of y'all.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Quit talking to each other. He's not gonna stop talking
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: to the alteration lady.

- 1:09:30Speaker 2: but I don't know who it is. Once again, white
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: folks dominated in all the swimming events. Wasn't not the
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: white man at the white man touching that wall. America

- 1:10:21Speaker 6: help him when he needs me to do things for him.
- 1:10:24Speaker 6: He has become a burden and I told him. He
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: said that he was considering marriage but I am not
- 1:10:29Speaker 6: marrying a man that is always ill. He won't let
- 1:10:32Speaker 6: me talk to any of his doctors, and I think
- 1:10:34Speaker 6: it's unfair. Is it possible to love him with my
- 1:10:38Speaker 6: whole heart but not want to take care of him?
- 1:10:41Speaker 6: Am I being selfish?
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: Yeah? Just don't love him with your whole heart. Just
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: take a piece of it that's on the out look.
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: This ain't gonna work. Huh, this ain't gonna work. Before
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: you take them vows rich of poor sickness and in hell,
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: don't say that. Don't say that. Don't stand up there

- 1:11:48Speaker 2: You're gonna roll over now, No no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: dog no. You can slide to the edge of this

- 1:11:57Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, no, no no. You can get
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: him on the edge of this dope. We can hold
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: his dough open. I put the tie against this dope.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: You slide him down the crack of his dough. For
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: what I'm not fitting to do wipe you. I can
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: go outside and I can get that guarden hose and
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: bring it through the wonder for you. You can wash yourself,
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: but why I'm not fitting to wipe you. You go

- 1:12:47Speaker 5: Though?
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: She said, no, no, no, no, she not.
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: She said, can can you really what? What was the

- 1:13:02Speaker 2: Well, to see your whole heart ain't loving him? See that,
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: ain't your whole heart? Stop saying it your heart, A
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: part of your heart loves him, the other part of

- 1:13:18Speaker 1: You can love.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: Somebody and not want to take care of them. Come on, now,
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: you know you know how many women I have loved.

- 1:13:31Speaker 2: Right, you know I'm just I'm just not finn to
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: do that.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: No, so she should leave him, you're saying, right now, right, what.
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: Is you waiting on? You already know you're not finna
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: do this. You ain't even that type of girl.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: Two years they've been together, though, Steep, she didn't go to.

- 1:13:58Speaker 2: She went down there to be a tach. She a
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: nail taped. She didn't go out. Now, you can't wipe
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: nobody and be a nail take now tell me right now,
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: that's that's the last thing you want to do, is
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: get some under your nails. That's the last thing you
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: want to do.
- 1:14:15Speaker 8: Mystery.
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: Yeah, this ain't gonna work. It ain't no need y'all
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: look break it off.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: But she says she feels obligated.
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: Steve, she stopped feeling obligated. You feel obligated because you

- 1:17:44Speaker 2: I'm gonna go with fly Junior. Yeah, we will fly
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: around the world.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: So you just want me and just a kanyak just
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: going around the world.

- 1:18:00Speaker 1: be selling that his plane? Chick is a different store.
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: I got that.
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:18:09Speaker 6: Would you rather have an ingrown toenail or would you
- 1:18:11Speaker 6: rather have an ingrown hair on your chin toail?
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: Your own hair got warm around here, y'all take in
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: grown hair? I got I deal with them all the time.

- 1:18:29Speaker 2: The river Seine? That's the one in Paris, Okay?
- 1:18:34Speaker 6: Would you rather bungee jump from the Eiffel Tower or
- 1:18:37Speaker 6: would you rather swim in the river?
- 1:18:39Speaker 5: Well? I don't know.
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: I see I got a strong chance of dying either way,
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: so so pick your poyson. Well, I'm gonna get that light.
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: You're gonna give me a life vest because you bungee
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: jump off the Eiffel Tower. What are you gonna go?
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: Bunge jump?
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: Which way.
- 1:18:56Speaker 2: You gonna swim of concrete? Yeah, you in New York.
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: You can't swing once you jump off that, Uh Empire
- 1:19:04Speaker 2: State Building ain't nowhere to swing, we say.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: Eiffel Tower in Paris.
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: Eiffel Tower.
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: You took us to New York.
- 1:19:11Speaker 9: How you get to New York? You've been going too long?
- 1:19:14Speaker 9: You've been you gonna travel all gee?
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: He either sailed or flew.
- 1:19:19Speaker 8: We do know that.
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: I'll tell you right now. If you buy on the
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: way the Eiffel Tower. You know the Eiffel Tower is
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: wider at the bottom. Yeah, we do know that. So
- 1:19:28Speaker 2: when you jumped, you got one swing, all right?
- 1:19:34Speaker 6: Or would you rather have an end of suddenly summer
- 1:19:37Speaker 6: family barbecue or family fish fry?
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: Which one it got tired?
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: Family? I don't give a damn which one.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: Coming up? It's gonna.
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: Fish quickly? You just fishing? Gone home?
- 1:19:53Speaker 6: That's today around him? Would you rather the last break
- 1:19:56Speaker 6: of the day coming up? And we'll close out the
- 1:19:58Speaker 6: show with the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 1:20:03Speaker 8: Morning show?
- 1:20:05Speaker 6: All right, guys, it's our last break of the day.
- 1:20:07Speaker 6: Steve Harvey is back in the building from vacation.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: We missed you.
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I got closed remarks too. Okay, you know, I've
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: been away and so I'm pretty sure everything I'm about
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: to say has been said by somebody somewhere. I'm almost
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: certain of that, But I still feel obligated to put
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: my two cents in. You know, when I first heard
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: the news that Biden was stepping down and that Madame
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: Vice President Kamala Harris was going to be taken over
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: the Democratic nomination, uh I was. I was overjoyed. This
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: is an opportunity here again for us to show who
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: we are, to demonstrate the power of our vote. I
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: want to remind you of something. It was our vote
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: that turned around the last presidential election that got Joe
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: Biden in over Donald Trump. I want to remind you
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: of what happened in Michigan. I want to remind you
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: of what happened in Wisconsin. I want to remind you
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: what happened in Georgia. I want to remind you what
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: happened in Philadelphia. I want to remind you that it
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: was all going their way until they got into the
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: blue section of town, into the inner cities. Those votes
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: turned it around. As a matter of fact, it was
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: eleven hundred of them that cost him Donald Trump the
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: election in Georgia. Oh, he was trying so hard to
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: get that overturned. He did everything in his power. That
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: was us. It's going to be us again, and then
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: you have the power to put people in office who
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: you want, who have a tendency to lean towards you.
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: But let's remember something. Stop looking for people with all
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: these black agendas, and you have to start finding people
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: that have agendas that affect black people. You can't run
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: on a black agenda because then you run the risk
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: of alienating whites. You already know how this game go,
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: So let's stop playing this. We have an opportunity now.
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: And I was thinking about this too. You know what,
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure that Vice President Kamala Harris didn't see
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: this coming. It may have crossed her mind from time
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: to time. I'm pretty sure as we were all sitting
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: there watching the debate. Man, this is not going good
- 1:22:53Speaker 2: for the Democratic Party. But sometimes your jump comes in
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: the form of a push. I didn't think. I'm pretty
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: sure at the beginning of the year she didn't think
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: she'd be the Democratic nominee for the presidency, But due
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: to alternative events and and and and and the way
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: life hands you your card. Sometimes she got dealt his hand,
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: and what a magnificent person to play it. I want
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: to see her in Donald Trump debate. Donald Trump's not
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: gonna do it. It's such a glaring difference. Oh, it's
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: okay to go in there and bully, bully Joe over
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: and Joe forgetting what to say and all this here.
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: But if you go in here against this woman, you
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: finna find out what real intellect is about. You're about
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: to find out what real qualifications in politics is about.
- 1:23:40Speaker 2: And it's such a glaring instance. And so I'm proud
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: to cast my vote for her. I want all of
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: us to get behind this this woman. You know, stop
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: all this foolishness. Man about are you really black? Prove
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: yourself that white people don't ever have to prove they white.
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: You ever had a white person had to prove they white?
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: All they got to do is show up in the
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: whatever skin they end and they automatically qualify as white.
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: Why is it that we have to have all this
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: criteria to say we're black? The sistem went to Howard University.
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: The woman is an aka, the woman's father is black.
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: What do you want. What do you want if one
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: of your parents is black? I have news for you,
- 1:24:30Speaker 2: you black. The fact that she claims that is enough.
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: What she don't have to keep proving this to us?
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: What's wrong with us? What has happened to us?
- 1:24:40Speaker 5: Man?
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: Where we are so in the teardown business of one another.
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: We've got to stop this. We've got to get out
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: of the teardown business and get in the uplift business.
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: I'm sick of us going on podcasts destroying each other.
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: I don't see white entertainer going on podcast to destroy
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: the other white entertainers. That's just us. We gotta stop this, man,
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: and we gotta stop supporting that. What happened to our
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: love for one another? What happened to us cheering for
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: one another? What happened to us supporting for one another,
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: warning us to be the best that we can be?
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: What happened to us warning us to have an example
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: for our children to look at We were so proud
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: to say to our children and grandchildren, look at President
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: Barack Obama. Well, we need to have that same feeling
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: towards President Hopeful Kamala Harris. It just doesn't make any sense.
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: This wasn't planned at all. Can you not understand, man,
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: that we are on the cusp of something happening that
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: I never thought would happen. Do you know that I'm
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: old enough to be in utter shock? When Barack Obama won,
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: I was in another shock because I didn't think in
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: my lifetime I would live to see a black man
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: be president in this country. Well, guess what, We're on
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: the cusp of something else too. There is an opportunity
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: for a black woman to become the president of the
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: United States. And if you don't see the benefit of that,
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: something is wrong with you. You need to check your
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: self esteem at the door. You need to get some man.
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: This woman is qualified. She is more than qualified. And
- 1:26:25Speaker 2: I'll tell you one thing, She's more than qualified than
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: he is. That's for damn show. We go into the polls.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: The next president of the United States will be President
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: Kamala Harris. That's the mission. Let's get to it. Talk
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: to you all them all for all.
