- 0:00Speaker 1: Part four of our Twitter Files expose. Now we're gonna
- 0:05Speaker 1: get into this in a moment, but I do want
- 0:07Speaker 1: to tell you about some other big news that has
- 0:10Speaker 1: hit today, and that is Twitter is literally auction off
- 0:16Speaker 1: virtually everything that made Twitter ridiculous. Now what am I
- 0:20Speaker 1: talking about? I'm talking about Elon Musk is is changing
- 0:24Speaker 1: the culture and doing it quickly. He is saying sea
- 0:29Speaker 1: to their expresso machines, their lounge chairs, other employee toys
- 0:34Speaker 1: are all for sale now, showing just how ridiculous and
- 0:37Speaker 1: how much of a country club the local Twitter offices were.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Now members of the public are gonna have an opportunity
- 0:46Speaker 1: to rob the graveyard of old Twitter, as dismissed employees,
- 0:50Speaker 1: once beloved espresso machines and their comfy lounge chairs are
- 0:54Speaker 1: put up for auction. The social media company is gonna
- 0:59Speaker 1: sell off all of their kitchen equipment and furniture from
- 1:02Speaker 1: at San Francisco office next month to interested buyers through
- 1:06Speaker 1: Heritage Global Partners. They're a company that conducts auctions for
- 1:10Speaker 1: downsizing business. Now, roughly two thirds of Twitter employees have
- 1:14Speaker 1: departed the company under Elon Musk's new high expectations for
- 1:20Speaker 1: remaining workers mandates right, they actually want you to work
- 1:25Speaker 1: and now he's sang see yu now. Items for sale
- 1:30Speaker 1: include their law mark Gozoko expresso machines. Never heard of
- 1:35Speaker 1: it before, it must be really nice, and their specialty
- 1:40Speaker 1: rotisserie ovens, as well as commercial blenders and grinders, refrigerators,
- 1:46Speaker 1: grills and griddles, friars, brazing pans, and even their beloved
- 1:51Speaker 1: pizza ovens that according to a list that has been
- 1:56Speaker 1: posted by Heritage Global Partners, that's not all elects and
- 2:00Speaker 1: furniture will be available for auction, including Apple computers and monitors,
- 2:05Speaker 1: Google jamboards, NC projectors, phones and speaker phones, soft seats
- 2:09Speaker 1: and furnishings, and hundreds of office chairs. Must making headlines
- 2:15Speaker 1: for quickly pivoting the culture of the social media company
- 2:19Speaker 1: from a nice air and b their plush amenities, five
- 2:23Speaker 1: star hotel like workplace towards an actual commitment to improving
- 2:28Speaker 1: the platform and you know, actually having to work. As
- 2:32Speaker 1: for the internal restaurants that are at Twitter, yeah, they're
- 2:36Speaker 1: getting rid of those as well. They're not going to
- 2:39Speaker 1: have it be a five star country club. They're stick
- 2:41Speaker 1: and tired of it. And this is part of why
- 2:44Speaker 1: they say the culture has been a total disaster at Twitter.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Most the employees actually talked about working about four hours
- 2:55Speaker 1: a day, some saying they only worked four hours a week.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Out Let me hit pause on that perspective on a
- 3:02Speaker 1: liberal environment and go to other big story that is
- 3:07Speaker 1: also broken. But before I get to that, I want
- 3:09Speaker 1: to tell you about an awesome gift that you can

- 4:28Speaker 1: free has been arrested in the Bahamas. Now, initially you
- 4:32Speaker 1: would think that's a good thing. Here's where the fix
- 4:35Speaker 1: is in. He was arrested after being a freeman for
- 4:39Speaker 1: basically more than thirty days in the Bahamas, just hours
- 4:44Speaker 1: before he was going to face questions from Congress. Why
- 4:49Speaker 1: did this happen this way? I'll tell exactly why. Democrats
- 4:53Speaker 1: were terrified of what he may say. In virtually all
- 4:56Speaker 1: of his interviews, he's been spilling the beans because I
- 4:59Speaker 1: think it it's like, Hey, my house is on fire,
- 5:01Speaker 1: I'm gonna take everybody else down with me. The Democratic
- 5:05Speaker 1: mega donor, the number two donor in the Democratic Party
- 5:09Speaker 1: SBF was arrested just hours before for that, before that
- 5:14Speaker 1: question in Congress, and he was arrested in the Bahamas.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Why because Democrats apparently did not want him to have
- 5:22Speaker 1: to testify in front of the House Financial Services Committee.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Bateman Freed arrested after US authorities filed criminal charges against him,
- 5:31Speaker 1: and many an hour believing this is one hundred percent
- 5:33Speaker 1: to do with politics. Quote. Earlier this evening, the Bahamian
- 5:37Speaker 1: authorities arrested Samuel Bateman freed at the request of the
- 5:40Speaker 1: US government. Yeah, I understand why now, based on a
- 5:44Speaker 1: sealed indictment filed by New York's district attorney. United States
- 5:51Speaker 1: Attorney Damian Williams said, we expect to move the to
- 5:55Speaker 1: unseal the indictment in the morning, and we'll have more
- 5:57Speaker 1: to say at that time. But if you go to
- 6:00Speaker 1: their Twitter page, the US Attorney for the Southern District
- 6:02Speaker 1: of New York, said USA Damian Williams. Earlier this evening,
- 6:07Speaker 1: Bahamian authorities arrested Samuel Bateman freed at the request the
- 6:10Speaker 1: US government based on that sealed indictment. Well, there you go.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Some politicians are not happy about this, quickly pointing out
- 6:18Speaker 1: that bankman Freed's arrest came just hours before his highly
- 6:24Speaker 1: anticipated testimony to Congress, where many Republicans were going to
- 6:29Speaker 1: ask him tough questions about his donations to the Democratic Party.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Leezeldon said this tomorrow, Sam Bateman Freed was scheduled to
- 6:41Speaker 1: testify in from the House Financial Services Committee. House GOP
- 6:45Speaker 1: was ready to grill him six ways to Sunday. Former
- 6:49Speaker 1: New York Republican Governmentory kenned At Leezeldon also said, now
- 6:52Speaker 1: breaking tonight, Sam Bateman Freed was just arrested. Why not
- 6:55Speaker 1: allow him to first testify tomorrow and answer our many questions.
- 7:00Speaker 1: This is how the deep state and the Democratic Party works.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And I bring this up because now let's go into
- 7:05Speaker 1: the Twitter files. This is no different than the playbook
- 7:09Speaker 1: that we've now learned from the Democratic Party and from
- 7:13Speaker 1: what has come out from the Twitter files. When Democrats
- 7:16Speaker 1: don't want something to see the light of day, what
- 7:17Speaker 1: do they do? They covered up, silence it, and make
- 7:20Speaker 1: sure it never sees the light of day. Sam Bankman
- 7:22Speaker 1: Free was the number two donor the Democratic Party behind
- 7:26Speaker 1: George Soros. He scheduled up here before the House Financial
- 7:29Speaker 1: Services Committee, and they say this is a problem. What
- 7:32Speaker 1: do we do. Let's in diet them and get him arrested.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Now the disgrace financier previously Dodge chairwoman Maxie Waters requests
- 7:41Speaker 1: for him to testify before the committee. That's what they're
- 7:44Speaker 1: trying to claim. Bankman Freed was a very close friend
- 7:48Speaker 1: and donor to Maxie Waters. Just so you know. Bakman
- 7:52Speaker 1: Freed told Waters and the committee last way that he
- 7:54Speaker 1: is not sure if he would be finished learning and
- 7:56Speaker 1: reviewing what happened with FTX where the committee wanted him
- 8:01Speaker 1: to testify quote on December the thirteenth. However, on Monday,
- 8:04Speaker 1: during a Twitter space interview just hours before his arrest,
- 8:07Speaker 1: Bankman Freed confirmed that he would repair remotely before the
- 8:11Speaker 1: House Financial Services Committee RHYTHM an in person appearance because
- 8:16Speaker 1: he is quite overbooked. And that's when Democrats said, crap,
- 8:21Speaker 1: we got to indict him now and get him so
- 8:23Speaker 1: he won't be able to tell a story. I don't
- 8:25Speaker 1: think I will be arrested, Bateman Freed reportedly said during
- 8:28Speaker 1: that Twitter Space interview. He added that he is open
- 8:31Speaker 1: and willing to possibly appear before the Senate Banking Committee.
- 8:34Speaker 1: On Wednesday. Senators Shiad Brown Democrat, Ohio and Pat Toomey,
- 8:40Speaker 1: Republican Pennsylvania, the chairman and the ranking member of the
- 8:43Speaker 1: Senate Banking Committee, criticized Bankman Freed over his reluctance to
- 8:47Speaker 1: confirm an appearance before their committee. Brown and Toomey said
- 8:50Speaker 1: an a joint statement, quote, Virtually every CEO, financial regulator,
- 8:55Speaker 1: an administration official for Republicans and Democrats has agreed to
- 8:58Speaker 1: testify in front of both the Senate in the House
- 9:01Speaker 1: when called upon. This how congressional oversight works. We have
- 9:05Speaker 1: offered Sam Bateman Freed two different dates for providing testimony
- 9:09Speaker 1: before the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, and
- 9:12Speaker 1: are willing to accommodate virtual testimony. He has declined in
- 9:15Speaker 1: an unprecedented abdication of accountability. Given that Bankman Freed's counsel
- 9:20Speaker 1: has said they were unwilling to accept service of the subpoena,
- 9:24Speaker 1: we will continue to work to have him appear before
- 9:26Speaker 1: the committee. He owes the American people and explanation. Now,
- 9:30Speaker 1: this is where I believe that Sam Bankman Freed actually
- 9:33Speaker 1: screwed up. If he was smart, he would have turned
- 9:35Speaker 1: on all of the Democrats that he was giving to,
- 9:38Speaker 1: telling them that the reason why he was able to
- 9:41Speaker 1: get away with what he got away was because they
- 9:43Speaker 1: didn't regulate him because he was giving them so much money.
- 9:46Speaker 1: That's the truth of the matter. Let's not act like
- 9:49Speaker 1: it's not Now. Before I get into more of that,
- 9:51Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our friends over at
- 9:53Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile real quick. You may see a lot of
- 9:56Speaker 1: bait and switch offers for free phones, free iPhones. Well,
- 10:00Speaker 1: they're usually too going to be true. Just like freedom itself,
- 10:03Speaker 1: nothing is free. Mobile phone companies not only lock you
- 10:07Speaker 1: into long term contracts, but they also build the price
- 10:09Speaker 1: the phone into your bill with hidden fees. With Patriot Mobile,
- 10:13Speaker 1: they can show you how to get that same iPhone
- 10:17Speaker 1: interest free without the games and no contract at Patriot Mobile.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. They
- 10:28Speaker 1: offer nationwide coverage on the best four G and five
- 10:31Speaker 1: G networks because they use the same towers as the
- 10:35Speaker 1: major carrier that you're probably on right now. So if
- 10:38Speaker 1: you want to get great service and you want to
- 10:40Speaker 1: know you're working with a company that supports conservative causes
- 10:44Speaker 1: that every month when you pay your bill, they actually
- 10:47Speaker 1: take a portion of your bill and they give it
- 10:49Speaker 1: back to causes like First and Second Amendment issues and
- 10:52Speaker 1: the right to life, as well as adoptions, then you
- 10:55Speaker 1: need to check out Patriot Mobile. Go to Patriot Mobile com,
- 11:00Speaker 1: slash ferguson or call their one percent US based customer

- 11:12Speaker 1: code ferguson plus other great savings Patriot Mobile dot com
- 11:17Speaker 1: slash ferguson or nine seven to Patriot. Democrats are terrified
- 11:24Speaker 1: that bankman Freed may may flip on them and really
- 11:28Speaker 1: may expose exactly how he was able to get away
- 11:32Speaker 1: with what he got away with if his advisors and
- 11:36Speaker 1: I it's clear that bankman Freed is a crazy guy.
- 11:38Speaker 1: But if his advisors were really truly smart, what they
- 11:42Speaker 1: would end up doing and what they would end up
- 11:44Speaker 1: saying is very obvious. We got away with running a
- 11:48Speaker 1: Ponzi scheme because the Democratic Party allowed us to get
- 11:51Speaker 1: away with it. We got away with doing whatever the
- 11:53Speaker 1: hell we want to do because Democrats allowed us to
- 11:55Speaker 1: get away with it. We were able to do exactly
- 11:58Speaker 1: what it was that we wanted. We were able to
- 12:02Speaker 1: accomplish exactly what we wanted to accomplish, which was take
- 12:06Speaker 1: money from an insane number of individuals. Right again, let's
- 12:11Speaker 1: just speak clear. That's exactly what we did. That's exactly
- 12:14Speaker 1: what they did because no one held US accountable. We
- 12:20Speaker 1: were unregulated because I bribed people. I truly believe that
- 12:27Speaker 1: is what he would say in response to all of
- 12:30Speaker 1: this if he was telling the truth, because that's clearly
- 12:34Speaker 1: what we have seen based on what they have done. Now,
- 12:39Speaker 1: this is no different than what Twitter was doing with
- 12:43Speaker 1: the US government. You guys can silence and censor and
- 12:46Speaker 1: get away with taking away the rights of Americans as
- 12:50Speaker 1: long as you play with the Democratic Party and you
- 12:53Speaker 1: donate to the Democratic Party. Why do you think Section
- 12:57Speaker 1: two thirty has not been overturned the protect for Twitter
- 13:00Speaker 1: and Facebook and Instagram and all the others in YouTube
- 13:04Speaker 1: and Google. Why do you think it's not been overturned.
- 13:07Speaker 1: I'll te exactly why. It's because as long as you
- 13:12Speaker 1: give money the Democrats, and that's what has happened. Democrats
- 13:17Speaker 1: keep getting donations from Mark Zuckerberg or Sam Bateman, Freed
- 13:23Speaker 1: or Dorsey and the other employees. You can run any
- 13:27Speaker 1: way you want to. You can run it however you
- 13:30Speaker 1: want to. It doesn't matter. Now. The FTX new CEO
- 13:37Speaker 1: has spoken before Congress moments ago. He was asked about
- 13:43Speaker 1: this collapse. And this is the FTX new CEO that's
- 13:46Speaker 1: been put in place. To talk about just how bad
- 13:49Speaker 1: things actually are. And I want you to hear what
- 13:52Speaker 1: he had to say moments ago in front of this committee.
- 13:55Speaker 1: That well, Sam Bateman Free was supposed to be actually
- 13:57Speaker 1: testifying before, but miraculously we arrested him beforehand, so it
- 14:01Speaker 1: wouldn't hurt the Democrats. Take a list of the X
- 14:04Speaker 1: it's just a sideline comment. One of the questions I
- 14:07Speaker 1: got is with regards to the Farmington State Bank. This
- 14:10Speaker 1: is an investment that Alameda made into and it's a
- 14:15Speaker 1: little bit bank. According to a New York Times article,
- 14:19Speaker 1: State at Washington twenty six smallest bank out of forty
- 14:21Speaker 1: eight hundred in the country. They bought it in twenty
- 14:23Speaker 1: twenty had a net worth of five point seven million,
- 14:26Speaker 1: and they dropped eleven and a half million in for
- 14:28Speaker 1: a percentage of the ownership. Do you know, off the
- 14:30Speaker 1: top of your head what the percentage ownership wasn't at
- 14:32Speaker 1: bank they purchased. I believe that ownership was approximately ten percent,
- 14:36Speaker 1: but I can just think, okay, and that's what I've
- 14:38Speaker 1: heard too, So hopefully they paid twenty times book, which
- 14:40Speaker 1: is off the charch outrageous, So it should be a
- 14:44Speaker 1: red flag over the place. Yet they were able to
- 14:46Speaker 1: purchase that even though some minority interest of twenty times
- 14:49Speaker 1: book FDIC allowed that to happen. They changed names to
- 14:53Speaker 1: Moonstone Bank and since then they've four separate accounts. I've
- 14:57Speaker 1: dropped the roughly seventy one million again, Corny FDIC, Dad
- 14:59Speaker 1: and this article. Have you looked at this relationship and
- 15:03Speaker 1: all yet to see what's what's going on here and
- 15:06Speaker 1: whether there was any regulatories all. We are looking at it.
- 15:11Speaker 1: It certainly is one of the things that came to
- 15:13Speaker 1: our attention fairly quickly. We're looking at what the dollars
- 15:19Speaker 1: were that went from the FTX group to that bank,
- 15:23Speaker 1: and we're looking at the connections of that bank to
- 15:28Speaker 1: the MOMAS. Now here's the thing, everybody, and the reason
- 15:32Speaker 1: why I play that. I'm going to explain it to you.
- 15:34Speaker 1: FTX was able to take over basically a bank, and
- 15:38Speaker 1: the US government allowed them to take over this bank,
- 15:42Speaker 1: even though the deal was a terrible deal that should
- 15:44Speaker 1: not have been allowed to happen for as little as
- 15:46Speaker 1: they put into the bank, and it was running part
- 15:49Speaker 1: of their Ponzi scheme. They needed a bank to help
- 15:51Speaker 1: them with the Ponzi scheme. That's what John Ray, the
- 15:54Speaker 1: new FTX CEO who is trying to untangle all of this,
- 15:57Speaker 1: has just told you every single safe guard in the
- 16:00Speaker 1: United States government that was supposed to protect millions of
- 16:04Speaker 1: Americans who lost billions of dollars didn't work. How is
- 16:10Speaker 1: that even possible. There's only one explanation for this, and
- 16:14Speaker 1: that one explanation is he was giving millions and millions
- 16:19Speaker 1: and millions and millions of dollars to the Democratic Party.
- 16:24Speaker 1: So when you're bribing people, and that's what this is,
- 16:26Speaker 1: it is bribery, you can get away with anything you want. Now,
- 16:32Speaker 1: you look at this recent release of the trove of
- 16:34Speaker 1: emails that were sent by Twitter employees related to the
- 16:39Speaker 1: Hunter Biden laptop scandal. These two scandals are no different.
- 16:44Speaker 1: They basically have the same exact playbook. Right. This release
- 16:48Speaker 1: of these tropes of emails by Twitter employees related to
- 16:51Speaker 1: Hunter Biden laptop scandal have fueled the reality that you
- 16:55Speaker 1: have direct conspiratorial ties between the social media platform and
- 17:00Speaker 1: government in the run up to the twenty twenty presidential election.
- 17:04Speaker 1: That is no different than what we are now seeing
- 17:06Speaker 1: with XTF. You had direct conspiratorial ties between Sam Bankman
- 17:11Speaker 1: Freed the Democratic Party and the regulators of the United
- 17:15Speaker 1: States government. You go back and look at what Elon
- 17:19Speaker 1: must tease several days ahead of their release on Friday, December.
- 17:23Speaker 1: The second right these Twitter files. They showed that Twitter
- 17:26Speaker 1: engaged with politicians over the content on its platform, as
- 17:31Speaker 1: well as the social media network's efforts to suppress a
- 17:34Speaker 1: story of Hunter Biden for one reason, they needed to
- 17:38Speaker 1: tip the scales before the election, and they knew if
- 17:41Speaker 1: they legitimized a story that they knew was legitimate, the
- 17:44Speaker 1: government knew it was legitimate, The Deep State knew it
- 17:46Speaker 1: was legitimate. Twitter knew it was legitimate. Facebook knew that
- 17:49Speaker 1: it was legitimate. They knew that they didn't tip the scales,
- 17:55Speaker 1: Joe Biden wouldn't be the president now. The messages point
- 17:59Speaker 1: to a clear platform leadership connection to the leadership of
- 18:03Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, and the leadership at Twitter opted early
- 18:07Speaker 1: on to suppress the story and its recommendation and algorithms,
- 18:11Speaker 1: and then blocked the link to it and then treated
- 18:14Speaker 1: it like child pornography sharing because the company's policy was
- 18:20Speaker 1: to make sure that Joe Biden got elected. They knew
- 18:24Speaker 1: it wasn't hacked material. That didn't matter either, According to
- 18:29Speaker 1: the Twitter files, the decision of block the article was
- 18:32Speaker 1: made by the former head of Legal, Public Policy, and
- 18:35Speaker 1: trust and Safety at Twitter, and one of the screenshots,
- 18:39Speaker 1: a former US policy communications manager, Trenton Kennedy, wrote that
- 18:44Speaker 1: he was struggling to understand the policy basis for marking
- 18:49Speaker 1: the Biden story is unsafe. The decision was said to
- 18:54Speaker 1: have been based on what several of Twitter sources called
- 18:58Speaker 1: a general warning for federal government, not direct general, about
- 19:02Speaker 1: the possibility of the post article stemming from foreign interference.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Even though the deep state, the government that was warning
- 19:08Speaker 1: Twitter and Facebook and Google and Instagram, they knew the
- 19:13Speaker 1: story was real. They had the laptop for over a year.
- 19:16Speaker 1: I go back and compare this to Sam Bateman Freed.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Millions of Americans have lost billions of dollars because the
- 19:23Speaker 1: government was in on it the entire time. It's called bribery.
- 19:28Speaker 1: That's what it is. Anyone that says it's not bribery,
- 19:31Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you're an idiot. This was clearly bribery from
- 19:36Speaker 1: the very beginning. Sam Bateman Freed was able to operate
- 19:40Speaker 1: for probably years longer than he should have been, and
- 19:45Speaker 1: certainly through the mid term election because he was their
- 19:49Speaker 1: top financier. They were able to buy banks in ways
- 19:53Speaker 1: that they would no one else, you and I would
- 19:55Speaker 1: never be allowed to. The federal government would have denied
- 19:57Speaker 1: the ability for us to buy a bank and do
- 19:59Speaker 1: what we were trying to do. And everyone knows it. Okay,
- 20:04Speaker 1: everybody understands this. And then he gets Then he files
- 20:09Speaker 1: for bankruptcy two days before or excuse me, two days
- 20:12Speaker 1: after the midterm elections. And then just hours before he's
- 20:16Speaker 1: going to testify before Congress and explain the relationship between
- 20:19Speaker 1: him and Democrats, he immediately just gets arrested. Are you
- 20:24Speaker 1: kidding me? This is communism playing out in America? Because
- 20:30Speaker 1: this is what happens in communist countries around the world.
- 20:34Speaker 1: This is what corruption looks like around the world, except
- 20:37Speaker 1: now it's happening in real time in the United States
- 20:40Speaker 1: of America. Now, before I get into more of this story,
- 20:43Speaker 1: I want to say thank you and tell you about
- 20:45Speaker 1: our good friends at Legacy Precious Medals. Without them, the
- 20:47Speaker 1: show wouldn't be possible. And if you have not looked
- 20:51Speaker 1: at gold and silver as a way to protect your
- 20:53Speaker 1: hard earned dollars against what the happening on Wall Street
- 20:56Speaker 1: with inflation. It's time for you to call them and
- 20:59Speaker 1: get the free Investors Guide. Why because so many around
- 21:02Speaker 1: the world are now using gold and silver and historically
- 21:05Speaker 1: they have for decades as a protection, a hedge against inflation,
- 21:09Speaker 1: which is exactly what we're dealing with right now. If
- 21:12Speaker 1: you're terrified to look at your retirement account, your four
- 21:14Speaker 1: one case statement because of what's happening on Wall Street,
- 21:18Speaker 1: that's all the more reason why you should call and
- 21:20Speaker 1: get the investors got in gold and silver, protect your
- 21:23Speaker 1: hard earned money and diversify. Call them and get the
- 21:26Speaker 1: free Investors Guide from Legacy Precious Medals one eight six

- 21:39Speaker 1: Legacy PM investments dot com. Now, there's also a very
- 21:44Speaker 1: big issue that has come up, and I want to
- 21:47Speaker 1: put this on your radar screen as well, and that
- 21:49Speaker 1: is some legislation and you want to talk about silencing people.
- 21:53Speaker 1: You may remember we got rid of and many many
- 21:57Speaker 1: great men and women are military were actually fired because
- 22:01Speaker 1: it refused to get the vaccine. There's some legislation that
- 22:04Speaker 1: I want to bring to your attention that Marsha Blackburn
- 22:07Speaker 1: is advocating for US Center. Marsha Blackburn and I went
- 22:10Speaker 1: and earlier today I sat down with her to talk
- 22:13Speaker 1: about that, but also what's happening with the Twitter files
- 22:17Speaker 1: as well, and is Congress going to hold people accountable
- 22:19Speaker 1: for what they did at Twitter? Here is that conversation.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Joining me now to talk about that as US senator
- 22:25Speaker 1: at Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee. Senator, good morning, Nice to
- 22:29Speaker 1: have you with us. And there are a lot of
- 22:31Speaker 1: people that are depressed over the fact that we did
- 22:33Speaker 1: not get the Senate majority. In fact, we gave the
- 22:36Speaker 1: Democrats one more seat. That's concerning, and then we have
- 22:41Speaker 1: now at least one senator that's flipped to an independent.
- 22:44Speaker 1: It's going to make things very interesting and spicy. But
- 22:47Speaker 1: let's talk about these Twitter files. You and I have
- 22:51Speaker 1: talked about this backstage at CEPAC, about the silencing, shadow banning,
- 22:55Speaker 1: censoring of conservatives. It was real. We all experienced it
- 23:00Speaker 1: in real time. We all witnessed people that were calling
- 23:04Speaker 1: us and saying, hey, I can't reach my audience anymore.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Now we know exactly what Twitter was doing. The question
- 23:11Speaker 1: is what can Congress do about this, if anything at all?
- 23:14Speaker 1: And how do we find out exactly what's been happening
- 23:18Speaker 1: at Google, what's been happening at YouTube, what's been happening
- 23:22Speaker 1: at Facebook and Instagram, because we also know that those
- 23:26Speaker 1: companies apparently have also met regularly with the deep state
- 23:30Speaker 1: and people within the government, possibly the Democratic Party as well,
- 23:34Speaker 1: on who they want to shut down in silence. Well,
- 23:38Speaker 1: you're right about every bit of that then, And as
- 23:42Speaker 1: you know, over the past two years, Senator Billiam Fallen
- 23:47Speaker 1: I in a bipartisan manner, he is the chairman, he
- 23:53Speaker 1: is the top Republican on the Consumer Protection Data Security Subcommittee,
- 23:58Speaker 1: have held a series of hearings into big tech and
- 24:02Speaker 1: looking at what they do with collecting information and how
- 24:07Speaker 1: they censor and prioritize. And we have directed this at
- 24:12Speaker 1: how the platforms use the information of children. What we
- 24:17Speaker 1: have come to find out is not only do they
- 24:20Speaker 1: do this with children, but with adults. And that is
- 24:24Speaker 1: confirmed with how they have gone about with the censoring
- 24:32Speaker 1: on Twitter and the Twitter files being made public. I
- 24:37Speaker 1: think is such an important step and I'm glad Elon
- 24:40Speaker 1: Musk is doing that now as we move forward past investigations,
- 24:47Speaker 1: past making criminal referrals to the Department of Justice, which
- 24:52Speaker 1: is something that the House will be able to do
- 24:56Speaker 1: through oversighting investigations in the Energy and Commerce Committee, which
- 25:01Speaker 1: covers these tech issues. There is a need for online
- 25:07Speaker 1: consumer privacy information. Senator billians All and I have v
- 25:12Speaker 1: bi partisan bill, the bipartisan bill that would put that
- 25:18Speaker 1: national privacy standard in place. It would allow you, the
- 25:23Speaker 1: online consumer, to own your virtual view and would say
- 25:26Speaker 1: to these platforms, you cannot doubt of mine needs, you
- 25:29Speaker 1: cannot control my information, you cannot monetize my information unless
- 25:36Speaker 1: I give you explicit permission to do this. Plus big tech,
- 25:43Speaker 1: you can't kick me off your platform. Now, that is
- 25:47Speaker 1: the type privacy legislation people have wanted to see. I
- 25:51Speaker 1: have had a privacy bill for ten foods years and
- 25:56Speaker 1: have been fighting big tech for a decade AID on
- 26:01Speaker 1: this issue, and it is time to put these protections
- 26:05Speaker 1: in place for the American consumer. I gotta ask why
- 26:09Speaker 1: has it taken so long? Is it because of the
- 26:12Speaker 1: lobbyists and the power of big tech and the money
- 26:15Speaker 1: that big tech spends. I mean, we know Facebook's CEO
- 26:18Speaker 1: Mark Zuckerberg is one of the top donors to the
- 26:21Speaker 1: Democratic Party and to Democratic candidates. The amount of money
- 26:26Speaker 1: that you spent in the last presidential election and then
- 26:28Speaker 1: the midterms was unbelievable. It's huge money. Is that why
- 26:34Speaker 1: you can't get this done so far? I yes, vic
- 26:39Speaker 1: Tech has fought us every step of the way, and
- 26:42Speaker 1: we were marking the bill up ten years ago when
- 26:45Speaker 1: the Energy and Commerce Committee in Nancy Pelosi put a
- 26:49Speaker 1: halt to it. Why did she do that? It's because
- 26:52Speaker 1: you had Silicon Valley. They're pushing against it. Why has
- 26:59Speaker 1: the open a market not made its way across the
- 27:03Speaker 1: Senate floor. We have past it with a get this
- 27:08Speaker 1: twenty to two vote out of the Senate Judiciary Committee,
- 27:12Speaker 1: which would take Apple and Google off as the gatekeepers
- 27:18Speaker 1: on all the apps you put on the Android or
- 27:20Speaker 1: the iPhone. And why has it not finished? It is
- 27:24Speaker 1: because you've got California senators that don't want that bill
- 27:29Speaker 1: to move forward. But the American people want to see
- 27:34Speaker 1: a privacy standards, they want to see data security, they
- 27:38Speaker 1: want to own their virtual view when they are online,
- 27:42Speaker 1: and it is time to do this. I think people
- 27:44Speaker 1: are sick and tired of this. You look at what
- 27:46Speaker 1: is happening with children. Our Kids Online Safety Act is
- 27:50Speaker 1: ready to go and it would prohibit these big tech
- 27:56Speaker 1: platforms from monetizing our children, from allowing drug dealers and
- 28:01Speaker 1: pedophiles and videos that cause self harm to come into
- 28:07Speaker 1: the lives of our children. And I've worked very closely
- 28:11Speaker 1: with parent advocates, kid advocates teams themselves who have said
- 28:17Speaker 1: there needs to be some policing and reigning end of
- 28:21Speaker 1: these video platforms. And it is those senators that represent
- 28:28Speaker 1: these areas that are slow in this dawn, But we
- 28:31Speaker 1: need to get these protections online. People want to have security.
- 28:37Speaker 1: They who know that their right to privacy is protected,
- 28:40Speaker 1: whether they're in the physical space or the virtual space. Well,
- 28:45Speaker 1: let's talk about TikTok because you mentioned that people want
- 28:49Speaker 1: safety and security. It's pretty clear now from all of
- 28:52Speaker 1: the different intel and warnings that have come out that
- 28:55Speaker 1: TikTok is nothing more than a spying mechanism for China.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Why are we still allowing the TikTok app to be
- 29:04Speaker 1: used when we know that it's just about data gathering
- 29:08Speaker 1: on every single user, Especially in the US. We've seen
- 29:11Speaker 1: states now that are banning the TikTok app from being
- 29:14Speaker 1: downloaded onto government phones. Would the federal government move to
- 29:19Speaker 1: that or is there just too much influence from the
- 29:22Speaker 1: left to say no, no no, we got to keep China's
- 29:24Speaker 1: top app. And you know, rolling in America, we have
- 29:29Speaker 1: tried to get TikTok ban and indeed President Trump moves
- 29:35Speaker 1: to remove TikTok Biden let TikTok back in. And what
- 29:41Speaker 1: we know is that federal funds, we remove them from
- 29:46Speaker 1: the phones of our military and our federal employees. They
- 29:51Speaker 1: cannot put these social media apps on a federal phone.
- 29:54Speaker 1: We know that that is dangerous and so and your
- 29:59Speaker 1: milit terry can't have it on any fun. This is
- 30:04Speaker 1: something that's the Chinese Communist Party who is in cahoots.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Remember with the other members of your Access of Evil.
- 30:13Speaker 1: You have Russia, China run in North Korea. These are
- 30:18Speaker 1: people that do not wish us well and you don't
- 30:22Speaker 1: want them having access to sensitive data and information. Let's
- 30:28Speaker 1: talk about quickly before we move to another issue that
- 30:30Speaker 1: deals with the military. About lying to Congress, Senator, it's
- 30:34Speaker 1: getting frustrating, I know for many Americans at Watch and
- 30:38Speaker 1: this last week is a perfect example. This we have
- 30:41Speaker 1: video of Jack Dorsey deliberately lying to Congress when and
- 30:45Speaker 1: being asked questions about shadow banning, about silencing conservatives. We
- 30:50Speaker 1: know that he lied to Congress. Now based on the
- 30:53Speaker 1: internal files of Twitter that are being exposed, does anyone
- 30:56Speaker 1: get in trouble anymore if you're a Democrat or on
- 30:59Speaker 1: the last if you just straight up lie to Congress?
- 31:01Speaker 1: Is there any accountability anymore about lying to curse? It
- 31:05Speaker 1: was supposed to be a big deal. Like, hey, when
- 31:07Speaker 1: you go testifying Congress, you don't lie, Well, it is
- 31:12Speaker 1: a big deal. And you look at people that raise
- 31:15Speaker 1: their hand and take that oath and then sit down
- 31:18Speaker 1: in that chair and answer things in a very curious way,
- 31:24Speaker 1: if you will. And I think that as you have
- 31:31Speaker 1: the House going under Republican control, you will see some
- 31:36Speaker 1: action take place for people that have chosen to stand
- 31:40Speaker 1: there and not tell the truth, the whole truth and
- 31:43Speaker 1: nothing but the truth. And I look forward to what
- 31:48Speaker 1: the House members are going to do is they begin
- 31:51Speaker 1: to take these actions. You look at what we're finding
- 31:56Speaker 1: out from the Twitter files, and as you said, if
- 31:59Speaker 1: Twitter will to doing it, you know that other people
- 32:02Speaker 1: are doing it. And then I think one of the
- 32:05Speaker 1: things that has time out that is important for us
- 32:09Speaker 1: to remember is that the contributions is these employees at
- 32:16Speaker 1: Twitter made were ninety six to ninety nine percent all
- 32:21Speaker 1: for Democrat candidates. So what they were doing and was
- 32:25Speaker 1: taking their political ideology and then they were making decisions
- 32:31Speaker 1: based completely on that, and they were getting rid of
- 32:36Speaker 1: things that offended their sensibilities, not things that were something
- 32:43Speaker 1: breaking the rules or breaking a law, but they were
- 32:47Speaker 1: actually infringing someone's free speech because they disagreed with the
- 32:52Speaker 1: point of view. So let that sink in for a
- 32:56Speaker 1: minute and think about what they're actually doing. Get here
- 33:00Speaker 1: and had dangers of that. So these people that have
- 33:04Speaker 1: come before Congress raised their hand, taken an oath, and
- 33:08Speaker 1: now we're finding out they knew differently, they had knowledge,
- 33:13Speaker 1: and they did something different, and we are going to
- 33:18Speaker 1: have to be very attuned to watching what the House does.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Is they move forward with these referrals. I hope that,
- 33:29Speaker 1: and I say this because I've talked to so many
- 33:32Speaker 1: people that are just at the point of beyond outrage
- 33:35Speaker 1: and they feel like sometimes conservatives when they get to
- 33:37Speaker 1: Congress don't fight the same way Democrats do. I hope
- 33:41Speaker 1: you guys and sent it, encourage them to stick to it,
- 33:44Speaker 1: to get to the truth, hold people accountable in the House,
- 33:47Speaker 1: because people are expecting that I want to move to
- 33:50Speaker 1: this other issue. You have called on Biden to sign
- 33:54Speaker 1: the National Defense Bill and repeal his power grabbing military
- 33:59Speaker 1: COVID mandate. This is a COVID vaccine mandate that was
- 34:05Speaker 1: harmful to the military. Not only was it harmful and
- 34:08Speaker 1: took away people's rights when it comes to medical decisions,
- 34:12Speaker 1: but it also, now we have been told, has put
- 34:15Speaker 1: us in a bad spot with our troop numbers. Talk
- 34:19Speaker 1: about this and is there a chance that they will
- 34:21Speaker 1: admit we got this wrong, kicking people out of the
- 34:24Speaker 1: military for not being vaccinated. Yes, And what we are
- 34:30Speaker 1: working to do right now is get this NBAA across
- 34:36Speaker 1: the line. And we know that thirty three hundred Marines,
- 34:41Speaker 1: eighteen hundred soldiers, eighteen hundred sailors, and nine hundred airmen
- 34:46Speaker 1: have been removed from active duty service because of this mandate.
- 34:50Speaker 1: You also have members of the National Guard removed because
- 34:55Speaker 1: of this mandate. So my legislation that has made it
- 35:00Speaker 1: into the NBAA and already passed the House. So the
- 35:04Speaker 1: DoD you've got thirty days and this goes away. But
- 35:09Speaker 1: by the end of thirty days it is gone, and
- 35:12Speaker 1: they have to implement it. And what we do know
- 35:16Speaker 1: is that because of these efforts that I've been making
- 35:20Speaker 1: for six months, that there are some members of the
- 35:24Speaker 1: military that have already been called back. If you've got
- 35:27Speaker 1: a squadron that needs a highly trained pilot, or you've
- 35:33Speaker 1: got other special skills and they can't fill out a unit,
- 35:39Speaker 1: some of these individuals have been allowed to move back
- 35:43Speaker 1: into service. And with this, we think you will see
- 35:47Speaker 1: others of that. The next step after we get this
- 35:51Speaker 1: mandate rescinded, is to make these men and women that
- 35:54Speaker 1: were released whole, to get them their benefits, to allow
- 35:58Speaker 1: them back into the military ry if they so choose
- 36:01Speaker 1: to serve. Those are components that we will go to
- 36:07Speaker 1: rectifying this situation, this overstep that d D and the
- 36:10Speaker 1: Biden administration has exercised. Are there Democrats are willing to
- 36:15Speaker 1: come alongside you on this one that you've talked to
- 36:17Speaker 1: Kylie who said, yeah, we understand this. I mean this
- 36:20Speaker 1: to me seems like it could be a very big
- 36:21Speaker 1: bipartisan type bill. Well, and it has. And bear in mind,
- 36:27Speaker 1: when I presented these amendments in committee, they were voted
- 36:33Speaker 1: down on the party line vote. And now what we've
- 36:39Speaker 1: seen is that with bipartisan support. It has come out
- 36:43Speaker 1: of the House and it will move with bipartisan support
- 36:47Speaker 1: through the Senate. Incredible center. I appreciate your time as always,
- 36:52Speaker 1: good to chat with you this morning, and keep us
- 36:55Speaker 1: update on this bill as it moves forward. Good luck
- 36:57Speaker 1: in this new Congress. I know there's a lot of
- 36:59Speaker 1: people that excited to see what Republicans do. You were
- 37:02Speaker 1: in the House for a long time, so keep encouraging
- 37:05Speaker 1: those guys. Don't back down because I know there's a
- 37:07Speaker 1: lot of people that are afraid that's what's going to happen,
- 37:09Speaker 1: and they're gonna get everybody's support who's been there before
- 37:12Speaker 1: to say, hey, don't back down. So thanks as always,
- 37:14Speaker 1: we'll talk to you again real soon. You got it,
- 37:17Speaker 1: take care of bye bye. As I've said before, we
- 37:19Speaker 1: are going to keep exposing the Twitter files every day.
- 37:22Speaker 1: When new stuff drops, we will have it here for you.
- 37:25Speaker 1: So make sure that you subscribe to our podcasts all right.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Also make sure you share this podcast with your family
- 37:32Speaker 1: and your friends. Please write us a five star review
- 37:35Speaker 1: and I will see you back here tomorrow.
