Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: It's a name that everyone should remember. Daryl Brooks Jr.
- 0:03Speaker 1: A career criminal, was taken into custody following the deadly
- 0:07Speaker 1: incident during the Christmas parade Sunday in Wisconsin. Why should
- 0:12Speaker 1: you remember his name, not just because what he did
- 0:15Speaker 1: on Sunday, but for the fact that he should have
- 0:17Speaker 1: never been on the streets to be able to do
- 0:19Speaker 1: what he did on Sunday. But don't worry. The media
- 0:24Speaker 1: is going to protect him, The White House even protecting him.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Why because he's a Black Lives Matter dude. Yeah, he's
- 0:32Speaker 1: a Black Lives Matter activist who was getting revenge, possibly
- 0:36Speaker 1: from the Written House trial. He's a BLM guy, and
- 0:41Speaker 1: we gotta make sure that we don't know his name
- 0:43Speaker 1: and no one talks about it. We just make this
- 0:45Speaker 1: all go away. Now. In a minute, I'm going to
- 0:48Speaker 1: tell you about this Wisconsin district attorney who once championed
- 0:53Speaker 1: the policy to not put blackman in jail for crimes
- 0:58Speaker 1: that they commit. He was it's like big woke guy
- 1:02Speaker 1: and he's been doing this since twenty fifteen, when he
- 1:07Speaker 1: was paraded around by the Left as being a guy
- 1:10Speaker 1: who's changing the way we're doing things in America. We're
- 1:14Speaker 1: purposely not incrustrating people because of the color of their skin.
- 1:18Speaker 1: How did that work out? Yeah? I think we all know.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Now I'm going to tell you about him in a moment.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast, okay, because people need
- 1:26Speaker 1: to hear about this DA and this woke DA and
- 1:28Speaker 1: again hit the share button, hit that little forward button,
- 1:31Speaker 1: Share this with your friends and text message or on
- 1:33Speaker 1: social media. Post it right now. Now. How was he
- 1:36Speaker 1: out on bail. It's a question that a lot of
- 1:38Speaker 1: people are asking, especially when he's got a rap sheet
- 1:41Speaker 1: as long as his and it is lengthy. He killed
- 1:45Speaker 1: people because we allowed him to. He killed people because
- 1:48Speaker 1: of woke district attorneys who are in favor of just
- 1:51Speaker 1: letting people out as soon as they committin his crimes.
- 1:54Speaker 1: You want to know how bad the crimes were. Take
- 1:56Speaker 1: a listen. Talked about Darryl E. Brooks. He is the
- 1:58Speaker 1: suspect that is now facing five counts of intentional homicide
- 2:03Speaker 1: with that vehicle in Waukashaw. You see Professor Jonathan Turley there.
- 2:07Speaker 1: I just want to point this out very quickly. We
- 2:09Speaker 1: have just confirmed that he was out of jail after
- 2:14Speaker 1: apparently deliberately trying to run down the mother of his child,
- 2:19Speaker 1: and the report says, quoting here EAP an acronym to
- 2:23Speaker 1: talk about the victim. The alleged victim refused to get
- 2:26Speaker 1: into the vehicle, and Brooks intentionally and without consent, struck
- 2:29Speaker 1: Eap in the face with a closed fist. EAP walked
- 2:33Speaker 1: away from Brooks. EAP reported that Brooks then intentionally and
- 2:37Speaker 1: without consent, ran Eap over with his vehicle while Eap
- 2:43Speaker 1: was walking through the parking lot of a BP gas station.
- 2:46Speaker 1: That's the man right there, Darryl E. Brooks, who mowed
- 2:49Speaker 1: down dozens of people in Waukashaw, Wisconsin, yesterday, allegedly. Now,
- 2:58Speaker 1: this is a bom guy. This is a hardcore leftist activists.
- 3:03Speaker 1: The media cannot let this become a story. The media
- 3:08Speaker 1: can't tell you the truth that this guy should have
- 3:10Speaker 1: never been out of jail. The media cannot tell you
- 3:13Speaker 1: all this because it would be too damning for them. Now,
- 3:17Speaker 1: remember the President United States America. Guy in the name
- 3:19Speaker 1: of Joe Biden, he had no problem at all attacking
- 3:23Speaker 1: cal Rittenhouse, saying's the white supremacist so he could help
- 3:25Speaker 1: get elected, saying look at this guy, this guy over here,
- 3:28Speaker 1: Written House. He supports Trump. How do I know? I
- 3:31Speaker 1: don't know. We just made it up. He's a white supremacist.
- 3:34Speaker 1: How do we know. I don't know. I just made
- 3:35Speaker 1: it up because we want to convict him of being
- 3:40Speaker 1: the worst person in the world, because then it will
- 3:43Speaker 1: imply that anyone that supports it on Trump is just
- 3:45Speaker 1: like him, and that's too you're supporting so we can
- 3:47Speaker 1: win an election. There was no Let's step back and
- 3:50Speaker 1: get all the facts and all the details before we
- 3:52Speaker 1: indict at Written House a seventeen year old who did
- 3:55Speaker 1: nothing wrong. White House playing it very different in this
- 4:00Speaker 1: Wisconsin tragedy, a masked casualty event. Joe Biden at the
- 4:04Speaker 1: White House before I began, I want to comment on
- 4:07Speaker 1: the tragedy that occurred last night during the holiday holiday
- 4:12Speaker 1: parade in Wisconsin. By the way, I love how we
- 4:15Speaker 1: changed it from a Christmas parade to holiday parade. So
- 4:17Speaker 1: we got a holiday parade. Hey, what's the holiday Christmas? Okay,
- 4:20Speaker 1: then call it a damn Christmas parreade. Nope, can't do that.
- 4:21Speaker 1: We gotta be woke. We're gonna call it a holiday parade. Well,
- 4:26Speaker 1: we don't have all the facts and details yet. We
- 4:29Speaker 1: know this morning that five families of Walkershaw are facing
- 4:35Speaker 1: fresh grief of a life without loved one. At least
- 4:40Speaker 1: forty Americans are suffering from injuries, some of them in
- 4:43Speaker 1: critical condition, and an entire community is struggling, struggling to
- 4:48Speaker 1: cope with a horrific act of violence. Last night, the
- 4:52Speaker 1: people of Walkershaw were gathered to celebrate the start of
- 4:57Speaker 1: a season of hope and togetherness and thanksgiving. This morning,
- 5:03Speaker 1: Jill and I, in the entire Biden family, and I'm
- 5:05Speaker 1: sure all of us pray that that same spirit's going
- 5:08Speaker 1: to embrace and lift up all the victims of this tragedy,
- 5:12Speaker 1: bringing comfort to those recovering from the injuries, and rapping
- 5:16Speaker 1: the families of those who died in the support of
- 5:19Speaker 1: their community. We're all grateful to extraordinary work and the
- 5:23Speaker 1: first responders from law enforcement, in emergency room doctors who
- 5:27Speaker 1: are working around the clock to deal with the terrible
- 5:29Speaker 1: consequence of what happened last night. My administration is monitoring
- 5:34Speaker 1: the situation very closely, so we're gonna we don't have
- 5:38Speaker 1: all the facts the details yet. We're gonna tread lightly
- 5:41Speaker 1: on this, but we do want to make a come
- 5:43Speaker 1: in here now, the Walkershaw, Wisconsin police chief. He also
- 5:49Speaker 1: came out holding back. Everybody calmed down. Okay, this isn't
- 5:52Speaker 1: a terrorist sacked, even if the guy claims it is,
- 5:56Speaker 1: because he's a black guy. That's a BM guy, and
- 5:59Speaker 1: I'm a black of these chief, and I'm woke. And
- 6:02Speaker 1: even if this guy tells you he went to a
- 6:04Speaker 1: white parade, someone described it on the BLM side of
- 6:08Speaker 1: the movement on social media as a white parade. I'm
- 6:11Speaker 1: gonna tell you by chill out for a second. I
- 6:14Speaker 1: just received information that two of the forty eight our
- 6:18Speaker 1: children and their in critical condition. We have information that
- 6:22Speaker 1: the suspect prior to the insula was involved in the
- 6:24Speaker 1: domestic disturbance which was just prior and the suspect left
- 6:30Speaker 1: that scene just prior to our arrival. To the domestic disturbance.
- 6:36Speaker 1: When the suspect was driving through into the crowd, one
- 6:41Speaker 1: officer did discharges fire arm and fire shots at the
- 6:45Speaker 1: suspect to stop the threat, but due to the modern
- 6:49Speaker 1: people had to stop and stop and fire nor did
- 6:55Speaker 1: not fire any other additional shots. The officers on amstrative
- 6:59Speaker 1: leaf as part of the department protocol. Nolan's injured as
- 7:02Speaker 1: a result on the officer firing his discharge in this
- 7:05Speaker 1: fire weapon firearm. The subject was taking in a custody
- 7:09Speaker 1: short distance from the scene, and we are confident he
- 7:12Speaker 1: acted alone. There's no evidence that this is a terrorist
- 7:16Speaker 1: incident due to the wind yesterday on, hold on, there's
- 7:21Speaker 1: there's no evidence that there's this a terrace in sense
- 7:23Speaker 1: if a guy targets people in a holiday parade, how
- 7:27Speaker 1: can you immediately say within moments there's no evidence as
- 7:30Speaker 1: a terrorist incident? Could he be a domestic terrorist? Could
- 7:34Speaker 1: he be a racist who decided to act like a terrorist.
- 7:37Speaker 1: What's the definition of terrorists? Now? Because you guys said
- 7:40Speaker 1: Writtenhouse was a terrorist, you said he was a white supremacist, terrorists,
- 7:43Speaker 1: domestic terrorists, an anarchist, a vigilante man. Aren't we calming
- 7:48Speaker 1: down on this guy? How bad is this guy? This
- 7:52Speaker 1: criminal record, as one person subscribed on TV, literally looks
- 7:57Speaker 1: like the menu at the cheesecake factory. That's how long
- 8:02Speaker 1: this dude's record was his rap sheet. As you listen
- 8:06Speaker 1: to some of the details here about this suspect, what
- 8:09Speaker 1: stands out to you? Well? I went through his record,
- 8:12Speaker 1: and boy is that troubling. I mean we're talking about
- 8:14Speaker 1: forty five to fifty pages, and I read forty five
- 8:18Speaker 1: to fifty pages is what this guy has on his
- 8:21Speaker 1: rap sheet? And how much did it cost him to
- 8:23Speaker 1: get out of jail? Virtually nothing. Milwaukee County DA office,
- 8:26Speaker 1: which is also a woke DA, said, quote, the state's
- 8:30Speaker 1: bail recommendation in this case was inappropriately low and live
- 8:33Speaker 1: of the nature of the recent charges. Hold on, so
- 8:36Speaker 1: you're now saying the state's bail recommendation the case was
- 8:38Speaker 1: inappropriately due to what he did in the future, not
- 8:42Speaker 1: on the forty or fifty pages of daddy you had
- 8:44Speaker 1: in the past. That's how woke they are in Wisconsin.
- 8:49Speaker 1: The Milwaukee District Attorney's office, the DA again, listen, this
- 8:54Speaker 1: is their exact words in their statement, the state's bail
- 8:56Speaker 1: recommendation in this case was inappropriately low and light of
- 9:00Speaker 1: the nature of the recent charges. You had forty to
- 9:03Speaker 1: fifty pages of data on this guy. He just tried
- 9:07Speaker 1: to run over the mother of his child with the
- 9:10Speaker 1: same damn car. You guys let him out, and now
- 9:14Speaker 1: you're saying we got it wrong because of what he
- 9:16Speaker 1: did after that. You're telling me the forty to fifty
- 9:19Speaker 1: pages plus trying to run over his own child's mother
- 9:25Speaker 1: wasn't enough to keep him in jail. Every single line.
- 9:30Speaker 1: You know, this guy's got at all. I mean, we're
- 9:32Speaker 1: talking about felonies and misdemeanors, crimes of violence, drugs, crimes
- 9:36Speaker 1: involving moral turpitude. You know, his record reminds me of
- 9:41Speaker 1: the menu over at the cheesecake factory, and it's extensive
- 9:44Speaker 1: and everything's in there. But Martha, I'm not jumping on
- 9:48Speaker 1: the bandwagon just yet. Did any particular prosecutor or judge
- 9:51Speaker 1: failed in their duty to keep him in It looks
- 9:54Speaker 1: like he did his time for each of the crimes,
- 9:57Speaker 1: and I'm not yet jumping on that bandwagon yet. Well,
- 10:00Speaker 1: the DA came out later and said, just kidding, jump
- 10:02Speaker 1: on the bandwagon, right, jump on the bandwagon. Now. I
- 10:05Speaker 1: appreciate this attorney saying I'm not gonna jump on the
- 10:08Speaker 1: bandwagon yet, because guess what, he's treating this case the
- 10:11Speaker 1: way that you treat a suspect before you try to
- 10:15Speaker 1: indict them, like they did with Writtenhouse. Notice how everybody
- 10:18Speaker 1: now is being calm because this guy's a BLM guy, right,
- 10:22Speaker 1: He's one of the chosen ones of the left. Now
- 10:27Speaker 1: the Democrat who used the written House trout to mock
- 10:30Speaker 1: the Walkenshaw Parade tragedy also has been forced to resign. Yeah,
- 10:35Speaker 1: I'll give you the details on that in just a moment,
- 10:37Speaker 1: because that plays into this all over, this whole thing,
- 10:40Speaker 1: and AOC, this is hilarious. She's now promoting bail reform
- 10:45Speaker 1: one day after the Walkenshaw Christmas Parade massacre. The Open
- 10:49Speaker 1: Socialist AOC promoted bail reform efforts just one day after
- 10:54Speaker 1: the Walkenshaw, Wisconsin Christmas parade with a suspect, Darryl Lee
- 10:58Speaker 1: Brooks Junior, who has an extensive forty to fifty page
- 11:01Speaker 1: criminal record, was released on a thousand bucks a thousand
- 11:06Speaker 1: our bond days prior to when he allegedly plowed an
- 11:10Speaker 1: STUV into the crowd of people, and a tweet Monday morning,
- 11:12Speaker 1: AOC doubling down shared a letter that she penned with
- 11:15Speaker 1: Representative Caroline Maloney Representative Jamie Raskin asking New York City's
- 11:22Speaker 1: five disrict attorneys for information on quote excessive bail and
- 11:25Speaker 1: the New York City court system, particularly for low income defendants,
- 11:29Speaker 1: because they think when you do crimes, you should immediately
- 11:31Speaker 1: get out right away. You want to know some of
- 11:35Speaker 1: the things on his record that we just apparently overlook
- 11:38Speaker 1: now in society, as long as you are a darling
- 11:41Speaker 1: of the liberal left and the liberal left. Das give
- 11:44Speaker 1: me one example of this guy's forty to fifty page
- 11:46Speaker 1: rap sheet. What's in it? The Wisconsin parade masker suspect
- 11:50Speaker 1: was convicted for impregnating a team girl. No big deal here,
- 11:53Speaker 1: right yeah. The suspect, said to be charged with killing
- 11:57Speaker 1: at least five Americans in during forty eight others during
- 12:01Speaker 1: that Christmas parade is also a registered sex offender in
- 12:03Speaker 1: the state of Nevada. Records reveal Darrell Lee Brooks, Junior
- 12:07Speaker 1: has been arrested and is expect to be charged with
- 12:09Speaker 1: five counts first degree intentional homicide. But he's not a terrorist, Okay,
- 12:13Speaker 1: we've already declared that at the first press conference afterwards.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Right No, No No, everybody calmed down, and this guy can't
- 12:19Speaker 1: be a terrorist. He just plowed through a crowd of
- 12:22Speaker 1: people after another domestics assault beforehand, apparently, but no, it's
- 12:26Speaker 1: all good. Records out of Nevada revealed that Brooks had
- 12:30Speaker 1: been a Tier two registered sex offenders in November of
- 12:33Speaker 1: six when he was convictive statistory sexual seduction. The conviction
- 12:38Speaker 1: indicates that Brooks had sexual intercourse and as well as
- 12:42Speaker 1: multiple other types of intercourse with a person all of
- 12:45Speaker 1: the things on the list. Throw it in there with
- 12:47Speaker 1: a fourteen or fifteen year old who was at least
- 12:49Speaker 1: four years younger than him at the time. County Sheriff's
- 12:53Speaker 1: Office in Nevada confirmed that they have an active warrant
- 12:55Speaker 1: out on Brooks for his non compliance with sex offender law.
- 13:00Speaker 1: So we let him out on bail after you try
- 13:02Speaker 1: to run over his baby's mother, so he could then
- 13:07Speaker 1: run out and run over a bunch of other people.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Got it. This is what woke liberalism looks like when
- 13:13Speaker 1: you actually implement it and you have a woke da
- 13:16Speaker 1: that is allowed for this to happen. In Wisconsin, coring
- 13:20Speaker 1: the Sheriff's office, Brooks and pregnant a fifteen year old
- 13:22Speaker 1: girl and was sence to probation. Again, another woke liberal
- 13:26Speaker 1: out there saying, oh, yeah, you knocked up and did
- 13:27Speaker 1: a bunch of things or fourteen fifteen year old, No problem,
- 13:30Speaker 1: will give you a probation and then you're a level
- 13:32Speaker 1: two sex offender. Brooks was then subsequently arrested for not
- 13:35Speaker 1: complying with sex offender laws in twenty sixteen, ten years later,
- 13:39Speaker 1: but skipped out on his bail in that case and
- 13:41Speaker 1: did not appear in the Nevada Criminal court. But hey,
- 13:44Speaker 1: you catch him, let's not send him back to Nevada,
- 13:45Speaker 1: because we're woke. He's a BLM guy, and we'll let
- 13:48Speaker 1: him go. Brooks has an extensive criminal history on top
- 13:52Speaker 1: of what I just read for you. Weeks ago, for instance,
- 13:55Speaker 1: Brooks was arrested in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin for allegedly running
- 13:59Speaker 1: over a woman and in a gas station parking lot,
- 14:01Speaker 1: falling a fight that the two had. That woman is
- 14:05Speaker 1: the mother of his child. Days later, because the woke
- 14:09Speaker 1: judge in the reform that AOC and other Democrats have
- 14:13Speaker 1: been promoting, they referred to it as bail reform because
- 14:17Speaker 1: say it's unfair to lock up black men when they
- 14:19Speaker 1: commendin his crimes, because we've gone woke in America. We woke, folks,
- 14:24Speaker 1: we woke. We find out now that they let him
- 14:26Speaker 1: go on a thousand dollar bill. Thousand bucks. Nothing to
- 14:30Speaker 1: see here, folks. This guy's just being the he's just
- 14:35Speaker 1: got the right skin color. White guy, does this totally
- 14:38Speaker 1: different scenario. Brooks Krimmer record dates back to nineteen ninety nine,
- 14:43Speaker 1: according to police. Then Brooks was convicted of his first
- 14:47Speaker 1: felony for aggravated battery. He was since three years probation. Again,
- 14:52Speaker 1: let's not lock guys up when they commitdd his crimes
- 14:54Speaker 1: if they are the right skin color. From two thousand
- 14:58Speaker 1: and two to twenty twenty, in addition to rape conviction,
- 15:03Speaker 1: Brooks has been convicted on felony drug charges, convicted for
- 15:09Speaker 1: obstructing an officer, charged with reckless endangerment, charged with having
- 15:14Speaker 1: a firearm as a felon, pleaded no contest for allegedly
- 15:18Speaker 1: strangling a woman, pleaded guilty to drug and bail jumping charges,
- 15:25Speaker 1: pleaded guilty to resisting arrests, and pleaded guilty to felony
- 15:30Speaker 1: drug charges. So he tries to run over a woman
- 15:33Speaker 1: in a parking lot, and because we want bail reform,
- 15:37Speaker 1: we let him go for a thousand bucks after he
- 15:39Speaker 1: ran over a woman. Brooks will now face multiple mentory
- 15:43Speaker 1: life senses if convicted of his newest charges, and I'm
- 15:47Speaker 1: sure they'll convict him. But this guy should have never
- 15:50Speaker 1: been on the streets to be able to even do
- 15:51Speaker 1: this in the first place. But don't worry, He's not
- 15:53Speaker 1: a terrorist. Everybody stopped, calmed down. Not a terrorist, folks,
- 15:57Speaker 1: not a terrorist. Don't jump to conclusions as the press
- 16:00Speaker 1: and said, everybody calmed down. We don't know all the
- 16:02Speaker 1: facts yet. We're not sure exactly what's going on with
- 16:04Speaker 1: this guy. We're gonna hold our judgment cal rittenhouse, white supremacists, murderer, anarchists.
- 16:11Speaker 1: What else was he? Trump supporter, maga guy, vigilante. Fine, though,
- 16:18Speaker 1: this guy everybody slowed down, not a terrorist, Biden. We
- 16:22Speaker 1: don't have all the facts and details yet. We do
- 16:25Speaker 1: know the walking shop Police department said the driver was
- 16:28Speaker 1: in another domestic dispute before plowing into the holiday parade,
- 16:31Speaker 1: killing all these people. Oops are bad. He tried to
- 16:37Speaker 1: run down the mother of his child, struck her with
- 16:40Speaker 1: a car, same car he ran these people were over with.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Oops my bad. I'm not laughing. I'm I don't know
- 16:47Speaker 1: what else to do but to roll my eyes in disgust.
- 16:52Speaker 1: We have two different, two very different justice systems right
- 16:59Speaker 1: now in this country. We have men like this African
- 17:02Speaker 1: American man that can have a forty to fifty page
- 17:06Speaker 1: history of convictions and we let him out for a
- 17:10Speaker 1: thousand bucks. You think a white guy could get away
- 17:12Speaker 1: with that? No, we put rittenhouse in jail for eighty
- 17:15Speaker 1: plus days or no running water, didn't allow him to
- 17:18Speaker 1: take a shower for over a month. Wow, But hey,
- 17:23Speaker 1: everybody calmed down. Let's not move through this too quickly.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Let's everybody dial it back. Milwaukee DA announce his internal
- 17:33Speaker 1: review of Daryl brooks bail recommendation. Apparently this is all
- 17:36Speaker 1: you're gonna get. Milwaukee prosecutors say, we're conducting, quote, an
- 17:41Speaker 1: internal review and to their own office's decision to make
- 17:44Speaker 1: an inappropriately low bail recommendation for Daryl Brooks Junior, the
- 17:48Speaker 1: man now being charged with plowing his suv through that
- 17:52Speaker 1: crowd at that Christmas parade. Now here's the part people
- 17:56Speaker 1: need to understand. If Darryl Brooks has gotten out, who
- 18:00Speaker 1: else is out right now that should have never been
- 18:03Speaker 1: let go for a thousand bucks or five hundred bucks.
- 18:07Speaker 1: I mean, Brooks has multiple penning cases in Milwaukee County alone,
- 18:11Speaker 1: including a twenty twenty case involving two counts a second
- 18:14Speaker 1: degree reckless endangerment and being a felon in possession of
- 18:17Speaker 1: a firearm, and we had already and we let him out.
- 18:20Speaker 1: According to spokesman for the Milwaukee disc Attorney, John Chisholm,
- 18:24Speaker 1: bail was originally set ten thousand, later reduced seventy five hundred.
- 18:27Speaker 1: The disc Attorney's office set why because the guy was black,
- 18:31Speaker 1: and we got bail reform for African Americans, because that's
- 18:34Speaker 1: what you do now when you're blm and woke. Due
- 18:37Speaker 1: to a court scheduling conflict that would have deprived Brooks
- 18:40Speaker 1: of his right to a speedy trial, his bail was
- 18:43Speaker 1: again reduced, they said, this time of just five hundred dollars,
- 18:46Speaker 1: which was posted on February twenty first. So five hundred
- 18:50Speaker 1: bucks when you're trying to kill people run him over,
- 18:52Speaker 1: no big deal. Earlier this month, Milwaukee authorities charged Brooks
- 18:55Speaker 1: with another reckless endangerment and let him out again felony bail, jumping, battery,
- 19:00Speaker 1: instructing an officer, and just sort of the conduct he
- 19:03Speaker 1: allegedly ran a woman over with what may have been
- 19:05Speaker 1: the exact same STUV that reek Havoc at the Christmas parade.
- 19:08Speaker 1: He was released, this time on a thousand dollars cash
- 19:11Speaker 1: bail quote. The States recommendation the state's bail recommendation in
- 19:15Speaker 1: this case was inappropriately low night in the light of
- 19:19Speaker 1: the nature of the recent charges. So we only got
- 19:21Speaker 1: it wrong because he went out and could a whole
- 19:22Speaker 1: lot of people. But if he wouldn't have done that,
- 19:24Speaker 1: we got it right. The bail recommendation this case is
- 19:27Speaker 1: not consistent with the approach to the Milwaukee District County
- 19:31Speaker 1: District Attorney's office towards matter of involving violent crime, nor
- 19:34Speaker 1: was it consistent with the risk assessment of the defendant
- 19:36Speaker 1: prior to setting the bail. I'm gonna go out on
- 19:39Speaker 1: a limb and say that every single journalist shouldn't look
- 19:43Speaker 1: at how many people are out on bail right now
- 19:46Speaker 1: was similar charges because I promise you this is my gut,
- 19:50Speaker 1: but mark me and I will apologize if I'm wrong,
- 19:52Speaker 1: But I guarantee this isn't the only oops out there
- 19:55Speaker 1: right now walking around among us, because we've gone woke
- 19:58Speaker 1: with everything in this kind tree. You're African American man,
- 20:01Speaker 1: We're not putting in jail try to run over another woman.
- 20:04Speaker 1: We don't care. We got woke. We need bail reform now,
- 20:08Speaker 1: prison reform. Bail reform. Hell, we shouldn't. We're arguing now
- 20:10Speaker 1: that people shouldn't even go to jail no matter what
- 20:12Speaker 1: they've done, even if they try to run over your
- 20:14Speaker 1: baby mama, even if they got an illegal gun as
- 20:17Speaker 1: a failing, it doesn't matter. Let him out. We got woke,
- 20:22Speaker 1: all right. Let's talk about how woke the people that
- 20:25Speaker 1: have been elected have gotten. Within the Democratic Party. Let's
- 20:29Speaker 1: look at the Democratic district attorney who once championed jail
- 20:34Speaker 1: break policies. So the Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm, a Democrat,
- 20:41Speaker 1: the guy who's like, oh, on this case, yeah, we okay,
- 20:44Speaker 1: we got it wrong, right, This liberal DA saying we
- 20:49Speaker 1: got it along only be wrong only because we did
- 20:51Speaker 1: in the future, not because it was rap sheet in
- 20:53Speaker 1: the past. But in the future. We shouldn't let him
- 20:55Speaker 1: out on five hundred dollars. We shouldn't let him out
- 20:57Speaker 1: on a thousand bucks. Okay, all right, Let's see who
- 21:00Speaker 1: this guy actually is. He was championed by progressives as
- 21:05Speaker 1: a leader on quote criminal justice reform before a court
- 21:08Speaker 1: commissioner released the suspect now accused of killing five Americans
- 21:12Speaker 1: and injuring forty eight others during that Christmas parade on Sunday,
- 21:16Speaker 1: police alleged to thirty nine year old mowed down a
- 21:19Speaker 1: crowd at the annual Christmas Parade, killing. As I said
- 21:22Speaker 1: earlier five that number we hope doesn't go up, but
- 21:27Speaker 1: it may. We know that Brooks has an extensive criminal history,
- 21:32Speaker 1: totally at least sixteen arrests since nineteen ninety nine, and
- 21:36Speaker 1: has been repeatedly released by police custie on bail. In
- 21:40Speaker 1: the latest case, as you know, earlier this month, Brooks
- 21:44Speaker 1: was charged with second degree of reckless endangerment, endangering safety, felony,
- 21:49Speaker 1: baill jumping, battering, obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. The
- 21:55Speaker 1: woman claimed that Brooks motor down with his vehicle in
- 21:59Speaker 1: a gas station parking lot after the two got into
- 22:02Speaker 1: a domestic dispute. For the charges, the Milwaukee County Commissioners
- 22:09Speaker 1: at Brooks bail in a thousand bucks he posted. The
- 22:11Speaker 1: bail was released from police custody soon after brooks arrests.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Chisholm's office released a statement calling one thousand hour bail
- 22:18Speaker 1: inappropriately low because of his conduct now, not in the past,
- 22:23Speaker 1: but now. The case, however, is seemingly in line with
- 22:29Speaker 1: the District attorney Chisholm's record as a progressive former prosecutor
- 22:34Speaker 1: who has been champion in the past for his work
- 22:37Speaker 1: on so called criminal justice reform, efforts to release quote
- 22:41Speaker 1: more inmates from prison and reduce incarceration rates overall. In
- 22:49Speaker 1: two fifteen, Jeffrey Tubin, the guy at CNN that got
- 22:55Speaker 1: fired for if you got kids in the car, your
- 22:58Speaker 1: muffs master beating on a zoom call with colleagues at
- 23:02Speaker 1: a newspaper profiled this district attorney's work as a quote
- 23:08Speaker 1: national leader on criminal justice reform for The New Yorker
- 23:12Speaker 1: and a piece titled the Milwaukee Experiment. What can one
- 23:17Speaker 1: prosser cuter do about mass incarceration of African Americans? That
- 23:22Speaker 1: should tell you everything you need to know. Since two
- 23:24Speaker 1: thousand and fifteen, this guy has been purposely letting specifically
- 23:29Speaker 1: African Americans out of jail and not putting them in
- 23:32Speaker 1: jail altogether. Jeffrey Tubin, the guy who likes to have
- 23:38Speaker 1: fun on zoom who still seen an illegal analysts wrote
- 23:42Speaker 1: for The New Yorker the same place where he was
- 23:45Speaker 1: pleasuring himself on camera. Quote. Chisholm decided that his office
- 23:49Speaker 1: would undertake initiatives to try to send fewer people to
- 23:53Speaker 1: prison while maintaining public safety. Had that work out for
- 23:56Speaker 1: you guys there in Wisconsin. For a long time, prosecutors
- 24:01Speaker 1: have defined themselves through conviction rates and winning the big
- 24:04Speaker 1: cases with the big sentences. Nicholas Turner, the president of
- 24:08Speaker 1: the Vera Institute, told me, but the evidence is certainly
- 24:11Speaker 1: tipping that the attainment of safety and justice requires more
- 24:15Speaker 1: than just putting people in prison for a long time,
- 24:18Speaker 1: prosecutors have to redefine their proper role in a new
- 24:21Speaker 1: errors the woke area era. And this was written about
- 24:25Speaker 1: this prosecutor, this DA back in twenty and fifteen. Chisholm
- 24:31Speaker 1: quote stuck his neck out there and started saying that
- 24:33Speaker 1: prosecutors should also be judged by their success in reducing
- 24:36Speaker 1: mass incarceration and achieving racial equality. So if you're black,
- 24:44Speaker 1: you get out. You're white, you go to jail. That's
- 24:46Speaker 1: what this means. We're gonna give people bail based on
- 24:51Speaker 1: their race and give people senses based on their race.
- 24:54Speaker 1: So you commit a Hana's crime, just like this guy
- 24:56Speaker 1: did over and over and over again, and you're black,
- 24:58Speaker 1: you're out. But I promise you if you're white, dude,
- 25:00Speaker 1: not happening. Chisholm's efforts have drawn attention around the country.
- 25:07Speaker 1: The article from twenty and fifteen says John is a
- 25:11Speaker 1: national leader in law enforcement because he is genuinely interested
- 25:15Speaker 1: in trying to achieve the right results, not only in
- 25:18Speaker 1: individual cases, but in larger policy issues as well. That's
- 25:22Speaker 1: what Cyrus Van Junior, the Manhattan disc attorney said for
- 25:26Speaker 1: the New Yorker piece, quote Chisholm decide to move what
- 25:30Speaker 1: he calls an evidence driven public health model. What's the
- 25:36Speaker 1: most effective way to keep a community healthy? Chisholm said,
- 25:39Speaker 1: you protect people in the first place, but then what
- 25:42Speaker 1: do you do with the people who are arrested. There
- 25:44Speaker 1: are two basic models of prosecutor philosophy, and one you
- 25:48Speaker 1: are a case processor, he said. You take what is
- 25:52Speaker 1: brought to you by law enforcement agencies and you move
- 25:55Speaker 1: those cases fairly and efficiently through the system. But if
- 25:59Speaker 1: you want to make a differ, friends, you have to
- 26:01Speaker 1: do more than just process cases. He goes on to say,
- 26:05Speaker 1: so the woke DA who allowed this to happen in
- 26:07Speaker 1: Wisconsin began stationing prosecutors in neighborhoods around Milwaukee. If people
- 26:14Speaker 1: view prosecutors as just the guys in the courthouse who
- 26:18Speaker 1: are concerned only with getting convictions, and you're creating a barrier.
- 26:22Speaker 1: He and his team started asking themselves in every instance
- 26:25Speaker 1: what they were bringing with the case, in every instance,
- 26:30Speaker 1: why they are bringing that case. Apparently a forty fifty
- 26:35Speaker 1: page rap sheet isn't exactly what. You got to ask
- 26:39Speaker 1: this question, right, like why? Right, this is a holistic
- 26:42Speaker 1: approach to fighting crime. Why are we Why are we
- 26:45Speaker 1: bringing this case? That's the question, he said all of
- 26:49Speaker 1: his prosecutors needed to ask, and those that were seen
- 26:53Speaker 1: as minor it was the least experienced people who were
- 26:56Speaker 1: deciding whether to bring them. These people saw that we
- 27:01Speaker 1: had generally brought those cases in the past, so they
- 27:04Speaker 1: went ahead him with him again. But we start to ask,
- 27:08Speaker 1: why are we charging these people with crimes at all?
- 27:10Speaker 1: So people commit crimes and they're not that big of
- 27:13Speaker 1: a crime. So now they've decided that why we charges
- 27:16Speaker 1: people with crimes even though they commit a crime, because
- 27:18Speaker 1: the crime really isn't that big. We start to ask
- 27:21Speaker 1: this is wokeism. We started to ask why are we
- 27:25Speaker 1: charging these people with crimes at all. At the time
- 27:29Speaker 1: of the profile, Chisholm's office brag that Milwaukee County was
- 27:31Speaker 1: mostly the reason for the state's drop in its prison population.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Two thousand and seven, Wisconsin's prison population total about twenty
- 27:42Speaker 1: four five hundred inmates by twenty fifteen that have been
- 27:46Speaker 1: reduced to about twenty two thousand, almost exclusively thinks to
- 27:49Speaker 1: Milwaukee County and Chisholm and the DA's office. The New
- 27:53Speaker 1: York reported with excitement and similar statements made in two fifteen.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Chisholm's suggests that more policing and more criminal convictions were
- 28:03Speaker 1: not a solution to reducing overall crime rates. Why don't
- 28:07Speaker 1: you go ask that the fifty people run over in
- 28:08Speaker 1: the five that are dead in their families again, Chisholm,
- 28:12Speaker 1: This is the guy who allowed this dude who killed
- 28:15Speaker 1: everybody in this parade to get out on a five
- 28:17Speaker 1: hundred dollars bail after he ran over his wife after
- 28:21Speaker 1: having a forty fifty page rap seed and convicted of
- 28:24Speaker 1: multiple felonies, including impregnating a young girl being a registered
- 28:30Speaker 1: tech offender. Chisholm suggested that quote, more policing and more
- 28:35Speaker 1: criminal convictions were not a solution to reducing overall crime rates.
- 28:41Speaker 1: We have to get away from the concept that all
- 28:43Speaker 1: the problems that exist in the community can somehow be
- 28:46Speaker 1: funneled to the criminal justice system, and that system will
- 28:49Speaker 1: solve all the problems. Chishom said an event with criminal
- 28:52Speaker 1: justice reform advocates. It just doesn't work. It just hasn't work.
- 28:56Speaker 1: He said, I'm concentrating and concentrated areas of our community
- 29:04Speaker 1: for twenty to thirty years. Now we've gotten the same
- 29:06Speaker 1: bad results. So good results are massacres at Christmas parades.
- 29:12Speaker 1: We're not going to solve the problem by sending more
- 29:14Speaker 1: cops and charging more cases. He ended, So this is
- 29:18Speaker 1: the dude that allowed this to happen. And now you
- 29:21Speaker 1: understand why the White House, who's in favor of prison
- 29:23Speaker 1: reform and bail reform, is saying, everybody calmed down. We
- 29:26Speaker 1: don't know all the facts yet. It's one of the
- 29:28Speaker 1: media is saying, everybody calmed down. We don't know all
- 29:30Speaker 1: the facts. Yet everybody relaxed, everybody back up, everybody calmed down.
- 29:33Speaker 1: We don't know all the facts yet, Written House. White guy,
- 29:37Speaker 1: burn him, throw him in jail, throw away the key,
- 29:41Speaker 1: kill him, put a bounty on his head, call him
- 29:43Speaker 1: a domestic terrorist, white supremacist. Joe Biden did that, by
- 29:47Speaker 1: the way, called him a white supremacist to win an election.
- 29:51Speaker 1: This is where we are, folks. This is what happens
- 29:54Speaker 1: when you try this god awful experiment of woke justice.
- 29:59Speaker 1: It doesn't work and people die. And there's proof of
- 30:04Speaker 1: it in this case and many others. But if you're white,
- 30:07Speaker 1: it's open season on you. Because we got woke in
- 30:10Speaker 1: this country. I hope everyone you will share this podcast,
- 30:14Speaker 1: let everybody know about this scumbag district attorney and what
- 30:17Speaker 1: he's all about. We need to expose him and make
- 30:19Speaker 1: sure everybody knows who this guy is and what the
- 30:22Speaker 1: left is doing and supporting him. See you back here tomorrow.
