- 3:00Speaker 4: It's a forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Story number one. It is a scathing report.
- 3:07Speaker 4: It's truly unbelievable what has been uncovered when it comes
- 3:11Speaker 4: to Biden's use of the auto pen. The House Oversight
- 3:15Speaker 4: Committee on Tuesday asks the Justice Department to investigate former
- 3:21Speaker 4: President Joe Biden's use of the autopen to sign executive
- 3:25Speaker 4: orders and pardons. The request came after the committee released
- 3:31Speaker 4: every report on its investigation into Biden's use to the
- 3:35Speaker 4: auto pen and whether it indicated an administration cover up
- 3:40Speaker 4: of an alleged cognitive decline. In a letter to the
- 3:44Speaker 4: Attorney General Pam Bondi, Representative James Comer, the chairman of
- 3:49Speaker 4: the committee, accused Biden's aides of coordinating what he described
- 3:53Speaker 4: as a quote cover up of the president's diminished faculties.
- 3:58Speaker 4: I want you to hear James Comra had to say
- 4:01Speaker 4: about all of this earlier on TV.
- 4:04Speaker 5: Describe a shadow presidency basically run through a series of
- 4:08Speaker 5: a White House ants and the autopen What specific executive
- 4:12Speaker 5: actions do you believe were signed without President Biden's knowledge
- 4:16Speaker 5: and what's the evidence that supports those claims.
- 4:19Speaker 6: Well, we just focused on the legal documents. We just
- 4:22Speaker 6: focused on pardons and executive orders. We brought twelve of
- 4:26Speaker 6: Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions. They had hours
- 4:32Speaker 6: and hours and hours Matt to explain to us how
- 4:35Speaker 6: Joe Biden was involved in the decision making process of
- 4:39Speaker 6: the various pardons and the various executive orders. Each staffer
- 4:43Speaker 6: gave conflicting reports as to how the autopen use was authorized.
- 4:51Speaker 6: But to the end of the day, one thing that
- 4:53Speaker 6: was consistent with eleven of the twelve staffers, and that's
- 4:56Speaker 6: everyone but Jeff Zietz, the chief of staff, in the end,
- 4:59Speaker 6: was that they never saw Joe Biden, They never heard
- 5:02Speaker 6: from Joe Biden. They were never in any meeting or
- 5:04Speaker 6: policy discussions with Joe Biden. When he talked about the
- 5:08Speaker 6: pardons or talked about the executive orders that you know,
- 5:11Speaker 6: there was no chain of custody, There was no consistency
- 5:15Speaker 6: in how the use of the auto pen. I think
- 5:18Speaker 6: it's safe to say that there was a cover up
- 5:20Speaker 6: of Joe Biden's mental decline. We gave the White House position,
- 5:23Speaker 6: doctor O'Connor, an opportunity to come in and defend his
- 5:28Speaker 6: all the statements that he released saying Joe Biden was
- 5:30Speaker 6: in perfect fiscal and mental shape and he pled the
- 5:33Speaker 6: Fifth Amendment to avoid self incrimination. So when we brought
- 5:37Speaker 6: in people like Ian Sam's, who you know I battled
- 5:40Speaker 6: with that, You battled with Matt when you were here
- 5:43Speaker 6: fighting the good fight. Ian Sam's would go in front
- 5:45Speaker 6: of the cameras every day and talk about Joe Biden
- 5:48Speaker 6: and Joe Biden said this and that, And when we
- 5:50Speaker 6: had him under oath, he admitted he only met and
- 5:54Speaker 6: spoke to Joe Biden in person two times in two years.
- 5:58Speaker 6: Near attending his executives secretary, who we see Trump's executive
- 6:02Speaker 6: secretary with him multiple times a day, she only had
- 6:05Speaker 6: limited communication with Joe Biden.
- 6:09Speaker 3: They kept Joe Biden shielded.
- 6:11Speaker 6: There was a cover up of his middle decline, and
- 6:13Speaker 6: there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
- 6:18Speaker 6: that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
- 6:20Speaker 6: making process with the with the pardons and the executive orders.
- 6:24Speaker 3: You think about how shocking that is.
- 6:26Speaker 4: A staff that literally is not speaking or spending time
- 6:29Speaker 4: or talking to the President of the United States of America.
- 6:33Speaker 4: And that's part of the bombshell report exposing Biden's alleged
- 6:38Speaker 4: misuse of the auto pen that included pardons and official documents.
- 6:44Speaker 4: That is part of what this investigation is all about.
- 6:47Speaker 4: James Comer also had this to say on Laura Ingram's show.
- 6:51Speaker 7: I mean, to the regular person watching this out there
- 6:53Speaker 7: in TV land, this stinks to how I heaven. So
- 6:56Speaker 7: we need your gut check. You've seen all the documents.
- 6:59Speaker 7: Is there any evidence indicating that Biden himself was involved
- 7:04Speaker 7: in approving these pardoners real hard evidence.
- 7:08Speaker 6: There really isn't, And it's astonishing when you're talking about
- 7:11Speaker 6: thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders, basically any
- 7:15Speaker 6: legal document, especially during the last three months of the
- 7:18Speaker 6: Biden administration.
- 7:19Speaker 3: That's what we focused on.
- 7:21Speaker 6: And every person who we deposed had a different story
- 7:25Speaker 6: on what the proper process was that they followed in
- 7:29Speaker 6: using the autopen to sign a legal document.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Their stories were inconsistent.
- 7:34Speaker 6: And then when you throw in the emails from the
- 7:36Speaker 6: from the Merrick Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to
- 7:40Speaker 6: these very staffers about the excessive use of the autopen
- 7:44Speaker 6: and asking point blank questions what was their process? Then
- 7:49Speaker 6: the then the entire stories changed, so the inconsistencies are abounable.
- 7:53Speaker 6: One thing that is consistent, Laura, is the fact that.
- 7:57Speaker 3: No one saw Joe Biden.
- 7:59Speaker 6: No one one who authorized the autopen or even gave
- 8:03Speaker 6: the authorization to use the autopen, no one who authorized
- 8:06Speaker 6: outopen or actually physically manually pressed the power button a
- 8:10Speaker 6: Lottipen ever heard directly from Joe Biden. And furthermore, there
- 8:14Speaker 6: are no notes, there's no chain of custody that would
- 8:17Speaker 6: show that Joe Biden was involved in any meetings where
- 8:21Speaker 6: they discussed the pardon process. I mean, this is a
- 8:24Speaker 6: polligue and everyone in America saw during the debate and
- 8:28Speaker 6: during the last few months of the Biden administration, this
- 8:31Speaker 6: was a president in decline. The staffers confirmed that they
- 8:36Speaker 6: would go weeks, months, and even years without.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Communicating with Joe Biden.
- 8:40Speaker 6: This is a massive cover up, and what we determined
- 8:43Speaker 6: was every pardon should be declared noel and void.
- 8:47Speaker 4: I want you to think about what you just heard.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Not only do they say that the Biden presidency was
- 8:51Speaker 4: on autopilot, but he wasn't the one running the show.
- 8:55Speaker 4: No one quote ever got direction from Joe Biden. No notes,
- 9:00Speaker 4: no meetings, no orders, just staffers running the country with
- 9:05Speaker 4: an auto pen. And many of the people that should
- 9:08Speaker 4: have been talking to the President didn't speak to him
- 9:10Speaker 4: for weeks, months, or even years in positions of power.
- 9:16Speaker 4: So who was running the country. Well, we know that
- 9:20Speaker 4: Joe Biden was not running the show at all. But
- 9:23Speaker 4: what we do have now is forty seven hours of
- 9:26Speaker 4: transcripts and testimony revealing that numerous high ranking officials, numerous
- 9:33Speaker 4: former chief of staffs, numerous former secretaries, and numerous former
- 9:39Speaker 4: people in the press office, including the White House Press Secretary,
- 9:43Speaker 4: are now on the record talking about the lies they
- 9:46Speaker 4: told the American people, and many of the lies that
- 9:49Speaker 4: the media was happy to tell as well. The other
- 9:52Speaker 4: thing that I'm going to play for you is a
- 9:54Speaker 4: montage put out by the House Oversight Committee Joe Biden
- 9:58Speaker 4: was not running the show.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Oh and their new report.
- 10:02Speaker 4: They say expose is how Biden's decline was real and
- 10:05Speaker 4: his aides covered it up. Take a listen to what
- 10:09Speaker 4: they put together, proving the point that no one really
- 10:13Speaker 4: knows who was doing the auto pen and who was
- 10:16Speaker 4: signing what or who was even directing it.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Take a listen.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Was the number one.
- 10:22Speaker 8: Issue in the campaign, the president's business or his age?
- 10:33Speaker 9: Did you ever see President in Biden in a wheelchair?
- 10:36Speaker 10: I did not ever seeing President inviting in a wheelspairs.
- 10:40Speaker 8: And new information now on the people in his inner
- 10:43Speaker 8: circle and how the cover up actually operated.
- 10:48Speaker 11: Senior aides that worked here until just a couple months
- 10:51Speaker 11: ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an ailing
- 10:54Speaker 11: president for their own gain.
- 10:56Speaker 9: How much were you paid for your role in the
- 10:58Speaker 9: campaign in twenty twenty four, just sile was shot our
- 11:03Speaker 9: fine numbers, I'm sorry? How much?
- 11:05Speaker 11: Four million dollars?
- 11:06Speaker 12: You believed that the president should stay in the race,
- 11:09Speaker 12: your own financial stake in the matter, but was a
- 11:13Speaker 12: factor in any way your advice to the president.
- 11:15Speaker 10: Hi, I don't believe that I.
- 11:17Speaker 11: Want to come to President Biden's decline. The official word
- 11:21Speaker 11: from Biden world about all these news stories is that
- 11:24Speaker 11: nothing has been revealed this week that shows that President
- 11:28Speaker 11: Biden was anything but an effective president.
- 11:31Speaker 9: Yes, I noticed that he was aging in terms of
- 11:33Speaker 9: physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled up,
- 11:37Speaker 9: that he was more stuckling over the origin dash than
- 11:41Speaker 9: you did at the beginning of the term.
- 11:45Speaker 6: His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been,
- 11:48Speaker 6: and his speeches were less effective.
- 11:50Speaker 9: I thought, we talked about age.
- 11:52Speaker 1: We knew it was an issue, and we tried to
- 11:56Speaker 1: design a strategy.
- 11:57Speaker 9: We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about
- 12:00Speaker 9: whether the president should have a cognitivit.
- 12:04Speaker 8: Sam flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial
- 12:07Speaker 8: of the president's cognitive decline.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
- 12:12Speaker 1: you the truth and FU if you.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Can't handle the truth.
- 12:16Speaker 13: This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.
- 12:21Speaker 9: His mental acuity is great, it's fine. It's as good
- 12:24Speaker 9: as it's been over the years.
- 12:26Speaker 2: He is sharp, he is on top of things.
- 12:28Speaker 11: Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity,
- 12:32Speaker 11: He had a sharpness to him.
- 12:34Speaker 10: I said what I believe to be true.
- 12:36Speaker 9: Do you think he was as sharp as you?
- 12:40Speaker 10: I said I had not seen decline.
- 12:44Speaker 8: And I hadn't.
- 12:45Speaker 9: He is just fine.
- 12:48Speaker 2: I hope people interpret that it is up to them.
- 12:52Speaker 14: We're watching the testimony of this woman here, Annie Thomas.
- 12:56Speaker 14: She's the former senior advisor to President Joe Biden. She
- 12:59Speaker 14: was the third person set to appear before James Cober's committee.
- 13:03Speaker 14: She has now taken the fit. There is now a
- 13:06Speaker 14: pattern of key Biden competent seeking the shield themselves from
- 13:10Speaker 14: criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
- 13:13Speaker 13: Were you ever told to lie about the President's health
- 13:15Speaker 13: the Advising Council?
- 13:16Speaker 1: I must respect he declined to answer based upon the
- 13:19Speaker 1: physician patient privilege, and in reliance, am I right under
- 13:22Speaker 1: the fifth Man of the Constitution.
- 13:23Speaker 13: Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the
- 13:26Speaker 13: Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you
- 13:30Speaker 13: ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties
- 13:35Speaker 13: as president?
- 13:36Speaker 9: And we can tell you that he will have the
- 13:38Speaker 9: same answer with respect to any questions that are asked.
- 13:41Speaker 13: Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
- 13:45Speaker 13: Biden execute the duties of the presidents that did Joe Biden,
- 13:49Speaker 13: a member of his family or anyone at the White
- 13:51Speaker 13: House ever instruct you to lie regarding his health on the.
- 13:54Speaker 5: Advice and Council.
- 13:55Speaker 9: I respect his declining to answer the questions, are soon
- 13:58Speaker 9: to my fifth formment vis my passages.
- 14:00Speaker 8: And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims Hunter
- 14:03Speaker 8: Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Hunter was driving the decision making for the family.
- 14:09Speaker 9: He was almost like a chief of staff. Did you
- 14:11Speaker 9: notice it up to ever when Unter Biden was around, Yes,
- 14:15Speaker 9: towards the end that he was living with the president, they.
- 14:18Speaker 8: Were lying up just to the public, they were lying
- 14:20Speaker 8: to other Democrats.
- 14:21Speaker 7: Have you ruled out a pardon for your son yes?
- 14:24Speaker 9: Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a partner?
- 14:26Speaker 3: Yes?
- 14:27Speaker 13: Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegations regarding
- 14:31Speaker 13: the sun went drum?
- 14:33Speaker 10: Now?
- 14:34Speaker 6: Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
- 14:39Speaker 6: him two times.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Two times.
- 14:42Speaker 13: Well, I think it's really important to take the sound
- 14:45Speaker 13: bite and understand the context.
- 14:46Speaker 9: How often would you say that you interacted with the
- 14:48Speaker 9: personal person.
- 14:49Speaker 3: I interacted with him pretty infrequently.
- 14:52Speaker 12: I think I met with the President a handful of
- 14:55Speaker 12: times during my tenure.
- 14:56Speaker 9: In White House.
- 14:56Speaker 8: You got to say, that doesn't look anything like the
- 14:58Speaker 8: president that I know when I feel tempt he's sharp,
- 15:01Speaker 8: he's asking tough questions. That's the President Biden that so
- 15:04Speaker 8: many of us experience every single day.
- 15:06Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean it's missing in some context.
- 15:10Speaker 12: I don't.
- 15:12Speaker 6: So it raised a serious concerns and serious questions about
- 15:14Speaker 6: who was Colin shot in the White House. If the
- 15:17Speaker 6: White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president, that
- 15:21Speaker 6: says who was operating that bo.
- 15:24Speaker 9: Page wasn't an issue for you for President Bio, you
- 15:31Speaker 9: know what it was not at this term.
- 15:33Speaker 13: So you think President Biden is wholly in commands that
- 15:35Speaker 13: night during.
- 15:36Speaker 9: The debate, I do believe that he was fully in
- 15:38Speaker 9: command that night during the debate. I knew it was
- 15:41Speaker 9: very difficult to get passed. Some of the visual things
- 15:44Speaker 9: are causing people concerned about the president.
- 15:47Speaker 12: The voter's concerns about President Biden were wrong.
- 15:51Speaker 9: Yes, he often would confuse names. Do you think it got.
- 15:54Speaker 13: Worse as you knew?
- 15:56Speaker 9: Yes?
- 15:57Speaker 1: Are you sure you're being honest with yourself?
- 16:00Speaker 6: Say you have the mental, physical capacity to serve another
- 16:03Speaker 6: four years?
- 16:04Speaker 12: Yes?
- 16:04Speaker 5: I did.
- 16:05Speaker 9: Not have the experience that it took him longer to
- 16:07Speaker 9: answer some of the question. He could still he was
- 16:10Speaker 9: still sanctistically.
- 16:11Speaker 1: What did she say?
- 16:12Speaker 9: It was something that we did that coin. It was
- 16:14Speaker 9: something that the media coined.
- 16:16Speaker 12: Did you or did anyone ever verify if the videos
- 16:19Speaker 12: as we were talking about were impacts cheap fakes?
- 16:22Speaker 9: I believe so. But there were instances where videos were.
- 16:25Speaker 12: Circulated of present Biden appearing confused or freezing for a
- 16:29Speaker 12: moment that were real, correct, Not that I recall.
- 16:33Speaker 11: She told you this real video of Biden getting lost
- 16:35Speaker 11: in an Italian field.
- 16:36Speaker 6: Was fing Now she's saying, yeah, my White House was
- 16:39Speaker 6: broken and I'm switching parties and was suffering from a
- 16:42Speaker 6: cold that really constrained his voice and constrained his his
- 16:45Speaker 6: ability to be forceful in the debate.
- 16:47Speaker 13: Did you attribute President Biden's performance that night to him
- 16:52Speaker 13: being under the weather?
- 16:53Speaker 9: That's my assumption.
- 16:55Speaker 10: The ability of medicare to do for them, wants to
- 17:02Speaker 10: be up to negotiate the operation with the big farmer companies.
- 17:05Speaker 9: Have you ever seen him have a hold or a
- 17:07Speaker 9: flu before?
- 17:08Speaker 10: Yes?
- 17:09Speaker 9: Did he ever behave the way that he did during
- 17:11Speaker 9: the debate? Not that diversal It was clear what he
- 17:16Speaker 9: was trying to say.
- 17:18Speaker 10: Dealing with every day we have to deal with if
- 17:26Speaker 10: we finally beat Medicare.
- 17:28Speaker 6: It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired
- 17:32Speaker 6: and that took over the auto pen.
- 17:34Speaker 7: They stole the presidency of the United States.
- 17:36Speaker 13: Do you know who the people who were actually operated
- 17:39Speaker 13: the auto then were I didn't.
- 17:42Speaker 9: Do you know any of the actual staff who were
- 17:44Speaker 9: not using the automent, No, you don't know their names.
- 17:48Speaker 13: Have you never seen a decision memo laying out the
- 17:52Speaker 13: breakdown of when the president at hand sign a particulars
- 17:56Speaker 13: set of documents.
- 17:57Speaker 9: Not prior to prep the hand sign all executive orders.
- 18:03Speaker 13: He did not.
- 18:03Speaker 12: He's hand signed many executive orders, but he did not
- 18:06Speaker 12: sign handsign all executive orders.
- 18:08Speaker 8: Can you read your response, had through the use of
- 18:11Speaker 8: the autopen for the execution of all the following partons?
- 18:13Speaker 9: Thanks Jesse. Did you yourself write the zeo? I do
- 18:17Speaker 9: not believe I did.
- 18:19Speaker 6: That autopin was used excessively, and yet no one can
- 18:23Speaker 6: say for certain that Joe Biden was given the orders
- 18:26Speaker 6: to use the autobi.
- 18:28Speaker 4: I hope you'll take this very special episode of the
- 18:31Speaker 4: forty seven and share it on social media, please wherever
- 18:35Speaker 4: you can. This is a story that's not going to
