“Offworld” is the new EP from Portland-based DJ, producer, radio host and beat scene Guru Saltfeend. The project was created over an extended period of time, and the resulting music (created in various studio experiences all very different from one another) reflects that. For instance, Deer Creek was produced after a camping experience deep in the Washington State woods. After a night hike where he witnessed the majestic forest illuminated by the full moon light, he channeled the magical experience into his music.
