- 0:00Speaker 1: There's a major issue in the Senate with gay marriage,
- 0:03Speaker 1: and Republicans seem to be running to the wrong side
- 0:05Speaker 1: of the issue. Plus we also have problems at the
- 0:09Speaker 1: DOJ and now finally the President is starting to feel
- 0:12Speaker 1: some heat on a new investigation. And lastly, there's some
- 0:16Speaker 1: cryptocurrency issues with corruption with a Democratic party. This is
- 0:21Speaker 1: Verdict was Senator Ted Cruz. Senator A lot has happened
- 0:24Speaker 1: since election day. Nice to sit with you finally after
- 0:27Speaker 1: a week of you barnstorming the country, and I want
- 0:31Speaker 1: to get into something that's exciting. Verdict has really been
- 0:33Speaker 1: driving the news. There's an extremely important issue that's happening
- 0:37Speaker 1: in washing DC right now on the issue of gay marriage.
- 0:40Speaker 1: They actually led with your comments from this podcast on
- 0:44Speaker 1: Fox News Sunday, and I want people to take a
- 0:46Speaker 1: listen to what it is that you had to say
- 0:49Speaker 1: and why this is driving the news. Take a look
- 0:51Speaker 1: about the same sex marriage Bill, the Respect for Marriage Act,
- 0:54Speaker 1: that essentially has gone through this first vote in the Senate.
- 0:57Speaker 1: It will have more action down the line, but it
- 1:00Speaker 1: essentially ensures that all fifty states will recognize same sex
- 1:02Speaker 1: marriages from other states. Conservatives are warning though, that the
- 1:05Speaker 1: Biden administration could end up using this as a weapon.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Here's something that Senator Ted Cruz said on his podcast
- 1:10Speaker 1: about it this week. Any charity that believes marriage is
- 1:15Speaker 1: the union of one man and one woman, any charity
- 1:19Speaker 1: that does not embrace same sex marriage, this bill is
- 1:22Speaker 1: designed to strip their five oh one C three status,
- 1:26Speaker 1: to persecute the churches and universities and schools and charities.
- 1:31Speaker 1: So Senator Mike Lee has, first of all, let's let's
- 1:33Speaker 1: make one thing clear. Okay, one more time, Ted Cruz
- 1:37Speaker 1: is one role. Okay, let's find out on that statement
- 1:41Speaker 1: you would not see in one of the things that
- 1:43Speaker 1: they gained twelve Republican votes. And I think more on
- 1:47Speaker 1: final passage is there were greater protections from religious freedom
- 1:51Speaker 1: put in. And so you see the Mormon Church, you
- 1:54Speaker 1: see a number of mainstream Protestant denominations, you see a
- 1:59Speaker 1: series of other faith organizations actually support this marriage equality law.
- 2:05Speaker 1: And this remember this marriage equality law. It's not only
- 2:08Speaker 1: about same sex marriage, but it also validates something that
- 2:14Speaker 1: literally sixty years ago and my state of Virginia was illegal,
- 2:17Speaker 1: which was interracial marriage. I think this is where the
- 2:20Speaker 1: vast majority of Americans are at I think you will
- 2:23Speaker 1: see the numbers even go up in the Senate as
- 2:26Speaker 1: we get to the final passage. We saw forty seven
- 2:29Speaker 1: House members, mister Cruz one more time saying stuff that
- 2:34Speaker 1: has no basis in truth. The fact that's just okay,
- 2:37Speaker 1: you do critically how we roll. So hold it there,
- 2:41Speaker 1: all right. So if you look at that segment, I
- 2:43Speaker 1: gotta say, Mark Warner, he really typifies the Democrats because
- 2:46Speaker 1: he calls me a liar while not responding to one
- 2:50Speaker 1: word of the substance of what I said. And that
- 2:53Speaker 1: really is the Democrat m O. Listen this bill. Let's
- 2:57Speaker 1: talk about what this bill does accomplish and what it
- 3:00Speaker 1: doesn't accomplish. The Democrats are pitching this as a bill
- 3:04Speaker 1: to protect the right to same sex marriage and to
- 3:07Speaker 1: protect the right to interracial marriage. Well, both of those
- 3:11Speaker 1: are protected right now by existing law. The US Supreme
- 3:16Speaker 1: Court has held that gay marriage is a right, and
- 3:19Speaker 1: it held many decades ago that an interracial marriage is
- 3:23Speaker 1: a right that ain't changing. And it's important to note
- 3:27Speaker 1: the Democrats pitch this entire bill based on a false premise,
- 3:30Speaker 1: which is they suggested there's some chance the Supreme Court
- 3:34Speaker 1: might revisit the gay marriage ruling. Well, the majority opinion
- 3:38Speaker 1: in Dabbs, the decision overturning ro versus Wade, said not once,
- 3:42Speaker 1: not twice, but three times they were not going to
- 3:46Speaker 1: revisit that decision. In fact, the third time, Justice Alito,
- 3:50Speaker 1: writing for the majority, said, I don't know how to
- 3:52Speaker 1: say this anymore. Clearly, we are not going back to
- 3:55Speaker 1: that decision. So all of this, this bill is based
- 3:59Speaker 1: on a lie, which is a bunch of Democrats and
- 4:01Speaker 1: a bunch of folks in the media scaremongering that the
- 4:04Speaker 1: Supreme Court's going to overturn a decision that they told
- 4:07Speaker 1: us three times they're not going to overturn a political
- 4:10Speaker 1: cover for them. It is purely political cover, and it's
- 4:15Speaker 1: based on Justice Thomas wrote a concurrence that was examining
- 4:19Speaker 1: the legal basis for roversus. Wade, which is a legal
- 4:22Speaker 1: doctrine called substitive due process, and he pointed out that
- 4:25Speaker 1: it had been the legal basis for other decisions like
- 4:29Speaker 1: the gay marriage decision. But no other justice joined Clarence
- 4:33Speaker 1: Thomas in that concurrence. So, unless you believe that Joe
- 4:37Speaker 1: Biden is going to nominate and the Senate is going
- 4:40Speaker 1: to confirm four new justices to the Court who are
- 4:43Speaker 1: to the right of Clarence Thomas. The chances of the
- 4:47Speaker 1: Supreme Court overturning that decision are zero point zero percent.
- 4:51Speaker 1: And Mark Warner knows that. Every Democrat knows that. But
- 4:53Speaker 1: this is scaremongering. So you say, Okay, if the Court's
- 4:57Speaker 1: not going to overturn it, what harm does that this build? Well,
- 5:00Speaker 1: let me tell you this bill does considerable harm, because
- 5:03Speaker 1: you know what this fight really is about. It is
- 5:07Speaker 1: about the Biden administration being able to persecute people of faith,
- 5:14Speaker 1: being able to persecute churches K through twelve schools, universities,
- 5:22Speaker 1: and charities that specifically they're a religious basin Christian, Christian,
- 5:28Speaker 1: or for that matter, Jewish, or for that matter, Muslim,
- 5:31Speaker 1: any religious organization that believes marriage is the union one
- 5:35Speaker 1: man and one woman, so whatever it might be. And
- 5:38Speaker 1: let me point out this is not a hypothetical threat.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I want to read to you from the transcript at
- 5:44Speaker 1: the Berghofel oral argument, which was the gay marriage oral argument,
- 5:48Speaker 1: where the Solicitor General Don Varelli he was in the
- 5:51Speaker 1: Obama Justice Department, and Justice Alito asked whether the next
- 5:58Speaker 1: step would be for universities opposed to same sex marriage
- 6:03Speaker 1: to lose their tax exempt status. So this is in
- 6:06Speaker 1: the oral argument. And here's what General really replies, quote,
- 6:10Speaker 1: it's certainly going to be an issue. I don't deny that.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I don't deny that. Justice Alito, it's going to be
- 6:18Speaker 1: an issue. That's what the Obama DOJ said. And this
- 6:22Speaker 1: bill is all about teeing up the Obama or rather
- 6:26Speaker 1: the Biden IRS to target Christian university, Christian schools, churches,
- 6:33Speaker 1: and charities. And by the way, this is also not hypothetical.
- 6:35Speaker 1: The City of Philadelphia went after and targeted Catholic charities
- 6:40Speaker 1: and said they're not allowed to engage in adoptions because
- 6:44Speaker 1: Catholic charities in Philadelphia won't provide an adoption for a
- 6:48Speaker 1: same sex couple. Now, to be clear, same sex couples
- 6:51Speaker 1: can adopt kids in Philadelphia. There are lots of adoption
- 6:53Speaker 1: agencies they can use. But the City of Philadelphia said, well,
- 6:57Speaker 1: if Catholic charities won't participate, out of the business. This
- 7:02Speaker 1: bill is all about setting up the IRS to start
- 7:05Speaker 1: stripping tax exempt status from organizations they hate. Senator I
- 7:11Speaker 1: want to go into the media and how they're covering this,
- 7:13Speaker 1: but Before we get to that, I want to tell
- 7:14Speaker 1: everybody about our amazing sponsor, Patriot Mobile. If you've got
- 7:17Speaker 1: a cell phone, and nine percent of Americans do, how
- 7:20Speaker 1: would you like to know that with every phone call
- 7:23Speaker 1: you make, you're supporting conservative causes. Well that's what Patriot
- 7:27Speaker 1: Mobile does. And they use the same cell towers that
- 7:29Speaker 1: you're on right now, meaning you get the same exact
- 7:32Speaker 1: coverage that you're getting right now. Patriot Mobile is America's
- 7:36Speaker 1: only Christian conservative mobile phone provider. They are a force
- 7:40Speaker 1: for conservative values. Why because they take a portion of
- 7:44Speaker 1: every bill that you pay and they find conservative causes,
- 7:48Speaker 1: candidates and organizations that believe in the sanctity of life,
- 7:52Speaker 1: freedom of speech, and the Second Amendment, and they're winning.
- 7:56Speaker 1: If you're ready to have your dollars matter when you're
- 7:59Speaker 1: paying a bill, switch to Patriot Mobile. They can save
- 8:03Speaker 1: you money over what you're paying right now. They can
- 8:06Speaker 1: save you and your family money, and they even can
- 8:08Speaker 1: save your business or small business money because they have
- 8:11Speaker 1: an entire section of the business that's just dedicated to businesses.
- 8:15Speaker 1: They offer the same nation wide coverage as all the
- 8:18Speaker 1: other major carriers, but the difference is you actually get
- 8:22Speaker 1: to stand up for what you believe in every time
- 8:24Speaker 1: you pay that bill. So go online to Patriot Mobile
- 8:27Speaker 1: dot com slash verdict. Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict.
- 8:33Speaker 1: You'll get free activation and other major offers and you
- 8:37Speaker 1: can call them nine seven to Patriot. That's nine seven
- 8:41Speaker 1: to Patriot use the promo code Verdict. Now let's let's
- 8:47Speaker 1: play out. Let's continue this because the discussion goes on
- 8:50Speaker 1: and everything Mark Warner says about it is wrong. So
- 8:53Speaker 1: let's hear what he has to say. It's nerd. Miikely
- 8:55Speaker 1: is among those who say they are sort of toothless
- 8:56Speaker 1: protections in there for religious minorities, and not minorities, but
- 8:59Speaker 1: people who hold of whatever faith they are. His conviction
- 9:02Speaker 1: about traditional marriage is his wording. He's offered this amendment.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I've got it here in my hand, he says, it's
- 9:08Speaker 1: done in good faith. It will offer further protection to
- 9:10Speaker 1: people in religious organizations. Why not allow a vote on
- 9:14Speaker 1: the amendment if that is truly an issue and it
- 9:17Speaker 1: may get you more votes, but more protections for those
- 9:19Speaker 1: whoever religious. I would first of all point out the fact,
- 9:22Speaker 1: you know, I believe Mike Lee is a member of
- 9:26Speaker 1: the Mormon Church. Organization, his church, but he's still got
- 9:32Speaker 1: his church endorsed the legislation. My understanding, and I have
- 9:37Speaker 1: not followed all of the ins and outs of what
- 9:39Speaker 1: happened two nights ago. I believe there was an offer
- 9:42Speaker 1: on a fifty vote margin for mister Lee to have
- 9:45Speaker 1: that kind of amendment. I think this is a series
- 9:48Speaker 1: of folks that just don't want this to happen, and
- 9:51Speaker 1: they're going to throw up roadblock after roadblock after roadball.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Would you let him have a vote on the amendment again,
- 9:56Speaker 1: so I would call their fear. My understanding is that
- 9:59Speaker 1: that vote was offered. Okay, My understand is they want
- 10:01Speaker 1: to try to do it after Thanksgiving. There's a lot
- 10:03Speaker 1: of most of them. If the vote was offered this week,
- 10:07Speaker 1: which I believe it was, and I'm sure you your
- 10:10Speaker 1: viewers will correct me if I'm wrong with but that
- 10:12Speaker 1: was kind of the Yeah, talking with his office, they
- 10:15Speaker 1: want to the subble after Thanksgiving, so other than simply
- 10:18Speaker 1: trying to delay, Other than simply trying to burn off
- 10:22Speaker 1: the clock so that we can't get to things like
- 10:26Speaker 1: to get if he had a chance to have the
- 10:28Speaker 1: vote on Thursday, why didn't he take the vote? Then? Okay,
- 10:32Speaker 1: let's stop it right now. So there are several things
- 10:37Speaker 1: in what he says. First of all, let me point
- 10:39Speaker 1: out that Mark Warner. Look, most Democrats are eric and
- 10:43Speaker 1: condescending and supercilious, but that nasty little jab that, well,
- 10:48Speaker 1: Mike Lee's a member of the Mormon Church. The Mormon
- 10:50Speaker 1: Church supports it. I mean, I mean going after Mike
- 10:52Speaker 1: on his faith. That's disgusting. Yeah, it's Mark Warner ought
- 10:56Speaker 1: to be embarrassed and ashamed. Now what happened here with
- 11:02Speaker 1: the Mormon Church because actually goes on to repeat Mormon
- 11:04Speaker 1: Church like nineteen times. Well, unfortunately, there is a senator
- 11:09Speaker 1: who supports this bill from the state of Utah, whose
- 11:13Speaker 1: name Mit Romney, who happens to have some real juice
- 11:17Speaker 1: within the Mormon Church. He's kind of a big deal
- 11:20Speaker 1: in Utah. And Mitt Romney has pulled out all the
- 11:23Speaker 1: stops lobbying his church, and he convinced one senior figure
- 11:27Speaker 1: in the church to put out a statement in favor
- 11:30Speaker 1: of this bill. That senior figure, I'm sorry to say,
- 11:33Speaker 1: got terrible legal advice. And if Mitt Romney weren't lobbying
- 11:38Speaker 1: the heck out of it, I assume they wouldn't have
- 11:40Speaker 1: done the statement, but Mitt was able to get it done. Now,
- 11:44Speaker 1: what Shannon Breene there says is the provisions in the
- 11:47Speaker 1: bill are toothless, and they are so what the bill is.
- 11:50Speaker 1: The Democrats put into the bill language that says nothing
- 11:54Speaker 1: in this bill Shelby construed to deny tax exempt status
- 11:59Speaker 1: to any buddy. Now, this is I'm going to explain
- 12:02Speaker 1: something to you, and this is why people hate lawyers.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Nobody's suggesting the bill is going to deny tax exempt status.
- 12:10Speaker 1: What's going to happen is after the bill passes, the
- 12:13Speaker 1: Biden IRS is going to deny tax exempt status. And
- 12:17Speaker 1: they're gonna say, you know what, it's not the bill
- 12:19Speaker 1: doing it, it's us. We are doing it. And so
- 12:24Speaker 1: Mike Lee as drafted an amendment. It's a strong amendment
- 12:26Speaker 1: that prohibits the Biden i rs from stripping tax exempt
- 12:31Speaker 1: status for any institution based on their views on marriage.
- 12:37Speaker 1: That's what the Democrats are blocking. Now, this is an example,
- 12:41Speaker 1: and this it's not controversial. What he's asking for is
- 12:43Speaker 1: exactly what anyone would ask for in this scenario. They're
- 12:47Speaker 1: just terrified that you would take away the power of
- 12:49Speaker 1: the RS to then literally destroy conservative Christian religious organizations.
- 12:54Speaker 1: This is an at tax religion. So it is controversial
- 12:58Speaker 1: because today's Democrats hate religion liberty. They want to use
- 13:02Speaker 1: the irs to go after religious institutions. Mike Lee's amendment
- 13:06Speaker 1: would prevent them. Now, you just heard Mark Warner say
- 13:10Speaker 1: several times we offered him a vote. And this is
- 13:13Speaker 1: where actually verdict takes people inside the Senate in a way,
- 13:16Speaker 1: it's really hard if you're not serving in the body
- 13:18Speaker 1: to understand the games that are being played. It's true
- 13:21Speaker 1: they did offer a vote, said we'll have a vote
- 13:23Speaker 1: on the floor of the Senate a fifty vote threshold
- 13:26Speaker 1: should mike Lee's amendment be adopted. Now, here's what will happen.
- 13:29Speaker 1: If there's a vote on the Senate floor at a
- 13:31Speaker 1: fifty vote threshold, the amendment will fail. Why will it fail?
- 13:37Speaker 1: Every Democrat will vote no. They're fifty of them came
- 13:41Speaker 1: over and there are also twelve Republicans who are supporting this.
- 13:45Speaker 1: So at a fifty vote threshold. By the way, even
- 13:47Speaker 1: if every Republican voted for Mike Lee's amendment, So let's
- 13:49Speaker 1: assume best case, all the d's vote no, all the
- 13:53Speaker 1: rs vote yes. Kamala Harris chose up cast the tie
- 13:57Speaker 1: breaking vote no, and Mike's amendment fails. Now, what Marcus
- 14:00Speaker 1: saying is, we'll give you your vote. You little children,
- 14:03Speaker 1: now sit down and shut up and let us pass
- 14:05Speaker 1: the bill. Well, in order for this bill to pass,
- 14:09Speaker 1: there's one more vote that matters, which is the Monday
- 14:12Speaker 1: after Thanksgiving. The final vote is at a sixty vote threshold.
- 14:18Speaker 1: They can't pass this bill without sixty senators voting yes. Now,
- 14:24Speaker 1: as we discussed on the Friday podcast, twelve Republican Senators
- 14:30Speaker 1: voted yes. Those twelve are Susan Collins of Maine, Rob
- 14:34Speaker 1: Portman of Ohio, Tom Tillis of North Carolina, Met Romney
- 14:38Speaker 1: of Utah who's leading the charge on this, Lisa Murkowski
- 14:41Speaker 1: of Alaska, Roy Blunt of Missouri, Richard Burr of North Carolina,
- 14:45Speaker 1: Shelley Moore capital of West Virginia, sent the alumnus of Wyoming,
- 14:49Speaker 1: Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Todd Young of Indiana, Jonie Ernst
- 14:53Speaker 1: of Iowa. Those are the twelve. Now I'm going to
- 14:56Speaker 1: set aside for a second that several of those are retiring.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Rob Portman's retiring, Roy Blunt's retiring, Richard Burr's retiring, and
- 15:04Speaker 1: I find it particularly noxious that retiring Republican senators run
- 15:09Speaker 1: and embrace the left on the way out in a
- 15:11Speaker 1: way they would be very unlikely to do so if
- 15:13Speaker 1: they actually had to run freec Yeah, but you know what,
- 15:16Speaker 1: this will be very popular on K Street when they're
- 15:18Speaker 1: lobbyists and it's you want to see the swamp, This
- 15:21Speaker 1: is the swamp. But there's another very simple point. If
- 15:27Speaker 1: you want to prevent the Biden i rs from targeting
- 15:32Speaker 1: and persecuting Christian churches, schools, universities, and charities, three of
- 15:37Speaker 1: these twelve need to say to the Democrats either adopt
- 15:44Speaker 1: Mike Lee's amendment or we will vote no on cloture
- 15:48Speaker 1: on Monday. If three of the twelve grow one vertebrae
- 15:55Speaker 1: of a spine. And this is where look my frustration
- 15:59Speaker 1: with Republicans. This should not be a hard one. By
- 16:02Speaker 1: the way, this should be a very simple three of
- 16:05Speaker 1: the twelves shouldn't even be twelve to start with. It
- 16:07Speaker 1: should be trivially simple. And it's the difference between a
- 16:10Speaker 1: show vote, if we got the vote, Mark Warners saying
- 16:12Speaker 1: we'll give you a vote, We'll give you a vote.
- 16:13Speaker 1: That's because he knows they can win the vote. And
- 16:16Speaker 1: I'll tell you. I was talking with one of the
- 16:17Speaker 1: Democrat leads last week in the Cloak Crew, and that
- 16:22Speaker 1: Senator was saying, well, the Democrats won't accept Mike Lee's amendment.
- 16:25Speaker 1: They're just a hard no. Well, you know what, if
- 16:29Speaker 1: you don't accept the amendment, the answer ought to be
- 16:32Speaker 1: your bill won't pass. And that's our hard no. That's
- 16:35Speaker 1: how the game should be played, except Republicans never play hardball.
- 16:41Speaker 1: It's a game. It's a charade. Three of those twelve,
- 16:45Speaker 1: you can see the twelve, any three of them could say,
- 16:50Speaker 1: if you want to pass the bill, you must adopt
- 16:54Speaker 1: Mike Lee's amendment. And by the way, the Democrats argue, oh,
- 16:58Speaker 1: our bill already does exactly what Mike Lee's amendment does. Well,
- 17:01Speaker 1: if that's the case, it ought to be easy to
- 17:03Speaker 1: adopt Mike Lee's amendment. It doesn't. They are lying. And
- 17:07Speaker 1: in fact, I'm gonna make a prediction for you right now.
- 17:11Speaker 1: If the twelve Republicans decline to stand up to the
- 17:15Speaker 1: Democrats and say I will vote no Enclosure unless Mike
- 17:20Speaker 1: Lee's amendment is adopted. Not a fake vote, not a
- 17:23Speaker 1: pretend show vote. It's adopted in the bill. If that
- 17:26Speaker 1: doesn't happen, my prediction is in the next two years.
- 17:30Speaker 1: So Shannon Bream is a graduate of Liberty University, largest
- 17:34Speaker 1: Christian university in the country. I'm gonna make a prediction
- 17:36Speaker 1: for you. I'm gonna bet you one hundred dollars that
- 17:40Speaker 1: if the Republicans can't find a backbone that in the
- 17:43Speaker 1: next two years, the Biden Irs will go after Liberty
- 17:47Speaker 1: University to strip their tax exempt status. I believe that's
- 17:51Speaker 1: what this fight is all about. And the Democrats are
- 17:55Speaker 1: playing games, trying to hide from it, and they also
- 17:59Speaker 1: see an opportunity here. You just mentioned it. You go
- 18:01Speaker 1: back to the game. They understand that there's some centers
- 18:04Speaker 1: that would traditionally say no to this who are retiring,
- 18:08Speaker 1: and they can get them to say yes to it. Now.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Part of it's the timing. It has to be the
- 18:12Speaker 1: timing yes. And by the way, it's designed so that
- 18:15Speaker 1: this key vote is the Monday after Thanksgiving. It's what's
- 18:19Speaker 1: called the comeback vote. So it's scheduled for five thirty
- 18:22Speaker 1: pm on Monday, So everyone flies in and you literally
- 18:24Speaker 1: get off the airplane and come straight to vote. So
- 18:27Speaker 1: there's no discussion among Republicans and what they're counting on. Look,
- 18:31Speaker 1: I understand why these twelve Republicans voted for this. There's
- 18:37Speaker 1: no doubt public views on gay marriage have changed, and
- 18:40Speaker 1: there are now a significant percentage of Americans who support
- 18:44Speaker 1: gay marriage. And those numbers have changed dramatically. Not too
- 18:47Speaker 1: long ago, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton pretended they opposed
- 18:52Speaker 1: gay marriage. So I mean, there's no doubt the public
- 18:55Speaker 1: opinion has changed significantly. What I urged my colleagues, I said, listen,
- 18:59Speaker 1: if you've decided, as a political matter, you want to
- 19:02Speaker 1: say you support gay marriage, I got a suggestion for you.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Type up a press release and send it out that
- 19:07Speaker 1: says I, Senator so and so embrace gay marriage and
- 19:10Speaker 1: think it's awesome, hunky dory, cool, that's all fine. You
- 19:13Speaker 1: want to do a press release, knock yourself out, make
- 19:16Speaker 1: your own political determinations on that. This is about empowering
- 19:23Speaker 1: the Biden irs to persecute the people they believe that
- 19:28Speaker 1: are their enemies. That it's not just the people they
- 19:30Speaker 1: deny tax exempt status to these abusive thugs that Biden
- 19:39Speaker 1: employees are going to go to one hundred different schools
- 19:43Speaker 1: and universities and charities and demand change your position, abandon
- 19:49Speaker 1: what you believe your faith teaches you must embrace gay marriage,
- 19:53Speaker 1: or else will deny your tax exempt status. So they
- 19:57Speaker 1: may only get and try to survive without that taxes
- 19:59Speaker 1: status business. None of these universities or schools will be
- 20:03Speaker 1: able to make it if they lose their taxes emptasks.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Just like many of the churches in the country, if
- 20:07Speaker 1: they lost their taxes EMP status, they would no longer
- 20:09Speaker 1: be able to afford to even the property taxes of
- 20:11Speaker 1: the church and where it is in their city. And
- 20:13Speaker 1: it's not just TAXESEMP status, it's you're ineligible for any
- 20:17Speaker 1: government benefits, You're ineligible for any government contracts. So what
- 20:20Speaker 1: did the city of Philadelphia try to do? Catholic charities
- 20:23Speaker 1: can't do adoptions now that got struck down in court,
- 20:26Speaker 1: but this bill could change that. That's what makes this
- 20:30Speaker 1: so dangerous. Look, you know, a university that refuses to
- 20:34Speaker 1: knuckle under this administration could say no student can get
- 20:37Speaker 1: a pell grant to go to your university. We're going
- 20:39Speaker 1: to cut off. It's not just tax exempt status. We're
- 20:43Speaker 1: going to use the muscle of the federal government to
- 20:47Speaker 1: persecute you, And for the life of me, I don't
- 20:52Speaker 1: understand why anyone, much less twelve Republicans would be part
- 20:58Speaker 1: and parcel of empower the Biden Irs to persecute people
- 21:02Speaker 1: of faith. Vertical listeners are very engaged. They like to
- 21:05Speaker 1: get involved. What is the ask of listeners right now
- 21:10Speaker 1: to what can they do to try to stop this?
- 21:13Speaker 1: Is it to go at the only way center stuff?
- 21:15Speaker 1: Is it to call your friends in these states and
- 21:17Speaker 1: say call these senators and and specifically because I get
- 21:20Speaker 1: this all the time and you do too, But people say,
- 21:23Speaker 1: what am I asking for? Is it you're demanding the
- 21:25Speaker 1: mic Le Amendment? That this is you must adopt that.
- 21:29Speaker 1: The only way it gets stopped and it being the
- 21:34Speaker 1: threat of the Biden Irs targeting and persecuting people of
- 21:37Speaker 1: faith is if the mic Le Amendment is adopted. And
- 21:41Speaker 1: so I believe all twelve of those Republicans should say
- 21:46Speaker 1: we will vote no on cloture the sixty vote threshold YEP,
- 21:51Speaker 1: unless the mic Lee Amendment is adopted. And by the way,
- 21:55Speaker 1: all twelve of those Republicans say, oh, we want the
- 21:57Speaker 1: religious liberty protection, so they that's what they're saying. So
- 22:02Speaker 1: to make what they're saying true. We need three of
- 22:06Speaker 1: those twelve to say I'm a non cloture unless the
- 22:10Speaker 1: Micaly Amendment is adopted. You now know your marching orders.
- 22:13Speaker 1: If you're a listener to verdict, this is exactly why
- 22:15Speaker 1: we do the show. You need to get involved. Call
- 22:18Speaker 1: your centers. You know what you're asking for their especially
- 22:21Speaker 1: if you have family and friends in these states, you
- 22:24Speaker 1: need to let them know and tell them this is
- 22:26Speaker 1: what we have to do, and it has to be
- 22:28Speaker 1: done very quickly because this is going to happen right
- 22:31Speaker 1: after Thanksgiving. It's going to happen a week from today.
- 22:34Speaker 1: It will be the Monday after Thanksgiving at five thirty pm.
- 22:38Speaker 1: By six pm, they will either have sixty votes or
- 22:41Speaker 1: they won't. And this is what they think of the
- 22:43Speaker 1: American people. I want to be clear on purpose, because
- 22:47Speaker 1: they think you're not paying attention. They're hoping you're not
- 22:50Speaker 1: paying attention, and they're right. A lot of people take
- 22:52Speaker 1: your week off, a lot of people spend time with
- 22:53Speaker 1: their family. You're going to see your family. My family's
- 22:56Speaker 1: come to see me. Everybody operates pretty much in that
- 22:59Speaker 1: same world. You take a few days off, you hang
- 23:01Speaker 1: out with your family, you make memories, and you usually
- 23:04Speaker 1: are disconnected from what's happening politically. That's why they make
- 23:07Speaker 1: the first vote five thirty, when you come back from
- 23:09Speaker 1: the day after Thanksgiving. Well, and sometimes those votes are
- 23:12Speaker 1: non consequential, sometimes it's a non controversial district judge or something.
- 23:18Speaker 1: But the decision to put this vote on the comeback vote,
- 23:21Speaker 1: they don't want the twelve Republicans to feel any heat.
- 23:24Speaker 1: And so the calculus, if you're a Republican doing this,
- 23:27Speaker 1: you'll get praise from the donor world. The people who
- 23:30Speaker 1: write checks, they love this vote. They want you to
- 23:33Speaker 1: go hard left. They're perfectly fine. Most of the donor
- 23:36Speaker 1: world is perfectly fine with Republicans screwing people of faith.
- 23:41Speaker 1: It's the activists in the base that, you know, wonder
- 23:45Speaker 1: of wonders, actually care about protecting our religious liberty, and
- 23:48Speaker 1: we'll hold people to account. And what Chuck Schumer is
- 23:51Speaker 1: counting on is that most of the activists in the
- 23:54Speaker 1: base are going to be eating turkey and stuffing, which
- 23:57Speaker 1: I'm looking forward eating turkey and stuffing, sure, but not
- 24:00Speaker 1: actually engage in the fight till it's a done deal
- 24:02Speaker 1: and it's all over. It is not all over. And
- 24:05Speaker 1: three of those twelve Republican Senators could insist Mike Lee's
- 24:10Speaker 1: amendment was adopted, and if that would happen, the Biden
- 24:13Speaker 1: i rs would not be able to persecute people of faith. Senator.
- 24:17Speaker 1: One of the most exciting things about Verdict and growing
- 24:20Speaker 1: going to three days a week. A lot of people
- 24:21Speaker 1: that actually watched the podcast once a week they watch it.
- 24:24Speaker 1: They may not realize you can get this podcast two
- 24:27Speaker 1: audio shows on top of that, we did breaking news
- 24:30Speaker 1: for example, this weekend, we did a special podcast talking
- 24:33Speaker 1: about what had happened with them decide to have a
- 24:36Speaker 1: special prosecutor going after Donald Trump. But the numbers have
- 24:39Speaker 1: been growing and people are using this podcast to inform
- 24:42Speaker 1: their friends, but also to drive the news that we
- 24:44Speaker 1: just talked about on Fox News Sunday. And that's why
- 24:47Speaker 1: you wanted to do this in the first place. And
- 24:49Speaker 1: it's actually happening, which I love. Yeah. Look, this podcast
- 24:53Speaker 1: d drives news in a way that very few of
- 24:56Speaker 1: any podcasts do. We've been at this point multiple times.
- 25:00Speaker 1: The White House Press Secretary has had to respond to
- 25:03Speaker 1: Verdict from the podium in the White House Press briefing.
- 25:06Speaker 1: You can see the Sunday shows are being driven by
- 25:08Speaker 1: by this podcast. And one of the reason is the numbers,
- 25:11Speaker 1: and the numbers are remarkable. So let's take last week.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Last week, we had between seven hundred thousand and eight
- 25:18Speaker 1: hundred thousand downloads, that's just last week. How does that
- 25:22Speaker 1: compare to TV News, Well, CNN averages for the total
- 25:27Speaker 1: day six hundred and fifty eight thousand, So we're beating CNN.
- 25:31Speaker 1: They're average in any given day. How about primetime, Well,
- 25:34Speaker 1: CNN's primetime averages six hundred and fifty five thousand. What
- 25:37Speaker 1: about particular shows? Wolf Blitzer, wolf Blitzer is six PM
- 25:41Speaker 1: show averages seven hundred and fifty thousand, So so we're
- 25:45Speaker 1: right there with Wolf, Aaron Burnett seven hundred and eighty
- 25:48Speaker 1: eight thousand, We're right there with Aaron Anderson Cooper eight
- 25:51Speaker 1: hundred and twenty nine thousand, Right, congratulations Anderson, you're about
- 25:54Speaker 1: twenty nine thousand above where it were last week. Yeah,
- 25:57Speaker 1: And that dynamic is is very simple. When we are regularly,
- 26:03Speaker 1: week after week after week beating CNN across their lineup,
- 26:09Speaker 1: across their prime time lineup, that is a testament to
- 26:13Speaker 1: our listeners, to our viewers, and it's why I think
- 26:16Speaker 1: the reason is this podcast has content you can't get
- 26:20Speaker 1: anywhere else. Yeah, you can't understand. Look you look at
- 26:24Speaker 1: that segment where Mark Warner is spinning like crazy and
- 26:29Speaker 1: is dissembling, and he just says, anyone who disagrees is lying.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Now note he doesn't actually discuss the language of the statute,
- 26:36Speaker 1: He doesn't discuss the micly amendment. He just screams when
- 26:39Speaker 1: we convinced his church's support it sohaha to understand. And
- 26:44Speaker 1: by the way, you know, someone thinking, well, they offered
- 26:46Speaker 1: a vote, I don't understand what's wrong with that. This
- 26:49Speaker 1: show explains what the games are that are being played
- 26:53Speaker 1: by the corrupt players in Washington. We've made it easy.
- 26:56Speaker 1: There's a lot of people that come to me and
- 26:57Speaker 1: have said, hey, I watched the show, How do I
- 27:00Speaker 1: get the other two? How do I download a podcast?
- 27:03Speaker 1: The easiest way that you can get the podcasts, and
- 27:05Speaker 1: we've tried to make it easies, you can actually just
- 27:07Speaker 1: text the word verdict to two four zero zero five.
- 27:12Speaker 1: I want to make sure everybody has that. So if
- 27:14Speaker 1: you only watch the podcasts and you want to get
- 27:16Speaker 1: those two other audio versions, you just text the word
- 27:19Speaker 1: verdict to two four zero zero five. We will send
- 27:22Speaker 1: you a link. The podcast is free, doesn't cost you
- 27:25Speaker 1: a dime. You can subscribe to it, get it three
- 27:28Speaker 1: times a week, and I've had a lot of people
- 27:30Speaker 1: come going, how do I get the other ones? That's
- 27:32Speaker 1: how easy we've tried to make it for people to
- 27:33Speaker 1: be able to grab it. I want to get also
- 27:36Speaker 1: into There were some very interesting dynamics this week that
- 27:40Speaker 1: have changed in Washington. Democrats are terrified Republicans taking over
- 27:44Speaker 1: the House. We've talked about that a little bit last week,
- 27:47Speaker 1: but now what we've seen is now they're going for revenge.
- 27:50Speaker 1: They're going for the jugular, They're going after Donald Trump.
- 27:53Speaker 1: They're afraid that we're going to expose the FBI and
- 27:56Speaker 1: expose the DJ for their corruption. Now I want to
- 27:59Speaker 1: go to Jim or because he made an accusation this
- 28:02Speaker 1: week about the FBI, the DJ just saying, can you
- 28:05Speaker 1: guys stay out of our elections? And I want you
- 28:08Speaker 1: to watch us and then get your reaction, because I
- 28:09Speaker 1: think he's on to a point now that he realizes
- 28:12Speaker 1: that they are actively trying to interfere in our elections
- 28:16Speaker 1: every single time there is an election. Undoubtedly, the FBI
- 28:20Speaker 1: going to quit interfering with elections. Twenty sixteen, they spied
- 28:24Speaker 1: on President Trump's campaign, twenty eighteen, it was the Muller investigation.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Twenty twenty, They suppressed information about the Hunter Biden story.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Twenty twenty two, they rated the president's home ninety one
- 28:32Speaker 1: days before an election. Maybe it'd be nice if the FBI,
- 28:36Speaker 1: the Justice Department just stayed out of it. Let we
- 28:38Speaker 1: the people decide who we think should represent us, who
- 28:40Speaker 1: we think should lead us. That's supposed to be how
- 28:42Speaker 1: America works. So this is the focus on the Judiciary Committee,
- 28:45Speaker 1: the political nature at the Justice Department, and the linkage
- 28:48Speaker 1: now to what was happening with the Hunter Biden's story. Again,
- 28:52Speaker 1: just fifteen days before we have presidential elections. You know,
- 28:58Speaker 1: you look at the president, he announces form President Trump,
- 29:00Speaker 1: he's going to run, and they immediately say, okay, watch this,
- 29:03Speaker 1: We're gonna have a special prosecutor. We still do not
- 29:06Speaker 1: have a special prosecutor for all of the crimes that
- 29:08Speaker 1: have been laid out. James Comber made it very clear
- 29:11Speaker 1: this week he's accusing now Joe Biden of committing major crimes.
- 29:16Speaker 1: And you have now this dynamic where the DJ and
- 29:19Speaker 1: the FBI are saying you don't screw with us, you
- 29:21Speaker 1: don't call us out, We'll come after you, will come
- 29:23Speaker 1: raid your house. We don't care if you're a former
- 29:25Speaker 1: president or not. You don't ever call us out at
- 29:28Speaker 1: the top leadership. Well, look what Jim Jordan is saying
- 29:31Speaker 1: there is exactly right. And as you know, it's the
- 29:34Speaker 1: topic of my brand new book, Justice Corrupted, How the
- 29:37Speaker 1: Left is weaponized the legal system. Barack Obama did this.
- 29:41Speaker 1: He turned the Department of Justice and the FBI into
- 29:44Speaker 1: his partisan enforcers, and he appointed people. He appointed Attorneys
- 29:48Speaker 1: General Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch who were perfectly happy
- 29:52Speaker 1: to be brazenly political, and the FBI. They now use
- 29:57Speaker 1: the FBI as their stormtroopers. I got to tell you,
- 30:01Speaker 1: by the way, Ben, I hear all the time. This
- 30:02Speaker 1: past week, I heard from an FBI agent who pulled
- 30:05Speaker 1: me aside and said, look, there are so many of us,
- 30:09Speaker 1: so many agents who are so upset about what's happening
- 30:12Speaker 1: to the FBI that it's being turned political, and were horrified.
- 30:16Speaker 1: But this agent also told me they were afraid to
- 30:20Speaker 1: speak out. They didn't want to lose their job. And
- 30:23Speaker 1: they said, look, I feel like if I say anything,
- 30:26Speaker 1: I'll be fired. It is a culture of a timidation.
- 30:30Speaker 1: It is a culture of hard partisans. And I got
- 30:33Speaker 1: to say, I'm very glad that Jim Jordan in the
- 30:35Speaker 1: House are going to investigate the politicization of the Department
- 30:40Speaker 1: of Justice and the FBI because they are trying to
- 30:43Speaker 1: influence election. Let's be clear, they know what they're doing.
- 30:47Speaker 1: They know that when they as the FBI did, when
- 30:50Speaker 1: they ask Facebook please suppress any discussion of Hunter Biden's
- 30:56Speaker 1: laptop before the twenty twenty election, they say, this looks
- 31:00Speaker 1: like Russian disinformation. Well, it wasn't Russian disinformation. It was true,
- 31:04Speaker 1: it was factual, and they knew that, but they knew
- 31:07Speaker 1: that it was politically harmful to Joe Biden and the
- 31:10Speaker 1: oligarchs and big Tech said more than happy to comply.
- 31:14Speaker 1: The FBI should not be influencing elections, the dj should
- 31:17Speaker 1: not be influencing elections. And Merrick Garland is the most
- 31:21Speaker 1: corrupt Attorney general we've ever seen in terms of being
- 31:26Speaker 1: willing to corrupt the Department of Justice and FBI and
- 31:30Speaker 1: use them as political weapons. And the fact that his
- 31:34Speaker 1: response Donald Trump announced for president, Okay, I'm appointing in
- 31:39Speaker 1: a special prosecutor. We're going to indict you. That's politics,
- 31:43Speaker 1: it's not justice. I go back to Garland. You and
- 31:45Speaker 1: I mentioned this the other day, but I think it's
- 31:46Speaker 1: worth revisiting. Garland is a guy that was very upset
- 31:50Speaker 1: because he truly believes now he should be on the
- 31:52Speaker 1: Supreme Court. He understands he's yeah, I mean very glad,
- 31:56Speaker 1: he's not, but he's very angry, and it's like it's
- 31:59Speaker 1: an obsession. I believe he's gone to the point of
- 32:01Speaker 1: being a psychopath where it's like, all right, you guys
- 32:04Speaker 1: didn't let me have my vote, you didn't let me
- 32:06Speaker 1: get on the Supreme Court. There's going to be hell
- 32:09Speaker 1: to pay forever and ever and ever. Amen, as long
- 32:12Speaker 1: as I have this opportunity to stick it to you,
- 32:14Speaker 1: and I'm going to come out and I'm going to
- 32:16Speaker 1: do everything I can to undermine you as a party
- 32:19Speaker 1: or anybody in the Republican Party that gets in my way.
- 32:22Speaker 1: So I'm going to press back on you a little bit.
- 32:24Speaker 1: I wouldn't use a word like psychopath. I think it's
- 32:28Speaker 1: a combination of things. I don't know Merrit Gar. I've
- 32:31Speaker 1: met him a couple of times, but I don't know
- 32:33Speaker 1: him very well. Personally, I think he's a weak man.
- 32:38Speaker 1: I think he's unwilling to stand up to the partisan
- 32:41Speaker 1: hacks in the White House. So you think it's more
- 32:43Speaker 1: of a top down thing. I think the White House
- 32:46Speaker 1: is the corruption. The fish rots from the head. It
- 32:50Speaker 1: is the Biden White House that is fundamentally corrupt. But
- 32:53Speaker 1: I do think merit Garland is different from an Eric
- 32:56Speaker 1: Holder or a Lauretta Lynch who were deep partisans. I
- 33:01Speaker 1: actually think Garland justifies to himself what he's doing. I
- 33:06Speaker 1: think he believes he's not being partisan. Wow. I think
- 33:09Speaker 1: he's drunk the kool aid so much that that he's
- 33:13Speaker 1: He's someone who's very self righteous. And does he have
- 33:18Speaker 1: a grievance because he was denied the Supreme Court? Yes?
- 33:22Speaker 1: Or a feelings hurt deeply, I'm sure. Although I'm not
- 33:26Speaker 1: an armchair psychologist, even though we're sitting in armchairs. Um,
- 33:30Speaker 1: I don't know. I ain't a shrink, but my sense
- 33:35Speaker 1: of it, you look at something like something we've discussed
- 33:38Speaker 1: at great length, using the FBI to target parents who
- 33:41Speaker 1: speak up at school boards. I think the Biden White
- 33:44Speaker 1: House told him to do it, and he just was
- 33:47Speaker 1: happy to roll over, and he justified to himself, well,
- 33:50Speaker 1: it's just fine. I'm just asking them to investigate, and
- 33:53Speaker 1: you know that there's there's nothing about that. I think
- 33:57Speaker 1: he is fundamentally a weak man who will not push
- 34:01Speaker 1: back against anything the White House demand. And you got
- 34:03Speaker 1: to understand, it's not just the AG There are all
- 34:06Speaker 1: these hard partisans that are burrowed into senior positions of
- 34:09Speaker 1: the Department of Justice, senior positions at the FBI, who
- 34:13Speaker 1: are driving partisan outcomes, and I think Merrick Garland is
- 34:16Speaker 1: all too happy to comply. And the consequence, I believe,
- 34:22Speaker 1: and I detail this in my book Justice Corrupted. Merrick
- 34:27Speaker 1: Garland has done more to undermine the integrity of the
- 34:30Speaker 1: Department of Justice than any Attorney general in history. And
- 34:33Speaker 1: included within that is John Mitchell, who was Nixon's Attorney
- 34:37Speaker 1: General who resigned in disgrace and went to prison. Let's
- 34:40Speaker 1: talk about the strategy of Republicans in the House. I
- 34:43Speaker 1: got to give him some credit so far. A lot
- 34:45Speaker 1: of times we get power and we screw it up.
- 34:47Speaker 1: We've seen it happen over and over again. We don't
- 34:49Speaker 1: go all in like Democrats do, the way that Jim
- 34:52Speaker 1: Jordan's came out the way that James Comer came out.
- 34:55Speaker 1: James is doing something. I think it's very interesting. He's
- 34:57Speaker 1: actually saying, here are crimes we believe that the pres
- 35:00Speaker 1: it was a part of. Take a look what's the
- 35:01Speaker 1: blowers described. President Biden is chairman of the board for
- 35:05Speaker 1: these businesses. He personally participated in meetings and phone calls.
- 35:09Speaker 1: Documents showed that he was a partner with access to
- 35:12Speaker 1: an office. To be clear, Joe Biden is the big guy.
- 35:20Speaker 1: This evidence raises troubling questions about whether President Biden is
- 35:23Speaker 1: a national security risk and about whether he is compromised
- 35:28Speaker 1: by foreign government. Despite the President's claim that he wasn't
- 35:31Speaker 1: involved in Biden family business schemes, these photos showed Joe
- 35:34Speaker 1: Biden meeting with his family associates while Vice president. I
- 35:39Speaker 1: mean he was selling out the White House the entire
- 35:42Speaker 1: time when he had access to as the vice president. Clearly,
- 35:45Speaker 1: I think he's doing the exact same thing now. But
- 35:47Speaker 1: is he a threat do you believe to our national
- 35:49Speaker 1: security based on the way that he described it, Yeah,
- 35:52Speaker 1: of course he is. And let me command Comer and
- 35:55Speaker 1: how the House is starting to begin these investigations because
- 35:58Speaker 1: the focus needs to be on Joe Biden. This is
- 36:01Speaker 1: not about Hunter Biden anymore than if you're going after
- 36:06Speaker 1: the mafia and you catch some low level enforcer or
- 36:11Speaker 1: you're going after a drug cartel and you catch some
- 36:14Speaker 1: mule who swallowed balloons full of heroin. It's not about
- 36:18Speaker 1: the porsche lub who got caught. Yeah, it's about the boss.
- 36:24Speaker 1: It's about the big guy. It's about the godfather. Joe
- 36:27Speaker 1: Biden is the godfather. He is the one who ultimately
- 36:33Speaker 1: is profiting on this corruption. He is the one who
- 36:36Speaker 1: is abusing official authority to further the criminal activity of
- 36:43Speaker 1: his family members. And that's why this is an issue
- 36:46Speaker 1: of public corruption. So DJ, going back again to the
- 36:49Speaker 1: politicization of DJ, they desperately want to keep this on.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Oh look, Hunter Biden has a drug problem. You know what.
- 36:57Speaker 1: We wouldn't be talking about it if it was just
- 36:59Speaker 1: one undeply troubled soul. The reason we should talk about it,
- 37:04Speaker 1: and the reason why the corporate media and the Democrats
- 37:07Speaker 1: desperately don't want to talk about it is there is
- 37:10Speaker 1: now growing evidence of corruption from Joe Biden himself when
- 37:15Speaker 1: he was Vice president of the United States and now
- 37:17Speaker 1: when he's President of the United States personally enriching himself,
- 37:22Speaker 1: enriching his family, by selling official favors to enemies, hostile
- 37:28Speaker 1: foreign governments. That is an issue of highest importance, and
- 37:35Speaker 1: the Democrats and the media desperately want to cover it up.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Fifty different countries they were trying to do business in.
- 37:40Speaker 1: I was shocked by that number, coming from whistle blowers,
- 37:43Speaker 1: all those backed up now by the emails from the
- 37:46Speaker 1: bagman and Hunter Biden, James Biden. This wasn't just Russia
- 37:50Speaker 1: and just China and just Ukraine. Fifty different nations basically
- 37:56Speaker 1: means you go out and you just throw hooks in
- 37:58Speaker 1: the water anywhere you can to get your hands on
- 38:00Speaker 1: some cash and whoever is willing to basically play the game,
- 38:05Speaker 1: the Biden game, give us money, We'll give you access.
- 38:08Speaker 1: What do you want how much? I didn't even think
- 38:10Speaker 1: I could get this bad, And yet here we are
- 38:12Speaker 1: talking about at fifty nations as they laid out this week. Well,
- 38:16Speaker 1: I think what is being laid out as the agenda
- 38:20Speaker 1: for oversight in the House is incredibly important. And you
- 38:23Speaker 1: know what it also is. It's an indictment of the
- 38:26Speaker 1: Department of Justice because Merrick Garland doesn't want to look
- 38:30Speaker 1: into any of that because you know what, he works
- 38:32Speaker 1: for the big guy too. He's the political enforcer that
- 38:35Speaker 1: pretends to be the cop. And so somebody is focused
- 38:40Speaker 1: on rule of law, and that's going to have to
- 38:42Speaker 1: be the House of Representatives. By the way, in the Senate,
- 38:44Speaker 1: Senate Democrats on Judiciary Committee has zero interest. They don't
- 38:48Speaker 1: care what evidence there is of official corruption of Joe Biden.
- 38:53Speaker 1: They are partisan's first, second, third, and every day of
- 38:57Speaker 1: the week you bring up corruption, we gotta go into
- 39:00Speaker 1: the cryptocurrency disaster. Some people may say this is inside baseball.
- 39:04Speaker 1: I don't really care. Here's why you should care. You've
- 39:08Speaker 1: got a guy who's young. You have a guy that's
- 39:10Speaker 1: literally been asked by Democrats come to Washington and to
- 39:15Speaker 1: help them regulate the cryptocurrency industry. He happens to become
- 39:19Speaker 1: the second largest donor of anyone in this last cycle
- 39:24Speaker 1: that we just had the midterm elections as a donor
- 39:26Speaker 1: the Democratic Party. Who is number one, I don't even
- 39:29Speaker 1: know who number George Soros. There you go, so he barely,
- 39:32Speaker 1: you know, doesn't beat out George Soros, but he out
- 39:35Speaker 1: of nowhere becomes a second largest donor. He also planned
- 39:38Speaker 1: to quote, in his words, be a billionaire donor to
- 39:43Speaker 1: the Democratic Party in twenty twenty four. Let me tweak
- 39:46Speaker 1: that slightly. It's not a billionaire donor. It is to
- 39:49Speaker 1: donate over one billion dollars to electing Democrats in twenty
- 39:55Speaker 1: twenty four. Yeah, you know, he put over ten million
- 39:58Speaker 1: dollars in Joe Biden's campaign. Sam Bankman freed. The evidence
- 40:01Speaker 1: right now that is coming out is incredibly damning. It
- 40:05Speaker 1: is evidence that suggests a Bernie made Off style fraud
- 40:09Speaker 1: and Enron style fraud that cost investors billions of dollars,
- 40:15Speaker 1: and he in turn invested quite wisely in supporting Democrat
- 40:22Speaker 1: politicians who would essentially greenwash what he's doing because they
- 40:27Speaker 1: like his money, they would give cover for him. Now
- 40:31Speaker 1: there will be countless lawsuits, there will be investigations, and
- 40:36Speaker 1: if the evidence backs up what seems to be the
- 40:38Speaker 1: case right now that it was fraud, that it was
- 40:40Speaker 1: deliberate fraud, I assume he is going to be prosecuted
- 40:45Speaker 1: for engaging in fraud. My question to you right now,
- 40:49Speaker 1: is Joe Biden going to return the cash over ten
- 40:51Speaker 1: million dollars to Joe Biden to the big guy. Now,
- 40:54Speaker 1: mind you, the big guys willing to take cash from
- 40:58Speaker 1: communist China, the big guys to take cash from countries
- 41:01Speaker 1: all over the world. Is the big guy willing to
- 41:04Speaker 1: take cash from someone right now with serious, credible evidence
- 41:10Speaker 1: of massive fraud that caused billions of dollars of harm.
- 41:14Speaker 1: And every other Democrat who cash the checks, will they
- 41:19Speaker 1: give it back? And I'll tell you what, don't give
- 41:21Speaker 1: it back to him, give it to the victims of
- 41:23Speaker 1: the fraud. Yeah, let's start with Joe Biden saying I
- 41:27Speaker 1: was wrong to take ten million dollars and I'm going
- 41:31Speaker 1: to give it to the people who got screwed. And
- 41:34Speaker 1: by the way, who are some of the people that
- 41:35Speaker 1: got screwed. There were pension funds that invested with FTX.
- 41:38Speaker 1: That means they're little old ladies. That means they're people
- 41:41Speaker 1: whose savings were damaged. And Joe Biden and the Democrats
- 41:47Speaker 1: were complicit. And it will they give the money back?
- 41:50Speaker 1: And I'll give you one response to that, don't hold
- 41:53Speaker 1: your breath. Yeah, even Maxing Waters, she brought him into
- 41:57Speaker 1: the house. There's video that now has gone viral that
- 42:00Speaker 1: we've been able to find. And I want to play
- 42:01Speaker 1: this because this is literally her looking at this scumbag
- 42:04Speaker 1: blowing him a kiss. Is a guy that's advising her
- 42:08Speaker 1: on how to regulate or should they not regulate the
- 42:11Speaker 1: cryptocurrency industry. Take a look at this her blowing him
- 42:15Speaker 1: a kiss and just saying, Oh, we love you so much,
- 42:18Speaker 1: thanks for coming out there. She is on the left.
- 42:20Speaker 1: You see him with a big hair on the right.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Blow a kiss, thanks for coming. She's asked, by the way,
- 42:27Speaker 1: because she got a lot of his cash. She was
- 42:29Speaker 1: asked by a reporter, Hey, are you going to give
- 42:31Speaker 1: away back this money that he gave you? And look
- 42:33Speaker 1: at her response. I think some lawmakers that got donations
- 42:37Speaker 1: from ftx's founder should give that money back. Well, I
- 42:40Speaker 1: don't want to get into that. I don't want to
- 42:41Speaker 1: get into that. No, of course, sure she doesn't want
- 42:44Speaker 1: to get into obviously not. I wouldn't want to talk
- 42:46Speaker 1: about it either if I were her. When you've been
- 42:48Speaker 1: taking cash from someone who has been implicated as front
- 42:53Speaker 1: and center in a massive fraud, it's not good to
- 42:57Speaker 1: be funded by them, And I want to highlight something.
- 43:00Speaker 1: So Sam Bankman Freed, perhaps unintentionally, has been really explicit
- 43:06Speaker 1: in admitting the complete fraud that eesg and all of
- 43:12Speaker 1: these lefty woke policies are in the business world today.
- 43:16Speaker 1: And he recently had a series of direct messages with
- 43:21Speaker 1: a reporter, so he's in Bahamas, at his company headquarters
- 43:24Speaker 1: in Bahamas, and the reporter says, quote, you were really
- 43:28Speaker 1: good at talking about ethics for someone who kind of
- 43:31Speaker 1: saw it all as a game with winners and losers.
- 43:35Speaker 1: And here's Sam Bankman Freed's response, Yeah, he he, I
- 43:42Speaker 1: had to be. It's what reputations are made of. To
- 43:46Speaker 1: some extent, I feel bad for those who get fed
- 43:51Speaker 1: by it. Although he didn't abbreviate FT. But this dumb game,
- 43:57Speaker 1: we woke Westerner's play where we say all the right
- 44:02Speaker 1: shibboleths and so everyone likes us. I want to read
- 44:06Speaker 1: that again because that is one of the most candid statements.
- 44:11Speaker 1: At least he's honest by this dumb game, we woke
- 44:18Speaker 1: Westerner's play where we say all the right shibboleths so
- 44:24Speaker 1: everyone likes us. Look, Harvey Weinstein did this. Yeah, I'm
- 44:28Speaker 1: sexually assaulting and raping women. But you know what I
- 44:31Speaker 1: give to Bill Clinton and Democrats, So I got to
- 44:33Speaker 1: be all right, that's what Sam Bankman Freed was doing.
- 44:36Speaker 1: It was pay in protection. When he cut ten million
- 44:39Speaker 1: dollars to the Biden campaign, it's ten percent of the
- 44:42Speaker 1: big guy. And by the way, Sam Bankman Fried was
- 44:44Speaker 1: making twenty thirty billion dollars at one point. He was
- 44:48Speaker 1: worth twenty billion personally, now bankrupt, but he was worth this.
- 44:52Speaker 1: It reminds me of narcis. You and I have talked
- 44:54Speaker 1: about this. You pay everybody in the government so the
- 44:57Speaker 1: government lets you keep selling your drugs. His just ha
- 45:00Speaker 1: to be a cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme and it wasn't just
- 45:03Speaker 1: money directly. I think this is important. Bankman Freed and
- 45:08Speaker 1: his co founders also donated over three hundred thousand dollars
- 45:11Speaker 1: to nine lawmakers of the House Financial Services Committee, which
- 45:14Speaker 1: is charged with regulating him, in essence, who are now
- 45:18Speaker 1: investigating the company for wrongdoing, having a press conference about it,
- 45:22Speaker 1: and then he doesn't want to get into Yeah, I
- 45:24Speaker 1: don't want to get to that. And also donated five
- 45:26Speaker 1: million dollars to a superpack outside direct contributions, a superpack
- 45:31Speaker 1: that supported Biden in twenty twenty, so five million dollars
- 45:35Speaker 1: went to elect Joe Biden in twenty twenty and then
- 45:38Speaker 1: another forty million this cycle alone, largely to Democrats. He
- 45:43Speaker 1: contributed six million to the House Majority Pack Democrats, a
- 45:47Speaker 1: million to the House Senate Majority Pack, and nearly nine
- 45:51Speaker 1: hundred thousand to the Democratic National Committee. That isn't even
- 45:56Speaker 1: just that's not even all of who he gave money to.
- 45:58Speaker 1: But that's just one of the highlights. His helps run
- 46:01Speaker 1: a giant dark money Democrat fund as well. So that's
- 46:05Speaker 1: the money you know about it. It's not the additional
- 46:07Speaker 1: money that he was giving. And this is not different
- 46:11Speaker 1: from paying protection funds. And he admits that, he admits
- 46:15Speaker 1: he doesn't even believe all of his woke posturing. But
- 46:20Speaker 1: Democrats and the corrupt media and they treated him, you know,
- 46:23Speaker 1: CNBC described him as the next Steve Jobs, the next
- 46:27Speaker 1: Warren Buffett. I mean, I mean they because he embraced
- 46:31Speaker 1: lefty causes. They gave him protection, the guy who started
- 46:36Speaker 1: barstool Sports. He's pretty flamboyant, pretty blunt, does some great
- 46:40Speaker 1: pizza reviews. He went on Fox News Channel this week
- 46:44Speaker 1: and basically called out the media and the Democrat establishment, saying,
- 46:48Speaker 1: if you guys don't report on this story, you're pretty
- 46:51Speaker 1: much all scumbags and a part of it, because we
- 46:53Speaker 1: all knew it was happening. And he says, look, I'm
- 46:55Speaker 1: involved in gambling and online gambling for goodness sakes, but
- 46:59Speaker 1: I'm regulating to the hills. They know everything of invested
- 47:01Speaker 1: in where all my money goes. And this is what
- 47:03Speaker 1: he had to say about the Democrats in the media.
- 47:06Speaker 1: The thing that's shocking to I mean, I'm in the
- 47:08Speaker 1: gambling field, were rigorously regulated, like they know what I
- 47:12Speaker 1: did twenty years ago. Yes, everything. If I do one
- 47:15Speaker 1: thing weird, I hear about it. There's companies writing articles.
- 47:19Speaker 1: We knew this guy was in the Bahamas. Why because unregulated,
- 47:22Speaker 1: living in basically a Paula Morris penthouse with like twenty
- 47:26Speaker 1: people who were all having sex with each other, running
- 47:29Speaker 1: this and it was well known. I mean, if somebody
- 47:33Speaker 1: did that in the United States and meanwhile he's comporting
- 47:35Speaker 1: with politicians at the highest level of government, the fact
- 47:39Speaker 1: he wasn't investigated, to me, just shows what a lot
- 47:43Speaker 1: of this country's all about. People just trying to make money.
- 47:45Speaker 1: They're being dishonest, they're saying the right things to make money,
- 47:48Speaker 1: and he's lining everybody's pockets. It wasn't obvious to me.
- 47:51Speaker 1: But if you're meeting with Gensler and you're meeting with politicians,
- 47:55Speaker 1: I don't know how in a million years they didn't
- 47:58Speaker 1: know that he's obviously mad. It goes back to the
- 48:01Speaker 1: text messages that you read a moment ago. How candid
- 48:03Speaker 1: this guy's mean. It's like, look, I know the game.
- 48:05Speaker 1: I got to dinner with Democrats, I hang out with Democrats.
- 48:08Speaker 1: They look the other way. I get to live like
- 48:10Speaker 1: I'm a billionaire in a Ponzi scheme, and they'll never
- 48:13Speaker 1: figure it out. Look, it is like Jeffrey Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 48:17Speaker 1: who was an original fob friend of Bill flew Bill
- 48:20Speaker 1: Clinton repeatedly on the lad Express. Now, Jeffrey Epstein, we
- 48:24Speaker 1: now know of his repeated pedophilia and sex with children,
- 48:29Speaker 1: and you know it was a massive Democrat fundraiser. And
- 48:34Speaker 1: yet how is it that we don't have the client
- 48:36Speaker 1: book still to this day. Look, we need to know
- 48:39Speaker 1: the clients, and you know, and you know why, because
- 48:41Speaker 1: they don't want the clients made public. They don't want
- 48:45Speaker 1: them prosecuted. Because if you say the right things to
- 48:49Speaker 1: Democrats in the media, they'll cover up for you. It's
- 48:52Speaker 1: the same business. Do you know what Jeffrey Epstein had
- 48:56Speaker 1: and I think it was the living room of his
- 48:57Speaker 1: New York, New York brownstone or was it in a
- 49:01Speaker 1: giant oil painting of Bill Clinton wearing a blue dresser
- 49:06Speaker 1: high heels. It's really quite a traumatic image. It's not
- 49:09Speaker 1: something if you see it you'll want to burn your
- 49:11Speaker 1: eyes with bleach. But he had it hanging on his wall.
- 49:17Speaker 1: You know, I'm reminded of jud Judiciary Committee hearing where
- 49:23Speaker 1: John Kennedy, my my, my good friend, with one heck
- 49:26Speaker 1: of a sense of humor, he leans forward and he
- 49:28Speaker 1: goes Christmas tree ornaments and Jeffrey Epstein, two things you know,
- 49:34Speaker 1: didn't hang themselves there. It is last question for you
- 49:38Speaker 1: if the Democratic Party doesn't give back the money and
- 49:42Speaker 1: the Democratic candidates that took money, and if we have
- 49:45Speaker 1: a real media, they will call on the Democrats. Put
- 49:48Speaker 1: up the numbers, put up every dollar each Democrat has had,
- 49:51Speaker 1: and they will ask them like they did, like Fox
- 49:54Speaker 1: asked Maxine Waters. But where's CNN, where's MSNBC? She goes
- 49:58Speaker 1: on those shows all the time? The opening question. Anytime
- 50:01Speaker 1: a Democrat who's catch those checks goes on the show,
- 50:04Speaker 1: shouldn't the opening question. Come on, CNN, let's see your
- 50:08Speaker 1: great courage opening question or giving back the money has
- 50:11Speaker 1: asked to head the DNC. I mean, this is not
- 50:13Speaker 1: a little bit of money. This is a lot of
- 50:14Speaker 1: money that went to the Democratic National Committee. If they
- 50:17Speaker 1: don't give back this money, are they in essence complicit
- 50:20Speaker 1: in this Ponzi scheme? In your opinion, yes, there it is.
- 50:24Speaker 1: I think it's a great way to end the show today.
- 50:26Speaker 1: I'll say it to you. Don't forget. Make sure you
- 50:28Speaker 1: run a five star review for us. Please tell your
