Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Vernict with Senator Ted Kruz, Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Senator my own mind. We have a lot
- 0:07Speaker 2: to talk about, especially on the issue of illegal immigrants,
- 0:11Speaker 2: and really it's three different problems that we're now having
- 0:14Speaker 2: this country, all because of Biden's policies.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. Tragically, we've had yet another woman
- 0:21Speaker 3: murdered by yet another illegal immigrant released by Joe Biden.
- 0:25Speaker 3: This instance Rachel Moran, a mother of five in Maryland,
- 0:29Speaker 3: raped and murdered by an illegal immigrant that Joe Biden
- 0:32Speaker 3: released into this country. This is a pattern, week after
- 0:36Speaker 3: week after week, Americans are dying. Secondly, in the face
- 0:40Speaker 3: of this, the Biden administration is announcing, not that they
- 0:43Speaker 3: plan to secure the border, not that they want to
- 0:45Speaker 3: protect American citizens, not that they want to keep your
- 0:48Speaker 3: family safe. Now they're announcing that they want to give
- 0:51Speaker 3: amnesty to over a million illegal immigrants, to illegally issue
- 0:55Speaker 3: an executive order giving amnesty and encouraging even more illegal
- 0:59Speaker 3: immigrants to come to this country. And finally, we now
- 1:03Speaker 3: know the real reason why, which is that welfare offices
- 1:08Speaker 3: and other agencies in forty nine states across this country
- 1:12Speaker 3: are providing voter registration forms to migrants without requiring proof
- 1:17Speaker 3: of citizenship. And in the House, the Democrats are fighting
- 1:21Speaker 3: viciously against requiring proof of citizenship before voters register. This
- 1:26Speaker 3: is all about votes, This is all about power for Democrats,
- 1:30Speaker 3: and that explains why they're willing to turn their head
- 1:34Speaker 3: and ignore all of the people being killed.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Yeah, forty nine states, that's a key point. We're going
- 1:39Speaker 2: to break that down for you in the shocking details.
- 1:41Speaker 2: I want to tell you though about our friends over
- 1:43Speaker 2: at Preborn. This June marks two years since the overturn
- 1:47Speaker 2: of Roe v.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Wade.
- 1:48Speaker 2: But did you know that the number of abortions actually
- 1:50Speaker 2: increased the following year. In twenty twenty three, the amount
- 1:53Speaker 2: of abortions reached its highest level since twenty twelve, and
- 1:57Speaker 2: with the abortion pill accounting for up to sixty three
- 2:00Speaker 2: percent of all abortions. It's tragically no surprise now Preborn
- 2:05Speaker 2: is continuing to stand strong for women in crisis and
- 2:09Speaker 2: at risk babies. Preborn is a ministry of compassion that
- 2:12Speaker 2: showers women and babies with God's love, providing free ultrasounds
- 2:17Speaker 2: to mothers with unplanned pregnancies to introduce them to the
- 2:21Speaker 2: precious life growing inside of them. Now here's the part
- 2:24Speaker 2: that's incredible. When a mother meets her baby on ultrasound
- 2:28Speaker 2: and here's their heartbeat, she is twice as likely to
- 2:30Speaker 2: choose life. And twenty eight dollars is what it will
- 2:34Speaker 2: cost for you to sponsor one ultrasound, and one hundred
- 2:38Speaker 2: and forty dollars helps to rescue five babies. Your generous
- 2:42Speaker 2: taxeductible donation will also help to provide women who choose
- 2:46Speaker 2: life with assistance for up to two years after making
- 2:50Speaker 2: that choice. So please give your best gift to donate.
- 2:54Speaker 2: And yes, you can make a difference with just twenty
- 2:56Speaker 2: eight dollars to sponsor an ultrasound, all you have to
- 2:59Speaker 2: do is dial pound two fifty on your phone. That's
- 3:02Speaker 2: dial pound two fifty and say the keyword baby. That's
- 3:07Speaker 2: pound two fifty. Say the keyword baby, or visit preborn
- 3:11Speaker 2: dot com slash verdict. That's preborn dot com slash verdict. Senator,
- 3:18Speaker 2: I hate that we have to start a show with
- 3:22Speaker 2: such sad and horrific news about this incredible mother who,
- 3:28Speaker 2: in this case, got a lot of media attention before
- 3:32Speaker 2: we knew who the killer was. Because you have a
- 3:34Speaker 2: mother of five that is viciously attacked. Now we had
- 3:38Speaker 2: no ideas I mentioned a second ago that this was
- 3:41Speaker 2: an legal immigrant that did this. Now we know it
- 3:43Speaker 2: was a legal immigrant from Al Salvador that's been charge
- 3:46Speaker 2: of the rape and the killing of this mother.
- 3:49Speaker 3: This is just a horrific case. You know the name
- 3:53Speaker 3: of Lake and Riley. Yeah, you need to know the
- 3:55Speaker 3: name of Rachel Marin. Rachel Marinn was thirty seven years old.
- 3:59Speaker 3: As you said, she was a mom with five kids,
- 4:01Speaker 3: and she went out jogging, just like Lake and Riley.
- 4:03Speaker 3: She was out jogging. She was running on the Ma
- 4:06Speaker 3: and Paw Trail, which is a pedestrian trail in bel Air,
- 4:12Speaker 3: which is in Maryland described as a quiet and typically
- 4:17Speaker 3: safe town about twenty eight miles northeast of Baltimore. So
- 4:22Speaker 3: she was running August of last year, August fifth, and
- 4:26Speaker 3: her body was found on the trail the following day,
- 4:29Speaker 3: and she had been brudely raped and murdered. And so
- 4:34Speaker 3: police had sketches of who the offender was. They had
- 4:38Speaker 3: sketches and then they ended up getting a lead from
- 4:41Speaker 3: DNA evidence, and there was DNA evidence that was linked
- 4:45Speaker 3: to this suspect who we now know the person they
- 4:51Speaker 3: have arrested is an illegal immigrant from El Salvador named
- 4:57Speaker 3: Victor Martinez Hernandez. And this weekend there was a press
- 5:02Speaker 3: conference and Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Galler, here's what he
- 5:06Speaker 3: said about about this defendant. He said, quote. Five hours
- 5:10Speaker 3: after meeting with Maren's family, and just before midnight our
- 5:13Speaker 3: time police in Tulsa, Oklahoma, assisted by our federal partners,
- 5:18Speaker 3: located and arrested Rachel's murderer, Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez. He
- 5:26Speaker 3: was charged with first degree murder and first degree rape.
- 5:30Speaker 3: The twenty three year old migrant illegally crossed in the
- 5:33Speaker 3: United States in February of twenty twenty three, the police announced,
- 5:37Speaker 3: and here's up with the sheriff continued, this is again
- 5:39Speaker 3: a quote. We all suspected that Rachel was not his
- 5:44Speaker 3: first victim. It is my understanding that this suspect, this monster,
- 5:51Speaker 3: fled to the United States illegally after committing the brutal
- 5:56Speaker 3: murder of a young woman in Nol Salvador a month
- 5:59Speaker 3: early in January of twenty twenty three. And the sheriff
- 6:04Speaker 3: said their first DNA match for Martinez Hernandez was from
- 6:07Speaker 3: a Los Angeles attack in March of twenty twenty three.
- 6:10Speaker 3: So I understand that this person murders someone in El
- 6:15Speaker 3: Salvador in January of twenty twenty three, he comes to
- 6:18Speaker 3: America illegally in February of twenty twenty three, and then
- 6:22Speaker 3: in March of twenty twenty three, a month later, he
- 6:26Speaker 3: commits a violent attack in Los Angeles. And the violent
- 6:30Speaker 3: attack in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department collected
- 6:35Speaker 3: a hard hat left behind at the scene of a
- 6:38Speaker 3: March twenty twenty three home invasion that turned violent, leaving
- 6:41Speaker 3: multiple people, including minor children, injured, and the suspect allegedly
- 6:47Speaker 3: broke into the home in the middle of the night
- 6:49Speaker 3: and assaulted the family inside before he was chased out.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Surveillance footage captured the man leaving shirtless through the front door.
- 6:59Speaker 3: And so that DNA connected this murderer who had murdered before,
- 7:04Speaker 3: to the murderer to the murder of Rachel Morin. And
- 7:08Speaker 3: you have to ask the question, how many is enough?
- 7:11Speaker 3: How many Americans have to be murdered by illegal immigrants
- 7:14Speaker 3: that Joe Biden the Democrats release over and over and
- 7:18Speaker 3: over again for people to say no more protect our people.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Senator, you and I have talked about this a lot.
- 7:26Speaker 2: It's no longer these types of famous crimes happening in
- 7:30Speaker 2: states that border the southern border. This happened eighteen hundred
- 7:35Speaker 2: miles away from the southern border. This is everywhere now,
- 7:38Speaker 2: in every city in America. It doesn't matter how far
- 7:41Speaker 2: away you are from the southern border. And that's the
- 7:43Speaker 2: reason why I think so many Americans now are turning
- 7:45Speaker 2: on Joe Biden, realizing every.
- 7:47Speaker 1: City is a border city.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Yeah. Look, this is a suburb of Baltimore, and a
- 7:53Speaker 3: small residential suburb of Baltimore, and this illegal immigrant was
- 7:57Speaker 3: there raping and murdering American women. And this is happening
- 8:01Speaker 3: week after week after week that there's hardly a week
- 8:05Speaker 3: that goes by when somebody hasn't raped, somebody hasn't murdered,
- 8:08Speaker 3: a child isn't molested by an illegal immigrant that Joe Biden,
- 8:12Speaker 3: the Democrats have let in and Ben, let me ask
- 8:15Speaker 3: you something. Listen, I serve with these Democrats. I genuinely
- 8:20Speaker 3: do not understand how they don't give a shit like
- 8:23Speaker 3: this just it pisces me off, and they just blithely
- 8:28Speaker 3: vote after vote after vote, they will vote against securing
- 8:32Speaker 3: the border, and they don't care. And you bring these
- 8:34Speaker 3: cases up and they don't respond, they don't engage, Like,
- 8:38Speaker 3: at some point, is there any part of you that
- 8:41Speaker 3: has a moment of conscience? Like how would you look
- 8:44Speaker 3: in the eyes to this mother's children and know that
- 8:50Speaker 3: you're responsible for letting go the monster that did this
- 8:53Speaker 3: and you know what, someone else is going to be
- 8:56Speaker 3: murdered next week and you're responsible for that as well.
- 8:59Speaker 3: At point, how do these reporters that that just provide
- 9:03Speaker 3: cover and lie for the White House? How does Kareem
- 9:07Speaker 3: John Behair? How does Joe Biden? How does Kamala Harris?
- 9:10Speaker 3: How does Alejandro Majorcas? How does Merrick Garland? How do
- 9:13Speaker 3: these people live with themselves? Listen, they have the kids,
- 9:16Speaker 3: they have grandkids.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Yeah, and this is the second time in two years
- 9:20Speaker 2: that an innocent Hartford County woman lost her life to
- 9:23Speaker 2: a criminal in our country illegally. In both cases that
- 9:28Speaker 2: the suspects were from Alsavador, direct with direct ties to
- 9:32Speaker 2: the criminal gang. So remember when Donald Trump took Hell
- 9:35Speaker 2: and people said it was racist when he said that
- 9:37Speaker 2: a lot they're sending their worst over here, A lot
- 9:39Speaker 2: of them are the worst. A lot of them are
- 9:41Speaker 2: are gang members, a lot of them are rapists, a
- 9:42Speaker 2: lot of murders. He's not wrong when he said it,
- 9:46Speaker 2: and it was described this way. Quote Victor Nadas did
- 9:48Speaker 2: not come to this country to make a better life
- 9:50Speaker 2: for him or his family. And this is what democrats assume,
- 9:54Speaker 2: that everybody that comes across the border illegally is here
- 9:56Speaker 2: to better their life and for themselves of their family.
- 9:59Speaker 2: He came here to escape the crimes he committed in
- 10:02Speaker 2: Al Salvador. He came here to murder Rachel. I mean,
- 10:07Speaker 2: this is the facts of the scenario. We have a
- 10:10Speaker 2: lot of people that leave the country that they're in
- 10:12Speaker 2: because they've committed him as crimes. You mentioned him murdering
- 10:15Speaker 2: someone there, and they're fleeing that crime, and they come
- 10:19Speaker 2: to America because they know we have a wide open
- 10:20Speaker 2: border and it's worked for twenty million others.
- 10:23Speaker 3: Here's what the sheriff said. Once at our country, and
- 10:26Speaker 3: likely emboldened by his anonymity, he brutally attacked a nine
- 10:31Speaker 3: year old girl and her mother during a home invasion
- 10:35Speaker 3: in March of twenty twenty three in Los Angeles, and
- 10:38Speaker 3: as everyone I believe is aware, this was our first
- 10:41Speaker 3: DNA match, linking Rachel's case to the one in Los Angeles.
- 10:45Speaker 3: And he turned his attention, he said to the White
- 10:49Speaker 3: House and to members of Congress, and he said, quote,
- 10:54Speaker 3: we are eighteen hundred miles from the southern border, and
- 10:58Speaker 3: American citizens are not so because of their failed immigration policies.
- 11:06Speaker 3: This is the second time in two years that an
- 11:07Speaker 3: innocent Harford County woman has lost her life to a
- 11:11Speaker 3: criminal in our country illegally. In both cases they are
- 11:18Speaker 3: suspects from El Salvador with ties to criminal gangs. This
- 11:26Speaker 3: should not be happening, and yet it is. It is,
- 11:32Speaker 3: and yet it is, and it will again tomorrow. That's
- 11:37Speaker 3: also what's infuriating. It is not only do you have
- 11:40Speaker 3: these children that suddenly don't have their mother. Tomorrow there
- 11:44Speaker 3: will be somebody else, and this will keep going and
- 11:47Speaker 3: going and going. And Joe Biden and the Democrats they
- 11:52Speaker 3: do not care because if they care, they would change
- 11:55Speaker 3: their actions, and they're unwilling to change their actions.
- 11:57Speaker 2: This is also a two part problem now, and and
- 12:00Speaker 2: I think we should connect these two dots. It is
- 12:03Speaker 2: this administration and the Democratic Party is clearly and you
- 12:07Speaker 2: asked this question earlier for everyone listening.
- 12:09Speaker 1: I think it's a great point.
- 12:10Speaker 2: We go back to do they not care, How do
- 12:12Speaker 2: they look in the face of the next victim, how
- 12:14Speaker 2: they look in the face of these.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Part of it, as they don't say that they're not
- 12:17Speaker 3: willing to talk to the victims.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Agree they don't, and they don't.
- 12:20Speaker 2: But this is a deliberate decision by Joe Biden and
- 12:24Speaker 2: the Democratic Party to fundamentally change this country and to
- 12:28Speaker 2: bring in future voters and to offer amnesty. We're going
- 12:32Speaker 2: to talk about that in a second. But they don't
- 12:34Speaker 2: care now if it's isis K coming across the border,
- 12:38Speaker 2: or al Qaeda coming across the border, or people like
- 12:42Speaker 2: this individual that are killing mothers of five because they
- 12:46Speaker 2: say it's worth it. Basically, we're going to take the bad.
- 12:49Speaker 2: We're fine with that because we're getting to flood this
- 12:51Speaker 2: country with millions of illegals. They're deliberately doing it knowing
- 12:55Speaker 2: the carnage that they're creating.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Well, that that is exactly right, and it is fairly
- 13:01Speaker 3: stunning that as this news is breaking that we also
- 13:06Speaker 3: get a Friday news jump. So on Friday, the administration
- 13:11Speaker 3: sent out multiple people to talk to reporters and tell
- 13:15Speaker 3: them that, well, this is how CBS put it. The
- 13:20Speaker 3: Biden administration is making plans to announce one of the
- 13:23Speaker 3: largest immigration release programs in recent history, developing a policy
- 13:27Speaker 3: that would offer legal status to hundreds of thousands of
- 13:30Speaker 3: immigrants living in the country without proper documents. Four people
- 13:35Speaker 3: familiar with the plans told CBS News a program being
- 13:40Speaker 3: developed by White House officials would offer work permits and
- 13:43Speaker 3: deportation protections to unauthorized immigrants married to US citizens as
- 13:49Speaker 3: long as they have lived in the US for at
- 13:51Speaker 3: least ten years, the sources said, requesting anonymity to talk
- 13:54Speaker 3: about internal government plans. The proposal, known as Parole in Place,
- 14:01Speaker 3: would also open up a pathway to permanent legal status
- 14:04Speaker 3: and US citizenship, in other words, voting for some beneficiaries
- 14:09Speaker 3: by removing an obstacle in US law that prevents those
- 14:12Speaker 3: who entered the US illegally from obtaining green cards without
- 14:16Speaker 3: leaving the country literally. In response to more and more
- 14:21Speaker 3: dead bodies killed by illegal immigrants, Joe Biden the Democrats said,
- 14:24Speaker 3: you know what we need to do. Grant amnesty to
- 14:27Speaker 3: over a million illegal immigrants.
- 14:30Speaker 1: There's a lot of Americans that are going to say.
- 14:32Speaker 2: This certainly sounds a lot center like buying votes, and
- 14:35Speaker 2: I want to get into that in a moment. But
- 14:36Speaker 2: first let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. If you
- 14:38Speaker 2: are with Big Mobile, you may not realize where your
- 14:41Speaker 2: money is going every single month when you pay your bill.
- 14:44Speaker 2: You may not realize that you are supporting democratic causes,
- 14:48Speaker 2: candidates and organizations including Planned Parenthood. Well that is why
- 14:54Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile got started more than a decade ago. They
- 14:57Speaker 2: found out where their money was going when they paid
- 15:00Speaker 2: their bills to Big Mobile. And that's when they've said,
- 15:03Speaker 2: we've got to find an alternative, and there wasn't one,
- 15:06Speaker 2: so they started it. And I love it when men
- 15:08Speaker 2: and women get together and start companies. Patriot Mobile has
- 15:12Speaker 2: been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, and when I
- 15:15Speaker 2: say only, I mean it, they're the only one. They
- 15:18Speaker 2: are an incredible company because they actually take about five
- 15:22Speaker 2: percent of your bill every single month when you pay
- 15:24Speaker 2: your bill, and they give it back to conservative causes
- 15:28Speaker 2: and organizations that support free speech, religious freedom, support this
- 15:33Speaker 2: sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, as well as our military,
- 15:36Speaker 2: our veterans, and our first responder heroes. Now Switching used
- 15:41Speaker 2: to be really hard, and that's why people didn't do
- 15:43Speaker 2: it very often. Now in twenty twenty four, with technology,
- 15:46Speaker 2: it's easy. And the other reason why people don't switch,
- 15:49Speaker 2: they're like, I'm afraid i'm gonna get bad coverage. That
- 15:51Speaker 2: problem doesn't exist anymore either. You're going to be using
- 15:54Speaker 2: the same exact towers you're on right now. That means
- 15:57Speaker 2: you're getting the same coverage you're used to, except you're
- 16:00Speaker 2: not funding the extremist, woke agenda of the left. So
- 16:04Speaker 2: if you want to switch, just call them. You don't
- 16:07Speaker 2: even have to go to a store. You keep your
- 16:09Speaker 2: same cell phone number. You can keep your same cell
- 16:11Speaker 2: phone you have now or upgrade to a new one,
- 16:13Speaker 2: and all you have to do is call them nine
- 16:16Speaker 2: to seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven to two Patriot.
- 16:20Speaker 2: You're gonna get free activation when you use the offer
- 16:22Speaker 2: code Verdict and you can join me because I use
- 16:25Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile and I travel all over the country and
- 16:29Speaker 2: it works flawlessly. Make a difference with your cell phone
- 16:33Speaker 2: company every month, and when you pay that bill nine
- 16:35Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven to two Patriot
- 16:37Speaker 2: or Patriotmobile dot com slash vertict. Use a promo code vertict,
- 16:41Speaker 2: you'll get free activation. Let's talk about this idea of
- 16:46Speaker 2: basically enticing people with amnesty.
- 16:50Speaker 1: It's it's buying future voters.
- 16:52Speaker 2: If you give someone the American Dream, obviously there's going
- 16:56Speaker 2: to be a direct coalition between that and the party
- 16:58Speaker 2: which they support. I think Democrats are doing this, and
- 17:01Speaker 2: many see this is nothing more than buying a million
- 17:04Speaker 2: votes instantly in this country. And I don't think anyone
- 17:08Speaker 2: believes is going to stop at a million. I think
- 17:10Speaker 2: this is the first part of their big plan, which
- 17:13Speaker 2: is amnesty for anyone that got into this country. Yeah.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Look, this is all about power. We've had over eleven
- 17:19Speaker 3: million eight illegal immigrants come into this country under Joe Biden.
- 17:22Speaker 3: The Democrats' plan is to make every one of them
- 17:24Speaker 3: US citizens because they believe most of them will vote Democrat.
- 17:30Speaker 3: And listen. I asked in frustration a few minutes ago,
- 17:34Speaker 3: why the Democrats don't care, why they turn turned the
- 17:37Speaker 3: other way, why they ignore the people being raped and
- 17:43Speaker 3: murdered and abused. It's because they value power more than
- 17:48Speaker 3: they do the responsibility to protect people from violence and harm.
- 17:53Speaker 3: And so if you look at this proposal, the one
- 17:57Speaker 3: I talked about is not the only amnesty proposal. So
- 17:59Speaker 3: there's another plan being prepared for the Biden administration that
- 18:03Speaker 3: would streamline the process for so called dreamers to request
- 18:07Speaker 3: waivers that would make it easier for them to obtain
- 18:09Speaker 3: temporary visas such as H one B visas for high
- 18:13Speaker 3: skilled workers. Both of these measures could be announced as
- 18:17Speaker 3: early as Tuesday, as early as tomorrow, but they say
- 18:20Speaker 3: the plan has not been finalized by the administration, although
- 18:23Speaker 3: of course they've got four people calling CBS News to
- 18:26Speaker 3: tell him about it. And the White House is preparing
- 18:29Speaker 3: to host an event on Tuesday celebrating the twelfth anniversary
- 18:33Speaker 3: of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals DACA, which shields
- 18:38Speaker 3: roughly five hundred and thirty thousand illegal immigrants who came
- 18:42Speaker 3: to the United States as children. And by the way,
- 18:45Speaker 3: when Barack Obama announced DACA, he had said repeatedly, I
- 18:48Speaker 3: think it was something like twenty seven twenty eight times,
- 18:51Speaker 3: that he did not have the authority to grant amnesty
- 18:54Speaker 3: by executive order. He was getting pushed by the left
- 18:56Speaker 3: he was president. They were saying do it by executive order,
- 18:59Speaker 3: to do it by executive said, I can't.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I can't.
- 19:01Speaker 3: I don't have the authority. Nancy Pelosi said, the president
- 19:04Speaker 3: doesn't have the authority. Barack Obama said, this is a quote.
- 19:08Speaker 3: I am not an emperor. That's what he told the left.
- 19:11Speaker 3: And then apparently he decided, wait a second, I want
- 19:13Speaker 3: to buy some votes. I am an emperor. And so
- 19:15Speaker 3: he announced DACA, which is lawless. It was lawless at
- 19:18Speaker 3: the time in which he said that that illegal immigrants
- 19:21Speaker 3: who came to the country as children that they would
- 19:24Speaker 3: no longer effectively be subject to the immigration laws. The
- 19:27Speaker 3: president doesn't have the authority to do that. But do
- 19:30Speaker 3: you know what it did when he announced DACA? What
- 19:33Speaker 3: the number of unaccompanied minors skyrocketed? It had been on
- 19:38Speaker 3: the order of four thousand, five thousand, and six thousand
- 19:42Speaker 3: a year the instant Obama announced DAKA. Do you know
- 19:47Speaker 3: what it went up to?
- 19:48Speaker 1: What was it?
- 19:49Speaker 3: Ninety three thousand?
- 19:51Speaker 1: Good grief.
- 19:52Speaker 3: When you create an incentive, when you tell people, if
- 19:55Speaker 3: you come to this country as a child, will let
- 19:58Speaker 3: you stay, you know what that happens? A whole lot
- 20:00Speaker 3: of children get sent over. And you know what happens
- 20:03Speaker 3: when children get sent over, They get handed over to
- 20:06Speaker 3: human traffickers, and those human traffickers violently and sexually assault
- 20:10Speaker 3: those kids. They assault the little girls, and they assault
- 20:14Speaker 3: the little boys. And I got to tell you, bet,
- 20:16Speaker 3: I've looked in the eyes of too many of these
- 20:18Speaker 3: children who've been brutalized. And when the White House says, well,
- 20:21Speaker 3: let's grant amnesty some more, Let's grant amnesty some more,
- 20:23Speaker 3: every time they do it, more and more people come
- 20:27Speaker 3: here illegally.
- 20:29Speaker 2: It's also, I think frustrating. And I had a caller
- 20:31Speaker 2: that called into my show and made the great point.
- 20:33Speaker 2: He said, so, let me get this straight. The longer
- 20:36Speaker 2: you've been a criminal, we're rewarding you for that. Like
- 20:39Speaker 2: if you came into this country and you've been here
- 20:41Speaker 2: for a long period of time breaking our laws, we're
- 20:43Speaker 2: going to say, Okay, we're just going to give you
- 20:46Speaker 2: amnesty because you've been here longer than somebody else, and
- 20:49Speaker 2: so therefore we reward you.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Well, in what world does that do we live in?
- 20:53Speaker 1: Where that is the new norm?
- 20:55Speaker 3: Yeah, and listen, we're talking about a lot of people.
- 20:57Speaker 3: According to CBS News, they say the policy would benefit
- 21:01Speaker 3: a subset of the estimated one point one million unauthorized
- 21:04Speaker 3: immigrants with American citizens spouses as long as they meet
- 21:08Speaker 3: the residency requirement and other rules, and the CBS goes
- 21:12Speaker 3: on to say the move would further underscore it increased
- 21:15Speaker 3: willingness by President Biden to take executive actions on immigration
- 21:19Speaker 3: ahead of the presidential election in November. Just last week,
- 21:23Speaker 3: mister Biden invoked his executive authority to enact a partial
- 21:28Speaker 3: ban on asylum claims at the southern border, a move
- 21:31Speaker 3: that's already been challenged in federal court by the American
- 21:33Speaker 3: Civil Liberties Union. This is it's not hiding what they want.
- 21:41Speaker 3: They want people here illegally to vote for Democrats, and
- 21:46Speaker 3: so it does make the stakes of the presidential election.
- 21:50Speaker 3: It makes the stakes of every election in November very clear.
- 21:54Speaker 3: If you want massive illegal immigration, if you want open borders,
- 21:58Speaker 3: if you want violent criminals coming here and raping and
- 22:01Speaker 3: murdering Americans, and if you want them give an amnesty,
- 22:04Speaker 3: well there's a party that's offering that, and that's Joe Biden,
- 22:07Speaker 3: the Democrats.
- 22:09Speaker 2: This is a two part plan, and this is very
- 22:11Speaker 2: much connected. Not only is he now advocating for amnesty,
- 22:14Speaker 2: which is in essence buying votes, but there was also
- 22:17Speaker 2: new details that came out about how non citizens are
- 22:22Speaker 2: getting voter registration forms from across the US. Republicans are
- 22:28Speaker 2: trying to stop this. Democrats are saying no. And just
- 22:32Speaker 2: to break this down so people understand United States welfare
- 22:37Speaker 2: offices as well as other government agencies under the Biden administration,
- 22:42Speaker 2: in forty nine different states in this country are now
- 22:47Speaker 2: providing voter registration forms to illegal immigrants without requiring proof
- 22:55Speaker 2: of citizenship. And Democrats, this isn't a loophole, they're exploiting it.
- 23:02Speaker 3: Yeah, that's exactly right. And I'll say the New York
- 23:05Speaker 3: Post had an important article on this on this past
- 23:10Speaker 3: weekend entitled how non citizens are getting voter registration forms
- 23:14Speaker 3: across the United States and how Republicans are trying to
- 23:17Speaker 3: stop it, and it describes how every state but Arizona
- 23:22Speaker 3: and Arizona recently passed a law barring the practice on
- 23:26Speaker 3: state but not federal forms. Every other state gives applicants
- 23:30Speaker 3: for either welfare benefits, drivers' licenses, or in some cases
- 23:34Speaker 3: mail in ballots, gives them voter registration forms without demanding
- 23:39Speaker 3: proof of citizenship. And there's no requirement on federal forms
- 23:43Speaker 3: to provide proof of US citizenship although it is illegal
- 23:47Speaker 3: to falsely claim one as a citizen or for a
- 23:49Speaker 3: non citizen to cast a ballot. But of course, if
- 23:52Speaker 3: you're not asking for proof of citizenship, I guess it's
- 23:55Speaker 3: just sort of wink wink, trust me, and we just
- 23:59Speaker 3: will take get it on an honor system that you're
- 24:01Speaker 3: not going to do it.
- 24:02Speaker 2: It's also if you think about this, if you know
- 24:05Speaker 2: you're voting illegally, but you're voting for the people that
- 24:08Speaker 2: claim they're going to give you amnesty, and you already
- 24:11Speaker 2: broke into the United States of America, it's.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Not a far stretch center to think.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Of course they're going to sign up to vote because
- 24:17Speaker 2: they're going to vote for the party that's about to
- 24:19Speaker 2: hand them amnesty.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Well, of course, and and that's the entire point. The
- 24:25Speaker 3: reason the Democrats are allowing and actively facilitating this invasion
- 24:30Speaker 3: is they want voters, and they recognize that illegal immigrants
- 24:34Speaker 3: are very likely to vote Democrat. That if you're willing
- 24:36Speaker 3: to break the law, if you're coming here illegally, that
- 24:39Speaker 3: that that you're going to go with the party that
- 24:41Speaker 3: that is inviting you to break the law and is
- 24:44Speaker 3: coming showering you with benefits and looking the other way.
- 24:48Speaker 3: And look, a lot of the problem stems back from
- 24:50Speaker 3: a law that was passed in nineteen ninety three called
- 24:53Speaker 3: the National Voter Registration Act, and it was signed into
- 24:56Speaker 3: law by Bill Clinton. It's also called the Motor Vot
- 25:00Speaker 3: Voter Law. And what it did is it ordered states
- 25:03Speaker 3: to register voters at the Department of Voter Vehicles and
- 25:07Speaker 3: also at agencies where Americans apply for public benefits, and
- 25:13Speaker 3: those offices, in turned, are required by federal law to
- 25:16Speaker 3: hand the registration forms along with the application papers over
- 25:21Speaker 3: the federal government. And if an applicant simply a test,
- 25:25Speaker 3: if they say yep, I'm a US citizen, that is
- 25:28Speaker 3: considered valid on its face, and that person is then
- 25:32Speaker 3: registered to vote. And so the challenge right now is
- 25:37Speaker 3: that millions of illegal immigrants with humanitarian parole or with
- 25:42Speaker 3: refuge or asylum status are eligible right now for benefits
- 25:48Speaker 3: that brings them to the offices where voter registration is
- 25:51Speaker 3: taking place. So that's happening right now. Millions of these
- 25:54Speaker 3: illegal immigrants are going to the offices where where the
- 25:57Speaker 3: offices are handing them voter registration form. And I want
- 26:01Speaker 3: to pause for a second and reflect on how how
- 26:04Speaker 3: the voter voter law passed because it had in nineteen
- 26:09Speaker 3: ninety two, it had passed Congress and George Herbert Walker
- 26:13Speaker 3: Bush had vetoted it. But then in nineteen ninety three, look,
- 26:17Speaker 3: elections have consequences, and when Bill Clinton got elected, it
- 26:21Speaker 3: passed again. But I'll tell you in the Senate the
- 26:24Speaker 3: reason it passed in the Senate. So every Democrat voted yes.
- 26:29Speaker 3: So the Democrats get exactly what they're doing. All of
- 26:31Speaker 3: the Democrats voted yes. Not a single Democrat voted no.
- 26:34Speaker 3: But here's the problem. Six Republicans voted yes as well.
- 26:39Speaker 3: So the vote the Senate was sixty two to thirty six.
- 26:42Speaker 3: In other words, if the Republicans had voted no, they
- 26:46Speaker 3: could have killed it. But just going through this, and
- 26:49Speaker 3: I'm just looking down the list of the Republicans, Domenici
- 26:52Speaker 3: from New Mexico voted yes, durren Berger from Minnesota voted yes,
- 26:58Speaker 3: Hatfield from Oregon voted yes, Packwood, Oregon voted yes, Specter
- 27:05Speaker 3: from Pennsylvania voted yes, and Jeffords from Vermont voted yes.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Now that's six Republicans. If just three of them had
- 27:13Speaker 3: voted no, this bill wouldn't pass. And it's frustrating because
- 27:17Speaker 3: the Democrats all get in line. They get what they're doing,
- 27:20Speaker 3: they get that they are engaged in an effort to
- 27:24Speaker 3: stay in power, and it's not lost on them. Look,
- 27:27Speaker 3: when the bill passed, it's not an accident that they
- 27:31Speaker 3: put voter registration in welfare offices. Hey, if you want welfare,
- 27:35Speaker 3: register to vote for the people giving you welfare. But
- 27:40Speaker 3: why are Republicans idiots? And they go along with that?
- 27:43Speaker 3: And the bill doesn't require proof of citizenship. Why is
- 27:46Speaker 3: that because Republican senators were idiots enough to vote for it.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Not to be clear, none of those senators are still
- 27:53Speaker 3: in the Senate. This was a long time ago. This
- 27:55Speaker 3: was nineteen ninety three. Look, I was a year out
- 27:58Speaker 3: of college. I was a first year law student at
- 28:00Speaker 3: the time. So those senators are gone. But it's a
- 28:03Speaker 3: pattern that has happened over and over again, and it's frustrating.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Yeah, and know one, I think even back then could
- 28:11Speaker 2: have imagined what level of illegal immigration shop and borders
- 28:15Speaker 2: that we're dealing we're dealing with now, and I want
- 28:18Speaker 2: to talk about how many millions of these illegal immigrants
- 28:22Speaker 2: may be getting handed this information. Before I do that,
- 28:25Speaker 2: let me tell you about Blackout Coffee. So many of
- 28:28Speaker 2: you now send me messages on social media about trying

- 28:48Speaker 2: premium cup of coffee. I also don't want a woke

- 28:53Speaker 2: brands right when I said that. You know the woke

- 29:49Speaker 2: slash verdict. Use a promo code vertict for twenty percent
- 29:52Speaker 2: off your first order. So let's break this down because
- 29:56Speaker 2: I think this is an important point for people to
- 29:58Speaker 2: end on. It is a fact, and Democrats are really
- 30:02Speaker 2: good center counting. They know how many millions of illegal
- 30:08Speaker 2: immigrants are in this country on humanitarian parole, as refugees,
- 30:14Speaker 2: asylum status. They know how many of them can go
- 30:18Speaker 2: in and get different forms of government aid, and they
- 30:24Speaker 2: understand that then once you're in the federal system, whether
- 30:30Speaker 2: it's to get welfare benefits, a driver's license, there's an
- 30:35Speaker 2: instant pathway to go, Hey, here's your register to vote paperwork,
- 30:41Speaker 2: and these millions of migrants that are walking in and
- 30:44Speaker 2: out of government offices are now open to that. That's
- 30:48Speaker 2: the reason why this is so dangerous. This isn't just
- 30:50Speaker 2: a one off for a couple people, or as Democrats
- 30:52Speaker 2: I describe it within the you know, an asterisk when
- 30:55Speaker 2: you're counting votes. This could be catastrophic to hanseling out
- 31:00Speaker 2: American voters with illegal immigrants, who were literally saying, fill
- 31:05Speaker 2: this out, turn it in and you can vote, even
- 31:08Speaker 2: though we know we're hand them to legal immigrants.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Yeah, look, that's exactly right. And the Democrats are the
- 31:14Speaker 3: party of government. They've always been the party of government.
- 31:16Speaker 3: That the party of big government. They're party of high taxes,
- 31:19Speaker 3: they're the party of job killing regulations, and they want
- 31:23Speaker 3: they want to make people dependent on government. They're the
- 31:26Speaker 3: party of dependency. They trap people, They trap people tragically
- 31:31Speaker 3: in generations of dependency. And the price that they extract
- 31:36Speaker 3: it's it's a little bit like a drug dealer going
- 31:38Speaker 3: and praying on kids in a junior high. They're like, hey,
- 31:41Speaker 3: just try this a little, just try it a little,
- 31:42Speaker 3: just get a free sample, just try a little. And
- 31:44Speaker 3: the price if they want to keep getting their their
- 31:47Speaker 3: their fix of what the the drug dealing Democrats are providing.
- 31:51Speaker 3: Their price is just make sure you vote for Democrats.
- 31:53Speaker 3: That that that's that's your your ticket to admission. Now.
- 31:57Speaker 3: Look in the House. The House is taking up a
- 32:00Speaker 3: bill called the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, the SAVE Act,
- 32:04Speaker 3: which the House Administration Committee last month passed. And this
- 32:09Speaker 3: bill requires states to receive proof of citizenship whenever anyone
- 32:15Speaker 3: registers to vote by mail or at a DMV office
- 32:19Speaker 3: or at a welfare agency office. And here's what Mike Johnson,
- 32:24Speaker 3: the Speaker of the House said following the approval of
- 32:27Speaker 3: the bill. He said, quote, as President Biden has welcomed
- 32:30Speaker 3: millions of illegal immigrants through our borders, including sophisticated criminal
- 32:33Speaker 3: syndicates and foreign adversaries, it is incumbent upon Congress to
- 32:38Speaker 3: implement greater enforcement measures that secure the voter registration process
- 32:42Speaker 3: and ensure only American citizens decide the outcome of American elections.
- 32:47Speaker 3: And yet, astonishingly, the Democrats are fighting this. So, for example,
- 32:53Speaker 3: there's a left leaning operation called the Campaign Legal Center
- 32:57Speaker 3: that has said that the SAVE Act is quote a
- 33:01Speaker 3: shameful measure that will undermine trust in the electoral process.
- 33:05Speaker 3: And they dismiss concerns about non citizen voting by saying
- 33:10Speaker 3: it hasn't taken place at any meaningful level. Quote, it
- 33:13Speaker 3: is a fabrication being peddled for personal and political gain
- 33:17Speaker 3: by leaders who should know better. Shameful bills like the
- 33:22Speaker 3: Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act often result in eligible US
- 33:26Speaker 3: citizens being incorrectly prevented from voting or being forced to
- 33:30Speaker 3: jump through additional hoops to exercise their freedom to vote.
- 33:34Speaker 3: Campaign Legal Center opposes this bill. But and you know what,
- 33:39Speaker 3: the Democrats are very happy to salute and follow follow
- 33:45Speaker 3: the line right now, At least nineteen states plus Washington
- 33:48Speaker 3: DC allow non citizens to obtain driver's licenses, So in
- 33:53Speaker 3: nearly half the states, you don't have to be a
- 33:55Speaker 3: citizen to get a driver's license. And that is something
- 33:58Speaker 3: that Biden supported during his presidential campaign. By the way,
- 34:02Speaker 3: Biden was one of the Democrats who voted for voter voters,
- 34:05Speaker 3: so he is just implementing the plan now from the
- 34:08Speaker 3: executive side instead of the legislative side. And tragically, this
- 34:15Speaker 3: pattern of amnesty and voting answers the question that I
- 34:19Speaker 3: asked at the beginning of this pod. Why are Democrats
- 34:22Speaker 3: willing to look the other way? Why don't they care
- 34:25Speaker 3: about the people being killed? Why don't they care about
- 34:27Speaker 3: the women being raped? Why don't they care about the
- 34:29Speaker 3: children being assaulted? And it's because they've made a very
- 34:33Speaker 3: cynical decision that staying in power is worth it, and
- 34:37Speaker 3: if innocent people have to die, I guess that's a
- 34:41Speaker 3: price they're willing to pay.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Yeah, elections have consequences, and this one coming up is
- 34:45Speaker 2: going to be significant. Don't forget. We do this podcast Monday,
