- 1:56Speaker 1: show to talk about his fourth book, Game Changers. Please
- 2:00Speaker 1: come to money Making Conversations. Dave asprey. Thank you. Yeah,
- 2:07Speaker 1: I gotta set you up, man, when your big time
- 2:08Speaker 1: like you, man, I gotta chet you up. I can't
- 2:10Speaker 1: just say please, welcome to the show, Dave. I can't
- 2:12Speaker 1: do that, brother, I can't do that. You know. I
- 2:15Speaker 1: got I gotta tell the world about you, man, because
- 2:17Speaker 1: I read your book Game Changers, and I always knew
- 2:20Speaker 1: about your your brand, and but the book Game Changes,
- 2:24Speaker 1: and when I'm reading it, when they got to the point,
- 2:26Speaker 1: always tell people about telling my my my friends and
- 2:28Speaker 1: my my employees. All the time, I said, I want
- 2:31Speaker 1: to live like as old as the people in the Bible,
- 2:33Speaker 1: as I said I wanted. And then when I read
- 2:37Speaker 1: you said you want to live to a hundred years old,
- 2:39Speaker 1: I went, that's my man. That's bad. That's my man.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Because people, really, they get to a certain age and
- 2:45Speaker 1: they feel that I will tell me when they get
- 2:47Speaker 1: to the fifties. There's something happens to people because they
- 2:50Speaker 1: see that they've been told at sixty five that they
- 2:53Speaker 1: should retire, and they've been told at sixty five that
- 2:56Speaker 1: they're gonna be taken care of. So something mentally happens
- 3:00Speaker 1: with with people. They whole body structure change, their goals change.
- 3:04Speaker 1: They also believe that they can't accomplish things at that
- 3:08Speaker 1: age or why should they, And then they get frustrated
- 3:11Speaker 1: when the people who made these promises that they're going
- 3:14Speaker 1: to take care of them don't come through. Your book
- 3:19Speaker 1: enables me to believe that my mindset that I have
- 3:23Speaker 1: it's the right mindset. Don't wait on anybody, you can
- 3:28Speaker 1: do it yourself. Is that what I did? I take
- 3:30Speaker 1: that correct from your reading? From my reading? You know
- 3:34Speaker 1: you're in charge of your own biology. And yeah, you
- 3:36Speaker 1: get it exactly right, right. I just just and I
- 3:41Speaker 1: celebrated my birthday. But I'm still a young man because
- 3:47Speaker 1: I'm barely a quarter done with my minimum goal and
- 3:53Speaker 1: all right, and I'm not That's not one of those though.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Hey look at me, I'm doing to you know, get attention.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I've an antis nonprofitly for twenty years and I've interviewed
- 4:03Speaker 1: people on Bullproof Radio. Guy who's ninety three has a
- 4:07Speaker 1: Nobel Prize for discovering europostosity. Guys ninety four who discovered
- 4:11Speaker 1: the field of transpersonal psychology. Guy Who's seventy three one
- 4:15Speaker 1: of twelve living Grand Masters of the Energy medicine tradition
- 4:18Speaker 1: that protects the emperors of China. These are they have
- 4:21Speaker 1: something called wisdom, and I think we're missing on wisdom
- 4:24Speaker 1: right now because half of people over a certain age
- 4:27Speaker 1: are going to get all time years disease. They didn't
- 4:30Speaker 1: even remember their wisdom. I think we have an epidemic
- 4:33Speaker 1: of a shortage of wisdom. And I've learned so much
- 4:35Speaker 1: for people three times my age, two times my age,
- 4:39Speaker 1: who to this day, Abraham who just interviewed me for
- 4:43Speaker 1: the book, one of the top marketing consultants in the
- 4:45Speaker 1: last thirty years on direct direct mail, direct marketing. Dear
- 4:50Speaker 1: personal friend, I think he's in his seventies ear late sixties. Uh.
- 4:54Speaker 1: You know, these are the guys who tell me how
- 4:56Speaker 1: to do this stuff I don't know how to do,
- 4:58Speaker 1: because they already did it ten more times that I did.
- 5:00Speaker 1: And I feel like I didn't have the wisdom to
- 5:03Speaker 1: listen to those people. When I was in my twenties,
- 5:05Speaker 1: I was maybe a little too egotistical. And part of
- 5:07Speaker 1: the reason I wrote Game Changers, I wanted to hear
- 5:11Speaker 1: what made all of them all these people did these
- 5:13Speaker 1: big things, what made them special? And asked them all
- 5:16Speaker 1: the same question. And I worked with the statistician to
- 5:19Speaker 1: analyze all the data and figure out I don't care
- 5:21Speaker 1: what one successful person does and put people listening. You
- 5:24Speaker 1: shouldn't either, because you're probably not like that person. They
- 5:27Speaker 1: might be a different gender, different age, living different part
- 5:29Speaker 1: of the country, had they had different parents, they had
- 5:31Speaker 1: different genetics. If they're not you, so don't follow a guru.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Find out what a bunch of people all agree on.
- 5:37Speaker 1: There's their priorities. Set your priorities the same way, and
- 5:39Speaker 1: choose the tools that work for you. And this book
- 5:42Speaker 1: is it's not one of those books are hit. I
- 5:44Speaker 1: did this podcast episode look where you could learn? And
- 5:46Speaker 1: you put twenty of them together, you got a book.
- 5:47Speaker 1: This is a book where we analyze four nderd and
- 5:50Speaker 1: fifty interviews, all of them with exactly the same three
- 5:53Speaker 1: questions at the end, and we look for commonalities. So,
- 5:56Speaker 1: if you're going to spend one hour being a good
- 5:58Speaker 1: an entspreneur, a better father, a better mother, a better
- 6:02Speaker 1: whatever you decide you want to be, you might as
- 6:05Speaker 1: look at the highest return on that hours worth of
- 6:07Speaker 1: time and energy. Uh, and well, how else could you
- 6:11Speaker 1: do that? But learning from hundreds of people who have
- 6:13Speaker 1: done big things. That was my guilt. And here's the secret.
- 6:16Speaker 1: I wanted this for myself. Between writing and your Times
- 6:19Speaker 1: bestseller every twelve eighteen months would be award winning podcast
- 6:23Speaker 1: with a hundred million dollars. And I'm CEO of a
- 6:26Speaker 1: pull Through three sixty was sixty eight million dollars in
- 6:28Speaker 1: venture capital, and I got a couple of other startups
- 6:30Speaker 1: in my back pocket too. I don't know time, I'm
- 6:33Speaker 1: not wasting. I have had ten minutes to meditate. I
- 6:34Speaker 1: want to meditate faster, but you're O care to do that, right,
- 6:39Speaker 1: And that's what That's what I would tell people that
- 6:41Speaker 1: are twenty four hours of the day, learned to take
- 6:43Speaker 1: advantage of each hour. That's my motivation. In fact, I
- 6:46Speaker 1: i'm gonna know, I'm wanna have to go to sleep,
- 6:49Speaker 1: But because I'm gonna I'm gonna have to go to
- 6:51Speaker 1: when I wake up, I'm motivated to get something done
- 6:53Speaker 1: that day. And that's what people fail. And I we're
- 6:55Speaker 1: reading your book and they started doing some additional research.
- 6:58Speaker 1: The whole thing from the weight loss we're got talk
- 7:00Speaker 1: about that a little bit is that it would through
- 7:02Speaker 1: natural motivation. And and I always tell people because I
- 7:05Speaker 1: eat whatever I want to eat and uh, And people say,
- 7:07Speaker 1: how you do that? Because I know my body And
- 7:10Speaker 1: that's what you're talking about, knowing who you are both
- 7:13Speaker 1: mentally and physically. Am I correct? Yeah, you gotta know
- 7:17Speaker 1: who you are and what works for you. And and
- 7:19Speaker 1: there's a big art around sorting out what you believe
- 7:23Speaker 1: versus was actually real. And as you start getting more energy,
- 7:27Speaker 1: and you're a high energy guy already, you start you
- 7:30Speaker 1: start getting more and more energy. We're not gonna do
- 7:32Speaker 1: with all this energy if you have a belief system
- 7:35Speaker 1: in there that isn't real. Like like you walk into
- 7:38Speaker 1: your boardroom or with some investors or employees and someone
- 7:41Speaker 1: says something and you tell yourself, sorry, they're saying that,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna assume it's because they don't think I'd good enough,
- 7:46Speaker 1: or because they're trying to take from me, or because
- 7:50Speaker 1: and you go off on that tangent and you start
- 7:52Speaker 1: believing that's your reality and you start reacting to people
- 7:55Speaker 1: that way, and that's going to take you off your game.
- 7:58Speaker 1: So the challenges you get more energy is to make
- 8:00Speaker 1: sure that where you're putting energy is into the truth,
- 8:03Speaker 1: not your perception of the truth. And that's you know,
- 8:06Speaker 1: becoming aware of becoming conscious and quite often having a
- 8:10Speaker 1: good set of friends or advisors who are going to
- 8:12Speaker 1: call you on your BS And I'm grateful all lot
- 8:14Speaker 1: and you do have it. And so what is up
- 8:16Speaker 1: the top takeaways that people should know from your book
- 8:19Speaker 1: Game changes to start achieving the highest potential right now,
- 8:23Speaker 1: right now, because not looking in the past. I don't
- 8:25Speaker 1: want people hang on what I didn't do, but moving forward?
- 8:29Speaker 1: What what what? What's the big what's the biggest? Well,
- 8:33Speaker 1: the first thing to understand is all these people, uh
- 8:37Speaker 1: not one of these foreigners sept to people have made
- 8:39Speaker 1: it into the book. When I asked them three most
- 8:41Speaker 1: important piece of advice for performing better as a human
- 8:44Speaker 1: being so inclusive, your business, your home, everything. Not one
- 8:47Speaker 1: of them said money power fan, not even one time.
- 8:50Speaker 1: No one is pursuing that. Yet when I was young,
- 8:53Speaker 1: I was pursuing that. In fact, most people listening are
- 8:56Speaker 1: probably pursuing one of those three things. And what I
- 8:59Speaker 1: told myself, I was twenty six years old, a sean.
- 9:01Speaker 1: I made six million dollars. It's a company that held
- 9:03Speaker 1: Google's first servers. I was a co founder of a
- 9:05Speaker 1: part of that company, and I lost it when I
- 9:08Speaker 1: was twenty I get to enjoy that for all those years.
- 9:10Speaker 1: But when I had six million dollars, I told a
- 9:12Speaker 1: friend at once who also made stupid amounts some money
- 9:15Speaker 1: in this twenties, I said, you know, I'll be happy
- 9:17Speaker 1: and I have ten million dollars and it was it
- 9:19Speaker 1: was so stupid. You money is a symptom of being happy.
- 9:25Speaker 1: But if you're to just take one thing away from
- 9:27Speaker 1: this book, it's not gonna be a technique or a
- 9:28Speaker 1: tip or a hack. It's going to be that. It's
- 9:31Speaker 1: that the people who really nailed it and have done
- 9:33Speaker 1: the biggest things at the highest levels, they learned how
- 9:36Speaker 1: to be happy, and they used happiness as an accelerator,
- 9:39Speaker 1: as a lubricant for their financial success, if financial success
- 9:43Speaker 1: was even important to them. But if you think the
- 9:45Speaker 1: financial success will lead to it doesn't. It just makes
- 9:48Speaker 1: you miserable because no, don't matter how much you make,
- 9:50Speaker 1: you're not gonna be happy because that doesn't what does it?
- 9:52Speaker 1: But if your assumption you're bad programming tells you money
- 9:55Speaker 1: equals happiness. I got the numbers in this book and
- 9:58Speaker 1: I love it. It's definitely four dollars. That's one of
- 10:01Speaker 1: my vision bulls. Money doesn't make you happy, doesn't do it.
- 10:06Speaker 1: We'll be back with more with our Dave and we're
- 10:08Speaker 1: gonna talk about the movement, the Bulletproof movement. Coachy for
- 10:15Speaker 1: Sean mcgonalla. I'm on the phone with UH. He's the
- 10:17Speaker 1: founding CEO of Bulletproof. Three six days he created a
- 10:20Speaker 1: bio hacking movement which has created a big Bulletproof coffee
- 10:24Speaker 1: launching empire. Expanded on his bio hacking discoveries that included
- 10:28Speaker 1: UH Bulletprool branded food and drink products. Welcome back to
- 10:31Speaker 1: money making conversation, Dave Asprey. Hey, David, here's my question
- 10:35Speaker 1: to you. I don't I'm telling you. I'm telling how
- 10:37Speaker 1: motivating you are. I don't even drink coffee. I don't
- 10:41Speaker 1: even drink coffee, never drawk coffee in my life. Dave
- 10:45Speaker 1: sent products, they sent products, They sent product to me. Okay,
- 10:48Speaker 1: I got my little orange April. And then that's detecting
- 10:52Speaker 1: some weakness in your voice and explain that. But Jack,
- 10:57Speaker 1: at the end of the story, now, don't do so.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I just kept looking at these little orange and white
- 11:02Speaker 1: bottles over there. I drunk your coffee there. I drunk it.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I loved it. I drunk it. I don't even drink coffee.
- 11:13Speaker 1: I drunk. I just said, he is so motivating. It
- 11:16Speaker 1: is so inspirational that non coffee drinker. Because people te
- 11:21Speaker 1: that come out Stopbucks all that stuff. I'm gonna start
- 11:23Speaker 1: get the little pound cake. That's why I going there
- 11:25Speaker 1: for pound cake. Give me some ore juice. You sent
- 11:28Speaker 1: me something. I read your book Game Changers. I'm looking
- 11:31Speaker 1: I got I put on my arng apen. I'm I'm
- 11:33Speaker 1: just in a picture you wearing your oar japen. Just
- 11:35Speaker 1: to let you know. I got your jap bulletproof. I'm
- 11:38Speaker 1: gonna show you the open I'm a holly unopened bulletproof
- 11:42Speaker 1: bottle of that drunk and got actually drunk too, Okay,
- 11:45Speaker 1: because he sent me too. They don't send me tonk
- 11:47Speaker 1: me to I drunk one. I went this pretty good
- 11:50Speaker 1: next day to what are you doing? Because my wife
- 11:51Speaker 1: drinks tea? What are you doing? I said, just some
- 11:53Speaker 1: pretty good stuff here, girl, you need to try that.
- 11:55Speaker 1: So so, my man, I'm gonna let you know I
- 11:58Speaker 1: am a I'm part of the movement, Dave, I'm part
- 12:02Speaker 1: of the movement. Whoa part of the movement, brother, part
- 12:08Speaker 1: of the movement. Man, so so so if you could
- 12:10Speaker 1: get me a non comfy drinker to sit down. It's
- 12:14Speaker 1: a bullet proof coffee. You winning, brother, You winning. And
- 12:20Speaker 1: if you if you ask any of my friend they
- 12:22Speaker 1: know I don't drink alcohol, I don't. I don't need
- 12:25Speaker 1: any any additional accelerant to to to go along with life.
- 12:29Speaker 1: I just love life. I love getting up in the morning.
- 12:31Speaker 1: I've loved beating the position to change people's lives. I
- 12:34Speaker 1: love being a position to the God said, hey, man,
- 12:37Speaker 1: you have an option here. You can lay that better.
- 12:38Speaker 1: You can get up, and brother, I get up so
- 12:40Speaker 1: fast just in case he changes his mind. It's crazy
- 12:45Speaker 1: and so so to be able to enjoy your product.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Thank you, man. I want to just say thank you. Okay, uh,
- 12:53Speaker 1: you're You're welcome. I love hearing that. And when you
- 12:56Speaker 1: re saying copy is not advice. But when you get
- 13:00Speaker 1: clean coffee and you put the other oil the brain
- 13:02Speaker 1: oct in there, it has changed in my brain works.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I really did lose a hundred pounds. I do have
- 13:08Speaker 1: more energy now than I've ever had and it works
- 13:10Speaker 1: for long periods of time, and there's science backing it.
- 13:13Speaker 1: So I have a bunch of friends who weren't coffee users,
- 13:17Speaker 1: and they said, I'm gonna do a cup in the
- 13:18Speaker 1: morning because I read the science and I realized, you know,
- 13:22Speaker 1: it's it's not just about getting a kick in the pants.
- 13:25Speaker 1: There's something else going on in yourself. So I'm happy
- 13:27Speaker 1: to doing that. Because you look at the all cose
- 13:30Speaker 1: mortality that I mean, that's a statistics to say how
- 13:32Speaker 1: likely are you to diet anything? It looks like drinking
- 13:35Speaker 1: coffee because people drink coffee have less of that, So
- 13:39Speaker 1: I'm happy that less. Definitely I drink lemonade. I'll just
- 13:42Speaker 1: tell you how the logics hit me. You go, okay,
- 13:45Speaker 1: n you know, you know it's really I guess I've
- 13:47Speaker 1: been approached the wrong way about coffee. I just saw
- 13:51Speaker 1: it as a as a as as like a lemonade.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I'm sitting at a restaurant ordering uh, a coke or
- 13:58Speaker 1: a diet coke, And I went, Okay. The majority is
- 14:01Speaker 1: why can't I have that same mentality with this With
- 14:03Speaker 1: the way you presented to me. Wasn't like a corp
- 14:06Speaker 1: of coffee to to wake myself up. It was like
- 14:09Speaker 1: part of my lifestyle. That's that bio hacking that you're
- 14:12Speaker 1: talking about. Correct, that's exactly what you're going to put
- 14:18Speaker 1: in there. Yes, sir, yes, sir. So so early on
- 14:21Speaker 1: in life here you mentioned the fact that you lost weight,
- 14:24Speaker 1: and uh, I lost sixteen pounds this year. I brag
- 14:26Speaker 1: about that. I made a conscious decision just lose weight.
- 14:30Speaker 1: You know, I was. I said, I'm not gonna play football.
- 14:32Speaker 1: I'm not gonna run around here and tackle anybody and
- 14:35Speaker 1: make any extra money, not at my age. While are
- 14:37Speaker 1: you walking around with all his weight on rashot and
- 14:40Speaker 1: is left my body? It is almost a year now
- 14:42Speaker 1: coming up on the universe and it stayed off. So
- 14:45Speaker 1: how was you able to make that transition with the
- 14:47Speaker 1: weight loss which inspired you to be who you are today.
- 14:50Speaker 1: I'd like to believe that when I say that and
- 14:53Speaker 1: keep it off. You know, for me, it came from
- 14:57Speaker 1: desperation at twenty six. I've got all the money I'm
- 15:01Speaker 1: gonna need to the rest of my life. Please, I
- 15:03Speaker 1: think I do. I don't know I'm gonna lose it,
- 15:05Speaker 1: but I thought just the building assurance. I mean, my
- 15:08Speaker 1: my brain wasn't working. I had our right is my
- 15:10Speaker 1: knees Since I was fourteen, I got blood tests done
- 15:13Speaker 1: at the doctor was advanced with blood tests, and they said,
- 15:17Speaker 1: you're at high risk of stroke and a heart attack
- 15:19Speaker 1: and your pre diabetic. Uh, and you've got cognitivedysfunction like
- 15:23Speaker 1: I've got thirty and I've got all the diseases that
- 15:26Speaker 1: I expect my grandfather, right, right, right? Not okay, right.
- 15:33Speaker 1: And I've been exercising an hour and a half a day,
- 15:36Speaker 1: six days a week. And I went on a low fat,
- 15:39Speaker 1: low calorie diet, and after eighteen months of that, I
- 15:42Speaker 1: just took off Sundays the rest of them. Every day,
- 15:44Speaker 1: no matter if I was sick and how tired I was,
- 15:46Speaker 1: I hit the gym every day. Most important thing. I've
- 15:49Speaker 1: away three pounds and I'm sitting at Carl's Jr. My
- 15:51Speaker 1: friends are eating Western bacon cheeseburgers. I'm having the salave
- 15:54Speaker 1: of no chicken and no dressing. And I just realized,
- 15:58Speaker 1: you know what, I could bench press every one of
- 15:59Speaker 1: my friends, actually more than them, and I less than them,
- 16:01Speaker 1: and I'm twice as tall as them. And you know what,
- 16:05Speaker 1: it's not me, it's this advice is craft and I
- 16:08Speaker 1: had to go do it myself. And that's where the
- 16:10Speaker 1: Bulletroo diet came from. Hey, have anti aging people hang out,
- 16:13Speaker 1: but people actually know how it works, and they're all
- 16:15Speaker 1: pissed off. Next week, I'm getting a lecture that three
- 16:17Speaker 1: thousand doctors of the American Academy of Antigi Medicine. I'm
- 16:20Speaker 1: not a doctor, but they're all pissed off because they
- 16:22Speaker 1: know what's real and the traditional Western big promised stuff
- 16:26Speaker 1: they just don't know it. So there's this divide between
- 16:29Speaker 1: what we know and what people are told. And my
- 16:31Speaker 1: mission ears I'm going to break that divide down, and
- 16:35Speaker 1: even this conversation is helping to do that. If your thought,
- 16:37Speaker 1: it's not that hard to lose weight, now, you don't
- 16:39Speaker 1: have to suffer, you don't have to be hungry all
- 16:41Speaker 1: the time. If you are hungry at the times, you're
- 16:42Speaker 1: going to get fat again anyway. So you gotta figure
- 16:44Speaker 1: out to do it. It's to the point I don't
- 16:46Speaker 1: worry about that anymore. But what I do worry about
- 16:50Speaker 1: is when you have all this energy, what are you
- 16:51Speaker 1: gonna do with it? Because if you have a bunch
- 16:53Speaker 1: of energy and you put it into hating on other
- 16:55Speaker 1: people and you know, cut them off in traffic, and uh,
- 16:58Speaker 1: you know, you don't do good stuff with it. We
- 17:00Speaker 1: got a problem there, but we can fix it. It's
- 17:02Speaker 1: easy and that's why I'm so feel up about it.
- 17:05Speaker 1: But at the end of your interview, you always ask
- 17:07Speaker 1: this question, is what are your top three recommendations of
- 17:11Speaker 1: people who want to perform better at being human? Can
- 17:15Speaker 1: you can? You? Can? You can? I ask you that
- 17:17Speaker 1: question day absolutely, and I wrote I wrote the afterward
- 17:24Speaker 1: in Game Changers where I kind of put more more
- 17:27Speaker 1: context into this, but I'm gonna summarize that. And until
- 17:32Speaker 1: I wrote this book, I really didn't ask the question
- 17:35Speaker 1: in a in a major way. And the first thing
- 17:38Speaker 1: is the power of gratitude. And every night when I
- 17:41Speaker 1: put my kids to bed, I say, tell me three
- 17:44Speaker 1: things you're grateful for, uh, And I tell them stuff
- 17:47Speaker 1: I'm grateful for. And if you do that, it changes
- 17:49Speaker 1: your whole biology, like yours go down. Your brain state changes.
- 17:53Speaker 1: And I've measured that at the brain the neuroscientist student
- 17:56Speaker 1: that I started. If you can see what gratitude does,
- 17:58Speaker 1: it's a real thing. So number one gratitude. Second one
- 18:03Speaker 1: is understand that you have a traitor inside of you,
- 18:08Speaker 1: these little tiny bacteria that run the energy system in yourselves.
- 18:12Speaker 1: All they want to do is run away from hide
- 18:14Speaker 1: or kill scary things, eat everything, and have sex with
- 18:17Speaker 1: everything else. That's a bacteria to do this day alive
- 18:20Speaker 1: and you're powered by bacteria. So everything you've ever done
- 18:22Speaker 1: that you're ashamed of came from these ancient bacteria. Good
- 18:25Speaker 1: news is they're not you. Bad news is your aspelt
- 18:28Speaker 1: or what they make you do. So you've got to
- 18:29Speaker 1: get on top of it. If everyone understood that, you
- 18:31Speaker 1: could drop the guilt and shame right now. But yeah,
- 18:34Speaker 1: I'm wired that way. I gotta get on top of
- 18:36Speaker 1: this wiring instead of saying, oh, that was me, I'm
- 18:39Speaker 1: a bad person because of my bacteria wanted to go
- 18:41Speaker 1: on that data I shouldn't go out on in such
- 18:43Speaker 1: a etcetera. And the final thing that's in my pieces
- 18:50Speaker 1: of advice people want to perform better at everything is
- 18:53Speaker 1: understand your body actually doesn't listen to you very well,
- 18:57Speaker 1: except when it comes to gratitude and love and things
- 18:59Speaker 1: like that. But what it does listen to it listens
- 19:02Speaker 1: to the environment around you. So what that means is
- 19:05Speaker 1: that you have more control over what your body does.
- 19:08Speaker 1: And in any time in human history, and he could
- 19:10Speaker 1: an Amazon, you got a Walmar, you got anywhere you want.
- 19:13Speaker 1: You can pick up in RFL so you can get
- 19:16Speaker 1: quality light, and you get clean water, you can get
- 19:18Speaker 1: quality food. You can change all the all the things
- 19:21Speaker 1: that twenty five or a hundred years ago, it doesn't
- 19:24Speaker 1: really matter who you were, you couldn't do it. So
- 19:26Speaker 1: we have all this tack. Now you can make the
- 19:28Speaker 1: environments set up to make you a super human. But
- 19:30Speaker 1: unless you realize it's the environment that listened to it's
- 19:33Speaker 1: not you, it's very hard to do that. Mess your day.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Are you doing any book signing tours or you have
- 19:38Speaker 1: a schedule for that's set up yet, or what's happened
- 19:41Speaker 1: with you? And where are you based? I am based
- 19:44Speaker 1: in Victoria, British Columbia or headquarters in Seattle. And in
- 19:49Speaker 1: April five or seventh is the bio Hacking Conference, sixth
- 19:52Speaker 1: annual conference down in l A. I'll be signing a
- 19:54Speaker 1: ton of books there. And that's at the Beverly Hilting
- 19:58Speaker 1: go to upgrade labs dot com to find in Paul
- 19:59Speaker 1: in a commic. Okay cool, and they was to say
- 20:01Speaker 1: those dates again April fifth through seventh in l A,
- 20:07Speaker 1: l A. And there's I got one more thing for
- 20:10Speaker 1: listeners to if you go to ask free Game Changers
- 20:13Speaker 1: dot com right now a s p R E y,
- 20:16Speaker 1: I'm given away a hundred and seventy five thousand dollars
- 20:18Speaker 1: and prizes for people who read the book, review the
- 20:21Speaker 1: book and just try it out. That the most I've
- 20:24Speaker 1: ever done. And there's people stem cell up. These all
- 20:27Speaker 1: kinds of cool stuff. So I would say check it
- 20:30Speaker 1: out and read the book. And if you read the
- 20:32Speaker 1: review like I'm love reading, if you just let me
- 20:34Speaker 1: know that the eight thousand so hours a whole year
- 20:37Speaker 1: of time that wins and writing this book, that it
- 20:39Speaker 1: was worth your time to read it in four hours.
- 20:40Speaker 1: If you let me know that I appreciate it. Well,
- 20:42Speaker 1: my friend. Also, I will be posted it on social media,
- 20:44Speaker 1: So I tell my crew had been in touch with
- 20:46Speaker 1: Joe Crew and we put it on my social media,
- 20:48Speaker 1: which is the email bigger platform than my radio platform.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Thank you. They appreciate you. Keep changing lives and keep
- 20:54Speaker 1: to keep being a game changer. From Marjohn McDonald and
- 20:57Speaker 1: money making conversations. Don't touch that. Hey, Dave, how you
- 21:02Speaker 1: doing a very good couple that didn't ramble too much?
- 21:07Speaker 1: No no, no, no no, now I'm very serious about
- 21:09Speaker 1: that coffee that you know that you know it was funny.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I was just like, you know, I'm the point in
- 21:15Speaker 1: my life, you know, I go, I'm gonna stick to
- 21:16Speaker 1: who I am, you know what I'm saying. So I went,
- 21:19Speaker 1: maybe it's time to like change up a little bit.
- 21:22Speaker 1: But but I treated it just like you know, why not.
- 21:25Speaker 1: It was lemonade, you know, a coke or something, and
- 21:27Speaker 1: enjoyed it a lot. And and thank you very much
- 21:30Speaker 1: for uh inviting that, uh that nutritional supping into my
- 21:33Speaker 1: life because I will be using it on the regularation. Okay,
- 21:37Speaker 1: you got you got it man, and it's it's roughlier.
- 21:39Speaker 1: I gotta tell you. Both coffee and brain knocktane oil
- 21:42Speaker 1: in trials reduce all times. So you drink one of
- 21:45Speaker 1: those a day, you're riff for lifelong. Stuff goes down.
- 21:48Speaker 1: That's real science and the some reasons I do it.
- 21:50Speaker 1: So you got some upside there. I appreciate. Also, my
- 21:54Speaker 1: my staff is gonna roteriously reach out to you your
- 21:56Speaker 1: staff to give me some banners so I can put
