- 0:11Speaker 2: on surveillance cameras walking along North Capitol Street, North Carolina
- 0:15Speaker 2: Avenue in Second Street, before eventually walking past the Republican
- 0:19Speaker 2: National Committee headquarters at eight eighteen pm. The FBI says
- 0:22Speaker 2: the second pipe bomb was placed sometime after that, but
- 0:25Speaker 2: the suspect was not directly seen on video with the
- 0:28Speaker 2: second pipe bomb.

- 3:06Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 3:08Speaker 4: The Supreme Court handing Donald Trump a massive victory when
- 3:13Speaker 4: it comes to redistricting in Texas, a sweeping legal and
- 3:17Speaker 4: political victory with big implications for the twenty twenty six
- 3:22Speaker 4: midterms and the twenty twenty eight presidential election cycle. Now,
- 3:27Speaker 4: the left lost their minds over what Texas was doing
- 3:30Speaker 4: with redistricting, and they decided to sue.
- 3:34Speaker 5: Well, guess what.
- 3:35Speaker 4: The Supreme Court delivered a significant victory for not only
- 3:39Speaker 4: the president of the United States of America, but also
- 3:42Speaker 4: for states rights ruling to affirm the Texas Congressional redistricting map.
- 3:47Speaker 4: The decision effectively upholds the state's current district lines, rejecting
- 3:53Speaker 4: efforts to overturn them by the radical left, and giving
- 3:57Speaker 4: Republicans a clear path to maintain and potentially even expand
- 4:02Speaker 4: their political advantage in one of the nation's largest and
- 4:06Speaker 4: fastest growing states, which is extremely important for controlling Congress
- 4:11Speaker 4: and also the White House. Let me talk to you
- 4:14Speaker 4: about the takeaways. Number one. Not only was this the
- 4:17Speaker 4: massive win for Trump in the election strategy, but the
- 4:21Speaker 4: ruling validates the same redistricting principles that Trump and the
- 4:25Speaker 4: GOP leaders have defended for years, that state sovereignty, constitutional authority,
- 4:31Speaker 4: and legislature's power to draw maps without federal interference. The
- 4:37Speaker 4: second victory here was GOP's strength in the critical battleground
- 4:42Speaker 4: for the country. The upheld map solidifies not only Republican
- 4:47Speaker 4: advantages in multiple key districts, protecting the gains that have
- 4:51Speaker 4: been made under President Trump's leadership, in saying the stage
- 4:54Speaker 4: for even stronger conservative performance in twenty twenty six and
- 4:59Speaker 4: twenty twenty eight. Eight, the court rejected the challenge that
- 5:02Speaker 4: could have undone years of GOP progress. By refusing to
- 5:07Speaker 4: strite down the Texas Map, the court shut down a
- 5:10Speaker 4: major legal challenge that could have unraveled Republican leaning districts
- 5:14Speaker 4: across the state. Now this ensures political stability and predictability
- 5:19Speaker 4: and continuity for the next several election cycles. It also
- 5:23Speaker 4: reinforces the constitutional vision the Trumpet champion and what he
- 5:28Speaker 4: ran on. The majority opinion signals strong support for the
- 5:32Speaker 4: constitutional framework Conservatives have been defending states, not Washington bureaucrats
- 5:38Speaker 4: or activist groups control the redistricting. It's also just a
- 5:43Speaker 4: huge momentum boost for Texas Republicans. With the map locked in,
- 5:48Speaker 4: Republican tendants can now run confidently and aggressively, knowing the
- 5:53Speaker 4: courts will not be used to undermine their districts. This
- 5:57Speaker 4: ruling effectively gives a GOP a green light to build
- 6:00Speaker 4: even bigger majorities. And then there's the political impact. Not
- 6:04Speaker 4: only does it strengthen Trump's national influence, but it also
- 6:08Speaker 4: provides again for his judicial legacy in shaping the country.
- 6:12Speaker 4: It also secures Texas as a GOP fortress, which is
- 6:17Speaker 4: extremely important when it comes to the presidential election and
- 6:20Speaker 4: making Democrats pick up efforts even harder than before. It
- 6:25Speaker 4: also boosts fundraising and kennet recruitment since the districts are
- 6:29Speaker 4: now stable and also favorable. It eliminates uncertainty that could
- 6:34Speaker 4: have disrupted campaigns heading into the midterms as well, that
- 6:37Speaker 4: was part of the democratic strategy of chaos. And it
- 6:41Speaker 4: affirms conservative legal arguments on separation of powers and states' rights.
- 6:47Speaker 4: The bottom line is the Supreme Court didn't just hand
- 6:50Speaker 4: Texas Republicans a win. It delivered one of the most
- 6:53Speaker 4: consequential redistricting victories of the decade, reinforcing President Trump's long
- 6:59Speaker 4: term our political strategy and submitting Conservatives control in the
- 7:04Speaker 4: country's most important red state. This is a massive victory
- 7:09Speaker 4: for President Trump and for the rule of law and
- 7:12Speaker 4: states rights.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Now, story number two, we're.
- 7:15Speaker 4: Getting more information about exactly what happened with the DC
- 7:19Speaker 4: pipe bomber and how he was finally arrested, And we're
- 7:23Speaker 4: also learning the shocking news that there was no new
- 7:26Speaker 4: tip that came in that caused the arrest to happen.
- 7:29Speaker 4: It was actually just information that hadn't been pursued or
- 7:34Speaker 4: information that hadn't been put together with evidence by the
- 7:38Speaker 4: prior administration and the FBI. What we now know is
- 7:42Speaker 4: there's a man that's been charged for planting explosive devices
- 7:46Speaker 4: outside the RNC and the DNC on January the fifth
- 7:50Speaker 4: of twenty twenty one. And the only reason why we
- 7:54Speaker 4: know who he is now is because Donald Trump and
- 7:57Speaker 4: the men and women put in charge of the FBI
- 7:59Speaker 4: and the DOJ, they are now able to do their
- 8:01Speaker 4: jobs the right way, which is law enforcement work in
- 8:05Speaker 4: fighting crime. The Attorney General Pam Bondi putting it this way, Brian.
- 8:10Speaker 5: Cole Junior was arrested and charged with placing the pipe
- 8:14Speaker 5: bombs at the RNC and the DNC on January fifth,
- 8:20Speaker 5: twenty twenty one. He has been charged with violating eighteen USC.
- 8:24Speaker 5: Eight forty four, which is use of an explosive device.
- 8:29Speaker 5: This investigation is ongoing as we speak. Search warrants are
- 8:33Speaker 5: being executed, and there could be more charges to come.
- 8:38Speaker 5: Today's arrest happened because the Trump administration has made this
- 8:43Speaker 5: case a priority. The total lack of movement on this
- 8:48Speaker 5: case in our nation's capital undermined the public trust of
- 8:54Speaker 5: our enforcement agencies. This cold case languished for four years
- 9:02Speaker 5: until Director Patel and Deputy Director Bongino came to the FBI.
- 9:09Speaker 5: The FBI, along with US Attorney Puro and all of
- 9:13Speaker 5: our prosecutors, have worked tirelessly for months sifting through evidence
- 9:20Speaker 5: that had been sitting at the FBI with the Biden
- 9:24Speaker 5: administration for four long years. Let me be clear, there
- 9:29Speaker 5: was no new tip, there was no new witness, just good,
- 9:34Speaker 5: diligent police work and prosecutorial work working as a team
- 9:40Speaker 5: along with atf Capitol Police, Metropolitan Police Department, and of
- 9:46Speaker 5: course the FBI. We are working every day to restore
- 9:51Speaker 5: the public's trust. We hope that today is a significant
- 9:55Speaker 5: step towards that progress. We'll share more information when when
- 10:01Speaker 5: we can and when it unfolds. I cannot stress enough
- 10:05Speaker 5: how hard Director Patel and Deputy Director Bonngino have worked
- 10:10Speaker 5: for months to make our nation's capital safer and to
- 10:15Speaker 5: make our country safer.
- 10:16Speaker 4: You listen to Pam Bondi in what she had to
- 10:19Speaker 4: say there, it's truly incredible that there was no new
- 10:23Speaker 4: information that actually led to this arrest. Cash Battel saying
- 10:28Speaker 4: this as well on TV in an interview.
- 10:32Speaker 1: So you know, there's been some uncertainty, you know, certainly online,
- 10:35Speaker 1: so I don't know what's real and what's not Sometimes
- 10:37Speaker 1: it's a little hard to follow, but on when these
- 10:39Speaker 1: devices were actually planted. You know, does this arrest crystallize
- 10:43Speaker 1: the timeline at all in terms of, you know, the
- 10:46Speaker 1: sequence of events that's sort of been you know, up
- 10:48Speaker 1: in the air again, you know, especially online.
- 10:50Speaker 3: It absolutely does.
- 10:50Speaker 6: And I don't want to get ahead of the Department
- 10:52Speaker 6: of Justice, but you're going to see a crystal clear
- 10:54Speaker 6: timeline and picture in the next twenty four hours when
- 10:57Speaker 6: this individual makes his presentment and first appearance in court
- 11:00Speaker 6: and we proceed with the paperwork to his arraignment. That's
- 11:03Speaker 6: where key pieces of information are going to be made
- 11:05Speaker 6: public for the first time, because that's where key pieces
- 11:08Speaker 6: of information legally must be made public for the first time.
- 11:11Speaker 6: And we're not going to disrupt that process because that
- 11:13Speaker 6: would hurt the integrity of investigation and most importantly, it
- 11:16Speaker 6: would hurt the integrity of the prosecution that's upcoming.
- 11:19Speaker 4: You listen to Cashptel and what he's saying is you're
- 11:22Speaker 4: getting transparency. He also made it clear and this was
- 11:26Speaker 4: a Cashptel tweet. When Dan bond Gino and I came
- 11:29Speaker 4: to the FBI in March, the pipe bomb investigation installed
- 11:33Speaker 4: for going on five years. We rebuilt it from scratch,
- 11:37Speaker 4: rerunning every lead, retesting every piece of evidence, bring in
- 11:41Speaker 4: top experts, and deploying new technology to engineer the break
- 11:46Speaker 4: that finally nailed the suspect. Today is result of that
- 11:50Speaker 4: outstanding work. We didn't need new evidence, just new leaders
- 11:55Speaker 4: and a new President Trump willing to let good cops
- 11:59Speaker 4: be cops. This goes exactly back to that principle. The
- 12:04Speaker 4: President United States of America chose people to put in
- 12:08Speaker 4: positions of power that understand exactly what they needed to do,
- 12:14Speaker 4: which was go after the bad guys, arrest them, and
- 12:17Speaker 4: make sure that men and women are safe. And finally,
- 12:21Speaker 4: even Judge Janine said, the DC pipe bomber was quiet.
- 12:25Speaker 4: She also revealed insight into his low key personal life, saying,
- 12:29Speaker 4: federal authorities say they found bomb making materials in the
- 12:33Speaker 4: suspect's home. The US Attorney for the District of Columbia,
- 12:38Speaker 4: Judge Janine revealing all of this after it was announced
- 12:42Speaker 4: the indictment, federal authorities arresting that thirty year old of
- 12:46Speaker 4: Virginia Thursday morning, And yet again she re emphasized this
- 12:51Speaker 4: important point that this was after a nearly five year
- 12:54Speaker 4: long pause in essence of the investigation involving millions of
- 13:00Speaker 4: pieces of data. Now we have him, and Americans can
- 13:04Speaker 4: sleep a little better knowing that the DC pipe bomber
- 13:07Speaker 4: is behind Bart.
