- 0:01Speaker 1: The judge and Hunter Biden gun case has now ordered
- 0:05Speaker 1: the search warrants be unsealed. Now I'm going to tell
- 0:08Speaker 1: you about that story coming up in a moment. This
- 0:12Speaker 1: also deals with another bigger issue coming out of China
- 0:16Speaker 1: that I want to deal with first. And you may
- 0:18Speaker 1: have seen the news media reaction to the migrant crime wave,
- 0:23Speaker 1: the sweeping sanctuary cities, including the brutal beat down of
- 0:28Speaker 1: a police officer caught on tape in New York at
- 0:31Speaker 1: the hands of illegal immigrants that were clearly trying to
- 0:34Speaker 1: kill him. I'm going to have the details on that
- 0:37Speaker 1: story coming up in a moment as well. But before
- 0:39Speaker 1: we get to that, I want to first start with
- 0:43Speaker 1: three million dollars.
- 0:45Speaker 2: This is what this story involves and.
- 0:47Speaker 1: The Biden crime family and a Biden business associate says
- 0:51Speaker 1: that the Chinese Communist Party Link Company met Joe Biden
- 0:56Speaker 1: and paid three million dollars after he left the vice presidency.
- 1:03Speaker 1: This new shocking news not being covered by anyone. And
- 1:07Speaker 1: let me give you the deep details on this, the
- 1:09Speaker 1: deep dive CEFC China Energy Company. That is that Chinese
- 1:15Speaker 1: energy company we've talked about quite a few times now
- 1:18Speaker 1: on the show that has direct links to the Chinese
- 1:21Speaker 1: Communist Party.
- 1:23Speaker 2: We now know for a fact that.
- 1:25Speaker 1: The CEFC China Energy Company met directly with then Vice
- 1:31Speaker 1: President Joe Biden and paid the Biden family business three
- 1:36Speaker 1: million dollars in twenty seventeen. How do we know this
- 1:42Speaker 1: because on Friday, Biden associate Rob Walker under oath told
- 1:46Speaker 1: the House Oversight Committee that this happened.
- 1:50Speaker 2: The timing of.
- 1:51Speaker 1: The payments raises major questions about whether or not the
- 1:56Speaker 1: payments were delayed on purpose to obscure Joe Biden as
- 2:01Speaker 1: quote unquote the brand right the business because the business
- 2:06Speaker 1: sold was going to receive millions of dollars. In fact,
- 2:11Speaker 1: the Bidens earned tens of millions of dollars from foreign
- 2:14Speaker 1: business deals for which Hunter offered no real work. That
- 2:19Speaker 1: according to the investigation from Peter Sweitzer, that's not all. Walker,
- 2:24Speaker 1: who described himself as acting as a surrogate for Hunter
- 2:29Speaker 1: around the country and abroad pursuing opportunities, said that this
- 2:34Speaker 1: Chinese Communist Party business CEFC, then paid the Biden family
- 2:40Speaker 1: business three million only after Joe Biden left the Vice
- 2:44Speaker 1: presidency in twenty seventeen. Why delaying payment for more than
- 2:50Speaker 1: a year until Joe Biden became a private citizen. In addition,
- 2:57Speaker 1: Rob Walker told the committee, the now missing chairman of
- 3:02Speaker 1: CEFC Ye met with Joe Biden in two thy seventeen.
- 3:09Speaker 1: The meeting occurred at the Washington, DC Four Seasons Hotel
- 3:13Speaker 1: and included about ten others that According to an FBI
- 3:17Speaker 1: interview recently released by the House Ways and Means Committee,
- 3:23Speaker 1: backing up everything that I just told you now, Walker
- 3:27Speaker 1: said that the Biden family business received the three million
- 3:30Speaker 1: dollar wire transfer and subsequent payments from CEFC between twenty seventeen.
- 3:37Speaker 1: In twenty nineteen, the House Oversight Committee revealed in March
- 3:41Speaker 1: from suspicious activity reports from banks known as Stars as
- 3:45Speaker 1: well as sub poenaed records from Bank of America confirming
- 3:49Speaker 1: this quote. The Chinese company paid Hunter Biden and his
- 3:54Speaker 1: associates three million dollars shortly after Joe Biden left office
- 3:59Speaker 1: as a quote unquote thank you for the work they
- 4:02Speaker 1: did while Joe Biden was in office. The Oversight Committee
- 4:07Speaker 1: stated on Friday, members of the Biden family received payments
- 4:11Speaker 1: from the Chinese deal even though they did not work
- 4:14Speaker 1: on the Chinese deal at all. This is the type
- 4:18Speaker 1: of swampy influence pedaling. The American people want us to end,
- 4:22Speaker 1: the statement reads Now, Walker, who worked for the Biden
- 4:26Speaker 1: crime family, claimed during his Friday deposition that Joe Biden
- 4:31Speaker 1: quote was never involved in any of the business activities. However,
- 4:36Speaker 1: as it was pointed out, of course, Joe Biden was
- 4:39Speaker 1: involved in the businesses. He was the reason the business
- 4:42Speaker 1: existed because it was all about influence pedaling. He was
- 4:46Speaker 1: the product being sold, he was the brand, and he
- 4:50Speaker 1: frequently made himself and Air Force two available for marketing
- 4:55Speaker 1: purposes while VP. That's what Miranda Devine wrote on in
- 5:00Speaker 1: response to this new testimony. Now, the three million dollars
- 5:04Speaker 1: from CEFC through Walker is linked to the forty thousand
- 5:09Speaker 1: dollars that Joe Biden received in twenty and seventeen from
- 5:13Speaker 1: the bank account of his brother James Biden and sister
- 5:15Speaker 1: in law Sarah Biden and the form of personal check
- 5:19Speaker 1: labeled as a loan repayment. Now, that forty thousand dollars
- 5:24Speaker 1: money trail began on July thirtieth of twenty seventeen when
- 5:28Speaker 1: Hunter Biden demanded that ten million dollar payment and that
- 5:32Speaker 1: now famous text message that ten million dollar payment from
- 5:36Speaker 1: the CEFC associate Zow with his dad sitting next to him.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Hunter Biden said in that what's app message, the forty
- 5:46Speaker 1: thousand dollar check we also now know is not the first,
- 5:49Speaker 1: but in fact the second instance that Joe Biden personally
- 5:54Speaker 1: accepted a suspicious.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Personal check from his brother James Biden.
- 5:59Speaker 1: That according to the Oversight Committee, the discovery of the
- 6:02Speaker 1: Czechs justified concerns that the Biden business compromised Joe Biden,
- 6:09Speaker 1: the now President of the United States of America, and
- 6:11Speaker 1: it lends further credence to the impeachment inquiry into the
- 6:14Speaker 1: president happening right now in the House. We also now
- 6:18Speaker 1: know that House investigators launch a probe into the Biden
- 6:21Speaker 1: family back in twenty twenty two. They reveal that Joe
- 6:25Speaker 1: Biden received money from James Biden directly and from Hunter
- 6:30Speaker 1: Biden directly, as well as well as other financial benefits.
- 6:35Speaker 1: They also show that nine additional Biden family members, and
- 6:39Speaker 1: we've talked about this extensively on the show, received payments
- 6:44Speaker 1: from the family's foreign business ventures, including two of Joe
- 6:49Speaker 1: Biden's grandchildren.
- 6:50Speaker 2: What do you call that in real life? Money laundering?
- 6:55Speaker 1: Now, as you may remember, Joe Biden denied any involvement
- 6:58Speaker 1: and Biden family business ventures at least nine different times,
- 7:05Speaker 1: and when he said that to you, he was lying
- 7:08Speaker 1: to you.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Every time he.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Said he wasn't involved, he was in fact involved.
- 7:14Speaker 2: He was heavily involved.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Let me remind you of what Joe Biden sounded like
- 7:19Speaker 1: back in Des Moines in twenty nineteen when he was
- 7:22Speaker 1: running for president and asked about his family's involvement and
- 7:26Speaker 1: his involvement in the business.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Ever spoken my son about his overseas with his vice.
- 7:30Speaker 1: I have never discussed with my son, or my brother
- 7:34Speaker 1: or anyone else in the him do with their business period.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Do you stand by your statement that you did not
- 7:40Speaker 2: discuss any of your son's overseas.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Business and by that statem add that I thought the
- 7:45Speaker 1: article at least has been on online.
- 7:48Speaker 2: This could be for a long time, he could. I
- 7:51Speaker 2: mean you clear and anyway you get a chance to
- 7:56Speaker 2: any call.
- 7:57Speaker 1: I love it President of the United States America, leaving
- 8:00Speaker 1: that now infamous voicemail from twenty eighteen directly talking about
- 8:05Speaker 1: Hunter's China business dealings, saying, Hey, pow, it's dad. I
- 8:08Speaker 1: thought the article released online It's going to be Prindamar
- 8:11Speaker 1: in The Times was good. You're clear, and anyway, if
- 8:14Speaker 1: you get a chance, give me a call. I love you.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Joe Biden lied to you. He lied to you over
- 8:19Speaker 1: and over again. He lied to you when he said
- 8:22Speaker 1: he never discussed with my son, or my brother or
- 8:24Speaker 1: anyone else anything having to do with businesses. He also
- 8:27Speaker 1: lied to you when he said they never made any
- 8:28Speaker 1: money off of China. We also now know that that
- 8:31Speaker 1: was a direct lie. Not only were they making money
- 8:34Speaker 1: off of China. From China, they were making massive payments,
- 8:37Speaker 1: receiving millions and millions of dollars from companies directly tied to.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Chinese Communist Party.
- 8:42Speaker 1: And if you don't think this compromises the president of
- 8:44Speaker 1: the United States of America, now you're an idiot, all right.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I want to tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile.
- 8:50Speaker 1: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 8:54Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider. And when I say only trust me,
- 8:59Speaker 1: they're literally the only one. Patriot Mobile offers dependable nationwide coverage,
- 9:03Speaker 1: giving you the ability to access all three major networks.
- 9:06Speaker 2: What does that mean to you? It means you get
- 9:08Speaker 2: the same.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Coverage that you're accustomed to, but you're doing it without
- 9:12Speaker 1: funding the left. You may not know the Big Mobile
- 9:16Speaker 1: gives massive donations to Planned Parenthood, to Democratic candidates, causes
- 9:22Speaker 1: and organizations. Why give your money to a group of
- 9:26Speaker 1: people that literally hate your values, hate what you stand for,
- 9:30Speaker 1: hate your family, traditional Christian values. That is why I
- 9:35Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile. And when you switch, you're sending
- 9:38Speaker 1: a message that you support free speech, religious freedom, the
- 9:41Speaker 1: sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, as well as our military,
- 9:45Speaker 1: our veterans, and our first responder heroes. They make switching
- 9:49Speaker 1: easy one hundred percent US based customer service team. Plus,
- 9:52Speaker 1: you can keep your same cell phone number, upgrade your
- 9:54Speaker 1: phone to a new phone, or keep the one you've
- 9:57Speaker 1: got in your hand as well. And the most important part,
- 10:00Speaker 1: every time you pay your bill, they take a percentage
- 10:03Speaker 1: of your bill every month and give it back to
- 10:06Speaker 1: conservative causes that you help choose to support.
- 10:10Speaker 2: So check them out.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson that's Patriotmobile dot com slash
- 10:17Speaker 1: ferguson or nine to seven to two meter Patriot get
- 10:20Speaker 1: free activation when you use the offer code ferguson. That's
- 10:24Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Now, this isn't all.
- 10:32Speaker 1: That is involving the Biden crime family right now when
- 10:35Speaker 1: it comes to the investigation. As I mentioned to you
- 10:38Speaker 1: at the very beginning of the show, the judge in
- 10:41Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's gun case has now ordered the search warrants
- 10:44Speaker 1: to be unsealed.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Why is is so important?
- 10:48Speaker 1: Well, the judge overseeing the federal weapons case against the
- 10:51Speaker 1: President's son, Hunter Biden, has now ordered that search warrants
- 10:55Speaker 1: used in the two investigations of the embattled first son.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Must be made public. That is significant.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Delaware District judge granted a request Friday to uncal the
- 11:08Speaker 1: four search warrants used in Special Counsel David Weiss's investigation
- 11:13Speaker 1: of unlawful firearm possession and tax fraud cases against the
- 11:18Speaker 1: younger Biden. The New York Post is now reporting, and
- 11:23Speaker 1: it's been confirmed by others the judge overseeing this case
- 11:27Speaker 1: against the president son not only did he order the
- 11:30Speaker 1: search warrants that were being used, but the warrants are
- 11:33Speaker 1: likely to now shed light on the Fed's legal basis
- 11:36Speaker 1: for seizing Biden's electronic devices, as well as the evidence
- 11:42Speaker 1: used to build the two criminal cases against him as well.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Now the warrants were referenced in court papers earlier this
- 11:49Speaker 1: month by David Weiss's office as it argued against Hunter's
- 11:55Speaker 1: bed to throw out the charges, prompting an independent journalist,
- 12:00Speaker 1: Marcy Wheeler, to seek their unsealing. So no one in
- 12:03Speaker 1: the federal government actually did this. This was just an
- 12:07Speaker 1: independent journalist that has now sued basically our Freedom of
- 12:13Speaker 1: Information Act requests and said I want to see these
- 12:17Speaker 1: and the public has the right to know. Isn't it
- 12:19Speaker 1: amazing that took an independent journalist employed by no one
- 12:23Speaker 1: to do what the mainstream media should have asked for immediately. Now,
- 12:28Speaker 1: neither Biden's defense team nor Weiss's office objected to the
- 12:32Speaker 1: records being unsealed because they knew they were going to lose.
- 12:35Speaker 1: It is not immediately clear when the documents will be accessible.
- 12:38Speaker 1: The Posts also has reported now. The two warrants are
- 12:41Speaker 1: dated from August to twenty ninth of twenty nineteen, and
- 12:47Speaker 1: then another one dated July tenth of twenty twenty. They
- 12:50Speaker 1: were obtained by tax authorities and the FBI to look
- 12:54Speaker 1: into Hunter Biden's apple iCloud account. A third Sirge horant
- 12:59Speaker 1: was then obtained on December the thirteenth of twenty nineteen
- 13:05Speaker 1: to examine the First Suns now infamous laptop that they
- 13:09Speaker 1: all say is yeah real. The fourth warrant was obtained
- 13:14Speaker 1: December the fourth of last year, and it was used
- 13:18Speaker 1: to collect electronic evidence in connecting the connection.
- 13:22Speaker 2: With the gun case.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Nearly three months after the incident against the First Sun
- 13:27Speaker 1: was unsealed. Hunter Biden pled not guilty in October to
- 13:31Speaker 1: three federal gun charges brought by David Weiss. The President's son,
- 13:34Speaker 1: has been charged with lying about his drug use in
- 13:36Speaker 1: October of twenty eighteen on a formed by a gun
- 13:39Speaker 1: that he kept for about eleven days. He could face
- 13:43Speaker 1: up to twenty five years in prison if.
- 13:45Speaker 2: He is convicted.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Don't worry, that will never happen, the defense attorney, Lowell
- 13:50Speaker 1: said in court. The defense will file emotion to dismiss
- 13:54Speaker 1: the charges, challenging they say their constitutionality. An appeals court
- 13:59Speaker 1: previously found that a federal ban on drug users having
- 14:03Speaker 1: guns violates the Second Amendment under recent Supreme Court precedent.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Now Earlier this month, Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty
- 14:11Speaker 1: to misdemeanor tax charges and would have also avoided prosecution
- 14:17Speaker 1: on the gun charges had he stayed out of trouble
- 14:20Speaker 1: for two years. It was the culmination of a year's
- 14:24Speaker 1: long investigation by federal prosecutors into the business dealings of
- 14:28Speaker 1: the present son, and the agreement would have also dispensed
- 14:33Speaker 1: with criminal proceedings and spared the bidens weeks of headlines
- 14:37Speaker 1: as the election loomed when they were trying to get
- 14:39Speaker 1: that sweetheart deal that fell apart after Judge raised several
- 14:43Speaker 1: questions about the arrangement after whistleblowers came forward.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Now in December, hunter.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Biden's lawyers also filed a motion in federal court in
- 14:52Speaker 1: Delaware to have dismissed the indictment against him over the
- 14:55Speaker 1: gun charges, saying it violates the Collapse Plea agreement and
- 15:00Speaker 1: maintains it is still an effect between the President's Sun
- 15:03Speaker 1: and federal prosecutors. Earlier this month, federal prosecutors said a
- 15:08Speaker 1: brown leather pouch used by hunter Biden to store a
- 15:11Speaker 1: gun actually had cocaine on it, something they had in
- 15:15Speaker 1: their possession also, since I think it was twenty seventeen,
- 15:19Speaker 1: so it's just sitting there with cocaine on it. But
- 15:21Speaker 1: when it's the present Sun, apparently you don't ask any
- 15:24Speaker 1: questions about that at all. Prosecutors that also had asked
- 15:28Speaker 1: a judge to reject hunter Biden's efforts to dismiss the
- 15:32Speaker 1: gun charges because the investigators found the cocaine residue on
- 15:36Speaker 1: the pouch used to hold the gun, so kind of
- 15:38Speaker 1: hard to say, you know, you're not a drug user
- 15:40Speaker 1: when it's actually on the gun. Prosecutors told the judge
- 15:44Speaker 1: that the strength of evidence against him is overwhelming, rejecting
- 15:48Speaker 1: hunter Biden's claim that he was being singled out for
- 15:51Speaker 1: political reasons. Hunter Biden previously made incriminating statements about his
- 15:56Speaker 1: drug use in a twenty twenty one memoir, but now
- 15:59Speaker 1: investigation saying the cocaine that was found on the gun
- 16:02Speaker 1: pouch after it was pulled from a state police vault
- 16:04Speaker 1: last year is another example of the drug use. A chemist,
- 16:09Speaker 1: by the way, with the FBI determined the residue was, yeah, cocaine,
- 16:13Speaker 1: the prosecutor said in the court filings. So you look
- 16:18Speaker 1: at these two stories right now, and in theory, this.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Is not a good look for the president. This is
- 16:23Speaker 2: not good news for the president.
- 16:26Speaker 1: And I noticed how I said in theory, because I
- 16:29Speaker 1: also believe that Joe Biden. It really isn't that worried
- 16:32Speaker 1: about his son because he knows that if this does
- 16:35Speaker 1: go down and he is convicted, he is going to
- 16:37Speaker 1: see jail time.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Joe Biden's going to pardon him.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Make no mistake about it, Hunter Biden will not see
- 16:44Speaker 1: jail time. I also believe this is part of the
- 16:47Speaker 1: reason why Joe Biden is wanting this to wrap up soon,
- 16:52Speaker 1: even if it means pleading guilty to some of these charges,
- 16:55Speaker 1: because they will have the ability to pardon his son
- 16:58Speaker 1: in case he loses the president. This also may explain
- 17:02Speaker 1: the real reason why Joe Biden is refusing to drop
- 17:05Speaker 1: out of the presidential race even though he's upside down
- 17:08Speaker 1: in the polls. Many Democrats want him to drop out
- 17:11Speaker 1: because the economy is doing so bad, and they also
- 17:14Speaker 1: know that Joe Biden is now compromised on multiple levels,
- 17:18Speaker 1: and people are now saying they want Joe Biden to
- 17:21Speaker 1: go away, and they want someone younger that's not babbling
- 17:24Speaker 1: all the time. This is among Democratic voters. Why do
- 17:28Speaker 1: I believe that Joe Biden's going to stay in the
- 17:30Speaker 1: saying at all costs because he has to protect his
- 17:32Speaker 1: son at all costs, Because he has to protect his
- 17:35Speaker 1: brother at all costs. He has to protect the Biden
- 17:38Speaker 1: crime family at all costs. Joe Biden, I don't believe
- 17:42Speaker 1: is running for president anymore. He is running to keep
- 17:45Speaker 1: himself and his family members out of jail. He needs
- 17:49Speaker 1: to win to pull that off because he will have
- 17:52Speaker 1: the ability, no matter what happens over the next four
- 17:55Speaker 1: years with his son in these court cases, to pardon
- 17:58Speaker 1: him and there will be no real accountability for those
- 18:01Speaker 1: pardons because it will be a second term president, a
- 18:05Speaker 1: second term of the Biden administration at a much older
- 18:08Speaker 1: age where he just isn't going to care.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Joe Biden will pardon anyone.
- 18:13Speaker 1: That's around this investigation, anyone that helped the Biden crime family.
- 18:18Speaker 2: They will get pardoned.
- 18:20Speaker 1: He's never running for election again after this one if
- 18:23Speaker 1: he wins, and he knows it, and he will govern
- 18:26Speaker 1: that way. And that's another aspect of this corruption here.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Now you notice I mentioned that there are four different okay,
- 18:34Speaker 1: keyword different for different warrants. We're going to find out
- 18:40Speaker 1: a lot about these warrants. Some of them are dealing
- 18:43Speaker 1: with taxes, and the FBI is also looking into other
- 18:47Speaker 1: crimes that may be connected to what he was doing.
- 18:49Speaker 1: There have been some rumors recently that they were also
- 18:52Speaker 1: looking into human trafficking and sex trafficking rings that he
- 18:55Speaker 1: was involved in when he was paying for prostitutes all
- 18:59Speaker 1: over the country. There's also a chance he can be
- 19:01Speaker 1: charged with some crimes relating to that, for trafficking women
- 19:05Speaker 1: across state lines. That's something else that's been talked about.
- 19:09Speaker 1: And again that just tells you another reason why I
- 19:12Speaker 1: believe that Joe Biden's going to do everything you can
- 19:14Speaker 1: to not drop out of the presidential race, because he
- 19:16Speaker 1: has to protect his son, then he has to protect
- 19:20Speaker 1: his brother, then he has to protect all the other
- 19:23Speaker 1: members of the Biden crime family. Let me also just
- 19:28Speaker 1: turn to another aspect of the problems of the Biden
- 19:31Speaker 1: crime family. It's not just the issues that I'm now
- 19:36Speaker 1: talking about with his son and this Chinese energy company,
- 19:39Speaker 1: but the President's also got other problems with lawlessness in
- 19:42Speaker 1: America and it's coming across the southern border. If you
- 19:46Speaker 1: missed yesterday's show, go back and down with the podcast,
- 19:49Speaker 1: because we talked about the number of people on the
- 19:52Speaker 1: tariff squatch lists that are breaking into the United States
- 19:54Speaker 1: of America, and it is significant. Number one but you
- 19:58Speaker 1: also have to look at the crime in this country.
- 20:00Speaker 1: The number one killer now of young people in this
- 20:03Speaker 1: country for the first time ever, is fetanyl a drug. Yes,
- 20:08Speaker 1: you are more likely to die if you are younger
- 20:12Speaker 1: in this country from fetanol than any other disease period.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Fetanyl is the number one killer now in this country
- 20:20Speaker 1: of younger people, and I'm geing that includes adults younger
- 20:24Speaker 1: adults as well.
- 20:26Speaker 2: We also know that not only is the.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Fetnyl problem coming across the southern border killing now the
- 20:31Speaker 1: number one killer of younger people in this country, but
- 20:34Speaker 1: we're also seeing what's happening in these sanctuary cities. Biden's
- 20:38Speaker 1: open border crisis is on full display now in New
- 20:41Speaker 1: York City, where legal immigrants were freed without bail after
- 20:48Speaker 1: trying to beat police officers to death. The cops were
- 20:52Speaker 1: beaten by a rowty migrant mob near Times Square. The
- 20:57Speaker 1: suspects were later freed after they were caught trying to
- 21:01Speaker 1: kill these two cops, and they had video proof. They
- 21:05Speaker 1: were released without bail. That's right, without bail. Now, let
- 21:10Speaker 1: me also tell you more about the Biden administration releasing
- 21:14Speaker 1: the migrant crime wave that is sweeping across sanctuary cities.
- 21:20Speaker 1: These sanctuary cities and their suburbs are experiencing a crime
- 21:23Speaker 1: wave that they've never experienced before. Who are committing the
- 21:27Speaker 1: crimes illegal immigrants who are being released by the Biden
- 21:32Speaker 1: administration after breaking American laws illegally crossing the border between
- 21:37Speaker 1: the ports of entry. Police, particularly in Chicago area in
- 21:41Speaker 1: New York City reporting now significant increases in crimes related
- 21:45Speaker 1: to migrants relocated to their cities. The police chief of
- 21:50Speaker 1: oak Brook, Illinois, that is a suburb of the sanctuary
- 21:53Speaker 1: city Chicago, is reporting a series of crimes being committed
- 21:57Speaker 1: by illegal immigrants who the bi administration released after they
- 22:01Speaker 1: legally crossed the border between those ports of entry.
- 22:04Speaker 2: The Oatbrook police chief there reported.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Six felony arrests of migrants in a single day and
- 22:11Speaker 1: a total of forty nine migrants arrests arrested since October
- 22:15Speaker 1: the twenty third, saying, quote, I believe that six fellony
- 22:18Speaker 1: arrests and one day illustrates that migrant criminal activity is
- 22:21Speaker 1: a real problem. That's what the police chief said a
- 22:24Speaker 1: statement released to due Page County.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Quote.
- 22:28Speaker 1: The amount of these types of arrests that we have
- 22:30Speaker 1: had in the last couple of months is significant and
- 22:33Speaker 1: would be taxing for any police department. We are all
- 22:37Speaker 1: well prepared to continue our effort and our enforcement effort,
- 22:41Speaker 1: and I can assure you that there are easier places
- 22:44Speaker 1: to commit These crimes in Oatbrook are due Page County
- 22:48Speaker 1: a new Page County State Attorney Robert Bellin announced the
- 22:52Speaker 1: felony charges against the migrants after two separate incidences in
- 22:56Speaker 1: a Macy store located in Oakbrook. The incidents involved migrants
- 23:00Speaker 1: from Chile and Venezuela. The judge denied the state's motion
- 23:04Speaker 1: to detain the migrants without bond. In both cases, the
- 23:08Speaker 1: apparently organized migrant group brought magnetic devices to remove anti
- 23:13Speaker 1: theft devices from merchandise before loading it into suitcases and
- 23:18Speaker 1: removing more than ten thousand dollars worth of merchandise from
- 23:22Speaker 1: the Macy store. The second incident involved the alleged sep
- 23:26Speaker 1: of nearly one thousand dollars in additional merchandise. The chief
- 23:30Speaker 1: said to Fox News that they arrested forty seven migrants
- 23:35Speaker 1: since October the twenty third. While on the air with Fox,
- 23:39Speaker 1: the police chief said he had just received word of
- 23:42Speaker 1: the arrest of two more Venezuelan migrants for alleged theft activities.
- 23:48Speaker 1: The chief said there have been at least one hundred
- 23:51Speaker 1: and seventy five migrants arrested in Oakbrook during the past year,
- 23:54Speaker 1: mostly for property crimes as well. Now in December, the
- 23:59Speaker 1: Federation for American Immigration Reform and also known as FAIR,
- 24:04Speaker 1: reported an eleven thousand percent increase in the arrest of
- 24:08Speaker 1: Venezuelan migrants in Chicago since the border crisis began. According
- 24:14Speaker 1: to the police that obtained by c w B Chicago,
- 24:19Speaker 1: there were just six arrests of Venezuelan born people in
- 24:22Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, and then twenty six and twenty twenty two. Now,
- 24:26Speaker 1: as of November the twelfth, this year, Chicago PEDA has
- 24:29Speaker 1: arrested six hundred in eighty six Venezuelans, representing an eleven thousand,
- 24:36Speaker 1: three hundred and thirty percent thirty three percent increase over
- 24:40Speaker 1: the twenty twenty one numbers.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Twenty twenty three's numbers are only.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Through November the twelfth, leaving the second half of November
- 24:47Speaker 1: and the entire month of December to add to the
- 24:50Speaker 1: at least six hundred and eighty six arrests.
- 24:52Speaker 2: They expect those numbers, when released, to make it a
- 24:54Speaker 2: lot worse now.
- 24:56Speaker 1: The migrant crime wave is not just limited to Chicago.
- 25:00Speaker 1: New York State congresswoman posted a video on x showing
- 25:04Speaker 1: a group of migrants attacking to New York Police Department
- 25:08Speaker 1: officers who are attempting to disperse a crowd near Times Square.
- 25:12Speaker 2: It is disgusting.
- 25:13Speaker 1: The video release captured the assault of these two police
- 25:16Speaker 1: officers by a group of illegal migrants in Times Square,
- 25:20Speaker 1: right where you go and where tourists hang out. It
- 25:24Speaker 1: was infuriating and horrifying example of why Mayor Adams needs
- 25:28Speaker 1: to stop misrepresenting right to shelter and put it into
- 25:32Speaker 1: our city's migrant crisis once and for all, the congresswoman wrote,
- 25:36Speaker 1: as migrants continue to commit crimes all over our city,
- 25:39Speaker 1: including murder, stabbings, robberies, prostitution, and assault, the city is
- 25:45Speaker 1: refusing to cooperate with federal detainer and deportation requests from ICE,
- 25:52Speaker 1: that is Immigration and customs enforcement. Republicans, Democrats and independence should,
- 25:57Speaker 1: at the very least, the congresswoman continues, be able to
- 26:00Speaker 1: agree that migrants to assault our police or commit crimes
- 26:04Speaker 1: in our country should be deported immediately and have any
- 26:07Speaker 1: further my immigration application automatically denied.
- 26:11Speaker 2: I couldn't agree more with that.
- 26:13Speaker 1: The New York Post is also reported that the migrants
- 26:16Speaker 1: are turning to pickpocketing in the Big Apple, causing major
- 26:20Speaker 1: problems for NYPD and possibly leading to the assault case above.
- 26:25Speaker 1: A staffer for a Red Lion told the Post that
- 26:28Speaker 1: teams of migrants hit the area during peak pedestrian traffic
- 26:31Speaker 1: times on Friday and Saturday. One frustrated MPD officer told
- 26:37Speaker 1: the Post quote, we have a hard enough time going after.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Actual New Yorkers committing crimes.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Now we have to deal with a whole different subset
- 26:45Speaker 1: of people who arrived here with no means of support,
- 26:48Speaker 1: no legal means of working or opportunity. Democrats and response
- 26:53Speaker 1: would say, well, then just give them amnesty and then
- 26:55Speaker 1: they can work, and then they won't commit crimes.
- 26:58Speaker 2: By the way, we know that's also not true. Now.
- 27:00Speaker 2: New York City right now is currently.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Housing more than sixty seven thousand migrants in hotels, out
- 27:08Speaker 1: of more than one hundred and seventy two thousand illegal
- 27:11Speaker 1: immigrants transported the city since the spring of twenty twenty two.
- 27:15Speaker 1: These people being released by the Biden administration from the
- 27:18Speaker 1: border region now Texas Governor Greg Abbott did not begin
- 27:23Speaker 1: busing migrants to New York City until August of that year,
- 27:26Speaker 1: according to the Governor's office, So since the start of
- 27:29Speaker 1: the transportation program began, Texas has moved just thirty seven thousand,
- 27:34Speaker 1: five hundred migrants to New York City, so the majority
- 27:38Speaker 1: of the migrants, the one hundred and seventy two thousand,
- 27:41Speaker 1: are coming on their own to New York City. In December,
- 27:45Speaker 1: the Federation for American Immigration Reform said in an estimate,
- 27:50Speaker 1: eleven thousand percent increase in the arrest of Venezuelan migrants
- 27:54Speaker 1: in Chicago since the Border of Crisis took office was
- 27:58Speaker 1: to be expected. When you are an open city, people
- 28:02Speaker 1: come to where their friends are. That's why you see
- 28:06Speaker 1: so many people from Venezuela, for example, that are showing
- 28:09Speaker 1: up in Chicago right now. And the citizens of Chicago
- 28:13Speaker 1: are starting to notice the problem, just like the citizens
- 28:15Speaker 1: of Denver have also noticed it.
- 28:19Speaker 2: Now.
- 28:19Speaker 1: In Denver, for example, right now, they have such a
- 28:23Speaker 1: crisis that they say could bankrupt the city's budget because
- 28:27Speaker 1: the city of Denver is spending so much money housing
- 28:30Speaker 1: and supporting and giving aid to people that break into
- 28:33Speaker 1: the United States of America number one, and also having
- 28:36Speaker 1: to deal with the cold winter months, so they're having
- 28:38Speaker 1: to give them places to stay that obviously eats up
- 28:41Speaker 1: a ton of the budget. Colorado is now begging, yes,
- 28:47Speaker 1: begging for federal help financially, saying that they just can't
- 28:52Speaker 1: support everything that's happening right now.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Now, let me lastly just say this other thing.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Twenty three numbers are only through November the twelfth that
- 29:03Speaker 1: I just gave you. The second half of November and December,
- 29:06Speaker 1: when they were the highest months we've had on record
- 29:08Speaker 1: of immigrants come across the southern border will be added
- 29:12Speaker 1: to this eleven thousand, three hundred and thirty three percent
- 29:15Speaker 1: increase in Chicago of i llegal immigrants getting in trouble
- 29:19Speaker 1: since twenty twenty one. The Biden administration can stop all this,
- 29:24Speaker 1: and they're deliberately choosing not to.
- 29:27Speaker 2: I'm going to keep you updated on this story.
- 29:28Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast please with your family
- 29:32Speaker 1: and friends on social media, let them know about it,
- 29:34Speaker 1: and please write us a five story review. It helps
- 29:36Speaker 1: us reach new people. And I'll see it back here
