- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all all looking back to back down, giving
- 0:13Speaker 1: them like amazing bus things and it's not true. Good
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve has to mother, stay, don't join me. You gotta
- 0:59Speaker 1: use that turn be hurting. You gotta turn to turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: them out, turning, got to turn them out. Then turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water the water. Y'all, come, come on your tha uhh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I sure will come on and everybody, y'all listen to
- 2:05Speaker 1: the voice. Come on dig me now, one and all.
- 2:08Speaker 1: It's Steve Harvey. Uh got a radio show. Yep, yep.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Sometimes I saw all I can say. Yelp, Man, how
- 2:20Speaker 1: far I've come is really unbelievable. But you know I
- 2:23Speaker 1: finally figured it out. Man. God allowed me to have
- 2:30Speaker 1: the life I've had so that I can become experienced
- 2:35Speaker 1: at so many different things. And then this experience when
- 2:38Speaker 1: I'm talking and sharing with people, I will be able
- 2:42Speaker 1: to relate to a lot of different circumstances. Not exact,
- 2:45Speaker 1: but just the circumstances. You know. You know, if a
- 2:49Speaker 1: person comes to men, they say, man, I've been down
- 2:51Speaker 1: and out. Okay, Well I know what that is. Man.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I didn't I didn't have any direction. Okay, got that
- 2:57Speaker 1: been there, man At one point in time, Man, I
- 3:00Speaker 1: just kept piling mistake on top of mistakes. Okay. So
- 3:06Speaker 1: you know, I think what I'm trying to say to
- 3:09Speaker 1: everybody is when you're going through life and life is
- 3:14Speaker 1: dealing the cards that it deals, I want you to
- 3:17Speaker 1: understand that life deals everybody these cards. The disappointment card,
- 3:23Speaker 1: the setback card, the failure card, the mishap card, the
- 3:30Speaker 1: unexpected misery card. Everybody gonna get, the grief card, everybody
- 3:36Speaker 1: gonna get, the rash of bad decision card, everybody gonna
- 3:40Speaker 1: get them. Understand that going in that everybody is gonna
- 3:47Speaker 1: get these cards. It's how you play them, though, you know,
- 3:54Speaker 1: from time to time, one more time, it's how you
- 3:57Speaker 1: play them, you know. From time to time when I'm
- 4:00Speaker 1: watching TV, I love to watch the World Series of Poker.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I like watching poker tournaments on TV because it's it's
- 4:09Speaker 1: really weird, what's happened to a sport? To a poker
- 4:13Speaker 1: they're actually trying to call it a sport, you know.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And as the everyday guy that doesn't have to be
- 4:19Speaker 1: athletically inclined to anything, who has a shot of winning
- 4:23Speaker 1: a title if they play their cards right. The best
- 4:28Speaker 1: poker players in the world don't have the best hands,
- 4:33Speaker 1: They just make the best plays. I've seen guys win
- 4:38Speaker 1: a hand with nine two in their hand, that's nothing,
- 4:42Speaker 1: and win their hand because they knew the bluff, they
- 4:45Speaker 1: knew the odds, they calculated risks, they made the stakes
- 4:51Speaker 1: higher than the other person was willing to pay. They
- 4:54Speaker 1: gave off the illusion that they had something with an actuality.
- 4:58Speaker 1: They had nothing. So what I what I enjoy about
- 5:03Speaker 1: poker and watching it is that these people, these people here,
- 5:09Speaker 1: played the hand they dealt and it ain't always a
- 5:12Speaker 1: good hand. But it ain't whether your hand is good,
- 5:16Speaker 1: And it ain't whether you're gonna get dealt bad cards
- 5:18Speaker 1: or not, because you're gonna get dealt some bad cars.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Everybody ain't gonna get two bullets in their hand. You
- 5:22Speaker 1: ain't gonna get two aces when you get dealt. Uh.
- 5:25Speaker 1: You know, when you play a draw poker, some of
- 5:28Speaker 1: your cards gonna be nothing. But you got to turn
- 5:30Speaker 1: that nothing into something. So when you get dealt these
- 5:33Speaker 1: cards in life, it ain't the fact that you get
- 5:36Speaker 1: keep getting them dealt. I was talking with a young
- 5:38Speaker 1: person yesterday and we were talking, and we keep having
- 5:42Speaker 1: the same conversation over and over and over, and they
- 5:45Speaker 1: could not understand why they were not moving forward. But
- 5:48Speaker 1: I said, you don't understand. Every time we talk we
- 5:51Speaker 1: have the exact same conversation. It is simply because you
- 5:56Speaker 1: keep getting your cards and you playing them the same way. See,
- 6:01Speaker 1: until you make a conscientious different, the conscious decision to
- 6:06Speaker 1: do something different, the results will continue to be the same.
- 6:11Speaker 1: See here's the way this works. When you're dealt to
- 6:16Speaker 1: disappointments in life, it's how you handle the disappointments that
- 6:21Speaker 1: determine the outcome and who you are. Because everybody gonna
- 6:25Speaker 1: be disappointment, Everybody gonna lose a love one, Everybody gonna
- 6:28Speaker 1: make a bad decision. Everybody gonna end wake up one
- 6:31Speaker 1: morning they have done something they regret it. Everybody gonna
- 6:35Speaker 1: get caught at the wrong time. Every everybody gonna make
- 6:39Speaker 1: a mistake. It ain't just you. That is how you
- 6:41Speaker 1: play your cards when they get dealt to you, that
- 6:44Speaker 1: determine who you are. Na how do I play my
- 6:47Speaker 1: cards better? First of all, it's a mindset. Quit looking
- 6:51Speaker 1: at everything as just the end when it happens to you.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Oh lord, woe is me? Nah, everybody got your comestances somewhere.
- 7:01Speaker 1: It ain't old. Woe is me. It's hold on, man, Okay,
- 7:05Speaker 1: let me play this out to see how God then
- 7:07Speaker 1: connected this to something else. See. As soon as a
- 7:10Speaker 1: person have a setback, what's the first thing A lot
- 7:12Speaker 1: of people do, They go straight negative. I can't see
- 7:14Speaker 1: him to get a break. I can't see him move forward.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Hold on, man, do you realize this could be connected
- 7:20Speaker 1: to something? See you got to understand, man, that this
- 7:24Speaker 1: thing is all connected. That you're not having these mishaps
- 7:27Speaker 1: and these spills and accidents and falls for no reason.
- 7:30Speaker 1: It's so you can become experienced at them. So when
- 7:33Speaker 1: he takes you to the next level, when it happens again,
- 7:36Speaker 1: you have no how and how to handle it. If
- 7:38Speaker 1: you keep throwing yourself off the cliff every time something happened,
- 7:43Speaker 1: you're just gonna be a cliff diver. Man, Stop tripping
- 7:46Speaker 1: yourself out. I was talking to this young person, I
- 7:49Speaker 1: kept saying, and you know what they tried to tell me.
- 7:52Speaker 1: I'm trying to stay positive. But the people around here,
- 7:55Speaker 1: they're just killing that. Oh. I see. So when you
- 7:59Speaker 1: learn something and you know something, you don't take ownership
- 8:03Speaker 1: of it. You allow other people to come into what
- 8:06Speaker 1: you know and believe and shake it loose from you.
- 8:09Speaker 1: I don't care who you are. You're not doing me
- 8:11Speaker 1: like that. Here's a deal. I have a gift that
- 8:14Speaker 1: was given to me from God. That is the gift
- 8:16Speaker 1: of comedy. That's what I've done. I've made the bulk
- 8:19Speaker 1: of my living on that skill set. Right there. That
- 8:23Speaker 1: are comedians who are supposedly friends of mine, who I've
- 8:26Speaker 1: worked with, who get around in huddles with one another
- 8:29Speaker 1: and they say, man, Steve really ain't funny. I don't
- 8:32Speaker 1: see what they'd be laughing at. He ain't funny to me.
- 8:35Speaker 1: He wasn't the funniest king to me. Excuse me, you're
- 8:39Speaker 1: irrelevant in this conversation because it regardless as to how
- 8:43Speaker 1: you feel about me. That are people think that I'm
- 8:45Speaker 1: knocked down kill over funny. But more importantly, I own
- 8:50Speaker 1: the gift that God gave to me. I take ownership
- 8:53Speaker 1: of his blessing. Because you don't think it so, you
- 8:56Speaker 1: ain't taking that from me. Stop letting people steal, yo, Joe.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Stop letting people take what you're supposed to know. Look
- 9:05Speaker 1: I'm a I'm a I'm a I'm a kind person
- 9:07Speaker 1: at heart. Man. You ain't nothing now, you said if
- 9:10Speaker 1: you're going, man, I guess I ain't what you're tripping for.
- 9:13Speaker 1: You are a kind person, own that take ownership of it.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Stop letting things God has given you be taken away
- 9:23Speaker 1: from others. The devil's a cold player, and he got
- 9:25Speaker 1: cold players working for him, just shaking, just taking stuff
- 9:29Speaker 1: from you. You know, I'm a hard worker. I really
- 9:32Speaker 1: am intelligent. You stupid, man. I thought I was a
- 9:35Speaker 1: hard worker. Man. They came in here and said I
- 9:37Speaker 1: was stupid. Man, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
- 9:40Speaker 1: What excuse me? You're a very bright person. Hey, y'all
- 9:45Speaker 1: take ownership. When God gives you something, blesses you would
- 9:48Speaker 1: have gifted talent, a skill set, a mindset. Own it.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Don't let people come in here and take it from you. Man, Okay,
- 9:55Speaker 1: I probably shouldn't do with it. You're listening, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 1: The time has arrived. It is morning time. The sun
- 10:08Speaker 1: is up hearts of the world. The sun is always
- 10:13Speaker 1: shining in the hearts of the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:17Speaker 1: It matters not for we our hell to get you
- 10:21Speaker 1: through this day. Laughter, levity, love, information and encouragement. This
- 10:29Speaker 1: is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Let's get it on.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Shirty Strawberry. Hey, good morning, Steve, good morning looking good.
- 10:36Speaker 1: I like that shirt. Thank you Carlin for Rell. Good morning,
- 10:42Speaker 1: looking fly. What's up, Steve morn? What up? Junior? Morning up?
- 10:47Speaker 1: Best mentor in the world was heading man, Nephew Tommy
- 10:52Speaker 1: dug it down up top, ruly boy rolling on the Thursday. Yeah, Thursday,
- 11:06Speaker 1: keen blowing back for me, but you it ain't blue
- 11:14Speaker 1: It ain't blue back yet, dude, needed to get the blower. No,
- 11:20Speaker 1: I'll tell you that day. Man. Let me tell you something.
- 11:26Speaker 1: The other day on Family Feud, we had to bring
- 11:29Speaker 1: this family back from Woodberry, Georgia, black family that had
- 11:35Speaker 1: one last year, but the last day of the season
- 11:39Speaker 1: was the last show. They won and the next show
- 11:42Speaker 1: they were supposed to play for a car, but we
- 11:44Speaker 1: was out of the season, so we bought them back.
- 11:47Speaker 1: The other day. Boyeed my people right here, deeed people's
- 11:55Speaker 1: Oh country man, I love this family right hill. So
- 12:02Speaker 1: it was. It was a whole lot of stuff. First
- 12:04Speaker 1: of all, the boy named Edmund had bought a suit
- 12:08Speaker 1: from a stow down in Woodberry called Broadway Boy. It
- 12:13Speaker 1: was a shiny red and black suit I've ever seen.
- 12:15Speaker 1: It had metallic flowers on it. Oh, it was a whole.
- 12:20Speaker 1: It was definitely a knockhof And he found some red
- 12:25Speaker 1: sparkle shoes. Ye crystals on. Boy. This boy was so clean.
- 12:31Speaker 1: This was my dude, the boy. He So the question,
- 12:36Speaker 1: was they something that always makes food taste better? Edmund
- 12:45Speaker 1: hot sauce dropped in the float. I dropped the floor. Yeah,
- 12:57Speaker 1: you know good in hair well hot. So also, ain't
- 13:00Speaker 1: gonna be up there on Family feed the chancel. You're
- 13:04Speaker 1: asking a hundred black people from down south that question.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Mi shillah, boy, he said, hots off, I dropped in
- 13:11Speaker 1: the floor. So, but boy, if I could tell you
- 13:16Speaker 1: later on in this show what they won the game
- 13:20Speaker 1: they wanted to call. Oh God, but the funniest fast
- 13:24Speaker 1: money around I've ever been involved with in the history
- 13:28Speaker 1: of family Feudally, Jessica, I don't know how I'm gonna
- 13:31Speaker 1: tell y'all this without ruining this a practice. All right,
- 13:35Speaker 1: I think of something maybe I'll maybe I'll want okay,
- 13:38Speaker 1: all right, coming up with thirty two minutes after asked
- 13:40Speaker 1: the Cello Chief Love Officer, to Steve Harvey in the
- 13:42Speaker 1: building right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 13:47Speaker 1: All right, guys, time now for Ask the Clo. This
- 13:51Speaker 1: one is from Cynthia Cynthia in Philly Chief Love Officer
- 13:55Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Cynthia says, my mother and father have been
- 13:59Speaker 1: married for thirty eight years and I'm their only child.
- 14:02Speaker 1: My dad cheated and had two sons by a woman
- 14:04Speaker 1: that he dated for fifteen years. My mom knew and
- 14:08Speaker 1: chose to stay with him. I'm engaged to be married
- 14:11Speaker 1: and I'm still traumatized by what my father did to us.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I've asked him to go to therapy with me, but
- 14:17Speaker 1: he refused to and said, I am being dramatic. I
- 14:21Speaker 1: feel like my trust issues with my fiance are because
- 14:24Speaker 1: of what my dad did. How can I get closure
- 14:26Speaker 1: on this if my dad isn't willing to help me. Well,
- 14:30Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know anything about therapy, so I'm
- 14:33Speaker 1: not an expert at this. But if you're going to
- 14:35Speaker 1: go to therapy, then you can go and get closure yourself.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Your father not me and don't really do closure. You
- 14:42Speaker 1: can go to therapy and closure yourself. But I have
- 14:47Speaker 1: a suggestion for you. You know, what your father did
- 14:51Speaker 1: was a mistake, a horrible mistake. He knows it. Your
- 14:56Speaker 1: father has an own up to that. The fact that
- 14:59Speaker 1: you know that his mistake is causing you to have
- 15:02Speaker 1: trust issues with your fiance. Say, you're very aware of that.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Now when you go to the therapist, you're gonna tell
- 15:09Speaker 1: your terror therapist that they're gonna repeat it back to you,
- 15:12Speaker 1: and it may be of some good help to have
- 15:14Speaker 1: you hear it back. I'm not knocking therapy at all,
- 15:17Speaker 1: because therapy works for a lot of people. But this
- 15:20Speaker 1: is a situation where you if you would just forgive
- 15:24Speaker 1: your father, have you ever tried forgiving him? Well, she
- 15:29Speaker 1: didn't mention that. You know, that's a big part of it,
- 15:35Speaker 1: because like Bishop Jake's always said, you know, not forgiving
- 15:38Speaker 1: a person, it's like you sipp into poison waiting on
- 15:40Speaker 1: him to die. You're trauma dies by what he did
- 15:43Speaker 1: to y'all. Your mother has moved on past it, dealt
- 15:47Speaker 1: with it, and I think that you're gonna have to
- 15:49Speaker 1: find the way to do the same thing. Now, if
- 15:51Speaker 1: you think you need therapy, I recommend that you go
- 15:54Speaker 1: in half therapy. Okay, all right, Cynthia, But I'm just
- 15:58Speaker 1: telling you you should just forgive your father. You have
- 16:01Speaker 1: two brothers, you got them. Look trying to look at
- 16:05Speaker 1: the upside. Your mother kept a family together. There is
- 16:08Speaker 1: an upside to this, but you keep looking at the
- 16:11Speaker 1: damage that's done and obviously managed to get through it.
- 16:15Speaker 1: But you need closure. Okay. My suggestion is closing, but
- 16:19Speaker 1: you may need therapy to Yeah, with the therapy, You're right,
- 16:24Speaker 1: all right, Harrison and London all the way from London Rights.
- 16:27Speaker 1: For the past three years, I've been living with a
- 16:29Speaker 1: woman that is six years younger than I am, and
- 16:31Speaker 1: she wants to have a big wedding and two children.
- 16:34Speaker 1: I enjoy her company and we have a great sex life,
- 16:37Speaker 1: but I'm not in love with her. We met and
- 16:40Speaker 1: had sex on the first night, and she moved in
- 16:42Speaker 1: with me four months later. I tried to fall in love,
- 16:45Speaker 1: but it's just not there. I don't want to marry
- 16:47Speaker 1: this girl and I hate to break her heart, but
- 16:49Speaker 1: I can no longer fake it with her. How can
- 16:52Speaker 1: I end things with her respectfully? And should I be honest?
- 16:56Speaker 1: That's from here. You have to be honest if you
- 16:59Speaker 1: don't love her, and you gotta be honest about that.
- 17:02Speaker 1: You have to be on no matter how much it hurt.
- 17:05Speaker 1: It's going to her. So, but I think you have
- 17:10Speaker 1: to be honest in this case. I just can't live
- 17:12Speaker 1: a lie. I'm not in love with you the way
- 17:15Speaker 1: I should be for us to move this relationship forward
- 17:18Speaker 1: into marriage. That's not what I want. And I'm sorry,
- 17:22Speaker 1: but I'm not in love with you, and I don't
- 17:25Speaker 1: think in your best interest to move forward with me. Yeah,
- 17:29Speaker 1: I don't know how to hear you lived in a
- 17:31Speaker 1: house that long A though six years for the past
- 17:36Speaker 1: three years, she's six years younger than his three years
- 17:41Speaker 1: together for three years. That's still too long. And he ain't.
- 17:44Speaker 1: I ain't. I can't live with you and I ain't
- 17:46Speaker 1: in love with you. I can't do that. It's too hard. Yeah.
- 17:50Speaker 1: And if you think that's hard, get married. Marriage just
- 17:55Speaker 1: multiplies everything, Yes, it does. If you're happy, it can
- 17:58Speaker 1: multiply that. If sad, it can multiply that. If you
- 18:01Speaker 1: were the wrong one, it can multiply that. If you
- 18:04Speaker 1: were the right one, it'll multiply that. Man is the
- 18:07Speaker 1: great multiplier everything times yea man, get out dull. Yeah,
- 18:15Speaker 1: I'm happy that you said for him to be honest.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Though I'm impressed with that. Uh well, this is the
- 18:21Speaker 1: one seed lying. It's gonna get him deeper in the hole. Look,
- 18:25Speaker 1: I love you. And then she goes remain hopeful for
- 18:30Speaker 1: that big wedding in that family. See right out now,
- 18:35Speaker 1: he won't out you get out with the truth. You
- 18:37Speaker 1: don't even need a lot Okay, Yeah, moving on. Cassandra
- 18:45Speaker 1: and Tyler Texas says, I'm a forty year old woman
- 18:47Speaker 1: and I'm dating a married man that lives in the
- 18:49Speaker 1: neighboring city. I work at a bank and he does
- 18:51Speaker 1: a lot of banking with us, so I can watch
- 18:54Speaker 1: his accounts. I noticed that a large sum of money
- 18:57Speaker 1: was wired to an account in his town. I google
- 19:00Speaker 1: that person and found her Facebook page. She looks younger,
- 19:04Speaker 1: and she's definitely in shape and loves high heels and weave.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Should I ask him if he's cheating with her? Or
- 19:10Speaker 1: do you think it'll mess up what he had? What
- 19:13Speaker 1: he and I have going on? Are you serious what
- 19:18Speaker 1: you want to ask him? As he cheating with her?
- 19:20Speaker 1: Ain't you cheating with him? Yeah? He's married. He's a cheater.
- 19:26Speaker 1: What you think he doing? That's what he does. Yeah,
- 19:29Speaker 1: what you're tripping for? Do I think it a mess up?
- 19:34Speaker 1: What you have? You ain't getting no laws on the money?
- 19:36Speaker 1: Are you why? Yo? Heels out of YOWI. He's all
- 19:42Speaker 1: in his account and everything. Marine and Columbus, Ohio, says.
- 19:47Speaker 1: My husband is sixty five and I'm sixty three. I'm
- 19:50Speaker 1: a certified yoga instructor, and I have classes during the
- 19:53Speaker 1: week with a bunch of white millennials and my beginner class,
- 19:56Speaker 1: I have a young black man that just started coming.
- 19:59Speaker 1: He loves to come and on how good I look
- 20:01Speaker 1: for my age and how perfect my body is. He
- 20:03Speaker 1: said he's turned on by older women and asked if
- 20:06Speaker 1: we could talk after class. I reported him to security
- 20:09Speaker 1: and I told my husband about this creek. My husband
- 20:12Speaker 1: said it's nothing, and I overreacted. Did I overreact? Well
- 20:17Speaker 1: to your husband, you did. Yeah. It has to do
- 20:20Speaker 1: with her comfort level, right, I mean, if you're uncomfortable,
- 20:23Speaker 1: you're uncomfortable. He paid your compliment. But if you're uncomfortable
- 20:26Speaker 1: with the compliment, you know this is not an HR
- 20:29Speaker 1: report here. He don't work for you, y'all. Don't work
- 20:32Speaker 1: at the same place. You got a yoga class. I
- 20:35Speaker 1: don't know what to tell you. But if you told
- 20:37Speaker 1: your husband, he say you overreacted, you can't quit telling
- 20:39Speaker 1: him because he don't give a damn I had all
- 20:44Speaker 1: he don't here. All right, you gotta go, Thank you, Cielo. Yeah,
- 20:50Speaker 1: coming up next, it is a nephew would run that
- 20:52Speaker 1: prank back right after this, you're listening morning show coming
- 20:57Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, Miss Anne standing
- 21:00Speaker 1: by with National News. And in entertainment news, we gotta
- 21:04Speaker 1: take congratulations to our girl, Tana Taylor. She is maxim
- 21:08Speaker 1: sexiest woman alive, so deserving. You've seen that body after babies,
- 21:13Speaker 1: two babies plus. In other entertainment news, Kanye West is
- 21:20Speaker 1: dating already, and Tyler Perry has announced that media is
- 21:25Speaker 1: coming out of retirement. We'll talk about all of these stories. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 21:29Speaker 1: he's coming back. Yeah, we'll talk about all of these
- 21:32Speaker 1: stories at the top of the hour. Right now, the

- 21:49Speaker 1: the Booty collection, the Booty folder, whatever you want to
- 21:51Speaker 1: call it. By right now, coming for one of those sections.
- 21:56Speaker 1: It is booty taxes, Okay, booty tact. And there's a
- 22:01Speaker 1: lot of me, there are a lot of me who
- 22:04Speaker 1: feel like they are to be able to write some
- 22:07Speaker 1: things off. Okay, louty tax right. Come on, hello, Hello,
- 22:14Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach Kendrick. Hey, Kendrick. How you're doing, man?

- 22:22Speaker 1: I'm good. I'm good. Hey listen, uh this right here, man,
- 22:26Speaker 1: this this I don't even know how to put this though,
- 22:29Speaker 1: but hey, listen, I'm calling you man because I got
- 22:32Speaker 1: some issues. I'm getting ready to find my taxes and
- 22:37Speaker 1: I'm going through all my expenses, all my receipts and
- 22:40Speaker 1: all this kind of stuff. You know. I just I can't.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I can't just let this go. Man. I didn't spend
- 22:47Speaker 1: like twenty thousand dollars on your wife playing ship and
- 22:51Speaker 1: I'm trying to figure out Oh well, bro, wait a minute,
- 22:55Speaker 1: you asking me? You know what I'm spend twenty thousand
- 22:58Speaker 1: dollars on chick? I'm married too? Is that what you're
- 23:02Speaker 1: telling me? So all I'm trying to do, man, is
- 23:07Speaker 1: I'm trying to do it right off. That's what I'm
- 23:09Speaker 1: trying to do. I'm trying to claim no, no, no, no,
- 23:12Speaker 1: the right off. Basically, what you're telling me is you
- 23:15Speaker 1: my wife. I ain't say all that. I ain't saying.
- 23:18Speaker 1: But what you're saying, bro, all I'm saying is I'm
- 23:21Speaker 1: trying to figure out is that all right if I
- 23:24Speaker 1: claim Melanie on my expenses? Man, I'm over twenty grand
- 23:27Speaker 1: on on money I spent on Melanie last year. So
- 23:31Speaker 1: let me understand something right quick. You asking me for
- 23:34Speaker 1: permission to claim my wife? When did you ask for
- 23:39Speaker 1: permission my wife? Hap me with that? Okay, okay, okay, okay,
- 23:44Speaker 1: let's do this here, drud. I ain't say I did that.
- 23:47Speaker 1: You saying that. I'm saying, I just want to claim
- 23:50Speaker 1: the taxes because I spent twenty k on it. That's
- 23:53Speaker 1: all I'm saying. Okay, let let's just let's do this, bro.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Let's put Melie on the phone. Let's put Meil on
- 23:58Speaker 1: the phone. You know, we wein't got a brainmeling this.
- 24:02Speaker 1: We got a brainmeiling that. What I'm saying is we
- 24:05Speaker 1: already in it, see in it? What you mean? We
- 24:07Speaker 1: ain't got a brain or any and see any maybe
- 24:10Speaker 1: you must be outside joke and man, all I'm saying is,
- 24:14Speaker 1: do you have a problem with me claiming? Melody? You mother? Right?
- 24:17Speaker 1: I do, bro, I got a mother problem having this
- 24:20Speaker 1: whole mother timer face? How first of all, how did
- 24:23Speaker 1: you get my information? How do you get my number? Buss?
- 24:26Speaker 1: Do I asked around for your numb I ain't want
- 24:28Speaker 1: to call you to me a week to call you.
- 24:31Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. I'm just trying to dude,
- 24:32Speaker 1: I had to spend twenty grand off. You understand what
- 24:35Speaker 1: I'm saying. When did you spend twenty grand? That's just
- 24:38Speaker 1: I want to know. I ain't spent twenty grand on
- 24:39Speaker 1: this mother? And I'm married to hey, so what what
- 24:42Speaker 1: the are you doing that you spent twenty thousand dollars
- 24:45Speaker 1: on my wife and then you want to claim that
- 24:49Speaker 1: me understand that? Hey, man, I ain't trying to go
- 24:53Speaker 1: into all my receipts on everything I did for Melanie.
- 24:56Speaker 1: I'm not trying to do that. All I'm trying to
- 24:58Speaker 1: do is is just I just want to I want
- 25:01Speaker 1: to I want to know if you. I don't want
- 25:03Speaker 1: to vote claiming because that's how you get in trouble, brother,
- 25:07Speaker 1: you already and mother, Brother, trouble is the last mother
- 25:11Speaker 1: sign you ought to be worried about. And you calling
- 25:13Speaker 1: my mother phone telling me about something that you got
- 25:16Speaker 1: going home with my old lady, and then you're telling
- 25:18Speaker 1: me can I have your permission? You? Okay? So we
- 25:25Speaker 1: gotta get some kind of resolution to this. A good
- 25:28Speaker 1: resolution is a good ass was what you mean? A
- 25:30Speaker 1: resolution that that's the only mother resolution we're gonna get. Brother,
- 25:34Speaker 1: Ain't no other resolution, Ain't no other resolutions we we
- 25:39Speaker 1: ain't your test to talk about. We ain't got a
- 25:41Speaker 1: mother trying to talk about. That's the resolution I got back.
- 25:45Speaker 1: I'll tell you whether, Bro, I'm texting Meal right now.
- 25:47Speaker 1: I've been texting her since we've been on this mother's phone.
- 25:50Speaker 1: And who did you texting her? Father? Don't you mean
- 25:54Speaker 1: when am I texting her? Fuss? She is a subject matter.
- 25:57Speaker 1: So that's why the I'm testing her. But you better
- 25:59Speaker 1: pray to God. This is some book. I hope to God.
- 26:02Speaker 1: You y'all got y'all people up with me like this body.
- 26:06Speaker 1: This ain't gonna go do it, bro at all at all? Okay,
- 26:13Speaker 1: So I guess I can't claim them at this point. Hell, mother, now,
- 26:20Speaker 1: so what you want to do? Though, Bro, I'm already
- 26:22Speaker 1: to tell you what I'm gonna do, and I'm waiting
- 26:25Speaker 1: on meals with funs on this mother see it like
- 26:27Speaker 1: she's slowed in the mother she can't type fail. But
- 26:30Speaker 1: somebody gonna get me some mount to day. Okay, but man,
- 26:36Speaker 1: look at bron I don't know who this is on
- 26:38Speaker 1: the other than the end of this song. I hope
- 26:40Speaker 1: to God there's some somebody of the X five or
- 26:44Speaker 1: something that I can't even fathom. You better pray to God,
- 26:48Speaker 1: y'all playing with me? This is a boot Okay? Okay?
- 26:52Speaker 1: So can I go on onna tell you this your dog?
- 26:56Speaker 1: And then I'm gonna gonna get out your way, man,
- 26:58Speaker 1: because I know how it's gonna go out of this.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Can I just gonna tell you something else? I don't
- 27:02Speaker 1: know what the else you can tell me. But the
- 27:05Speaker 1: only thing I can tell you, the only thing I
- 27:08Speaker 1: can tell you, Kendrick, is that this is nephew Tommy
- 27:11Speaker 1: from the Steve Harvey More than show your wife, Melanie
- 27:15Speaker 1: got me to prank phone call you dog well, y'all
- 27:20Speaker 1: from ratting mother. You look at about how many. It
- 27:26Speaker 1: was telling about don main't. Y'all ain't. Man, y'all ain't.
- 27:36Speaker 1: And I'm sitting up at eating crackling, and I don't
- 27:39Speaker 1: threw them the way because my fist French are already
- 27:41Speaker 1: have Uh you ain't, man. I gotta make sure you
- 27:48Speaker 1: all right before we get off the phone. You're good, man.
- 27:51Speaker 1: I gotta go get near drink back. Yeah, yeah, I'm
- 27:54Speaker 1: right that y'all ain't all right? Tell me this, man,
- 28:02Speaker 1: it's twenty twenty. Baby, tell me this. What's the baddest that,
- 28:04Speaker 1: I mean, the baddest radio show in the land, Man,
- 28:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvard Morning Show with that rotten Land lift. You
- 28:11Speaker 1: tell them y'all feel me? Don't. Don't you feel me? No,
- 28:20Speaker 1: not at all? No? Oh man? All right, catch you boy.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Where am I gonna be? I'm gonna be in Tampa
- 28:27Speaker 1: twenty five, twenty six, twenty seven. I would be at
- 28:30Speaker 1: the Tampa Improp tickets. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, tickets ain't
- 28:33Speaker 1: onna seal tickets and soul out. Okay, so I had one.
- 28:38Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I'm starting a little bit. I'm starting a

- 29:01Speaker 1: on the weekend, I'm straight ignorant. I'm three different things.
- 29:04Speaker 1: You understand. You gotta understand me. You gotta understand, all right.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, entertainment and
- 29:11Speaker 1: national news right after this. Yeah, you're listening morning show.
- 29:20Speaker 1: All right, we gotta say congratulations to our girl. We
- 29:23Speaker 1: love her, Tiana Taylor. Okay, not only was she named
- 29:27Speaker 1: Maxim Sexiest Woman Alive as she topped their twenty twenty
- 29:30Speaker 1: one Hot one hundred list, she made history, ladies and gentlemen,
- 29:35Speaker 1: as the first black woman to ever do it. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 29:41Speaker 1: you hear her body see that core? Oh it was tight,
- 29:45Speaker 1: and she's had two babies. Go girl. Uh yeah. Tianna
- 29:50Speaker 1: shared some of the photos from the steamy cover shoot.
- 29:53Speaker 1: She said, somebody pinch me Maxim's Hot one hundred to
- 29:57Speaker 1: be named the sexiest woman alive by literally in the skin,
- 30:01Speaker 1: I'm in Wow. So she was very excited and very
- 30:05Speaker 1: honored about that. Congratulations to Tiana Taylor looking good girl,
- 30:10Speaker 1: looking good and making history and other entertainment news. You
- 30:14Speaker 1: knew this wasn't gonna last. Tyler Perry is back. He
- 30:17Speaker 1: is bringing media back. Just where you thought media was over.
- 30:21Speaker 1: She was gone. You know, she had retired. Remember that thing?
- 30:25Speaker 1: Didn't think he ain't no Tyler, Come on man, well
- 30:28Speaker 1: she's coming back. She's coming back to Netflix. Uh, Tyler,
- 30:32Speaker 1: who famously declared that he was retiring the character, reviving
- 30:35Speaker 1: her for a media homecoming. All right. This is according
- 30:39Speaker 1: to the insta announcement, which featured Tyler as himself as
- 30:43Speaker 1: he slipped in and out of Media's voice. Take a listen, Hey,
- 30:47Speaker 1: guess what's happening. Okay, I won't take you. I wall sorry, um,
- 30:54Speaker 1: media media is try said. This is media saying I'm
- 31:00Speaker 1: coming back and I'm on Netflix. I can't wait to
- 31:02Speaker 1: take it. So Vice Media's coming in Netflix. We need
- 31:06Speaker 1: to laugh. Man, too much is going on in the country.
- 31:08Speaker 1: We need to laugh. So I was done, but but
- 31:11Speaker 1: I she's coming. Hey, I went in. I here, I
- 31:14Speaker 1: am Media on Netflix. I love it, love it. He
- 31:20Speaker 1: bought as good as me though I got to get
- 31:22Speaker 1: it too. He bought as good a time. Oh well,
- 31:25Speaker 1: high compliments. We love you doing good? Yeah, and we
- 31:30Speaker 1: love you Tyler. You know that we love you. And
- 31:32Speaker 1: we also love media and can't wait for the film
- 31:35Speaker 1: to debut again. It's called a media homecoming. It will
- 31:38Speaker 1: be on Netflix next year. Nice. Uh huh? All right, So, finally,
- 31:44Speaker 1: in entertainment news, yesterday was Kanye's birthday and he was
- 31:48Speaker 1: spotted in France kicking it with not Kim Kardashian, but
- 31:53Speaker 1: with French model Irina shake Arena. If you recall, it
- 31:57Speaker 1: is Bradley Cooper's baby mama, Bradley Cooper, of course, the actor.
- 32:01Speaker 1: As we all know, Kanye and Kim recently filed for divorce.
- 32:04Speaker 1: They were married for seven years. They have four babies.
- 32:08Speaker 1: People are saying, that was fast, Kanye, you boot up already?
- 32:12Speaker 1: What is going on? Well? Her? Is he gonna get
- 32:17Speaker 1: passed this if he don't find something to do you? Meanwhile,
- 32:19Speaker 1: Kim is at home with four babies by herself. Come
- 32:23Speaker 1: on now, and she Hume's decision. You don't know that.
- 32:27Speaker 1: You don't know that there's two people into marriage and
- 32:31Speaker 1: Kim wished she you know, a class act. Here. She
- 32:34Speaker 1: wished Kanye a happy birthday. She posted happy birthday, love
- 32:39Speaker 1: you for life. I thought that was really sweeter, right,
- 32:42Speaker 1: and then Chloe wished you know, wished him a happy
- 32:45Speaker 1: birthday as well. She posted a picture of Chloe and
- 32:47Speaker 1: Tristan and Kim and Kanye saying brother, I love you,
- 32:51Speaker 1: brother for life. Whatever. Yeah, yeah, but they're they're sending
- 32:57Speaker 1: him love and he's frolicking. What do you want him
- 33:01Speaker 1: to do? What do you want him to be doing? Yeah? No, no,
- 33:06Speaker 1: I can't if I sit out, I keep thinking about it.
- 33:09Speaker 1: I need somebody to take my man off. All right, listen, Steve.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Time now for today's headline. Ladies and gentlemen, Miss Anne trip,
- 33:18Speaker 1: thank you, Good morning everybody. President Biden is in Great
- 33:21Speaker 1: Britain this morning. He's taking part in an eight day swing.
- 33:24Speaker 1: He spoke to the press when he landed. This is
- 33:26Speaker 1: my first overseas trip, it's President Nined states, I'm heading
- 33:30Speaker 1: to the G seven, then to the NATO in Asterial
- 33:33Speaker 1: and then to meet with mister Putin to let him
- 33:36Speaker 1: know what I want him to know. What I want
- 33:40Speaker 1: him to know that I'll be taking place at the
- 33:42Speaker 1: end of his trip. While in England, Mister Biden's also
- 33:44Speaker 1: scheduled to meet the Queen. Former Democratic Congresswoman Val Demings
- 33:48Speaker 1: is officially launching her bid for the US Senate. Deming's
- 33:52Speaker 1: is going to be challenging Republican Marco Rubio for his
- 33:54Speaker 1: seat next year. Val Deming's, a former Orlando, Florida police
- 33:58Speaker 1: chief who served in the House since twenty seventeen, is
- 34:01Speaker 1: very very popular. The wife of Mexican drug king Pengwa
- 34:05Speaker 1: quingusman Oil Chapo, expected to plead guilty later today to
- 34:09Speaker 1: charges stemming from her alleged participation in her husband's drug business.
- 34:13Speaker 1: Emma Coronella Espuro is scheduled to appear today in a
- 34:17Speaker 1: virtual plea hearing in DC Federal Court. According to The
- 34:20Speaker 1: New York Times, Aspuro was also expected to plead guilty
- 34:23Speaker 1: to helping her husband get out of prison and escape.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Actually in twenty fifteen, in Texas, some twenty five thousand
- 34:31Speaker 1: members of Houston Methodist Hospital staff I've been fully inoculated
- 34:35Speaker 1: against COVID, but one hundred and seventy eight employees have
- 34:37Speaker 1: refused to become inoculated. Those one hundred and seventy eight
- 34:41Speaker 1: hospital workers suspended right now without pay. The murder over
- 34:45Speaker 1: forty years ago of a prominent black businessman in Tennessee
- 34:48Speaker 1: has finally been solved. The Chattanooga Day in the County's
- 34:51Speaker 1: Cold Case Unit, saying that Sam Petty John was murdered
- 34:55Speaker 1: February first, nineteen seventy nine and a hail of gunfire
- 34:58Speaker 1: inside his own beers door by a contract killer hired
- 35:03Speaker 1: by the administration of the former governor Ray Blanton. DA
- 35:07Speaker 1: says that the man responsible was a man who died
- 35:09Speaker 1: in federal custody in two thousand and five. He's want
- 35:12Speaker 1: to pull the trigger. Although authorities say Petty John's murder
- 35:15Speaker 1: was made to look like a suicide, nobody ever believed that.
- 35:18Speaker 1: One month before Petty John's murder, the governor was kicked
- 35:22Speaker 1: out of office for allegedly selling pardons and other corrupt stuff.
- 35:25Speaker 1: He was convicted that Ray Blanton was for federal mail fraud,
- 35:28Speaker 1: and he eventually spent twenty two months in jail. Again.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Petty John had been shot in the chest once and
- 35:35Speaker 1: then shot three times in the head. It's impossible to
- 35:37Speaker 1: commit suicide that way. I think, what do you think?
- 35:40Speaker 1: And talk about sweet goodbyes? Though a woman in Utah
- 35:43Speaker 1: recently died at age ninety seven, and besides being buried
- 35:47Speaker 1: next to her previously deceased husband, she directed her relatives
- 35:50Speaker 1: to inscribe her famous fudge recipe on her tombstunt. She
- 35:53Speaker 1: would never give it out while she was alive. Check
- 35:56Speaker 1: it out of my Facebook page later today. If you're
- 35:58Speaker 1: not dying, O swee did it? Yah? It makes me
- 36:00Speaker 1: want to have some fudge. Now back to Steve Harvey
- 36:02Speaker 1: Morning Show. You're listening to show well the massive brood
- 36:08Speaker 1: ex cicada insect invasion has taken over parts of the
- 36:11Speaker 1: East and Midwest, and our beginning to wreak havoc in
- 36:15Speaker 1: the Washington, DC area, where the swarm of cicadas is
- 36:18Speaker 1: so large that they've actually appeared on weather radar. The
- 36:23Speaker 1: annoying but mostly harmless insects managed to swarm the White
- 36:27Speaker 1: House press plane, delaying its flight to Europe. Yesterday. President
- 36:31Speaker 1: Biden was seen swatting a cicada off his neck. Ooh
- 36:36Speaker 1: you see that as he was about to board. I
- 36:38Speaker 1: know it was creepy right as he was about to
- 36:41Speaker 1: board Air Force One. A cicada is also being blamed
- 36:45Speaker 1: for a car accident in Cincinnati this week. Police say
- 36:48Speaker 1: the driver, Yeah, police say the driver lost control of
- 36:52Speaker 1: his car when a cicada flew right through his open
- 36:55Speaker 1: window and into his face. Anybody would have slipped. Yes.
- 37:05Speaker 1: All this talk about the cicadas on this throwback Thursday
- 37:09Speaker 1: remind us of the viral video of reporter Isaiah Carry
- 37:12Speaker 1: reporting the news in his mouth. Remember this take and listen.
- 37:18Speaker 1: What really happened on that Thursday here to Augusta High
- 37:21Speaker 1: School that led to Chris Wood's death is that I'm dying.
- 37:28Speaker 1: This contrast s uptown climb in my mouth. I can't
- 37:36Speaker 1: see Pola and get this country, mother, I can't see that.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Don't never get old, right there, never get old. That
- 37:51Speaker 1: was years ago. But yeah, Steve, you all right, that's
- 37:55Speaker 1: one of your favorites. About the camera to mouth. They listen,
- 38:05Speaker 1: listen when his TV show comes on in Houston, they
- 38:08Speaker 1: show that he got it on. There really the Isaiah factor. Yes, sir,
- 38:17Speaker 1: so imagine this man driving this scat already know. Yeah,
- 38:23Speaker 1: So we said all that to say, be on alert people.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Hundreds of billions of cicadas will spread across the East
- 38:32Speaker 1: and Midwest Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. New Jersey and Tennessee. Okay,
- 38:41Speaker 1: windows up. There'll be a few that will get down south,
- 38:45Speaker 1: but not as many, right, not as many because we
- 38:50Speaker 1: got enough stuff down here, thank you. Because they don't
- 38:53Speaker 1: really travel good if you are up in old states.
- 38:58Speaker 1: First of all, they're perfectly harmless. They don't bite or steam. Right,
- 39:03Speaker 1: you got some size on them, and they know the landing. Actually,
- 39:10Speaker 1: they like your face and mouth apparently, I like your
- 39:15Speaker 1: upper body, all right. Coming up at thirty four minutes
- 39:18Speaker 1: after the hour, President Obama says he expected more from
- 39:21Speaker 1: the GOP to stand up to Trump. We'll talk about
- 39:24Speaker 1: that right after this. You're listening to morning show. Well,
- 39:30Speaker 1: during a recent chat with CNN's Anderson Cooper, President Barack
- 39:34Speaker 1: Obama recently weighed in on what he expected. Oh, he
- 39:38Speaker 1: said that he expected more in the GOP. He wanted
- 39:41Speaker 1: them to stand up to Trump and his falsehoods about
- 39:44Speaker 1: the election, the big lie. Take a listen, and the
- 39:47Speaker 1: leadership of the GOP briefly for a you know, one
- 39:51Speaker 1: night when they still had the sort of scent of
- 39:54Speaker 1: fear in them, you know, going against the president, and
- 39:57Speaker 1: then suddenly everybody was back in line. Now, what that
- 40:01Speaker 1: the reason for that is because the base believed it.
- 40:05Speaker 1: The base believed it because this had been told to them,
- 40:08Speaker 1: not just by the president, but by the media that
- 40:12Speaker 1: they watch. And nobody stood up and said stop, this
- 40:16Speaker 1: is enough, this is not true. I won't say nobody,
- 40:20Speaker 1: let me correct it. There were some very brave people
- 40:22Speaker 1: who did their jobs, like the Secretary of State in Georgia,
- 40:26Speaker 1: who was then vicilessly attacked for it. And all those
- 40:29Speaker 1: congressmen started looking around and they said, you know what,
- 40:31Speaker 1: I'll lose my job. I'll get voted out of office.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Another way of saying this is I didn't expect that
- 40:37Speaker 1: there would be so few people who would say, well,
- 40:40Speaker 1: I don't mind losing my office because this is too important.
- 40:44Speaker 1: America's too important. Things are more important than our democracy
- 40:47Speaker 1: is too important. See, and they're not going to do it.
- 40:52Speaker 1: He's he's he's what he just is, Barack Obama. Listen,
- 40:57Speaker 1: these are, though, the largest collective group of cowards that
- 41:04Speaker 1: I have seen in political history in my life. This
- 41:08Speaker 1: is the most cowardice group of men and women I
- 41:12Speaker 1: have ever seen. And they can miss me from now
- 41:17Speaker 1: on with this conversation. They talk about love of country
- 41:21Speaker 1: and God, because you now have a man that you
- 41:26Speaker 1: place in the high regard than your Lord and Savior.
- 41:30Speaker 1: And I'm sorry that's not forgivable to me. I don't
- 41:34Speaker 1: I don't have time for you, because you obviously these
- 41:37Speaker 1: people are more afraid and want to be in Trump's
- 41:41Speaker 1: good graces than they are the Constitution or God's grace.
- 41:48Speaker 1: And I'm done cowardsman. See, they use that Constitution when
- 41:57Speaker 1: it's convenient, yes, And we're not in the constitution. People
- 42:02Speaker 1: of color are not in the Constitution. See, And I
- 42:05Speaker 1: don't know. You know, look, y'all can quit telling me.
- 42:08Speaker 1: They can stop saying to us that like Pence with
- 42:12Speaker 1: his ignorant behind who Donald Trump left over there? Who
- 42:15Speaker 1: had they had a hit out on him? He was
- 42:19Speaker 1: upset at first. Now then he said, and me and
- 42:22Speaker 1: the President wy never agree on this day. But now
- 42:25Speaker 1: guess what his last statement is that systemic racism is
- 42:31Speaker 1: a left wing myth. Yes, are you kidding me? Man?
- 42:37Speaker 1: So here you go again, you know, And and the
- 42:41Speaker 1: problem with racism is the only way we get to
- 42:44Speaker 1: solve racism is that we admit that there is racism.
- 42:48Speaker 1: But if you have the leadership the former vice president,
- 42:51Speaker 1: all these senators, that's going there is no systemic racism,
- 42:57Speaker 1: then they have nothing to address. Thus the problem continues.
- 43:02Speaker 1: You're telling my Pence that you almost gotta tell out
- 43:05Speaker 1: the frame at the Capitol that Pence yea, he is
- 43:13Speaker 1: so afraid of Donald Trump and the base ye like
- 43:19Speaker 1: like like like President Obama said, and that's causing this
- 43:22Speaker 1: whole thing. And they're just cowards. And let me tell
- 43:26Speaker 1: you something, folks. They think that they've come up with
- 43:30Speaker 1: these new ways to stop us from voting. They have
- 43:34Speaker 1: awakened the sleeping giant. We will never go back. We
- 43:37Speaker 1: offer ever a power voting block. And when it's time
- 43:40Speaker 1: for the next election, we're gonna be pushing and pushing
- 43:44Speaker 1: and pushing, and all of you that voted for that,
- 43:48Speaker 1: you're out. Next year, Kemp is gone. You will not
- 43:52Speaker 1: be in Georgia. You won't be the same turnout we
- 43:56Speaker 1: had for ass Oft and warning gonna be the same
- 43:59Speaker 1: turnout you going, sir, Thank you, But we will remember
- 44:04Speaker 1: this voting bill and you signed it and wouldn't let
- 44:08Speaker 1: anybody into continue. We will remember you, all right. Coming
- 44:14Speaker 1: up next, it is a nephew with today's prank phone call.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening show, coming up at the
- 44:24Speaker 1: top of the hour, right about four minutes after it's
- 44:27Speaker 1: my strawberry letter for today, the subject Cassin Neva is
- 44:32Speaker 1: living in my house. We'll get into that. Yeah, we'll
- 44:36Speaker 1: get into that in just a few but right now
- 44:38Speaker 1: the nephew is here with today's prank phone call. What
- 44:41Speaker 1: you got for us? Nev No an choby? See how
- 44:45Speaker 1: chamber boy? No anchovies? Why is that so serious? Yeah?

- 44:53Speaker 1: about that. People. I don't know one black person that
- 44:57Speaker 1: eat anchovies on Bay Pizza? Who do you eat them before?
- 45:02Speaker 1: You've eaten them before? When you order pizza? Do you
- 45:05Speaker 1: order an choke? Not anymore? Okay? You came back up
- 45:10Speaker 1: to the other side. Welcome race have to do okay, Okay,
- 45:15Speaker 1: Well let's look at it before we go to this prank. Okay,
- 45:17Speaker 1: cam you give you? Do you order pepperoni? Car Yes,
- 45:22Speaker 1: we're not gonna argue about pizza toppings, that's not Do
- 45:24Speaker 1: you do you order Italian si? Yeah? Yeah? Okay, Okay,
- 45:29Speaker 1: mushroom yeah, ship okay, Bell pepper onion shack. You don't
- 45:37Speaker 1: like bell pepper Okay, okay, So what you we got onion,
- 45:41Speaker 1: pepperoni Italian size. Okay, what what else? Cheese? Yeah? Yeah,
- 45:50Speaker 1: extra cheese is a topping pizza. But uh, I like olives, spinach.
- 46:02Speaker 1: People like spinach, base, I like spinash. Come on, I
- 46:04Speaker 1: just started doing spinish. I just started doing yeah, yeah,
- 46:07Speaker 1: I like that, Basil does. We ain't got an thank you,
- 46:12Speaker 1: thank you, Julian. Anybody's saying them. Nobody saying anchovies. Yeah,
- 46:16Speaker 1: anchovies doesn't go with all of that. It depends on
- 46:19Speaker 1: what we're meeting on your pizza. We got to march
- 46:22Speaker 1: over the anchovies. That's because we don't even know what happened. Really,
- 46:26Speaker 1: mostly black people't know what anchovies either hand. Jovin, I
- 46:30Speaker 1: don't know what that is. Can we get to the prank?
- 46:33Speaker 1: No anchovies? Let's go care doc? Hello, hey man? Who whoo?
- 46:39Speaker 1: Who is the person I need to talk to about?
- 46:41Speaker 1: I got a pizza that's been messed up. Who do
- 46:43Speaker 1: I need to talk to? Well, you can talk to mecha.
- 46:46Speaker 1: What's going on? What happened in picture? Nobody puts some
- 46:49Speaker 1: anchovies on my pizza? Black people? Anchovies? Man? Who? Who? Who?
- 46:57Speaker 1: Who would do that? Who would put a channels? That
- 47:01Speaker 1: settled down with the language that powe all right? You know,
- 47:04Speaker 1: if you got answer movies on your pizza, he just
- 47:07Speaker 1: must have gotten mixed up with another water. I'll send
- 47:09Speaker 1: you another pizza. It ain't a big deal. But I
- 47:11Speaker 1: ain't asking anchoviies. Man might the fact? Let me ask you, So,
- 47:15Speaker 1: what the the ant shoby? Any damn way? It's like

- 47:22Speaker 1: take a sardine. Hey, hey, hey, let me tell you something. Man, First,
- 47:26Speaker 1: what's your name? What is your name? I'm Gino. I'm Gino.
- 47:30Speaker 1: So you're the owner of the damn pizza places? Yeah,
- 47:33Speaker 1: I owned the damn pizza place. And I don't need
- 47:35Speaker 1: people calling me that cursing in me because there was
- 47:37Speaker 1: a mistake. You know, mistakes happened, Pal, where things go
- 47:40Speaker 1: on in his life, and then you're getting some anchovies
- 47:43Speaker 1: on your pizza? A right? Many? Okay, So here's the deal.
- 47:46Speaker 1: I don't have a bunch of guests coming to mind
- 47:48Speaker 1: or all the pizza, and every last one of them
- 47:50Speaker 1: got bnhobies on them. You know what I'm saying. So
- 47:53Speaker 1: I got an issue with it. I have spent over
- 47:55Speaker 1: fifty dollars with you with these pizzas and the right wrong.
- 48:00Speaker 1: Nobody likes anchovies, black people, you know, man trophies. Man. Okay,
- 48:08Speaker 1: hold on, I'm I'm almost certain I've served anchovie peaching
- 48:12Speaker 1: the black people before. Okay, the black people that I
- 48:16Speaker 1: know don't eat and shobies. Okay, well, then we'll send
- 48:21Speaker 1: you some pizzas without any man chovies on them. You
- 48:24Speaker 1: know what I don't like you. I don't like your attitude.
- 48:27Speaker 1: You know what, man, you you didn't cut me with
- 48:29Speaker 1: so much attitude to start with. You wouldn't get no attitude. Okay, okay,
- 48:34Speaker 1: look at it, don't get yours? What? Okay, don't get what?
- 48:39Speaker 1: What do you talk? You know what? Did you just did?
- 48:41Speaker 1: You just threaten me? I said, don't get show. Why
- 48:45Speaker 1: do you think you're talking? Who the do you think

- 48:52Speaker 1: right place, the real That's right, that's right. You don't
- 48:56Speaker 1: tell me you're gonna kick my phone? Okay, found you
- 48:59Speaker 1: know where feature is? You know you just calm down,
- 49:03Speaker 1: do you do you? Okay, that's it. I'll tell you what. Man,
- 49:06Speaker 1: in the next three to five minutes, open to walk
- 49:08Speaker 1: down there and kick your little fine putting hand shobies
- 49:12Speaker 1: on here and having a little pump us attitude like
- 49:14Speaker 1: you think you can't get joy. You come on down here,
- 49:18Speaker 1: okay and we'll see. Do me a favor, go yourself,
- 49:23Speaker 1: and then once you rowed in on. Okay, I'm bringing
- 49:26Speaker 1: it on down here, all right, we'll take care of
- 49:28Speaker 1: it there, staring Manchovies up, it's all right, poul Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, cool,
- 49:35Speaker 1: all right, cool, okay, okay, okay, you'd like to say,
- 49:37Speaker 1: okay a lot? Do you what you do in your words? Okay?
- 49:41Speaker 1: You need to have somebody there which you when I
- 49:44Speaker 1: get there, because I promise you gene you you don't
- 49:48Speaker 1: shake it in this boat's pound. Me and my aunt Chovies,
- 49:51Speaker 1: we're sitting here scart out of our minds right now. Okay,
- 49:55Speaker 1: me up dealt with clowns like you my whole life.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Let me tell you this here. Do you do you
- 50:02Speaker 1: know who you're talking to? I pocketed something, an idiot
- 50:06Speaker 1: who don't know how to talk. That's what I'm talking too. No,
- 50:09Speaker 1: you're talking to nip him talk from the Steve Harvey
- 50:13Speaker 1: Moran Show. Mister Gino, you just got freak you're telling
- 50:20Speaker 1: me I'm throwing a bombs all over the radio. You're
- 50:25Speaker 1: topping him bombs all over the radio. Baby, Who I
- 50:28Speaker 1: want to know who did this to me? Because they're
- 50:29Speaker 1: getting some f bomps. Do you have a guy that
- 50:33Speaker 1: works for you? He says he works five to close. Andre,
- 50:36Speaker 1: you gotta and you gotta Drede that works for you. Yeah,
- 50:39Speaker 1: I gotta Drede that works for me. And Trede is
- 50:41Speaker 1: gonna be sending some time in a walking freezer. Uh.
- 50:48Speaker 1: People don't need anchovies. Huh. Black people don't need the anto. Baby. Hey,
- 50:54Speaker 1: I gotta ask you this, mister Gino, what is the
- 50:56Speaker 1: baddest and I mean the baddest radio show in the
- 51:00Speaker 1: lay your show? The baddest radio show in the land
- 51:06Speaker 1: is the Stave Arvey showing no one Man, I'll be sad.
- 51:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna send you some piechas. I'm sending that station
- 51:18Speaker 1: dozens of pieces with anti double antrovihies on every one
- 51:21Speaker 1: of them. That's a real tagging right there by that
- 51:28Speaker 1: nothing Carlin, did you think you were? You were watching
- 51:32Speaker 1: an episode of City a City on a Hill. Didn't
- 51:35Speaker 1: he sound like Kevin Bacon a little bit? Yes? I'm yeah, yeah,
- 51:43Speaker 1: min I'm sure I served black people a yeah, come on,
- 51:49Speaker 1: so good. That was funny. That was good. Oh man,
- 51:56Speaker 1: Gina was my bad life. Here me and the anchovies
- 52:01Speaker 1: we over here. You don't have had a lot of
- 52:08Speaker 1: fights back in the day. You ain't scared of nothing.
- 52:11Speaker 1: Clowns like you all my life. What are the chances
- 52:14Speaker 1: you call and get the actual owner that that's not normal?
- 52:21Speaker 1: But that's that's that real. You know, pull up your
- 52:23Speaker 1: shirt sleeves and I'm working in my spot twenty four seven.
- 52:26Speaker 1: That's what that is. He cares a lot of people
- 52:28Speaker 1: like that, busting their button their place. Man, getting it done,
- 52:32Speaker 1: that's right, that's right. Matter of fact, Big ups everybody
- 52:35Speaker 1: that owns the those small businesses across the country. Big

- 52:42Speaker 1: employees that they're. Everybody's getting it done, and we need
- 52:45Speaker 1: more of that, and we need to support more of them.
- 52:48Speaker 1: About that. Supports your local small businesses, show them through love.
- 52:51Speaker 1: That's right. That message. Yeah, thank you, and Virginia Beach.

- 53:21Speaker 1: living in my house. We'll get into it right after this.
- 53:24Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Time now
- 53:29Speaker 1: for today's Strawberry Letter. And if you need advice on relationships, dating, work, sex, parenting,
- 53:34Speaker 1: and more. Please submit your Strawberry Letter to Steve Harvey
- 53:37Speaker 1: FM and click submit Strawberry Letter. We could be reading
- 53:41Speaker 1: your letter live on the air, just like we're gonna
- 53:44Speaker 1: read this one right here, right now. Who knows it
- 53:46Speaker 1: could be yours. Buckle up, hold on tight, We got
- 53:49Speaker 1: it for you. He It is the Strawberry Letter subject
- 53:54Speaker 1: Cassanova is living in my house. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm
- 53:58Speaker 1: a fifty five year old mother still raising a twenty
- 54:01Speaker 1: four year old man, and he's still living in my house.
- 54:05Speaker 1: All of my family calls him Casanova because he's very
- 54:08Speaker 1: handsome with a head full of black curls. He's never
- 54:12Speaker 1: been full of himself, but he's well aware of how
- 54:15Speaker 1: good he looks. He's never been in a relationship, and
- 54:19Speaker 1: when he was in high school, girls used to call
- 54:22Speaker 1: my house so much I had to restrict call sometimes.
- 54:25Speaker 1: My mother lived with us until she died, and she
- 54:28Speaker 1: spoiled him beyond belief. When he was growing up. She
- 54:31Speaker 1: made up his bed, cooked whatever he asked for, did
- 54:35Speaker 1: his laundry, and gave him all of her money. After
- 54:39Speaker 1: she passed, my son started messing with older women, and
- 54:43Speaker 1: they take care of him. Now. I blame myself for
- 54:46Speaker 1: allowing this to happen, but I had no idea he
- 54:49Speaker 1: would turn out like this. Recently, he got himself into
- 54:53Speaker 1: something that his good looks couldn't fix. He got caught
- 54:56Speaker 1: with a married woman, and her husband came to my
- 54:59Speaker 1: house and busted the windows out of my son's car
- 55:03Speaker 1: and mine. I didn't even call the cops. I made
- 55:06Speaker 1: my son pay for the damage and told him that
- 55:09Speaker 1: he has got to move out of my house by
- 55:11Speaker 1: his twenty fifth birthday. He has seven months to figure
- 55:14Speaker 1: it out. His lack of respect for women and for
- 55:17Speaker 1: me stresses me out continuously. I just talked with him
- 55:21Speaker 1: about having sex in my house. And last week I
- 55:24Speaker 1: saw a grown woman in my house walking from my
- 55:27Speaker 1: son's room to the bathroom one morning. I'm afraid he's
- 55:31Speaker 1: going to get himself in another situation and there will
- 55:34Speaker 1: be more than glass being broken. How can I stop
- 55:37Speaker 1: him from being a womanizer? Please advise? Well, I think
- 55:43Speaker 1: you trying to stop him from being a womanizer is
- 55:46Speaker 1: at this point a lost cause because that's what he
- 55:49Speaker 1: is right now, and he's cool with it. He likes
- 55:52Speaker 1: who he is. I mean. What you can do, though,
- 55:55Speaker 1: is make it difficult for him to be a casanova
- 55:58Speaker 1: as you and your family call call him by putting
- 56:01Speaker 1: him out of your house. And if he refuses to
- 56:05Speaker 1: abide by your rules while he's in your home, he's
- 56:07Speaker 1: got to go. Those are the rules. Those are the rules,
- 56:12Speaker 1: plain and simple. Then he won't have anywhere to bring
- 56:15Speaker 1: these women. Think about that, and they won't be walking
- 56:17Speaker 1: around your house. Okay, So move the date up. You
- 56:21Speaker 1: told him by his twenty fifth birthday, that's seven months away.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Move that date up. You can do that. Tell him
- 56:27Speaker 1: you changed your mind. You don't owe him anything, and
- 56:30Speaker 1: he's putting you and your home in jeopardy with these
- 56:34Speaker 1: women he's dealing with. So I know you love your
- 56:37Speaker 1: son and all that. I know you love him. This
- 56:41Speaker 1: doesn't mean you're cutting him out of your life. It
- 56:43Speaker 1: just means you have to protect yourself and what's yours
- 56:46Speaker 1: at this point, because mister Casanova isn't doing that. It's
- 56:49Speaker 1: called tough love, mom, and he needs a large dose
- 56:52Speaker 1: of it right now. He knows that whatever he does
- 56:57Speaker 1: there are no consequences. He already knows that you didn't
- 57:00Speaker 1: do anything. His grandmother didn't do anything. These women let
- 57:03Speaker 1: him get away with stuff. He still has a roof
- 57:06Speaker 1: over his head, he still has food to eat, clothes
- 57:08Speaker 1: to wear, money, etc. So he needs to be shaken
- 57:12Speaker 1: up a bit, not enabled, mom, And that's what you're
- 57:15Speaker 1: doing to him. You're enabling him. So otherwise there's no
- 57:19Speaker 1: incentive for him to move out and to change his behavior,
- 57:22Speaker 1: all right, So let tell him to get out and maybe,
- 57:26Speaker 1: you know, his little cute step will self will get
- 57:28Speaker 1: himself together and you know, become a grown man. Feel
- 57:32Speaker 1: like what that's like, Steve? You know what, mother, I'm
- 57:40Speaker 1: gonna have to tell you some truths about your son.
- 57:44Speaker 1: See your mother, and I've been listening to your letter,
- 57:47Speaker 1: and you're writing a letter as a mother, as you should,
- 57:51Speaker 1: so I understand that. But I'm gonna have to tell
- 57:54Speaker 1: you some truths about your son. So brace yourself and
- 57:58Speaker 1: here we go. I'm going to tell you something about
- 58:01Speaker 1: your son. You're fifty five year old mother still raising
- 58:06Speaker 1: or twenty four year old man. Let's stop right there.
- 58:09Speaker 1: How does that sound to you? Now? Look, that'll always
- 58:12Speaker 1: be our children that always need some advice possibly and
- 58:16Speaker 1: some assistance from time to time. But you're done raising him.
- 58:20Speaker 1: That's mistake number one. So he's not all of the
- 58:24Speaker 1: man you think he is because he has a lot
- 58:28Speaker 1: of boy tendencies. All your family calls him casting over
- 58:32Speaker 1: because he's very handsome with a head full of black curls.
- 58:36Speaker 1: Let me tell you something else about your son. He's
- 58:39Speaker 1: never been full of himself, but he's well aware of
- 58:41Speaker 1: how good he looks. Did you hear the sentence you're
- 58:44Speaker 1: just saying. You just said he's never been full of himself,
- 58:50Speaker 1: but he's well aware of how good he looks. That's
- 58:54Speaker 1: costs he full of himself. That's cost he full of himself,
- 58:59Speaker 1: and he full of sugar, honey, iced tea and that's
- 59:03Speaker 1: what's wrong with your boy. And I'm gonna say this again,
- 59:07Speaker 1: your boy. Then you said he's never been in a relationship. Okay,
- 59:14Speaker 1: twenty four, he'd ever been in a relationship. He don't
- 59:17Speaker 1: sound like he full of yourself, because listen to the
- 59:19Speaker 1: senses behind that. He's never been in a relationship. When
- 59:22Speaker 1: he was in high school, girls used to call my
- 59:24Speaker 1: house so much I had to restrict calls. Sometimes it's
- 59:28Speaker 1: because he's full of himself, and he hadn't been in
- 59:30Speaker 1: a relationship because he'd been bopping around his whole life.
- 59:34Speaker 1: My mother lived with us until she died. She's spoiling
- 59:37Speaker 1: beyond belief, and he's been growing up. When he was
- 59:39Speaker 1: growing up, she made up his bad cook whatever he
- 59:41Speaker 1: asked for. Dida's Londry gave him all her money. After
- 59:44Speaker 1: she passed, My son started messing with older women, and
- 59:48Speaker 1: they take care of him now. And I blame myself
- 59:50Speaker 1: for allowing this had happened. Stop blaming yourself. This is
- 59:53Speaker 1: who he is. He took advantage of his grandmother when
- 59:57Speaker 1: she was living so now she old, he didn't found
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: some more old women. This boy, it ain't full of himself.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: We'll have part two of Steve's response coming up at
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry Letters, subject
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Cassanova is living in my house. We'll get back into
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening, all right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: Let's recap Today's Strawberry Letters. Subject Cassanova is living in
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: my house. This poor lady Rhoda, she's fifty five, still
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: raising a twenty four year old man slash boy who's
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: living in her house now. A family calls him Cassanova
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: because he's very handsome in a head full of black curls.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: He's never been full of himself, but he's well aware
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: of how good he loves well. As I said earlier, Mom,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: this just proves your room. He is full of himself,
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: and he's full of sugar honey, iced tea, and he
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: won't prove it throughout the letter. He's never ever been
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: in a relationship. What's twenty four? Your boy? There'll be
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: in a relationship. You know why he ain't been in
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: one because girls used to call your house so much.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: I had to restrict calls sometimes because he was bopping
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: around with him. My mother lived with us until she died,
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: and she's failing beyond leaving. When he's growing up, cook
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: made his food fixed, everyody wanted, laundry, bed, gave him
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: all her money. He took advantage of his grandmother's kindness.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: So after she passed, your son started messing with older
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: women and they take care of him. Now, And you
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: didn't see this coming. And then you say I allowed myself.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: I blame myself for allowing this app No, he took
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: advantage of your mom when she was living, and now
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: he figured out that's his meal ticket, old women. So
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: this boy that ain't full of himself is really sounding
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: so full of himself to me. Now, I hate to
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: tell you this about your boy, but you need to
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: quit writing this letter like you got this little innocent,
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: little cute boy with this little curly hair. Because this
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: ain't no castling over this board jiggalo. So you need
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: to change a bunch of titles in this letter. This
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: ain't casting over this a damn jiggalo. He running old
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: women and abusing him. That's your boy, that's who. You
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: didn't raise him like this. He turned out this way.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: He took advantage of a situation that your mom helped
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: him create. All right, now here we go. I had
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: no idea he would turn out like this. Well, okay,
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: recently got himself into something that his good looks couldn't fix.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: Here we go. He got caught with a married woman
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: and her husband came to my house and busted the
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: windows out of my son's car. In mind. You know
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: why he busted the windows out of your son's car
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: in yours because he couldn't locate your son. Oh, he
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: came there to bust up your boy, but he couldn't
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: find your boy. So since he couldn't find him, he
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: busted up all the cars. But I want you to
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: understand that man came to with his ass. That's what
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: he came there for. Play it again. The man came
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: now to whoop his ass. He didn't come there to
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: break out the windows. He just couldn't find your boy.
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: He came there to bust up your boy, but your
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: boy wasn't there, so he busted up to call the windows. See, lady,
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: you need to notice about your son now. His good
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: looks couldn't get him out of it. Okay, well, so
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: what I didn't even call the cops. I made my
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: son pay for the damage and told him that he
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: has got to move out of my house by his
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: twenty fifth birthday. I'm with Shirley, move that date up,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: get out. Now, you got money to fix windows and
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: all this here, get out, get out. He has seven
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: months to figure it out. He figured out next, Mom,
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: is he that sex? No? His lack of respect for
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: women and for me stresses me out constantly. I thought
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: you just said he's never been full of himself. See, lady,
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: you your boy is not a casting over. He's a jiggalow.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: He's abuser of women. He takes advantage of him. He
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: gets old women to take care of. His lack of
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: respectful women and for me stresses me out continuously. I
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: just talked with him about having sex in my house
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: last week, and I saw a grown woman in my
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: house walking from my son's room to the bathroom one
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: morning because he's not listening to you. See, if you're
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: old enough to screw in here, you're old enough to
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: screw at your own house. You ain't coming up in
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: here with as you disrespected me and my house. Get out, No,
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: go to the grown woman. Out, go live with one
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: of them old ass women. I'm afraid he's going to
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: get himself into another situation, and that will be more
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: than glass broken. It was gonna be more than glass
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: broken if he had to found him this time. But
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: see that's what your boy needs, though, Your boy need
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: one of them good old ass for because he never
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: had one. Pretty little light skin ad boy, that's what
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: you've got, little dog curls, head full of curls and
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: light skins. Boy, See what Rick Foxer beat your ass though?
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: That's yeah, see that with a whole little light skin
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: right there, This little boy right here, a little little
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: little a little high yellow, you know, a little cared
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: the head full of black clearer man, he gonna get
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: his as here's more things with. How can I stop
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: him from being a womanizer? Surely said that right too.
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: You can't. He is a womanizer. You don't stop loving
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: women now, You stop womanizing women when you grow up.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: He has no signs of growing up because he's never
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: had to act grown. See, you can stop romanizing when
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: you get a hand full of responsibility. See, you gotta
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: figure out where your meal gonna come from. Figure out
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: you're gonna come up with. Just car Noting has written
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: the figure out what your career gonna be. That take time,
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: that cuts way back on romanizing. Thank you. You don't
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: have a castanova, you have a jiggalow. You don't have
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: a son that's not full of himself. You have a
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: son that's full of sugar honey iced tea. All right,
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: thank you for ass out. Yeah, post your comments. That's

- 1:09:09Speaker 1: follow both you and hell matter of fact, oh yes
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: you can't. Whoa no? But you know what thou that
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: would be kind of the bomb if we did all
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: go on the road together. I love Junior. Don't have
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: no saint. We're just gonna book the day. He just comes,
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: get his flight. He don't have to say it. Yeah,
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: he just get dressed. And then every time he go
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: try to check in the hotel, he ain't got no
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: room because he stayed with me, see that, and that's
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: good for him. He ain't gotta put no car down,
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: none of dad. You know he's straight, all right, But
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: you gotta let us know how it's going Cheryl Uh
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: coming up now, please do with reality update right after this.
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Morning Show. All right, nephew, here we go.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: Introduce our girl. She's ready that time. It's that time,
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, buckle up on hotel type. It is here.
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: She is here. Carla Ferrell with what reality update coming
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: in hot I said it with you that time. Thank you,
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: Charley girl, thank you. All right, yes, here we go.
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: Let's start off. Let's switch it up a little bit.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Married to medicine. Let's talk about the doctors, doctor Simone.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: You know she was working with your girl Lisa. They
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: were planning this huge community voting yes town hall meeting
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: and honey cha it was it was just too much.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: So doctor Simone, she talked to her husband, Cecil, and
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: she said that she admitted that she should have listened
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: to Heavenly about not working with Lisa, because this woman
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: was all on the news. It was a scandal by
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: COVID nineteen test. Oh you can hear Heavenly, sa I
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: told you so. I told you so. But any people
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: to test, but no, they never got the result, right,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: didn't give him the result. So anyway, the whole thing.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: Heavenly's point has always been that Lisa has done some
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: shady dis shady, shady shady. So anyway, you know, doctor
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: Simona is in it. She's involved with the town hall meeting,
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: so they she moved forth with that Contesta and doctor Scott.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: They are still having some issues. She's at home cooking,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: talking on FaceTime to her life coach. Then her husband
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: comes home. He's like, hey, do you want me to
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: leave out the room while you talk to you the
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: therapist so called life coach or whatever, and she's like no,
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: you know, she's not trying to keep anything from him.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: So after they end this conversation, how about your boy,
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: Doctor Scott just said, oh, I've been talking to a
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: life coach too, what for months? Wait? What? You ain't
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: got to lie crib? Now you sit up? Are you
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: know you're lying to your wife saying that all of
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: a sudden you got a life coach and she's been
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: begging him to go to therapy. So they I don't
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: understand him. There are some issues going on in their
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: marriage that they really really need to work on. Anila
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: is sick of Toya. She's sick of trying to defend
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: her friendship with her. She stormed out of the town
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: hall meeting Heavenly Simone doctor Simone. She basically told Toya that,
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: you know, you need to admit that there are some
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: issues that you're upset with Quad, that she's talking about
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: your finances behind your back. You need to talk to
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: her admit all these things. So you know, she kind
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: of apologized. Toya apologize for seeing comments about Quad's town home,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: but she kept calling that apartment. She was throwing shade
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: while she was apologizing. Ain't know about a stupid Toya,
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: stop playing. You were throwing straight shade when you were
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: doing Why are you apologizing? Yes it was shade, Yes
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: for sure. Sure. So you know they gotta go on
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: the trip. So they're on this RV. They're getting ready
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: to go on this trip, and then Heavenly and Lisa
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: get into it, and then Lisa calls Heavenly a dumb bully,
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: blank blank, and then Heavily jumped up and said, your mama. No,
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: that's how your mama all the day. That's always strong though,
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: when you go to your mama, that's real strong. So
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: it doesn't matter a profession, a professional doctor, your mama,
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: Come on, Heavenly is off the change anyway, that's married
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: to medicine. Shout out to doctor Jackie. We love us
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: of doctor Jackie on the Steve Harvey Morning Show, all
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: the doctors. All right, let's move on quickly before I
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: run out of the time. Ready to love. Here we go.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: Things got yeah, here we got Tommy. Things got heated
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: between David and Liz. Before Liz can tell him that
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: he was not ready to love, David quit the show
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: and self elimited himself. Boy bye. Anyway, Tommy sent the
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: singles on a getaway to a ranch. Amber told Verhoenicia
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: that Ron told Alexus that Joel said Kiera Kira was
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: his ultimate nobel one baby. Vernicia was heated. You got busted, Joel.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: That's all that was from the n O. Baby you
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: got busted. Alexis went off. Amber called her a Judas
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: for betraying her. I said all that to say. Tomorrow night,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: we'll be watching Reddy to Love nine eight Central on
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: the Own Network. That is Reality Update Children coming in
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: hot all right, we'll have more of the Steve Harvey

- 1:14:46Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, Junior, don't ever say we don't
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: think about you on this show, okay, because this is
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: all about you right here? Oh my God. And celebrity
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: birthday news today it is Joda. See is Joe Joe

- 1:15:22Speaker 1: file you Casey Junior to mask you. So where is
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: he at right now? And hot drunk? Is he right now?

- 1:15:42Speaker 1: to the birthday. And I just want to thank them
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: for the beautiful music in the hard time. They got
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: me through this man, Come on, get to this Julia,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: Happy birthday to Judaice. I would steve, he made it
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: to fit that we would wor it so many times
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: even word yeah, Oh we've been worried. We've been worried
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: as fans for years. We've been worthing. WHOA get happy
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: fifty of Jojo j Yeah. More of the Steve Harvey
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: Morning Show coming up at thirty three minutes after. Right
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: During a recent chat with CNN's Anderson Cooper, President Barack
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: Obama recently weighed in on what he expected, Oh He
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: said that he expected more in the GOP. He wanted
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: them to stand up to Trump and his falsehoods about
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: the election, the big lie. Take a listen, and the
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: leadership of the GOP briefly for a you know, one night,
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: when they still had the sort of yes, scent of
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: fear in them, you know, going against the president, and
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: then poof, suddenly everybody was back in line. Now what
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: that The reason for that is because the base believed it.
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: The base believed it because this had been told to them,
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: not just by the President but by the media that
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: they watch. And nobody stood up and said stop, this
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: is enough, this is not true. I won't say nobody,
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: let me correct it. There were some very brave people
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: who did their jobs, like the Secretary of State in Georgia,
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: who was then vicilessly attacked for it. And all those
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: congressmen started looking around and they said, you know what,
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: I'll lose my job. I'll get voted out office. Another
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: way of saying this is I didn't expect that there
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: would be so few people who would say, well, I
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: don't mind losing my office because this is too important.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: America's too important. Some things are more important than our
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: democracy is too important, see, and they're not going to
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: do it. He's he's what are you just as Barack Obama? Listen,
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: these are the largest collective group of cowards that I
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: have seen in political history in my life. This is
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: the most cowardice group of men and women I have
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: ever seen. And they can miss me from now on
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: with this conversation. They talk about love of country and
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: God because you now have a man that you place
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: in the high regard than your Lord and Savior. And
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: I'm sorry that's not forgivable to me. These people are
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: more afraid and want to be in Trump's good graces
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: than they are the Constitution or God's grace. They're just cowardsman. See.
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: They use that constitution when it's convenient, and we're not
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: in the constitution. People of color are not in the Constitution. See,
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: and I don't know, you know, look, y'all can quit
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: telling me. They can stop saying to us that that
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: like Pence with his ignorant behind who Donald Trump left
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: over there, who had they had a hit out on him.
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: He was upset at first. Now then he said, we
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: me and me and the president we never agree on
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: this day. But now guess what his last statement is
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: that systemic racism is a left wing myth. Yes, are
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: you kidding me? Man? So here you go again, you know,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: and and the problem with racism is the only way
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: we get to solve racism is that we admit that
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: there is racism. Right coming up in this our last
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: break of the day, and at forty nine minutes after
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: the hour, we'll have some closing remarks from the one
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: and only, our fearless leader, Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: You're listen, all right, guys, here we are, last break
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: of the day on this Thursday. Hey, you know something,
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: let me say this enclosing. I've been kind of observing
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: the landscape of what's going on in our country and
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: with the politics in all and I am, just like
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: most of you, like, really distraught and disturbed about the
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: condition of politics today. But I'm also a bit encouraged
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: because we had so many positive results came out of
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: our election this past year that we changed the landscape
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: of this country without voting block and what happened. Actually,
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: the good thing about this is is they've awakened a
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: sleeping giant. Because really, I do understand when people say
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: my vote don't count, but your vote does count. But
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: for the first time, we watched it count in real time.
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: We watched in real time Milwaukee come through. We watched
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: Detroit jump this whole thing off, and Detroit came through.
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: And then we watched Atlanta come through, and then we
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: watched Phillith come through, and then we watched Arizona come through,
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: and we watched them go away, and they lost, and
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: they lost so badly that they've gotten together now and
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: come up with all of these laws and Kemp in
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: Georgia and all these other people in Texas passing all
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: these voter suppression laws and amendments to stop and slow
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: down the vote of people of color. But I have
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: some news for them. No matter what you do, it's
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: not going to work, because the tide has turned. And
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: it has nothing to do with you, because you are
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: not greater than we are. You are not. If you were,
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: you would have gotten rid of us by now. But
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: you can't because we are greater than you are. And
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: I'm talking about that evil part, not America, but the
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: evil part of this country. Because all people aren't bad.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: We've had a lot of good people that are not
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: of color that have helped with this Black Lives Matter movement.
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: But for that evil scourge of people, that relentless person
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: that don't want to give us quarter, equality or nothing else,
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: you are not stronger than us. We've survived it all.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: We survive slavery. What else can you do to us?
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: What other evil thing can you conjure and concoc for
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: us that's worse than slavery. We survived it. We're gonna
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: survive this too. But we have news for you. The
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: tide has turned. We're different people now. The young people,
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: the athletes in this country, the entertainers in this country,
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: the young soldiers that we have now, you can't talk
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: to them any kind of way, you can't do them
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: any kind of way. They get involved and they get
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: on social media. Man, they're gonna run you up out
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: of here. So we're going to run you all up
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: out of here in our very next election. You're gonna
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: have you read states. We understand that. We know how
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: the game go. We ain't gonna win Nebraska, we got it.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: We ain't gonna get Wyoming, we got it. We got it.
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: But we got Arizona, and we got Georgia, and we
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: had a shot at the Carolinas but we're gonna get
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: you though, and you and the Blue Block you'll never
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: get that back. But we're going to get rid of
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: Governor Kemp through the vote. I'm not threatening you by
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: any stretch of imagination. I am telling you we're going
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: to vote. In spite of everything you've done. We're going
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: to vote. We're going to stand in the line, we're
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: going to pre register. We're gonna show up with two
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: three different ideas. We're gonna show up with water bills,
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: electric bills, We're gonna show up whatever we got to.
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: But we're gonna show you something though, because we have
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: the ability and their power to prove something to you.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: All of this movement that you all created talking about.
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: Stop Stacey Abrams. We're watching that too, and you're not
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: gonna do that to her. I promised her when she
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: came on the show that she has some friends in
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. We Soldiers, the Ricky Smiley Show,
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: US Soldiers, Deal Hugley Show, US Soldiers, O making Me
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: and runnees Airways, and we get on the United When
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: it comes to a common cause and the welfare of
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: our people is our common cause, that's when we unite.
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: Ain't no, you're the competitive station. No, no, no, no,
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: we are unified people. Kemp, this is your last term.
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: You're gonna be gone. Just like we put us off
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: in warnicking office, We're gonna put Stacey Abrams and she
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: run again. You're gone. So whatever build you sign, we're
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: gonna unsign it. And for all of you that's such
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: followers of Trump and that know that this lie, this
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: whole lie that you all have been telling and pushing
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: concerning this election, all of you, all of you that
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: are not in a red state, You're gone. You are gone.
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: Watch it's nothing you can do. You can't show people
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: who they are and then all of turnaround and tell
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: them who they're not because they don't seen it. And
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: we've seen now that our vote works, that our vote
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: changes things, and we all forever change because it is
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: I thank god for the athletes, for the rappers, the singers,
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: the entertainers, the TikTokers, the Instagram people, everybody that got
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: out and pushed the vote. We got a mid term
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: coming up, and we're gonna go to the mid term
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: like we do for the general election, and we're gonna
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: show you something. Y'all gonna be gone by. I'm not
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: gonna have to say it too many more times, so
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: by get comfortable being uncomfortable, Have a nice day, see
