Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Don Lemon’s New Gig is a Church Crasher for the Radical Left
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: There have been quite a few of you that have
- 0:02Speaker 1: reached out to me and asked my thoughts on what
- 0:05Speaker 1: happened on Sunday. It was shocking to watch Don Lemon,
- 0:10Speaker 1: you may know that name from his time at CNN,
- 0:14Speaker 1: breaking into a church service and literally refusing to stop
- 0:19Speaker 1: harassing the people that were worshiping God, including the pastor.
- 0:25Speaker 1: If you have not watched the video, I encourage you
- 0:28Speaker 1: to watch it. I put it up on social media.
- 0:31Speaker 1: You can see it on my ex account Ben Ferguson's show,
- 0:35Speaker 1: and you need to watch the video that I put
- 0:36Speaker 1: up there till the end to see how shocking it
- 0:39Speaker 1: really was. Now, to be clear, Don Lemon and these
- 0:42Speaker 1: protesters didn't just briefly interrupt a church service. That's how
- 0:48Speaker 1: the media has tried to spin it. They shouted it down,
- 0:52Speaker 1: they demanded people leave, They chased them to their cars.
- 0:59Speaker 1: There were children that were chased with their parents to
- 1:03Speaker 1: their cars, and they attacked them. They got in people's faces. Now,
- 1:09Speaker 1: that is exactly, by the way, what the governor Tim
- 1:12Speaker 1: Watz wanted. He referred to it as civil war. This
- 1:16Speaker 1: is exactly what the mayor wanted. Fry made it very
- 1:21Speaker 1: clear that he wanted ICE agents to get the f out. Well,
- 1:26Speaker 1: this is exactly how you would do it. Now you
- 1:29Speaker 1: may say, how did we get to a point where
- 1:32Speaker 1: they're going into a church and what's the connection. Well,
- 1:36Speaker 1: it was a worship service at Citi's church in the
- 1:38Speaker 1: Twin Cities area. And what Lemon did on camera is
- 1:44Speaker 1: he live streamed as he acted like he was just
- 1:48Speaker 1: live streaming the protesters. Clearly he was a part of
- 1:50Speaker 1: the protest, and he entered the church during the service.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Now they were chanting slogans like Ice Out. And then
- 1:59Speaker 1: they quote confronted and accuse a pastor of having ties
- 2:04Speaker 1: to ICE.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Now, the protesters.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Said they were there and they said they were targeting
- 2:11Speaker 1: the church because the pastor was quote alleged to be
- 2:14Speaker 1: an ICE official class agent. They also tied the pastor
- 2:19Speaker 1: to outrage over the killing of Renee Good earlier in January.
- 2:23Speaker 1: You know, the woman that used a two ton car
- 2:25Speaker 1: to try to run over a n ICE agent. The
- 2:29Speaker 1: reason why they did this and the reason why Don
- 2:32Speaker 1: Lemon live streamed it was for two points. One, they
- 2:36Speaker 1: want people to feel unsafe even in church. This is
- 2:40Speaker 1: what Marxists, socialists and communists do. They want to dehumanize
- 2:46Speaker 1: ice agents, and they want you to feel like that
- 2:49Speaker 1: you can attack them. There was a very interesting take
- 2:53Speaker 1: on this on Fox News Channel on the five. Greg
- 2:57Speaker 1: Guttfeld did an amazing job delivering one of his fiery
- 3:01Speaker 1: monologues ever, blasting the left over Minnesota. He also talked
- 3:07Speaker 1: about the hypocrisy of the left. As Caroline Levitt put it,
- 3:11Speaker 1: everyone in America should listen to what I'm about to
- 3:13Speaker 1: play for you. And I'm gonna play it, and it's
- 3:16Speaker 1: an extended it's a couple of minutes long, and I
- 3:19Speaker 1: think it's incredibly important that you listen to what he
- 3:22Speaker 1: had to say because I couldn't agree with him more
- 3:24Speaker 1: and how he explained it.
- 3:26Speaker 3: What's really going on? Rene Good? Yes, yes, because that
- 3:29Speaker 3: is actually not the story here.
- 3:31Speaker 2: The story is, Yes.
- 3:32Speaker 4: The story is how you got here, and you won't
- 3:34Speaker 4: admit that.
- 3:35Speaker 3: That is the reason why we're fitting.
- 3:37Speaker 4: This isn't about This isn't about immigration, It isn't about ice,
- 3:41Speaker 4: it isn't about Trump. It is about suicidal empathy that
- 3:46Speaker 4: is driven by a rescue fantasy. You have all of
- 3:50Speaker 4: these young middle aged women going out there because they
- 3:54Speaker 4: have some kind of emptiness in their lives that are
- 3:56Speaker 4: going out there in this kind of rescued delusion, helping
- 4:00Speaker 4: people they don't know, strangers who are guilty of crimes.
- 4:05Speaker 4: How can you defend that this is not protesters going
- 4:08Speaker 4: to a church.
- 4:09Speaker 3: That is a mob.
- 4:11Speaker 4: The people that invented the phrase safe space are breaking
- 4:15Speaker 4: it up, frightening kids right.
- 4:17Speaker 3: These are the people that call us fascists and they're
- 4:20Speaker 3: hunting people.
- 4:21Speaker 4: These are the people that claim to defend women and
- 4:23Speaker 4: yet are defending men who abuse women. These are the
- 4:26Speaker 4: people that call us homophobic, and yet they want to
- 4:29Speaker 4: out ice guys for using I don't know, gay sex apps.
- 4:33Speaker 4: Let's be honest here, fries Up, he's scared of these people,
- 4:37Speaker 4: or else he would stand up for calling it love.
- 4:40Speaker 4: There's no such thing as a mob with love. And
- 4:42Speaker 4: imagine showing this tape to Don Lemon ten years ago,
- 4:47Speaker 4: fifteen years ago and saying, is this where you saw
- 4:50Speaker 4: yourself Lemon crashing a church service, scaring kids, attacking a pastor?
- 4:57Speaker 3: Was this your hope and dream to do? This? Radicalization
- 5:01Speaker 3: is gradual.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Black Lives Matter is now bad guys matter, and now
- 5:06Speaker 4: you'll defend anything.
- 5:08Speaker 3: You're defending rapists. These are the people you're defending and
- 5:11Speaker 3: I'm gonna go back. No, no, no, you had your chance.
- 5:15Speaker 3: You brought this up. Where are the police?
- 5:18Speaker 4: You know, when you have Hamas supporters and Jewish students,
- 5:20Speaker 4: police make the separation Antifaugh proud boys, police make the
- 5:23Speaker 4: separation pro life and feminists police make the separation. Somehow,
- 5:28Speaker 4: that separation is not even here, even when the leaders
- 5:32Speaker 4: are framing this as protesters versus persecutors, because that's part of.
- 5:39Speaker 3: This fantasy world that you live in.
- 5:41Speaker 4: And yet they decide that they don't need cops to
- 5:44Speaker 4: separate the ice agent agents aren't supposed to deal with that.
- 5:49Speaker 3: That's what the police do. So you gotta ask yourself
- 5:51Speaker 3: why aren't the police there?
- 5:52Speaker 4: Because it's a deliberate thing to create this spectacle, and
- 5:56Speaker 4: then I'll finish.
- 5:57Speaker 3: This is not an isolated thing.
- 5:59Speaker 4: These rests, skew fantasies exists because the real power of women,
- 6:02Speaker 4: which is in the roles of community community, whether it's wife, mother, work, teaching,
- 6:10Speaker 4: that stuff has been marginalized by our modern leftist culture.
- 6:15Speaker 3: That has to be replaced by activism.
- 6:18Speaker 4: Your life is meaningless unless you're out there screaming and
- 6:21Speaker 4: a CoP's face. You have all these sad people out
- 6:24Speaker 4: there in this liberation role playing and you're.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Egging it on. You should not be egging this on, Jessica.
- 6:31Speaker 4: You know we had this. This is a time for
- 6:34Speaker 4: brave women. We saw the rise of the Internet dad.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Whether it was Elon Musk, Jordan Peterson, Mike Row, Scott Adams,
- 6:43Speaker 4: the Joe Rogan, these are people that decided to help
- 6:46Speaker 4: young men find meaning in life, whether it is through
- 6:50Speaker 4: service or hard work, constructive activities.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Where is the Internet mom?
- 6:55Speaker 4: The women who step up and show younger women out
- 6:58Speaker 4: of this spiritual dead end, because it is a spiritual
- 7:01Speaker 4: dead end. And how apt it is that they end
- 7:03Speaker 4: up at a church screaming at people. You know, this
- 7:06Speaker 4: activism doesn't produce anything but suffering, because there were places
- 7:11Speaker 4: what is truly meaningful in people's lives? And that's what
- 7:16Speaker 4: I meant about the backdrop. It is not about good.
- 7:19Speaker 4: It is not about the police officer. It's about how
- 7:21Speaker 4: we got here and why we've talked about this over
- 7:24Speaker 4: and over again. Whether it was George Floyd, whether it
- 7:28Speaker 4: was Ice, it's all. Whether it was the border guard
- 7:33Speaker 4: with the whip, it's all the same. It's a desire
- 7:35Speaker 4: to be part of this rescue fantasy because your life's
- 7:38Speaker 4: so fricking empty.
- 7:39Speaker 1: By the way, I couldn't agree with what you heard
- 7:42Speaker 1: there from Greg Moore. I think Greg's absolutely right. I
- 7:47Speaker 1: says you have and I'm going to go back to
- 7:48Speaker 1: one of the quotes you said. He said, you have
- 7:50Speaker 1: all these young, middle aged women going out there because
- 7:53Speaker 1: they have some kind of emptiness in their lives that
- 7:58Speaker 1: are going out there and is kind of rescue delusion,
- 8:02Speaker 1: helping people they don't know, strangers who are guilty of
- 8:05Speaker 1: crimes because you are meaningless unless you're out there yelling
- 8:10Speaker 1: at you know, police officers and putting their lives online. Now,
- 8:14Speaker 1: let me also go back to one other thing real quick,
- 8:16Speaker 1: which I think is really important. I've known Don Lemon
- 8:20Speaker 1: for well over a decade. I look at Don Lemon now,
- 8:26Speaker 1: and going into this church the way that he did,
- 8:30Speaker 1: I think it put people's lives at risk. I don't
- 8:33Speaker 1: think he cares. You can see how defiant he is
- 8:39Speaker 1: in even his response to this. You know, there's a
- 8:43Speaker 1: guy that's always on TV talking about compassion when he
- 8:45Speaker 1: was at CNN, but that he's out there doing this. Why,
- 8:48Speaker 1: I'm going to be honest with you. It's because he's
- 8:49Speaker 1: become irrelevant. Don Lemon doesn't have a TV show anymore.
- 8:54Speaker 1: He's on YouTube with kids that do unboxing of toys
- 8:58Speaker 1: and people that put up videos. Okay, he's an unseerious person.
- 9:05Speaker 1: And so when you have that type of emptiness in
- 9:08Speaker 1: his life where he used to be I'm the guy
- 9:11Speaker 1: on for an hour at ten o'clock on CNN, and
- 9:14Speaker 1: now you're just this afterthought guy that used to be
- 9:17Speaker 1: a CNN guy that's now on YouTube or wherever the
- 9:20Speaker 1: hell it is. I mean, these are the types of
- 9:24Speaker 1: stunts that you do because you're obsessed with trying to
- 9:28Speaker 1: get your name back out there, to trend on Twitter
- 9:32Speaker 1: or to be the center of attention. Again, I think
- 9:35Speaker 1: it's a very scary present by the left, by the
- 9:37Speaker 1: way that we are hearing that there's going to be
- 9:39Speaker 1: an investigation of this good there should be.
- 9:41Speaker 2: You shouldn't be able to break into.
- 9:43Speaker 1: A house of worship, regardless of what you want to say,
- 9:46Speaker 1: and shut down a church service, a worship service. It
- 9:50Speaker 1: should never happen. By the way, the KKK used to
- 9:53Speaker 1: do that back of the day, just to put it
- 9:54Speaker 1: in historical context for you, you should be able to
- 9:58Speaker 1: go to church with your family and not have to
- 10:00Speaker 1: worry about a bunch of crazy lunatics coming in and
- 10:03Speaker 1: shutting down your church service. So if there were laws
- 10:08Speaker 1: that were broken, good charge them with every damn crime
- 10:10Speaker 1: you can.
- 10:12Speaker 5: Now.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Let me also just talk about one more aspect of
- 10:15Speaker 1: the lie of Don Lemon, and I think it has
- 10:17Speaker 1: to be called out because it's important.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Again, Don got what he wanted out of this.
- 10:20Speaker 1: He's the newspapers are writing about him, he's been he
- 10:24Speaker 1: was trending for several hours on X People are talking
- 10:27Speaker 1: about his name, and that is part of what he wants.
- 10:29Speaker 1: But the reason why I'm talking about is because I
- 10:31Speaker 1: want there to be accountability for these actions, and I
- 10:35Speaker 1: want to make sure that when I go to church
- 10:36Speaker 1: with my kids and I don't have to worry about
- 10:38Speaker 1: protesters coming in and stopping the church service and putting
- 10:41Speaker 1: people's lives at risk. One of the lies that's been
- 10:46Speaker 1: told is by Don Lemon. He said, oh, well, there
- 10:48Speaker 1: was no affiliation between me and the protests. He put
- 10:50Speaker 1: out a video saying that, all right, well, there is
- 10:53Speaker 1: a video that proves that Don Lemon was in fact
- 10:56Speaker 1: embedded with the anti as agitators before they storm the
- 10:59Speaker 1: church's I claiming no affiliation, he admitted that he was
- 11:04Speaker 1: embedded with the anti ice agitators in Minneapolis and knew
- 11:07Speaker 1: of their plans just before they burst into the Saint
- 11:09Speaker 1: Paul Church during the Sunday service, despite claiming he was
- 11:14Speaker 1: there as a journalist and had no advanced knowledge of
- 11:16Speaker 1: what was going on. Speaking on camera from a snowy
- 11:20Speaker 1: parking lot in the twem Cities, Lemon said he had
- 11:24Speaker 1: done some reconnaissance with activist groups ahead of the storming
- 11:27Speaker 1: of the city's church. Reconnaissance is how he called it.
- 11:33Speaker 1: These are resistance protesters, he said. They're planning an operation.
- 11:37Speaker 1: We're going to follow them on. I can't tell you
- 11:41Speaker 1: exactly what they're doing, but it's called Operation pull Up,
- 11:44Speaker 1: he said in a live stream. This is again how
- 11:47Speaker 1: desperate this guy is to stay relevant. He also said
- 11:53Speaker 1: that there's it's Armstrong. She's been doing this since joyd
- 11:57Speaker 1: Floyd Dante Wright and others. They surprised people catch them
- 12:01Speaker 1: off guard and hold them accountable. The former CN and
- 12:03Speaker 1: host added, dropping the name of a prominent local activists,
- 12:08Speaker 1: how would he know all this because he knew about
- 12:11Speaker 1: it ahead of time. So that's what we're doing here.
- 12:14Speaker 1: And after we do this operation, you'll see it live.
- 12:18Speaker 1: These operations are surprise operations. Again, I can't tell you
- 12:22Speaker 1: where they're going, he said, In fact, let me just
- 12:25Speaker 1: let you hear Don Lemon in his own.
- 12:26Speaker 5: Words, into Minneapolis a little bit ago and did some
- 12:34Speaker 5: some reconnaissance on the ground and speaking to an organization
- 12:37Speaker 5: there that's gearing up to for resistance and protests. I've
- 12:41Speaker 5: been surprised, pleasantly surprised to see the community coming together,
- 12:47Speaker 5: the verse community.
- 12:47Speaker 3: If you see this.
- 12:48Speaker 5: When we first pulled up, we're like, wait a minute,
- 12:50Speaker 5: would this which which operation are we at? And as
- 12:54Speaker 5: it turns out, because we were like, well this is
- 12:56Speaker 5: kind of MAGA coded, right, so the American flag or whatever,
- 12:59Speaker 5: but these are our resistance protests. Is they're planning an
- 13:01Speaker 5: operation that we're going to follow them on. I can't
- 13:04Speaker 5: tell you exactly what they're doing, but it's called Operation
- 13:06Speaker 5: pull Up and it's the Chema Arms song. And she
- 13:09Speaker 5: has been doing this since George Floyd, Dante Wright and others,
- 13:15Speaker 5: where they surprise people, catch them off guard and hold
- 13:18Speaker 5: them to account. And so that's what we're doing here.
- 13:21Speaker 5: And then we're after that. After we do this operation,
- 13:23Speaker 5: you'll see it live. And these these operations are surprise operations. Again,
- 13:27Speaker 5: can't tell you where they're going.
- 13:28Speaker 1: So you noticed he says, that's what we're doing here.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Did you notice that, that's what we are doing here.
- 13:34Speaker 1: He's one of them. We are holding them accountable like that.
- 13:39Speaker 1: That again, that's what he's doing here.
- 13:42Speaker 2: We are doing this.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Also, the interesting how you use the words in an
- 13:45Speaker 1: American flag, is maga coated or codd?
- 13:49Speaker 2: Did you did you coded maga coated?
- 13:52Speaker 1: By the way, you know who's celebrating the most after
- 13:54Speaker 1: seeing this CNN for firing his ass Don Lemon out
- 13:57Speaker 1: there hugging and kissing on these people. He's out there
- 14:02Speaker 1: a part of it, and then he acts like, oh wait, no,
- 14:04Speaker 1: I'm not a part of it. I'm completely separate from it. Well,
- 14:08Speaker 1: here's what we know. In another aspect of this, which
- 14:10Speaker 1: I think is important, We now know that the Trump administration,
- 14:16Speaker 1: the Trump doj I said, Shay, this should say, is
- 14:19Speaker 1: putting Don Lemon on notice over joining the antist mob
- 14:23Speaker 1: that stormed the church. Frequently fired independent news commentator Don
- 14:29Speaker 1: Lemon is how the New York Post put it, has
- 14:31Speaker 1: been warned by the Justice Department of allegations he joined
- 14:34Speaker 1: a mob of anti ICE protesters who stormed the church
- 14:37Speaker 1: on Sunday in Saint Paul. Quote, the house of worship
- 14:41Speaker 1: is not a public forum for your protests. It's a
- 14:44Speaker 1: space protected from exactly sex acts by acts by federal
- 14:48Speaker 1: criminal and civil laws. Nor does the First Amendment protect
- 14:53Speaker 1: your quote persdo journalism of disturbing a prayer service. That's
- 15:00Speaker 1: what Armie Dillon, the Justice Department's Systantary General for Civil Rights,
- 15:06Speaker 1: said on X You Are Unnoticed, she wrote, noting in
- 15:10Speaker 1: a follow up post that the FBI has been activated
- 15:13Speaker 1: and accusing the protesters of desecrating a house of worship
- 15:18Speaker 1: and interfering with Christian worshipers. Lemon, who has been documenting
- 15:24Speaker 1: the increasingly violent protests following the shooting of Renee Good,
- 15:28Speaker 1: entered the church with the agitators as the protests broke
- 15:31Speaker 1: out and began filming the uproar. He dismissed calls for
- 15:36Speaker 1: him to be prosecuted for joining in with the group
- 15:40Speaker 1: and defended his actions as protests under the First Amendment. Right,
- 15:44Speaker 1: of course, He's all about the First Amendment now.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Quote.
- 15:47Speaker 1: The mag administration and the fake news magas are losing
- 15:50Speaker 1: their minds over something that's not even true, Lemon said,
- 15:53Speaker 1: claiming he had no affiliation with the organization, defending his
- 15:57Speaker 1: actions as an act of journalism. Like, notice, how these guys,
- 16:00Speaker 1: when they're activists, they always say they're oh, I'm a journalist.
- 16:03Speaker 1: To get out of it right, By the way, I'm
- 16:04Speaker 1: not a journalist. I'm a commentator. John Lemon is a
- 16:07Speaker 1: radical activist commentator. He's not a journalist, by the way,
- 16:11Speaker 1: I'd argue he's ever been a journalist. Several dozen agitators
- 16:16Speaker 1: burst into the city's church on Sunday morning and began
- 16:19Speaker 1: chanting ice out under the impression at the house of worship,
- 16:23Speaker 1: pastor David Easterwood is a member of the Federal Immigration
- 16:28Speaker 1: Enforcement Agency, a notion that Lemen perpetrated in a post
- 16:32Speaker 1: on left wing echo chambers and the social network Blue Sky. Now,
- 16:39Speaker 1: there is indeed a man named David Easterwood serving as
- 16:42Speaker 1: acting ice director of the Saint paul Field Office, but
- 16:45Speaker 1: the post could not independently confirm whether he was the
- 16:49Speaker 1: same person who heads up the city's church. And even
- 16:53Speaker 1: if he does, you don't get to just go into
- 16:55Speaker 1: a church of worship and start going after people in
- 17:00Speaker 1: the church's lead pastor, Jonathan Pardell on camera, who called
- 17:04Speaker 1: the protests shameful, and that's exactly what it was. Lemen,
- 17:08Speaker 1: of course, being a journalist, as he claims, I'm being sarcastic,
- 17:13Speaker 1: fired back, saying, listen, there's a constitution, a first amendment
- 17:16Speaker 1: to freedom of speech and freedom of assembly and protest,
- 17:19Speaker 1: he said. Now the former fired, seeing an anchor dispense
- 17:24Speaker 1: with his adherent defense of free speech. In a twenty
- 17:28Speaker 1: twenty four interview with Elon Musk, however, in which he
- 17:32Speaker 1: persuaded him to delete several hateful memes on x, which
- 17:35Speaker 1: the world's richest man declined to do on the grounds
- 17:38Speaker 1: they weren't illegal. You cannot make up the hypocrisy of
- 17:43Speaker 1: Don Lemon. I'm going to go back to what I
- 17:45Speaker 1: said a moment ago about this. Don Lemon wanted to
- 17:49Speaker 1: be famous again. Now you are. People are talking about
- 17:53Speaker 1: you again. Now, congratulations, you got that. The question now
- 17:59Speaker 1: is did you break the law. And if you did
- 18:01Speaker 1: break the law, there should be accountability for Don Leman. Now,
- 18:04Speaker 1: of course he'll scream racism and everything else and say
- 18:07Speaker 1: it's because I'm a gay man that's black and YadA YadA, YadA,
- 18:10Speaker 1: because that's what his defense will be. But if you
- 18:13Speaker 1: break the law, you should be held accountable for your actions,
- 18:18Speaker 1: full stop. I don't feel sorry for him, and I
- 18:22Speaker 1: think we also need to send a message to other
- 18:24Speaker 1: protesters that if you break into church to do this,
- 18:27Speaker 1: into churches to do this, there will be hell to
- 18:30Speaker 1: pay when it comes to the law, and we will
- 18:33Speaker 1: stand up most importantly for law and order and that
- 18:38Speaker 1: you cannot do this just because you're angry. Homeland Security
- 18:45Speaker 1: Secretary Christy Nome saying on Monday that federal authorities have
- 18:49Speaker 1: arrested more than ten thousand criminal illegal aliens in Minneapolis alone.
- 18:57Speaker 1: She added that investigators have opened what she described as
- 19:00Speaker 1: a sweeping fraud probe totally at least nineteen billion, sharpening
- 19:06Speaker 1: her criticism of the Minnesota Governor Waltz and the Minneapolis
- 19:10Speaker 1: Mayor Jacob Fry for what she called a failure to
- 19:14Speaker 1: protect public safety. In a statement, Nomes said the Department
- 19:18Speaker 1: of Homeland Security law enforcement officers carried out the arrests
- 19:23Speaker 1: and that about three thousand were made in the past
- 19:26Speaker 1: six weeks alone. She said those arrests included murderers, rapists,
- 19:32Speaker 1: child sex offenders, and other violent criminals. But the media,
- 19:37Speaker 1: they don't want you to know this story. Christy Nome
- 19:40Speaker 1: is a great example of one of those that the
- 19:43Speaker 1: so called media loves to go after. And on Sunday
- 19:47Speaker 1: morning on Face the Nation on CBS, there was this
- 19:51Speaker 1: exchange and it was amazing because Christy Nome took the
- 19:55Speaker 1: anchor to the woodshed over her own lies. I want
- 19:59Speaker 1: you to listen to the DHS secretary destroying CBS News
- 20:04Speaker 1: is Margaret Brennan over the ice arrests, and listen to
- 20:08Speaker 1: the bias that was on the show that she didn't
- 20:11Speaker 1: allow to become reality.
- 20:13Speaker 6: You just said millions, what's the breakdown of the percentage
- 20:16Speaker 6: of those who you have in custody who have actually
- 20:18Speaker 6: committed a criminal offense versus just the civil infraction.
- 20:22Speaker 7: Every single individual has committed a crime, but seventy percent
- 20:25Speaker 7: of them have committed or have charges against them on
- 20:30Speaker 7: violent crimes and crimes that they are charged with or
- 20:32Speaker 7: have been convicted of that have come from other countries
- 20:35Speaker 7: that are here illegally, first of all, and then they
- 20:38Speaker 7: have committed a criminal act while they've been here or
- 20:40Speaker 7: in their home countries as well.
- 20:42Speaker 6: It's not seventy percent, Yes it is. It absolutely is
- 20:46Speaker 6: seventy percent of everyone.
- 20:47Speaker 7: You guys, changing your percentage. You pick and choose what
- 20:50Speaker 7: numbers you think work, But that is the facts is
- 20:53Speaker 7: that seventy percent of the people that we have detained
- 20:56Speaker 7: have charges against them or have been convicted of charges,
- 20:59Speaker 7: and they need to be brought to justice. And we're
- 21:01Speaker 7: going to keep doing that no matter how much you
- 21:03Speaker 7: guys keep lying and don't tell the public the truth.
- 21:06Speaker 7: It absolutely is that these law enforcement officers are out
- 21:09Speaker 7: there every day doing the work to protect the American people,
- 21:12Speaker 7: and they will keep doing that because they believe in
- 21:14Speaker 7: enforcing the law, which is exactly what President Trump has
- 21:17Speaker 7: charged them with.
- 21:18Speaker 1: You listen there to again the lies coming from CBS News.
- 21:23Speaker 1: They try to spin the numbers, they try to say
- 21:25Speaker 1: what she said is not accurate, and then when they're
- 21:28Speaker 1: called out on it, you notice how quiet Brennan shut
- 21:31Speaker 1: down because she knows that this is the actual number,
- 21:35Speaker 1: Which also brings us to another part of this story.
- 21:39Speaker 1: You may not know the headline that I'm about to
- 21:41Speaker 1: give you, and that is the DOJ is investigating the
- 21:45Speaker 1: Minnesota governor as well as the Minneapolis mayor. They're both
- 21:50Speaker 1: to crime. The probe is a quote intimidation tactic, and
- 21:54Speaker 1: the liberal media is more than happy to spin it
- 21:56Speaker 1: that way, exactly for them. CNN doing a perfect job
- 22:01Speaker 1: of giving you state sponsored media from the governor and
- 22:04Speaker 1: the mayor, as they reported on this story between Jake
- 22:09Speaker 1: Tapper and Caitlin Collins. Listen to how they tried to
- 22:13Speaker 1: explain the story to you so that you think that
- 22:16Speaker 1: somehow Donald Trump is the one doing something wrong, not
- 22:19Speaker 1: the mayor who said that we should get the Ice
- 22:23Speaker 1: Agency f out of his city or the governor who
- 22:26Speaker 1: said it's civil war. And let's also be clear, why
- 22:30Speaker 1: are they saying that, Because billions of dollars have been
- 22:34Speaker 1: coming into their state and have been disappearing through corruption, fraud,
- 22:39Speaker 1: and much of the money actually going directly to terrorist
- 22:41Speaker 1: organizations like al Shabab. There is a massive fraud in
- 22:46Speaker 1: the entire state, and they don't want the federal government
- 22:49Speaker 1: there trying to clean it up. So CNN says, yeah,
- 22:53Speaker 1: we'll give you cover to that, no problem.
- 22:55Speaker 8: I've confirmed that the Justice Department is investigating Minnesota Governor
- 23:00Speaker 8: Tim Wallas and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frye. A source familiar
- 23:03Speaker 8: has told me that that confirms what was reported earlier
- 23:07Speaker 8: by CBS, and essentially, Jake, as we're still trying to
- 23:10Speaker 8: figure out what exactly the contours of this investigation are,
- 23:13Speaker 8: we have a pretty good idea so far. And we
- 23:16Speaker 8: heard from the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch earlier this
- 23:19Speaker 8: week after we had heard these comments from Mayor fry
- 23:22Speaker 8: from Governor Walls following the shooting of a woman by
- 23:25Speaker 8: an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Earlier this week, Todd Blanche
- 23:29Speaker 8: was saying that ICE operates in a bunch of different
- 23:31Speaker 8: counties without incidents going on. He referred to what's happening
- 23:34Speaker 8: in Minnesota as an insurrection and said it's the direct
- 23:37Speaker 8: result of a failed governor and an all caps terrible
- 23:41Speaker 8: mayor who he accused of encouraging violence against law enforcement,
- 23:44Speaker 8: something that Todd Blanch called disgusting, and he said, I'm
- 23:47Speaker 8: focused on stopping you from your terrorism by whatever means necessary. So, Jake,
- 23:51Speaker 8: I think that gives us a pretty good sense of
- 23:54Speaker 8: what exactly it is. The Justice Department is at least
- 23:56Speaker 8: trying to base this investigation off of where it goes.
- 23:59Speaker 8: It's not really clear right now. But this does come
- 24:02Speaker 8: as the FBI director and the Deputy Attorney General we're
- 24:04Speaker 8: seen in Minneapolis today as they've been surging law enforcement
- 24:08Speaker 8: to the area, as those tensions have only continued since
- 24:11Speaker 8: the shooting of Renee Good. But it does show you, Jake,
- 24:13Speaker 8: who the Justice Department is focusing their targets on when
- 24:17Speaker 8: it comes to the aftermath of the shooting of Renee
- 24:20Speaker 8: Good here and right now, it is the Minnesota Governor
- 24:23Speaker 8: Tim Walls and the mayor here, both of whom have
- 24:25Speaker 8: been criticized by multiple White House officials for their comments,
- 24:29Speaker 8: including Mayor Fry telling Ice to get the f out
- 24:31Speaker 8: of Minneapolis the day that she was killed, and Governor
- 24:34Speaker 8: Wallas as well making multiple public comments talking about the
- 24:38Speaker 8: massive federal presence in their state. And so now it's
- 24:42Speaker 8: an investigation by the Justice Department. It's not clear yet, Jake,
- 24:46Speaker 8: that either of them have actually been served subpoenas as
- 24:48Speaker 8: a result of this. And where this is going to go.
- 24:50Speaker 8: It seems to be in the very early stages of
- 24:53Speaker 8: whatever investigation this is. But that is what we have
- 24:56Speaker 8: learned so far, Jake.
- 24:59Speaker 1: You notice there they didn't talk about the actual problems
- 25:02Speaker 1: in Minnesota. They did not talk about the fraud. They
- 25:05Speaker 1: didn't talk about the millions that turn into billions of
- 25:09Speaker 1: dollars that have gone missing from the taxpayers. No, no, Instead,
- 25:12Speaker 1: what did they do there? They made up a totally
- 25:16Speaker 1: different issue, and that was some sort of retaliation or
- 25:20Speaker 1: retribution as they described it for a Trump administration they
- 25:24Speaker 1: claim is angry. Yes, the Trump administration, by the way,
- 25:27Speaker 1: is angry either angry that billions of dollars of our
- 25:29Speaker 1: tax dollars have gone missing in corruption and fraud that
- 25:33Speaker 1: the governor and the mayor looked the other way on purpose,
- 25:37Speaker 1: Which brings us back to Christino and what she had
- 25:41Speaker 1: to say on Monday. The federal authorities have not only
- 25:44Speaker 1: arrested more than ten thousand criminal legal aliens in Minneapolis,
- 25:48Speaker 1: but she added that investigators have opened what she described
- 25:51Speaker 1: as that sweeping fraud probe totally at least nineteen billion,
- 25:56Speaker 1: and then explaining it very clearly, this is at the
- 26:00Speaker 1: government's footsteps. This is a defeat of the governor of
- 26:05Speaker 1: Minnesota and the mayor of Minneapolis. She also made it
- 26:09Speaker 1: clear that the worst, the worst are who they're targeting
- 26:12Speaker 1: in Minnesota, and we are finding the rapists the child
- 26:15Speaker 1: sex offenders, the violent criminals, the murderers, Gnome, writing this
- 26:19Speaker 1: peace and public safety in Minneapolis. We have arrested over
- 26:24Speaker 1: ten thousand criminal illegal aliens who were killing Americans, hurting children,
- 26:29Speaker 1: and raining terror in Minneapolis because Tim Walk Jacob Fry
- 26:33Speaker 1: refused to protect their own people and instead protect criminals,
- 26:37Speaker 1: Noome continued, In the last six weeks, our brave department
- 26:40Speaker 1: of Home in Security law enforcement have arrested three thousand
- 26:44Speaker 1: criminal illegal aliens, including vicious murderers, rapist, child pedophiles, and
- 26:50Speaker 1: incredibly dangerous individuals, a huge victory for public safety. Gnom
- 26:55Speaker 1: also alleges massive fraud, in her own words, totally as
- 26:59Speaker 1: she described it, at least nineteen billion, and said Home
- 27:03Speaker 1: in Security investigation agents were conducting large scale investigations aimed
- 27:08Speaker 1: at recovering money and holding those responsible accountable. Known, by
- 27:13Speaker 1: the way, did not provide any details outside of that.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Why well, of course, because she doesn't want the criminals
- 27:19Speaker 1: to know what we're actually doing. But what she did
- 27:22Speaker 1: say was this, there is massive fraud in Minneapolis, at
- 27:25Speaker 1: least nineteen billion, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Our home Insecurity investigators are on the ground in Minneapolis,
- 27:32Speaker 1: conducting wide scale investigations to get justice for the American
- 27:36Speaker 1: people who have been robed blind. Now you notice she
- 27:38Speaker 1: didn't say Minnesota. She said nineteen billion in Minneapolis, one
- 27:43Speaker 1: single city in America. DHS, by the way, not releasing records, names,
- 27:50Speaker 1: or other details. Why, because, of course they don't want
- 27:53Speaker 1: to help the criminals know what's coming.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Now.
- 27:56Speaker 1: We also know that the Justice Department is investigating whether
- 27:59Speaker 1: walt and Frydt impeded federal immigration enforcement through public statements.
- 28:05Speaker 1: According to people familiar with that investigation, both Waltz and
- 28:09Speaker 1: fry have criticized the investigation, and of course, as you
- 28:12Speaker 1: heard from CNN earlier, they're describing it as an intimidation tactic. No,
- 28:17Speaker 1: it's an actual massive investigation. One other thing that's also
- 28:22Speaker 1: really interesting is a federal judge in Minneapolis has barred
- 28:25Speaker 1: DHS agents from arresting what they describe as peaceful protesters
- 28:30Speaker 1: who are not suspected of crimes or obstructing officers after
- 28:34Speaker 1: residents alleged violations of their constitutional rights while observing or
- 28:39Speaker 1: protesting immigration raids. Nomes fraud allegations also arrive against the
- 28:44Speaker 1: backdrop of Minnesota's long running Feeding Our Future case high
- 28:50Speaker 1: profile federal investigation tied to pandemic era child nutrition programs.
- 28:55Speaker 1: What we know about this is shocking. Minnesota's Office of
- 28:59Speaker 1: the Legislative Auditor summarized that the US Department of Justice
- 29:03Speaker 1: has now charged not ten, not twenty, not thirty, not forty,
- 29:07Speaker 1: not fifty, not sixty, but seventy individuals between September of
- 29:12Speaker 1: twenty twenty two and February of twenty twenty four in
- 29:15Speaker 1: connection with US suspected two hundred and fifty million dollars
- 29:21Speaker 1: scheme involving federally funded nutrition programs, and said the alleged
- 29:26Speaker 1: fraud centered on the Minnesota nonprofit Feeding Our Future. Waltz's
- 29:32Speaker 1: office previously said it had not received notice of the
- 29:36Speaker 1: Justice Department's investigation, while Fry said the probe appears aimed
- 29:41Speaker 1: at just intimidating him for opposing what he called dangerous
- 29:45Speaker 1: federal actions.
- 29:47Speaker 2: In his city.
- 29:48Speaker 1: One thing is for sure, the Trump administration is not
- 29:52Speaker 1: backing down, and because of President Trump's leadership, others are
- 29:57Speaker 1: doing their jobs the way they're supposed to. That that
- 30:00Speaker 1: includes Christy Nome, the FBI, and Cashpitel and many others
- 30:04Speaker 1: who are now going to hold those accountable in Minnesota
- 30:08Speaker 1: for the crimes that they've committed, and that, my friends,
- 30:11Speaker 1: is far from quote intimidation, even if CNN lies to
- 30:16Speaker 1: you and says otherwise. Make sure you share this podcast
