- 0:01Speaker 1: There's a simple question that a lot of people are
- 0:04Speaker 1: asked when there's an election. Are you better off now
- 0:07Speaker 1: than you were four years ago or two years ago
- 0:11Speaker 1: if it's a congressional race, or six years ago if
- 0:14Speaker 1: it is a Senate race, and then there's a comparing
- 0:16Speaker 1: contrast that happens after that. Well, we're getting close to
- 0:21Speaker 1: the presidential election race when it comes to that question,
- 0:26Speaker 1: and that question can only be asked of the person
- 0:28Speaker 1: who's actually in office.
- 0:30Speaker 2: In this case, that would be Joe Biden.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Joe Biden came out this last week and wanted to
- 0:35Speaker 1: take a victory lap saying that his Bidenomics is working.
- 0:40Speaker 1: The question is is it for the American people. There
- 0:44Speaker 1: are a lot of Americans right now that are struggling inflation, hyperinflation,
- 0:49Speaker 1: just to name two of the issues. Interest rates now
- 0:52Speaker 1: are at a new all time high that we have
- 0:56Speaker 1: seen over the last year, at about seven percent on
- 0:59Speaker 1: a thirty year That's changing obviously on a regular basis,
- 1:02Speaker 1: but it certainly isn't headed in the right direction.
- 1:07Speaker 2: That is a really big problem.
- 1:11Speaker 1: The president, however, wants to you to believe that everything
- 1:15Speaker 1: is actually fine, that there are no issues, and that
- 1:20Speaker 1: Bidenomics are working well, and you should be thrilled at
- 1:24Speaker 1: how well they are actually working. Now, there was some
- 1:28Speaker 1: truth on Meet the Depressed on Sunday Morning. I'm sorry,
- 1:31Speaker 1: Meet the Press on Sunday Morning with the anchor who's
- 1:35Speaker 1: not going to be there for much longer, Chuck Todd
- 1:38Speaker 1: saying this about where Americans are when it comes to Bidenomics.
- 1:44Speaker 3: The American public is not feeling it. Just thirty four
- 1:47Speaker 3: percent of Americans approved of Biden's handling of the economy
- 1:49Speaker 3: in a recent AP poll that was released at the
- 1:52Speaker 3: end of June, and only twenty percent of voters believe
- 1:54Speaker 3: the nation is on the right track, though voters have
- 1:57Speaker 3: not felt good about the direction of the country for
- 1:59Speaker 3: over a decade, and Biden is trying to persuade voters
- 2:02Speaker 3: that the economy is better than they think.
- 2:04Speaker 1: It is better than they think it is. Let me
- 2:08Speaker 1: just read for you the words coming from NBC. The
- 2:11Speaker 1: American public is not feeling it. Just thirty four percent
- 2:14Speaker 1: of Americans approve of Biden's handling of the economy in
- 2:17Speaker 1: a recent AP poll.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Thirty four percent.
- 2:20Speaker 1: That means the real number if he wasn't trying to
- 2:24Speaker 1: somehow make this look not as bad for the president.
- 2:27Speaker 1: If he was honest, he would have said sixty four
- 2:30Speaker 1: percent of Americans disapprove of the president's handling of the economy. Instead,
- 2:37Speaker 1: they give you the thirty four number, hoping that you
- 2:39Speaker 1: can't do math. The poll was released at the end
- 2:42Speaker 1: of June, and only twenty percent of voters believe the
- 2:44Speaker 1: nation is going in the right direction. Now, again, if
- 2:47Speaker 1: you wanted to be honest about these polls, what they
- 2:49Speaker 1: would have said is this, eighty percent of Americans believe
- 2:54Speaker 1: that the country is headed in the wrong direction under
- 2:59Speaker 1: the leadership of Joe Biden. Yet going into this presidential election,
- 3:05Speaker 1: there seems to be a significant number of people who
- 3:10Speaker 1: say they're going to vote for Joe Biden. In other words,
- 3:13Speaker 1: it's not that bad or it's not bad enough that
- 3:18Speaker 1: I'm willing to vote for a different party, which goes
- 3:22Speaker 1: back to the issue of tribalism.
- 3:25Speaker 2: I get asked this on a regular basis.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Okay, I want to be very clear, It is a
- 3:30Speaker 1: constant question that people keep asking me. The question is this,
- 3:36Speaker 1: are we headed in the right direction? And do I
- 3:42Speaker 1: believe that Joe Biden can be beat? Okay, full disclosure
- 3:45Speaker 1: for you I do not believe at this point that
- 3:48Speaker 1: Joe Biden can be beat. Let me explain why I
- 3:52Speaker 1: say that, because at the end of the day, Democrats
- 3:55Speaker 1: will vote for anyone. And if you don't believe me,
- 3:58Speaker 1: look no further than Fedter. Look no further than the
- 4:03Speaker 1: vote with Fetterman. Look at how many people knew he
- 4:07Speaker 1: was clearly incapacitated and they just didn't care. Let me
- 4:11Speaker 1: also remind you that in Pennsylvania there was an actual
- 4:15Speaker 1: deceased human being on the ballot and they voted for
- 4:19Speaker 1: that person.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 4:21Speaker 1: It is clearly a major problem. And Democrats, yes, they
- 4:26Speaker 1: may think that we're heading the wrong direction, but are
- 4:28Speaker 1: they willing to break with a tribal Democratic party that
- 4:34Speaker 1: is obsessed with one thing and one thing only, and
- 4:37Speaker 1: that is winning at all costs. You also have to
- 4:42Speaker 1: think about the scandals that are around the President of
- 4:44Speaker 1: the United States of America. You would think, with these
- 4:48Speaker 1: scandals around him that his approval rating would be in
- 4:50Speaker 1: an all time low.
- 4:52Speaker 2: It's actually not.
- 4:53Speaker 1: You would think with eighty percent of Americans saying they
- 4:56Speaker 1: believe that the country is headed in the wrong de
- 5:00Speaker 1: as they described it again, you would think keyword, you
- 5:05Speaker 1: would think that then that means he would have an
- 5:09Speaker 1: all time will approval rating.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Yet that is also not the case.
- 5:15Speaker 1: It is a massive problem tribalism in this country right now.
- 5:20Speaker 1: It's not a little problem. It is a massive problem.
- 5:25Speaker 1: It is a problem that is so significant that I'm
- 5:29Speaker 1: not sure that Democrats would not vote for anyone if
- 5:34Speaker 1: that person is their nominee. They don't need them to
- 5:38Speaker 1: be coherent. And there's clearly proof of that in fetterment.
- 5:42Speaker 1: They don't care if they're incapacitated. Clearly there's proof of
- 5:45Speaker 1: that same statement. In fetterment. They don't care about any
- 5:50Speaker 1: of it. The only thing they care about is winning
- 5:53Speaker 1: an election. Now, you also have to think about just
- 5:58Speaker 1: how dumb this actually is, how insane.
- 6:02Speaker 2: This idea is, This idea.
- 6:04Speaker 1: That we are now living in a time, in a
- 6:06Speaker 1: country where you can have eighty percent of Americans believe
- 6:09Speaker 1: they're heading the wrong direction. You can have a present
- 6:12Speaker 1: that is filled with massive amounts of scandals. His presidency
- 6:16Speaker 1: is consumed by scandals. There's cocaine at the White House,
- 6:19Speaker 1: there's topless people that are at the Fourth of July
- 6:22Speaker 1: party at the White House, Transgender dudes with fake breasts
- 6:25Speaker 1: at the White House taking off their shirts. You have
- 6:30Speaker 1: a president whose son looked like he was Hi the
- 6:33Speaker 1: kite at the White House on the fourth of July.
- 6:36Speaker 1: You have millions of dollars coming into bank accounts that
- 6:40Speaker 1: are directly tied to the Biden crime family.
- 6:44Speaker 2: We know who the big guy is, and we know that.
- 6:46Speaker 1: There were payments coming in to at least nine, if
- 6:50Speaker 1: not a dozen different family members bank accounts. You have
- 6:56Speaker 1: hundreds of suspicious activity reports. You look at all of
- 7:02Speaker 1: the things that I just said, and yet the present's
- 7:06Speaker 1: approval rating is actually not that low.
- 7:09Speaker 2: So if we've.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Learned anything over the last few years, it's that unexpected
- 7:13Speaker 1: things can and do happen. For example, average IRA and
- 7:17Speaker 1: four to one K balances felled twenty percent last year
- 7:20Speaker 1: according to Fidelity. We didn't expect that. But here's something
- 7:23Speaker 1: that could help you. If you have an IRA or
- 7:26Speaker 1: four one k physical gold in your IRA, yeah you
- 7:30Speaker 1: can do that. The World Gold Council says even central
- 7:33Speaker 1: banks are buying tons of gold.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Literally.
- 7:36Speaker 1: What does that tell you? Well, you can learn why
- 7:39Speaker 1: many Americans are turning to a gold Ira. With Augusta
- 7:42Speaker 1: precious metals. You should call Augusta and get their ultimate
- 7:46Speaker 1: guide to gold iras. It feels good to know there's
- 7:49Speaker 1: another savings option. So call augusta Precious Medals eight seven
- 7:54Speaker 1: seven seven ben Ira. That's eight seven seven seven ben
- 8:00Speaker 1: Ira A eight seven seven seven ben Ira. Con Sell
- 8:04Speaker 1: your financial professors before making investment decisions and get risk
- 8:08Speaker 1: disclosures as a gust of Precious Metals dot Com. Now
- 8:12Speaker 1: there's some new Hunter Biden news, Joe Biden news, Biden
- 8:16Speaker 1: crime family news. Several different aspects of this that I
- 8:18Speaker 1: need to get into because it's important that you know
- 8:20Speaker 1: what's happened over the last well last three or four days.
- 8:24Speaker 1: There's a couple of different things you need to know about.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Number one, Biden is now accused of scaring hunters a
- 8:32Speaker 1: strange four year old daughter. In a scathing New York
- 8:36Speaker 1: Times op ed, this is the White House refuses to
- 8:40Speaker 1: answer questions about Joe Biden's estranged granddaughter. Now, if you
- 8:46Speaker 1: want to know how sick these people are at the
- 8:48Speaker 1: White House. This is a man who's supposed to be compassionate, right,
- 8:51Speaker 1: the President of United States of America. This is the
- 8:53Speaker 1: man that's supposed to be, you know, love everyone and
- 8:56Speaker 1: be so kind and under you know, and and he
- 8:59Speaker 1: feels your pain and through struggles and tribulation. Right, And
- 9:02Speaker 1: he's also someone's supposed to have a lot of empathy
- 9:04Speaker 1: because of all the things his son has done his life,
- 9:07Speaker 1: He's supposed to have empathy. Think about the empathy he
- 9:11Speaker 1: has for his own son. He's the smartest guy I know, right, Hunter,
- 9:15Speaker 1: We're so proud of him. He's gone through hell and
- 9:17Speaker 1: back and he's still standing. And we're just so proud
- 9:19Speaker 1: of the man he's become.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Right.
- 9:20Speaker 1: That's that's the line that Joe Biden keeps giving you.
- 9:24Speaker 1: So why isn't there empathy for his own granddaughter? Why
- 9:28Speaker 1: is it that he refuses to allow that granddaughter to
- 9:30Speaker 1: be counted in his grandchildren count? How is it possible
- 9:34Speaker 1: that in the United States of America today a grandchild
- 9:38Speaker 1: of the President United States of America is not to
- 9:41Speaker 1: even be mentioned the White House, by the way, sticking
- 9:44Speaker 1: to their point, and this is how soulless they are.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Listen right then, York Times, over the weekend of out
- 9:49Speaker 4: Hunter Biden's daughter in Arkansas? Does the present acknowledge this
- 9:53Speaker 4: little girl as his granddaughter?
- 9:54Speaker 5: I still have anything to share from here?
- 9:57Speaker 4: There was a story in York Times over the weekend
- 9:58Speaker 4: about Hunter Biden's doory her in Arkansas? Does the pressman
- 10:02Speaker 4: acknowledge this little girl AS's granddaughter?
- 10:04Speaker 5: I don't have anything to share from here.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Wow, I don't have anything to share from here. I
- 10:15Speaker 1: don't have anything to share from here. That's their response.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I put it for you twice on purpose. And what
- 10:26Speaker 1: you think, how cold that is?
- 10:28Speaker 6: Now?
- 10:28Speaker 1: That little girl, if she hasn't seen it already, we'll
- 10:31Speaker 1: see this one day, and we'll see a White House
- 10:33Speaker 1: Press secretary who refuses to acknowledge the existence of her
- 10:40Speaker 1: by her father and her grandfather, the president. In a
- 10:46Speaker 1: column titled It's seven Grandkids, mister President, Marine Downing just
- 10:53Speaker 1: went after as she should, the Biden family and the
- 10:57Speaker 1: fact that the seventy or excuse me, the eighty years
- 11:00Speaker 1: old president.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Has decided to cut his.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Granddaughter, Navy Jones Roberts, who they refuse to allow to
- 11:07Speaker 1: even carry the Biden last name as part of the
- 11:11Speaker 1: family tree. Joe Biden's mantra has always been that the
- 11:15Speaker 1: absolute most important thing is your family, she writes, is
- 11:20Speaker 1: the heart of his political narrative. Empathy born of family
- 11:23Speaker 1: tragedies has been his stock in trade wereing down writes
- 11:28Speaker 1: callously scarring Navy's life just like it, just as it
- 11:33Speaker 1: gets started, undercuts that despite cultivating an image as a
- 11:39Speaker 1: devoted and loving grandfather, Biden, for his part, has refused
- 11:43Speaker 1: to publicly acknowledge his granddaughter in Arkansas, repeated telling the
- 11:47Speaker 1: world instead that he has only six grandchildren. That's how
- 11:50Speaker 1: evil the President of the United States of America is
- 11:53Speaker 1: towards his own. This child is fifty percent Biden. DNA
- 12:00Speaker 1: tests have proven that a court has declared it, and
- 12:04Speaker 1: yet the President of the United States of America refuses
- 12:07Speaker 1: to acknowledge it. In fact, Biden aides have been told
- 12:11Speaker 1: in strategy meetings quote unquote for years that the president
- 12:16Speaker 1: only is to have six grandchildren, not seven, which The
- 12:21Speaker 1: New York Times first reported. White House pre Secretary John
- 12:27Speaker 1: Pierre this week declined to answer questions about Navy Jones
- 12:31Speaker 1: following the report. I have six grandchildren, and I'm crazy
- 12:34Speaker 1: about them, and I speak to them every single day.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Not a joke, the President said the White houseys take
- 12:40Speaker 1: your child to workday. In April, doub revealed Saturday that
- 12:45Speaker 1: her Republican sister Peggy has was writing a letter to
- 12:49Speaker 1: the President about his treatment of the other child. I
- 12:53Speaker 1: watched as you told the nation that you had six grandchildren,
- 12:56Speaker 1: you loved each of one of them. I believe that,
- 12:59Speaker 1: Peggy dow wrote, according to the column. What I cannot
- 13:02Speaker 1: believe is that I find, and I find unconscionable, is
- 13:05Speaker 1: that you refuse to admit or accept the fact that
- 13:08Speaker 1: there is a beautiful little four year old girl living
- 13:10Speaker 1: in Arkansas by the name of Navy Joan, who is
- 13:14Speaker 1: your seventh grandchild. She has been the Biden, She has
- 13:19Speaker 1: the Biden blood running through her veins, and all she
- 13:22Speaker 1: is going to have as a reminder of this are
- 13:26Speaker 1: some of Hunter's original paintings. Sounds like a lousy trade off,
- 13:31Speaker 1: if you ask me, Peggy continued. The year's plural long
- 13:36Speaker 1: child sport case between Hunter, Biden and Roberts has finally
- 13:39Speaker 1: settled last month. Hunter previously claimed that he couldn't recall
- 13:43Speaker 1: meeting Roberts. All the text messages from his abandoned laptops
- 13:46Speaker 1: show that she was on the payroll of his consulting
- 13:50Speaker 1: firm while pregnant with her love child, So he lied
- 13:53Speaker 1: to you as well. A prattornity tests confirmed he fathered
- 13:56Speaker 1: the girl after Hunter, Biden tried to get out of it,
- 14:00Speaker 1: and he initially agreed to pay twenty thousand dollars in
- 14:02Speaker 1: child support, but the settlement stipulated that the battled first
- 14:06Speaker 1: son's payments would be slashed a five thousand a month
- 14:10Speaker 1: and Navy Joan would not carry the Biden surname.
- 14:15Speaker 2: How sick is that?
- 14:16Speaker 1: No, No, no, she's not worthy of the Biden name because well,
- 14:19Speaker 1: she came from down there in Arkansas. It's Joe Biden
- 14:24Speaker 1: for you could Joe Biden sat down and said, damn it, son,
- 14:28Speaker 1: she's going to have your last name, and she is
- 14:31Speaker 1: our grandchild, and I'm going to meet her, and you're
- 14:32Speaker 1: going to bring her the White House because she's done
- 14:34Speaker 1: nothing wrong. You're the one that screwed up your life
- 14:37Speaker 1: with drugs, and she shouldn't have to pay that price. No,
- 14:40Speaker 1: that's not what the President of the United States of
- 14:43Speaker 1: America has done. Not only that, they denied the existence
- 14:48Speaker 1: of the child and said it wasn't his. Hunter will
- 14:51Speaker 1: instead provide proceeds from an undisclosed number of his art
- 14:54Speaker 1: pieces for an undisclosed period of time. Maybe also would
- 14:58Speaker 1: be able to keep one of the peace and Hunter
- 15:00Speaker 1: agreed to cough up Robert's attorney's fees and court costs.
- 15:08Speaker 6: Well.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Marine Dowd sympathized with Biden for trying to support his
- 15:11Speaker 1: wayward son. She was upset that the President can't defend
- 15:17Speaker 1: Hunter and all of his other messages and draw the
- 15:18Speaker 1: line except one little girl. The President's cold shoulder and
- 15:24Speaker 1: heart is counter to every message he has sent for decades,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and it's out of sync with the America he wants
- 15:31Speaker 1: to continue to lead. Dowd wrote, Hunter has never seen
- 15:35Speaker 1: or contacted Navy, by the way, but he's fawn on
- 15:37Speaker 1: private jets to go to court hearings in Arkansas, just
- 15:40Speaker 1: minutes away from her and the president. The first Lady,
- 15:43Speaker 1: Joe Biden, remained a strange from her. Roberts claimed in
- 15:47Speaker 1: court documents, London is a great mom and little Navy
- 15:51Speaker 1: is going to be fine. Robert's lawyer, Clinton Lancaster told
- 15:55Speaker 1: the Posts in June, saying, quote, the kid has lots
- 15:57Speaker 1: of love on the maternal side of the family in Batesville, Arkansas.
- 16:02Speaker 1: They are a very very close family. They adore her
- 16:04Speaker 1: and are always going to support her. But I think
- 16:07Speaker 1: everybody is disappointed that there's not more contact with the
- 16:12Speaker 1: Biden family. Now, I say this to remind you of
- 16:18Speaker 1: just how evil the Biden crime family is. They won't
- 16:24Speaker 1: even acknowledge the existence of their own grandchild, their own child.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Think about that, Think about how evil that is. I
- 16:37Speaker 1: cannot imagine having a child out in the world.
- 16:40Speaker 2: You know about it.
- 16:40Speaker 1: You're sending money, you're sending checks, You're sending checks to
- 16:46Speaker 1: that child to take care of that child. But you're saying,
- 16:50Speaker 1: you can't have my last name, you will have no
- 16:54Speaker 1: contact with my family. You are someone that's not worthy
- 16:58Speaker 1: of me meeting as you're father or your grandfather or
- 17:03Speaker 1: your grandmother. When you think about that, when you really, really,
- 17:11Speaker 1: really really think about it, there is one thing that
- 17:15Speaker 1: you need to really think about the most here, and
- 17:17Speaker 1: that is how evil that is. And that's the same
- 17:21Speaker 1: person that says he's going to help you and take
- 17:23Speaker 1: care of you and feel your pain and support you
- 17:25Speaker 1: and understands how you're suffering with the economy, with interest rates,
- 17:29Speaker 1: with hyperinflation, with gas prices. They'll treat their own child
- 17:34Speaker 1: that way. Why do you think they give a crap
- 17:37Speaker 1: about you? Now, you may be saying yourself, after what
- 17:42Speaker 1: I just told you about the Bidens and how they're
- 17:44Speaker 1: dealing with their grandchild. All right, Well, are they going
- 17:47Speaker 1: to be held accountable? I don't know, to be honest
- 17:50Speaker 1: with you. What I do know is that top Republicans
- 17:52Speaker 1: are at least gearing up. We're being told for a
- 17:55Speaker 1: real investigation into the Biden crime family. James Comer has
- 18:02Speaker 1: come out and said, as the chairman of three key
- 18:06Speaker 1: House committees, they're now joining forces to probe the Justice
- 18:09Speaker 1: Department's handling of charges against Hunter Biden after making sweeping
- 18:13Speaker 1: claims about misconduct at the agency. The chairman of the
- 18:18Speaker 1: House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan, speaking during a hearing on
- 18:21Speaker 1: Capitol Hill this week, so that as these three committees
- 18:25Speaker 1: are joining forces, they believe they're able to not only
- 18:29Speaker 1: prove misconduct at many of the agencies involved, but crimes
- 18:33Speaker 1: that were committed by the Biden crime family. The Republican
- 18:38Speaker 1: chairman has decided that it's time for all these committees
- 18:42Speaker 1: to get together and to really talk about what's going on.
- 18:46Speaker 1: And these three Republicans who are leading these three House
- 18:49Speaker 1: committees said it's time that they get the answers that
- 18:53Speaker 1: the American people deserve.
- 18:56Speaker 2: The ap put it this way.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Leaders of the House Judiciary, the House Oversight and the
- 19:01Speaker 1: House Accountability committees, as well as Ways and Means, opened
- 19:04Speaker 1: a joint investigation in the federal case into President Joe
- 19:07Speaker 1: Biden's youngest son, days after it was announced last month
- 19:10Speaker 1: that he will plead guilty to misdemeanor tax offenses as
- 19:12Speaker 1: part of an agreement with the Justice Department. Representative Jim
- 19:16Speaker 1: Jordan of Ohio, James Comber of Kentucky, Jason Smith, and
- 19:19Speaker 1: Missouri have since issued a series of requests for voluntary
- 19:23Speaker 1: testimony from senior officials, yes, senior officials at the Justice Department,
- 19:29Speaker 1: at the FBI, and at the Internal Revenue Service, as
- 19:33Speaker 1: they investigate what they claim is in proper interference quote unquote.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Republicans have also requested a special Council review of the
- 19:43Speaker 1: supposed retaliation against the whistleblowers who came forward with the claims.
- 19:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:50Speaker 1: The congressional inquiry was launched after the House Ways and
- 19:53Speaker 1: Means Committee, led by Smith, voted last month to publicly
- 19:56Speaker 1: disclose hundreds of pages of testimony from the IRS employees
- 20:00Speaker 1: who worked on Hunter Biden's case. The transcript of Greg
- 20:05Speaker 1: Shapley and an unidentified agent detail what they called a
- 20:09Speaker 1: pattern of slow walking investigative steps and delaying enforcement actions
- 20:14Speaker 1: in the months before the twenty twenty election, and even
- 20:17Speaker 1: allowing for the Statue of Limitations to kick in before
- 20:22Speaker 1: they finished investigations. The Justice Department, of course, has denied
- 20:26Speaker 1: the whistleblower claims and said repeatedly that the US Attorney
- 20:30Speaker 1: David Weiss in Delaware, the federal prosecutor who led the investigation,
- 20:34Speaker 1: had quote full authority authority of the case. Yet what
- 20:39Speaker 1: we now know is that they slow played it, hoping
- 20:42Speaker 1: the Statute of limitations would take many of the most
- 20:44Speaker 1: serious charges.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Off the table.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Now, even a guy who I can't stand, Chris Christie,
- 20:56Speaker 1: has had enough. Chris Christie says he has doubts over
- 21:00Speaker 1: the hunter Byden investigation, saying that they are either the
- 21:03Speaker 1: investigation was either a lie or incompetent. Was either a
- 21:10Speaker 1: lie or incompetent. Listen what he had to say on
- 21:13Speaker 1: Fox News Sunday.
- 21:15Speaker 5: Because of your background as a US attorney, I'm really
- 21:17Speaker 5: curious about what you think about this hunter Bind investigation.
- 21:19Speaker 5: US Attorney David Weiss, we have a whistleblower, Gary Shapley,
- 21:23Speaker 5: who quotes from a meeting that he and others attended
- 21:25Speaker 5: with Weiss, so there are other people there. In October
- 21:27Speaker 5: of twenty twenty two, he said Weiss stated that he
- 21:30Speaker 5: is not the deciding person on whether charges are filed. Now,
- 21:34Speaker 5: both Weiss and the Attorney General have said he's got
- 21:36Speaker 5: the authority to do whatever he wants. Should Weiss testify,
- 21:40Speaker 5: should he explain? Where do you think there is daylight
- 21:44Speaker 5: or truth in this conversation?
- 21:47Speaker 6: Well, listen, US Attorney Weiss has to explain himself, and
- 21:50Speaker 6: he has to explain himself in public. You know, the
- 21:52Speaker 6: fact is that this investigation the Hunter Biden in Delaware
- 21:56Speaker 6: is either a lie or it's incompetent. There's no way
- 22:00Speaker 6: that it could should take five years to get to
- 22:03Speaker 6: a two count misdemeanor tax plea and then to dismiss
- 22:07Speaker 6: the gun charges. You know, those gun charges carry up
- 22:10Speaker 6: to a ten year sentence to lie on the application.
- 22:13Speaker 6: Democrats are complying, creating, crying, and complaining all the time
- 22:16Speaker 6: about wanting more gun laws, yet they won't even enforce
- 22:19Speaker 6: the gun laws that exist, and the Hunter Biden should
- 22:22Speaker 6: have been charged under those gun laws. Add to that
- 22:26Speaker 6: that you have a two count misdemeanor tax plea that
- 22:30Speaker 6: should not have taken all the time that it did.
- 22:32Speaker 6: So either David Weiss is incompetent in taking five years
- 22:36Speaker 6: to do that, or he's not telling the truth and
- 22:39Speaker 6: Merrick Gardland's not telling the truth. Either way, there's a
- 22:42Speaker 6: lot more work to be done on this case. And
- 22:44Speaker 6: these are the kind of things that given my background
- 22:47Speaker 6: as a US attorney, I'm the only one in this
- 22:49Speaker 6: race who will be able to fix the Department of
- 22:52Speaker 6: Justice in a way where they don't proceed any longer.
- 22:55Speaker 6: They have to do with fear, no fear, no favor,
- 22:58Speaker 6: no partisanship, and that's the way those decisions needs to
- 23:01Speaker 6: be made. That's what I did when I was a
- 23:03Speaker 6: US attorney, and it's not being done now.
- 23:05Speaker 5: Part of your plan, though, is to keep that FBI director,
- 23:08Speaker 5: Christopher Ray, which most of the folks in your field
- 23:10Speaker 5: say they're firing him on day one. He's going to
- 23:12Speaker 5: testify this week before the House Judiciary Committee. What does
- 23:16Speaker 5: he need to say about whistleblowers, how they're being treated
- 23:18Speaker 5: in this case and real problems at the FBI has
- 23:22Speaker 5: uncovered in the Durham Report.
- 23:24Speaker 6: Well, look, and all those problems happened Shannon during the
- 23:27Speaker 6: Jim Comey era, and Christopher Ray has come in and
- 23:30Speaker 6: fired every person that was in the Komy leadership team
- 23:34Speaker 6: in the FBI. These whistleblowers have come out because the
- 23:37Speaker 6: atmosphere has allowed it to happen now, not during the
- 23:41Speaker 6: Comy era, not during the Loretta Lynch era when she
- 23:44Speaker 6: was Attorney General, and they weren't charging Hillary Clinton, which
- 23:47Speaker 6: is what they should have done. You know, the fact
- 23:49Speaker 6: is that these other folks in the race, they just
- 23:51Speaker 6: are looking for a scapegoat. They want to blame anybody. Well,
- 23:54Speaker 6: I will tell them who to blame. Blame Joe Biden
- 23:57Speaker 6: and Merrick Garland, who have not provided the type of
- 24:00Speaker 6: leadership in the country or at the Justice Department that
- 24:04Speaker 6: you need. Look, Channon, people should go to Christy.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Now.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I think Chris Christie understands what he's doing. I think
- 24:12Speaker 1: Chris Christi is not an idiot. I think that Chris
- 24:16Speaker 1: Christie is pretty smart here and understands that this is
- 24:21Speaker 1: an opportunity to push himself in conservatives or listeners and
- 24:25Speaker 1: the like. What he's saying, that's number one, that's straight
- 24:32Speaker 1: up number one.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Okay, number two.
- 24:36Speaker 1: I also think he's right that as a former prosecutor
- 24:39Speaker 1: He's not an idiot. He knows this, Okay, he knows
- 24:43Speaker 1: that this was either there either is a straight up
- 24:46Speaker 1: cover up lie or incompetence. And I don't believe that
- 24:50Speaker 1: Weiss is incompetent. And the reason why I say that
- 24:53Speaker 1: is the fact that he slow played it for five
- 24:55Speaker 1: years knowing that the statue of Limitations was going to
- 25:00Speaker 1: to expire. Right, he knew that he knew that the
- 25:05Speaker 1: statue of limitations was going to expire.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Is that you get what I'm saying, Like, this is
- 25:13Speaker 2: this is.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Insane, this is this is how ridiculous.
- 25:19Speaker 2: This investigation was.
- 25:21Speaker 1: David Weiss is brilliant. David Weiss understood, and he's a liberal.
- 25:27Speaker 1: He's not a conservative, he's a liberal.
- 25:31Speaker 2: He knows what he's doing here.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Listen to James Comer, by the way, he says, there's
- 25:37Speaker 1: going to be some disturbing findings that are going to
- 25:40Speaker 1: come out this next week.
- 25:41Speaker 7: You had gotten records from I believe four banks, but
- 25:44Speaker 7: there was something like twelve. What sort of information are
- 25:48Speaker 7: you able to get? What's your biggest hurdle at the moment.
- 25:52Speaker 8: Well, we have we're up to six banks now, Jason,
- 25:55Speaker 8: and we're going to have an announcement, hopefully next week,
- 25:58Speaker 8: of more findings, more disturbing findings that we found. Bank
- 26:03Speaker 8: records don't lie. People make a big issue out of taxes.
- 26:07Speaker 8: People cheat on their taxes all the time, but it's
- 26:09Speaker 8: hard to cheat on bank records. We also are requesting
- 26:11Speaker 8: more bank violations. We're hoping that Treasury will give us
- 26:14Speaker 8: access to more bank violations that we believe would have
- 26:18Speaker 8: information on the potential bribery chargers that were alleged in
- 26:23Speaker 8: the FBI documents. So our investigations moving along. We're entering
- 26:28Speaker 8: the deposition phase. We're going to have Devin Archer will
- 26:31Speaker 8: be the first person that was involved in the Hunter
- 26:34Speaker 8: Biden business dealings or whatever you want to call him.
- 26:38Speaker 8: He'll be the first person that we depose. And we
- 26:40Speaker 8: have a list of who's who that we're involved in
- 26:43Speaker 8: the Biden organization that we plan on deposing throughout the summer.
- 26:48Speaker 7: I want to get your reaction to the cocaine found
- 26:50Speaker 7: at the White House the Overset Committee.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Actually you listen to him.
- 26:55Speaker 1: He says, there's several things that are big that are
- 26:57Speaker 1: going to come out that they're going to find. They're
- 27:02Speaker 1: gonna find it, and they're gonna put the pieces together
- 27:06Speaker 1: and as he described as disturbing. Now, there's not one
- 27:09Speaker 1: time that James Comer, Okay, there's not one time that
- 27:13Speaker 1: James Comer has overstated what's happening. You get what I'm
- 27:18Speaker 1: saying that one single time, not one single time. So
- 27:28Speaker 1: when he says this, I believe him because he's paid
- 27:31Speaker 1: off on it. He's never lied, he's never lied. I
- 27:38Speaker 1: also believe that this cocaine issue at the White House
- 27:41Speaker 1: is also just insane. People are still not talking about
- 27:47Speaker 1: Biden's literal White House, cocaine being found in the White
- 27:54Speaker 1: House and what that means moving forward. James Comer, by
- 28:01Speaker 1: the way, also said something else on the cocaine at
- 28:08Speaker 1: the White House. He say he's not surprised by it.
- 28:11Speaker 1: I don't think anybody is, because this administration is totally
- 28:15Speaker 1: out of control and his gone rogue. They've also refused
- 28:19Speaker 1: to date to say that the person, if they catch them,
- 28:21Speaker 1: which I believe they already know who it is they're
- 28:23Speaker 1: going to cover it up, should be fired or prosecuted.
- 28:27Speaker 1: What does that tell you about this White House?
- 28:30Speaker 2: This week is going.
- 28:31Speaker 1: To be a very big week for all of this.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Make sure you're down with the Ben Ferguson Podcasts if
- 28:38Speaker 1: you haven't already, and you can listen all week long
- 28:41Speaker 1: to the Ben Ferguson Podcasts
