- 0:01Speaker 1: Any of you worried about, you know, fraudulent votes in
- 0:04Speaker 1: this upcoming election.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Can you believe it?
- 0:06Speaker 1: We are less than two months away. I'm worried about it.
- 0:11Speaker 1: And when I say that that immediately people like, oh,
- 0:14Speaker 1: here come.
- 0:15Speaker 2: The conspiracy theories.
- 0:17Speaker 1: So instead of people thinking that they are actually conspiracy theories,
- 0:22Speaker 1: let's talk about reality.
- 0:24Speaker 2: What does reality look like? Right now?
- 0:28Speaker 1: When I say what does reality look like, let me
- 0:31Speaker 1: also really, really really quarly explain what I mean by that.
- 0:35Speaker 1: I am very, very very concerned. I'm extremely concerned about
- 0:43Speaker 1: people that shouldn't be allowed to vote, that are allowed
- 0:46Speaker 1: to vote, and that are canceling out my votes, and
- 0:49Speaker 1: it's being done deliberately on purpose. I am worried that
- 0:53Speaker 1: there's some really smart people out there in the world
- 0:57Speaker 1: that understand that if you can cancel out citizens votes
- 1:01Speaker 1: by allowing others to vote, either for dead people or
- 1:04Speaker 1: people that shouldn't be allowed to vote, because if felonies
- 1:06Speaker 1: or illegal immigrants who can vote, that it can have
- 1:09Speaker 1: a massive impact on an election. Now, the only place
- 1:12Speaker 1: is that I really am really extremely concerned about it
- 1:16Speaker 1: are in swing states this time around, Because in swing states,
- 1:20Speaker 1: very small number of votes can change an entire election,
- 1:24Speaker 1: and you don't have to actually cheat in the entire state.
- 1:28Speaker 1: You can just cheat in one county and alter the
- 1:33Speaker 1: entire state.
- 1:34Speaker 2: That is what worries me.
- 1:35Speaker 1: The mode cities or counties where they're heavily Democrat, for example,
- 1:42Speaker 1: if you do some shady stuff there, it can have
- 1:44Speaker 1: a massive impact and change the entire outcome of the
- 1:46Speaker 1: overall election. That is what concerns me. Now I bring
- 1:50Speaker 1: that up to then bring you this headline. And this
- 1:54Speaker 1: is a headline that you're not going to probably hear
- 1:56Speaker 1: anywhere else. And so I'm going to ask you to
- 1:59Speaker 1: take the information I'm about to give you and give
- 2:02Speaker 1: it to everybody that you know, share the podcasts so
- 2:06Speaker 1: that others can hear this, because if you don't share
- 2:09Speaker 1: it with them, they will never hear about it because
- 2:12Speaker 1: the media would never ever cover this.
- 2:16Speaker 2: The headline is this, all.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Fifteen Arizona counties failed to purge foreign nationals from their
- 2:27Speaker 1: voter roles.
- 2:27Speaker 2: A new lawsuit is.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Claiming fight mass illegal alien voting and foreign interference in
- 2:34Speaker 1: our democracy is number one for some in Arizona. This
- 2:38Speaker 1: is a new federal lawsuit from a legal foundation with
- 2:41Speaker 1: strong ties to former President Donald Trump is alleging that
- 2:45Speaker 1: all fifteen counties in Arizona have quote unquote failed to
- 2:48Speaker 1: purge foreign nationals from their voter roles, leaving elections quote
- 2:53Speaker 1: vulnerable to foreign interference. On Wednesday of this past week,
- 3:00Speaker 1: American First Legal filed the lawsuit in the US District
- 3:03Speaker 1: Court for the District of Arizona, claiming that the counties
- 3:06Speaker 1: and their respective recorders failed to take the actions required
- 3:11Speaker 1: by law to ensure that foreign citizens are in fact
- 3:15Speaker 1: removed from their voter roles. Now, Arizona has a unique
- 3:20Speaker 1: system by which prospective voters and federal elections may register
- 3:25Speaker 1: using a federal form that does not require documented proof
- 3:29Speaker 1: of citizenship. That is where the open door happens for
- 3:34Speaker 1: illegal immigrants to then vote. Documentation is, however, required. And
- 3:40Speaker 1: this is the weird part for those casting ballots, okay,
- 3:45Speaker 1: for those casting ballots in state or local elections. The
- 3:50Speaker 1: US Supreme Court recently upheld this system, and that is
- 3:58Speaker 1: something else that is well interesting, to say the least.
- 4:01Speaker 2: According to the new lawsuit, county recorders.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Are obligated by state law to perform monthly maintenance all
- 4:09Speaker 1: of their voter roles to ensure that those who register
- 4:12Speaker 1: to vote via the federal form are in fact US citizens.
- 4:17Speaker 1: County recorders also must furnish the state Attorney General with
- 4:21Speaker 1: a list of and applications for all registered voters who
- 4:26Speaker 1: have not provided satisfactory evidence of citizenship, the lawsuit said,
- 4:31Speaker 1: Citing state law, the lawsuit claimed that all fifteen county
- 4:37Speaker 1: recorders have quote failed in these regards, and that such
- 4:42Speaker 1: failures caused voters to lose confidence in the integrity of
- 4:46Speaker 1: our election system.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I couldn't agree more so when you look at that
- 4:52Speaker 2: and you see.
- 4:53Speaker 1: It, it is one that is shocking, Okay, it is
- 4:59Speaker 1: really really shocking to me that we are now sitting
- 5:03Speaker 1: in a situation where we are less than two months
- 5:06Speaker 1: away from an election and there's a very good chance
- 5:08Speaker 1: that there are people that are going to vote, for example,
- 5:10Speaker 1: in Arizona, who are actually not American citizens. And that
- 5:15Speaker 1: is according to this new lawsuit, these county recorders, they're
- 5:19Speaker 1: obligated to do this, right, They're obligated by state law
- 5:23Speaker 1: to perform monthly maintenance of their voter roles to ensure
- 5:25Speaker 1: that those who register to vote via okay, the federal
- 5:30Speaker 1: form are in fact US citizens. So just think about that,
- 5:35Speaker 1: like this is insane, all right. I want to just
- 5:38Speaker 1: take a quick second and I want to tell you
- 5:40Speaker 1: about an incredible company that I've been telling you about
- 5:43Speaker 1: for years. It is a company called Patriot Mobile. Look,
- 5:47Speaker 1: many Americans like me, we're tired, we're frustrated by stalling economy, inflation,
- 5:53Speaker 1: endless wars, and they're relentless assault on our values, our
- 5:56Speaker 1: family values. Thankfully, now there are companies like Patriot Mobile
- 6:01Speaker 1: that still believe in America. We still believe in our constitution,
- 6:04Speaker 1: they still believe in conservatism. And that's why I'm proud
- 6:08Speaker 1: to partner with Patriot Mobile. Because they're on the front
- 6:11Speaker 1: lines fighting for the First and Second Amendments that we
- 6:16Speaker 1: stand behind. They're fighting for the sanctity of life, and
- 6:21Speaker 1: they're fighting for our military and our first responder heroes.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I want you to take a stand with your dollars.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I want you to take a stand for conservative causes
- 6:30Speaker 1: and put America first. By switching to Patriot Mobile today,

- 7:32Speaker 1: com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Switch to America's only Christian conservative mobile provider, Patriot Mobile
- 7:42Speaker 1: today nine seven to two Patriot and get free month
- 7:45Speaker 1: of service with the promo code Ferguson.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Now.
- 7:49Speaker 1: The lawsuit claimed that all fifteen county recorders not only
- 7:52Speaker 1: failed in these regards, but this is something that apparently
- 7:56Speaker 1: has been happening for a while.
- 7:58Speaker 2: What does that mean? It means this. It means that things.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Are in really bad shape and that there's a big
- 8:05Speaker 1: possibility for fraud in Arizona.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Now, why should you care?
- 8:10Speaker 1: For example, night, if you're listening and the majority of
- 8:12Speaker 1: you listening, by default are going to not live in Arizona.
- 8:15Speaker 1: We have affiliates that listen, for example, the show in Arizona,
- 8:21Speaker 1: and we have people that listen to the podcasts in Arizona.
- 8:23Speaker 1: All right, but the majority you're not going to be
- 8:25Speaker 1: in Arizona. So you may say to yourself, well, why
- 8:27Speaker 1: do I care this in Arizona? Because Arizona could absolutely
- 8:31Speaker 1: be the state that chooses, in a very tight election,
- 8:34Speaker 1: who the next president of the United States of America is.
- 8:37Speaker 1: So you may say, well, in Arizona, they're not canceling
- 8:39Speaker 1: out your vote. They absolutely may be. And this is
- 8:43Speaker 1: where you have to understand that if they vote, if
- 8:46Speaker 1: they swing an election in a state like Philadelphia, or
- 8:50Speaker 1: in Michigan, or in Nevada, or Arizona or Georgia.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Right a swing state Pennsylvania, you.
- 8:57Speaker 1: May say, well, all right, if they did some shade,
- 8:59Speaker 1: there's nothing there's it doesn't really bother me. It's not
- 9:01Speaker 1: my you know, it's out of my my state where
- 9:04Speaker 1: I live. If it changes the outcome of an election,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and it cancels out your vote and the true outcome
- 9:10Speaker 1: of the election, then you should be livid that this
- 9:14Speaker 1: is taking place in all fifteen counties in Arizona now.
- 9:19Speaker 1: They also say the best possible means of ensuring that
- 9:22Speaker 1: registered voters are US citizens is by submitting a request
- 9:25Speaker 1: to the USE Department of Homeland Security to verify their
- 9:28Speaker 1: citizenship status. They say Intersection thirteen seventy three and sixteen
- 9:32Speaker 1: forty four of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
- 9:34Speaker 2: The lawsuit argues saying, quote, it's.
- 9:37Speaker 1: About making use of every available legal authority to tighten
- 9:40Speaker 1: down and make sure that you're confident that no non
- 9:45Speaker 1: citizens are going to be on the voter rolls or
- 9:48Speaker 1: are going to be voting in any election.
- 9:51Speaker 2: The lawsuit also alleges.
- 9:52Speaker 1: That the current process is discriminatory against naturalized citizens, who
- 9:57Speaker 1: are subject to additional scrutiny when regis strength to vote.
- 10:01Speaker 1: One of the plaintiffs and the lawsuits and naturalized citizen.
- 10:05Speaker 2: So this is about just being fair. Now.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Early last month, the American First Legal, which is led
- 10:13Speaker 1: by the president of their group, Steve Miller, a former
- 10:16Speaker 1: senior advisor President Trump, first filed the lawsuit in state
- 10:20Speaker 1: court and managed and against Maricoba County. Maricoba County, which
- 10:24Speaker 1: has a history of employing procedural maneuvers to delay election
- 10:28Speaker 1: cases and keep them from being heard on the merits
- 10:31Speaker 1: is another part of the problem. Now, why would you
- 10:34Speaker 1: not want to have an honest election or why would
- 10:36Speaker 1: you not want to have transparency? I would argue that
- 10:39Speaker 1: if you're the one arguing against transparency and honesty in voting,
- 10:43Speaker 1: then there's something that you don't want people to see,
- 10:46Speaker 1: or there's something that you're doing or planning on doing
- 10:50Speaker 1: that you definitely need the laws to have this type
- 10:53Speaker 1: of loophole in it. That is why I believe this
- 10:56Speaker 1: is an issue if I'm a citizen in this country,
- 11:00Speaker 1: and it really shouldn't matter if you're a Republican or
- 11:03Speaker 1: a Democrat.
- 11:05Speaker 2: It just shouldn't. It shouldn't matter at all.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Okay, but if I'm a citizen of the United States
- 11:12Speaker 1: of America, I should want someone to have to show
- 11:15Speaker 1: proof of citizenship, proof of id right to be able
- 11:19Speaker 1: to vote in the elections. You have to have proof
- 11:22Speaker 1: of ID to do everything that's important or significant in
- 11:24Speaker 1: this country.
- 11:26Speaker 2: If you're on.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Food stamps, if you're on government aid, if you go
- 11:29Speaker 1: to the hospital, if you travel on an airplane, the
- 11:34Speaker 1: things that you have to have an ID for. And
- 11:37Speaker 1: this argument, oh, well, you don't want minorities to vote,
- 11:41Speaker 1: I still think that maybe one of the most racist
- 11:43Speaker 1: lines that I've ever heard in my entire life.
- 11:47Speaker 2: I'm serious, like.
- 11:49Speaker 1: The idea that you are implying that black people or
- 11:52Speaker 1: other minorities can't be expected to have an ID is
- 11:57Speaker 1: incredibly racist. It is one of the most racist statements
- 12:03Speaker 1: I have ever heard, and it's one that I do
- 12:08Speaker 1: think we should challenge. But I want to make sure
- 12:12Speaker 1: that no one's vote is canceled out, including hardcore lefty Democrats.
- 12:18Speaker 2: I want to make sure.
- 12:21Speaker 1: That anyone that is allowed to vote, regardless of how
- 12:24Speaker 1: they're going.
- 12:25Speaker 2: To vote, are able to vote.
- 12:29Speaker 1: In a free and fair election everywhere in this country.
- 12:33Speaker 1: And the fact that you have all of these people
- 12:38Speaker 1: that are able to be registered to vote who aren't
- 12:40Speaker 1: American citizens and voter roles that have not been cleaned up,
- 12:44Speaker 1: and that they are in this country easily millions.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Of people that may not be eligible to vote. Dead people.
- 12:54Speaker 1: These are things that people should be angry about, because
- 12:58Speaker 1: the issues don't matter.
- 12:59Speaker 2: If you don't, I don't have a fair election.
- 13:02Speaker 1: And before I give you all the details, I want
- 13:04Speaker 1: to take a moment and I want to ask for
- 13:06Speaker 1: your help. The wor in Israel started on October the seventh.
- 13:10Speaker 1: We have seen death and destruction in the Holy Land
- 13:13Speaker 1: for more than forty years. The International Fellowship of Christians
- 13:17Speaker 1: and Jews has been on the ground in Israel and
- 13:19Speaker 1: within hours of the war starting, and every day since,
- 13:22Speaker 1: they've been feeding the hungry and protecting the vulnerable. You
- 13:26Speaker 1: may not realize, but Israel is literally under attack now
- 13:30Speaker 1: on a daily basis, with rockets coming in. Those that
- 13:34Speaker 1: are surrounding Israel are doing everything they can to take
- 13:38Speaker 1: them out. The attacks continue in the North and the South,
- 13:42Speaker 1: but there are resilient survivors who bravely share their stories
- 13:46Speaker 1: in a series the Fellowship calls Faces of Iron.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Survivors like Danny.
- 13:52Speaker 1: His beloved daughter and her husband were burned alive on
- 13:55Speaker 1: October the seventh by Hamas Terras. Danny is a commander
- 13:59Speaker 1: of the Volunteer Fire and rescue group in his community.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Despite fire equipment nearby, Danny could do nothing as his
- 14:06Speaker 1: daughter's house burned and his daughter and her husband lost
- 14:10Speaker 1: their lives. Christians like you support Israel through the International
- 14:15Speaker 1: Fellowship of Christians and Jews. It's his support that helps
- 14:18Speaker 1: these survivors remain steadfast and strong. To hear more stories
- 14:23Speaker 1: like this one and show your support for Israel. Please
- 14:26Speaker 1: stand with me and visit support IFCJ dot org. That's
- 14:31Speaker 1: support IFCJ dot org, Support IFCJ dot org. I'd love
- 14:39Speaker 1: to be talking to you at the beginning of the show,
- 14:41Speaker 1: and I'm going to talk about it and transition to
- 14:43Speaker 1: this now, but just to give it compare and contrast,
- 14:46Speaker 1: I would have loved to start the show with talking
- 14:49Speaker 1: about all the areas where Harris has flip flopped, especially as.
- 14:53Speaker 2: We are looking towards the debate this week.
- 14:56Speaker 1: I would love to talk about how she has just
- 14:59Speaker 1: gone on one point eight on things like banning plastic
- 15:02Speaker 1: straws for environmental concern. She's apparently no longer for it,
- 15:06Speaker 1: as Axios reported this week on Thursday, I would have
- 15:10Speaker 1: loved to start the show talking about a mandate for
- 15:12Speaker 1: automakers to only make electric and hydrogen vehicles by twenty
- 15:16Speaker 1: thirty five. The Hairs campaign won't say whether she's still
- 15:18Speaker 1: for it or not, so there's another flip flop happening.
- 15:22Speaker 1: I would have loved to have talked about banning fracking
- 15:24Speaker 1: because of concerns over global warming, she said in potential
- 15:27Speaker 1: water contamination. She now no longer favors that ban because
- 15:30Speaker 1: it's too important in places like Pennsylvania. She's in favor
- 15:34Speaker 1: of a mandatory buyback program for assault weapons as part
- 15:38Speaker 1: of her gun safety agenda. She's now apparently, in theory,
- 15:41Speaker 1: dropped the idea. You and I both know that that's
- 15:43Speaker 1: not an idea that she's actually dropping.
- 15:44Speaker 2: She's just pandering to voters.
- 15:47Speaker 1: But none of these issues that I just mentioned, there's
- 15:49Speaker 1: a long list I'm going to go over tonight. Matter
- 15:53Speaker 1: if if the election is filled with voter fraud, and
- 15:57Speaker 1: I'm the first to admit there's always going to be
- 16:00Speaker 1: voter fraud, but it's usually been in such a limited
- 16:04Speaker 1: scope that it has not affected the outcome of an election.
- 16:09Speaker 2: But in the case that we're looking at now.
- 16:13Speaker 1: And the way that we watch the rules be changed
- 16:15Speaker 1: in the name of COVID, last time it is truly
- 16:18Speaker 1: shocking to me just how easily and how corrupt our
- 16:22Speaker 1: voting system has become by people that want to exploit
- 16:26Speaker 1: it for the possibility of their side having a better
- 16:30Speaker 1: chance of winning an election, not because they have better ideas,
- 16:34Speaker 1: not because they convince more voters to vote for them,
- 16:37Speaker 1: but because they figured out how to possibly cheat and
- 16:40Speaker 1: have dead people vote for them instead. That is the
- 16:44Speaker 1: part that bothers me the most, and it should bother you,
- 16:48Speaker 1: by the way, as well. It should bother you a lot.
- 16:54Speaker 1: It should concern you. So as you watch this case
- 16:58Speaker 1: go forward, I will keep you up to and pay
- 17:00Speaker 1: attention to it because it is one of the most
- 17:02Speaker 1: important cases that's going to have an impact or could
- 17:05Speaker 1: have a major impact on who the next president of
- 17:07Speaker 1: United States of America is. And all I am asking
- 17:10Speaker 1: for here on this show is a fair election. If
- 17:14Speaker 1: my side loses in a fair election, I am okay
- 17:18Speaker 1: with that, because that's what a democracy is.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I don't expect that my side is going to win
- 17:26Speaker 2: every election.
- 17:27Speaker 1: By the way, I knew we were screwed and we
- 17:30Speaker 1: were running against Barack Obama. I knew that people were
- 17:34Speaker 1: tired of the Bush years. I understood that people wanted
- 17:37Speaker 1: a different idea. I understood that Barack Obama had an
- 17:40Speaker 1: X factor about him, and I had no problem admitting
- 17:43Speaker 1: defeat on election night when he ran against John McCain.
- 17:48Speaker 1: I believe that election was a free and fair election.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I'm not going to win every single time. I understand that,
- 17:55Speaker 1: but I wouldn't want that election to being stolen by
- 17:58Speaker 1: our side. If we figured out a way to carpet
- 18:02Speaker 1: bomb ballots to certain zip codes or certain neighborhoods that
- 18:07Speaker 1: were predominantly conservative in certain states where it was a
- 18:10Speaker 1: tight election, I wouldn't want to win if that's what
- 18:14Speaker 1: winning looked like, because that's called stealing an election. That
- 18:18Speaker 1: is what they do in places like Venezuela. We just
- 18:21Speaker 1: witnessed it in Venezuela. What just happened. You had an
- 18:26Speaker 1: election that was going to go overwhelmingly against Chavez. So
- 18:29Speaker 1: in the middle of the election, when they realized how
- 18:30Speaker 1: bad it was, they just said, now no one can
- 18:32Speaker 1: vote anymore, and they sent in police to stop people
- 18:37Speaker 1: in the military to stop people from actually.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Voting on election day.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I don't want that to be a country that we
- 18:43Speaker 1: live in where the outcome has already picked. I have
- 18:47Speaker 1: enough concerns as it is about Kamwa Harris in the
- 18:50Speaker 1: way that she was able to become the nominee when
- 18:53Speaker 1: no one has voted for her to this day, and
- 18:56Speaker 1: then you moved to her record, and as we go
- 19:00Speaker 1: into this presidential debate, let's look at all of the
- 19:04Speaker 1: things that she has flip flopped on recently to pander
- 19:07Speaker 1: to voters. And I hope that you're taking notes, because
- 19:11Speaker 1: I'm going to go through a list, and it's an
- 19:13Speaker 1: important list. I mentioned the banning of straws. She's flip
- 19:17Speaker 1: flopped on that, a mandate for auto workers that all
- 19:20Speaker 1: these cars be electric cars. I mentioned that one because
- 19:23Speaker 1: that's a big one of hers. She's obsessed with it,
- 19:25Speaker 1: and now all of a sudden, she's claiming she's dropped it.
- 19:27Speaker 1: By the way, I don't believe that she's changed. I
- 19:29Speaker 1: don't believe that she's dropped any of these. I think
- 19:30Speaker 1: she's just pandering for votes. She was in favor of
- 19:33Speaker 1: banning fracking. Now all of a sudden, she's against that.
- 19:36Speaker 1: She claims that's no longer her policy. I don't believe her.
- 19:38Speaker 1: I think she's lying and pandering. She is in favor
- 19:42Speaker 1: of a mandatory buyback program for assault weapons. I absolutely
- 19:46Speaker 1: believe that's what she actually believes, and now she's changing
- 19:48Speaker 1: it right before the election, and I know why.
- 19:50Speaker 2: It's to buy votes.
- 19:53Speaker 1: She also has said over and over again she wants
- 19:55Speaker 1: to decriminalize crossing the border from a criminal offense to
- 19:58Speaker 1: a civil one. She no longer supports that, and now
- 20:02Speaker 1: they're claiming she's in favor of building a border wall.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I think she's lying to you and pandering to you
- 20:07Speaker 1: to get your vote. She also is demanded for decades
- 20:15Speaker 1: reparations for slavery, which many progresses argue for. During the
- 20:19Speaker 1: twenty twenty primary, guess what she was there, she said
- 20:23Speaker 1: she understood it. How much is that going to cost
- 20:26Speaker 1: if we just start handing out billions and billions or
- 20:28Speaker 1: hundreds of billions of dollars in quote reparations? And then
- 20:32Speaker 1: who gets paid and who doesn't gets paid? And is
- 20:34Speaker 1: that buying votes? You better believe it is. You're sitting
- 20:38Speaker 1: a check to someone solely based on the color of
- 20:40Speaker 1: their skin, that is buying a vote. She wants a
- 20:44Speaker 1: federal job guarantee that was a part of the Green
- 20:46Speaker 1: New Deal proposal. Now she claims she's no longer in
- 20:49Speaker 1: favor of that. I don't believe her. I think she's lying.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Medicare for all was something that Harris embraced in her
- 20:55Speaker 1: first year as a center. Now, all of a sudden,
- 20:58Speaker 1: because it's an election year issue that's not that popular
- 21:01Speaker 1: because it's socialism one oh one, she's now backing off
- 21:05Speaker 1: this idea.
- 21:06Speaker 2: Her campaign said this last week.
- 21:09Speaker 1: These are the flip flops in the last couple of
- 21:12Speaker 1: weeks by Kamala Harris, as she is lying to the
- 21:15Speaker 1: American people about what she actually believes in. When you
- 21:20Speaker 1: go back and look at what she's been saying for years,
- 21:22Speaker 1: it does not match what she's saying in the last
- 21:24Speaker 1: two weeks at all. Why Because she wants to be
- 21:28Speaker 1: present and then she knows she can go back on
- 21:30Speaker 1: her word and do whatever the hell she wants. Kamala Harris,
- 21:34Speaker 1: there's no accountability for her flip flops, right, and it
- 21:39Speaker 1: makes me angry because she says that she's in favor
- 21:43Speaker 1: of all these things, and right for the election, she's like, Okay,
- 21:45Speaker 1: never mind going to flip flop real quick to win
- 21:47Speaker 1: an election.
- 21:47Speaker 2: I'm gonna actually just do what I really believe in.
- 21:50Speaker 1: If I'm elected and it's frustrating that the media is
- 21:53Speaker 1: allowing her to sell it this way. But if you
- 21:56Speaker 1: are Kamala Harris and you look at our government, there's
- 22:00Speaker 1: apparently like no accountability whatsoever for people in our government
- 22:06Speaker 1: that screw up, whether it is the assassination attempt on
- 22:11Speaker 1: Donald Trump, pretty big screw up.
- 22:12Speaker 2: I mean, I'm just curious how many people resigned over that.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Right?
- 22:16Speaker 2: Have you heard a lot about it?
- 22:17Speaker 1: No or the FBI knowing that the school shooter, for example,
- 22:22Speaker 1: in Georgia was a threat a year ago. And then
- 22:27Speaker 1: we've gotten new word that the mother of the alleged
- 22:33Speaker 1: high school attacker the shooter last week warned the school
- 22:37Speaker 1: thirty minutes before the attack happened in a new report.
- 22:42Speaker 1: This report from the Washington Post has now been confirmed
- 22:48Speaker 1: by the Associated Press, claims that the alleged high school
- 22:52Speaker 1: attackers mother warned the school of an extreme emergency an
- 23:00Speaker 1: hour before the shots rang out. The Associated Press reported
- 23:05Speaker 1: that the fourteen year old attackers aunt, Annie Brown, said
- 23:09Speaker 1: the boy's mom spoke with a school counselor and urged
- 23:12Speaker 1: them to immediately find their son to check on him.
- 23:16Speaker 1: The Tennessee Star noted that the Post zeroed in on
- 23:21Speaker 1: text messages that show that the school and the family
- 23:25Speaker 1: were in constant contact about the mental health of the
- 23:28Speaker 1: fourteen year old, who ended up taking the lives of
- 23:32Speaker 1: four people and injuring many others. A week before the shooting,
- 23:37Speaker 1: Brown had allegedly informed a relative that the alleged attacker
- 23:42Speaker 1: was having homicidal and suicidal thoughts.
- 23:46Speaker 2: On September fifth, twenty twenty.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Four, the day after the high school attack, the fourteen
- 23:52Speaker 1: year old's father, Colin Gray, was arrested in charge with
- 23:56Speaker 1: involuntary manslaughter and second degree murder, among other things.
- 24:00Speaker 2: As he should have.
- 24:02Speaker 1: The Georgia Bureau of Investigations explained that the charges stem
- 24:06Speaker 1: from mister Gray knowingly allowing his son to possess a weapon.
- 24:12Speaker 1: The GBI called for communities across the state to encourage
- 24:15Speaker 1: students across the state to contact a member of their
- 24:18Speaker 1: school faculty with any and all concerns of suspicious behavior.
- 24:24Speaker 2: That they may see.
- 24:27Speaker 1: You look at this lack of level of accountability here,
- 24:31Speaker 1: whether it's the FBI or whether it is the school.
- 24:35Speaker 1: The fact that the mother the alleged shooter called and
- 24:38Speaker 1: warned the school thirty minutes before the attack and the school.
- 24:41Speaker 2: By the way, from what we.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Understand, knew that he had threatened right to shoot up
- 24:46Speaker 1: a school a year ago.
- 24:48Speaker 2: They were very aware of this, the.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Fact that the father allowed him to have a firearm,
- 24:56Speaker 1: knowing that he was having all of these issues, mental
- 24:59Speaker 1: health issues, and by the way, the trans issues, yes
- 25:02Speaker 1: a real issue as well. Speaks volumes to the lack
- 25:07Speaker 1: of accountability for those that are in charge, for those
- 25:11Speaker 1: that are in leadership. Now when I talk about leadership
- 25:15Speaker 1: and I talk about those that are in charge, what
- 25:19Speaker 1: I mean is is there anything in the public system
- 25:24Speaker 1: that can get you fired nowadays? Is there anything at
- 25:27Speaker 1: all that crosses a line? I mean, we know more,
- 25:32Speaker 1: by the way, about this kid in a couple of days,
- 25:35Speaker 1: and we'd still know about the attack on Donald Trump,
- 25:38Speaker 1: that the assassination attempt.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Why is that?
- 25:42Speaker 1: Because this one they wanted to exploit to get rid
- 25:46Speaker 1: of guns. The other one was a failure at the
- 25:50Speaker 1: most egregious level, and a failure that should have had
- 25:55Speaker 1: countless heads role and real changes and accountability which do
- 25:58Speaker 1: not seem to have taken in place. So that's a
- 26:02Speaker 1: problem number one. Number two on this issue, How is
- 26:08Speaker 1: it that the FBI had this guy on their watch,
- 26:11Speaker 1: and local authorities had warned the schools in the area
- 26:14Speaker 1: about this kid. And then you have a phone call
- 26:18Speaker 1: that comes in from the mother and you now know
- 26:22Speaker 1: there's a real problem thirty minutes before the shots ring out,
- 26:25Speaker 1: and they can't connect the dots that well. I mean,
- 26:29Speaker 1: if you really connect the dots here, this is not hard.
- 26:32Speaker 1: You have a kid that threatened, from what we understand
- 26:35Speaker 1: to online, to shoot up a school a year ago.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Okay, Like that's the real threat.
- 26:43Speaker 1: The school knew about that threat, the school knew that
- 26:45Speaker 1: the kid was dealing with significant mental health issues. And
- 26:50Speaker 1: then you get a phone call from a parent about
- 26:53Speaker 1: that kid. Why wasn't there just on that alone. Not
- 26:57Speaker 1: the equivalent of just a straight up like, hey, lockdown.
- 26:59Speaker 2: And we find this kid.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Lockdown until we make sure that this is not a
- 27:04Speaker 1: threat to anybody there. Like how hard is that? It
- 27:10Speaker 1: should not be that hard. It should not be that difficult.
- 27:18Speaker 1: But in the private sector, there's accountability. In the private sector,
- 27:23Speaker 1: you get fired if you lose a thousand bucks. In
- 27:25Speaker 1: the government, you can lose tens of millions of dollars
- 27:28Speaker 1: and still not get fired. In the private sector, you
- 27:31Speaker 1: get fired if you don't do your job well in
- 27:35Speaker 1: the public sect. In the government sector, you can allow
- 27:39Speaker 1: for someone to get shot, like you can allow for
- 27:43Speaker 1: someone to get shot a former president, and apparently everybody
- 27:48Speaker 1: gets to keep their jobs. I'll say it again, what
- 27:52Speaker 1: world are you living in? You want to know why
- 27:55Speaker 1: don't trust the government when it comes to having a
- 27:57Speaker 1: fair election. This is why they can't even keep like
- 28:03Speaker 1: keep somebody off of a building that has a straight
- 28:05Speaker 1: line of sight to assassinate Donald Trump. They can't keep
- 28:10Speaker 1: kids safe from a school shooting when they get a
- 28:13Speaker 1: thirty minute heads up on top of the fact that
- 28:15Speaker 1: they know which kid they're looking for. It's not like
- 28:17Speaker 1: it was a random call that came in. And that's
- 28:19Speaker 1: another point that she'd made. It's not like someone just
- 28:21Speaker 1: randomly called and said I'm going to shoot a school today.
- 28:23Speaker 1: They don't know who they're looking for. The mom told
- 28:25Speaker 1: them who they're looking for. From what we understand, the
- 28:28Speaker 1: mom was like, Hey, I need you to like check
- 28:31Speaker 1: out my son find out this is he's having these thoughts.
- 28:34Speaker 2: And they just went business as usual, Like how the
- 28:38Speaker 2: hell does that even happen? But when you when you.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Are working for the government, apparently there's nothing that can
- 28:48Speaker 1: happen at all, Okay, like there's nothing that you can
- 28:52Speaker 1: do that gets you fired, nothing at all, Like you
- 28:57Speaker 1: can just get away and do whatever the hell you
- 29:00Speaker 1: want to do, and there is zero accountability, which is shocking.
- 29:05Speaker 1: So when I hear that in for example, Arizona, they
- 29:07Speaker 1: haven't fixed the roles there, and all these people that
- 29:10Speaker 1: should have been taken off the list for legitimate legal
- 29:12Speaker 1: reasons have not been taken off the list. I understand why,
- 29:16Speaker 1: because why would you if you were in Arizona in
- 29:19Speaker 1: these fifteen counties A. You apparently either don't care or
- 29:24Speaker 1: you're deliberately saying, here's the middle finger to what the
- 29:26Speaker 1: law says, because I have an agenda. It's one or
- 29:30Speaker 1: the it's one of the two, folks, it's one of
- 29:34Speaker 1: the two.
