Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / BIDEN so weak that the Taliban is threatening him "if you stay in Afghanistan Past Aug 31st you will Suffer the Consequences!"
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Joe Biden wants you to believe that he is a hero,
- 0:03Speaker 1: that he will be one of the most important figures
- 0:06Speaker 1: in US history. Why because he is rational, logical, and
- 0:11Speaker 1: making the right decision to hastily pull out of Afghanistan
- 0:14Speaker 1: amid the chaos and leaving Americans behind. He also says
- 0:18Speaker 1: he doesn't believe that any of our allies are disappointed
- 0:20Speaker 1: with him, even though allies are now on the record,
- 0:22Speaker 1: including the last two prime ministers in the UK, saying
- 0:25Speaker 1: that they are incredibly angry over what the President has done.
- 0:29Speaker 1: The other shock report now is the Afghan leaders are
- 0:33Speaker 1: now saying of the Taliban that if you stay past
- 0:37Speaker 1: August the thirty first, there will be held to pay.
- 0:40Speaker 1: And even CNN now is ripping the President, saying it's
- 0:43Speaker 1: absurd and delusional for the President to believe that the
- 0:46Speaker 1: Taliban is going to give us safe passage to the
- 0:49Speaker 1: airport for our men and women. But the situation inside
- 0:53Speaker 1: the airport is incomparable to the situation outside the airport
- 0:57Speaker 1: where many thousands have been gathering, where at least seven
- 1:02Speaker 1: people were crushed to death in a stampede yesterday. I
- 1:06Speaker 1: was speaking though, just as he was about to embark
- 1:09Speaker 1: on a Qatari flight to claim Nor who is a
- 1:13Speaker 1: well known journalist here was evacuating, and he said he
- 1:17Speaker 1: didn't know whether he was happy or heartbroken because he
- 1:19Speaker 1: was going to be alive. He had already left the
- 1:22Speaker 1: country once in the past due to Taliban threat back
- 1:25Speaker 1: in twenty sixteen. He'd come back worked on the lower profile,
- 1:29Speaker 1: but of course he's leaving behind his family and friends
- 1:31Speaker 1: and didn't know when, if ever, he would be able
- 1:34Speaker 1: to return to his home country. And another one also
- 1:36Speaker 1: getting on that flight, another former journalist, saying that he
- 1:40Speaker 1: thought that Afghanistan was suffering a catastrophic brain drain now
- 1:44Speaker 1: and that is something that the Taliban is anxious to avoid.
- 1:47Speaker 1: While simultaneously they've been promising to have a more inclusive
- 1:51Speaker 1: regime to compared to the medieval regime that they had
- 1:54Speaker 1: in the late nineteen nineties. But on the ground, there
- 1:58Speaker 1: is absolutely no faith in the promises all that, no
- 2:03Speaker 1: faith of the promises in that, no faith at all
- 2:10Speaker 1: in what this president is saying. But the president, once
- 2:12Speaker 1: you understand he's got this in history is going to
- 2:15Speaker 1: judge him well because he's the right guy. State Department spokesman,
- 2:18Speaker 1: By the way, ned Price is actually contradicting Joe Biden
- 2:21Speaker 1: now saying quote, I don't think anyone is denying the
- 2:24Speaker 1: reports of trapped Americans. Will the White House still is,
- 2:28Speaker 1: And the President again in this narcissistic psychotic way, comes
- 2:32Speaker 1: out and says this to the American people. Do well, no,
- 2:36Speaker 1: because you follow this. We are a number of places
- 2:38Speaker 1: where we're doing that without permanent basing American forces there.
- 2:43Speaker 1: So I think when this is over, the American people
- 2:47Speaker 1: have a clear understanding of what I did, why we
- 2:50Speaker 1: did it. And but look, that's the job. My job
- 2:54Speaker 1: is to make judgments. My job is to make judgments
- 2:56Speaker 1: no one else can or will make. I made them.
- 2:59Speaker 1: I'm convinced time absolutely correct, and not to as a mayor.
- 3:02Speaker 1: I want you to think about this. This is a
- 3:05Speaker 1: man that's delusional. This is a man that clearly cannot
- 3:08Speaker 1: lead during the conflict. It's a man that clearly cannot
- 3:10Speaker 1: handle the pressure. This is a man while Americans are
- 3:14Speaker 1: actually trapped and are being beaten by the Taliban. Eighteen
- 3:20Speaker 1: month old children, American systems have been beaten by the
- 3:23Speaker 1: Taliban the last twenty four hours. We've been now telling
- 3:26Speaker 1: people don't go to the airport because of ISIS threats
- 3:30Speaker 1: ISIS now and the ALCADE is saying you better be
- 3:33Speaker 1: out by August thirty first, because if you're not, its
- 3:34Speaker 1: game on, We're coming after you. There's gonna be held
- 3:36Speaker 1: to pay. Joe Biden sits there and says, I know
- 3:40Speaker 1: I'm right. I'm the only one that gets to make
- 3:43Speaker 1: these decisions. You can shut up judgments. My job is
- 3:46Speaker 1: to make judgments no one else can or will make.
- 3:49Speaker 1: I made them. I'm convinced I'm absolutely correct and not
- 3:52Speaker 1: deciding to send more young women and men to war
- 3:56Speaker 1: for a war that in fact is no longer warned Alabama,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I don't trust anybody, including you. I love you, but
- 4:06Speaker 1: you know there's not a lot of people I trust
- 4:09Speaker 1: to look, but Taliban has a tally Bond, has to
- 4:16Speaker 1: make a fundamental decision. Is a tally Bond going to
- 4:21Speaker 1: attempt to be able to unite and provide for the
- 4:28Speaker 1: well being of the people of Afghanistan, which no one
- 4:31Speaker 1: group has ever done since before feeling for hundreds of years.
- 4:37Speaker 1: And if it does, it's going to need everything from
- 4:39Speaker 1: additional help in terms of economic assistance, trade, and the
- 4:44Speaker 1: whole range of things. The Taliban has said, we'll see
- 4:47Speaker 1: whether they mean it or not. They're seeking legitimacy. They're
- 4:51Speaker 1: seeking legitimacy to determine whether or not this is delusional.
- 4:56Speaker 1: He's saying they're seeking legitimacy. There's not one indication that
- 5:00Speaker 1: the Taliband gives a crap about quote legitimacy. In the
- 5:02Speaker 1: eyes of the world, there is no indication the Taliban
- 5:09Speaker 1: is seeking legitimacy. They're seeking deals with China and Russia.
- 5:12Speaker 1: We know that they're seeking deals to get trillions of
- 5:14Speaker 1: dollars of minerals and things out of that are worth
- 5:17Speaker 1: a lot of money out of the ground. The Taliband's
- 5:19Speaker 1: not seeking legitimacy. That the Taliband just threatened. Joe Biden,
- 5:24Speaker 1: a senior Taliban spokesman, told the UK Sky News today
- 5:29Speaker 1: that the United States and its allied Britain quote will
- 5:31Speaker 1: face consequences if they seek to extend their military presidence
- 5:35Speaker 1: in Afghanistan to ensure the safe evacuation their citizens. Does
- 5:39Speaker 1: that sound like a regime that's trying to get legitimacy,
- 5:42Speaker 1: you idiot. Yes, I'm referring to the president. I'd say
- 5:45Speaker 1: to America's an idiot, American President. Joe Biden announced the
- 5:49Speaker 1: summer he would withdraw American troops. Right, and I'm right,
- 5:52Speaker 1: he says, And history will prove that I'm right. And
- 5:54Speaker 1: I know I'm right, and no one's gonna convince me
- 5:56Speaker 1: I'm not right. And now the Taliban says, get the
- 6:00Speaker 1: hell out. Taliban said if he's not gone, referring to
- 6:06Speaker 1: Joe Biden, by August the thirty first, there will be
- 6:10Speaker 1: hell to pay. They control almost all of Afghanistan, except
- 6:14Speaker 1: small pockets of resistance in north central Past Year provinces,
- 6:19Speaker 1: which the GIAD has claimed. On Monday they had surrounded
- 6:21Speaker 1: and went soon control. After They're gonna go back in
- 6:23Speaker 1: and kill some of the Muji had Deen, the Taliban spokesman,
- 6:27Speaker 1: discussed the current situation in Kabble, where thousands are attempting
- 6:30Speaker 1: to reach the airport to avoid being under Taliban rule.
- 6:35Speaker 1: The UK sky News and nine the crowds feared for
- 6:38Speaker 1: their safety under the round Eclosamic terror group. The desperation
- 6:42Speaker 1: to fleet Taliban rule has prompted multiple deaths in and
- 6:44Speaker 1: around Kabbal Airport, resulting from stampedes and deliberate violence. Eyewitnesses
- 6:50Speaker 1: are now reporting extensive violence against civilians on the part
- 6:53Speaker 1: of Taliban thugs outside the airport, beating them, knowing that
- 6:56Speaker 1: the men and women in uniform can't get outside the
- 6:59Speaker 1: base as Joe Biden won't let them. Yeah, President Biden,
- 7:05Speaker 1: he said, your deadline is August thirty first. It's a
- 7:10Speaker 1: red line. Get out. If you stay beyond that, we
- 7:14Speaker 1: will not tolerate it, President Biden. You will leave. If
- 7:19Speaker 1: the US, quote or UK were to seek additional time
- 7:22Speaker 1: to continue evacuations, the answer is no, the Dalliband said,
- 7:25Speaker 1: or there would be consequences. It will create mistrust between
- 7:29Speaker 1: us if they are intent on continuing the occupation, it
- 7:31Speaker 1: will provoke a reaction. One of those consequences we don't know.
- 7:36Speaker 1: We would assume many Americans dead, be headed, The list
- 7:40Speaker 1: would go on and on. Biden suggested in his interview
- 7:44Speaker 1: with ABC's George Stepanopolis last week that he would consider
- 7:46Speaker 1: extending America's military presence in Afghanistan beyond the thirty first
- 7:50Speaker 1: if we have a lot of Americans still left, which
- 7:52Speaker 1: we will, there's no way we won't. But this idiot
- 7:57Speaker 1: comes out on TV and he literally tells us, he
- 8:01Speaker 1: literally tells us in his own words, which is insane,
- 8:06Speaker 1: that he's right. These are nothing wrong, that everything's been perfect,
- 8:10Speaker 1: and history will judge me that way. And you don't
- 8:14Speaker 1: get to second guess me because I'm the guy. I'm
- 8:18Speaker 1: men war for a war that in fact is no
- 8:21Speaker 1: longer warranted. Yeah, it's no longer warranted. I'm the guy.
- 8:27Speaker 1: I am rational, logical, and right in my decision to
- 8:30Speaker 1: hastily pull out of Afghanistan. And there's nothing you can
- 8:33Speaker 1: do to stop me. If you are an American, by
- 8:36Speaker 1: the way, stuck in Afghanistan right now, and you think
- 8:39Speaker 1: that like the Pentagon's going to get in on this
- 8:41Speaker 1: and try to help you, they're not. Pentagon has just said,
- 8:44Speaker 1: quote Afghan Afghans are still in need of being processed.
- 8:48Speaker 1: And they were asked, hey, are you guys going to
- 8:50Speaker 1: extend the deadline? Right? Are you going to extend the
- 8:53Speaker 1: deadline past August thirty first? You want to know what
- 8:56Speaker 1: they say. This is what they've actually said. They actually
- 9:00Speaker 1: said that, well, we understand the Taliband's perspective, Yes, we understand,
- 9:10Speaker 1: and they said, quote, we've seen the Talibands view quote
- 9:14Speaker 1: unquote on August thirty first date. The Pentagon is telling you, now,
- 9:18Speaker 1: we're doing what Joe Biden saying we're not gonna stop
- 9:20Speaker 1: this either. Quote we've seen the Taliband's view on the
- 9:24Speaker 1: August thirty first date is that Taliban is now threatening America,
- 9:27Speaker 1: saying you stay past that date, it's game on. We're
- 9:29Speaker 1: coming after you. And when the President says he's right
- 9:32Speaker 1: right now, I'd love for him to look at the
- 9:34Speaker 1: face of the people at the airport and tell him
- 9:35Speaker 1: he's right, that this is normal and this was going
- 9:37Speaker 1: to happen no matter what. You don't know how bad
- 9:40Speaker 1: the chaos is around the Kibal airports left a toddler
- 9:42Speaker 1: trampled to death. Total of seven people were killed in
- 9:46Speaker 1: an area around the Kibbal airport, including the British military,
- 9:50Speaker 1: according to British military officials. UK Defensemanster revealed the death Sunday,
- 9:55Speaker 1: said they were sending their sincere thoughts the families of
- 9:57Speaker 1: those who died in the crowds, while the cause of
- 10:01Speaker 1: death remaining clear. One young girl, the daughter of a
- 10:03Speaker 1: woman who provided interpreting services to an American company, was
- 10:07Speaker 1: crushed to death. I felt pure terror, the woman told
- 10:10Speaker 1: The New York Times by phone. She said her whole
- 10:12Speaker 1: family was knocked over while trying to reach the gate
- 10:15Speaker 1: and at one point, she was kicked in the head,
- 10:16Speaker 1: her daughter was trampled in the chaos. I couldn't save her,
- 10:20Speaker 1: Joe Biden says, history will judge him as being right.
- 10:24Speaker 1: State Department spokesman at Price contradicting Joe Biden, saying, I
- 10:26Speaker 1: don't think anyone's de nine the reports of trapped Americans.
- 10:29Speaker 1: But hey, if we don't get you out by the
- 10:31Speaker 1: thirty first, we understand. Again, we're focused on getting this
- 10:34Speaker 1: done by August thirty first, depending on says, and we're
- 10:36Speaker 1: and we understand the Taliban's threat. Thank you, mister President.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Two questions for you. The military has secured the airport,
- 10:44Speaker 1: as you mentioned, but will you sign off on sending
- 10:46Speaker 1: US troops into Cobble to evacuate Americans who haven't been
- 10:49Speaker 1: able to get to the airports safely. We have no
- 10:53Speaker 1: indication that they haven't been able to get in Cobble
- 10:56Speaker 1: through the airport. We've made an agreement with the Taliband
- 10:59Speaker 1: thus far have allowed them to go through. It's a
- 11:01Speaker 1: they're interested them to go through. So we know of
- 11:04Speaker 1: no circumstance where American citizens are carrying an American passport
- 11:10Speaker 1: for trying to get through to the airport, but we
- 11:12Speaker 1: will do whatever it needs to be done to see
- 11:14Speaker 1: to what they get to the airport. And one more,
- 11:16Speaker 1: mister President. Last month, my colleague Martha Raditz interviewed Abdul
- 11:20Speaker 1: an interpreter who was on the front last it's important
- 11:23Speaker 1: to have these agreements, but it's also important that people
- 11:25Speaker 1: have access to the airport, and it continues to be
- 11:27Speaker 1: the case that many Afghans and many American citizens. He
- 11:31Speaker 1: has back it up to the last of his answer. Sorry,
- 11:34Speaker 1: there was a weird jump in there, as you can
- 11:35Speaker 1: hear it. And one more, mister President last month, Sorry
- 11:38Speaker 1: carrying an American passport for trying to get through to
- 11:41Speaker 1: the airport. But we will do whatever needs to be
- 11:44Speaker 1: done to see to what they get to the airport.
- 11:46Speaker 1: It's nothing more than psychotic, pathological line from the President
- 11:50Speaker 1: of the United States of America. No, it's not safe
- 11:52Speaker 1: to go to the airport. We've even told Americans to
- 11:55Speaker 1: not go to the airport. Now, we've told Americans because
- 11:57Speaker 1: of ISIS threats to stay in shelter in place. And
- 12:01Speaker 1: now the Pentagon is saying, well, we're focused on getting
- 12:04Speaker 1: this done by August thirty. First, there's no way you're
- 12:06Speaker 1: going to get this done by the thirty first unless
- 12:07Speaker 1: you go out and you gun run and you grab
- 12:10Speaker 1: Americans and you bring them back to the airport. That's
- 12:12Speaker 1: a fact. And the Pentagon has said, you're on the clock, folks,
- 12:15Speaker 1: you got eight more days. Good luck. Even the State
- 12:18Speaker 1: Department spokesman, as I mentioned a moment ago, contradicting Joe Biden,
- 12:23Speaker 1: now not even trying to lie anymore, right, Like he's
- 12:26Speaker 1: almost just trying to save his own credibility here, saying,
- 12:28Speaker 1: I don't think anyone's annoying reports of trapped Americans at
- 12:31Speaker 1: this point. The President says that there's no trapped Americans.
- 12:34Speaker 1: The President United States of America just said there was
- 12:37Speaker 1: no trapped Americans. It's important to have these agreements, but
- 12:41Speaker 1: it's also important that people have access to the airport.
- 12:43Speaker 1: And it continues to be the case that many Afghans
- 12:46Speaker 1: and many American citizens and lawful Primian residents as well
- 12:49Speaker 1: have not been able to get through. Are you denying
- 12:54Speaker 1: as the administration denying as the President did earlier? That
- 12:57Speaker 1: is that that is the case. So the State of
- 12:59Speaker 1: part I and just throwing your hands up there like
- 13:02Speaker 1: they can't even keep up with the delusional lying of
- 13:05Speaker 1: the president. They're just like, look, there's no one's in
- 13:08Speaker 1: nying these reports. Yes, there's American trap. We see all
- 13:10Speaker 1: the videos. We're talking to Taliban daily, hourly, We're in
- 13:13Speaker 1: constant contact with them. We know what's going on. We
- 13:15Speaker 1: have Americans pleading and begging for help, even the state
- 13:17Speaker 1: departments like, screw at Joe Biden. We don't know what
- 13:19Speaker 1: the hell you want us to say now, because we
- 13:20Speaker 1: can't even keep up with your lies. ABC News coming
- 13:24Speaker 1: out and attacking the President saying he's lying to you
- 13:26Speaker 1: as well. See if this audio message from a trapped teacher,
- 13:29Speaker 1: a US permanent residence who says even with a proper paperwork,
- 13:34Speaker 1: he couldn't get through for his safety, we're not naming him.
- 13:38Speaker 1: It is insane. There are people holding their American passports,
- 13:42Speaker 1: there are people that work with the Americans, and they're
- 13:45Speaker 1: not letting anyone in. We are in huge danger and
- 13:48Speaker 1: we need help. And with tens of thousands of Americans
- 13:51Speaker 1: and Afghans who've helped the US desperate to get silence
- 13:55Speaker 1: as effective as it can be managed, because we know
- 13:59Speaker 1: without a activeness with that order, we will be able
- 14:02Speaker 1: to bring as many people to safety and security as
- 14:05Speaker 1: we can. By the way, they're not doing that. That's
- 14:07Speaker 1: the State Department spokesman again contradicting the reports on the ground,
- 14:10Speaker 1: the video on the ground from ABC News. He's just saying, oh,
- 14:14Speaker 1: we're being effective. This goes back to that it's psychotic nature.
- 14:16Speaker 1: The president. Well, the history is going to judge me
- 14:20Speaker 1: that I'm right, By golly, history is you just so
- 14:22Speaker 1: you know, history is going to judge me that I
- 14:25Speaker 1: got this right. I'm the man in charge. I go
- 14:29Speaker 1: back to this just point of clarity from twenty ten
- 14:34Speaker 1: when Osama bin Laden warned his followers do not try
- 14:38Speaker 1: to take out Joe Biden because Joe Biden could not
- 14:42Speaker 1: lead to America, he said, and they would turn them
- 14:44Speaker 1: into crisis and turmoil. Keep him alive. Go after others,
- 14:49Speaker 1: but make sure you don't go after Joe Biden. That
- 14:51Speaker 1: was in twenty ten. I mean, Osam bin Laden was evil.
- 14:57Speaker 1: He was he was one of the most evil people
- 14:59Speaker 1: in through the world. But he wasn't an idiot. You
- 15:03Speaker 1: don't get to do what he did with being an idiot.
- 15:06Speaker 1: You can be crazy psychotic, right, I'm talking like Hitler's style.
- 15:09Speaker 1: But he even of some have been. Laden understood and
- 15:13Speaker 1: told Alcaida do not target Joe Biden because he believed
- 15:16Speaker 1: that his inheriting the presidency, if something were to happen
- 15:19Speaker 1: to Barack Obama, would quote lead the US into a crisis.
- 15:24Speaker 1: In a letter day of May of twenty ten, the
- 15:27Speaker 1: Alkada nine to eleven mastermind wrote that he had no
- 15:30Speaker 1: assassination plots against Biden because he deemed him totally unprepared
- 15:34Speaker 1: to lead the United States. He said, guys, don't go
- 15:40Speaker 1: after Biden. Instead, he urged followers to be on the
- 15:43Speaker 1: lookout for then President Obama. He told then there was
- 15:46Speaker 1: a high priority to target aircraft belonging to Obama and
- 15:50Speaker 1: then CIA Director David PETRAYUS, but he said they are
- 15:53Speaker 1: not to target visits by US Vice President Joe Biden.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Please don't. The reason for concentrating on them is that
- 16:02Speaker 1: Obama is ahead of the infidel and killing him automatically
- 16:06Speaker 1: makes Biden take over the presidency for the manager of
- 16:08Speaker 1: the term. These are Osama Bin Ladden's words, and as
- 16:12Speaker 1: it is the norm over there, referring to the US policy,
- 16:14Speaker 1: how our constitution works Biden quote unquote, this Osaman Laden
- 16:19Speaker 1: twenty ten is totally unprepared for that post, which will
- 16:21Speaker 1: lead the US into chaos. Osama bin Laden even got it.
- 16:27Speaker 1: American citizens being physically harassed, harmed by the Taliban. Pentagon
- 16:30Speaker 1: now confirming, yes, Americans are being harassed. Yes, Americans are
- 16:35Speaker 1: being beaten, but it's not happening a lot, It's just
- 16:38Speaker 1: happening some. The Biden administration is basically dismissing the beating
- 16:45Speaker 1: of Americans right now because they're acting like, what's not
- 16:48Speaker 1: happening like all day every day, It's just it's just
- 16:50Speaker 1: happening some and specifically acknowledge that Americans were being beaten
- 16:55Speaker 1: on their way to the airport. Can you give us
- 16:57Speaker 1: any more detail about what who these Americans are that
- 17:02Speaker 1: Senator Austin was talking about, courtA, We've actually been talking
- 17:05Speaker 1: about this for several days here here at this particular podium.
- 17:09Speaker 1: We we know of cases, a small number that we
- 17:13Speaker 1: know of. We don't have perfect visibility, but we know
- 17:15Speaker 1: of a small number of cases where some Americans and
- 17:19Speaker 1: uh and certainly, as the Secretary also said in that statement,
- 17:23Speaker 1: Afghans Afghans that we want to evacuate, not it wasn't
- 17:28Speaker 1: just Americans that he talked about. Have been harassed and
- 17:32Speaker 1: in some cases beaten. We don't believe it is a
- 17:34Speaker 1: very large number. And in a matter of fact, the
- 17:38Speaker 1: by the way, that's the part about again, the delusion
- 17:41Speaker 1: of this administration. Do you not think the Taliban is
- 17:44Speaker 1: testing us? Do you? Do you not think the Taliban
- 17:50Speaker 1: is looking at this and testing us in thinking themselves,
- 17:55Speaker 1: let's see what we can or cannot get away with, you,
- 18:02Speaker 1: don't I mean, they're not gonna go out and beat
- 18:04Speaker 1: a whole bunch of Americans the first time. They're gonna
- 18:06Speaker 1: be just some and see do we even do anything right? Right?
- 18:11Speaker 1: Do we do anything at all? That's what they're doing
- 18:15Speaker 1: right now. They're going, holy crap, guys, holy crap, we
- 18:26Speaker 1: can beat Americans, take away their passports. And this guy's
- 18:29Speaker 1: gonna do nothing. Joe Biden won't stop us. Why do
- 18:35Speaker 1: you think? Then twelve hours later, the Taliban says, we're
- 18:38Speaker 1: gonna We're gonna come after you, and we're going to
- 18:40Speaker 1: go after American systems. If you're not out by August
- 18:42Speaker 1: the thirty first, there will be hell to pay. If
- 18:45Speaker 1: you don't get out by August the thirty first. They
- 18:47Speaker 1: are testing us, and every time they test us. We're
- 18:49Speaker 1: doing nothing to push back. But this president wants you
- 18:54Speaker 1: to know he's right at all costs. He's right. This
- 18:56Speaker 1: is my legacy, this is my legacy. I'm in charge.
- 19:01Speaker 1: I'm the guy. I'm right. All of you shut up.
- 19:06Speaker 1: I'm the one that gets to make these decisions. You don't.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Joe Biden was also confronted with the results of a
- 19:14Speaker 1: new poll that says that Americans don't trust his competence.
- 19:17Speaker 1: This isn't political, this is his competence. Okay, they don't
- 19:21Speaker 1: trust his competence. And what are you say in response
- 19:25Speaker 1: to it? He laughed in your face, which actually following
- 19:29Speaker 1: up on Andrew's question, because the United States is now
- 19:32Speaker 1: negotiating with the Taliban over air fort access and such,
- 19:36Speaker 1: do you now trust them? And then a question on
- 19:39Speaker 1: the public response. A new poll out today shows Americans
- 19:42Speaker 1: wanted to withdraw from Afghanistan, but they disapprove of the
- 19:46Speaker 1: way you've handled it. Pole also found it based in
- 19:49Speaker 1: part and what's transpired in the last week. A majority
- 19:52Speaker 1: of Americans, and forgive me, I'm just the messenger, no
- 19:56Speaker 1: longer consider you to be competent, focused, or effective in
- 19:59Speaker 1: the job. I haven't seen that Pool, it's out there
- 20:03Speaker 1: from CBS this morning. What would you say to those America?
- 20:07Speaker 1: He laughs at you. By the way, there, I haven't
- 20:09Speaker 1: seen that pool. I'm competent, and history will judge me
- 20:13Speaker 1: as the brilliant man that got us out of this.
- 20:15Speaker 1: And I'm going to have that damn press conference on
- 20:18Speaker 1: September eleventh. It doesn't matter how many Americans die, because
- 20:21Speaker 1: long term, I'm going to be right and I'm not
- 20:23Speaker 1: going to move away. By the way, the Pentagon has
- 20:25Speaker 1: just come out telling the Taliban or plans saying there
- 20:27Speaker 1: are no plans for additional US forces because Joe Biden
- 20:31Speaker 1: said so, So let's just tell them everything we're gonna do,
- 20:34Speaker 1: folks who no longer believe it. Job, I had a
- 20:39Speaker 1: basic decision to make. I either withdraw America from a
- 20:45Speaker 1: twenty year war that, depending on whose analysis to accept,
- 20:49Speaker 1: cost US one hundred and fifty million dollars a day
- 20:52Speaker 1: for twenty years or three hundred million dollars a day
- 20:54Speaker 1: for twenty years. Both those numbers are lies, by the way,
- 20:57Speaker 1: but hey, let's keep going. Who you know I carry
- 21:00Speaker 1: this card to me every day, and who in fact
- 21:05Speaker 1: where we lost two thousand, four hundred and forty eight
- 21:08Speaker 1: Americans dead and twenty thousand and seven twenty two wounded.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Either increased the number of forces we keep, we keep
- 21:18Speaker 1: there and keep that going, all right, end the war?
- 21:22Speaker 1: And I decided to end the war. As I said
- 21:25Speaker 1: the other day, you know, the only reason we're in
- 21:28Speaker 1: Afghanistan is this is the place from which Ben Laden
- 21:31Speaker 1: attacked the United States of America. Had this been in
- 21:35Speaker 1: another and by the way, I'm just going to stop
- 21:37Speaker 1: there because it just goes down another crazy rabbit trail.
- 21:39Speaker 1: But my question is, so you're you're quoting how many
- 21:42Speaker 1: of you have died, and you're acting like you're a
- 21:44Speaker 1: hero because you're going to stop the deaths. But at
- 21:47Speaker 1: the same time, you're you're admitting now you're going to
- 21:49Speaker 1: add to the significant number of people that died. That
- 21:55Speaker 1: seems illogical, folks, That seems are you psychotic? How you
- 22:05Speaker 1: really can't have it both ways? I mean, really, which
- 22:09Speaker 1: one is it? Folks? Which one is it going to be? Here?
- 22:13Speaker 1: What is it? What is it that you're that you're
- 22:15Speaker 1: claiming here? What is it that you're saying here? Are
- 22:18Speaker 1: you saying that American lives are worth nothing? Because you
- 22:22Speaker 1: want to get out by the thirty first or are
- 22:23Speaker 1: you saying that American lives are worth saving right there?
- 22:28Speaker 1: Worth saving only the future lize but not the current ones.
- 22:33Speaker 1: There's no way to square this logic, which brings me
- 22:40Speaker 1: back to the man who killed Osama Bin Laden. Robert
- 22:45Speaker 1: O'Neill is the man that killed Osam Bin Laden. This
- 22:48Speaker 1: is a guy that doesn't talk on TV for a living,
- 22:50Speaker 1: so you can hear that he gets frustrated in a
- 22:52Speaker 1: couple of times. His words aren't coming out exactly the
- 22:54Speaker 1: way probably he wanted them to because he's so angry
- 22:57Speaker 1: over what's happening right now, and he is saying what
- 22:59Speaker 1: so many others are say. Marcos Latrelle, the lone survivor
- 23:03Speaker 1: who has become such a famous person, just said, look,
- 23:05Speaker 1: I don't care if the politics. Just let us go
- 23:06Speaker 1: do our jobs. Just let us go get these men
- 23:09Speaker 1: and women who are being attacked by the Taliban, who
- 23:12Speaker 1: could be taken hostage by ISIS and al Qaeda, who
- 23:14Speaker 1: could beheaded. Just let us go get him. We don't
- 23:17Speaker 1: leave people behind. That's what Mark has said. And Robert O'Neil,
- 23:20Speaker 1: the man that put the bullet in Osambin Laden, he
- 23:23Speaker 1: said it the same way. Just let us do our job.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Man who killed Osama Bin Laden, Rob O'Neill. Rob, good
- 23:28Speaker 1: to see you. I want to start with this. There's
- 23:31Speaker 1: a report out today. It's in the Washington Examiner's by
- 23:34Speaker 1: Tom Rogan, and it says that Major General Christopher Donohue
- 23:39Speaker 1: of the United States military has said to his British counterparts, hey,
- 23:43Speaker 1: could just stop what you're doing. You're beginning to embarrass
- 23:47Speaker 1: the United States of America. In other words, stop kicking ass,
- 23:51Speaker 1: stop going in there and saving your people, because you're
- 23:54Speaker 1: making us look bad. What's your response, Rob, Hey, good
- 23:59Speaker 1: at talk with will. Thanks for having me. My response
- 24:02Speaker 1: is simple. I'm a big believer in the acronym kiss,
- 24:05Speaker 1: keep it simple, stupid. And I was talking to another
- 24:10Speaker 1: Seal Team six operator with whom I've served for twenty
- 24:12Speaker 1: years and I'm just gonna call him Tiny, and Tiny
- 24:16Speaker 1: told me the response, here's how you get the Americans out, Tiny,
- 24:19Speaker 1: smash with hammer and that's it. And I have nothing
- 24:23Speaker 1: but love for the Brits and the Germans and the
- 24:25Speaker 1: French who have the stones to get out there. Look,
- 24:31Speaker 1: I don't want to be in charge, but if I was, oh,
- 24:33Speaker 1: I want to get the Americans. Cool, give me nine guys.
- 24:36Speaker 1: I'm gonna walk through the streets and I'm gonna kill
- 24:38Speaker 1: everyone I see, and I'm gonna grab the Americans. It
- 24:40Speaker 1: is not difficult, but we have these people who are
- 24:43Speaker 1: in charge that are a disgrace. I'm amazed that there
- 24:46Speaker 1: hasn't been at least thirty generals and admirals that haven't
- 24:49Speaker 1: resigned or been fired today. But we won't because we
- 24:53Speaker 1: have a commander in chief that was put there through
- 24:55Speaker 1: whatever happened at four in the morning on election night.
- 24:58Speaker 1: This is nonsense. It's insult thing. Every veteran Marine airman
- 25:02Speaker 1: and Navy Sea hill coast guards. But everyone I've talked
- 25:06Speaker 1: to today, all they tell me is they feel gross.
- 25:10Speaker 1: And that's how you should feel. You should feel gross.
- 25:12Speaker 1: We don't ask the Taliban permission. You know what we do.
- 25:15Speaker 1: We kick their ass. That's it. Yeah, Rob, you have
- 25:18Speaker 1: firsthand experience with the Taliban. So when you hear the
- 25:20Speaker 1: President of the United States say we need to work
- 25:22Speaker 1: with them or trust them to usher Americans to the airport,
- 25:25Speaker 1: is that comport with what you not only have witnessed,
- 25:29Speaker 1: but what you have encountered. I don't know I'm very,
- 25:34Speaker 1: very angry because over four hundred combat missions and so
- 25:37Speaker 1: many different fields of combat, I have never once lost
- 25:41Speaker 1: a fight. My team has never lost a fight. I
- 25:42Speaker 1: don't know any marine who's lost a fight and then
- 25:45Speaker 1: includes the Taliban when when we meet him face to face,
- 25:47Speaker 1: we crush them. We were pretty good for the past
- 25:50Speaker 1: four and a half years and impeaching a president for
- 25:52Speaker 1: no reason. If anything deserves an impeachment, it's right now
- 25:56Speaker 1: because we don't do this. I don't. We don't ask
- 25:58Speaker 1: the enemy for permission. We go in there, we crush them.
- 26:01Speaker 1: We win every single time. And you don't ask the
- 26:06Speaker 1: Taliban for permission. You go in and you win. And
- 26:12Speaker 1: by the way, Marcus Latrelle, you know the guy the
- 26:15Speaker 1: Loan Survivor movie, the last guy, the loan survivor in
- 26:18Speaker 1: that group that was killed by the Taliban by Al Qaida.
- 26:23Speaker 1: He was on Fox and Friends and he's saying the
- 26:26Speaker 1: exact same thing. Just let us do our job. Listen
- 26:29Speaker 1: to what he said you. I can't even imagine what
- 26:33Speaker 1: you're thinking. Because you deployed to Afghanistan with your Navy
- 26:37Speaker 1: Seal team. Y'all were all attacked by the Taliban and
- 26:40Speaker 1: you were the loan survivor what's going through your mind
- 26:43Speaker 1: when you're watching these images. I have that same feeling
- 26:47Speaker 1: most everybody else does. It's kind of like watching the
- 26:50Speaker 1: end of a movie that turned bad on you. I mean,
- 26:53Speaker 1: we ultimately, I think it's the fact that we worked
- 26:56Speaker 1: so hard over there to prove to the American people
- 26:58Speaker 1: that we would do our jobs, and by looking at that,
- 27:01Speaker 1: I was like, we didn't do anything. And I kind
- 27:03Speaker 1: of understand that. But I've been in that exact situation,
- 27:06Speaker 1: not only just being there, but was left there, and
- 27:09Speaker 1: I was all I could think about was getting here,
- 27:12Speaker 1: and America is not just only a place, that's the people.
- 27:15Speaker 1: All I wanted to do was just getting back here
- 27:17Speaker 1: to y'all. They literally had people falling off of the
- 27:20Speaker 1: outside of aircraft just to get here too. Our people,
- 27:23Speaker 1: they're only familiar with our uniform people, and when they
- 27:26Speaker 1: don't understand how amazing grace America's people is just the
- 27:30Speaker 1: best there is. And these people are trying to get
- 27:33Speaker 1: here and they're not. We're talking about Americans. The ultimate
- 27:37Speaker 1: feeling that we have is that we left people behind,
- 27:39Speaker 1: and we don't do that. I was out there by
- 27:42Speaker 1: myself in a hole about the size or the dimensions
- 27:46Speaker 1: of underneath the couch y'all are sitting on, and y'all
- 27:48Speaker 1: found me. Okay, y'all sent the entire army to come
- 27:51Speaker 1: get me, and we have about you said, ten thousand
- 27:54Speaker 1: of us sitting over there. Well, then we need to
- 27:55Speaker 1: go get them. And I understand that's something that and
- 28:00Speaker 1: it should happen like that. Marcus, there's just one of
- 28:03Speaker 1: us over there. You go get them. How can we
- 28:05Speaker 1: do it, Marcus, we're America. Call up still one to
- 28:10Speaker 1: get the expendables online or something. Just send us back
- 28:12Speaker 1: in there. We can do it. That's not the brother problems,
- 28:15Speaker 1: not whether or not we can do that job. We'll
- 28:16Speaker 1: drop right in there and pull everybody out. We can
- 28:19Speaker 1: do whatever y'all wants to. It's just up to the
- 28:21Speaker 1: American people how far you want to let us go.
- 28:24Speaker 1: It's always been that way. Y'all set the standards and
- 28:26Speaker 1: the rules for us, and we implement them. And it's
- 28:29Speaker 1: when we don't get a chance to perform in our
- 28:31Speaker 1: duties and do the best that we can for you all,
- 28:33Speaker 1: that it actually affects us hurts. And that's what most
- 28:35Speaker 1: of us are feeling. Well, then, what's your message to
- 28:38Speaker 1: the president. What's your message to Joe Biden. I'm praying
- 28:43Speaker 1: for you, sir, do the best you can get that
- 28:45Speaker 1: g I Joe on, come on, we got some We've
- 28:47Speaker 1: got some boys and girls still over there. Man. We
- 28:48Speaker 1: got to go get them. We got to go get them,
- 28:50Speaker 1: and we're doing that. I think the American people need
- 28:53Speaker 1: to take a deep breath. We got to. We've been
- 28:54Speaker 1: through a lot, and this just kind of added fuel
- 28:57Speaker 1: to it, to the fire. So I tell all of
- 29:00Speaker 1: our people out there, just take a deep breath, relax,
- 29:03Speaker 1: and I know that's tough, but we'll handle this. We'll
- 29:06Speaker 1: get it done, and even if the right things aren't
- 29:09Speaker 1: happening right now, we'll shift course. We're a big machine
- 29:12Speaker 1: and we want to do the best we can for y'all.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Always believe that anybody in the uniform, we are trying
- 29:17Speaker 1: our level best to make y'all just honored to be, uh,
- 29:21Speaker 1: you know, to have us. The problem is, Marcus, the
- 29:24Speaker 1: commanders are Joe Biden's not calling on them to go
- 29:27Speaker 1: in there and get these people. He hasn't he hasn't
- 29:30Speaker 1: given our military those orders. And it's hard to take
- 29:33Speaker 1: a deep breath when you know that women and men
- 29:35Speaker 1: are over there so terrified that they're not coming home.
- 29:40Speaker 1: They are, they're terrified. Like I said, I've been there
- 29:43Speaker 1: and I was trained, and I was scared. And if
- 29:46Speaker 1: they're in you need to go get them. You need
- 29:52Speaker 1: to go get our people. That's what I'll say. Everyone
- 29:56Speaker 1: else is tearing the administration to I don't do that.
- 29:58Speaker 1: I don't come at people like that. It's not my business.
- 30:00Speaker 1: I don't mean. There's plenty of people to do that.
- 30:03Speaker 1: I will say this, We're the most powerful thing down here,
- 30:06Speaker 1: and you can go get them if you want to,
- 30:08Speaker 1: or you don't have I mean you don't. It's your
- 30:11Speaker 1: decisions there, make one. You can hear it in Marcus's
- 30:18Speaker 1: voice there. The guy's heartbroken that we're letting Americans sit
- 30:21Speaker 1: there to be killed, murdered, beheaded, attacked, beaten, and Joe
- 30:26Speaker 1: Biden is refusing to allow them to do their job
- 30:29Speaker 1: because he just wants to be right. When you come
- 30:32Speaker 1: out when this many Americans are trapped behind enemy lines,
- 30:34Speaker 1: and you look at the American people and you say,
- 30:37Speaker 1: in a psychotic manner, I'm the rational, logical and I'm
- 30:40Speaker 1: the guy making the right decision, and history will judge
- 30:43Speaker 1: me as basically being brilliant. Those are his words. When
- 30:48Speaker 1: you're in state departments having to contradict you, the Pentagon's
- 30:50Speaker 1: having to contradict you, say the same thing I said
- 30:54Speaker 1: to you every day when I end this show, Pray
- 30:56Speaker 1: for the people in Afghanistan, Pray for our soldiers. Pray
- 30:59Speaker 1: that people pull around Joe Biden will get him to
- 31:01Speaker 1: open his eyes and realize that we have to do
- 31:04Speaker 1: more than what we're doing right now to save lives.
- 31:07Speaker 1: We need everybody that has access to Joe Biden to
- 31:09Speaker 1: be putting pressure on the present to change course. Just
- 31:12Speaker 1: like Marcus Latrelle said, make sure you share this podcast
- 31:15Speaker 1: with your family and friends. Please write us a review,
- 31:18Speaker 1: and most importantly, share this podcast to our your family
- 31:21Speaker 1: and friends. I'll see you back here tomorrow.
