- 0:01Speaker 1: Anheuser Busch products are under the spotlight right now for
- 0:09Speaker 1: going woke in a really big way. When I say
- 0:12Speaker 1: in a really big way, like this is big. Okay,
- 0:16Speaker 1: you have bud Light that now has got a dude
- 0:22Speaker 1: dressed like a chick on cans. They did this to
- 0:31Speaker 1: go woke and to try to reach out to the
- 0:33Speaker 1: LGBTQI A community. I get it. I know why they're
- 0:36Speaker 1: doing it, but this ad that they have done is pretty,
- 0:40Speaker 1: in my opinion, aggressive and stupid. I tweeted out, I'll
- 0:45Speaker 1: drink a Zema before I will ever drink a bud
- 0:49Speaker 1: Light again. This bud Light commercial that she is in
- 1:00Speaker 1: is really creepy. Bud Light has decided to hire this
- 1:10Speaker 1: dude who's dressed like a chick named Dylan mulvaney for
- 1:14Speaker 1: a March Madness ad, and bud Light sent this dude
- 1:21Speaker 1: dressed like a chick in a bathtub, shaking his stuff
- 1:25Speaker 1: with bud Light cans, dancing in a bra and talking
- 1:29Speaker 1: about drinking bud Light. Now, this person is a trans influencer.
- 1:35Speaker 1: It's someone who clearly is dealing with the mental health issue,
- 1:38Speaker 1: believing that he is a chick and now has landed
- 1:42Speaker 1: this campaign and this campaign they want you to be
- 1:45Speaker 1: really excited about because this dude dressed like a chick
- 1:50Speaker 1: sit sat with a bunch of bud Light in front
- 1:52Speaker 1: of her AND's like, hey, they sent me bud Light, right,
- 1:55Speaker 1: this is We're so excited they sent me bud Light
- 2:01Speaker 1: and they're doing this to sell their crappy beer. I'm
- 2:06Speaker 1: not gonna drink bud Light anymore. Okay, I'm not. You
- 2:10Speaker 1: put a trans woman on a beer can, and I'm
- 2:12Speaker 1: not a big drinker anyway, but I will never drink
- 2:15Speaker 1: a bud Light again. After seeing this kid, Rock came
- 2:19Speaker 1: out and took his guns to his cases a bud
- 2:23Speaker 1: Light and said, I'll never drink this crap again. When
- 2:27Speaker 1: you have a transgendered person becoming the new brand ambassador
- 2:31Speaker 1: for bud Light, and you got a dude in a
- 2:34Speaker 1: bathtub acting like a chick and telling me I need
- 2:36Speaker 1: to drink that bud Light, I'm not drinking it. I'm
- 2:39Speaker 1: tired of this wokeness. Now there, you have a decision
- 2:43Speaker 1: to make as a consumer. Are you gonna continue Are
- 2:50Speaker 1: you going to continue to give your money to these
- 2:55Speaker 1: woke companies or are you going to stand up for
- 3:00Speaker 1: what you believe in and say no. Now, Budweiser says,
- 3:03Speaker 1: this is this is authentic. This is what they want
- 3:05Speaker 1: America to be. They believe this is important. They've given
- 3:08Speaker 1: her this this you know, trans ad like, this is
- 3:12Speaker 1: it right? Like this is what they want to do.
- 3:14Speaker 1: They wanted a dude who's dressed like a chick on
- 3:20Speaker 1: a bud Light can, and they did it. They say
- 3:23Speaker 1: they're proud of this moment. And if they are proud
- 3:25Speaker 1: of it, great good for them. I don't have an
- 3:27Speaker 1: issue with them deciding to do this. I'm just not
- 3:29Speaker 1: going to give them my money. Now. There's others that
- 3:33Speaker 1: have said, well, Ben, you're being transphobic. No, I'm not.
- 3:37Speaker 1: It's twenty six year old dude man who dresses up
- 3:40Speaker 1: like a little girl and pretends to be a woman
- 3:42Speaker 1: who they put on a beer can. I'm not buying
- 3:45Speaker 1: that product. That's not transphoma. I'm not drinking beer out
- 3:50Speaker 1: of a bud Light can with a dude dressed like
- 3:52Speaker 1: a little girl on it. I'm not doing it. And
- 3:56Speaker 1: bud Light has gone all in woke on this. Just
- 3:58Speaker 1: so you understand that they have gone all in. They
- 4:03Speaker 1: have decided that a dude in a bathtub, acting like
- 4:06Speaker 1: a chick drinking bud Light is good for their brand,
- 4:08Speaker 1: and fine, good luck doing it, because you have alienated
- 4:11Speaker 1: your customer base now, which is I would assume some
- 4:14Speaker 1: people that are like me. Now, you look at this
- 4:18Speaker 1: dude dress like a chick and he does all these
- 4:20Speaker 1: videos and they're really creepy of him dress like a
- 4:22Speaker 1: little girl. It freaks me out and it's not normal.
- 4:26Speaker 1: And we're trying to like make this normal in America now.
- 4:28Speaker 1: And that's part of what bud Light's doing here. Their
- 4:31Speaker 1: ad agency is like, all right, we want to be
- 4:33Speaker 1: a leader and we want to go woke, and so
- 4:35Speaker 1: this is how you go woke. I'm not going to
- 4:39Speaker 1: give my money to companies like this, And there's other
- 4:44Speaker 1: people I know that are gonna say, okay, I'm not
- 4:46Speaker 1: going to until they get to a game. Now, let
- 4:50Speaker 1: me give you a perfect scenario of what I'm talking about.
- 4:53Speaker 1: You go to a game and they only serve Budweiser, Right,
- 4:57Speaker 1: they don't give you many options. Are you going to
- 5:00Speaker 1: buy a beer at the game because you're gonna say, screwed,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I want to I want to drink a beer. Well,
- 5:04Speaker 1: you're that's that's when it comes down to are you
- 5:08Speaker 1: or are you not going to stand up for what
- 5:10Speaker 1: you believe in? Like that that's the real part here
- 5:14Speaker 1: that you need to understand. Like it's gonna be one
- 5:16Speaker 1: way or the other. Okay, there is no in between
- 5:21Speaker 1: on this one. It's gonna be one way or the other.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And that is where we get lazy. Budweiser, by the way,
- 5:31Speaker 1: is not annies are bush. They're not lazy, but Lights
- 5:34Speaker 1: not being lazy. Like they've gone all in against traditional
- 5:37Speaker 1: family values. And you may laugh about that, and you
- 5:40Speaker 1: may say, well, it's a beer company. Okay, that's fine,
- 5:44Speaker 1: But are you gonna give your money to a beer
- 5:45Speaker 1: company that's trying to influence society in extreme ways like this?
- 5:50Speaker 1: Now it may mean that you may actually have to,
- 5:52Speaker 1: like I don't know, man up and not drink a
- 5:54Speaker 1: beer for once. Right, But this is bud Light's new it.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Girl is a dude, not a girl. Okay, it's a dude.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Can let that. Let that sink in, folks, Okay, it's
- 6:10Speaker 1: a dude. Bud Light snow It girl is a dude.
- 6:14Speaker 1: They're trying to normalize trans and they're doing this because
- 6:19Speaker 1: they believe that most beer drinkers are not gonna say no.
- 6:26Speaker 1: That's part of this, okay. They believe that you are
- 6:30Speaker 1: gonna be too lazy to say no because there are
- 6:33Speaker 1: too many scenarios where there's bud Light there and you're
- 6:36Speaker 1: just gonna say, yeah, screw it, I'll drink it. Sporting
- 6:40Speaker 1: of It's is a great example of this. They usually
- 6:42Speaker 1: don't have Miller Light and bud Light, right, they usually
- 6:44Speaker 1: are owned. It's like pepsi and coke. Right, you usually
- 6:47Speaker 1: get one and that's all you get. You get one
- 6:52Speaker 1: and you pick it, and there's people they're gonna say, ah,
- 6:56Speaker 1: I want to get hammered or I want to fill
- 6:58Speaker 1: a buzz when I go to my Tiger's game. As
- 7:01Speaker 1: do you know at the forum? I can't remember the
- 7:03Speaker 1: FedEx forum or is it is it Miller or I mean,
- 7:06Speaker 1: is it Miller Light or is it bud Light? Do
- 7:08Speaker 1: you remember? You think it's I think it's bud Light. Yeah,
- 7:13Speaker 1: it was bud all right. So there's a great there's
- 7:15Speaker 1: your great example. You go to a game, are you
- 7:17Speaker 1: gonna not drink a beer to take a stand against
- 7:20Speaker 1: bud Light. You're gonna say, I don't care, keep throwing
- 7:22Speaker 1: chicks on beer cans or keep throwing dudes. It looked
- 7:24Speaker 1: like chicks on beer cans. Bud Light's gotta dude dressed
- 7:29Speaker 1: like a chick? Is there a new spokeswoman? So the
- 7:32Speaker 1: question now is are you gonna keep drinking bud Light?
- 7:37Speaker 1: They're going all woke on us now, right with us transgenderism.
- 7:42Speaker 1: I don't believe that it's diversity to exploit people with
- 7:46Speaker 1: mental health issues who believe that they're in the opposite
- 7:49Speaker 1: sex of what they actually are. I don't think you
- 7:53Speaker 1: exploit that. Look what happened in Nashville because people exploited
- 7:59Speaker 1: diverse t The shooter identified as a dude was really
- 8:04Speaker 1: a chick, and there were people that encourage that mental
- 8:07Speaker 1: health issue. The World Health Organization, before they went woke,
- 8:11Speaker 1: used to identify transcenderism as a mental health issue. It
- 8:14Speaker 1: should be treated as a mental health issue. I have
- 8:16Speaker 1: compassion for people like that, but I'm not going to
- 8:18Speaker 1: encourage it. The World Health Organization, doctors and psychiatrists have
- 8:23Speaker 1: said over and over again that they believe it. Studies
- 8:27Speaker 1: that we've seen at Harvard and Yale that there are
- 8:30Speaker 1: real mental health issues with people that believe that they're
- 8:33Speaker 1: the opposite sex of what they actually are. We even
- 8:36Speaker 1: know for a fact that of men and women who
- 8:39Speaker 1: have tried to change their sex, after they think they're
- 8:44Speaker 1: going to become happy and they've gone through again a
- 8:47Speaker 1: full sex change okay, all the hormones, all the surgeries, everything,
- 8:52Speaker 1: that this suicide rate is still extremely high even after
- 8:57Speaker 1: the completion, which goes back to the big lie that, oh, well,
- 9:01Speaker 1: if you can just be who you want to be
- 9:03Speaker 1: and who you identify as and who you are, that
- 9:06Speaker 1: somehow then you're going to be happy. We also know
- 9:09Speaker 1: that the suicide rate among those who identify as transgender
- 9:14Speaker 1: is extremely high compared to the rest of society. And
- 9:18Speaker 1: even after they get what they claim that they want,
- 9:20Speaker 1: right after they get what they claim they need, which
- 9:23Speaker 1: is the sex change operation everything else that goes along
- 9:26Speaker 1: with it, the suicide rate is exactly the same as
- 9:28Speaker 1: it was before you went through the operation. So I
- 9:32Speaker 1: go back to the point that I made earlier. I'm
- 9:35Speaker 1: not going to celebrate someone's suffering and encourage more of it.
- 9:41Speaker 1: If I don't agree with what my son is doing
- 9:45Speaker 1: in life, that I'm immediately ostracizing him and hating him.
- 9:49Speaker 1: It's not the case at all, I can have compassion
- 9:52Speaker 1: for a child and disagree with the decision that they make.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I don't. I'm not going to ostracize my child. But
- 10:01Speaker 1: I can disagree with it and I cannot encourage it.
- 10:04Speaker 1: That's the job of parents. When my kid comes in
- 10:07Speaker 1: and says, I only want to eat candy, Am I
- 10:10Speaker 1: ostracizing him? If I say no, you're not going to
- 10:12Speaker 1: only eat candy. When my kid says I don't eat vegetables?
- 10:17Speaker 1: Am I ostracizing him? Am I a bigot because I
- 10:20Speaker 1: say no, you're gonna eat your broccoli. If I disagree
- 10:23Speaker 1: with something, that there's only one thing that I can be,
- 10:26Speaker 1: which is your bigot, racist, homopho, anti lgbtqia. Right, So
- 10:31Speaker 1: I refuse to function in that deranged world. I have
- 10:36Speaker 1: friends that are gay, lesbian, transgendered, and bisexual. They know
- 10:40Speaker 1: where I stand. I don't ostracize them. I disagree with
- 10:44Speaker 1: their lifestyle. Does that mean that I hate them? No?
- 10:47Speaker 1: I mean I can't break bread with them. No. Does
- 10:50Speaker 1: that mean that I have excommunicated them from my family?
- 10:54Speaker 1: I have family member scale lesbian. Does that mean that
- 10:57Speaker 1: I can't have Christmas with them, or think giving with them,
- 11:00Speaker 1: or have a relationship with them. See, that's the difference,
- 11:03Speaker 1: and that if you don't, if you choose the opposite
- 11:06Speaker 1: of what I'm telling you, that you have to choose right,
- 11:09Speaker 1: that you're a bigot a racist, that's not the case.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I'm not going to buy into that. I don't have to, Joe.
- 11:15Speaker 1: If my kid comes to me today and says, Daddy,
- 11:17Speaker 1: I'm a horse, I'm gonna say, no, you're not. Does
- 11:18Speaker 1: that mean that I'm a bigot towards horses? No, just
- 11:21Speaker 1: means I'm not an idiot. If your son comes in
- 11:24Speaker 1: today and you think the only way you can be
- 11:27Speaker 1: a good father is to agree with whatever your son
- 11:29Speaker 1: quote identifies as. So, if my kid comes in today
- 11:32Speaker 1: and says I'm a horse, and I say, no, you're not,
- 11:35Speaker 1: does that if you go with that, Yes, I do
- 11:38Speaker 1: believe you're an idiot. In fact, I would even make
- 11:41Speaker 1: it even more PC by saying, I believe that you
- 11:43Speaker 1: identify at that point as an idiot. And you can't
- 11:46Speaker 1: tell me that I'm wrong because I said identify, right,
- 11:49Speaker 1: because that's the new word you can use to just
- 11:51Speaker 1: fix anything. I believe that you identify as an idiot
- 11:54Speaker 1: if that's what you believe Yes, bud Light has decided
- 11:58Speaker 1: to put a dude dressed like a chick on their
- 12:00Speaker 1: beer cans. Will you continue to drink bud Light? This say,
- 12:03Speaker 1: is their new spokeswoman, who's actually a dude dressed like
- 12:06Speaker 1: a young little girl who's super creepy. This is their
- 12:09Speaker 1: new outreach. They're proud, they say bud Light and heiser
- 12:13Speaker 1: Busch to do this. Bud Light confirms a brand official
- 12:17Speaker 1: brand partnership with a dude Dylan mulvaney aimed to quote
- 12:21Speaker 1: authentically connect with various demographics. Representatives for bud Light, brand
- 12:26Speaker 1: owned by Anheuser Busch, confirmed the brand partnership with transidentity
- 12:30Speaker 1: activists Dylan mulvaney after followers speculator the whole thing could
- 12:34Speaker 1: be in April Fool's Day prank. It wasn't, and Heiser
- 12:38Speaker 1: Busch worked with hundreds of influencers across our brands as
- 12:41Speaker 1: one of many ways to authentically connect with audiences across
- 12:44Speaker 1: the various demographics and passion points. A spokesperson said, from
- 12:48Speaker 1: time to time, we produce unique commemorative cans for fans
- 12:51Speaker 1: and their brand influencers like Dylan. This commat commemorative can
- 12:56Speaker 1: was a gift to celebrate a personal milestone. It's not
- 12:58Speaker 1: for sale to the general public. Well Vanny, who boast
- 13:02Speaker 1: more than ten million followers on TikTok post, posted a
- 13:05Speaker 1: video advertising the beer companies March Madness content, offering customers
- 13:08Speaker 1: a chance to win fifteen thousand dollars. The influencer dressed
- 13:12Speaker 1: like Audrey Hepburn's character in Breakfast at Tiffany's while drinking
- 13:15Speaker 1: bud Light and claiming not to understand what March Madness is,
- 13:19Speaker 1: which is also incredibly sexist and condescending towards women. Another
- 13:23Speaker 1: video showed the activists in the bathtub with a sack
- 13:25Speaker 1: of bud Light nearby, dancing to hold music. This was
- 13:29Speaker 1: a rift on the bud Light's commercial that debuted at
- 13:32Speaker 1: the Super Bowl in February. This dude dressed like a
- 13:36Speaker 1: chick Mulvanny showed off a personalized beer can commemorating one
- 13:41Speaker 1: year of the Days of Girlhood series. Social media users
- 13:45Speaker 1: reacted strongly, with many calling for boycotts of the brand.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Kid Rock posts the videos showing himself shooting several cases
- 13:50Speaker 1: of bud Light and using profanity while referencing the brand.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Bud Light made a mockery of women by partnering with
- 13:58Speaker 1: transgender activists, a biological male who makes a living exploiting
- 14:02Speaker 1: what it means to be a woman. Our Kick writer
- 14:04Speaker 1: David Hoodstead said, we can't even drink beer in America
- 14:07Speaker 1: anymore without woke politics being involved. Blank water masquerading as
- 14:12Speaker 1: beer hires a man masquerading as woman. Is how another
- 14:16Speaker 1: person put it on social media. Hey, by lightning hudzer
- 14:19Speaker 1: bush and enjoy authentically connecting with your smaller audience. The
- 14:22Speaker 1: majority of US won't tolerate you erasing women with this
- 14:26Speaker 1: woke bs. A third user set Welvanny, has partner with
- 14:31Speaker 1: multiple national brands for advertising campaigns including Kitchen Aid, Kind Snacks,
- 14:37Speaker 1: wedding dress brand ass This is the Dude Native, Matt Cosmetics,
- 14:43Speaker 1: and others. The influencer was also invited the White House
- 14:45Speaker 1: to discussed transgender issues with President Joe Biden. This is
- 14:50Speaker 1: like the new person of the woke agenda. This is
- 14:53Speaker 1: the part that I'm just refusing to back down from.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Now is this idea And they argue, they're like, oh,
- 14:59Speaker 1: well you do it. So if you just if your
- 15:01Speaker 1: kid did this, Look if my kid and I did
- 15:05Speaker 1: everything I could to raise them the right way. And
- 15:07Speaker 1: my kid can of me was like, hey, I'm a
- 15:09Speaker 1: I'm a chick. I'd be like, no, you're not like
- 15:11Speaker 1: and they're like, yeah, you are, and I'm like, no, no,
- 15:14Speaker 1: you're not like. Same way that if my kid came
- 15:16Speaker 1: to me and said I'm a pony. No, you're not
- 15:18Speaker 1: a pony. Your job as a parent is to guide
- 15:21Speaker 1: your kid down the road, and when they get off
- 15:23Speaker 1: the road, you'd help dust them off and put them
- 15:24Speaker 1: back on the road. But this, this, this whole, this
- 15:27Speaker 1: whole idea that you're a good parent if and only
- 15:32Speaker 1: if you support every stupid idea that your kid advocates
- 15:37Speaker 1: for it. That's what drives me insane, Like we've got
- 15:41Speaker 1: to do a better job of when companies stick it
- 15:44Speaker 1: in her eye this way and push extremism, and that's
- 15:47Speaker 1: what this is. This is extremism that we say no,
- 15:52Speaker 1: but the light's gone and woke there now pushing a dude,
- 15:55Speaker 1: mocking chicks as their news spokes woman for bud Light.
- 16:02Speaker 1: They even gave her own beer can a dude just
- 16:05Speaker 1: like a little girl on a bud Light beer can.
- 16:10Speaker 1: That's happening. I will make my life more difficult not
- 16:15Speaker 1: to give a woke company my money that's trying to
- 16:19Speaker 1: change and alter my children's lives, like I will do it.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I'm just I'm all in now. I it's screw you,
- 16:25Speaker 1: and you're going to war with my family. I will
- 16:28Speaker 1: absolutely make sure you never get a dime of my money.
- 16:31Speaker 1: That includes hotels, that includes airlines, that includes any I
- 16:35Speaker 1: don't care what it is. You come after my family
- 16:39Speaker 1: and you try to alter and change my family. You
- 16:43Speaker 1: declared war. I didn't. But when you declare war on
- 16:47Speaker 1: my family and trying to influence my family with this
- 16:51Speaker 1: type of crap, it is going to be game on.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Like I'm gonna come after you the same way with
- 16:56Speaker 1: none of my money, and I will let everyone know.
- 16:58Speaker 1: It's like Disney, We've had the fight in this house.
- 17:01Speaker 1: I'm not giving a damn dime to Disney. They came
- 17:03Speaker 1: after my family, Okay, they came after my family with
- 17:06Speaker 1: all this woke transgenderism and all this other lgbt QIA
- 17:11Speaker 1: crap and and trying to force kids into you know,
- 17:17Speaker 1: supporting lgbt QIA, with all these mandates of how many
- 17:21Speaker 1: characters are gonna be gay or lesbian or transgender, and
- 17:24Speaker 1: lead roles. I'm done. Like, that's that's it. You lost
- 17:28Speaker 1: me there. We've had this subanda going to Disney. I'm like,
- 17:31Speaker 1: I'm not going. I mean we've had you know that.
- 17:33Speaker 1: I call it the throwdown mom my husband, wife fight
- 17:36Speaker 1: over this. I'm like, I'm not going to give Disney
- 17:40Speaker 1: my money. I'm not going to Disney World. I'm not
- 17:45Speaker 1: going to look the other way. And there's a hell
- 17:48Speaker 1: of a lot of Christians out there, by the way
- 17:50Speaker 1: that are doing this. It drives me in saying they're like, oh,
- 17:52Speaker 1: let's go to church on Sunday, let's send up for
- 17:54Speaker 1: tradition of valleys. What are you doing over spring break?
- 17:56Speaker 1: Going to Disney. I'm like, so you're gonna go give
- 17:58Speaker 1: your money probably ten grand this week to a company
- 18:02Speaker 1: that is trying to change your kids sex, Like, there's
- 18:05Speaker 1: places to go on spring break. We had this debate
- 18:08Speaker 1: last year. We ended up going to bass Pro up
- 18:11Speaker 1: in you know that, and the kids, guess what, had
- 18:14Speaker 1: a great time. I just I don't understand it. There's
- 18:17Speaker 1: other Disney. I will say as to parents real quick
- 18:20Speaker 1: on Disney. Your kids don't know Disney World's important. You're
- 18:24Speaker 1: the one that makes it important because you have this
- 18:26Speaker 1: ideal in your head that you should have that moment
- 18:30Speaker 1: with your kid at the teacups that you have with
- 18:32Speaker 1: your parents. You're the one that makes it important. I've
- 18:35Speaker 1: had this debate with my own family members. You know,
- 18:37Speaker 1: we went to Big Seater Lodge, Bass Pro Shops place
- 18:41Speaker 1: last spring break. My kids had the time of their lives.
- 18:45Speaker 1: We were outside, we were into boat, we were on
- 18:47Speaker 1: the lake, we played golf, We did all the things
- 18:50Speaker 1: that you can do on spring break, and none of
- 18:52Speaker 1: them are like, why aren't we at Disney. If you
- 18:55Speaker 1: don't prioritize Disney, your kids will care less about Disney.
- 18:58Speaker 1: You're the one that as this fantasy of showing up
- 19:01Speaker 1: with your kid at Disney and having those dreams. Well,
- 19:04Speaker 1: that dream has changed, right like that that that world,
- 19:07Speaker 1: that world has changed. And when you give them your money,
- 19:11Speaker 1: I mean I've watched elders and deacons take their kids
- 19:14Speaker 1: to Disney over the last six months, and I just
- 19:17Speaker 1: sit there and I'm like, what are you doing? Like
- 19:20Speaker 1: Disney's a cleared war on the traditional family they have.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Why would you give them their money when they're trying
- 19:27Speaker 1: to make your kid into an LGBTQ person. Why would
- 19:31Speaker 1: you do that? It still blows my mind. China seems
- 19:37Speaker 1: to be changing some things right now, seeing opportunities with Russia.
- 19:42Speaker 1: There's a big headline right now, one that a lot
- 19:45Speaker 1: of people are going to pay attention to, specifically in China.
- 19:49Speaker 1: So in China, just so you kind of understand how
- 19:51Speaker 1: it goes. There seems to be different moments and different
- 19:54Speaker 1: points where China will turn on people that I've made
- 20:00Speaker 1: it just to remind anybody that, hey, you can go
- 20:03Speaker 1: to jail and you can become one of the disappeared
- 20:04Speaker 1: one Cefe who is working with Hunter Biden, one of
- 20:09Speaker 1: their leaders, just disappeared. No one's ever seen him again.
- 20:12Speaker 1: There are top leaders in big companies that do these
- 20:15Speaker 1: big companies with the blessing, who all of a sudden
- 20:20Speaker 1: would just lose your job and be arrested. And when
- 20:25Speaker 1: that happens, you're like, wait, what is happening. One of
- 20:29Speaker 1: the biggest companies, and this thing is massive, is a
- 20:32Speaker 1: companied by the name of Ali Baba. Ali Baba is
- 20:35Speaker 1: something I've used for sourcing different products. They are massive, multi,
- 20:42Speaker 1: multi multi billion dollar company. Ali Baba's founder is a
- 20:47Speaker 1: guy by the name of Jack ma Jack Ma has
- 20:50Speaker 1: been in exile for more than a year. Now he
- 20:54Speaker 1: is returned to China after there was this crackdown on
- 20:59Speaker 1: tech billionaires in China. Now. Jack Ma was the once
- 21:03Speaker 1: flamboyant billionaire founder of the tech johnt Alabama. He reappeared
- 21:07Speaker 1: in China last week after spending a year in exile.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Ma's prestigi in China was erased along with much of
- 21:14Speaker 1: his fortune, after he dared to criticize the Chinese Communist
- 21:18Speaker 1: Party at a conference in Shanghai in October of twenty twenty.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Ma disappeared completely for about three months after the Shanghai event,
- 21:26Speaker 1: during which that time he was scrubbed from various events
- 21:30Speaker 1: and websites, including a TV show he used to be
- 21:32Speaker 1: the host of. When Ma reappeared, the billionaire was very
- 21:37Speaker 1: noticeably subdued. Meanwhile, Abili Baba was subjected to an anti
- 21:42Speaker 1: trust pro by the Chinese government, while Ma's titanic financial company,
- 21:48Speaker 1: the Ant Group, was fined over a billion dollars at
- 21:51Speaker 1: your punishment for speaking out against the Chinese government. Many
- 21:56Speaker 1: other Chinese tech companies felt the sting of an industry
- 21:59Speaker 1: wide trackdown that wiped out billions of dollars in value. Now,
- 22:03Speaker 1: after a year of keeping a very low profile, Mall
- 22:06Speaker 1: resurface in Japan last December, having reportedly moved there with
- 22:10Speaker 1: his family in the spring of twenty twenty two. No
- 22:12Speaker 1: longer welcome in China because he criticized the Chinese Communist
- 22:15Speaker 1: government and they were reminding him of hey, we own
- 22:19Speaker 1: you right, friends said he was quietly pursuing hobbies like
- 22:24Speaker 1: art collecting and watercolor painting. The BBC reported on Monday,
- 22:30Speaker 1: the mad finally returned to China, stopped briefly in Hong
- 22:33Speaker 1: Kong to visit with friends and attend an art fair
- 22:35Speaker 1: before continuing to the location of Ali Baba's headquarters. That's
- 22:42Speaker 1: obviously concerning Ma, who was formerly a schoolteacher, visited a
- 22:46Speaker 1: private school and talked about technology and education, particularly the
- 22:51Speaker 1: changes that will be brought about by an increasingly powerful
- 22:55Speaker 1: artificial intelligence AI system like Chat gp T. He also
- 23:02Speaker 1: reportedly said he would like to return to teaching someday.
- 23:06Speaker 1: According to the South China Morning Posts, which is owned
- 23:09Speaker 1: by Alibama, Ma claimed he had been traveling abroad to
- 23:13Speaker 1: learn about agriculture. They obviously did not discuss his disappearance
- 23:17Speaker 1: in the long period of silence after criticizing the Chinese government.
- 23:23Speaker 1: The SCMP noted that Ma's whereabouts are closely watched, so
- 23:27Speaker 1: his travel schedule was probably crafted to send a message.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Reuters on Monday also quoted rumors that Ma returned to
- 23:34Speaker 1: China at the invitation of the Premier League, who thought
- 23:38Speaker 1: Mas returned to China public life could help boost business
- 23:41Speaker 1: confidence among entrepreneurs who were concerned about doing business now
- 23:45Speaker 1: with Chinese companies. In other words, Lee hope that Ma
- 23:50Speaker 1: could help sue jitters among both Chinese executives and foreign
- 23:54Speaker 1: investors who have been on edge from the tech industry
- 23:59Speaker 1: crackdown the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic in China. The
- 24:04Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal noted that the newly installed Premier League
- 24:07Speaker 1: devoted a large portion of his first news conference earlier
- 24:11Speaker 1: this month to reassuring entrepreneurs of Beijing support for the
- 24:15Speaker 1: private sector. According to several sources, Lee reached out to
- 24:21Speaker 1: Mas associates in Japan to persuade him to come to
- 24:24Speaker 1: China as a means of signaling that the crackdowns are
- 24:28Speaker 1: over and the restrictive policies on techcomings may soon be loosened.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Some observers were skeptical that merely bringing Ma back from
- 24:39Speaker 1: exile would be enough to convince entrepreneurs that the authoritarian
- 24:43Speaker 1: China safeguards that they put in or I should say
- 24:47Speaker 1: they're attacks better, would then mean all of a sudden,
- 24:50Speaker 1: it's safe to do business again in China. Many are
- 24:52Speaker 1: concerned because they know that things can change very quickly.
- 24:56Speaker 1: I can see how this sort of signals a relaxation,
- 24:59Speaker 1: but none of the law as an institution set up
- 25:02Speaker 1: to control the private sector, have changed. Reuters reported this morning.
- 25:07Speaker 1: It doesn't matter at all to private businesses because he's
- 25:10Speaker 1: already beaten the state one. Jack has lost control, power
- 25:15Speaker 1: and wealth, and it's not coming back. Senior lecturer at
- 25:21Speaker 1: King's College in London told CNBC he suspects some sort
- 25:25Speaker 1: of deal was struck between and the regime in Beijing
- 25:27Speaker 1: to facilitate his public return to China, and so doing,
- 25:31Speaker 1: the government intends to signal it's warmth towards private sector
- 25:33Speaker 1: and investors. If even Jack mys perceived as having been pardoned,
- 25:38Speaker 1: everyone else should feel safe and welcome now. He obviously
- 25:42Speaker 1: wants to keep building his company and probably wants to
- 25:46Speaker 1: get some of his wealth back. That he lost and prestige.
- 25:49Speaker 1: He was at some point looked at as like one
- 25:52Speaker 1: of the chosen ones of Ji's government. Ali Baba was
- 25:56Speaker 1: a success story. So in other words, they're both getting
- 26:00Speaker 1: something out of this. But the amount of money, the
- 26:02Speaker 1: billions that were taken from the Ali Baba CEO, will
- 26:06Speaker 1: never come back. That is what they what. That's what
- 26:11Speaker 1: we know for sure.
