- Charles: ran we're random understanding. I was out there commercial fishing the weekend and so I was out of reality and Greg: You the person goes. Charles: And so I I I come I come back and I figured that I I I I find out that the whole weekend, we bombing Iran, Iran bombing us. It's supposed to be the peace truce through the memorable understanding. Then I hear the president saying that today too was supposed to be the new start of peace. So what's what's really going on? It it's just Greg: What's really going on is Iran fired first. responded. Iran fired. America responded. I mean, ⁓ maybe Iran just doesn't win the money. I guess they don't need it because, you know, they they they shot a a Panama ship. They shot a Bahrain. They shot a Kuwait. I mean, I guess, you know, they don't need it. They they I mean I and maybe that's one reason why I think the Iran deal that Trump made was so awesome and so good and so wonderful for Pro Ram because it was not an attainable deal. It's only attainable the both sides actually comply and agree. But whenever they don't ⁓ what they're supposed to do to get the to get the benefits from the ⁓ treaty or from the mOU, doesn't it it could be the it could be the most perfect as Trump would say, the most perfect, beautiful bill in the world or the most pu ⁓ beautiful MOU in the world. But whenever Iran's not gonna follow through with anything, it doesn't really matter what it is. Ain't worth the paper it's written on. Because they're not. They like to war. They like to kill people. All they had to do was stop killing people. That's really it. All they had to do is stop shooting at tankers and stop trying to kill people and quit funding terrorism. It's not a really hard ask. It's not a really hard task. I mean they can't Go after uranium already 'cause we bombed the Sun Age out of that area there, so we already know they can't reach it or insp or or or take it or or or use it. So that's good. That's done. All they had to do left is just quit killing people. But Charles: But this is a problem. This is a problem. The problem with it was was Israel bombing Lebanon, Greg. It it which never stopped. And that was one report of the deal. Greg: There's no pro it should be any problem. ⁓ Those are two different countries. Yeah, but those are other I mean th I mean, Iran should quit worrying about Lebanon and worry about Iran. Okay, I mean and maybe we should quit worrying about other countries, just worry about America. Maybe everybody should be an isolationist nation, I guess. I have no idea. But I mean Charles: Intellection gets no one prosper either. You always need friends, the Allies, space and and you know, a territory at strategic point in history, d depending on y or potential anyway. So you you just can't go at it alone in anything in the modern era. Greg: Anywhere. You're right. I mean I agree. Charles: You know, but ⁓ so w that that's I think that we that we need to wait and see how that situation develops. But I I wanna Greg: I I I th I think I told you a couple of episodes ago there's never gonna be a peace in the Middle East in my opinion, and there's never gonna be. Still in my opinion, peace in the Middle East. I mean, these people wanna kill each other and they gotta quit waiting. I mean, Israel and Lebanon and Syria and you know, Kuwait and Qatar and Qatar, wherever you wanna however you wanna say it. And I mean ⁓ all these different nations have all gotta figure out how to get along somehow. Otherwise they're never gonna get along. And all this is just charades in paper time. We need quit worrying about exporting and importing through the Persian Gulf. Find a different method. Find a different path. Find a I mean, we only use two percent of their diagram oil anyway. And I think it's also funny that oil dropped almost a hundred some odd percent, over a hundred percent, to sixty dollars a barrel and gas didn't move any. I think that was kinda funny. You know, gas twenty cents and went up ten cents and the oil went from like a hundred eighty a barrel to like sixty five a barrel and the gas price didn't nudge any. So what did d is our gas prices really influenced by this or is that just an excuse? May gouge at a unlimited degree. ⁓ Charles: No. Actually. Well, a I I left that though I know I was able to feel least about seven, or seven dollar difference in filling up, leaving out of town recently. So yeah, that drop made sense at least where I was at, you know. Greg: It it for a while, I live on Palm Coast. It went from three ninety nine a gallon, then it went all the way down to three sixty three a gallon. Now it's back to three ninety a gallon. Charles: Yeah. Well we'll well again, those issues are ongoing and we'll wait to see what happens.
