- 0:28Speaker 1: Making Conversation. Mahsha Dillinger. Hi, thank you for having me.
- 0:34Speaker 1: So you in Dallas, Texas today, that's where you have
- 0:37Speaker 1: that's my home now, California. Well, you know the thing
- 0:41Speaker 1: about it is that I'm a Houston, Texas boy. So
- 0:43Speaker 1: I'm already favor in your location because you're in Texas,
- 0:46Speaker 1: all right, But you need to come on down to Houston,
- 0:49Speaker 1: where the real city is at. You know where the
- 0:51Speaker 1: real food. Get out of that little cowboy country. Get
- 0:54Speaker 1: out of that little cowboy country. Come on down to
- 0:56Speaker 1: Houston forty five South, Okay, gets rivalry between It really
- 1:03Speaker 1: is real. I didn't realize I'm not really from here,
- 1:07Speaker 1: but I hear this passion absolutely. That's what I'm just
- 1:11Speaker 1: telling you right now. You know you have to waste
- 1:13Speaker 1: your time emotionally attached. You probably got property up there
- 1:17Speaker 1: at homeownership, relationship, all that good stuff. But you come
- 1:21Speaker 1: on down to Houston. The Food's Better Foods is fantastic
- 1:27Speaker 1: and make a trip trip because you're busy in the way,
- 1:32Speaker 1: you travel a lot. You always have a lot of
- 1:33Speaker 1: significant things going on. You are a perfect example of
- 1:37Speaker 1: why I created money making conversations. And before we even
- 1:40Speaker 1: get into the whole curls which is which is an
- 1:42Speaker 1: amazing natural hair care brand that you found it in
- 1:45Speaker 1: two thousand two, and we're gonna talk about CBD. That's
- 1:49Speaker 1: gonna be a personal conversation that we're gonna have about
- 1:51Speaker 1: that because I know some friends who have launched in
- 1:54Speaker 1: that direction. I was in California's past. We can't sat
- 1:58Speaker 1: down with a friend who told me about she's been
- 2:01Speaker 1: using the all of Pain and she said, is amazing
- 2:05Speaker 1: the results. And so we've got to talk about that.
- 2:08Speaker 1: But before we get started, you always got something else
- 2:10Speaker 1: happening in a big way. It's called black girls making millions.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Let's talk about that. Sure, So after I wat my
- 2:18Speaker 1: show on their own network, Mind Your Business with Mihitia
- 2:21Speaker 1: and I got lots of requests for personal one on
- 2:24Speaker 1: one mentoring, and I obviously don't have the time to
- 2:28Speaker 1: be able to mentor everyone one on one. So I
- 2:30Speaker 1: decided to bring the show to live and put it
- 2:33Speaker 1: on steroids. So I created this this academy called Black
- 2:37Speaker 1: Girls Making Million's Academy, Creating Millionaires, one black girl at
- 2:40Speaker 1: a time to help do the same thing I did
- 2:43Speaker 1: on the show, but for more people. Until our first
- 2:46Speaker 1: event was in June of this year and we were
- 2:50Speaker 1: in California, Palace Verdus, Palace Vergus, California, right, and we
- 2:55Speaker 1: had a four day retreat full of workshops, seminar speakers,
- 2:59Speaker 1: even ursions to the talk, conversations, mentoring, one on one, UM, spiritual, UM,
- 3:06Speaker 1: prayer and pit you and we do have a host
- 3:09Speaker 1: of different well round the set of activities and UM
- 3:14Speaker 1: experiences for the ladies. So that was our first one.
- 3:17Speaker 1: It was amazing. We put on a switch for registration.
- 3:20Speaker 1: We sold out in less than thirty minutes, so that
- 3:24Speaker 1: that's holy, there's a need there. And then after that,
- 3:27Speaker 1: you know, we wrapped that and we were going to
- 3:29Speaker 1: do the next one a four year later, you know,
- 3:32Speaker 1: coming up June. But we decided to do one and
- 3:35Speaker 1: many one in December next month UM to help people
- 3:39Speaker 1: get ready get their business plans ready for so so yeah,
- 3:45Speaker 1: so Miami Blackbirds Making Man's Academy UM twelve five twelve
- 3:49Speaker 1: seven is a mini version and this is all about
- 3:52Speaker 1: one on one UM business critiquing, business analysis, one on
- 3:57Speaker 1: one business in touring. We did get feedback and we
- 4:00Speaker 1: we you know, we lived after practice feedback and constructive
- 4:04Speaker 1: feedback and send people. So we really wanted more time
- 4:06Speaker 1: with these people and we about those people back to
- 4:09Speaker 1: do the one on one criticking now because you already business,
- 4:14Speaker 1: miss Dillinger, Okay, and uh and I know it's kind
- 4:17Speaker 1: of like where I started money making conversation. I can't
- 4:20Speaker 1: do a lot of individual things. You know, this allows
- 4:22Speaker 1: me to communicate with mass amount of people supplying information.
- 4:26Speaker 1: But George is even more more more concentrated because there's
- 4:29Speaker 1: a lot of one on one. How did this whole
- 4:32Speaker 1: concept come about? Because I don't want to gloss over
- 4:34Speaker 1: it because you because you do so many significant things,
- 4:38Speaker 1: especially within the community, you tend to trivialize it. And
- 4:40Speaker 1: I'm not saying you're doing it right now because you
- 4:42Speaker 1: know you just said it's sold out. Now we're gonna
- 4:45Speaker 1: do a mini version and Miami. You know. Hold, you
- 4:49Speaker 1: just didn't want in June. Okay, now now you're in Miami,
- 4:52Speaker 1: that's East West. Okay, Now what is a mini version now?
- 4:56Speaker 1: You know? Well, because we had over to when you speakers,
- 5:01Speaker 1: so yeah, and we had a lot of people. So
- 5:03Speaker 1: this is going to be a smaller, more intimate, and
- 5:07Speaker 1: I wanted to keep it that way, uh, so that
- 5:10Speaker 1: people could really get that one on one time that
- 5:12Speaker 1: needed with the key speakers. And that's why I wanted
- 5:15Speaker 1: to do this. But I wasn't gonna do a mid
- 5:17Speaker 1: year you know, persion. But so the big, the next
- 5:21Speaker 1: big one, which will be in a larger scale again
- 5:23Speaker 1: four days, lots of different classes like it was a
- 5:25Speaker 1: full scale like you're in college. Um, will be in Dallas,
- 5:29Speaker 1: Texas again were you were? You are right now telling
- 5:34Speaker 1: you to come in Houston. But see she want listen listen,
- 5:37Speaker 1: but that's all right, I have love for you or something.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Well see that that's how she is. She is so
- 5:43Speaker 1: fast and to shut down a conversation too. Okay, you
- 5:48Speaker 1: you showed me the love. Financially, I'll be there with
- 5:51Speaker 1: my Academy. I'll be there personally and we'll make but again,
- 5:54Speaker 1: you know you talked to the wrong person. I will
- 5:57Speaker 1: We'll be talking to you off air about this, okay, okay.
- 6:01Speaker 1: So so now that just the date set in. Uh
- 6:04Speaker 1: did you said a date for the Miami and location
- 6:06Speaker 1: or is it already seven? Yeah? So we're sold out
- 6:10Speaker 1: for twelve five seven. But if we follow us at
- 6:13Speaker 1: Black GIRs Making Lands Academy on Instagram, okay, cool, then
- 6:17Speaker 1: you'll be at the register for December. I'm sorry for June. Okay, cool. Again.
- 6:21Speaker 1: I want to be a part of that. From the
- 6:22Speaker 1: standpoint of promoting it, of course, you seem to have
- 6:25Speaker 1: a really wrapped up strong and things like that, but
- 6:27Speaker 1: you're you're fantastic and continue to much sex. Black Girls
- 6:31Speaker 1: making millionaires registered for Black Girls Make millions and millions
- 6:36Speaker 1: making millions. Academy is already sold out for the December
- 6:40Speaker 1: for the next year. In this basically it's like a
- 6:43Speaker 1: start of kid that she's doing to December, prepping you
- 6:45Speaker 1: for and they're gonna do the four day, four day
- 6:49Speaker 1: uh seminarg session again next summer. Uh you say in Dallas, Texas? Correct? Yes, Okay,
- 6:55Speaker 1: that's gonna be the full cool you come back on
- 6:59Speaker 1: like in the late spring or early uh right after spring,
- 7:02Speaker 1: and we'll talk about it and get it rock and roll.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Let's talk about the curls. What we are with curls now,
- 7:06Speaker 1: you know you started in two thousand two. Talk to
- 7:09Speaker 1: us about that business because of about natural hair and
- 7:11Speaker 1: natural hair. It's a very popular format out there for
- 7:15Speaker 1: women of UH recently talked to us about that. Yes, yes,
- 7:19Speaker 1: so curls is my baby. It's you know, UM managing
- 7:23Speaker 1: and being the owner and developing for curls and leading
- 7:27Speaker 1: curls for many many years, so it will always be here.
- 7:30Speaker 1: It's a leader in the natural hair space. So every
- 7:33Speaker 1: major retail outlet that you can imagine from Target, Walmart, CBS,
- 7:37Speaker 1: walgraines right, it's solid, d, etcetera. Wherever you could try
- 7:40Speaker 1: and hair care products you're nine times will attended to
- 7:43Speaker 1: find curls. Um. We actually are exploring CBD in our
- 7:49Speaker 1: hair care because CBD oil has benefits for not only
- 7:53Speaker 1: your body like pain management and headaches and migraines and depression, anxiety, epilepsy,
- 7:58Speaker 1: seizures and all kinds of amazing benefits for the body.
- 8:02Speaker 1: But it's also great for skin and hair, great for
- 8:04Speaker 1: acne um for anti aging, but also helps with growing
- 8:08Speaker 1: the hair. So formulating now a hair care line um
- 8:11Speaker 1: that will come out in top January, uh called the
- 8:15Speaker 1: Dope Hair Collection, and that's CBD infused collection. And I
- 8:20Speaker 1: also have a new brand to call Urban Goddess for
- 8:24Speaker 1: women to help unleash the inner goddess so they can
- 8:26Speaker 1: be the best women they can be. And then that's
- 8:29Speaker 1: the pure CBD oil um that I have sourced from
- 8:33Speaker 1: from Colorado, the top. Uh, you come from Colorado. You're
- 8:37Speaker 1: from the from the motherland, Colorado, Colorado, right, So that's
- 8:43Speaker 1: the oil um. The tintures, which they're properly called what
- 8:47Speaker 1: you take every day under your tongue. It's a natural
- 8:50Speaker 1: remedy to a lot of eggs and issues. And I'm
- 8:53Speaker 1: really proud to have you stand it into that category.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And hold on that thought. Are we're going to go
- 8:58Speaker 1: to a break. I want to make sure that were
- 9:00Speaker 1: the next break, We're gonna talk about seven points where
- 9:02Speaker 1: you kind of ran through it. Were like pain, anxiety, depression,
- 9:06Speaker 1: cancer related symptoms may reduce acne, epilepsy, and multiple grocers
- 9:10Speaker 1: could benefit health health, heart solutions and things like that.
- 9:14Speaker 1: We want to break that down a little bit more
- 9:16Speaker 1: because the campaign that you're now in is changing. The
- 9:19Speaker 1: game stores are popping up everywhere, and we've been back
- 9:22Speaker 1: with more. Miss um Misha Dillinger, she's the CEO of Curls,
- 9:27Speaker 1: but now she has a new business out called Urban Goddess.
- 9:30Speaker 1: How does Rashan McDonald. You're listening to money making conversations.
- 9:33Speaker 1: She's back on the phone with me. Miss Dillinger is
- 9:35Speaker 1: the CEO of Curls. She's a new brand out. It's
- 9:38Speaker 1: called Urban Goddess. It's a c b D are all
- 9:42Speaker 1: is made by extractings cb D from the cannabis plant
- 9:45Speaker 1: then diluted with a carrier or like a coconut, hemp
- 9:48Speaker 1: seed all and it's gay momentum and the health and
- 9:51Speaker 1: wellness world with some with a lot of scientists, and
- 9:54Speaker 1: it's also gaining momentum with me. I was approached several
- 9:57Speaker 1: years ago about using this for aches. Uh. People have
- 10:00Speaker 1: asked me to use some of my contacts and bringing
- 10:03Speaker 1: athletes on board for a potentially brand ambassadors, and I've
- 10:08Speaker 1: always been hesitant, but to hesitate. My hesitation was always
- 10:11Speaker 1: based on education. I wasn't educated enohing to really understand
- 10:15Speaker 1: exactly what's happening and how does this make you feel good?
- 10:18Speaker 1: And you rubbing it on your skin is getting into
- 10:21Speaker 1: your you know, there's actually penetrating your your your your
- 10:24Speaker 1: your skin base and things like that. And but but
- 10:27Speaker 1: because it's becoming much more knowledge, much more I guess
- 10:31Speaker 1: to say, normal use, and a lot of the I guess, uh,
- 10:34Speaker 1: scare tactics are being removed from the whole principle out
- 10:39Speaker 1: there are people could you know, people contend to believe that,
- 10:41Speaker 1: you know, you do this drug and to do this
- 10:43Speaker 1: for you. And it's not so much about the drug,
- 10:45Speaker 1: it's about natural health care. So let's talk about how
- 10:49Speaker 1: did you get into this business? Right quick? Let's start
- 10:51Speaker 1: off right there. Yeah, I actually, uh was just discovered
- 10:56Speaker 1: and decided to get into this business. I'm from California,
- 10:59Speaker 1: of course I know all about the legalities there and
- 11:02Speaker 1: and I had a friend that's actually in the business.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Then we started talking about the benefits of it, and
- 11:06Speaker 1: I exported from my mother who has chronic pain. That's
- 11:10Speaker 1: where my relatport started, because um, it's a natural pray
- 11:13Speaker 1: reliever and and I wanted her to try it. So
- 11:17Speaker 1: you mentioned that you used the cream that was mixed
- 11:20Speaker 1: with like a carrier oil. Well, I have the cure
- 11:23Speaker 1: oil that you actually put under your tongue, wait sixty
- 11:26Speaker 1: seconds and then swallow and it goes directly into the bloodstream. So, um,
- 11:30Speaker 1: so pain management was my interest from I'm going to
- 11:34Speaker 1: get my due diligence and saw all those other benefits
- 11:37Speaker 1: and of how it can be helpful to different people
- 11:39Speaker 1: in no matter where you are mine. So there's a
- 11:42Speaker 1: lot of amazing benefits. So we say pain management information. Um,
- 11:46Speaker 1: it definitely helps with diabetic symptoms, helps with epiletic seizures,
- 11:50Speaker 1: and helps acne, helps with depression, anxiety, and migraines and headaches,
- 11:55Speaker 1: and also metabolism. It helps a lot of remaining issues
- 11:59Speaker 1: that we have naturally. Um. The key that people what
- 12:04Speaker 1: people get caught up in is the fact that they
- 12:06Speaker 1: think it's like it will get you high quality CBD
- 12:10Speaker 1: oil should have zero phc um and so that it's
- 12:15Speaker 1: filtered out so that part t sees what is the
- 12:18Speaker 1: part of that gets you high should not be tbdow
- 12:21Speaker 1: just there's little properties that is actually beneficial. Yeah, that
- 12:24Speaker 1: was the part that that you know that had me
- 12:27Speaker 1: you know again, all this is, uh, I gotta claim ignorance,
- 12:30Speaker 1: you know, because you you go off of what you
- 12:33Speaker 1: heard or what's being promoted, and when you see your
- 12:36Speaker 1: c D cb D, you think about getting high or
- 12:40Speaker 1: think about weed, you know, anything that's like, Okay, it's
- 12:44Speaker 1: just gonna affect me and I am, I gonna be am,
- 12:47Speaker 1: I gonna be addicted to you know, all these sort
- 12:49Speaker 1: of things I think that you have to deal with.
- 12:51Speaker 1: So with that being saying, and I know I'm dealing
- 12:54Speaker 1: with a knowledge of entrepreneur, how did you break through
- 12:57Speaker 1: all that? How did you put you? I had to
- 13:00Speaker 1: I had to see for myself, you know. I had
- 13:01Speaker 1: to see studies like on our West or if you
- 13:03Speaker 1: go to Urban Goddess dot com my website hd RB.
- 13:07Speaker 1: In Goddess dot com there are hosts of different studies.
- 13:13Speaker 1: And I'm a data person, So if you show me
- 13:16Speaker 1: that it's proven to do so, then I believe it.
- 13:20Speaker 1: You know. I have to see the data though, so
- 13:21Speaker 1: you can eat just sudding build a good. So I
- 13:24Speaker 1: had to see that there's definitely was some scientific proof
- 13:27Speaker 1: behind it. And I used to work in big farm
- 13:29Speaker 1: and I worked from fighting the pharmatypicals and I know
- 13:31Speaker 1: why there's a push against legalizing it because they won't
- 13:34Speaker 1: cut that those profits that have I personally recently had
- 13:38Speaker 1: surgery and I I wasn't as far along as I
- 13:43Speaker 1: had hoped in my recovery, and I already booked myself
- 13:47Speaker 1: to walk in a fashion show. Someone asked me walk
- 13:49Speaker 1: into fashion self ful of all these dallas socialized and
- 13:52Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, you know, it sounds fun and by
- 13:56Speaker 1: like a few days before and the actually going, I'm like,
- 13:58Speaker 1: oh my godical horrible. They made social accommodations for me
- 14:01Speaker 1: to have a chair and sit down and walk towards
- 14:03Speaker 1: the early part of the show with all these things
- 14:05Speaker 1: that I decided not to take my prescribe medicine. But
- 14:09Speaker 1: I just did my CBD oil and I did a
- 14:12Speaker 1: dose in the morning and a dose before I left.
- 14:14Speaker 1: I was good the whole night, and I could not
- 14:16Speaker 1: believe I was paying free. So that was just the thing,
- 14:21Speaker 1: and I was so happy actually put it on my page.
- 14:23Speaker 1: I could have post on my page about it, right,
- 14:25Speaker 1: So I'm like, wow, so great on payments. That will
- 14:29Speaker 1: perspire for me to be doing it right now, here's
- 14:32Speaker 1: do there. I went to the website herb in Goddess. Okay,
- 14:36Speaker 1: as soon as you come to play as an age verification,
- 14:39Speaker 1: it says, yes, I'm over eighteen, No I'm leaving, or
- 14:41Speaker 1: no I'm leaving. Why is that there? Yes, I'm a writing.
- 14:44Speaker 1: It's just the age very because both legalities something that
- 14:48Speaker 1: has him to say, somebody just taking off the cautions
- 14:50Speaker 1: that have to make sure people who enter into it's
- 14:53Speaker 1: still you know, Canada's plant and has see some states
- 14:57Speaker 1: it's not we go so we have pick that in okay, cool,
- 15:01Speaker 1: and then it goes down there goes a vegan natural
- 15:04Speaker 1: THC free pure. So you know again all your websites
- 15:09Speaker 1: are just just a high highly polished, very professional, very engaging,
- 15:15Speaker 1: and so it feels to me now because it is
- 15:18Speaker 1: Urban Goddess. This is appealing to its women because you know,
- 15:21Speaker 1: men like myself conus too well when we have Urban
- 15:25Speaker 1: God coming, so we're love it the father daughter, you know, athletes,
- 15:33Speaker 1: we want to help unleash the inner goddess and woman.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Urban God coming next, right right, Okay, so you know
- 15:41Speaker 1: when you when you when we started out, you ran
- 15:43Speaker 1: through just real quick. You know, I had seven points
- 15:46Speaker 1: here it's comeback. Can relieve pain you talked about that personally,
- 15:50Speaker 1: you know about how and I would just share a
- 15:52Speaker 1: story my friend I was in In fact, I was
- 15:54Speaker 1: in California Own Monday, and she came by my hotel
- 15:58Speaker 1: and and she was just, uh, just having a general
- 16:00Speaker 1: conversation and she was talking about how back was bothering her.
- 16:04Speaker 1: And I was going, I said, what you're taking for,
- 16:06Speaker 1: you know, because me back bothers me. I go old school,
- 16:08Speaker 1: Ben Gay, you know, I see hot. That's what I do. Okay.
- 16:13Speaker 1: She said, oh no, no, no, she said, I've been
- 16:15Speaker 1: taking these CBD or olds. You know the cream she said, Rishan,
- 16:21Speaker 1: I rubbed the cream on me and the pain was
- 16:25Speaker 1: went away immediately. Right, Yeah, that's great. It's a great,
- 16:32Speaker 1: amazing natural benefit. I mean products, I really really do
- 16:35Speaker 1: love it. And I think you should get You sound
- 16:38Speaker 1: like you're not quite sure. So how ab I send
- 16:40Speaker 1: your bottle? You can try for yourself. Oh she's so good.
- 16:43Speaker 1: She's she's amazing. That's why I have on the phone
- 16:45Speaker 1: all the time because she's a great salesperson. She she
- 16:48Speaker 1: challenges you. She challenges me every time I'm talking to her.
- 16:51Speaker 1: And it's a good challenge because she's saying Okay, I
- 16:53Speaker 1: got a product that I believe in. And Richard your
- 16:56Speaker 1: voice if I convert your voice and you don't have to,
- 16:59Speaker 1: you don't have to come. It's me because first of all,
- 17:01Speaker 1: I want you to try it. I will try. I
- 17:03Speaker 1: will definitely try because of the fact that I, you know,
- 17:07Speaker 1: just let's understand about you know, I have these old values.
- 17:11Speaker 1: You know, I don't drink, I don't smoke, because my
- 17:13Speaker 1: mother had the hardest time until I told her I
- 17:15Speaker 1: had to show her. Any time I promise your mother,
- 17:19Speaker 1: you won't scream on your leg. Okay, right right? Oh see,
- 17:25Speaker 1: so you me and mom, we're good. We're good. We're
- 17:28Speaker 1: the same page, the same page. Because because that so
- 17:31Speaker 1: I accept your your invitation to have that happened and say,
- 17:34Speaker 1: and then it goes to reduce anxiety and depression. One
- 17:38Speaker 1: of the things that also can alleviate cancer related symptoms
- 17:42Speaker 1: UM a cancer survivor. So that that that that's amazing.
- 17:46Speaker 1: It may reduce acne, which is which is which is amazing.
- 17:51Speaker 1: My uh from you talked about this epilepsy and multiple
- 17:55Speaker 1: grosthresh my god. So the seizures we partner with the
- 17:59Speaker 1: National Epilepsy Foundation UM because there. That's that was the

- 18:09Speaker 1: radar way before legal because and and pediatric about the seizures.
- 18:15Speaker 1: They found that they had a vast and dramatic reduction.

- 19:30Speaker 1: opportunities where we can naturally cure ourselves. And we've been
- 19:34Speaker 1: resisting because of the fact that, oh you're gonna get
- 19:36Speaker 1: you might get high, you might get addicted. All these
- 19:39Speaker 1: all these falsehoods that I have been that I've been
