  I'm thinking today of Proverbs 24 verse 28.

  It says, Do not be a witness against your neighbor without cause, and do not deceive

  with your lips.

  False witness and lies are disallowed.

  Speak the truth.

  The fact is that sometimes the truth doesn't have to be spoken.

  But when you do speak, you should always speak the truth.

  Also, we should not commit a lie by omission.

  If we need to stand up for what is true in a situation, we should do so.

  It seems logical.

  God is true, Jesus is truth, and we are his people.

  We ought to be true as well and live the truth.

  Plus, we make life into shadow and pain again, which is like what it was before we were saved

  when we lie.

  So, let us be found true.

  However difficult the situation becomes, let us be found true.

  You can do it.

  The word encourages us, and this word from Proverbs comes before we had the Holy Spirit.

  If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you can live for the Lord

  If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, now is an opportunity to

  Maybe God is putting this message here just for you today.

  We are all sinners, or at least we all were sinners.

  I guess we all still are sinners.

  We've all sinned against God and fallen short of his glory, and the wages of that sin is

  death.

  But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ, his Son.

  God wants to give you eternal life.

  Jesus came to die so that no one would have to perish, but all might have eternal life

  if they would believe in him.
