- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz and a very
- 0:04Speaker 2: special three part series with James Comer. We are going
- 0:08Speaker 2: to take you through all the financial crimes of the
- 0:11Speaker 2: Biden crime family in this three part series that starts
- 0:16Speaker 2: right now. Senator, this is going to be a really
- 0:18Speaker 2: fun multi part series and for everyone that's watching or listening,
- 0:23Speaker 2: if you're listening to this episode, we ask you to
- 0:25Speaker 2: please share it everywhere. We're going to say that on
- 0:27Speaker 2: the very beginning front of this on social media. This
- 0:30Speaker 2: is going to be multi part series with a dear
- 0:33Speaker 2: friend of yours, Congress and James Comer, who's doing unbelievable
- 0:36Speaker 2: work in the House going after the Biden crime family,
- 0:40Speaker 2: and I want you to introduce your good friend.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Well, James, welcome back to Verdict. This is your second
- 0:46Speaker 3: time that you've been with us. We had you earlier
- 0:48Speaker 3: this year for a two part series in which we
- 0:51Speaker 3: broke down and you went through the details of the
- 0:54Speaker 3: very systematic investigation you're leading in the house. We're now
- 0:58Speaker 3: at the end of the year and so we're coming
- 1:00Speaker 3: back for yet another multi part series to really get
- 1:04Speaker 3: into the substance and a lot has been happening lately.
- 1:08Speaker 3: We just had Hunter Biden defy a congressional subpoena. We
- 1:12Speaker 3: just had the full House of Representatives vote to authorize formally.
- 1:17Speaker 1: The impeachment inquiry.
- 1:18Speaker 3: You're sending your investigative team on the road, why don't
- 1:22Speaker 3: we start tell us about that?
- 1:24Speaker 4: Yeah. So, obviously a lot of these people that we've
- 1:27Speaker 4: asked for interviews and depositions, they're trying to use the
- 1:30Speaker 4: holiday as an excuse why they can't come in and
- 1:34Speaker 4: do it. So we decided we would make it more
- 1:37Speaker 4: convenient on them and send our staff to depose them
- 1:41Speaker 4: or interview them in their home area. So the first
- 1:45Speaker 4: one we're doing is with the owner of America or Health,
- 1:50Speaker 4: and American warp Health was the healthcare company where James Biden,
- 1:54Speaker 4: the President's brother, approached them because he heard they were
- 1:57Speaker 4: financially distressed and said that because he's a Biden and
- 2:02Speaker 4: because of his brother's contacts in the Middle East, that
- 2:06Speaker 4: he could help them acquire all the capital they needed
- 2:10Speaker 4: to get back on their feet from the Middle East.
- 2:13Speaker 4: But they were going to have to pay Jim Biden first,
- 2:16Speaker 4: and they gave him six hundred thousand dollars and by
- 2:21Speaker 4: all accounts, Jim Biden completely defrauded Americal Health. He never
- 2:26Speaker 4: provided any funding or anything else. But what ironic about
- 2:30Speaker 4: this for Joe Biden. Not only was that a pure
- 2:32Speaker 4: example of influx pedaling, Joe Biden received the last payment
- 2:38Speaker 4: from Americal Health they sent a check to Jim Biden
- 2:42Speaker 4: for two hundred thousand dollars. The exact same day that
- 2:46Speaker 4: Jim Biden received that two hundred thousand dollars check from
- 2:49Speaker 4: Americal Health, they wrote Joe Biden a check for the
- 2:53Speaker 4: exact same amount, two hundred thousand dollars. So that was
- 2:56Speaker 4: the first example of evidence that we found where Joe
- 3:00Speaker 4: Biden directly benefited from the Biden family influenced pedling scheme.
- 3:05Speaker 4: So we're going to have our deposers down there talking
- 3:08Speaker 4: to them about how this started and what role Joe
- 3:13Speaker 4: Biden may have played, and if they ever met Joe
- 3:16Speaker 4: Biden and all of that.
- 3:17Speaker 5: So that should be very interesting.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Let me tell you about Blackout Coffee. Bidenomics is a
- 3:21Speaker 2: complete until disaster. But I don't let that or any
- 3:25Speaker 2: of these other issues ruin my day. You want to
- 3:27Speaker 2: know why, because I start my day with a hot
- 3:29Speaker 2: America first cup.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Of Blackout coffee.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Now, if you like a premium cup of coffee to
- 3:35Speaker 2: start your day, and I got to get up every
- 3:36Speaker 2: day and get on the radio at seven in the morning.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I have to be ready to give the news.
- 3:41Speaker 2: And that is why I have to have a good
- 3:43Speaker 2: cup of coffee, not average, but a really good cup
- 3:46Speaker 2: of coffee. Blackout Coffee is one hundred percent of America
- 3:50Speaker 2: zero percent woke company. You know there's a bunch of
- 3:52Speaker 2: woke coffee companies out there. The biggest ones are the
- 3:54Speaker 2: wokest ones out there. Well, Blackout is one hundred percent
- 3:57Speaker 2: committed to conservative values from sourcing the beans to the
- 4:00Speaker 2: roasting process, customer support and shipping. They embody true American
- 4:04Speaker 2: values and accept no compromise on taste or quality. I'm
- 4:08Speaker 2: drinking it every day. I can tell you this is true.
- 4:10Speaker 2: You need to try Blackout Coffee. And if you've got

- 4:15Speaker 2: loves premium coffee, go to Blackoutcoffee dot com slash verdict.

- 4:30Speaker 2: ideas for the holidays. It's blackout Coffee dot com slash verdict,
- 4:35Speaker 2: be Awake, not woke, Blackoutcoffee dot com slash Verdict. It's
- 4:39Speaker 2: interesting you didn't mention the name Hunter Biden in that
- 4:42Speaker 2: story of influence pedaling. That is the part that I
- 4:45Speaker 2: think many Americans have maybe not understood, which is this
- 4:49Speaker 2: is the entire family that's been involved in getting paid.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Can you go into that a little bit more about
- 4:54Speaker 2: about James Biden, not just Hunter.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I think James Biden probably committed just as many
- 5:01Speaker 4: crimes as Hunter Biden. The only reason we don't know
- 5:04Speaker 4: about James Biden is he didn't leave a laptop linery.
- 5:08Speaker 4: We've been able to subpoena his bank records, and I
- 5:12Speaker 4: can tell you there's a lot of questions we have
- 5:14Speaker 4: for Jamis Biden.
- 5:15Speaker 5: That's why he received the subpoena.
- 5:17Speaker 4: We're working with his attorney and we hope to have
- 5:20Speaker 4: him in in January. But at the end of the day,
- 5:24Speaker 4: this example with AmeriCorps help sure looks like securities fraud.
- 5:28Speaker 4: I mean, I don't know how else would you would
- 5:31Speaker 4: describe it, But obviously they deserve due process, and they're
- 5:34Speaker 4: gonna have due process. But we know from court records
- 5:38Speaker 4: this America WARP Health is in federal bankruptcy court. They
- 5:41Speaker 4: obviously have accused Jim Biden of a lot of things.
- 5:45Speaker 4: So this is all public record, and you know, it
- 5:49Speaker 4: shows that it wasn't just Hunter Biden.
- 5:50Speaker 5: This was the whole Biden family, American, Jim Biden and Hunterman.
- 5:55Speaker 3: So Americal Health paid Jim Biden six hundred thousand dollars.
- 6:00Speaker 3: As best you can tell, did Jim Biden perform any
- 6:03Speaker 3: any service for them, do anything of value for them?
- 6:07Speaker 4: According to the court records, America ORPS Health says no
- 6:13Speaker 4: other than he went there and you know, made all
- 6:16Speaker 4: these promises that you know, Joe Biden's contacts they would
- 6:19Speaker 4: work together and help them get all the money from
- 6:23Speaker 4: the Middle East, but.
- 6:25Speaker 1: They never got any This is they.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Never got a penny. They never got one penny. And
- 6:30Speaker 4: it looks like Senator on Jim Biden's bank statements they
- 6:35Speaker 4: tried to say that six hundred thousand dollars payment was alone.
- 6:39Speaker 4: And I think that's a very important aspect of our
- 6:42Speaker 4: investigation because from the notes that the whistleblowers have turned over.
- 6:47Speaker 4: We know that. You know, sometime in twenty eighteen, the
- 6:51Speaker 4: Bidens figured out that the IRS was breathing down their necks.
- 6:55Speaker 4: They knew that they had all these suspicious activity reports
- 6:58Speaker 4: from the banks that were accused in the money laundering
- 7:01Speaker 4: and having shell companies and potentially taking bribes, and they
- 7:06Speaker 4: changed the way they were operating, and they went from
- 7:08Speaker 4: receiving wires directly through the shelves to receiving payments and
- 7:14Speaker 4: calling them loans.
- 7:16Speaker 1: You would do that.
- 7:17Speaker 3: I want to stop it. Unpack a lot of that.
- 7:20Speaker 3: So we hear from the Democrats, we hear from the
- 7:23Speaker 3: corrupt corporate media. There's no evidence, no evidence, no evidence,
- 7:26Speaker 3: especially no evidence of Joe Biden's involvement. So I want
- 7:29Speaker 3: to break down because you had a lot of substance
- 7:31Speaker 3: there on the shell companies. How many Biden shell companies
- 7:35Speaker 3: did y'all uncover?
- 7:37Speaker 4: Twenty And let me make sure everyone understands this. A
- 7:40Speaker 4: shell company is a company with no assets and no
- 7:43Speaker 4: known purpose. So the bank email that we released two
- 7:47Speaker 4: weeks ago showed the bank examiners saying, you know, they
- 7:50Speaker 4: got this wire from China, and he says it's an
- 7:53Speaker 4: investment company. But it's an investment company with no investments,
- 7:56Speaker 4: and then the account that it went through was essentially
- 7:59Speaker 4: a door an account.
- 8:01Speaker 5: So there's evidence that the bank examiners, and if.
- 8:03Speaker 4: You look at and also the suspicious activity reports, the
- 8:06Speaker 4: banks knew these were shell companies, and the banks did
- 8:10Speaker 4: everything they were supposed to do by notifying Treasury that
- 8:13Speaker 4: wait a bite, this politically exposed family. They're getting wires
- 8:18Speaker 4: from our enemies around the world. We don't know what
- 8:20Speaker 4: these wires are for, and they're going through companies that
- 8:23Speaker 4: have no known purpose or no ACP, so shell companies.
- 8:26Speaker 3: They're not real businesses. This is not a dry cleaner,
- 8:28Speaker 3: this is not a gas station. They're no employees, there
- 8:31Speaker 3: are no paychecks. They're not a business in any sense.
- 8:34Speaker 3: This is a legal entity, and it's a legal entity
- 8:36Speaker 3: created to send money to and it's what is often
- 8:39Speaker 3: used for money laundering. It's what's often used to hide
- 8:44Speaker 3: the source of the money. And you mentioned the suspicious
- 8:48Speaker 3: activity reports, So let me ask for our listeners what
- 8:52Speaker 3: is a suspicious activity report and how many of them
- 8:56Speaker 3: were filed on the bidens.
- 8:58Speaker 4: A suspicious activity report is when the bank notifies the
- 9:01Speaker 4: Treasury Cabinet that they believe their client may have committed
- 9:06Speaker 4: a crime. Now, I want everyone to understand this. Banks
- 9:09Speaker 4: don't just do this non chalantly, like the Washington Post
- 9:13Speaker 4: tried to say, No bank wants to file a suspicious
- 9:15Speaker 4: activity report center because when you do, that invites the
- 9:18Speaker 4: bank examiners to come in and investigate you. And the
- 9:23Speaker 4: last thing a bank wants to do is the bank
- 9:25Speaker 4: examiners walk through the front door. The Bidens had one
- 9:28Speaker 4: hundred and seventy suspicious activity reports filed against him, which
- 9:33Speaker 4: is unprecedented.
- 9:34Speaker 5: I was a director of a bank for over a decade.
- 9:36Speaker 4: Never has anyone received more than one or two that
- 9:40Speaker 4: was affiliated with my banks. And the fact that this
- 9:44Speaker 4: family got one hundred and seventy from six different banks
- 9:48Speaker 4: on dozens of different accounts showed that there's something bad
- 9:52Speaker 4: going on here. Because the banks are notifying the Treasury.
- 9:55Speaker 4: I'm sorry, Treasury, we believe the vice president's family are
- 10:01Speaker 4: involved in some top of fraud.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Well, and James, let me make sure. Let me make
- 10:05Speaker 3: sure I understand this. Suspicious activity reports are relatively rare.
- 10:09Speaker 3: There's something that the bank files with the Treasury Department
- 10:13Speaker 3: when they believe there may be evidence of criminal conduct.
- 10:16Speaker 3: And if you or I or Ben went and created
- 10:19Speaker 3: a shell company, a company that did nothing, that had
- 10:21Speaker 3: no employees, that was not a going business, and that
- 10:24Speaker 3: shell company began getting multimillion dollar wires from China, from Russia,
- 10:30Speaker 3: from Ukraine, that would be the sort of conduct that
- 10:33Speaker 3: would trigger a suspicious activity report if any of us
- 10:36Speaker 3: did that.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Is that right?
- 10:38Speaker 4: That's exactly right. And we released an email last week
- 10:41Speaker 4: that kind of showed the thought process by a bank examiner.
- 10:44Speaker 5: Uh.
- 10:45Speaker 4: He was, he was communicating with his superior and in
- 10:48Speaker 4: the end they filed a suspicious activity report.
- 10:51Speaker 6: Uh.
- 10:52Speaker 4: And this email kind of outlines it. The bank exenter said,
- 10:54Speaker 4: wait a minute. You know this account is pretty much dormant.
- 10:58Speaker 4: We don't know what this and he is. All we
- 11:01Speaker 4: know is that the president's son owns it. He got
- 11:04Speaker 4: a five million dollar wire from China.
- 11:07Speaker 5: We had to contact him to prevent a thar.
- 11:09Speaker 4: We said, I'm sorry, mister Biden, we need to know
- 11:12Speaker 4: what this wire was. And he said it was a loan.
- 11:15Speaker 4: And there's like, oh, a loan from China. Well, we
- 11:18Speaker 4: need the loan documentation and he said I don't have.
- 11:21Speaker 5: Any, which is ridiculous.
- 11:23Speaker 4: No one would loan anyone five million dollars without having
- 11:26Speaker 4: some type of loan documentation. So then he said, we
- 11:29Speaker 4: feared this could be a bribe, because we know China
- 11:34Speaker 4: influences politicians through vulnerable family members, and we've seen in
- 11:38Speaker 4: the mews where his ex wife said he was on drugs,
- 11:41Speaker 4: he was in financial trouble. We believe this could be
- 11:44Speaker 4: a real national security threat. That's the serious of an
- 11:48Speaker 4: email as I've ever seen from a major bank examiner.
- 11:51Speaker 3: Yeah, look, that is very serious. And of course CNN
- 11:55Speaker 3: doesn't cover that, MSNBC doesn't cover that, ABC, CBS, NBC,
- 11:59Speaker 3: the corporate media, that email doesn't exist.
- 12:02Speaker 5: Now.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Now, one of the things as far as the corporate
- 12:04Speaker 3: media is concerned, one of the things that you mentioned
- 12:08Speaker 3: a minute ago that I want to stop and drill
- 12:10Speaker 3: down on a little bit. You said early on the
- 12:13Speaker 3: Biden family business, they would just get wires from overseas
- 12:17Speaker 3: that were payments through these shell companies. But then there
- 12:21Speaker 3: came a time when the irs started coming after them,
- 12:24Speaker 3: when they changed how they did business and they began
- 12:27Speaker 3: instead of getting wires that were straight out payments, they
- 12:30Speaker 3: began calling them loans. Explain that a little bit more
- 12:34Speaker 3: about when they did that and why they would have
- 12:36Speaker 3: done that.
- 12:37Speaker 4: That change started happening somewhere mid twenty eighteen, and from
- 12:43Speaker 4: twenty fourteen to twenty eighteen they were pretty consistent. They would,
- 12:47Speaker 4: you know, after Joe Biden would meet with these people,
- 12:50Speaker 4: or a hunter would fly on Air Force two, or
- 12:52Speaker 4: Joe would talk to him on the phone or have
- 12:54Speaker 4: lunch with him.
- 12:55Speaker 5: Then money would.
- 12:56Speaker 4: Flow through the shell company, and then they would disperse
- 13:02Speaker 4: the money through the show companies to ten different Biden
- 13:05Speaker 4: family members. Once twenty eighteen rolled in and they realized
- 13:09Speaker 4: the IRS was rolling in on them, and they knew
- 13:11Speaker 4: this because the Irish was talking to them and the
- 13:13Speaker 4: Irish was the lower notes confirmed this, they changed the
- 13:16Speaker 4: way they were doing business. Then they started taking money in,
- 13:19Speaker 4: some of it directly through their personal account, some of
- 13:22Speaker 4: it still through show companies, but they were calling them loans.
- 13:26Speaker 4: And the reason you do this is twofold number one.
- 13:29Speaker 4: You don't report a loan on your taxes. So theoretically,
- 13:33Speaker 4: if you got five million dollar wire from China and
- 13:36Speaker 4: you said it was a loan, you didn't have to
- 13:38Speaker 4: put that on your taxes and the RS would never
- 13:40Speaker 4: know about it.
- 13:41Speaker 5: And secondly, and this.
- 13:43Speaker 4: Is the most obvious.
- 13:45Speaker 5: You don't have to.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Pay taxes on it then if it's a loan. And
- 13:49Speaker 4: that's why I always said, we're going to follow the
- 13:51Speaker 4: bank records. We're going to go with the bank statements
- 13:54Speaker 4: in lieu of the tax returns, because there's nowhere on
- 13:57Speaker 4: your tax return does it show you a loan.
- 14:00Speaker 5: There's a place on.
- 14:01Speaker 4: Your tax return to show where you pay loan interest,
- 14:04Speaker 4: mortgage interest, or if you loan someone money, you receive interest,
- 14:08Speaker 4: but there's nowhere on your tax returns would it say alone.
- 14:11Speaker 4: So if you just got to Biden's tax return, you
- 14:14Speaker 4: would never know about fourteen million dollars that we faiund
- 14:18Speaker 4: because they didn't report it to the RS.
- 14:21Speaker 5: They called it loan.
- 14:22Speaker 3: So fourteen million was the amount of loans you found
- 14:24Speaker 3: so far?
- 14:25Speaker 5: Yes, for Jim and Hunter Biden, And look, just.
- 14:28Speaker 3: To underscore what you said, because it's important. By calling
- 14:32Speaker 3: it a loan. Number one, you don't have to report
- 14:34Speaker 3: it to the irs. Number two, you don't have to
- 14:36Speaker 3: pay taxes to the IRS. But but of course it's
- 14:40Speaker 3: got to be a real loan. It can't be just fraud.
- 14:43Speaker 3: And all right, I've gotten loans over the course of
- 14:46Speaker 3: my life. I've got a mortgage on my house. Now,
- 14:49Speaker 3: the mortgage on my house, the collateral is my house.
- 14:53Speaker 3: I've gotten car notes. I borrow money to buy a car.
- 14:56Speaker 3: The collateral on the car note is the car. If
- 14:59Speaker 3: I don't pay the payments, they take the car back.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Is there any indication that Hunter or or Jim Biden
- 15:07Speaker 3: had any collateral fourteen million dollars of loans? Did they
- 15:10Speaker 3: own fourteen million dollars of collateral that that would serve
- 15:14Speaker 3: as the basis for those loans?
- 15:16Speaker 4: Well, and I understand loans. Thank god, there's no loan documentation.
- 15:21Speaker 4: We've asked for loan documentation. They won't produce loan documentation.
- 15:25Speaker 4: It doesn't appear they had anywhere near fourteen million dollars
- 15:28Speaker 4: in assets.
- 15:29Speaker 5: So if you get fourteen million.
- 15:30Speaker 4: Dollars in loans, you really need to have about eighteen
- 15:34Speaker 4: or nineteen million dollars in assets, because that's the way
- 15:37Speaker 4: that the banking rules are. You've got to, you know,
- 15:40Speaker 4: have more than enough, or you would be underwater.
- 15:43Speaker 5: So but here's the most concerning thing.
- 15:46Speaker 4: Going through their bank records, they've received all this money
- 15:48Speaker 4: that they call loans. There are hardly any loan repayments,
- 15:54Speaker 4: any principal payments, and no interest payments.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Right, so this goes back to.
- 15:58Speaker 5: Twenty eighteen principal payments.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Twenty eighteen they start getting loans, they get fourteen million
- 16:03Speaker 3: dollars of loans. You're saying from twenty eighteen to twenty
- 16:06Speaker 3: twenty three, that's five years. There are very very few
- 16:10Speaker 3: loan repayments at all, either principal or interest. In other words,
- 16:13Speaker 3: this is some sort of magic loan that you don't
- 16:16Speaker 3: need collateral for, you don't have to pay back, and
- 16:19Speaker 3: it sure is helpful if you want to, say, buy
- 16:21Speaker 3: a lot of crack and prostitutes, if you don't have
- 16:25Speaker 3: to pay the loan back.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Is that?
- 16:26Speaker 3: Am I being fair and characterizing that?
- 16:29Speaker 4: That's exactly right? It looked like one loan for half
- 16:33Speaker 4: a million dollars to one of the bidens.
- 16:35Speaker 5: They may have paid one hundred and ten thousand dollars
- 16:37Speaker 5: back with no interest.
- 16:39Speaker 4: The rest of the fourteen million dollars we can't find
- 16:41Speaker 4: where they've made a single payment and not a kinny
- 16:44Speaker 4: of interest.
- 16:45Speaker 3: But by the way, do they dispute this? Does Hunter
- 16:48Speaker 3: claim no, no I pay that back? Does Jim Biden
- 16:51Speaker 3: claim no, no, I pay that back? Or do they dispute
- 16:53Speaker 3: what you're.
- 16:54Speaker 5: Saying, Well, we we're going to bring them in. You know,
- 16:56Speaker 5: that's one reason we wanted to pose them.
- 16:58Speaker 4: But you know, you can look at.
- 17:00Speaker 5: The bank records and there's no there's no payment back.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Best case scenario.
- 17:07Speaker 2: How much of the millions in loans eighteen million do
- 17:10Speaker 2: you think they paid back?
- 17:11Speaker 1: If you're being generous, fourteen million, fourteen.
- 17:14Speaker 5: Million, I mean one hundred and ten thousand.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Wow, it's you know, good to be a Biden.
- 17:22Speaker 4: So and look, at what point does the loan become income?
- 17:25Speaker 5: You know, I don't know, that's a question.
- 17:27Speaker 1: What is the law?
- 17:29Speaker 3: Look, if the intent is to defraud the IRS, if
- 17:32Speaker 3: if it is a fraudulent vehicle, the IRS can bring
- 17:34Speaker 3: it for tax fraud. You can't characterize something as a
- 17:37Speaker 3: loan that is not in fact a loan that doesn't
- 17:39Speaker 3: intend to be paid back. And I mean that on
- 17:43Speaker 3: the face of it. I got to tell you I'd
- 17:45Speaker 3: be ready to prosecute right now. Of course, you know,
- 17:48Speaker 3: I don't work at the Biden Justice Department, and so
- 17:50Speaker 3: my marching orders aren't protect the big guy. And the
- 17:55Speaker 3: statute of limitations is not far from running on these too.
- 17:57Speaker 3: They've already left the statute of limitations run on what
- 18:00Speaker 3: Hunter did with China back in seventeen. And the clock
- 18:04Speaker 3: is ticking now. Now we started with your telling us
- 18:08Speaker 3: your investigators are going to talk with AmeriCorps Health Company
- 18:12Speaker 3: about the six hundred thousand dollars that was paid to
- 18:14Speaker 3: Jim Biden. And you said two hundred thousand went straight
- 18:18Speaker 3: to Joe Biden. Did that come from AmeriCorps or did
- 18:21Speaker 3: that come from Americorp to Jim and then Jim to Joe.
- 18:23Speaker 3: What was the path of the money.
- 18:25Speaker 5: AmeriCorps to Jim, and Jim to Joe.
- 18:29Speaker 1: So the big guys getting today.
- 18:31Speaker 5: The same day, the same day.
- 18:33Speaker 4: So in Jim Biden's bank account, the day he deposited
- 18:37Speaker 4: that two hundred thousand dollars check, I think he had
- 18:39Speaker 4: like four thousand dollars balloons. So he went from four
- 18:43Speaker 4: thousand to two hundred and four thousand. Then he writes
- 18:45Speaker 4: a check for two hundred thousand, did Joe Biden? So
- 18:48Speaker 4: he goes back down to four thousand. That wasn't real
- 18:50Speaker 4: hard to trace. I would challenge anyone to debate me
- 18:56Speaker 4: on tracing that check.
- 18:59Speaker 2: We talked about the loan payments, but can we talk
- 19:02Speaker 2: about the total sub of money that was coming into
- 19:05Speaker 2: the the the Biden affiliated businesses. There were much bigger
- 19:10Speaker 2: business deals that were done. And how hard is it
- 19:12Speaker 2: to trace.
- 19:13Speaker 3: My businesses call them shell corporate show corporate businesses do something.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Yeah that these these are just bank accounts to park money.
- 19:20Speaker 4: Right and and a lot of these shells had multiple
- 19:23Speaker 4: bank accounts. That's what's taken so long to get the
- 19:27Speaker 4: bank records in.
- 19:28Speaker 5: We find more bank accounts.
- 19:29Speaker 4: I mean, we're always finding more bank accounts and more accounts.
- 19:33Speaker 4: But uh, you know, we've identified twenty four million dollars
- 19:37Speaker 4: that we don't think they can explain what they did.
- 19:42Speaker 4: There's more we know where it is, but you know,
- 19:45Speaker 4: for for times sake, I mean, this is this is
- 19:48Speaker 4: just the House Oversight Committee. I mean, no one in
- 19:51Speaker 4: the government has investigated this. Anytime someone got close, like
- 19:55Speaker 4: the Irish and Lowers, they were told to stand down,
- 19:58Speaker 4: usually by Leslie.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Wolf when they get close.
- 20:03Speaker 2: You just said every time they got close, they were
- 20:06Speaker 2: told to stand down. Lazulaf remind people of the pattern
- 20:09Speaker 2: of how close they got to the bidens and then
- 20:12Speaker 2: how they were cut off.
- 20:13Speaker 4: According to the Irish whistleblowers in their notes, and everything
- 20:17Speaker 4: Shapley and Ziegler have said has turned out to be true.
- 20:20Speaker 4: We're seeing some of that in this recent indictment in California.
- 20:23Speaker 3: And Chafflee and Ziegler are the two IRS whistleblowers, their
- 20:26Speaker 3: career employees. They're not partisan Republicans indeed, you know, indeed
- 20:31Speaker 3: their Democrats, the Democrats. But they came forward because they
- 20:36Speaker 3: were horrified by what they saw and and and tell
- 20:39Speaker 3: us what they told.
- 20:39Speaker 4: Us, Well, they had they knew that there was money laundering,
- 20:43Speaker 4: they knew there was tax evasion, they knew there was
- 20:45Speaker 4: tax fraud, and they had accumulated all this evidence. Now
- 20:53Speaker 4: they wanted to go in and raid a storage unit.
- 20:56Speaker 4: They were told that there were documentation, you know, there
- 20:59Speaker 4: were documents in the storage unit. And they said they
- 21:04Speaker 4: also wanted to talk to Joe Biden. Well, that is
- 21:06Speaker 4: the worst thing they ever said, because when they mentioned
- 21:08Speaker 4: Joe Biden, that's when they were told to stand out
- 21:11Speaker 4: and they were taking off the case.
- 21:12Speaker 5: So the Irish rolled in on them.
- 21:14Speaker 4: We know from talking to people and Jim Jordan talking
- 21:17Speaker 4: to people at the Department of Justice, that there were
- 21:21Speaker 4: different jurisdictions looking into different things. The Bidens had because
- 21:25Speaker 4: when you get a suspicious activity for it, the law
- 21:28Speaker 4: is the Treasury notifies the appropriate investigators, you know, whether
- 21:35Speaker 4: it be the irs or whether it be the Department Justice.
- 21:37Speaker 4: So they had to be getting notification of all this
- 21:40Speaker 4: stuff going on and they were told to stand down.
- 21:43Speaker 4: We know from the FBI sources that Charles Grass League
- 21:48Speaker 4: found that they got these credible document this ten twenty
- 21:53Speaker 4: three for them that said Joe Biden had been involved
- 21:56Speaker 4: in a bribery scheme, and yet no one with the
- 21:59Speaker 4: FBI would allow them to investigate this any further.

- 23:31Speaker 2: or ninety seven to two Patriot. So let's turn to
- 23:35Speaker 2: the president now, because and I want to go through
- 23:37Speaker 2: some of the lies. You go back, and I think
- 23:40Speaker 2: we should play that montage of Joe Biden when he
- 23:44Speaker 2: was running for president and saying I made no money,
- 23:49Speaker 2: I was never connected to my son, our family, businesses.
- 23:52Speaker 2: There's no connections to China. This you know this is
- 23:55Speaker 2: a lie. Everybody's looked at it. It's a lie.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Take a listen to this.
- 23:59Speaker 4: How many times have you ever spoken to your son
- 24:02Speaker 4: about his overseas business dealings.
- 24:04Speaker 6: I've never spoken to my son about his overseas been
- 24:06Speaker 6: as soon as I have never discussed with my son,
- 24:09Speaker 6: or my brother or anyone else and being him to
- 24:13Speaker 6: do with their business period. And what I will do
- 24:16Speaker 6: is the same thing we did in our administration, an
- 24:20Speaker 6: absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
- 24:25Speaker 4: Do you stand by your statement that you did not
- 24:27Speaker 4: discuss any of your son's overseas business charge?
- 24:30Speaker 2: Dan Barber, Congressman, you know that's a lie. I know
- 24:34Speaker 2: that's a lie. The Center knows that's a lie. But
- 24:36Speaker 2: explain methodically for everyone watching and listening, how we now
- 24:40Speaker 2: have the facts to back up that he was lying
- 24:43Speaker 2: to the American people every time he said that, every
- 24:45Speaker 2: time the White House said it, every time every Democrat
- 24:48Speaker 2: said it on his behalf, every sarrogate on his campaign.
- 24:51Speaker 4: Well, when we began the investigation, the political narrative and
- 24:54Speaker 4: the media narrative was that Joe Biden never met with
- 24:57Speaker 4: or spoke to any of these mysterious people who were
- 25:00Speaker 4: sending his family millions of millions of dollars. Now we
- 25:03Speaker 4: know through pictures, text messages, emails, WhatsApp messages, and depositions
- 25:10Speaker 4: from Devin Archer that Joe Biden talked to all of them.
- 25:14Speaker 4: We also discovered the pseudonym emails where Joe Biden was
- 25:17Speaker 4: using a pseudonym of fake name sending emails back and
- 25:21Speaker 4: forth to Eric Sherwin, who was one of the main
- 25:25Speaker 4: figures in this influence peddling scheme. In fact, he was like,
- 25:29Speaker 4: for all practical purposes, the bookkeeper or the chief financial officer.
- 25:34Speaker 4: Joe Biden also said he had a wall between the
- 25:37Speaker 4: government and his son's family business dealings. There was no
- 25:41Speaker 4: while he was communicating back and forth. There are hundreds
- 25:45Speaker 4: of pseudonym emails between Joe Biden and Eric Sherwin. We
- 25:50Speaker 4: believed there were, and the White House said there was it,
- 25:53Speaker 4: the media said there was it, the National Archives wouldn't
- 25:56Speaker 4: turn them over, and then lo and behold, some of
- 25:59Speaker 4: them pop up in this recent indictment in California. Some
- 26:03Speaker 4: of these pseudonym emails between Joe Biden and Sherwin were
- 26:08Speaker 4: brought out as evidence.
- 26:09Speaker 3: So this is how many fake email accounts and how
- 26:12Speaker 3: many burner phones have you all found for Joe Biden.
- 26:16Speaker 4: Well, I can't comment on the burner phone yet because
- 26:19Speaker 4: we're still looking into that and triple checking some things.
- 26:23Speaker 4: But with respect to the email, he's had at least
- 26:27Speaker 4: three that he communicated, three pseudonym emails that he used
- 26:32Speaker 4: the government email for, and then he had some other
- 26:35Speaker 4: pseudonyms we believe, with some personal emails and some personal
- 26:40Speaker 4: communication where he was he was. They used code names
- 26:44Speaker 4: like the Big Guy Celtic and things like that. But
- 26:48Speaker 4: clearly they were trying to hide something or they wouldn't
- 26:52Speaker 4: have been using the pseudonyms. But the fact that, you know,
- 26:56Speaker 4: I didn't think we would find government emails from Joe
- 27:00Speaker 4: Biden to these people involved in the influent pelling scheme.
- 27:04Speaker 4: But lo and behold, there are hundreds of them. They
- 27:06Speaker 4: just used a pseudonym and one reason the House voted.
- 27:10Speaker 3: So now and let me ask you, James on on
- 27:13Speaker 3: the fake emails. Is it just a name if you
- 27:16Speaker 3: had an email Kentucky Man Kentuckyman at gmail dot com,
- 27:21Speaker 3: you know someone might pick a name of something. You know,
- 27:23Speaker 3: Ben ferguson Ole Miss Tennis star, like you know, maybe
- 27:27Speaker 3: you picked that as an email. Are they signed using
- 27:31Speaker 3: fake names? Or are they signed Ben or James or Dad?
- 27:37Speaker 3: How are they signed? And how much on the face
- 27:40Speaker 3: of it are the emails trying to obscure the identity
- 27:42Speaker 3: of the sender.
- 27:43Speaker 4: Well, they're all trying to obscure the identity of the sender.
- 27:47Speaker 4: He signed different things, but you know a lot of
- 27:52Speaker 4: times the emails aren't aren't signed, but he's communicating back
- 27:55Speaker 4: and forth. And the most disturbing thing to everyone should
- 27:58Speaker 4: be that Hunter was being copied, blind copied on some
- 28:03Speaker 4: of these emails that where he was using pseudonyms pertaining
- 28:08Speaker 4: to Ukraine at the same time he was gonna Joe
- 28:11Speaker 4: Biden was gonna go over there and fire Victor Choken,
- 28:14Speaker 4: the prosecutor who was investigating Barisma.
- 28:18Speaker 2: I want to that is new news to me. You
- 28:22Speaker 2: just said that you had a Burner email account. The
- 28:25Speaker 2: president is communicating with someone without their knowledge. That Hunter
- 28:29Speaker 2: Biden's being blind copied, right, because you wouldn't know that email,
- 28:33Speaker 2: which also goes back to a bigger lie. They said
- 28:36Speaker 2: that if he ever talked with his son about people
- 28:39Speaker 2: around his business fear. It was about the weather, right
- 28:41Speaker 2: things it was it was not about business, it was
- 28:44Speaker 2: you know, oh we're just friendly.
- 28:46Speaker 1: These are direct communication.
- 28:48Speaker 3: Where the Ukraine emails talking about the weather was it
- 28:50Speaker 3: like it's gonna be Sonny on Tuesday.
- 28:53Speaker 4: No, And the emails weren't to Hunter. It was discussing
- 28:56Speaker 4: with various members of the staff about his speech logistics
- 29:02Speaker 4: and things like that. And they were copying Hunters. So
- 29:05Speaker 4: this wasn't from a burner account. This was the government account.
- 29:09Speaker 4: Joe Biden was just using to suit them. And the
- 29:11Speaker 4: reason we know Hunter was copied on it.
- 29:15Speaker 3: Say that again, so this is a government account. But
- 29:19Speaker 3: Joe Biden is using just a fake name on a
- 29:22Speaker 3: government account and is using that fake name to conduct
- 29:26Speaker 3: government business and is secretly blind ceaseeing Hunter.
- 29:32Speaker 1: He's sitting on the bard of Barsma.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Who's sitting on the bard of Aarismos and being paid
- 29:35Speaker 3: eighty three thousand dollars a month, who has no skills,
- 29:38Speaker 3: who doesn't speak Ukrainian, who knows nothing about oil and
- 29:41Speaker 3: gas but has access to Daddy.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Is that all of that accurate?
- 29:46Speaker 4: That tried and the reason we found that email it
- 29:50Speaker 4: was on the laptop. Now, remember when we started this investigation,
- 29:55Speaker 4: the laptop was Russian disinformation.
- 29:57Speaker 5: But in Hunter Biden's.
- 29:59Speaker 4: Last speech you gave when he defied the congressional subpoena,
- 30:03Speaker 4: he referenced.
- 30:04Speaker 5: The laptop a lot. So you know, it's there's a
- 30:08Speaker 5: lot of.
- 30:09Speaker 4: Pieces you have to put together, and it's very complicated,
- 30:12Speaker 4: very hard to explain. This was by design. This is
- 30:15Speaker 4: an organized criminal entity. There's no question about it. They
- 30:20Speaker 4: knew what they were doing. The President's son is smarter
- 30:23Speaker 4: than people think, and just we see all the stuff
- 30:26Speaker 4: about him on drugs and stuff. This was very organized
- 30:29Speaker 4: and the communications were many between Joe Biden and these
- 30:37Speaker 4: various characters in these schemes, but they tried to hide
- 30:40Speaker 4: it through the pseudonym.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Let me talk to you about your IRA and your
- 30:44Speaker 2: four oh one k. It has been a crazy year
- 30:47Speaker 2: with our economy. It's been a crazy year on Wall Street.
- 30:50Speaker 2: And if you are in retirement or getting close to
- 30:53Speaker 2: retirement planning for it, then you know the stress of
- 30:57Speaker 2: what happens when you see those dollars just here, and
- 31:00Speaker 2: you know that there's not a lot of time left
- 31:03Speaker 2: to make up those losses. That is where people turn
- 31:06Speaker 2: to gold to help diversify their portfolio. Now, there are
- 31:10Speaker 2: a lot of companies that sell gold. The one that
- 31:14Speaker 2: I use is a Gust of Precious Metals because they
- 31:16Speaker 2: help me protect my retirement, they help me diversify, and
- 31:20Speaker 2: they answer all of my questions and have a plan
- 31:23Speaker 2: that's right just for me. Now here's the other thing
- 31:26Speaker 2: about a Gust of Precious Metals. They do a one
- 31:29Speaker 2: on one web conference with each and every person so
- 31:32Speaker 2: that you can ask them and they answer every question
- 31:35Speaker 2: that you have because they understand everybody's goals, everybody's portfolio,
- 31:41Speaker 2: everybody's retirement account is different, so they shouldn't be treated
- 31:45Speaker 2: like they're all the same. That's what makes a Gust
- 31:48Speaker 2: of Precious Metals so unique as a company. You can
- 31:52Speaker 2: call them and you can sit down with them and
- 31:54Speaker 2: do a one on one web conference, and you can
- 31:57Speaker 2: also get the free Investor's Guide on gold. Go answer
- 32:00Speaker 2: your questions and talk to you about how to protect
- 32:03Speaker 2: your hard earned dollars by using gold in your IRA
- 32:07Speaker 2: or your four oh one K the number eight seven
- 32:09Speaker 2: seven four the number four gold ir A. That's eight
- 32:13Speaker 2: seven seven the number four gold ir A or online
- 32:19Speaker 2: at Augusta Precious Metals dot com. That's Augusta Precious Medals
- 32:24Speaker 2: dot com or eight seven seven the number four gold
- 32:29Speaker 2: I r A Congress and Comer Center. We're not done yet.
- 32:33Speaker 2: This is part one of our series with Congressman James Comer.
- 32:38Speaker 2: We have so many other financial crimes that we are
- 32:41Speaker 2: going to go through. We want to ask for your help, though,
- 32:44Speaker 2: Make sure you share this podcast. Share it right now
- 32:48Speaker 2: as we continue this conversation. Make sure you join us
- 32:51Speaker 2: on Wednesday, and on Wednesday we will have part two
- 32:55Speaker 2: of our conversation with James Comer.
