Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict of Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:04Speaker 2: There is obviously the big story of Donald Trump. He
- 0:07Speaker 2: has pled innocent to the charges against him. And if
- 0:11Speaker 2: you missed our last podcast, we went through the entire indictment.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Make sure you go back and listen to that episode
- 0:19Speaker 2: so you know what's happening with this indictment. But while
- 0:22Speaker 2: this story has taken over the headlines, there's a bigger
- 0:25Speaker 2: story that we are going to spend significant time on
- 0:28Speaker 2: in the show today and Senator this is one of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the most shocking stories to come out of Washington, DC
- 0:33Speaker 2: in a while, Senator Chuck Grassley revealing that a foreign
- 0:37Speaker 2: national allegedly bribed not Hunter Biden, but Joe Biden and
- 0:42Speaker 2: has audio recordings of it.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Yes, this is a big damn deal, and I'll tell
- 0:48Speaker 3: you today in the Capitol, I was arguing with reporters.
- 0:52Speaker 3: They were, of course obsessed. The only thing they wanted
- 0:54Speaker 3: to talk about was the in Trump indictment And to say,
- 0:57Speaker 3: isn't this horrible? Doesn't this show that he could never
- 1:00Speaker 3: possibly serve in any public office again? And I was
- 1:05Speaker 3: standing right outside the Senate floor arguing with the reporter saying,
- 1:09Speaker 3: why are none of you covering the bombshell allegations that
- 1:14Speaker 3: came out against the president of the United States. By
- 1:17Speaker 3: the way, Donald Trump is not currently the president of
- 1:20Speaker 3: the United States. No corporate reporter would acknowledge that there's
- 1:24Speaker 3: a guy named Joe Biden who is the president. And
- 1:28Speaker 3: last week we had number one a whistleblower come forward
- 1:31Speaker 3: and say that there was a confidential informant who told
- 1:34Speaker 3: the FBI that Joe Biden received a five million dollar
- 1:40Speaker 3: bribe personally from a senior executive in Barisma, the Ukrainian
- 1:46Speaker 3: natural gas company, in exchange for official conduct. That is
- 1:52Speaker 3: a massive bombshell. That is look we talked about in
- 1:59Speaker 3: Monday's pod and if you didn't listen to it, go
- 2:01Speaker 3: back and listen to it. We do a deep dive
- 2:03Speaker 3: into the Trump indictment. We talked about how the threshold
- 2:07Speaker 3: to indict a president should be incredibly high. It shouldn't
- 2:10Speaker 3: be for tick a tak offenses. It shouldn't be for
- 2:14Speaker 3: one administration going after their predecessor because they hate them.
- 2:17Speaker 3: It should be instead, very very high. Let me tell
- 2:20Speaker 3: you what clears that threshold, real serious, credible evidence of
- 2:26Speaker 3: a president of the United States taking bribes from foreign
- 2:29Speaker 3: nationals that clears the threshold by any measure. The Constitution
- 2:35Speaker 3: provides that impeachment show lie for bribery, treason, or other
- 2:41Speaker 3: high crimes and misdemeanors. So bribery is explicitly laid out
- 2:46Speaker 3: in the Constitution. And then two days ago Chuck Grassley
- 2:51Speaker 3: on the Senate floor made a stunning allegation. So Chuck
- 2:55Speaker 3: Grassley is the only Senator that I know of who
- 2:58Speaker 3: has read this FBI documenting what the confidential informant said.
- 3:03Speaker 3: And when the FBI gave it to the House representatives,
- 3:06Speaker 3: they redacted it. They erased key elements, and one of
- 3:08Speaker 3: the things they redacted was the allegation that there are
- 3:13Speaker 3: seventeen recordings demonstrating this primary this this bribery. Seventeen recordings,
- 3:22Speaker 3: fifteen of them with the Barismath official and Hunter Biden,
- 3:27Speaker 3: and two of them shockingly with the Bearismath official and
- 3:32Speaker 3: Joe Biden. Now I don't know if this is true,
- 3:34Speaker 3: but if it is true, this should lead the six
- 3:38Speaker 3: o'clock news. And I want you to listen to Chuck
- 3:41Speaker 3: Grassley on the Senate floor laying this out.
- 3:45Speaker 4: The ten twenty three produced to the House Committees redacted
- 3:52Speaker 4: reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and
- 3:57Speaker 4: Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with
- 4:04Speaker 4: them seventeen such recordings. According to the ten twenty three,
- 4:12Speaker 4: the foreign national possesses fifteen audio recordings of phone calls
- 4:16Speaker 4: between him and Hunter Biden. According to the ten twenty three,
- 4:23Speaker 4: the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls
- 4:28Speaker 4: between him and then Vice President Joe Biden. These recordings
- 4:34Speaker 4: were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for
- 4:37Speaker 4: the foreign national in case that he got into a
- 4:40Speaker 4: tight spot. The ten twenty three also indicates that then
- 4:44Speaker 4: Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in brougement
- 4:50Speaker 4: employing Hunter Biden sentaer.
- 4:53Speaker 2: You hear that, And this is tradecraft for these ola
- 4:56Speaker 2: gards and corrupt people, right. They want to blackmail. You
- 5:00Speaker 2: want to have something on you, whether you're an oigark,
- 5:03Speaker 2: a shady businessman, whether you're in Russia or China, Venezuela
- 5:07Speaker 2: or Ukraine. You want an insurance policy that if someone
- 5:11Speaker 2: comes after you, you've got leverage. Something that Jeffrey Epstein
- 5:15Speaker 2: apparently did incredibly well.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Is another example.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Of this type of leverage aka trade craft, And that's
- 5:21Speaker 2: what Chuck Grassley is saying here.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Yes, look, there's a whole lot of substance to unpack
- 5:28Speaker 3: from that statement on the Senate floor on Monday. Number one,
- 5:35Speaker 3: Chuck Grassley, to the best of my knowledge, is the
- 5:38Speaker 3: only senator who's read the FBI Form ten twenty three.
- 5:42Speaker 3: If there's another senator, he or she has not stated
- 5:45Speaker 3: that publicly. I have not read it. They will not
- 5:47Speaker 3: give it to me.
- 5:49Speaker 2: What is the reasoning behind that? Why can you not
- 5:51Speaker 2: see it? But Chuck Krassey can. So people understand the rules.
- 5:55Speaker 3: So let me let me delay that. We will get
- 5:58Speaker 3: to that, but let me delay that for second. The
- 6:01Speaker 3: House of Representatives heard about the ten twenty three. They
- 6:05Speaker 3: wanted to see the ten twenty three, and so James Comber,
- 6:09Speaker 3: who's the head of the Oversight Committee, issued a subpoena,
- 6:12Speaker 3: got the votes, he had a majority in the House.
- 6:14Speaker 3: He issued a subpoena, give us the ten twenty three
- 6:18Speaker 3: the FBI stonewall. They said, no, we won't give you
- 6:21Speaker 3: the ten twenty three. The House was on the verge
- 6:26Speaker 3: of holding Chris Ray, the director of the FBI, in
- 6:29Speaker 3: contempt Chris Ray blinked and said, okay, we'll give you
- 6:32Speaker 3: the ten twenty three, but we'll show it to you
- 6:35Speaker 3: in private. Initially he just showed it to James Comber
- 6:38Speaker 3: and Raskin, the chairman and ranking member of the Oversight Committee,
- 6:43Speaker 3: said no one else can see it. Comber came out
- 6:47Speaker 3: of that and said, the American people need to see this.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Chris Ray blinked again and said, okay, the entire committee
- 6:53Speaker 3: can see this. But what they saw was a redacted copy.
- 6:57Speaker 3: So the FBI, this is not a classified document. But
- 7:00Speaker 3: the FBI took and blacked out portions of the report
- 7:04Speaker 3: and said, you can't see the things were redacting. One
- 7:08Speaker 3: of the things they redacted was the allegation that there
- 7:13Speaker 3: are seventeen tape recordings. So the House didn't see that. Wow,
- 7:17Speaker 3: Now I got to ask you a question, Why the
- 7:19Speaker 3: hell is the FBI hiding the possible existence of evidence,
- 7:27Speaker 3: stone cold evidence of bribery against Joe Biden. Why did
- 7:32Speaker 3: they redact out the allegation that they're seventeen tape recordings.
- 7:38Speaker 3: That is an incredibly good question. And so Grassley was
- 7:42Speaker 3: in a unique situation where he had seen this. He
- 7:45Speaker 3: had a whistleblower. He saw this and he knew what
- 7:49Speaker 3: was in it. And I'll tell you it is not
- 7:50Speaker 3: an accident that Chuck Grassley did this on the Senate floor.
- 7:55Speaker 3: He didn't go on Fox News, he didn't go on
- 7:58Speaker 3: a TV interview. Why because look, he reviewed this ten
- 8:03Speaker 3: twenty three in a restricted circumstance. There may well be
- 8:07Speaker 3: people who argue the reason why the FBI is trying
- 8:10Speaker 3: to put all these restrictions on it. It's not classified,
- 8:12Speaker 3: mind you, so all the laws concerning classified information don't apply.
- 8:17Speaker 3: But the FBI is still trying to put restrictions on
- 8:19Speaker 3: it because they don't want anyone to know. And so
- 8:23Speaker 3: the reason I believe Chuck, who's a good friend. I've
- 8:25Speaker 3: served with him eleven years, Chuck went to the Senate
- 8:28Speaker 3: floor as the Constitution gives an immunity from any liability
- 8:32Speaker 3: for anything said in speech and debate for a senator
- 8:37Speaker 3: or representative, and so saying it on the Senate floor,
- 8:41Speaker 3: I think Chuck Grassley did that a for attention, but
- 8:43Speaker 3: b for legal protection, because these guys are so vicious
- 8:47Speaker 3: and politicized that there's a chance they could try to
- 8:51Speaker 3: go after him for daring to repeat the truth.
- 8:55Speaker 2: So saying it in the hall he could be held,
- 8:58Speaker 2: he could get in trouble with this, this rogue DOOJ.
- 9:01Speaker 1: If he set in the hall walk.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Potentially DOJ would lose, but there would be potentially more
- 9:06Speaker 3: exposure by doing it on the Senate floor. It is
- 9:10Speaker 3: unquestionably covered in the speech and debate privilege of the Constitution,
- 9:14Speaker 3: which gave him a greater ability to say I know
- 9:18Speaker 3: this to be true. It'd be clear. What does Grassley know.
- 9:22Speaker 3: He doesn't know that there are seventeen recordings there might
- 9:26Speaker 3: not be. What he knows is that a confidential informant
- 9:31Speaker 3: who the FBI had relied on previously investigations made an
- 9:37Speaker 3: allegation that there are seventeen recordings fifteen of Hunter Biden
- 9:42Speaker 3: and a corrupt Briisma official, two of Joe Biden and
- 9:46Speaker 3: a corrupt Barisma official, all concerning bribing Joe Biden personally.
- 9:51Speaker 3: And so Chuck Grassley read that in the FBI formed
- 9:55Speaker 3: ten twenty three, and he said it on the on
- 9:57Speaker 3: the Senate floor. And I want to ask you, look
- 10:01Speaker 3: across the country, there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions,
- 10:05Speaker 3: of listeners to this podcast today. I want you to
- 10:09Speaker 3: ask yourself, something did you see on the news last
- 10:14Speaker 3: night Chuck Grassley's allegation that there are tape recordings of
- 10:21Speaker 3: Joe Biden taking a five million dollar bribe? Did you
- 10:25Speaker 3: see it in the newspaper? Was it the headline today?
- 10:28Speaker 3: Think about what city you live, in your local newspaper,
- 10:31Speaker 3: what was the headline on the front page. Was it
- 10:36Speaker 3: tape recordings of evidence that the President Joe Biden took
- 10:41Speaker 3: bribes from Ukrainian corrupt official. Was that the headline? And
- 10:47Speaker 3: you know what, I'm willing to bet every single listener
- 10:51Speaker 3: of Verdict the answer is no, that wasn't your headline.
- 10:54Speaker 3: That wasn't on the news. The press won't cover this.
- 10:58Speaker 3: And I got to say even worse than that, the
- 11:01Speaker 3: FBI is stonewalling and covering the up.
- 11:05Speaker 1: It is shocking to see it.
- 11:06Speaker 2: You got to ask some questions about this to some
- 11:10Speaker 2: of those in charge, and I want to play that
- 11:12Speaker 2: for people. Let me also tell you about our friends
- 11:14Speaker 2: of Augusta Precious Metals. Have you been saving a long
- 11:16Speaker 2: time for retirement? Well, if you have, you've probably been
- 11:19Speaker 2: really stressed out over the last year with interest rates
- 11:21Speaker 2: have been skyrocketing, inflation issues, bank failures and people that
- 11:26Speaker 2: have actually lost some money in their retirement accounts. If
- 11:30Speaker 2: you aren't invested and diversified in gold, you should check
- 11:34Speaker 2: out Augusta Precious Metals. Augusta Precious Metals. They're just different.
- 11:38Speaker 2: They'll even tell you if a gold IRA isn't your answer.

- 11:55Speaker 2: there's no time to make up losses. Now, if you've
- 11:58Speaker 2: had those losses, you know what I'm talking about. So
- 12:01Speaker 2: if you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more, take
- 12:04Speaker 2: a look at their free guy that they'll send you

- 12:33Speaker 1: That's Augusta Precious.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Medals dot com or eight seven seven the number four
- 12:38Speaker 2: goldr a centater. You had a opportunity to talk to
- 12:43Speaker 2: some of those that are stonewalling. You got to talk
- 12:46Speaker 2: to a a the FBI deputy director talk about why
- 12:51Speaker 2: he was in front of the Senate before we play
- 12:53Speaker 2: some of this.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Well, yesterday we had a hearing in the Senate Judiciary
- 12:58Speaker 3: Committee and it was on a totally different issue. It
- 13:00Speaker 3: was on Section seven oh two searches. It's part of
- 13:06Speaker 3: the tools that the FBI law enforcement has to target
- 13:10Speaker 3: for nationals. And by the way, there is significant evidence
- 13:15Speaker 3: that the FBI and dj has abused their tools to
- 13:19Speaker 3: target four nationals, to surveil US citizens, and in particular
- 13:23Speaker 3: to target January sixth, and it is deeply concerning their
- 13:27Speaker 3: abuse of power. So the hearing was important. But given
- 13:31Speaker 3: that this was the day after Chuck Grassley had stood
- 13:34Speaker 3: up on the Senate floor and told the world that
- 13:39Speaker 3: there were allegedly these seventeen recordings, I said, listen, I've
- 13:44Speaker 3: got the deputy director of the FBI. I'm going to
- 13:46Speaker 3: ask him about this. He didn't want to answer this,
- 13:48Speaker 3: but he's here, he's under oath. He started this by
- 13:51Speaker 3: standing up raising his right hand and taking an oath
- 13:55Speaker 3: to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but
- 13:57Speaker 3: the truth. So help me God, and so I took
- 14:00Speaker 3: the opportunity to ask him about the ten twenty three
- 14:04Speaker 3: and about the recordings. Give a listen, gentlemen. Every day
- 14:08Speaker 3: when I'm home in Texas, I hear from Texans who
- 14:11Speaker 3: are deeply dismayed about the growing politicization and weaponization of
- 14:15Speaker 3: the Department of Justice and the FBI. If you are not,
- 14:20Speaker 3: every one of you should be deeply concerned about the
- 14:22Speaker 3: damage being done to the integrity of the institutions in
- 14:25Speaker 3: which you operate. My office hear is regularly from FBI
- 14:28Speaker 3: agents and from assistant US attorneys who are likewise concerned
- 14:34Speaker 3: about the politicization and weaponization of the Department of Justice
- 14:38Speaker 3: and the FBI. And this is profoundly damaging to the
- 14:41Speaker 3: rule of law in our nation. Last month, a whistleblower
- 14:47Speaker 3: brought to life the existence in the FBI of a
- 14:52Speaker 3: report at FD ten twenty three in which the informant
- 14:55Speaker 3: alleges that President Biden and his family members and aged
- 15:00Speaker 3: in a five million dollar bribery scheme during his time
- 15:05Speaker 3: as Vice president. Deputy Director of Body is it true
- 15:09Speaker 3: that the FBI has a report making those allegations.
- 15:13Speaker 5: I'm not going to comment on that, Center, and why
- 15:15Speaker 5: is that. I'm just not going to comment on information
- 15:19Speaker 5: we received. Investigations.
- 15:21Speaker 3: You own obligation to the American people to be candid
- 15:23Speaker 3: about evidence of corruption by the president of the United States.
- 15:27Speaker 5: This is an area that I'm not going to get
- 15:29Speaker 5: into with you. Center.
- 15:29Speaker 3: Well, I understand you don't want to, and that's why
- 15:31Speaker 3: people are mad at the FBI, because you're stonewalling and
- 15:34Speaker 3: covering up serious allegations of evidence of corruption from the president. Yesterday,
- 15:42Speaker 3: Senator Chuck Grassley stood on the Senate floor and alleged
- 15:47Speaker 3: that there are seventeen recordings of this informant from Barisma,
- 15:52Speaker 3: Ukrainian natural Gas company. Fifteen of them are recordings voice
- 15:56Speaker 3: recordings of him talking to Hunter Biden. Two of them
- 15:59Speaker 3: are voice records of him talking to Joe Biden, deputy
- 16:02Speaker 3: director of BAT. Does the FBI have seventeen voice recordings
- 16:07Speaker 3: laying out evidence of a bribery scheme?
- 16:10Speaker 5: Centerted, I'd add all I would add also that we've
- 16:13Speaker 5: worked with the House Oversight Committee.
- 16:15Speaker 3: Yeah, this is the Senate where the other side of
- 16:17Speaker 3: the Capitol. This is the Senate. Do you have those
- 16:20Speaker 3: seventeen recordings.
- 16:21Speaker 5: I'm not going to comment on any investigative matter. Centator.
- 16:24Speaker 3: See, that's the problem the FBI. And I've had this
- 16:26Speaker 3: conversation with Chris Ray too. This is why you are
- 16:29Speaker 3: damaging the institution. The American people have a right to
- 16:33Speaker 3: know whether there is serious, credible evidence that the President
- 16:37Speaker 3: of the United States took a five million dollar bribe.
- 16:39Speaker 3: And by the way, if it's false, Chairman Durbin just
- 16:43Speaker 3: rolled his eyes. If Chairman Durbin were interested in the
- 16:49Speaker 3: rule of law, we would have a hearing on these allegations.
- 16:51Speaker 3: But of course the Democrats don't want a hearing on
- 16:53Speaker 3: these allegations. And to be clear, if the allegations are false,
- 16:57Speaker 3: you know who could disprove them. Joe Biden. He could
- 17:00Speaker 3: call for this to be released publicly. But the FBI
- 17:03Speaker 3: is stonewalling.
- 17:05Speaker 2: They are stonewalling, and you have sentators like Durban rolling
- 17:09Speaker 2: their eyes. Even the President was asked about this today
- 17:12Speaker 2: at the White House and he stopped, turned and basically
- 17:16Speaker 2: laughed in the face of American senator.
- 17:18Speaker 1: He literally laughed.
- 17:19Speaker 2: There was a reporter that was kind of shouting it
- 17:21Speaker 2: out at him about Hey, these recordings, he stopped those tracks,
- 17:25Speaker 2: turned around, laughed at the reporter. But in many ways
- 17:28Speaker 2: it's like he's laughing at the American people at the
- 17:30Speaker 2: same time.
- 17:33Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. And the reason Joe Biden can
- 17:36Speaker 3: do this, the reason the FBI can do this is
- 17:38Speaker 3: because we don't have a functioning press score. The world
- 17:42Speaker 3: of journalism is so utterly corrupted that nobody's reporting on this.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Why didn't you see this on the six o'clock news.
- 17:51Speaker 3: And let's be clear what I asked about it's not classified,
- 17:55Speaker 3: But the deputy director of the FBI just said, I'm
- 17:57Speaker 3: not going to tell you no reason my answers, just no.
- 18:02Speaker 3: And to be clear, listen, when I'm asking questions, it's
- 18:06Speaker 3: not just because, gosh, I'd like to know. I'm elected
- 18:10Speaker 3: by thirty million Texans. I've got a responsibility. When I'm
- 18:13Speaker 3: in a hearing, I am doing my damned best to
- 18:19Speaker 3: represent thirty million Texans and ask the questions they want
- 18:23Speaker 3: to ask. And I'll tell you I'm hearing from the
- 18:26Speaker 3: people of Texas what the heck is going on with
- 18:29Speaker 3: the FBI? And this FBI deputy director just smugly saying
- 18:33Speaker 3: I'm not gonna tell you because I said no, because no, Look,
- 18:38Speaker 3: he is not a fourth grade teacher, and we are
- 18:41Speaker 3: not the children in his class. The FBI works for we,
- 18:47Speaker 3: the people, and they owe an obligation of candor. They
- 18:51Speaker 3: have evidence that Joe Biden, the President of the United States,
- 18:56Speaker 3: took a bribe, and maybe maybe the evidence is not compelling,
- 19:00Speaker 3: maybe it doesn't prove this. But if it's not compelling,
- 19:05Speaker 3: they ought to release it yesterday. And if it is compelling,
- 19:11Speaker 3: then you know what the FBI is doing. They're engaged
- 19:14Speaker 3: in a cover up every bit as much as the
- 19:17Speaker 3: co conspirators involved in the bribery. You don't get to
- 19:21Speaker 3: cover up if you've got seventeen audio tapes showing the
- 19:26Speaker 3: president took a bribe and you bury them and say
- 19:29Speaker 3: to Congress, I'm not going to tell you the answer
- 19:32Speaker 3: to that piss off. That was basically his answer, and
- 19:36Speaker 3: let me clarify something. Look, sometimes when I'm home or online,
- 19:42Speaker 3: people will say, well, damn it, Cruise, do something about it,
- 19:47Speaker 3: and I sort of laugh at them and like, Okay,
- 19:49Speaker 3: are you confused about how our constitution operates? So I
- 19:54Speaker 3: can't indict anyone under a Constitution. Only the executive branch
- 20:00Speaker 3: can indict. That would be Joe Biden, that would be
- 20:03Speaker 3: Merrick Garland, that would be the US Department of Justice.
- 20:07Speaker 3: I also can issue a subpoena. I would love to
- 20:09Speaker 3: issue a subpoena. But in the Senate, to issue a subpoena,
- 20:14Speaker 3: it takes a majority, and tragically, the Democrats have the
- 20:19Speaker 3: majority in the Senate. Chuck Schumer is the majority leader.
- 20:21Speaker 3: Dick Durbin is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Dick
- 20:25Speaker 3: Durbin has he literally, as I was talking and you
- 20:28Speaker 3: heard me call it out, he rolled his eyes. He
- 20:31Speaker 3: doesn't care if you asked Dick Durbin. And by the way,
- 20:34Speaker 3: I asked reporters today and said, have any of you
- 20:36Speaker 3: asked a single Democrat senator if there's conclusive evidence that
- 20:42Speaker 3: Joe Biden took a five million dollar bribe from a
- 20:45Speaker 3: foreign national, should he be impeached and removed from office?
- 20:48Speaker 3: By the way, the answer to that is hell, yes,
- 20:50Speaker 3: it's the only answer. But no reporter will ask any
- 20:54Speaker 3: Democrat that question. And so without the majority, I can't
- 20:58Speaker 3: issue a subpoena. I can't indict any one. All I
- 21:01Speaker 3: can do is what I'm doing right now, ask in
- 21:04Speaker 3: a hearing, shine a light on it, and then, by
- 21:06Speaker 3: the way, go on verdict and tell a million people
- 21:09Speaker 3: across America about it and try to ratchet up the attention.
- 21:13Speaker 3: I hope the House wilicious subpoenas there is a majority
- 21:16Speaker 3: in the House. I'm working very closely with James Comer
- 21:19Speaker 3: and Jim Jordan, but we have got to demand accountability
- 21:28Speaker 3: and transparency on this serious, serious allegation of a major
- 21:34Speaker 3: crime by Joe Biden.
- 21:37Speaker 2: That's part of what you said in your follow up
- 21:39Speaker 2: question to him, which I want to play. And before
- 21:41Speaker 2: I get to that, I want to tell you about
- 21:42Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile. If you're sick and tired of giving your
- 21:45Speaker 2: money to companies that don't align with your values, if
- 21:49Speaker 2: you're sick and tired of companies that are going completely

- 21:56Speaker 2: goes on and on. Unfortunately, then it's time for you
- 21:59Speaker 2: to make switch to Patriot Mobile.

- 22:04Speaker 2: millions of dollars into leftist causes. We're talking about causes
- 22:08Speaker 2: like planned parenthood. And unfortunately you didn't have an option
- 22:11Speaker 2: because other ex options didn't exist, well, now they do.

- 22:31Speaker 2: country and your family. When you switch to Patriot Mobile,
- 22:36Speaker 2: you support free speech and religious freedom, the sanctity of life,
- 22:39Speaker 2: the Second Amendment, our military veterans, and our first responder heroes.

- 23:04Speaker 2: can also switch. Remember you get to keep your same
- 23:06Speaker 2: cell phone you have right now, or you can and
- 23:09Speaker 2: keep your same cell phone number, your same cell phone,
- 23:12Speaker 2: or you can switch if you want.
- 23:13Speaker 1: To eight seven eight Patriot.
- 23:15Speaker 2: That's eight seven eight Patriot eight seven eight Patriot or
- 23:19Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot com. Senator, I want people to hear
- 23:22Speaker 2: the second part of this. You're back and forth with
- 23:24Speaker 2: the FBI Deputy Director he was refusing to back down
- 23:29Speaker 2: of basically stonewalling you, and you brought it even more
- 23:32Speaker 2: information which they should share with the American people.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Would you loik?
- 23:36Speaker 5: Greetings, Senator, No one's stonewalling the ten twenty three just
- 23:39Speaker 5: said you refuse to add the response to a subpoena
- 23:43Speaker 5: answer Mike question. The pertinent information is there, and I
- 23:46Speaker 5: reject your assertion that the answer my question. I just
- 23:51Speaker 5: answered your question.
- 23:52Speaker 3: Okay, so yes, you have a ten twenty three. Do
- 23:54Speaker 3: you have the seventeen recordings? Yes or no?
- 23:57Speaker 5: I'm not going to get further into this.
- 23:58Speaker 3: So you're stonewalling. You can't say I'm not refusing to
- 24:01Speaker 3: answer your question, but I won't answer your question.
- 24:04Speaker 5: I'm going to answer within the parameters that we operate in.
- 24:07Speaker 3: That's the problem the FBI has right now and unlimited
- 24:11Speaker 3: hubris that you believe you are unaccountable. You don't believe
- 24:16Speaker 3: you're accountable to the United States Congress, and you don't
- 24:19Speaker 3: believe you're accountable to the American people, and you are
- 24:23Speaker 3: doing damage. The FBI is a great institution. When I
- 24:26Speaker 3: go home to Texas, people ask me should we abolish
- 24:29Speaker 3: the FBI? Now, I tell them no, because you have
- 24:32Speaker 3: heroes and patriots working for you that are catching child predators,
- 24:36Speaker 3: that are catching terrorists, but you're sitting there happily erecting
- 24:42Speaker 3: a wall to protect Joe Biden. Will you provide to
- 24:46Speaker 3: this committee, not the House, the Senate Judiciary Committee. Will
- 24:51Speaker 3: you provide the FD ten twenty three and will you
- 24:53Speaker 3: provide the seventeen recordings so we can assess what is
- 24:57Speaker 3: the evidence, the specific credit evidence that Joe Biden personally
- 25:02Speaker 3: took a five million dollar bribe from a foreign national senator.
- 25:07Speaker 5: We will work with this committee, you and other members
- 25:10Speaker 5: to provide the information within the parameters of the process.
- 25:14Speaker 3: Will you provide the FD ten twenty three, yes or no?
- 25:17Speaker 5: I will take that back and we will work with our.
- 25:19Speaker 3: Now you're not answering that, Will you provide the seventeen recordings?
- 25:22Speaker 5: We will take that back and we'll work with you.
- 25:24Speaker 3: So you're not answering that either did you investigate in
- 25:28Speaker 3: any way, shape or form these allegations.
- 25:32Speaker 5: Center Once again, I'm not going to comment.
- 25:33Speaker 3: So you're not going to say whether you did your job.
- 25:36Speaker 5: We do our job to the very best of our ability.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Well not here. You're not answering a single question to
- 25:41Speaker 3: the American people. And you may think this as esoteric,
- 25:44Speaker 3: I promise you millions of Americans are concerned. You know
- 25:48Speaker 3: who isn't concerned? Not a single Senate Democrat. We're going
- 25:51Speaker 3: to go through this whole hearing, not one Democrat will
- 25:53Speaker 3: ask a question about this. You know who else isn't concerned?
- 25:56Speaker 3: The corporate media, who is joining with the Democrats in
- 25:59Speaker 3: covering up this evidence. If Joe Biden is innocent, the
- 26:03Speaker 3: evidence should be made public and demonstrate that he's innocent.
- 26:06Speaker 3: But if he is not, is it true this informant
- 26:08Speaker 3: who alleged that he personally took a bribe was an
- 26:11Speaker 3: informant the FBI had relied upon previously in other investigations.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Yes or no?
- 26:17Speaker 5: In each and every investigation that we have, all the
- 26:20Speaker 5: work that we do.
- 26:21Speaker 3: I asked, the expectation is.
- 26:23Speaker 5: That every logical avenue avenue investigation people.
- 26:27Speaker 3: I asked you, yes or no? Question? Are you going
- 26:28Speaker 3: to answer it?
- 26:30Speaker 5: I'm answering your question.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Was the informant one you had relied on previously and
- 26:34Speaker 3: other investigations? Yes or no?
- 26:37Speaker 5: Senator, we run down every piece of information.
- 26:39Speaker 3: You're not answering it, then you refuse so you're refusing
- 26:42Speaker 3: to answer.
- 26:43Speaker 5: The question the fullest extent possible, refusing answer that's small instances, disperitable.
- 26:50Speaker 3: It's disgraceful, Deputy Director about a disgraceful senator.
- 26:55Speaker 2: I mean, there's obviously the surface level here of why
- 26:58Speaker 2: he's not answering this, but in reality, deep down, why
- 27:02Speaker 2: has he so hell bent on not answering this basic
- 27:04Speaker 2: question about do these tapes exists? Is it because he
- 27:07Speaker 2: doesn't know, or because he doesn't want you to know,
- 27:11Speaker 2: or he doesn't want the American people to know? Is
- 27:13Speaker 2: this part of the cover up so that the American
- 27:16Speaker 2: people don't know how corrupt? Is this part of the
- 27:19Speaker 2: protecting of the President of the United States of America
- 27:21Speaker 2: and all the corruption that they've already helped him cover up.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Remember they're the same ones that when the laptop came
- 27:27Speaker 2: in they wanted to call it disinformation and it wasn't
- 27:30Speaker 2: They knew it was real. They wanted when Tony Babolenski
- 27:34Speaker 2: went to the FBI, it was because he went on
- 27:37Speaker 2: TV that they finally said down with him, and then
- 27:39Speaker 2: afterwards not a single person contacted him.
- 27:43Speaker 3: So he absolutely knows the answer to these questions. He's
- 27:47Speaker 3: refusing to answer. And to be clear, there's no legal prohibition.
- 27:51Speaker 3: This is not classified information, this is not privileged information,
- 27:56Speaker 3: this is not attorney client information. There's no legal prohibition
- 27:59Speaker 3: on his answering the questions. The problem is, fundamentally, it's
- 28:04Speaker 3: what I said. The FBI right now has this hubris,
- 28:07Speaker 3: it's this absolute arrogance. It's the same thing the DJ has.
- 28:11Speaker 3: It's the same thing Merrick Garland has. That Their view
- 28:14Speaker 3: is we are unaccountable. We're the f B friggin' eye
- 28:19Speaker 3: like whatever. We say. We're in charge, and we decide
- 28:24Speaker 3: what to investigate, we decide who to go after, we
- 28:26Speaker 3: decide who to show up at the crack of dawn
- 28:29Speaker 3: with twenty jack booted thugs with machine guns, and who
- 28:32Speaker 3: not to And you don't get to question us. Congress
- 28:36Speaker 3: does get to question us. The American people don't get
- 28:39Speaker 3: to question us. We are in charge. And look you
- 28:47Speaker 3: heard in his questioning he just said I asked him.
- 28:49Speaker 3: He said, I'm not gonna answer that. Why because I
- 28:51Speaker 3: don't want to answer that, and nobody's gonna make me
- 28:55Speaker 3: answer that in the Senate. Sadly that's true. Dick Durbin
- 28:58Speaker 3: doesn't care. It's actually worse, Dick Durbin wants him not
- 29:02Speaker 3: to answer this. Dick Durbin and the Senate Democrats would
- 29:05Speaker 3: be horrified if he answered this. Why because they're complicit
- 29:10Speaker 3: in the cover up of Joe Biden. And I want
- 29:13Speaker 3: to underscore something. I don't know if these allegations are true.
- 29:19Speaker 3: They might be false. Listen, Ukraine has a lot of
- 29:22Speaker 3: corruption in it. Maybe, and Barisma has had a lot
- 29:26Speaker 3: of corruption in it. Maybe the allegation that there was
- 29:29Speaker 3: a five million dollar bribe pay to Joe Biden is
- 29:31Speaker 3: totally made up. It might be misinformation. If it is.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Joe Biden presumably knows that, and he would have an
- 29:39Speaker 3: incentive to say, let's disprove it. He's not doing that.
- 29:43Speaker 3: And the alternative, why does the FBI feel completely at
- 29:51Speaker 3: liberty to say, piss off American people, we don't work
- 29:59Speaker 3: for you, and we will not answer your questions. That's
- 30:03Speaker 3: what the FBI said. And I got to say, look, Ben,
- 30:07Speaker 3: you can tell from that exchange, I was pissed. And
- 30:11Speaker 3: I was pissed because it is so destructive to the
- 30:15Speaker 3: integrity of the FBI and DOJ, and it's destructive to
- 30:20Speaker 3: the rule of law and the Constitution in the United States.
- 30:23Speaker 2: What will happen with this? Do you think and will
- 30:25Speaker 2: we be able to get will the House be able
- 30:28Speaker 2: to get these tapes if they do exist. If these
- 30:31Speaker 2: recordings do exist, will we ever see them? Or as
- 30:35Speaker 2: long as the Democrats have control of the Senate in
- 30:38Speaker 2: the White House, is this going to be blocked off
- 30:41Speaker 2: because the FBI gets say, guess what, you Republicans have
- 30:44Speaker 2: only got one house. You don't have both, and you
- 30:47Speaker 2: don't have the White House, so we're going to get
- 30:48Speaker 2: away with this.
- 30:50Speaker 3: So it's not clear if we'll ever get to see
- 30:52Speaker 3: these What should happen? This whistleblower should testify in front
- 30:57Speaker 3: of Congress on national television for the America people to
- 31:00Speaker 3: hear his allegations to assess is he telling the truth
- 31:04Speaker 3: or not? What should happen These seventeen tape recordings, fifteen
- 31:09Speaker 3: with Hunter Biden, two with Joe Biden should be released
- 31:13Speaker 3: to the public. They should be played nationally. You should
- 31:17Speaker 3: be able to listen to him and determine maybe Joe
- 31:19Speaker 3: Biden's innocent or maybe as guilty as hell and took
- 31:22Speaker 3: a five million dollar bribe, which is what the confidential
- 31:25Speaker 3: informant alleges in exchange for government policy. And if he
- 31:30Speaker 3: did that, he should be impeached, he should be removed
- 31:32Speaker 3: from office, he should be prosecuted, and he should go
- 31:34Speaker 3: to jail. We talked about the Trump indictment. There should
- 31:39Speaker 3: be an exceptionally high threshold for indicting or prosecuting a
- 31:44Speaker 3: president or former president. I'll tell you what definitely clears
- 31:48Speaker 3: that threshold. A president or former president taking bribes from
- 31:54Speaker 3: a foreign national of millions of dollars in exchange for
- 31:58Speaker 3: corrupt government official descis decisions. The Constitution explicitly says impeachment
- 32:04Speaker 3: lies for bribery. We ought to push for this, and
- 32:08Speaker 3: you ask what's next. To be honest, let me say
- 32:12Speaker 3: to everyone listening to this podcast, Frankly, it's in your hands.
- 32:17Speaker 3: I'm standing on a mountaintop. I'm screaming, pointing a light
- 32:22Speaker 3: at this. I'm shining a light on this. I'm highlighting
- 32:25Speaker 3: it to the American people tonight. Will it be on
- 32:29Speaker 3: the six o'clock news. No, because the corporate media is corrupt,
- 32:34Speaker 3: which means we've got a million people that listen to
- 32:37Speaker 3: this podcast. Ben those million people, every one of you
- 32:42Speaker 3: need to go on Facebook, You need to go on Twitter.
- 32:44Speaker 3: You need to go on whatever social media you have
- 32:46Speaker 3: and you just speak out. Every one of you need
- 32:48Speaker 3: to pick up your phone and call your house member
- 32:51Speaker 3: and your senator and say, we want an investigation. We
- 32:55Speaker 3: want to read the ten twenty three, we want to
- 32:57Speaker 3: hear the seventeen recordings. The only thing that might change
- 33:03Speaker 3: this because I cannot. I do not have the ability.
- 33:07Speaker 3: I don't know I have the legal authority right now
- 33:09Speaker 3: to indict anyone. I don't have the authority to issue
- 33:13Speaker 3: subpoena to anyone. The only thing that can change this
- 33:17Speaker 3: is you and pressure from the American people. That's why
- 33:22Speaker 3: we're doing this podcast and why we're focused directly on
- 33:25Speaker 3: this issue.
- 33:26Speaker 2: You know, it's interesting that you mentioned Grassly and doing
- 33:29Speaker 2: this this way a couple of nights before he went
- 33:33Speaker 2: on the for of the Senate to say what he said,
- 33:37Speaker 2: he also said something that that echoes what you're saying
- 33:39Speaker 2: about the FBI, and I want to play that and
- 33:41Speaker 2: get your reaction. Lastly, before we get to that, though,
- 33:44Speaker 2: let me tell you about chalk. If you're a guy
- 33:46Speaker 2: and you're sick and tired of feeling like you've just
- 33:49Speaker 2: got fatigue, uh that you have that weakness complacency has

- 34:54Speaker 2: tell you it works. Choq dot com use a promo
- 34:58Speaker 2: code Ben for thirty five percent off. Lastly, center, I
- 35:02Speaker 2: want you to hear Grassley. It's interesting to know what
- 35:04Speaker 2: he was going to say a few days later now
- 35:07Speaker 2: in retrospect, kind of reading between the lines, But he
- 35:09Speaker 2: had this to say on Fox just a couple of
- 35:11Speaker 2: days before he went to the for the Senate.
- 35:13Speaker 5: Do you feel like the Department of Justice and the
- 35:16Speaker 5: FBI are playing games?
- 35:19Speaker 1: Absolutely.
- 35:21Speaker 6: First of all, I want to compliment congsmn Comer because
- 35:25Speaker 6: he's been very helpful with working me on this issue,
- 35:29Speaker 6: and we wouldn't be where we are with the FBI
- 35:32Speaker 6: if he hadn't been involved.
- 35:35Speaker 7: So let me answer your question this way. We have
- 35:37Speaker 7: an unclassified document. We have what the FBI calls a
- 35:42Speaker 7: credible source because they've paid this person over years six figures,
- 35:48Speaker 7: and I've got a reputation for protecting whistle boars, and
- 35:53Speaker 7: we're going to keep going until we get this document.
- 35:55Speaker 7: But yes, I believe the FBI is covering for President Biden.
- 36:02Speaker 7: And the information that's in this is from a credible source,
- 36:09Speaker 7: from credible whistleblowers, people that are protected by the whistleblower
- 36:13Speaker 7: Protection Law, and we've just got to get to the
- 36:16Speaker 7: bottom of it, and we're not going to give up
- 36:18Speaker 7: until we get this document.
- 36:20Speaker 1: I love the way he describes us.
- 36:22Speaker 2: He says, Look, the FBI is a threat to Congress
- 36:26Speaker 2: and a threat to Americans. They treat him like second
- 36:29Speaker 2: class citizens. Is part of what he's saying there, and
- 36:33Speaker 2: that's spot on based on what you said as well.
- 36:37Speaker 3: No, that's exactly right. They believe institutionally that they don't
- 36:41Speaker 3: report to anyone. And listen, part of the genius of
- 36:46Speaker 3: our framers, of the founding fathers to drafted the Constitution
- 36:50Speaker 3: is they created a system of checks and balances. James
- 36:53Speaker 3: Madison wrote Federalist ten about the checks and balances, about
- 36:58Speaker 3: pitting different factions against each other, and the idea was,
- 37:01Speaker 3: if you have an executive if who is overreaching, you'll
- 37:04Speaker 3: have a Congress who will check them. You have a
- 37:07Speaker 3: congress is overreaching, you have a judiciary who will check them.
- 37:11Speaker 3: If you have a judiciary is overreaching, you'll have a
- 37:14Speaker 3: Congress or an executive who'll check them. And each of
- 37:17Speaker 3: the three branches will be a check on the other.
- 37:20Speaker 3: What has happened with the FBI is they've gotten to
- 37:25Speaker 3: use a drug dealer phrase. High on their own supply.
- 37:30Speaker 3: They believe nobody can check them, that they are the judge, jury,
- 37:35Speaker 3: and execution. They decide what's acceptable, They decide what's not.
- 37:40Speaker 3: They decide if they hate Donald Trump, and they will
- 37:42Speaker 3: target and persecute them and go after him with everything
- 37:44Speaker 3: they've got. They decide if they like Joe Biden, and
- 37:47Speaker 3: they'll cover up and hide an off ye skate and
- 37:49Speaker 3: bury evidence of corruption of Joe Biden. And because they
- 37:53Speaker 3: believe they're the final arbitra, when anyone asks them about it,
- 37:56Speaker 3: their answer is, no, we're not going to tell you.
- 38:00Speaker 3: We don't have to tell you, we don't care to
- 38:01Speaker 3: tell you, we don't want to tell you. So no,
- 38:04Speaker 3: Senate Democrats are perfectly willing to let the FBI tell
- 38:08Speaker 3: the Senate go jump in a lake that they are
- 38:11Speaker 3: so Why because they're so partisan. They don't want anyone
- 38:16Speaker 3: to know about the evidence about Joe Biden. They want
- 38:18Speaker 3: every question from every reporter to be Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump,
- 38:22Speaker 3: All about the damn boxes of documents in the bathroom. Well,
- 38:26Speaker 3: you know what, boxes a document in the bathroom are
- 38:30Speaker 3: no worse than boxes of documents in an unlocked garage
- 38:34Speaker 3: next to a classic corvette, which Joe Biden had. But
- 38:37Speaker 3: they're also both orders of magnitude less concerning than credible
- 38:45Speaker 3: evidence that the President of the United States took a
- 38:47Speaker 3: bribe from a foreign national, and I got to say,
- 38:51Speaker 3: FBI leadership, every step they're taking the stonewall is exactly
- 38:57Speaker 3: as I said at the end of that exchange. Disgraceful.
- 39:00Speaker 2: Yeah, no doubt about it. Make sure that you share
- 39:02Speaker 2: this podcast on social media. Get that little forward arrow
- 39:07Speaker 2: that you can find, and you can share it on
