Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is a verdict with Ted Cruz Weekend Review. Ben
- 0:04Speaker 2: Ferguson with you, and these are the big stories that
- 0:07Speaker 2: you may have missed that we talked about this week.
- 0:10Speaker 2: We're going to deal with this Number One witnesses in
- 0:13Speaker 2: the Hunter Biden case. Who are they going to be
- 0:16Speaker 2: and who's going to be called to testify before Congress
- 0:20Speaker 2: if there is an impeachment hearing moving forward? And how
- 0:23Speaker 2: important could these witnesses be and how damning could they
- 0:26Speaker 2: be to the President of the United States of America,
- 0:29Speaker 2: Joe Biden.
- 0:29Speaker 1: We're going to talk about that. Number Two. The White
- 0:32Speaker 1: House has.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Also moved the goalposts for a third time when it
- 0:36Speaker 2: comes to the President and what he is admitting to
- 0:39Speaker 2: now with business dealings with Hunter Biden. You may recall
- 0:43Speaker 2: that the Presidence at over and over again he never
- 0:45Speaker 2: spoke about business with his son, He never spoke about
- 0:48Speaker 2: business with any of the Biden family members. That's a lie.
- 0:52Speaker 2: They then said, well, he was never in business with
- 0:55Speaker 2: his son. Now they've changed it again. I'll tell you
- 0:58Speaker 2: what that third excuse is in just a moment. And finally,
- 1:03Speaker 2: Mayor Mike Adams in New York City and other liberal
- 1:06Speaker 2: mayors are having serious regrets about being a welcoming, loving
- 1:11Speaker 2: kind city for illegal immigrants, being a sanctuary city. Now
- 1:16Speaker 2: they're demanding change, but they're refusing to tell the president
- 1:20Speaker 2: to shut down the border. It is the weekend review
- 1:23Speaker 2: with Ted Cruz and it starts right now, Sinata. I
- 1:26Speaker 2: want to ask you also in impeachment, real quick about witnesses.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Are there people that can now be called that may
- 1:34Speaker 2: have to answer for their involvement, Whether it's those the DOJ,
- 1:38Speaker 2: whether it's Hunter Biden, whether it's other Biden family members.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Walk us through how an impeachment works when it comes
- 1:44Speaker 2: to witnesses.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Well.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Merrick Garland is expected to testify before the House Judiciary
- 1:48Speaker 4: Committee in the coming days, and he will certainly face
- 1:51Speaker 4: significant questions about the allegations that he personally lied under
- 1:55Speaker 4: oath and committed a felony.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Now, I assume he'll dodge all.
- 1:58Speaker 4: Of them in defiant life and arrogantly refuse to engage
- 2:03Speaker 4: in the substance. I also assume he will get questions
- 2:06Speaker 4: about the allegations of obstruction of justice, and I expect
- 2:09Speaker 4: Merrick Garland to not be remotely forthcoming. I think at
- 2:14Speaker 4: some point you will see David Weiss called before Congress
- 2:18Speaker 4: to testify. David Weiss has been directly implicated in the
- 2:21Speaker 4: obstruction of justice, which is I believe why Merrick Garland
- 2:24Speaker 4: named him the quote special counsel, because Garland and the
- 2:27Speaker 4: Biden DOJ knew they could count on Weiss to protect
- 2:30Speaker 4: the big guy, and that's their most important objective. We've
- 2:33Speaker 4: talked about how Schwerin, who was the kind of money
- 2:37Speaker 4: guy and fixer for Biden, is a very likely witness
- 2:40Speaker 4: and could be a very damning witness, and I would
- 2:42Speaker 4: anticipate seeing him come and then we may well. I
- 2:47Speaker 4: assume Hunter Biden, if he's called to testify, will Stonewall
- 2:52Speaker 4: at this point the legal.
- 2:54Speaker 2: What does that look like when you say Stonewall, is
- 2:57Speaker 2: it a tactic or are you saying he just won't
- 2:58Speaker 2: answer questions?
- 3:00Speaker 3: Assumption is will plead the fifth?
- 3:01Speaker 2: Okay, So he just come in and say I plead
- 3:03Speaker 2: the fifth and that's the end of it.
- 3:04Speaker 4: I assume that's the case, given the multiple felonies and
- 3:10Speaker 4: the fact that he even Dad's white House seems to
- 3:13Speaker 4: be running away from him. I would be shocked if
- 3:17Speaker 4: Hunter Biden said anything else other than on the advice
- 3:20Speaker 4: of counsel, I plead the fifth. I will say one
- 3:23Speaker 4: other thing, which is this Biden impeachment is demonstrating the
- 3:29Speaker 4: utter and complete hypocrisy of Congressional Democrats. Let me read
- 3:34Speaker 4: what Chuck Schumer said this week, right after the House
- 3:37Speaker 4: announced it's impeachment. Schumer said, quote, I think the impeachment
- 3:42Speaker 4: inquiry is absurd. The American people want us to do
- 3:45Speaker 4: something that will make their lives better, not go off
- 3:48Speaker 4: on these chases witch hunts. So Schumer is literally using
- 3:56Speaker 4: Trump's language about witch hunts and just repeating word for
- 4:00Speaker 4: word what the defense was. Now, look, I think the
- 4:04Speaker 4: Biden impeachments of Trump were witch hunts. Ironically, this is not.
- 4:07Speaker 4: This is serious evidence that Congress would be derelict if
- 4:11Speaker 4: it didn't investigate. Here, by the way, is a quote
- 4:14Speaker 4: from from Democrat Senator Chris Murphy of Connecticut.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Quote.
- 4:19Speaker 4: This is what banana dictatorships do is arrest political opponents
- 4:24Speaker 4: without any evidence. Now that's screamingly funny. Yeah, given that
- 4:30Speaker 4: the Democrats have arrested their political opponent.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Like a banana republic.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:37Speaker 3: But part of the.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Reasons Democrats can be such total hypocrites is they know
- 4:43Speaker 4: the corporate media will never call them out on it.
- 4:46Speaker 4: That the corporate media will nod and say yes, yes,
- 4:48Speaker 4: Banana Republic. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, No direct evidence, no
- 4:52Speaker 4: direct evidence. And if you take nothing else from this
- 4:54Speaker 4: podcast today, remember every time they say the words no
- 4:59Speaker 4: direct evidence, they're lying.
- 5:02Speaker 1: One other thing about this.
- 5:03Speaker 2: And this is where people say, Okay, we have this thing,
- 5:08Speaker 2: it happens.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Let's say it is a big deal.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Let's say there are some some some you know minds
- 5:13Speaker 2: that the Democrats step on, the White House steps on.
- 5:16Speaker 2: We still don't have the votes and the Senate to
- 5:18Speaker 2: do anything about it. Right, That's what they're gonna That's
- 5:20Speaker 2: what people that are cynical and frustrated are gonna say
- 5:23Speaker 2: about this. So how should we be looking at this impeachment?
- 5:28Speaker 1: Is this? Should? Should? Should? Should?
- 5:29Speaker 2: People that are listening look at it from a standpoint of, Hey,
- 5:32Speaker 2: we're getting the truth out there in a very big
- 5:34Speaker 2: way about Joe Biden before he's running for reelection, and
- 5:37Speaker 2: that can be extremely powerful and and in other words,
- 5:40Speaker 2: judgment day may be election day. Or should we look
- 5:44Speaker 2: at it and be frustrated cynical because like, well, even
- 5:46Speaker 2: if we nail this thing in the House. It ain't
- 5:48Speaker 2: gonna pass the Senate. So he's not going to be
- 5:49Speaker 2: impeached and lose his job over this. What mindset? What
- 5:52Speaker 2: hat should listeners put on?
- 5:54Speaker 4: So a little bit of both listen, The cynicism is
- 5:57Speaker 4: not misplaced. Senate Democrats and House Democrats do not care
- 6:02Speaker 4: what evidence there is of Joe Biden being corruptive, is
- 6:05Speaker 4: soliciting and receiving bribes from falling fourig oligarchs. They don't care.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Partisan politics trumps everything. To use my hypothetical, if the
- 6:14Speaker 4: dead guy had scrawled in blood Ferguson did it with
- 6:18Speaker 4: Joe Biden. Yeah, and Joe Biden walked out covered in
- 6:23Speaker 4: his blood, Democrats would be like nothing to see here.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Remind people what the makeup of the Senate right now.
- 6:30Speaker 4: The makeup of the Senate is fifty one Democrats, forty
- 6:32Speaker 4: nine republic.
- 6:33Speaker 2: All right, we've heard about some of you maybe becoming independent.
- 6:35Speaker 2: We've heard, you know, wishy washy things about Joe Manchin,
- 6:38Speaker 2: for example. Is there any scenario where the evidence could
- 6:41Speaker 2: be so damning on the House side that you could
- 6:44Speaker 2: you could flip two different people's people in the Senate, It.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Wouldn't matter if you flip two because you need two thirds,
- 6:49Speaker 4: you need sixty seven.
- 6:51Speaker 1: There you go.
- 6:51Speaker 3: And right now we have zero.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Right now we have zero Democrats who, to the best
- 6:56Speaker 4: of my knowledge, I'm not aware of a single Democrat
- 6:58Speaker 4: who's even asked a skeptic question who has even said, well,
- 7:02Speaker 4: you know, if Biden did, in fact solicit and receive
- 7:05Speaker 4: bribes from foreign nationals, that would be a problem. No
- 7:08Speaker 4: Democrat has even said that. And you contrast this to
- 7:11Speaker 4: Richard Nixon. Listen, the reason Richard Nixon resigned in disgrace
- 7:15Speaker 4: his Republicans turned on him. They turned on him when
- 7:17Speaker 4: the evidence got over him. And I don't believe Democrats
- 7:22Speaker 4: would ever, ever, ever turn on Biden because partisanship matters
- 7:26Speaker 4: more than anything.
- 7:27Speaker 3: But be that as it may, that does not.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Mean that impeachment is a waste of time, because it
- 7:33Speaker 4: is the only way to put these facts before the
- 7:37Speaker 4: American people. In a sane and normal world, the Department
- 7:40Speaker 4: of Justice would investigate and prosecute him. We'd get a
- 7:44Speaker 4: special counsel who was independent, who was consistent with the
- 7:48Speaker 4: DOJ rules, was not an employee of DJ, and actually
- 7:51Speaker 4: would investigate in conveni grand jury and potentially prosecute these crimes.
- 7:56Speaker 4: The Biden DOJ won't do that because it's the most
- 7:59Speaker 4: part of a political DJ we've ever seen. But putting
- 8:03Speaker 4: these facts before the American people is valuable, nonetheless. But
- 8:07Speaker 4: to be clear, a critical part of that is what
- 8:09Speaker 4: we're doing right now on Verdict, which which is the
- 8:12Speaker 4: million people who listen to Verdict. All of y'all now
- 8:16Speaker 4: have the information. When you go and you're talking to
- 8:20Speaker 4: your brother in law, you're talking to your coworker, you're
- 8:23Speaker 4: talking to your classmate, and they say, well, you know
- 8:27Speaker 4: there's no direct evidence, because that's the talking point they've heard.
- 8:30Speaker 4: You now know how to refute that, and that is powerful.
- 8:34Speaker 4: That has a multiplier effect, and it's how I believe,
- 8:38Speaker 4: ultimately you force accountability.
- 8:41Speaker 2: I said on my podcast today, I always worry because
- 8:44Speaker 2: you've noticed this in the polls. Biden poll numbers right
- 8:47Speaker 2: now are not good, and the media seems to be
- 8:50Speaker 2: telling more of the truth about how bad the poll
- 8:52Speaker 2: numbers are. And the majority of Americans now say they
- 8:55Speaker 2: do believe that Joe Biden was corrupt in some manner
- 8:58Speaker 2: with his son in the business dealings. That that's significant.
- 9:01Speaker 2: CNN even came out PBS on Sunday. They even had
- 9:04Speaker 2: one of their commentators that said, I underestimated Joe Biden's
- 9:08Speaker 2: involvement with Hunter Biden, the Biden family businesses. Is there
- 9:13Speaker 2: a concern that if the Republicans play this too strong
- 9:17Speaker 2: and don't take their time to ly at the evidence
- 9:19Speaker 2: of this could backfire in the same way. And again
- 9:22Speaker 2: I'm asking from a political standpoint that every time the
- 9:25Speaker 2: Democrats indict Donald Trump, what happens. Republicans stand behind Donald Trump,
- 9:31Speaker 2: even Moore, They they send him money, they support him,
- 9:34Speaker 2: His poll numbers go up. Is there a concern that
- 9:37Speaker 2: if Republicans don't nail this the right way, that this
- 9:40Speaker 2: actually galvanizes people that maybe your wishy washy on Biden
- 9:44Speaker 2: and then it actually helps him stand up better than
- 9:46Speaker 2: he is right now.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Yeah, look, that is conceivable. And there's no doubt that
- 9:50Speaker 4: the multiple indictments against Trump have added a lot of points,
- 9:55Speaker 4: at least ten points to his numbers in the primary
- 9:57Speaker 4: because Republicans have understandably gotten pissed off that it's obviously
- 10:01Speaker 4: a political persecution. So that counsels that the Republicans, the
- 10:05Speaker 4: Republicans in the House, need to proceed carefully They need
- 10:07Speaker 4: to be facts based, they need to be evidence based.
- 10:09Speaker 4: They need to not have it appear political. Now, in
- 10:13Speaker 4: today's world, there will be people who naturally assume it's political.
- 10:18Speaker 4: But that is certainly a vulnerability to be aware of.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Another vulnerability is at some point the Democrats and or
- 10:25Speaker 4: the media might decide that Joe Biden is too wounded
- 10:29Speaker 4: and jettison him and try to parachute someone else in
- 10:31Speaker 4: I think that remains a very real risk. We're going
- 10:34Speaker 4: to talk about that a lot more on the podcast,
- 10:36Speaker 4: but not on this one.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Now.
- 10:38Speaker 2: If you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 10:40Speaker 2: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
- 10:42Speaker 2: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two, Sata,
- 10:47Speaker 2: I also want to ask you about this. The White
- 10:50Speaker 2: House had a very interesting response, and this is the
- 10:55Speaker 2: third change now in the goalpost for Joe Biden's met
- 11:00Speaker 2: with Hunter Biden's businesses. The first was they never spoke
- 11:04Speaker 2: about business. Ever, then they change it to he was
- 11:07Speaker 2: never in business with his son. That was the goal
- 11:12Speaker 2: post moving yet again. Now the White Houses Ian Sam's
- 11:16Speaker 2: came out and moved the goal posts again when he
- 11:18Speaker 2: said this.
- 11:20Speaker 5: The other allegations is the president was present at some
- 11:23Speaker 5: of the meetings between Hunter Biden and his business associates.
- 11:27Speaker 5: Why was the president at those meetings on those phone calls.
- 11:31Speaker 6: Well, again, I think this is part of the right
- 11:33Speaker 6: wing's misinformation machine to try to confuse people about what
- 11:37Speaker 6: the truth is. The truth is that the President, as
- 11:39Speaker 6: he has said publicly for years, calls his family every
- 11:44Speaker 6: day to check in. He calls his son every day
- 11:46Speaker 6: to check in. He calls his other family members to
- 11:48Speaker 6: check in to see how they're doing.
- 11:49Speaker 3: He loves them.
- 11:50Speaker 6: They're a tight knit family. And what the GOP's own
- 11:53Speaker 6: witness testified in this case is that that's exactly what
- 11:57Speaker 6: the President was doing. He was checking in with Hunter
- 12:00Speaker 6: during a particularly hard time. I might add a time
- 12:02Speaker 6: where the family was going through Hunter's brother Bo's illness,
- 12:07Speaker 6: and of course the President checks in with his son
- 12:09Speaker 6: and talks to them. But again that witness testified no
- 12:12Speaker 6: business dealings of Hunter Biden's or anyone's was discussed in
- 12:16Speaker 6: these conversations. And so again they're trying to make this
- 12:18Speaker 6: sort of strange connection when their own investigation has disproven
- 12:23Speaker 6: these claims.
- 12:24Speaker 5: Before I let you go in, this is the president
- 12:27Speaker 5: response in terms of how the President has reacted to this,
- 12:30Speaker 5: especially as somebody who's been in politics and been at
- 12:32Speaker 5: Washington for as long as he has been, the idea
- 12:35Speaker 5: that he is now subject to an impeachment inquiry as
- 12:37Speaker 5: president of the United States. What's his response to that.
- 12:40Speaker 6: You know, the President has been in politics for a
- 12:42Speaker 6: long time, and I think, as he would say, he's
- 12:44Speaker 6: seen a lot of malarkey along the way, but this
- 12:46Speaker 6: might take the cake. You know, he's focused on the
- 12:48Speaker 6: issues that actually matter to the American people. You just
- 12:50Speaker 6: saw him spending the last week traveling around the world
- 12:54Speaker 6: shoring up our alliance as advancing national interests in Asia,
- 12:57Speaker 6: our economic interests in Asia, showing American leadership on the
- 13:02Speaker 6: world stage. He's coming back here. He's announcing today a
- 13:04Speaker 6: quarter billion dollar investment in cancer research try to finally
- 13:08Speaker 6: cure cancer. That's what his administration and this president is
- 13:11Speaker 6: focused on every day. They're focused on the actual needs
- 13:13Speaker 6: of the American people. And I think what he would
- 13:16Speaker 6: say is maybe the House Republicans should join him.
- 13:20Speaker 2: There's the pardon there where he says that Joe Biden
- 13:23Speaker 2: attended Hunter's business meetings because he loves him. That's the
- 13:27Speaker 2: new goalpost that they just moved significantly from they never
- 13:30Speaker 2: talked about business to then well they never work together.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Now it's well, he just went to the business meetings
- 13:35Speaker 2: because he loves him.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Really, that's the new excuse.
- 13:39Speaker 4: Well, look, I mean, what good and loving and devoted
- 13:43Speaker 4: father hasn't called in twenty times to his son's meeting
- 13:49Speaker 4: with corrupt oligarchs who are paying millions of dollars in
- 13:53Speaker 4: exchange for favors from that father while he's sitting and
- 13:57Speaker 4: serving as the vice president of the United States. That's
- 14:00Speaker 4: really just what any good dad would do. I mean it,
- 14:04Speaker 4: it really is. It's cynical because they point out that
- 14:08Speaker 4: that that Joe's other son tragically died of cancer, so
- 14:11Speaker 4: they want to wrap it in in the sympathy of
- 14:14Speaker 4: of of of a human tragedy to say, well, of course,
- 14:18Speaker 4: you know, listen, why was Hunter getting paid the millions
- 14:25Speaker 4: of dollars? I didn't hear him say a word about that.
- 14:29Speaker 4: There's no value Hunter provides. What was the value Hunter brought?
- 14:35Speaker 4: You know, Ben, you're a talented guy, You're a charming guy.
- 14:39Speaker 4: Are there any foreign ola garks calling you up saying, Ben,
- 14:42Speaker 4: I want to wire millions of dollars.
- 14:44Speaker 1: To you zero. That's not all you know.
- 14:48Speaker 4: They don't do that to anybody. They only do it
- 14:52Speaker 4: if you were providing value. And what all of these
- 14:57Speaker 4: talking heads, what all of these democrats hacks are saying,
- 15:01Speaker 4: what all of the corporate media puppets are refusing to answer,
- 15:06Speaker 4: is is what did Hunter get in exchange for the
- 15:10Speaker 4: tens of millions of dollars? And according to the House
- 15:12Speaker 4: it could be north of twenty thirty million dollars. We're
- 15:15Speaker 4: talking massive amounts of money, and by the way, not
- 15:21Speaker 4: money from you know, normal American companies, not money from
- 15:26Speaker 4: our friends and allies. It wasn't money from France, it
- 15:28Speaker 4: wasn't money from Italy. It wasn't money from the United Kingdom.
- 15:32Speaker 4: It wasn't money from Japan. It was money from China, Russia, Ukraine.
- 15:40Speaker 4: They singled out nations with very significant antagonism and hostility
- 15:50Speaker 4: to America and some of the most corrupt nations on earth.
- 15:55Speaker 4: And there is no innocent explanation. By the way, you
- 15:59Speaker 4: don't hear any of these democrats explaining why did Joe
- 16:01Speaker 4: Biden have multiple book burner phones, why did he have
- 16:04Speaker 4: fake emails? Why did he use fake emails? To send
- 16:07Speaker 4: emails to his son Hunter about Ukraine on government email
- 16:12Speaker 4: while Hunter was getting paid millions of dollars. All of
- 16:17Speaker 4: that the Democrats want you to ignore and say, well, gosh,
- 16:22Speaker 4: Joe's just a loving dad, and that's what loving dads do.
- 16:25Speaker 4: They help their their sons make thirty million dollars from
- 16:28Speaker 4: corrupt oligarchs who are enemies of America.
- 16:32Speaker 2: I want to get back to this montage center that
- 16:34Speaker 2: was one that went viral, and I hope you will
- 16:37Speaker 2: give this to your friends share it on social media,
- 16:40Speaker 2: because it's another example of how many lives have been
- 16:42Speaker 2: told by the Bidens and how much the media has
- 16:45Speaker 2: been willing to cover for them. And this is what
- 16:47Speaker 2: this impeachment inquiry is going to be all about.
- 16:49Speaker 7: Ever discussed with my son's one mind brother or anyone
- 16:54Speaker 7: else in the heaven.
- 16:55Speaker 4: With their businesses, President Biden met with at least fourteen
- 16:59Speaker 4: of Hunter's business associates while he was vice president.
- 17:02Speaker 8: And Vice President, Joe Biden had dinner with his son
- 17:05Speaker 8: Hunter along with Hunters of business associates from Ukraine, Russia,
- 17:09Speaker 8: and Kazakhstan, and the day after the dinner, a Barisma
- 17:12Speaker 8: executive sent a note to Hunter.
- 17:14Speaker 9: Quoting dear Hunter, thank you for inviting.
- 17:16Speaker 8: Me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your
- 17:19Speaker 8: father and spend some time together.
- 17:22Speaker 10: Hunter's lucrative business dealings often included giving as much as
- 17:25Speaker 10: fifty percent of his earnings to his dad.
- 17:28Speaker 11: The text read quote, I hope you all can do
- 17:31Speaker 11: what I did and pay for everything for this entire
- 17:33Speaker 11: family for thirty years. It's really hard, but don't worry
- 17:37Speaker 11: onlike Pop, I won't make you give me half your salary.
- 17:40Speaker 10: His son Hunter joining the then Vice president on the
- 17:42Speaker 10: official visit to Beijing. Unknown to the press, back then,
- 17:46Speaker 10: Hunter Biden was forming a Chinese private equity fund, planning
- 17:49Speaker 10: to raise money, including from Chinese investors. Ten days after
- 17:53Speaker 10: the Bidens trip, Shanghai authorities issued the fund's business license.
- 17:57Speaker 12: And the Hunter introduced me as a This is Tony, Dad,
- 18:01Speaker 12: the individual I told you about that's helping us with
- 18:04Speaker 12: the business that we're working on in the.
- 18:05Speaker 13: Chinese The email reads this way quote at the moment,
- 18:09Speaker 13: there's a provisional agreement that the equity will be distributed
- 18:11Speaker 13: as followed ten held by Hunter for the big.
- 18:15Speaker 12: Guy, I one thousand percent set here and know that
- 18:17Speaker 12: the big guy is referencing Joe Biden I met with
- 18:20Speaker 12: a former vice president of person multiple times.
- 18:24Speaker 14: A newly revealed text message, jos Babolinski was apparently warned
- 18:27Speaker 14: by business partner James Gillier, don't mention Joe being involved.
- 18:31Speaker 14: It's only when you are faced with face. I know
- 18:34Speaker 14: you know that, but they are paranoid.
- 18:36Speaker 9: Chinese executives admitted to reporters that they were actually introduced
- 18:40Speaker 9: to the Vice presidents by Hunter by.
- 18:42Speaker 4: Hunter and the then Vice President, saying for a pair
- 18:45Speaker 4: of Mexican billionaires.
- 18:46Speaker 5: At the same time, Hunter had been working on energy
- 18:49Speaker 5: deals in Mexico.
- 18:50Speaker 11: Joe Biden also had Hunt at his business partnt Fly
- 18:54Speaker 11: once two to Mexico.
- 18:56Speaker 9: His closest business partner.
- 18:57Speaker 15: Hunters made at least nineteen visits to the White House
- 18:59Speaker 15: and other official locations, including a sit down with then
- 19:03Speaker 15: Vice President Joe Biden in the West Wing.
- 19:05Speaker 13: There's photographic evidence of Biden on a golf out and
- 19:08Speaker 13: with both his son Hunter and a man called Devin Archer,
- 19:11Speaker 13: who was another member of the Parice Maboor.
- 19:13Speaker 9: We also know that Devin Archer in that picture had
- 19:16Speaker 9: a meeting in the White House one on one meeting
- 19:19Speaker 9: with Joe Biden about a week before they joined the
- 19:22Speaker 9: Parice Mabour.
- 19:25Speaker 2: You hear that, Senator, and this explains exactly why this
- 19:29Speaker 2: impeachment inquiry is going to be so important.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Well, it does.
- 19:32Speaker 4: It also explains why the Democrat talking point and the
- 19:37Speaker 4: corporate media talking point that there is no evidence of
- 19:40Speaker 4: Joe Biden's corruption. It is flatly false. And I got
- 19:44Speaker 4: to say James Carvill saying he's really looking forward to
- 19:46Speaker 4: hearings on this.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Well, you know what, James so am.
- 19:50Speaker 1: I as before.
- 19:52Speaker 2: If you want to hear the rest of this conversation
- 19:54Speaker 2: on this topic, you can go back and now the
- 19:56Speaker 2: podcast from earlier this week to hear the entire thing.
- 20:00Speaker 2: I want to get back to the big story number
- 20:02Speaker 2: three of the week.
- 20:03Speaker 1: You may have missed.
- 20:04Speaker 2: There was a moment this last week which I didn't
- 20:07Speaker 2: actually laugh at first. My response was to laugh at
- 20:10Speaker 2: Mayor Adams in New York City basically declaring a state
- 20:13Speaker 2: of emergency, saying we can't handle this, We're totally overrun.
- 20:16Speaker 2: And I wanted to laugh, but I'm also like, yeah,
- 20:18Speaker 2: welcome to the world of what we deal with every hour,
- 20:21Speaker 2: not every day, not every week, like you guys are
- 20:24Speaker 2: freaking out over the number of illegals come across the
- 20:26Speaker 2: border in Texas. As you described it, we're talking about
- 20:28Speaker 2: hundreds of thousands per month. This is every hour for us.
- 20:31Speaker 2: And yet he had this like dire warning to New
- 20:34Speaker 2: York City.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Take a look.
- 20:36Speaker 16: We turned this city around in twenty months. And then
- 20:40Speaker 16: what happened started with a madman down in Texas decided
- 20:45Speaker 16: he wanted to bust people up to New York City.
- 20:47Speaker 16: One hundred and ten thousand migrants. We have to feed,
- 20:54Speaker 16: closed house, educate the children, watch their laundry sheets, give
- 21:01Speaker 16: them everything they need, healthcare. And this team here we stated,
- 21:06Speaker 16: let's do everything possible before we have to push it
- 21:09Speaker 16: out into neighborhoods and communities. Month after month, I stood
- 21:13Speaker 16: up and I said, this is going to come to
- 21:15Speaker 16: a neighborhood near you. Well, we're here, we're here. We're
- 21:20Speaker 16: getting no support on this national crisis, and we're receiving
- 21:28Speaker 16: no support. And let me tell you something, New Yorker
- 21:30Speaker 16: is never in my life have I had a problem
- 21:36Speaker 16: that I did not see an ending.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Two.
- 21:39Speaker 16: I don't see an ending to this.
- 21:41Speaker 1: I don't see an.
- 21:42Speaker 16: Ending to this. This issue will destroy New York City
- 21:49Speaker 16: destroy New York City.
- 21:51Speaker 2: If you use this logic, then this issue will destroy
- 21:54Speaker 2: the United States of America. It would certainly destroy Texas
- 21:58Speaker 2: if we continue on this road we're on right now,
- 22:01Speaker 2: and he's begging for help, and I'm like, come down
- 22:03Speaker 2: to Texas. Do you think it's bad in New York City?
- 22:05Speaker 2: With one hundred and ten thousand, I'd say at this
- 22:07Speaker 2: point double it. Let's send twice as many bus loads
- 22:10Speaker 2: up to New York because then maybe he'll talk to
- 22:12Speaker 2: these other liberals and they'll realize, hey, we got to
- 22:14Speaker 2: secure the southern border.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Well, he complains, He says, we're getting no help and
- 22:18Speaker 4: no support with a national crisis. Well, no kidding, Eric,
- 22:21Speaker 4: what do you think we're getting zero support? And I
- 22:25Speaker 4: love that he starts with a madman down in Texas?
- 22:29Speaker 3: All right, newslash.
- 22:31Speaker 4: The border crisis was not caused by Governor Greg Abbott.
- 22:37Speaker 3: You know who.
- 22:37Speaker 4: The border crisis was caused by Joe Biden, Kamala Harris,
- 22:43Speaker 4: Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi. You know, if Eric Adams doesn't
- 22:47Speaker 4: like this border crisis, he had to pick up the
- 22:49Speaker 4: phone and call someone who lives in Manhattan. His name
- 22:52Speaker 4: is Charles Schumer. And Chuck Schumer has defended Joe Biden's
- 22:57Speaker 4: open borders every single day for the last two and
- 23:00Speaker 4: a half years. He's blocked every effort to secure the border.
- 23:03Speaker 4: He's blocked every effort to build the wall. He's blocked
- 23:06Speaker 4: every effort to deport illegal immigrants. He's blocked every effort
- 23:11Speaker 4: to reinstate the remain in Mexico policy. He's blocked every
- 23:14Speaker 4: effort to pass Kate's Law, which I introduced to lock
- 23:18Speaker 4: up and have mandatory minimum sentences for violent criminals who
- 23:22Speaker 4: repeatedly re enter this country. Eric Adams's party created this problem,
- 23:27Speaker 4: and they didn't just create it in the past. They
- 23:28Speaker 4: are creating it today, and they intend to create it tomorrow,
- 23:32Speaker 4: and they tend to create it, going on and on
- 23:34Speaker 4: and on and on. He says, one hundred and ten
- 23:36Speaker 4: thousand people are destroying New York City. New York City
- 23:39Speaker 4: has eight million people in it. One hundred and ten
- 23:42Speaker 4: thousand is enough to destroy it. Guess what, Eric, how
- 23:46Speaker 4: do you think McCallan, Texas feels? How do you think
- 23:48Speaker 4: del Rio feels? How do you think Brownsville feels? How
- 23:51Speaker 4: do you think Laredo feels? How do you think El
- 23:53Speaker 4: Paso feels all of those are infinitely smaller cities than
- 23:57Speaker 4: New York City, and they're getting swamped by much larger
- 24:01Speaker 4: flows of immigrants. And by the way, the clowns in
- 24:04Speaker 4: Eric Adams's parties, here's their response. Uh oh, new York
- 24:09Speaker 4: Mayor's mad at us. We don't want one hundred and
- 24:12Speaker 4: ten thousand to come to New York. Let's put them
- 24:14Speaker 4: all in Texas.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Let's put them all around Texas, right, keep them all
- 24:17Speaker 2: in Texas.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Keep him there well.
- 24:19Speaker 2: And he also, if he wants to be mad at somebody,
- 24:20Speaker 2: he should be mad himself from twenty twenty one, because
- 24:22Speaker 2: this is what he said in twenty twenty one about
- 24:24Speaker 2: illegal immigrants coming to New York City.
- 24:26Speaker 7: Take a look when you think about it, the days
- 24:30Speaker 7: I spent without essential employees, a substantial number of them
- 24:34Speaker 7: were undocumented. They were delivering our Uber eats, they were
- 24:39Speaker 7: stocking our stores, they were out in the streets keeping
- 24:43Speaker 7: our city running. We have to expand NYC Care to
- 24:46Speaker 7: make sure everyone has healthcare. We need to make sure
- 24:50Speaker 7: we have proper translation services in our schools.
- 24:53Speaker 1: He wants to expand everything.
- 24:54Speaker 3: Wow.
- 24:55Speaker 4: If Mayor Adams heard that, fool, think how Maddie would
- 24:59Speaker 4: be at that guy because that guy just invited all
- 25:01Speaker 4: the illegal immigrants to New York City.
- 25:04Speaker 3: The hypocrisy on this is massive.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Well, and it's not just a hypocrisy there, it's also
- 25:11Speaker 2: the elitist in New York City.
- 25:13Speaker 1: You've done the view on Navarrow.
- 25:15Speaker 2: I had to deal with her for seven years when
- 25:18Speaker 2: I was fighting her at CNN. I feel like I
- 25:20Speaker 2: still deserve a medal for that. But she's on the view.
- 25:23Speaker 2: She's now angry, just like the people in Martha's Vineyard
- 25:26Speaker 2: who declared the state emergency when they got what was it,
- 25:28Speaker 2: fifty illegal immigrants and got rid of them in like
- 25:30Speaker 2: twelve hours, but clapped as they were kicking them out
- 25:32Speaker 2: of there.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Martha's Vineyard.
- 25:33Speaker 2: She's on TV losing her mind this week because she
- 25:36Speaker 2: can't imagine this idea of having to deal with illegal immigrants.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Keep them all down there in Texas take a look.
- 25:41Speaker 15: But Frankly, you know, I think we need to find
- 25:43Speaker 15: and we've dealt with this before. I lived in Miami.
- 25:47Speaker 15: I was a migrant, an immigrant in Miami in the eighties.
- 25:50Speaker 15: You'll remember when we had the Mario boat lift. Yeah,
- 25:52Speaker 15: one hundred and twenty five thousand Cubans came in a
- 25:56Speaker 15: matter of six months. It puts tremendous stress on a city,
- 26:01Speaker 15: on a community, on the social services. They need to
- 26:05Speaker 15: be resettled elsewhere.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Need to be resettled elsewhere.
- 26:09Speaker 2: Like I'm compassionate as long as it's not on my block,
- 26:11Speaker 2: or in my city, or now by my five star
- 26:14Speaker 2: Michelin restaurant that I love to go to.
- 26:16Speaker 4: So this needs to be the bumper sticker for every
- 26:18Speaker 4: liberal in America. They need to be resettled elsewhere, Not
- 26:22Speaker 4: in my backyard, not in my bedroom, not in my
- 26:25Speaker 4: living room. I don't want to see them. But send
- 26:28Speaker 4: them to where those dirty, dirty deplorables live. Send them
- 26:32Speaker 4: to Red States, send them to fly over country. You
- 26:36Speaker 4: people aren't compassionate enough. I don't want them here, is
- 26:39Speaker 4: what she's saying. But let's send them to help educate
- 26:47Speaker 4: the ignorant Americans. The contempt from the left for the
- 26:52Speaker 4: people of America as astonished.
- 26:54Speaker 1: It's also the hypocrisy.
- 26:55Speaker 2: I do laugh about her because she actually owns her family,
- 26:58Speaker 2: like her husband.
- 26:58Speaker 1: They own a hotel.
- 27:00Speaker 2: I wonder if how many illegal immigrants they've opened up
- 27:02Speaker 2: their hotel to, not even their house, just their hotel,
- 27:04Speaker 2: like you.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Ask that question.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Let's not get crazy on that. No no, no, no, no no.
- 27:10Speaker 4: You can't expect liberals actually to do anything. But but
- 27:12Speaker 4: I will say, all right, this next clip from the
- 27:15Speaker 4: view really does capture it because I well just play it.
- 27:19Speaker 14: And I booked this country with its big you know,
- 27:22Speaker 14: statue of liberty.
- 27:23Speaker 15: Give me your your week and and all of this
- 27:25Speaker 15: is supposed to be the country that accepts people. Yes,
- 27:27Speaker 15: and I'm disappointed in Mayor Adams.
- 27:31Speaker 3: Of course she is. Now mind you, has she taken
- 27:34Speaker 3: anyone in? No, no, of course not.
- 27:36Speaker 2: And Adams did say, hey, you might want to open
- 27:38Speaker 2: your home's illegal immigants.
- 27:40Speaker 4: To excuse me when when you've when you've got a
- 27:42Speaker 4: penthouse overlooking Park Avenue, you might let someone in to
- 27:46Speaker 4: scrub the floors briefly, but you better get out before
- 27:49Speaker 4: the party starts. The utter hypocrisy, no interest in actually
- 27:55Speaker 4: understanding what's going on. And by the way, the statute limit. Look,
- 27:59Speaker 4: I'm the son of Anima. We are a nation of immigrants.
- 28:02Speaker 4: There's a right way to come. You come legally. That's
- 28:05Speaker 4: how you come to the United States. But don't bother
- 28:07Speaker 4: liberals to say that she says, we need to be compassionate.
- 28:12Speaker 4: By we, she means you, yeah, not her, you, and
- 28:17Speaker 4: it is it is utter crap. Look, it was two
- 28:22Speaker 4: years ago that I introduced legislation in the Senate, and
- 28:26Speaker 4: it was legislation that said, we need to change the
- 28:28Speaker 4: ports of entry where we send illegal immigrants to Martha's Vineyard,
- 28:33Speaker 4: to Nantucket, to Palo Alto, California, to the Hamptons, to
- 28:39Speaker 4: Block Island, to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware where Joe Biden vacations,
- 28:45Speaker 4: to every place that wealthy liberals sit and sip their chardonnay.
- 28:52Speaker 4: And remember when I introduced that legislation that the county
- 28:55Speaker 4: executive at Martha's Vineyard blasted me. Yeah, and he said
- 29:00Speaker 4: Cruiz does not understand illegal immigration. Really, skippy, is that
- 29:05Speaker 4: the case? He said, he doesn't understand, he doesn't know
- 29:08Speaker 4: what's going on. And he says we and Martha's Vineyard
- 29:11Speaker 4: would welcome illegal immigrants for twelve hours and Martha's Vineyard
- 29:17Speaker 4: And then several months later, Ron DeSantis actually took him
- 29:21Speaker 4: up on that and sent fifty five zero. Let's recall
- 29:24Speaker 4: the numbers. There are between twenty and thirty thousand people
- 29:27Speaker 4: who live in Martha's vineyard, fifty illegal immigrants landing in
- 29:30Speaker 4: a community of twenty to thirty thousand people. He immediately
- 29:34Speaker 4: declared an emergency. He called in the National Guard, and
- 29:37Speaker 4: he deported them within twenty four hours. That's what liberals do.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Brought in more National Guard members than the actual number
- 29:42Speaker 2: of illegals. It was like almost a two to one ratio,
- 29:45Speaker 2: Like for every one illegal, we'll bring in two guys
- 29:47Speaker 2: in military fatigues to deal with you.
- 29:49Speaker 3: And by the way, it's not just Eric Adams.
- 29:53Speaker 4: It's the governor of New York, it's the governor Massachusetts.
- 29:57Speaker 4: It's the mayor of Washington, d C. It's the mayor Chicago,
- 30:01Speaker 4: it's the mayor of San Francisco. They're all discovering, Oh wait,
- 30:05Speaker 4: these policies that my party advocates, my party fight for,
- 30:09Speaker 4: my party implements, are really crappy policies that are hurting everybody.
- 30:13Speaker 4: And it's like, oh, rebe really yeah.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Oh Fox News, one of the guys over there at
- 30:17Speaker 2: Bill mcgow and put this tweet out, which I thought
- 30:19Speaker 2: was pretty interesting, said, from an awareness perspective, Texas bussing
- 30:23Speaker 2: migrants and sanctuary cities has been incredibly effective.
- 30:26Speaker 1: That's why I might double it. Like it's working. That's
- 30:28Speaker 1: the best money you can ever spend. Double it.
- 30:30Speaker 2: DeSantis in Florida, double it. Any other state double its.
- 30:33Speaker 2: Fill the buses up, and keep doing it because it's
- 30:35Speaker 2: clearly working. None of these cities expressed concern about the
- 30:38Speaker 2: border prior now question mark. New York City mayor says
- 30:41Speaker 2: city will be quote unquote destroyed, Chicago begging now for
- 30:45Speaker 2: federal help in May activating their National Guard, and LA
- 30:49Speaker 2: is now threatened to sue Governor Abbott.
- 30:51Speaker 1: I mean it's working.
- 30:53Speaker 4: By the way, why isn't LA threatening to sue Joe Biden.
- 30:57Speaker 4: Joe Biden's the one who's refusing to follow the law.
- 31:00Speaker 4: Joe Biden's the one who's created the border crisis, and.
- 31:05Speaker 3: It's an amazing thing. Actually, put the next tweet up here.
- 31:09Speaker 2: This is a response, by the way, this tweet, which
- 31:11Speaker 2: is pretty interesting, and if the friends is in Texas,
- 31:14Speaker 2: has only buses forty thousand people in total, So just
- 31:17Speaker 2: forty thousand out of all that have come across. Two
- 31:20Speaker 2: million people have been released from the border and traveling
- 31:22Speaker 2: in the US interior. Only two percent took Abbott's busses. Questioned,
- 31:27Speaker 2: where are the other one point nine six million people?
- 31:31Speaker 4: Well, and that actually understates it, because you also have
- 31:35Speaker 4: at least one point four million got aways. All of
- 31:38Speaker 4: them are there as well, so that that takes you
- 31:41Speaker 4: up to three point five million. You also have the
- 31:44Speaker 4: people who escape that we don't know that are not
- 31:46Speaker 4: categorized as god aways because not all, not everyone who
- 31:50Speaker 4: gets in illegally is categorized as one or the others.
- 31:52Speaker 4: So you're looking at four or five six million people.
- 31:57Speaker 4: And what are the Democrats doing? They're freaking out of
- 32:00Speaker 4: about forty thousand on buses. Yeah, the truth of the matter. Listen,
- 32:04Speaker 4: Joe Biden has been flying people into New York every week.
- 32:11Speaker 4: Does Eric Adams not know Chuck Schumer's phone number? I
- 32:14Speaker 4: can give it to him. Well, and at Mayor Adams, write,
- 32:16Speaker 4: Mayor Adams, I'm gonna make it offer to you if
- 32:18Speaker 4: you would like, I will give you Chuck Schumer's personal
- 32:23Speaker 4: cell number, because apparently you don't know how to contact
- 32:26Speaker 4: your fellow New Yorker.
- 32:27Speaker 1: You're gonna have jagger right down the street.
- 32:29Speaker 4: Let each other, your fellow new Yorker could take up
- 32:32Speaker 4: and schedule a vote this week to solve this problem,
- 32:36Speaker 4: and so if you don't know how to contact him,
- 32:38Speaker 4: let me help you.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Latest numbers are in just to put in perspective, data
- 32:41Speaker 2: shows one hundred and eighty three thousand and five hundred
- 32:44Speaker 2: and three illegal immigrants were encountered attempting to cross the
- 32:47Speaker 2: US Mexico border.
- 32:48Speaker 1: In July alone.
- 32:50Speaker 2: That's a twenty seven percent increase in the crossings from
- 32:53Speaker 2: last month. So month over month, up twenty seven percent. Quote,
- 32:58Speaker 2: more than seven point two million illegal emmergrants have crossed
- 33:01Speaker 2: the southern border since Biden took office.
- 33:04Speaker 1: As the newest numbers from July.
- 33:05Speaker 2: This includes the nearly five point eight million illegal immigrants
- 33:08Speaker 2: that the Customs and Border Protection as you mentioned, have encountered,
- 33:12Speaker 2: and the more than one point four million got aways
- 33:15Speaker 2: that have escaped pass border patrol the US so far
- 33:17Speaker 2: this year. A reminder, the Biden administration was secretly flying
- 33:21Speaker 2: illegals from the border into New York since at least
- 33:24Speaker 2: the summer of twenty twenty one. They don't mention that, do.
- 33:26Speaker 4: They No, No, they don't at all, and they don't
- 33:29Speaker 4: mention who can fix it. Greg Abbott doesn't have the
- 33:34Speaker 4: ability to stop Joe Biden's open borders. Only Joe Biden,
- 33:38Speaker 4: Kamala Harris and the people running the executive or for
- 33:41Speaker 4: that matter, Chuck Schumer Congress could act. But every single
- 33:46Speaker 4: Democrat Senator supports these open borders, every single Democrat congressman
- 33:50Speaker 4: supports these open borders, and we a proof of it
- 33:53Speaker 4: because if they didn't, they would act to stop it,
- 33:56Speaker 4: and they don't. Instead they just blame a madman down
- 33:59Speaker 4: in tech.
- 34:00Speaker 2: As always, thank you for listening to Verdict with Sentner,
