- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome. It is Verdict with center. Ted Cruz ben Ferguson
- 0:03Speaker 1: with you, and it's nice to have you with us
- 0:04Speaker 1: around the country. We've got a lot to talk about,
- 0:06Speaker 1: including the latest on Operation Epic Fury. This regime is
- 0:12Speaker 1: being really just decapitated in Iran center, and this is
- 0:17Speaker 1: good news when it comes to national security.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right. We're seeing extraordinary results in terms
- 0:22Speaker 2: of the military conflict with Iran and the efficacy with
- 0:26Speaker 2: which this attack is removing the regime's ability to launch
- 0:31Speaker 2: missiles to launch drones. Let me give you the numbers,
- 0:33Speaker 2: because the numbers are really striking. So on day one
- 0:36Speaker 2: of this conflict, Iran launched three hundred and fifty missiles
- 0:39Speaker 2: ballistic missiles. On day two, it dropped to one hundred and
- 0:42Speaker 2: seventy five. On day three, it dropped one hundred and twenty.
- 0:46Speaker 2: On day four, it dropped to fifty. On day five,
- 0:48Speaker 2: it dropped to forty. On day six, it dropped to
- 0:50Speaker 2: thirty two. On day seven it dropped to twenty eight,
- 0:53Speaker 2: and on day eight it dropped all the way down
- 0:55Speaker 2: to fifteen. So they went from three hundred and fifty
- 0:59Speaker 2: ballistic missile launched a day to just fifteen launched today.
- 1:03Speaker 2: How about drone swarms, same pattern, Day one, two hundred
- 1:07Speaker 2: and ninety four, Day two, five hundred and forty one,
- 1:10Speaker 2: So they surged on day two, Day three two hundred,
- 1:15Speaker 2: Day four eighty five, Day five forty five, Day six
- 1:20Speaker 2: thirty eight, day seven thirty, and day eight twelve. So
- 1:25Speaker 2: what that means is that our forces have systematically taken
- 1:29Speaker 2: out number one, their air defenses. Number two, we've taken
- 1:32Speaker 2: out their missile launch sites and their drone launch sites.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Most of their missile launch sites are mobile, so what
- 1:38Speaker 2: happens is when they launch from a mobile missile launcher,
- 1:42Speaker 2: we lock onto it and take that launcher out. And
- 1:45Speaker 2: we've done that systemically. Now, early on we were using
- 1:48Speaker 2: smart bombs and guided missiles. That's very expensive munitions, and
- 1:52Speaker 2: you saw in the first few days of this conflict
- 1:54Speaker 2: a lot written saying that the rate at which we're
- 1:57Speaker 2: using munitions is not sustainable. Plan was never to use
- 2:01Speaker 2: sharp smart munitions for the entire duration of the conflict. Rather,
- 2:05Speaker 2: the plan was to use it to take out both
- 2:07Speaker 2: their defensive capacity and their offensive capacity. We've done that.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Now now having achieved air superiority, we're able to use
- 2:18Speaker 2: gravity bombs. We're able to use munitions, which we have
- 2:21Speaker 2: vast quantities of and which are much much less expensive.
- 2:25Speaker 2: In other words, President Trump and the military has achieved
- 2:29Speaker 2: total air dominance, has all but eliminated their ability to
- 2:33Speaker 2: launch ballistic missiles and drones, and meanwhile has achieved naval
- 2:37Speaker 2: dominance as well, taking out most of the ships in
- 2:42Speaker 2: their navy. That level of control has put us in
- 2:45Speaker 2: a position where we're we're seeing extraordinary success.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Love, generosity, and compassion. We say those words all the time,
- 2:54Speaker 1: and they sound good, they feel good. But here's the truth.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Those words don't mean any thing unless they turn into action,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and right now, not later, today, not tomorrow. There's a
- 3:06Speaker 1: child in the world who doesn't know if they'll eat,
- 3:10Speaker 1: if they'll have a chance to learn, or if there's
- 3:13Speaker 1: any hope at all. And while we're all busy, life
- 3:17Speaker 1: keeps moving forward, but that child is waiting. This is
- 3:21Speaker 1: where you come in. With Compassion International, you have the
- 3:25Speaker 1: chance to change a child's future, not just with words,
- 3:29Speaker 1: not with promises, but with real help that provides food, education,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and hope through local churches and people already in their community.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Put your words into action and join me introduce a
- 3:43Speaker 1: child to a loving heavenly father. Today at Compassion dot com.
- 3:48Speaker 1: That's Compassion dot com. You talk about this extraordinary success
- 3:53Speaker 1: and it's something that I think so many Americans have
- 3:57Speaker 1: been concerned over what this means at home. You look
- 4:01Speaker 1: at gas prices, for example, let's talk about that for
- 4:03Speaker 1: a moment. The President has said, and many that are
- 4:07Speaker 1: analyst's military and say, look, if this is a short
- 4:09Speaker 1: term thing, this is going to be a short term pain,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and what you gain is massive compared to that in
- 4:14Speaker 1: the future, because this is how much Iran could hold
- 4:18Speaker 1: the world hostage. Look at this what has happened here recently,
- 4:21Speaker 1: and these prices have obviously jumped significantly. The President has
- 4:24Speaker 1: made it clear he thinks this is going to be
- 4:26Speaker 1: short term event and we're not invading. We are going
- 4:29Speaker 1: after regime change and then things will go back to normal.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Twenty percent of the world supply goes through the strati
- 4:36Speaker 1: war moves. That's another part of this and the calculation here,
- 4:39Speaker 1: So break that down a little bit so people understand.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's right. We have seen an energy spike,
- 4:44Speaker 2: and anytime there's a conflict in the Middle East, you
- 4:47Speaker 2: typically see oil prices spike, and gasoline prices spike. My
- 4:51Speaker 2: expectation is that will be a short term spike. I
- 4:53Speaker 2: don't expect this conflict to last more than a couple
- 4:56Speaker 2: of weeks, and I think you'll see gasoline prices drop
- 4:59Speaker 2: back down out And I will note President Trump has
- 5:02Speaker 2: a lot of credibility on this when when he came in,
- 5:04Speaker 2: we were seeing gasoline prices across the country in some
- 5:07Speaker 2: places six seven dollars a gallon, and those prices have
- 5:10Speaker 2: dropped all but in half. In Texas, you could routinely
- 5:15Speaker 2: buy a gallon of gas for between two and three
- 5:17Speaker 2: bucks a gallon, and so that that has been very effective.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I also want to make a broader point about analyzing
- 5:24Speaker 2: the energy component of what's going on. And there was
- 5:28Speaker 2: a Twitter thread by this analyst named Guy larn who
- 5:34Speaker 2: who is not a fan of Trump's, but I think
- 5:35Speaker 2: actually his analysis of the energy policy in the Middle
- 5:38Speaker 2: East was very insightful, so I want to share it
- 5:40Speaker 2: with you. So he asks, is Trump planning to venezuelas Iran?
- 5:47Speaker 2: This analysis analysis deviates from the mainstream media portrayal of
- 5:51Speaker 2: a fickle, senile or beab lead president. It assumes Trump
- 5:56Speaker 2: is evil but rational a thread. Now, I don't agree
- 5:59Speaker 2: with the evil characterization there, but the rest of this
- 6:02Speaker 2: analysis is quite insightful. So he continues, What is carg
- 6:06Speaker 2: Island and why does it matter? A tiny strip of
- 6:09Speaker 2: land half the size of Manhattan, nestled in the Northern
- 6:13Speaker 2: Persian Gulf one hour by boat from the Iranian shore.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Gazelle's roam next to oil terminals through which Iran exports
- 6:22Speaker 2: ninety percent of its crude. Iran's pre war signal. Before
- 6:27Speaker 2: the war, as American forces massed across the region, Iran
- 6:31Speaker 2: did something revealing. It ramped up carg exports from one
- 6:36Speaker 2: point five million barrels of oil a day to four million,
- 6:40Speaker 2: near record levels. That means that the Iranians read Trump
- 6:44Speaker 2: differently than the Western media does. They don't think he's
- 6:47Speaker 2: after regime change or democracy. They think he's after oil.
- 6:52Speaker 2: They might be right. NBC reported that Trump outlined to
- 6:55Speaker 2: his aids his vision for a post war Iran quote,
- 6:59Speaker 2: a new Iranian regime cooperates on oil productions, similar to
- 7:03Speaker 2: how the US and Venezuela are. The Venezuela template out
- 7:07Speaker 2: of Trump's own mouth. AI's Michael Rubin, a former advisor
- 7:12Speaker 2: to the George W. Bush administration, who is in direct
- 7:15Speaker 2: contact with the Trump advisors, is pushing the same logic.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Referring to the Revolutionary Guards, he says, quote if they
- 7:22Speaker 2: can't sell their own oil, they can't make payroll, meaning
- 7:27Speaker 2: that if the US seizes carg it doesn't need regime change.
- 7:32Speaker 2: It directly controls Iran's most important source of income. Everything
- 7:37Speaker 2: the US in Israel has done so far fits this strategy. First, quote,
- 7:41Speaker 2: decapitate and delegate. That was Israel's role commeny killed. The
- 7:47Speaker 2: Iranian leadership is in disarray. Now to whom do you delegate?
- 7:52Speaker 2: The answer isn't clear yet. So the US is reportedly
- 7:55Speaker 2: encouraging Kurdish rebellion in the north of the country, forcing
- 7:59Speaker 2: RAND to set send forces upwards and thin out their
- 8:02Speaker 2: defenses in the south where car goes. Meanwhile, the US
- 8:06Speaker 2: has systematically destroyed the Iranian navy operations, reaching as far
- 8:11Speaker 2: as Sri Lanka, where an Iranian warship was intercepted. Southern
- 8:15Speaker 2: RAND is being pummeled. These aren't random, They are clearing
- 8:20Speaker 2: the operational space for a naval seizure of kark Ian
- 8:24Speaker 2: bremer Kap captures the military logic precisely. The KRG island
- 8:28Speaker 2: isn't extensively fortified, and sits isolated enough that the US
- 8:33Speaker 2: destroyers could establish a credible defensive perimeter well offshore. The
- 8:38Speaker 2: US is also preparing to escort tanker convoys through the
- 8:42Speaker 2: Strait of Hormus and seeking financial mechanisms to ensure ships
- 8:47Speaker 2: after Lloyd's pulled out. These services aren't free. In practice,
- 8:51Speaker 2: the US would control the Straits, the jugular of global
- 8:55Speaker 2: energy trade. China can't respond militarily. It prepared its navy
- 9:01Speaker 2: to defend the Strait of Malacca, its other vulnerability. Approximately
- 9:06Speaker 2: eighty percent of China's imported crude oil and nearly two
- 9:10Speaker 2: thirds of its total maritime trade pass through the Strait
- 9:14Speaker 2: of Malacca. Having the US control the Persian Gulf, from
- 9:17Speaker 2: which China imports roughly half its crude and a third
- 9:21Speaker 2: of its gas, is a strategic catastrophe for Beijing. The
- 9:26Speaker 2: alternative deeper dependence on Russian energy practically natural gas from Siberia,
- 9:33Speaker 2: which is exactly what Beijing loathes. It does not want
- 9:38Speaker 2: to be dependent on the transactional putin step back Greenland, Panama, Venezuela,
- 9:46Speaker 2: now the Persian Gulf. Trump isn't leading the world through
- 9:49Speaker 2: alliances and institutions. He's seizing nodes, the choke points and
- 9:54Speaker 2: resource pools that make the world ANAI run. Whether it
- 9:58Speaker 2: works or not, this is is a coherent imperial strategy. Now,
- 10:03Speaker 2: I gotta say I don't agree with every word of that,
- 10:05Speaker 2: but that is very insightful analysis and helps you understand
- 10:11Speaker 2: why the American success in Iran. It's it's critically important
- 10:14Speaker 2: to our safety and the principal reason for going in
- 10:16Speaker 2: is to keep Americans safe from Iranian terrorism and aggression.
- 10:20Speaker 2: But it is also a very very powerful China pit play,
- 10:25Speaker 2: enhancing US economic security and national security.
- 10:29Speaker 1: You know, one of the things you mentioned there is
- 10:31Speaker 1: what Americans worry about it. And you go back to
- 10:34Speaker 1: just some of the headlines that we're seeing right now.
- 10:37Speaker 1: One of them out of New York there was an
- 10:39Speaker 1: arrest made after a home made explosive caused terror scare
- 10:41Speaker 1: in New York City. This device that was hurled at Gracie.
- 10:46Speaker 1: I mean, it's some protests determined to be highly dangerous
- 10:49Speaker 1: ID cable of serious injury or death. People see this like,
- 10:53Speaker 1: well maybe, and again I think it's important to we
- 10:56Speaker 1: deal with this. They say, well, this is why maybe
- 10:58Speaker 1: we shouldn't have gone after Ran. And I think that's
- 11:01Speaker 1: flawed logic to think that way. These threats are threats,
- 11:03Speaker 1: whether we got there or not. And and and they're like,
- 11:06Speaker 1: I don't think there's a direct cause and effect. I
- 11:08Speaker 1: think there are bad people in the world that want
- 11:10Speaker 1: to commit Hanus crimes, and their timing may change because
- 11:13Speaker 1: of what we did Aran. But if you're a terrorist
- 11:15Speaker 1: in this country, the guy in this country through the
- 11:16Speaker 1: open borders or however you got in here and and
- 11:20Speaker 1: you're planning something or trying to do something, I think
- 11:23Speaker 1: it's in your DNA based on your beliefs you were
- 11:25Speaker 1: going to do it no matter what.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Well, and look, this vulnerability is here because for four years,
- 11:30Speaker 2: Joe Biden, the Democrats opened up our borders and basically
- 11:33Speaker 2: invited radical Islamic terrorists to come to this country. If
- 11:37Speaker 2: you if you look what happened in New York, New York,
- 11:39Speaker 2: you had islabists throwing dangerous IEDs capable of serious injury
- 11:47Speaker 2: or death. And and you know, ask yourself in the
- 11:50Speaker 2: reporting on this, have you seen a single news report
- 11:54Speaker 2: mentioned that the jihadists who threw the nail bomb into
- 11:59Speaker 2: a crowd New York City repeatedly shouted Allahu Akbar. I
- 12:04Speaker 2: haven't seen that. I haven't seen that on CNN. I
- 12:06Speaker 2: haven't seen that on MSNBC or the New York Times.
- 12:09Speaker 2: They don't want to cover that. And to be clear,
- 12:12Speaker 2: we saw the same thing in Austin a week ago
- 12:15Speaker 2: when the terrorists there wearing a sweatshirt that said property
- 12:19Speaker 2: of Allah, wearing a T shirt with an Iranian flag,
- 12:22Speaker 2: attacked a bar on Sixth Street in Austin. And again,
- 12:26Speaker 2: this is the terrorism, the vulnerability that President Trump is
- 12:30Speaker 2: acting to protect against. But I got to tell you
- 12:34Speaker 2: in the midst of this, look, we have an enhanced
- 12:36Speaker 2: risk for terrorism right now. It is obvious. Jihadis clerics
- 12:41Speaker 2: have put out a fat walk calling on terrorists to
- 12:44Speaker 2: try to kill Americans. And in the middle of this,
- 12:48Speaker 2: do you know what we did this week? We voted
- 12:50Speaker 2: again to fund the Department of Homeland Security, and every
- 12:53Speaker 2: Democrat except John Fetterman said no, we will not fund DHS,
- 12:58Speaker 2: the department literally created to defend us against terrorist attacks.
- 13:03Speaker 1: You mentioned that, and let's go into that a little
- 13:05Speaker 1: bit more. This is all about politics, and it shouldn't be,
- 13:08Speaker 1: because this is about a national security issue, and I
- 13:10Speaker 1: think it's important to we take a moment explain exactly
- 13:14Speaker 1: why Democrats have wanted to keep this shut down going.
- 13:17Speaker 1: This is a partial government shutdown. It's something they're obsessed
- 13:20Speaker 1: with DHS. They don't like it, they don't like law
- 13:22Speaker 1: and order, they don't like ICE agents, and they're putting
- 13:24Speaker 1: our lives at risk. And they don't really seem to
- 13:26Speaker 1: care that that's what they're doing.
- 13:28Speaker 2: They don't and understand it's all empty politics appealing to
- 13:32Speaker 2: their radical base. So the Democrats have decided they hate ICE.
- 13:36Speaker 2: They are the party of illegal immigrants, and they are
- 13:39Speaker 2: opposed to ICE. They are posed to law enforcement, they
- 13:42Speaker 2: are opposed to police. Now their DHS shutdown. Do you
- 13:46Speaker 2: know how many ICE agents are not being paid because
- 13:49Speaker 2: of it?
- 13:49Speaker 1: How many?
- 13:50Speaker 2: Zero? They are not defunding ICE. They are failing miserably
- 13:54Speaker 2: in any effort to defund ICE. Why because last year
- 13:58Speaker 2: when we passed the Working Families tax cut, the big
- 14:00Speaker 2: reconciliation bill, we funded ICE. We knew the Democrats would
- 14:04Speaker 2: play stupid games with it, so we said, fine, we'll
- 14:06Speaker 2: provide the funding for ICE. So ICE agents are being paid.
- 14:09Speaker 2: The DHS shutdown is not cutting off even a penny
- 14:13Speaker 2: for ice. The people they are cutting off, they're cutting
- 14:16Speaker 2: off the Coastguard, they're cutting off FEMA, they're cutting off TSA. Look,
- 14:21Speaker 2: if you're flying a plane, you could expect delays to
- 14:24Speaker 2: begin getting longer and longer and longer because those TSA
- 14:28Speaker 2: agents that have to check you in right now, they're
- 14:30Speaker 2: showing up at work and they are not being paid.
- 14:33Speaker 2: I just got off a plane yesterday thank the TSA
- 14:36Speaker 2: agents who were there, and they appreciated that. But they said,
- 14:40Speaker 2: you know, boy, would be nice to get paid, and
- 14:42Speaker 2: I agreed. I said, it is utter bs. I'm sorry
- 14:45Speaker 2: about that. You should be paid, and I just apologized
- 14:48Speaker 2: to them. Although to be clear, I'm voting to fund them.
- 14:51Speaker 2: But the Democrats are trying to ratchet up and inflict pain,
- 14:56Speaker 2: and they believe the media won't blame them when your
- 14:59Speaker 2: flight are delayed. They believe the media won't blame them
- 15:03Speaker 2: when coastguardsmen, you know, young men and women serving in
- 15:06Speaker 2: the Coast Guard, don't have the money to pay their rent,
- 15:08Speaker 2: don't have the money to pay their mortgage. They believe
- 15:10Speaker 2: the media won't won't blame them when FEMA, the people
- 15:13Speaker 2: in charge of responding to disasters are not being paid
- 15:16Speaker 2: and it slows down federal disaster response. The Democrats believe
- 15:19Speaker 2: the media will not blame them, so this is entirely
- 15:23Speaker 2: an effort to say screw you to ICE by not
- 15:26Speaker 2: cutting out ICE funding because they can't do that because
- 15:28Speaker 2: Republicans already paid for ICE, but instead cutting off the
- 15:32Speaker 2: funding for the rest of DHS that exists principally to
- 15:37Speaker 2: stop terrorist attacks. So they're telling you, I, Chuck Schumer,
- 15:42Speaker 2: I Democrat, hate ICE and hate law enforcements so much
- 15:47Speaker 2: that I'm going to increase the chance of a terrorist
- 15:49Speaker 2: attack in your community, just to tell the crazies in
- 15:53Speaker 2: my party how much I hate ICE.
- 15:56Speaker 1: I want to go back to something else that we
- 15:58Speaker 1: also are seeing, and it's not just these these domestic
- 16:01Speaker 1: terrorist attacks here that may be inspired by what's happening,
- 16:04Speaker 1: but we're also now seeing this happen around the country.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Police are with the world, I should say, police are
- 16:10Speaker 1: investigating an explosion outside the US embassy for example in Norway.
- 16:14Speaker 1: What can you tell us about that? And the concern
- 16:17Speaker 1: that people have all over the world now for what
- 16:19Speaker 1: this with the reactions happening from these Muslim extremists.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Well, Islamists are taking this time to engage in acts
- 16:27Speaker 2: of violence, acts of terrorism, and we could expect to
- 16:31Speaker 2: see more of this now. Understand, many of these Islamists
- 16:34Speaker 2: have been funded by Iran for years and so they
- 16:37Speaker 2: see their money stream, their money spigot, being cut off.
- 16:40Speaker 2: But we need, we need full capacity to protect ourselves
- 16:44Speaker 2: at a time that is dangerous. I believe what the
- 16:46Speaker 2: Democrats are doing is reckless and I pray that it
- 16:48Speaker 2: does not lead to it. But the Democrats action cutting
- 16:52Speaker 2: off the funding for DHS could very well cause more
- 16:56Speaker 2: terrorist attack, including potentially a catastrophicar Arist attack. And I'm
- 17:02Speaker 2: not aware of any of the Democrats who is expressing
- 17:05Speaker 2: any concern about this or is willing to do anything
- 17:08Speaker 2: about it. Look, they might leave DHS shut down, lead
- 17:11Speaker 2: these people not paid for the rest of the year.
- 17:14Speaker 2: They are radical enough to do this, and the media
- 17:17Speaker 2: is complicit in it, and it's the reason President Trump
- 17:20Speaker 2: is trying to resolve this conflict with Iran quickly. And
- 17:24Speaker 2: what President Trump has called for is unconditional surrender. That
- 17:28Speaker 2: he wants Iran to surrender, and he is systematically taking
- 17:32Speaker 2: out first their air defenses, then their missile launch capacity,
- 17:36Speaker 2: then their drone launch capacity, than their missile manufacturing capacity,
- 17:40Speaker 2: than their drone manufacturing capacity, than their military infrastructure, their leadership,
- 17:45Speaker 2: and at this point he is systematically degrading their ability
- 17:48Speaker 2: to fight back day after day after day. He is
- 17:51Speaker 2: exactly right to say this ends when the Iranian regime
- 17:56Speaker 2: says we surrender, and when they surrender, the result is
- 18:00Speaker 2: going to be that the theocratic despots who chant death
- 18:03Speaker 2: to America, who pay for terrorists to murder Americans, who
- 18:07Speaker 2: pay for hit men to try to murder President Trump,
- 18:11Speaker 2: they are out of power. We are not going to
- 18:13Speaker 2: allow that country to be led by lunatics who are
- 18:17Speaker 2: spending millions of dollars trying to murder Americans. That's what
- 18:21Speaker 2: victory looks like. I believe that's where we will end up.
- 18:25Speaker 2: But I will say at the same time, we are
- 18:28Speaker 2: seeing people spread propaganda and and and we're seeing two
- 18:32Speaker 2: groups that are spreading the same propaganda. Let's start with
- 18:36Speaker 2: with democrats. Let let's start, in particular with with Chris Murphy.
- 18:41Speaker 2: I want you to listen to what Chris Murphy has said.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Give a listen.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Malla's in Iran. This is again Rubio's characterization, are mad men,
- 18:52Speaker 3: and they believe in holy war, and they believe in
- 18:54Speaker 3: killing the crusaders of the United States and the Jews
- 18:57Speaker 3: of Israel, and there is a special degree of unacceptability
- 19:03Speaker 3: for them having a nuclear So.
- 19:04Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't disagree, But what I disagree with is
- 19:08Speaker 4: that an aerial military campaign or even the insertion of
- 19:11Speaker 4: ground forces can permanently dislodge Iran from having a nuclear weapon. Again,
- 19:16Speaker 4: you were talking about knowledge that can't be bombed out
- 19:19Speaker 4: of existence. So how do you stop a diplomatic agreement.
- 19:22Speaker 4: We had a diplomatic agreement. Barack Obama negotiated agreement in
- 19:26Speaker 4: which Iran was more than a year away from getting
- 19:29Speaker 4: a weapon. We had daily inspections scouring the country. It
- 19:33Speaker 4: was working. Donald Trump's advisors told him it was working.
- 19:36Speaker 4: He threw that agreement into the trash, which precipitated the
- 19:40Speaker 4: crisis that we are in today. This is a place
- 19:43Speaker 4: where diplomacy probably is the only true path to make
- 19:47Speaker 4: sure that Iran doesn't have a nuclear weapon.
- 19:50Speaker 1: All right, let me ask you this sanator. He says
- 19:52Speaker 1: it was working. That is a flat out lie. And
- 19:56Speaker 1: I think most people have been following this would know
- 19:58Speaker 1: that he's acting like they just decided to go rogue,
- 20:00Speaker 1: referring to the Trump ministration just get into a war for
- 20:03Speaker 1: no reason at all.
- 20:04Speaker 2: So what you just heard from Senator Chris Murphy is
- 20:07Speaker 2: utterly fact free propaganda. He's just repeating left wing talking points. Now, look,
- 20:11Speaker 2: Chris Murphy wants to run for president as a left
- 20:14Speaker 2: wing Democrat, as a successor to Bernie Sanders in terms
- 20:18Speaker 2: of a rabid socialist isolationist, and so facts are not
- 20:23Speaker 2: going to get in the way. One of the things
- 20:24Speaker 2: he said there we were having daily nuclear weapons inspections.
- 20:28Speaker 2: That is a lie. Under the terms of the Obama
- 20:30Speaker 2: Nuclear Deal Number one, there were multiple areas that were
- 20:34Speaker 2: off limits from inspection. What areas were off limit from inspection? Well,
- 20:38Speaker 2: one of them was Fordah, the military site under a
- 20:41Speaker 2: mountain where they were doing their nuclear weapons development. By
- 20:44Speaker 2: the way, Donald Trump dropped bunker buster bombs on Foidah
- 20:47Speaker 2: and took it out and destroyed it. But under the
- 20:49Speaker 2: Obama Nuclear Deal, nobody could inspect forida. And even when
- 20:53Speaker 2: we wanted to expect other areas of research, we had
- 20:58Speaker 2: to call the Iranians and get their permission and they
- 21:01Speaker 2: would inspect it for us. You know, I've sort of
- 21:03Speaker 2: joked that that's like calling up a drug dealer. Can
- 21:06Speaker 2: you can you imagine like the classic movie Scarface. The
- 21:09Speaker 2: scenario that Obama negotiated is basically that the DEA would
- 21:13Speaker 2: call Tony Montana, the drug dealer in Scarface, and go, hey, Tony,
- 21:17Speaker 2: would you check your warehouse and tell us if there
- 21:19Speaker 2: are any drugs there? And Tony would go yeah, man, yeah, man,
- 21:22Speaker 2: hold on, hold on, let me look, let me no, no,
- 21:24Speaker 2: no drugs there, We're clean. That is the Obama nuclear deal.
- 21:28Speaker 2: It was literally Obama calling calling up the Ayahtola, Hey
- 21:31Speaker 2: you got any nukes? No, man, we're good. We don't
- 21:33Speaker 2: have any nukes, no nukes here at all. All right, thanks.
- 21:36Speaker 2: That's the idiocy of the Democrats. They knew. And by
- 21:42Speaker 2: the way, the Obama ran nuclear deal sunset in fifteen years.
- 21:45Speaker 2: So after fifteen years Obama said, I We're fine with
- 21:48Speaker 2: your having nukes. Chris Murphy and the Democrats know that.
- 21:52Speaker 2: They don't care. That deal was designed to allow Iran
- 21:56Speaker 2: to get a nuclear weapon. I'll tell you when President
- 21:59Speaker 2: Trump and the first term pulled out of the Obama
- 22:02Speaker 2: Iran nuclear deal, it was exactly the right decision. I
- 22:04Speaker 2: had urged him to do so, and it set the
- 22:08Speaker 2: stage Iran is now, particularly after President Trump last year
- 22:12Speaker 2: bombed the nuclear weapons facility, Iran's nuclear program is way way,
- 22:17Speaker 2: way back, and yet they remain dangerous and they remain
- 22:21Speaker 2: absolutely committed to developing nuclear weapons. Now, the Democrats and
- 22:27Speaker 2: the press are trying to undermine President Trump. They're trying
- 22:31Speaker 2: to undermine the US military, and they're trying to bolster
- 22:35Speaker 2: Iran and the iatolas. Do you know who else is
- 22:38Speaker 2: doing that?
- 22:39Speaker 1: Who else?
- 22:41Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson and the rest of the so called woke right.
- 22:44Speaker 2: There's a group of isolationists folks on the right. It
- 22:48Speaker 2: is a small group, but they are loud and vocal.
- 22:51Speaker 2: And Tucker Carlson has now all but declared war on
- 22:55Speaker 2: President Trump's foreign policy. I want you to listen to
- 22:58Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson in his latest show, so I'm going to
- 23:00Speaker 2: warn you what he says here is shocking and it
- 23:04Speaker 2: is to the left of Chris Murphy. So it is
- 23:06Speaker 2: more anti Donald Trump than Chris Murphy and the Democrats.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Listen to Tucker Carlson.
- 23:12Speaker 5: Unconditional surrender means foreign troops get to rape your wife
- 23:15Speaker 5: and daughter if they want. And everyone knows that, and
- 23:18Speaker 5: that has been If there's one consistent lesson of history,
- 23:21Speaker 5: it means unconditional surrender means foreign troops get to rape
- 23:26Speaker 5: your wife and daughter. Everyone can feel that. That's like
- 23:29Speaker 5: the most atavistic instinct there is. And so to avoid that,
- 23:33Speaker 5: people will do anything. And so that's why it requires
- 23:36Speaker 5: that level of force to get a population subdued to
- 23:40Speaker 5: the point of unconditional surrender. That's why. And so in
- 23:43Speaker 5: this case, of course, we don't have the ground force necessary.
- 23:47Speaker 5: I don't think Americans would voluntarily participate in it. I
- 23:50Speaker 5: just don't think we can do that. It would require
- 23:52Speaker 5: weapons of mass destruction. It would require presumably nuclear weapons
- 23:56Speaker 5: in order to do that. And let's stop, let's not
- 23:58Speaker 5: lie to ourselves. We're moving toward that.
- 24:02Speaker 1: You hear Tucker there, and I mean you want to
- 24:04Speaker 1: talk about on hinge. That is like some of the
- 24:06Speaker 1: most anti American propaganda I've ever seen spewed by someone
- 24:11Speaker 1: like Tucker Carlson. It is a new low even for him,
- 24:14Speaker 1: and and the bar keeps dropping day after day.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Look the phrase, the words someone like Tucker Carlson, you
- 24:21Speaker 2: don't even have to put that constraint. That is more
- 24:24Speaker 2: anti American rhetoric than anything I've ever heard Bernie Sanders say,
- 24:27Speaker 2: or even Chris Murphy what he said there. Listen, Tucker
- 24:30Speaker 2: continues to go to new Low's and new Low's and
- 24:32Speaker 2: part of it is President Trump this week said that
- 24:35Speaker 2: that Tucker Carlson is quote, not maga and not smart.
- 24:39Speaker 2: The more Tucker Carlson attacks Donald Trump, the more fringe
- 24:43Speaker 2: he gets. And so I think this was Tucker acting
- 24:45Speaker 2: out when when Trump said what was obviously true, but
- 24:48Speaker 2: Tucker just said, go back, rewind and listen to what
- 24:51Speaker 2: he just said. He said, number one, if Iran surrenders,
- 24:56Speaker 2: that American soldiers are going to rape their wives and daughters,
- 25:00Speaker 2: and in fact he said it twice. What utter and
- 25:03Speaker 2: complete garbage, you America hating Islamist fluffer. I gotta say
- 25:10Speaker 2: that makes me mad. I think of the servicemen and
- 25:13Speaker 2: men who in women, but the men in particular who
- 25:16Speaker 2: are risking their lives. And Tucker Carlson's standing there saying
- 25:20Speaker 2: if you surrender to America, American soldiers are gonna rape
- 25:23Speaker 2: your women. We have never done that. That is not
- 25:26Speaker 2: something America does. No, Tucker, American soldiers are not gonna
- 25:31Speaker 2: rape Iranian women. You know who rapes the people they
- 25:34Speaker 2: conquer Iranians do Islamists do? That is, in fact part
- 25:38Speaker 2: of what they do. Part of what they do is
- 25:41Speaker 2: is is that they rape women as a means of subjugation.
- 25:45Speaker 2: But Tucker's not gonna tell you that because Tucker is
- 25:47Speaker 2: now one of the leading proponents of sharia law in
- 25:50Speaker 2: the United States. He's literally an apologist for Islamist And
- 25:53Speaker 2: so now you might say, wow, that statement seems incredible,
- 25:57Speaker 2: it seems extreme. Here are a couple of data points. Number One,
- 26:00Speaker 2: during this war, the Iranian National Television is playing Tucker
- 26:05Speaker 2: Carlson's show in Iran. They view that as such valuable
- 26:09Speaker 2: propaganda they want the Iranian people to hear Tucker. Number Two,
- 26:13Speaker 2: the Muslim Brotherhood, by the way, Hamas is the Muslim
- 26:16Speaker 2: brotherhood in Palestine, and they are terrorists are tweeting out
- 26:21Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson's show. The Muslim Brotherhood is saying, this is
- 26:24Speaker 2: our spokesman. Man, this guy is good. I cannot recall
- 26:28Speaker 2: another major political figure on left or right who has said,
- 26:33Speaker 2: if you surrender to America, American soldiers will rape your women.
- 26:36Speaker 2: That's what Tucker Carlson just said that is grotesque. And
- 26:40Speaker 2: by the way, any soldier who sees Tucker Carlson, I
- 26:42Speaker 2: want to say, how dare you say that? American soldiers
- 26:45Speaker 2: know we would not and impugning our troops is disgusting.
- 26:49Speaker 2: And the second thing that Tucker said in that clip
- 26:53Speaker 2: is that Donald Trump is moving towards using a nuclear
- 26:57Speaker 2: weapon in Iran. No, he's not, Tucker as a complete
- 27:00Speaker 2: utter lie, that is false. We are not going to
- 27:03Speaker 2: nuw kran. It is only deranged. That's the sort of
- 27:06Speaker 2: thing the Ayatola would say. And you've got to ask yourself. Look,
- 27:10Speaker 2: some of you may think back to when Tucker was
- 27:12Speaker 2: on Fox News and he was actually said a lot
- 27:15Speaker 2: of things you and I loved that made a lot
- 27:17Speaker 2: of sense. This guy today is just a kook. And
- 27:21Speaker 2: even worse than that, he is the most prominent purveyor
- 27:25Speaker 2: of Islamist lies about America and about Donald Trump. Tucker
- 27:30Speaker 2: Carlson has gone full out to war with Donald Trump's
- 27:34Speaker 2: national security and foreign policy. And it is he and
- 27:38Speaker 2: Chris Murphy are now that they are comrades in arms.
- 27:42Speaker 2: He and Tucker Carlson and Chris Murphy and Bernie Sanders
- 27:45Speaker 2: and Elizabeth Warren and ilhan Omar and AOC, they all
- 27:49Speaker 2: have the exact same foreign policy, and it is anti
- 27:53Speaker 2: American and it is pro Islamist and it's dangerous as hell.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Having just come back from Israel, I want to paint
- 27:59Speaker 1: you a picture. It's midnight, sirens are blearing, and you
- 28:03Speaker 1: have only seconds to grab your child and run. Now
- 28:08Speaker 1: imagine your elderly. Your legs don't work like they used to,
- 28:11Speaker 1: Getting downstairs feels impossible, and after all of that, you
- 28:15Speaker 1: end up in a bomb shelter for hours, even days,
- 28:18Speaker 1: because you can't make the trek again. This is what's
- 28:22Speaker 1: happening across Israel as Operation Epic Fury continues. Children are
- 28:27Speaker 1: being traumatized, families are just exhausted, and homes have been destroyed.
- 28:33Speaker 1: And that's why the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews
- 28:36Speaker 1: is there on the ground, bringing food, emergency equipment, care
- 28:41Speaker 1: for those children, and help for the elderly, and supplying
- 28:45Speaker 1: the bomb shelters and medical centers for critically needed essentials.
- 28:49Speaker 1: If you've ever wondered what it looks like to stand
- 28:52Speaker 1: for Israel and stand for good against evil, this is it.
- 28:55Speaker 1: And that's why I'm asking to now please Act give
- 28:58Speaker 1: forty five dollars right now to rush life saving essentials
- 29:02Speaker 1: to the vulnerables under fire. You can also call eight
- 29:06Speaker 1: eight eight for eight eight IFCJ. That's eight eight eight
- 29:12Speaker 1: for eight eight IFCJ. Join me and give and make
- 29:15Speaker 1: a real difference online at IFCJ dot org. That's IFCJ
- 29:21Speaker 1: dot org. We've got some breaking news as we are
- 29:24Speaker 1: recording this on Sunday. They have now named a new
- 29:27Speaker 1: leader in Iran and is the son of the former
- 29:30Speaker 1: leader there. That is someone that the presidents said is unacceptable.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Your reaction to that as well.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Well, look, it's not surprising. The Malas are going to
- 29:38Speaker 2: get together and they're going to want another Mala to
- 29:41Speaker 2: be the Ayatola, and they want the country to continue
- 29:44Speaker 2: to be run by Islamist clerics who embrace a death cult.
- 29:51Speaker 2: And it's interesting. One of the things I'm going back
- 29:53Speaker 2: to Chris Murphy and what he said a minute ago.
- 29:57Speaker 2: You know, we rely on determ to stop the most
- 30:02Speaker 2: egregious acts of harm. Deterrence works with many countries because
- 30:08Speaker 2: you have rational actors. Let's take for example, North Korea.
- 30:13Speaker 2: So North Korea is an exceptionally dangerous part of the world.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Why does North Korea have nukes? Well, it goes back
- 30:18Speaker 2: to a previous Democrat president, Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton sent
- 30:25Speaker 2: a State Department employee named Wendy Sherman to negotiate a
- 30:31Speaker 2: nuclear agreement with Kim Jong Il, who was the father
- 30:36Speaker 2: of the current dictator Kim jongng. And the deal they
- 30:39Speaker 2: cut is that Bill Clinton agreed to send billions of
- 30:43Speaker 2: dollars to North Korea and in exchange for that money,
- 30:46Speaker 2: North Korea would promise not to develop nuclear weapons. Well
- 30:50Speaker 2: what happened, We now know what happened. They took the
- 30:52Speaker 2: billions of dollars, they used it to develop nuclear weapons,
- 30:55Speaker 2: and today North Korea has nuclear weapons. So it was
- 30:57Speaker 2: a spectacular failure. Fast forward to Barack Obama. Barack Obama
- 31:02Speaker 2: comes into office and he decides his signature foreign policy moves.
- 31:06Speaker 2: He wants to negotiate an agreement with Iran on nuclear weapons.
- 31:10Speaker 2: So what does he do. He actually goes and recruits
- 31:12Speaker 2: the same damn person, Wendy Sherman, to negotiate his Iran deal. Literally,
- 31:17Speaker 2: there are eight billion people on planet Earth, been there
- 31:20Speaker 2: is one out of eight billion who has screwed this
- 31:23Speaker 2: up previously as negotiated a deal to send billions of
- 31:26Speaker 2: dollars to a foreign dictator, and it's resulted in that
- 31:29Speaker 2: dictator using the billions of dollars to develop nuclear weapons.
- 31:32Speaker 2: That would be Wendy Sherman. That's who Obama brought in
- 31:34Speaker 2: and said, hey, can you do the same for us?
- 31:37Speaker 2: Now we live with the failures of the Clinton administration
- 31:41Speaker 2: in Wendy Sherman with North Korea, and Kim Jong un
- 31:45Speaker 2: is a dictator, He's meglomaniacal, He's dangerous as hell. He
- 31:50Speaker 2: is testing ICBMs, he is targeted explicitly target US citizens,
- 31:54Speaker 2: including Austin, Texas. He is a city that he has
- 31:57Speaker 2: said he's targeted before. However, our best protection is Kim
- 32:03Speaker 2: jongun knows if he ever used a nuclear weapon, the
- 32:06Speaker 2: result would be massive, overwhelming retaliation and his regime would
- 32:11Speaker 2: lose power that day. It would be the end of
- 32:13Speaker 2: his life if.
- 32:14Speaker 3: He did that.
- 32:15Speaker 2: As dangerous as Kim Jong un is, at least there's
- 32:20Speaker 2: some possibility of rational self deterrence. Here's what makes Iran
- 32:25Speaker 2: orders a magnitude more dangerous. When you're dealing with religious extremism,
- 32:30Speaker 2: when you're dealing with theocratic zealots who are in a
- 32:34Speaker 2: death cult who glorify death and suicide, rational deterrence doesn't
- 32:40Speaker 2: work the same way. So, for example, if the Iotola
- 32:43Speaker 2: detonated and nuclear weapons, say in Tel Aviv, or in
- 32:47Speaker 2: New York or Los Angeles, and let me be clear,
- 32:49Speaker 2: I believe if the Iotola could do so, he would
- 32:51Speaker 2: have done so already. The response would be overwhelming and devastating.
- 32:56Speaker 2: But the problem is when you celebrate death and suicide,
- 33:00Speaker 2: that normal cost benefit analysis does not apply. And so yes,
- 33:05Speaker 2: they've named a new Iotola. The Iotola is what the
- 33:08Speaker 2: son of the old Iatola. Okay, great, that is not
- 33:12Speaker 2: acceptable because President Trump has rightly made the decision We're
- 33:16Speaker 2: not going to allow US national security to be vulnerable
- 33:20Speaker 2: to religious zealots who are funding terrorism, who are funding
- 33:25Speaker 2: who are the number one funders of terrorisms worldwide and
- 33:31Speaker 2: have been for forty seven years. So Diatola number one,
- 33:35Speaker 2: Skippy Junior, is not going to get to take over either,
- 33:39Speaker 2: because allowing Iran to wage war and murder Americans is
- 33:43Speaker 2: not consistent with US national security.
- 33:47Speaker 1: This year marks a critical moment for our country as
- 33:50Speaker 1: the opposition grows more aggressive and unapologetic. The fight now
- 33:55Speaker 1: reaches into the everyday decisions we make. Patriot Mobile has
- 33:59Speaker 1: been standing on the front lines fighting for freedom for

- 35:17Speaker 1: are nine to seven to Patriot and get a free
- 35:20Speaker 1: month of service with a promo code Verdict. So I
- 35:23Speaker 1: want to get real quick to one other thing you
- 35:25Speaker 1: talked earlier about DHS funding, and let's get to just
- 35:29Speaker 1: some of the concerns that people are having. You had
- 35:32Speaker 1: a midair panic as Southwest flight was diverted to Atlanta
- 35:35Speaker 1: due to a security threat amid Iranian terror feel fears air.
- 35:40Speaker 1: You also had a Fort Lauderdale bound flight diverts with
- 35:43Speaker 1: security scare. The pastors removed like these are real stories
- 35:46Speaker 1: that are happening, people are concerned about. And so my
- 35:49Speaker 1: question is how quickly can we get the Democrats to
- 35:54Speaker 1: understand that this funding is important. We've seen even at
- 35:57Speaker 1: Hobby Airport, where you and I fly out of allow
- 36:00Speaker 1: three and a half hour security lines, that is unacceptable
- 36:03Speaker 1: for the American people.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Well, the only reason they will flip is if the
- 36:07Speaker 2: political pain becomes real to them. I think the Democrats
- 36:11Speaker 2: are listening to their zealots, to the people who want
- 36:13Speaker 2: open borders, who want ice abolished, who want the police abolished.
- 36:18Speaker 2: Who are cheering on when the Democrats defend criminals and
- 36:23Speaker 2: illegal aliens and gangbangers. Look go back to the State
- 36:26Speaker 2: of the Union address. It was powerful when President Trump
- 36:30Speaker 2: turned to the Democrats and said, I'll give you an
- 36:32Speaker 2: opportunity to decide right now, where do you stand stand
- 36:36Speaker 2: with me? Now? If you agree our principal responsibility is
- 36:41Speaker 2: to defend American citizens and not illegal aliens. Zero Democrats
- 36:49Speaker 2: zero stood and applauded. They all remain seated. That is
- 36:55Speaker 2: where their base is, and right now the media is
- 36:58Speaker 2: not holding them to a count. During the Schumer shutdown
- 37:02Speaker 2: last year that Chuck Schumer, the Democrats forced the longest
- 37:05Speaker 2: shut down in American history. Right before the elections last year,
- 37:10Speaker 2: one Democrat aide told a reporter said, We're going to
- 37:13Speaker 2: keep this shut down quote until airplanes start falling from
- 37:16Speaker 2: the sky. They feel immune from political consequences. That will
- 37:21Speaker 2: only change when they start to feel meaningful political heat.
- 37:24Speaker 2: That means the folks listening to this podcast, use your voice,
- 37:28Speaker 2: speak out, make phone calls, call centered offices, post on
- 37:31Speaker 2: social media, get other people right up ed speak about it,
- 37:35Speaker 2: and hold Democrats to account. They are endangering all of
- 37:41Speaker 2: our families by cutting off the funding needed to fight
- 37:45Speaker 2: terrorism at a time when the risks of terrorism are
- 37:48Speaker 2: unacceptably high. We need to do a better job protecting
- 37:52Speaker 2: the homeland, and the Democrats are being reckless at a
- 37:56Speaker 2: level I've never seen.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Yeah, it really is incredible. Don't forget where we keep
- 38:00Speaker 1: updated on all these issues. So hit that subscriber auto
- 38:02Speaker 1: download button wherever you get your podcasts, share this podcast

- 38:10Speaker 1: you back here in a couple of days.
