This week we step into the arena of “Love Our Neighbor” as a discipline of Christian Community. Our text reminds us why we have confidence, encourages us to have assurance, and tells us to hold fast to our hope in Jesus Christ. If we indeed live into these exhortations we are set up to “consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds.” Thus we gather for the purpose of going out to serve others.
